    There was something about Easy Rest in the mail and they said that I might win one of them and I thought why not go for it and I went for it. Then of course I got the mail about somebody coming by and whatever it's called. I told the salesman when he was here that he's the salesman of the year. He can talk to you into anything and I knew he was talking me into it and I still took it. He was good. He should get an A1.

    I didn't have anything specific on illness that I needed it for. I want to get this especially for reading in bed. My husband looked at me and said, ''Well, I kind of like it. Do you want to take it?'' Then he took it. But it went a little fast.

    I've got mixed experiences with it. First of all, the mattress seems to sag to one side. Maybe I'm lying more on that side. I don't know and he said that the mattress was supposed to be really close to the headboard but it's so far from the headboard. When I put the pillow there it looks kind of funny. Sleeping on it is comfortable. I like that I can read in bed and all that but I'm not a hundred percent satisfied with it.

    I should have looked around a little more. It's my fault that I bought it. I knew that he was talking us into it and I just took it because at the time I had shingles and I didn't get out of the house. I just wanted something like that and I went for it. I don't know. I should have gone around and looked at other beds like that and maybe I would still have bought it.

    I like the bed. I got a queen size and I'm concerned about sleeping on one side. It seems like it's getting lower than the other part of the bed. The main problem I had was paying it off because I started with interest before I knew what I was getting. I called them and he tried to get them to get me a price to pay it off without anything. Before I knew it, that didn't work out with the finance company and I had to deal with them. I finally got it paid off but it cost me some extra money. But that was my fault I think.

    I got the bed mainly for the way it operates and the way I sleep. I think that I am well satisfied with the purchase. I'd give them a 5.

    Easy Rest sent me a brochure. A salesman came here and demonstrated with a video. I didn't have to leave home. The delivery people were very courteous and they were on time. I had no problem.     I was looking for adjustable beds that had the massage in and everything. I found it on the internet. So I sent a salesman out to show it to me and everything. It went well. He showed me the video on it and everything. He explained the warranty on it and said they have a long time warranty on all the parts. I got a 20-year warranty on the mattress. The delivery people also did a really good job.

    I really like the Easy Rest bed. I like the way it adjusts. You can raise the head and the foot up, and I get a better sleep.

    Their team was pretty good. I did wait a couple of days because we went to church and they won't come on Sunday, but we got it and everything. It's real nice. I think the vibrator and then raising the bed is good too. My wife didn't like the vibrator that much but she likes hers, too. I'm just glad we got it. You can't find it in the stores. I wasn't really sure that it would be that great, but it works real good and I really like it. It's a better match for us. You can tell everybody that I'd recommend it.

    I was very pleased with the bed and I have had no problems. I have no more back aches. I had problems with my shoulder. I don't have that anymore and it's just wonderful. The delivery team was wonderful. They took my other bed down and put it where I told them where I wanted it put and put this other one up and I got on the bed and they did the lift the head up and the foot up and all that, and did the massage thing. It was wonderful. They were very, very nice.

    I like the massage feature. I work at Walmart. I'm 71 years old and I have aches and pains but I really, really love this bed. I'm very pleased with the Easy Rest bed. I've been telling people about it and the people I work with at Walmart. I tell them about it and they're all coming to work in the morning just to say, ''How did you sleep last night?'' I would say, ''Like a log.'' I'd say it's the best night's sleep that I've had all of my life. And I'm old. I haven't been on a bed that compares to it.

    The only problem is that I'm just having a hard time finding sheets for it. I've had to redo some comforters that I had to make them long enough for the bed but Walmart is the only place that I can buy the extra long sheets but they're the Jersey sheets and they are so hard so I'm trying to find a cotton sheet.

    There was advertising about getting a free bed from Easy Rest. I thought why not, but of course I knew I wasn't going to win in that instance. I guess that's how they got my time and they gave me a call and we argued well and I bought it. My wife said it helps her back from not hurting. She had to sleep in it and tilt it a little bit. She likes to tilt it up a little - just a little above because she has acid reflux.

    The salesman was a super good person as far as being a professional and he wouldn't push you, nothing like that. My mind was just made up from the moment. The only thing was the price. Just that it's a lot of money to put in a bed like that; too much money was put into it. And the delivery person was really a professional. He was telling me that I was going to have a good bed.

    As far as I'm concerned I'm happy. But I did for my wife's sake on account of her. I thought it helped her back. The only time I really liked it is, in the bedroom, I got a big screen TV and when the NASCAR race comes on, I tilt the bed a little bit to watch TV and I sit back and take my shoes off... It's satisfactory with me.

    The sales rep was nice. She was lovely, a nice lady. Everybody was fine and the guy I talked to on the phone, I asked for a decent price and off we go. The bed did kind of help me a bit. My back is not quite as bad as it was before and it's still pretty good. It's not perfect but I'm comfortable with it. As for the features, basically I just lift my head up a little bit then I turn on the vibrator thing but not too much. It's a nice bed and good and I'm happy with it.

    I had gotten something through the mail and then I had also seen the Easy Rest in one of the magazines that I had. I was at the point of having to get another bed. I had an adjustable bed and I was thinking I'd like to get another adjustable bed so I just sent in a card - told them I was interested. They called me back and told me that they were going to send this man to come by and show me about the Easy Rest and wanted to know when it would be good time and so I told them.

    At first the price was out of my range. I told the man I appreciated him coming by but I just couldn't go that much. Anyway, he kept coming down a little bit and finally he said, ''I can't go any lower than $3,000 for the bed,'' and I said, ''That's still a little more than I felt like I could pay,'' because I only paid $2,000, I think, for the older bed that I have. Of course it had lasted a good number of years so he called his manager and talked to him.

    He said the manager wanted to talk to me and so I talked to him. He said, ''Ms. **, we want you to have that bed just as bad as you. You need it, you know.'' He said, ''I tell you what, we'll make it happen for $3,000 and we'll send it free of charge. We won't charge you any tax and we would also...'' There's one other thing he said. So when he got down to all that, actually I was getting the bed for $2,400 so I agreed to that. That's how I happened to get it and I thoroughly enjoy it.

    It's a big help to me. I just cannot lay flat on the pillow on the bed anyway. Now that I hurt my leg, the easiest way to get off of the bed is to lie down and get the bottom part of the bed just to come up for a little bit. My favorite feature is being able to elevate my feet and my head especially. It's very comfortable. It really is. I can go to bed now and sleep all night. I just felt like it was meant for me to have the bed like it all came to me. I'd say that it's the most comfortable bed I've had since I bought the other one and that was about 20 years ago.

    We've had the Easy Rest bed since last year. The bed has helped my back. The sales rep and delivery were fine. The staff came in and showed me this whole thing. I like the head raising part of the bed. The thing I like the best is you can turn that sponge around where you don't have to change the whole mattress. That's the best thing I know about it.     I'm not certain how I heard about Easy Rest. I think the man said that he was in the area and he wanted to stop by because I do have a serious case of acid reflux in which I sleep most of the time in a recliner. I allowed him to come and do his demonstration and I did accept it. I think his name was Philip something. I forgot. I have tried the bed, but I still have acid reflux and it has not quite eased my problems.

    I really have not been able to get a real comfortable good night's sleep in the bed. I just can't get it adjusted. I figured I had to have my feet at a certain level and my head at a certain level, and I have not been able to get that bed in that position. I'm slipping down too far and I'm finding that the food is still coming back, having to get up, go to the bathroom. I think what is happening in the recliner is it does not allow me to go to the side, either side. I have a really bad case of acid reflux and somehow the position of the bed, I can't quite get it the same way that I am in the recliner so I just simply steal sleep in the recliner.

    I'm not angry with the experience and I would not place really my experience so much on Easy Rest as I think on my own condition. I think the highest I could rate at this particular point would be a three, and that would be especially because I just don't sleep on the bed.

    Easy Rest sent me a thing in the mail and I responded to it, and then they wanted to send a rep up to show me a video and talk about it. I think I got snookered into it if you will because I thought this girl that was here and her boss, he kept calling down one of his guys and finally came to the bottom price. I said, ''You know you're driving a hard bargain.'' But then I said ''What the heck.'' I got it.

    The delivery, I'd rate a 1 because it cost me $350 for delivery and they picked the day, the time and the place. I mean something's not working here, but that's the way they do it. I'm trying to talk to the people in the main office about different things and finally I could tell the guy to keep quiet and let me explain my end. He opens his mouth, puts his foot in it and so he listened to me and he's ''Okay, now I understand what you're talking about.'' I said, ''I need a chance to speak.'' He kept trying to override me. I thought that was a little irksome, but otherwise he hadn't tried to get a hold of the girl that demonstrated it for me. I couldn't even get a hold of her. Her phone number is on some code or something. I had no idea what the heck that was and she finally called me back and she said, ''Well, you're the second one I had a problem with that.'' She said, ''I thought the first time was--'' So I'm like ''Don't you even check your own phone?'' Dial a number and see for yourself.

    My experience is very limited because I've only been home since I got the bed maybe a week and I've been gone since then so I haven't really gotten into the swing of things. I did use it a couple of times and it seems like it's working, but I think over time it might show me better results than I did the short term. The vibrating part is pretty neat. It's a nice solid bed. It's a firm mattress. That's what I always cared for, so that was a big plus to it. I can't tell it was totally bad, but it wasn't totally good either. I'm getting there.

    I looked for a long time but I couldn't find any other brand that I could get in touch with easily. I rented a hospital bed, but I really didn't know if I could keep a hospital bed in my home. But I didn't ask. It's just hard to be in my condition and try and find a thing to help. That's when I found Easy Rest. I saw the advertisement on the publication that I read. The reason I called was because I've been looking for a replacement to the Craftmatic bed that I've had for about 10 years or so.

    My interaction with the sales representative was fine. He was very nice. I think their price is a little bit too high (too much money), but it is hard to find this kind of bed and so I got it for my problems. I have a chair where your feet go up. It's okay at first, but now it doesn't make me feel really good. This Easy Rest bed has helped keep my back straight. And sometimes it helps the back not to hurt. Sometimes my back would hurt anyway, but it's not a bad bed. I can also raise my head. Even though my pillow doesn't make me breathe easier, raising the head will help. It's very good. I like my Craftmatic bed better, but I don't know how to get in touch with Craftmatic.

    I think I got a thing in the mail that said I could win a bed, free. When I watched the little coverage of it on the machine, I just felt like it was the best. The salesman was excellent. I can't remember his name now, but he was excellent. And the two young men that delivered the bed, they were very professional, very polite. So I appreciated both of them.

    The Easy Rest bed has been a tremendous help. Well, I always have used pillows under my legs from calf down and this way, I just turn it on and I wake up in the morning and I could even see the bones in my feet for once in years. Also, I slept with a slant pillow and then three or four pillows on top of that. Now I don't have to and I rest so well. I've lost 14 pounds. So that's always a big help. Sometimes at night when I go to bed and I start saying my prayers, I realize when I wake up in the morning that I didn't get them finished... I go to sleep almost immediately.

    When I spoke with my doctor about it and she looked at my feet, she said, 'Oh, when did you get a... (she named something)?' I said, 'No, I got an Easy Rest.' And she said, 'Oh, that's a good one.' It's super. I just want everybody to know that I really, really like the bed. I've already recommended it to a friend.

    I always have known for a long time that I really need one that will adjust. I think this will be great for me. It's probably the last bed I'll ever buy. And I'm quite sure. I wanted it because I needed an adjustable already so if I get decrepit after I get a little bit older, well I have to have one. I had to get one for my husband. He had Parkinson's and I wish I were to have that bed. I didn't have time to buy one and order and get it.

    The sales representative and I did a lot. He measured the bed to put it at the height that she told him to, which is good. It's okay. It's a wee bit high, but not that much. Most beds are too high for me, but it's great. And there was just one guy. I said, 'Well, how are you going to cart that in? I couldn't help you.' He said, 'No, I'll do it. I've done it.' They were fine.

    The bed helps me to sleep because I can raise my head where I need it. Both the ends raise too. I like it. I wouldn't say the experience was easy. But then that's part of it. That kind of sells it too. If I have to buy something, I like it when it's real easy to do.

    I'm a heart patient and I'm not out running around checking on other things. I have a sister whose husband had sleep apnea, but he doesn't like to sleep in any bed other than one that raises up. So I had been there and has had surgery there. I couldn't sleep at all laying flat, and putting pillows doesn't help. I had had two stents put in. They live in Florida and the only relief I got was in his bed. He got out of his bed and he said, 'I want you to sleep there until you're feeling better.' So I had used that bed in Florida and that's what had me interested.

    The interaction with the Easy Rest people was sort of typical. I mean, I knew she was trained to respond. It just came out across like that. But actually, she was quite good. And the young men that delivered it were fine, helpful, and courteous. I personally think we paid too much for the bed. Rudy and I are in our 80s and we aren't up to snuff. And no, I didn't feel badgered but I know that when you're in those situations with a salesperson, you're taught pretty much not to leave until you get the sale. And I don't like that. But we are perfectly capable of saying, 'No, we don't want it.' So I only feel bad about I have no way to follow up that I know of to get in touch with these people.

    As for the bed, well I don't have a lot of ease in moving them. I'm trying to figure if there's a way to set them up because we would rather have them together as one bed than using them totally like two, but they have to be made up with bottom sheets like two. The bed is quite comfortable. I'm surprised to find that my husband sleeps with his head up and his feet up a little. I like that the head comes up.

    I've had the Easy Rest for almost two months now but I was under the impression that it was going to help my shoulders and my back as far as pain goes. And it hasn't done anything as far as I can see. I sleep as well as I can under the circumstances, but I still have the same kind of aches and pains that I had before. I'm very disappointed in it but there's not much I can do about it now.

    The other thing is the width of it. I've almost fallen out of bed at least three times because I'm not used to it. It's not anywhere near as wide as the bed I had, and I have to be careful when I turn over. The massage thing feels good, but it really hasn't taken any of the pain away. I still have to take some pain pills to kill that stuff.

    The delivery team was okay. The lady that convinced me to buy it, it took me forever to finally get her to tell me what the price was. When I asked her, she kept going on and on and on and on and on until I said, 'Please tell me how much these things cost. I want to know.' She finally did. She was evading it for a long time before I finally pinned her down.

    I spent a lot of money for that bed. I took my shot and it's like the feel at the racetrack and you've got a horse that didn't win. That's what happened.

    My husband got something in the mail. We did go and look at some other beds, but we decided we didn't like the way they looked. The middle of the Easy Rest bed, it doesn't make a V. It makes a U. So we felt that because it makes a U instead of a V, that it would be more comfortable.

