Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I've had an adjustable bed for 29 years and I needed a new mattress. Although the representative said that it's hard to get it to work together, we ended up making a deal on a whole new bed. He was wonderful. The bed from Easy Rest's been real nice with both ends good and firm. However it's soft and seems to be getting thinner in the middle where your bottom lays or when you sit up. I sleep all the way across the mattress and I don't stay on one side. I flip-flop. But I really like the bed. Raising my feet, legs, and head is what I do the most.

I like Easy Rest very much. I'm sleeping better. I read a lot at night so raising it has been one of my favorite things. Of course, the massage is absolutely fantastic.

I'm getting older and I thought I might need more propping up and that sort of thing. This is why I bought an Easy Rest bed. It's like a glorified Barcalounger. You can adjust it to your TV viewing level and it would be new, soft, and nice. I was impressed by the description of it. Also, I have a spare room that is supposed to be a bedroom and it turned into a junk room because I live by myself. Then when people came to visit, which my siblings sometimes did, they had to lie on a pallet in the junk room. I thought, I got to be nicer to my visitors as we get older. That was also why I purchased it. Now, I've taken over that bed. The sales rep was good. However, where is my pillow? I was promised a free pillow to come with the bed. I've called about that in the past and they said it takes six to eight weeks. Well, it's past beyond that time level. Then again the bed's great so I'd still recommend them.

The Easy Rest sales guy was very nice and talked me into getting a bed. I kept telling him I wasn't going to buy one but then I wound up buying it, and I love it. I like the head up for when I read in bed and the feet up because I have PAD. I had a wonderful bed before but it wasn't adjustable like the Easy Rest I have now.

My mother has sent in at least 100 entries to win a free bed. I also had sent in some of these entries and was contacted by the company for a representative to come to the house and give us the sales pitch, etc. He was rude; would not leave when asked to and kept calling his boss from our phone to get the price down on your 'top model'. He said it would only take one hour, but was here for an hour and a half because my mom was asking questions as well (that's how he justified how much time he spent here). I actually had to get rude with the guy to get him out of our home just to keep my brother from physically throwing him out. I did call his boss and the company and complained, so they don't call here anymore. But I wonder if they really do give away a 'free bed' since my mom has sent in so many entries.

The massage and lifting the front line up has been really helpful because I have a choking problem. It's amazing and I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody. In fact, I talked to my brother about it who has a leg problem. They even came up to see it and we sat on the bed and turned the vibrator on. Their sales reps are wonderful and very easy to talk to. And their installers did a great job, they just took right over and took all the old stuff out, and then put out the new.

Easy Rest is quite comfortable and I sleep a whole lot better. Comparing Easy Rest and my old bed is like comparing a snowstorm to a blizzard. The other bed I got was too tall and killing me to get in and out of it. The head didn't let up and down so that was another problem. Sometimes, I ended up losing half of my pillows because I was trying to prop myself up so that I wouldn't be lying straight down and I wake up in the morning and I'd have one pillow and all the rest is gone and would be on the floor.

I would recommend Easy Rest bed. I wanted something that was comfortable and I like the massage real well. I use the massage feature the most to relax my muscles since I am old and it helps. The sales representative was real courteous and did everything he was supposed to do. He explained everything and sold me on it.

Our Easy Rest bed is really working for us -- my husband and I were really excited about the idea that we could sleep in the same bed together because I wasn't able to at the time. I have a lot of arthritis in my body – my hips, my knees, everywhere – and I could not sleep in a regular bed. I had to sleep in a recliner. The Easy Rest salesman and the delivery guy were fantastic. They both took the time to explain everything to us about the bed. The gentleman who brought the bed showed us how to set the remotes. He put my other bed exactly where we wanted it which is in the garage. Very nice, very professional, and very friendly. I really love Easy Rest.

I'd been thinking about replacing my bed that I've had for 20 years and And when I got the flyer in the mail and then I got the call, I thought, “Well, probably now would be a good time to check into it.” When the salesperson came to our home, I was glad to find that he was very informative and wasn't pushy or anything. Shortly after, the delivery team set the bed up and showed me how to work it. The Easy Rest bed is so comfortable, especially compared to my previous bed. I am now able to sleep on my back where before I could only sleep on my side to keep my head and my legs elevated. I've also been sleeping pretty good through the night now. I'm happy with my Easy Rest bed - it feels so good!

I got the advertisement in the mail saying that I could get six chances at a chance to win an Easy Rest bed. That's why I looked into it and ultimately ended up buying. Their sales representative was really nice. He gave me all the information that I needed to finally make my decision on whether or not I was going to purchase a bed. There were two people in the delivery team -- one was a male and the other was a female. The lady was very nice, and the man was very professional. I was almost a little leery of letting the man into my house, only because he was kind of sketchy. But then, once I started talking to him, I realized that he was okay.

I enjoy the Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was very kind and the delivery team answered all my questions and showed me how to use it. I could not raise my head and feet up with my old bed, but with Easy rest I’m very pleased.

My Easy Rest bed works very good. The up and down on it is suitable for my body. The rocking is very good for my shoulders. But the thing is, a lot of people ain't got that kind of money to put out for an Easy Rest. Still, I would recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with Easy Rest. I enjoy it and sleep really well on it and I know I will be okay with it.

