The sales representative was certainly knowledgeable. He told me some things... that really it can help me, that it helps other people. But I haven't noticed any changes as to my aches and pains. Also I was supposed to get a new remote for the Easy Rest bed. I've called them many times and then they say I was supposed to get it. They told me I would get one and I didn't. I was not satisfied with that.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have a lot of problems with my back and neck. The sales representative was really good and the delivery team was great. They did a very good job with it. We have no problems with it. My wife likes the bed, I like it, my granddaughter loves it.

It made my day! Sales representative was 100% knowledgeable and delivery was excellent. I bought this bed mainly because of the way that I could adjust the mattress and the feel of the mattress... and I love it!

I'm just really glad I got the Easy Rest bed because it makes all the difference in the world when I'm sleeping or even if I'm just watching TV. I wasn't sleeping well and I needed a bed where my head could be up a little bit and even my feet so that has helped quite a bit. And I rest a lot better now. I had just moved down here last year and I had gotten a thing in the mail about winning one. They were giving away 6 of them so the lady came over to show me about the pillow and talked to me about the bed and I decided to get it because she said if I win, I could get my money back or give it away.

The Easy Rest is a good machine. Unfortunately, at my direction, it's too high. I'd like it lowered a couple of inches if that's possible. But I'm sleeping well with the bed, and it's superior to my old bed. I use the mobility and the vibration features - they're comfortable. However, the sales team is remarkably persistent and they have a rather high pressured sales tactic.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I was mostly having trouble breathing due to allergies. I had an old bed for 3 years and it wasn't adjustable. With the Easy Rest I can breathe better by keeping my head elevated and I only had to take medicine twice a day instead of four times a day. I liked my sales representative. He answered all my questions. The delivery team was fantastic. They were in and out within like 30 minutes. They demonstrated how to use the bed and everything. It was fine. I love the bed.

I've had a very pleasant experience with the people at Easy Rest; it's one of the nicest companies that I have dealt with in a long time. The salesman that came was new to his job, so he was very conscientious and very nice. I just wish it didn't take so long to pay for it, but that's the way it goes. I'm not quite used to the mattress yet. It takes a while to get your body adjusted to a different mattress, so that's a work in progress. But my overall experience has been just fine.

My husband just had two bypass surgeries so he needed it really bad. He needs to get his feet up most of the time and that was the reason we got the Easy Rest. And the sales representative was nice. They gave me a detailed description about the bed and answered all my questions. Also, the delivery team, they were in here boom, boom, boom and they were gone. They showed me how to use the bed and answered all of my questions. So now my husband watches TV on the bed at night. And it does help me sleep better because I usually keep my feet up and my head up a little bit and I use the vibrator at night. It's neat. It's got a little few kinks in it but we get the kinks worked out. It will be a lot better than the other one because it vibrates and it goes up and down, the whole nine yards.

I had been thinking about the Easy Rest when my daughter's fiance sent in a card and he gave one to see if we can get a free bed. They were having drawings and then next thing I knew I got a call from someone and they wanted to come out and see me. I was in sales for many years and the sales rep was believable. We always said you can sell a product if you truly believed in it and that's what I used to teach my agents. He believes in this product and I can see that and hear it so I believed in it too.

My experience with Easy Rest was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and very cooperative and I just wish I had done a little more research. I don't sleep in a bed and I've been sleeping in a recliner due to a lot of pain because of my arthritis. I also have cellulitis so I need to get my legs up over my heart and I thought that the Easy Rest Adjustable bed would help me do that, so I got it. That's the most expensive piece of equipment and I'm just not comfortable in it. I know I have to let myself get used to it and I haven't even given myself a chance yet because I haven't slept in it but twice. I'm hoping that it will help me in the end. It's a little different than I thought it would be. I thought the legs and the back would go up higher but I have to adjust to anything. They did tell me give it a good month.

I'm an old lady. I'm going to be 80, and I've been wanting for a long time to get an Easy Rest bed. Then, I got a paper saying I have a chance to win one, and a lady told me that she had won one. I was thinking maybe I’ll be blessed enough to win one also. So, I sent the paper in. Next I knew someone was calling me to come in and talk to me, so I said, “Okay.” When he came in, I said, “Okay, I'm not going to buy anything even though I want one. I couldn't buy anything.” Then, he let me see what the massage was going to be like and I fell in love with it. So, I said, “C'mon, sell me then.” And now, I’m enjoying it. I liked the feel of it because I do have trouble with my neck and my back, and this bed felt so good. I have already recommended it to a friend and she told me that she wanted one too.