    The sales representative was extremely pushy to the point of being rude. But because we had told her upfront especially on something that cost that much, that we were not going to make a decision that day and that we would talk about it. She didn't like that. They kept lowering the price which I find to be ridiculous. I mean if you're going to say it's an $8,000 bed, then don't lower it to $4,000. And so, she kept lowering it and lowering it and she made a phone call and we kept telling her, 'We're not going to make a decision tonight.' But she was pushing and pushing and pushing and it got down to $4,000 and we still told her, 'We're not going to make a decision tonight.' The salesperson was just obnoxious. I understand she's working on commission, but come on. So she left kind of huffy. Then he called the next day after we had talked about it and decided that yes, we were going to get it. He called the next day and they gave him that price even though she said, 'It has to be now or never.' They gave him that price. When the people came to deliver it, they were wonderful. They set it up. I was here. They showed me how to use it and they were extremely nice.

    Well, we don't use the massage thing. It just shakes you - not really a massage. The elevation, yes. My husband really likes the bed. He snores really bad and since he's been sleeping on the bed, he doesn't snore. I am happy about that and he's also extremely happy with it. The bed is wonderful, but be careful of the salespeople.

    I think I ran across an Easy Rest ad. There seems to be a lot of competing brands and with similarities. I was just happy with my interaction with the salespeople and the delivery people, and with the bed itself. They dealt with me pretty reasonably on the price. In other words, I think I got a second level bed at a decent price.

    I have peripheral neuropathy and I've developed a second neurological disease. I got Agent Orange from Vietnam. So I got a second neurological disease that's starting, that's on the onset. The vibration is kind of helpful. I wish it was stronger in the lower part though. It seems stronger at the upper part on the vibration than the lower part. The bed itself seems fine because I'm used to slabs. Bed has never been an issue for me. I'll sleep anywhere when I sleep. I could sleep on a table and that doesn't matter. But this is upper and living large.

    Well, I hope that the maintenance would just get on it if something goes wrong with the controls. And I hope they're good on follow-up. I haven't tested that.

    My experience with Easy Rest is no good. A guy came here and he sold me the bed. He tried to give me the bed and I told him I couldn't afford the first one. It was like $7,100. Then he called his boss or somewhere and he told that guy I didn't want it because I couldn't afford it. I said, 'No,' so he brought it down to $5,000 something. Then I told him, 'No.' I said, 'Well, I'm just going to wait because I can't afford it now.' Then he called the boss again and brought it down to $3,400. I said, 'Well, I could deal with that' so we went and wrote the contract up. I said, 'Well, I got to check the bed and see if it's going to work.' He said, 'You got five days to check that out. Five working days.' So based on the weekend that was going to come in between them, because I got the bed on the 12th, so the 20th. I got the bed on the 20th and that was on a Wednesday. After that I got Monday the 22nd because of the weekend in between and I thought, 'Well, I got up to Tuesday. That was the 22nd.'

    I called in on the 23rd and I told them that I wanted the bed to go back. They said, 'No. Let me see your contract.' They pulled out my contract. They said, 'You just bought your bed.' I said, 'No. That's what I'm telling you now. It didn't help with my back. My back is hurting more now than it was before.' And they said, 'Well, I'm sorry. You bought your bed. Anything else I can help you with?' I said, 'You're going to make me buy the bed, huh?' He said, 'Your five days was up midnight on the 12th.' I said, 'How will it be midnight of the 12th? I just got it on the 12th.' He said, 'Yeah, but it was up then.' I said, 'No, no, no. Ain't nobody going to do that. I know I'm going to court if you don't talk about that.' And so he said, 'Well, it was up.' I said, 'Okay, you want to be smart? I can be smart too. I'm going to see you soon. I know you have to pay for it if you want to be like that.'

    I don't use the bed. After the five days was up, I've been putting it up whenever I have time (the back and the foot) and it feels like it just draws me in and everything. That's what really killed me. I'll give it a zero or one because I really don't like the way he did it like that. While I was listening, he can't be that boss.

    We found out about Easy Rest through flyers. They were the first people that came out and presented it to us. It was better than the one we had and we were able to get a pretty good deal on it, so we decided to get in contact with them and get one. The sales representative and the delivery team were both professionals. The delivery man forgot to leave the headrest, the headboard hardware but I called in there and they sent it to me in the mail right away.

    Out of the adjustable features, the raising of the ends and the raising of the head is my favorite. I have to keep my feet elevated. I hate to say it but I'm often bedridden. So the raising of the head helps me to watch TV. That was able to get rid of about seven pillows.

    We have trouble with the top mattress just staying on the bed. If there was a way to tie them together so they wouldn't move off the bed then that would be great. I don't know how it could be done but the side rail on the end of the bed helps keep it from traveling in that direction. Every morning, I have to move my mattress two to three inches back onto the bed. Overall, I would say that Easy Rest is good.

I don't have any injuries, illnesses or anything of that nature, but I use the massage feature and that is about the only thing I use. As far as the sales team is concerned, everyone was helpful.     We had been looking at different adjustable beds about a year ago at stores in the Five Cities area in San Luis Obispo. We were ready for one anyways. We knew we wanted one, just weren't really sure of what we wanted. We just weren't happy with the way they looked. And the sales people didn't seem to know too much about them.

    As for the Easy Rest sales guy, we weren't even looking forward to him coming over. But when he came through the door, we just totally changed our attitude. He seemed knowledgeable and also not pushy. He was very pleasant and polite and just a really great guy.The delivery team were two of the nicest guys we have ever seen too. They were just helpful and very considerate of our belongings, our house, our walls, and our other furniture. They were helpful setting it up, showing us how everything worked. They cleaned up their mess. We were more than pleased.

    My husband hasn't been able to sleep in a bed in years. He's got 10 crushed ribs in his back, and he's gone through seven surgeries. We both have been sleeping in a recliner for the last few years. And since we've had this bed, we actually sleep together again. I like the massage feature and the heating feature. He likes the fact that he can put his feet up as well as his head. He likes the adjustable thing because he can actually get comfortable laying down.

    Overall, we had a pretty good experience with Easy Rest. We were happy with dealing with this company. It's kind of like dealing with family that you like.

    Easy Rest got in contact with me. We had no problem with the people at all. I mean they were all professionals and they made a deal. I was just interested in really trying something like that and I've been sleeping on an orthopedic mattress for about 15 years. I didn't seem to be getting a good night's sleep. I felt like when I got up in the morning, I have worked all night. This one, I do feel a little more comfortable with sleeping on the mattress. Well, I think I get a better night's sleep. The only thing I've used on it is the mattress, but I could have gotten a new mattress and I think it would have helped the situation just as much.

    I tried adjusting it for the head and the foot and pushed it down. And you can't tell. I'm used to sleeping on my side and that makes it a little bit difficult to sleep on the side. I did try raising the foot up. I left that down and I didn't use that at all. I tried raising just the head up a little bit and, of course, then again I couldn't sleep like I wanted to on my side. It's a little rough.

    I learned about Easy Rest when I won a free bed and they called me. I got it for my wife because she's had back surgeries. The vibration does help the back a little bit, but I and my wife both still have back pains. I do enjoy the fact that I can raise my head up - it helps me with my snores a little bit, but I have to admit, not as much as we expected. It has also helped my wife with her snoring too because her head's a little bit elevated.

    I have already recommended this to other people. The sales person and the delivery team were great. I've got no complaints about them at all. It's a fair experience. It has helped some but not as much as we hoped for.

    I was originally buying a bed for my parents because I was sure my parents were going to be in need of it. After the salesman got here, I went ahead and decided to go and buy it. The only reason why I chose them was because they were the first ones to approach me. But my parents got to the nursing home before I got the bed.

    It must have been a month at least. Well, I saw a thing in the magazine or something. It said that I was able to win a bed. But instead, they want me to buy one. My experience with Easy Rest hasn't been very easy. It works fine. The metal frame is too long so at the end and at the head of the bed, there's just a big blank spot in it. It's very disturbing. I had called and called them to come and get it and I didn't hear back. So now I get a bill. I sent them a bill, but I still don't have my bed completely fixed and nothing like that. My experience hadn't been good and I am angry with the experience. That's for sure.

    I had the Craftmatic bed for years and after I moved up here to Texas. I didn't have it anymore so I got me another bed - an Easy Rest bed. I was doing okay with it, but my girlfriend was coming up to visit and she really needs that bed because she has to have her head and her feet up. So I ordered that for her. I've had the bed for about a month, and I've slept on it for about a week before she got here.

    She slept on it for two weeks and her legs were better. She has swollen legs and everything like that, and she gets rested better. I told her, 'Well, when I go, the bed is yours.' She was really thrilled with it and I was so happy to make her much more comfortable.

    The salesperson was very nice. She didn't push anything and of course, I kept telling her I'm 90 years old. I'm on a set income, but I want to do this for my friend. So they worked out a program that I can manage and then they put it on time for me, which I will probably pay off early. At least they didn't crowd me so I was very pleased with the diplomatic way they handled that.

    When the two gentlemen came to put up the bed, they were fantastic. They just did everything so nicely, and they took down the old bed I had in there. They took it out and put it in the seat at the back of my station wagon so that my daughter can carry it to Bryan, TX to have it in her house down there. They never complained about having to do all that. They set it up nice and they explained how this thing works and everything to me. They were very nice. Sleep on that bed and you won't want anything else!

    I had been thinking about the Easy Rest bed for some time. I have a friend that has a similar one. It's not Easy Rest, but it's similar; and I knew how much she enjoyed hers. I saw an ad in the magazine, I filled out this card, mailed it in, and they got in touch with me.

    I enjoyed my bed very much. It's very comfortable and I know I'm resting better at night. I enjoy the massage and the different positions that I can put the bed in. My favorite is when I am able to raise the bed up so I'm in a real comfortable position to read, watch TV and things like that.     Well, I thought I would be able to do more with adjusting the bed but I tried different ways and nothing has helped me. It doesn't put me to sleep. I don't know. When I put the vibration, it gets out of whack. It moves some. Then when I put it down after I've adjusted the legs up and the head back, it gets all out of whack. It won't stay in place.     I had a really good bed, but I can't think of the name. I've seen the Easy Rest bed on the television and I just wanted to try it since I have so many problems. I've had the Easy Rest bed for a couple of months now and it's not good. I can't get it adjusted right. I have such a severe backache and I think it's because of the bed. I have to get out of the bed in the morning, and it's almost excruciating. Nobody showed me how to use it. I need the feet raised because of my circulation. I don't have the head raised up very much because if I do, I really get in trouble - my whole body, not just my back. I don't know how to fix this. I'm dissatisfied, but I'm not angry with the experience. I chose the bed. I chose the price and no one called to try to sell to me or anything.

    My mother is the one who has the Easy Rest bed. I do know she has problems with her back, and she has arthritis in her knees. When she used to get up in the morning, it was hard for her to get up and get started. Now, when she gets up, it's still a little hard, but she's going on faster than she used to. Most of the time, she keeps her head up because she has sinusitis. When her head is lower than it normally is, it drips back down into her throat. So she usually keeps the head up and she raises her feet a little, not too far up so she could raise her head up.

    She came across the Easy Rest bed, if I'm not mistaken, by filling out a paper to try to win one, and in the process, they sent her a note. I don't know what she put on it to state that she would have wanted one. They set up an appointment with her and someone came out. He showed it to her and I think she liked it, so she took it.

    I would definitely recommend it because every time I look around, that's the way I see her - she has her head up and her feet up a little so she's relaxed, and I do know she is really enjoying it.

    It's been over a month since I got my Easy Rest bed. I had a card in the mail and I just called the number on card because I was itching to get rid of the bed I've had since 2001. It was already here when I got here so I was interested in getting a new bed. I thought it would be good, but I'm not really pleased with how it's turning out. I haven't made the first payment on it yet; it's due on the 3rd of August and I'm already dissatisfied.

    While it has helped me with a better night's sleep, I want to know why the mattress and anything they have does not say Easy Rest. There's no name whatsoever. Most of the beds that get sent out should have Easy Rest imprinted into the mattress, like the pillow, but it doesn't. It makes me think that it's some sort of second hand or second-rate bed, and not really Easy Rest. It's a bed that comes up and down and it has a vibration system on it; however, for $3,700 - almost $4,000 - I think I should have gotten a first class bed for that kind of money. The salesman even said that the bed would be real quiet. No, it hums like a motor. It's not as quiet as he said it would be. Somehow, I just think they shortchanged me.

    Since the delivery, there has been nobody in touch with me. Nobody has called or anything. They said they'll call back and see how I was doing, but they haven't. So I have been thinking that they just tricked me with a second rate bed and took my money.

    Initially, I just wanted to have the information on the Easy Rest bed and the salesman came to the house and told me about it and everything, and we came to an agreement. The delivery team did an outstanding job and I was really pleased with them. They've done, I felt, more than what they should because I had them to move the bed, the mattress, and they had to set up the frame for another bed to do it. They didn't hesitate to do it and I appreciate it. I felt they went out of their way to do a good job for me.

    I don't really use the bed to sleep - I raise it up and use it to watch TV. When I decide to go sleep, I use it and put it down flat.

    I've had a few little major problems being 91 years old. I'm very small and more thin rather than heavy. I've had a couple of falls, ruptured three vertebrae, and that sort of thing. That happens with older people and everything. And my ankles swell at night. When I talked to them first about it, they said that the bed is very good to put your legs up. I think it has probably helped because I do that each night and then I put it down in the morning.

    Well, I just saw an Easy Rest bed ad in something that I got in for a free bed. So I checked it out and got a call from Easy Rest and they said they'd like to send somebody out to talk to me about it. As it turned out, the free bed is the cheapest one they make and so he said I'd be a lot better off by going with a better quality. He sold me on it although I said, 'No, I can't afford it.' I even talked to the head of the company. I was talking to about three people on the telephone while the salesman was out there trying to sell me something. It's a real strong sell. So that's the reason I got into it.

    I never realized that it was going to cost me $3500, I think, for a twin bed, and that's a lot more... because I live on Social Security and I'm still paying for it. But that's okay because the Easy Rest bed is very comfortable. But the one thing is that I have a twin bed and it's very difficult to keep them on the metal frame somehow. I have to push it over. It's two heavy pieces, box spring and then the top part and then the mechanism that's inside and everything. But I have to push it over almost every night to get it back in position. I never have had anybody call me and come and see that. But I'm satisfied with the bed. It was rather more than I had to spend at that time but they really had super salespeople.

    I would recommend this to people that have certain needs and if they can afford it. It is satisfactory.

    A person came to the house. I thought he sort of brow-beat me into buying it. Of course, I was interested in getting an Easy Rest bed. But other than that, everything else was fine. During the delivery, the gentleman told me that they didn't know they had to move my other bed out of the way to get to that one. But anyways, we got through that. I'm enjoying the bed. There's a couple of things that I had to get accustomed to but I like the ability to adjust it and the massage. I had already recommended this bed to a friend. I don't know if she bought one too. She had to go back into the hospital so I don't know if she's had a chance to do it.

    A few years ago, while your name was still Contour Beds, we bought one to the tune of approximately $7,000. We have never had a good night's sleep on it because it never fits the frame properly. It's on an angle. Once I even fell out of bed during the night and had the bruises to prove it. I called once and was given the runaround so much I ended with the person I started with and got nowhere. I also sent a few emails, but heard nothing. We both have back issues, which is the reason we bought the bed in the first place, but it sure hasn't helped. Since the company has obviously changed hands, I thought I'd try one more time to see what if anything could be done.

