My back is bad due to old age. I have a hard time sleeping on my back so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I like it when I bring the head up and the feet about halfway. The controls are fairly good. It just takes time to know how to do it just right. One thing I didn't like was I was ready to turn it back in, and they said, "No, your three days are over. You can't do that." They brought it on a Wednesday and I called on a Saturday. That kind of made me mad. They said, "We got to know in three days," and I did let them know and they said, "No, it's too late."

So far, I like the Easy Rest pretty good. It's just that the mattress kept sliding all over so I made something to try and hold it in place. It's working well so far. I'm satisfied with the bed.

I chose Easy Rest bed for my husband. He’s got a lot of back pain. I thought it might help him. We were both sleeping in a king-sized bed. We've had it probably for 5 years. We both really love the Easy Rest bed. We really enjoy it. It’s the best purchase we've ever made. It’s helped my husband’s back pain. What I like is the vibrator and the different ways you can vibrate while you're lying in bed. I used to have backaches when I was in the other bed. But with that vibration system, I don't have any problems. I love being able to lift the head a bit and the foot a bit. That’s nice which I do every night when I get to bed. I raise the head and the foot a bit. As for the people, we couldn't have asked for any better people to set up the beds for us. They were really friendly and smart, and they knew what they were doing. It was a great experience for us.

I'm not happy with Easy Rest at all. I am an old man, 82, and my kidneys are going. If they start acting up, then I've got to get out of it. And it's very difficult for me to get out of the bed. I would suggest a younger person having it than an old guy like me. And the vibration on it and the massage makes so much noise it keeps me awake. I really thought it was going to be great but it's not that great. The mattress is comfortable. It's a wonderful mattress, but I tried putting the feet higher last night and I didn't last any longer than about 2 o'clock at night. I go in my living room and get on my easy chair then I can go to sleep.

It could take a little while to get used to it but I like it and am getting used to it. I like it that you can raise your feet and your head up and rest that way. The salesperson was good and the men who delivered the bed were very courteous.

I'm not having too good an experience with the Easy Rest bed. I have aches and pains so I can't really blame it on the bed and I haven't had much time in it.

I like the Easy Rest bed real well. The salesman explained it real well. I like the idea of being able to sit up and watch TV. Also, my back bothers me and the massager works real well and it helps.

The Easy Rest salesman came and talked to us about the benefits of having a bed that would be movable. He said you could raise the head and the foot up and it might be good for back pain. So we got one. We have used the ability to raise the head of the bed and the foot of the bed at times and the massage, too. But we thought the Easy Rest mattress itself was not what we have expected. However, they did send us an insert recently that we could put in the mattress to make it firmer that they said would make a difference. But we noticed there were indentations on the mattress after we slept on it for a couple of months. And you can't turn the mattress over because all you could do is turn it around and that just moves the spots from one side to the other. That was the main reason we decided we needed to get a different mattress. We just changed it to a Sleep Number mattress and it seems to be more comfortable. Maybe if we've gotten the different insert, it might have been different. But I'm not sure if it would have helped.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because it goes up and down and the vibration and all that on it. It was good. I'd probably recommend them.

The Easy Rest wasn't exactly worth what I paid for it. I do enjoy the fact that I can raise the bed up and lower it. And I got the heating pad. The sales representative was nice and the installers were great.

My husband has a really bad back and he had it broken when he was an infant. I bought Easy Rest bed hoping it would help, which it does. It does seem to help him some. We particularly like the vibration feature of the bed. It's just comfortable. Our experience with their people was really good too. They came in, they put the bed up, no problem. I'm happy with Easy Rest.

I got rheumatoid arthritis and it’s pretty severe, and I guess the Easy Rest bed helps. I particularly like the wave and the heat. Overall, it’s very helpful and very comfortable.

I needed a new bed and Easy Rest meets the needs that I had. Being an elderly, I am getting better nights rest, thanks to this bed. My most favorite thing about it is that I can elevate it to meet my needs. The massage is also beneficial. Their delivery team was wonderful as well. I'm very happy with Easy Rest.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have emphysema and COPD and sleeping with my head raised makes it a little easier to breathe. Of course, I'm on oxygen at night but I just figured the bed would help a little bit. I like the massage feature because it helps me to relax and my circulation. There's advantages to this bed that will make my life more comfortable as I get older here. The gentleman that came and showed me their video was quite courteous and informative and I really liked him a lot. We couldn't come to terms due to my finances but he called a couple of the higher up bosses to see where they could cut me some slack. We finally were able to negotiate something that I could handle so that made it possible for me to go ahead and purchase this bed, so that worked out well. They delivered it and assembled it for me. They were courteous and tried to make sure that I was satisfied. All in all, it was a very good experience.

There was a lady that came by and demonstrated some of the capabilities of the Easy Rest bed. Some of the things were attractive to us and we decided at that point that we would go ahead and buy one. I don't know that it has improved my health or disposition, but we're still using it. There are some things that we don't really think are advantageous too. One, it’s too soft. We should have bought a harder one. And of course, we miss the structure that was around the other bed. It had kind of corner posts on it. It was a frame-type bed. If we would get up at night we'd have something to get a hold of. With this bed, we don't and there’s that disadvantage to it.

I just wanted something that's comfortable to sleep in so I got an Easy Rest bed. I had a stroke about 15 years ago and it helps the tightness in my left side. That's the one that was affected by the stroke. I like the nice, warm heat that I get out of it. We also like that you can have the legs go up and the head goes up then adjust it to wherever it's more comfortable.

