Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I need a new mattress on my bed and saw Easy Rest's advertisement. My back was hurting me so bad so I decided I'd give them a call on the said bed. The sales representative was able to answer my questions, however, I was asked how much I weighed and told him 204. I weigh 208 now and sometimes when I go on a vacation, I have a friend and his wife come over and stay at my house to dog-sit and cat-sit for me. They weigh more than I do. I don't know if that's going to affect my bed if they lay on it. I never thought about asking Easy Rest when I had them on the phone.

We owned a real good pillow top bed for seven or eight years before purchasing the Easy Rest bed. What I like most about the Easy Rest is being able to put my head up and feet up a little bit to sleep. I have trouble with my back. That takes the pressure off and my back is just doing so much better since I started sleeping on it. Another thing, I don’t have cramps in my legs like I did either. But the thing about this mattress it seems to be a little bit lumpy. I know it's for the mechanisms are, but that is not too bad. Overall it’s good.

I'm enjoying my EasyRest bed. It's a good bed. I'd recommend it to anybody. From my initial contact with their salespeople to their delivery team, everything went well.

The Easy Rest bed is completely new to me and I like the comfort and the ability to change my position electronically. The people were terrific especially the salesman. I am completely satisfied with the bed.

My mattress was getting a little bit uncomfortable and I wanted a new one. At the same time, I was looking for something which you can incline up or down and Easy Rest was appealing to me. It was comfortable with the first night. It meets all my requirements. I couldn't tell anyone "you buy this because it's good for you." That is a matter of taste and it's a multi-factor thing so I tell them it's worth your money.

My feet and legs were swelling and I talked to a friend of mine who recommended the East Rest Bed so I bought it and my feet and legs have not swollen since. I use the adjustable feature and have the foot of the bed up as high as it will go and the head just about a foot. The rep was very nice. He showed me a video and explained everything to me and brought me a gift. I would recommend them to a friend.

We had been looking for different beds and I sent Easy Rest something into the mail and decided to talk to them. I had trouble sleeping at night lying all the way down flat because I have allergies and some other problems. The bed seems to be helping and I like being able to raise my head up to where I can sleep more comfortably. I don't snore as much. The delivery team was great. They were fantastic. The sales representative was nice. The only problem I have is I have to give them a call about changing to a softer mattress as my wife didn't like the fur mattress I ordered. It's too firm for her. We've been gone off and on during Christmas holiday so I haven't got a hold of them yet, but I tried calling them during Christmas holiday and they didn't answer so we'll see what we can do.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because we thought it would be a good bed, and it really is. Just with the comfort and the sturdiness of the bed, I think getting it is probably one of the best things I ever did in my life. I like that it’s a dual mattress and the way it adjusts. Our initial phone contact with Easy Rest people was fine. They gave us a good description of the bed and the delivery team who set it up showed us how to use it. Everything was done well.

I made the mistake of buying Easy Rest bed as fast as I did because I didn't shop around and looked at other beds. I'm still trying to adjust to the bed because I'm used to sleeping on my side. And now I'm still trying to adjust to it being tailored up and the legs support coming up.

We were primarily going to buy a bed so we kind of decided, “Hey, let’s go ahead and get a bed that’s adjustable." So we purchased an Easy Rest Bed. We like it because it’s adjustable and it’s a king sized and that’s another investment we’re going to make. Their sales representative was a good guy. Their installation team did okay. They did fine. I was watching them all the time. I could easily recommend them. It’s a good bed. I’m glad we got it.

I've got diabetic neuropathy. I'm a severe diabetic. My feet just kill me every day and night, and lots of times I couldn't sleep. When the Easy Rest sales rep said that would really help my neuropathy to elevate my feet up higher than my heart, I bought it. And it has helped my feet tremendously. I was thrilled to death about that and I've got the problems in my back. I always slept on my right side but sometimes I turn and I don't even know when I get off my back because I'm so asleep. I told everybody I felt like a new person. I did because I slept so good and I wasn't woke up hurting in pain to go into my feet to just kill me. I love my bed. I couldn't have invested in anything any better than that bed.

I'm trying to get my EasyRest adjustable bed set up like I wanted and haven't used it yet. I would tell my friends about this bed.

It was because of my health conditions that I got an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep and delivery team were nice. My experience with all of them was good, but I've had the bed for 2 years and so far it's not helping. I have to call somebody to check it.

Easy Rest forced me to buy their bed. I had seen something on the internet and I was inclined to see what it is about. They called me from Philadelphia and one guy came here, talked to me for more than an hour and then I agreed. I got it, but I'm feeling bad because I did the stupid thing of buying that. I was comfortable in my bed. I don't need the head or the foot up now. The bed is okay and I'm using the bed. The mattress is comfortable and soft and you can move it up if you want, but I don't need it and I spent so much money on it.

I was told right up front it would be around $4000. Because I told them my income of a month was $1100... "Oh, we can adjust to that." They were slickers talking to you and telling you this and that. "Oh they'd come down" and the boy called back over there and they talked back and forth. "Oh yes, well we can knock it down another $500." So he told me "Oh, it won't cost you as much as we thought ... it's gonna be less than $4000." And then when I got the bill, here it was $6000 and some dollars. That is outrageous!