I've had the Easy Rest for about two months. Right now, I don’t use any of the features but most of the time it would be the foot. The experience with the sales and the delivery team was good.

We’re enjoying the Easy Rest bed. We both sleep very soundly on it and when he gets up out of the bed or I get up out of the bed, the bed doesn't move so we don’t disturb each other in the middle of the night if we have to get up to go to the bathroom or anything. I never know he’s up and I like that. The bed is wonderful and we use it every night to sit up to watch TV. I had a wonderful experience with the sales rep and the delivery team. The rep did a really good job and the delivery was fast and professional.

When the Easy Rest people were showing me the bed, it was great but it doesn't work that way. I thought I was getting at least a firm mattress for my bed, but it's too soft. I had to switch sides. I was sleeping on the left side and I've been sleeping on the right side of it for a while because the left side was like a sinkhole. And I only weigh about 150. I didn't have back problems before but now my back hurts. I was told I could get a part to make it more firm so my back wouldn't hurt. I do enjoy the bed except it’s too soft.

We got the Easy Rest bed for my back problem. I use the vibrator more than anything. It helps my body relax. The sales rep knew what he was talking about and the delivery team knew what they were doing. They answered my questions and adjusted the bed the way I wanted it and they were really nice.

Aside from the salesman being very knowledgeable, I thought the Easy Rest bed would be beneficial to us that's why I purchased it. I also owned one before, but I wore it out and we gave it away to the Salvation Army. The bed has been very helpful to both of us in everything. I use the vibration and raising the head the most as it makes me sleep better.

I have a wonderful experience with Easy Rest bed! Ever since I got this bed, I have really done good. The massager is better and the whole thing is better than my previous bed. I got the premier with this one and it just has more things on it that the other bed doesn't have, like you can adjust it better and it's a lot stronger. I'm very glad I have it. I am really proud of it. Also, their sales rep was so nice. I'm just waiting until I get another sheet or two.

We liked the presentation the guy gave us. We were really looking into Easy Rest anyway because we're just at that age where we have back problems and leg problems. It was something we would need and we were sleeping in recliners for the last 10 years, so we decided to buy the bed. The delivery team did a good job. They were in and out and had it set up in no time. They didn't leave any debris. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old mattress that we had. We like using the raising and lowering of the head and feet to get comfortable. We're happy with the Easy Rest bed.

I chose Easy Rest because they said they would work with me on cost. One thing I like about it is it's adjustable and have the vibration system on it. I didn't have that from my other bed. As far as comfort as a mattress, it’s about the same as my old bed that I had for 3 years because I had a decent one. The only issue I’m having right now is when I sit on the side of my mattress, it's starting to sag to the one side. Other than that I like using all of the features of the bed, and I noticed that I don’t snore as bad and neither does the wife.

Easy Rest is not as comfortable as I thought it would be because I have a sore back every morning when I get up. I got it because a salesman dropped by here and I thought it would be a good bed, but it's not. But I like raising the head up because I have acid reflux and that helps. It'd be a more comfortable mattress if I get used to it.

We needed a new mattress and had seen the Easy Rest advertised, and we were very pleased with the presentation. We like the bed and the comfort of it but it's a little bit high. My bedding doesn't fit very well and I haven't really satisfied myself with a good covering for the bed. I don't like the division between the two mattresses. I find myself often caught between it, and I'm not so happy with that. I would not go around recommending it. It's very expensive and I wish we had spent our money just in a good mattress.

Compared to the other beds I had, I’m enjoying my Easy Rest. It helps if you have pain or anything because you can put your feet up if they hurt or down, and same thing with your back. It goes up and down whichever position you want it in. It helps and it vibrates. I use it all. The sales representative was very nice. He was pretty knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We bought two beds from Easy Rest and also won a bed because my husband is a veteran. We have own them for about a year now. I can tell you these are the worst beds we have ever slept on in the world. We have a pillow top on ours and after we looked them over, we noticed we could unzip them and found out that the real mattress is really a 3-inch foam. What in the world makes you think a 3-inch foam makes a mattress? It doesn't make any difference how you turn it. We have had the worst night sleep ever.

