Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

So far I like my Easy Rest bed. Somebody called me and set it up for me. I was just kind of talking on the phone to the salesperson. He was kind of courteous. It’s a pretty good experience.

We mainly purchased an Easy Rest bed because it would eliminate a lot of the aches and pains and the snoring and the whatnot. It does help. I don't snore anymore and I do feel better in the morning. Their sales rep was also fantastic. He gave a good description of the bed and answered all questions. He even had me laying on my bed, which I had Select Comfort bed. He put the vibrators underneath me, the pillows or whatnot. So he let me feel what it felt like and all that kind of stuff. He was very good.

So far, I like Easy Rest bed. I don't know what happened in the beginning, but I had paid my down payment. Then I got a thing and it said $108.67 and I knew that's what my note was supposed to be. So I sent the check and I sent it to Easy Rest, and nobody knows what happened to it. But I was supposed to send it there. I haven't cancelled it because the bank never showed up. But I made it and I thought that's what I was supposed to do when I had that paper that had that amount on it, but that wasn't. I was supposed to make it out to the finance company that gave me their name. I don't have it right here with me. But as far as the bed, I do like it and I'm satisfied with it.

I'm not real happy with Easy Rest bed, it makes my back ache. I'm supposed to get a soft top for it and nobody's even called me to see if I'm going to get it or not. I need that soft top before I make a determination of whether this is going to be a good mattress for me because the top that's on it, I cant use. So far my experience with them was not that good.

My leg and my back were bothering me, and the doctor wanted me to elevate my leg more because my feet were swelling so I purchased the Easy Rest bed. It made me feel better.

I'm comfortable with the Easy Rest but I wish I had more room. I would have liked to have gotten a bigger bed. Everything went fine with the sales representative and the delivery team so the experience was okay. I got to get a footboard and a headboard because my feet keep sliding off the edge of the bed.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very informative and nice… He wasn't real pushy. The only thing we've had a problem is that he didn't tell us that it was going to be extra long sheets. Also, he said it was two twin mattresses so we've had to order extra long mattress pads. We ordered them from JC Penny's and even the extra long ones were hard to fit on the bed. We may not have purchased it have we known that part of it, that it was going to have extra expenses.

My wife has pancreatic cancer and her legs and ankles would swell real bad. Her back hurts and she had pneumonia, so I sent that little thing that Easy Rest sent in the mail about trying to win a bed. We told him the guy who came and talked to us about it. He was nice and good. He explained everything about the bed. It was raining the day the bed was delivered. They got here about 4:00 like they said they would. It didn't take them a long time.

My husband and I both have arthritis. We decided that we needed something that we could sleep good on so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. I wish we could have done it sooner. We thoroughly love the bed. Talking to their rep was a very good experience. The delivery team was very good too and very efficient.

My experience with Easy Rest has been successful. I wish that the lower portion would go up higher to raise your feet. But other than that, I'm satisfied with it.

I have cancer and I'm going to go through chemo and I thought maybe the Easy Rest might help with that with all the aches and pains and it has helped me. I did the up and down on the head and the foot and I also use the vibrator more often probably than even lifting the bed up and down. I'm very satisfied with it. The sales representative was fantastic. He wanted to sell it but he didn't really pressure me so it was a very good experience. The delivery team was fantastic as well. They did it just fine and they even vacuumed under the bed while they were doing it. The bed is fabulous for aches and pains.

I bought Easy Rest because I have back and hip problems and couldn't sleep at night. I have one kidney removed, stomach problems and prostate troubles. I have arthritis too. The vibrations in there help me when I really need it, and I use it quite often. I have no complaints with the sales representative. He explained the bed to me. The delivery team came and didn't have much to say. They set it up and had me get on it. I said it feels fine. They showed me how to work it and left. I think my bed's a little bit on the soft side and it needs a little harder mattress. Other than that, I get by pretty good on it. I’d say other people should have it.

The main reason why I purchased Easy Rest was because I have health problems and I just couldn't lay out flat. At first I had a little adjustment to make and I couldn't get it done just right. But I have found out how to do that now and it works great.

I got the Easy Rest bed because of all of the publicity about them and I had been sleeping in a chair most of the time. It's comfortable to sleep on until I can't handle it anymore and I have to come to the chair because I had hip surgery and it bothers me.

The experience with Easy Rest was alright. They had called me and we talked about it. The sales rep was nice but there was a problem with the delivery. If I had known then that I couldn't turn over and get up - it didn't have any bars - I wouldn't have gotten it. I had asked them to give me directions on how to use the bed and I called three times but they never sent me anything.

We had been thinking about getting a new mattress. Evidently, my husband had filled out something that had been sent to us and sent it in. A guy called and made an appointment and showed the Easy Rest bed to us and it went very good. He was knowledgeable enough to sell it to us. My interactions with the delivery team went very good as well. Overall, I would say they were very knowledgeable, very experienced, and were good at what they do.

I had been looking around and wanted an Easy Rest for a long time because I have a lot of little machines and massages on my bed. I have trouble with my back and my knees. So what happened was there was from that Home Shopping Network, they sent me this little pamphlet in the mail and it said you can win an Easy Rest bed. So that's what I did. I sent it in for that bed. I didn't win the bed but when they called I told them that I was really interested in it. I had called around to the other brands and Sears and I found that Easy Rest was the one I wanted.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I have really bad heart trouble. I've had it for years and they told me that there's nothing more they can do with it - it's just a matter of time. When I sleep, I have to urinate constantly. I am able to go back to sleep. So that's good especially with my health - getting in and out of bed. I also fall other times too. But I never know when I'm going to. It's not something - "Well, tonight's the night." My husband won't sleep in it. He won't sleep with me. Afraid I'll fall out in his. I keep falling out of it, much to my husband's disgust.

My experience with Easy Rest has been good. The reps were courteous and we are enjoying the bed. I'd recommend them.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of my bad back, and it has helped me. I use the tilt for the legs and I use the vibrator. It was a good investment. The guys who brought it over and put it up were real good, too. It's great, no problem. I already recommended them to two people.

I like Easy Rest bed. When I was younger, I had an accident and the bed really helped me a lot with my back. My husband likes pushing the button, its humming and it's vibrating. My experience with sales rep went great and as well as the delivery team. Everything was good. We've told other people about it.

They were on time. They went straight to work and they moved the other bed where I asked them to. They were polite and everything. My experience with them was excellent.

I received a pamphlet in the mail, sent that in and then Easy Rest called me to set up for a salesman to come out. Their sales rep was okay. I've been wanting a bed that would adjust and different things for some time so I bought it.

The delivery team was fantastic. They showed us how to work it and all. We had a nice time with them while they're setting it up. But I really got aggravated with the salesman. He was here all day and I kept telling him no and then he calls somebody on the phone and they talked to my husband. I wouldn't have purchased one. But my husband finally gave in. Well, anyway I like the bed because I can put my feet up at night and it helps my feet and legs. I'm a diabetic. I have bad legs and feet.