I enjoy the entire Easy Rest bed. I was having problems with my back and poor circulation. I have had hip replacements and knee replacements and the bed has helped me. All of the people that I was involved with in purchasing the bed were very, very courteous and all I can do is give them an excellent rating.

There are things I don't like about the Easy Rest. When you raise the head, it seems like you're lying on a hill sideways. When you turn over in your bed, it makes all kinds of noise. I don't know what caused it to do that. I got a thing through the mail, sent that in and they called me. They come out here and I wish I hadn't done it -- I had bought lots of stuff I didn't like but I went ahead and paid for it. The representative on the phone was a nice lady but the salesman who came out here was lazy. The installation team showed us what to do, how to raise it... The rest of it is alright but I wouldn't purchase it again.

I needed a new bed and the Easy Rest bed sounded like it would be perfect and I've enjoyed it. I can bring it up when I need to or let it down, bring my feet up. The sales representative and delivery team were good. The only thing that bothers me is that it was so expensive.

I have a hernia and sometimes I have to sleep with my head elevated. The Easy Rest bed solved that problem. I just got it a couple of months ago. The only thing is it seems like there's a hole on one side of my bed. I just wondered if it was a bed that they had picked up or somebody decided to cancel. Other than that, it's okay. The bed IS helping me.

I got the Easy Rest bed because my other one, a Craft Adjustable was awful. The mattress was so bad. It didn't work anymore and the bed fell apart. This Easy Rest bed is a dual. The people at Easy Rest were nice. And then when I said to him that I already have a Craft Adjustable Bed, he said, "Well, Easy Rest bought them out." He says, "Now, we're Easy Rest." But each time I upgraded up, it cost me a lot of money doing it. I'm satisfied with the bed. I shouldn't have done it because I didn't have medical problems to do it, but I do like my adjustable bed.

I've enjoyed my new Easy Rest bed. I would rate them good.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed so I could rest better and it does help. I enjoy all of the features of the bed. I like it all, I don't have a preference for one or another. The rep was knowledgeable and courteous and the installers showed me how to use it. I would tell everybody to get one because you can lay down and read or watch TV or sleep.

I seem to sleep better in this Easy Rest bed than I did in my other bed. It's convenient, if I feel like having vibrations, I vibrate it and that's it. My vibrator control is not a remote. It's hooked up to the bed somehow. I don't think it works real good. It's not too sensitive. They never gave me some pointers on how to use it and it's not very good to read in the dark, I can't see it. Maybe if it was a little bit rougher, if we could feel it and know what the buttons are for, I think it'd be an improvement instead of real slick like it is. To me the bed is alright but it's nothing to go out and celebrate about.

I have a back problem and I still have it. Some days, the Easy Rest helps, some days it doesn't. I like the bed because I can tilt it a bit. I don't like lying flat. I was supposed to get a heater with it but I didn't get it. And they never left me the hardware for my backboard. The driver was going to leave the hardware because I didn't have it when he delivered it. But he said the heater was supposed to come by UPS and they haven't gotten that yet. I'm not real praisey about the whole experience.

I have connective tissue disease and my joints get inflamed and hurt. And we just thought the Easy Rest would be beneficial to both of us. He has arthritis. I like being able to move positions to take the pressure off of one joint to another and the massage is very good as well. The Easy Rest people were very nice to work with. So far it's been a very positive experience.

We use the Easy Rest bed all the time. It's comfortable. I have arthritis so bad and it helps me in my back and legs. The Easy Rest team was knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with them. I'm resting that much better. My husband is sick and I have to take care of him and it gives me extra energy.

I wanted a bed to sleep on where the head and the bottom can be lifted up so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I am more comfortable with this bed. Aside from lifting up in the head or bottom and all sorts, I also like its massage feature. Their delivery team was also great. It’s just a great experience.

The only thing that I'm upset about the Easy Rest bed is that the massage and the wave doesn't work. I told them that when they called. They asked me if I could hear it come on but you can't, there's nothing. And the massage was what I would like to have had because I have a very sore body but it just doesn't do anything for me. They said they were going to send someone out. They'd let me know. It's great for me because I have to put the feet and head up. I'm in bed a lot and without those features, I wouldn't be able to sit there and watch television or read. I had a Craftmatic for 20 years and it has finally worn out. I had added another mattress and that wore out too so I ended up with the Easy Rest. It's wonderful. You sleep better if you're not sleeping flat. I raise it just a little bit up and when my legs swell I keep the bottom raised up. It works great.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I just can't afford it. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We had a good visit from an Easy Rest sales rep. I have acid reflux and I've been sleeping on three pillows for a long time. I thought buying this Easy Rest and raising the head of my bed easily would help me, and it has. At night, I turn on the massage part and turn on my CD player both for 30 minutes and I'm asleep before they go off. So I'm enjoying it. I’ve slept so much better. The only thing is I don't have any instruction booklet. The delivery people showed me how to use the control for the up and down, foot and head, and massage but I need a booklet if they have one.

We were told about Easy Rest. We had friends that bought one and moved to California, and they like it. We heard that it might cure my back so we got it too. But we've had it only for a few days and we were gone over the holidays. But so far it is great.

I purchased an Easy Rest because of the massager, the way it lifted up and to sleep comfortable. The sales representatives were very courteous, very nice and gave a good description of the bed. I sleep good on this bed. It's a nice bed and makes you wake up fresh.