The sales representative was wonderful. He was really a nice person and knew what he was doing. He showed me and talked to me in a very nice way. So I said I'd go ahead and invest in it. The delivery team was nice. They came in, asked me the height that I wanted and did as expected. It was professional. All of this was new to me and I liked it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because it sounded pretty comfortable and that I could really get some rest. But it is not going too good. I put the top up a little bit as well as the bottom because I have to keep my legs elevated. I am sleeping but not really nicely. I often wake up at night and mostly sleep in my chair. I sleep more during the day than what I do at nighttime.

My fiance really enjoys the Easy Rest bed. He was experiencing discomfort sleeping. He has acid reflux and was so restless. He had to wait a while after he ate before he could lie down, but with the bed, he can raise it and would be able to still sleep and have that position where he's in an upright position. It has helped in numerous ways. It's 100% comforting. The salesman was great. He explained everything to us and everything he said has been what's happening. The delivery team was great as well.

We buy a bed and it lasts for three or four years at the most, and starts sagging and bagging. It never worked, not to me, and I was tired of that. I wanted some comfort so I thought it's better to buy some quality bed than some junk we have out there. With those beds, you lay on them and you feel sprained. I wake up and my back would be sore, my hips... I just didn't care for them at all. With this Easy Rest, I wake up and feel better. I sleep better. I've got insomnia. It's a good product. It's very comfortable. It's expensive but well worth it.

They brought the bed out and they were supposed to deliver and take the old bed away. It was what I was told by the salesman who was here. They brought it out but they didn't take the old bed away. They did move it out of the bedroom but they had to do that in order to set up the Easy Rest. Supposedly you get to check it out and if you didn't like it they would load it back up that day but they unloaded and were gone so that's why it was brought here a few days before I knew I wasn't interested in keeping the thing, that they'd come and pick it back up. I thought it was going to have the vibration in the bottom and in the top but when they delivered, it just did from the waist up but not on the legs.

We bought an EasyRest bed for my wife. She's got arthritis. We went to this doctor and he met her and he recommended a bed like EasyRest. We can't afford it and had to pass it at first but then they sent us a deal, that we get a pillow if we had somebody come and show us the bed. We got the free pillow but they sold us the bed. They talked us into it real good. They gave us a good deal though.

I've got a hump right in the middle of the Easy Rest bed to be wearing evenly to me; I've got this sink on the side that I’m sleeping on already. The massage is not quite what I had envisioned. It wasn't that enjoyable to me. I like the sales person but what works for one doesn't work for others. I was very, very, very reluctant. He stayed at my house for at least 4 hours or more. He got his manager on the line and asked me some things. He said, “If I can make you a deal, would you reconsider?” I didn't know about reconsidering. So we went from there and things happened in a whirlwind. We got that done and the next day somebody called and said, “Tomorrow, we’ll be there to send your bed.” Bam, bam, the bed is there.

This young person called on me and I had not even thought about buying the Easy Rest. It sounded so good I thought that I would like it. I'm almost 90 years old and I feel that I should not have bought the bed because I don't really use it as much as I thought that I would. I haven't been feeling well so I haven't used too much of anything but I do use the the foot that goes up because I do have trouble with my legs. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was very nice. We didn't have any trouble at all. It's a very nice bed.

Because of Easy Rest, I don't have any more pains in my back in the morning when I get up. I got it because I needed a bed that would relieve my pain, because I have a condition in my back that I've had for years. I did have another bed but once I remarried my husband, my ex-husband, seven years ago, I couldn't use my bed because it wasn't a queen-size or king-size bed, so he wouldn't fit in it. He would feel uncomfortable if we slept on the same bed. So for 7 years, I put up with the pain in a flat bed, but after 7 years, I just couldn't take it anymore with pain every morning. I suggested to him to try to look at this bed, and he got it for me. Also, the delivery was fine, no problem. The guy was very nice; he brought the bed in, took the other one out, showed us how to do it.