I had a hospital bed but I wasn't too satisfied with the comfort of the mattress on it so I opted for the Easy Rest. I never could sleep on my back before because I couldn't get my feet elevated. But now, since I've been able to elevate my feet, I've been able to sleep on my back all night. I use the feet elevated to the maximum and the headrest about a third of the way up. I'm perfectly satisfied with it but I'm not sure where to find the sheets to fit it because I got the longer one. I've recommended it to my daughter-in-law and her husband.

The Easy Rest bed has helped me with medical problems. I use the foot elevation the most. The sales representative was knowledgeable and the delivery people were courteous. They did what they had to do.

The Easy Rest experience was pleasant, interactive and positive. I watched their demonstration at a friend's house and at the end of everything, we ended up both purchasing one. I have problems with water retention so I like the elevation feature of the bed both for the back and the feet. At night, it helps reduce the problem. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, very interactive, and had a strong approach but not in a negative way. It's just that she was not to be deterred in her demonstration. She was going to make sure she got the whole thing done and she did very well. The delivery team was very quick, gave me the handbook and showed me how the controls worked and we were done. They were in and out in maybe 10 minutes.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because of the salesman that came to my house and it has helped me. I use the vibrating feature the most.

I chose the Easy Rest bed for comfort. I used to wake up every morning with Charley horses and haven't had any since I started using the massage on it. I use the raising or lowering feature depending on if I'm watching TV in bed or not, and the lower back massage or the wave about equally. The sales and delivery experience went well except for one problem. They didn't bring the pillow with them. So they had to come back. It took me about another week to get the pillow but I would recommend them.

My wife wanted the Easy Rest bed. She's happier with it than I am. I was absolutely displeased with the finance organization they got to finance this thing. Actually, Easy Rest is fine. We were due for a new bed. I'm pretty much sold on Sleep Number but my wife felt that this would be better for her and so we got it. We're satisfied.

I like being propped up by the Easy Rest bed to where it’s easier for me to breathe. I got the bed for health reasons and it has helped. Everybody was courteous and explained everything to me, and the bed is comfortable.

We’re not happy with the Easy Rest bed. We get up with a backache every morning. We don’t know if we need to go with a firmer mattress. We didn’t have these issues this bad before this bed. I like the bed and the way everything works except that it may be too soft. Because we got an inch and a half firm-foam pad and put over it, and it seldom helps. They did said they would give me another mattress if I wasn't satisfied with that within 90 days.

I wish I could have had the Easy Rest bed sooner. Anyone that has back issues or circulation issues should get one. It would help them out. It’s fantastic. It just absorbs the pain. I have neuropathy and osteoporosis and my back is bent. I sent in one of the cards that they send out about winning a bed as I've always wanted to try one but couldn't afford it. A salesman came and he was excellent. He wasn't pushy and tried to lower the price so I could afford it but I still couldn't afford it even after he talked to his boss. My daughter convinced me to get it and put it on my credit card even if it takes a long time to pay off. And it’s wonderful. I used to sleep 3 or 4 hours and now I sleep 7 to 8 hours. I can sleep with my legs up now and the circulation is better. I’m very happy with the bed.

I've seen Easy Rest on TV. I have a hard time sleeping flat on my back. It seems to be comfortable when you sleep on it, but not a lot. My experience with the bed has been very good. I like jacking my head up. Overall, it’s a nice optimal bed. It works good. The dog can raise it up and down if he wants to when he lays on the thing.

I received something in the mail saying that if I sent these thingamigs in I was entered in a contest to win a bed. I sent that in and the next thing I know Easy Rest was sending someone to come see me to show me some pamphlets and stuff about the bed. Truthfully, I don't like the bed. I was only getting like three or four hours of sleep a night with the other bed and I thought maybe with this bed, I would start getting some more sleep. But that hasn't happened. I've had to put six inches of toppings on it to make it to where I can at least get four hours of sleep.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I was a nurse and I had worked a lot of different shift towards the end of my nursing career and it really screwed up my biological clock. The other reason is I have two artificial knees too and I have osteoarthritis. That contributed to the whole thing too. The bed was old anyway and I needed to replace it with something. It's an awful lot of money though. I have thoughts about whether I should have it, at times, because I don't use the massage part that much.

I've talked to people at Easy Rest and have always been pleased with them. I've had mine for around a month or better and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I like that lifting the foot of the bed helps my swelling feet. All that liquid runs back to your bladder and that does make me sleep better. I would recommend Easy Rest to those who can afford it as they are pricey.

The Easy Rest bed is certainly worth everything that I've got in it because it's far and above most any other bed. I like everything about my Easy Rest bed except that it’s like the one I had, there’s a hard ridge right down the middle of it. Everybody was very nice. They did their job and did it well.

I was disappointed in them where they charged me twice for two beds. But the bed seems to be alright. I use the vibrator and everything, although I don’t like where it’s a little high.

We only had one set of sheets that were deep enough to fit it... But oh my! I enjoy the flexibility!

I have owned my old bed for probably about 25 years, and needed a new bed. I figured Easy Rest would be better on my back. The sales rep was good, and the bed has helped me.

I have COPD, handicapped and have allergies so I thought the Easy Rest bed might make it easier for me to breathe but it has not. I absolutely hate it. It has made a nervous wreck out of me.

