I'm a diabetic. I got the Easy Rest bed because I have poor circulation. It helped the circulation in my feet and legs. It has been a little over three months since I bought it and I rest well at night. I adjust the bed to the one that is comfortable as I could get out of bed easily. I don't have problems like hardly getting my breath. I have to sleep with my head up and I can raise it and lower it back.
I had seen the Easy Rest TV ads and after talking to the sales person, the process was simple. The delivery people were good. They came in and did a good job. They were nice.
The bed is really nice to have especially if you're having poor circulation and having trouble sleeping. I recommend buying this.

Well, the Easy Rest people came over to the house. I guess I must have signed up for it because they came and showed it to me. We were sure we would like it so we just decided to get it. The ordering process and delivery was simple and we had no problems with it. As for the adjustable features, I like the part where it lifts your head up and also where it massages you. We've had it for about three months and it has been really great.

I had a bad neck for years before I got the Easy Rest. I gave my apartment up and came to live with my daughter. And they made this my bed, because I sold my twin. And when I knew about this, I got the Easy Rest. I chose the bed because it was much lighter than Craftmatic and the man told me that Easy Rest had bought Craftmatic out. That's how they came about.
My first night was the best night. And now that I'm used to it, it is okay. I use all of the adjustable features occasionally. I elevate my feet every night because I have trouble with them. And I have the wave - I like that. The massage is also nice. However, the unit in the middle of the bed bothers me a little. And the salesperson told me he was going to bring me a pillow, but he never did. I bet there are a lot of things they tell you that they don't do, like if they lie a lot to get sales or something.
The Easy Rest bed is excellent for what I want and what I need.

I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet. And blood doesn't come back from my feet very well, so that's why I got the bed, to raise my feet. And I got the massage thing - that helps with the circulation somewhat. When I get in the bed, and I turn the bed on, I go right to sleep. I sleep pretty deep. I don't know if I get very much sleep than I used to but I do pass out.
I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed 'cause I haven't seen any other ones that had the vibration feature. And it opened up on top and the mattress foam part could just come right out. You could turn it around or whatever and zip it back up. Even you could replace it if you had to.
I've already recommended the Easy Rest to several people. The experience has been really good. I haven't had a problem from anything that was said to me about this situation. The guys came and brought it right on time. And they put it together really well. They even switched the bed for me, from one room to the other. And I don't have any complaints about the performance of anybody.

Someone came and demonstrated the Easy Rest bed before I purchased one. When the delivery came, they showed me how to use it. I've had the bed for a couple of months and I'm pretty much satisfied with it. I read sometimes and raise the head part a bit. As for the different adjustable features, I haven't used them much as I don't like to sleep with my feet up in the air.

I have had the Easy Rest bed since about January. I've had a little trouble with my back and the other bed had some soft spots. This bed seems to work out so much better.
I looked at the Sleep Number bed and I looked at quite a few of Tempur-Pedic. The Easy Rest salesman was so good that he did a really good job demonstrating and really sold me on it. I talked to him the year before I had the bed. I really was happy with the information he gave me and then I called him back the following year. He came back and I said, 'Well, this would be the year that I'm going to buy the Easy Rest bed.'
I've really been pleased with it because it's easy to use and it's very comforting. It really does what they say it does. It's simple to use and very effective. I usually put the head up a little bit. I would start off at night with the head being level and then I usually bring it up. I haven't really found a favorite position. I just use it in a variety of positions and I find that it's really helpful. I've been able to sleep a lot better with it.
I would probably rate it a 5 and I think it's a great bed. I would recommend it to someone.

First of all, the guy sold me the Easy Rest bed and told me I was getting a pillow. I never got it. I waited a month and I called them. They said it would take three months. But it's already four months without the pillow. Was he lying? I'm sure the pillows are not that expensive, but he didn't have to promise me the pillow. I even told him I would take the vibrator that he sent when he came in. I said that I'd take that instead of the pillow. He said, 'We'll still give you the pillow.' And he never did.
The bed is fine. It helps me sleep. It's excellent. The issue of the pillow overshadows everything else because it's a disappointment. As long as this pillow thing is not over, I'm not giving them any recommendation. Everything else was just fine. I just don't like being lied to.

I was going to get a new bed and this lady came over and sold me on the Easy Rest bed. I got it in December but I'm not the happiest guy in the world. I have two false knees which are two new replacements. I got bad legs which burn at night. I'm up every two hours. It's my legs. There's no relief from the bed or anything else at all. This stuff comes to mind... shots - you name it I've had it done. Nothing helps. They get so hot at night. They wake you right up and just like that. So far, the only thing that helps me is when I use the vibrator - it's very good. When I want to go back to bed, I lay on the bed and I put the vibrator on and I fall asleep with the vibrator on.
The other features don't help. You put the legs up and it comes up near your butt and knees and that rises from there. That doesn't help me at all. From the back, it's not bad at all when you're raising the back but the other end comes up too far. If I just raise my legs up, I'll be fine but I'd raise my whole body up there; that's where it comes from. I don't know what the right way is. All I know is that I push the button and that's the way it works. I haven't called customer service as I'll just let it and see how it is.
I guess it's effective if that's what you want to know, but I don't think I would buy it again. I'd get just as much out of a regular bed. If I put my legs up on a pillow, I'd get just as much out of it. I'm just about satisfied with the bed but it's not what I expected.

With regard to the height of the foot when you raise it - you may be hitting one of the pre-programmed positions and it may be too high for your comfort in the foot section. I have had an Easy Rest bed since 1986 when I was in Illinois. The Easy Rest was recommended by my doctor before because I have asthma. He recommended getting that kind of machine, that kind of bed just like the hospital bed. That's why I got one. Then I saw that flyer about the Easy Rest and then I signed hoping I will win another one.
Somebody from Easy Rest called me and they said that somebody would come and do a fit, and then my sister convinced me to get another one because mine is already old but it's still working. Because I already have it, I didn't need them to show me how to use it when they delivered the bed and that was why I didn't have any questions. It's almost the same as that one I have, only mine is older and my old is still functioning. The new bed and the old bed have the same features except the new one is modern; the control is modern and very light compared to the old one which is very heavy. The massage feature is my favorite and also the going up and down of the head and lower part.
The bed is excellent. It's good. I would recommend the Easy Rest bed to my friends. I actually have a friend who wanted to have one also because one time she slept here with me and I let her sleep in there on the bed. She liked it, only they are out of budget. She wanted to buy a king size but they had no money.

We had seen the Easy Rest bed before and we were entered into the contest for a while. Then an agent came and presented it to us. He demonstrated it, and we thought the elevation of the head and legs might be good. Breathing as a former asthmatic, it's sometimes hard but being elevated would be of help. Also, we were working with our posture with a chiropractor and we wanted to teach ourselves to lie on our back instead of on our sides as it adds a lot of extra weight. My wife had always slept on her side and has got a sore hip now. The bed is helping with posture when you've got both up and bottom elevated. Just one negative thing... I thought elevating would be good for a restless leg. Well, I found out that elevating the legs somehow made that occur more often so I don't elevate it so high now; otherwise, they're very comfortable.
The people at Easy Rest are still calling us saying we're still listed in it and saying, 'You could still win and then do what you want with it, sell it or...' So we're still hoping we can because it was expensive. But we think in the future if we get sick of something, it would be a blessing having a bed like this. We have had it for four months and it's been amazing so far and a good experience.

I have COPD and had trouble sleeping and everything and I decided it was time to get a new bed. Easy Rest was the first one I called and I decided I like the way they came talking about it and I thought I would give it a try. The salesman who did the initial demonstration was real good. He was real helpful. He knew what he was doing and everything. When they brought the bed to my house in February, they showed me how to use the bed and answered all my questions. The bed is terrific and I talk about it all the time to my friends.

We decided that we needed the Easy Rest bed because my wife had to have her back elevated. We waited around for a long time. Then we got it in December and it was a nice fit. The installer did explain all the features. He also gave me a form because I got a medical slip to get my taxes back. I don't know what happened.
My wife was always cold and in April, she had cancer. She just expired today at 5 am, dead this morning. She had been fighting with it ever since May of last year and she enjoyed the bed. It was very, very comforting for her and we got this Easy Bed for her. It was pretty wonderful. No complaints, she liked it.
The only thing I have complained about is I've got a complaint to this day. I asked for a medium firm mattress and they, the representative from Ocala, sent me a firm mattress. And I called him. I said, 'It's too hard for me. I meant medium firm and this guy sent firm.' But nothing has ever happened and that's been three months ago. They said they would change the mattress out for me. I called him about two weeks after that and I told him the problem I got. He said, 'Okay, I'll call them and take care of it.' That has been since January.
Except for those two minor details, my experience with Easy Rest has been great and fantastic.

I didn't like the Tempur-Pedic mattress I had and I got a letter from Easy Rest. When they came to deliver my bed in January, they showed me how to use it. Hogan was very nice and answered my questions. I like the head part and the foot part. Very comfortable.

I have had the Easy Rest a little over a month ago and now I have a problem with my feet because I can't sleep in the damn thing right now. I have pains in my feet. I have neuralgia. If I lay down on it, I have to sit on a chair with my feet on the floor to be able to sleep. Why does it start to slide to the one side or other when I'm on it? I have to push the upper mattress back to line up with the lower mattress. I thought it would help me sleep better so I could get a more comfortable position rather than being in a flat bed.
In either case, whether the back is raised or the lower legs are raised, it just doesn't work for me. I'm hoping my doctor will help cure the problem I have. I've had this problem for about 5 years now. That's why I changed the bed. I thought I would be able to sit up and it would help, but it didn't. I like the raising of the head, though. A lot of getting used to it is what my reaction is. I'm still on the bed and the mattress slides me off almost onto the floor. Not like a flat mattress where you sit down and do something. It feels like I'm sliding. Every time I sit on the edge of the mattress, I tend to slide toward the floor. I don't know what causes that. Is there not enough support in the edges of the mattress to prevent that?

We were looking for an adjustable bed of some sort and I've known other people with adjustable beds; they quit working after a while. So, we liked the warranty that came with this bed. I wasn't home when they delivered the bed; my husband was. But we enjoyed our conversation with the salesman. He was here about 4 hours. He was very anxious to assist in any way he could, and he did. He was very pleasant. Easy Rest has helped us with our back problems and knee problems because we are in our 70s. It's helped a lot ever since buying it a little over two months ago. I'm reducing medication.

I found in one of my books about a free Easy Rest. They called me and they asked if I'd buy it. I listened to them and everything. I had one once before, but it wasn't Easy Rest and the motor or whatnot has been out on it. And I couldn't raise the head. Everything else worked but not the head. So after I had my surgery, it was actually too low for me.
This new Easy Rest I've only had it a few months, not quite 6 months. I had knee replacement and hip replacement since last fall. Easy Rest bed has helped quite a bit. I like their foot raise and the head raise and I have two massagers. It has helped with giving me a better night's sleep. It relaxes you really well. And you will sleep faster. It's really a good bed.

I have had it four months, at the most. The delivery team was great. I wasn't going to buy it because I really couldn't afford it at that time, or any time. But the payments seemed reasonable enough. The adjustable legs are my favorite. I don't have to use the pillows anymore. I have poor circulation in my legs; I had a bypass in one leg 10 years ago and my doctor told me to always sleep with my leg raised. Everything worked out like I thought it would through the video I watched. I'm pleased with it.

We got our Easy Rest bed in February. It has helped my legs and my knees but I would probably never do it again; I would probably just get pillows to hold my knees up. But we have it, so we're using it.

I have had my Easy Rest bed since the first part of the year. Still, I don't get a good night's sleep. The bed doesn't go high enough to suit me and the controller sucks. Well, I'm dissatisfied with the bed. I'm not angry with the experience; I just can't sleep well in it. In the middle of the night, if you're putting the head of the bed up and you have to get up to go to the bathroom, you can't get out of the bed without putting it down. And you can't find the button to put the bed down. The controller needs to be eliminated. They could design a better controller.

I got the Easy Rest bed later part of January. We really needed it that time because our bed is already old, and that time, the salesperson just came to introduce the bed to us. I didn't have any problem with them, even the one who introduced the bed to us. Only thing is, I feel as if I bought a very expensive one.

Easy Rest is the first thing I turn on when I get in bed. It's great. I always had trouble sleeping and I noticed a difference since having this bed for about three months now. We got a card through the mail and we're just on a salary and didn't realize it's going to be that much money, but we're pretty well pleased. The salesman was great and the delivery team was great, too. We're pretty satisfied with the delivery.
I like the vibrator feature, but it doesn't seem like it's as strong as it should be. It also seems like we heard a noise under the bed a couple of times when I started the vibrator. It's also hard for us to find the fittings for the bigger bed. But otherwise, I think it's pretty good.

I have arthritis and back pain, and my husband has a lot of pain too. We didn't have access to what we need to get our head raised. So about two or three months ago I purchased my Easy Rest bed. I just like it because it's a good mattress. I love the massager and can raise my head and feet up. But my husband doesn't sleep too well with the feet up, so I don't get to raise it too far. It has helped some, but I still have my pain sometimes. I guess I expected more out of it than I've gotten so far. And that was a lot of money that we're spending.

I wasn't quite as pleased as I would love to have been. Not entirely pleased. First of all, they were supposed to send me a pillow because I agreed to listen to the sales pitch and then I went ahead and bought the bed (in January) and I haven't received the pillow yet. So that's number one. For the cost of the bed, I'm a little bit disappointed. I think that the cost of the bed is a whole lot more than the bed is worth. I'm disappointed because I felt that it didn't stand up to everything that the salesman said that it would, and for the cost. I guess I thought it would be better - the longer that I have it, the more comfortable I'd feel with it. I chose it because I felt the salesman was convincing. Unfortunately, I have the bed now and I'm paying for it. I thought with how much I had to pay for that mattress, that I should have been more pleased with it.
When I first got my Easy Rest bed, I had used the controls in order to raise the head of the bed and then I raised the foot of the bed; and when I got up in the morning, I realized the mattress had moved and it was pressing against the bottom (that metal thing that was at the bottom that was supposed to hold the mattress in place), and I had to move the mattress back where it belonged and put that metal back in where it belonged. So I called customer service and I complained about that. She told me (and she wasn't particularly polite) that I was supposed to raise the bottom of the bed first and then raise the head of the bed and then the mattress wouldn't move. And so that's what I've been doing since, but I think I should have been told that from the beginning so that I didn't have the bad experience with it. The man who installed the bed did talk about how to use the remote, so I didn't have any questions with that. I do think though that if I called customer service, that she shouldn't have been snippy with me.
Also, during the first few months, it seemed to me that before I would get to sleep, I would feel like I was sleeping on a hill. I think that whatever the pillow form is that's on top of the mattress part, that maybe my body formed a depression in the mattress and then I felt like there was a lump beside me, a little hill. And it took me a while to get used to that. Sometimes I would move over and sleep like in the middle of the bed and try to even things out. But now that I've gotten kind of used to the bed, I don't notice that as much as I did at the beginning and I don't know why that would be.
But anyway, I do enjoy the fact that I can adjust it to different heights. I can't say for sure whether that helps me to sleep better or not. It's possible that it does. I have asthma and I believe it helps a little bit to raise the head of the bed at night when I'm sleeping. It helps me breathe a little bit better. That's a recommendation that most pulmonary doctors give you anyways, that you raise the head of your bed a little bit. But I don't think that it helps necessarily in any arthritic things that I have.
Furthermore, I have sheets that are supposed to fit on large size mattresses and they fit pretty well. But I'm an older woman and it's hard for me to get the very last quarter down, on making up the bed. Other than that, well, the bed's pretty easy to make up. And I'm also enjoying the vibration. I like it very much. I noticed that it lasts for about a half hour and that's very nice.

With regard to the difficulty you are having changing your sheets - There is a very simple way to make it easier to change the sheets. Simply raise the head of the bed to its full height. Then you can put the fitted sheet on the top half of the mattress. Once you have it on then lower the head back to the flat position. Walk to the foot of the bed and put the fitted sheet on the bottom half of the mattress. If you need to you can raise the foot position a bit to clear the footboard if you have one attached. Repeat it on the other side of the bed. It is simple and takes very little time. We'll be calling you to explain this solution so that you can do it easily and effortlessly next time.

I just sent in the whole payment (over $3000 check) and just haven't heard back from them. Everybody in my family was just about as shocked together when they found out how much I'd paid for it. But I love my Easy Rest bed. I do...
I've had it probably for at least 4-5 months now. It was before I decided to move. The deliveryman was wonderful. He was so nice. I had a queen size bed to move in to another bedroom. He did it all by himself. He packed the mattress and stuff and out to the garage. He was wonderful. And the lady that sold it to me, I had no thoughts of buying an adjustable bed until she came and talked me into it. She took me upstairs and showed me how high it would go, set me on the bed, and put pillows under my knees. She was just so sweet. She's just the nicest lady. She convinced me that it would be as worthwhile.
And I really do like it. Definitely enjoying it. I have a lot of aches and pains. I have fibromyalgia and things like that. I'm just kinda achy. And I sleep with it, adjust it about a quarter of the way up on my back and then I also raise my feet. It's very comfortable. I really like it that way. I've tried a couple of different levels and that seems to be the one where I relax the most. And the vibrator is wonderful. I really appreciate that. I like it very much. The Easy Rest bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Let me start off by saying that I bought it for my sister. So I'm not using it actually. I have a mentally ** sister that I take care of. She's 61 years old. And some nights she was just getting in and out of a bed. I don't know why, but she always has been for the last 15 years. And so I bought this bed for her in January of this year.
When I first asked for them to come out, when we first set up the interview, I was interested in it for myself. But then while he was out here, I didn't even realize they made it like a twin or whatever you want to call it. But when I realized that they did and I saw that in his brochure, I knew immediately that I would need to purchase it more for my sister than for myself because I'd seen the greater need that she had for it. So after he demonstrated my bed for me and then we got to talking about it and I saw the other bed in the book, then I told him, 'Let's talk about this bed.' And so that's what we did.
They delivered it on Friday, and by Saturday, by 11 o'clock my sister could already operate it. That's what I was concerned with initially. It had the two settings on it. And since we got the bed, she has been sleeping much better, because she slept like in a sitting up position and she never did really lay down until I got the Easy Rest bed. And now she lays down and she definitely gets a better night's sleep. And she's like me. She's older so she has a lot of aches and pains and her back hurts a lot. She's got scoliosis extremely bad. And I know that the Easy Rest bed has helped her out tremendously.
As far as the people behind this company, I would think that they're very trustworthy. I would say trustworthy, for sure, for the salesman's part. I think he did a very good job and he told everything like it was supposed to be, as it is. And the salesman was very nice and polite. I would say he's very thorough too. He showed me all the Easy Rest bed had to offer. I got to get on my bed and he lifted up the end of it and put his briefcase under it and we put pillows up at my head and my back. So he did a good job of demonstrating it and answering all of my questions.
The only thing that I regret that I didn't do, I told the salesman that we didn't need the remote control, because that little wire thing gets tangled up / twisted up. But I wish we had got the remote control. It wouldn't hurt for it to have the wire on it. Also, it seems to be just maybe an inch or two inches a little higher than what my sister actually needs. She does have a hard time getting off of it and back on it. And I thought, well, if they made a bed such that the heights could be adjusted up and down (adjustable for somebody), that would really be great and helpful.
I have never had anybody else come out and show me or talk to me about a bed. The Easy Rest is the only one that I've ever had any experience with and I just had a good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I already have...

The bed was just quite what I wanted. I really like the bed. It has helped me, because I have the acid reflux and I like to raise my head. When I was buying them, I also thought maybe it would help my husband, but it has not helped him as much as I thought it would. But it's not the bed; it's just him. He's had several back surgeries and has a lot of pain and he wasn't sleeping well. It's hard for him to find a comfortable position to sleep. If he lays on his back too long, it hurts. So if he raises his head and raises his feet, he's pretty comfortable. So he's adjusting it up and down and just trying to get comfortable.
We haven't had them that long. I bought them sometime in January. The salesperson was very nice and was a really good salesperson. I had no problem with her. It took us a while to make up our mind and all that, but she was really patient with us. She even called her boss and I got on the phone with him. The guys who delivered the beds were nice also. They put our beds together (and did a great job), demonstrated how to use them and answered any questions we had at the time. They're all just really nice and helpful. It was the right experience - no problems.

I saw the Easy Rest bed on TV. I then entered a contest to win a free bed and then they called and made an appointment and we just bought one about three months ago. Everything went smooth. And I like the head up a little bit and the feet up a little bit (we both have different opinions on it, but we easily work it out). The only issue I have is that it's too high. I can hardly get up on it. I just wished I had told them to put it a little lower. But the bed's very comfortable.

