We had an old bed for years and my wife couldn't sleep in that bed because it hurt her, so she had to sleep in a recliner. We purchased an Easy Rest bed and it really helps in her sleeping because she is able to raise it up. The sales rep was good. I really liked him. The delivery team showed us how to use the bed and was good.

I was hoping the Easy Rest would relieve some of my discomfort since I have a number of medical issues. Well, it really hasn't. The head comes up and the legs come up but I haven't been terribly successful in relieving much of anything. I sleep okay on it but in a flat position. I have sleep apnea, and a lot of times I watch a little television before I go to sleep so I raise the head up a little bit. I had gotten a mailing from Easy Rest and I sent one of the cards. The gentleman who works here locally contacted me, came in one afternoon and explained the Easy Rest system, and they went through the pricing and the features of the bed. Cost-wise it was okay, considering that my previous set was a Sealy Posturepedic. The salesperson was very kind. He was very professional and a very likable individual. I'm not angry with anything though. Sometimes things like this can be skewed. I took what I call a calculated risk when I bought the bed. I knew it could help; I also knew that it might not help. So I'm neutral on the bed at this point in time. There are some features to it such as the massage that I've tried a couple of times. I'm not saying that I have a bad experience. There are pros and cons to every system.

I should have gotten the Easy Rest about five years ago. I'm getting more sleep now than I have in the last five years. I have a problem with acid reflux and before I got the bed, I was using a couple of pillows trying to keep my upper body propped up. I raise the head part of the bed most often. It helps me read better too. The Easy Rest team was very professional from the girl that came down and explained everything to me to the delivery team. They came out and did what they had to do.

I'm relieved from my back pain when I sleep on the Easy Rest bed. I put my leg up and my head up. The salesman was knowledgeable and showed me how it worked. The delivery team was okay and showed me how to use the remote control to move the bed up and down and the leg and head up and down.

The Easy Rest lady took my pillows and set up my bed and had me lay back down on it and I still felt a lot of back pressure. Then she did another adjustment and I didn't feel any back pressure. I have such a back problem that I thought the bed was for me. I'm struggling to pay for it, but it has helped me tremendously. She was fantastic and knew exactly what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable in it and very good. The delivery team was very nice. One of the men had me to come and stand beside the bed and he measured and changed the height so I was able to sit down. He said he thought that would be much better for me, and it was. I would recommend them.

I have a hard time breathing and I like the head raise feature of the Easy Rest bed. It surely had helped me since I can put my head up. I got a card through the mail about Easy Rest, I sent it back in, and then I got a call. This lady came and talked to us about it on the spot. She provided a detailed description about the bed but the only thing I disliked about that was that she was in the house for 5 or 6 hours; that's long for somebody to come and sell a bed. She told me that was normal but that's not normal for me. We got tired. The delivery team came one morning and set the bed up in about 30 minutes and they were gone. It's a great bed.

All of our customer interactions are monitored closely. Our sales representatives call us when they arrive and can not leave without calling into the office. I couldn't sleep too good in my former bed so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. My back bothered me a lot and I was taking therapy for a while. With Easy Rest, it’s much better. There’s the massage on it and it helps my back a lot. I use the head and the foot. I put them up most of the time.

I had heard about Easy Rest and a friend of mine recommended it because he had one. It's very, very comfortable. I get a good night's sleep. I can rest my head and sleep with my head up. It helps me in tremendous ways, as far as sleep is concerned. I use the head rest the most and the massage every now and then. The sales representative was very, very nice, professional, kind and friendly. They provided a detailed description about the bed. The same people that sold the bed delivered it. I would recommend them because of the comfort and the rest I get.

I was trying to win an Easy Rest bed. Someone called and my husband thought I won the bed. The representative was very friendly and was very good. She was very nice. She wasn't pushy. I was concerned for her being out in the dark because it had already been dark when she left. She demonstrated the bed, what it would feel like, and she put pillows under my feet to show me that how to elevate my feet. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I was surprised my husband went ahead and bought the bed.
The delivery team was nice too. They explained everything to us - how the buttons work and they even demonstrated. They were excellent. This one guy explained the presentation good and gave us a number to call. He went through it and let us go through it to make sure we understood what those buttons were for. The only thing that I didn't understand and didn't check while he was here was that little iron rod at the back of the bed. But everything is fine. I’m enjoying the bed and I will recommend them.
When I'm tired and my back is bothering me, I turn my vibration on; sometimes I turn the wave on. It helps relax my back. But when I first laid down on it, it was vibrating my head and I got a headache, but now I've gotten used to it. I did get the vibration for the feet. Even though it vibrates the whole bed, sometimes you want specific pinpoint places and the back would have been better. I elevate my feet also. I do that because I had a broken ankle sometime back, and when I'm on my feet a lot, they swell - especially on Sundays. My husband is a pastor, so we kneel a lot. The bed’s good, except for one thing... I have a hard time making up the bed. And at night, I don’t know what I can do about the two separates in the middle.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for my arthritis. I also have trouble with my sinus and thought it would help if I was able to elevate my head. It did help, especially the massaging part. The sales representative was really helpful and I'm satisfied with it 100%.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest due to my acid reflux and lower back problems. The bed has helped me a lot with this problem. Most of the time, I elevate the head part. The rep was good and the delivery team was nice.

I got an Easy Rest bed specifically for my husband. So far, he's liking it but we're trying to figure out a way to get something to help him get up from that bed. I haven't gotten into it because I've been busy with another patient. Other than that, he's happy with it.

I got a thing in the mail and I entered the contest. Next thing I know, I'm getting calls from the Easy Rest people and I wound up buying one. I just thought I would enjoy the Easy Rest bed. I like it but I just don't like the price.

I've been a truck driver since 1985 and Easy Rest had told me that I could prevent leg edema by using the r bed. They told me that I would develop the condition and it’s common among truck drivers because we don’t walk all the time and we’re constantly driving and sitting down. They suggested I keep my leg elevated to keep the circulation going because I’m sitting down all the time when I drive. I like the elevated leg and I sit on the side of my bed a lot but I didn't like their Sales Department. I’m angry with Easy Rest because of two things. One is the zip cushion on the bed. They tell you the mattress will come back up to its original shape and form and will hold it. It doesn't, so it has developed a sag right there where I sit on the side of my bed a lot. Even when I lay down, I’m rolling on the side because of the sag in the bed. The other is the $10 fee every time they bill me. I had it out with the Sales Dept because of that. They didn't tell me there was this fee. I thought they would send a payment book but they’re not which totally pissed me off. Even if I have to go broke, I’m going to go ahead on and pay it off. I had put myself in a hole by doing that and I hadn't planned on doing that. I'm also going to call them to send me a firmer cushion.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I had back trouble and I hoped it would really help that out but when I had it elevated, my back got worse. I like the vibrator feature of the bed though and their sales rep was great.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because I have trouble with my back and legs but it doesn't really help. I thought one side goes up and one side can stay down. I have COPD and I have lung trouble too, so I got to have my head up. The sales representative was nice. He's a good salesman because he can talk you into anything. The delivery team was nice and they showed us how to use the bed. I had no problem. But I wanted to find out if the bed is supposed to come with a headboard.

We are sorry to hear that the bed is not helping you with your back and leg issues. We hear from so many customers who tell us it has been a wonderful purchase for those reasons. The people who delivered the bed, you couldn't ask for those guys to be any nicer. The salesperson, on the other hand, was so persistent and I don't really like persistence and it almost turned me off. She spent five and a half hours here. I had planned to cook my wife's supper because she's an invalid in a wheelchair, but it was so late that I had to go out and buy something for us to eat...
I bought this bed because I was using a hospital bed for my wife, but it hasn't helped her at all. It hasn’t helped me at all. I get leg cramps when I raise the lower part of it.

I have a very bad back and was told by the sales rep, who was a very intelligent, nice young man, that the Easy Rest would help my back and so far, it's been a help. I can really rest good at night. I put my legs up and my head up. It's a real comfort for me. Plus I got the heating mattress cover and that did wonders. I don't have anything bad to say, it's good to me. But I wish I had gotten a queen size instead of full. It's a little small.
The delivery guys were nice fellows but they didn't come to my house until 10:30 that night. They were coming from Myrtle Beach and I live in Barnwell, so they had a long ride. It wasn’t their fault. But we didn’t know if they were coming. I wasn't dissatisfied with the delivery guys, I'm dissatisfied with what time they got to my house.

The Easy Rest bed is lovely and wonderful. I haven't been using it, but it's very, very nice. I'm very pleased with it. I got it for my back problem and acid reflux syndrome, which they recommend having the upper part of the mattress upright. It's very, very comfortable. The sales representative very good and very knowledgeable about his product. I would recommend Easy Rest.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for the comfort it can provide. The people who delivered the bed were nice and knowledgeable but the bed has not helped. It’s hard as a rock. I’m very disappointed with it.

Easy Rest beds are great. We didn't want to buy a bed that expensive but once the lady from Easy Rest came, explained everything and showed us about the bed, we decided to go for it. I have sleep apnea and the bed helps my back. The only thing it doesn’t do is when you raise it up, the lady told us it’d stop my snoring. But I can’t raise it up very high because of my back and I have to lay on my side to sleep. But that’s okay. I usually raise it up slightly as well as the feet. I’m happy with it, and my experience has been excellent.