Everyone should get an Easy Rest bed. It definitely helps with medical problems. I had bypass surgery on my right leg and lower back problem so I decided to get one. I just made an appointment, a guy came out and he was pretty good. When the guys came out and delivered it, they went through the controls with me and everything else. Everything went great.

They were very wonderful. The Easy Rest salesman was the nicest guy... I gave him dinner. I felt bad for him because he was stuck here for about four hours. It was a tough job for him and we did a lot of bickering back and forth with people at corporate. But it was very interesting to say the least and a lot of fun and he did a good job, because we got two of them :) for my daughter bought one and I bought one. So far, so good. We enjoy the whole bed. It is so nice.

I thought I'd try it out and well it ain't the greatest thing in the world but it helps a little bit.

I was sleeping with a lot of pillows, almost sitting up. I have a lot of back problems so I chose to purchase the Easy Rest bed. I enjoy being able to lift the head and my feet up because I have a lot of circulation problems in my legs too and it helps a little bit there. The sales representative was very nice and the installer briefly told me I could program it to the best position that I liked, but I didn't understand him that much and I can’t get it programmed. I don’t have a manual that tells me how to do it. So, I just hit it up and down until I get it the way I want it. Also the mattress on the bed is much shorter than the bottom part of the bed and it’s one of the few things I’m not happy about with the bed.

I've seen EasyRest in a catalog and I called in to get a free pillow and then they called me back. They wanted to sell me a bed and I kept going down on it. Finally we got offered $2000 and so we bought one and I really enjoy it. I can't complain. I like the comfort and dryness of it. Our experience with the sales representative and the delivery team was very good. No problem. The reps were nice and very courteous. They were very easy to talk to and I had no problem with them. I would tell my friends if they're interested in a bed to give them a call. I'm sure they could probably help them out.

I get a good night's sleep on my Easy Rest.

I entered the contest to win the bed and then two days later, someone called me and wanted to come out and show me the bed. I didn't want to buy the bed. I wanted to win the bed. It had a lot to do with the pushiness of the guy. They kind of like insisted that they came out and show it to me, and if they came out and showed it to me then I would get the pillow. So I figured I’m not doing anything. I live alone and okay, bring it, come out and show me. So when they came out, he was very nice.

I'm having problems with the double twin Easy Rest bed I got for my wife and I. On mine, for some reason, the engine runs in the middle of the night. There is a hum to it. And I've called last week and they took about a week to get back to me. They called me right when I started getting back to work. They said they'd get back to me when they find out when they can get somebody to look at it.

I got the Easy Rest bed as I needed to prop my head and legs up because of previous spine injuries... And it has helped me with that. The sales representative was very courteous and the delivery people were very nice. I couldn't ask for anybody more courteous or pleasant or informative. For the most part, the bed is effective but there are some definite things that could be improved on it.

I like my Easy Rest bed. But I feel like they overcharged me for it. I should have known better. I like the bed, but I found some less than half what I paid for, and that left a bad taste in my mouth with the bed.

My husband loves the Easy Rest bed absolutely. We both love it. It's wonderful because you can raise your head, your feet or you can leave it flat as you wish. It has many, many features that are wonderful, particularly for anybody who has a problem with their back or shoulders or anything like that. Sometimes, I have trouble breathing and when I know that I'm going to have that, I elevate the head a little bit at night so that I'm not lying flat and that is great.

We've got an Easy Rest bed and we’re happy with it. We do enjoy the bed but it is expensive. We got their advertisements through the mail about winning a bed several times. A lady called and she was determined that she could sell us the bed even though I said we could not afford it. She was nice but we were rushed to make the decision. And I now realize we paid too much for it. I had the Tech-matic bed before, and it did a lot more than this bed does, and it wasn’t as expensive. We wouldn't do it again.

There was a drop box in the stores and we dropped in our name. They called, came out and showed it to us. With all the back problems that my husband and I have, we decided to buy it and we love it. I like the fact that I can lift the head and the foot up and my husband likes the vibrator part. The sales rep was very nice. The installation team showed us everything and asked if we had any questions and they were in and out in no time. I've had several people that have come over to our house and we've shown them our Easy Rest bed and they want it.

I'm enjoying it... I wish I had one for my son's bedroom. There was a contest and I was going to enter it and I didn't.

I'm not happy with the Easy Rest bed. It's not comfortable to lay on.

I haven't slept so good. It has been years since I've had all my bone problems. And with this Easy Rest bed, I have not the faintest problem. I get in bed and just go put that massage thing on, and before it goes off, I'm sleeping. It's great. My only problem is the heating pad thing and the way I have to put my bed in order for me to sleep comfortable. I can't sleep on my sides and on my stomach. The only way I can sleep with all my bones taken out is on my back, and the heating pad is on top of the mattress and I am so sensitive, I had to take it off. But other than that, the bed is perfect! With this bed I have no pain. My husband even sleeps better and he doesn't snore at night so much because he's got his head up. You better believe it's awesome!

I would recommend Easy Rest. I love it and I wouldn't be able to sleep in a regular bed anymore.

Easy Rest bed is pretty good. I like it real well. The only trouble is we ordered a firm mattress, and then we got a soft one.