We purchased two Easy Rest beds, one queen size bed for our home in Redmond, WA and a single for our home in Indio, CA. We purchased it as I recall on the 11th of December. But they could not deliver the queen bed until the 26th of December. My husband had not been sleeping in a bed for a while because he had dementia, which leads to a syndrome called Sundowning. It means that they don't like to lay down in bed. So I had from the 26th to the 29th been trying to get him to lay down in that bed, but he never slept in it. Then we left for California for our farm down in the desert.
We called the company when we got down here and had the bed the single bed (for down here) delivered on I think the 11th of January. And he did sleep in that bed, like every other night for a while. And on the 28th of December, he got pneumonia and I had to take him to the hospital. And from then on, he was not in that bed because he was in a hospital and he was in a Manor Care, which was kind of a rehab center, trying to get the pneumonia gone and to get him to walk again, because once he'd gotten pneumonia, he couldn't walk... So he did not use the bed until he got to an adult facility, after the Manor Care (it was like 5 weeks). March 9 he went to the adult care, and I had the bed that was here in the desert moved there so he could use that bed for 5 weeks. But the one in Seattle, which was a queen, was never used.
So I called numerous times and talked to customer service. They said they couldn't do anything because there was a 7-day return policy and after that you're stuck. And I tried to explain to them that my husband never used the bed and then he wouldn't be able to use the bed because he had passed away. I called a couple of times because I thought maybe talking to one person and then a different person would make a difference, but they were all quite rude. And I asked for their supervisor or for a sales manager or someone to talk to so I could explain my situation because I thought, well, maybe being that the beds were so expensive. I spent $7700 on the two beds, which I think is extremely expensive for a bed, and those people wouldn't even give me the time of day. They said, 'Sorry, too bad. Adios.' I was a little stuck. They wouldn't even listen to my story or anything. It was difficult enough and to get people hanging up on me wasn't so nice.
I had thought of that bed because I didn't really want a hospital bed, so to speak, for my husband. But I wanted one that would raise and lower at the feet and the headboard and also have massage - that's why the cost goes up, because you have massage and the way and all that stuff. That was the reason why I even went to the Easy Rest, because it looked like it would be something that would make my husband comfortable. And I love the beds. They're very comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about them. They're wonderful.
So as far as the bed is concerned, I'd rate it as high as you can rate the bed. But as far as their return policy and how they treat people after they'd purchased, I think it's just deplorable, just deplorable. Particularly, in certain circumstances, they should listen and at least give a cash refund or something. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone else, because I wouldn't want them to have to go through something like this. If something unusual happened and the bed was not used or whatever, there doesn't seem to be any compensation, a way to return it, or anything. After that 7-period, it's 'too bad'.

My husband called Easy Rest a couple of months ago and had the salesman to come out to tell us all about it and then he bought it. He has a bad back so he couldn't lay flat at night to sleep and that's why we got it, so he could just kinda sit up and put his knees up at night. The delivery guy was really helpful and the other guy was good. They were both fine.
Now my husband is sleeping better, for sure. He certainly feels better. He does it a little bit flat and then he brings up his feet and his back for the rest of the night. (The massage is for when he gets up in the morning.) I myself don't sleep on my back. I sleep on my side, so it's a bit harder. I got it just a little bit raised on my head but not much, just barely. But my husband is really happy with this bed. He's enjoying it.
Our whole experience was good. No problems or anything. It is a nice bed. I would recommend it.

I'd seen the Easy Rest ad and I called to find out about it. And the more I found out about it, the more I decided to get one. It's probably a little over a month since they delivered the bed. They were pretty thorough, and when they installed it, they showed me how it worked and everything. As far as the adjustable features, I like the one where it just sits up. It's very easy to use and it's great. It's given me a lot of comfort.

Easy, comfortable and convenient. Those three words would pretty well summarize my whole experience with this company and the bed...
The representative came out from San Diego and it was raining. I had intents and purposes to buy it, anyway (not this particular bed, actually). There were maybe 2 or three other beds out in the market, but after talking to him, I just went ahead and ordered this bed. That's the main reason I chose an Easy Rest bed, because he came out directly to the house. Instead of me having to go out and shop and talk and do all these, he just came by to the house and took care of all of that in one step. So I didn't have to go out and do any shopping or decision-making. I made it all here at home. That was the big selling point for me. And with regards to my experience with the installers, it was fine. In fact they showed up earlier than I was expecting them. So that worked out even better. They also explained to me how to use the bed and they answered every question I had at the time.
I've had this bed for about two months now. I have spinal stenosis and there has been a big improvement in terms of getting a better night's rest on this bed. Plus I have the massage on it and that works really well too. I haven't tried any of the other ones though. I just use the vibration mode because it relieves a lot of stress and pain on my back.
If only they had made them a little more attractive, cost-wise... But the quality of the product was pretty good, so I didn't really have any problems with that. I would recommend it to other people if they asked me about it.

The installers who came did everything that was supposed to be done. And the Easy Rest salesperson was a really nice lady. I like her. She sat here for a couple of hours and talked to me. I just needed a new bed, so I bought one from her, so that I can sit up and have it vibrate. I've had it for almost 5 months. But then, when I sleep, I got to put it right back down because I can't sleep on my back. I got to sleep on my side. I just like to keep my head up just a little bit lower than my feet. It does the same thing as my other bed did. The only thing is I can raise this up and down. But if I found somebody who wanted one, to sit up and vibrate or whatever, god I would recommend it.

About 5-6 months ago, I was just sending in my application for a free bed that I got in the mail and I just got a call and the salesman came out and I bought it. I never checked out other brands. I had no problem with the entire process of ordering my Easy Rest bed and having it installed. They did the best they could. And the bed itself is great. It is quiet when I elevate it and put it down. I've been sleeping in the chair for so long, but now I can go and lay down in the bed at last. I also have tried the vibration mode several times. It's wonderful.

I think I first learned of or was first informed regarding Easy Rest from an ad where a customer or person could win a bed. I then bought it for someone a little over three months now. I'm in New York and the bed is in North Carolina, but I sleep there 3 or 4 times a week. Anyhow, I get the best feedback from it, the best that you can hear. He sleeps very well on this bed. It turned out right. They have had no problem. There's no complaint at all. Everyone with the delivery team I understand was very nice. They put it together for them. The salesperson that came by my house was very nice too. I have no problem with them. My experience I would say was good. In the future, I may also get one for myself.

I've had it now for about 6 months. The two black men that brought it out, they were just as nice as they could be. They set up the bed and everything. Everything was just wonderful. And whenever I first started using it, the leg part was pretty good, when you can lift the legs and stuff up. So that part was good. The bad part about it is that the contract that I had signed went out before I could return the bed, because I didn't realize how much the interest was until I got if after the deadline. Because it takes a while for these things to develop, to know how much you owe and all this kind of stuff, you'll never realize it until you actually get the contract. Maybe if Easy Rest could extend the deadline on things, it would help out their company and stuff. Other than that, it's a twin bed. It lifts up and down. What else can it do? It's just a bed. But it ain't worth $12,000.
So I really am not thrilled with the salesman, the guy that came out here that set up the contract and sold it to me. He was all for selling. And there's no way I can speak good about it, because he did not show me any other one except the most expensive one he had. He should have given me a choice. I didn't realize that time that I could have made him show me a cheaper bed. But he was really pushy to sell this most expensive bed that he had. When my credit didn't go through, he got my daughter to sign with me - and guilt trip and everything, so she signed. It really wasn't a good experience. In fact I wished I hadn't even let him in the house.
I'm now stuck with a bed that I cannot pay for. If it went a lot cheaper, with me being on social security, then I might could have afforded it and paid my bed. But as it is, I'm like, 'Just drag it out because I can't pay for it.' I don't imagine that anybody that had a lot of money could/would complain about it, but I don't have a lot of money.

A very, very comfortable night’s sleep and more naps than I would like to admit. The versatility of the functions allows me to relax so I can read a book or watch the TV before bed. The massage function is also a huge plus that helps me fall asleep much faster. I would recommend this bed to anyone and definitely to anyone that use leg prosthetics because you could adjust the bed preventing you from sliding up or down the bed. I do use prosthetics, and this bed also helps me by preventing my wife from accidentally kicking me in her sleep.

I bought an Easy Rest about 4 months ago because I would need it so I can raise my head up, to breathe a little bit better. I had no problems in getting it. I had a coupon that came in, to take a chance of getting a free one, and sent it in. Then a representative came out and he talked to me and I just ordered the bed in. And the bed came out quite shortly. I was surprised how early I got it. It got to me in a day. The people who delivered the bed were able to answer all of my questions and showed me how to use it. They even put my old mattress away for me. I was very pleased with the whole process.
I sleep very well with it, much better. It's very very comfortable as far as I'm concerned. It's exactly what I wanted. I love it and I'm very proud of it and I'm paying for it. I could pay for it within a year.

How it all started was the lady called. (I don't know who she was. I guess she's from the main office.). She asked me, 'Which way would you like to have it? Raised up on your head or raised up on your feet?' Then she offers 'raised up on your head and feet' and that's what I chose. I can't sleep flat and I have shortness of breath, so I like to put pillows. I was only tired of just doing it all the time. I like the Easy Rest bed because it adjusts on both ends. And that's a lot better. So if the doctors say, 'We need you to put your feet up,' I can do that.
Then the lady came by and showed me the difference between a hospital bed and the Easy Rest and that's what sold me, because it wasn't made on the hospital's poor mattress but a little bit softer. And then they were here, the delivery team. That had been arranged so long, but they put it in within 5 minutes and I couldn't believe it. I've had this bed since November and I really like it. Plus there was a lifetime warranty and that helps a lot. I got a good deal.
Furthermore, if it wasn't for the motor, I'd still be sleeping on the chair. Of course there are some nights that I'm not, if I got it too high or whatever. I was sick last week so I slept in my chair all the time. I just didn't feel like crawling in the bed. But I'm getting back to the bed a little bit more. I like the massage and wave too because it has helped with my diabetes and stuff like that. I haven't used it lately, but I know it's still there.
Right now, I'm still using the old bed sheets (what was on my old bed). But I have to sooner or later get some bigger sheets to fit the bed. That's the only complaint I have, because I know the bigger sheets would cost a lot more. But it's worth having... I'd tell people about it, but they'd heard of it - lots of people have heard of it. That's another reason I like about it.

I bought the Easy Rest bed about 6 months ago. What I like the most is the head raising. The vibration mode is okay, but I wouldn't have bought it just for that. Everyone from this company was very nice. They seemed to know what they were doing and I thought they did a good job. However, they're a little bit pushy, in selling. I kept saying no and then they would try to make the deal more attractive until I give in. I wouldn't have bought it if I hadn't been half pressured into it.

I had wanted for a long time to have this type of bed (I had been having a little bit more of back problems and leg problems) and then that opportunity came along - I got sent a mail. It said I could win one, and I applied to win one. Next thing I knew, the salesperson was here demonstrating it for me. She was very patient and understanding of my problems and my not understanding of everything she was talking about, but she was able to simulate the bed with pillows and things like that. She had a vibrator that she brought with her and she put it under the pillow and it would vibrate just like the mattress does. It was excellent. I thought she was very very up on what she was doing. She was a very nice person and she got me a good price on it (excellent price, I thought, compared to what she started out with). So even though I could hardly afford it, I decided I'd buy it and was able to take care of it. I got it in December.
The delivery guys were supposed to come over Friday, I thought. I found out that I misunderstood and it was on Saturday, and when they came, I was at my granddaughter's ballet recital. My home healthcare nurse happened to be here and she took them in and they put the bed up in the right place. They put my mattress and box springs where I had prepared for them. And they did a good job of it, although I never saw them. It took me maybe a day or so to really determine how to do things (working the controls and using the bed), but it's not hard at all.
I think the Easy Rest bed has helped me with my back problem. I had a stroke several years ago. It left me weak in my lower back. The chiropractor says that my back is now much easier to adjust. He said that the bed has helped me tremendously. It's a great, restful bed. I like to read my bible just before I go to bed at night. I can pull that thing and roll that thing up, where I can sit up and have my legs elevated a little bit. I sit there and read and next thing I know I'm asleep.

I've had several things done to my back. I've had knee surgery and I've had bladder surgery (you name it, I've had it done pretty well) and this bed has actually helped me get a better night's sleep. I usually get my head elevated and my feet elevated a little bit and then I use the vibrators. The installers showed me how to use every feature my Easy Rest bed has and everything was fine during the ordering process and delivery. When I purchased it about 3 or 4 months ago, it was mainly because I could afford it. Now I enjoy it very much and everything's been doing fine with it. I have recommended it to a friend.

I have arthritis in my back and the Easy Rest bed has helped me with that. I purchased it not quite a year ago as it can be raised up and is sort of like a hospital bed. It's already set in a position with the head up a little and the feet up a little less mainly where I got to. The salesperson was real nice. She tucked me into my bed and demonstrated how Easy Rest bed would work in the position that I like to put it in. The installers were real friendly and made sure that I know how to operate it. I recommend it.

About 7 weeks ago, I didn't get the bed for illness or injury. But I have a knee replacement, and the bed comes in pretty handy when I elevate my feet. I use the head and the feet and I put the thing on vibration quite a bit. It's very good.
Everything went fine when I ordered it until it was delivered about 3 months ago. The gentleman that came out explained everything very well. The people that brought the bed set everything up and went through everything. Only one thing that they missed, and that was on the controls, there's a button that you push to stop the vibration. At the same time when you push that button, if you don't hit it twice, it will let the front of the bed down - and I didn't know that. The people that put the bed up brought the hardware to put the headboard on the bed, and they forgot to bring it in. And when I told them, they brought the hardware back and then they told me that the button's gotta be hit twice to stop the vibration and keep the head like it is. Well, that has been resolved.

We got the Easy Rest bed but we also have a Tempurpedic Adjustable Euro. My husband is 100% disabled and sometimes he's not able to sleep in the room with me, so we got the Easy Rest so that he would have one to sleep in when he can't sleep with me. He likes the head of the bed up. He can't handle the legs being up as much as I like mine up because he has diabetic neuropathy. But we've only used the bed maybe 4 or 5 nights since we've had it. We love the idea of what it does and everything. We're going to be happy with it I know. We got the bed in December. We actually got two of it. We had one delivered up to our daughters when we go up there in June and stay for a couple of weeks so it will be there available.
The installers were both very nice. They knew exactly what they were doing. It didn't take them a whole lot of time to do what they were here to do. And the salesman, he was very polite and very understanding.
I have nothing against them. I think they'll be a very good company to work with if I ever need another bed.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I've been using it for 5 months. I had one before but I had a double. I bought a new one for myself. I find it comfortable. I like the vibrator. I'm also watching TV in it. Everything's fine with it. And I had no problems with the salesperson or delivery team. I'm satisfied. If I would have to buy that for double amount of money, I'd do that.

I just their saw advertisement and called and asked somebody to come out. I have a spinal injury. With the Easy Rest bed, I can elevate the head and the legs, and I sleep better when I do that. And I really like the vibrator. It helps me sleep quicker. I've used it for 4 months. It's just great. And the salesperson was real good. She asked me if it would be a good thing for me. I'm glad I got it now. And the delivery guys were real good. They came here and set it up for me. There has been no problem at all. And they answered all the questions. I didn't have to do anything; they did everything for me. It's really been good for me.

My back has been injured more than once. I had a problem with it all the time, but I haven't had to deal with it since I bought the Easy Rest sometime in late December, approximately 5 months ago. It's the best thing I have ever slept on and it has done something to my back and limbs. I wanted it because I can elevate both my upper and lower body. I like the vibrator too. It's very comfortable.
My salesperson was a very nice person. He was very cordial and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to talk to. As for the delivery team, they showed me how to use the bed when they came by to deliver it. I haven't had any problems with them at all. I received a statement, and I sent my payment. Overall, I'm satisfied and I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

I generally have a bad back and I have a bad knee. I tried so many different things, and the last thing we tried before was the Sleep number bed, and I didn't have a good experience with that - it doesn't change the position. I've used the Easy Rest bed for 4 months and it has helped me because I can have the foot higher than the rest of me. I don't have as much trouble with swelling in my ankles. Also, the memory thing is nice. When I flatten it out and change the sheets, and then I wanna be sure I'm in the same position, just pressing the buttons for the memory - it's probably the biggest thing I like. Everything went smoothly with the ordering and delivery process. It's been a very pleasant experience.

I'm happy with my Easy Rest bed! I love it! I can sleep finally. I don't have to take sleeping pills. My brother gave it to me; he sent me a check for it. When I got the bed, they gave me the choice of a firm mattress or a soft one, and I chose the soft one. And boy, for me it's the greatest! I have the bed for like 4 months. I have back problems. As a matter of fact, while I have the bed I had to have some treatments / shot for my back that I'm already paying for, and I was in bed for about 2 weeks. So I was so glad to having the bed because I could adjust my positions very easily. The head up is my favorite. That's a life saver. In fact, my son comes over and takes a nap in it.
I think I inquired about the bed and two gentlemen came out. They presented what the bed did and pictures of it and some parts of it and things. The delivery team was very fast as a matter of fact I thought for all the things they had to do. They were very expertise I'd say. They got it in and got it out in about almost a half an hour but that wasn't very long. They showed me all the things that work on it and everything. And I have to make sure that I don't get it caught up in my foot.
I think I read about the Easy Rest bed and I saw it and I said I'm gonna call up and find out about it. I've never done that because I wouldn't buy a sort of perfect sleeper or anything like that. So this is a new product as far as I was concerned. I've only had one experience with a bed like this. It wasn't as nice as this bed. This is a very nice bed. And I like the pillow top on top of the mattress. Then I have a mattress cover and on top of that to protect it because I like to keep my mattresses clean.
I am extremely happy with it! You always see me smiling... it's because I have a nice, comfortable bed to sleep in. I enjoy it very much. It made my year! And I've talked about it to everybody. I know they all want to try it.

It's the opposite of what I thought it would be doing, it takes a lot of money, and I found that there are other products that are cheaper that would adjust like this one. I really wasn't gonna buy. I paid $8k, but I could've gotten it for $4k. The salesperson knew what he was saying. I don't think he was trying lie. He gave such a good presentation. But now that I've got the bed, I think the mattress isn't as good as I expected. I'm supposed to raise my legs both because I have diabetes. When I get in the bed, it's too hard to get to the middle of it; I can't get over the hump. It's just not right. It's almost sleeping on the edge of it. And my wife doesn't like it either and she's got back problems. Also, they never put the wheels on this thing which make it kinda hard for my wife because she can't get underneath the bed to do cleaning.

I had trouble sleeping, but I got the Easy Rest mainly for the back part. It's almost 9 months since I bought it. When they told me the price of it, I wouldn't buy one at that price. And they kept asking me, lower and lower. And finally it was down to $2500 that I ended up paying for it. The salesman was quite a salesman. And that taught me the best to never ever let a salesman in your house again. He contacted his boss, and between the two of them together they just drove me up a wall and I finally said yes. And it was not a good experience. I'm sorry that I put that much money in it.
At the same time, I hadn't tried it before. In fact they told me there would be some people here to show me what to do and how to handle it and so on. And they were rushing me one. The men that brought it in were both black. Frankly I hesitated to lay down in front of them. I was just not that familiar with something like that. Anyhow, I have learned that if I'm laying in the bed with the back of it up, my feet almost hang over the bottom. They didn't put it together right. It's just not long enough. That's the biggest problem. I did call and talk to them but I didn't cover that part of it.
There are two mattresses with it. They asked me if I wanted the soft one or the firm one. Foolishly, I said the soft one. And I still have gotten the firm one. I haven't had anybody to help me put the firm one in. I'm hoping that I'll get some family members here that have time to do something.
I responded to an ad. And the ad indicated maybe you could win one. And like anybody else who would chase to winning something like that, I found it great. Unfortunately instead of winning one, they gave me a salesman. He was an excellent salesman 'cause he never gave me a chance to say no. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

I'm 89 years old and I have arthritis all over my body, I mean every part of my body is hurting. The first time I used the bed, I raised the front part and it kept me from swelling on my feet. That's one good thing about it. Also, when I lie down on it and fall asleep, I sleep better. However, I have a lot trouble getting in and out and moving around the bed trying to turn over. Now I have vertigo and if I turn a certain way, my eyes go a different way, and I end up getting sick in my stomach - this happens to me every single night and I didn't have that before. When I try to reach my oxygen tank, which is located beside the bed, I feel nauseous because it's difficult to turn around in the Easy Rest bed. I used to have a double bed where I can move better unlike this one.
The sales person and the delivery team were very nice. I don't think I was pressured in any way too. However, I regret paying a lot of money for the Easy Rest bed when I could have gotten one for $900 and have it move up and down just like what Easy Rest does. I have always heard about them, and I've heard about them for years. I've seen them advertised and all that. If I ever needed a bed, this is the one I thought I was going to get, and that's what I did. But I'm disappointed in it. I can't say anything more than that. I'm still paying for it; it's not even paid yet. I'm just stuck with it, and there's nothing I can do.
I would not recommend it to everybody. I would recommend it to somebody who can get around it better, somebody who can move better. On my other bed, I had a big headboard. I can grab the headboard and pull myself up. Easy Rest has nothing - there's no headboard or footboard that I can grab on to pull myself up. I can't get in and out of it without help. We're already looking at other catalogues (Make Life Easier) for something we can put in between the mattress and the spring to allow me to move around it better. We're going to try it and see if that helps. Right now I'm not happy with the bed.