We bought an Easy Rest bed because of my wife's health. Sales guy was here on time. Brought a cake and I think that was pretty darn good of him. The delivery guys were great. They moved the beds. The old bed out and put the new bed in. They set everything up. Made sure I knew how to work the controls. They were very polite. Cleaned up all their mess and they did a really fine job...

It was a really nice experience with their sales rep, couldn't have been better. Mattress was a little bit softer than I thought it was going to be, but I've got accustomed to it.

We purchased the bed from Easy Rest mainly because my wife thinks it would keep me from snoring. She figured it would be one of the best beds to have (she didn't like her other one apparently). Overall they were good. Their sales rep was nice. I liked him. He was cool. The only problem I've had is one of my remotes won't lift up the feet. It doesn't work. And it's been that way ever since I got it. When the delivery guys set it up they should have tried to go through all of the features. Apparently, they didn't on that one. Because right from the get go the foot thing didn't work. If they'd had caught it, they could have maybe fixed it right then but they didn't... But other than that, they were good, they did a good job. I just haven't called Easy Rest and tried to get a new one or something.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because it goes up and down and you'll just set it up. I had it about four or five years. The sales rep and the delivery team were good. They set up everything really quick. I'm very pleased.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I have back problems and leg problems. We had bought a king sized Craftmatic a couple of years back and I enjoyed it. So I found myself in a position where I had the money and I could do it. I love all the features on the Easy Rest. I love being able to raise my head and my legs and sit in the bed to read. Sometimes if I don't read in bed, I just like turning on the massage and getting that massage while I fall asleep.

I was listening to what the sales rep was saying about an Easy Rest bed but they would just demonstrate about it and then they showed a picture, but I never did see the mattress until they came out. I didn't have any problem with the delivery team, they were nice. If I have seen the mattress, I would have never bought it because it costs too much and it's not as good as I thought.

I have poor sleeping and arthritis so I purchased the easy rest bed. I had the bed a year and a half and so far it has helped me. it would be the massage.The sales rep was new, and I could tell that he was nervous and didn't have all his answers, but he said I did very good questions. I went into some problems with the delivery team. We had a hard time working my schedule and their schedule and their drivers schedule. That was not smooth at all.

I'm glad we purchased an Easy Rest bed. This is a good deal with a lifetime warranty and I like that if anything goes wrong, they will replace it. The bed has helped both my husband and me with our back issues. He's got 3 discs down in his back and I had a gout and back surgery. We like that we can raise the head and feet a little bit. It's pretty good. The people on the phone are very kind, pleasant and very nice. I love the delivery team. I enjoyed talking to them. I would recommend Easy Rest.

Our experience with Easy Rest was great. They sent me a pillow but the bad thing about that is my dog got the pillow before I did. I really like the bed, it's the greatest thing. There's just nothing to compare and I've slept in a lot of beds. The only thing that could compare to it would be a waterbed I used to have in the 80s, but they don't make them anymore so Easy Rest comes in best.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my back and because of the way the guy explained it. It didn't do like the sales guy explained to me, but I'm going to get used to it.

I have an Easy Rest bed and my husband kept saying that he liked my bed so I finally got him one for his birthday. He says it has helped him. He wasn't sore when he got up this morning. He has his head up a little bit and his feet up a little bit too. He uses the raising of the bed more than the vibration. The phone reps have been very, very helpful. We couldn't crawl under the bed because he's 92 and I have back problems. They tried to help us but the part that you turn, you have to get under the bed to do it. They had no idea when they would have somebody in our area and said it could be as much as two to three months. Well, it wasn't even two weeks, so we were very happy with that.

What started me on the journey with Easy Rest was something I got in the mail. I had no intention of buying it but I got a card saying that I could get a pillow if I reviewed the Easy Rest. They called and wanted to know when would be a good time to come. They were very nice and I was under no obligation. It didn't take long to deliver the bed and the delivery team was very nice too. I like raising the head part. I find that more comfortable and I like the massage. I have two dogs that stay on the bed when the massage goes. They think it's cool. I have no bad experience whatsoever.

I like the Easy Rest. Actually I had one before for about 35 years and its' still working but I had to get another bed because a tornado set down right near my house and the bed got all wet. Their salesman, Peter, was very nice and the delivery team did a good job.

My initial contact with them was excellent, their sales rep was very good, and they have excellent delivery as well. It’s not as though they could just walk in the house with it. They had to put it up over a porch roof to get it into the bedroom window. I had people here to do it. They just had to bring it to them, but they went right along just as though they did it all the time. So everything was very good and the bed does help. I really enjoy the fact that I can raise my head when I feel like it without propping up pillows.

I got this bed to help with my medical problems and so that I can raise my head up when I sleep. I still have to get kind of used to it but I'm satisfied.

I helped a friend buy the Easy Rest bed because he has a bad case of acid reflux and he sleeps with his head raised. When one of their sales rep called me and asked if he could come by and show us what the Easy Rest was like and how it worked, I set up an appointment for my friend to come my house. My friend came here, we liked it, he was impressed with it, and he bought it.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest bed very much compared to what I had. I had a hospital bed so this is quite different. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis quite bad. This is really helping me all the way around. I was trying to win a bed and it didn't work out. The phone representatives were very, very pleasant and the sales representative was extremely nice to talk to. He made me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with the Easy Rest bed.

I had an Easy Rest bed before. It has helped me with my back, instead of going to spend all that money for massaging. They always talk to me nicely. I don't have any problem with them. I'm pleased with what I have. Otherwise I would have told them to take it back and give me back my money. And I have recommended them.

I love Easy Rest. I purchased the bed because I got bad leg problems. The bed has helped me because I've been nursing my foot for three days. In fact, I think I've got gout right now and it’s really helping because when I got a problem, I can put it in the position I need it in. The sales representative that came here was real nice. He was pretty knowledgeable and he took me through the whole thing. Now that I have the bed, I’m really enjoying it.

Getting the Easy Rest bed has helped me. I enjoy the reclining feature. I have a back problem and it got me to where I can sleep on my back. Prior to getting an Easy Rest, I actually went and bought a bed. I've been sleeping on it like two days, but I boxed it up and took it back. My initial phone contact with Easy Rest was alright. I called, went and told them to do the demo and everything went good. The only thing I really had was I went to order the other mattress that was softer, and I wasn't informed at the sales time that I was going to have pay $60 or $70 shipping.

I've had a very good experience with Easy Rest.

We got something in the mail offering a free pillow. My husband sent that card in, and then the man showed up at the door with information about the bed. I did not see the information that he returned in the mail and I didn’t know that he had done this, but we liked the product and we knew we needed a new bed anyway. We also like the vibrator part in it. My husband has breathing problems and he’s sleeping with two or three pillows, so this has helped that situation.