The Easy Rest bed is splendid. I have back problems and I had back surgery in August. It relieved some of the pain, but it seemed that when I got up in the morning, I was more tired than when I went to bed the night before. And so, I decided that maybe it had to do with the bed. And when it was demonstrated to me how I could alter the configuration of the Easy Rest bed, I decided, that it was what I wanted and I have enjoyed it tremendously. The sales representative was marvelous and the two delivery men were fantastic. I have nothing but praise for them. They really knew what they were doing.

I definitely would recommend the Easy Rest bed, especially to older people. But then there are young people who are maybe suffering the same thing I went through with back injury and it’s a good idea. I had lots of medical problems including back surgery and having a pacemaker put in. I was sleeping on practically a board, a really firm mattress. The gentleman that came out from Easy Rest said, “Whoa! How can you stand this?” I didn't bother to tell him that I was supposed to sleep on a really hard bed after surgery. All these boils down to the fact that I spend so much time in a bed, at least 8 hours a night. So I decided to treat myself to the bed. I like the bed although I might complain that I need it a little firmer. I used to work a lot in the garden but now I have taken up with the bed and watch a lot of TV because of my age.

I have a bad back so I choose to purchase Easy Rest bed. It doesn't ease the pain but helped some. The sales rep showed us a video and everything about the description of the bed. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.

I purchased Easy Rest because I thought it was better than the one I had and it seemed like it was. It is all right, but I ain’t too satisfied with it.

I got the Easy Rest bed for my husband so that he could sit up in bed and sleep comfortably as he has sleep apnea and can't lay flat. It has not helped. I'm not pleased with it because it has not done what it said it would do and the vibrator does not help at all. You don't feel it on your legs or anywhere else. I just wish I had never got it.

I purchased Easy Rest basically because of health issues. It has helped but I’m still quite not adept to sleeping on my back. I love the massage and they also have what they call the wave motion on it, and I love it. I love both those features tremendously. They’re just exemplary in the field of bedding and sleeping. Other people try to claim that they've got certain facsimiles but I don’t think they can really live up to the Easy Rest reputation. The motor is very quiet when you adjust it, either the head or the foot. I like that feature. Others, you could have your TV on and you can still hear it.

I bought the Easy Rest because of the advertisement. I didn't have any medical condition. The sales representative was good and so were the delivery team, I couldn't ask for any better. It was a good experience.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for comfort and I'm very satisfied with it. The only thing I've really got against it is that it seems to get softer in one place. Can someone tell me how to fix that?

I don't regret buying the Easy Rest bed. It sits a little high as my toes can barely reach the floor. I don't know if they can lower it or not. I got the bed because I've got some back problems, hip problems, heart problems, kidney problems and I noticed whenever I was in the hospital, my back didn't seem to hurt as bad with the adjustable bed they had in there. It works for this bed. Some mornings it hurts, some it doesn't.

The Easy Rest bed has been the answer to several health problems. I have very bad acid reflux, an esophageal problem, and I slept on two and three pillows before. The bedroom set is forty years old now and we change mattresses every ten years. I believe the adjustable bed has helped me a lot.

It is not what I had expected it to be. The sales rep said it would take out all the aches and the pains. Actually I was getting up with more backache than I had before. I don’t know if it’s the bed that's causing it, changing beds... it seemed like as time goes by it's starting to get a little better. But for the price that the bed sells for and the price I had to pay for my bed, if I had known I would have kept my bed. $7000 is mighty high for a plain bed.

The Easy Rest bed is wonderful, I would recommend it to a friend!

We sleep the best we've slept in years on the Easy Rest bed. They told me the mattress had a 20-year warranty on it. But are they going to be in business 20 years from now? If they go out of business, who am I going to get to work on my bed? But we like the bed and would recommend it.

The Easy Rest bed is a better mattress. It has the different settings to raise the head and other things. You can do what you want to do with it. I've owned the bed for several years. I just like it. My old mattresses were still good but I've had them for years so I gave them to a neighbor and she was glad to have them. The Easy Rest people were all nice. I would recommend.

I've got back problems and that is why I got an Easy Rest bed. I like the bed's ability to recline and position it and it has helped with my condition. It was a great experience getting the bed and I would recommend.

The main reason why I chose to purchase my Easy Rest bed was for my health. I have a bad case of sleep apnoea and I was thinking that if I could just get my head up high enough in a comfortable position, that my sinuses would drain better and that would be better and that would help my waking up so much at night. And it has helped me so far.

I bought an Easy Rest adjustable bed because I thought it was going to help my back, but I wake up with the same achy pain that I had before. It hasn't helped. The only thing I like about it is I can go to bed early and prop it up and watch television at night and I enjoy that. But the last time, I noticed it feels like when I sleep on one side and when I try to turn over to the other side of the bed, it felt like a bar was in the middle. I feel like a fool putting out too much money when I could have bought a bed that raises the head. It cost me an arm and a leg and I wish I had the money back.

My husband has COPD and he has a hard time breathing. I've had four major back surgeries and we thought Easy Rest would be a help to both of us if we tried the dual control. But we didn't get the dual control and I can't understand why. I'd been meaning to call back and find out if we could exchange it for a dual control because neither one of us are really happy with it. They could come back and pick it up because it really put us in a bind buying it right now. I looked at my contract and Easy Rest said I had five business days to do something about it. It's already been about eight or nine days so I didn't bother to call them. I didn't figure they'd work with.