    Please note, since it's been a couple years, I don't have pictures that I think would clearly show the problems or why it's so uncomfortable and my bruises have healed. We just paid it off a couple of months ago. Thank you.

    I've had the bed since March. They have salespeople that go out to your home to sell you the bed. I had been toying with the idea of having a contour bed for quite a while because I'm 83, I'm overweight and I'm not getting any sleep. So she called and asked if she could come, and I said yes - one of the things that when you're older, you do not snap back. You don't take things in immediately and make decisions immediately. You have to take time. The contract that I signed, I couldn't read it. She came late at night. It was storming outside and I have lamps, but I didn't have time to look over anything. She read it through. So they put me with a financial company that had 26.99 APR. But a $3,000 bed? So the worst thing of it was there's no return policy. The only policy they had in the contract was for 5 days from the time she had the papers signed. For 5 days I could change my mind and I didn't have the bed. That is how are you going to know if you want to return it? You haven't even seen what it looks like except the picture. You have to see a product and see if it's going to suit you. Maybe you had a body that wouldn't fit that bed or something. This is one thing that I'm very upset with them. I would never deal with them again.

    So anyway, I also told her that I could not buy the bed until April. This was in March. She put it all through. When I got a bill from the finance company, I called them and told them, ''I can't pay for this.'' She said, ''We will change the due date.'' The job was really nice at the finance company, except for her APR interest.

    Anyway, I called them and asked them. I said, ''The mattress is hanging up on the side of the bed.' They said, ''We don't usually send anybody out to take care of things because if you do request a visit from anybody from our company, it would be $150 fee.'' I said, ''What?'' So she sent the delivery man out to see me and he was his own contractor. I don't know what kind of a contract he has with the company. He probably has contracts with several companies because he delivers.

    Anyway he came out and he said, ''The mattress does fold around the bed depending on your weight.'' And he said, ''It does hang over the sides, on all sides a little bit. It's made that way.'' I could see his point. I said, ''I don't know what to do. I don't know whether I can stand to sleep on this bed. It's so uncomfortable. I hate to have to go and get a lawyer and return the bed.'' He looked kind of startled and he said, ''My mother sleeps on this bed. When I gave it to her, she whined and complained for a whole year.'' And he said, ''Now, she won't part with it.'' So I said, ''Maybe it can even take over a year to get used to it. Maybe I can invest a year on this bed because I didn't want to go through all kinds of litigation to return the bed.'' So I have the bed. I am able to sleep in it. Well, I'm able to doze in it for a couple of hours and then I had to sleep in my chair because I just can't - I don't know what it is. Maybe that's not the bed for me, but I have it anyway.

    I have nothing against the bed. It's the procedure. That's what I have a problem with. It's not a problem with the firmness/softness. I'm quite comfortable lying on the mattress and it's just that I've always been a side sleeper all my life and maybe that it's me. I mean I'm quite willing to be reasonable about whatever the problem is. I realize that I can't return the bed. I realize I have to pay for it, but I really didn't have a good experience. I've got the bed and I'm stuck with it, so I'm going to make the best of it. But I would never enter into a contract with them again. This is one of the times that you make foolish decisions several times in your life and this is one time that I wish I hadn't.

    First off, the promotion was that we'll get a free pillow that's worth $100 if we turned around and talk to a salesman about buying a bed, which we did. We bought the bed, but we have no pillow. Then the agreement was that my side was a firm mattress foam in it and they would put a softer foam mattress on my wife's side for her. When they came in and installed it, she asked them about putting it in and they said, ''You do that yourself. We're not changing that.'' They refused to turn around and change that portion of the bed. So naturally, they left the soft foam here but that wasn't the deal.

    They also promised my wife that they would bolt the headboard that we had bought for the other king sized bed - that they would take it and attach it to this bed. He flatly refused to do that too. He gave us the attachment back and just said, ''You do it yourself.'' I didn't pay that kind of money for the kind of service I got. My wife sleeps with a memory foam or eggshell or whatever you want to call it on top of this $7,000 bed I have. I really don't think that that was right. You see a material about the $100 pillow, but don't promote something that you aren't going to back up. Then the salesman told me if I had any problems or any questions, his cell phone number was right on the paperwork. He was a flat out liar about that because there was nothing there.

    I called them back one day and got a hold of a salesman. I was going to tell him exactly what I just told you and they said, ''Let me transfer you to someone else.'' That was a dead end line because it didn't go to anybody else. So I said, ''Okay, fine. That's what they want to do then, but I won't promote your bed even though I like my side of the bed if they can't do any better than backing it up like they've done so far.''

    I like the bed, but I don't like the rest of it. The bed is, in my opinion, at least a four (not a five). I sleep very well in it. But as far as the experience of the way he treated my wife, I'd give him a one. They can't make it right because I've already done what I was supposed to have done. I changed the mattress for my wife. We're 70 years old. We're not young spring chickens anymore and yet these young, energetic people that came here should have been able to handle it in a minute. I don't know if a softer mattress than the medium softness mattress on her side would be better or not, but I just said I'm not going to bother with them anymore. They didn't treat me right so far.

    I got an ad at the time I was looking for something and so I bought the bed (I don't remember exactly when, but less than a year). I sleep on it every night and I get up every morning. I guess I'm in pretty good shape. I still have some aches but not as bad as I used to. The whole thing isn't anything special. The vibrator works every time I turn it on, as well as the adjuster on the mattress to raise it up and down. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. I might recommend Easy Rest to a friend to look into it, but be careful of the cost.

    I don't regret buying the Easy Rest. I'll be 85 next Monday and anyway, I asked the salesperson to mail me something that he assured me he was going to mail when he sold it to me. But he never did do it. I don't really remember. It was just something related to the bed. I wasn't going to buy anything else. I think it was just some literature. But anyway, it's a done deal. He did tell me that if he had a delivery in this area, that I might not have to pay the delivery charge. When they did bring it, it was another in the area and I had paid cash for it with my credit card. Nobody ever gave me any credit for that. They were later than as usual and they had delivered another one. That's the only thing that kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

    I did like the features of the bed. I read a lot so I use it raising my head up or even my feet or both. That's the last thing I do at night. I have enjoyed the bed. I like the bed and I actually have a niece that's planning on buying one of one kind. I had never told her about the delivery part.

    The salesperson was very good in his presentation. We had looked at something similar previously, but we thought maybe it was going to be out of our price range. We bought this Easy Rest not that long ago. It might be 6 months already. The people came in and set it up. If I had a question, they answered it and if I didn't, they just told me this is how you do this and this is how you do that.

    What we like about it is because previously in the old bed, my husband had to elevate his feet, so this time we raise the foot of the bed up. My husband, from time to time, might put the massage on and of course, my grandkids just love it. I also don't toss and turn as I did with the other bed.

    I'm not excited about this Easy Rest bed at all. I got several complaints. I'd like to sell it back to them. The foot doesn't operate independently of the head and the massage itself doesn't even reach on my knees. The massage is just not enough. I need a heavier massage out of it. Also, the mattress is sagging towards the middle and one side - the side I'm getting out of. It has a tendency to back up and lean in to the wall. It's spring operation. Sometimes it will cut off my air supply because I have sleep apnea and I have to wear a mask at night and I have to have an oxygen hose plus the CPAP equipment. And when it pinches me up against the wall, I'm not getting any oxygen. I'm just really not happy with that at all. Like I said, I'd like Easy Rest to take it back and give me my money back and I'd give them their bed back.

    I have had this Easy Rest bed for 3 or 4 months. A guy sort of came in and sold me the bed and told me how great it was. I just, at that time, was having trouble with my legs and it's really the main reason I bought it. But I paid way too much for it. He gave me a discount too. I think he wanted $7,000 for the bed. I mean that thing is not worth 2,000. You could buy them all day long for under $3,000. It could be even better than that one. It hasn't helped with pains or a good sleep. I don't know when that's ever going to happen. The right hand side of the bed sags. I mean it's not a flat bed.

    I thought it would be a lot better. I'm really disappointed with it. I mean, you can't sleep in it. You sleep on one side and you can't get sort of up in the middle of the bed. It's also uncomfortable. It's a terrible bed. A really terrible bed for those people who sell it for that price. I wish they can come and take it out of here, give me back a lot of money and improve this thing. I'm going to call them up after so I could straighten this up. I'm tired of this damn bed. I don't like this at all. I used to have a foam mattress bed and it was so much more comfortable than this one. Maybe they'd come out here and do something. The guy who came to fix for me was bragging so much and talked about this other Easy Rest. He told me stories like that, but I don't think it's true.

    The bed has really been comfortable. There was one thing - they said they'd send a free pillow and all which after three or four months, so I called them. I said, ''I ain't got no pillow.'' But they took care of that and within just a few days, I had it. They said something about they were going to send a ticket in or something, but I thought when the girl came out to the house, we did all that. But I don't remember.

    I've only been on the Easy Rest bed a few times. I've been using it for 8 months or so. When my kids come to visit with my grandchildren, I let them use it. But for the last five years, I've been sleeping on the living room floor with the dogs because my wife was sick and she passed away about a year ago. I just got into the habit. I bought the new bed and I thought that I would use that.

    I got this bed just less than a year (it sounded pretty good), and I think I get a good sleep on this. The Easy Rest people were very nice - the ones that came out. I had a pretty good experience with it. I like the one where you raise the head because I can't sleep flat. Though sometimes it's a little bit hard getting in it, but I get in it - I'm short. They did lower it a little bit, but when it comes to the other one, I couldn't even get in it.

    I got a paper in the mail. It's from a card in the magazine or something. I sent the card back in to get a price on it and everything. Then somebody called, came to the house and talked to me about it. I got it for my grandson three to four months ago. He's 23 years old and he's got cerebral palsy, can't walk or talk or anything. The Easy Rest people brought it on time. Everybody was nice and everything.

    I liked it. I think it helps his body because he will wake up in the night, he'll reach over and wake me up if I fall asleep and he wants to turn it on. I can put it on (the vibrator), and he will just curl up and go right back to sleep.

    I was looking for a bed that I can bring up my feet or my back because my feet are swelling. That's why I got it because the hospital bed helped me out quite a bit and I thought this would do the same thing, but I don't know. I enjoy it. I get a good night's sleep every now and then. My wife would know because word is her two hips is full of metal so, of course, when she lays on the bed and she lays sideways, it's like it digs a hole down. Maybe it should be a little firmer. I'm not sure.

    The only thing I don't like about the bed is that the box spring and the mattress do not line up with each other. It seems that the mattress is bigger than the box spring and you can't tuck it underneath that. It always keeps coming out. I called customer service and they said, ''That's the way it's supposed to be so when you use it, the more it can bend. That's why the mattress is bigger than the box spring.' What good is it if you can't tuck or fold it beneath it? Your sheets are - whatever. They really didn't know that much about it. They're not going to do anything about it because they said that's the way it's supposed to be.

    I think I received an advertisement in the mail about the Easy Rest bed. I sent back a card for further information and the representative called me and made an appointment to come out. I have a deteriorating disc in my back and I want to avoid surgery. That was one of the main reasons I ordered it to try to help my back condition. At this time, I can't say that it has helped me but at the time that I do it, it is relaxing. It has helped me somewhat in that manner. I've enjoyed it for several months now. I love the fact that I can sit up and raise my knees. I use those two and I use the back and the leg massages. It's not as effective as say the massage chair when I go to get a pedicure or manicure. It's not as aggressive, I guess, I should say. But I'm sure there's a reason for that. I imagine it would be too much if it were more of what it is now.

    I'm disappointed though that I haven't received the pillow. I was told that I would be sent a pillow. But as far as my interaction with them, they were very nice. The salesman was very nice. The delivery men were very kind. They did as I requested to put my original king-sized bed upstairs. That was a toughy because I have a lot of furniture and all of that, but they did a nice job.

    I got this Easy Rest bed not too long ago, I would say about 6-8 months. I guess it's about as good as any. It seems to be okay. I got one little thing... It seems that like in the middle of the bed, it's a little high. I've noticed it about the last three or four weeks as far as I can remember.

    I don't know any friends that I've got who would be willing financially to pay for Easy Rest. Sometimes I wonder if I should have bought it because it is expensive.

    I guess it's now around 6 months since I purchased this Easy Rest bed. I kept seeing the ads and things. It sounded like I might like it, and my bed was about 10 years old - it was a queen size - I'm alone and I really don't need a bed that big, so I just decided it was about time to do something and I decided to do that. Everyone that I talked to or the one that came to my house was fine. They were very nice. I find the bed very comfortable and I like it. I'm happy with it.     I sleep a lot better with the Easy Rest bed. I like to put that massage thing on when I go to bed. I just had an old bed that I couldn't sleep in. I used to have to get up in the middle of the night and go sleep in a recliner. Then I got the bed and I can raise it up and sleep like that or lay it down flat, however I want it. It works pretty well too.

    The salesperson and the delivery team all knew what they were doing and were quick and everything. They got it done good. The bed has done everything it said it could do. I give them a 5.

    I like the Easy Rest bed very much. Everything is fine. I had back problems and it helps a lot. My only problem is when you elevate the head or something, you're going to have trouble keeping the sheets on - they keep coming up, working their way up and everything. I have to pull them down at the head every day.

If you haven't purchased a new bed in many years you may not realize just how thick mattresses on the market are today. The average depth of a mattress on the market today is 12 to 15 inches. Most sheets on the market are made to fit those dimensions and our Sales Representative was most likely referring to sheets in stores today as being "regular". Your older sheets probably were made for mattresses that were 8 - 10 inches in depth and those would not stay on your new mattress.     I sleep awful well on the Easy Rest bed now. It has probably been six months since I bought it. I was sleeping pretty well on the waterbed. As far as the sleeping, I can't tell much difference in it to be honest.

    The delivery people were professional, no problems. They came in, set it up, left, and basically that was it. Of course, the salesperson was different than the people that delivered it. He had a unique way of trying to sell things. He put on a good steal.

    If the bed had a headboard on it, it would be much more satisfactory to me. There's no headboard and my waterbed had a nice headboard on it and I could set my telephone on it and this type of stuff. So basically, the only complaint I would have about it, if at all, would be no headboard. And I realize that we cannot put a headboard there because we raise the mattress and stuff up. It would bump into that and cause problems.

    I hadn't really planned on the bed but I've got a bad back. In fact, I've had five different back surgeries. And right now, I've got a hip I'm working to get from the hip replacement. I'll be 83 years old this August. I still do what I want to do and go where I want to go when I want to go.

    I don't use the vibrator too much though I have used it a couple of times, and the reclining part of it pretty much due to my neck and my back. I have to have a pretty straight position. But it is nice if I'm watching television to raise your head up and raise your feet up.