I bought an Easy Rest because of the comfort and the other access that it had as far as turning your body and relaxing. It’s just concealed into this one thing, and it was just a great experience. The sales representatives were just excellent. They were just above the norm. They're really, really nice, just like I knew them all the time. It’s the same thing with the delivery team. They were like my boys. They were courteous. Overall, I would say it’s just excellent service. They are very good. I’m really, really proud of it. And if someone came here and wants to experience what I have, I would give them the opportunity to do so, and then I will refer them.

The Easy Rest is not what I thought it would be. I'm disappointed with it. I wish I hadn't bought it now. It just doesn't do right. My back hurts and I slept better on a regular bed. I used to wake up with bad headaches and I thought that if I got something like that with the massage and other features that it might help. I had been looking at different types here and there. I had no problem with the sales representative. He was nice and did his job. He told me all the ins and outs and how it helps people.

I had a Craftmatic before for about 20 years. I cannot complain how nice that thing was, but I left it in New York. So I bought this Easy Rest and it’s alright. I got it because I heard it was Craftmatic family. The feature that I use is the up and down. Sitting and bringing up the legs. I like to pray on my bed, so I sit on it a long time. Practically all day. I have arthritis in my knees. I bought it so the knees could be up. It has helped me when I get up in the morning, my knees don't give me pain as it used to. I can't say about the other features because I have not used the other parts. The sales representative was nice and he provided a detailed description about the bed and answered all of my questions. I have no complaints with the delivery team. They came and they put it up, had a little practice in it and showed me how to use the bed. Everything was fine. My overall experience with Easy Rest was alright.

I just love the Easy Rest bed. It is nice. I have asthma and sometimes I need to sit up. The bed makes me feel more rested. I got a paper in the mail and I sent the paper back and the man came out. I had seen it on TV before. The man came out to talk with me about the bed and I got stuck with the bed. It cost a lot of money but I like it. The sales representative and delivery team were good.

Initially, I was receiving mail from Easy Rest about their promotion wherein if I send back the card with my signatures, I could get a free bed. And I wanted to get a free bed but unfortunately I didn’t. Well, one of their representatives called me to interview if I wanted to buy a bed and I did because I really wanted one. And it’s good that I did because it was worth the money that I paid for. It's real comfortable that sometimes I can't wait to get in bed. It's softer and better than the one I had. My daughter even came here one time and got in the bed and said, "Oh mommy, where did you get this bed?" She so loved the bed that she even stayed one night and slept on it. I had to sleep on the couch for that time.

They were on time and set the beds up good and got everything going right away and I was happy with them. So everything went well... except for my remote. I've got a real bad lower back disk problem that I've had for years and I've slept on adjustable beds for 30 some years. I couldn't get my bed to the position I needed it because it is a remote-type situation.

I've been getting some good nights' rest with the Easy Rest bed. It's very nice being able to sleep on my back. It works well for me. I had been having some back discomfort and I liked the idea of being able to raise the upper part and lower part of the body independently. I got it mainly for comfort and the sales rep had some good comments to make about the bed's features such as the ability to raise the upper and lower parts, the modes of wave action and vibration. It was very interesting.

I made a good choice with the Easy Rest bed. I needed the bed and it has helped me. I recommend it.

The Easy Rest bed has been wonderful. I'm enjoying it. I had a stroke and I figured it would help me get up off the bed. The sales representative was so nice. He showed me the brochures and said he had one and he has really enjoyed it. The installers were nice. They wanted me to sit on it and see if it's right height. They were really nice as they could be. I'm really proud of my Easy Rest. I would advise anybody to get one.

I purchased the Easy rest bed because of my problems with my legs, and then I have a back problem and I had heart surgery. Now, my legs are doing a little better and not swelling as much. But I'm still having a problem with my back because it seems like I sink to one side, almost in the middle of the bed. I told them I wanted the firm mattress and they said they would put the inserts in, but it sinks so I figured maybe they didn't put the firm one in when it got here. I'm doing good but I am having one problem - every time I get it in a comfortable position, I can't watch TV. I go right to sleep.

I purchased the Easy rest bed because I wanted to be able to get in a comfortable position - that I can raise my head, and the way that it lowers and raises and everything makes it easy. The sales representative explained things well and it was easily understood. I'll just be glad to meet them and talk to them anytime, anyplace. They put it up very quickly and very easily and they were always courteous and just seemed to make everything just go easy. That was really a good experience and I enjoyed the whole experience.

The Easy Rest sales representative did a great job. He's a good salesman. It was due to their advertisement and the rep that came and persuaded me to buy it. I don't use the features much. I do let it go up and down. Sometimes I would use the elevation of the head more than anything but I don't like it that much. I don't think it's all what they say it is.

I have a degenerative disc and the Easy Rest has helped me greatly. We had a regular flat mattress and we were experiencing discomfort. My wife wanted to elevate her feet once in a while or raise the back and I had my back problems and the Easy Rest has bettered our rest periods at night. I'm a nurse and I have arthritis. I have acid reflux sometimes and I thought that the bed would help. I was coughing pretty bad and I raise my head up just a little bit and I went to sleep. So I use my bed very much and I like it. It's too expensive for me but the salesman was very good, so before he left I said I think I'll get the bed. I have shown the bed to a lot of people. I like the bed.

The salesman came out and said that they were selling the Easy Rest bed. And when they delivered the bed, they didn't have the one that I ordered. They've given me a queen sized. I wanted a regular sized bed. But they said since they were here, they would let me have the queen sized for the same price. That's where I am now. The delivery team was courteous and nice. It's hard to move about.

My wife needs the Easy Rest bed because of her condition. She's disabled and has had kidney transplant, and her sleeping habits have been kind of off but now it's better. I like the massage part, but my wife has a nerve condition and she doesn't particularly care for it. The delivery team worked real fast and it looked like they knew what they were doing.

We had Easy Rest out here before. They've given us a presentation and we couldn't afford the payments. This time, it was almost the way the original one was, but they made it more affordable, so we decided to get one. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. He told us all the different features in the models and we got the one right below the highest priced one. That was more affordable to us. The delivery team was fine. They delivered it and set it up right away. It didn't take them long at all. They showed us how to use the control and everything, and it worked out really good.

I have trouble with my back, and I must give the guy that sold this Easy Rest bed to us credit for giving me a good line. It would probably help me sleep better and all this kind of stuff. The delivery guys were great. They were in and out in probably 20 minutes time. I would recommend them to a friend because the bed sleeps good and I enjoy it. But I'm angry about the way the price was pulled in on me. I didn't know it was going to cost that much until I got the finance paper. There ain't no way I would've bought one for $10,000. It’s just too much.

