I paid up to almost $4000 for my Easy Rest bed. I initially told them the price they gave me was too much for me and so they called the supervisor back somewhere and they got it down to $2100. I decided to go ahead and do it but by the time they got done with it, they let the contract go out to somebody else. And at the end, they had $2800 on me and then the contract people put another $1200.
I called them and they told me that I had already signed for it so I was going to have to pay it anyway, and that was the end of it. As far as I’m concerned, they do everything they can to screw somebody. I’m 85 years old and on social security and don’t have a lot of money coming in. They would not oblige me by doing what I had agreed to in the beginning which was the $2100, and then carry their own papers. They had to go through somebody else to stalk me for another $1200. These people are not respectable to even be in business the way they do.

I needed a new bed and was talking to somebody about purchasing the adjustable type. I decided to try the one from Easy Rest. It’s comfortable and I like that I can adjust my head and feet. The Easy Rest team was helpful and courteous.

The massage feature of my Easy Rest bed has helped me with my leg problem. I put it on every night and it works great, especially when I hurt my knee during gardening. It makes me feel relaxed when I go to sleep. The Easy Rest gentleman worked out my payments and he was very good. Although the delivery had some trouble finding my place but they finally came that night. I was treated very well and everyone who came in was very good. I have had a great experience with Easy Rest.

I originally had an orthopedic bed on a metal frame and the mattress was getting weak. I saw an Easy Rest bed and thought I’d try it. It’s comfortable to lie in and it’s lighter than the bed I was using. I’m getting the comfort and sleep I need. The one problem I’m having with it is it has a tendency to slide off a little bit about 3 to 4 inches off the side of the bed. My interaction with Easy Rest associates was very good. I sent in a card that was in my mail. I’ve had an interesting conversation with them and they answered almost all the questions I had. It’s a pretty good experience.

The Easy Rest bed has been a lifesaver for my husband. He had trouble with his COPD for quite a few years now and this bed has relieved a lot of his medical issues. He needed the bed to be elevated because he can’t lie flat and needs the oxygen at night, so the bed has relieved him from struggling. The massage is wonderful. He can fall asleep EASILY with it. Even before it’s off, he’s asleep. He doesn’t remember. He used to always have a problem trying to fall asleep and it has helped him immensely. He’s well rested and able to function during the day. He loves everything about this bed - the heat, the massage and how he can elevate his feet and legs. Easy Rest has improved his life. He had a wonderful experience and the people were great!

I purchased an EasyRest bed because I needed to raise my head up in order to breathe better and to avoid acid reflux. I’ve been using pillows and the rep assured me that it would work a lot better if I raise the head of the bed up. All my life, I’ve laid on a flat mattress. This is the first adjustable bed I’ve had. I also have a little problem with swelling in my feet and I could raise my feet up. I like that vibrator on there because it makes me more comfortable. Easy Rest has improved my health a little better. The people there explained everything pretty thoroughly. It’s a GOOD JOB. A good deal.

My sister had an EasyRest bed and she really liked it. I thought that it would help me with some of my problems too so I ordered the extra firm. I am an elderly and have a lot of osteoporosis and didn’t realize that my body had changed that much and I couldn’t take that extra firm. I had to call them and they sent me another insert that is much softer and better. They sent it through UPS and they just told me to keep the old one. The reps were very courteous and nice. I am happy with my bed and sleep on it every night and raise it up just a little bit. The whole experience was just fine.

My experience with Easy Rest thus far has been acceptable. I was satisfied with the employees’ attitude on the sale and installation. They were courteous. The bed was adjusted a little bit lower when they set the frame up at my wife’s request so she could get in and out of the bed a little easier as she’s in a wheelchair. But if I had to do it over again, I’d buy a different bed. I’m not sleeping well on it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I am enjoying it. I like all of its features - the heat, vibration and the tilt. I don’t know if I’m adjusting it right or not to the curvature of my body. The delivery team came and showed me how to use the bed but I didn’t get the part on how high to level it up. But I like all the other features of my Easy Rest bed. When I wake up in the morning, I feel relaxed and not tired.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my acid reflux. I raise the head up and the bed has helped me out with that quite a bit. The Easy Rest reps were respectful. They listened to all my issues and showed me how to use the bed when they set it up. I am satisfied with my experience. They’re great!

My back hasn’t hurt since the first night I slept on my Easy Rest bed. I was in such pain before I just couldn’t get no rest at night. I elevated the bed up at my head and haven’t had any back problems since. I also use the vibration a little bit. It’s a great experience. The associates were courteous and nice. They showed me how to use it, how to raise it, let it down and work everything on it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed to replace the hard mattress that my husband and I had. The representatives I originally spoke with were respectful and pretty knowledgeable. I liked the way that they presented it but I don’t think the bed is substantial. I wish I hadn’t bought it. When I got it, it doesn’t even have a mattress cover on it, just the foam and rubber. I don’t even know where the massage part is or what to do to get it. I wouldn’t buy another Easy Rest bed.

The main reason I purchased an Easy Rest bed was because I thought that it would help me with my medical problems with hiatal hernia and sleep apnea, and it has. I like the adjustable feature of being able to lift the head and the feet, and sometimes I use the massage too. The people at Easy Rest were very courteous and very, very nice. It was an excellent experience dealing with them.

I got a flyer in the mail about Easy Rest. There’s just one feature that I like about the bed. The vibration part is all right. But I’m concerned about the mattress, it’s too damn hard. They said, “Well, try it for a couple of weeks. And if you don’t like it, call us.” They said they had a Memory Foam that they could put in there. My initial contact with the sales representative is okay. He did his job. And the delivery team showed me how to use the bed before they left.

My husband enjoys his side of the Easy Rest bed great. But on my side, there’s got to be a firmer deal because it’s too soft or it sinks down too far. I can feel all the springs and ribbing around the edge. I toss, I turn. I can’t get comfortable. I can’t sleep all night. And it leaves my body miserable when I get up.

My salesperson didn’t inform me of a lot of things. He didn’t let me know about some charges and that my Easy Rest bed was going to be financed through another company. They were sending me a contract and he reduced the price on the bed, and the contract that I had was more than the amount we had agreed. I never received it.
When they first offered me the bed, I said I’m on disability and I’ve had a couple of strokes. And I really do need the bed because I need to elevate my legs. So when I elevate my legs, it helps it. I enjoyed the bed and everything but the misunderstanding and financing part.

I got the Easy Rest bed because I needed to get a bed like that to raise my head because I have COPD. I have a tendency for edema in my legs.
The sales representative was courteous and knowledgeable. If I don’t like the sales person, I don’t buy the product. The delivery team was very accommodating and showed me and made sure I understood how to do things before they left. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. I’d definitely recommend them.

I was having back problems. It took a little while to get used to this Easy Rest, but I find it comfortable now. I stopped using it for a while as far as the massage part of it because I fell and hurt myself and that was making things worse. But I like being able to adjust the feet and the head of my bed.

I had some papers in the mail, little cards, about Easy Rest. I ordered and the salesman was nice. The deliverymen were very good and polite to me. As for the bed, I don’t have heat in mine. I’m comfortable just the way it is, being able to have it lifted up. I don’t get on too much with the vibrator - it scares my dog. But I enjoy the bed.

I had a card in the mail with a chance to win an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was pretty smooth, not a pushy guy, and real calm. He made a lot of comments. I purchased it and the delivery people brought it upstairs and set it all up. They showed me and told me how it worked. The bed was nice for like the first week. After that, it wasn’t any better than anything. I actually had it taken back. I wouldn’t really recommend Easy Rest unless they know the whole deal about the way they sold me that and then they sell it to a bank and then they put interest on it. In my mind, it isn’t worth $5000 to start with.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. You state that the bed is in good working order and there is nothing wrong with it but If there is ever anything we can do to help you with the product please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-523-5383.

We needed a new bed and got an Easy Rest. This man and his wife came and were in here just a very few minutes. They took away the old bed, brought in the new one and went over the controls with my wife, and set it all up for us. It was great. They were in and out very quickly. I get a better night’s sleep now because I can put the bed into position then turn on the vibrator and it takes care of my back, and I put on the heat when I need it. We have been recommending Easy Rest to anybody.