    I had a waterbed and it was getting lumpy, you might say, or something inside. Because I'm retired, I was looking for something new and this came up and when they came out and demonstrated it for me, I ordered it right away.     We got mail things in the mail - that's how I found out about the Easy Rest bed. I have arthritis in my back and I just retired in March because I couldn't work anymore because of it. I thought that might be able to help. I called and I made appointments previously, but then I cancelled them. Then I decided we accept the last appointment, so that's why my husband and I had the guy come out and show us. We went through with it and decided it would be good. We got it about four months ago.     I've been using my Easy Rest bed for a couple of months now. The problem I have had is the edges sag and they don't hold up. So for me it's difficult to get up, to get my feet on the floor and during the hours of sleep I have to be careful. Very uncomfortable.     I got it five to six months ago. However, the guy that sold it to me told me I had heat. Then I found out I didn't have heat. I see on my bill I didn't pay for heat, but I know the salesman wrote heat. I would have liked to have that, but I think it's gonna be extra money. They cut it down pretty low anyway I guess.

    I must have seen an advertisement some place - either that or it came in the mail - and I gave them a call to get some information. I just wanted to know how much they would be and they sent somebody up. The salesman was fantastic. They sold me on it maybe a little less than 6 months ago.

    The bed is wonderful. I'm satisfied with it. I don't use the massage - I don't really need it. But I like the position of the not all the way up. A little bit up and there's the feet up - back and feet up and I get a better night's sleep. I like all about the bed in itself.

    I've had the Easy Rest bed for probably 3 months. I elevate my feet because of swelling and it has helped out a great deal. I had looked at a different brand but the other brand had a smell that I didn't like. And I didn't think it would leave. It was in there new. I figured it would be there to stay.

    I've had the Easy Rest bed for a little less than a year. It seems to me like as soon as I lay down, it starts bunching up behind my back. That's about the only problem I had with it. If I do continue to sleep on it, I think I want to put a different mattress on top of it. I don't really think it's either too soft or too firm but you've got to settle at the side of the bed before you can lie down. And you can't just flop over in place. And wherever you settle down and turn around, you're too close to the edge before you can get in the position you want. I haven't had a good night's sleep since I've had it. I've been thinking about getting me just a regular bed and taking that one out and putting it in the backroom and let somebody else sleep on it.

    I'll give Easy Rest beds a five. Other folks have been asking me about the adjustable bed because they wanted one. I didn't give them information on it, but this year I'll get the information where I got it from and recommend it also to others. Overall, I love it. I have been using it for three-and-a-half months now. I have to say I'm resting better, but it's hard for me to get used to the bed. Sometimes the bed will be too hard, too high. I mostly use the up-and-down, and adjust head level that I'm comfortable with, and most of it is for my back and neck. It's good on that part.

    The ordering process and delivery were good. Everything was good: the delivery date and the estimation and all that. They did a good job.

    I think I got my Easy Rest bed like February 14th. At first it seemed to help with sleeping, but one side is kind of sagging and it's been uncomfortable right now. I sleep alone so the side that I sleep on is going kind of downhill. I have to try to get over in the middle to keep them rolling off. I've had so much going on that I haven't had the chance to call so I could set up an appointment for them to come and see about it.

    As far as the features, basically I like the head lift. I like to be able to have my head up and put my feet up for a little while, but I don't like to sleep with them up. It was a good bed until it started sagging.

    My husband saw the advertisement or we got it in the mail or something, and had me send the card in. That's how we heard of Easy Rest. Well the man that came, he brought me a little gift. He explained everything to us really well. When he demonstrated it with whatever he had there, of course he didn't have the mattresses set, but he showed him how he would be laying on it. He kind of got the feel of it and he was really impressed with it. He likes it.

    It has helped him some. I bought it for him two or three months ago (not a whole long time) because he has a sleep problem that he often sleeps on the daytime. But I think he's in a way satisfied with it as far as that's concerned. He said that he needed a book on it so he can read about it. Maybe an instruction book or something. And it really helps our pet. She sleeps on the bottom of the bed. I don't sleep on it.

    I got the Easy Rest bed 6 months ago. I noticed right away that I was sleeping better. I don't use the adjustment as much as I did at first because I have a little trouble right now with having to go to the bathroom at night a lot. And you're not supposed to get out of the bed when the bed is in the adjustment phase. So what I do is I breathe or lie there. Then I turn it off and I straighten it back up before I go to sleep because when I wake up, I need to get to the bathroom. I did notice when I was using it a little more often, at first, definitely my back felt better and the back of my upper legs would feel better in the morning.

    We saw an advertisement for it and we decided we would listen to the presentation and we would see if this was something we could fit into our budget. When they first said the original price, we said, 'No, no way. It's not something we can do.' And they gave us a discount and we got it down to a model of bed that fit within our budget, plus it does what I need. I think you have to be selective. I don't think you can just have somebody walk in there and say, 'Here's the $7000 or $6000 Cadillac version of this.' I wouldn't recommend anybody to do that, not until you went somewhere and tried it out or something.

    I don't know if it's just this particular model or what, but it says you shouldn't get out of it if it was in the upright position because it can lead to problems. And so you should flatten it out. It'll get flat in a few seconds. And so as a general rule, with the two of us, my wife and I sleeping in there, we generally put the thing flat after a while. And then in the morning, sometimes, we're tired. I'll roll over and I'll put the adjustment up a little bit and put my legs up and everything a little bit before I get up out of bed and get going. And it has helped me with my legs getting tired throughout the day. I feel I can go a lot further and do a lot more things than I used to be able to. It's not a cure for everything, naturally. But I like it.

    I was very impressed with their salesman who was very knowledgeable, very informative and had a lot of information right at hand. We didn't have a lot of questions but for every question we had, he had an answer to explain how it would work and everything. The people that came and installed it did so very efficiently. I was surprised at how complicated the whole thing was and how much time it took to put this thing together. I mean, they had a lot of things to do and they didn't get lost or say 'Where's that?' or 'Where's this?' or made 50 trips to the truck. When they did everything, they did it very well and very quickly. Of course, like the guy said, he said, 'This is our fifth of the day.' He said, 'If we can't get it right now, we never will.'

    To be honest about it, I didn't really know whether or not it would help or not and, the guy had me lie down on my own bed and adjusted pillows and everything. And he said, 'I just want you to lay here for a little bit.' And he said, 'I'm going to talk. You just close your eyes and listen.' And he talked for a minute and everything and he said, 'Now,' he said, 'remember, your body is not cast in stone. It's not a statue. Some nights, your back hurts. Some nights, your legs hurt. Some nights, your feet hurt. This way, you can make your adjustments and you can work with it.'

    I had never thought of that. I'd heard these commercials for years on TV and I'd never paid much attention to them because I don't really have back trouble per se but years ago, for about three weeks, I could hardly move. And I went to the chiropractor, the regular doctor, I went here and there and everything and just nothing was doing any good. And finally, luckily, through a little bit of physical therapy, I was able to get back and get back most of my range of motion and everything. So I remember that dramatically. And I remember lying there at nights during that three weeks looking at the ceiling and thinking to myself, 'Is it going to be like this the rest of my life?' And so, when they were saying about the helping your back and after I tried the little sample thing... they gave us an option. If we didn't like it, we could call and cancel within a certain time. And we were certainly satisfied with it. We got a good price, I thought. I could never have afforded their high end plan models. That would have been out of my league. But for what we paid, I think we got a pretty darn good deal and I like the way that they did everything. I have no complaints so far.

    I really wish there was some way that you could get something set up somewhere so somebody could just lie down and try it first before they make up their mind. The simulation thing with the pillows and everything didn't do it justice. And the different things that the bed is capable of, the vibration and the wave and everything. I can see now that the wave I can do without. That's something I don't use. But the vibration at night when I'm tense or when I've had a hard day, when I get out and do my lawn work - I have a fairly big sized yard - boy, it takes it out. And that is a big help.

    When I can lie down at night and put that on for a little bit, then it relaxes me. Instead of me lying there thinking how am I going to do all that stuff today, what am I going to do tomorrow, it helps me relax. It's really something that's a positive thing for me. I wish they had some way they could just come by periodically and put on a demonstration and let you actually lie on it, because I would have bought it. I would have been in the market for something like this a long time.

    My wife has a back that's really bad but what we want it for is just to control the aches and pains and discomfort that come from a hard day or a day that's actually, in our case, just a little more physical than most days, like cutting the yard which I do every three weeks. I think that I'm fairly physical, able to do quite a few things. There's not much that I can't do. It just takes me longer and I have to pace myself more. And at the end of the day, I do feel the aches and pains, more than I did from years past. And this Easy Rest bed is a big help. I've recommended the bed to friends.

    I'm not satisfied with this product. I've been using my Easy Rest bed probably about six to eight months. It's raising up and down properly, but when I thought of putting my head up, it's not comfortable. Sometimes it's a bit uncomfortable when I raise the head up a little higher. It seems like if I raise the head up too high, I don't sleep light or comfy. It doesn't seem like it's as comfortable as when the guy came and demonstrated with my regular mattress. I've seen what he did with my regular mattress, and it was more comfortable the way that he had put that suitcase under my head and put it under my feet. And on the other side of the bed, it feels like hard and level. For me it seems like it's sloped, because I've been lying on that side and I can see on the other side that it's a little higher and it's harder than the side that I'm on.

    Once I got the mattress and stuff in, I didn't hear about what the demonstration was. I wondered when anybody would ever be going to call and ask me how I'm doing. Nobody had even bothered to give me a ring. I never did hear from nobody. ''So how's it working out? Is it okay for you? Are you comfortable with it?'', but nobody did call. They turned it over to the bank, and then they did call and gave me interest on what I already have, and I want to fix the problem.

    I have a heart problem and I just had surgery on my knee, and we wanted to find something that would raise my head, because the bed that we had, I had to sleep on two pillows to raise my head. So when we saw the Easy Rest bed, we thought it would be a good thing to have, so we bought it.

    I've been needing a new mattress for a long time. I'm old. I'm 82 years old. I have some breathing problems and have this digestive problem. I've been wanting to get one that adjusted, movable, where it would raise the head of the bed. I talked around and checked around. I had seen advertisements about it, I believe, in the written media, magazines. Easy Rest just seemed to appeal to me when I came upon that. I called some of the information on the written advertisement and they were willing to send a representative out here to explain and show a little video of the bed. The price was too much and I did bargain with the price a little bit. I got it down to where I could afford it. They also removed the old bed and installed it and all that.

    I'm not quite as happy with it as I thought I was going to be. One thing is that the mattress slips down from the head of the bed towards the foot. The brace that holds the mattress in when it's adjusted doesn't seem to be big enough or strong enough or efficient. So it keeps slipping down. It is only about 18 inches I'd say across and I feel like if it would extend more across the foot of the bed, it would solve the problem. Also, I really think for the cost, you could get a comparable bed a little bit cheaper than that. But still I am very pleased.

    It's been about three or four months now since we bought the Easy Rest bed. We've had a couple of different beds. We've had the Select Comfort and a couple others. But with this one here, it was just something that came up. We thought we'd like to try it. The Easy Rest team delivered the bed. They were very good, professional. We didn't have any problems with them.

    As for the bed, I love it. I haven't had any problems with it. My wife has not had any problems with it. We like it. I know my wife likes being able to lay down and get a massage on the bed. I like the massage when I got time just to lay down on it, but I really like the fact that I can curvature it to my body the way that is comfortable, lay in it and sleep that way. So that's good.

    Easy Rest is a great bed. It's really adjustable and we like the vibration that we get out of it and everything. We're getting old and we've enjoyed it.

    Well, the people that sold me this three or four months ago were fine. The guy who came and put the bed together was most personable. He just assured us that if anything was wrong, he would come back and fix it. We chose Easy Rest because with my having Parkinson's, there's going to be a time that we're going to need beds that will lift head and foot. But we thought the bed was too expensive. My husband and I, in a moment of weakness, gave too much for them.

    He sleeps back in the room with me now because I've got Parkinson's. But he still likes his old bed better. I sleep with the head lifted a little bit, but my husband does not. I also use the massage. Well I guess I'm getting a better night's sleep. I would recommend it to a friend, but I think I would say 'Don't pay as much as we did for it.'

    I won a free bed. This guy was telling me about a free bed that they put out and that's how I got this bed. I can take the money instead of the bed because I've already got a bed and I can use the money. It was $2,500 or something. I had a Craftmatic bed when my husband had a stroke in '97 before I got this Easy Rest, so I was already acquainted with their beds.

    I bought the Easy Rest bed for my mother in February. It was great. The people came before they said they were going to come. I think they said two weeks, but they came on Thursday. They put the bed together for my mother. It was fabulous. She's 97 and she loves the bed. It's wonderful. My mother and her sister both got a bed, but it's a single and it's not what they ordered. They had trouble and I guess even things have been falling off the bed. I haven't seen it so I don't know. I just wish they'd get the problem fixed, but that's all I care about. I personally don't have a complaint. I'd recommend it to people.

    I feel marvelous when I sleep in my Easy Rest bed. I enjoy having my feet up in the air. The young man that came and sold it to me six months ago was marvelous. He knew what he was talking about.     This woman came out. She's the one who introduced me to Easy Rest. First, I didn't think I need this, but then I realized that because I wasn't getting a good night of rest, I wasn't caring for my body the way I should. Anyway, I decided, 'Yeah, I'm harming my body. This is my life.' And so that's what convinced me to invest.

    A gentleman came out with his truck and I asked him if I could be of any help to him. He said no. He came in and he set that all up. He explained how the wireless handset works. First, I was trying the massage, but then I realized it would interfere with my sleep. So I just said, 'No, I would never do that no more.' Then when I had swelling of my feet for a while, I went and cocked the bed up at the base of it at about 33 and 30 degrees. That helped with the swelling. Then I used socks to help control it too. I think it's helped in getting a better night's sleep because what happened was I developed pneumonia. I ended up in the hospital and then I had difficulty breathing, obviously. In fact, I'm using oxygen during the night at the present time. Easy Rest helps to have a better night's rest.

    The only regret I have is it's so expensive. I had to borrow money to get it. But it's very good and together, all did a good job. It's been a great experience as far as getting a better night's rest and waking up in the morning refreshed. That's real important to me because if you don't get a good night's rest, you wake up in the morning and you feel lousy. You still got the day to face.

    I've had my Easy Rest bed about 4 to 6 months now. I found out about them through a card I got in the mail. I didn't have any trouble with the ordering process. A salesman came over and he took care of the whole thing.

    I had a problem with one of the mattresses because it's kind of bending in the middle. To tell you the truth, I think they might have gotten the wrong size mattress. The other size is fine. Except for that mattress that I have a problem with, as far as it goes, the Easy Rest bed is great. We have less problems with our legs and stuff we've been having problems with.     We got the bed about the middle of February. Well, we found all the Easy Rest people really good. We were real impressed with the way they installed the bed and everything. I just thought that the customer service was really outstanding. This proves to me that they care a lot whether you enjoyed the bed and everything. I think that it's impressive that they call a lot.