The Easy Rest bed has helped out with my medical issue. Mine was for the spine and I had to have my head tilted up. With my wife, it stopped her from snoring. I have owned my old bed for at least five or six years. I filled out a thing that I got in the mail. "Can I come by and talk to you about it?" And I said, "Yeah, sure." The salesman came and ran the whole spiel. He was a very nice guy. As a matter of fact, we did talk for a long time even after my wife went to bed. And he was truthful. He said, "Well, it's far and few between but usually, it's given to military people." I have no problem with that. It's still not false advertisement if they give one away. It was excellent and it was not forceful. Everything was honest. That's what I liked about it.

I was having trouble sleeping and have trouble with my back. I thought maybe the adjustability of Easy Rest would help. I'm not as satisfied with it as I thought I would be. When they made it, they made it for my weight. At that time I weighed about 160 lbs but it only vibrates for like 30 minutes when you turn it on and before you go to sleep. Sometimes I'm not asleep in 30 minutes and I need it to vibrate longer. And they were supposed to make it to my old bed and it's not as tall as it's supposed to be. My bed was quite a bit taller than the one they made.

I've recommended Easy Rest to one friend. She wanted one that comes out in a half. I would like that better myself but it costs more money. We're getting used to it. My husband loves it and thinks it's helping him but I'm not used to being sunk in the middle and my feet and head up, too. So I have to go along with what he likes. We should have a split level. All in all, it's good.

Easy Rest is very comfortable and very easy. It just makes me feel ready when I get up in the morning and I'm not hurting like I was.

The man who came by brought DVDs with him and gave us a good demonstration. And he spent a good amount of time and he gave me the ifs and ands of the bed, of everything. I had gotten everything except I didn’t get the heat because I didn’t need that. I have the massage and I have the up and down which has been very good for me because I have a bad leg. It helps a lot. When the fellows came to bring the bed and put it up, they explained everything, too. They took the time, asked me if I had any questions. I’m very satisfied.

I've had a bed for 2 years but I only slept in it for 3 nights because I couldn't sleep in it. It just didn't feel right. I have poor circulation in my legs and I couldn't keep straight when laying flat and I have to have a couple of pillows. So I decided to get an Easy Rest Bed. With Easy Rest I’m having a good night’s sleep. I like the part where I get to raise my head a little bit. I would recommend them. I had one person come in and look at it. I showed her how it worked she said, “Oh, that's neat! I like that one.”

I got the Easy Rest because it’s adjustable. You can lift your head up or your feet up. I have some problems breathing with my head laid down, then I had a knee replacement surgery and I thought it would be good for me to be able to lift my feet up too. It has helped me and I like it a lot... Another thing I liked about it - you used to have to buy a frame and all with them, you just couldn't get them and just set them in your bed frame. But I could prop the bed and it’s just over into my frame and it looks really pretty!!!

I have no problems with the Easy Rest bed. It is comfortable and I like sleeping on it.

I have recommended Easy Rest to somebody and they're going to get one. It's fine except for the blanket that I bought - I didn't like that too much because it wrinkles up. But I would definitely buy Easy Rest again.

I have a lot of back problems. I used to take massages when I was in California and that helped me. But then I moved to Texas and I don't have the access to a massager anymore. I thought the Easy Rest bed might do the same thing as a massage and it did. It is wonderful. When I go to bed I turn it on for 30 minutes and then that's it. It relaxes me and I go to sleep and it has took all the pain out of my back. They sent me the free pillow and my neck was just killing me... I don't have any pain in my neck anymore at all!

I did not realize the high expense of the EasyRest bed until after I had already kind of agreed that I wanted it and it would help my medical conditions and my husband's. I wasn't lied to but it was kept hidden until the very end. So I was unhappy about that. If I had it to do over again, I would keep my old bed because it's just too expensive - $6000 for a bed, and I found out that I have no medical coverage for it. It's too much for somebody on a fixed income (retired). That's my only complaint. Otherwise I haven't had any need to call them for anything and whatever they said they were going to do, they did it.

I purchased Easy Rest Bed for the massage and heat features. It helped me sleep better. I owned a bed for only two months then I replaced it with Easy Bed. Their sales representative was very thorough and gave a good description of the bed. I have no problem with their delivery team. They showed me how to use the bed and answered all my questions. I had a major back surgery and didn't sleep good at night so I got an Easy Rest bed. It helped me. The sales representative was okay. The delivery went real quick. They put it up, and one went out and the other sat there and when I went back he just showed me the remote control, but did not make anything work. I didn't understand the other buttons, the vibrator the up thing and the massager. He didn't turn them on and I had to figure that out myself but I got the instruction paper. I like it very good. I'm satisfied with it.

I thought the Easy Rest bed would help my back but it really didn’t. The vibrator is too loud and vibrates in my head instead of down on my back where I need it. I’m really not happy with the bed. I just sleep in it. I don’t read in bed and all that so I shouldn’t have bought this bed. It is nice but it’s not for me. Everybody’s different. I would tell others about the Easy Rest bed and it would probably work with them. I would let them be the judge of whether or not to buy it.

The people that came and sold the Easy Rest bed, I’ll rate 5. The people that came and delivered it kind of rushed through it. I asked them to move my bed and everything and they did, but they were in a real big hurry so I rate them a 3. Overall, I’d recommend them.