My initial contact with Easy Rest bed went pretty smooth and the delivery team was fantastic. However, I didn't like the fact that the interest is so damn high. I usually don't even enter into a contract unless I ask specifically what the interest was and I did not do so, which is my fault. But I probably wouldn't have bought the bed if I knew that the interest is as high as it was. The way I look at it I'm paying a heck of a lot of money for a bed and I don't think it's worth that.

I have sleep apnea so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The bed definitely helps. I usually raise the head of it. Overall, I have a good experience using the bed. I don’t sleep perfectly all the time but I get sleep. I’m dreaming again.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because we needed a new mattress. The delivery team wasn't very good. They didn’t seem like they really cared much about what they were doing. The contact person that actually sold me it was quite the talker. But the bed is all right. I like when the backrest is up so I can watch TV. However, I think the bed is made for somebody that sleeps on their back. My wife and I don't sleep on our backs so we don't get the actual benefits of the bed like we thought we would.

Had a fine experience with this company except for what they did when they put the bed in -- they just threw it on there and left. That's it. Also one of them, a young fellow, liked the fountain pen that I had on the table... He took the pen. That was pretty raunchy. A pen is nothing, what the hell is a pen anyway? So it’s just the idea of it... Other than that the bed is working fine. I got it because my back was giving me trouble and the bed has helped me with that.

Their sales reps were excellent. The delivery guy did a good job. Easy Rest helps with my resting/relaxing. I sleep good and I’m ready to get up. If I need a little quick nap, I lay down and turn the massager on. After ten minutes, I get back up and feel better.

Easy Rest bed was a birthday present. I had a very, very good experience with their reps. I mostly used the back raising up feature. The bed supposedly stopped my snoring when I sleep. But I wasn't happy when I found that I can get one almost identical to this for a third of the price. I would have liked it if it were about half the price.

I got Easy Rest because I am breathing a little bit better with my head part up, more than a pillow can hold. I'm 87 years old and I had this problem of my nose drying out and breathing because I was lying down flat. Having my head part up using Easy Rest took away that problem.

I have congestive heart failure. I'm a diabetic and have high blood pressure. I purchased an Easy Rest for myself and for my son. But I haven't slept in the bed cause my son has been having problems. He had neck surgery and had surgery on his shoulder for a rotary cuff. I've been letting him use my bed. He uses the vibrator a lot and the heat. I'm a short person and to me, the base of it is too high cause I have to stand on my tip toes to get on to the bed. But for my son it's fine. But I like the bed because when I sleep in it, I can raise the head up.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I like the idea that my legs would go up and down and I am hoping of a more comfortable bed than what I had. Their people were very nice. The guy who delivered the bed was a young man but he was very helpful and explained things to me. I had one of those Sleep Number beds and never really cared for it. I’d set it for number and the next day it was not at that number. It didn’t meet my needs. I like Easy Rest because I can prop my head or feet up just by pushing a button. I usually use it for the elevation of my feet. However, I have some concerns about the bed. It's not very comfortable to sit on the edge. You can tell exactly where the mattress is going to elevate. So I have to sit either higher or lower in the bed. I'm also concerned that the mattress seems to be very thin. I can feel the mechanical part of lifting the bed up.

I needed a new bed at the time and I sent the thing in to see about winning an Easy rest bed. This lady called me, came out and demonstrated how the bed worked. I liked it so I got it. I'm happy with the bed but I feel that I was sold a lot more than what I needed.

I had a big bed that took up a lot of room. I wanted something smaller and went with Easy Rest. The sales representative was very good and the delivery team was nice. It's a nice bed, but no great thing.

The Easy Rest bed is alright. I don't use the vibrator. It's too much on the head and not enough on the body. I got it because I have acid reflux and I have to raise my head 6-8 inches, and it has helped. It's better than setting a regular bed on a stack of books. It was a manager that sold me the bed over the phone and the delivery guys were very good. Personally, I can't see where it's any different than a regular bed but for the money, it should have something good. I'm trying to set the button on the bed so that it comes up to where you want it but I'm having a problem with one side of it.

I'm pretty happy with my Easy Rest bed so far. It's doing what it's supposed to do and everything. I like the fact that it has a vibrating feature with different speeds and that it is adjustable. With a back problem, it's pretty convenient and beneficial. My favorite features are the sit up part and the massager. The sales representative was a pretty nice guy. He seemed happy about what he was doing and explaining about the bed and stuff. The Easy Rest delivery team was very efficient, quick in and out.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I chose the bed because of my condition with my legs and the way I have to sleep. I'm just a poor old guy. I can't keep up with stuff and I don't need linen for the bed. I've been sleeping on it like it is. My legs are bad and it works perfectly for elevating my legs. I got vascular problem and my legs would swell but they don't do that no more. For the longest time, I slept on a couch. The bed is great. The guy that came was great and really nice. The delivery team was great.

My wife had arthritis and she wanted to elevate her feet. We decided to get the Easy Rest bed for that and then there was some kind of notice. When I sent that out, they sent me that Easy Rest thing. The next thing I know, I had a man come by to show me the stuff. So we decided to go ahead and get it. I think it might be doing a little something for her, but I got an issue with it because I bought a new headboard and footboard for it. The mattress is rubbing the headboard. It makes these squeaking sounds all the time. I talked to somebody about it and they told me to call and I hadn't called yet. But overall, I would recommend Easy Rest.

I bought an Easy Rest bed and it has been very helpful with my cecocele. I like that I can raise my feet and head so I can get more positions and get comfortable and help with the pain when I'm hurting sometimes. And I can get different positions and comfortable instead of just laying there and uncomfortable with pain. The people at Easy Rest are wonderful and professional. The Easy Rest delivery team was good and got the job done. They were awesome. If I had any questions, they even answered them. They did. It's a very wonderful experience.

I'm a 72-year-old senior citizen and I needed the Easy Rest bed for my health. I have osteoarthritis. I just found out recently and after I got to reading up on it, I realized that my bones and everything is going to be hurting even though I take medications. I wanted something to relax me because I wasn't sleeping well. And when I got this bed, I turned on the machine and it really relaxed me. It stays on for 30 minutes and turns off. I felt like I was relaxed and evidently could go back to sleep. So it helped me a lot.
The feature I use the most is the feet feature. I have muscles that tense up. They tighten up and you have to just rub them a lot to get them back where they ought to be because they hurt so bad before you get out of bed. I was having trouble with that with my bone. So I put it up a little bit so my legs will be up. Sometimes it doesn't do that well but most of the time, it does help me because I have cramps in my legs before I get out of bed in the morning. Everything went fine with the sales rep. He was very cordial and very nice. It was really good.

I was having problems with my neck. It was hurting every night when I slept, and I have asthma. I thought the Easy Rest bed might help me as it can keep me propped up. It has helped although I'm still having problems with my neck. I use all the features of the bed every night - to get up, sit up, and the massage. The Easy Rest sales rep was fairly knowledgeable and the delivery team was in here, set it up and demonstrated it.

The deciding factor why I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed was the very knowledgeable salesman. It replaced the old bed that I had for at least 10, maybe 20 years. The feature I use the most on the Easy Rest bed is the back and the head lifting.

I don't like the Easy Rest bed. The delivery guys did not tell me anything about the bed or anything. They just ran off. The reason I purchased it was because the salesman was here three and a half hours and I kept telling him no, no, no, I don't want it, I can't afford it. And then he put his boss on the phone who then dropped the price on it. It's hard just talking to him. I should have told that salesman to pack his stuff and to get out of here. I've called Easy Rest a bunch of times and told them I am not going to pay for it. They could come get it or whatever.

The Easy Rest bed is fine. I don't have any complaints about it but I don't think it's that much better than the bed I was sleeping on. The reason I bought it is because of the high-pressured salesman. But I do like the fact that I can raise my head and feet up if I feel like it.

I always wanted an Easy Rest bed. I got tired of my old bed and sometimes I'd been wanting to sit up. I have a breathing problem and COPD and by halfway sitting up, I could breathe better. It's helped me a lot with my health. It's a good bed and I've had no problems with it. The sales rep was very good. He showed me everything. The delivery team was quick and fast. They went in, showed me how to use the bed and I was quite impressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I wanted the head and the feet lift feature due to the fluid on my legs and I needed the head lift a little bit because I have asthma and I was sleeping in a recliner because of that. The reps were good and they did everything that I wanted and got the bed all set up for me.

The only feature we use is lifting up the upper half to read in bed. I'm anything but thrilled with it. When it's on the massage, it's very noisy. People say they fall asleep, but blimey, what a noise. The only part I like about it is lifting up the head side for reading in bed and that is very comfortable and very nice. We don't use the rest of the features and it was terribly expensive compared to other beds.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because I needed it and it was really more the sales person not talking me into the bed but explaining how it could help me. I really enjoyed it because I like the up and down, the leg and head up. I haven't gone in for the massages because usually by the time I hit the bed, I'm going to sleep. So it's a comfortable, comfortable bed. Not too high off the floor and that's what I like about it. When I wake up the next morning, I'm not tired or sore. The feature I use the most is the position for reading with the part under my knees coming up - that's a comfortable position for me to read.