I had gotten something in the mail about Easy Rest having six free prizes for a free bed. I sent that back and then they were calling me setting up an appointment with me. But I don’t blame anybody but myself because I really didn’t know that the bed was going to be so expensive. I’m really not satisfied with it. I’m really not comfortable. Also, I was under the impression that I had a queen sized bed or a regular bed because I wanted to keep my headboard for my other bed, and this bed is more like a twin bed. I was really disappointed when I found that out. Right now, I wouldn’t even recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

I’ve always wanted an Easy Rest bed because I like its heater feature but I’ve changed my mind now. I don’t think it’s for me. I’ve got the backache and needed something to lift my knees and this is just for the head and the foot. I liked my Tempur-Pedic bed better than this.
My interaction with the Easy people went well. I was very impressed with the salesman. He was very nice. He had to call his boss once and his boss was nice too. The delivery team took the foot off of my bed and instead of putting it back on, the battery went dead on there. They said they’d come back one day and fix it. But they haven’t been back yet.

We didn't understand your comment about the battery being dead because you ordered a bed with a wired hand control. We called you and you explained that the Delivery technician's power screwdriver died and he didn't attach the footboard to your bed. We set up a service appointment to come back and attach your footboard at no charge and will be working with the delivery crew that delivered and installed your bed on the proper way to complete paperwork so that we can follow up with issues similar to yours in the future. We wish that you had called us so that we could have handled this issue for you much sooner.

We bought an Easy Rest bed as a replacement to our 15-year old bed we had before, which was the same company but a different name. I needed an adjustable bed due to my back problem, asthma and phlebitis from blood clots so I have to have my legs elevated. With the bed, it’s easier than doing it on pillows. I can put it up and it stays there and I don’t have to worry about the pillows going off onto the floor and not having my legs elevated.
The new Easy Rest bed we got has controls for each side of the bed unlike our old one, so my husband Richard can control his side and I can control it my way on my side. It’s perfect! Having a bed that works now is ideal for me and if it wasn’t for that, I probably would be suffering more than I already am. Easy Rest is everything I asked for.

My Easy Rest bed has helped me with my arthritis on my two shoulders. I use the vibration feature on it every night. I’ve been using a hospital bed since I got out of the hospital and so I decided to purchase one from Easy Rest. I’m very satisfied and happy with it. The headrest lets me breathe and I use the footrest to elevate my legs so I’ve been using the whole bed. The people at Easy Rest are very helpful and listened to my issues. I’m still waiting for the attachment to put the headboard on and they said they were going to mail it.

I like my Easy Rest bed very much. I like the way that it will raise my head to whatever height works best for my lamp to read before I go to sleep, and then lower with just slight elevations so I can sleep with my head slightly elevated. I like that.

My mother is having trouble remembering how to work the controls of the Easy Rest bed. And she’s had a little trouble adjusting to a narrower bed because she was accustomed to a wider bed. She likes all of the features when she remembers to turn them on. She’s gotten worse and her memory has gotten worse in the last month. So what she could do when the bed was put in, she can’t do now. It’s not the bed, it’s her.

Right now, Easy Rest could come and get the bed and take it out of here if they wanted to. I thought they were very good. But since I talked to them this morning, I think they’re **. I am upset at them. I spoke to two different people, women, and they got smart with me and I don’t think much of their help. And I told them, I said, “I don’t know why you’re getting upset at me.” And I said, “I’m just telling you what I need and I need that taken care of.” The conversations were terrible. Finally, somebody called me back and said that they would have a person that comes by and checks those things, to call me and make an appointment. That was after all the dirty comments.

You contacted us on December 5th and we set up a service call for your bed. On December 13th we were at your house and replaced the mattress. We have been nothing but kind and polite to you despite your tone and arguments. We stand behind our product and our service personnel.

I wouldn’t have another bed other than the Easy Rest bed. If I have a sore back, I can put the vibration on then. Both my wife and I have stopped having back pains since we got the bed. The sales representative was very easy to work with. The delivery people were very astute and knew what they were doing. They were in and out very quickly. They showed us how to use the bed and made sure we knew what we were doing. So it was quite a proficient group. People should look into getting an Easy Rest bed. It’s worth the time and effort. The quality of the bed just exceeds expectations.

It was through some advertisements that were actually in a crossword puzzle book that I heard about Easy Rest. It sounded the best and I’m enjoying it. The tilt is the main thing. I was having trouble sleeping in my regular bed and I would get up and go to the other room and get in the recliner and tip it back, and then I would go to sleep. So I figured if I can sleep in the recliner, the tilting bed would do me good too. They made a hell of a difference in the way I’m sleeping.

Easy Rest sent a deal in the mail. That’s how we heard about them. We do enjoy the bed. I can’t stand the regular vibration, but my husband puts it on Wave 1 and I can handle that. This one is a little bit lower. It is firm enough and it’s harder for us to get off when we had to get up. There’s nothing wrong with Easy Rest. It’s just we use the head tilt more when I’m reading in bed. We don’t use the leg tilt so much. The sales rep and the delivery team were nice. We’re not angry with the experience.

The Easy Rest bed is relaxing. I have a hip problem and I can’t say that it’s really helped that but… I like the vibration part. I should have gotten the heat with it. The sales rep was courteous. I enjoy the Easy Rest bed. I just have the vibrate. And I’m supposed to have the wave but it does not wave. The tilt helps with my ears and helps with health. The sales representative and delivery people were nice people. They’re a very big help. They were courteous and knowledgeable and explained the bed.

Easy Rest is wonderful and great, but I have a problem... one side is higher than the other. They said there’s just an adjustment to be done but when they put it, I noticed it. I am away from home right now and haven’t called anyone yet.

My Easy Rest bed doesn’t have the heat, but I like everything. So far we are enjoying it. I can lift my head up like I wanted. However I wanted two remotes. I’m 77 and my wife is 79 so we misplace remotes. But I would recommend Easy Rest.

I first heard about Easy Rest when I got a thing in the mail saying that they gave a bed away once a month and asked me to register to win it. I got in touch with Carl **, salesperson, and he was extremely nice and was thorough in his explanation of everything. I purchased the bed and the people showed us about the control, and they were fine. I enjoy all of the bed’s feature - tilt, vibrate and heat. I have told several people about Easy Rest already.

I am enjoying the bed. I don’t have the heat. I have the vibrate but haven’t used it that much. I like raising the head and the feet. I have a back problem and it has helped with that. The sales and delivery team were very courteous, answered my questions and showed me how to use the bed. It’s excellent!

Something came in the mail about the bed and I sent back a thing that my husband and I were looking for a better bed than what we had that would raise up. My husband snores and since we started lifting him up, plus he has a heart condition where his feet swell and ankles. So he can let the bottom and the top of the bed up which helps him with snoring and helps him with the circulation in his legs and feet.
The guy that showed it to us was very good, very professional and no problems out of any of them at all. Since he didn’t have one with him, he gave us a good enough example that wasn’t hard to do at all. And then when the guys came, they showed us everything about it, how to set it, and how we could change it if we changed our mind about the settings we had. It took a lot of time. He stayed as long as we needed him to.
I’m a little bit disappointed because it’s already starting to sag in the middle. My husband and I thought we were getting a real firm bed. And this is softer than the one that we’ve got and he got a disability from the army for injuring his back while he was in the army. So as far as the tilting and all, it’s wonderful but it’s not near as firm as we thought it was going to be. That would be my only concern. Our bed that we had was firmer than this one.

We're sorry that you are not comfortable on your new bed. We've checked our records and you have not contacted us for service at all. We can help you with both the firmness of your mattress and the height of your bed without a problem. With regard to the feel of the mattress we can provide you with an insert to make it softer thanks to our unique replaceable pillow top mattress. Our mattresses are twelve inches thick so we're not sure why you're referring to it as a little mattress. We do not sell head and footboards but we can attach customers existing headboards to our bed. We will be calling you to go over this information and set up a service call to help you with your issues.

After we got our Easy Rest bed, I realized that it didn’t help all that much. The only thing that it really does for my husband is I can raise him up and it helps him to sit up. I don’t have to get him up myself. There’s not anything else on it that he uses. I have back trouble too and had surgery and have used the bed myself. I turned the little massager that they have with them and used it once. It helped some. We spent $4000 and some odd dollars for something we’re not going to get that much use out of. I would recommend it though to anyone who has back trouble.

I think the bed is overpriced. The sales rep was very nice. I probably wouldn’t have bought the bed if he hadn’t been so nice. I like the bed - it’s comfortable but it sure doesn’t look like an expensive bed. It doesn’t even have a headboard.