I needed a new bed. My mattress wasn't any good and decided on the Easy Rest bed. It has helped me sleep better. I like the rising and lowering feature of the bed. The sales representative and delivery team were very nice. I like my bed. I'm very pleased with it.

The Easy Rest reps are terrific as far as salesmanship. They were great, courteous and polite. While I do enjoy the bed and like the feature where I’m able to raise my head, I do not think that the bed should be this too expensive. This is the first Easy Rest I’ve ever bought, and it will be the last. I purchased it thinking it will be more comfortable but my Craftmatic bed in Florida is much more comfortable.

I had been thinking about getting another bed (had trouble sleeping and always have to lay on my side) and saw the commercial. Easy Rest do appointments and I am working really close so I went ahead and ordered the bed... I'm very happy with it!

I like the idea of being able to sit up in it because I do read a lot in bed at night and I do watch TV in my bedroom. I was thinking of changing my mattress because my old bed has been 20 years or maybe longer. Easy Rest kind of came along. They were putting up a sale, but at that time I think I had already decided I wanted to get one. It was something I could do and afford that's why I purchased one. The salesmen were courteous, and the one that came in to my house was very nice. He wasn't really pushy. The people that set up the bed were very good team and very clean. I'm glad I got the Easy Rest bed. I'm glad I could afford one at this time. I am enjoying it. I had no problems.

The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable. It's a little complicated as far as the right position you want to be in. They have so many different positions to be in, but once you found the perfect one for you, it's excellent!

It was a shock to try to put my single bed sheet on the Easy Rest mattress because I had to fish out my queen size sheet. It fit the length but then I had to tuck the rest of the queen size sheet underneath because I wasn't told that the mattress was so thick. I didn't realize that the zipper thing that they put things in, the replacement on top, was attached to the mattress so there was another thickness there, but I am sleeping better. I didn't know enough not being able to see it before we bought it to worry about what sheets can fit on it.

I’m a wounded warrior so it was easier for my back to sleep on an Easy Rest bed. And I’m actually getting a lot more sleep than I have been, so it’s actually pretty cool. I use the heat and the massage features the most. Initial contact with Easy Rest was great, A+ all the way around. The sales representative knew everything I needed to know. The delivery people were great. The experience was outstanding!

We couldn’t ask for better people than the Easy Rest sales and service personnel. They did a good job in working with us when we decided to purchase the mattress that we saw on their TV advertisement. We like that we can adjust the bed like we want for elevation and we rest a whole lot better on it than we did with the old one.

The salesman sold the Easy Rest bed pretty good. He said it would fix everything I got wrong in my body, but it's not helping! I can't even sleep on it. It's very uncomfortable. There's nothing I enjoy about that bed. It is the biggest ripoff I've ever seen in my life, and I've seen a lot of them. The very next day, I called them and told them that I couldn't sleep on it. There's something wrong with it. The vibrator doesn't work right. It doesn't work the way the salesman said it would work. And the guy then says, "Well, I'm just in here on Saturday to catch up on some work. You're going to have to call on Monday." So I did. Monday, I called. A woman answers and says, "Oh yeah. We'll have a serviceman come up. He'll get in touch with you." So I left it at that.

My Easy Rest bed has helped me with my arthritis and back problems. I sleep better on this bed. I use elevation feature the most, the up and down headboard and bottom. At night before I go to sleep, I always straighten the bed out anyway. I’ve always wanted one ever since I saw it advertised. I told my daughter that I like it and so we got one. Everyone we spoke to at Easy Rest was very nice, from the man who signed me up to their delivery team. I would recommend it.

We’ve enjoyed it as well as its various features. I would recommend the bed to friends and family.

Easy Rest is very comfortable and very useful, very restful. I would recommend it to anybody.

My overall experience with Easy Rest was wonderful and I like it quite a bit.

Chose Easy Rest for the adjustability and the massaging because my wife had lower back surgery. We had a Sleep Number before and owned that for eight years or more but it's not adjustable to where you can raise it up to conform to your body. So far the Easy Rest has helped her with that and our experience has been good.

My health issues are the main reason I bought an Easy Rest bed. It has helped me sleep a little bit longer now. This bed is something I needed for a long time. I had the best bunch of people I ever dealt with at Easy Rest. It’s great.

I probably would not have gotten an Easy Rest Bed if I thought about it a little bit more but as far as the way it works, the representative and all, I give this company a 4. I only used it one time and it was okay... I plan on sleeping in it tonight.

I sent in a little card from Easy Rest that said something about winning a bed. I did not plan to buy one but when they came out and talked to us about the bed, my husband Donnie decided he wanted it. We’re both old and our bones hurt and the massage feature relieves some pain in our necks and bones a little bit. Initially, the wheels of the bed won’t lock and the mattress sinks to one side. The people at Easy Rest were very nice and handled it well. We’re still waiting for the sheets they promised. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience.

I chose to look at Easy Rest bed because I am physically challenged. I had reflux at night and needs the head elevated, and my feet swell terribly so I need my feet up a lot. The bed has helped me feel better. Their people are also very good. Their sales rep was in our home for 4 hours and brought a gift, a really nice smelling candle, and he was just the most polite man. He was very, very considerate and really nice. I’m happy with their people and I'm thrilled with my Easy Rest bed!