The main reason I chose Easy Rest is because I was having trouble sleeping. I have back problems and arthritic problems, too. I was just thinking that it would help me with some of my lower back issues. I had back surgery and I was in pain. The massage part helps get the kink out of my lower back. The sales representatives were very nice to me. The salesman even brought a candle that I love smelling. Excellent service.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I got it because I have pain in my back, knees, and neck. The pain is much less since using the bed and I get to sleep throughout the night. My experience was very, very good and rewarding. My grandson who just turned 18 even asked me if he can have my bed when I don't want it anymore.

Easy Rest caught me at a weak moment so I went ahead and got one. I'm getting used to my bed. It's not very bouncy but I like that it can be angled. The guy from sales was nice enough and also the delivery team were great - they were the best.

Easy Rest is not what I was thinking it was going to be. It's not as comfortable and one side feels like you are falling down the hill. I got one because I needed something to put my legs higher than the rest of my body. My sales representative showed me a video and I thought it was going to be the thing. But he fooled me by ripping up the first paper we were filling out and did another one and he put electric one on there while I wanted the cordless control. He made a mistake by putting electric on the paperwork and I told him that wasn't what I was supposed to be getting. It was misleading and the price is too much because I see them in stores around here for a lot less.

The salesman from Easy Rest came out and he showed me and explained to me everything so I had no problem. He was not a pressure person and the bed seems to have helped me but my husband just ain't adjusting it right to suit him. I really have enjoyed it but for some reason or other, my husband just cannot get comfortable on it. I figured he'll get used to it sooner or later. I was perfectly satisfied and, my husband said that's all that really matters.

Their sales representative came out and gave me some pretty good information on lots of stuff that I didn't know about how the bed can help medically-wise so I just went with it. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Then two delivery guys came out and they seemed to be very professional also. I already knew what they were here for so I had some of the stuff cleaned but they cleaned up most of the heavy stuff and went in there and set the bed up. Now I get to use the head and feet elevation most of the time. It is comfortable and enjoyable so I would recommend it.

I like the bed very much and I bought the bed, but I’m very sorry about not being more attentive in my purchasing. I was looking to pay the bed off in cash, I wasn’t looking for a long time payment. The salesman knew what I was doing, that I was going to pay for it, but he said, “Put the down payment on. Don’t worry about it.” So we negotiated the price. He called the supervisor on the phone and they brought the price down. Long story short I signed the paper, not realizing that it would have cost me 26% in interest if I were on a payment!

I don't think Easy Rest is any better than any other bed. There's just accessories on it. It came without a bedhead--a $3,000 bed and I got to go and get an extra board for the head, it's more money out of my pocket. When the man came here and talked to me about the bed, it sounded really good. He agreed on what I said. I agreed on what he said. I was saying to myself, "This is the way to sell it." He said, "If you like the bed, we'll give you flyers. You can talk to people and pass some flyers for us."

Before I purchase my Easy Rest bed, I had an adjustable bed that I inherited from my mother. No one else in the family wanted it and I needed a bed, so I took that one. But the mattress was shot. It was one of those pneumatic mattresses you could control with an air pump and it leaked. So I needed a new bed and I decided, I'll just go ahead and pay for a good one.

I used to have a lot of pain in my back and now it has been reduced. The bed is very comfortable and I can adjust it the way I want to and the way that's better for me. I'm happy with Easy Rest. I'm recommending it!

The sales rep from Easy Rest was a nice guy. He talked and I told him I didn't want the bed. Then one of his people from the main office got online and he said, "I'm not going to be able to talk you into getting this bed?" I said, "No." So he said, "You're like my mother. I never could talk her into anything either." Then he kept talking and started at $9100. I said, "I'm not paying $9100 for a bed." But then when he got it down to $3900, my husband thought it was a steal. I told him, "I still don't want it," and we couldn't afford it. He still wanted it and went ahead and got it. The delivery team were also nice. They were courteous and showed us how to use the bed.

I got these little cards in the mail from Easy Rest and it said I might be eligible to win an Easy Rest sleep bed. So I mailed the card. I wasn't even sure what I was expecting. But I got a call from the company saying someone is going to come to do a demo. They gave their price and I had no interest then because it's not really cheap. The person who came over got his supervisor on the phone. It was a nice guy and he said, "You got to learn to live smart. You reminded me of my mom." He started to lower the price so I said, "Why not?"

I've always wanted an Easy Rest adjustable bed because I sometimes have trouble sleeping at night...I can't breathe. Easy Rest is okay. I still haven't quite gotten used to the different things on it, but it's all right. My Easy Rest bed is a little bit better because I can adjust the height to sleep in. Before, I'd get up and go up front and sleep. Now, I just lift the bed up a little bit higher. Their sales representative was very nice. The delivery team were superb when they set up my bed. They made sure I knew how to operate the bed and fixed it up...So it was good.

I recommend Easy Rest to everybody that wants a bed. It's good.

My husband purchased our Easy Rest adjustable bed because of my bad back. At the time, we had springs and stuff poking up through our bed. The feature of our Easy Rest bed that we use the most is the massage and we prop up our heads a lot. Plus the delivery team that set up our bed was good.

I bought one for its adjustments and ease of use. Easy Rest is comfortable plus the delivery team did a great job in setting up the bed.

I like the vibrator as when it cuts off you just feel like pain has gone out of you. But I think I spent way too much money on this bed and that I shouldn't have done it.