I already had a bed that I had bought in Washington State. It went kaput and that’s why when I saw the chance to get another one, I thought, “Let me check it out.” So I got the Easy Rest. I like that the bed is able to move up and down. The sales rep was a nice man but he didn’t tell me about the tax on the bed. And I got to thinking about it later. He really didn’t explain that enough. So I had not done anything about the tax because I don’t know what to do.

I used to have the bed. All I did was exchange the one that I had. I love all the features of it! The sales rep was alright. The delivery team showed me how the bed works. I had to adjust myself because this one that I have now is a little different than the other one that I used to have. So far so good.

The company did a fabulous job in correcting the problem with the bed that my 72 year old cousin ordered. After my post I was contacted by customer service, and they immediately started working on fixing the problem with the bed. The company mailed out new inserts right away and they were received in a timely fashion. I was provided with the tracking information to track the shipments, and I received a follow up call to make sure the inserts were received.
I am elated that this company was able to fix the problem with my 72 year old cousins bed. Recently my cousin went in for hip surgery and the inserts arrived just when he was being released from the hospital, so he was able to sleep in the easy rest bed his first night home from the hospital. My cousin is very happy with his bed and thanks Easy Rest for being so prompt in correcting the problem. I would recommend this bed to my family and friends. The company stands behind their product, has a fantastic staff that is compassion about what they do; it was clearly expressed in their actions in how hard they worked to get the inserts to my cousin in a timely manner. I am writing this review for my 72-year old cousin. He received one of the brochures in the mail to received a couple of free pillows to.... Sales representative came out and my cousin and his wife were excited about ordering a new Easy Rest bed. One of the main reasons was because my 72-year old cousin was going to have hip replacement surgery. So instead of ordering a hospital bed, he chose your company's product.
My cousin received his bed before the expected delivery day and the delivery persons were very nice and very informative on how to operate the bed. The first night, he and his wife slept in the bed. They realized the bed was too soft, and because my 72-year old cousin needs hip replacement surgery, it was difficult to sleep in this bed. Since receiving the bed on Oct 4, 2013, he and his wife have been unable to sleep in their $7,000 bed.
My cousin has call the customer service number that was given to him regarding the issue with the bed. He has call 5 times and has not gotten a resolution. On Dec. 3, 2013, he spoke with a woman by the name of Diane at 1-800-677-8200, and she said stated she had ordered two middle inserts for his bed, that would resolved his problem with bed being too soft. My cousin was told that middle inserts were ordered on Nov. 19, 2013. Well, it is now Dec. 7, 2013, and to-date he has not received the middle inserts, nor has anyone contacted him from your company.
I would appreciate someone contacting me to get a resolution on the problem my 72-year old cousin is having with his bed. With all of the good reviews I have read, I hope your company will resolve the issue and continue to stand behind your product.

The Easy Rest bed is okay but I would not do it again. I like the tilt feature of the bed. I do not like the massage - that’s not a massage... That’s a shaking of the bed, more like a vibrator. The bed was too much money for what I got and it’s not what I thought. I would like to have seen the bed, not just being told, “This is what it feels like,” something like a 30-day trial so they would have gotten it back. The sales rep and delivery team was fine but I would not refer someone to it.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. You state that the bed is in good working order and there is nothing wrong with it but If there is every anything we can do to help you with the product please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-523-5383. We do not offer in-home trial periods of our product because once slept on, even for only one night, it cannot be re-sold to another consumer. We are up front with our policy and it is written in large type on your sales contract.

I’ve been enjoying the bed. We seldom use the vibrator. I don’t have the heat (maybe that’s what I should have gotten on the bed). The bed is okay. I wish my mattress was a little bit thicker though. The mattress that I had on my other bed I paid about $700 or $800 for it and we slept real good. With this Easy Rest, the mattress is not thick, it’s not as plush but it’s comfortable. The sales rep was a nice person and answered all my questions.

I was disappointed with the Easy Rest bed. I thought I was to have heat with it and I don’t seem to find any heat. And I tried to call 2 weeks ago. It’s just been lately that I noticed it because of the warm weather. When they mentioned it, they named off a bunch, and I said, “Oh, that’s what I need.” And that was the heat. And then I got everything, to my knowledge, but the heat. I do enjoy the other features but I don’t know if it’s helping me or hindering me. I had broken two vertebrae a year and a half ago. I have the number on a paper and do think it was the right one but I didn’t seem to be able to get them. The delivery people had done real good. Of course, it’s kind of hard to get it all in at once.

The Easy Rest adjustable sleep system is wonderful! We LOVE it! We had been sleeping in our recliners for over a year because we couldn’t sleep in our regular bed and now we really enjoy our Easy Rest. We can both sleep in our bed. We raise our feet and our head. It’s very comfortable. And we enjoy the massage also…. It’s so nice! Before we go to sleep, we turn that on. We really think it was worth the money we paid for it. The Easy Rest bed is okay. It’s nothing fantastic. I had a 3-inch Star Home mattress pad on my other bed. There’s not much difference but it’s good. I haven’t used any of the features of the bed. Silly to buy all that and then not use it. The sales and delivery people were real nice.

I like the fact that I can raise it up and sit up in the bed. And I have neuropathy so when my feet are bothering me, I just raise my feet up and that helps a lot. I had a similar bed before, and it’s nice. I enjoy the Easy Rest, but maybe I didn’t have it firm enough. It’s so different from the Craftmatic bed I had almost 30 years ago. It’s a little bit softer than I wanted it but it’s okay.
Some of my friends are still on me and teasing me about spending this kind of money on the bed because we had them in town. Everybody said I spent all this money for this bed when I could have gotten that. But it’s done now and I’m sure it will be paid for eventually. Also, I was really blown away with the young salesman. He was so courteous and I think that’s why I ended up buying it. You know how it is with these salespeople… You get them in the house and it’s hard to get them out. But this young man was so, so nice. I enjoyed it.

I’ve seen Easy Rest on TV but we got a little slip through the mail saying something about it and then we purchased it. The people delivered it and explained to us how to use the bed. They’re excellent people to deal with. I would rate them the highest. And I really like all of the bed’s features.

Since I bought this Easy Rest bed, I have gotten better sleep. I got some real bad limbs and my back and stuff from sports all my life. There are times that I can’t sleep a certain way. So tilting my head up and bringing my legs up, just about everything about the bed, makes a difference to my sleep. I’m actually legally disabled from playing sports, a football player. It really helps me a lot! I’m more than satisfied. I have referred them to friends. And the sales rep was very, very good. She was very, very courteous and did a very good job selling the bed. The delivery people went over and above what they needed to do for me. It was excellent! I don’t have a bad thing to say. The whole thing was a very, very pleasant experience.

I read about Easy Rest in the paper. They were supposed to be giving away a free pillow, so I thought I’d put it for the free pillow. We had our old bed for 10 years and saw Easy Rest on television. I’m not real fond of it. I have rheumatoid arthritis, a broken hip and a broken ankle. It’s hard to adjust to it for me. It’s such a change and I’m so sore and hurt a lot. We switch around. We have a regular bed and we have that bed. I was sleeping on it and then he’s sleeping on it. He doesn’t like it. It’s not long enough for him as he’s over 6’4”. We called Easy Rest but they didn’t offer any suggestions at all.

It’s been 2 months since I got this Easy Rest bed. Sales and delivery went okay, and I am enjoying the bed as much as I can. My favorite is the vibration, but it depends on the day. I’m still stiff all over, just my age and all, and I’ve been a farmer all my life.

I’m satisfied with the bed. I just haven’t got my pillow yet and the lady says she was going to put it in the mail the last time I talked to her, one day last week. Still I would recommend them.

I saw Easy Rest in the AARP magazine one day. I called the 800 number and the sales rep was knowledgeable. The delivery guys were good guys. They showed me how to use the bed. This bed is very comfortable. I like the wider mattress on it than the one I had before because I only had a twin before. My butt’s getting bigger and bigger so a wider mattress helps settle that. However, I was laying here thinking about something that’s going wrong with this bed. The top mattress keeps sliding down about 3 or 4 inches every day.

I heard of Easy Rest when some lady called me and told me I had so many chances of winning one. I decided to purchase it and the sales rep done a real good job. He even gave me a gift. I like that the bed props me up and my legs, and it vibrates. I tell everybody I talked to and asked me about my bed and stuff I got a new one and tell them all about it. I’ve been trying to spread the word on it.