I needed an adjustable bed that would raise my head up when I choke and get a little congested and also raise my legs when they hurt badly. I had throat cancer and can't lay all the way back. EasyRest bed has helped me breathe a whole lot easier. I'm very happy with this bed and I've been telling all my friends about it. It was very beneficial to me.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I was very uncomfortable on the bed I had. The fact that I could get one that had massage and lift sounded good to me but I'm not happy with the massage... It's not very good. It concentrates from the head to the waist and then nothing down further. I had to purchase a topper to be comfortable in it. I wasn't very happy with what I was feeling.

We were convinced by their salesperson to purchase an Easy Rest bed. It was on sale that day. We replaced our 2 years old bed with it. Everything was fine. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and they were courteous. They had two boys from the delivery team that came and they were real nice. They had to take down and put everything in. I enjoy Easy Rest Bed just fine and would recommend it to anybody.

I’m very pleased with my Easy Rest bed and I just love it!

I had my mattress (that was my second mattress in 24 years). I was thinking of getting a new bed because I had to elevate it to keep the top part because I have gastro problems. There was a guy that came over and gave me the sampling. I laid on the bed and with that thing that vibrates and all that stuff, I said, "Gee, that might be good." So I bought this one and he said, "That's good for about 10 years." I said, "Since I'm 79, in 10 years I'd be 89. Hope I'm still around." Two people came in and took my bed out. They put that Easy Rest bed up and they put it up so fast it was unbelievable. They walked it and zoom! It was done. They gave me instructions and they showed me how to do everything.

I have always wanted a bed that went up and down because I have back problems so I bought an Easy Rest bed. One thing in there that I’m not pleased with is it’s softer than I thought it would be. But other than that, it is wonderful. It’s helped me sleep better because I can adjust my head and feet. Sales (very down to earth) and delivery team were great.

I have been very pleased with my Easy Rest bed. The doctor kept telling me to elevate the head of my bed because I had some health and sleeping problems. I thought maybe the Easy Rest bed will help me sleep better, and it has. The very first night I slept in it, I turned on the massager and I quickly fell asleep. My son and his family has tried the bed too when they spent Thanksgiving with me and he said that was the BEST sleep he has had in years! And my grandsons both laid on that bed with their phones playing games and we peeked in the room at them and the boys were fast asleep! It was a pleasant experience. I wish I had had it years ago. I’m grateful and HAPPY that I sent in this paper to perhaps receive a free Easy Rest bed. I never did get a free one but I was lucky to get this bed… :)

My Easy Rest bed has helped me with my lymphedema and congestive heart failure. I use the elevation feature the most because I needed to elevate my legs and head. I also use the massager at times. Everybody was nice. Everything went smoothly. I am very satisfied.

I replaced my 17-year old bed with an adjustable bed I purchased from Easy Rest and it has been an excellent experience. I use the elevating feature the most for my back and feet, and it helps quite a bit. The associates were courteous and respectful. They knew what they’re talking about and listened to my needs and issues.

I bought an Easy Rest bed thinking it would help my back, and it has indeed helped me sleep better. I use both the head and the footrest every night and raise them both up. And since it’s kind of cold and the house is cold, I use the heat. The Easy Rest team was very good.

I needed a new mattress, and Easy Rest was an adjustable one so I like that. I use the raising of the head and the foot the most. I haven't used it for reading at all yet. The sales representative was knowledgeable and the installation team showed me how to use the bed. It was a good experience.

The Easy Rest bed has helped my hips and back quite a bit. We bought two of them and it’s helped my husband some, too.

I sleep better but the mattress keeps moving all over the place. For the money that Easy Rest charge, they should have put a head thing because the mattress slides around a lot.

We’re both senior citizens and a good night’s rest is very important to us. The features of the bed were just what we were looking for. My husband and I are very satisfied with it. We use the massage but mainly the head positioning. I’m the one that uses my side a little more as far as elevation is concerned because I will sit up in bed and watch TV. So it’s a lot more comfortable for me. It’s ABSOLUTELY helped us get a better sleep! Our experience with the people at Easy Rest was excellent as well. They made us feel comfortable and knew exactly what to do. The time to set it up was very short. I have recommended Easy Rest even to my rheumatologist.

I’ve been sleeping better on my Easy Rest bed. It’s really nice and I’ve enjoyed having it! The bed is little bit too high for me but I can still use it. I just wish I had them lower it. Overall, I’m satisfied with my Easy Rest bed and the people I have spoken to. They’re the only company I’ve trusted my bank card to.

I had two back surgeries and have two artificial discs in my back and so I bought an Easy Rest Bed to help me sleep better. I had a hard time sleeping, but actually it hadn't helped yet. I haven’t put into much use any of its features, but my wife likes the massage when she goes to bed. She turns the massage until she goes to sleep with her feet elevated a little bit. In my case, I keep it flat and try to sleep on it. It feels like the head just kind of breaking down already where I roll towards the edge of the bed.