My old bed was fine but it was flat. I used to have a foam to raise my legs. I bought an Easy Rest bed and I use its leg elevation feature when I sleep because I have lymphedema in my lower legs. The bed seems to be working. Now, I'm sleeping a little more easily. They also have nice sales reps. The only thing I still haven't got was the pillow I was supposed to get. The heating pad has arrived but I haven't set it up yet. Easy Rest has just been very comfortable and it fits, works well, and easy to use.

They were fast in getting this bed to my place and setting in up. I'm very pleased with the bed. Satisfied customer.

My old bed was alright but I wasn't happy at all with the mattress. I had it for 10 years then it finally broke on me so I needed a new bed and I think I bought a good one. I needed a bed that I can lift up and down my back, feet and head, and Easy Rest made them possible. I haven't had it long enough but so far I'm happy with it. It cost a little higher than other beds but I have no complaints. So far everything is okay and I get a good night's sleep.

Everything was okay. The only thing that I did not like was the salesman was very pushy. I kept saying I can’t afford it but he kept on insisting. “Oh, I’m going to do something for you. I’m going to call my supervisor. I’m sure he’s going to give you a great deal.” So he calls and puts his supervisor on. Supervisor tells me, “Okay Mr. **, I have a very good deal for you. I’m going to give you the top of the line and I’m going to give you top of the line for half of the price." I ended up purchasing the bed that day but I did not get the top of the line.

I ordered it because I have cancer and I wanted a bed that raises up as it helps me breathe better. I've only had it over two months and so far it's been very comfortable except that it's leaning. They rushed to put it in and I even found some screws out of my front porch the next morning that probably should be on the bed. I don’t know if that’s why I’m having problems with the bed and I don’t know if they’ll fix it or what.

Easy Rest bed is much better than my old bed. It helps my back. Sometimes I sleep with the foot and the head up. I've also used the vibrator sometimes. It’s a great product! I've also had a wonderful time with their sales rep.

I sleep better, I don't snore as much, and my back doesn't hurt as much as before since I had the Easy Rest. I enjoy the lift feature, where I can elevate my legs, and head up a little so that I could breathe better at night. Their team couldn't have been more helpful or friendly as well. I would recommend them.

I had a health condition so I got an Easy Rest. Since I had it I'm resting better and I'm getting more hours worth of sleep. I often use its lift features, most especially the elevation of my head.

If you want to be comfortable, get an Easy Rest and you'll enjoy it. I have neuropathy in my feet and and the bed helps to keep my feet from swelling when I prop them up. It is terrific. We rest better with it. In addition, their people have done great. In fact, I recommended it to several people.

They were very pleasant and informative. But I'm thinking I paid a lot of money for the bed and that I should have sent it back but I guess it's too late now. I've had surgery on my back and I thought that it might help since it has features like the massage or the heat and being able to sit up. However I’m sleeping in the Easy Rest all the time and my back has bothered me more. I don't know if it's the bed or just back to the days that it's all been. I need a little more time to figure it out.

I'm happy with the Easy Rest bed. The staff were very accommodating. However, if a fire goes out, you better not be in bed with the feet up and your head up because you can't get out. That happened to me. Thankfully I was able to squeeze out. But other than that, it was a great experience and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Everything is perfect. I picked this bed because it's better for me to move up and down and get my massage in the bed. It's a very nice bed and it's much better than my old one. I'm sleeping better.

I like the Easy Rest Bed's massager, which comes with two settings. It helps a lot to relax me. The old bed that we owned for 30 years didn't have a massager and heating pad like this bed has. I also like that it's adjustable and that we can put it up and down. The only thing that I find that's difficult about this bed is it's harder to get in and out of. We got the Easy Rest pillow too but that didn't work at all. It's very small that's why I use it for something else.

My Easy Rest is a lot better compared to my old bed of six years because I can raise up the head or foot, and I got the massager. They came here and they were really sweet and helped me to get the other mattress and bed out so they could put the new one in. I would sum it up as a really great bed. I decided to keep it and have already recommended to friends.

I have a lot of trouble with my back and I can't breathe good and it's great that I bought an Easy Rest Bed. The lady that sold it to me was wonderful. There's a big difference compared to my other bed--the old one has a new mattress but I wasn't comfortable on it. I have COPD so I like that this bed lets me raise the head up more so that I can breathe better.

Those two men that delivered our bed were excellent. They came in all through the rain, put in the bed and adjusted it like what we wanted it and everything was in place before they left. They explained to us how it works and they showed us how to work the controls. That was very good service from them and I’m so proud of them because some people would say no I can’t do it in the rain. But they did and they were nice.

I had a pretty good mattress and foundation on my old bed but I couldn’t do anything with positioning my head or feet with that bed so I bought the Easy Rest. Instead of sleeping on a whole lot of pillows, I tilt my head to be in a slight upright position and it is more comfortable. The overall experience was okay as far as the representative and the delivery person. But I’m kind of disappointed when I have a problem with the bed and nobody seems to be able to solve it. I’ve written to the company about it and they should be receiving my letter about the resolution of that problem.

Due to health reasons I decided to get an Easy Rest bed and somehow it did give us a better rest. It was different with my previous bed as it was flat. With Easy Rest you can have your head elevated, your feet elevated and set it like a recliner like you want it to. I use the head an feet elevation for a better position instead of using lots of pillows.

