I don’t remember why I chose an Easy Rest bed. Somebody called me and I just listened to the salesman when he came. He was professional and answered all my questions. Overall it was very nice, it was very easy. And the only question that I’ve ever had about it was I paid for the bed and one of the deals was I was going to get this pillow. And the pillow came and then I got a $100 charge from Easy Rest and I was curious as to what the $100 charge was. But I’ve recommended it to several people.

First of all, I chose an Easy Rest bed for comfort for my age. I need to get totally relaxed and my circulation improved because the bed can adjust. That was the motivation to make me buy the Easy Rest. The product is excellent! For me, it’s the most comfortable and reliable bed I’ve had my whole life. It gives me assurance. It gives me pleasure especially with the massages. I massage in the morning and the evening. I relax with the massage and I sleep better. So it’s the best investment I’ve made in my life! It solves my problem.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I liked the way it raised up. The feature I use the most is lifting my head. I got it to get a good night’s sleep. It was within a year that I had purchased my older bed. Initial contact with the sales rep was great. My bed is wonderful, 5 stars.

The Easy Rest bed is doing all right. I needed a mattress on my old bed anyway. The mattress, I am enjoying it. I guess it would have to be on account of the salesman that I bought it. It’s real good but now I’d seen in the papers some a lot cheaper. I don’t know if they’ve got all the features this one got on it but they’re way cheaper than the one I bought. So far, I am enjoying the Easy Rest.

I had no problems with the Easy Rest bed. It was the only one I’ve ever seen. The saleslady came by here and talked to me right here in my kitchen. I purchased it for a good night’s sleep and for arthritis. I use the vibrator the most. I’m 79 years old and I’ve had this Easy Rest bed now for about 3 months. I was in the hospital. They came out here the day I got out of the hospital and set it up and took the old bed away for me. I think it was a good experience.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I thought it was a good deal. I got it to get a good night’s sleep and for medical reasons. I bought a king sized and it is split. That’s what I really, really wanted. I just want to sleep in it. I haven’t thought a lot about anything else. I’d say comfort is probably the one single word that I would use for the bed.

The Easy Rest bed, I guess, is okay. I have a bad back and that’s why I purchased the bed. But the delivery system was absolute crap. They didn’t get here until 9:30 which was not a good experience. I was given the timeslot between 6:00 and 8:00 and they arrived at 9:30 in the dark and ran over a tree of mine. I guess they did okay. They set it up although I’ve got a piece that I don’t know where it goes. So I wasn’t too happy with that. The bed is okay, I just think I’ve overpaid and I’m sort of sorry I did it in a way. And that’s not their fault; it’s mine for getting myself involved.

I needed a new bed. That was the reason why I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I was looking for something along that line. And then I ordered the pillow and it came and the rep brought me the pillow and she had a good spiel and got me to listen. And after we got to talking, I got interested. And then when they gave me the discount, I felt like I would be getting a good deal on it so I told them to bring it out. I use every bit of the bed. I raise my head a little bit, raise the feet a little bit, and I get my big behind up there and turn the massager on and about the time it goes off, I go on to sleep. It’s been wonderful for me. I enjoy it. I’d rate it a 5. I’m very happy with it! Everything was professional and everything was delivered on time and everybody was nice. I couldn’t ask for any more. We were all happy.

We were just looking at beds. We entered a contest and we won the Easy Rest bed. We’re thinking about buying another one. We like it so much. The head tilt where you’d raise your head up for watching TV is the feature I use most. It’s very good.

One reason I bought an Easy Rest bed was my back and acid reflux. It’s wonderful! It’s been a great thing I ever bought. My favorite feature is the head coming up and the feet coming up. The rep was very professional. It has been wonderful and it has healed a lot of problems that I had.

We’ve had our old mattress ever since we met but we had new mattresses on it, about seven. We purchased an Easy Rest bed as I was hoping to get one that you could use, that it would be divided, but we couldn’t afford that one. We’re just using the bed like it is. He doesn’t like it the way I do and I don’t like it the way he does. It’s comfortable.

I’ve always wanted a bed that would raise the head. I have a little reflux problem so I bought an Easy Rest bed. It has helped with the problem. I raise the foot a little bit and the head a little bit every night. I just leave it that way. But one side of the bed is defective and they were going to send me another side and fix this one up. And the only thing I have a problem with is the sheet’s slipping. So I give it a 4. I like the bed. I’m real pleased with it. I wouldn’t do without it myself.

I sent in a thing through the mail to Easy Rest and it said that we could win a bed if my name was selected. A while passed and I didn’t pay any attention. Nobody ever called me. But someone named Janet ** called me. She said, “Well, I’d like to come out and talk with you about this bed.” So I made an appointment. She came out and she was here quite a while and she’s a likeable person and she likes people. So we hit it off good. I told her I didn’t know if I’d be able to sleep in the bed. When we discussed about me buying the bed, she said, “Well, if anybody needs that bed, it’s you.” She’s real friendly. She called Mr. ** at the store and they negotiated a price. She said $100 down and $100 a month. They brought my bed. I had to talk to Mr. ** about the price. We decided on that price. We got to talking about my back and I told him the same thing that I told Janet. I didn’t know if I’d be able to sleep on the bed. So he said that if I have a problem to just give him a call. He gave me his number.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of back problem. However the bed has not really helped as we come to find out it was a pinched nerve. I really use all of the features of the bed. The sales rep provided detailed description of the bed and was able to answer all my questions. Overall, the experience is great.

I needed another mattress. My mattress is 5 years old, and I have trouble with one of my legs swelling all the time. I wanted one that raises up in the bottom and top so I got an Easy Rest. I like it. I don’t use the vibration on there. I never did hear anything but vibrating, but I do love the head lifting up and the foot lifting up because I don’t like to lay on a lot of pillows.

I didn’t get it because of medical injuries. I saw Easy Rest advertised on TV and thought I’d try it. It works pretty good so far and I just put the heating pad on last time. That felt pretty good. I use the vibration every once in a while. I tilt the bed, the head up and the feet up. It’s more comfortable sleeping sometimes. I’m enjoying it. I think it’s great. I wouldn’t do without it now.

The Easy Rest salesman came here and showed me all the stuff. It just sounded good. Thought it would be something I’d really like - to have a good night’s sleep. I also got rid of a big bed out of that bedroom. The mattress wasn’t too old but I probably had the bed for 50 years.

I have a bad foot. I don’t get out to see people much and I have to use the cane. The ones that brought the Easy Rest, they said we could get new inserts to go on that bed that would be softer. I never did get them. The bed that we did have, it was softer than this one. The Easy Rest bed, we like it just fine other than it being harder than we were used to. It’s a very nice bed and I’ve got the feet tilted some and the head. If it was a little softer, I’d say it was a great bed.

I had only owned my previous bed for a short while. I probably had it about four months. I needed something better than what I had already. The lady kind of demonstrated some of the stuff that was going to be in the Easy Rest bed. She was very professional. She answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with her and the way she presented it. I’m not getting any younger and I thought it would help my back. And I like to read in bed at night. I like the way it goes up and I like the way the bottom goes up and the top. If I got down, I would have my own hospital bed. It would be a lot more comfortable than a hospital bed.

I’ve been in the hospital a lot and they would always kind of raise me up in a sitting position. I wanted to read in bed, just lay in there and watch TV in my bedroom. That’s really the main reason I got it. But I do have back problems and I have a lot of heartburn and all that kind of stuff because I am a senior citizen. However it takes longer to get adjusted to the bed. I’ve always slept on a full-sized bed all my life so I almost fell off of it several times. And you can’t find sheets to fit it because my bed is longer than a regular twin bed. So that’s been a problem. Most places don’t carry those long sheets. And then when you do find them, they charge you double for them. So that made me mad. But I’m getting there. I’m using all my full-sized sheets. I just quit trying to find the long ones.