The Easy Rest mattress sort of squeezes down on the one side. And I sent for another thing on top of it and I didn't get it put on yet. We chose it because it was made in the United States and the motor was supposed to be quiet, which it is. I have restless leg and my ankles and legs fill up with water so I needed it raised up. So I thought instead of getting a mattress and stuff around here, I entered the sweepstakes thing and through that, they came to me. My daughter said that it would be a good thing because I'm 84 and if I take sick, it raises up so she can take care of me better. The sales representative was great. He knew whatever he had about the product. It was through his words that we bought it. I would recommend it.

The main reason why I got the Easy Rest was to raise the head and foot so I could sleep better. I have really bad acid reflux. We had a firm mattress where we slept. I got to where I slept by myself because I need two or three pillows. I had my bed raised, put some box on it. But I can't raise my feet, it would go off the end.
My experience with the Easy Rest bed was not very good. I can't seem to adjust it. I think I need a little softer mattress because it seems so hard and it feels like there’s a knot on my side when I lay. There are little seams in it. It seems like it’s punching in my back and I don't understand it. I think it’s just too firm a mattress on it probably from whatever was on top of it. I don't have that reflux as bad since I can raise the head. But it takes me a long time some nights to go to sleep because I can’t get it fixed. Maybe I'll get used to it but I would like to have a little softer mattress. They come with a firm PolyFoam on the top layer.
The sales representative was pretty good. He would hardly let you ask a question because he wanted to do his sales pitch. He played a video and just talked us into it. I do think it was a little high for the price of a bed. That is outrageous. Of course, the sales tax for Arkansas is high too. You have to pay for the shipping and handling if you have to have another part to go on it. I don't think that is fair either because if it’s that expensive, it should be guaranteed to have somebody to come and fix it. It doesn't read like that on that paper.

The Easy Rest is not letting me have a good night's rest. It seems like when I get in the bed, it sinks down too much. I think it's too soft. I had an adjustable bed once before about several years ago. And my little dogs got up under the bed and chewed the wires all loose so I couldn't use it anymore. I never had thought about buying another one until I got this advertisement in the mail. I saw it and said that it was like the one I had before. It wasn't called Easy Rest back then. The sales representative was very nice and answered all my questions. The delivery people weren't too happy because they had to take my old mattress and box springs off. The salesman told me that they would do that because I don't have any way of getting it away from the house. They first said no and I told them the salesman told me that they would take it away for me. They wouldn't do it so I got on the phone and called Easy Rest and they talked to them and they took it away. I would probably recommend it but let people try the mattress first or lay down on it to see if it fits their body. I don't know if they can do that or not.

We were looking for an adjustable bed to help with our health problems. My wife has fibromyalgia and she is constantly in pain, especially her back. Since Easy Rest gave us a good price, we went ahead and bought one from them and we've been satisfied. She said the bed seemed to help in that area where in the morning she doesn't get up hurting as bad. I have COPD and I have to sleep partly sitting up in order to breathe so it was great for me as well.
The only thing that I have a problem with is we told the sales rep that we wanted it on rollers and 31 inches high and we wanted the firmest mattress that we could get. What we got is a 32 and a half inch legs which is really too high for my wife to get in comfortably, no rollers, and mattress that was so soft it didn't feel like there was one there at all. So we had to go through several phone calls and they wanted to charge me for the extra mattress. I had to talk to one of the supervisors of the factory to get them to send me the hardest mattress without it costing me. I'm not happy with it in that respect and that's what I'm telling the people that asked me about it and I'll continue to tell them that until they get this problem solved.

The Easy Rest bed is not exactly what I thought but it's not bad. We have a noise in it when it goes back and forth. This noise doesn't happen all the time. I was planning to wait a little while and see if it would go away. I called to see if somebody can come and do it for me. But up to now, I'm still using it. I had heard about the bed from a few people that have it. I was having a lot of pain so I decided with my husband to order that. It eased the pains a little bit.

I was looking for something that would help my body. I have a lot of nerve damage in the lower back and one leg is really bad and my arthritis is very bad. I wanted to find something that would be more comfortable to me as I was sleeping. I had tried it in a similar type thing in a chair. Boy, that was super. I needed that in my bed and I could sleep good doing that so I got the Easy Rest bed. I like lifting my legs up. That seems to help. It's all good but that might be the best thing. The sales representative was a nice guy. I enjoyed talking to him. We had a pretty good time. There was a lot of friendship involved and that makes a difference to me. I get to understand the product better because the person is not driving it right into you. He had that pretty good display he showed me.

I had a bed for many years and bought a new mattress for it about a year ago. An Easy Rest salesman came and talked to me. He was knowledgeable. Then his boss talked to me on the phone and gave me a little cheaper price and that’s when I decided to purchase the bed. The delivery team was nice. They'd done their job and then they left. I had no problem with them. However it’s too hard right now. I ordered the top layer when they came to deliver my bed last week. They said I'll get it in four or five days but I haven't seen it yet. When I get that other one, it would be a little softer and maybe it might help me a little bit.

I have swelling of the legs and needed a good prop for them. The bed that I was on was not as comfortable as I wanted. So I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed and it has helped me with that. The sales representative was fine. The men that put it up for me though were in such a hurry. I felt sorry for them. They were gonna have to make a delivery out of town and it was bad weather. It was almost 11:30 at night when they got mine up. He said if I didn't understand anything I could call and it would get explained for me. But I figured it out. Overall, I'm very well pleased with it and have already recommended it.

I was smothered when I was sleeping. My head had to be raised. I never could get comfortable with pillows under it. I had to go to Nashville to a doctor and she said, “You need one of those beds that raise up and down.” My neighbor had a twin sized Easy Rest bed and she was telling me how well she liked hers. So I decided that I would see about getting me one. So I did, and I'm really enjoying it.

My husband decided to buy the Easy Rest bed because he had been sleeping in his recliner. He has slept maybe four times in it since we purchased it. He's just not comfortable in it. This is a terrible, terrible, expensive decision. I was not comfortable with it because first we had them together and I thought Gene was feeling like he was bothering me when he got up so we took the beds apart. But I kept feeling like I was going to fall off the side of it. We have not had a good experience with it at all. It is not acceptable.
It seems that when the bed is being bent like when the foot and the head come up, the center bottoms out. It was like we're hitting the bottom of the bed. The cushioning is not thick enough and we have added more cushioning to the top of the bed. I don't know if they can make some improvement there so that it is not so severe like it is practically hitting the springs. We are not satisfied customers. I wish we had never gotten rid of our awesome big bed.

I was too uncomfortable with the bed we had. I had back problems so we got an Easy Rest bed. We first talked to a guy on the phone. He was very courteous and very positive.I already knew what we wanted because we had a Craftmatic adjustable bed. We had problems with that bed and had to replace the mattress twice in about 10 years. There was some feature in the bed that just wasn't working. I didn't know it would cause damage to the mattress and the box springs. I would wake up maybe three times a night and I just couldn't sleep. I was getting very little sleep until I got this bed. It has helped me a lot. I mostly use the adjustment because I need to elevate the head and the feet. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest bed is comfortable. The mattress on the bed we had before was too soft and when you sit on it, it would stay in that sitting position all the time. So we kept out of it and bought the Easy Rest. The sales rep was a nice gentleman and a professional. The delivery team was great and explained everything to me. When we watch television at night, I raise it up so it's in a sitting position. It is really nice.

I've had back problems. My lower back has been bothering me so I ordered the Easy Rest bed. I use the vibrator the most. I don't think I would recommend the bed at that price. It's not that helpful. It needs to be a little better than what it is for them to be charging what they are charging for it. I don't think that I got what I was expecting.

I've enjoyed my Easy Rest bed very much. I sleep good too. The defibrillator that was replaced on my other shoulder made it really hard for me to get up and down in bed and my shoulder hurts. The bed has helped me with this as well as with my arthritis. It is very good for me. The reps were very nice and so were the guys who brought out the bed.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for my health basically. I like to elevate my head at night because I usually have to prop pillows up behind me. So I sleep with my head elevated. I was going to try to elevate my feet too but it actually didnt work, not while I was sleeping. Easy Rest rep was awesome. They did a fantastic job. The only thing that I didn't like was the hardness of the mattress padding. I told the lady I want a memory foam but she said something else, another type of foam that had two different colored foams glued together. So I got that one. It had begun to rub like sore spots on the back part of my body and I can’t afford to keep paying for shipping and all that for the different paddings so I guess I’m just stuck with this one. I wish they had gone on with the one that I had originally asked her for and sent a memory foam.
The delivery team was very good. They did an awesome job in doing the presentation, especially when they went into my guestroom and kind of rigged my bed up similar to the other bed and the vibration going on in my back area. It felt nice and that kind of sold me. When they first came and installed it, the motor went that same day and I was able to call the number that they had given me. When I finally got somebody to answer, they sent the guys right back immediately to install a new motor.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for my husband because he had difficulty walking to our bedroom. I wanted to make it convenient for him to go from the recliner to the bed and vice versa and also to make it more comfortable for him. He likes it. I would recommend the bed but I don't know if people will buy it because it is so expensive. People may not be able to afford it but it is a very good bed.