I purchased the Easy Rest because of the sales person who was extremely nice and the bed had features that I was looking for from my grandson. It was wonderful. She actually got the price down to what I could afford and she was very courteous and personable. She was very good at what she did. She didn't nag you into buying it. My grandson enjoys being able to situate himself and raise his feet. The delivery people were wonderful. They came in and took down the old bed and put it in the back bedroom like I asked and put up the bed. And they were extremely gentlemanly. I had no problems whatsoever. It's a very good company to work with. They seemed to stand behind their products. Their people were all top of the line.

I've had the Easy Rest bed for a number of years. It was an advertisement, and I was trying to get the free bed. It was really good. It was fast and easy. It didn't take them long to set up. I would say it's a wonderful bed. It's something that you'll enjoy having.

We've had our old bed for four to five years. I was having problems with my ankles swelling and I had to put pillows at the end of my bed to lift my feet up when I’m sleeping. And the old man has to put pillows under the head so we needed something that was going to maintain both of our problems. So we sent in a card to Easy Rest and they sent someone out to talk to me. The sales representative was marvelous. He was a really, really, really nice guy. And the delivery team got here two weeks before they said they were going to get the bed here. One thing that we love about the Easy Rest Bed is we can lift it anywhere we need it. But I am a little displeased because our heating pad hasn't arrived yet, so we’ll give them a call. So far, it was an excellent service and we got our bed a lot quicker than we expected to.

I'm still trying to get used to the bed, it's okay.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because of my muscle disease. I really love it. It really helped me. When I contacted them to over the phone they were good, very polite and everything. The delivery team was really good when setting up my bed. My experience with them was wonderful.

The Easy Rest bed is the best sleep I've had in years. Whenever my legs start hurting, I just raise up the foot part and I turn on the massage, and it stops from hurting. I had to go two times to a chiropractor and now I don’t have to go at all. I have lumbar problems too and acid reflux, and my legs were hurting, so I could position for the lumbar and acid reflux. I can just raise the headboard of the bed and it gets rid of the acid reflux by being upright rather than having to find pillows to stuff under you, and your sleep is not disturbed. The massage really feels good and keeps it in good position.

It has been a good experience purchasing the Easy Rest bed. Their reps were courteous and knowledgeable, and the delivery went along fine. I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I don't sleep well and I have back problems. I had a shoulder replaced and I've had a knee replaced... my other knee has gone bad, so I thought it'd probably be the last bed I'll ever buy and figured I deserve something like it.

I had cut off an ad on the newspaper or magazine and sent it in. The meeting with the sales representative went very well; it was very informative. He told us everything that we needed to know and the bed was delivered okay. They put it up very quick with no problem whatsoever. The mattress I had was very uncomfortable, and I need to lift my head up quite a bit because I have acid reflux, and the doctor told me that I should elevate half of my body when I'm sleeping. That was the main reason I purchased the Easy Rest bed. And I'm sleeping better now. I'm very satisfied with it. I would never trade it for anything.

I got an Easy Rest bed because the salesman told me I couldn't do without it. He was courteous but he was determined I was gonna buy it, and I guess I did. He stayed here from 4:30 to 9. It was pretty high pressure. So far I have not really enjoyed the bed like I would a regular bed. I can raise up my head and feet a little bit, but I can't raise them up much because I can't. It throws my body in a whole and I can’t. I've got arthritis and I had to turn and twist all night, get in different positions. I'm too old to learn new things. I'll be 82 next Sunday week.

I had read about Easy Rest for a long time. I never thought they would come to the house. I thought they would just send me information, but the young lady came to the house and showed me a video on everything. The video was fine, but at first I hesitated because I can't afford that time. But she gave me a good deal on it, so we went ahead and do it. The sales rep was a very nice young lady and I had a wonderful experience with her. Interactions with the delivery team went fine. They didn't have a problem with it at all.

You always feel like you’re falling and sliding down. But other than that, we just love it! I would recommend the bed.

I got the Easy Rest bed so it would help me physically and it has. I like being able to elevate the head and feet. The interactions with the sales representative and delivery team went fine. It was a good experience.

My wife needed something like a hospital bed. She passed on so I just got the Easy Rest bed by myself. I had gotten one of those papers where it says you could fill it out, send off and I win one. I like the vibration on the bed. When my back and neck hurt, I turn it on and it runs until it shuts itself off and eases it off. It's a comfortable bed. I would recommend it to anybody if they just want to get comfortable.

I am enjoying it. I had to twist the mattress. I'm in a rut, sleeping on one side. But I still have leg problems. I have fallen about three times in the last two weeks and I thought I had fractured my hip, but I'm enjoying it. I don't get to elevate it like I should. Now, its good to sit in the bed and watch TV and drink coffee, whatever I need to do with that since I have been spending a little time in the bed lately. The bed is fine and I'm enjoying it and I just raise the headboard and I do the feet. But I did have a little problem with the massager. I got one that has waves and on the other side has this smooth one, and the bottom button wouldn't work anymore after I used it one time. I called on it and they said we would need to get out and replace that. But then we started calling about lowering the bed.

The very nice lady who came to the house, an older lady, she was first class. A pleasure to have around. We had a long talk. I told my wife before the conversation I wasn’t going to buy a bed, but my wife thought I’d have a better night sleep with one so I ended up I bought a bed. I do use my Easy Rest bed every night and get a night's sleep. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I like the Easy Rest bed very much. I wanted to raise my hand and my feet. They called and said that they were going to be in the area and they would like to come by and demonstrate how the bed works with me. They were very nice. And when the gentleman came by to demonstrate how the bed works, he bought me a vanilla candle. It was my favorite fragrance. He said, “Well, I’m glad you like that.” I got it sitting beside my bed. I need to find sheets for it that doesn't pull out of the bed. When I put my feet up, it comes off the bed. Maybe they will make sheets for the bed. I like to do the vibration also but sometimes when I lay down and turn the massage on, I have to get used to the noise it makes.

I got an Easy Rest bed because I have a bad back and I figured it would be good for my back and it has been, and I'm enjoying it. My experience with their sales representative went very nicely. He was a very nice young man and was well informed. The delivery team delivered on time. They set it up and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. It was a very rewarding experience.

We really like the Easy Rest bed but we sometimes get confused with the raising up and down. We have to use glasses to see the remote clearly. But our problem is about the bed sheets. We've been trying to find bed sheets for it but can’t locate it anywhere even though they say that we could get the sheets at Walmart and Kmart. The sales representative is a good guy. He didn't pressure us at all and I would recommend him. The delivery team was a little bit more aggressive than he was. They had something to go to but it turned out okay. If I didn't have an Easy Rest, I'd buy one.

So far, it's been a good experience. We're enjoying our Easy Rest bed. It's been nothing but good. I would recommend them.

When I got the Easy Rest bed, I didn't know that my husband had cancer. After we found out he had cancer, it came in handy. He went through hospice and so we had it for hospice. He died March 24th so it came in real good for him. I'm still using it. It's okay. I did get some good news with it because of him but now I appreciate it. I don't have any problem. The sales rep and delivery team were real good.