I got a card showing Easy Rest. I have a shoulder that hurts and I also have back trouble so I bought it. I have been to the therapist and the first few nights I was on this bed, it did more for my shoulder than the therapist ever did. I turn the massage on and I love it!

I’ve seen Easy Rest advertised years ago. I purchased it because I’ve wanted one for several years but didn’t have the money. And I have two small beds in that one bedroom. The other one is a harder bed which I bought in ’92. I sleep on it more than I sleep on the Easy Rest because the Easy Rest is not hard enough for me, but I love it and I use it occasionally. It’s very good.

We got mattresses and we had about three or four different mattresses. They run anywhere from $800 to $2000 and most of them were spring mattresses. When they get to sink, hell, the whole thing would sink in. And the warranty would always have some type of excuses why they couldn’t have changed it and stuff. So that’s one of the things that led to getting an Easy Rest at that time because it was more like a hospital-type bed. And then we had one on a family reunion trip a couple of years ago in Texas. The mattress on the bed was just so firm and looked so well. I thought this is compatible to what they had. It kind of gave me the idea of trying it out. Their people were very nice - the salesperson and the young man that came and installed the bed. I had no issues with them at all.

I’d seen Easy Rest advertised on TV. And then I was interested in one but I got a free pillow for having them come out and talk to me. The last mattress that I had before this Easy Rest, I had it for about 30 years so I decided to buy a new one. I haven’t talked to anybody about it but I was interested. So far, I like it. When I sleep on it, you can’t turn up on your side anymore. It’s good.

We bought a new bed when we moved over here. That was about 15 years ago. Then Easy Rest came here and talked to us. We put in for a free one. They came here and they wanted too much money to start out with. Finally, we talked them down to my caliber. I’m disabled and my wife’s retired. We’re on a fixed income. They guarantee it. And I had thought about getting a Sleep Number but they make too much noise, everybody tells me. That was the reason that we went with Easy Rest. It was the quietness. I’d never heard of it until it got here. I had good luck with it. I like it. But they promised me a headboard thing and they didn’t leave it. So I haven’t got one yet. I talked to one of the boys after that and he told me that as soon as we got one, he would come back and put it on for us when he comes for a delivery this way. But everything’s fine with it. I would recommend it to a friend that’s got back problems and stuff like that.

Well, the one bed that my sister brought me, I’ve only had it about six months. And before that, I was sleeping on the couch because I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t breathe laying flat, and this Easy Rest puts my head up enough where I can breathe. I was also having a whole lot of trouble with my back and my legs and it has helped me. I can rest at night and sleep which is wonderful. Before, a lot of times I would wake up, I couldn’t breathe and my legs would be hurting so bad. It’s unreal. But the Easy Rest puts your head up and it also can put your legs up. I may look funny sleeping, but I can sleep now.

And I thought I would enjoy that, and I have. I’ve had a mattress or two since then but it’s the same bed for like 25 years. I guess my mattress was bought about 10 years ago. I use mostly the head and the foot raised up. And the foot is raised up about as far as it will go.

I think my ex-husband was the one that ordered the bed. He wanted to see the pictures or whatever. So he was involved. I wasn’t. When they came to the house, I was with my daughter. He told us about his leg that he had and how it helped him. I’m not very happy with it. I think I paid way too much for it. And I hardly use it. I have tried to use it. I’m elderly and I think I just shouldn’t have done this. I appreciate the kindness that was given me. I just wish I would have thought more before I bought it.

First of all, I needed a new bed. I had one before I bought my last mattress which was 20 years ago. I was interested in the concept of the Easy Rest. I needed to rest with my legs elevated. I wanted something that I felt I would get a good night’s sleep because I wasn’t sleeping well. I had actually been in touch with them. They came out and gave me a good deal on it and I bought it.

I had a Craftmatic for about 25 to 30 years. I was told Easy Rest was one of the best beds out and that Craftmatic don’t make their beds anymore so I got one. It’s a comfortable bed. So far, it works well. I haven’t had too much of a problem. The only thing is it makes a little noise when it goes up and down like a creaking noise. I thought it was supposed to have no sound. I don’t know if it’s the mattress or the bed that’s doing that. As far as the different settings like up and down and vibration, they all seem to be working or functioning properly. I recommend Easy Rest. Their people were nice and answered all my questions.

My old bed was a Sealy Posturpedic firm. I’ve had it for 10 years. That turned into a hammock. It shouldn’t live up to what they advertised because I had it for about 2 months, the coils come out on the sides and I would scratch my legs on the sharp edges. I’ve been planning on buying a bed, and I haven’t had the money. So when this Easy Rest bed came along and I got financing, that really helped and it’s something I could afford, so I’m really happy about it.

I read in bed a lot and thought I’d really enjoy the adjustable feature so I bought the Easy Rest bed. I sleep with my head higher than I used to and with my feet up ‘cause it helps the circulation. Sometimes when I’m real tired, I use the massage. The delivery team, they were super. They were just great. The experience has been great. It took me a couple of days to adjust to the different mattress. But now that I’ve adjusted to it, it’s great.

I had a Posturepedic mattress and I liked it too when it started. I needed a new mattress. I figured I might as well get a good bed because I have a sore back. That’s why I bought an Easy Rest. The sales rep was very nice. The guy was from Buffalo. As for the bed, I’m very satisfied with the bed. I didn’t try the features too much because I just have to lift the back and I’m very satisfied with it. Up to now, I’m very satisfied with it. However, I was told by my servant that I was going to be sent another pillow and I haven’t received it yet. I bought the bed in April.

I have a queen sized bed. I only used it for about six months and then I didn’t use it anymore. I have problems with my legs. I have to wear those stockings so that’s the reason I bought the Easy Rest bed. I love it. It’s a good bed. I like the fact that the bed is going up. I guess you can fit two people on it but I only use it for one. It’s perfect. To the people out there, have the Easy Rest and they’ll love it.

They sent me this Easy Rest pillow that is as hard as a rock. I sure would never ever want memory foam. It’s so tight in the covering that the memory foam is not memory foam anymore. I use it to put it at my back, but I have to sit up straight because it’s such a horrible pain.

We had a king size. We had it for about 6-7 years. I got an Easy Rest bed because they’re very firm and comfortable. I purchased it for my back - I had a bad back from the military. It’s very comfortable. It really helped my back. My favorite feature is the vibration/massage. However the mattress gets saggy. On my wife’s side it’s still firm. On my side, it gets like that. It’s like a curve in there.

I’m having problems with my back and my whole body. I have MS so it’s hard to get up and get down. I have to hold on to things because I’m scared I’m going to fall (if I miss the bed). I’m going through all that. I’d seen Easy Rest in a book. I’ve been sickly for the longest but really, I need it now because of my back so I called. The sales rep was wonderful. I love the bed! I like it because it comes up and I can elevate my legs. I don’t have to reach out and get nothing to put under my seat and my legs. Because when I go to therapy, they are telling me some things to do. I can do it at home. I would limit that to the things I can do because I can’t get on the floor and do it because it would be hard for me to get up.

Because of my health and age, I needed the bed, an adjustable bed. I sent in a coupon to win a free one, which I still get that thing in the mail. And I’m wondering if I win a free one if they’ll just give me the money back that I paid for the one I got.

I’ve had my old bed for at least 25 years - not the one I was sleeping on. My son traded my bed for his. It was lumpy, so I needed to get another one. But I hadn’t had it very long. I got the Easy Rest because I want a good night’s sleep, and for medical reasons too - it has helped. I love it! Both the one that took my order and the ones that brought it out were real nice. My favorite feature is being able to lift up the head and the foot part of the bed. I read in bed a lot and that’s very comfortable to do that. And when my legs start hurting, I have to raise up the bottom part of the bed. I just really enjoy it. I’ve learned to sleep better without having to turn over so much.