Delivery said they will leave the headboard and send the accessories to attach it but they never sent the hardware. But so far the bed is good. I like that I can put my feet up and the massage in the back.

I heard about Easy Rest through a white lady some years ago. One of my friends worked for her and we went there. She had one for the husband and one for herself. I didn’t bother with it then. And then there was a lady that came by. She called me, came out and did a demo. She’s awesome. And the delivery team told me how to use the bed.
At first, I thought I was going to like the moving and all that part. It’s good but I didn’t like laying flat. You put it up and it just feels comfortable.

I work at assisted living and a couple of those residents there has Easy Rest. And then I’ve got some literature on it. It’s not what I thought it was going to be because the vibration is all up in the head part to me and it needs to be farther down in the bed. And it gives me headaches - it jars my head too much. I can’t use the vibrator. I haven’t called anybody because I didn’t figure it would do any good about the vibration thing. I wouldn’t recommend this unless it was older people that might need raising up… and we’re not there yet.

We're sorry to hear that you don't like the massage feature on your bed. Most people really enjoy using it in the evening before falling asleep or during the day for a little relaxation break. However, as we all know, everyone's bodies are different and some people don't find enjoyment in things that most others do. As you stated, you have not contacted us with any issues. There was a card that came in the mail to fill out to win a free Easy Rest. I filled it out and sent it in and somebody came to sell us one. This bed is not my favorite because I sleep on my side and have to sleep with my legs up on high for the bed to keep my back from hurting. My husband loves it because he sleeps on his back. He likes the headrest up and the feet up.

An agent called and he just happened to be in the neighborhood. I had a conversation with him and then he sold me the bed that night. It’s a nice bed. I like the features… I like raising my head or my feet whenever I want to. But I have a few problems with it. I’ve been wanting to call them and tell them that there’s kind of a lump in the middle of it that whenever I tried to get to the middle of the bed, it’s not even. Another thing about this, I like the bed but for the heat, it’s too hot. My shoulders get too much heat for the rest of my body. Something has to be redone in the wiring or something.

We’re getting adjusted to it. I don’t think it’s all that special but it’s all right for my purposes. It’s a little bit softer than the one I had for about 3 years, which in itself doesn’t make it right. But I needed that at this point. I’m 89 so I need a little bit softer. It’s a lot of money for soft though. I think I ended up close to $3000. So if I weren’t compromised and so forth with my back, I would not have gotten it. And the bed is a fourth of what I expected. I don’t use the flexibility too much. In fact, I hardly do because I’m active and up every day and so forth.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for 19 years, and just couldn’t sleep in a normal bed. I fell and hurt my back. I need a lot better rest and this bed’s reclining feature caught my eye. The initial contact with them was great. And the delivery people explained how to use the bed. It was all great. The only one thing I regret having done is having my bed up too high. I wish I got the lower one.

My experience was all right. I think Easy Rest charged me a little bit too much for it though. I thought I was supposed to get it for $3000 and they all got $5000 on my receipt. Still I would recommend it.

Easy Rest called me. The first couple of times, I turned them down. And when the price was right, we bought it. It wasn’t top of the line but it was next to the top of the line and they really worked with us. My wife was on the phone for about 20 minutes with them while the man was still here. When he finally told her what he would sell it to us for, we said, “How could we go wrong?”
I have sleep apnea and COPD. So when I raise that up and get to the situation that I’m in, I fix the mattress that way, it’s good for my COPD. I sleep with a machine and all that. And right now, instead of 3 or 4 hours of sleep, I’m getting 6 hours of sleep every day. So I’m very pleased with that. And I’m pretty steady with it. It’s pretty good but I might have made a mistake on the hard or soft part of it. I guess it’s too late. I had only 30 days to do it so I have to live with it. But overall, I recommend them. If you had a 10, I’d give them that too.

I’m not happy with this Easy Rest bed. It’s the most uncomfortable bed. The installer said it was self-explanatory, I can manage the controls. Then he left another foam that looked like it had two pieces of foam bonded together. They said I could lift up that and then put that one in. But my back has hurt after the first 2 or 3 nights. That little four-inch piece of foam feels like I’m laying on the massage thing. It rolled all over the place. I had to buy a headboard and a footboard to keep it still. We had a Jamison queen-sized adjustable bed and it was comfortable. But this doesn’t have enough padding in it. I did get in touch with Easy Rest but I didn’t get any results. I’d love to get rid of it but I don’t know who would buy it.

I got one of those brochures in the mail where you take a chance, send your numbers in and you could win one. Easy Rest called me and sent a representative out here. I wasn’t expecting to buy one really. The manager or assistant manager kept coming down on the price of it. I got it but I still feel like I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else. But I’m enjoying the bed. I have acid reflux so I raise the head up every night. The experience was very good.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed so I can rest easy, for my back and it is helping with my back. I had a hospital bed before for maybe ten years. I enjoy all the features of the Easy Rest. I enjoy sleeping on the bed and my body is enjoying it. The sales people said they would give me a magic foam pillow when the representative came to talk to me. The experience with them was good but I have to get my pillow. Delivery was fine.

I got the Easy Rest in October. I haven’t seen any difference in my leg cramps but I do sleep better. I like the adjustable part of the bed. I like my bed. The experience with them was good. As a matter of fact, I have even recommended it to my son. They sent me a card for someone to win one and I sent my son's name in because he can’t afford one. He has had two heart attacks and is on a defibrillator now and sits in a recliner. He can’t sleep in a normal bed. And I think he needs to have a twin bed. I would buy him a twin bed if I could.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my major health issues and aging. I think that if one person had come back out here and talked to us again, that would help us a great deal, because we haven’t had any support service. They just come out, do a little spiel and then they’re gone. So when you encounter different things that probably could be managed better, you don’t have a resource. So it would be nice to have someone come back out and just to check in with us so that we could make sure we have it straight.
Or maybe some people just snap into it and they understand it and it works for them and some don’t. So it might just be not for everybody. But some people might need some reinforcement. It seems like my husband and I are struggling with it, trying to get it at the right angle, with a pillow support system down behind it. So oftentimes, we just give up and put it back down and pile the pillows up again. It’s probably something I’m doing wrong that we don’t quite understand the mechanism of it, what it’s capable of.
I know that there are a lot of beds we could have gotten for a lot less money. But we chose to do this because we knew that the cost of a hospital bed was very high and a lot higher than this price. The salesman was very nice. He seemed to be knowledgeable about the bed. He brought all of his stuff in and went through the whole spiel and everything like that. But I guess some people are practical learners. They learn more by doing it than listening to something. Actually, walking us through it would have been helpful.
My husband said the delivery persons were in a really big hurry. They delivered it at 8 o'clock at night in a hurry and had to go out to another one which was 15 miles away. So that’s why we didn’t get the attention that we should have gotten.

I’ve had adjustable beds before with the vibrator on them. I miss one very much so I decided to get another one. That’s why I got the Easy Rest bed. So far, the experience with Easy Rest is good. It doesn’t do a whole lot for my aches and pains. I like the vibrator. It leaves you feeling a lot better afterwards.
The rep was quite a high-pressure salesman. Delivery was okay. They set it up in about an hour or less. It’s worked okay. I don’t use it in the fashion that their salespeople tried to sell it. But I’m not one for getting that all the way up on the backside and on your feet, that fetal position. But I like the bed.

We’ve been sleeping on the Easy Rest bed ever since we’ve had it. It is comfortable. I don’t understand the remote on it too well. I don’t use much of it. We talked about how to use it but I didn’t hear. The delivery person wasn’t close enough. The sales person was pretty nice about everything.