I won my Easy Rest bed. It was really great! I've always wanted that type of bed, especially since I got injured. I just filled out a little pamphlet somewhere. They contacted me by mail and told me I won. I'm on disability and can't afford to buy it for myself. It was an answer to a prayer! Of course it was wonderful to win the bed but the people were very quick. They were terrific. They didn't cause a commotion. I can't even lift the thing but they just carried it in one hand. And the bed is really nice. I've been using it for 3 months. It is just really helpful for my legs. They need to be elevated because my knees tend to swell. And the vibration is great for the lower back. It was amazing and it's very comfortable and I'm just very pleased with it.

I had someone to come and talk to me about it and explain it to me, and that's what made me get it. I've had it since November last year and it has helped me get a better night's sleep. For one thing, I have a breathing problem and it helps me with my elevating my head up. I also use the vibrator and it helps. The salesperson was very nice and the delivery team also. They answered my questions and showed me how to use it.

Purchasing the Easy Rest bed is the most satisfying purchase I have ever made. I have never heard of the Easy Rest until I saw their ad on a magazine, with pictures and everything. I ordered something from that magazine, and when the package came, the Easy Rest bed papers where in there. So, I just filled up the form and sent it off. The next thing I know, a salesman was knocking on my door. Everything looked beautiful. He explained everything that I need to know about it and how much it would cost me and everything. I showed to my husband. We talked about it, and I said I just wanted it, so I got it. We came to an agreement and I signed my papers. I bought it about 4 months ago. I just love it that I can just go in there, lay on it and massage myself every time I get ready. I have recommended it to several.

I purchased my bed 5 or 6 months ago, just before Christmas. I just found in the paper the advertisement thing in it; we liked it so we ordered it. The interaction with the salesperson and delivery team was fine. We're just using the head up. We do the vibration all the time. It's very comfortable.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed about 4 or 5 months ago, and we absolutely love it. I think it's the best thing we've ever gotten and invested in. I have back problems and my husband has cramps in his legs. With the Easy Rest bed, we rest a lot better since we purchased it. I often use the vibrator more than my husband does. I would probably wear mine out before he even uses his. And this bed is lower to get into. My husband's a little shorter and it's easier for him to climb it unlike before, he had to jump on the bed.
I've seen it on TV. I think I answered some survey questions while I was on the computer about our old bed and how old it was (about 22 years). We've already been thinking of getting a better mattress. Then the young lady that came out and explained Easy Rest to use was very thorough and sweet. She helped us a lot, and she wasn't pushy. On the day of delivery, my husband and daughter tried to assist, but the guys were very quick. It was like wham, wham, and there it was. They were all ready. Overall, it was just a fantastic experience. It's very convenient and it relaxes me. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I got mine about 4 months ago. I got it in a mail I think. Take the chance for a free bed... As you know, I didn't get a free bed. $4000... I don't have that kind of money. I'm paying $131 a month. I'm a little angry with the experience. I'm not that happy with the bed but I gotta pay for it. It doesn't seem to be worth for over $4000 for that bed. I don't get a better night's sleep with it - I just have trouble sleeping I guess. The bed makes noise when the motor is running. Then it's banging when it stops or something like that, and I don't like that. But it does its thing though. I just don't particularly like it. There's nothing I can do about it. I'm dissatisfied with it.

I can tell you I love my Easy Rest bed. I got mine just before Christmas. I picked mine out of a catalogue. I have COPD; that's why I got the bed so that I could raise the head of my bed. I was in a hospital bed before. I'm in my 70's. The main thing that I use is the one for the head to lift the head up, and to relax, the vibrator. Oh and it feels good! I haven't had a back problem since I got it. It's very comfortable. And everything went good with the ordering and delivery process. The people who delivered it even took out my old bed for me. They tell me they'll be doing that stuff. I was very pleased with that. I love my mattress. There's no doubt about it. Very relaxing. I get a good night's sleep and everything.

The Easy Rest bed has been keeping my back from hurting. I've always slept with two pillow back and now, I only sleep with one because I can raise the head of the bed. It's been helping me get a better night's sleep. I bought it a couple of months ago. I haven't looked at any bed of this type though. The two gentlemen that brought it out were real nice. They put it together and explained every little detail to me. I'm pretty satisfied with it so far.

I have back problems. By the time the pain is so bad, I go and then lie down and raise the head up and raise the feet up - that helps with the pain. Once in a while I use the vibration.
The salesperson and installers were all right. I do have one complaint though. It said that they were giving 5 beds away. I sent in the slip from the magazine and nothing ever happened after that. People were just trying to call me to sell it, not saying anything about the raffle/drawing. I think it was all just a hoax just to try to get people to buy it. But I purchased one as it's time for a new bed anyway. And when the guy came here to try to sell his product, I told him I really wasn't interested in buying it. He says, ''Okay, we understand that. We won't try to sell it to you.'' And then they go from $9000, then finally they get down to like $4800. And why did they start way after $9000, then when you keep saying no, they keep going down and down? That's not right. I don't find it to be right at all. But I'd say I was satisfied with it.

I had a Concorde bed for two years, but I gave that away to my sister when I purchased an Easy Rest bed maybe about 4 months ago. In order for me to incline my bed, I had to get these two twin beds; my wife doesn't incline hers and she doesn't even use the vibrator and I use mine all the time. So one bed for two people that can be used in different ways, and that's good to us. I like it because I don't have back pains like I used to with the old bed before. And there were no problems during the ordering process up to the day of the delivery. The delivery team didn't have to show me how to work the Easy Rest bed since I already had a Concorde bed then. We really love our Easy Rest bed because it's comfortable. I enjoy sleeping on it.

I needed a twin bed instead of a big one in my room (my room isn't very big), so I bought an Easy Rest about 4 months ago. I was interested in one anyway because my son has one and they liked it, but I don't know what kind he got. Then they called me and they talked decent to me. We agreed on a price and they delivered it within a day or two. The installers didn't put the wheels in. No rail on the head or the foot. However, it was a fairly easy process. I like it, but that thing is pretty soft in the middle - it should be more firm. And I gotta like the blanket (the heat) - that's the favorite. I sleep good in it. Just what they said it would do.

We've only had our Easy Rest bed for about a month and so far, my son likes the head lifting feature. However, it's not what we thought it would be. First of all, I think that they're charging too much. They had a bill for $7,000 and the next time, they were charging another $4,000. That's too much! I had no other problems, with the salesperson and the installers, other than this.

I have a few problems. The Easy Rest has been good for me to prop my head up as well as my legs (I have swelling in my legs and there are times, my backbone). And vibration really helps my legs. It's been comfortable and easier for me to sleep. It's very relaxing.

We bought our Easy Rest bed probably 3 or 4 months ago. The people that came to set it up were wonderful. We have no problems with it. My husband sleeps better in it. He bought it for me, because I spend a lot of time sleeping in my chair. But I've had a harder time getting used to it than he has. We have old age back problems. But I may get there. The problem is when you got your controller always with you, because you have to have it in order to change your bed, so you have to sleep with it, you roll over and the stupid thing goes on, wakes you up. So we hate the vibrator. We wish that was an option rather than a mandatory thing on our bed.
Well, we didn't want a Tempur-Pedic because we heard too many stories of people saying that it's too hot. We live in Texas, so it gets hot here. And my husband's always hot, so we wanted something that wasn't the Tempur-Pedic. I saw an ad for Easy Rest, I guess, and so we called the guy to come out and talk to us about it, and we bought it. Well so far, we've had no problems, so we can't complain. Nothing had gone wrong.

First of all, it has been a great success with my husband because he has to use sleep apnea machine. And he raises the head of his bed and raises the foot of the bed so that he doesn't slide back and forth. He can sleep without his machine now. And my husband has arthritis, a really bad case of arthritis. And the day that we ordered, I think we got it within a week - that was about 4 months ago. We looked at the demonstration and we thought this might be something that would be helpful to us. They called and they delivered that day. We're very satisfied with the person selling us the mattress and so with the service people. They took out our old bed, our old mattress, and disposed of the bed.
With our previous mattress about 4 years ago, which is a very good mattress, my husband sort of lies in the same spot all the time, which causes an indentation in the mattress over a period of time. And we would continually turn every three or four months. Finally we didn't have any other place to go, even though it was still a wonderful mattress. And he weighs 265 lbs or so - that's a good deal pressure on any mattress. Now we're just very pleased with Easy Rest. So far it has helped us get a better night's sleep and with the aches and pains. My husband, he wouldn't trade it for anything. It's fantastic.

I ordered a mattress from Easy Rest and I like it... I sleep all night long. The mattress I had before was supposed to bend as far as to make you sleep well, but I had trouble with my back. I had a good mattress but I never could sleep the whole night and had to get up and walk around and like that. I got my Easy Rest this year and now, when I go to bed, if I go to bed at 9 or 12, I could sleep the rest of the night really well. I sleep great on it ever since.
The delivery men brought the mattress. It's really two pieces, the bottom and the top. Two guys brought it out here and put it on my bed. They didn't show me anything - they just gave me a paper. I have a remote that I can set like I want it.
Well, I am still paying for it, but that's really the only way I could get one. It's really worth it. When I bought it, it was like jumping into the fire, because I never thought it would be this good. They told me it would, but you know you can't believe everything they say. But I found out it was all true and actually, it's more comfort to me. I love it! Sometimes when I get tired, and I get tired easily, I'll go lie down. I really like it. I'd recommend it to anybody. It's great!

I wasn't at home when they delivered the bed 3 months ago. My son accepted it. But I have rested better since I had my Easy Rest bed. I don't use it like I should, because I can't sleep on my back (I have a degenerative disc in the back), to raise it up like it should be. But the mattress works as a heating pad. I lie down on it for a while, which makes it very nice. And I have arthritis in my right shoulder, and it works beautifully.

I have a really bad back, but it hadn't made any difference ever since I used the Easy Rest bed less than a year ago. I have used the head elevation slightly every night. I don't use the vibration (I accidentally turned the vibration mode on, scared my dog to death). I've rested with it, elevated and read awhile, but that's it. And every morning, when I make it up, I have to put the sheets on, I can't keep the sheets on it. That's the only thing I have against it. And I thought it was awfully expensive. The two boys who delivered my bed were just really great. They were really the nicest young men I've ever been in contact with. They helped me clean after they took the old bed out. And they were just wonderful. The salesman man also was really nice.
My mattress was really, really old. And I had been thinking I would get a mattress, just the mattress. And I wanted the one that elevated the head and foot, but I hadn't shopped for it. And the man just kept on and on and on so I decided to buy the Easy Rest bed. I guess I would recommend it. I really like it, except for the fact that I can't tuck my sheets. I enjoyed it.

Since you haven't purchased a new bed in many years you may not realize just how thick mattresses on the market are today. The average depth of a mattress on the market today is 12 to 15 inches. Most sheets on the market are made to fit those dimensions and our Sales Representative was most likely referring to sheets in stores today as being "regular". Your older sheets probably were made for mattresses that were 8 - 10 inches in depth and those would not stay on your new mattress. You can find sheets to fit your bed at any store that sells bedding. We will be calling you to explain this.

I was having a hard time sleeping. I saw Easy Rest on TV and wanted to try it to see if it would help my back. I thought maybe getting one of those mattresses would help me. Well, we had a positive experience with the delivery team when they brought the bed 5 months ago. The man who came and talked to us about it, he was really clear with his instructions. He did a good job. We liked him. And I use the massage. I do like the bed. It's very comfortable. And I can raise it up, especially on my neck. And I feel so good.

I'm an old person (I'm 89). It's amazing how much good it does. It's wonderful. I have asthma - raising my head up to elevate it, I sleep much better. And then I have trouble with my back and shoulders - the vibrator helps that part of it too. I am thoroughly enjoying it. I actually had one before. Before my husband died, he was sick for some time. I put the twins together because he was a large man. I like it so well that 6 months ago I got this one with twins so I just push them together. I just like it that way. Everything went according to plan. It's certainly worth it. I'm very pleased.

I have back problems. I saw the bed advertised and I thought it would be interesting. I've had it for about two months now. I like the fact that it's got three positions on it, more than the two like you have in the hospital. And I use the heat pad. I can also sit up in bed and watch movies at night and raise my legs up, because I have arthritis real bad. I have a breathing problem too - that keeps me up at night. I have a hypertension - It eases the pulmonary hypertension. I thoroughly enjoy that.
Well, everything was fine with the ordering and delivery. I mean they did what they said they were going to do. And I had a good experience as far as that goes. They showed me how to use the bed and answered any questions I had. I'd say the Easy Rest bed is great. It's done what I want it to. I like the bed, I really do.

It's been about 6 months since I purchased it. I bought it as I have arthritis. A guy came over here and spoke with me. The salesman I think was too smart or something. I just got it and then I felt bad. I shouldn't have done it. We used to have one before that. My old one is the same thing - it was good. For some reason when I lift my head up, somehow the bed is moving. The whole material was way in the end. Little by little it slides off. When you put the vibration on, the beginning is good, then the end (timer) gets weaker and weaker. It doesn't stay on the same speed. The price is way way high. It's not firm enough anyway. I don't think anybody will buy it. I don't know why I bought it. Bad experience. I'm not happy with it. I won't recommend it to a friend.

I have everything wrong with me - I have fibromyalgia; I got spinal rods for scoliosis - I got all of these things. It's been a few months since I got my Easy Rest and it has helped me get a better night's sleep. I usually put it on the easy one. It just vibrates. It's a help, being that doctors don't want to give me any medication. It's terrible when you have pain. I usually do it in the morning and in the evening. However, the only thing I can't do is I can't tuck in the sheets. That's the one thing I didn't know was going to be like that. I just kind of spread them over, kind of hanging down. I went from a queen size bed down to a standard size. I don't mind. I hope nothing goes wrong.
I didn't have any problems with the delivery. What I have problems with is that they gave me a price and when you get there, they were charging so much. That's what you call interest. And my son told me, 'Mom you're going to be paying more for this than you did for the mattress, this interest.' We paid it off because they told me that I can go and pay so much a month, and I didn't think it's going to be that much. And I was always on time. I couldn't understand why in the world they have to have so much interest on it. I think it's because for one thing, somebody else is taking care of that part.
I was kind of angry with the experience, with the deal about the paying part. They got me so confused. Nowadays, you just think that everybody's out to take everything they can out of you. They didn't fix it up enough. I know there was a thing in there that I was supposed to go and to call them up and they would show me about. I called them up but couldn't get anybody - they changed their address. And when I sent a check one time, I guess they didn't get it or something. They didn't tell you they were going to change address. The lady told me, 'Your interest is probably in the price of it.' That's why I didn't realize it was going to be that much more.
Overall, I'm satisfied using the bed. It's kind of... I like the bed, but they should tell people that they're going to do this before they sign up. It probably was my fault too.

I've had my Easy Rest for maybe 3 months now. I didn't have any body aches... just having trouble sleeping. Now I'm sleeping better than I was. I use the feature where you can raise your feet and head to some degree where you're comfortable, rather than just lying flat. I didn't get heat because I don't particularly like my bedroom warm. When I'm trying to sleep, I like it cool. I haven't had any problems with it. I'm sure there are features in it that would help different people with different body aches or conditions. It means you can adjust the head and feet to where comfortable and you feel good about it.
Ordering was no problem at all... The gentleman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was a good salesman. I guess that's one of the reasons I bought it. Delivery was fine... They set up and removed the old bed. I got a full demonstration and everything's been going fine since. I'm completely satisfied.

I live in an apartment, a retirement center, and they came here to demonstrate the bed. I bought it just a little bit before Christmas, I think. The ordering and delivery was all good. They did it really quick. They showed me all about it.
I can sleep with my head part way up... that's what I like about the Easy Rest bed. It's hard for me to lie flat because I can't lie on my back - I got back trouble (I've had something done to my back about 7 times). If I lie on my back, I get all choked up. I have to lay on my side. It helps if I can raise my head up. And the way I'm set up here, if I want to watch TV really well, I can raise it way up and I can watch, because my TV is up high on top of an armoire. It's a little expensive, but it's fine, it's good. I have no complaints.

I filled out one of those papers you get in the mail. You got 5 chances to win. When they came, I didn't win the bed. And they brought me a picture frame (what the hell good does that do?). Then the young man that brought the bed was by himself because the other guy called in sick or something. And he was a very good gentleman, very nice. He set it up real neat and everything. But he didn't stay long enough to let me do anything because he had another appointment or whatever. He just said, ''Here are the things to up/raise it and lower it.'' I don't blame him. I just say he set it up good. But he said he couldn't give me the heaters because he didn't have them. Then they came a couple of weeks later with a box and threw them out on a board chair. I thought they would come by and check out and get back and install them for the price that I'm paying for this bed and then explain it to me, give me a few minutes so I could work it myself and see that I understand it 'cause they didn't do that. It's under a year warranty.
I'm not degrading them, but it's strange since day 1 they sold me this. I signed the paper which the salesman ** me into it to an extent because he told me he's going to get me a military discount. He didn't give me nothing. I got full price here - I paid $5800 for it. And they're pretty good soft talkers to get better these things. And they have never called back since day 1 they gave me this about the bed, if I liked it. They even had to take the casters off under the bed because it's too high. And even me, I'm a short guy and he measured me and everything but still too high. I have to jump up to get on the bed itself. I need a foot stool.
I got to say the Easy Rest is an immaculate bed. You lay down on it and when you do, you're out. You don't have to lay here and roll. The bed I had before, I thought I had a good bed. But dude I'm rolling by 8 in the morning. Then they put this and it's not bed - it's something else. I've had it for maybe 4 months at the most. I've told everybody since I've had it, 'If you want something to really relax, I'll give you a phone number to Easy Rest bed.' I'm highly advertising them on that purpose but I'm very angry that they haven't called me or made an effort to come by here. And all these dead sales and everything just coming on, they show on some fine kind of beds like this also but not such a tremendous price (this is a car price), but I don't know whether they have the quality of softness this has. This is the nicest bed I've ever laid on. It's a comfortable bed.

I have a curvature of the spine and arthritis. I had to lean on something. I figured I'll try the Easy Rest bed and see how it goes. Well, I've been using it for 6 months and it has helped me get a better night's sleep. I sleep in an up position sometimes, a little higher than when I'm lying flat. I also had that massage and the vibrator and they work pretty good. The salesperson was very nice. There's only one installer because the one guy quit and he had to fire somebody else. He showed me how to use the bed and was very good at it. Poor guy had so much work. Anyway, it was a good experience. I enjoyed the whole thing.

I've seen the advertisement and called them up 6 months ago and that was it. It went from there. The ordering and delivery was all okay. But now that I lied on that bed for this long, it seems like it's not what I thought it would be. It seems to me like the mattress is too hard for me. The adjustable stuff is good when I'm watching TV in bed. But other than that, I don't use it - I can't sleep. I gotta be flat when I sleep. I can't use the up or down or whatever. I use the vibration a couple of times - that seems like it was okay. I'm just dissatisfied now that I paid for it.

Right now I'm very unhappy with the Easy Rest. I don't think this is a new bed they brought me. I purchased this 3 months ago. This is a used one, because the right side is softer than the left and you have to raise up over a firm area to get to the left side. And if I finally get myself up on top of the firm part in the middle, it seems like my body is slanting to the right. I raise the bed up and down but the bed has been moved 10 inches off of the bottom frame part. Before this bed moved, I have to get to the bottom of the bed and push it with my weight to move the top mattress which is heavy up to be even with the other mattress. That's ridiculous! I'm in my 80's. And I'm paying close to a thousand dollars for a used bed. The reason why I'm positive now is he has phone call and he was going over to pick up another bed. And I think he did, he picked up another bed and brought me one. Just before he came, I got a call from the warehouse. It sounded like they were getting the bed, like they were gonna be making the bed and they're sending it out to me. And I think about 20 minutes later, this guy called and he said he's got the bed. This is real strange. I've been thinking of writing a letter to them and to the help company that has my contract.
I ordered it in the evening. I liked it. The salesman was a nice guy. Anyway when they brought the bed in, I lied down on it to see how it worked. He gave me a piece of paper. He showed me this is how it works. And I tried to use it which is just little bit at the time while he was here and then he left. I didn't have a problem at the time getting on to the middle of the bed.
I'm not gonna recommend the bed to anyone because of the way it moves about on the base. As far as the mechanical part, up and down, no problem. I'm dissatisfied. Research the product first.