I like the Easy Rest bed because I can raise my feet up and my head also and I can sleep on my back and I've never slept on my back before. I like the control on it but it sleeps good when I don't have the head up. It's a good sleep in bed. It's a comfortable bed and I'm glad I have it.

My wife and I have condition of health. We both are in our 80s and we have some arthritis and other kinds of things. There are some swelling of the legs and ankles, and sometimes it's necessary to raise the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. These were the important factors in our decision to go ahead and purchase the bed. We're very comfortable on the bed. We've elevated the head of the bed fairly consistently and we've used the massage, that's very comforting. That's a very nice feature to have particularly when you're really tired. When we worked hard during the day and just need to lay down and flake out, that massage is wonderful.

I had been meaning to raise the head of my bed for my reflux, so I can breathe better. I never could find anything until I learned about the Easy Rest bed. This bed made raising the head easier. I’ve been wanting an adjustable bed, and Easy Rest worked out very well for me. I use the massage and the wave, and raise the head every night to relax. I also like putting the foot up when I make my bed because it’s not so hard for me to do it.

I got the Easy Rest bed for medical purposes. I needed that type of a bed. After getting it, I noticed changes since using it. There was no comparison between it and the old bed that I had for 13 years. I use all the features of the Easy Rest specially the reclining position - that’s how I sleep because of my back. As for the team, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and the delivery team according to my husband was very good.

I do not advise any one to who is handicap to buy this bed. It is hard to make it for queen or king bed side.

Representatives from Easy Rest came here and they were pushy. They were very insistent to their offer so I said yes at the end even I didn't need to buy it. But then I like the bed. I can elevate the head part of the bed and when I use the vibrator it starts on my head. It's a little noisy sometimes but overall it's good.

I have a breathing problem and I saw an advertisement of the Easy Rest bed. I said we’re going to give it a try and my wife said it, too. When we started using the bed we were doing good. It has been a lot better compared to the old one I had about 7 to 8 years. Then my wife says she’s getting backache so that’s why I called to get that firm on the other side. They’d send me one within 90 days free of charge. We raise the head because of my breathing and she watches TV when she goes to sleep.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because I’ve had several strokes and I thought it would help my back. What happened was my back got worse. I hate the bed. It bothered me to put the feet and the head up, so mostly, I just kept it flat. The sales rep and deliverymen were very nice. They made the bed 20 inches because I’m very short. The other bed, the one I hadn’t finished paying for, which I gave to my granddaughter-- I had to have a stool to get up on it.

Ever since I got my Easy Rest bed, I began resting good. I've got a bad back and I've got lady's cramps all the time, so I don't sleep good. My arms go numb and I can't breathe laying down flat in a bed. I have to be propped up so we decided we'd go ahead and do it. Now, we rest better. I've had quite a few different beds. I've had water beds, king size beds, queen size. The last one was a queen size and I've only had it for about a year and a half and the king size I've had for about 10-12 years. We made the right choice when we got it. Mostly I use the recline, the back up, because of a condition I got with my hip. They delivered the bed and and then they set it up. I got an Easy Rest bed because I just needed a new bed and we wanted one that my husband and I could both independently raise the head up and down. Our Easy Rest bed is two twin beds and I put them together and it makes them like a queen size bed. We feel more comfortable using the bed. Sleeping is easy. There’s no comparison between my old bed and Easy Rest. Easy Rest is much better. I often use its ability to raise your legs and head up at any position you want. On top of that, their sales rep was fine and took care of everything. Their delivery team was very nice. They were good people. They came in and they took the old bed down and moved it into another room and take that one down and moved it out. I enjoy my experience with Easy Rest very much.

I had always wanted one of those Easy Rest beds. They had advertisements in the mail that said you fill them in and they're giving away a free bed. So I was sending those in, and I won. My old bed was not as comfortable as my Easy Rest. The sales representative that I talked to about getting the bed gave me a lot of information and showed me how to use it and everything. Now I get to raise my head and my foot because my ankles swell up all the time. Everybody in my family wants one of those beds now. I would recommend them.