It's a disappointment. I could have kept the mattress I had. I purchased an Easy Rest because of the comfort that they say it can give my legs. I've used all of its features. The massager is ok. Also when I get in, I've elevated my head and the leg part, too. My legs are hurting but they don't do anything for me. I bought it to see a difference, so that my legs and neck won't be bothering me, but none of that has changed. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have sleep apnea, problems with my back, as well as having a need for a knee replacement. I was trying to see if I can correct some of it. With Easy Rest, everything is working out very well. It took a lot of the pressure and pain out of my legs. Sleep is wonderful, and it seems like I'm walking a little bit better now. This bed is much better than the older one I had. The mattress is much higher on this bed. Also, I like to sit up a little bit and Easy Rest allows that to happen.

I have been looking around for some time for an adjustable bed and happened to get in touch with an Easy Rest representative. And now I enjoy the bed very much! It's a lot more comfortable than my old bed. I particularly like the fact that I can elevate the head and the foot. I also enjoy the vibrator. I have a breathing problem and it's particularly good for me to raise the head up and sleeping is much more comfortable this way.

Easy Rest works fine but one complaint I have (the only one) is that they told me I have won it for free. But when they got here, they wanted me to pay for it. It was all right as I could use a new mattress anyway. I would recommend it.

I thought purchasing Easy Rest might be more comfortable and save money in the long run but the bed is hard to me and I can’t return it so I am not happy with the money I spent. Our old bed, which my fiancé bought the year before, was a whole lot better than Easy Rest. Another thing is that the salesman told me one thing, and when I called the company, they told me something completely different. And they get smart with me telling me I should have done this, that and the other. The delivery team did a good job but I wasn’t told there was a $330 delivery charge. In other words, they don’t care about their customers. They need to tell the truth rather than try to just sell something to make money.

I had a problem with my lower legs not pumping the blood back up like it should. I was told the vibration feature should help with blood clot so I thought it would help with my leg problem. I haven’t slept in it enough to say for sure if it helps or not but I like the bed in general. It’s easier to get in and out of. Easy Rest is also easier to take care of than my old bed. Plus their sales rep and delivery team were good.

Since using the Easy Rest bed, I've been watching TV more and having rests on it since it's more comfortable to lie on than my previous bed. I also like that you can adjust the bed, especially the head part. This bed is really nice to have. Their sales and delivery team were also good which made me enjoy talking to them.

I love it! We've been sleeping better since we used it. We got it to help with my husband's back and it's 100% better than the previous bed we had. I love its head lift feature but I'm still waiting to receive my pillow.

I love Easy Rest. I like the massager and the fact that you can raise and lower the head because we've been using wedge pillows and this eliminates that. I'm happy with it. It's outstanding.

Purchasing this bed is the best thing I did for myself in a long, long time. I have pain in my legs and my back all the time since I had a disc removed from my back. And Easy Rest helps in getting better sleep compared to my older Sealy Posturepedic bed which could not lift up my legs or my back. The guy who came here explained to me about the different beds, some features of each, among others. The delivery guy took out my old bed and adjusted the mattress to the firmness I wanted. Once the installation was done, the bed looked beautiful! I recommended it to my sisters and to my friends--after all it's a wonderful product!

My wife has problems sleeping and she props herself up on the pillows so I thought that buying an Easy Rest might help her sleep better at night. Also, I have bilateral venous insufficiency. When we sleep, we prop both head and feet up. But in some ways I'm still adjusting to the adjustable bed. Other than that, there's no problems and it's very acceptable. Also, their employees handled things in a professional way. Things went fairly smooth.

I would give Easy Rest back for extra money, if you'd take it. It doesn't help us. It's not as good as the old bed we had that's staying down in the basement now. The vibrators make us hurt, especially my back. We watch the news once a week with it elevated and that's the most we use it for. The salesman, however, was good. He made us think that we really need it. We didn't buy it, he sold it. I can't say it has helped us in any way, shape or form and it’s aggravating to even think about it.

I like the Easy Rest bed. It's comfortable and I'm getting more hours of sleep now in that bed compared to my old bed. This one's more relaxing too. I use the lifting of the head and my wife uses the vibrate feature. Also, the sales rep and delivery were nice - on top of the list.

I find the Easy Rest bed comfortable. The sales reps and the delivery guys were very good and efficient. They explained everything I needed to know about the bed. Everything's basically what I expected and I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

I don't have those back pain like I used to since using the Easy Rest. I have a lot of problems on my legs so I keep them propped up. The massage and the heat are good. It's excellent.

It's good that I'm able to lift my head and my legs while I'm on the bed. It makes it more comfortable for my back and the heating helps my back too.

Easy Rest is a great bed and I'm very happy with it. It is much nicer, more comfortable and bigger than my old bed. I like being able to read in bed better and it's cozy. It's a nice kind of bed to have since you can raise the top.

Because of my very bad back pains and chronic arthritis, I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed but nothing has changed since using it. My back still hurts a lot. I don't use any of the features that much. I lay flat but I put the top up sometimes because I have COPD. However, I really enjoyed the way the Easy Rest sales representative and delivery team presented themselves. They were very nice and friendly.

I've been telling everybody about Easy Rest. It's excellent. We bought it for my back and since using it, my back doesn't hurt as much. I like the mattress - it just sinks down in there. Also, I want the massage.