I love it, the Easy Rest bed. Well, I thought for some time that I would like to have a bed that’s adjustable mainly. And I just happened to see this advertised and decided that I would try and see what it would do. And I’m glad I did. I like it all. I like it being adjustable more than anything, I believe. The bed is fine. I just wish I’d gotten a queen. The sleeping is wonderful. I sleep very well on it. And I like to share it with my two cats. You look forward to go into bed and rest very easily, comfortably. And I turn the vibrator on and I go to sleep, it’s on. When I wake up, it’s off. I certainly enjoy it.

Previous to this, my daughter had gotten one because of a medical problem. But it wasn’t an Easy Rest. I have some medical problems that I needed the option of changing my position, so that’s why I wanted to go ahead and talk to the representative to see how much it would cost and what I would have to do to get my money to pay for it.

It’s been five years since I got one of those Tempur-Pedics from one of the stores downtown. I had that one for a while. I kept entering those things to win a free bed but I never would and my husband didn’t want anybody to come to talk to us but then he finally said yes. And then we had this one nice man who came and he was real nice, we decided that the Easy Rest is worth it.

My husband just passed away. I kept seeing him in bed with me and I’m having a bad time naturally so I got a new bed. I just needed a better mattress and this Easy Rest bed is just a real good bed. I have one ankle that got hurt bad and it seems to swell once in a while. I can raise the feet up a little bit. It’s a very comfortable mattress. It’s firm enough but yet soft enough.

I bought an Easy Rest because I thought it would be better for my back. Sales rep was great and delivery was fantastic. The bed is not really helping my back, but it’s comfortable. I like raising my head or feet and you can get in any position you want.

I have owned my bed for probably about 8 years before getting an Easy Rest. I purchased it mainly because I have back problems and it’s serving me okay. I like it because I can adjust it and sleep in a different position than what I used to. It’s easier on my back that way.

We both like to read and we’ll go at night and lay there and open our e-Readers and read. The gentleman that was here was very professional and very nice. It’s very comfortable, very efficient so far.

Easy Rest came and they talked about it and they talked me into it. I guess it’s good because I bought it. And they said with my back problems and all that it would help. I still have not learned to sleep on my back with the bed up, to help how it’s supposed to help. But it’s okay. I’m enjoying it. I could sit up to read. I read my devotional and then I read my book. I get to do that before I had to lie down to go to sleep. I guess I like that best. As for the interaction with the sales rep that came out, they were professional and able to answer all questions.

I called Easy Rest and had a representative come out and demonstrate it. We used pillows and he used the vibrator to show me what to do. And then there was another guy. I just couldn’t afford what they were asking for because I am on a very low fixed income. I’ve had the bed for a couple of months now. So far I’m enjoying it. I broke a bone in my back. I had damaged my back a long time ago when I went out fishing and slipped on slippery moss. And then I broke a bone not too long ago. I guess it was back in March, something like that. And my orthopedic doctor told me that it would help me to get a reclining bed, to get a hospital bed.

I like the Easy Rest bed. The reason I got one is because I have arthritis and I'm on CPAP machine and everything. It seems like it has helped me. I like all the features. The sales rep was professional and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions. I really like the bed.

I like the bed very much. I’m very comfortable with it. Especially if I’m tired, because I work at night and it’s hard for me to sleep because it’s hard to sleep in the daytime. So what I do is I always use the massage feature. So it helps me sleep. I’m happy with this bed although it’s kind of expensive but it’s worth the price. First of all, the main reason I bought the bed is because I really need a big bed, a wider bed because we are three. My husband, my daughter who is handicapped and me, and my daughter lives with us. The Easy Rest rep is very professional. I forgot his name. They explained everything and they’re okay. I didn’t have any trouble with them. Easy Rest is very comfortable. I’m happy.

I needed an Easy Rest bed because I have a reflux problem and I also have a breathing problem. I need to sleep with my head raised but sometimes you need to get that head back down quick because you get tired putting it up like that and then the vibration relaxes me. And I have a problem with my feet swelling so I can raise my feet when I need to and it’s just been a blessing for me. My favorite feature is probably the raising of the head and feet. You can put a pillow under your head better than you can put a pillow under your feet. It gets kicked away and I guess the raising of the feet of the bed and the second maybe the vibration.

I just bought an Easy Rest bed and it’s the second one. The main reason I bought it is because I needed to be able to adjust the head and foot and so on and so forth. I can’t sleep flat. What I like most about it is the fact that I can make it adjustable. The sales reps were courteous, very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. I think the bed is somewhat overrated but on the other hand it serves its purpose. It’s satisfactory.

I chose an Easy Rest bed because I like to watch TV at night when I go to bed for a while and it's good to sit up a little while I watch TV. I’ve owned my old bed for a long time. I'm 78 years old. So I've been having that pretty well since I was married. I like the Easy Rest because it's adjustable. I guess the bed’s okay. It's nothing different than a hospital bed. It's about the same thing. It ain’t no better comfort. It's something like a hospital bed where you can raise it up and lower it down and stuff like that. This is what I wanted so this is what I got.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed because I just thought it would serve my purpose. I don’t know what my favorite feature is but I do like the wave better than the massage. The Easy Rest people were very professional. I’d give them a five but it’s really pretty new yet. The overall experience with Easy Rest is very good.

I've had several back surgeries and am in a lot of pain. So we were hoping to find something that was a little bit comfortable. My favorite feature of the Easy Rest is the adjustability of it. The Easy Rest sales rep able to answer all our questions and was professional. The delivery team was able to set up the bed and answered all questions as well. I would rate it about a 2 because I would say that it’s just too soft for my back. It's actually causing me more pain. Overall experience with the personnel was real good. It's just that I have a little problem with the bed. I'd say that you sink in it too much. You can’t sit on the edge of it. You’ll just roll off. That’s my experience.

Well I thought I might sleep better now when I sleep on the Easy Rest bed but I don't. I never turn the massage on and every night I just raise it up. The sales rep was real nice, courteous and professional. So was the delivery team. I don't know what to say about the bed. I know my husband doesn't like it because he can't rest on it.

My wife sent in some information and the Easy Rest guy who came seemed to be adequate, and also the bed I had which had the vibration and stuff in it and we had a problem with the mattress and our spring broke so we bought the Easy Rest. The only thing I have problem-wise with it is the length. I’m about 6ft and the bed seems to be a little bit short but I don’t know. I think he made note of it and I don’t know if we ordered a longer bed or they didn't supply a longer bed. So that is the only disadvantage I have. My feet are at the bottom and my head is almost at the headboard. That’s the regular length that I had on the other one and what I did was I moved that thing up, the mattress up and put a pillow in there. Now I can’t do that with this one. But further in that, everything seems to be doing all right. It vibrates okay and does its thing right if I get in the right mode. They delivered on time.

I have the Easy Rest bed because I signed up to try and win one. I had no intention of purchasing one. I like it because it's adjustable and I have acid reflux and cannot sleep flat and I have to sleep on those wedge pillows. I had my old bed for about 22-23 years. Easy Rest is okay.

We had our old bed for a long time. I’ve read about Easy Rest off from a brochure and we got one. We just love it! We like all of the features. It’s comfortable. We recommend Easy Rest.

I bought my old bed in about ’93. I got this letter from Easy Rest and I signed it - where you might win one. So I sent those cards in and then I got a call. They came out and demonstrated the bed and we thought it would be good for us so we bought it. The sales rep was professional. The delivery team was kind of not really all that friendly but I guess that was just their way of doing. They were doing their job but they could have been a little bit more friendly. I am not going to say anything bad about them but they were professional and put together.