When I lie on the bed flat, I make a terrific pain in my toes. I didn't go to a doctor; I just was talking to a guy and he said if you would elevate your feet so that the blood would flow away from the toes that hurts, not very much slowly, the circulation would take care of the pain. He said, 'The pitch that some guy had for me have beds like that.'' So I called a guy over to make a pitch to me. And he showed me what to do and you get a remote control in your hand that you can do on the bed to adjust the tip and whatever. The very first time I used it 2 months ago, I elevated it a little too high and it did take care of the initial pain, but when I got up, I could hardly stand up. What I do is to get remote control when I go to bed and I lift my feet up hardly so that you're elevated about 2 and a half to 3 inches. When I'm up on that, I got the whole bottom of the bed - it comes up definitely. I haven't had the pain since, and I still don't know what the matter is.
It takes care of that pain and toes and bottom of the feet and what happens if you don't get it, it's just too hard or too low, and the pain wakes you up and you make the adjustment and you go back to sleep and that's it. That's what really happens to make the pain go away. I don't care. It's not hurting me. And I'm not a kid anymore... I'm 95. There are very few things about me that don't hurt. But I was extremely pleased. And the price made me gasp a minute. If I get a discount and everything, it runs about $2500. At first I thought that's an awful lot of money and a little different than the extra blankets I used to sleep on instead of a mattress. But it works fine and I'm very very well pleased with it. I give it a 4. The one I left off is for operator inefficiency. I think the product works fine, but it's just not quite right.
I can't blame Easy Rest. I was gonna have a 4 or 5 day delivery. They don't have an office here in Tucson. It comes from Tampa I think. It took almost 3 weeks or so to get it. But it was when we had a transportation problem and they were having storms and workers weren't working and whatever. But when they got to their problems, I got it and I have no complaints at all. I've had had to call and was to get an interpretation if I was going to the system to raise and lower it, the feet, if I was doing it right, and they said fine. But it's a little tougher to answer a complaint because you go to customer whatever and that means a call to Tampa, and then when you do that, they probably all went home for supper and ready to have breakfast because of the time difference. In other words, their customer relationship could be better. I was wondering if it would have been better if they'd been a little more interested in service thing and a little less interested in selling. But anyway I've been very well satisfied, and I think that - in spite of my complaining about it - they are truly interested in seeing that a customer gets good satisfaction out of it.

I'm a diabetic - if my feet and legs ever give me any problems, I need that bottom to come up. That's why I bought an Easy Rest bed 8 months ago. And I've been thinking about buying one for a couple of years. My wife passed away last year; we had to have a bed for her that would lift up and down. And that's when I decided, 'The heck with it, I'm gonna get rid of my California king and get me one of those lift up ones.' The lady that came and demonstrated was very nice, very good, so I enjoyed talking to her and ordered the bed. One thing that amazed me is one guy came by himself and delivered that bed. Very impressive. He was good at it too. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use it. My favorite adjustable feature is the head coming up at an angle where you can sit up and read and things like that. It's very comfortable. I'm really satisfied with it.

We just wanted an Easy Rest bed so we got one. I think they caught us in a week moment. We talked about it now and then but it was nothing that was really that much on our mind. We weren't really expecting anyone to call I think, but we accepted it. They came out. We're not sorry we did it. Everything went very smoothly. A gentleman came to our house (I can't remember his name right now). He was fine. And the guys that delivered it were just very cooperative. They took the old mattress away. They were very gracious about anything. We've had the bed for almost 5 months. I like the vibrating feature. It's great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I use it. The problem I got right now is they sent me the wrong headboard. As soon as I got it, my stepson and I were going to put it together. We found out we can't 'cause it's not aligned with the headboard. When I ordered it, they said this is the right headboard but the headboard doesn't fit. We can't exchange it or something like that. The bed - I have no problems using it; but the headboard - no. I've been using the bed without the headboard, but I enjoyed it a lot.

Oh God, the Easy Rest... that's the best! I'm sure glad I got that. That's really a good bed. What the heck, I got the top of the line! Boy oh boy, that's very nice! I purchased it 3 months ago. There's a brochure that came in the mail one day and I read the whole brochure and I thought, ''Hey that thing sounds pretty good!'' So I called the man up there back in Boston or where he's from and he talked to me about it. He said he'd send me the prices and everything about it. That's where I went. He sent me a brochure and I went with that and I really like it. I got the top of the line. I didn't want no economy job. I want the best. Everything was fine. The guys that brought that bed, they were really nice. Hooked it all up and showed me how to run everything, and then it was really great.
The reason that I got it, I want to have the head to tip up so I can watch my television in the evening time when I go to bed. That's right now a total bed support behind my head. What I like about it too is the massage in it and the foot part raises up too. That really is nice. I really enjoy that. That's the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Nicest thing I ever bought! I'd recommend it to anybody.

I've got an illness. It's called Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome. I need to fix all the muscles and tendons in my entire body. And I had a bed before. I really got it for my husband. He's 6'2'' and weighed about 300 lbs and I'm 5'2''. It really wasn't fitting me very well. And it's pretty well worn out. And that's why I was getting to Easy Rest. I really enjoy my Easy Rest. It's been less than a year since I bought it. It really is soft. It hasn't helped as much as I thought it was going to, but I think I had such high hope for it. But it has exceeded some of the hopes that I had. I wouldn't want to get rid of it for that reason. I guess I had this disease for so long that I was hoping for an instant miracle, but it does help a lot. I use it every night. And the vibrator is on practically the entire night, and I wake up and turn it back on. I'm in pain at all times, so there's really no time that I am totally out of pain. They got me on some pretty high powered medicines, but I still got my pain. It does help that.
The gentleman did show me that it could be either flat on the floor or they could put it on coasters to have it a little bit taller, and so I went with having that a little bit taller because as low as it was, it was not good for my knees. And I was glad to see that they have that function on it because I was surprised that they have would that option, that they could give to me the day that they delivered it. I asked all the questions that I was wanting to ask, and I haven't had any since. They've given me the number that I could call them if I had any since. I think they're very good. And I was glad that they were able to get financing for me because I didn't think I would be able to do it. I've had quite a bit of financial problem. And I was sure glad to see that they could help me on that.
I think I just got the advertisement for Easy Rest and it sounded good so I asked for a demonstration. And the one that demonstrated it was awesome. She was really great. And we talked for quite a while. It was very enlightening to talk to her about the different things that she has seen develop with it, so I was glad to see that. And they did give me the choice on different beds within the Easy Rest family. I was glad at that.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed 6 months ago. It was on TV. The ordering and stuff went very smooth. The installers answered the questions and showed me how to use the bed and stuff. Now I put my head up at night when I sleep. It's nice to sleep on.

My granddaughter has it; I purchased the bed for her. My granddaughter was 10 years old when I bought it - she's 11 now. They had run a program for a free bed and that's what started it all. My granddaughter said she wanted the bed. We submitted the application, then we didn't hear anything, so obviously we didn't win the bed. Based on that, I had a phone number and I went ahead and called and bought the bed. There was a salesman that came and talked about it - he was easy to talk to. Everything was good. My granddaughter likes all of the adjustable features. She loves it and I'm happy. It's a very good experience.

We kept getting announcements on the Easy Rest mattress and I finally ended up buying one about 5 months ago because my wife told me to do it. We didn't have any trouble during the whole process of ordering the bed and getting it delivered. I am just satisfied with it. I try all the different features of the bed once in a while, at different times. It's very good. I would recommend it.

We like our Easy Rest bed. I think I like it more than my husband does. My husband has arthritis. I don't know if that has helped that or not, but it has helped my back and my legs. We purchased it 3 or 4 months ago. Ordering the bed and then having it delivered was a fairly simple process. It was excellent. We don't have an issue, except we thought that we're gonna get these heated sheets. The guy that we bought it from said we would get two sets of sheets and one would be heated (because I'm always cold and he said he'd see that I get a heated thing for my side). I think he was gonna do that on his own. But we never did get it. It didn't come with the bed the way I understood it.

We've owned this bed for a couple of months now. The delivery was fine. I mean that came in no time at all and stuff like that, but I was disappointed that it wouldn't hook up to my headboard and was just totally disappointed in the foam mattress thing on it. I actually just flipped the actual foam over yesterday when I changed the bed. It was overhanging on one side by 4'. And the foam doesn't fit the original pad that you zip it in on. I had to poke a couple of holes in my bedskirt to make it fit. And then the sheet set that is supposed to be custom-made sheet for this, you can buy it in Wal-Mart. We were all taken aback by that.
And then the guy from Easy Rest came here. I told him I want nothing to do with any kind of a foam mattress. He said it was supposed to be the firm kind. And it is not that firm. He said he was gonna be in touch with us. Well, we haven't heard from him yet. We got a card from somebody thanking us for buying it and everything... but no, I'd never recommend it to anybody. We chose this bed because he said it was gonna cure our back pains and help them out. I've got neuropathy in my feet and in my legs. It has not really helped with anything like that. I still have constant backaches and headaches and things like that.
One other thing, even though he upgraded us to a premier whatever, I think he could have taken the twin or the multi or what do you want to call it, wherein you have your own side that does what it wants to. But then we would be dealing with separate sheets and all that kind of stuff and I don't want that. But in the long run, it probably would have been better for us if I don't mind sleeping a little bit with my feet up in the air. But my husband just has to have it flat, so therefore we're kinda in between. The only time I enjoy having the feet up or whatever, my husband gets up and comes out of here and sleeps on the couch. That's the kind of thing that we were trying to avoid when we got the bed in the first place.
He also said it would be so enjoyable... I don't enjoy the vibrator part on it because it's too noisy. But I like the fact that it's got a little arm thing so that the mattress is not sliding off of the bed and things like that. That's a nice thing. And as far as you want to raise your hands and raise your head and raise your feet, that all kind of stuff work. But still it's a shocking total of $5000. I saw an ad within the next couple of weeks in the paper - for $599 we basically could have got the same kind of a bed from Sleep Number. To me anything to the bed that makes it worth the price of a new car or something like that is an overspend. It's just much much too expensive for what we got. Totally disappointing.

They gave me a pretty good price a couple months ago when I bought this bed. But nobody was around here to show me how to use it. No one has said something of it, that it's up to me. They did it over the phone. I don't think this bed is what I'm looking for really. I mean the vibrator stuff on there, it just doesn't appeal to me. I haven't got to learn how to use any other features of the bed, just the up and down on each end. I mean that's about all I've been using on this. Anybody who wants to try it, it's up to them.

I bought one 4-5 months ago. The cost was the only factor there, but I'd deal with that. I'd been thinking about buying an Easy Rest bed for a long time and looking at the other ones and the situation where I sit in. My brother bought a different style one, but I couldn't get comfortable lying at his.
It was a great experience other than the length of time the salesman was here selling it, because he had to make so many phone calls. But he was trying to get me a better deal. There were also no problems during the setup and delivery. In just a couple of minutes, they're waiting outside.They set it up, showed me how to work it, and left me the paperwork. It all went real quick and real smooth. They didn't take very long at all and they were both real nice.
I usually sleep with my head and shoulder up a little higher. So I'm usually in that position. And sometimes, I'd bring up the bottom for my legs. I have nerve problems in the legs too, so that helps. It's kind of a toss-up. I've got parts and screws and plates in me. So sometimes it's all right, sometimes it isn't.
It's one of those things, which is better than what I had. This one I could raise and lower the top and the bottom and be a little more comfortable than just lying flat. I'm also glad I got the one with the rollers, because I'm still building my home. So I can roll it out of way when I go to put my carpeting upstairs; and it's easier for me, for cleaning and stuff like that, versus my old bed (you got to pick it up and move it). This one is a lot lighter than the other one in which the top mattress weighs as much as the whole bed. So there's a big difference. I have no problem moving this one at all.
By the way, I've gotten some advertisement for Easy Rest and I kinda chuckled because I already got one. It's just that they're over mailing stuff when you're already a satisfied customer. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied. I've recommended it to a couple of people already.

My husband got a hold of somebody from Easy Rest and then the guy came and of course he was a good talker and we bought it. We've had our bed since the 14th of January. I just lie in there at night (I can't if I don't withstand it) and my back just hurts so bad. Sometimes when I get up, I can hardly walk. My husband's back hurts too if he lies in there very long. So now we put quilts. I've got 3 quilts on my side and I think my husband's got 2 on his side. That helps a little bit, but our backs still hurt when we get up in the morning.
The person that sold it to us was nice. But then afterwards whoever was supposed to call us, they wouldn't call us. They told us that if we ordered it, that if it didn't work, that we could let them know. And we told them no and they won't call us or anything. I have spoken with them a couple of times and they just didn't do anything about it. So then I had my son see if he could call and see if they would talk to him, and they just wanted us to pay all over again for it if we got another one.
They told us when they brought it here that if we wanted a softer mattress, they would come back and change it. But they never did. I thought when we got our bed that what we were gonna have were for both of us, that we could do what we wanted to do on each side. My husband wanted it so that he could do what he wanted on his side and I could do what I wanted on my side, but we can't do that because on this one it's the same on both sides. Also, we had a mattress that was good that we moved from another place and they took that.

We have been working with you since February on your purchase. You ordered a one piece queen sized bed and it was delivered per the contract that you signed. After delivery you called because you believed it was not what you ordered. You believed you ordered a dual (two piece) system. We went over the paperwork and you agreed that you had received what you ordered. We gave you a price to change your order to a dual system but you declined. About three or four months, we bought an Easy Rest bed. There's a lady who came here. It was a terrible pushy affair. We sat down and talked about all the good things. But when they delivered the bed, they put it up and then 'goodbye'.
There are so many things that are wrong with that bed. Already you can tell where we sleep on the bed and then the end of it is sticking up. We were told but that's only in the crease - but it's the only one that's bent. What they were saying about it is that we don't even use that thing the way it was meant to be, the way they explained how wonderful it was, and because then if you have the bottom up or the top up or both end of the bed up and then you sit in the crease, you weren't supposed to do that because it would eventually be a spot. It does that all along the bed. There's no holding anywhere on that mattress. It's also no use to use it for what it was meant for, that if you raise the bottom or raise the top, then you can't get out of bed - you have to put it down.
We figured we're stuck. We were jammed down our throat. It's guaranteed for life. And the thing about it is, they can be giving me a new mattress every month the way this thing works. It just isn't what we were told that it was going to be. Now we have the bed that we shouldn't have because it is terrible. I got sleep apnea and I got to be on a CPAP all night and I can't even get to sleep in that bed. We can't have a great night because we just don't have any comfort on that bed. I'm better off if I sleep in the chair and go to sleep. It's the most uncomfortable mattress I ever slept on. I would not recommend that to anybody. I wish we had a way of getting our money back. We found out now we could have bought a better bed for half the money. Very dissatisfied.

We have no record of you ever contacting us after delivery and we wish you had called us as soon as you had a problem. As soon as we saw your posting our Customer Service Manager contacted you by phone and discussed your issues. A service call has been scheduled to inspect the mattress and replace the comfort insert to one that meets your needs. I haven't had it too long, just a month or so ago. This bed hasn't helped me in any way. It's not like what the saleslady said. I've got back problems and the massage was part of the reason I bought it. Well, I spent all that money and it's no count. All it does is shake you. It shakes the bed. I've called them and they tried to tell me that's the way it's supposed to be. Well, you don't want a bed that is shaking. It's not broken. I'm just not satisfied with it. I'm very unhappy, but of course I won't do anything. Just give me back my money.

I got info about Easy Rest in the mail and purchased my bed just before Easter. Really, I'm not satisfied with it. For starters, I don't think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I think the salesman was too pushy and I'm sure they had ordered it. He came late at night. He was late to start with. He was supposed to be here I don't remember what time. But he didn't get here until later in the evening. I'm here alone. I'm 86 years old. And I think he tricked me (to put it plain)! I don't believe it's exactly what he told me it would be. I don't think they gave me a true impression of what I was going to get. They didn't really stay long enough to even have me ask questions or give me a chance to ask him questions or to check the bed out. Also, they demonstrated how to use the bed and work the controls, but very minimally. And basically, I'm disappointed. It stinks!

I bought it in February. It's only been a couple of months. I had no problems with installation, nothing. Everything was okay. Because the Easy Rest mattress adjusts, I can raise my hand and head and I can raise my legs and I can sit... Highly recommended to everybody. It's good, very good.

I got our new Easy Rest bed early part of the winter. Our salesman called on the phone and made appointment to come out and show us the bed, and he showed us exactly how to use it. I had one before, but it was a different model. We got it back in the early 50's, but it didn't have all the features that this one does. I have a lot of back problems, so I like mine and I would recommend it to other people. I'm getting a better night's sleep with my Easy Rest bed and I'm satisfied with all the features of this bed.

I had knee surgery and I have lymphedema in my leg so I need to elevate them; and I have no place in the house to do that. So I thought it would be a good idea to get an Easy Rest Bed. I got it delivered in December. There was no problem with the ordering process and the delivery. It was a fairly simple process, except I forgot they asked about different sheets. And then when I ordered from them, they were very expensive. I can't get them in any store around here. I didn't think about that. The salesman that came put a lot of pressure. They make sure that you don't say no.
I wouldn't say I was angry. The first few weeks were rough. It was hard getting used to it. Plus, it seems weird having such a narrow mattress to lie on. And we have a dog that likes to sleep between us. It's still kind of weird if one has the bed up and the other doesn't. It's just a little pricey but I guess I could say we were satisfied. It was an interesting experience.

I'd gotten an advertisement for it. It looked like it was just what I wanted that I went ahead and ordered it. I don't remember when I bought my Easy Rest bed, but I've owned it long enough to replace the mattress, which is 5-8 years maybe. They let me know when they were coming and I appreciated that a lot. And they did an excellent job of setting it up in the room, not wasting a lot of time or anything, and showed me how to use it. They just were very pleasant and very helpful.
I have the sleep apnea thing. I just absolutely refuse to use the breathing machine because it made me feel claustrophobic. With the bed, I could raise my head up high enough to relieve my discomfort and then I would sleep really well. Probably one feature that it has that I don't use much is the vibrator. And I've realized that it's supposed to make you relax. But it seems like it's on just long enough to irritate you. So I don't use that much, but I have been very appreciative about the fact that I can raise my legs and my feet as well (I have a problem with them) and I'm really happy with my bed. I'd recommend it to anybody. I think they'll like it.

We got our Easy Rest Bed in the first part of the year. The ordering process was fine and the gentleman that brought it in. Delivery was good. And to me, the sleep is very comfortable. I normally lie on my side. I very seldom ever put the feet up or the head up unlike the vibration mode - I do run that every night. I hate to tell you that it hasn't helped on my sleep because I sleep well anyway.
I do like my other bed; it's a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The only thing it doesn't have is the vibration. It doesn't go up and down either. It's a regular bed, but it's good on my back; and this is good on my back, and I have no problem with either one. The Easy Rest is very comfortable and I have no problems with it. It's easy to take care of. It could be a little bit harder. And I know you can get those things in the mattress, but I haven't got around to doing that.

I've had a friend who had a bed, not of the same brand, and she had some back problems too. And she really, really loved her bed and told me I should get one. So I got my Easy Rest Bed around the last part of January. It happened very quickly. I had a representative come to my home. Then they delivered it and set it up. They were only here about a half an hour. I had a couple of questions and they answered them for me. But they put a lot of pressure on me. I think they didn't want me to shop around. They demanded a check right the very first evening, and that part I did not like at all. And I'm even hesitant to even tell anybody about the bed because I felt they put a lot of pressure on me.
I had had back surgery. That's part of the reason I got it and most of the reason I got it. I like the back rest up and the feet up at the same time. That part is really nice. I use the vibration and that was very good. I found out the lower level; I didn't like the top level. I enjoy using the bed, but I do not see a lot of results from using it. That might be impossible. I might have a chronic back condition that can't be helped. So that part, I don't blame on the bed.

My brother and sister all had them. And I figured they're usually pretty wise on what to get and so I got my Easy Rest Bed about four or five months ago. I have a swelling and I'm supposed to have my legs elevated; I do that by raising the bottom level. That's one reason for getting it and that's about all. But I wouldn't say it has given me a better night's sleep. They delivered it on time and set it up like they said they would. Other than that, I've never heard from them since. I don't know whether I'm dissatisfied with the product, I'm just not happy with it. I don't know whether it's blaming the product or blaming me. I would rather have my money back.