I purchased Easy Rest because I just needed something to raise my head at night. It's a comfortable bed. I got a card in the mail - something about an advertisement and I mailed it in and they came to see me. The representative I spoke with was really nice, and she represented it really good. The delivery team also did a good job and were professional. Overall, the experience was good. I'm just really incensed about it. I kind of wish I hadn't bought it. I feel like it's just a lot of money to pay for a bed. I financed it and they're charging a lot of interest on it.

My husband loves the Easy Rest bed and I don't like it. When I get up in the morning, my back hurts me. My back is good and I can't figure out why my back hurts. But I'm not angry with the bed. I would recommend it.

The presentation was good so I decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed. The man was nice and knowledgeable. I like the bed because it raises and lowers.

I have degenerative disk disease. I have terrible time sleeping and have always slept on a very hard mattress. And I found whenever I'm in the hospital, I sleep better because I can move the bed. I make a hole. I do it first with feet and the top both up. The first day I use it, I couldn't believe it because I was so surprised that I could get up out of bed and walk. I have been getting up but I walk like a zombie for two or three minutes. With this Easy Rest, I can get up naturally and walk like a human being and I don't feel like I'm walking like an old monkey. Everything was okay. This is just very soft and it seems to work because I can settle down into it. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I had something derogatory.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I can lift my head up and my feet down with it. I was also wanting for a bed and the massage. But I don’t know how to use the massage feature yet. It’s one of the things I’m concerned about. The delivery guys did show me how to use it but I've forgotten it. The reps I talked to over the phone were courteous. Overall, Easy Rest is nice. I get to rest good. I like it.

We've been having a good time with our bed. I bought it because I couldn't sleep on the bed we had. Me and my wife used to always get up with a sore back and could hardly do much. But with Easy Rest, we relax real nice and sleep good. I can lift up the thing on my feet and on the front where I lay my head and it’s wonderful. Then if I’m uncomfortable, then I put the thing that vibrates. It feels so good. I feel like a baby. And they explained to us real nice - very peaceful people and friendly. It seems like we know them for years. They concentrate on what they’re doing. They’re also very respectful, friendly and keep us laughing. We've been recommending them.

I thought buying the Easy Rest bed would be easier on my back. I enjoy having my feet up. The delivery people were very courteous and efficient, and the salesman was very knowledgeable.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I was not sleeping very well and I was having more back pains than I hoped I would be having in the morning, so I just couldn't stay in the bed anymore and would go up and go sleep the rest of the night in my recliner chair. My kids were bugging me about my mattress and said I needed to get a new one. I enjoy my bed very much but I still am not sleeping all night, which I had hoped I would be able to, but gradually I think my hours of sleep is lengthening.

I fractured my hip, both sides about two months ago so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I use the front and I put my legs up. I like the heating pad too. The guy who came was very congenial. He called up and got me a discount. Wonderful. They took my other bed out there in front of the bathroom which was where I want it. I would recommend them.

I don't like to lay straight on my old bed because it bothers my back so I knew I wanted something else. Then, we got Easy Rest’s brochure in the mail so we called to set a date for delivery. The rep was good and the installation team was awesome when they came in and set the bed. We were very pleased with everything. They answered all our questions and showed us how to use the bed. As for the bed, I mostly use its up and down feature. But the bed’s vibrator feature shakes the whole room so I plan to call the company about that.

I choose to have an Easy Rest bed for one thing, I don't like a pillow but I cant sleep with my head laying flat either. Another thing, I got peripheral problems with my legs and I can raise the bottom up a little bit and it makes it easier to rest. My wife has acid reflux and the doctor told her she should keep her head and part of her chest elevated so that helps a lot. She really love the bed. The sales rep has done a good job and they were on time.

I have acid reflux and so I had been lifting the head of my bed up on those things that are made to do that; they look like flower pots upside down. I didn't slide off the bed but I would slide down at night and the mattress would slide down. I just got tired of that and said I needed a new mattress. So I looked at the information from Easy Rest that was sent to me. I liked the fact that you can raise the head and the feet. I sent in the little paper about a chance to win something and one day a woman showed up at the door.

Easy Rest is wonderful. If I had known what it was like, I would have bought it years ago. I saw an ad in the newspaper to call and all I had to do was make an appointment for someone to come to the house and show us, just tell us about the Easy Rest. It was a contest I entered to where I could win the bed if my name was chosen. And of course, the likelihood of that was nil. But I was curious about it because it was showing it as a whole double bed. And most of the other beds you see two couples in, they have the sides separated. There's a thing down the middle. It's a king sized, with the one person raised up and the other one laying flat. They each had a thing to operate the bed with and we both have to be raised up at the same time in the bed because I have GERD real bad and my husband has a breathing problem.

I’m really not happy with it. It’s not really what I thought it would be. I just think we were coerced into buying it because they kept lowering the price and made it sound really good. In all honesty, we haven’t received the best night of rest yet. And now were like locked into the payment plan for a few years on something we don’t like. It’s not really the payments, not really the cost of it.... if only it had lived up to what we were told it was going to be and we have no problems... But I still wake up with backaches now even if I sleep in a reclining position. I’ll have a thoracic pain across my shoulders (I think I slept on my old bed!) I do like sitting up in bed and watching TV. That’s a great plus. But I can’t sleep sitting up. So as far as that, I don’t think it’s any more comfortable than the other bed I've slept in.

I replaced the bed I had for about 10 years and I sent a card in and Easy Rest sent somebody I had to talk to. It’s a good sleeping bed. I snore at night, and that keeps me from snoring. I also use the vibrator and the head-raising all the time.

We've had it probably almost two months. I decided to buy an Easy Rest because of the comfort, the benefits that the bed promises to offer like the massager and I know that we needed that with health problems. And we needed a new bed so we gave them a call and it was good, they were very courteous. The delivery team was wonderful. They were on time and they did everything in a timely manner, moved all the furniture for me. It was all excellent.

It gives a good rest. When you buy it, you get good sleep. You can position yourself with it and it’s just an excellent, best thing to have to sleep in. I purchased it because of my health condition and it has helped me. I got it about four months ago. I found a flyer in my mail, called them and they set up an appointment and then came out with the interview and the demonstration of it. The sales representative was excellent, they were courteous. The delivery people did well too. They showed me how to use it. They showed me where to find a contact number I had to call if I had a problem.

I really enjoy the Easy Rest. I have back trouble and it's supposed to help your back, and it does. My back doesn't hurt as bad as it did. I sleep pretty well at night. I turn the vibrator on when I lie down and I raise my head a little bit, then I raise my feet some. I rest better on it than I did my other bed and it was nice talking to them.

My experience with Easy Rest has been really fantastic and awesome. My interactions with the representatives were very good.