Mostly my husband decided that he thought the Easy Rest would be best for me because I’ve had a lot of back problems and when I was in the hospital I keep my head elevated. Also, my feet and legs. I can do this at home so that’s basically why we got it. My husband said that they set it up and moved it over the porch where we wanted it. I was not here. I was in the hospital and they came on Friday before I came home on Saturday so it was already up.

The bed I had before was awful. It was too hot. I could hardly come out from the bed. I have many nights, I don't know why, I couldn't sleep. I had a king sized bed and I wanted a smaller one so I had it about I think 2 or 3 years. The delivery team was good. It was one man. He tried to eat a whole house up. He looks like a hungry person who picks up everything to eat. Anyway, ever since I got the Easy Rest bed I can sleep. I sleep better. It's soft and it's not so hot. Very comfortable. I go home and head straight to the bed. I sleep a little bit longer. I like it very much and I don’t want to give it away.

I had one bed before it but it’s not an Easy Rest. We’ve had that since 1993, 1994 - something like that. It was an adjustable type and it needed a lot of repairs. We saw some advertisement from Easy Rest in the mail and that’s how we answered it. Right now I like the reclining part of it, up and down, and the massage.

I live alone. I’m 83. I have diabetes and if I have to have somebody come in, I can set up the bed, prop me up and loosen up my muscles and all that stuff. I just wanted to buy the Easy Rest and it’s been fabulous. It’s not sagging. It’s a firm mattress and I sleep very easily. It feels great. I’ve got a pillow too. My bed prior to Easy Rest was 20 years I guess or more.

I have been sleeping on a sofa. Now I didn’t have to. Now we have a spare bedroom and it’s got a beautiful bed in it, full size. My husband and I, we’ve been married for 23 years and we had our own bed together. So then we had these two little dogs, a little poodle and a little miniature doxie. The doxie was extremely jealous. He’d be growling and he tried to bite me more than once. I just didn’t like it. I slept better on the couch and so I have to tell him to get off. He was there on the couch.

I was having a hard time sleeping that’s why I purchased an Easy Rest bed. So that I can get the positions that I need. The sales reps were very polite. I’m not sorry I ever got this bed. I am now able to sleep and I like that the headboard goes up and the feet just bear the weight. I recommend it.

My old bed was 40 years old, but it has relatively a new mattress on. I’d like something that raises up and down so I purchased an Easy Rest. I love how it’s movable, it vibrates, and it rotates up and down. It serves its purpose for which I bought it. I would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the salesman was professional and provided me with a lot of information.

I’ve had a nice blue mattress spring probably 4 years ago. My back was hurting and I thought perhaps Easy Rest would help me. It was a big improvement and I’m sleeping the night through. I think my back is getting better, though I’m still getting used to it. I like popping my head and feet up both. Takes the pressure off my back.

Before I had my Easy Rest, I had a bed for years ago and it was a hand-me-down. They didn’t need it anymore so they just gave it. I have osteoarthritis. Last December, I fell and broke my hip. Anyway, it got where I couldn’t even sleep in my bed and I ended up with a small fracture in my back and I had to have a back procedure done. When I got the letter in the mail, I thought, “Well, I’ll just call and see how much it is and all that.” A lady came out and she was real nice and the price that they finally gave me was something that I could afford. And then I found out it has a massager in the bed. It helps a lot because I still have a back problem and I probably always will. Anyway, it’s really nice to get to sleep in a bed now instead of a recliner. I like reclining the head and the feet. When I get ready to read in the bed, it’s a lot better now. Of course, the massager really helps my back. I don’t really use it all the time but only when my back starts bothering me. I still can’t stand on my feet no more than 20 minutes because my back starts hurting, so I have to sit down and rest. I am so glad we got it!

I bought an Easy Rest bed due to the swelling of my legs. The swelling goes down when I raise the leg up. It seemed to help a lot. If anyone had any health problem for swelling, bad bleeding, and stuff like that, Easy Rest seems to help a lot. And I had some back problems. I raised it up a little bit and put the vibration on and it helped up pretty good. My wife and I love it.

Before this Easy Rest bed, I have owned my old bed for 30 years. I bought an Easy Rest because I need to sit up in bed sometimes, work a crossword puzzle and then let myself down and go back to sleep. Their sales rep was very professional. He showed me how to use it and all of that. The bed is very comfortable. And it’s a mattress that will let me sit up and then lie down without having to get out of the bed, out of a chair.

I already had one, and in fact, it’s in our guest room. We had tried a different bed in our room and it didn’t work out at all so we got the Easy Rest. We have had the other bed for 18-20 years. I have reflux so I actually got it for the head. I sleep a lot better if my head and my legs are raised a little bit. I would definitely recommend it to somebody. I’m a little bit disappointed because the one I bought seven years ago is a more deluxe than what I have here. I did not get their deluxe model. This is their next to deluxe and I’m a little disappointed if I were to compare the two of them. For one thing, my first bed was higher than this one is. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he would set it up, and I don’t think that’s what happened.

I had one Easy Rest bed when I lived by myself. I owned it for now 20 years. Then I got married. A guy came around and he was real good. The one I had was just perfect for me that’s why we bought this. But this one just doesn’t work. You just sink down in it. Then I can hardly get out of it because the sides are sagged. I just don’t have any favorite feature of the bed. When it vibrates, it makes off this racket. And that’s when you want to go to sleep. Vibrate to sleep.

I’m 83 years old so I’ve got aches and pains and all of that. My back bothers me and I also have some problems with my hip, so I bought this bed. I chose Easy Rest because it had a couple of massage things you could use and it elevates your feet and legs. This mattress has really done a good job for me. Usually, I can’t sleep too well at night. But since I’ve gotten this, I can sleep pretty well. The leg elevation is good too. I think I’m getting the most out of those two things.

I had bought this new mattress about 6 months ago due to back problems. The sales rep was both courteous and professional. It’s nice that you can move the bed back and forth and everything. It’s so easy to make it more than a regular bed. I also like the vibration. It’s a good bed!

My back and my leg, everything hurts me all the time. And I’ve been to a chiropractor, I’ve been to doctors and everything. So I got this card in the mail and it said register to win a free bed. So I sent the card in and Easy Rest called. They made an appointment. The man just kept talking and talking and talking and my husband kept saying no, no, no, no and then I did it anyway. But I feel like it’s not what I got. I don’t know how it gets to work but I have paid for what I got. That’s over $3,000 that I could have used on something else because that’s really not helping me.

I chose Easy Rest just to try and get a better sleep and better rest. It’s one of the best things that ever happened to me! I like to be asleep and I like the way it maneuvers right up and down. I also like the feet raising over, massage and all that. I have to have support in my back in anyway and all that stuff. I recommend Easy Rest.

I really didn’t choose Easy Rest. I sort of got talked into it when a salesman came. He was a fast talking salesman. But I think he told me the truth, that’s the main thing, for the most part. He was very professional. We had a misunderstanding about money because they had charged me I think it was $3,000 when I’d already paid $1500 on it. They hadn’t given me the papers and he’d told me that he had taken care of my loan. And at the time, in fact I told him, “Well, you really are speedy.” But I don’t like people taking care of my loans. I’m an old lady but by the time you get my age, you’d seen enough. I didn’t do anything then. I thought, I’m not going to be accusatory. But that certainly double checked that wrong. Well, the next day, they brought the paperwork and it was nearly 18% on that loan. I hit the ceiling and I refused to pay that and of course, they put the manager on who proceeded to tell me his 20 reasons. I said, “Look, don’t even go there. Bottom line is come get the mattress, I’m not paying 18% on anything.”