My old bed was falling apart. It's about 20 years. The Easy Rest's phone rep was very courteous during the initial phone contact. There was no problem anywhere with ordering and delivery. It was good all around. Excellent.

I sent in a pamphlet I got in the mail from Easy Rest. I felt like the bed might help me because I have a lot of restless nights, so I bought the bed to see if I could rest better. I have pains here and there and I need my feet higher than my head sometimes. The vibrator really relaxes me when I go to bed. I still have those restless nights but when I raise the head part, I rest better. I had a nice interaction with the Easy Rest sales rep. He has helped me a lot.

I got the Easy Rest adjustable bed to help with my hurting legs and back. Even though I still can't balance my legs up and they're still hurting, I like that I can sit up and raise the head part of the bed. Everybody at Easy Rest was nice. They did a pretty good job. It was a great experience.

As far as the bed goes or people that sold it to me, Easy Rest is fairly good.

I had a king size adjustable bed for quite a few years and the motor was getting louder and louder on it. When my husband died, I decided that it would be a good idea to change to a queen size adjustable bed. I liked what I read in the brochure that came in the mail concerning the Easy Rest bed and so I bought one. I use it every night to prop up and read before I go to sleep and then when I'm through reading and put the bed back to sleep, I enjoy the vibrator feature which I set for half an hour and it really relaxes me.

I wanted a smaller bed to replace my previous bed which was 20-25 years old so I purchased Easy Rest bed. But I ended up with the same size. Sometimes I like it but sometimes it feels like I can feel the rod digging into my back. I am a little disappointed in the bed.

The whole experience was easy to do. They delivered it and set it up. If that's something you're interested in doing, I would recommend it. It's a comfortable position to be in. My husband just recently died, so I don't know if two people would be comfortable in the same position. But for one person, it's perfect.

I got an Easy Rest bed for my wife's back and for myself as well and it's just been helpful so far. We enjoy the features of the bed particularly the heat and being able to adjust it. The reps were courteous and were really good. I recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

I kept getting little advertiser things in the mail. They offered a pillow if you have a representative come out and show you about it. I filled those things out, and I got a call from someone one day. She came out. Very, very personable young lady. She showed me how the Easy Rest bed works... I’m 86 and I was having trouble sleeping and decided I wanted to do something different like sleep with my head up a little and be able to watch TV and go to sleep - I indulge myself that's all I can say - so I bought the bed. I like the massage feature (I have had back problems for quite a while). I like this bed very well however didn't get my free pillow but it's alright, I have pillows...

I'm having trouble getting into my Easy Rest bed. It's kind of hard for me to get into it and it seems to lean to one side or something. I don't know if I could move the mattress around or not or if I should have somebody come down to switch it around if that's possible. I'm not really satisfied with it.

I had a problem falling asleep. Now my sleeping habit is so much better with my Easy Rest bed. For one thing, because of the wave (not the massage)? every night I put this on and I go off. Also my legs, when I have them up, it helps them feel lighter in the morning. I also noticed that when I lay down straight down, but not all of it, a little bit, I got this coughing and phlegm from the nose. But if I lay and raise up my head, I don't have it. A lot of different things, here and there. But I really enjoyed it. Everybody should have one.

I needed Easy Rest bed for my back. I find it comfortable and sometimes I raise the head to be a little more comfortable. The only thing is when I want to turn over in bed I have to lower it. The gentleman from Easy Rest was very polite and very explicit about the functioning of the bed and he showed us a video of it. I thought the introduction was long, it lasted 3 hours, but other than that he was very nice. Overall, it’s a good bed and it’s comfortable. The price is kind of steep but I'm still experimenting with it. But so far I'm quite happy with it. I’m using it and I’m comfortable on it.

I purchase an Easy Rest Bed for health reasons and it has helped so far. Every feature has been official. We just simply get in it. The sales rep told us the absolute true information about the product so it was a good experience. I wish everyone can afford an Easy Rest bed.

I was having light back problems and I can feel Easy Rest helped my back. In my initial phone contact they were pretty courteous and listened to our needs. The sales representative was knowledgeable and the delivery team set up my bed, showed me how to use it and answered all my questions.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was very knowledgeable and very pleasant so I ended up buying it. I had a little bout of cellulitis a couple weeks ago and Easy Rest bed was very helpful. And sometimes I enjoy tilting the head up a little bit too. It takes pressure off the back, the base of the spine. I've got one of those big, thick, 5 inch foam. I folded it, it's on the top. It makes the bed very very high but it's very comfortable. But that does cut down the effect of the vibrating or the massage. Easy Rest and their team were very pleasant. I was also very pleased to get that pillow they sent.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed to see if it would help me to sleep better and my back not to hurt. It has helped me some, but not as much as I thought it would. The reps were all nice. But I'm not overall satisfied with the bed. It just quite wasn't what I thought it would be.

We got an Easy Rest bed because lots of time we could get the head to come up and the feet to come up. But we've found since now that raising our feet doesn't work since we both sleep on our side. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable but I wish I was paying more attention to the sales pitch. Because I don't think we would have purchased it. The delivery team showed us how to use it and answered all our questions. But they didn't set the bed up correctly. We had to fix it. I wish that we had paid more attention to details and not mislead by the sales pitch. It's very very hard to make the bed because of the way the foot of the bed is made. I'm an older person, it's really hard trying to lift the mattress and trying to get the covers underneath. And for the price that we pay, it's not worth the money.