I'm very upset with my experience with Easy Rest. I didn't know that this bed was not going to deliver what I expected it to, especially as expensive as it is. I pay $5000 for a bed for which the top mattress keeps sliding off. I found out that when I elevate my head, the mattress slides down all the way down to the foot of the bed. If I didn’t have the footboard, this mattress would slide on the floor. I have to keep pushing it back up and level it back on the base. It slides over to the side too and I have to go around the bed and try to level the mattress off with the bed. I also happen to have a hard time putting my sheets on because I kinda have to push the mattress back up to the head of the bed!

My husband and I are getting older so I replaced the bed that we had for over 15 years with an Easy Rest bed, and it lifts up where you can sit up and get out of the bed. I enjoy being able to do that. My initial phone contact with them was really nice. The rep was knowledgeable and the delivery men showed me how to use the bed when they set it up. The experience was well worth it.

The Easy Rest bed is for my wife. She needs it because she's diabetic and she has swelling in her feet and her ankles. We haven't used it too much. I just elevate it a little bit and it helped her some. She's had a bad cough, so she coughs a little bit less at night with the head of the bed raised.

I replaced my 20-year old mattress with an Easy Rest bed. Raising the head and the foot up and down is what I enjoy the most on it because of the comfort that it gives me. I couldn’t ask for anybody nicer than the people I dealt with at Easy Rest. They’d done real good. When I think about Easy Rest, comfort and convenience comes to mind.

We have been resting a little bit better with Easy Rest. The head and feet are both raised. Their service team has been very courteous and their sales rep is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. The only problem we had is that at the time we didn't want the extension to make it higher and after we got to making the bed, we just thought we wanted the extension put on it to make the mattress look a little higher off the floor. We called and told the gentleman we wanted that and we haven’t got those yet. But aside from that, our experience with Easy Rest was very good.

I had wanted an adjustable bed for a long time. And I saw something on the internet to try and win an Easy Rest bed. I applied for it and they called me and asked if they could send out a representative, and I said, "Sure! Why not?" They offered me the pillow and I said, "Well, sure. I’ll see," because I have wanted one for years, not necessarily any brand. The salesman was an awesome young man. He had told me that he could hold the price for a year, and at the time I had just started a job. And I said, "Well, I’d like to wait until about February and make sure that my job is good and get through Christmas…" Then, he of course had to call his supervisor. He talked to him, and then that gentleman talked to me and gave me a couple different price and of course I had to take them that day if I wanted it.

We called Easy Rest on the phone and a lady came here. She was professional, wonderful, had a very light personality, no pressure, not trying to prove anything, just showed me the information and let me decide for myself. We purchased it and everything was timely. They showed us how to use the bed. They said if we have any more questions, I have a number to call. Everything was in sync.

I can sleep all night long on the Easy Rest bed! They had a good salesman. He came to the house. I couldn't shut him up. He came two days in a row. He was here the first day and I had something to come up that I had to go to. And he came the following day and I bought the bed. I'm stuck with the bed. It's good.

We’ve been thinking about getting an adjustable bed for a long time because we have a lot of medical problems - I’ve got fibromyalgia and my husband has a lot of back problems. The Easy Rest bed has helped me. My husband isn’t too crazy about it but I enjoyed the heating pad that stays on it and the massage too (we both use that.). He thinks that he doesn’t get the support that he needed because it’s too soft for him. But as for me, I like the fact that I can move it up and down and sit up if I want to read or if I want to watch TV, and it helps me get the pressure off some of my pressure points too. And the people at Easy Rest were really nice and helpful.

The Easy Rest bed makes a little noise when I put on the device to shake me, but I don't use it anymore. I keep my feet elevated mostly. The sales representative was very nice. He showed me and explained everything. The two delivery guys did a good job. They did everything they were supposed to do.

I’m sleeping at night and be awake during the day thanks to Easy Rest. It makes a big difference. I’m 77 and my husband is 83. He had Alzheimer’s and arthritis and bad circulation. I have neuropathy in the legs and feet and arthritis in the knees. I was hurting. I wasn’t getting very much sleep. I’d do good when I get two or three hours of sleep but they were nights I didn’t get any. I got the massage unit on for 30 minutes and that's enough to wind me down after a day and it’s easier to get my husband to bed at night (He was very much against going to bed). We bring our feet up a little bit and let the massage unit on for a while and it’s enough to relax us as long as we’re taking our medications too. I feel so much better. I’m 85 years old and I have arthritis in my lower spine, so I decided to get an Easy Rest. At times, the bed helps me once I got used to it. It seems to be doing okay right now. With a lot of my troubles, I’m not going to be satisfied with the bed. But having the bed at different positions because I have COPD also, it’s got me resting at night. Overall, I’m real pleased with Easy Rest.

I didn’t really want the bed and wish I did not get it. It replaced my fairly old bed of 5 years. On the other hand, everybody was helpful and courteous, and I sit up in it and watch television.

I like the vibration feature of the bed and if I want to sit up or watch television, I’d bring the head a bit up, and I enjoy it! I’ve got arthritis and it’s hard for me to get up out of the bed so I bought Easy Rest bed. I let the headrest up most of the time. The bed helps me with my condition but I got to have some guys come and turn it over now. Their sales rep was alright but he said the bed is $6000 when another said its $8000. But it’s okay since I’ve got 48 months to pay. Easy Rest Bed is worth having. I would recommend them.

You got to get an Easy Rest bed.