I got this bed for my back. I couldn’t find better people than they were. They were real nice. I told him shove off with it. That bed is expensive. I said, “I can’t afford it.” He just kept on and kept on. I said, “I appreciate what you’re doing is to help me get that bed. But I can’t afford it.” My son told me, “I’ll make the down. I’ll pay it.” So he made the down payment and the first payment on it. Well, my son said if he had to make the payments on it, that it was going to be his bed. But I know that bed is made for me, for my heart and my weight. There is no way he could sleep on that bed. Because he’s 6’1” or 2.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my health. And the bed that I had before was just the box and a mattress, box spring mattress. And the springs were coming out because I had the bed for about 8 years. But the bed was given to me. I didn’t buy it new. And when I try to get out of bed, the springs would jab my leg. So, that’s why. The springs are making my bed fall apart and my mattress. So, when those guys came to deliver my EasyRest, they took the old bed out, which I’m glad they did because I haven’t got a soul that I know that could help me with anything. So, I really appreciated that they took the old bed out and gave me the new bed.

I’ve owned my old bed all my life. I bought an Easy Rest bed so I could get a better night’s sleep. I like the adjustable feature of the bed. They asked us how much we weighed and all that physical information. Of course, I weigh 50 lbs more than my wife. But there must be some reason to ask that. But when they delivered the beds, they didn’t ask which is which, they just set them both up side by side and left. My wife was saying, “Which is mine and which is yours?” We don’t know. The set uppers didn’t ask me that, it’s kind of rude. And they even took the old bed, they just put it out on our patio and I had to move up myself to get it off the patio. They didn’t set it up in the driveway like they should have or anything like that. So, I didn’t like the set-up guys, but everybody else was fine.

The Easy Rest salesman showed me the card and everything like that and I have a bad back. And I have a heart valve replacement. First of all, I always liked the beds like that because I can make them very comfortable for myself. I had my old bed for about a year and a half. It was the real expensive one. Probably my favorite feature of the Easy Rest bed is the push button and that you can go up so you can be not lying flat and the vibration.

I bought The Easy Rest bed for health reasons. I occasionally have swelling in my ankles. So I need to prop up my feet and elevate my legs and feet. And then I have acid reflux gastritis, the belching and burping, that’s the heartburn. And I don’t see where it helps me with that problem at all. I was hoping it would.

The main reason we bought an Easy Rest bed was because my husband wasn’t getting any good rest with the old bed. Now, my husband’s in love with his bed! He had the other bed for one year. That’s all. It wasn’t doing it for him. I don’t know what his favorite feature of the bed is but every morning he says, “I sleep so good in this bed.” He just loves it. For my experience, it’s a zero. I don’t like it. But I’m going to keep it because it’s worth it for him to enjoy it. I don’t like it like he does. Let me just say that. I feel like maybe there’s something wrong with it. I feel like in the middle, it’s not firm. I mean, I don’t know, I can’t explain it. It’s just weird. More or less I keep it more towards the flat side because it’s not comfortable. I know my husband would rate it a 5, but I can’t honestly say that. His would be, “It’s the greatest thing that ever happened in sleeping.” And mine would be, it’s a neat concept but I’m not there yet. I’ll give it a 2. I’m just not as comfortable in it as he is.

We hadn’t even figured about buying a bed. We haven’t been thinking. But then, when that nice young man came that day, and he started talking about the Easy Rest bed, and my husband said, “Well, you ought to get one for Pam,” who is my daughter. And so, we inquired about it, and the young man told us about it. That’s why we went ahead and bought it. So, we bought a twin size because she didn’t need that great, big bed, she said. We enjoyed having that young man. He is not expecting the government to give it to him and he was professional. I tell you something. I really have a lot of respect for somebody like that. Well, Pam liked the bed. She had one about five years ago. She liked it because of being able to raise her head and raise her feet. She really liked that feature and watching TV from the bed. I think it was a very, very nice experience!

I needed a new bed anyhow, and the price of the Easy Rest bed was right. And I bought it. I had my old bed for probably 15 years or more. I purchased the Easy Rest for medical reasons and it had a positive impact on my symptoms. I like being able to change positions of the bed the most. It’s easy to get to know.

That last mattress I had was probably 5 or 6 years but it had a 10-year warranty but it didn’t last 10 years. I had never heard of Easy Rest before until a friend of mine had mentioned something to me about a friend of theirs that sold beds. And they thought at first that it was Craftmatic. When I called Jeff up, that’s when he said no, he said Easy Rest. And that’s when I told him I’ve never heard of them before, so he gave me an email address. I went online and got checking on it. That’s when I called him and ordered the bed. The sales rep came into the house did a presentation and everything. Bought the little DVD and I put it in, watched it and everything. He answered all my questions.

I sometimes think buying the Easy Rest bed was the most foolish thing I’ve ever done, to spend $5,000 for a bed when I had a perfectly, practically brand new mattress on my bed. And I also have a bed, a twin bed that massages. So, I have a couple and I thought, that was a very foolish thing to do but I did it. I can’t say that the salesman was really high pressure, but I believe that he was out to sell a bed. And I guess, one of the reasons he told me the injuries he’d have from a car accident. And how the mattress he had to use it every morning. And right now, I’m battling a really bad type of arthritis, osteoarthritis and was under the care of three different doctors. So I’ve tried it on my back, and I barely feel anything. It’s not at all like the twin bed that I have that has a massager. There’s not that much movement in it. So, what’s wrong? I have found it very disappointing. And the fact that I don’t feel the massage like I thought that I would.

I had a bed before, it was old. I decided it was too small, so I decided to get a larger bed. I guess I had that for about 15 years. Well, I had a medical problem so I bought the Easy Rest bed for that. I haven’t had it that long yet so I can’t say if it has improved the medical problem. I like the feature where the head part goes up and down. So far, it is fine. But it does have a little problem. It broke down and motor broke down and something was wrong with the bed, and it wouldn’t go up and down. I had to wait a while to get the guy here to fix it. And he fixed it. I’m okay so far.

We were looking for a bed. I went to the different mattress stores. I saw some of them that are now are very popular. And then, EasyRest is what happened. They sent me a letter to my husband’s name on the drawings, assist a free bed and then what kind of sizes you like. And then I filled out the form and then I sent it out. We did not win. Anyway, someone called me and they gave me the one free pillow. They send it to you and then someone can come in to show you the adjustable bed.

It was probably more like 20 years that we owned our old bed before we got the Easy Rest bed. The main reason we bought the Easy Rest bed is that my husband’s feet and legs swell so bad and he thought that if he could prop his bed every night, it would help him. And so he does every night just about. I don’t know what I like the most but I’ll tell you which one I dislike the most about the bed - making it up. Are you supposed to use solid sheet or two twin sheets or what on that bed? I haven’t heard anything from anybody and I thought surely we’ve paid a lot for that thing for somebody not to call us to see if we liked it or not.

My bed was worn out. I bought the Easy Rest bed for comfort. It will be 13 years this October. The person that sold me the bed was nice and professional. I like the way that I can operate the bed and the head and the foot. I tried a little bit of the wave and the other one. It makes me feel better. It’s definitely quite an experience!

I had the Craftmatic bed years ago and this last year I’ve had a lot of trouble with varicose veins and things like that. I felt like I needed another bed so I can put my legs up when I wanted to. Also I watch television in bed so I wanted a bed that I could raise up without fluffing up some pillows when I want to lie down and watch TV.

The main reason I chose to purchase the Easy Rest bed is to get a good night’s sleep. I had my old bed for about 6 years. The Easy Rest bed has helped with getting a good night’s sleep. I need the relaxation from it. I like the massage. The sales rep was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. The experience with Easy Rest is just very relaxing.

The main reason I chose the Easy Rest bed is because of its movability - the head and the bottom, the feet and the top. I have a lot of physical problems and for that reason I purchased it. I really haven’t seen that much change yet. Being able to elevate the head and elevate the feet are my favorite features. Sales rep was not a problem, very cordial. I’m still in the process of evaluating the bed itself and its effect on my body.