It's been at least three or four months since I've had the bed. My mom put something in about getting a bed, so they came over and brought the tapes. And the guy was really nice; he gave me a great deal on the bed. I think I owe $2800, $2900 for the bed. I said I wanted to know how much my payments are and what the interest is and everything else. Or else, I don't want it if I'm going to be paying $10000 for it. A bed, $3000 is too much as it is. And he goes, 'Somebody would contact you,' so I signed everything.
Three months went by and I didn't think he got anybody to lend me the money. One day, some guy called up and said, 'Oh we'll bring your bed.' I guess the main place is in Minnesota. They brought it and took out my old bed and brought the new one in. I was sitting, thinking, ''Wow, maybe I had won the bed because no one has called me about making any payments. What the hell is going on?'' And I get a letter from this place in Canada.
This guy called me and said that I'm behind a month on the payment. I said I got the letter and I called the other day, gave them my bank account and made a payment. They set it up so they could take it out automatically every month. Then he goes, 'You're getting charged $15.80 for the first month you didn't pay.' But as soon as I got the letter I called! And nobody ever got back to me! And I said, 'What's going on here?' So he started going off on me. He told me that he knew where I lived and I should be afraid of the dark and that he was an ex-marine. I didn't think I would get a bed from somebody who would call me up to threaten me. I had this all straightened out when I called and I made sure that they could take it out every month and it was all taken care of.
So this guy calls me again and he tried to pick a fight again. So then I called Easy Rest and they haven't gotten back to me. I got their head finance guy and he was a smart ass. He goes, 'Pay your ** bill. You got the papers, you signed it.' I told him I didn't sign anything - I signed on for the bed, nothing else. Anyway, he started this again and I got his boss. I said I'll make a double payment. This is the worst outfit I've ever had to deal with. I have never been late on a payment. They call me and make me sound like I am trying to screw everybody and they threaten me. Are these the kind of people that Easy Rest deals with? And all they say is ''Pay your bill.'' I'd say that the bed is great but the process is too much. I'm still pretty pissed off about this whole deal.
I think I made one payment, and then they were supposed to take the next one. I called this month maybe to make sure that there wouldn't be any problems. To make sure that I didn't have to call every month, I gave them my account number and everything. They all said everything was alright. Then this black guy called me again making threats. I said, 'As soon as I got the letter, I contacted you people.' I said, 'I never got one the first month. I never signed anything or had a number to call you until I received a letter.'
When I contacted Easy Rest and told them that I was having a problem with this, he said that when the guy delivered the bed, he should've given me some kind of a packet that I had all that information. I said he never gave me anything. That's what I don't understand. If I got the second bill, whatever happened to the first one? And they said they didn't send me a bill for the first month.
I am a volunteer ranger out at the lake here and there are 85 other rangers and they're all older people. They're always asking about my Easy Rest bed. I tell them it's a piece of junk. I've already written to the Better Business Bureau about their actions and the way they've treated me. And they won't take it back. I don't want it; it's not worth it.

We called you immediately after seeing this post to get more information. You informed us that you were happy with the product but were having issues with the third party finance company that financed your bed. We called the finance company to discuss their customer service issues and to determine what was happening with your account. After getting all of the information it appears that there was a miscommunication between you and the finance company with a missed payment and once the payment was made it caused you to bounce other checks. The finance company has informed us that the situation has been remedied and you have been set up with electronic payments so that you will be able to make all future payments on time.

I saw an ad on Easy Rest and got one last September. I enjoyed the gal - she was a good salesman. We've got one big mattress rather than two. The adjustable feature I really use is the headrest going up and down and the vibration. I probably would have the head rest up higher most of the time. So my only recommendation is don't ever buy one if you can't split it. I would never get it again without getting two controls and then it's way out of line for cost. I don't think it's worth the money. That's for sure.

We were looking for a new mattress, and we found Easy Rest. We saw information on the bed in one of our credit cards. We replied back to get more information, then we had a salesman come in from Sioux City. We saw the whole thing and he explained it all to us. We decided at that time that maybe it's the time we should get something like that. He showed us how it worked and we didn't even question it. We just bought it right on hand. We got a twin bed last year in November.
They called when they were going to deliver. They were there within the time that they said they would be here, and they would have been 15 minutes of that. They were coming out of Minneapolis, and we are about a 4-hour drive from Minneapolis. They stopped here with two fellows. And within a half hour to 45 minutes, they had everything set up. They were very nice gentlemen, very pleasant, very cooperative. They set everything up, made sure everything worked before they left. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I never saw the twin type with the other beds that were like this. It's always one big mattress or we had to have two total twin beds which were not able to be matched with each other. My wife has it in one position; I have a different position which is nice, that we both have our separate controls. I have sleep apnea, but I cannot use those machines because I breathe differently than those machines let you do. That's probably one of the major things. The whole experience was great.

There was a lady who came out here and showed the Easy Rest bed to us. But I think she showed us more things to expect which I haven't tried. Then the last week of December, they delivered the bed and it was fine... there was no problem. They showed us how to use it. They weren't here very long; they were in and out. I don't think it does everything that she said it would do. When she was here, she just had a thing that she put under the pillows and make it feel like that, but it doesn't do that on the bed.
We put the head and feet up a little bit. And we put the vibrator on when we go to bed. You don't feel it much in your feet or your legs at all. You feel it more on your back and on your head. And then that's the only thing that I thought should be a little more. But I called right after we got it, and they said, 'Well, you got to turn it up all the way.' Well, we've tried that.
I've seen some of these other beds similar to that. I haven't really gone and examine them other than to see them on the television and different things, and I kind of wish now that we'd looked a little more. I think it was a little more expensive than what it should've been. But we bought it, we got it, and we used it. Overall, I'd say we're probably satisfied. I do think we get a little better sleep. I don't have as much pains getting up in the morning.

I'm an old woman, but I don't have any injuries. The Easy Rest bed has helped me with my aches and pains, and I've been getting a good night's sleep - it's very good. I've had it since December or the last part of November. Overall, I guess it was okay. I'm satisfied, but I just think I spent too much. Plus they're going to charge extreme interest. Compared to other places, it's much lower around here. I would not recommend anybody to go over there and buy it because they all did the same thing. To spend that much on myself, that seems sinful.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed 2 months ago. The salesman came out here and talked me into it. But after I had it for a while, the salesman never asked if I wanted to use a regular mattress or a firm one. I asked for a firm one so I called him, but I got a recording. He said he would come back, but he never did. On the other hand, the bed seems to help with my back pains. I raise the feet up a little bit and the head up just a little bit.

I've had my Easy Rest Bed for about two to three months for my back and my feet; I got to have them elevated all the time. I like being able to sit up in bed and be able to read a book and whatever and raise my feet a little bit if I want to. With the ordering process and day of delivery, everything went real great with that. The salesman was very kind and everything was well taken care of. The installers explained everything and showed us how to use the bed. My wife and I are both well satisfied with the whole system. We never really checked any other brand other than this one. It's very comfortable. It was a great experience and fantabulous situation.

I learned about Easy Rest from an advertisement, I believe, and I ordered one about 6 to 8 months ago. The installers showed me how to use the bed. I like how you're able to raise your head and legs while on the bed. One thing... they could respond when I call in with a problem instead of making me call four times before I can connect to anybody. I had to go back to the salesman to get some action on some things. I also found out that I was having a problem with the vibrator. It was not always working. The issue turned out to be intermittent, and now it's been performing well for the last three months. I found a problem in the fabrication they had clamped in the wires. So whenever the bed goes up, it pulled the plug out. I had to dig into that and get it fixed, but those are just little things that have happened now and then.

We had an Easy Rest bed before and we were told it was well constructed. It never gave us any trouble and that's why we stayed with it. We decided to get a new one a few months ago and everything went very well. I like it when you can elevate the head part. Sometimes by raising the feet, it helps me to not get cramps in my legs. I'm just more comfortable with it raised up. I have no complaints about anything. I was happy with them. They got in, set it up and put everything away. When the installers were here, they answered my questions and showed me how the bed and the remote worked. It was a good experience.

I sent in a thing to find out about the Easy Rest bed. A salesman came, put high pressure on me, and the next thing I know, I had a bed. I think I got it on the 28th of December. I'm already 80 years old, and I should not have fallen for it. The Easy Rest bed was supposed to help get rid of my back aches, but it made them worse. I asked for a medium bed and this thing is hard as a brick. It's not right for me; it's too hard. I haven't called customer service about it. What good would it do? It says right there on the contract you can't get anything done about it. Also, the guy that came to deliver the bed wasn't even here for more than 4 minutes. After he had the frame put together, he threw on the mattress, and he was gone. He had another guy with him and out the door they went. I didn't even have time to ask them questions.
I certainly wouldn't advise anybody to get one, not at that price. They told me how much it was going to be, but it turned out to be an entirely different monthly payment than what he told me; it's much higher. Not a good experience.

We were just in the market for another bed and the Easy Rest bed came up. I don't know how we got involved in it, but we did get one about two and a half months ago. Everyone that was involved was very polite, cooperative and informative. There's nothing really spectacular about it. We don't use it as an adjustable bed very much. I cannot sleep on my back, and I thought that maybe it would help. Unfortunately, I am still unable to sleep on my back. The vibrator feature is something that we use frequently. I don't know if it helps, but it's fine.

I just kind of went ahead and bought the bed when I saw it sometime in October or November. Everything went fine from the ordering process to the day of delivery. There were no problems. They took care of everything. The only thing was that the bed was on rollers. I had to go out and get some pads and put them underneath the rollers to keep them from rolling out underneath you when you sit down.
I really enjoyed having my Easy Rest bed as it has allowed me to rest real well. I've had a couple of heart surgeries and it sure is nice to just be able to raise both the head and feet. I've used all the adjustable features. It's comfortable when you can adjust it the way you want it. When I have back pains, I use the vibrator a little bit and it relaxes me. It's expensive for sure - it doesn't come cheap, but I've enjoyed it... I really like it.

It hasn't been a year since we purchased our own Easy Rest bed. I read an ad that encouraged people to try it, and I gave them a call. We got it because my husband had back surgeries and he's got backache when he gets up in the morning. We like the bed, and we're pretty satisfied. Everything goes up - the head and the feet. The transaction went real smooth and we like it. The installers were good, and they had everything done. I would recommend it, but a lot of people say they can't afford it.

I've gone through water beds and air beds, and I thought I'd try out the Easy Rest bed and see how it works. It hasn't been a year since I purchased it. I think I got it last summer. It seems to be doing good because I sleep happy. It really helps when I raise the front part. I also like it when the head part comes up, like almost a chair, like I'm in my recliner. And there were no problems when they came to deliver the bed. Everything went pretty smooth. I spoke to the installers a little bit. They were pretty efficient, and I kinda just stayed out of the way. They did a good job, and they got all the paperwork done. I'm very happy with my Easy Rest bed.

The Easy Rest bed seemed to be satisfactory at first, and then it's poor. If I did it over again, I doubt if I'll buy one. I asked for information about the bed and someone came out and demonstrated it for me. That's how I got the bed, which was a couple of months ago to about a year. Unfortunately, they got no return policy. You can't return it once you accept it. I had to make a decision on the same day I bought it because the guy couldn't wait until the next day for me to get back to them. I didn't even get the chance to check and see what was available in terms of the bed.
I've been resting a little better, but that's because it's a new bed. It's not broken down or anything. However, I can't see how the Easy Rest is more spectacular than other beds would be. We don't really use a whole lot of the adjustable features. I just raise the head and the foot of the bed sometimes. We also don't use the massage as often as you'd want to think. I'm disappointed.

My wife has a little bit of a back problem and the Easy Rest bed has really helped her, including my not-so-bad hip problem. We've had it for about 4-6 weeks now. Well, we like just everything about it that you can adjust. We didn't get the heater, but we have the vibrator part. We also got the attached remote, and I'm glad we did because we would probably misplace it.
Everything went nice from the ordering process to the day of delivery. The salesman did a good job showing us how the bed works, and we decided to go with it. When the installers came, we talked to them a little bit and everything was positive. We would recommend Easy Rest to anyone. Restful... It's good.

I had a Craftmatic bed years ago. I never thought of getting rid of it then, and I never thought about it until now. When a salesman from Easy Rest contacted me, I thought this might be the way to go since I was starting to have back problems, so I purchased my own Easy Rest bed 3 to 4 months ago. I enjoyed the guy that came over; he was explaining and demonstrating how to operate the bed. The ones that delivered the bed were also very nice people.
I can rest a little easy when I adjust my head and my legs; I can lie down on my back longer now. I use the vibration mode a lot, which is king of relaxing. I use both the ones in the head and the leg to get me in the right spot. I am really enjoying my Easy Rest bed, and I would recommend it to anybody.

I have not had a day without pain for 40 years, and I am allergic to all medication so I am will to try anything to relieve the pain. My wife and I had back trouble, and we both found it difficult to walk and do other things. We thought that the Easy Rest bed might help relieve some of the tension so we purchased one about 3 to 4 months ago.
The guys that set it up did a good job. They set up my former headboard because we had an expensive set. So far, the biggest benefit we've gotten from our Easy Rest bed is the ability to position the bed the way it suits us. My wife does not like the vibration feature so she doesn't like it on; I only turn it on when she gets up. She's also a back sleeper. She sleeps on her back all night, and she sleeps well. I think that she's getting more benefit from it than I am, really.
I am, however, still not without pain. I still get up 3 to 4 times at night. I've had trouble in the past where I tore my rotator cuffs. They were terribly sore so I can't sleep on my left side at all, and I also can't sleep when I go to my right side. With Easy Rest, however, it's been more comfortable to sleep. I'm glad that we got it. We sleep on it every night. We'll surely recommend it to anyone who's got problems.

The advertisement on Easy Rest sounded good, and I thought that, with my back trouble, it would be something that can be of help - but it didn't. I don't like the bed at all. I've only had it for two and a half months and so far, my experience has been terrible. The delivery men were very nice. There's nothing wrong with that. It's really just the bed that I don't like. It's very hard and very uncomfortable. I can hardly straighten up when I get up. I have never used the massage feature even when the salesman said it came with the bed. I tried to turn it on one time, and I had to get up and get out almost immediately.

I like my East Rest bed just fine except that I've been really disappointed with the vibration feature. It's one of the biggest reasons why I bought the Easy Rest bed. I don't like where it is so I never use it; it's up in my head instead of down on my feet. It's always been wrong, as far as I'm concerned. I haven't had the chance to complain about it because, fortunately, I haven't had as many leg cramps as I used to. I haven't attempted to call customer service about it since I have also been swamped with other things, and I do not know whether I could even be here if somebody came over.
The delivery went fine, although I think they should get more than one person to deliver these things. I felt that the delivery guy was forced to work a little too hard trying to get the bed up the stairs and everything all by himself. At this point, I wouldn't recommend Easy Rest to a friend unless something can be done to change the center of the vibration. I'm still satisfied overall, and I think that Easy Rest is still definitely better than my 25-year old bed.

We purchased our Easy Rest bed about three months ago. I saw it on the advertisement and the salesman helped us in making the decision to purchase the bed. The installers that came to the house did an alright job. I like the heating feature as it adjusts to your preference. I have neuropathy and Parkinson's disease, and I think maybe it helps it some. So far, it's okay. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

My experience with it is wonderful. My husband's a heart patient and I also have problems with my legs and back. Needless to say, we've had some pretty good night's sleep with our Easy Rest. I think it is a great bed. I get a lot of good rest from it. We got it around Thanksgiving and the installers did everything that needed to be done. That was really nice. And I like the massager on it - it kind of relaxes you when you're stiff. Also, you can raise it and kind of relax in it. And it's good when you don't feel good with the cold. I get congestion a lot, so I always kind of sit up on it. It's just a really nice and wonderful bed. I really enjoy it.

I do sleep with my feet up a little bit and the headrest up at night - I found out when I get out of bed in the morning, I'm not stiff and sore. So that's really helped. And since I've always wanted something like a hospital bed, when the people from Easy Rest showed up one night and explained it to me, I decided to get myself one. I got my Easy Rest bed in November. Everything went fine. The people were really nice. And it didn't take them that long to set it up. And I mean, it was half an hour and everything was all done. They explained everything to me.
I got several things wrong with me. I've broken my back back in '74. And so it's helping a great deal with my back and my shoulders, especially the vibrator. I use the vibrator, the head part, for about half hour, twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime. And I might start using the foot to kind of equalize the motor on it, so the top doesn't wear off where the bottom doesn't.
It looks very expensive, but I rest easier with the Easy Rest bed, with the way I can adjust it. And I got the medium, not the real soft, not the real firm. And that works out the best for my back and stuff. It's really been a good thing. The only thing is it says that you're supposed to turn the mattress every month. And I'm not quite able to do that. It's really tough to turn it. It's easy for somebody, but I've got a bad shoulder and my back isn't the best. But I try to turn it every two months, if I can. Otherwise, I'm happy with it right now. I'll be paying for it for a long time, but it's worth it so far and I'd recommend it to a friend.

It's only been about three months since I've ordered my Easy Rest bed. It was delivered on time. And the set up was quick and easy. And the ordering process was no problem. The salesman came out and demonstrated how the mechanism worked and he sold me on it.
The Easy Rest bed has helped me with my bad back and arthritis. I like the backrest that raises up. I have a TV in the room - it's great for watching TV in the bed. The only problem I have is it's a double bed. And it kind of separates on me a little bit. But the whole experience was satisfactory. And they stand behind their word. I haven't had any problems with it.

I've purchased my Easy Rest bed at least 3 months ago. I chose it because I wanted to be able to move my feet and head how ever I wanted to while lying down. The couple that delivered it was really kind and nice and they showed me how to do things.
The guy said that I'd be most comfortable if I had it jacked up in certain ways. I could never sleep on my back because I have back problems. I'd lie on my back and turn the vibrator on and it will soothe the pain for a while. Otherwise, I'll try to sleep with the head up a little then try to sleep on my side but it's a little hard. I use all of the adjustable features - it's just that I can't sleep on my back. But I find that bed very comfortable. I'm satisfied with it, I guess.

I wasn't going to order because I wasn't sure I'd use a bed that small, and the lady said, 'You just try it for 30 days.' So she made it sound like if I tried it for 30 days, I could either buy it or send it back. I called them after about a week because I didn't think it was big enough. And I didn't really care for it. They said, 'Well, that's not our policy. You've used your bed. If you want to move up to a double wide or a bigger bed, that's fine.' But then it's just twice as much money again. It was way too high-priced to start with.
If Easy Rest wanted to buy the bed back (which I've had for about a year now), that's the only thing that's going to make this experience better. And I can guarantee they'll never get a good report from me.

After reviewing your post our Minnesota office immediately called and spoke with you to see if they could provide you any service assistance. You expressed to our service manager that your bed is comfortable, but because of your budget you purchased a smaller sized bed than you had previously and you are regretting that decision. Our service manager went over the contract and delivery receipt with you and reviewed the information that is printed in large type on all of our contracts that states that our beds are not sold on an in-home trial basis. We provided you with the option to upgrade to a larger size at a considerable discount and will hold the offer indefinitely.

I've had hernia problems, and I needed to be elevated a lot so it won't end up hurting me and it would just back up all the time into my lungs. I got an Easy Rest bed as it was just right on what I needed to be elevated on. I tried it with my pillows and stuff, but then I said I'll just get one of them so I can adjust it to where it's comfortable. It has helped me get my best night's sleep. It's very comfy whenever I ended up doing it and my back is very comfortable. I like the position of head up a certain way. It raises a little bit, at an angle.
Everything was fine when they delivered the bed a few months ago. They were right on the ball. They said they'd be there, and they were here. All was good. They helped put it together whatever and they were able to take that pain away from me. And I was asking for a sheet that I wanted but couldn't find it - a fellow helped me with that then set up the controls and that afterwards. It was great.

About 6 months ago, we bought an Easy Rest bed because we wanted the adjustability in the vibrators to help us with our back problems. The entire process of ordering the bed to having it set up was pretty complete; everything was well planned. They resolved every aspect, addressed all of our questions and demonstrated how to use the bed, and it worked like a charm. The vibrators are nice and the head raising, of course, for watching TV in the evening... We're getting our best night's sleep on this bed - it's pretty good. Anybody looking for a similar type of bed should take a look at it. Very nice, very nice.

I heard about the Easy Rest bed from one of their advertisements. Since then I've always wanted one and got one last year. I don't know what month it was, but I haven't had it very long. It works all right and everything's fine... My back bothers me and the bed has helped me with that. I use the headrest when I sleep and raise it a little bit. I use that once or twice a week. Very good experience, overall.