The main reason why I purchased an Easy Rest bed was because I wanted something that moved up and down. I’ll be 84 in December and needed to have my head raised a little bit and at other times my feet raised a little bit. The bed has helped. I sleep with my head up just a little bit now. I like the adjustability of the bed.
A person came and demonstrated on my bed what the motion and the elevation would do. He was courteous and respectful. The delivery people were very good but I thought they should have had some sort of a brochure that explained the handset. There was no brochure about the handset. He worked the handset for me. And he said, “This goes to this.” He pushed this button to do this and this and this. For me in my mid-80s, he should have a handout that explains the control. He was very thorough and a nice guy. They were really helpful.
They had to take part of where the mattress goes across. They had to take the little railing out so that the bed would go up and down. The bed sits on its own feet inside the king-sized thing but it wouldn’t go up and down with those two-inch edges on the inside and they had to take those off for the bed to work properly. And then they put elevators on the thing to raise it up just over those things. It was a little complicated to get it fit into the king-sized frame.
They are very good. The only problem I had was about the financing. And I’m still not sure what’s happening with all of that. I thought they were going to finance themselves but they sent it to another finance company. And I haven’t heard anything from that finance company again. I guess they’re satisfied. After quite a while, I did get a call from the finance company and she was very nice. And then they sent me the bill and I paid the bill. And I haven’t heard anything from them since. It’s weird.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed because I had a knee replacement and was hoping that it was going to ease my pain and stuff. I’ve been having experiences it. I get up and then it’s painful. It’s not what I’m really expecting from the outcome of it. At times, it doesn’t help. I don’t know whether to put it up or down or flat. If I put it up, for a minute or two it’s okay. But if I lay like that for the evening, then the next morning... I’m not comfortable with it at all. That’s how I was feeling. I was so disappointed in this. I haven’t spoken back with them. It’s just me making my payments.
They delivered it all right and whatnot. They had to make a list on it before they left here. They did their part as far as putting it together. But I really don’t actually know how to sleep on this bed unfortunately. They did show me how to use it. And then paying this, I’m out of money.

I’ve had about three bad disabilities that I’ve had through the years that I managed to have to work with for another 20 some years. I’ve struggled along with a bad back that I broke when I was 31. I retired 19 years ago. During that time, I’ve got a broken right wrist with a titanium plate, weight restricted about 30 pounds. Also, the first of January of this year, I had a titanium plate put in my left knee. Sleepless nights were up in the high numbers. Restless, tossing, turning. I’ve sat in my front room in a chair. I had too many aches and pains for one reason. And then not being able to rest comfortably in the same bed my wife and I shared for many years. Long story short, I thought it would be a good time to get rid of the bed that I’d been sleeping in, laying in, getting in and out of with restless nights. I just dumped it and bought an Easy Rest. It suits me to a T. I only have to get up once in the middle of the night. I’m one of these guys that never get no more than 4 to 5 hours of sleep at night the hard way.
I would recommend Easy Rest. Excellent company to do business with. The man that put the bed together was terrific. The salesperson that enticed me to buy the bed was perfect. Very pleasant people to work with.

I had a shoulder operation and this Easy Rest bed is helping me. It’s been very comfortable. But I find when I put the head of the bed up, the foot gets lowered for some reason. I don’t know what the problem is on that. Other than that, the experience was fine from sales to delivery.

I couldn’t sleep with the bed that I had. I went almost 4 weeks without any sleep. And when the young lady came here with the bed, she said, “No wonder, your main support is broken.” The one thing to do is get a new bed. The sales representative was fine. She really talked me into a new bed. I can’t say the same for the guy that’s supposed to set up my bed. He came in, put it down, set the bed up and left. He didn’t even say hi or kiss my foot or anything. There were two of them. They both brought the springs in. And eventually, there’s only just one here. He’s not my idea of a deliveryman - he needs to get himself in shape. Maybe at 97 I’m expecting too much. And when my neighbor happened to come over, she said, “Look what I found at your door.” It was the paper of instructions that he was supposed to explain to me.
I’m satisfied with the experience but not happy. The bed helps me get a better night’s sleep. I like raising my head and using the massage.

We bought an Easy Rest bed because I have trouble with my back and my husband does too because he has arthritis. It is certainly helping with my back and his arthritis. It is working great and is all cozy. We use the heating feature the most. We do use the adjustment but the heating goes on at night because it affords us to cut down the heat at night and we could then snuggle up in the evening. I wasn’t here for the delivery team because I was in the hospital but they were late from New York but they were good. The sales representative that came in that day was very professional and explained it. It was cool.
Easy Rest makes it very easy to relax and enjoy your purchase. When you’re looking in terms of long-term rest and rest is what people take for granted, I think that this was a very good investment. We enjoy it!

I chose Easy Rest because I wanted some comfort. The people were fantastic! They were kind, they explained and did well, and didn’t make a mess. The salesperson was patient, well versed toward his info and that type of thing. I use the vibrate sometimes and raise my head and feet a little bit. It kind of varies on how my body feels. But I think the bed is a little too firm for me. But still I would recommend them.

It was my husband’s final decision to get an Easy Rest. All I wanted was memory foam. He has problems with his legs so he needs to have his legs elevated and has breathing problems so he needs to have his head elevated. When he saw that, that pulled him in. And then the massage feature just sold him. The sales representative was on top of his game. He’s very good at what he did and stayed with us for seven hours. He works for his money. He tried to get a payment that we could handle because we both are on fixed incomes. So he got it down to $177 a month.
My husband is sleeping better and is having less circulatory problems with his legs. And he has sleep apnea so he’s been having less of that with his head elevated. He used to use two feather pillows that were 30 years old. I got one pillow and gave it to him to use because of his sleep apnea. And he is using just that one pillow from them. I love it but it’s very expensive to recommend to my friends.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I’ve had five back operations. The people who came were excellent. The bed is very comfortable. I have a sister who’s interested in the bed also. But I don’t like the payment plan because they’re sending it to the wrong P.O. box. Just by accident, I had paid in advance and had one of the statements. Since I hadn’t received a bill, I paid again. And luckily, I just received the statement again and it’s the wrong post office box. So I will call them again and tell them.

I was looking for a bed that raises up and lowers down, and Easy Rest does that sort of stuff. The reason I got it was because I had a medical condition called my back. I purchased an Easy Rest because I thought it would do my back some good. The bed is helping me get comfortable. I like raising my head with it. I’ve had a king-sized bed for years and it seems like this one is so much smaller. I didn’t get the price of the king sized but I know it was way out of my price range. Sales and delivery was good. I am more comfortable in this bed, it is helping. I can elevate it so that helps a lot with my back. The features I use the most are the elevation and the vibration. The sales representative and the delivery team were all fine. So far, I’m happy with my bed. It’s great. Fantastic. At first, I thought I wasn’t going to like it but after some time, I got used to it.

I saw the Easy Rest ads in a magazine and decided I wanted one. The purpose of getting it was for my back. However it is not helping. I’ve had it for about 2 and a half months. Frankly, I don’t enjoy any of it. I’m not satisfied with it at all. I’ve asked them to come and get it and they won’t. They promised to send me some extra stuff to put in it but they haven’t sent that. I’ve got a contact with the sales rep but it doesn’t do any good.

I was kind of disappointed on my experience with Easy Rest because it’s not doing as good as I expected it to. I don’t know if that’s the only thing that’s expected or whatever. The vibration is not as strong as I thought it would be. The adjustability is fine. The delivery team was awful. He was a smart aleck. He told me that I had to get something to plug in or whatever. And I said the man told me that it would work on what I had over here. And he said, “Well, it’s not going to work.” He said, “We’re just going to take the bed back.” I said, “Whatever you have to do, you do it.” Then he decided he was going to try it on that. It worked on that. I was very disappointed in that. And the salesman told me he was going to call me to find out how it went. I never heard from him either so whatever. I’m not angry with my experience but I wouldn’t recommend them. The delivery guys and stuff were not too sporty.

My husband has a leg problem and heart problem and I have acid reflux. I needed to raise my head and he needed to raise the foot. So we needed an electric bed. The Easy Rest bed is helping. The salesman was very good. I wouldn’t say the product is superior but it’s okay. My main thing is that I thought it was overpriced. Otherwise, everything else was okay. They were honest in what they said.

I’ve had my old bed for a long time, 38 years, and I’ve had one or two mattresses, too. I had a king-sized bed and decided to get rid of it because my husband passed away. I didn’t want it anymore and wanted a single bed. I like to go to bed early sometimes, but then I have to use a lot of pillows to watch the TV. I have so much back problems. But I’m not real happy with my Easy Rest bed. I’ve been thinking about calling them. It’s very hard. And if you go down and you lay on that, you feel like the place in the middle of your back hurts. It just doesn’t feel comfortable to me. It makes an awful lot of noise in the vibration. I don’t know if something is just not hitting right or what the heck it is. It isn’t feeling like I thought it would feel and a lot of money and I’m not resting better. As far as for the sale part and setting it up, it wasn’t bad, I’m not unhappy about that but I won’t buy a bed again that I haven’t seen before, not at that price.