I'm certainly enjoying my Easy Rest bed. I go to sleep and get comfortable so much easier. It's a pleasure. I'm able to roll the head of the bed if I want to watch television or read, and when I roll my feet up, it helps with my back. Anytime I can do that. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody especially if they're having back problems.

Easy Rest bed was too expensive for what I got. And I can't seem to adjust the bed the way I want to. And you almost have to have a ladder to climb in bed. I haven't get in touch with Easy Rest for my concerns. I've made a mistake and I'll live with it. But I'm not happy with it. I could have done better if I had gone right to a furniture store and bought it.

My experience with Easy Rest has been good. The remote control quit functioning though but it's no big deal. But other than that, I like the bed.

There is some information that Easy Rest doesn't give you that you find out only after you get it.

I had been getting some mail concerning Easy Rest adjustable bed and I got to thinking about how bad my mattress was. When the Easy reps came out, my daughter, who handles my account, made a deal with them on the bed and got one for me. I received a free pillow too. I have a bad back and the vibrator feature of the bed helps me to relax and feel comfortable. I also elevate my feet because sometimes they swell up. I would recommend Easy Rest bed for someone to try.

There were some defects with the Easy Rest bed when they delivered it and they've done nothing to fix the problem. I purchased it two months ago.

I've had three back surgeries and having an Easy Rest adjustable bed has just made me feel more comfortable. I really do like it. Aside from that, being able to sit up and read at night is the feature of the bed that I enjoy the most.

I'm disappointed in my Easy Rest bed really. I wouldn't recommend them. When it folds up, it's got a big wrinkle on the back. I've tried getting on it before I raise it up, that helps a little bit but if I raise it up with nobody on it, it's really bad. I have to get up, sit on it, jump up and down, and get it nice back down. It still got a big wrinkle in it. My wife is not too happy with the bed either. The guy that sold it to us was pushy too.

Our experience with Easy Rest was all right. I think the price was still way too high but other than that, we're enjoying the bed. It seems to be helping. We're comfortable and sleeping good.

I’m pretty dissatisfied with Easy Rest. I’m not angry. It seems like my side of the bed is breaking down easy. I get out of bed in the morning sometimes and it’s almost like flat off the bed there where I’m sitting. One morning, I tried to get up and I slid, was hung on the bed near the floor. I didn't ever hit the floor but I hollered for them to come help me because I couldn't get back up on the bed and I couldn't get off the bed. We don’t lay in bed all day long and we don’t lay in bed on the weekends. I wish I hadn't bought one.

I have problems with my ankles and a lot of arthritis. I wasn't resting too good. I noticed in my old bed when I prop them up on pillows, that wasn't working for me but with the Easy Rest bed, I prop them up, it helps a lot. I've had the bed for six years now and I feel real comfortable in it no matter how I move around in it. When I go to sleep, I turn the vibrator on and I just doze off. It's very soothing. The reps I dealt with were very courteous, friendly and very, very nice. Everything was fine. Easy Rest did an excellent job.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I got it for health purposes and so far it has been a great help especially the massage feature. Everybody at Easy Rest was very kind and very thorough.

Easy Rest, like they said, is the Rolls Royce of adjustable beds. I can believe it now. It's more comfortable and relaxing. I lay down on the other side and can go to sleep on it unlike the other one I had. We thoroughly enjoy it. It's wonderful.

The mattress is not comfortable and the motor on one of the beds has not worked for over a month. This is new bed that was purchased in July 2013 that was to out rate the Tempurpedic bed for comfort to which it does not. Support of repairing the bed has not been reliable or prompt.

I'm not ranting or raving about it but the Easy Rest bed is nice. I've got it and I like it so I use it. It's a great bed.

My experience with Easy Rest was awesome. The young lady that sold it to me did a good job. She knew exactly what she was doing. She had the things to show me on the bed and she was in her 30's or 40's and she was just super. I haven’t had it that long. I fell in love with it. I could have gotten something cheaper but I’m happy with this one so I’m not griping about it.

I've enjoyed my East Rest bed. It gives you better sleep. Because I've been sleeping a whole lot better.

I haven't had my Easy Rest bed that long and it's only been about a month but so far, it's worth the price I paid for. I would recommend Easy Rest.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because my husband has sleep apnea. We thought changing his sleep position so he wasn't lying flat on his back would help him and I think it has. He’s not having any problems with his back now since we got it. But he’s still got some other problems. The sales rep we dealt with was very nice. I enjoyed having her in my home. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m glad we went ahead and did it even though it’s costly. I would recommend Easy Rest.

We love Easy Rest bed. It's really, really nice. Their delivery team was very good, efficient and polite. Easy Rest bed is everything that they said. That it would do your vibrator and your heating element, and the mechanical work. Everything. It was just really good.

I find it hard to turn over on my EasyRest bed because it's too crowded with the head up and the feet up. They sent me a free pillow but it's the wrong kind for my sinus problems.

I'm kind of big and I had a problem with the other bed. But this Easy Rest bed I sleep better on and it supports me better. I used to wake up, but I seem to be a lot better with this bed.

I got an Easy Rest adjustable bed because I got poor circulation in my legs and it has helped me a great deal. The bed is good and has a very decent price where we could afford it and the people at EasyRest were all courteous, polite and very efficient. Everything went perfect.