I love my Easy Rest bed and my pillow too. I feel good at night. My old bed was so much different. I sleep so good now I can't sleep without it. I had my grandson laughing at me...I told him I can turn any way I want to turn. I can sit up in bed and read. I also like to look at the news and my movies when I'm in the bed. When I just sleep in, I let it down. If I want my feet elevated, I lift it up. I can prop my feet up so my legs and feet don't swell anymore.

I bought it because the doctor wanted me to get my head raised up and elevate my feet. So far I enjoy it and I can't get out of it. I sleep in it forever. Everything with the sales representative and delivery team was wonderful except for that woman that called me to set up my appointment. Other than that once I got the supervisor, I had no problems at all.

Wonderful relaxation with the Easy Rest. I miss my older bed but this one is great. I can sleep with my head and feet up. I used to sleep on two or three pillows but now, I only use one. The sales rep was also great - he was informative and friendly. He was a kind man and didn't shove.

To help me out with a bad back, I bought the Easy Rest bed. I also got the heat system and the pillow. My old bed that I used for 5 years didn’t help my back that much. I like it where I can raise my leg and back while the massage helps get the tension out of the back of my neck and arms. I had no problems at all, from the sales rep to delivery team. They are very thorough and I appreciate that. It was very nice and wonderful that I already recommended it to a friend.

Easy Rest appears to be very comfortable and is much easier than the bed I previously had. I like the vibration feature. The staff explained all the details and when they brought it in they gave me a demonstration.

The Easy Rest is doing very well for us so far. We purchased it because both of us have diabetes, arthritis and back and leg problems. It's somewhat better than our old bed. We use the elevation of the legs for diabetes because of leg swelling and the elevation of the back for our breathing. With regards to their representative, he was very good and knowledgeable on what he was talking about. And the two fellows that delivered it knew what they were doing when they set it up. Everything that they said is what they basically are.

I need a new bed so I decided to get the Easy Rest. It was a difference between day and night compared to my old bed that I owned for twenty-five years. I get a wonderful night sleep. I used to use two pillows but now I only use one. I usually raise the head because I have a sinus problem that keeps the sinuses from gathering in my throat. And I've raised my legs to help when I’m holding water in them. I recommended it to a friend and my sister, and I always have.

I like the Easy Rest bed but don't like the mattress. The mattress is not comfortable for me at all. It's not right. It's got a ridge in it so I'm sleeping on the edge. I'm going to call them back and tell them that I need to get a different mattress.

I had no intent at all of purchasing the Easy Rest. Then this lady called me and said they were going to give me one of these pillows. I tried to get out of it. I told her in the beginning that I'm a senior citizen and I can't afford the Easy Rest bed but she was giving me some explanation about it -- just to let someone come by and talk to me about the bed and I would receive this pillow. She wasn't demanding but talking to me in a very sincere manner.

I'm getting used to my Easy Rest. I did not expect it to be as it is but have to live with it because I've sent my money. But I'm not that impressed with it. I probably would have felt better if I had gotten the king-sized bed because I have a bed with that great, big dip in the middle where you fix them together.

Everything is fine about Easy Rest bed. I would recommend!

We're enjoying Easy Rest. I sleep with my head elevated as it helps my nose to not be stuffed up. We like the guy who sold us the product. The price seemed to be okay, too. The delivery team did good as well. I like to raise up on the head and do elevate my feet some of the time too.

I can't sleep with my head down flat because I have trouble with my esophagus. I get acid reflux so I have to sleep up with my head elevated and that's kind of hard to do with pillows, but with the bed itself I can do that. I'm enjoying it and I've been having better rest lately from it. I would recommend it. I've told a couple of people about the Easy Rest.

I had thought about them for a time and my existing mattress was wearing out and that was the big thing why I purchased the Easy Rest bed. I adjust the head and bottom so I'm comfortable in it and my sleep is good. My old bed couldn't be adjusted and it didn't have relaxing qualities, so I'm pleased with this one. The sales rep did a real good job and the delivery team was very pleasant and gave me a good advice - they reminded me to rotate the mattress in two months. It was a very satisfactory experience.

I like the vibration - the massage and the wave. But the mattress is not the most comfortable mattress that I've slept on. I think the mattress is horrible. Maybe I'm different, somebody else might think it's great.

I love the bed, I like the way I can adjust it and the way that I can sleep in it. The delivery guy was wonderful, he told me everything about the bed and showed me how to work the remote.

My husband and I both have trouble with our backs and acid reflux. So we thought to go ahead and buy an Easy Rest bed. So far it is working, I really like it. It helps my back and the circulation in my legs. So whenever I get tired with my legs, I just go and lay down. It is helping me a lot. It's a lot different than the regular bed. A lot easier and comfortable. You do relax in it.

I don't have any complaints with the Easy Rest bed because they helped me all the way down through the years. It was in 2000 when my husband purchased on and I just got a new bed. It's a newer model and a smaller size. Our old Easy Rest bed was the one with the motor on it and has the remote. It helps me with my limbs because I have arthritis and I rest real good. Our old Easy Rest was one of the first beds they had with a motor like that. When the motor went out on it, we called someone to repair it because it was real old. The new one is a little faster. It's nice and worked 100% for me and my condition.

I'm kind of disappointed in the Easy Rest to be honest. I've tried the adjustments and all kinds of positions plus the vibrator and everything and it didn't exactly do what I hoped it would do. But the biggest disappointment is that there is a big hole in the middle of the bed, and I wanted a lot more firmer surface. They presented the thing well. I thought it would going to do a lot more for me than it did. The guys set it pretty well and he was quick and efficient. The salesman was very good, but if I had to go back and do it again, I wouldn't do it knowing what I got. I just wish I could have gotten the same thing for $800 instead of $8,000.