I like the Easy Rest bed because the remote control the bed has helps me get to sleep, and especially it’s easy to put the bed a little bit up in the front, same for the back. The sales rep was very nice. When he saw the other bed I had, after he looked at it, he said, “You do need the other bed. It’s more comfortable for you.” And I said, “I’m going for back surgery.” He said, “After you have the surgery, this new bed you’re going to have right now would help you a lot. You will feel most comfortable with it when you sleep on it.” The bed is good.

I wanted an adjustable bed because I have a gastrointestinal problem. So I chose an Easy Rest bed. My experience was okay. The bed has helped with it being able to elevate. I use that feature every night. The Easy Rest people were fine. However, the whole top mattress of the bed keeps moving. I keep pushing it back together again. And the other problem is the sheets can’t be tucked in… They’re not long enough. I have to try to get maybe queen sized sheets or something.

If you haven't purchased a new bed in many years you may not realize just how thick mattresses on the market are today. The average depth of a mattress on the market today is 12 to 15 inches. Most sheets on the market are made to fit those dimensions and our Sales Representative was most likely referring to sheets in stores today as being "regular". Your older sheets probably were made for mattresses that were 8 - 10 inches in depth and those will not stay on your new mattress. You can find sheets to fit your bed at any store that sells bedding. The main reason we chose an Easy Rest bed was health reasons. It’s something I didn’t need so much but I guess my wife wanted it more than I did. It’s about the same as it was before - I had some wood under my bed to raise the head before and this way, it’s easier to raise my head; I also can raise my feet, which I hadn’t done before. I don’t know if it’s really more beneficial to me now but at least it makes it possible to raise my head a little higher than it was before. I had been having a lot of trouble with my back hurting, and the lady that came out and talked to us thought that possibly Easy Rest would help my back in a different position - lying on my back with my feet elevated.
I had an adjustable bed that I was sleeping on, but I just had never slept on my back. The only difference in the two of them is that the other one had three sections where this has four. They both had the vibrator, the head and feet up. But this bed doesn’t elevate the head as much as I thought it would, so I am a little disappointed. It doesn’t really raise up enough to watch TV from the bed. The other one did and sat up far enough that you could comfortably raise the head, sit and watch TV. I don’t know if it’s supposed to or if I’m doing something wrong and pushing buttons.

I was having a lot of trouble with my back and have also had a hernia, so I chose Easy Rest. It’s hard to get out of at first but I have finally got to where I can rest on it. I raise the head up some, not much. I found them to be quite pushy because I really had no interest in buying one at that time. I was really angry because I had no idea of what they would run. Even though he marked it down, still the interest and all is way too high. But the delivery did real well.

I’m not completely satisfied with my mattress but I’ll have to do with it. It seemed like the mattress is sinking because the springs are giving away. I can’t say I’m just angry, it just doesn’t seem like the mattress was holding up. I’ve been working and haven’t had time to call Customer Service.

We had been thinking about an adjustable bed, but we really weren’t in the market for it. We purchased an Easy Rest because of the salesperson. I didn’t care for the delivery team. The guy was kind of a smart **. I like the fact that I can put my feet up but I was having problems with the bed… They don’t stay on the frame and it’s making a little noise now in mine.

I sent a postcard in that I’d be interested in hearing about Easy Rest. The guy came out and showed it to me, I said I liked it. He came over one time and brought a bed that I laid in for about one minute and I said, “I’m sorry, I can’t take this bed. It’s so uncomfortable! I need a comfortable bed. I want you to take it out of here right now.” He said, “No, I can’t do that right now. But I’ll tell you what, I’ll be back on Friday and will bring you a new insert for your bed.” This was Monday, I think. I was willing to try that so I waited till Friday. He didn’t come up, didn’t come to my house, and didn’t call me. I started calling the company because it was the last day I could turn it in without penalty.
I called all the way till 10 o’clock at night. They’re supposed to be open until 12 o’clock. They just would not answer the phone. So the next morning, at 8 o’clock, I called and told them, “I can’t sleep in it and my doctor won’t let me get upstairs.” I have a two story home. They did not respond at that moment so I called somebody else in the company and talked to them. They said, “Well, you’re too late. You were supposed to call yesterday until midnight.” I said, “Well, you wouldn’t answer your phone. I called all the way up till 10 0’clock.” He said, “You’ve got the bed, lady. You’re too late.” So the salesman that spent 4 hours at my house and told me he only spends 45 minutes at one place pretended he didn’t know who I was. So he just lied to me. Then he said, “Well, what are you worried about? You’ve got a 20 year guarantee on your bed.” I said, “Well, fine. Am I guaranteed? Fine. If I have that, then come and get the bed” and they wouldn’t.
I reported it to my credit card company and they put it in dispute, and they did finally call me in September. Finally, after all this time. He said, “Well, it’s already November. You can’t get your bed taken out because you bought the bed. You’re over your limit if we submit something right now.” So I went to Sears and they have a wonderful, comfortable, single bed that I could sleep in. They put it in that place for $599 or something like that. But I have no room for this bed and it takes up too much room and I need a bed I can sleep in. Then I looked Easy Rest up on the internet and they have F ratings.
It’s $4,500 and I felt I don’t really want to spend that much. But their customer service stinks and they’re a bunch of liars who tell you something they don’t deliver. They didn’t bring the things they were supposed to bring the first time so I don’t have a very good opinion of them right now. And they took my couch out and I don’t know what they did with it. They were supposed to put it out here for the Salvation Army because there was nothing wrong with it. It was just I didn’t have room for both. And the next thing I know, I look out the door and it’s gone! I’d rather give it to somebody than destroy something that works. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so uncooperative.

I’ve got a bad back. I get a little better night’s sleep and sleep all night because of this Easy Rest bed. My favorite is the adjustable and massage feature.
The saleswoman was all right. She told me they’d be sending me out a card to pay off the bed and I haven’t seen anything yet. I believe it was September when I purchased the bed. I called customer service and didn’t get any response. They just said, “Well, they’ll be contacting you” wherever they financed it to. I don’t even know where they financed it so I can’t contact them. I wouldn’t want to recommend them because if they can’t get the payment to me to make the payment, then want to charge me an extra charge for not making the payment, that isn’t good either.

I’m very disappointed because I paid A LOT, thousands of dollars for this Easy Rest bed. It was for my back and knees. Actually, my back feels worse. I read a review saying that, but I just didn’t believe. It’s too hard. They told me that I could change to a softer one and would send it out to me, but I haven’t gotten any response from anybody on that and I’ve called. It’s just not what was advertised and entirely overpriced. You don’t even get to try the bed. It’s just somebody comes out, does a demonstration and puts tools on your legs and he elevates you to make you think that’s the way the bed is going to be. Then they deliver it and it’s there. You have to sign and pay that day that it’s delivered. So it’s something I will never ever do. At my age, I should’ve known better, but some reviews were good and some were bad. I’m giving it a very bad.

I’m 85 and have an artificial hip. I’m also a Korean vet and had been having some bad flashbacks. I find now having the Easy Rest bed, I can adjust it to my comfort. I’m getting a better sleep and it is helping because I am falling asleep.
The gentleman that came here to talk to us and give us the demonstration was very good, very thorough. The delivery was a father and daughter team. We were the last delivery that they were making. I assume they were exhausted and tired. I was disappointed with the service we received from those other people - they didn’t have proper equipment. We tried to help them unload the best we could. It was just the general attitude. They did not explain things, as far as I’m concerned, thoroughly. They just set it up quickly and that was it. And they were trying to get out because I was trying to raise a conversation. There was something that was very uncomfortable with them. I hate to put anybody down. The service was good, but if that’s the case, they have to allow more time for these setup people or give them less deliveries. I still refer Easy Rest to other people. I didn’t tell them about how I felt about the delivery. I told them about the product.

I sent in my card to win one but didn’t win one. Easy Rest said they’d like to just come and talk to me and I liked it so I bought one. I really couldn’t afford it but I did. The salesman was very nice. The delivery people weren’t here very long and had it all done. They moved my old bed into a back bedroom so I could give it to one of my granddaughters.
I like the massage, only I don’t feel them in the legs very much. Is it supposed to go down that far too? That’s where I really need it.

The mattress I had was too old and I have gotten too old too. It didn’t do well for me and I want to get something else that would be more comfortable. I’m happy with my Easy Rest now. It’s better than before. It’s comfortable, I have a good night’s sleep and get up in the morning feeling better.