We both have bad backs, but we've been sleeping better with the Easy Rest and that's why we like it really well. I have acid reflux and this bed has helped me because I can raise my head up. It also has the vibrator on it and we use that quite a bit. The seller that sold us the bed, Mr. **, took a lot of time and explained it to us and so on. That helped us into buying it too. I think it was in January of this year when we bought this mattress and they put it all together for us and everything, not to mention they showed us how to operate this thing and answered any questions we had about it. They were very nice.
We would recommend Easy Rest to anybody. In fact I recommended it to a gal who walks with us. She wanted to know what we thought of the bed, and I told her that it had helped us a lot and we really like it. It's just a great bed.

I have sleep apnea. Ever since we got the Easy Rest bed, which was some time before the Christmas season, I have been able to get some good night's sleep. I think the adjustable features, especially the vibrating feature, has been beneficial to my health. I also like the feature where I am able to adjust and raise the head part. It's a different kind of bed so it takes a while to get accustomed to it. As far as the ordering process is concerned, we didn't have to worry about anything. When they came over, they set everything up. We didn't even check on other types of beds or other brands. When we heard about Easy Rest, we decided to purchase it right away. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Four or five months ago, we purchased an Easy Rest bed. A saleswoman came by, talked to us about it and then we decided to purchase it. They showed us how to work the different features and what to do with it. It was a pleasant experience, and they answered all the questions we had about the bed. We like the vibrator feature. We also raise the bed up and down. At night, however, we sleep pretty flat on it. It has helped me with some of my back problems and arthritis. I'd say it's a good and comfortable bed.

I paid a lot of money for my Easy Rest bed. They turned the bill over to a finance company that I didn't know of, who charged me a whopping $300 to get started. I am disappointed because they didn't even give me a chance to pick financing options (I would have gone to my own credit union.). I would never have engaged with this finance company if Easy Rest had not endorsed my order to them. And they made the arrangements along with the other unexplainable charges ($380 - I don't know what that was for; it may be for delivery, but I'm not sure). I have a monthly payment of $71.25 with a financing schedule of 2 years. I have been paying more than that amount, sometimes even trying to double it, since I am already old (90 years old) and unsure whether I'll still be here before the two-year financing period is over. Since I have already paid them money, I feel stuck. I didn't know what else to do about it since they already took $500 from me.
I still have an outstanding balance of $2,000, and I feel that this bed is not worth that much. I was given a quotation of $2,600, but if you add everything up, I would end up paying more than that. I would have done it directly in town instead of having to deal with this from a distance (Easy Rest is based in Minneapolis, MN.). For now, my goal is to get rid of the finance company, bring down the balance and pay them all off. I still have to pay them finance charges, among others.
I don't even like the bed. It's not comfortable - there is no choice of softness or hardness. I was just interested in the adjustable business; however, the adjustability of the bed turns out to be only one and that's it. The sales guy was telling me that I was getting the premium set of the three samples that they had; it had an extra vibrator section in it. The guys that came here to deliver the bed just went into my house, set it up, and handed me the instruction sheet - that was it. The delivery people, even Easy Rest itself, did not even give me any chance to try it out first. I can't even fix the bed without getting help. I have arthritis in my hands so bad that I cannot tuck the sheets underneath the mattress. I have to call my son and ask him to move it. I also cannot vacuum around it since it's only a few inches off the floor (about 3 inches). The vacuum hose can't fit underneath.
I wouldn't recommend Easy Rest to anyone because of the experience I had with them.

We have no record that you ever contacted us with these issues after receiving your bed. If you had we would have addressed them immediately. After seeing your review on this website our Service Manager immediately contacted you to go over your issues. He reviewed your Contract of Sale and Financing Documents with you and answered all of your questions about the third party finance company that you used to purchase your bed. It is our understanding that there had been some confusion on your part at the time of the sale but that you are satisfied with the explanation of your financing.
Our Service Manager also scheduled a service call for your bed. Our service technicians will replace the insert in your pillow top to one that is most comfortable for you and they will show you all of the features of the bed and teach you how to use them. They will also show you how you can raise the head and foot of the bed to easily change the sheets as well as to vacuum underneath. I purchased the Easy Rest bed six months ago, and we've been pretty happy with it. We got the Easy Rest bed because we weren't comfortable with the other mattresses we've slept on. We had an electric bed a few years ago, but it went haywire. With my wife having a medical condition (she had injury), we figured this bed would help her. Well, it has helped both of us get the best night's sleep possible. We hate getting out of bed in the morning because we feel so rested on the Easy Rest bed. We particularly loved the feature that allows us to raise the head and the feet part of the bed. They're helpful in getting my wife out of the bed.
Ordering it was fairly simple. The ad that we got in the mail said that we might be able to get a free bed if we send it back in. Well, we didn't get a free bed. We ended up buying one instead. When they came to deliver the bed, they answered all the questions we had about the bed. I'd say it's the best by far. It's very wonderful.

I got my Easy Rest bed sometime in August or September. I got it with hopes of getting help for my arthritis and a back surgery I had several years ago. I've been happy with it so far and like it really well. It's very easy to operate. However, we're still trying to figure out the settings that we prefer the most so that whenever we turn it on, the settings would be right every time. My body is still adjusting to the different settings. We're still playing with it, I guess. Of all the features, we love how we're able to raise the feet and the head, including the wave motion; we use all three most of the time.
The sales guy that came over was very knowledgeable and I was pleased with how it was delivered. Although I feel I was misled on some things, it was fine as the sales guy seemed quite unsure either. We ended up just trying some things and things eventually seemed to work out just fine. They were able to answer my questions, though I don't remember much of that time exactly and what questions I had back then. It was kind of a busy time for me, but I think they were able to address the concerns I may have raised during that time.
If I'm not mistaken, I saw an ad for Easy Rest either on TV or a magazine. When I saw the ad, I called to get some information. They came out, talked to me, and showed me how to operate the bed. From there, I made the decision to go ahead and purchase the bed. I was shocked when I found out how much it costs, but then everything has gone up in prices. I didn't even check any other kind of bed so I have no idea what the costs were with respect to these kinds of systems. I did, however, have to downsize from king to a queen size bed because of the cost, but it's fine. I have been pleased so far with that decision, and I've actually recommended Easy Rest to many of my friends and family. It's been a good experience. They were very easy to deal it.

My son has scoliosis and the Easy Rest bed had somehow helped in getting him some good night's rest. After two weeks of using the bed, he thought it was nice. We particularly liked having the head part up just a little bit. We don't adjust it that much. We already like it that way and that's where it stays. It's a pretty comfortable bed. We don't use the vibrator much though. During the day, I lie down on it once in a while.
I think the company sent us a card, then we called them and they sent someone over to talk to us. They were very good especially that salesman that did the demo for us. He was almost like family when he left; he was a really nice salesman. When they came over and set up the bed 3 months ago, we were finally able to take the old and heavy couch out; we finally got it to the dump. Our salesman also said he plans to come out and check up on me within the year. They have different types of filler for the mattress, and he was going to check if we wanted a different one for ours. We got something similar to what our salesman was using for his personal bed.
It was a pretty expensive bed; it cost about $3,000. I don't know if we overpaid for it though, but we're happy with our choice.

We saw an ad on the paper about the Easy Rest bed and we decided to purchase it last year. We didn't have that much interaction with our salesperson. We never heard from him after we got our bed. When they came to deliver the bed, they just brought it in and put it all together, but they gave us instructions on how to use it.
My husband kept falling out of his Easy Rest bed. He couldn't seem to adjust his body around it or something. We already had side rails on it but he still fell out of bed twice. I think the mattress is really too high. My husband has diabetes and dementia, and he was already weak. He didn't get to sleep on the Easy Rest bed for too long. I don't think he was getting the rest he needed, but I think it's mostly due to his diabetes. I have not slept on the Easy Rest bed that much either. My husband wouldn't turn the TV the other way around so I had to turn my head to see the TV. I ended up sleeping on my own bed because he didn't like it that way. We just leave the bed laying there without anyone using it. If I want to sleep in it, I do; but it's rare that I do. The adjustability is okay, but the feature that allows you to make the bed go up and down and the vibrator are noisy. I would have liked it if it wasn't that loud. I don't know much about the bed. I had backache then, but I don't see how the bed is helping me with that problem.

I have a son that got the Easy Rest and that's where I got the information and everything. Also, I had seen the advertisement in the magazine and I sent it in. And then when they brought it all up, they explained how it worked. The reason I wanted it was for my back and for my legs. I haven't had any problems with it. I've had it for maybe a little over a year. Everything went fine. I like my Easy Rest bed very much. I'm getting the best night's sleep, because you can raise your head up or your feet up or whatever you want. So, you're more relaxed.

I have a bad back. I'm a diabetic type 2 and my feet bothered me a lot. I needed something to give me a massage every now and then and I use the Easy Rest bed. The bed does all it can but my body won't let me sleep; it just races from one thing to another. And I was supposed to keep my feet higher than my heart because I had a heart operation and I couldn't do it with other beds. I have another that's adjustable and it was doing me good, but I'd slept at one spot I guess so much that every time I go to bed, I would end up in there and it won't be comfortable anymore. So I got this Easy Rest bed. And this one has been much better. I keep it elevated, my feet elevated but when my housekeeper comes in, she will readjust it. She didn't think it should be so high on the feet and then I'll have to readjust it again. But other than that, it does a terrific job for me. Everything went okay. I've had it for 3 months.
I thought the salesman was very nice. They came in and talked to me and they told me the price and they stayed with that. They didn't try to add things to it. I told them, ''I want it just like you're talking,'' and they didn't go into anything else. They let me have with talking down and start making payments after I got it. And I got tired of the payments so I just paid it all. I was very happy the way they did things and am well pleased with them.
I bought the other one from some other outfit and I wasn't too happy with their salesman or anything. I was told, 'We brought a bed here for you and you're going to buy it.' We talked for hours before I signed and decided I would try it. I did and I liked it at first. But since then I've had that heart operation and I didn't like it anymore. Their vibrator wasn't as good as Easy Rest.

I've had my Easy Rest for about four months. I had written to see how it was and a gentleman came and explained it to me. He was here all day. Then I thought it would be different; I thought mostly it would be kind of like the hospital bed. When they brought it to me, I tried it. And then since I'm so old (I'm 86), I can't turn it around every week like they say that I was supposed to. The only thing that I've been using a lot is if I watch TV in the afternoon and so I pop it up, the head, and that's the only thing that I've been using. And I haven't used the foot elevation because it kind of shrink. But I probably will have to use it later on because lately I haven't been feeling very well and my legs hurt a lot. He told me I could put my feet up. But in order to do that, it's not easy because if you have your head elevated and you want to put your feet up, it's not like a hospital bed.
So when I called him, he asked me, 'How are you getting along?' I'm not too happy about it because I thought it would be something like a hospital bed. He said, 'Somebody should have showed you.' I said, 'He did when he brought the bed.' The man that brought the bed, he showed me how to work it. But it's not what I expected it to be. I didn't know it was that expensive. I had seen it on TV. It's not what I thought it was going to be. I sleep alright with it. I mean the quality of the bed is alright. But again, there's only one way I can use it, just to put my head up to watch TV; but if I want to do what you do in the hospital, no I can't.

We are not sure why you feel you can't elevate your legs with your bed. We will be calling you to find out exactly what is causing you confusion. The head and feet of our bed can both be elevated at the same time without any issue.

A few months ago, I had sent in a card that said it was a contest. If you won the contest, you would win a bed. I thought that would be good idea. But when it came, it said, ''You don't win a bed. You just get a $500 off.'' So I was disappointed in that because it was supposed to win a bed. But they did finally bring the price way down where I could afford it because I couldn't. It's a surprise. I wasn't planning on buying a bed but I did. They asked which kind of mattress I like. They stack a mattress inside of it either soft of hard. And I picked the soft ones. So they put the soft one in and the hard one out.
I enjoy my Easy Rest bed. I don't do the sitting up and down very much, but I like the vibration; I use it every day. It works fine. I've got arthritis and it helps. If somebody wants a bed that goes up and vibrates, I would recommend it. It's very nice. It's expensive, but I would recommend it.

They’re not at all considerate of my elderly mother’s needs - 86 and handicapped, transferred several times. Customer Service Representatives are brusk for an item that is very expensive - $4K for a single. Sales representatives are not forthcoming about the amount of time before service can come out if your bed breaks down - 5-7 days from time of call - ease of scheduling service, and how soon it would be available was one of our concerns at the time of purchase. Never once was an apology offered. The bed is good but the whole experience with service - never would I recommend purchasing again.

I got the Easy Rest bed about six months ago. I have a sleep apnea. I thought that would be helpful. Now I'm sleeping better. My favorite feature is the one where I'm raising up my head. My wife also uses it and we use all of the features.
The experience was when the guy came, he was very pushy and I'm not the kind of person that likes to buy something overnight. And he was determined that I was going to do it and I didn't like that part about him at all. It took several weeks to get the bed, what probably had been a couple of days. But the product itself is excellent. They get everything they said they were going to do, because they came in, they set them up, had the old one away, and they brought us the heating pads. The installers were good. The other thing that wasn't a pretty thing is that they finally made it work so I could get it. I paid cash for it, so they came down their price, but that would be the best thing I could think of.
The experience wasn't good but I would simply recommend them. The product is good. After they delivered it, I never heard a word from them. You know when you buy something that costs that much money, you would think that they would call up and say 'Are you happy?' But the Easy Rest bed is very good. I'm very happy. I'm sleeping better. It's a nice bed. Very nice product.

We ordered the Easy Rest bed, then the person came to our house and wanted to see what room we were going to put it in and if it was going to be roomy enough to put it in here. The installers instructed us how to use it. Ever since we've had it, we liked it. It was the worth the money. We've had it for about a month. I had a bad back and my wife was in a car accident and her back has been bothering her. The Easy Rest bed has been better than other queen size bed I had. It lifts up the front and lifts up in the back, plus it vibrates. It's like laying on something that is contour to your body. It's easy to sleep in. We got a push button thing for both sides of the controls on both sides of the bed, one for my side and my wife's side. And they were very easy to use and they were good. They were excellent. Mostly, the head we use the most. But sometimes we use where you lift your legs up. It makes your blood to flow a lot better in your body to your heart. And then the vibration is really nice because anytime that you have back muscles that are kind of tightening up, we use the vibrator. And the vibrator will loosen it up and cause you to mellow out on your aches and pains.
I chose Easy Rest when they told me it was made in the United States, all the parts, the motors and everything, because a lot of the motors and other when they come from other countries, they burn up. And these again tend not to burn up, the motors that operate the lifting the back up and lifting the legs up, and the vibrations. It's worth the money.

The Easy Rest bed is alright, but it didn't really benefit me because I get dry mouth and I could almost faint at the time. They wanted me to raise it. I don't lie with my head when I'm sleeping. That don't really help me. I mean it's not the bed's fault. But the bed is good. I haven't had it that long. I have had it for just a few weeks. The salesmen didn't use any pressure or anything. They showed me how to operate it and everything, like the vibrator. I enjoy it. Nice bed.

Everything was fine since we got our Easy Rest bed in November. It's a twin bed and I'm still trying to get used to the smaller size bed because when I sleep on my side, I got an arm hanging off the bed. I'm having to get used to that again. I don't use the lifting and the up and down on either end because I prefer to sleep flat. My wife enjoys the raise position and the vibrating part. I'm raising it some because of my chest cold; it makes me breathe better. But other than that, if I don't have a cold or anything, I'm using it flat.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed for my husband a few months ago. He has a heart condition and he's diabetic. The bed has helped us get a better night's sleep a little bit. Our favorite adjustable feature is the one when we watch TV, the sitting up one. My husband has the vibrating mode a little bit. Everything was fine. The installers were very nice. They showed us all how to work the remote and all that. I didn't have any problems with the delivery or anything. I do have one problem with the bed though; it's hard to make up because it's a split queen and putting the sheets on, trying to get it down between the two of them and your blanket and all that. Now if you have a great big room and a lot of room to work in, it probably could be better, but it's not a big room. At our age, we're in our 60's, it's a little bit difficult to make the bed and then you have to switch the mattress. And that's a little hard when you get older. And I'd say it's a lot of money for a bed. But overall, it was good.

I do have arthritis and the Easy Rest bed does help - the massaging and all that good stuff. Kris was the young lady who did the presentation for the sale. And unfortunately, it didn't arrive at the time it was supposed to. It came here at a time when I was out doing errands so my husband had to accept it - that was in August or September. That was a dissatisfaction. I was concerned because I had questions, multiple questions I needed to ask the person about installing the bed. But I didn't bother about contacting the customer service department; I learned by doing. Well, since I've had it, I'm satisfied with what it's purported to do that the young lady told me that I could experience from it. My overall experience was okay.

My husband and I have problems with sleeping and body hurting when you wake up. I have a shoulder, that I haven't had it identified exactly what's wrong with it, but it hurts me a lot, that kind of thing. I like elevating my head and elevating my feet; and I love the heat. I also use the vibrator, not all the time, but I like the vibrator; it's very relaxing.
The gentleman that gave the presentation, he was excellent. The guys who delivered, they were excellent. When they installed my bed in October, they showed me how to use it and answered any questions I had. They were very friendly, very helpful; they did an excellent job. They took out the bed down and put it where we wanted it. They were just excellent. The whole process was very good. The fat man came to the home. Pretty much pressure, to be honest, that he was here and talking to us. And we were headed a month for some years now to get another bed, another mattress. And then it was just sort of perfect timing that we got our Easy Rest bed. It was an excellent experience. It's just my mother in-law recently - I haven't talked to her, but I talked to her this week, and I think she's getting one.

I'm getting the best sleep possible with my Easy Rest bed, which I bought 5 months ago. It has really helped me a lot because of the position I had to sleep in. I enjoyed the presentation - that was the greatest. And then after that, it was like the delivery guys, they were nice and everything. They were respectful. That was good. Actually the presentation was the highlight of it. When they delivered my bed, they showed me how to work the remote. And then they let me try this and try that and you'll get used to it. So it wasn't no class or anything where you have to go through all of that. It wasn't complicated; it was pretty simple. So that was good. It wasn't that hard to work. I appreciated that. The massage seems too strong for me 'cause I have a back injury. Well, that's what works best for me.
You got to get an Easy Rest bed. You really need to get one. They're professional. As far as I can tell, the quality is good. Right now, everything is really good. It's comfortable and I'm able to get off my bed at night and everything when I wasn't able to do that before in a flat bed. That back injury I had was awful, so this has really been helpful to me, to be able to get up and get in and out of my bed without so much excruciating pain. When you're already hurting before you get up, it's hard to get up. So, that was awful. I would go to therapy and that wouldn't help; sometimes it made it even worse. I'm not doing that anymore - it's just me and the Easy bed. That's where we are.

We've had the Easy Rest bed since summer. I had cancer but I read something on it and I made an appointment and I thought it might help and whatnot. And he came at 10 o'clock in the morning. This is true. We have family here and it was like he's never going to go and he left at six o'clock at night. He was here the entire day not because I wanted him to; he just didn't leave.
They took away my spring and mattresses and brought in this one that's on my bed that doesn't go down, how you have your boards on the side and they're supposed to lay on cross boards. Mine doesn't. Mine sits up about them. And I'm not happy about that. And I can't move the bed. It weighs a ton. I wasn't happy. I don't like to say that about somebody. The gentleman that was in the house was pleasant enough but it was like he doesn't have a home of his own. My husband still doesn't know what it cost. He had slept. And it was an outrageous price. And his hasn't even been used. He has a single bed. But when the man demonstrated it, he took beautiful fluffy pillows and he put them on my husband's bed and he flipped the motor somehow or something and they vibrated. And my husband said that's heaven. Now that I got on it, oh yeah, this is heaven. We've never seen heaven again, believe me. They go punk, punk, punk, punk, where they just floated before. We've really been taken and myself, I guess, I don't know. I just wanted it to end.
But the thing that bothers me the most, and that is what I think about over and over when he gave me the first price, he said, 'You're going to get $500 off on such and such.' I never got the $500 off, never. And so when he gave me a price, I said I can't do anything like that. My goodness, we're 80 years old and 86 and we said no, we can't do that. And the mattress now, that thing is a rock. When you turn on the vibrator, which I don't use, it's just a matter of bringing it up and down or putting your feet at the bottom and bringing it up - that's what I wanted for my husband. And he won't even use his. I don't know why. He just said, 'Well, I don't like the thing going on like that. Not when I'm sleeping. I wouldn't like that.' So he doesn't touch it. It's brand new. That makes me even sicker. It's just a very bad thing and it's a very bad lesson I'm learning and a very expensive one.