Everything is really good with the bed and I can sleep and rest better. Though I don't sleep all that well, but as far as a night's rest and just relaxing in the bed, it helps me a whole lot.

When I purchased it I was really excited about getting a bed that would help me with my health problems. I have a bad back and thought a firm mattress would be so much better for my back. However the quality is just not there. I have sleep apnea and I like that it could raise up the top, that way that sleep apnea wasn’t quite as bad. But it got stuck in that position and at this point the bed is out of commission. Called them last Friday and I haven’t heard back.

I've had a bed for about 8 years but it was shot and my back and legs hurt all the time. The Easy Rest sales rep, as well as the delivery guys were really good. They were courteous, nice and professional. This bed is a whole lot better than the older one. It sleeps great. I'm getting a good night's sleep, and my back no longer hurts in the morning. I like being able to raise my head, as well as the the vibration and massage feature. I love and enjoy this bed, and I'd recommend it to all my friends and family.

I don't use it that much. I use it sometimes when I go to bed at night and watch TV. But my wife likes the old bed better. I thought this Easy Rest bed was going to be more firm than it is, but it's a little bit on the soft side, but I guess that's the way it is.

I've had a lot of back pains and someone called me about purchasing an Easy Rest. I had the guys come out and demonstrate it for me. The sales rep explained everything to me and I understood what's going on that's why I went for it. I like the wave feature of the bed and I also use the vibrate. I'm very happy with it. I sleep well and I get up with no back pain so I would recommend it to a friend.

First off, we're not really impressed with the bed to start with. As far as features go, the adjustable part would be the only thing that would separate it from any other bed. My wife vibrates a little bit on hers but I don't use the vibration at all. But we were perfectly happy with the bed we had before we got this. We bought the bed because of the guy that sold it to us and I'm a sucker for a salesman. Overall, as far as the bed is concerned, we're happy with it but we feel like we paid probably three times too much for it. We definitely wouldn't buy another one and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy one either. I can get as good or better bed for less than half what that cost, maybe less than a third. It's way overpriced.

I called Easy Rest up and they made a lot of good promises, so I was going to see whether they were true or not. The salesman did a good job. He went through everything with me and showed me how everything was going to work. I didn't have any trouble with the delivery team either. They brought the bed right in and set it right down and moved the other one out for me. However, since I started using it, my back was hurting me more. I just got through talking with them this morning, and they said that they were going to send something to help me. The only thing I got is with the mattress. They have to change it. They will give you another one but they want you to pay for the shipping. I would recommend them, but they need to have some way to find out the type of bed that a person needs other than body weight.

The salesman was very good at his job, and the delivery guys did what they had to do and got it done quick. We had no questions after that. I like the massage and I get a good night's sleep every night.

The bed was mainly for my wife and she gave up a very good king sized mattress. She loved her old bed but is on long-term care at home and has had some problems. I have only gotten the Easy Rest bed thinking she's really going to need it down the road, but she's not happy with it and I'm stuck with it. The bed has got that foam top that she lies on and we've only had it for a month and it's already sinking down on one side. We got the firm mattress, not the soft. My wife is not comfortable and she's not happy with it.

Easy Rest is good and I'm pretty well satisfied. I like to elevate my back and neck.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I've been wanting one for a long time and I like it better than my old bed. My previous one was a good bed, but I have arthritis really bad and I needed my legs up. I can't do that on a flat bed. The availability of moving it in whichever direction I need to move it is what I enjoy the most because of my arthritis. My neck and knees, at times, are real bad but I get a restful sleep because of it. This is the first time I've ever gotten an adjustable one, and it was so nice of Easy Rest to send a pillow.

I had a twin size bed but I'm a big person and too big for twin size so I gave my son the twin size and got a queen size regular bed but that didn't make me happy. It made my back hurt. I have a bad leg and it made my hip hurt. I could hardly walk to the bathroom in the morning when I get up. Some guys from Easy Rest came to my house when I had sent a brochure in reply and talked to me and I told them all about the health problems I've had. They were nice. I like them and I felt very comfortable with them. They said I deserve an Easy Rest bed being as I've had the life I've had to live. So I got me one and I'm not sorry! I would recommend them anywhere.

Me and my wife both have back problems so we figured the Easy Rest bed would work out for us. We use the massage part of the bed and the adjustable part helps a lot - it relieves the pressure off our backs. The sales representative answered all our questions and everything he said seems to be true so far since we got the bed. The delivery team called several times making sure everything was good then eventually got the bed set up in about an hour and a half.

I am pleased with the Easy Rest bed. I was having back problems. That's what made me purchase the bed so I could get some rest and sleep at night time. The most that I enjoy is warming the bed, getting warm, and the massage. It's much better than my previous bed. The sales representative and the guys that brought it in were real nice. They put it together and did a great job. Highly recommended!

The difference since I used the Easy Rest is that I rest a lot better. I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and I don't wake up with my joints aching. I can elevate my head and adjust my feet to rest the way I want it so I just sleep all night instead of getting up two or three times at night. The sales and delivery team were good. They were knowledgeable and explained how the bed works. I just like the whole bed and my Easy Rest pillow too.