I have arthritis, and I love the Easy Rest bed. We can move it around to get the right spot. It gets rid of the pain for a while. I’m not able to do that on a regular bed. I would recommend them to family and friends. They were all good and nice. They were gentlemen, kind and easy to talk to.

The salesman was a high-powered guy. I wasn’t impressed with him. The delivery people didn’t have the bolts that they needed so they had to substitute. And the headboard that I have on it is askew as a result of that. That’s going to be permanent, I guess. I like the mattress, but I don’t use the flexion to any great extent. I suggested it to my sister and said to her that I didn’t think that she would like it. They got in touch with her but they didn’t keep a timely appointment with her.

I received my Easy Rest system as part of their Beds For Veterans and I have to say this bed has made my nights much more restful, waking up with much less pain. I suffer from TBI and this bed system helps me reduce my tension. I would recommend the Easy Rest line for a more comfortable night's sleep. We received a postcard or something. It was some kind of advertisement and I put on it that I would be interested. My legs swell so bad and I’d been wanting something that I could put my feet up at night. And so they came and I went ahead and got it then. I didn’t have any problems with any of them. I had a hard time with the bed at first. It was the most uncomfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in. But I went and got some memory foam and put over it - now, it’s comfortable. It raises my legs and I can say that it has suited my purpose because I keep the swelling out of my legs pretty good since I’ve had it. I do use the massager and the wave at night. I think I’ve only been awake two or three times when it set off.

I had been sleeping with a wedge to raise my upper body to make it easier to breathe since I have COPD. I needed to be able to raise it more and to raise my legs as well so I purchased an Easy Rest. The people were fine. The only thing I’d suggest about the delivery team is they took the covering of the mattress outside. They should have brought it inside before they took that off. Other than that, the bed is helping me. I like the ease with which I can press the button and raise my head and shoulders.

I bought an Easy Rest because I went through a deal with sciatic nerve and the only thing I was comfortable with was my feet up in the air. I tried pillows but they didn’t work. And my posture was not very good. My wife was complaining about my posture. An Easy Rest bed is kind of what I wanted about six years ago and I never found anything like it.
I like this bed real well. But we were supposed to get a firm mattress and I don’t think we got a firm mattress. It’s too soft. I can hardly turn around in it. But it probably has to be soft before it can bend over. And we were supposed to get a sheet which we never got. My wife complains about it being like it’s off on the side. But otherwise, I like it better than what I had. I was over with the sciatic nerve before this came about. But if it ever comes back, it will probably help.

I have had my old bed for years. I was having back and neck problems so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The bed is fine. It seems to be helping my condition. It can go up and down. I haven’t used the vibrator too much though.

Easy Rest’s people came around, and my other bed was old so I got it. I guess I shouldn’t have done that though. My kids were so mad because I’d done it. But the bed is great. I get a better night’s sleep. However, the massager keeps going off. I don’t know what’s wrong.

I had a Craftmatic bed and it was 21 years old. It was time for a new one and so we tried Easy Rest. It does the same as the other bed did but I think this bed is wider than the Craftmatic. It’s great!

I agreed to have a demonstration at home after a phone call. A lady came to my home at around 5 pm. After seeing the price of the bed, I told her the price was too high. I couldn't afford to get in debt and wasn't really interested in the bed. The lady was very persistent (as all sales people are), but I said no and after hours her persistence turned into badgering. She was there until after 11 pm. She kept calling her superiors or whomever each time I said no.
The whole experience was grueling and I completely regret letting the old lady wear me down into buying the bed. If she hadn't been an old lady I would have been able to have stopped the ordeal sooner and gotten rid of them I believe. And so now I am stuck with a bed that I don't like. It's very hard, to be considered a soft mattress. The interest rate is outrageously high! I have a hard time sleeping on it. Had to get a foam mattress to put on it because it is NOT at all soft, which I need. I am 100% dissatisfied and no one will ever come into my home like that to sell me anything ever again. If I could send it back I would. I hate the bed.

I have trouble with my back. When the man talked about the Easy Rest bed, he said that would be good for my back and stuff. It seems to me it’s helped. I’d say the bed is real good. I like it. But right now, I’m mostly using just the head of the bed, just up a little bit, and the massage.

My husband and I both have arthritis in our back and in our legs so we purchased an Easy Rest. They presented the product, and we had other things we were buying at the time like a walk-in tub and shower and everything. But then we talked to a supervisor, and she gave us a good price and then we decided to go with the bed. They were fine. They took the old one out. No problem and set the new one up. They were great. I hate it. The mattress is not comfortable. It’s not the bed I thought I was going to get. My old bed that I had before this was much more comfortable. I had put on top of it the topper, but that wasn’t working too good on it so I just took that off and I said to myself, “It was my stupidity for buying this so I’ll just live with it and just learn a lesson from it.” I called a couple of times when I first got it and nobody answered my call. I told Easy Rest that I didn’t like it and please get in touch with me. I called the guy who sold it to me, who’s given me the telephone number, and he didn’t call back either. I said, “Okay. So they probably know this - that it’s not working. They’re just not answering.” Three thousand - it was nowhere near worth it. And I’m not getting the one that I chose; I was getting the one that I said I didn’t want and that’s the one they sent me and they said it was the one I had ordered. That’s okay. I’m a Christian so I feel like I should have taken it to God before I bought it. I hope most people enjoy the bed. I didn’t. I’m not slandering the company. I’m angry with my experience. Maybe one of these days, I can sell it or something.

I’ve been seeing Easy Rest advertised in the magazine where you could win one. I filled it out and sent it in, then they called me. And when he came out here and showed me that brochure, it just felt like that was what I needed for my back and hip and all. Delivery was just outstanding. They worked their butts out. The first mattress they carted in here didn’t have hookups to it. They had to send it back. But they were real good. You couldn’t ask for any better.
And the bed is outstanding. I raise my head and my feet up. I have a CPAP machine I have to use to sleep. I had surgery a couple of days after that on my eye. They had to cut it out and it’s real sore so I can’t sleep with my CPAP. But I raise my head up where I can breathe good and I sleep four to five hours at a time. I do think that bed is good.

My wife has an adjustable bed for a long time, and one of our neighbors got one, so we called Easy Rest and they set up an appointment to come and demonstrate it. They did a good job. I was real pleased with both the salesman and delivery. We bought it a month and a half ago.
I like that I get a better night’s sleep and the part where you can adjust it. That helps. However, I got a little bit of problem with it. On one side, the remote doesn’t work. I thought I’d give it another day or two. It didn’t do that and I was going to call. I can make it work but you got to play with it a little bit before it will go up. Everything else works on it. I don’t think changing the batteries will be it because the other functions on that remote works. But we like the bed.

I needed a hospital bed due to medical reasons. The Easy Rest salespeople were pretty good. The delivery people were great - they were in and out... No problem. They brought the paperwork with them when they delivered it. Two days later, I sent a check to pay for the whole thing instead of having it financed but still haven’t received anything back from the company saying that it’s paid in full. I sure would like to have that piece of paper some time before the end of the year. I’m still happy with them. The bed is helping me and I like the head and feet of the bed that comes up. I’d recommend them.

It’s been a very positive experience. The salesman was very good while the delivery people came and got my bed out of here in a hurry and they did fine. I bought this Easy Rest thinking that it might help my feet swelling. I haven’t used it enough to know. I just go to bed and sleep. I don’t just lay down to rest my feet so I need to do that, but I enjoy doing it every now and then. I like raising the bottom.

I’ve got two broken discs and osteoarthritis, and this Easy Rest bed helps a little bit. I love the ease of setting up or laying flat. I sit up watching TV before I go to sleep. The experience was just great. The sales rep and delivery team were good. I enjoyed it. I would recommend Easy Rest.

I needed another bed. The one that I had had some holes in it. There were some loose wires in there that were giving me a little problem from time to time. Also, it had sagged at certain points. I chose an adjustable bed since I see that they are very maneuverable as far as how they get the positions for using it and get a more restful sleep. The Easy Rest salesman was a good salesman, but he was a very high-pressure guy. The delivery team was courteous.
It was a good experience. I was very satisfied. It’s worked out very well.

I wanted an Easy Rest. Other than a hospital bed, I wanted one that will raise my feet and my head when I want. I like it so far. I do my bills and everything in bed. You raise yourself up when you want to. And then when you get tired, you can just relax and take a nap and try the bills again. One of the things is it’s lower than the bed I had although it’s easier to get up and down because my feet’s kind of hanging off the bed with my other one. I recommended them to a friend. But it’s really not exactly what I expected. I’ve been wanting to call. I think I need a little softer but I hadn’t called yet because I’m trying to make sure.