The sales representative was really good and I had no problem with the delivery team. They came in, they worked and they got out of here before you know it. I had no problem. I'm really pleased with my Easy Rest bed. It's making me feel better. I'm getting better rest than before. I like the vibrating, the comfort and the mattress feel. Every night I set the vibrator on, it goes on and puts me to sleep and it turns off itself.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He told me about the bed and his enthusiasm made me interested. I ended up with the Easy Rest. We bought a new mattress about 10 years earlier and it was very comfortable but I like the Easy Rest a little better. I use the elevated head and the elevated feet and occasionally a little of the vibration/vibrator. I'm 86 years old (so the old bones you know...) but it feels good anyway. It's very enjoyable, comfortable. I'd recommend it for some of my friends to look into it.

Easy Rest bed has been great. I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve always wanted a bed that I could raise and change the posture on it, where I could do that and have the vibrator. And I didn’t get the heat but I enjoyed the vibrator and I enjoyed the different positions. I sleep more comfortable with it. Even my back, it doesn’t hurt like it did before. Their reps were good too and told me everything. I don’t have any complaints. The delivery guys were great and professional. They provided great service, got the job done, and offered fair business.

I needed a new bed and I got an ad in the mail from Easy Rest so I sent it in. Then their sales rep showed up and my son and my daughter bought the bed for me on Mother's Day. This new bed replaced my old one which my husband bought for me in 1976. My old bed was wonderful but over the years, it sort of wore out and at the end I couldn't sleep in it because it kept sliding off on the floor. When the bed got here, the delivery team did a wonderful job. They came when they said they would be here. They were on time and they set the bed up and I slept on it that night. They got it fixed and they had everything set up by 7 and I slept in the bed at about 11 o'clock. They were very quick. I sleep very well now.

I’ve had a lot of back pain so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. It's a lot better than my old bed, but there is no need to spend the heat of the afternoon with Easy Rest's heater even with the fan on me.

The Easy Rest bed seemed to be a good product with the right price so I decided to get one. I'm using it and I liked it from the first day I got it. I elevate the legs slightly but I very seldom use the vibrator. The delivery was great. They set it up right and they were gone. I was very pleased with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable. I did have to call in to the office and they were very nice. Everything was fine.

We decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed because my wife wanted one that vibrated, and then the price got right. I like being able to raise my head up a little bit to about six inches, which is the feature that I use the most. I do that every night so I can breathe better. My nose don't stuff up. This morning, my hips are hurting and I turned the vibrator on and it helped that some. The Easy Rest reps provided a detailed description about the bed and they were real nice. The delivery team knew what they were doing and it didn't take them long to set it up. They also showed us how to use the bed and everything, every button on it and what it did. They've done real good. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable -- I understood everything he was saying to me. There was a little mixed up on the day of the delivery but then after with the second delivery it was good. I'm now able to elevate my head a little higher (due to the fact of my illness) and my legs for the circulation in my legs and thighs. I use the massage frequently for the soreness in my upper body and the stiffness in my bones...

I had a bed for 14 years and it got to where I couldn't sleep anymore on it. Easy Rest called me one day and I just said, "Sure. Come on over." And they sent someone and I liked him and I liked the presentation that he did and I thought, "Well, you know what, I'm not sleeping at night so I might as well try it." So I said, "Sure, go ahead." So I had bought one. Sometimes I do sleep good but I do have one small problem. My sheets won't stay on the bed and I think I'm going to go buy a mattress pad and see if that takes care of it.

My other bed was old and worn out -- my mother used it for years, and we had it maybe 10 years. The bottom didn’t go up, but the top did, and half of the time I was rolling out of the bed so I thought I had to get a new one. I got the Easy Rest bed. Since using it, I sleep a lot better. I use the headrest a lot and a little bit of the foot. But I have to always put it down before I get off the bed because I’m short. Sometimes I use the vibrator a little bit, and then I use the head up because sometimes I cough, so it works better.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because my back was hurting and I had some blisters on my heel -- it was when I was nursed in Austin Wood for rehab. My old bed which I had for 7 1/2 years was comfortable. I enjoy the Easy Rest just as well. Difference is the Easy Rest helps my back out and helps me when getting heartburn as I'm able to raise the head. I also seem to go to sleep quicker. I'd lay an hour and wouldn't go to sleep before.