A lady told me that I had won one of the beds and they sent a representative out to bring the bed. He was coming to tell me about Easy Rest. He was good and was going on and on, and that's how he got it on me. I was having trouble with my back at that time as well as really looking for a bed so I said OK. The Easy Rest bed is wonderful. I like it very much. A few minutes ago my legs were cramping and I was able to turn the wave on and it soothes those pains.

I was at a point where I had to do something because I just wasn't sleeping well. My bed was too tall where I had to use the step stool to get in and out of it. At almost 83 years old, I was afraid I was going to fall doing that. So I made sure that this Easy Rest wouldn’t be quite that tall. When it arrived I had it put out in my big living room along with my TV and my lounge chair. I liked the idea of having the massage built-in and just got the warming pad just this last week because it had to be ordered separately. But I don’t think I need it because the bed is plenty warm as it is.

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and it's easier for me to get in and out of this bed. Plus it's adjustable, where I can adjust to where my body aches and I'm sleeping a lot better. If I'm too low on my head, instead of using two pillows, I just raise the bed a little bit and I bring the feet up because of the circulation in my feet which seems to be working out good. I don't know why I didn't get it sooner. I love this bed.

We liked the vibration and all of the other features so we bought the Easy Rest. The sales and delivery team delivered it good and explained everything. Although I’m still getting used to it, I really enjoy that the top can rise up. The only bad thing I have is if you put the head up and don’t raise the foot up, you tend to slide off the end of the bed and end up almost sitting on the floor. My wife's mattress keeps sliding down off it. I don’t know if the retainer is in the right spot or not.

I've had five bypasses, and so my right foot tends to swell, but with this bed, I can lift my feet and have reduced that swelling to less than a tenth of what it was. The sales rep we talked to seemed to be very nice and my wife liked him pretty well. Also, the delivery team was outstanding, and they were perfect and professional. They came in, did their job and were very courteous. Easy Rest is a decent sleeping arrangement. I enjoy it, and we've recommended it to several people.

My wife to stays in the Easy Rest bed more. It’s great for those that can’t sleep on their side, and my wife can’t because she has a severed hip so she doesn’t have to stay in a recliner anymore. I had prostate surgery a long time ago so I have to go out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. I get up probably five times and it has also helped me since I can get up easier. If I’m right, it’s probably helpful because I’m sleeping on my back instead my shoulders compared to when I’m on a recliner or couch.

Since I started using the Easy Rest bed I'm much more comfortable. I like the mattress, the feel of it, the vibrator, and then the adjustable part of the bed where I can elevate it. I have Parkinsons and been having problems sleeping so this bed is beneficial to my rest. I have trouble breathing if I'm down flat so the elevation is important. One of the things that I did want to see is if I could change the heating element I had ordered. I was not able to use the heating pad, and would like to know if that could be returned.

I'm having some trouble with my Easy Rest right now because I just had surgery and my back is giving me a lot of trouble. I got it for the mattress but I think the firmness of the mattress is making me a little bit uncomfortable at this time. I think that after I recover, it would be completely different because I enjoyed it when I first got it. Also, the Easy Rest sales rep was wonderful and very good in explaining to me everything.

I've seen the ad about how it’s good for certain ailments of your body so I got one. However I can't tell the difference between my old bed and Easy Rest other than the adjustment and the vibration. I'm still adjusting to it. It's not what I thought it would be but I don't have a problem with it.

All my life I just had a regular bed and I'm 65 years old. The salesman was a really good guy and brought down the price so I purchased the bed. Easy Rest bed's a little better so far. It hurts me a little when I raise the feet but I'm getting better.

My son had a tree fall on him and got back surgery. He got the bed since he had to have therapy after the surgery. Although he hasn't used the bed as much, he says when he needs it, it does help and he likes it. He can tell a difference as far as the way he feels when he gets up too.

Before, I had a regular mattress so now I have trouble getting used to this bed. I'm disabled, I'm in wheels or in scooter. With this bed I use the reclining adjustable feature part of the bed a lot. The sales experience wasn't good though. I'd say no and the salesman put me on with another guy and he would give me these other ideas, and then he'd go back to get me a better deal and so forth. I even mentioned that it seems to be an insurance where people would wonder "If I can be given that kind of a deal now, why wasn't I given that kind of a deal from the very beginning?" He did a good job of explaining it though and I liked the financing so I purchased it. But again, their sales rep was like a little dog hugging your pants and wouldn't let go.

I'm enjoying my comfortable Easy Rest bed which is a lot different from my old bed. You could adjust it to suit you. It helps with pains in the back and I can have my head high up. I use the headrest the most - out of habit and comfort.

I have two bedrooms, and after I got my first Easy Rest, I joined the raffle for another bed thinking that if I win one, I’d have an Easy Rest bed in both bedrooms. I haven't experimented with the different positions yet because when I find a position that I like, it's so comfy that I stay with it.

I got sleeping problems and a recommendation for a hip operation. The circulation in my legs aren't working as well so I use it to incline my feet up. I thought having an Easy Rest bed would help. It did help some, like my back's better now, but it didn’t cure all my problems so I'm going to have to call to have the operation.

Purchasing an adjustable bed was something I had in mind for some time, and now I highly recommend them! My acid reflux problem is alleviated by the fact that it's adjustable to raise the head of the bed and that helps a lot. The Easy Rest bed is a lot more comfortable compared to the bed I've owned before.