The only reason I bought the Easy Rest bed is because I couldn't get rid of the sales rep. He stayed over here four hours. He was a good salesman but I kept telling him I wouldn't be able to buy that bed but he didn't leave. I wouldn't recommend them because they're too expensive. One will be all right. I wouldn't advertise it to nobody else because it's too much money for it and it didn't do my back a bit of good.

We chose an Easy Rest bed because they said something about winning a free bed. We got the thing in the mail, so we filled it out and sent it in. A lady came and demonstrated it and talked me into buying it. I'm 95 years old and I had an old hospital bed. I had to get a new bed because it was really old, and it was hard to sleep on it. I've been looking for a bed for a long time, so I decided to get this one. The vibration is doing good. I do it once in the morning and it takes out all the kinks because I click it through the night. It's good. The Easy Rest sales representative was a great lady and the delivery team was fine too. Everything was fine. The only thing was that I was supposed to get the thing on the footboard and they didn't send the brackets. My granddaughter called but we never got an answer.

The saleslady came and we liked what she told us so we bought it. My husband has trouble with sinuses and he has to have his head raised and that was the main reason we bought it. A couple of guys came in a large truck and set it up for us in a matter of just maybe an hour or less. We're satisfied with our experience with Easy Rest.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed and it's very comfortable. The feature I use the most is the one where I can raise my legs. The sales representative was very good. The only thing is the delivery guys charged me $350 to deliver the bed. I've never seen anything so expensive in my life.

I love my Easy Rest bed but I never have gotten my pillow yet, the pillow I was supposed to get. They said that in four to six weeks, it should be here and I haven't received it yet. I decided to get an Easy Rest because my aunt loved hers and I'd seen many people like them. My favorite feature is the one where you can raise your head. I love that. Easy Rest reps were really nice. They were real pleasant and they told me all about it and how it would work and everything. The one that came in our house was really nice. He was just nice as he could be. He answered all my questions. If I've seen anybody that needed a bed, I would tell them about Easy rest. I've been telling people about it because I really, really like it.

My sister owned an Easy Rest adjustable bed and I had the opportunity to sleep on it and I got complete rest, as compared to our old king size pillow top bed which was just the most dreadful thing. An Easy Rest representative came by for a visit and did his presentation and showed us the different types of beds that were available. The one that we got was the complete rest with the vibrator and the elevated head. It was just a good sale.

The first night I had the Easy Rest bed, I slept like a baby, and I don't always have good nights like that. Sometimes I'm awake until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. The bed is very comfortable and I like it. I sprained my ankle and I was able to put my feet up in bed. Right now I use the foot feature the most. The sales representative was a nice person. The delivery team was fine too although I'm missing some phones and I don't know what happened to them. I had a whole box of them. I was just looking for them today because I have to return the handsets and I can't find them. I don't think they took anything. I don't like the pillow though. I used it for 5 days and had a stiff neck for 5 days, and so I gave it to my daughter-in-law and she said she didn't like it either. Other than that, I'm happy with the bed.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because it had all those little extras on it like the vibrator, the massager and heat. I got a very bad back. I use the back support more often than anything else but I don't really see any difference. I've had many, many things done in the past four years and it seems like nothing's helping me. I most of the time raise the head so that I'm comfortable watching TV in the bedroom.
Their sales rep was very good about explaining things and very, very thorough. He showed me a little scene on the TV and everything that I wanted to know. The delivery team was very good but I wasn't notified that they were coming. It set me back a little bit because I was busy and I had to show them where the bed was and all that. I wasn't prepared for them. But overall, I highly recommend Easy Rest.

I'm not too thrilled with the Easy Rest bed. I had been ill and had surgery. I knew I was going to have to recuperate for quite a while. I thought it would be good because I have a bad back but the way the bed is put together, when I raise it and then put it back down, it doesn't lay flat. Also, it's too high for me to sit on. But it's okay to put up my legs. Even when it goes down, I have to get up in the morning and readjust that bed and the mattress doesn't match the bottom. Somehow it just isn't doing what it should be doing. I wish I had seen one first. It's so hard. It's not a comfortable bed no matter how I lay on it or how I adjust it.

I bought the Easy Rest bed to be able to sleep better. I didn't have medical issues. I like using the vibrator as it makes me relaxed a little more. The sales reps and delivery team all did fine. I surely sleep better now.

We had the opportunity for somebody from Easy Rest to come out and talk to us and we liked what they showed us so we decided to go ahead and get it. And they gave us a good price on it. The sales representative was a very knowledgeable young man and the delivery team was great. They were just as nice as they could be. They took care of the old bed, took it downstairs and put it in my storage room. We sleep better at night now. We use the vibration systems on it. It will calm me right down and I just sleep good. It's a good, comfortable bed. It went very well with them.

My mobility is not that good and I assumed that the Easy Rest would help. I'm trying to do everything to help myself. So far I'm doing pretty good. I use the massage thing the most because I'm working on trying to get my mobility back. The sales representative was excellent and the delivery team was nice. They were fine but they didn't have to move the other bed; my son did. All they had to do was to put up the bed.

We bought a very, very nice new mattress 6 months before this bed. It was an expensive mattress and I just loved it, but Lee didn’t like it that much. We purchased an Easy Rest bed for him. His back was hurting him so he thought that maybe he could get a little more help from that one. Now we're sleeping better because of it. He likes that he can elevate his head or feet a little bit. The sales rep was a very nice gentleman and very pleasant, not pushy in any way. The delivery team was very professional and took care of everything. They stacked the boxes and plastic very nicely on our front deck so it was easy for us to get rid of it. They also took another old mattress away for us although we said that would be okay to save them the time.

The Easy Rest bed is fine. The only problem I have is my mattress wants to slide off to one side. It doesn't have the thing down at the foot of the bed to keep it from sliding off there, but there's nothing on either side to keep it from sliding off the sides. My husband and I both love them. I had been sleeping on a hospital bed for over two years. I just saw it and thought I'd like to know what it was like, and so when a salesman came over and made the appointment with us, my husband was the one that made the decision. He decided he wanted to sleep in comfort too. Mr. ** was just the nicest man in the world.
The delivery people were fine too. They almost forgot a couple of their tools and had to turn around and come back but they were great. I use all of the features of the bed. I raise the head and the foot, then I turn the vibrator on and I'm gone. I've gotten shingles, and I have been miserable. I don't know what I would have done if I had not had this bed and shingles is the most painful thing you can ever have.

My back was hurting and I have some other health issues like asthma. I'm just an old lady that needed to relax my back so I got an Easy Rest. I have got to get started on it. I have so many other things going on, a lot of funerals and I haven't taken time to use the bed. I've been in and out and running around and have not taken time to sleep on it yet. The reps were okay.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. I'm a double amputee and needed a bed to help raise me up so I could get out of bed and put my leg on and get my wheelchair. With this new Easy Rest bed, I can raise it up. I also got a strap on the wall that I can get up pretty easy with the bed. The contact I had with Easy Rest was very good. Everybody was very professional, polite and expeditious. I have no complaint at all. In fact, I'm very pleased at them. It's been overall very, very beneficial and good to me. I'd recommend them.

I had to go and get a king-size bed for my wife. That was a decision I made some time ago, but I was just thinking about a conventional bed. The Easy Rest salesman came along, showed the features of the bed and the adjustability. We're both getting older, so it's nice to have an adjustable bed. We can sit up and things like that. I told the salesman and his manager on the phone that we couldn't afford the bed, but he brought it down to a figure where we thought it was okay, and I decided to get the bed. Right now, we use all the features of the bed like raising it and watching TV. Instead of sitting up on the table, I'm able to use the computer and work in bed, so I use it quite a bit.
The delivery team was good. We had an agreement with the sales rep that when they came, they would remove our bed to a different room and set up this bed in the room that we wanted it, but that was not communicated to the delivery guys. When they came, they started forcing that they were not supposed to do that. Eventually they sorted it out with their manager and they put the bed in. They were willing to do everything properly. Even though they moved the other bed, they were not as careful with moving it as they should have been. It suffered some damage but I didn't hold them accountable for it.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest bed. I have arthritis all over my body and I was having trouble resting. I have restless leg syndrome and I couldn't be still in the bed. I had seen an advertisement and I thought that I would try it and I could make the payments on it. I use the vibrator all the time and sometimes I raise the foot up as high as it will go. I have the head up some and I turn the vibrator on. It vibrates for 30 minutes and then shuts off. If it shuts off before I go to sleep, I turn it back on.

We ordered it with two different fillers for the mattress, a firm for one side and a soft for the other. Unfortunately when the bed got put in, they got put in in reverse order so I had to change the mattress around and it was a bit of an inconvenience. In addition to that I felt the sales pitch was a little high-pressure, because originally I wasn't planning to buy the bed simply for financial reasons, and the rep just wouldn't take no for an answer. Well anyway since my partner has a circulation problem in her legs and breathing problem also (so she spends a lot of time in her recliner chair) I thought that if we could get a bed that would do that, she could spend more time in bed to rest than in her chair. So I ended up buying it and it has amazingly helped her, so I would recommend the Easy Rest bed by all means. It's everything that the advertising says it is, as far as comfort and convenience go...