I was having back problems and stuff like that, snoring at night and everything, so I bought the Easy rest bed. The sales rep that I talked to know too much about the bed, I have to give her credit, and the people who delivered the bed were great.

We purchased Easy Rest because of the many things the guy told us. He said it keeps you from snoring and when you wake up in the morning, you feel so refreshed. We got all excited for those things. I’m disappointed that I didn't get what he said. When you wake up sometimes your back hurts. We haven’t had a nice mattress. It was hard. I wouldn't recommend it.

So far, the Easy Rest has been very comfortable. The main reason that I got is I have arthritis in my leg. It has been doing very well because I put the vibration on it at night before I go to bed and I lift the feet up. It is just marvelous; I really, really enjoy it. I like mostly to elevate it. They called and talked to me several times. We had made appointments and I couldn't make them. They were great and they reminded me about their appointment.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I thought they had a pretty good reputation, but see you'd never know until it's done. I don't like that it's with an interest of 34% and they charged me 17.99% interest. I think it's about way overpriced and if I had known they had to sneak 17.99% interest in there, I would had nothing to do with it. It's alright but it's nothing fantastic. It's worth about a thousand dollars. If I asses the fees, they stole right off of me. I think that's stealing. I'll honor the contract but I'm not a happy camper. They are deceptive. I've been around for so long, 73 years and nobody slipped out on me before, but they did.

My initial contact with the team when I made my appointment went well. The representatives were real good. The delivery team was very courteous and showed me how to use the bed. I purchased an Easy Rest because my back was bothering me a lot. Overall, the bed gets you good sleep and you rest real well. I like raising my head.

I'm very unhappy with the Easy Rest bed. I've almost fallen out of bed twice. I'm 84 years old and that wouldn't be very good to fall out of bed. It seems to be tipped. It isn't working out for me. I raise it at night, I get up in the morning and it's halfway down. It's not near what I had it raised up to be.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I have a problem with my legs and back and I find that when I sleep, I can adjust it and I get relief on my back. They called me up and said they would send a representative out here. They sent out a lady and she was nice, and I decided to go with it. It's too late now, but it doesn't cost quite as much as they charge me. But other than that, I'm enjoying the bed. It really helps my back. I can elevate my leg when I sleep at night. It's a good bed and a good deal.

It was alright at first. Easy Rest is doing what I thought it would do at first when I was hoping I'd get one of those. I had already recommended to a friend.

I was looking for comfort and found it in the Easy Rest bed. I like to use the vibrator feature. The sales representative was really good and very courteous. He told us everything going on with it and we had a good experience with him. As for the delivery team, it was weird. They came in here lickety-split. They did 1-2-3 and they had it in here. It was very comforting to deal with somebody who knew what they were doing.

I can't tell a whole lot of difference with the Easy Rest bed. It's comfortable enough and I sleep well. I needed my feet and my head up and I had been propping up with pillows for a couple of years so I decided to try the bed. I filled out some paper and mailed it in and someone contacted me. There was only one thing that bothered me about it, and that was I understood that my payments would be about $34 or $35. And when they started coming in, they're $77. That kinda shocked me a little bit, but I'll have to manage. It's more than I expected. I don't know if it was the salesperson's fault. The delivery team was okay. They put my other bed downstairs for me and set it up, which was nice of them. They didn't have to do that, but they did.

I had a good experience with Easy Rest. The reps were very courteous and I like the bed. The bed is fine.

I would recommend the Easy Rest bed but I thought the price of it was a little bit high simply because when I go to the furniture store it has those kinds of beds and they were $1,700 or $1,800 -- it just depends on the queen or normal size. But I paid somewhere between $3,300 and $3,600 and that's almost double. It started out $5,400, they got it down to $3,600 and that's still too high as far as I was concerned based upon the prices of the same type of bed (mechanical bed, raises up and down) at a regular furniture store. I thought it should be more like around $2,200 or $2,300 at the most. Queen size and king size were naturally higher but I'm just talking about a full size. The full size and the queen size they say it's about the same price.

The Easy Rest is just a bed to me. I raise the head of it one night and when I woke up the next morning, my back was hurting. I let it down and I hadn't messed with it anymore. I was hoping to adjust it to help me. More or less, I was talked into buying and I'd like to have them come pick it up if they would. They told me it would help me sleep better at night and it would help the arthritis. I've had a complete knee replacement and my knees hurt at night. They talked like it would help me in every way of my health, but it hasn't done anything for me.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I was having trouble sleeping and wanted a more comfortable bed. Aside from the positions, I like the massage feature in particular and I use that every day. Everybody has been very nice. They made an appointment really fast and the sales rep came. The delivery team did fine, except they brought a foam pad in here and then they took it back out. I wasn't sure what that was all about but other than that, there weren't any problems. They set it up and made sure I knew how to work it. It’s a very great rest. It’s wonderful and a very comfortable bed.

I was very, very pleased with my easy rest bed. I worked for six years driving a school bus and I didn't sleep much that whole six years. Since we got these beds, I am sleeping eight to ten hours a night. And I'm an old lady, so that helps. And I've recommended them to several friends.

Everyone has been so nice and informative in the initial phone contact I had with them. The sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He’s a good salesman - brings all the material he needs to prove what he says. The delivery team was very quick and thorough. They showed me how to use the bed and asked me if there was anything else they could do to help me out. I don't have anything negative to say about any part of it. I told everybody about my bed. I have spent more nights in my bed since I got the Easy Rest than I did the past years. I have always been recommending them. The experience has been awesome.

This man came to my home and explained to me the step by step the features of this mattress, and I decided to buy it. I was living in the basement and the bed was big, so I had to move to another apartment and that’s fine. I’m so satisfied with this, and the relationship with the company is very, very nice.

The Easy Rest bed is not comfortable for me since its one side is bad. If I need my head up, then my husband also has to come up. There's not anything we can do about it. We will just use it for our extra bed if worse comes to worst. I have trouble with drainage and I thought maybe with my head up and the way the bed goes up at the legs, it would help. My husband also has back trouble, but we're not ones that watch TV in bed. We've been sleeping on it flat, but still, even in that way, our captain's bench is more comfortable than the Easy Rest is. It does have a solid backing but it's not beneficial when it came to my body needs even with all the extras that it has.

I don't like the Easy Rest bed and I've tried to get them take it back. They wouldn't even take it back. I got it because I've got neuropathy and have a lot of swelling in my legs and need to have my legs picked up. When I called, they said they had somebody available to come and show it to me. He was courteous but somewhat pushy. We told him we couldn't afford it and we didn't want it and he just kept on and on. He kept making better deals every time we turned around. Finally, we told him we'd take it. I had no problem with the delivery team. They did what they were supposed to. Overall, it's been a very unpleasant experience.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have COPD and I sleep better sitting up a little bit as opposed to laying flat. My first interaction with them through phone was when I submitted a coupon to win a pillow or six coupons on a chance to win a bed. I came up a winner on the pillow. Easy Rest contacted me and then we got to talking about it and then a gentleman came by and showed us the program and we liked it. What I like about the bed is that it's articulating and the vibration. Their sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. Easy Rest and its team were very pleasant and courteous.