I started sleeping in a recliner because of my back problem. I have three lower disc that goes in it deteriorating and I needed something I can get comfortable with so I purchased a bed from Easy Rest and now I can go back to the bed now. My experience with Easy Rest has been very satisfying.

We purchased three beds from Easy Rest. We bought one for ourselves to replace our 20 year-old bed. We usually use its head and foot raise features. We are very pleased with them. We called them back and bought one for our son and another one for our daughter as Christmas presents. They’re very pleased with theirs too. It was all good.

My experience with Easy Rest has been pleasant. Everything went well. The fellow who came and showed me the bed was there with me a good while. They came to set it up and showed me how to use the remote. So far, the bed does what I want it to do - head up, feet up, vibrating and then waves - it all works. Although I have not been able to use my Easy Rest bed a lot as I’m not home most of the time, but when I can, I do enjoy it! It’s a great bed. :)

I’m not happy with my Easy Rest bed but it has nothing to do with the people that I talked to. They couldn’t have been nicer. I just simply made a mistake and didn’t realize the price was going to be so big. The mattress itself is so uncomfortable that I don’t stay with it long enough to have it do anything much. It’s not really good material for me. They’re padded out in portions of about 6 inches wide and it never goes away. But I’ve made the decision to stay with my Easy Rest bed.

I needed to replace the other bed. It’s probably 25 to 30 years. It was an adjustable bed too that has a vibrator on it but I never used it. And I was experiencing some growing pains throughout my body and I figured, “Hey, maybe this would help me with the massage.” The Easy Rest bed has been very good. It has relieved my pain. I elevate when I’m watching TV in the evening, and I put it back down when I’m through watching TV to get my rest. The only thing is the mattress sinks in the middle where I lay most of the time.

I really thought it had more buttons to operate with. I thought that you could start it and stop it when you get ready. But once it started, you got to go with it until it stops. It doesn’t have a button that you can start it and then stop it and switch over. But I use the massage the most.

I was having a hard time sleeping on my regular bed so I ordered an Easy Rest. I have three SERIOUS diseases: fibromyalgia, neuropathy and lupus. The Easy Rest bed is like DYNAMITE. Just the first week sleeping on this bed, my body started having a better reaction. I can walk now and I’m doing a lot better! I like my Easy Rest bed all right for raising up and down, but I’ve had problems with it since I got it. The mattress keeps slipping off and I can’t keep a sheet on it. I tell my son I need to make it in a way that it works. My daughter-in-law brought something to hook to one of it but it would still come off. I was calling about getting the free pillow, but they said something about the only way you get a free pillow is if you have a guy come over and give you a presentation on the bed. We agreed. I had my old bed since 2011. I decided to buy an Easy Rest so I could rest better. I let my head and my feet up at night. It has helped a little bit, but not much. Not like I expected it to.

I’ve had this Easy Rest bed since October 9 and I am satisfied with it. I am 89 years old and a very, very senior citizen. Although the delivery team showed me how it works after setting it up, there are just some things about the bed that I don’t understand. I don’t know whether I’m supposed to turn the mattress or not. But I like the bed and will not give it up. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody who is in the same shape as I am.

I bought a queen size EasyRest bed because my old king size one is too soft for me and I can’t sleep on it. I was wanting another bed and I had been putting it off and so when an EasyRest sales rep told me about the adjustable bed, I decided to buy one. He was really extra nice and gave me a good description of the bed. Delivery team came to set it up and they seemed like they were in a hurry but they showed me everything. I still need to buy some beddings that would fit the bed. I’ve tried sleeping on it two or three nights and I can feel some of the wires in it and so I went back to my other one. But again, it’s nice to have. I am happy with my experience with EasyRest.

Easy Rest would be very good with everything. I really like the guy that came out and talked to me about it. I like the manager that I talked to on the phone, and I really like my bed. I would recommend them to others.

The salesman convinced me to buy it. I was coerced, I did not plan to buy. The Easy Rest bed somehow stopped working. I don't know what the reason is, I didn't investigate what it was but the remote doesn't do any good. The bed is not moving and I'm not enjoying the bed. But everything with the Easy Rest people and explanation was perfect. They were very knowledgeable and very communicative. I don't have any complaints about the personnel.

We've been living in a fifth wheel camper for 14 years, so when we bought a new house, we also bought a new bed. We went with EasyRest because of its vibrator system. I bought my Easy Rest bed before Thanksgiving. I asked them to leave the equipment for attaching the headboard and I’ve called customer service. They have not mailed me the instructions for attaching the headboard yet and I don’t know that I have all the complete toolset to do that with. Everybody told me that I was crazy for paying that kind of a price for my bed but I like it and I would recommend Easy Rest.

I'm looking for a comfortable bed to sleep on so I bought an Easy Rest Bed. I used to like its features but I don’t really care about it much for now. If it wasn't for the financial problems they would be pretty good.

I thought the vibration and the wave would help my arthritis, it has not. I disconnected the electrical system from my bed because it makes it much worse. I just realized I wasted $4000. I have no problem dealing with their team. They were courteous and respectful. But I feel like I made a terrible mistake purchasing this bed.

I like to elevate and lower it, also the massage features. I put it on the automatic setting and it gets all where it needs to be. I usually fall asleep while it’s doing the massage. I’m glad I made that choice.