    My husband and I both like the bed real well. I love the bed. It's a pretty expensive bed, but I'm glad that we sleep good because we do sleep really well, both of us do. And I love the fact that I can raise my head, I can sit in the bed and read and stuff. You just sit right up there and that's really great. As far as sleeping, he enjoys the vibrator. I especially like the fact that I can separate myself because he thrashes around quite a bit and I don't feel the movement of the bed like when we were in the full sized bed.

    We only have one complaint. My husband's in a wheelchair and he's a tall man. I know it can't be changed, but I wish we had gotten a king size instead of a queen. It's a split mattress. We measured it and it looked like it was going to be the right height and everything. But it's hard to get him in and out of it. I have a slide board though that I use. It's just that if we had to do it over, we would probably have it a little higher. And if you ever had one of those, you'd know the mattresses are a tiny bit smaller than a regular twin. So the sheets and stuff don't fit that well and that's where I'm having a problem. I got to find a place where I can get sheets that would fit better and mattress pads that are better. And then there might be someone that could put a riser under the bed sometime maybe for the fact that it's shorter.

    I'd advise Easy Rest to anybody if they have sleep problems. Especially now, I snore some. I don't snore like some people do, but my husband said I do snore. He notices that I don't snore as much with my head up.

    I found out about Easy Rest in the mail and got it about two or three months ago. The men came out here and he had to make a few phone calls. I'd say it's fair. Well when I was working, I just lay down in the vibration, then it sort of would ease my back.

    I really don't know how I come about knowing this. They called in and said that my name had come up that I had contacted them. But I had not contacted them. I don't know who might have sent my name in there. I have no earthly idea. I'm making my 3rd payment on my Easy Rest bed.

    First off, I am 85 years old. And I'm self-supporting with social security and retirement insurance. And that's tough. The boy had to come over to talk to me about it. He was from Auburn and was very nice. But here's my thing, I was sort of misled on pricing thing. I got one price of $3,000.00 and when they delivered the bed, I got a $5,000.00 thing. It was if I had known it was $5,000.00, I would not have tried it because I don't think I can. But I'm doing the best I can to pay it, and that's tough. It will be 5 years paying for it and chances are I won't make 5 or 4 years. I've had a good long life. Right now I am healthy but you know it can go overnight.

    Other than that, I enjoyed the bed. I enjoy it when I'm watching TV at night and things like that a lot. It's great. My daughter and her husband live in the house with me but I do my own thing and they do theirs. I guess that should I pass away, they'll probably finish paying for it or it would just be here. I mean when you get this old, you don't count on tomorrow. You just say thank you Lord for the day.

    As for the experience, I would recommend it. I do have friends now I don't know if this is the same company bed but they have beds just like it. They've had theirs awhile and I know they enjoyed it. And yes I do. It's very comfortable and I enjoy it.

    We got our Easy Rest bed on February 27. We generally get a better night's sleep. The big advantage is that both of us can have what we want. In terms of the experience, everybody did well. The saleswoman was excellent and the delivery was fine. I got no criticisms on it.

    The features are fairly complete. We haven't gotten the heater on because of the time of the year, but the vibrator sometimes gets used and it was a help. I mainly got it for my wife since she had a bad shoulder and everything. It all has disappeared now so we're very thankful. My legs are a lot better. And if I got any problem with my legs, I just jack it up in the air.

    Every time I think about it and all the people who are starving, I think it's very selfish to buy it. It's an expensive luxury. I thought it was very, very expensive for what it is. I probably wouldn't do it again. I'd go for a water bed.

    Originally I got the bed for my husband because he had a major accident when he was nineteen and they wanted to cut his leg off from the hips. His father kept him from it, but he's got bad circulation going on. And he has a lot of problems with them swelling and hurting and problems with his hip. So he's quite uncomfortable a lot of the time, but I can't get him to use it. I tried my best to get him to check on the vibrator - he won't do it. I tried to get him to raise the foot of the bed because they told me that would help the circulation - he won't do that either.

    But I love mine. I sleep in mine every night, and I turn the vibrator on every night when I go to bed. I have a major kidney problem. I have a lot of kidney stones, and I have found they helped. You can turn that vibrator on and lay on your back. I've done it twice now. I have kidney stones twice since we got them. And I'm just taking over the counter medicine and turn my bed on at night and the kidney stones passed. I love my bed. My cats do too. We have two cats that stay inside and they sleep on my bed. Every night when kick that vibrator on they're both there.

    The experience was delightful. The young man that came here and showed it to us was very pleasant, very personable. He knew his business and he took care of it. He came out showed us the pictures and told us about the bed. We discussed the price, and I told them as long as we can get it in the price range, because my husband just retired, I said I would take the bed. My husband left that to me because I do the finances. And he says well we'll call and see what we can do. He called and they got the payment down where we could swing it. I jumped on it.

    My husband had a lot of swelling because what happened was he got sick while he was still working. But he had been there long enough to retire so he went ahead and retired. He turned 65 right after he got sick, so he just went ahead and retired all together. I'm hoping somewhere down the line if nothing else I can speak and turn his on and raise his legs up and it may help him. But he doesn't sleep on his back much. He sleeps on his side, so raising a foot might be uncomfortable for him.

    He won't lay in there much and watch TV much. I think he's afraid I will do it. Because some nights when I turn my vibrator on, he'd get up to our living room because it vibrates his bed too because they're right together. I told him that if he dare put a leg there and totally relax, he would fall in love. I did. I have had mine for about 3 months now. And if I had my way, I would recommend it to everybody I know.

    I've had my Easy Rest for 5 months. It's excellent and I get a good night's sleep and all my aches and pains are gone. Before the bed, I had a pressure spot like under the hip and under the shoulder, and all that is gone. My wife is in the 6th stage of Alzheimer's and I'm a sole caregiver. So I'm up and down whether you know several times at night.

    In 2 weeks I'll be 82 years old and my wife is 76. And we had been sleeping on the same Sealy Posturepedic for about 27 years. It was a firm mattress but as you got older, you got to be less and less comfortable. And I wasn't getting a good night's sleep. The mattress we have now and the beauty of it is it's a queen size but it's not, don't have dual controls. So at night when we go to bed, I can raise the head of the bed and I can watch. But the thing is I can move in the bed and it doesn't bother her. The other bed I had, I can move and the whole bed would shake. This one doesn't. And it's very comfortable. And it's a very good bed. I like it though it's expensive. But anything that's worthwhile is not cheap.

    I have no problems what so ever. A salesman came to the house and showed me what he had and what it was going to cost. We went on back and forth and finally he said, 'Tell you what, we'll throw in a vibrator and we'll do this,' and I think it's even for quite a bit less than the original price so I went with that.

    To summarize, I would say it is an outstanding bed. And I'm a big man, I'm 6ft. 4in. and I weigh about 225lbs. And I'm retired military. And it has nothing to do with the bed, of course. But after all these years in the military, I appreciate a good restful bed. And I had several mattresses but none of them can even come close to this one. I paid a lot of money for it, but it's worth every penny of it.

    I've just seen the flyers in the magazines I've ordered. I ordered it because it said it's possible that you could win one. I just came out of the hospital with back problems. I have a lower back pain, and I was suffering from that severely. It was amazing, the guy came to my door and he just happened to show up. It was good timing. I like it.

    I've had my Easy Rest since February. But since I got it here and I've adjusted that to where I feel it's comfortable, I've been feeling very fine. There's only one fault I have found with it though. The bed when it reclines, the back section is cupped. One side you're sinking and the other side. And then the middle is your adjustment arm that raises and lowers. I didn't know that. I thought that everything just went up and down. It's like they're separated.

    Other than that, I love the thing and I would give it a 10 out of 5 rating. I spent sometime in the hospital for back injuries and what not, and I've had a ball with it. Now, I have my own and I'm in heaven more or less to say.

    I got my Easy Rest about 2 to 3 months ago because I've been having trouble sleeping. My wife got in contact with them through a mailer that they sent out. So she contacted somebody and set up an appointment. A gentleman came here, was a very knowledgeable sales person. And I selected that through his recommendations and the pictures and stuff that he had.

    One of the mattresses then was fine; it came with no problem. The guy set it up with no problem. It works fine as far as the mechanism is concerned. But the mattress itself, it just doesn't give me any support; and I end up sleeping in a hole all the time. When I first sat on it when the gentleman was here, it seems fine. And the mattress I had previous to it was way too soft and that's why I was having trouble with my back.

    Anyway, I sat on it. We both agreed it was okay. But now it seems like it has broken down. My butt's in a hole all the time. And I can't get comfortable as far as the raising up the head or the feet, and that part I'm not too happy about. But you buy what you get and you get what you buy. The experience as far as the other people was concerned and the sales person was very good.

    We needed a new bed because our bed was old. And we had decided that we would get something that was adjustable. We got our Easy Rest about 3 or 4 months ago, and we like it a lot. Out of all the adjustable features, mostly it was just raising the head. That's about it for me.     I purchased the bed in February. It was all good. When we decided to have it, they didn't even question whether I wanted a smaller one or anything else or size-wise, money-wise. It makes things tight, but I got it. I wanted to go for a smaller size for probably a little less money. It's probably too late now to change. I was supposed to get a pillow with that. I never did get it.

    The bed is okay and I had no problems. The bed has helped me being able to put my legs up and stuff because they swell up during the day. They seem to go down at night. It's been good that way. The biggest thing to me is my income and the cost. But we went over that at the time, so it was my decision. They did cut the price down, but I would've gotten a different mattress at that time. Still I would recommend Easy Rest.

    We got this Easy Rest bed in February. I can sleep anywhere on the ground before this, but my wife was having another back trouble. A salesman came here. Well, he was very nice. He told her exactly what it was, how it worked and everything so he didn't lie to us about it. We told him, paid him and everything. About a week already the truck came up and delivered. There's no problem. We use the vibration. We also raise the head and the feet a little bit. Of course, we're getting used to where you have your feet up a little bit and everything. But if I don't lay it down while I go and get up in the morning, sometimes I have a little problem getting off the bed. Other than that, no problem. We've got a good night's sleep.

    I really needed a new mattress. I didn't look at any other. I just called Easy Rest and they called me. I thought maybe I would be satisfied with it. It was my mistake. I got like a 1930 something mattress. The salesperson didn't tell me he isn't going to change the mattress, but I guess I should have known because it was a lot less than the first price he gave me. My mind doesn't work that fast. The mattress is kind of thin. It's like they used to make it so many years ago when I was a kid. That's the way I feel about that. I called customer service and I got a coupon because I couldn't afford the regular price. They started off as $6,000 and it went down. It wound up being $3,000, but I was disappointed in the mattress. The adjustable stuff was fine. I'm just not satisfied with this one because you can feel the bolt across the middle line. If they would have told me that the mattress wasn't going to be like in the pictures and that I was just going to get an old mattress, old-time mattress, I probably wouldn't even thought about getting it.

    I got a deal in the mail and I filled that out for a free one. I heard a lot from Easy Rest and with all the steel motors and everything that is in this one, it sounded like the better quality. Easy Rest called me and they were in this area, so they want to know if they could come by. They brought a little movie of it. It's a little DVD of it and explained everything. They were both really friendly. We bought one (2 or 3 months ago) and a week later, I think they delivered it. They were real nice. They did the rest and everything.

    I like the massage. I like the head up and my husband does too. We both lifted our head higher up. We never tried sleeping with the foot up; I don't like to raise my feet. We sleep pretty good on them. My husband does snore and I wasn't sleeping with him, so I was sleeping in another room. Now we're sleeping in the same room. Several of my friends have asked us what kind it was and everything, and I told them.

    I was so looking forward to my new bed but have been sadly disappointed with the Easy Rest Sleep System. The mattress leans to the left when I get up and is mashed down from the place I slept. It takes over an hour to fluff back up so I have to roll over and sleep in a different spot. The people who sold the bed to me were nice but the workmen never put the bed together right so I have to deal with it. The head of the bed is 8 inches from the headboard & the handrail at the bottom comes out. The mattress slides around on the frame & every day, I have to reposition it. I would not recommend this system to anyone.

    We got an advertisement and then I called Easy Rest. They came out and demonstrated it and everything. My husband said, ''Let's shop on what you need'' because I have COPD, I have asthma and I have acid reflux, and we both have arthritis. The salesman was really great. He came in, was very friendly and he was very informative. He bought me a little gift and he didn't seem to be in any kind of hurry. He took all his time when he did that and he helped me out all he could. The delivery guys, they made sure they got everything done and they explained everything to me. It was a nice experience with them. They're friendly. They were all great. They took care of me and they took care of everything up.

    I seem to rest more and I'm more comfortable for the 4 months I've been using it. It helps with my acid reflux. I haven't had any acid reflux since I've had it. That's the best part of it that seems to help. The only thing I have is it seems like my mattress isn't holding up. It's not as comfortable as it was when I first got it. It's just like it's given. It's sagging and not staying on the bed. It's hanging off of the bed. It doesn't feel like it did when I first started sleeping on it.

    It's been a month or two. I got some advertisement, I guess, about a pillow and I thought that I'd get the pillow. The next thing I know, there comes a salesman with an Easy Rest bed proposition. It looked like what I might be interested in so I went along with it. But it's the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. One thing - it's too firm. Why the salesman marked it down firm, I'll never know. I guess it's because of the bed that I had and it was really too firm. He didn't ask me. He just wrote it down because I would have told him I wanted a softer mattress. Not only that, but this has got lumps in it. Very uncomfortable.

    My elderly parents bought a comfort rest system, and it was delivered on Sunday, May 19, 2013. On June 6, my father attempted to get a refund because nothing had been done to fix some problems they were having with the mattress. After several attempts to get customer service for the problem, someone finally showed up at their house on June 8 and discovered the mattress had been initially installed wrong. Technically, they had not been able to sleep on the mattress for the first three weeks of ownership due to the installation problem. However, Easy Rest is forcing them to adhere to the return policy that expired BEFORE the mattress was even installed properly.

    On June 10, on their behalf, I called the company and was put on hold for 13 minutes until Diane came to the phone. She was the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. She told me there would be no return of the mattress, that I was not the consumer, and unless I had a court-ordered document proving that my parents were incompetent at the time of the purchase, the deal was done. Then she hung up on me.

    As God is my witness, this story is true. I cannot imagine a worse company to deal with. She refused to give me the name of her supervisor, who also owns the company, and said that he absolutely would not speak to customers. I am in shock. No wonder this company isn't registered with the Better Business Bureau.

    I think we got that Easy Rest bed about the last of February, first of March. Somewhere around in there. We like raising the bed, the head and the foot. We've had Craftmatic adjustable bed for about since 1976, so we knew basically what it was going to be like. But yes, it is a newer style than the Craftmatic and it doesn't make as much noise. My husband said he didn't sleep any better than the Craftmatic. The Easy Rest is a good bed as far as that goes. I think it's hard to sleep on a regular bed if you've slept on one of these. It's nice.