We've never had a really good bed. We were getting the Easy Rest for my husband but he refuses to use it so I'm using it. There are some features on it that I don't need or didn't need and I don't use, which I wish I hadn't have gotten it. I've never ever bought a bed so expensive. We would have probably taken a little more time to talk it over and think about it and think about what we really needed. We really haven't had all that much back problems. I would tell everybody that it's a very comfortable bed but stop and think it over what you really need and the features you really need in something before you buy.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed just because it was adjustable. I like that I can lift my head a little bit. I felt a little high pressured but the reps were courteous and knew their business, and the delivery team was excellent.

The man who came out to demonstrate the Easy Rest bed for me was very nice. I had no intention of buying a bed at that time but he had a sample of pieces of it. He worked with me on the price and I have to say the bed is wonderful. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. It's just quite amazing. And I just had surgery on my foot and I had to keep my foot above my heart. And because I could lift my bed, it made it so simple. My bed was a very old bed that had originally been a roped bed and he arranged for it to be taken apart. It was only a 3/4 bed, and now my bed is a full size bed and unbelievably comfortable. It's a wonderful bed.

I'm 78 years old, not in very good health. I have asthma so I cannot lay flat. I have to have a bed - I used to pile up pillows and so now I have a bed that can raise me up so I can breathe better which is the Easy Rest bed. I didn't have any problem with their sales rep. The delivery people were really quick. They brought it in and set it up and showed me. It didn't take them very long at all. I would recommend them and I'm glad I did it.

We're well pleased with our EasyRest adjustable bed. We love it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was convincing and I thought that it was time for me to change bed. What attracted me was the reclinable aspect of it. However, when I had started using the recliner thing, it didn't work for me at all. I can only sit and relax but there's no way that I could ever sleep on the elevated side. There's no way you can see the bed until you see here in your house. That's the one drawback that I should have thought about before committing myself. It's a very expensive bed and it's not doing the job. I have already called them twice. First they replaced the foam, because they didn't give me the firm one that I requested. They replaced the firm one for a new one and it still didn't work.

I was in an accident in 2011 and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help a little bit. I want to be comfortable and be able to put my feet and head up. I bought a good firm mattress. When I got it, I never had any problems. I didn't have backaches or anything. It was a good mattress so it worked good for me. Everybody at Easy Rest was very nice and they had it done in no time. They were good people. I would recommend my friends to get one.

I have a lot of back problems and I thought that the Easy Rest bed would help me with my back. I don't know for sure if it has actually helped the back but I can tell the difference when I have to sleep on a flat bed or someplace else, it's not nearly as comfortable as it is sleeping on this bed. However, I do have a problem with it that I would love to be able to get fixed. We've only had the bed since August, and we got the firm mattress and the mattress is already in just these few months compacted down where our bodies sleep. So when we try to roll over towards the center of the bed, there's a big hump there because that part of the bed isn't slept in.

I entered a contest where I sent in a coupon to get a free bed, then a rep from Easy Rest came and that's when they talked me in to getting an adjustable bed. He was very good. I’m enjoying the bed immensely but it’s taking a little time getting used to it. I like that I am able to raise it up and down, adjust the head and the foot.

What I really like about Easy Rest bed is the elevation for my head. The vibration feature is great, too. Easy Rest sales rep was very nice. Their delivery team was nice too. They had it all set up for us. They took the old mattress and things away so we didn't have to deal with that. I was real pleased with everything that Easy Rest told us. It was a little bit more expensive than I thought it would be but they worked with us and they did come down some on the mattress and everything.

So far, it's been a pretty good experience with our EasyRest bed. I ordered another mattress and we haven't gotten it yet.

I got the Easy Rest bed to help with my back. Sometimes it does help me be more comfortable, but my biggest problem is that I can't leave the massage on all night. I got the bed on time. They come in and put it in. They are really nice and gentle. I'm satisfied with the bed.

Easy Rest sent me a card in the mail. I called and they came out and I got the bed. I like the fact that it's two beds and I can't feel my husband roll around and hat's better. I used to wake up all the time. The reps were great and the installers were all nice and they answered all my questions.

I had a bad back for a while after my knees were replaced about 18 or 19 years ago. My back has hurt since and I've been trying to take care of it. I've done everything and everyone that sends stuff in says the Easy Rest bed is good, "It gets rid of the pain, I've tried it." The guy told me about the bed and I thought it was a good idea. And when I go to the bed, I put that on for half hour and it feels a little better. Every time I wake up I try it again and it seems to help. I've gone to a chiropractor and he says to do stretching and when I have done so much of that, my back is sore, but I'm not getting the pain if I don't do it properly right now. I'm happy with it.

I haven't been that satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. I wake up with a backache. We've tried every which way and I still have that backache and my husband too. He isn't that satisfied with it either. I'm angry with our experience on the bed. It isn't any different than when I had a regular spring mattress. I've tried pillows. I elevated my feet and it just does not work for me.

I had a hospital bed and it's not for me; it's bad for me because I fell on the bed. The Easy Rest people were okay when I got a bed from them. I like the vibrate feature of the bed. It's just that I can't get around that good.

My sister had a Craftmatic bed that she's had for years and she really liked it and I thought this Easy Rest bed sounded just as good. And I am sleeping better most of the time and that was my main problem; I just couldn't sleep. It's excellent and the team at Easy Rest was very professional.