I had my old bed for close to 10 or 12 years. I wanted a bed where the head can go up a little bit and also, if I needed it for the legs, I could bring that up too a little bit so I got an Easy Rest. The people were all polite and courteous. They installed the bed and took up the old one. I had no problem with them. They’re great people. I’m sleeping right through the night.

It’s the worst waste of money we’ve ever spent. My husband has been having troubles with his back and injections put in. He’s been sick for about a year. And I thought it would help him but he just goes to sleep on it like an ordinary bed. My husband won’t raise the foot and head and won’t use the massager. It’s just a bed… a $5,000 bed. It is hard as a brick. But if I was sleeping on it, it might be a different thing - I might use it. On the other hand, they explained everything to us - no problem there. The guys who delivered it set it up for us and that’s it. I’m very unhappy.

We are sorry to hear about your husband's illness and we wish him the best. You state in your posting that he does not use any of the features of the bed by choice and that there is nothing wrong with the bed. We cannot be responsible if the user of the bed does not want to use it's many features and options. The Easy Rest bed has made me sleep better. I use the wave more because I have nerve damage, and it’s real soothing. When I initially contacted them, they were respectful. The sales rep came to my home to demonstrate and was on time and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the product and the whole bedding industry and took the time to listen to my needs and issues.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because of my physical condition. I had, for 2 years, been sleeping in a recliner and so this at least is a bed. It has helped with my condition. I’m satisfied with the product. I would give it the highest, a 5, because I’ve got no complaints. I was a little shocked at how much it costs but we’ll get it paid up and in the meantime it works fine.

I just saw the Easy Rest ad and it looked good and before I bought it, I asked the lady to come and we looked at it - asked her to tell us about the bed. I use all of the features, the vibration and the up and down motion and the foot rest. It’s a terrific bed!

I was looking for something to help raise my head when I sleep so I decided on an Easy Rest bed. I’ve been having an awful lot of problems with my back since I got this. I just don’t know what to do about it. The delivery team was great and the salesman was real pushy. I’m still trying to see if I could get used to it. I thought that it was going to be more of a pillow top than it is. I’ve had it for three or four weeks. If I were to do this over again, I’d wait a while and not get it just yet… I’d think about it. One of the reasons is because I think it is way, way, way overpriced. I didn’t have a chance to look into some of the other beds before the guy came here. And something similar and everything that I could see that I’ve looked at even in some expensive catalogues that handle these kinds of things, they were half the price.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. Our old mattress wasn’t over a year old. We had bought a new mattress thinking that might help us. We decided that the Easy Rest bed might help our backs and let us get a better night’s sleep. Now as far as getting a good night’s sleep, we do with the head raised and the foot raised but as far as the back pain, it hasn’t done anything for it. The bed is very restful. You can sleep the night through. There’s pain like I have - I have nerve damage and my feet and legs which wakes me up but that’s not the bed’s fault. The Easy Rest delivery team did a fine job. They showed us how to use the bed and answered all our questions.

We had seen the Easy Rest ad in - we got something in the mail and then my legs and back were bothered and I thought it was time for a new mattress and box spring and then my wife suggested “Why don’t you look into this?” So that’s how that all came about. I have an antique brass bed and it’s still there. They just took the slides out and then I guess put the machinery underneath, so things worked out. I’m not completely happy about the massage thing because it doesn’t seem to be in the right spot. Like if my back hurts and no matter what I do, the massage thing isn’t where I would like it to be. I don’t really completely mess with it too much because I get comfortable and that’s good enough for me.
The delivery was nice. They put it together. They were courteous, clean and fast. I don’t even think they were here an hour and everything was fine. They took the old mattress and the old box spring. They were a great group of guys. They were easy to get along with.
I’m not unhappy with it but I think that the massage part of it is not necessarily designed for your back. Sometimes it seemed like it was in no man’s land. It all depends on how you have your back straightened up but the massage thing could be in a better spot I think and everybody seems to want it for their back. That’s the only complaint I really got about this and the money - it’s an expensive item.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because of the way I have to sleep. It helps me sleep at night. I have a hard time breathing lying on my back so I can climb the bed and it helps. With the Easy Rest, I use just the raising and lowering of the head. That’s about it. I would recommend it. The experience with them was okay. They were very knowledgeable and they work with you.

I was trying to find a bed that I could elevate and I didn’t realize that there are so many different ones that can do it now but the lady said that the Easy Rest bed was the best in the field so that’s why I went with Easy Rest. Since I can’t sleep at night and I need to get up and sit up on a chair - that’s the reason that I was trying to go with Easy Rest, with the elevation part of it. My Easy Rest bed seems like it’s higher on one side than it is on the other; especially on the right side where I’m sleeping, it falls to the left and it doesn’t seem to be level. I don’t know why that is but it feels firmer on that side than it does on the side that I’m sleeping on. It’s hard for me to sleep in with the elevation and the way it is anyway even slightly but I’m stuck with the bed. And I didn’t realize that it had the foam top like it has. I’d rather have a firm mattress type bed because I think the foam is soft. Right now, for the price, I don’t think I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m 82 and I don’t sleep well and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help me to sleep better. I needed to do something and I decided to give this a try because it’s highly advertised. I don’t like the motion and I don’t like the wave. I use the top of it up a little bit. I don’t use the feet up. I haven’t come to a solution at that because I do have problems with swelling. I think if you’re 82, you have aches and pains all over. I’m not sure any bed just could be the answer. I’m not completely dissatisfied with it but I’m not a hundred percent satisfied.
I live with myself and I have a hard time doing house work and everything so I’m not sure that I’d recommend it for somebody my age. Younger - I’d recommend it - would like wave and the massage which I don’t. Still trying to learn how to use it and get comfortable with it. I wouldn’t discourage them from getting it but it depends on the person.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. The guy that came here was very, very explicit. He presented his product review very well. That’s why I bought the Easy Rest bed. I took his word for it. And I purchased the bed so I could get rid of my backache - it’s not helping. I’m suffering right now. I can’t say that I’m unhappy with it because it works fine. As far as the mechanics of the bed, it works very well, the feet and the head and the vibrator and the wave. I use the lifting of the head on the Easy Rest the most. I sleep in it every night. It’s a queen size. I always just thought it would give me some relief with my pain and so far it hadn’t and I’ve been having it two months.

We're sorry that you are still continuing to have back aches. No bed can cure back problems and we make no claims that our bed will make any medical issue go away. For the vast majority of people however, purchasing a new bed (not just from us) helps relieve back ache symptoms because they are getting better support than they had with their old bed. An adjustable bed further helps many people with low back pain problems because it is easier to find a position that may temporarily relieve the pressure on their back. I love the Easy Rest bed! I purchased it on account of the salesman. I just kind of like the way he brought it out. I think his name is **. And he put on a good demonstration and everything and told me how good it would be for my body and everything. And I fell for that and I’m enjoying it very much. I don’t change positions in the Easy Rest too much but the vibrator just for when I go to bed. And the 30 minutes of shut off, it puts me in the sleeping mode and I don’t remember anything until I wake up. It’s a very comfortable bed and it gives you a good night’s sleep.

I just wasn’t comfortable on the bed I had and I have diabetes and I have a lot of neuropathy. I wasn’t sleeping well. So I chose to buy an Easy Rest bed. I sleep well on it. And since then I’ve had congestive heart failure so I’ve been in the bed very much. Because of my physical condition, I have to lie down more often and I look forward to lying down on the bed because it’s so comfortable. I’m happy with it! I don’t use much - raising the head - although when I want to watch TV I will raise the head but I prefer it flat. The delivery people were very nice. I’d recommend it and I’ve shown it to many people.

I chose an Easy Rest bed because I had a heart operation with a pig valve and I need to be raised up and all and I also I have COPD. The bed has helped. I still can’t find a comfortable position to get myself into but it’s still alright. I use the head feature of the bed the most. The bed is easy to use.

The way the Easy Rest bed has the different positions is one reason we purchased it because my husband and I both have problems breathing and having indigestion and all that kind of stuff and overall in general just our body health. We’ve had our old bed for years, 15 or more. I use both the head and the feet features because I have circulation problem in my legs. My husband uses the one that comes up - that brings his head up. The bed has helped with our problems. I think it was a good investment. I would recommend it to my friends.