    I decided to get a new bed. I bought the Easy Rest bed when I moved in, probably going on 3 months, and because my husband died last August. I was sleeping in a great, big king sized bed. I had some health problems and that bed was just too big for me. Then I would think that he's there with me. Anyways, I got rid of it. I got just the twin size bed for me because I sleep in one place. I didn't need a bigger one. The salespeople and the delivery team who came were good. They were grand.

    I sleep very well. I think it's helpful to my health. When I get it adjusted, it's just right. I don't have any backaches or anything.     I can't sleep with my head low. My head has to be up that's why I wanted this Easy Rest bed so I can elevate my head and my legs. Someone came here and showed me. I then showed him the bed I had at the time and he showed me how I would lift my legs and what I would do. He did a good job. The delivery people came here in January and showed me how to raise it up and down, and I got it on stationary stand. I didn't want to roll it up and he did okay. The mattress is just so thick, but I had lots of sheets and that's about all. It has worked out real good for that. Though it's expensive good God and I just can't turn the mattress over, it is helpful. It was the best. I would recommend it.

    I have had this Easy Rest bed for a couple of months. I didn't have any problem with the salesperson or the delivery team. They were very nice. I said I wished I had known about them a number of years before my husband died. I was down for years when he died and we needed that to sleep in. Anyway, the rest of my family but me worked at the paper mill so I don't have back trouble. The man came and I told him, 'What if I win the Easy Rest?' He said, 'Well, we want that to happen.     I think my husband got something out on the paper and he saw it. He filled out the form and he said he sent it in. Then they came out and did a demonstration of the bed. I know I asked for semi-firm for me, but I need something a little bit firmer because I had back surgery. Other than that, that's the only problem I have concerning it. I haven't yet contacted customer service. I was trying to give it a chance. Maybe it was just me and my back, but I've been on it 3 months. Also, the thing is that I noticed that the other beds have different numbers that you could set the bed in. I noticed this bed doesn't have that. That's the only concern that I have because it also had the massage in it and all that. I have used that.

    Anyway, I had already recommended it to my sister and I gave her the person that sold the bed to us and stuff, so it's up to them when they're ready to get one. I like the bed. I really do. I like the fact that you can raise the head and foot.

    I bought my Easy Rest bed a couple of months ago. It's doing fine. What I use mostly is the massage thing. At night if I go to bed and my back or shoulders hurt a little bit or something like that, I turn it on and it works really well. I like it. The raising of the foot and the head though, I don't use that. It's too much like a hospital bed and I never did like a hospital bed. I've tried it but I'm not comfortable with it (it's just a personal quirk, nothing against the bed at all).

    The old bed I had was about 8-10 years old and my wife died 4 years ago. The mattress, if you sleep on it would leave a big dip in one side. I would go on sleeping right in the middle of it to kinda keep it level a little bit. It was getting time and some gentleman from Easy Rest came knocking on the door and I said, 'Ok let's do it.' The salesperson was personable and very thorough in his explanations and everything. There's no high pressure. I'd give him a good rating. And the gentleman that installed it was very helpful and nice.

    I just got the Easy Rest ad in the mail and my daughter has one. She lives in Florida and she kept telling me how comfortable it was. She's got the Super King with the heat, the massage and all that stuff. Then Easy Rest called me. It sounded like a good deal, so the salesman came out, spent 4 hours with us and he sold me. He's a good salesman. The salesman and the delivery guy were great. The only problem is I've not gotten the pillows yet.

    A couple of months ago, Easy Rest came out and gave me an extra massage motor and changed the mattress insert. They actually came out and tried to fix the issue. The gentlemen that came and delivered and did the work were very good. And the other crew I had wasn’t too good. I can’t say anything against them. But it’s still no good. I guess it’s not meant to be in that bed. I just made a mistake. I paid $5000 for something that doesn’t suit me. It didn’t do anything for me. I’ve never slept in the bed overnight, all night long. Well, I’d give them a decent number for their service but as far as their product, no. Because they got mad at me when they called me and said, “You’re not going to get your money back. That’s for sure.” I said, “I’m not asking for my money back. That’s my own fault.”

    I've only had my Easy Rest bed for a few months. So far, it hasn't helped in relieving some of my aches and pains in order for me to get a good night's sleep. I thought it would help my back and my legs, but it hasn't. I just find myself worse off when I get up in the morning. I can't lie there all night long.

    There was nothing wrong with the ordering process, but I just think that I jumped to conclusion too soon. The vibrator doesn't even work for me. It doesn't really massage my back, it only rattles it. It's not a soothing massage like they said it was. Since I already spent money, I got to use it. I already put out $5,000, and I'm not happy with it at all. I don't know what's in this bed. It just doesn't work for me.

    I was surprised when they called me. I entered one contest and actually won the bed for free. Anyway, he called and I told him to come out. My sister also has an adjustable bed two years ago and she really enjoyed it. So we had nothing to lose by having our own adjustable bed. I enjoyed the ordering process except the part where I had to haul the bed up myself.

    I don't really have a favorite feature other than the one that allows me to raise my head at night while I'm lying there watching TV before I get sleepy. I've already recommended Easy Rest to one lady, and she said it was too expensive for her. I live on fixed income and most of the people out here cannot afford what I can afford.     I like the raising and the massager and the heating pad, but I don't like the mattress of my Easy Rest bed. This is smaller than my king size bed, and you sort of have to get used to it. It's hard to make up, and I haven't gotten any twin sheets for it. My husband is awful in pulling the covers, so I have to get the top and the bottom. It's pretty high, and I can hardly get on it. My husband doesn't have any problems, but I do. The mattress is so thick.

    We've had it no more than two months definitely, but we're still getting used to it. I can't get my husband to get his head up higher because he's got back problems and diabetes. We both have arthritis too. I'd like to adjust myself in that bed, but my husband sleeps over on my side half the time. And that board is not working as good as a regular, solid bed.

    As far as getting in and out of bed, it may be helpful to use step tools but I don't want one in there. I don't use step tools very much because I have moisturizer on my legs and I don't want to fall off of anything. If it wasn't for the massager and the head raising feature, I would go back to my regular king-size bed, but I don't have it anymore. Anyway, we're having trouble but it's not a bad bed overall.

    I've only had my Easy Rest bed for about three months. I can't remember exactly when we bought it, but since then, I don't have lower back pain anymore as long as I sleep on my back with my head and feet up. I'm surprised that it just disappeared.

    I heard about Easy Rest on TV and read about it on a magazine. There's really no particular reason why I purchased it, except that I really just wanted to try it. Everything turned out fine upon ordering the bed. It was mad house here the day they delivered it. We had cleaning ladies, and we had somebody out there doing some repairs on the house. Since I was away, I never saw them finish the job. They also weren't able to demonstrate how to use the bed; I just read the manual.

    My experience has been good so far. We have two mattresses on a single bed frame. My wife doesn't use her side of the bed. She's always complaining about raising my feet too high. She doesn't like it. It makes it difficult for her to make the bed. Regardless, I would still recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

    The Easy Rest bed is the sorriest thing I've ever seen. I've only had it for a couple of months, and I wish that I've never seen it. I don't like it because it's two beds. I like sleeping close to my wife but I slip in between the gap whenever I try to. We were only supposed to go out to eat dinner but we ended up making a hurried decision on purchasing the bed. We didn't think about the rest of the stuff that came with it. The only thing I like about it is the adjustable feature that allows you to raise your head a little bit when watching TV. The rest of the features, I don't really care about them. I wouldn't recommend Easy Rest to anyone. Truthfully, I am angry at myself for letting them sell me this thing.     I received a post card for the Easy Rest bed that came with something that I ordered. I sent it back sometime between January and February because my husband died, and they told me that I should get rid of the old mattress. We've had our old bed for a while now. We were planning to keep the headboard, though the headboard didn't fit.

    I lie down on the bed, and I go to sleep. I don't lie there and not be able to sleep at all. It's a stressful time so I would say that the bed is comfortable. The dog likes the bed too. I actually bought him a bed to wean him out of mine. One night, he didn't climb on the bed when I was awake; he sneaked down after I was asleep. He must have hit the controls because we both woke up sitting up. He's been trying his own bed but then he'll go back to where he was. Now, I've been keeping him out of the bedroom period.

    The people who set up the bed for me didn't know enough about it. One night, a metal tubing dropped on the floor. I got up and looked at it. I called the sales lady and she said that they can fix it. I said, 'Maybe I don't want to fix it. Maybe I want somebody who knows what it's doing.' I looked at it and placed the smaller end into the larger end and tightened it up. The guy that set up the bed was nice enough though. He cleaned up afterwards because there was dust beneath the old bed when we moved it. I got the vacuum cleaner and he pushed it.

    I didn't take the heating pad. I took the vibration feature instead. I haven't used it enough to know whether I enjoy it or not. I just want to make sure it was there. Overall, I like the bed. However, I think that it's terribly expensive. Once a month, I have to pay $150 and it's going to take me a year and a half to finish paying for it. Of course, there's a lot of interest involved there. I don't think that I would pressure anybody to get off their old beds because, again, it's too expensive.

    This is going to be the last bed I would ever have, I think. I'm 80 years old, and I'm pretty much at the end of my life. I don't have really anything to compare it to because I have not lain in bed at night and not be able to sleep. I'm tired when I go to bed, and I sleep only when the arthritis bothers me. I have to get up and have a cup of tea and then I go to sleep. It seems to me that I could have bought a less expensive bed, and it wouldn't take me so long to pay for it.

    I received a card in the mail that contained information about Easy Rest. I called and asked them to come to our house. My husband was skeptic at first and said that he had no intentions of buying a mattress from them. I told him that I just wanted to see what Easy Rest had to offer and how their product can help relieve us of our back pains. My husband also has fibromyalgia and his back was killing him. He could not rest on the bed that we had. If Easy Rest can help us with our back problems, then it would be worth it.

    They did a good job in displaying the product. They even called the manager, and he was able to give us a good price. The bed we picked was the best one they had in the market. It was rather a big deal on that. We were able to afford it because we could pay for it on a monthly basis. That's what we're doing now.

    We got the twin-size double beds - two beds. Having separate beds allows us to do the things we want and when we want to without affecting the other. For instance, my husband likes to take naps in the morning. Since he can't lie down flat, he just pushes the button and moves the head of the bed. I can then remain in the position I was in, and he doesn't bother my side with his preferred set up. Also, we don't like to watch the same TV programs. I have one TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. I go inside the bedroom at night if I have a favorite program to watch. I sit down on the bed, push some buttons, raise the head up and sit there to watch TV.

    I also like the massager. I have multiple sclerosis, and I just get really relaxed whenever I turn the massager on. I just love it. Before I got the Easy Rest I was waking up every morning like at 4:30 or something and my back hurt so bad I had to get up and come in the living room and sit in the recliner. Now I can sleep until 8:00. I would tell anyone that asked me about the Easy Rest bed if they have back problems, they need to get this bed because it's amazing how it has helped us with our back problems. The product is absolutely marvelous!

    My Easy Rest bed has not done much good though. I've had it for maybe 2 months now. If I get it up too far, it gives my legs cramps or something. I have to wake up and go down. I have not tried the vibration feature either. It doesn't feel good that much. I don't think they used very good materials in making it. Other than the head raising part, I can't see much worth in the bed.

    I saw the ad on TV. I only got the bed because my wife was about to have her hip reclosed and I have a bad knee. Being able to sleep with my feet up makes the pain subside quite a bit. And for a while, I couldn't sleep in any way except on my back. I slept on a lounge chair for a year, so I figured it would be more comfortable than the lounge chair was. And it was. I looked at one at the local store, but I didn't like it. So I just decided to go with Easy Rest. I have it now for probably about six months.

    I tried to contact the company the first week I had it because I was having trouble with one of the controllers. I have no idea what the trouble is, but every now and then it doesn't work. Then the next 15-20 minutes later, I can pick it up and it works fine. And the batteries, it doesn't help a bit. Contacting the company was very bad. I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone. I haven't tried since then. I couldn't even get the phone to ring right. I'd get an answering machine, but nobody would answer it. Except for no contact, Easy Rest is fine.

    I have sleep apnea, and I'm currently on CPAP. I purchased the Easy Rest bed a couple of months ago hoping that it would help. I think it has but I'm just afraid to not use CPAP, not right now anyway. I don't really have any aches and pains. I haven't noticed that much difference but it's definitely better than my old mattress. And I didn't have any trouble with the ordering and delivery process.     I had Craftmatic for like 20 years. I was trying to find the Crafmatic people but got a hold of Easy Rest instead. They came over and talked to me about their bed and that's how I ended up getting the Easy Rest bed. This happened sometime in January. Since then, I've been able to get a better night's sleep. The ordering process was fine. They delivered the bed like they said they will deliver it. Everything went well. I'm enjoying the bed. I specifically like the massage and the feature that allows me to elevate my feet. As for the price, it's kind of expensive and the price, to me, was steep.     I got this bed a couple of months ago. I didn't have any problem with ordering and getting it here, but they gave me the wrong parts for the headboard and footboard. We tried them and they won't fit this bed. I think it's the queen size or something. This is a small one. I haven't called them yet. As per the bed, I sleep pretty well on it. Well, sometimes I have to sleep with my feet up because they swell. That's the thing. And I can't lay flat, straight down, so I lay with my head up a little bit and I feel better.

    I had no problem with the team at Easy Rest; it's just that the bed is not what I thought it would be. It's not a very good bed. I don't get comfortable on it. And I gotta change the pad and put on rubber and turn the mattress - that's pretty tough for a 77 year old woman. They don't tell you that when you buy it that you gotta turn it and do all that. I can sleep but it's not as comfortable as I thought it'd be. I won't recommend it. It's overpriced and over-marketed.

    I got a deal in the mail. You fill it out, send it in and maybe win one. I got a call, wanted to know if I'd be interested to have the salesman come around. He was here for quite some time. The prices started out pretty high, but it came down within my range, so I got one. The salesman was really courteous and everything. I was well satisfied with the people I talked to at the office when he called them. They set everything up for me. I told them I was on limited income and he said, 'Well I dare to say that you are paying the phone bill for $199 a month and they're not.' And he set it up. They send me a notice every month in Kansas where I live. Everything's worked out real good.

    I am well pleased with Easy Rest, and that makes it king size. As a matter of fact, it's a California king. Both of them together are 70 inches wide and 80 inches long. The doctor (I am diabetic) told me to sleep with my feet up above my chest to keep them from swelling. That works out really well for me. Also, my wife turns the TV on to watch the news and she likes to bring the bed up into a sitting position. So we do that. Everything works out the way the directions say. I have the firm mattress on my side of the bed and she has a pink-colored one, softer. My wife and I both are real satisfied with it.

    I've already commented to several people about it. I tell that it's a really fine bed and I'd recommend it to anybody that comes in and asks me about it.

    One way to put it - beautiful. And I got the bed about the right time because basically I need the elevation with my lower extremity. I don't know what the heck happened to me but I went to the doctor for my leg for the swelling. As a result, it was just in time because one of the things that he told me I had to do was to elevate that leg. It beats the pillow. It's been about a month now since I bought the bed.