I have a twitching problem so my wife and I can't sleep in the same bed anymore because I keep waking her up. We needed a twin bed that we could get in the same room and Easy Rest looked like a good deal. I like that I can lift my head and foot while my wife likes hers pretty much flat most of the time. We decided to get the Easy Rest bed because our backs and our bodies were just aching and hurting. Since we've gotten this, it hasn't changed mine a lot but my husband’s back has gotten better. I have neuropathy. It doesn't help that but it does help me sleep better because I wasn't sleeping at all. We replaced our regular bed and mattress of more than 8 or 9 years with an Easy Rest. The adjustments are good. My husband likes raising up the head, changing positions, and likes to raise his feet up a lot too. The vibrator has helped me some.
The sales representative was very good. The delivery team came earlier than we expected, but it was fine. They didn't show us how to use the bed, but the sales representative did. He was telling us about it and had us lay on our bed and showed us. In fact, we were left an instruction sheet about the hand controls and half of it was missing, so I had to call to get a copy of that and they sent it to us.

I had a very good experience with Easy Rest. At 85 with arthritis and doing my own yard work, I figured it was going to be very helpful for the summer. And then the price they quoted me was affordable. I will use the vibrator a lot once I get started in the yard. I haven't done a lot of reading or knitting in bed but I may do that more.

Right now, we just happen to pull the sheets off the Easy Rest bed to change them. It's very difficult to keep the bed made. How anybody can just get up in the morning and make the bed, I don't know without practically starting from the bottom sheet and then building it up again. We purchased the bed because my husband and I both have bad backs. He's recovering from a broken hip surgery and I have an inoperable back. So we were searching for something with more comfort. Sometimes the bed helps and sometimes it doesn't. We do like it so far. It's one of those things where they need to do some training. We really should have had training on what is the best to do and how to do it. All we know is how to operate it with the top, lifting the head up and the feet up. I don't know what to do with the rest of it. We just haven't done the testing on them. We like the one that rotates your back though.
The sales rep and the delivery people were very nice. I just needed more from them. We didn't know what we could have asked them. So now we know. It's still too short a time for us to give a positive answer. It is not quite what we had expected but close to it. But we're having one heck of a job with the bedding. We'd like to have somebody call on us in person so that we could ask questions and have them show us things and do an actual demonstration.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I couldn't lay flat on a bed anymore. However, I haven't really used that bed very much since we got it because I've been having some lung problems so I've been kind of sleeping in the recliner in the living room. We did call and get the softer mattress, the foam rubber, and the wife is very pleased with it. I did sit on it and noticed that it was probably more comfortable with that softer mattress. But my wife sleeps in it all the time and she's real happy with it. Everybody at Easy Rest did a good job.

I have health problems. I needed something to keep my head up because I have a hernia and my doctor referred me to put some brace on that but that won't happen that's why I chose an Easy Rest. I raise my feet, I use the vibration and the heat too. I'm trying to get comfortable with it.

I had been wanting a bed for some time because my former mattress was a little bit dipped in the middle and it wasn't comfortable anymore so I went ahead and bought an Easy Rest adjustable bed. The delivery was a little bit haphazard because they were supposed to notify me ahead of time when they'd be there and they didn't do that, and I was out of town but they did have to wait on me. Overall, it's been very good so far. I have no complaints about the bed itself. But I think that I paid more than I should have for a product that probably could have been obtained here in my immediate area for less money and the same quality product.

I've been having trouble with my old mattress which was probably about 8-10 years old. I was going to change it. I was having problems because of my back. I slept on an Easy Rest bed in Texas about a year and a half or two years ago and I liked it that’s why I went ahead and got it. The sales representative was fine and good. When he came in and told me who he was, we just hit it off to start with. The delivery team was in and out and gone. Now, I'm resting good at night. I turn it on, let it roll until it kicks off automatic, and it helps a lot. I’ll recommend them. I've talked to people who don't like them and to ones who do.

I did have a hospital bed but it wasn't doing the things like this bed does. I use the head and the foot and the massage features. The sales representative was excellent. He's a very good salesperson. He explained everything. I wouldn't get the bed but he kept pushing me to get the bed. He stayed here until I decided to get the bed. He did everything he could to help me because he saw my health situation. I don't have good health and I'm confined to a wheelchair. The delivery guys were wonderful. They set up the bed, and did everything they had to do and went through some little stuff with me and showed me how to use the bed.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because we have a lot of feet problems and poor circulation and it has helped me with my leg cramps. When the Easy Rest man came out and showed me all of the wonderful things, I thought it was going to be nice. The rep was good, was a nice fellow and we got along fine. The delivery team was excellent. However, the bed shakes. It's not steady. I called in to have somebody out here to adjust it or tighten it up but they didn't.

I had a waterbed for 10 years before I got the Easy Rest. I decided to get it because I needed a new bed. My initial phone contact with Easy Rest was great. They were friendly and very good to me. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to the T. The delivery team was really good, but I had one question. I didn't have my headboard ready. He didn't put the bracket on. I tried to putting it on, but I forgotten how to do it. Overall, I love it because if I get tired, I go and lay down, hit the vibrator and go to sleep.

I'm 81 years old and thought maybe it would help my back if I had something that I could raise up and down and be comfortable on, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. However, it's not what the representative said it was and I'm not very happy with it at all. My frame that I had that they put it down into just moves around in it. And they didn't set the wheels when they got done, and it's messed up one side of my bed. The bed hasn't helped with my back yet maybe because I haven't been on it long enough.

Easy Rest sales rep was well-versed. We purchased the Easy Rest bed since we have problems with our back. Not so much mine but for my wife. It helped her a lot. We used almost every feature. My wife likes the vibrator. I like the bed too but not as much as she does.

Easy Rest has an advertisement to enter for a free bed, and that’s how they got me and my wife. The bed is not standard and precise. The head and the foot can be raised. It vibrates on the head and shoulder, but not on the lumbar area. Plus it's like a piece of concrete. The mattress is very, very hard. The height is beyond the height of a regular bed. You get up in the morning and the mattress is not comfortable to your body, and I'm stuck with it. It's a piece of junk. I will never recommend one.

I found it quite difficult to make the Easy Rest bed and then I messed up and bought some sheets. I had to buy twin bed sheets because we had king bed sheets. And when I was trying to make the beds, I had them together. You have to slide them apart to be able to get in between them to make the beds. We bought the bed because we're old and we were interested in the vibration plus the lowering up and down of both ends. My back has been gone for a long time. If I put too much pressure on it, it will bark back at me. If I've done a lot of heavy work out in the yard with a lot of bending it really gets me. My husband doesn't have any problem going to sleep anywhere.
One thing negative is the guys that delivered. We were involved in something and one of the guys was busy on the phone talking to somebody and the other guy put the bed together. He was in a hurry. He asked me if I wanted the bed frame that was there. And I said yes because we gave the other bed to my grandson. And after they've already gone, we go in there and looked at everything because I couldn't be there when he was doing it. He just left the old bed frame there and put together the mattress and frame on top of it. We had a heck of a time getting it out. We had to get some help from the next-door neighbor and a couple of kids. I was really upset.
His whole attitude was, "I've delivered the thing and I want to get out of here and we've got two more to deliver." I was told by somebody in the finance place that they had problems before to the point where the guy just ordered them out of the house. My experience was not pleasant because it was hurry, hurry, hurry. I'm 77 and my husband is 81 and it's big and bulky and heavy. If we hadn't had anybody to help us, it would have really been a problem. That's very poor communicating with them to us, especially when one of them is talking on the phone the whole time he was here. It was not very nice but as far as the rest of it, neither one of us have any complaints.

I happened to talk to a guy who must be one of your representatives and he told me that the bed would help me with the trouble I have with my back. I like the Easy Rest bed. It's good and I'm enjoying it. It has made me feel better. I don't ache quite as bad. But at 81 years old, it isn't going to go away all at once. I use the vibrator and I raise the head up and the feet.

After a day's hard work, it's nice to lie down and enjoy the Easy Rest bed. I was just applying for the win one and if I didn't win, I wouldn't care. Then I got the talking and I bought one. I made up my mind that I'd like to try one. The sales representative was very pleasant and very to the point. He did a very good job of explaining it all. The delivery team was very efficient. They came in and set it up the way I asked them to, and everything went well. Now that I've slept in it and experienced what it does for me after a long hard day's work and I'm up in the age where aches and pains are very dominant, I would recommend it. It is a very comfortable bed, but not everyone wants to spend the kind of money for it. If one has a health problem, they should definitely get one.

I wish I hadn't bought the Easy Rest bed because my husband won't sleep in it. He says he can't sleep with his head up or his feet up and about the only time I do us it is if I go in there to watch television. I put the head up the most and I use the massager, usually every time I go in there. I do like it and I'm satisfied with it. I wish I could have gotten the twin or the bigger one. I did recommend it to my sister-in-law who just had a double mastectomy.

We're glad to hear that you are enjoying the features of your new bed but are sorry to hear that you husband is refusing to try the bed. It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage him to try new positions for resting during the daytime and that might help him get more used to the bed. I've got serious back conditions and saw the Easy Rest commercials. The sales rep that came out was a really good salesman and he sold me on it. I'm thoroughly happy with the bed. I enjoy the massage and I really, really enjoy the pillow. My neck gives me a whole lot of problems, and that makes me sleep like a baby.