I like my Easy Rest bed pretty well. My wife’s not too crazy about hers just kind of - at an angle you know on one side or other than that it’s okay. We chose the bed because we needed one for comfort and better sleep. I don’t remember how long we’ve had the bed. It’s a long time, maybe fifteen years or more. My favorite is the massage feature. I turn it on overnight before I go to sleep. It gives a nice relaxation. I enjoy the comfort of it and I never was a sound sleeper for years. Now I’m still not but I like it for its comfort and relaxation.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed for my wife. We purchased it for comfort and due to medical injury. We had our old bed probably 7 years. The bed takes some getting used to. We haven’t really seen positive impact on my wife since the purchase.

I’m really enjoying the Easy Rest bed. But some time ago, a little racket fell off. It’s still working. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the operation of the bed or not and I would say it’s just a little kind of a plastic thing. I found out one thing the bed has done for me. Sometimes I’d have cramps in my leg when I move my leg up in the morning and I turn on that vibrator and it knocks you right out.

My 84-year old mother sent in a postcard requesting information regarding Easy Rest Adjustable Beds. She was contacted by a sales person and set an appointment for Saturday September 14th. The salesperson Edonne arrived on time and was very warm, personable, and knowledgeable. Around two hours into the presentation, she finally got to the pricing ($5,500 for a full size bed). My mother asked me to be there with her as she wanted to be sure she was making good decisions and wasn't being taken advantage of. I had to leave at that point and advised my mother that it was a lot of money and that she should think about it prior to making any decisions especially when there wasn't any kind of trial period or return policy. I was not against my mother spending money or that fact that she needed an adjustable bed but wanted to ensure she was getting the best value for her money and not to rush into making a decision.

I’ve been having problems sleeping and my back hurts. My old bed was probably 40 years old. So I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep I spoke to was personable, very friendly and we got along fine. This bed has allowed me to sleep 6 or more hours straight, which I was not doing before. I like the fact that I can change the position of the mattress. It was a satisfying experience. I’m very satisfied with my Easy Rest bed.

I purchased an Easy Rest because of my swollen legs, and the bed has helped me quite a bit. I like that I am able to put my legs up. The sales rep that came up to our house was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I've had a good experience with Easy Rest so far.

I was getting ready to buy a new mattress and box spring to replace my 10-year old bed, and I thought Easy Rest would be the thing but that was a mistake. Well for one thing, I hate that bed. It makes noise when the massage is on and I'm sorry the day that I let that lady come into my home and gave me all these how everybody loves that bed and stuff. I hate the day that I let her in the house because I would've never purchased it otherwise. Although she was courteous and professional, the lady sold me on it and the way she was telling me that it was better than the other one. I was going to get another bed but I hadn't planned to get one like that and then after she came and showed me all of the good stuff and whatever, I just decided to get it. Overall, I’m unhappy with the product and for the price I paid for it. I wouldn't recommend Easy Rest to any one of my friends.

We had to buy another bed for my husband and replace the old one that we had for 20 years. I was looking for it for him and was going to have to get him a bed because he could be bedridden or something and I'd be the one that have to do it for him. So I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed for my husband. The sales rep is professional and courteous. She talked to me and explained to me and she told me that if I lay on my bed how the difference in it and everything. She was real good with it and she showed everything, and the guys who delivered it were extra nice.

Easy Rest made a promise to me and failed to keep it and I’m a little pissed and peeved. I purchased this bed for comfort to replace my old bed that I had for five years. I feel that it was just as comfortable as the other bed. I mean I’m not saying that because I’m upset with the manufacturer. I'm just saying it because I don’t have the same type of comfort that I had with the other bed. In other words, this is a twin bed and the other one was a standard size double bed. It’s just a different world. You have weight on your back which I don't like to do all the time when I'm sleeping so that what gets me. It just doesn’t provide the comfort that the other one did. Strangely enough when you pay that much money, you think you bought something unusual. It’s not unusual. It’s just different.

I chose to buy an Easy Rest bed because number one, I saw this thing on the papers and then two, I was getting pain in the back and planning on replacing my 2-year old bed. Then the sales rep came to the house. He was professional and nice. He persisted that I should buy and order from Easy Rest because I was getting pain in my back, and so I did. The delivery team set the bed and answered all my questions. I love all the features of my Easy Rest bed. I’d say it was a good experience dealing with this company. I'll encourage anybody to buy.

I had a bed here before Easy Rest. I had the Tempur-Pedic. That was so wonderful that your body leans into and folds to your body and this and that. But it’s a product we’re not satisfied with. We got rid of the other one and got the EasyRest bed. We spoke with the sales rep. He’s very professional, very nice and all. He did talk to sell it but he didn’t make any reference to how much the financing was. He said that we will have a trial period. We can turn the bed in if we didn’t want it and there was no such thing.

I have a back problem so I was recommended to buy an adjustable bed. So I looked around and I saw Easy Rest advertised. I have been using my old bed since 1960 and then my husband passed away, and my son moved away. So I was using my son’s bed and that was very comfortable. But 3 years ago my husband passed away so I don’t want to stay in the small bedroom since I'm by myself. So I moved here last year. At that time, I said I need just a single bed so I bought the bed. I like that I could move it, put the head up, put the leg up and I could vibrate. It’s good, relaxing.

We like the Easy Rest bed. We like the fact that the head and the feet go up. I have a bad back. I had it operated 5 years ago and it’s more comfortable if my head is up and my feet are up a little bit. I sleep pretty good with it and my wife just wanted increased comfort. She has gastric reflux, so having the head up just a little really helps her too. We’ve had a good experience with the sales representative and they were very professional and detailed.

I was just going to have the demo. They asked to come over and they give you a free pillow. Nothing really fantastic from the looks of it, but I think the salesman was very good. I think his name was Donald **. Anyway, he’s from Missouri. I think New Hampshire as well and he put on a good demonstration. The video I wasn’t too crazy about. I watched it. They show you the video at first but then he went into other demonstration to show how it worked and all that. He seems to be a very convincing guy so I had no thought of buying it really. It just sounded like a good idea at my age. I had my previous bed for about less than a year. I got a good deal up here with one of the furniture stores and it was a good mattress.

I had my bed before Easy Rest around 7-8 years. The Easy Rest people were okay but this bed is a problem. I think it's okay but I think it's a bit too much. Considering that you can get nowadays some of these beds, even mechanical, for a lot less. I think a $6000 mattress should be two set. One thing is it's a very, very expensive mattress. For that I can get probably ten. I don't want any brand names but I guess you pay for the mechanical part. However the mattress itself is not that great. I don't think it's worth that much money. It's fixed to the side where I lay on. We changed it already. They told me to put the mattress around on the other side. We did and it doesn't change. It's still when I lay on it. I go to the side where I lay on.

I had my previous bed for about 4 or 5 years. I heard a few things about Easy Rest and we decided to try it. They demonstrated it up and down. They asked me how I feel. I got medical problems and I said it’s one of those things. Then they set it all up. Everything was all good. I can raise it up and lie. I have back problems and I slept with my recliner a lot, and to raise and position your body a little different rather than laying flat. I like my Easy Chair. I already talked with a number of friends. They saw it and whatever. I guess they want to try it out. I recommend it.

I owned my previous bed about 4 years before I went to the Easy Rest. I have trouble breathing sometimes and I have swelling, and I just thought that if I went to an adjustable bed I would be more comfortable. The sales rep was very nice and very professional. Delivery was fine too. Everything was beautiful. I couldn’t want for anything better.