    Before the salesman came out and talked to me about the Easy Rest, I have had a mattress for about 10 years that it was on that same frame, same bed, same type of bed but it wasn't Easy Rest (once you've had one, you're not gonna settle for anything else.). I think I got the best one which was thicker, the mattress was thicker and everything else. Then my son, 33, had an accident while he was working. The lower part of his back, 5th and 6th vertebrae, he's been having problems with that and everything else. I gave him this one and I picked the other one.

    The elevation of the head and the lower extremities, the vibrator, that's all I needed. I don't know if it has anything else to it. You can take it from an 82 year old man... it's beautiful.

At the time, I didn't know of any others around. But since I got this, I realized there are others around... other brands, other companies and so on.

    I like my Easy Rest bed very much. I was having trouble with dizziness when I'd lie down and I don't have that anymore. I thought maybe that would help me, and I think it did.     I think the bed has helped my legs. I've been using it for several months now. I have trouble with the veins in my legs. I've been operated on twice. I like most of the features. It does help me go off to sleep at times. I think it's just a nice bed. It's been comfortable for me.

    I wasn't the one who decided to buy it. My son had called and had them to come by here. That's why I got it. And then he passed away. I just got what he wanted I guess.     I think it's been about 4 months that we've had the bed. Easy Rest just seemed like a good thing at the time. The sales, they came to demonstrate. My wife has trouble with her leg. Mine's normal overworked pains, and I like the vibrate that it had on it. I was in it for that but to sleep all night in it, I don't know. I just can't do it. It's just me not getting used to it. I tried a couple of times and it just seemed like it was twisted up. It isn't right. But she likes it, so I'll sleep in it.

    I'm dissatisfied. I can't say I am angry and I can't say I am happy. Well for one, it's too expensive. It's not what I had in mind. I expected maybe more wonders, miracles. The old bed is more comfortable to me now.

    The reason I chose Easy Rest was the price. I received a very good deal on it. Actually I already had an adjustable bed. I had one of them (the company that Easy Rest used to be) when I lived before in my trailer. I can't think of the name now, but I understood that Easy Rest had bought the other company out that's why I bought the Easy Rest four months ago. I am a VA.     The guy told me the regular sheets will fit; it doesn't fit. They have an extra piece like mattress that they put on there. I think because of that extra piece, it makes the regular sheets not big enough. But the bed comes with that. And I don't think the Easy Rest helped with pain; it might help you to be a little bit more comfortable sitting up in bed and stuff like that, in which the Craftmatic did the same thing. The only thing that I see that is a little more different than the Craftmatic is they have a little bit more different positions. If somebody will ask me, I wouldn't go advertise it but wouldn't say anything bad about it. But if they'll ask me which one I would choose, I would choose the Craftmatic.

    Since you haven't purchased a new bed in many years you may not realize just how thick mattresses on the market are today. The average depth of a mattress on the market today is 12 to 15 inches. Most sheets on the market are made to fit those dimensions and our Sales Representative was most likely referring to sheets in stores today as being "regular". Your older sheets probably were made for mattresses that were 8 - 10 inches in depth and those would not stay on your new mattress. You can find sheets to fit your bed at any store that sells bedding. We will be calling you to explain this.

    Our Easy Rest bed was delivered 4-5 months ago. Everybody was very good. The salesman was very good. The people that brought it in and installed it were excellent. I didn't pay the full price. I got a pretty hefty discount. It's not what I expected, but it's better than what the old bed was. I had lower back pains so we thought the vibrator and being able to raise the bed would be an asset to it. Honestly, it's not that big of an asset. It's split in the center. It's a two single mattresses. That's not near as good as I thought it would be.

    There are a few things that I thought they could really improve on. One of the biggest would be the edges of the bed because that always starts to wear off. The edges could be a lot stiffer. The mattresses (there are two mattresses) are wider than the box (the base of the bed). That's a very big inconvenience. My wife sleeps on the edge of the bed. I told her already, 'You're going to fall out one of these nights...' I'm not disappointed, but I wouldn't recommend it. Not for the people in this area. I mean, it works, but it didn't meet our expectations. For the money, I don't feel that I got what I paid for. The regular price on it is way out of line for what people have money. Maybe New York would have more money that would sell better. But around here, that was a big investment.

    I have 3 back operations. I have longstanding pain. It's there but I have learned to deal with it. Then I figured I deserve a good bed - I just wanted to be comfortable. So I went ahead and saved the money for it (I knew it would be expensive). And I got a mailer from Easy Rest. I think because of that I was able to make the first call. The young man that did the demonstration was very personable. It was his first job off college. And it was his first sale. I felt good that I was able to do that for him. But he was very sweet when he did explain everything. I had a very good experience with them.

    I've been using the Easy Rest bed for almost 5 months. I'd say it does certainly make me feel more comfortable. I read a lot at night time when I go to bed and I put it up on both ends. And everybody that walks in this house gets the demonstration and they all love it. I had my son and my daughter-in-law on it just the other day, and they didn't want to get out of bed!

    On the other hand, when I'm laying on the bed, there seems to be something hard in the middle. I don't know if that's a mechanism that makes it go up and down or the vibrator. I'm not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend it and I have to some of my friends. The only thing is, when I recommend it to friends, they ask how much it is. I tell them and they do think that's a bit high. But it's very comfortable. I get a good night's sleep. Very luxurious... I feel like I'm very special when I can put the bed up and down without being in a hospital - 'cause that's what you do in a hospital - and I have that feature right in my bedroom :)

    I have had this bed for about 2 or 3 months ago. I had one before. It wasn't an Easy Rest, but it was made like it. It was almost 30 years old, so I needed a new mattress. I wanted a heavier mattress that's why I bought the Easy Rest bed. It's the same as what I had.     I chose Easy Rest because of the price I guess. I learned about the bed when I signed up for the demo, like a contest for a free bed or something. I haven't really tried using any other beds. I love my bed!

    I had a good experience with the team from Easy Rest. The guy that set it up was very knowledgeable. The guy that came out and talked to me and sold me the bed was also very knowledgeable and nice and very personable. The bed was brought to me 5 months ago. I've always had a lot of back problems. Very restless when I sleep and I have sleep apnea. And the bed has helped all of that, especially the massage quite a bit. I like the fact that I can raise my head and my feet to a comfortable position. It hasn't cured anything but it has helped it a lot. Now I've been getting a better night's sleep. The only drawback is there is no foot board. I have to lift the feet up so I don't slide out of it.

    I read about Easy Rest in a magazine, and they called me. I got the bed maybe three months, six months ago - not very long. No bad experience. I got it due to the fact that I have a knee problem. I have artificial hips and an artificial knee. I have to have my artificial knee replaced this month, so I like the part that I can put my leg up and also kind of my head up. So that's the position I sleep in. My head a little higher and my leg up really high. That's why I got the bed. The only thing I dislike about it is the sheets don't fit. That's the only problem I have - getting sheets that will stay on the bed during the night. Still it's excellent. It only takes one word. I love it.

    I was trying to find something that would make me comfortable... an adjustable bed that will work for me. One of my friends recommended I try Easy Rest because she had it. I think I got it in February, and I'm dissatisfied. I can't seem to get the bottom up. The mattress seems to keep sagging down to the floor. My children last week tried to adjust it again. For some reason, I don't know what's wrong with it. It seems I have the most difficulty after I invested that kind of money. I want this thing just to move. It cost me a lot of money and now I don't think it was worth better than it does for me.

    We have had this Easy Rest bed for three months now. We had a Craftmatic bed and my wife had an operation about 10 years ago. She liked the Craftmatic bed. Easy Rest called on the phone and then the bed was presented to us (they did a great job). It was a little thicker and firmer than the Craftmatic. We needed to update, so we just updated it. My favorite feature is the raising of the head. My wife would say raising of the knee. Very relaxable.

    I got my Easy Rest bed sometime in January. I don't know why I took on Easy Rest. I guess they must have sent something in the mail and I called and they came, and we went through it. I didn't exactly know what it cost until everything was done. I accepted it anyway. I had acid reflux and I was recommended to sleep on a wedge.

    I'm not too happy with it because on the front side, on the right side where I sleep, it's very soft. Then when I get off and sleep on the edge, I slip off of the bed. I haven't really used the massage or anything. I just lift the head of the bed. I raise that and I need to raise my feet too. I guess it would help me if I do, but I don't really do it. I called the rep, that guy who came to sell it to me, and he never returned my calls because they said they can't contact him because he is in the field. He is always out. That's the answer I got when I called the general number. I sent them an email and nobody has contacted me. All of last year I was very sick, but I started feeling better in January. Now I'm feeling better, so I'm going to sit down and I'm going to write to this company again. I'm going to make sure this time I keep a copy because it's been too long but nobody has contacted me. I'm very disappointed in them.

    I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. It's overpriced also. The bed is no different from any other bed, only that it has the features. My old mattress was as good as this one.

    I did a lot of internet searching and clicked on a lot of different companies. When I saw that it was made in the United States, I hovered back to Easy Rest. I wanted something made in the United States and that was basically the turning point. I purchased it in January. Everything went perfectly. There's some confusion at first about the delivery because my building has some strange requirements, but I think I passed that and it wasn't a big issue. Everything went well.

    I find raising the head of the bed helps a lot and raising the feet a little bit (not necessarily a full position) while television watching, which I don't do that much in the bedroom, but comes in handy. I don't find the vibrating feature to be of any use at all really. It's not really massage; it's vibrating and that doesn't do anything at all.

    Still, I would recommend it. I mean it's more expensive than other brands, but that it's made in the U.S.A. was more important to me than a lower price.

    I had the same bed ever since I was married. I've had different mattresses but they're 60 something years. I really don't remember how I heard about the Easy Rest bed. I called maybe. I thought, ''Well, as long as I'm getting in 85 I might as well get something that's going to be comfortable where I could put the feet up and the head up.' But I didn't want a hospital bed. Then a gentleman came out and told me all about it and how you don't sit and all that and everything. It sounds like something I really shouldn't have spent the money on. I mean it's an expensive bed (my son almost flipped over when I told him that I never bought anything for myself). But I figured I needed a new bed and a new mattress too, so I decided I would try this bed.

    I had acid reflux and I put the head up. I'm also being treated for blood clots so I have the feet up. I think the Easy Rest bed has helped with that. It hasn't been a year since I bought it. When I make it up and everything as I go out and work in the yard or something or my back is really tired, I'd like to go in and lay down right on top of the bed and turn the vibrator on. The installer explained it to me how to use it and I understood everything he was saying. You can turn the vibrator on or you can turn the massage and it runs for half an hour. Then if you want to shut it off for some reason, you push any one of the buttons. I tried that. It does work that way and everything.

    My husband is gone so I have particularly a double bed. But in our other mattresses, one side would just be lumpy. You lay on it and it would indent and then the other side. So now I'm afraid I'll get impression on one side. So what I do now is I sleep from one side to the other. I didn't know the mattress would sag certainly with time.

    I got one question though on the remote; it's confusing for me. They work if you push them right and the feet will come up and then the head will come up. When you push the remote, it shows one side by side and the head no. I'm not quite sure if I'm holding one too long or if you're supposed to hold the foot and the head to come up together. So maybe it might be something I'm doing all along. Other than that, I'm happy with it. I have their number and I thought about calling and asking if I was doing it right or not. But there was really no paper instructions I remember seeing.

    Also, the thing I'm having a hard time with is that it doesn't have a foot board or anything and I have a hard time getting my sheets to fit. My full size sheets don't fit. The fit is long. He said he made it two inches longer than a regular mattress, a double. That's fine. Then the queen size is way too big so I need to buy sheets for it. But I'm not mad. I'm happy with it.

    I'm happy with the Easy Rest bed all along. I wish they would have better instructions for the remote. But that's the only thing really that I don't like. I would say I would recommend them to somebody else.

    I can't remember exactly how long it's been since we've had this bed, but just a few months. We had one before - another brand, but it was very similar - and our house burned and we lost that. I saw the Easy Rest on TV and I called and they sent me some material. Then this young lady came down and she told us about the Easy Rest bed. From what they quoted us to start with, it kept coming down a little bit and all. The other brand that we used to have was more expensive. But the Easy Rest bed was not cheap by any means. Still, we decided to find out about it and then decided to get it

    The delivery people were very nice. We got the king size. So it's two beds and there's a little key (that's what they call it) and I believe that you could take the bed apart if you wanted to. I don't remember what in the world we did with that little key. I don't know what we did with that, because someday we might want to take the bed apart. It's a very big bed. I did have trouble finding a spread that was big enough to go across it. We don't have computer or anything, but my son and his wife do and so she went online and found a place where she could get I think what is called a California King bedspread. I got this big bedspread and it is big enough. So anyway, we could have done just fine with the queen size, and my husband said, 'No, I think we're gonna need a bigger one.' So we got the king and he's happy with it.

    I didn't really have an injury, but my legs swell sometimes from edema. But anyway I do use it this way - I put my legs up some. And then I do have some heart problems so I'd raise my head some and it helps on that. We have the vibrator on this bed too, which I really don't use because I can go to sleep without that. We have had it on, but it's not one of our favorite things. But just the fact that you can raise your head or raise your legs up when you want to, that is very comfortable and I like that feature a lot.

    It's still an expensive bed, but it's a good bed. It's different and it's comfortable. Not just a regular bed.

    My wife wanted a new bed, and we really needed a little bit of pad up. Something came in the mail, just in the right time, and so we called them. The sales person was excellent, very personal. He took time and answered all of the questions we had for them. The installers were good. No problem. I didn't call the sales person back, but I'll tell you right now that I won't have to. It was just fine. There's nothing wrong with the people.

    We've had our Easy Rest bed 3 months now. With the Easy Rest bed, I can raise my head up and I can raise my feet up, and often times I have to use the massager to relax my back. So that's why we have it. But we need a slight adjustment... We got two but we have them side by side as if it was a double bed but they are definitely single beds. Also, the installers have put something at the very bottom (under the mattress box spring) and one is 2 inches longer than the other although they are of the same length, so one sticks out 2 inches further than the other. And we're 76 years old and I can't adjust them. I'm just going to call the sales manager regarding this issue. Anyway, I think the bed was overpriced. But other than that, our experience with Easy Rest was just fine.

    I've got a phone call from the company telling me all about it and all that stuff and that got me thinking about it. So then the sales guy showed up. The bed has the features that I really wanted so I bought it just about in January. I use some of them, but some I can't use. Anyhow, I just wished I thought more about it before I did it.

    The Easy Rest bed has kinda helped with the sleeping and all that sort of thing, but I still can't sleep that good. When you're laying down, you can have your feet elevated and all that stuff, but when you go to your side, you cannot do that. All it does is create more pain. So if you're straight on your back, yeah that's fantastic. But I can't stay on my back that long. I did not take that into consideration when I bought it.