I enjoy all the features of the Easy Rest bed - the roll, heat and the different positions. My other bed was wearing out. I got a call and a gentleman came and gave me a dissertation and we went from there. He was courteous and got me some discount. The delivery guys were real gentlemen. They knew what they were doing.

The bed my mother had was not comfortable enough for her and she was really waking up, she wasn't resting good in it. She didn't really own it. It was a hospital bed with a hospital mattress. I was here when my mother signed the paperwork and it was a very good experience. She didn't pressure us in any way. She just explained to us and mother made the decision. It was good.

This has been the most miserable bed I ever got into in my life. It's hard as a rock and when I try to adjust it, when I tried to raise it and lower it a little bit, I'm in such a cramp I had to flatten it out. It's got rigid in it. It's just miserable. I'm 83 years old and the thought of sleeping on that thing the rest of my life is making me ill. My husband died 8 years ago and I can almost see him telling him what an idiot I was.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest very much. It's great. I'm sleeping much better. I don't have to sleep on my side because I can raise my legs and my head. My hips don't hurt anymore. I had received a mailing from them and it was the thing where you'd send it in and you would get a free pillow if you allowed the representative to come. He talked to me and explained how it worked and it seemed like it would be a good thing for me. I really appreciate being able to raise my legs because I have a tendency to get swollen ankles and also to raise my head because I have a postnasal drip. It really helps tremendously. The representative was extremely nice and knowledgeable, too. It was a very pleasant exchange and he was very helpful. The delivery team was very nice and very fine, too. It was a very good outcome and very nice introduction to the bed system. And the personnel that I dealt with were very, very accommodating and helpful.

For at least 20 years, I have owned the bed I replaced with my Easy Rest. I decided to purchase from Easy Rest because I had a medical condition that I hoped that it would help me with - osteoarthritis in my neck. Somebody had called me from there and I called back. They set me up with a salesperson that would come out and explain the situation to me. They told me when to expect him and he was here right on time. They were pretty pricey, but I thought I could look right through it. The delivery team was excellent, fast and they cleaned everything up. It was a painless experience. The whole situation was explained to me and I didn't see where there was any stuff that was misrepresented or anything like that.

It was time to replace my old mattress. This bed helped me in all kinds of ways. I always sleep with my head way up because that helps a lot and I had gotten up with a backache every morning which I don't get up with now and I snore a lot. I don't do as much as that now... They've been great. I've recommended them to a lot of people and they want it. They just don't think they can afford the bed.

I was excited about it during my first contact with Easy Rest, and I’m still excited. The sales representative, Tom, was very nice and explained a lot. He was there for my husband because he’s a vet. The delivery team was quick with putting it together and were very nice. I like laying on my Easy Rest. I lay it on flat because my husband don’t like it up, but during the day I might sit up and use my laptop or watch TV and it’s really nice. I like the feel of it. It’s comfortable and I sleep really good. I always wanted one so bad and I’m glad we got one because sometimes my legs hurt and I’ll put them up. And my back hurts sometimes, but I don’t always lie in bed too much though. But when I do, it’s real restful. I’d recommend Easy Rest.

I'm doing pretty well with the Easy rest bed. I had a lot of trouble with the finance company but I got that straightened out now. I paid it off and they wrote to me for $300 more. The salesman had told me that if I paid off early, there would be no finance charge. So when I got that, I called the finance company and then a day or two later, I called the company that sold me the bed and we got it worked out. The sales representative was a little bit high pressure when talking to me about the bed but that's alright. Delivery went real well. There were two guys who came and they showed me how to use it. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

This is one of the worst beds I have ever slept on. I have had nothing but problems out of it with no help from the company! My power of attorney told me not to buy it that the salesman was only saying what he thought I wanted to hear. He lied about everything he said. I am considering calling my lawyer since he sold it to me anyway knowing that the power of attorney said no. I would not recommend this bed for a dog to sleep on.

I took care of my wife as a caretaker and I got a hospital bed where it could raise up and down. This helped when she was in bed especially towards her last days. I'm in good health but I'm close to 93 and I thought, well, maybe I'd get this type of bed. This was the one that I liked the best because of everything about it. It was better than just the regular, ordinary bed. And as I get older, if I happen to fall or something or need help, the Easy Rest bed would be a lot of use for it.

I absolutely love my Easy Rest bed. I don't think I have ever enjoyed anything as much as I've enjoyed getting that bed. I have been sleeping in a recliner for about eight years, so having a bed is amazing for me, and I can actually sleep because I can't lie down. I don't breathe well lying down so I have to sleep in that semi-erect position and it's wonderful. I sleep so much better now. I rest so much better. I still wake up a lot during the night, but for the most part I get plenty of rest and I really enjoy it. I had always wanted a bed like that for a long time but the expense had been just out of my reach. The only reason I got it was because they brought the price down enough to where I could handle it and I got it.

Mattresses sagged in middle. Not comfortable. Company sent a replacement, with shipping charge of $65.80. 2nd mattress is equally unsatisfactory, sagging in middle. Had shipping charge reversed through my charge card company. Salesman started with a charge of $9,000 for mattresses, subsequently settled for $5,000. I don't like doing business in that manner. What is the bottom number? The product is definitely inferior, and I am unhappy with product, and sorry I purchased it in the first place. I want the Company to refund my purchase price, then remove the mattresses at their cost.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I like that the head and the bottom go up. I have a problem with circulation. My feet get swollen sometimes and I have arthritis so the bed is better for them. But the problem I have with it is that the mattress keeps moving. When I use the up and down, the mattress moves from side to side or up and down, and then I have to move it back in place. But other than that, it's okay. I like it. The sales representative and delivery team were real nice. Everything was excellent.

I just got home from the hospital and needed a new bed and decided to give Easy Rest a try. I wanted something that's going to last me the rest of my life. I haven't had too many good experiences with it yet but it's comfortable. I use the recliner to raise the back up or the legs up high so that I have the blood rush the opposite way that it does. I feel more relaxed than I have been. I've been lying flat right now because I got cirrhosis of the liver. The bed is pretty quiet. I don't hear too much noise when I'm raising it up or down. The Easy Rest sales rep was fairly decent and seemed a pretty good salesperson. He said something about a foam pillow or something I was supposed to get, and I haven't seen that yet.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for Wanda. She had hip surgery a year ago in February and she’s going to have another one for her back. She's had back problems, and after being treated 10 years for her back, it was actually her hip, and so now we're trying to prepare for repair of the hip to where she can get up and be motivated like she was before. She loves the Easy Rest bed and actually sleeps good at night. It works.