We've seen an ad on TV. They advertised - that's how we got it. We've had it for about half a year. The Easy Rest bed does real good when I'm hurting or something like that. We use the lowering feature - that's the best. I have problems on my back and legs and that's the reason we got it. I got hurt during the Korean war. I'll turn it on then I'm able to get my rest. That's why I use it when I'm ready to go to bed or something like that. Sometimes I'll go in there and lay down on it and try it on. It helps. It really does.
The guy that put the information and everything, he was real nice and real good and we've got everything taken care of until the end. The people who brought the bed down here, they were real nice about it. They did everything. They did it all up and they get it set, checked it out, showed us what could be done and all that and everything was nice then.

I've had my Easy Rest bed for about 6 months. I'm getting the best sleep possible. Everything was alright so far. They showed me the thing, then I appreciated it, then I ordered it and they delivered. My favorite adjustable features are the vibration and raising the bed. When they came and installed the bed, they showed me how to use it. Order it, try one and see how you would like it. And then you can buy if you want. My experience with Easy Rest has been good.

We've had our bed since last year. I had swollen ankles all the time. But now, since we've had the Easy Rest, I have not had any more swelling in my ankle. I have to say the person who sold us the bed was wonderful. I think his name was James (I don't remember his last name). I've told several people about this bed including my brother-in-law. I love the bed. As far as dropping off the bed and stuff, everybody was good. They answered any questions we had and showed us how to use the bed. They did it all. They showed us how the entire bed works. They showed us how to do it. 'Make sure when you get out of the bed, make sure that the Easy Rest bed was back in its position.' They were helpful, and I really didn't have any problems. Except when we had ordered our bed, they had to the top, and then next to the bed, and then on down. But in the mattressing, my husband thinks that his was not. I guess they do it by weight. As far as the bed itself, it's done me wonders. My husband likes it too. I think they showed us how to unzip it, clean it and wash it, the deal you know. And the top part of the deal, the mattress itself, they showed us all that.
We bought Easy Rest because I needed a new mattress, number one, since mine was over like 27 years old. And second of all, I had a lot of pain every time I got out of bed. And my husband too, we could barely move when we got out of bed. And now when we get out of bed, we're so rested, that actually we get up sometimes in the middle of the morning because we're so rested. I'm 52 and my husband is 68 years old. We get up, we have our coffee, we watch Good Morning America, we go take our walk in the park, we come home, and we're very rested people because of this.
Marvelous. Excellent. Dreams. I used to not dream much, but I'm dreaming like crazy now. So, it's like it must be doing good. I have a very peaceful rest; it works great. And yeah, I have two people that are there. I only have two pamphlets that we were given anyway. And the way it really actually came around is that we got a pamphlet in the mail, and my husband sent it off. Then we got a representative that came and called and came into my home named James - he was excellent. And telling about the bed, and letting us know that there were people not just like myself all around the world, that if they ever try and needed a good bed, this would be a good one to try.

Where I got my EasyRest bed set and that stuff is the head of it is right there - all there is, is a thin wall between that and furnace but when it turned cold weather and stuff, that furnace around, I can't sleep in that thing really. I guess it's only about three or four nights that I slept on that bed. I've really enjoyed it when I did. I think I got it back at the end of October. When I was just a young kid, I fell off the wagon load of hay. I landed on my fanny and busted the tip of the end of my spine and it jammed my spine, so I've got a double curvature which is just the opposite of scoliosis. So I do have a lot of problems with it. Then I knew at the time I was facing a knee replacement.
The gentlemen that delivered it were very nice, very, very friendly and considerate and everything and they've been helpful. I had them take out the old mattress, and that older mattress that I had wasn't that old; I had given it to my daughter for her youngest son, so they helped her take that out. In fact, they took it out of the house for her and strapped it on to her car so she could get it home. They were very helpful that way, because we had no other way of getting that bed delivered over there to her house. And they answered any questions I had.
I use the vibration on to it and stuff, because I've had times when my back will get the ache and hurting. I get on it for that sometimes and just use the vibrator on it. I think the use of that bed is very relaxing because it'll give you the height of your headrest and the height of your position for your legs and everything. It was very expensive since I live on a limited income and everything, but it will get paid for.

The Easy Rest bed has pretty much helped me get a good night's sleep. I have arthritis. It has also helped my wife tremendously. We've had it for three months. I must have mailed something to them because this guy came knocking on the door and told me who he was and we let him in. He went out and got the video thing and showed us all about the bed. And I decided it would be a good idea so I took it. Everything was fine. Everything went smoothly. When they came to deliver my bed, they showed me how to use it. Everything went just as they said they were going to do. I was really happy.

This is my second bed like this. I had one before when my husband was alive. We were very comfortable in it. So now, I moved south around here and I think I needed another one, and I didn't need a big bed so I got a small bed five months ago. The salesmen were very cooperative. They talk to me easy and helped with my papers and everything. They showed me how the bed works and they were very nice. They set up and that's it. The Easy Rest bed does its purpose. It served the purpose very good. I have arthritis and I walk with a cane. And I rest very well with it at night. I raise my feet and I also use the massage a little bit. I get a good night's sleep, very good night's sleep. I think it's wonderful. I wake up in the morning, I feel good. The Easy Rest bed is just perfect. I would recommend it of course to a friend.

I bought my Easy Rest bed in November. I sleep better now, because I work almost full day on my feet. It's nice. Like at night, you bring your bare feet up and your head up, and you have the massage. I fall asleep very quick. The ordering and delivery process was excellent. It started with the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The delivery was awesome - made on time. We're very satisfied that's why we recommended that to my sister-in-law. The features that I use the most are the pump that elevates the legs and the massage. Easy Rest is a great bed. It's wonderful.

With the Easy Rest bed, I could adjust it, plus the massager and I can raise my head and my feet, middle part or whatever I need to do to adjust to sit me and to help me. I have poor circulation and I like to raise my head higher than my heart. That is good. I like it. I've had it for three months. I have arthritis and I have a nervous condition where I can hardly walk. It was kind of like a disc go out in the back and now I can't walk. This time, I can't walk at all. The Easy Rest bed has helped me get a better night's sleep. I got my bed when they said it was going to be delivered. They said they would deliver it in one day. And it feels like a week or two, they called me one day and asked me if they can come up. They were really courteous. They were nice. I told them what I wanted for the bed and they moved the bed out. I really have no complaints about them.
If you want a bed, if you got poor circulation or you're having a little back problem or whatever, make sure they have a firmer mattress. If you're having a breathing problem, I would give it a hundred percent.

The one point that I like most is the one that carries you up and down. It's very good to me because sometimes I'm not able to sleep right away. But when I use this, I do. It's very good for me. I used to get in the bed and I'd be thinking about everything and getting help. If you can rest, it will put you to sleep quickly. They have a place where you can push the button - you can go up or down and so forth. And then it has massage and then they have different things on that, but I like the massage much better because I go to sleep on it. I also use the vibration. What I like most about it is you don't have to worry about this going off. It goes off automatically. I think it's about 30 minutes interval and then you have to worry about if I have to cut it off. I think it cuts itself off about 30 minutes.
I just heard about Easy Rest and they sound so good. And they brought it in and everything and I've been very pleased with it. I didn't have any trouble when they delivered the bed. They came right out and they put everything up and so forth. It was easy. They can handle the bed and all that but it wasn't difficult at all. It didn't take very long because the bed is correct. So, it was very nice. I'm very proud of it.

I purchased an Easy Rest Premier bed. I received the bed on the 16th of Feb. After I received the bed, I had to work out of town for a week. My wife has knee injuries (2 surgeries) and I have lower back injuries and bad blood circulation in my arms and legs. While I was working, I received a phone call from my wife (on 21st of Feb.) complaining that she had lots of pain in her knees from sleeping in the new bed. I returned home on the 22nd of Feb., and customer service was closed. After sleeping alone in the new bed (my wife moved and sleeps now in my other bedroom), I started having pain in my lower back and every morning my arms and legs are swollen.
I tried and slept on the flat position and it was much better. So on Monday, the 25th of Feb., I called customer support and spoke with a supervisor. I explained to her my problems and she said that I had time till the 19th of Feb. to complain about this and that now she will contact the owner and ask what can be done for me and that she will call me back. I waited till the 28th of Feb. and called them again. I spoke with a rep and she told me that I couldn't return the bed now and I have to keep it.
What am I supposed to do with a bed that we can't even sleep in it? She told me to call the next day after 1 pm. I was working and I didn't call in. I called today, March 4th and I asked for a supervisor. She said that she was on the phone and she would call me back. I waited an hour and I called them back. The receptionist transferred me to customer service and they never picked up my call. The supervisor never called me back. I don't have a bed anymore to sleep in. I'm afraid to touch the new bed so I can't even change the mattress with a different one. My wife sleeps in the bedroom; I sleep in the living room. This is insane! I need to know how somebody can sell a bed without first testing it. I didn't do anything to the bed. I put plastic on the top so it would not get damaged. I don't have a place to put it. That's why I need them to come and take it out of my house so I can sleep back in my bedroom with my wife!

Well, the only complaint I guess I have is when they bought the bed, he said sheets came with it - they didn't, and I had to go out and buy some because we had a king-size bed. And they called and the lady said there will be in the shipment on Monday, which was back four months ago, and I never received them - that was not nice. But otherwise, the Easy Rest bed is great; I like it. It's comfortable and it helps me with my breathing. I like the massage part. It's great. And when they came to install the bed, they demonstrated how to use it and answered all my questions. They were nice. I really hadn't looked at any other bed before the guy came here, and it sounded nice. I think I found out I could have bought one cheaper, but that's water over the dam now. I'm fine with the bed. It's great.

Another friend has seen it and I just went on and just asked questions. And then a gentleman came out and talked to me. I have a back problem, mostly. And it works for me good. During the ordering, it was okay. He came out to the house and it was a real good experience; all of the kids were there, we were having dinner. And it was very pleasant. He explained everything. He gave me the best possible deal that he could. He made arrangements right there to use the computer, went right to the company and got me approved right there that night as a matter of fact. So I think that was really great considering I'd have to wait for days or weeks for approval. So, I really like that. And they came in and set it up - no problem. That's a half an hour progress. It's been 4 months since we've had our Easy Rest bed.
But the only thing, the heater had to come separate. And I still haven't gotten the one to put that in the bed. I don't know if I really need it because I'm a warm natured person, but at some time it'd be good for my back 'cause I use the heating pad, a long heating pad; and I think it would be good at times. But that's the only thing. The experience itself was great, the guy that came out to show us and the ones that put it up. Everything was really good. They gave me a real good price I wanted. The payments are okay 'cause I got one from a four-check income (my husband died) to a one income social security. So, the payments right now are within my limit with other things going on. So, it's pretty good.
The adjustable feature I use is mostly for my back; for example, like the night before, I had to adjust my head up higher. Another way, like last night, I had to lay flat 'cause when lower back act up, my legs hurt so bad. But I had to lay flat last night in order to sleep. So, I like it because it's according to my body. See, my whole back's spine is messed up, but it don't all hurt at the same time. And I have restless leg syndrome. So it helps me to adjust it to sleeping, but I just had to find the right adjustment to get comfortable. Once I do that, I'm asleep. In fact, I did that last night. It was just a night I said, 'Well I'ma try it flat tonight.' I laid it out flat, just put one pull up under my hand and that was that. I woke up with the phone ringing about 9 o'clock. So it's just about finding the right adjustment when I'm hurting.
Well, I haven't tried a different bed. I used to look at also the one with the dial, the one that has the number, but I didn't think that would've made any difference 'cause I'm the only one that's really in the bed. Even if I ordered before my husband died, we used to have separate beds, because he already said he could not sleep with me; I sweat too bad, I fight too much and all of that. We had just the bed then, but it's two different beds. And then he has shown me what we could have gotten that and separate the bed. So, it still would've been convenient if we both have to be in the same big bed. We could've gotten a queen and separated it. And so he showed different features, but by the time he did come to me, my husband has expired. So, I'm still stuck with the queen, for me. But I didn't know there were other options, so it would have fitted for both of us.
I have recommended Easy Rest. And people have seen it, and they have ganged up on it. And I keep my grandkids away from it 'cause I'm afraid they're gonna overdo it. With this, I know they would play with it. But people seem to love it. And my stepkids over here, they experimented on all of the massage techniques, but they like it. But when you say the price, they say, 'No, we know enough, yeah.' One of my daughter's kids wanted it and they're like 16 and 13. She said, 'No, you ain't got no job yet. Now there's your grandma who can't pay for it.' 'No, we gotta pay for her.' But people that I told about it and they have been here to see it, they seem to like it, really. It's very recommendable and people wouldn't mind having it, I think more so than this other one you have with the numbers. I have one person that has that - you have to dial a number to get whatever you wanted. But I told him, this is more, to me, adjustable to your comfort. But they think it's just totally different. I don't know, I never used that one. But this come highly recommended, I have to say, especially for me and a couple of friends that will like to have it but just cannot get it right now. But I did tell them for sure that there are different somewhat lower prices. And I tell them that they really work with me. It's a wonderful bed. I love it.

I bought my bed about three or four months ago. I had no problem. Everything seemed to be pretty proper. The fact is, I wanted to change the date that I had to pay them and they did that real conveniently for me. And the installers showed me how to use it. I'm well satisfied with everything. I like the headrest; it comes up. That's the best thing I got. I tried the vibrator, but I don't really care for it; I haven't been using that. I don't use it to put my feet up; I just sit there and watch TV now and have been laying down or putting stack pillows up and stuff like that.
They came in and presented it to me. And I wanted to get a different bed from what I had. I had a bed that I've been in for years and so I bought it. I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. I don't have backaches like I used to have. I used to get up and still have back aches. I guess it had to be with my mattress probably. Look into it. They make a nice presentation - it depends on what you're needing. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

When they installed the bed, they answered all the questions I had. I bought my bed three months ago. I share it with my wife. I like the vibrator. I chose Easy Rest because it had the vibrator and that's what I wanted. And I like to be able to raise the head of the bed when I want to.

They're fine. We've had our Easy Rest bed for about 6 months. I have a problem with my back - that's why we got the bed. The bed is pretty good. The bed is comfortable. I rest very nicely in it. I enjoy it. The ordering process is fairly simple. The installers were friendly, polite and very nice. I like the way the bed rises up on the head and the feet. I can get it up, so it's nice and comfortable for me. I guess Easy Rest just won our interest when we saw the advertisement for it.

I purchased my new Easy Rest bed a couple of months ago. I had two others before that. Well, I sleep 8 hours. I called and they sent a salesman - he was nice. When that bed came, there was a guy and a woman. They hauled it in and hauled the old one out. And that was it. They showed me how to use everything. They left me a Styrofoam piece to go with the mattress if I wanna change it from hard to soft. Right now, Sam and I - that's my dog - were lying here watching television with my head up. As far as the bed goes, I have no complaints with it. The only exception that I got - that I don't care for - is this one only vibrates from my waist up. And I need it more from the waist down. Overall, my experience has been great.

We purchased our Easy Rest bed probably 3 or 4 months ago. It has helped my wife get a better night's sleep. Every day she sets that thing up and no problems or anything. There was a salesman that came to our home. I think she saw the ad in a magazine or something or somewhere. She sent something in and then they contacted us. The experience was positive.
I sleep with my head up. I had open heart surgery about three years ago. And I had a lot of problems sleeping, but it wasn't due to the bed; it's due to the trauma of the surgery and like that. I had to use some tools for sleep aid, but I've gotten out of them now. My bed has a heater in the mattress, and I like that. It warms. It's got dimmers where you can set it. It's just like heating downward the foot of the bed, and I use that. That's quite comfortable.
We really didn't look at any other bed. It was kind of a spur of a moment thing or not really, but we thought about it and looked at the bed. The salesman came in for a while and we talked about it. My wife made the deal. There wasn't any competition within the area. It's better, I think. The bed is fine if you want a bed that you can adjust. When I take a nap in the afternoon, I put my head up and also put my feet up and it's quite comfortable. After I had my heart surgery, I slept on my recliner. Of course, I sit down and lie back and then I couldn't really just lie down flat. But this bed raises up, so I can adjust it the way I'm comfortable. They're very comfortable. I don't see any wrong with it, really. I would recommend it. I feel they were kinda overpriced, but if you want a good night's sleep, you pay for it. They're very comfortable, the mattress and everything. I sleep good in it.

I purchased my Easy Rest bed I think in November. I haven't had it that long. I have arthritis and I have problems with my back. The bed is okay, I guess. When the gentleman came and he demonstrated something about the bed or whatever, it's okay but it's not anything that I would recommend. I wouldn't have my family or friends to try to buy one. And I felt like I should probably have returned it, but I waited past the 30 days. It's just something I'm living with. As far as I'm concerned, the massage part of it is not the best. I think probably it could be better or whatever. It's okay.
Well, the bed that I originally was sleeping on, I wasn't really like resting there because of the mattress or whatever. I just wanted something so I thought the massager will work better for my back and my legs. It was to a degree but the motion thing doesn't go all the way down to my legs or whatever, because I'm still having the leg cramps so it's not helping that at all. The motor part of it is like in the very middle of the bed and it's like a hard whatever.
The installers showed me how to use it and I'm not having any problems using the control or anything like that. It's just that actual motor part of the bed, the vibrator part is like in the middle of the bed; it does not really circulate, like they have a wave thing on there. It does really wave like I thought that it would do, but it is what it is.

I think it's just a little before Christmas when I bought my Easy Rest bed. You don't rest that easy - it's just hard. Do you know that it feels like it's got a motor in it and it's hard, with the little old mattress that they put on it. For this kind of money, it should have been a bed or something. There's nobody been out here since those two young guys, nobody. When I ordered the bed, I've had somebody come to my home to demonstrate, but the bed for me is nothing like the picture they were showing. I had a high bed, and he told me it would be high like that but it's not. And he also told me that it would erect good, but it doesn't erect good. I just lay on it just like an ordinary mattress. The vibration - when I first got it, you could hardly feel it; it was no better than a heating pad to me. And I had one that you massage your back with. It's not like that to me; you barely can/could feel it. And I hardly use it anyway, right now. I don't use it 'cause I don't like the way it lays, but I just didn't know how to get it back out. They sent two young boys out here to put it together. I thought it had a head board, but it didn't have a headboard. I'm not used to a bed that moves. It's just not what I thought it would be.
I would have to let my friend try mine first before I would recommend it to them because somebody might be different from mine. Mine wake up like I just slept on a rock. I would get me a bedroom to sleep in while I have a nice mattress in it. I'm 77 years old; if I live, I'll be 78 soon in a couple of months. And you know this hard stuff just don't go with this body.

I purchased my Easy Rest bed about 2 or 3 months ago. Well, I like the massage, and I like the firmness of the bed. And it's good for my hip; I have arthritis in my hip, but there's no injury in my hip. I just love the bed. The ordering process till the day of the delivery, I enjoyed it all. The guy came out, we talked and he stayed here about 3 to 4 hours. We just talked. And then I wanted the bed, so I ordered it. The ordering process is fairly simple. When they came to deliver my bed, they showed me how to use it and demonstrated all the different features. I just wanted a good, firm bed. And what I had just wasn't comfortable. And I can raise this one up or let it down, and all that stuff. It's easy to make up. It's just great.
I keep telling people about Easy Rest, but a lot of them can't afford it, and they think I'm crazy because I got a $5,000 bed. But I mean I worked all my life and I'm 72 now, and I need a good bed. So, I don't care what they say. Easy Rest is absolutely the best bed I have ever had, and I don't regret buying it. And even if I don't pay for it in 20 years, at least I can enjoy that I have it now.

I've had my Easy Rest bed since October. The bed is good for acid reflux and so with back injury being that it elevates your feet. I have acid reflux and I had a board under the bed. And the board kept falling out and it kept on moving. But now I can elevate it and it will stay in place, and it elevates my feet and I will be comfortable. I like the bed because it elevates my feet and my head. It has helped me sleep better at night. And I can also read in bed. When I feel the pain in my back, I put the vibrate on (and I never forget to). When I ordered the bed, somebody came to my home to demonstrate how it would work - the process was okay. Then, the installers showed me how to use the bed and answered any questions I had when the bed was delivered. The Easy Rest bed is fine. It's a good one.

I've had my Easy Rest for a few months now. My husband is an elderly and we thought it could help him. I'm not real happy with it. First of all, it's a ** make up. There's absolutely no way without getting on your hands and knees, and I'm almost 79 years old to make this bed up with twin bedsheets and then you have to have a king bed top and you can't get them apart. You can't swing them apart for the bed to separate or get in between. There's no way. It's really disappointing. It's huge and bulky and I'm not happy with it.
They brought it in on a Sunday and that's probably a little bit inconvenient. Our house is small, with tight turns and they chipped the piece of the veneer off the front of my china cabinet, and I didn't notice of course until they left. Just all in all, it's a very expensive fixture. I'm really dissatisfied. It's really overrated and very much more expensive than it really is. I just feel it's not what I paid for.