    I have a lower spine condition. I have a combination of a couple of things. My spine is actually slowly deteriorating. And because my back has continued to deteriorate over the years, and since the Easy Rest bed was the first adjustable bed that I came across, this prompted me to look into it further. But there were some adjustments made and so I agreed to go along with it and finally got my Easy bed 4-5 months ago.

    My experiences with the sales person were quite pleasant. He took plenty of time to explain things for me and in answering my questions. That went well. But it was kinda surprise to hear that being in Hampshire, that he was dealing with an office in Maryland. I ended up talking to, I think, two different people from the company at the head office.

    With regards to the people who came in to set it up, it was a man and woman team and the setup went reasonably well. But I had some questions... I had been told by sales person that I could continue to use my headboard and the people who came to mount it agreed with that. However, they discovered that it really was not a steady... it was not going to work. Not that way. They had to make some adjustments, which they did. I then pointed out somethings to them. I said, 'What about this?' They have brought the rollers that come with the bed. They put them on the lamp stand next to the bed, and I asked, 'So what are those?' ''So you'd think you probably wouldn't want those,'' and I said, 'Well, I think you should let me make that decision.' And I did, so they proceeded to put them on...

    Also, I'd been told I was going to be given plenty of advance notice. I was called in advance, but then things got moved up, and things moved rather quickly. The two people who came here were anxious to be on their way. So I was generally favorably impressed, but I would not give them a 100% rating. Generally quite satisfactory. This bed has helped me get a better night's sleep. And by being able to raise the lower part of the bed and the upper part of the bed, I'm able to get it into a more comfortable position that's more comfortable for my back.

    I have taken about a 30-foot fall and I've had to sleep in a half way sitting up position for 8 months now and I couldn't do it. Then I saw the Easy Rest bed on television. But it's either that or I read it on a paper somewhere, I don't remember. But I had been thinking about it for years, so once I decided that I needed it, I went ahead. I have had it just a few months and well I'm satisfied. I got a recliner in the bed that would recline in the back in just the right position, so it helped.     I have a tendency to have my feet, and ankle, and legs swell up lightly (and can be all swollen) and of course Easy Rest is good because I can elevate my legs. And of course I have enjoyed the vibrating system as well. It seemingly is a great help. And prior to getting the Easy Rest, I was doing most of my sleep in the sofa recliner (because I have congestive heart failure). And since I've had this bed, since January, I've spent every night in the bed.

    Actually, I chose Easy Rest because it was the only one that we had looked at. So when I sent in a card or something, I got a contract to agree to a salesman to come by and show it. And all was fine before I received the bed... The salesman did a good job. I thought it was really a good job of demonstrating and explaining and answering questions. And the fellows coming in to set it up and all did a great job in explaining everything.

    My only bit of a disappointment is the Easy Rest company promised to send sheets that I've never received even after me calling and reminding them one time. Also, I was promised a pillow that I could not forget. I have problems with people making promises and not fulfilling those promises. And I was quite disappointed in the part when I asked the salesman to give me his name and his phone number - he refused to. He said he wasn't allowed to do that. So I couldn't call him. I couldn't call him to complain or anything. I was supposed to call the company. Anyway, I only complain but I'm enjoying the bed and I am not exactly angry with my whole experience with this company.

    I've had back surgery and because of my back I purchased the Easy Rest bed about two months ago. I needed the support. The delivery team came and they took my box spring off my bed and put it in the back room on another bed. It was such a giant bed, but they were very nice. The bed helps me with my back and it definitely worked (I just had to sleep on the edge because they claim that I need 2 more vertebrae to use the bed).

    The only thing that right now I am complaining about is the way that I can't lift it myself. I can't lift the mattress. There's no way to raise this thing, lift up your head, and you can't really switch the mattress around. And it seems like there's not enough support under it to hold me up without me sleeping on the very edge where it meets the bed. (I think I have complained to them about these issues one time before.)

    I would recommend it to a friend except for the cost of it. I'm living on retirement income right now and the expense of it is absolutely staggering (with all the medical expenses I've got right now). Actually, I've got an offer in the mail for the same kind of bed from another company for a hundred or over a thousand dollars less. I didn't even know that there were more than one company making beds like these with the controllable mattress...

    2 or 3 months ago, I got a card that if I send it in, I might have a chance to get an Easy Rest bed. But instead of that, I got a salesman. Well, I had a good salesman. I don't really like the bed. I think the bed is terribly overrated and just too expensive. And I'm a bilateral amputee and it's hard to get in and out of that bed. It's especially hard to get out of it. It's not been a really good experience. I'd love to give it back to Easy Rest.

    We've had the Easy Rest bed since the latter part of February. I was getting over surgery from a broken thigh and my husband's got a bad back. We're 90 years old. My problem is that I have to get up and down so often in the night and my husband does too so that's kind of disturbing but otherwise, he thinks he's sleeping good and I do too because I can raise my feet and take the pressure off of this place where I had my surgery. I do have bad knees and so it helps that too.

    It was the salesperson I guess who made us decide on the bed. She was really good and we already needed a mattress so when we found out that we can do this and then they just went along with us and accommodated us in lots of ways, we just went with them.

    The bed moves around a bit and my husband took the rollers off. It still does a bit but not as bad as it did. I haven't had any trouble, none that I know of but just the fact that it's so hard to make the bed up. I find the bed satisfactory and when I get time, I will call and ask them about the making up of the bed.

    I had a demonstration on the Easy Rest bed at my house and I was going to get a mattress anyway so we had to get one. When we checked it out to see if it would make a better bed, I decided to try it out and that's what I did. It was all the things that they told me it would do.     I've always been in a hospital bed and it was nowhere near as nice as this Easy Rest bed. I'm diagnosed with chronic pain, cancer and a whole bunch of things. I was just hanging on so if I could have a good bed on my way out. I was just looking for something that I could sleep on. I couldn't sleep. Every time I move that steel in my back, titanium, it hurts and I could only take as much medicine.

    I was just watching TV and I had what the hospital delivered to the place I stay at. I said, ''I thought it will be a hospital bed.'' It did everything. I could pull myself up.     I was having back trouble and I have really bad arthritis. They called and I said maybe I can take it out and see what it's like. I listened to what he said and I really liked it. So we got our Easy Rest Bed on the first of the year or near the end of last year.

    It has given me a better night's sleep and a free pillow too. I like raising the bed since I have asthma. Other than that, I like all of the other features of the bed. I can't tell if one thing is better than the other because all of it is good - the massage, the way I can raise my feet up, my legs up at night, my head, and back.     I saw the Easy Rest ad on TV and it was recommended for so many reasons. I bought the bed because I thought it was going to help me but it's a little bit too soft for me. I wasn't really aware that it was too soft. I thought it was going to be comfortable, something similar to what I was already sleeping on because I have a firm mattress. They didn't give me an option of choosing a softer or firmer bed. Maybe I know it was going to be elevated in different positions. My right leg is numb from poor circulation so it's not as comfortable as a spring bed that I would like to have.

    The delivery people were very kind and they did their job. They did what they were supposed to do and so I have no problems with that. It's not the people; it's the material that I have; it's the bed that I'm not satisfied with. I've called once and asked if they had closed or something because I didn't get to talk with them and I hadn't called back anymore. I really, really truly told the man that if I could get him to take it back, I truly would. I'm dissatisfied with it.

    I bought the Easy Rest bed on December 28th, 2012. I had read about it and I got a brochure through the mail and it looked good to me. I found it good and so I called them and somebody came and this girl, Lacey, was as nice as she could be. She came and she wrote it up and I talked to the man on the phone and I paid $3,000 cash for that bed.

    The reason that I wanted this bed was because I like the idea of being able to elevate my feet. I need it to because I have an ankle that is swollen and I also wanted to be able to sit up in bed and read which I have not been able to do because every time I try to use any of those mechanisms, the bed right off walks. I have it about a foot from the wall and it's up against that wall again. It was when they came back the last time. It's just very aggravating to me to spend that much money on a bed and not get any satisfaction from it.

    Also, it was way too soft so they did come and put something in between the mattress and it has helped some but it's still not firm enough to me. Anyway, that's why I felt that because it's like that way it was; that metal part that was down on the floor, after they left here, wasn't even in the bed in anyway. When they came back this last time they put that back down in the foot of the bed but right now it's at least six inches off the bottom part because it won't stay secure in there. It moves all the time. It needs something to make the head of the bed stay firm where it was supposed to stay but it just won't stay there.

    When they came last time, they thought they had it. They put that metal piece down in the foot and I thought, ''Well, this is going to take care of it.'' A week later it was back off the box spring again. I just don't understand it because I haven't been using the remote control at all because of it moving like it does.

    I have not enjoyed one night of it. I haven't been able to use it for what I got it for. I wish I hadn't done it.

    I've had my Easy Rest Bed for about 5 or 6 months. To be honest, I really didn't want to buy the bed. I just thought I might win a free one. I had two more big payments to make on a credit card I want to make before I did anything. But we finally got the payment down to where I thought we could afford it. The bed that I had was 40 years old. Basically, my motive was it was time for a new one anyway; I just needed a bed. And the price, I've worked out to a point where I could afford it.

    The salesperson was very good. He spent a lot of time. I think he was there for 5 hours. And so, as far as that goes, it was fine. I thought it was a little bit too long but then we did a lot of talking back and forth to the office. The three boys that delivered the bed did an excellent job. They made sure I was very happy. They told me a few things that I should do with the bed to make it last longer and to perform better.

    Most people buy them because they have a back problem. And I could see where that would be very helpful. I don't have any injuries. I just like to read my bible before I go to bed. So I just crank it way up and lean back. And I leave the vibrator on and read for a while. Then I go to a second setting which is just raising my head and feet just slightly. And that's what I like about it. It's fine, it does a very good job and I'm very happy with the bed. I don't really have a problem with any part of it. It's all good experience. There wasn't anything done that wasn't done properly.

    I had a bed before and there was a really thick mattress on it. I wanted to give it to somebody, but they didn't want to because there was some kind of bed bugs in it. So I want to fix the bed and put it in my camper. I got the Easy Rest about 2 months ago. I thought it was something like what my father had. I bought it unseen. I don't think that's really wise; it was a bad mistake.

    The sales person was trying to force me. He called his manager and he talked to me. I don't think they should sell something like that. The only thing I enjoy about the bed was the vibration feature. But other than that, I'm not really satisfied with the bed, and I'm not really happy with it. I don't know, maybe I'll be satisfied later on.

    I had back trouble and my wife and I were talking about if we have a hospital-type bed. And this particular bed came that way. So we got our Easy Rest Bed about 4 months ago. The guy that came here totally sold me on the bed. On the day of delivery, they showed me how to use it and answered my questions. There was a miscommunication between the salesman and the people who brought the bed. On my contract, it said that they would move the bed from one bedroom to the other before they put in the new bed. And there was a little trouble because nobody said anything about that. They said they normally don't do that, but they did.

    I would recommend the bed, but you got to learn how to sleep on it first. My wife has never gotten used to it; it's too hard for her. They do have a softer thing, but it's only a couple of inches. That wouldn't be that great. We were going to get a pillow top and put the pillow top on top of it. But once you get used to it, it's great. I like it.

    I've had my Easy Rest Bed for a few months now. I got it because I have arthritis in my shoulders. For years, I've been hearing about it. And I thought they've been selling these a long time; they must be really good. But now the bed is killing me. I can't get comfortable in it. It doesn't bother my husband; it's just me.

    The sales person and the delivery team were really good. I like that it adjusts, but the mattress is just not comfortable. They've put the softest thing they could put in it, and it's still too firm. I had thought about getting memory foam, they're a lot of money too. I have a TV in the bedroom and sometimes I'll put it up and sit in bed and watch TV. I never lay flat anymore.

    My only comment about this is I would never buy a bed which I can't try out first. With all that money, I don't like it. I think it's the softest it can be for me. I just wouldn't buy another one, that's all.

    I've got a back problem. It hurts so bad, I'll go ahead and get up. I would sleep 4 or 5 hours straight. Then we had a salesman come in. The Easy Rest bed is the first one we had looked at. He gave us a speech on it and all and was here about three hours on it. He went over pretty good with it, so my wife and I decided we'll go ahead and try it. So that's what we did... We got the bed in December. They came and put it in and showed us how to use the bed. We're satisfied with it so far.

    I just use it to raise it up about four or five inches in the night. I try to lay asleep on my back, but I can't do it so I sleep on my side. I sleep for an hour and a half maybe and then I've got to switch again. Finally, I'll sit up on the side of the bed and finally I just settle in.

    The salesman said it was a whole lot real quiet bed, but it's not as quiet as we thought it would be. He had also mentioned that we could get a different set of foam pads for it, but we haven't called them yet about that. Overall, I guess it's all right. I would recommend them.

    My Craftmatic didn't work anymore and they're out of business. I'm confined to my home, and I didn't know where to go. I can't walk without a cane. I couldn't really go out and walk, but Easy Rest sent me something to the house. I responded; they sent a salesman then and I bought the bed two months ago.

    It's done great. I don't use it as an adjustable bed, but it doesn't raise my legs the way Craftmatic did. I don't think they could raise the height of the legs. I also have trouble with the remote but haven't contacted customer service about it.

    It has been two or three months since I have had the Easy Rest bed. One of the representatives happened to call me and I thought about making an appointment. I thought, ''Well, okay.'' The reason I decided to get a new mattress is I have had the previous one for about 20 years, and it was time to replace the mattress. I sometimes thought it would be interesting to have an adjustable mattress, so it just happened at the right time. The salesperson was a very nice and very thorough person. It wasn't so hard to sell. It's a good deal and it was fine. I can't remember specific questions that I asked him, but pretty much he answered all of my questions.

    When he was here, he was helping me and, unfortunately, broke a lamp. He was very nice and very apologetic about it. He was a gentleman and he did answer my questions. He was very thorough and very helpful.

    I'm not sure I've made the best decision, but I'm certainly happy with the bed. I must admit I probably should have researched more, but it appeared and I thought, ''Well, this sounds like a good idea.'' I find it a little bit lumpy. That's one of the problems, but basically that doesn't bother me too much. I'm a very sound sleeper. If you gave me a rock to sleep on, I'd probably fall asleep on that too.

    Actually, what I'm using it for mostly is for reading in bed. I like to raise the back and raise the foot to a position where I'm comfortable reading. I usually do that maybe for about an hour every night. Periodically I've also thought of raising the head because when I sleep, I do have a problem with my left arm where it stings and have all kinds of pains. I find it easier where I raise the head of the bed so that I don't have too much weight on that when I'm sleeping on my left side. Those are the main features and I'm totally happy with it. Sometimes I think, ''Gee, I wonder if I really needed this.'' But it's something I've always wanted to try.

    I'm not apt to get up and recommend things to people, but I'm fairly satisfied with it. Sometimes I think that the mattress feels a little bit lumpy, but that's I guess beside the point. But I do like the adjustable feature, so I'm finding it comfortable. It's a good looking setup.