My old bed was real soft. The guy they sent by here said I need something a little firmer. Plus, it was a kind of high off the floor and he told me I need to get it a little lower. I have low back pain and used to wake up tired all the time - the bed has helped quite a bit with that, and my legs didn’t give out and I can get up. I use the elevation more than I do the massage. I had no problem dealing with anybody from Easy Rest. They were all real good.

I’ve gotten used to it that I enjoy it more than the Easy Rest bed. I would recommend it to somebody who was handicapped, it would probably be good. It is a comfortable bed but I just don’t really care for it.

When I saw the EasyRest bed in a catalog, I thought it would be great for resting and I can elevate my feet because I retain fluids in my legs. I bought the bed and I liked it a lot. The representatives were very nice and very helpful. The delivery guy showed me how to work it and everything. It has the massage and all in it. It really is lovely. The only thing is it's quite expensive but the bed was great.

I have back problems and acid reflux so I got myself an Easy Rest Bed and replaced my 5-6 yo old bed. Getting it was not as big deal than I thought it was. Everything went good. The bed works great! Am able to move my head up and down and use this feature a lot. It has helped me with my problem.

My EasyRest bed was real comfortable. I like the up and down feature and being able to sit and watch TV, and then set it on another one for to go to sleep. I like the heat as well, which is important for older people like me. But the main reason I bought the bed is because they have a darn good salesman. He put the vibrator on and gave me an idea of what it was like. Delivery team did a real good job too. The bed was quite expensive but it's really good.

I needed a new mattress because I have a pinched nerve in my back, and I know that mattresses have a lot to do with it. So when I received a promotional card in the mail for 6 chances to win an Easy Rest bed, I filled it out and sent it in. They sent someone out for a demonstration, with their sales pitch and video which I found to be interesting. I never did get a free bed but I bought one thinking that it could help me. I got the Easy Rest pillow as an incentive and they gave me a pretty good deal. Everybody was friendly and respectful and it’s a good experience for me. It’s comfortable sleeping on but hasn’t really helped me as far as the healing of the back.

The gentleman from Easy Rest that we talked to is nice and he went out of his way to help us, to explain everything to us. You don’t have a lot of salesman like that. Most salesman are pushy and he would not fit in that category. He was a A1 salesman. We also got along real good with the delivery team as far as everything goes. They came in here pretty late because they had a big run but they were nice. They set the bed up and one of them explained what the bed was and how to do these things. Everything worked out well.

The only thing I dislike about it is if I let my bed up and my wife don't let hers up, it's uneven. The way it looked like in the picture where it showed both of them are even, that is misleading. Other than that, it's pretty good, pretty nice. I sleep pretty good on it.

The Easy Rest rep did a really good job in the way he demonstrated and presented the bed and so I decided to buy one. I like it and it has helped me sleep better. However, my problem is I can’t get on the bed very good. I like the way it raises me up and helps me get out of the bed but then that doesn’t help me get on it. It is softer and mushy and I can’t hang on to anything to pull myself in like I did on my old one. The Easy Rest people are courteous and helpful but they just couldn’t set it down any lower.

We were satisfied with what we bought from Easy Rest. It's good for our health, me and my husband. I would recommend them.

The salesman described the bed good while the delivery people were great. I had problems sleeping and my legs and feet were swelling bad on me. I got an Easy Rest so I could adjust it and keep my feet raised up at night while I slept. It also helped me lifting my front part up, too. It’s better but I wouldn’t call it great. I’m satisfied with it enough to keep it.

I purchased my first Easy Rest adjustable bed because I got a bad back and it has helped me with that. I like the vibration feature and adjustable ability to different positions. I use it with my head raised and it has made me feel a whole lot better. The Easy Rest team was very helpful in showing me how to use the bed. It’s GREAT!

I have a million of reasons why I purchased an Easy Rest. I have a lot of health problems and I thought this might help. And so far, it's been helping so I'm very happy. I've owned the bed since I'm here - more than five years. I lower the one to go to sleep with because it's easier for me to stand up and I put my feet up at just a little bit. That helps me to sleep a little bit better. Then during the day, I keep it a little bit up so I can sit down and watch TV. The bed is excellent, and the Easy Rest people were very good.

Easy Rest is super good! I have a real good experience with them. I've talked to the president, the man who set up the bed, and the saleswoman, and I told them about how I appreciate how they treated me.

I purchased some Publishers Clearing House. We got that envelope and then Easy Rest called me and arranged a presentation. The guy came and did the presentation. He was excellent. I wanted a better bargain so he called somebody. He gave me everything but I didn’t want to put myself in that expense at the time. I came to live with my sister and I used her bed. This is my first bed I bought for me. I like this Easy Rest bed because it’s adjustable and then the massage, but I haven’t really used the bed yet.

The EasyRest bed has helped me with my back problems. I use the elevation feature quite a bit for my head and feet. I don't have to walk with my cane as much now and I'm doing a lot better. I don't have the pain every morning when I get up in my back. The EasyRest reps were very courteous and helped a lot with my questions. The delivery team came in to set the bed up and took care of it for me. Everything worked out good. They were all very helpful and very nice. I had an excellent experience with EasyRest.

I would recommend Easy Rest Bed to others. It's wonderful, it's fabulous for my mother. She's diabetic. She has decubiti, and she's an amputee. My mother get massaging in the bed all the time.