The guy came into the house and told us about Easy Rest bed. Initially we weren't gonna buy the bed but he came back with a pretty good price so we settled on it. It was about time for us to get a new mattress and box spring anyway. We bought it and so far we've enjoyed it. We've found that the Easy Rest bed has been very good for us. I have back trouble and I have found that with the slightly elevated bed, I sleep better. It helped my wife sleep because she loves to stay in there and sleep in the morning.

I started out trying to win an Easy Rest bed. I was always getting those and the more I heard about it, the more I wanted it. All in all, I'm very pleased with my Easy Rest bed. The swelling has gone out of my feet and I sleep a little better. Everybody was great, from the sales rep to the delivery team. I have nothing to complain about them.

My other bed was a fairly new bed but still it didn't raise. I need to raise it just a little bit and I couldn't do that for that other bed. So I bought an Easy Rest bed and in this one, it works real well. I'm very pleased with it.

I get body aches and all that. I chose to purchase the Easy Rest Bed because I've always had it in mind. I called Easy Rest and asked them about what had happened to the pillow.

We thought it would be nice to sit up in bed and watch television and so we got the Easy Rest bed. I like the head part of the bed just a little bit raised at night, when we go to sleep. We're comfortable there. The only thing that I don't like with the Easy Rest is that where you sleep, it leaves an impression there.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I use the head rise the most because it's comfortable.

I have trouble with my legs and I want to raise them. I happened to see Easy Rest bed so I thought I might as well try it out, so I did. The bed helps. I don’t get indigestion when I lay down. I just prop it up a little bit. I like to raise both my feet up and my back up when I go watch television. The salesman was very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered every question I threw at him -- and I was throwing a lot.

Easy Rest bed works fine except the mattress is always sliding off. It’s a little hard on me to move it. I can move it right now but I don’t know if I can for another year or two. I don’t use the vibrator and I don’t lean in bed. I shouldn't have purchase it. I can’t afford it. A couple of years ago, I wouldn't mind. I guess I’m getting too old and I used poor judgment. But the sales reps were nice. I'd recommend Easy rest depending on what somebody needed it for or use it for.

I had problems with my back and my knees and using Easy Rest has helped me a lot. It’s very comfortable. I had my old bed about 10 years before I got the Easy Rest. I got a call one day from Easy Rest where I had put in for winning a bed and they talked about it. I had looked at it. I was having problems, I was thinking about buying a bed similar to something like that, but didn't know which one. When they came out, I made the decision to get the Easy Rest. The sales representative was knowledgeable. The picture that he showed on the screen explained everything about the bed. The delivery team was great. I would recommend it to a friend.

I'd seen Easy Rest beds before purchasing and I like them so I bought one to replace an old bed which I had for about 10 years. We mostly have the bed in the upright position because my husband has acid reflux, plus I breathe better that way.

I’m not having a good experience with my Easy Rest bed. I'm having cramps in my legs and I’m not using it to sleep. I started noticing the cramps more regularly after using the bed. I’m sleeping flat on it rather than adjusting it because I noticed when I needed to turn over, I'd have to readjust the bed to flatten it in order to turn over... I just can’t sleep on my back with my feet up all night long.

We decided to get an Easy Rest because we needed a bed. The one we had was in shambles. I sent in a card with all the information out and a lady came out here and showed us. She was very knowledgeable, informative, provided a detailed description of the bed and answered all of my questions. The delivery team was great. They came out and installed it fine - except for one thing. They said it was there in the place to have it delivered, and then I had to wait another week because they said they made a mistake that it was there. They came the next week and put it up, showed us how to use the bed and everything was fine.

I have a bad heart problem and I have to sleep with my head elevated so I have to sleep most of the time with two pillows up under my head to help my breathing. We had been considering buying a bed like the Easy Rest for some time. We got the literature through the mail about the bed, then they called and made an appointment, and the guy came out. He brought a movie and showed us how it was. And we've really enjoyed it since we've had it. We adjust it to elevate the head and the foot, and use the massager. I had fallen earlier this year and hurt my back. When it's bothering me, the massager brings relief. We like the way they did everything.

The Easy Rest sales representative that came to my house was great, very convincing. He was a wonderful person, very nice, and very talkative. It was he who talked to me and impressed me. He was insistent and showed me a lot of things about the bed. We talked and he stayed here about four or five hours. He was just like home with someone that I had known to have connected with and was largely the deciding factor why I purchased the bed.

I don't have any problems with the Easy Rest bed. My back is messing up when bending over, but other than that, I don't have any injuries or illnesses. As for the features, at first I started using the up position on the head a little bit and as I got my pillow, I’m lying flat. Now I’m lying on my side. I feel comfortable with it.

I didn't want the Easy Rest bed. My husband did, so I gave in. He thought it would help him sleep better. He seems to think it has helped him. The two guys that came to set up the bed were in a hurry, and the two separate beds are not side by side. One is up about two inches farther than the other. I've been unhappy about that. He had fallen and broken his hip the day after we bought the bed, so he wasn't here when they delivered the bed, and it has been very difficult for him to get onto and off of it because it was high, which was what we wanted, so I can't blame anybody but us. It has since gotten better but it is a pain in the back side to make it up. They told me to fold it up, put the sheet and then flatten it out and it would be wonderful but that didn't happen.

I have neuropathy in my feet, and Easy Rest allows me to have my feet raised up. It helps me sleep better and I've never slept on my back in my life. The massager is my favorite. I turn it on when I lay down to go to sleep, and I go to sleep. The bed's wonderful, but the people and the sales are awful. The customer service sucks. When I placed this order, I said "set of sheets" and the fellow who took the order wrote down "set of sheets". But when I got the sheets, it was just the two bottom sheets. The guy who got my call said "that's not what he meant and he should have explained that to you." Well if you get a set of dishes, you just don't get the dinner plate. It was not explained to me. I called in twice to ask about it and the customer service lady said the same thing that the guy told me at the last date. She said "we don't do the pillow cases and the top sheets, only the bottom sheets." And they call that a set of sheets?

I think my husband signed up for this bed before I realized how expensive it was, because Easy Rest beds are $4,000 each. The price is outrageous, but they're very comfortable. I use mostly the up-and-down at the head and the foot because I have a television in here and I come in and lie down and watch television. We only had one complaint and the installation team came back nicely, and that seemed to work out all right.

With my experience with Easy Rest, I'd definitely recommend it. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm 81 and I've been thinking about getting one of those beds for quite a while. I saw an advertisement and I called in on it, and the sales representative and I had a very good time, except his CD was broken so he couldn't show me his presentation, but he went and explained it to me and everything, and I just decided it was a good deal. And so far, I like it. It's good. But when they installed it, I questioned the space between the headboard and the mattress, and the fellow told me it needed that much for it to work.