We love the Easy Rest bed. I was gone for a week and boy, I could hardly wait to get back home and get in my bed. I have to sleep with my feet propped up because of a spinal problem. It's much easier than to keep a pillow there. And I like to have my head raised a little bit. The bed is great. We had a bed that lifted and it was worn out. Then I saw in the mail this promo for winning a bed and I filled it out and an Easy Rest sales rep came out to talk to us. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to afford it but my husband wanted to buy it. The delivery people were wonderful. You couldn't ask for better people. They took the other bed out, put it where I asked them to put it because some other people wanted the old one. If people can afford it, they should go for the bed.

I liked the salesman, he was cool. I've had my bed for 17 years and it's still dong fine. He said, "How's your sleep? Is it comfortable? It could get better, you know." I said, "Okay, but I don't have the money right now" and he said he'd hold the bed for me. As for the delivery team, they were really great. They got here, set it up and had everything all working before they left. They showed me how it worked. They were nice gentlemen. They were all real sweet.
I got my Easy Rest bed back in 2005. I have COPD but it's not that bad. I thought I'd give it a try and see... it works and I like it!

My husband and I were hoping to get rid of some backache, so he thought the Easy Rest bed would help both of us. We like the features such as the fact that it's got a vibrator. We're not sure how much it has helped. He said that he doesn't know if it will do the miracle he's hoping for, or not yet. But he raises the head a little bit for me, raises the foot and lifts it for me and turns the vibrator on. I usually go to sleep before the vibrator goes off. He does the same thing.

I purchased an Easy Rest best because it's adjustable and had the massager. And I thought I was getting the heat sheet. But apparently, it was not included. It was the final factor in purchasing the bed. Our sales rep was very good in her talk about the bed and her demonstration to me. The bed helps considerably, except for not having the heat sheet. I often use the heat, the waves, and the up and down for the feet and the head. I mostly use the wave right before I get up. I would definitely recommend Easy Rest bed because I do feel the difference when I slept in my daughters bed. So it is doing what it's supposed to do. I'm not hurting. When I get up, my back doesn't hurt, or my neck.

The Easy Rest salesman was real good about describing and explaining it. I thought it was a little bit expensive but it wasn't that bad. I didn't have any kind of adjustable bed before but at times I would have to prop up. I have a bit of a breathing problem from time to time. Sometimes when it's worse, I prop up. It's pretty handy to be able to raise the head of the bed up. It does help.

I had a Craftmatic before and had a problem with my bed. There was some kind of adjustment that had to be added. We got a man to come and he said there was something wrong with the remote that won't let the bed up. He took the remote and we couldn't find him, so we lost the remote and couldn't use the bed anymore. Then they said they went out of business. I loved the bed but we couldn't lift it up.
I have a problem with my back and the aching in my leg, so we decided to try the Easy Rest... to see if it will help in my sleeping and resting. It's much better sleeping at night. I enjoy the bed but there's something going on with the mattress. I'm trying to get back in contact with them. Other than that, the bed is working fine. We elevate it at night and use the vibration, and we have the massage... I'm happy with that.

An Easy Rest representative came over and showed all the stuff that goes with it and the advantages. I thought maybe it would be a real nice experience. Then I thought I'd buy it and see. After using it for two or three nights, it was not any more satisfying or more comfortable than the bed that I already have. So I said, “Why do I have to pay thousands of dollars for what’s not any more comfortable than what I already have?" You can raise it and adjust the thing. But I wasn't really comfortable with it because I could get the same benefit with just putting two or three pillows behind me. I was just not as happy as I thought I should be.

It often takes people a little bit of time to get used to a new way of sleeping. We encourage you to try new positions for resting and sleeping. At the time when I started thinking about an Easy Rest, I didn't have the money to buy it so I saved the money until I got enough to buy it. The lady that came and talked with me for a long time was a really nice lady. She convinced me that I needed that. I believed her and I still do. The delivery people were very nice and very professional. They fixed my bed, took my old bed and mattress out and disposed the bed. The Easy Rest has certainly helped my back and my leg. I had been resting good with it. I raise the foot at night because I have lymphedema in my left leg. When I raise the foot at night and sleep that way, my leg goes down. With lymphedema, your legs swell because the fluid doesn't go up and down the leg as it's supposed to. My leg will go down at night, and that's a blessing to me. However, when you turn up the vibrator on the mattress, it doesn't do it in the same way as if you had the vibrator on.

I needed to get a new mattress, and Easy Rest sent me a letter or advertisement about it. I liked it and thought "Well, that sounds pretty good." The sales rep was very nice and quite knowledgeable about what he's doing. The delivery people were great too. As for the bed, I don't think I've quite gotten adjusted to it yet.

My wife was complaining about her back a lot. She wasn't able to rest well at night, so we said we'd give the Easy Rest a try. We're getting used to it more and more and it's working out good. We had a Memory Foam mattress before but we like the Easy Rest better because we can adjust it to different positions to our liking. We use the foot and head features the most and the vibrator a little bit too. The sales rep was very nice and explained everything. The delivery team was very neat.

I want a firmer top on the Easy Rest bed. I have asthma and I have to sleep up. So I got one of those beds that I can adjust to my problems. It hasn't helped because it's too soft. The Easy Rest sales representative was very nice and the delivery team was nice and quick.

The delivery team were nice and polite but didn't show me how to use the bed. I expected a little bit more, but they did all right. I rest better using the bed.

Easy Rest hasn't been as comfortable as I thought it would be and I was wishing I hadn't bought it. The main reason I did it was because I like to go to bed and watch sports, ballgames or a show. I had several years ago paid for a double one for my husband and I where he could sleep with his head up because he liked it higher than me. After his passing, I saw an Easy Rest ad on TV and thought to get one and the Easy Sales rep was very nice. But I find my old bed is more comfortable than this one is. I don't like to sleep with my head very high and I like to lie flat. The only thing I’d like to have is my money back, return this bed and have my old bed back.

It was a good experience with Easy Rest. Had no problem with it (except for the extra-firm insert that came instead of medium-firm that my wife wanted). Their reps were friendly, even the boys that brought it and set it up were real nice. My wife sits up a lot when she reads while she's in the bed and when her back hurts, then she raises it. She said that helps her back. She also uses the vibrator on the down part of her back, with the heat.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest because of the presentation that the salesman gave us. He was a fine and good salesman. I've got congestive heart failure. When the bottom of it is raised up, it takes the swelling out of my feet all the time. So far, we like it. It’s a comfortable bed.

It's a nice bed. I'm a bilateral amputee and I can lay in the Easy Rest bed all night and sleep all night long just propped up (I like to go to sleep that way), but it's not worth what it cost though. It's way, way overpriced. And they need to put some lights on the remote. I mean, you can’t see in the dark. You have to turn the light on to change the bed's position.

I enjoyed talking to the sales guy who stopped by our home and I enjoyed his presentation. And now that we're using the bed, my wife sleeps a lot better, she sleeps all night long (we bought it because of her condition). However I was not satisfied with the delivery guys at all.
They were running late, I have no idea why, and I was in the middle of redoing my bedroom because I thought I had enough time before they got here. As it turned out, they got here before I really got everything situated. I told them what I wanted to do and they said, "Well, we can't do that." I said, "Well then, you guys just wait outside and I'll do it, and when I get through you can come in here and you can put the bed in." That really ticked me off, so I went outside to cool off, and when I went back in, they had moved the headboard. They had started setting up the bed and everything, which was to my liking but their first initial contact with me was not very good.
They said they were going to be late. Why didn’t they just come the next day?

The sales representative was a very nice lady and the delivery team was satisfactory. I have back trouble and the Easy Rest bed helps a whole lot. It helps me relax more. I use the wave thing and the head thing where it raises you up.

My son seems to like the Easy Rest bed. I had gotten this coupon to try to win a free bed. He needed a new bed so I thought it might help him because he's in a wheelchair. I don't know if it has helped him. He seems to like it better because he can raise it up and he has the vibrator on a lot. He raises his head up in bed. The sales representative did a good job on selling the bed. The delivery team did a good job. They got right in, got it set up, and got right out. And that night was frigid.
The one thing he doesn't like is that the bed is not connected to the mattress. If you folded up the bed, the bed doesn't stay down. It moves around unless you're in it. That could probably be something that could be added to this, the mattress connected to the frame. That way, it doesn't slide around. He had to put a rail on it so he wouldn't slide it around. When you put the feet up and the head up, the mattress doesn't stay on the bed. It doesn't bend with the bed unless you're on it.

We bought an Easy Rest because I've been having problems with my knee and I've got COPD and it's easier for me to sleep in an inclined position. We thought maybe it would help, and it has so far. We have one problem though - nobody has sent us the part that goes on the end of the bed and the mattress keeps slipping down. I wish they would get it to us, but other than that it's a great system.