I bought an Easy Rest because I can breathe better if I put my head up. If I put the foot up then everything comes loose so you can’t win. I kind of changed my mind since I bought it and I’m kind of sorry I spent the money for it. I’m not completely satisfied with the bed because it all crinkles off when I put the head of the bed up a little bit when I’m sleeping and it’s not comfortable because it got all these ridges in it. I must not have the soft top on it. It doesn’t have pillow top mattress or any kind of mattress really. The top layer is hard when you’re lying on it. It’s not as comfortable as they promised it would be. You can order different parts I guess - different things that snap on there some way. Like it's the soft or the firm mattress thing on top. I said I wanted the firm but I had no idea it was going to be like that. I have a mattress pad and the heat on but it still feels hard to me.

I bought an Easy Rest because of my handicap and I can’t sleep flat and my legs need elevating at night. I had a new mattress. It was too flat. It was too hard and it was too tall. It was hard to get in and out of bed. This Easy Rest really came in handy. I like the massage. It helped me a lot with my back problems. I would recommend it. Their people were nice and professional. Delivery was on time. They were early here and they set the bed up.

This guy, I forgot what his name was, came out and gave me this good spiel and I ended up buying one. Before Easy Rest, I had a real good bed. I haven’t had it very long either. Anyway, everything was delivered fine. I like the massage it gives you. Nice stuff. Then the up and down with the feet. I raise my feet up, sleep with them up. I don’t have to prop them up on bed. I like the bed a lot.

The salesman from Easy Rest was a nice gentleman, and I had no problem with the deliverymen. They were very professional. They came and took the old mattress and put it in the garage for me, and then they brought and installed the new mattress and attached it to the headboard and showed me how to work it using the controls.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my back and diabetes, and it has been helpful. I use it when I feel like getting a massage. The folks at Easy Rest were very good and they were all excellent people. I can say it’s an excellent bed, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Well, I had had two accidents on my job and it left me in a lot of pain and misery, and I always wanted to get something that was going to help me to sleep. I found out that my insurance would pay for a bed that would be acceptable to the doctor for medical reasons.

I have a problem with sleep apnea and acid reflux, so I wanted a bed that I could raise the head up. I got a voucher in the mail for $0.06 just to win a free Easy Rest bed. I sent it back in and someone from Easy Rest called me and wanted to come out and talk to me about it. So they came out. They were professional and they presented the material adequately. The sales rep was nice as she could be, professional and courteous. She laid it out and, of course, I was really in the mood to get a bed like that. They encouraged me to make a sizeable investment. It’s a pretty expensive bed. The next thing I know, I’m paying them over $5,000 for the bed.

I have diabetes and I need to keep my legs up. I had thought about an easy chair and stuff like that, but I said I might as well invest in a bed. So when Easy Rest called, I was interested. The salesman was very good with his job so I bought one. In fact, I spoke to the boss and I told him he was very good, a very good salesman, polite, and we got along very well. The deliverymen were also very good. They came the night before because they were already in the area and they didn’t take too long to set up the bed and they put my old bed downstairs. They were very nice.

I knew I needed a new mattress and I wasn’t resting good, so I was eager to buy a new bed anyway. Now I’m enjoying Easy Rest. It’s just so much better than my old one. I was having trouble with my legs and I just needed to elevate my legs, and I was having another problem with my breathing and I thought I needed to elevate my head some and I think that Easy Rest helped me. I also like the firmness of the mattress.

An Easy Rest card came in the mail and said there’s six chances to win one. Since I’ve got all kinds of medical symptoms, I just filled it out and tossed it in the mailbox.

I don’t care for the Easy Rest bed too much. I have neuropathy and I thought I could adjust different positions where I would improve my bed rest, but it don’t. That’s what I got. And I wondered why. I never have heard it from anybody. And I think it’s probably overpriced. It don’t do what I thought it might do, and if I could do something with it, I would. So I don’t like it that much.

I already had a bed which was an old one that my daughter had purchased when she was down in New Mexico and I couldn’t find parts for it; the wheels had been broken on it and I couldn’t move it. It was a double bed. It wasn’t working completely either. The massage parts have broken a number of years ago and I said that was from New Mexico so I couldn’t get the parts up here. Then I had gotten a couple of things in the mail from Easy Rest and it sounded good so I called and asked for somebody to come and talk to me about it. They did and I decided to buy one. The delivery team was very helpful. In fact, they even helped me with my air conditioner, which was very nice of them.

Someone came up to my home and gave me a description and overview of the product. Everything, including the delivery team, was wonderful. It was a nice thing that happened to me, and I’m loving it! I actually wanted the Easy Rest bed for my husband but he didn’t want it. I offered it to him. I said, “You need it more than I do.” We would have needed it because he has back problems and everything. So we argued back and forth for awhile and then finally he gave in and said, “Alright, you can take it.” So when it got here, I took it. And I’m happy I did!

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because the other bed we had was older so we needed an upgrade. I first got the other bed 20 years ago. It’s the same here as this one - I’m very satisfied because it does everything that we wanted it to do. It’s hard to compare them because they both do almost the same thing.

I like my Easy Rest Bed. The main reason why I purchased it is the adjustability factor. I sleep on it every night. It’s very nice and I like it also because I have a TV in my bedroom that's pointing a little bit off on the side towards the head, and I lift the feet to watch TV sometimes. It’s quite nice. When I lift the feet like that I’m not low looking down off the bed, I’m high. I’m raised. I like that. It’s so convenient.

You see, the thing about me is when you’re hurting and someone tells you that it’s going to help you, you don’t think - I wasn’t thinking. I just jumped right into it because it sounded good. About the money that I had to pay, I thought that was pretty expensive for a bed, but I don’t know. I just went ahead and purchased the Easy Rest bed anyway because I thought it would help me, but it’s not really helping me.

The king size we had before, we had it for about 15 years. We needed a new spring and mattress, so that’s why we got an Easy Rest bed. I have acid reflux. But we’re supposed to get a pillow which we haven’t got. And how the heck am I supposed to get these slim size sheets on this bed? I didn’t realize that this bed was going to be put together. Our other bed, we could like swing them apart. This one you can’t. It’s got a metal thing going all the way down. Putting these two beds together, we can’t move them. We’ve pretty much crawled around trying to figure out how to get these sheets on. I’ve been worried already trying to figure out how this mattress’ sheets on. We’ve been putting them flat and using our other king sized sheets. That’s the only way we can get anything on.

I purchased this Easy Rest because I just wanted some comfort on my back. I like it when I can just go in and take a nap in the afternoon and raise my head and my feet up a little bit and it feels good. I sleep better. The saleswoman was helpful because with not having her come and talk to us, I probably wouldn’t have bought it because I understood everything that was available with it. The delivery team was good. They explained to me too. The bed’s a little bit high but I think I will get used to it. It’s great. The best thing I’ve had!

The sales rep was good. The only thing I haven’t guessed is the price. The delivery team was excellent. They did all they have to do. I like that I can raise it up and down. I watch a little TV and then I lower it down to where it’s almost flat but not quite and then I turn the vibration on and when I check the TV up, I set everything down.

Well I really like my Easy Rest bed! I get up in the morning and I don't have aching muscles. I have a lot of back problems so I feel a lot better. I bought this Easy Rest because of my husband being short of breath and I could raise the head of the bed. It's like a hospital bed. It rolls up and my husband would be able to breathe better. I like the fact that you could put your feet up. That's important because my legs always swell a little bit by evening but by morning it's usually gone. I never use the whatever it is massage business. That didn't turn me on. I don't think it does any good but some people probably enjoy it.

I had a problem with my back for a long time and I saw this ad, just like a little card like thing. I don’t remember if it was in the paper or it was in a magazine or what. They were advertising it. You could apply and win free or something like that. So I did that. I think it was like probably at least 10 years of owning my previous bed before I bought this Easy Rest.

When the Easy Rest salesman came out the first time, he had this little bag. He put one at the foot and one at the head and he turned on the massage. That was great. I have a back problem. That’s mostly what I needed this Easy Rest for. Then swelling on my feet and legs. I can always raise the foot up so with that, the swelling will go down. Then I put the massage on and I’m good. It’s more comfortable but it’s a bit firmer. When I lie down, I don’t want to get up until like say the next day morning. I shouldn’t have had it. Thank God for my little nephew! He purchased this for me for my birthday. This really was a blessing!