They had a good salesman who talked me into buying it. I found that I like this Easy Rest better compared to the bed I had long time ago. When I’m in the bed I use the up recliner to raise my head up better which is great because I like to sit up and watch TV in bed.

We've enjoyed our Easy Rest bed so far. We use the adjustable foot and head feature every night. This is our first time to have an adjustable bed and it just takes some getting used to. The only problem is we can't get it paid for. When I got to read the contract after they delivered the bed and left, it says that they were gonna charge me 17.99 interest rate and I thought, no they wouldn't! So I tried to get a hold of somebody, and I finally got hold of somebody and the guy from the headquarters called me. I sent him the cashier’s check on February the 18th but it’s been lost.

My legs swell and the bed was helpful so I can raise my feet. Now my legs are not swollen like they used to be, and I get a better night's sleep. I like the heat and the massage, it's excellent. I'm telling everybody about it but lot of people are a little upset with the price. They can't afford that kind of money.

My daughter was telling me about the bed. A guy from Easy Rest came by, stayed with us a long time and convinced us. My daughter and I thought it was a good deal so we purchased it. It's been real good so far and we've enjoyed the bed. We also received the pillow and an electric blanket which are both very good as well.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I was looking for comfort, but I goofed up on that one. That’s the worst bed I've had. I wish I've known about a better bed, because if I did I would have got it. The salesmen and delivery, did a very good job on selling it to me. Now I use it mainly to keep my legs up because I've got a blood problem, and the vibrator is nice but I have problems sleeping and I can hardly sleep in it. I’m done with Easy Rest, and I’m not going to purchase another one.

The Easy Rest bed allows better circulation on my legs. I like the way it positions and inclines, and the vibration or the massage. The customer service that I received when they came and set it up was great. They actually had us lay in the bed and showed us how to set everything so that was awesome.

I was talking to somebody else about the adjustable bed and had gone to a couple of furniture stores and seen some adjustable beds. But the furniture stores didn’t really take the time to talk to me about the bed. The first place that I called, all they did was send me basically a price list to my email address. Nobody came out here and talked to me. The salesperson from Easy Rest that came out was not the slightest bit pushy, which is a good thing. She took the time to talk to me, showed me everything and answered all of the questions that I had.

I haven't been very happy with the Easy Rest bed. I have some friends that have a Tempur-Pedic bed and it sounded to me that Easy Rest was comparable to that and was cheaper. So I listened to the spiel but I misunderstood a lot of that. I heard the sales rep say that I had time to think it over but the delivery team, when I wanted to change the mattress, said he would come in and change it. But after I've had a discussion with the company and I've now read the guarantee, I realized that he didn't have the courtesy of letting me know he dropped by here and put it in for me, if I had any problem. I thought he meant he would bring it and deliver it and put it in, but he wouldn't ring and they would come to set it up.

I saw the Easy Rest advertised in a brochure and I liked the way it looked. I sent these little brochures twice for win a free bed, giving away one every six months. One day somebody called me and said they were in Westerville, wondered if they could stop by. By that time the mattress and box spring of our old bed that my wife bought roughly fifteen years ago was already getting broke down. So when they called I was ready for a new bed.

I have very hard problems with my legs, and someone told me that I have to sleep with my head tilted one way and my feet up. They suggested that I get the Easy Rest bed so I did. The day the sales rep visited, I was actually hurting so she made me get in my bed and tucked my legs up on the pillow to demonstrate how the Easy Rest would work. She even put the vibration under my calf for me to try. I lay there, and I didn’t want it to stop.

Easy Rest is better because it’s adjustable and I sleep on my back most of the time.

I decided I wanted to have something that I could lift my legs up because I have bad knees, and something that I could read or watch TV without giving me a headache. My wife thought it looked like a hospital bed and didn't like it, so we didn't get it. But after she passed away I went ahead and got it. I enjoy the Easy Rest and I use the massage mode to go sleep with it. I turn it on, last for 30 minutes and I'm asleep. It's an easy way to go to sleep.

It’s a fairly nice piece of equipment but when you get it, you have to make an awful lot of changes in terms of sheets, space, depending on size that you get. I would have been better off with a smaller bed, not quite as wide. I’m kind of restricted as to what I can do with it. Because I have back trouble and I wear a CPAP, I want to sleep on my back and I have to sleep on the side. I also bought it because I would like to try something that had some adjustment on it. But I’m limited as to how many adjustments I can use.

My husband has reflux and sometimes he needs to sit down so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. The people that came were nice, made together the bed and explained what they’re going to do. My husband enjoys the bed because he can sit up. I like the massage feature.

They got here quicker than we thought they would and it took them a very short while to get the bed set up. It was a good experience and the bed is fine, but I wouldn't recommend it because it's not worth that kind of money.

Saleslady was real nice. The installer got in and out and did everything they said they'd do. I've been enjoying the bed. I like raising it and sleeping in different positions, and also use the vibration.

I am able to rest better by adjusting the head up and down. I rest better with my head up because I have a heart condition so when I lay flat down it interferes with my breathing. It's a better bed than a regular bed but they got the price a little too much on them. I can't see where they're really worth that much money.

I wanted a bed that I could sit and read on. I was also looking for one that would help out with my acid reflux so I chose the Easy Rest. Unfortunately, the bed is hard to sleep on and you can’t keep the cover on the bed so I’m not at all satisfied with it.