My elderly mother bought an EasyRest Bed from a door to door salesman who came to her house. My mother paid about $7,000 for a bed that she never even had a chance to try out. Obviously the salesman wasn't concerned about my mother's comfort, only about making the sale. As it turns out, the mattress is too hard for my mother's comfort.
Even worse, my mother recently moved from NJ to FL. In the course of the move my mother lost track of the electric cords that are needed to operate the bed. We contacted EasyRest in Tampa and spoke with Andrew who was only too happy to sell us replacement cords. When we went to install the cords we discovered that the movers had stowed the original cords up under the bed. We contacted Andrew to ask about returning the cords that we had just purchased but had not used and did not need. Andrew said that he would "look into it" and call me back. After a few days I had not heard back from Andrew (surprise surprise) so I called in again. At that point Andrew informed me that the Company does not take back parts.
I think that it is terrible customer service to: 1) sell an sick, elderly person a $7,000 bed without even letting them try the bed out, 2) not take back $70 worth of replacement electric cords that were mistakenly ordered unnecessarily. I would suggest not dealing with this company.

I would rest at night and wake up sore, hurting and all. My old bed was an adjustable one with a mattress that had worn out. I bought a new bed six months before I got this Easy Rest bed and it was not helping me. It was the Easy Rest sales representative that talked me into buying it. The delivery team brought it in, took my old bed out and put it in the storage bedroom that I got behind my house, set this one up and showed me how to work the bed. With this bed, I feel a whole lot better than they say. I'm not in pain and don't hurt. I love it. It was a good experience.

I bought an Easy Rest because it’s lighter than the hospital bed and it’s not as hard. It’s comfortable to sleep on. I raise the back up a lot more than I do the feet. I have COPD and I need to raise my head up at least two degrees up but sometimes I sit down and watch television or read a book or something and it’s comfortable to sit on it.

The salesman who came out was very, very helpful and he had a lot of information, and it was not a hard decision to decide I wanted one. I purchased the Easy Rest because it is adjustable. I have acid reflux and if you had that thing going on, they say that if you're not lying flat, that does help, and I found that it does. The delivery team was good. But when they took the old one out, I wish they had told me that they're giving me time to sweep and dust underneath the bed because I don't get that done very easy.

It was an out-and-out scam. The Easy Rest rep was a smooth talker. He did not deliver on what he told me. I wanted to see the bed first before I buy it but he told me not to worry about it and he would have one sent to me. He said that if I didn't like it, I could return it in 90 days. I had it delivered here and they took the old mattress and everything away and put it in. We do not like what it’s supposed to do. It’s not doing what it’s supposed to do, so we wanted to return it. He then said that we can’t and we were supposed to return it in three days. So in other words, I had bought it and it was a scam. This is not the way to sell. I should have known better. If I had the money to hire a lawyer, I would sue. But it would cost me more money than to take the loss.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I like the idea of raising it up and down where I could lay in the bed and watch TV and relax. I put it down whenever I sleep at 10:00 but if I'm just sitting around in there relaxing I raise it up in a real high position and have my feet up in the air a little bit. I do that around 9 every night and I'll watch about one hour of TV and turn the massager on and let it massage me while I'm sitting there watching. I'm happy with the bed. I don't have no complaints.

I am 80 years old and I just underwent a triple bypass. I've been in and out of hospitals and therapy places. I had an Easy Rest bed before, and I knew what I wanted. I like the vibration and the fact that the top and bottom can go up so I can sit in bed and read. My dog even likes it. I just flop into bed and out I go. I feel alright. The Easy Rest sales representative was very polite and nice. I enjoyed the visit. The delivery team was alright. They left a few nuts and bolts on my bureau, but I haven't thrown them out yet.

I have a leg that is not working very good. I've had surgery in the last year and it’s not healing good. I needed something that would give me some rest because I couldn't sleep at night. I needed a new bed so I decided that getting Easy Rest might help me. It’s not helping my leg, but I'm getting more rest and sleeping more. The representative checks on me periodically. As a matter of fact, I talked to him this week. The first mattress I had was with a hole in it and they replaced that yesterday. Overall, I would recommend it highly.

I was playing poker at a friend's house and saw the paper for a chance to win an Easy Rest bed. I wanted to win it, but I didn't so they sent out somebody to show me how it works. I liked it and bought one. The bed is more comfortable. I like the way it operates - I will put the foot and the head up. I like the massage. The sales representative was excellent and the delivery team was very nice. They did an excellent job.

We have acid reflux so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. Their sales reps were very nice and good. The bed helps but we can't sleep. I know the guy that sold it to us told us that we should sleep with it up on our back. We can't do that, we had to put our bed down and go to sleep. I can't sleep on my back. I just can't do that. But the bed works just fine. It's comfortable. We love it that we can elevate the bed and keep our feet up when we go to bed at night, watch TV and read.

We're all satisfied with the Easy Rest bed and I like how it operates. I sleep better on it. It helps me in getting a good night's rest. I feel more rested when I get up in the morning; I'm not tired and worn out. The sales rep was nice but he lied and didn't tell me the truth. He told me to look at the demonstration and he's going to give us a free pillow. My wife told him that one pillow is not enough and she needs two pillows. So the rep said he will be giving another pillow but none of the pillows have made it here. That's the main thing I've been dissatisfied with Easy Rest.

I've had my old bed for about 45 years. I was sleeping on a single and it wasn’t long or wide enough. I’d seen Easy Rest offered in television and decided that I was going to get one and have a good night’s sleep. The delivery team was in and out for about 30 minutes and they had it all set up. They were quick and they knew what they were doing. With the Easy Rest bed, I usually prop my head up.

I don't sleep very well at night. I had been sleeping on the same bed about 25 years and same mattress, so I figured a change might be good. I saw some brochures in the American Profile Magazine or some leaflet in one of my local papers. There was an opportunity to get an Easy Rest pillow free and I did that. Before I got the pillow, somebody called me and wanted to know if they could come out and talk with me about the Easy Rest bed. I talked with somebody on the phone first to set up an appointment. Then two gentlemen who were fine guys came out and talked to me, and that's how I wound up with the bed.
The bed is quite comfortable. I sleep a little better. As a matter of fact, I called today to ask for another insert. They told me that in my literature, I have the Premier bed and they said if I wasn't completely satisfied with the insert, I could get another one. I will have to pay the shipping and handling. I was told that I needed to sleep on it at least 30 days. I talked to a lady today and I was under the impression that I was going to get another insert the same size as the one that I have already. She instructed me that I will get one about half that size to go on top of that one but that wasn't what I understood in the literature. I like a very firm one and I thought maybe a firmer one might help me sleep more.

I'm just getting used to Easy Rest bed. I haven't had it that long. But it seems to be doing fine. I bought an Easy Rest as I was having discomfort sleeping and I'm diabetic so I have circulation problem. The bed helped me. I usually use the raising of the head when I'm watching TV. Their sales rep was nice and he demonstrated as well as he could what it would be like without a bed. The delivery team was real fast. They hurried right along and got it done in no time.

My doctor told me to get an Easy Rest bed because I’m getting operated on. I had to have something to put up my legs up in the air for months. Easy Rest has this feature and I use it the most for my legs. I saw a difference in my foot, but I’m having problems with the bed. When I’m trying to push the bed up, it doesn’t go up. I push the button again and it goes up.

I decided to get an Easy Rest bed since I have trouble breathing, and the salesman told me it would help. It did help. I mostly bring the head up but I'm not happy that the feet don't come up as much as they should. I also thought that I was getting the middle line mattress but I got the hard one. I really don't like the hard mattress.

I purchased Easy Rest because I like that it's adjustable. This feature is what I like the most particularly the one raising my feet up. My mattress is a little too hard but I'll get used to it. I was pressured into buying Easy Rest bed. I’m 80 years old and I got aggravated with the sales rep being here all day long trying to sell it. He was nice but he never told me how much it cost even if I kept asking him. He even called his boss a couple of times and put him on the phone with me. They were telling me all the good parts about it. I handed the phone back to him. I just thought, “Well, I’ll just go ahead and buy it.”
I can't rest on the bed. It is too high for me. I’m a short person and I can’t even get in it without getting on a stool and climbing in it. I don’t like the massaging thing. I thought maybe I would when he was explaining it to me, but I couldn't go to sleep with that on. I keep my head up a little bit but I can’t sleep with my feet elevated up. It bends me up too much. I'm not comfortable in it.
I called Better Business Bureau and they’re going to send me a paper to fill out about it. I don’t know if that will do any good. I’m going to try to get the bed back to him and go sleeping on my old bed. I still got the mattress out there in the building. I wasn't happy with the Easy Rest bed and couldn't really afford it.

Easy Rest is not as comfortable as I thought it was going to be but it can sit up a little. They've had to send me two foam-rubber tops. One was put inside on top of the mattress and that didn't help. So they had to send me another one to put on top of the other mattress.

The bed I replaced, I had it for 15-20 years. It was a hand-me-down from my grandmother. I've always wanted an Easy Rest. I'm kind of stuffed up at night so the elevation factor seemed to just help. I have sleep apnea, and I can't sleep plain flat. I have to have elevation on my back and the head, so it’s the feature of the Easy Rest bed I mostly use. It took a little while to get used to this bed. I had to try different positions until I found one that was comfortable for me, but it has helped me breathe better. My initial phone contact with them was good. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional.

I broke my back in 1971. I have artificial knees and have got a bad body. I had a waterbed that was 32 inches. I saw the Easy Rest bed a couple of times and I wanted it because it's close to the ground. I just knew I had to get something different. I sent a letter in and the guy called me and I bought it. I use the tilting of the bed often. I enjoyed the experience.