I like the idea of the Easy Rest bed being able to go up and down, and the massage part of it is great. The one thing I don't like about it though is whenever I put it up my sheets come all out. The undercover tows away from the mattress and we wake up in the morning with a mess of sheets and mattress covers on our bed, and you got to almost tear the bed down every day to make it. They should make something like bands that can hold the sheets on the bed. I like the bed. I'm not sorry that I bought the bed. I just wished they would develop something to help with the problem.

My wife wanted the Easy Rest bed. She said she was having trouble with our bed. However I'm not enjoying it like I thought I would. The mattress on this bed is too thin and it doesn't make it comfortable to me. My other bed was more comfortable. I'm on Social Security and it was quite a bill. If you think that's what you want, go ahead and get it but I went without it.

Easy Rest has been a help to my mother, she's the one we got the bed for. The people who came to put it together were very good, very respectful of her, gentle with her when they were making sure she could get on the bed and that was very much appreciated.

My Easy Rest bed was old and I wanted a new one. It's very comfortable and I like all of its features.The experience with both sales and delivery was great and I had no problem. It was just very quick and easy and very nice.

I've had an Easy Rest bed for about 18 years and I needed a new mattress. They wouldn't just sell me a mattress, so I bought the whole bed and put the other one in the spare room. I’d had one for so long and I knew how it worked, and I'm happy with it.

I'm getting older, 85 years young and my standard was getting worn out. I needed a replacement and this gentleman from Easy Rest talked me into it. Some people say, "you were susceptible", I say I was thankful. I like the ability to cover many positions that I want it to with the elevation. I have one relatively bad knee and I adjust that and I sleep well.

I needed a new mattress awful bad and I thought I’d try Easy Rest bed. The guy was trying to sell it so I bought it. The sales rep was odd and when you’d ask the delivery team some questions they didn't know the answer to it. The cost was the main thing and the way that the fellows worked around in the bedroom when they were putting it up was kind of strange. But the bed is pretty good. I haven’t got the heater to put on yet and I haven’t got completely what I’m going to do to it but I like it.

We got something in the mail about a pillow and I've been having a lot of troubles with pillows. We sent it in and we would get a free pillow. The Easy Rest salesman came with the card saying I wanted a pillow and he wanted to demonstrate the bed to us. He was wonderful and demonstrated it as best he could with what he had. My husband has cerebral palsy and a bad back but it's a lot of money and we're on a fixed income. We went back and forth on it, and then I said if it helps his back, it would be worth it.

I wanted a new bed but I should not have chosen Easy Rest and the reason was it is much too expensive for what it is. I am not terribly comfortable in Easy Rest and I bought it because of the salesman who was a terribly good salesman. But I regretted getting it the minute I had to lie in it and work with it. I'm not really satisfied with my Easy Rest at all. It isn't worth $3500 to me. I could have gotten a good bed for $1000. I am an elderly woman, 92 years old and couldn't afford what I paid.I also wonder what would happen if this electrical-mechanical lift in head and knees should go out and fail. What would be my answer from the company for that? However, I sleep on it every night because it's all I have in my little room in assisted living quarters. The reason they came by was I had answered an ad for a comfortable pillow with the head hollowed out but I never did get that pillow until long after I had the bed. And when I got the pillow, it was completely uncomfortable. I couldn't use it in any way and I just gave it to the health center here in our facility. I don't like their come on with the pillow. I hate that and it was a very bad pillow. It was my fault. I should know better. The salesmen are too aggressive.

I have a bad back and the Easy Rest advertisement made me think it would help. It's helping somewhat but it's not all I thought it would be. I like the part that elevates the feet and that seems to help. They're not swelling as much.

I'm 92 so I have a lot of experience with beds. I had used an Easy Rest bed when I was married to my second husband. He had one of those and it was very comfortable. And that's the reason I thought I would like it again. I was quite comfortable before and so I didn't really need things like the head and the foot raising up. I just leave it alone for the most part. The Easy Rest team was very courteous. I had no problem with them. The only problem I had was the cost. I didn't think it would be quite that expensive. I would recommend them but I would not buy one again because of the cost. It was a very good bed.

I have a thrombus leg and I need to keep it up at all times so I bought this Easy Rest. The salesperson was excellent. I don't think they come any better than that. And the boys that delivered the bed were very polite. They did their job and moved on. A lot of them linger around, so it was good. I was told I would get a pillow and I've never received it. They told me I'd get it within six weeks and that's done. Anyway, I can now lift my feet and my head up, I can sit up like in a chair position, and when I lay down at night I can raise my legs up or whatever I need to do.

I needed a new bed and wanted the one from Easy Rest that went up and down. They came here and demonstrated it and knocked down the money so I got it. This bed comforts me. I feel better and don't have the aches and things as bad like I used to have. And I tell people I sleep better because of it. You get just the right position on it, you sleep very good!

I bought an Easy Rest bed because its heat and massage features would help my back, but found out that they don't do me any good. I'm totally disappointed in the bed. The lady I talked to yesterday or the day before told me she would call somebody and tell them what I had told her and that person was supposed to call me back. I paid $3000 for the bed and I wouldn't give $100 for another one. If I had it to do over again they would have taken it back on the truck with them before they left.

The Easy Rest bed was not what I was expecting.

I replaced my 15-year old bed with an Easy Rest because I needed a bed that would give me a leveled and better sleep. Everybody was helpful and courteous. The install team answered all my questions and showed me how to use the bed. I like my Easy Rest bed.