We're sorry you are having trouble making up your bed. You purchased a dual system which means that two twins sized bases are connected so that each person can raise or lower the head and foot independently. There is a very simple way to make it easier to change the sheets. For each side simply raise the head of the bed to its full height. Then you can put the fitted sheet on the top half of the mattress. Once you have it on then lower the head back to the flat position. Walk to the foot of the bed and put the fitted sheet on the bottom half of the mattress. If you need to you can raise the foot position a bit to clear the footboard if you have one attached. Repeat it on the other side of the bed. It is simple and takes very little time. There's no need to get on your hands and knees in the middle of the bed and struggle with the sheets. We'll be calling you to explain this solution so that you can do it easily and effortlessly next time.

My husband has a very bad back. He broke his back when he was younger, and that gives him quite a bit of problem and that has helped some. The guy that sold it to us 4 months ago was extremely helpful. It was a speedy delivery. It was here within a couple of three days I think. And they were just very, very pleasant to deal with. They showed me how to use it and answered any questions I had. My favorite feature is the one where you can lower and raise the head and the foot of the bed to accommodate, to watch TV or to sleep in a little bit of a reclined position. We had certainly enjoyed our Easy Rest bed and if you're looking for something that should you have sleep apnea and stuff, it does help tremendously. It's been a pleasant experience.

I purchased my Easy Rest bed two months ago. Everything was pretty smooth as far as the ordering person who sold the bed and all that. The delivery time was on time. The fellow that came with it could have spent a little more time, and I think he was running late or something but that was a little bit on the short side. The bed itself is fairly comfortable. It's an easy rest so to speak but it's certainly; the head goes up and the foot goes up and it all works pretty well. I need to have my head elevated because of my problem with indigestion at night and so that's the big thing. It was a good experience.

I'm getting water in both legs. They swell up so I elevate them at night. I'm getting the best sleep possible with Easy Rest. When I was ordering the bed, somebody came to my home. The demonstration went well. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The day they delivered my bed, they showed me all the working controls; they showed me how to use it. I like that I can adjust my head down. Easy Rest is a good bed, easy to operate and very quiet. The bed is a nice bed.

I had a leg swell up and had a mattress that I can adjust so that it raises up the foot of the bed - it's really good. That's the only way I can get this fluid back in my body and out of my ankles and legs. So I'm really good at elevation. That's about the only thing I do. I was taking the diuretics but my doctor took me off of those. It makes it even worse. Also, I have bad lumps in my neck. I've got pinch nerves in my neck and I have this soft collars type thing every night, and I just raise my head up just a little bit because my heart is supposed to be lower than my legs. So, I used it at both ends every night.
I got Easy Rest bed before we moved here about maybe six years ago. We moved here and of course, we moved our bed too. I'm in an apartment now. In the meantime, my husband has died and it's just one of us. There's one thing about it now. It's comfortable to sleep on but it keeps moving to the top of the platform in its own. The mattress part keeps moving to the top. It's so heavy and there are no handles on it. They all should have handles on it so that two people can move it back down in place. And I could get the lady that comes and cleans my apartment to help me, but I can't do it by myself. And every time you use it every night, it's moved over some. It's really a heavy mattress. It's very difficult. I have to use my knees and push it back in place but I can't do it - I can do that widthwise. I can move that widthwise too and I can push it back but I can't do a thing about it being up against the wall. It's literally up against the wall, well, up against my headboard. We moved our headboard.
I had early American furniture and we just can't tear it apart and about just the headboard which is fine. It's just standing against the wall. The mattress will go up underneath that against the wall. But the salesman was very nice. The people came out when they said they would to bring it. I'm glad to get rid of that thing. I really was. I got that out from our income tax. It was sometime in November. I asked Gail about something to put under the rollers because they're real sharp and they would have easily made a hole in the carpet. And he said yes, they had something. He brought them in and put them underneath that, and so I was real pleased with that. That was an extra thing I fortunately thought about. The people that delivered it too were very nice. The salesman, he was young and I asked him how many beds he had sold and he said quite a few. I wish I got one 'cause I've been through a lot with it.
Other than the folks that I first bought from, Easy Rest is the only company that I know that has adjustable bed. Easy Rest is a good mattress and it works well. It does what it did. And I don't need something that changes in temperature like some of these people have said in mattress company. It's very good. I just wish I could have won it and not pay for it.

We got our Easy Rest bed in October because I like to sleep well, and we could adjust it up and down which we couldn't do in a regular bed. We sent in a notice that we're interested. They sent the sales lady out. She brought a whole bunch of literature and stuff and service and I believe she had a video. My wife and I picked out the pictures we wanted and we ordered it. She's a very confident young lady. Then, they delivered the bed and set it up. They moved another bed to a different room. They moved some furniture for us to allow for some room for stuff we had coming in, and they took the stuff that we wanted to give to Salvation Army, put it on the truck and took it to Salvation Army. As far as service, they were good.
We had a bed that won't adjust and we bought 15 years ago. It had an old mattress on it and it was very satisfactory except that this time, we went a little bit up class on, had some features that we didn't get on the other bed and that type of thing. This is our first Easy Rest bed. We liked the bed we got and we got what we ordered that was delivered pretty much on the schedule they tell us by their people who set it up. We had a very good experience.

I've had my Easy Rest bed for maybe 6 months. I've had no problem at all with the ordering and delivery. My favorite feature is with my legs and my back. I also use the vibration mode. The Easy Rest bed is really good. It is a nice thing to have.

I've had my Easy Rest bed for 3 months. I'm just an old lady. I've got arthritis in some parts of my body. The delivery process was fine and the installers were friendly. Everything was fine except I'm not that happy with the bed, because the mattress moves every time I move it (where I raise the mattress and put it back down). It's out of order. I have to push the mattress to get it right and that upsets me because as I said, I'm an old lady. I don't have a bed skirt. And because the bed skirt I had on my other bed wouldn't go, I bought a new one and that was too long or something. Anyway, they said, 'When you put on the bed skirt, you've got to use an awful lot of pins to keep it tight.' And I just haven't gotten around to doing that. I like the feature where I'd lift my head.
I just saw a card some place in a magazine. I filled it out and sent it in. Before I knew it, it was the salesman at my door. I like the salesman - he was fine. But he wouldn't take no for an answer. He talked me into buying and I was upset with myself for getting it. I should have looked further into other beds. I'm not happy, but I'm okay with it.

We have no record of you calling our customer service department about this issue. We wish you had called us as soon as you had a problem with your mattress shifting. We have a simple solution for this problem and we will be calling you today to help you. My experience with Easy Rest has been very good. I've had the bed for two months. I have a bad back. I've had surgeries and everything, and I've got to sleep sitting up. I like putting my head up and feet down. During the ordering process, the people at Easy Rest called me and they were very nice. They came out and showed me the bed and everything, and I said I'd take it. They came out, delivered it, set it up and that was it. I haven't heard of any other bed than an Easy Rest.

Well, I like the Easy Rest bed. It's a real good bed. It's comfortable. I've had it for three or four months. I've got arthritis real bad. I've been in bed for the past two years. It has helped my back a whole lot. Everybody was just real nice. The only thing I can tell you is that we enjoy the bed - it's nice.

We bought our Easy Rest bed last year. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I bought the bed because my wife had the trouble of getting up and down, and she pretty much needed help, but in January, she died. I also use the bed. I didn't have any issues with the bed; they just didn't tell me I had to get extra-long sheets or fitted sheets. I do enjoy a sweet night. I have a big TV. I watch TV at night from it. My experience was really well.

I bought my Easy Rest bed about 4 months ago. I'm getting the best rest possible. I guess everything went pretty well in the ordering and delivery process. I did receive, at the very beginning, notices that we needed to make payment, and I had already taken care of it. Anyway, it wound up I had to call two or three times about it. Anyway, I had originally signed up to have it to where it automatically comes out of my banking account (my checking account), and that is why I couldn't understand what was going on. Anyway, that was just one thing. I think we've got it straightened out now. The installers were friendly. They showed me everything that needed to be shown and were pretty polite about everything. And I like the vibration. And then I have to put my head up because I have acid reflux. They are commendable.

I got my Easy Rest bed around August. I had my old bed (different company) for about 10 years and the mattress starts sinking, and every time I put it up, the mattress would go in more than it's supposed to. So I'm glad a gentleman came by. He called and asked me. I said yes, and I made an appointment and he came over to see, and I ordered right away. He had DVDs and everything. He showed me how it works and he was very nice. When the bed came, it came in really nice. They put it together, I got on it, and put on the vibrator. Because I was hurting really bad, it really helped. And I use the vibrator a lot because of my arthritis - I had two knee replacements, that's why I got it. Because usually my knees are in pain, so I'll put it on, and it subsides a little, but I feel better anyway. I also like to sit up and watch TV, so I use the ''upright,'' and for my knees up, I put the knee part up.
I'll tell people to get Easy Rest. This is really nice. My experience has been easy and beautiful. I love it.

It's been probably four or five weeks since I've had my Easy Rest bed. It didn't seem to do any good for anything. I've slept every direction on it. I don't think it would be any better than my old bed. I kinda wish that I kept the old bed. Not that there's anything wrong with this one, but it doesn't do the job I expected it to do and they told me it would do. I might as well do it on my old bed and have my money than a new bed.
Everything is satisfactory in the ordering and delivery process. They put it up in record time (of course, he's been doing that work). But as far as the bed goes, I see no problem with it. The salesperson helped me get the bed fairly quickly. They showed me how to use it, how to do it up and down, round and around. I like the lifting the front and up and bottom feature, but I don't really use that. I seem to have formed a way of sleeping, and I lay the same in all times. I get in that bed and it's the same thing - I go to sleep, get up early in the morning, and it looks like no one was in the bed.
This is the first bed like it that I ever had, and I didn't go looking. They called me and they came. I really wouldn't recommend it, simply because I don't think that I know enough about it. I don't have anything to connect it with. I'd still tell people if they ask me about it that it works fine and everything. And I would have to tell them that they would have to judge themselves, will they get a bed like that, because I don't know their habits of sleeping and really don't know that much of these beds. I tried everything on it. I just don't like it.
For the money that I paid, I'm not happy with the experience. I paid a lot of money for that bed. It's too hard for one thing. I don't think they even asked what kind of a mattress I wanted. But you know, you sleep on it long enough, you get used to it. I'm not a big fella - I only weigh 175. So I don't need a firm mattress for that weight. I'm dissatisfied. I wish that I had not taken it and cut my old bed and I'd have all the money in my pocket. Probably what I should have done is just bought a mattress, period - just the mattress for the old bed. The old bed ain't that old, but the mattress broke down as they all do usually.

The installers came out and showed me everything that I needed to know about the Easy Rest bed and talked to me and told me what the cost was and everything. And then a couple of weeks later, they told me that they were going to deliver my bed. And they delivered it and everything and set it up and then showed me how to work it. I like all of the adjustable features. My experience was very good. I was very impressed with it and I'm very impressed with my bed and everything.

The Easy Rest bed is wonderful. We've had it for 6 months or so. I had a very wonderful experience with the sales lady, although I do have a problem with it; the wheel keeps moving around and it doesn't lock. There's one place where it's not locking. So I need to call and have somebody come up and fix that for me. They showed me how to use the bed and answered my questions. And I particularly like the vibrator (that's really good) and the adjustable. Everything is really good.
I think I saw the advertisement in something, and I just called about it and went forward with it. I wanted a smaller bed to begin with - I had a California king. And my husband passed away about 9 years ago, so the bed was pretty big. It was just too big for me. The only thing is the mattress is not quite as comfortable as I would like. It's a little too firm I think. Overall, my experience has been very enjoyable.

I think I got my Easy Rest bed in August. A lady came by (I think she lived down Lincoln) and she's the one that had to show me the video and talked to me all about it. Two great guys (they're both from Dunlap, Fresno and Bakersfield) came in and set it all up and talked to me about it and they're very professional. They're very, very great about that. As far as the bed is concerned, it does everything you want. It's a very well made bed. I enjoy the massage part of it. In fact, every night when I go to bed, I turn it on for 30 minutes and that makes my back feel a little better. If I have to say a downside, I think they're a little expensive. I'm not familiar with these kinds of beds. I mean, I've been in a hospital with those beds that are adjustable and this is as good or better than those beds. But I suppose that if I had to do over again, I probably wouldn't have spent as much money.
I have a TV in my bedroom and you can adjust the back way up and the foot way up in a way you're really sitting enough; they're very comfortable, much more even than my recliner. So if you're into doing that, watching TV and things, that's very nice (or reading or something like that). But I haven't really used that part of it very much. I would say I have my head raised maybe 10 degrees and my feet about 10 degrees or so. I don't have it in too radical position.
I was widowed (I lost my wife about 18 months ago), and we had twin beds that were specially made for us. They weren't adjustable beds. They were between a twin size and a regular size bed. The mattress was starting to get bad and I was trying to toy with whether to replace the mattresses on the bed or go with something else. And I have seen an ad about this Easy Rest adjustable bed and I thought, 'You know what, that might be nice.' So I got the extended full size (it's what they call it). It's 80 inches long (they come in different sizes) and it's fine for me.
I'd recommend Easy Rest to a friend, but I would also tell them that they're going to be investing a lot of money when you invest $4,000 for a bed. And all these other kinds of beds, the Sleep Number bed and on and on and on, all these different beds and there are some adjustable beds, they're a lot less money. That would probably be the only thing I would do, to really think about how much you're investing. I would say I'm satisfied if I don't concentrate on how much money I'm spending. But as far as just the bed, the operation of the bed and everything like that, I'm satisfied with it.

It's probably been about 4 months since we bought the bed. I'm having a hard time finding sheets; you can't find those sheets this size. They don't tell anybody that. You get one fitted sheet and that's an ugly white sheet and nothing else. After they dropped that bed off (and I told the people that I'd go ahead and pay cash for the bed because they wanted to charge me too much money to finance it), I paid them and I haven't heard anything else from them. Point break and that's it. When they brought the bed, they had somebody else's paperwork. They didn't have my paperwork, so they were confused from the job. We got two singles, so I guess that's the way it was supposed to be, so he can adjust his side and I can adjust my side.
A lady came to our house during the ordering process. The installer just hurried up and threw it together and showed us how it worked. He said he had to go somewhere else. He didn't show us how to get them up and down and how it vibrated. And he said we could study through our own settings and that was it. He took off and told me that I need a soft top because mine was hard. He only brought one soft thing that you put in there for a soft bed, and every time I called, I haven't been able to get any answer. But I would like to have a soft top, these little inserts that you put in there to make your bed soft. I need it because I'm a heavy person. The hard has worn out. I need extra piece of foam to make it not break up. We don't have a heater; we didn't get a heater. When I turn my bed on, if I put it on vibrate, it makes noise, the motor. I thought Easy Rest was like the one that I had seen on TV, the one where it says, 'Pick your number.' They claimed that they were better than that one.
If you're getting separate blankets (you're getting separate beds), you have to make sure that you can find sheets for it. They say that you can use the same blankets, but you can't because you can't use the queen size blankets because the thing is going up and then you pull the covers off often and use that thing, and then you have to redo all of your laundry. I had a queen size bed and I had to, how you build up sheets, blankets, and comforters. And all of that's a waste because you can't use them. And then you'd stop taking the sheets off and washing the ones that you do have because the other ones, you have to special order sheets if you can find them. I haven't found anybody to special order from yet.
I like Easy Rest to provide me with some linen and not cheap linen. The linen that I did find that would fit my bed is not a good grade of fabric, like you wash it and you throw it away. The threads are cheap - it's like 150-200 threads. I'm gonna use the 400 and 500 threads. When you lay on the bed, you wanna feel comfortable. You don't wanna feel like you got bugs on the bed, which what those cheap threads do - make you think something else is in it.
I like the bed, but I think that Easy Rest needs to provide their customers with more information before talking you into buying it. I say, 'I want my bed separate because he might want to lay flat and I might want to sit up.' I know you have the option of buying the whole one bed. If he's sitting up, I got to sit up, right? If you buy this separate where you can control your side and they can control their side, they should show you that okay, you're gonna have to replace and get different linen for your bed because that's all figures in the cost. Wal-Mart and Burlington don't have extra-long sheets. They just tell you that it's just like a twin bed, like a bunk bed. No - it's bigger. The length is longer; the dimensions are longer. It's not the same dimension. They should show so you'd know that you're gonna have to have special kind of sheet.

You ordered a dual queen sized bed. A dual queen bed is two 30x80 twin sized beds that are positioned next to each other but each person can raise and lower the head and foot independently. When both beds are flat it looks like any queen sized bed. The only item of traditional queen sized bedding that will not work with this bed is the fitted sheets, which is why we supply a starter set of fitted sheets. Your queen sized flat sheet, blankets and comforters will all work with this bed. We are sorry you are not happy with the quality of the free flat sheet. I've had my Easy Rest bed for 7 months. We had just gotten the brochure in the mail. I called, and they set up an appointment and came out. Everything was fine. They did it really well, no pressure, no nothing; it just kind of sold itself. And the installers showed me how to use it. We had the regular flat bed before. This just sounded like a good thing and comfortable and it was, so we decided to get one. The bed has helped me with my leg circulation. I think we use the different positions where you can lift the head and the feet. We also have vibration. I would definitely recommend Easy Rest. It's easy and convenient. It was just fine, no problems.

I've had my Easy Rest bed since October or November. I just found a piece of paper/card in a magazine. It said, 'You could win a bed.' I said, 'Okay, I can win a bed,' so I sent it in. I didn't win a bed, but this salesman talked us into it - we got a queen bed. And the guy that came and installed it, he was really good with us, really friendly. He set it up in no time and showed us everything. Both my husband and I had a lot of problems like hernia, back problems, sleep problems, so the Easy Rest bed sure helped us. I like putting my head and feet up and the massager. The bed is fantastic.

I've had my Easy Rest bed for less than a year. I had one before (I had it probably a year). My house caught on fire and I lost it. My back hurts all the time, and Easy Rest has helped me with that, also my legs and stuff. And I like the bed. I love the bed. We get up in the morning and our backs are not hurting like they were before. We use the raise your legs and elevate head and back. We have the vibration but not the heat. The salesperson, when I first got the bed, told me of all these things to do, reclining and all that, make sure that it worked. He did a really good job. The installers have done a good job setting it up. They demonstrated; he showed us how the control works and all that stuff. The only thing I didn't like is that they had to put the bed together before they brought it in here and my doorframe got busted. I mean they should've taken it inside then stuck the legs on it. I thought they were just in a hurry that night, because it was really late when they came.
I don't even remember how I found out about Easy Rest now. It wasn't an Easy Rest at the time. (I forgot the name of what it was.) The same bed and everything. I mean, it's the same company, but they changed the name to Easy Rest. But the Easy Rest bed, I'd seen the elevation and stuff. I think I got a magazine or something that had it in it and I called the number. They didn't send me anything, but I finally got a hold of someone and they said that they'd give us a demonstration and talk about it and things - and they did, and I just chose the Easy Rest bed. Like I said, the first one I got, I loved it.
There was one thing I didn't care about but I got another one because I love the bed. I didn't know at the time, the first time, it was a credit card bank; I don't own a credit card, not one. I hate credit cards. If I don't have the money to buy something, I just don't buy. So they put me through the credit card bank, then my house burnt and stuff. I lost everything and I didn't have any other choice. I owned the house and nothing else and the way I understood from that company when I talked to them the first time, I had insurance on the bed. Now I have no insurance at all on the bed and that's the way it is this time. I lost everything; I only had the shirt and stuff on my back and I still had to pay a bid to sell my truck, my motorcycle, and everything so I can get that payment paid off - I did that and that did take forever at the time. And I loved the bed and this time I haven't called or anything, but I am supposed to have a low interest rate. And I think my interest rate is what it says on the thing - it's 9.99%. It's supposed to be a lot lower than that. And I had them take care of that for me.
I'd recommend Easy Rest to anybody. It helped me and I have recommended it to other people. I'd say I love the bed - I love the quality and the product.

Easy Rest Bed is the most unethical company that I have ever dealt with. My elderly mother was pressured into buying a bed that she can neither afford nor use. She was misled by the salesman about financing and their return policy. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. My mother spent a month calling the company and leaving messages with no response. I spent about a month leaving messages and getting no response. On the rare occasion that I did speak to someone, I was always told that they needed to consult someone else and that they would call back, which they never did. Keep your loved ones away from this company.