I enjoy my Easy Rest too much and spend too much time in it. I'm old and feeble, and I'm seventy-something years old and have had hip replacement. It's easier to get in and out of my Easy Rest bed. I use the tilt feature in the back and the bottom the most and I do the massage deal every chance I get.

Easy Rest is a wonderful bed. We'd recommend it to anybody. The head adjustment was the main reason we got it. When we go to bed, we turn the vibrator on and it's really relaxing. However, the pillows they brought with the bed are terrible.

My experience with Easy Rest was not very good. I'm not satisfied with this bed. I wish I could get my money back. The man came out and told me they're very good. It's not very good for me. I can't even use it. I was not satisfied with the delivery team at all.

I needed something that I could have my feet up and my knees and my head. I have a bad back, I can't lay down flat so I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I've been able to sleep in it every night since I'd gotten it. I haven't slept in a bed for nine years. I've been able to sleep only in the chair and my feet were always hanging out, they were always cold and this bed has got that mattress pad heating so I'm like a bug in a rug. It's been wonderful really!

I love everything about the Easy Rest bed. It does absolutely everything I want it to do. I never dreamed I would have to spend that much money for a nice bed and I don’t know if I would ever do it again but I don’t like their tactics of forcing one to make a decision immediately. But I’m sure they've done it a million times before so my one time is not going to mean anything. The sales lady did a good job. She has done her homework to the utmost. The delivery was wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about it. The two guys brought it in a big truck and set it all up and explained everything. I think the product is absolutely excellent. I've only owned it a matter of months, but if it stands up as long as they tell me it’s going to, I’m going to be very, very happy with it.

We had another bed probably around 8-10 years and we weren't sleeping real good in it. So we thought that maybe a new bed would make a difference and purchased the Easy Rest bed. It has helped but didn't quite like we thought it would be, but it's working. I usually sleep with the head up a little bit. We do use the massage once in a while but they're a little noisier than I thought they should be but I guess that's to be expected. The sales representative was a very nice gentleman and he answered all of our questions. The guy that delivered it, him and his partner, they were fantastic. They were only here about half an hour and they had our bed switched and the new one up and ready to go. So overall, it was a pretty good experience with Easy Rest.

When my wife called she was told the lump in the middle needed to be laid on to break in. When she called in 1 month later she left a message to call her back and got no response. Now 3 months later we still have a mattress that is hard in the middle and hard on my back when you have a sunken spot where your hips are at. I have never heard of a break in time on a mattress. PURCHASED 12/09/2013. Delivered 12/20/2013. This is totally unacceptable. For this amount of money spent there should be no problems. Please help. Thank you.

I wasn't sleeping good at night and the Easy Rest bed is supposedly the best. I get a good night's sleep. I don't wake up sore like I used to. It's real good. I raise the head because I breathe better when I've got my head raised. And I have leg fibrillation or something like that so I raise the feet. I use the vibration sometimes if I've got a headache or my back hurts. I love the bed.

My husband was sleeping in a recliner in the living room and the doctor was telling me he needs to have his head up to sleep. That was the main reason for getting the bed. But my husband hasn't really used the bed that much. He doesn't like it because he gets up several times a night and he had to flatten out the bed to get up. Then when he had go back in, he had to put it back in place again. He said the bed is a failure but I like it fine.

You can get out of the bed with the head raised. We do not recommend getting out of the bed when both the head and foot are raised together. We will be reaching out to you today to explain this to you.

I owned my previous bed for 14 yrs. I’m single now and I prefer to have a twin bed. And then your salesman showed up and he talked me into it. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. I use the head lift section feature of the bed. I don't use the foot one. It does help me with not having cramps like I did since I’m lying on the back most of the time. My sister saw Easy Rest as an advertisement and she thought that I would like to use it so we bought it. The people that delivered the bed were real nice. I like the bed. It’s comfortable. My back doesn't hurt as bad at night. I don't use the vibrator at all. I couldn't stand them. The mattress slides off the bottom. It slides to the right of the bed and I have to push it back onto the frame or something at the bottom every once in a while. I would probably recommend it if somebody asked me.

It was a very good experience with Easy Rest. We needed a new bed badly and we need to elevate our heads when were sleeping because of sinus drainage and snoring and the bed has helped with that! The sales representative was very nice. The delivery person was great. He'd done it all by himself, like he zipped in and zipped out. He was that fast. He was really good.

I heard that Easy Rest bed can be manipulated so we can sleep better so I got one. I have illnesses. I had a double heart attack so it helps a lot. What I like the most about the bed is that when I go to bed at night, I can elevate myself when I sleep. According to doctors here, my heart has to be elevated. I sleep better because of the bed. It's a very good bed.

I like reading. I like going up, sitting up, so I can read and that's what I like the best about the Easy Rest bed. Also, I have osteoporosis (very bad) which was the main reason I bought it and the bed has helped a little bit with that. However, I have problems with the bed -- the mattress doesn't wanna stay on the bed. I sleep on the right side of the bed and it always moves to the right and it gets several inches off the back. I keep falling off and I am disabled so it is very difficult. I have thought about sending it back because of that reason. I'm 64 years old and I have to have my kids come over, or my grand kids to adjust my bed.

I don't like the Easy Rest. I thought I was getting something better. I had a fractured tailbone and broken hips and the bed has not helped at all. I don't get my sleep like I used to in my old bed. It just doesn't agree with me.

I like the up and down feature on the Easy Rest. The sales representative was wonderful and the delivery team was very good. He came in and set it up. It was a terrible day, snowing and blowing, and they did a wonderful job. I enjoyed everything from the very beginning to the end. They answered all my questions and put me at ease and everything went just perfect.

The experience with Easy Rest was very good. They were very good to me and I like the salesman that came by. I bought it as I thought the bed might help the swelling in my legs and feet. I like the fact that it raises my feet just about right and I like the massage.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I have back problems and didn't get no sleep. I haven’t had it that long but it has helped me some. I use the raising up in the legs and head both. That’s the way to sleep. Seems to me it’s more comfortable like that. The delivery team did a real good job.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because I thought my wife wanted it. To me, it's a bed to sleep in and it's comfortable enough that I can sleep in it. I'm not much into anything fancy as far as up or down or getting a massage or anything. I've turned it on and used it just to see how it works but as long as I can sleep soundly and it's comfortable, that's all I care about.

The Easy Rest bed sounded good -- it sounded easier to sleep in than a regular flat bed, and being able to raise it up a little bit especially for the head was one reason why I got it. I was told when they delivered it that it needed to be flat when you get in and out of the bed. So I decided I won't move it at all. I'm waking up out of a sound sleep to go to the bathroom and I don't want to have to do anything like change the bed. I use the bed just the way it is and adjust it just a little bit at the head of the bed. If I had known that I couldn't get in and out of bed without making it flat, I wouldn't have bought it. I should have been told that in the beginning because that was a feature that was important to me and I didn't want to damage the bed once I had it. I have thought about it but I can't do anything to change it. And I didn't want to fuss about it...

You can get out of the bed with the head raised. We do not recommend getting out of the bed when both the head and foot are raised together. We will be reaching out to you today to explain this to you.

It’s a good bed but I’m not doing too good with Easy Rest. I've got two things wrong with me which is fibromyalgia and I've had replacement joints in both hips and knees. And I thought that this would make it a little better for me. Well, with the fibro, it does. But with my joints, it puts them into angles that I get up in the morning and I’m hurting. So I got a conflicting problem here. I also have reflux which was something that I thought would be good. And it does on that, too. But because of my hips, I have to raise the feet up. That’s where I think I start having the problem. And I don’t put them up very high.

During the initial phone contact they were courteous and respectful. The delivery team was courteous and experienced as well. I would recommend them.

The main reason why we got the Easy Rest bed was because my husband was having aches and pains and thought he’d sleep better. It hasn't helped me and I can’t say that it’s helped him too much either. They didn't put the wheels on and so it’s very low and it makes it hard to get out in the morning. The guy who sold it to us told the delivery team not to put the wheels on because our old bed was very high. I’m just unhappy with the product. It just doesn't work for me.

We replaced the bed we had for maybe 10 years. I chose Easy Rest because we thought it would help our backs and my breathing. It helped with my breathing because we elevated the head. The particular feature we like is the vibration in the morning. So we sit up and we get our blood circulating. I would recommend it to a friend. I think it would help a lot of people really.

I thought Easy Rest would ease my back pain but it ain't done it. I've had my mattress probably eight to ten years before I replaced it with Easy Rest. The feature I use the most on the bed is tilting my head up a little bit. Overall, it’s not a bad bed but it just didn't do what I thought it was going to do.

The main reason why I got Easy Rest was because my wife thought it would help her sleep better and it can go up and down separately. The other one was the whole bed. It hasn't really helped us and it was really expensive but there’s nothing wrong with the bed. We had a pretty good bed and this was pretty expensive.

We both have bad backs, and I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend for sure. Very comfortable except for the vibrating part. They don’t vibrate a whole lot, but they are so loud. We're kind of dissatisfied right now with the motors. I am planning on calling them back to let them know that.