The girl that sold Easy Rest to me was courteous and professional. Delivery was fine too. To me it’s just a mattress and a box spring, but I just sleep good on it. I don’t have any medical or anything. It’s just the bed and that’ll do.

We had just moved back from having a fire so we only owned the previous bed for a few months. Before we moved back, I bought a bed with a memory foam mattress on it. It was very expensive and I didn't like it at all. If I could take it back, I would have. Then we had to bring the bed here because my stepdaughter's kids do Hawaiian punch on it back where we were staying at the condominium, and that was nice and firm but it still wasn't quite what I needed. I couldn't find a bed that worked, and then I got this Easy Rest and it worked.

I’ve had my previous bed for over 25 years. I was thinking about getting a bed. I kind of wanted one. I bought Easy Rest because I can raise it up and stuff like that. The salesman was helpful and explained how to use the bed. Delivery was on time and they assembled the bed. They showed me how to work and all that - the buttons and everything on the remote. Everything’s all right. I am enjoying the bed and I sleep good.

I have had my old bed for about 10 years. We started to have back problems and I figured the Easy Rest bed would help. Their people were courteous and respectful. The delivery people showed me the function and were on time coming here. This bed helps with the discomfort on my back. I also like the remote control where I can adjust the bed the way I wanted. What I don’t like on the bed is that I got the queen double or something and a spring mattress is helpful for us rather than a solid mattress. So I think it's the only one that got wrong.

My contact with Easy Rest was really good. They were really on time. They called me and let me know when they were coming and everything went good. The salesman was really fine. He brought me a pack of cookies. He was nice. And then the guy that delivered it, he was really nice too. He helped me move my old bed and set up the bed and attach - I have a home-made headboard and he had to really work with that to get it attached, but he did fine. He showed me how to use the bed.

The Easy Rest representatives set the bed up and everything and explained to us what to do and how to do it and all that. He did the mattress thing cover but we haven’t put it on yet. But she said we’ll put that on a little later.

When we first got in contact with Easy Rest, they were very nice. When they came out, they put it all together for us. They showed us how to use the bed. I have a Sleep Number bed. I have it in a spare bedroom and that’s about 7 years old. And the one I’m sleeping on prior to the Easy Rest bed was my fiancée’s. We’re now married so we had a king size and she had it for me. It’s been 15 years then.

I just had a regular bed before I purchased my Easy Rest bed. On email or something, it had a free pillow and I decided I will go get the free pillow. Then they came out with a demonstration at our house. I felt like I needed a new bed anyway so I went ahead and bought one. The representative's presentation went pretty good. I just got the cheap one. I didn't get the $4000 one. On the day of delivery, everything was perfect. I like the up and down feature. I really like the bed but I just thought that the mattress was a little bit too hard for me but anyway I can get a new mattress and put it on there. I would recommend Easy Rest.

When I encountered the sales representative, he was respectful and on time. I like him. The delivery team was great. It was fine. They showed me how to use my bed.

Before I purchased my Easy Rest bed, I probably had the previous bed since about 1990. When I had my initial contact with Easy Rest, they were very nice. The Easy Rest sales representative seemed to be knowledgeable. It was a bad night when they brought it because it had been pouring down rain and they had a great big truck and they couldn’t get it up my drive way because of the trees and stuff. So they had to unload it down on my pick-up truck and bring it up that way. They didn’t stay too long because it was storming and bad that night. They had a lot to do that night and they left me one of those pads that I can put in if I need to.

My initial phone contact with Easy Rest was good. They were courteous and respectful. I had a great interaction with the sales representative. And they were on time when they came to deliver the bed. They also had to take it apart and put it in storage because I had to come to Alabama and take care of my dad.

I was approached by a salesman about this Easy Rest bed. I bought it and everything was fine. My leg swells and I put the foot of the bed up and that made it a lot easier. It is also helping me get to sleep better at night. My whole family has tried it and everyone loves it.

Communication with the sales rep went real well while the delivery team was good and explained to me how to operate the bed. This Easy Rest bed is indeed helping me sleep. I would say that it is a very comfortable bed. I love the massage. I also start using the heat. I enjoy it and I have talked with a few of my friends and I told them about it.

Oh, I love Easy Rest! I had no problems with their salesman and delivery people. I was having bad trouble with my legs at night and since I’ve had the bed, I don’t have any trouble with my legs anymore. I like that I can raise it. Well, I’m 88 years old and I have not, other than this year, slept as well on any bed as I have that bed.

I saw an ad somewhere and mailed it in. My sister-in-law had been trying to get me to get a Tempur-Pedic for years and I knew it wasn’t American made and Easy Rest was. So I think that was the deciding factor. And then the salesman came down the house, I didn’t have to go to the store and try to pick one out for me. It went okay. I thought I was getting a $500 gift and it turns out that was to go on the warranty. I might have that confused. But anyway, the bed’s paid for and I’m sleeping in it.

I think I got something through mail saying that I could have a free pillow. I think that’s what started it. I have had a broken back and an arm pulled out of my shoulder and now I’ve got a hip that’s got to have surgery. This Easy Rest bed is wonderful. I am enjoying it very much. I use the lifting my feet if they swell and burst. I keep my foot real high and that is wonderful. And I do use the head raised a little bit.

We ordered a twin king size "sleep system" from this company. It was delivered within two days. We tried it for about a week and on the last day of the "grace" period we decided to cancel the contract so we submitted a cancellation letter and returned the contract to Easy Rest. We dropped the letter into a local USPS drop after the post office had closed for the day. After about a week I began to call Easy Rest to find the status of the cancellation letter. After about twenty calls I talked to **, a supervisor, and she told me the letter was postmarked one day after the deadline. In summary the Easy Rest customer service is no service at all to the people who are not satisfied with their product!

Their people were great. They took out my old one and they put in my new one and just zip, zip, zip, and off they went. I can now watch TV better. I sure can. I don’t have to put my glasses on the end of my nose. As for my favorite feature, it all depends how I feel. I have arthritis real bad so sometimes when I want it, I use the massage. But mostly, I like it because I can raise and lower it and get better light. And so it’s just easier to read. I read a lot. This bed does what it’s supposed to do.

Easy Rest got in contact with me. The sales rep was fine. Said they’d send me a set of sheets but they never did. Delivery went great. I don’t have any injuries, but I’m a diabetic. The bed helps my legs. I just raise my head up a little bit and raise my feet and I go to sleep. It’s great. I would recommend them.

I’m not real pleased. Easy Rest gives you five days to make a decision. Well, they don’t say that it’s not from the time it gets delivered. It’s from that date that you signed the deal. Well, I didn’t have no time because I called the day after I got it to tell them it wasn’t working and they said, “Well your five days are up.” Well, they didn’t deliver it. There is no way to decide whether or not you want it. It’s just done. And the bed doesn’t work for me. I told them that. It was a shoddy way to do business.

We were wanting to get a bed, so when I received something in the mail from Easy Rest, I sent the card back and they sent out a sales rep. It just cost more than we expected, but life is what life is. The delivery came and showed me how to work the bed and everything. So far, I’m getting a better night’s sleep because I have to sleep staying up with my sinuses. But my husband with his legs, he’s still trying out different heights and stuff. So he’s still working on it. But he seems to do better. I’d rate Easy Rest 100%.

I saw Easy Rest in the paper and it had a form to fill out if you were interested. And the bed was so good, I signed my name and mailed it. My family was quite surprised that I did that because I have never really bought anything. I just lost my husband about a year ago and I was depressed and the bed made me feel so good that I just went ahead and I bought it.