I like my Easy Rest very well. I like the concept of what the hospital beds do. I like sleeping with my head and feet all the time. I've only used the massager a couple of times. I like it better than the old one I had for less than 10 years; it was nice but it was just a regular firm mattress. The sales representative was wonderful and very nice. They provided a detailed description of the bed and answered all of my questions. It was the same for the delivery team. They were really good and showed me how to use the bed.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because it seemed like a good idea for my back condition. My back seems to be better now. I enjoy its vibrator feature; it feels good. This bed just had a little difference from my old bed that I had for 10 years, and I’m happy with it.

I'm 76 and I'm packing all these pillows on the head of the bed to rest my head. But the Easy Rest Bed is different from my old bed because it would rise and it just shifts and shifts and shifts. I just like the bed, I see it on TV. They said I'm supposed to get two pillows sometime, and they haven't sent it yet. I don't have the pillows up to now. But even if they said I'm gonna get two pillows or something and so and so, they're taking my money every month from my checking account. They don't even call about how this bed is working. The guy who showed the bed, he doesn't even call up. The bed is good but it's too expensive. All they have here that excites you with this thing is the division of the bed, you can lay down and everything the way you like to lie.

I've had real good luck with Easy Rest. Sales rep was very knowledgeable. He was here three hours at least, showing me a little video and explaining all the details, the good qualities of the bed. The delivery team was very efficient, I don’t think they were here 15 minutes. They installed the bed and told me how to use it and I had all questions answered before they left.

We had the Easy Rest bed for six weeks and right now, we're not using it. We should have researched on this thing a little further before we decided to purchase it. Well, it's not at all what I thought it would be. I mean, you can put the head up and then you slide down. The mattress isn't the type that would hold you in one place. So you put the head down and you put the foot up, and it doesn't matter which one you do, you get up in the morning and you feel like your back is broke, absolutely broke. I have a severe back problem and the bed that we did use, which we still have, I was getting up and I actually walk without having to hold on to the side of the wall, but now it's right back where I was before. And my husband has experienced some really bad back problems, and he's never had a back problem before in his life. So I don't know what the problem is, but I don't like the bed at all. I really feel it's as much our fault as it is the person that sold it to us, we should've researched it further, and we didn't.

I was looking at Sleep Number for health reasons and then got this card in the mail so I decided to check out Easy Rest first then purchased it. I like the massager and the adjustment to where I can watch TV, but I can’t get it adjusted to where my backbone hurts.

I wasn't sleeping at all so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. I love it. It's the best purchase I have ever made. I have used every feature on it nightly except for the heat. I haven't put that on there yet but I moved it to suit myself and I use the vibrator thing. I turn it on and I never know when it goes off. I'm always asleep by the time it goes off so it's just wonderful. Plus everybody at Easy Rest was really, really good.

My husband had back problems and we thought the Easy Rest Bed would be comfortable for us. Neither one of us really like the bed. This bed makes me feel like I'm even hotter than I ever was before. I have night sweats that seem even more intensified. But we didn't get the heat feature in it. We got the massage feature and it makes a lot of noise. The bottom creaks a lot and I don't like that. I like my other bed better. I tried to look in our contract and stuff and it said you had five days to cancel, but it didn't say anything that if you don't like the bed you can return it. I didn't see that anywhere in the paperwork. For $6,000, I was hoping it would be a little different, a little better, but I guess there's nothing we can do now.

I entered that contest about winning a bed. They called me if I would talk to a person and that man came and we talked to them and they looked so comfortable, so nice which they are. What we saw on the video and what they said was the very thing that we needed for our aches and pains. My husband's side is perfect but my side seems like it's got a sinkhole but other than that, we got a good price on them. I like the head lift and the vibrator and sometimes the bottom lift. The sales representative showed us everything. He knew what he was talking about and he was very nice.

We thought it would be fine purchasing the Easy Rest bed because it would be adjustable. However, the mattresses are too hard for my wife. She's not comfortable in it. I don't have any problem with the price but the fact that it was not as comfortable as we thought it would be particularly my wife. We're not really happy with it.

I have owned the previous bed for twenty years, I'm not too sure. I had a back pain pretty bad and I didn't want to go through surgery and they say it won't last so long. I decided to try the Easy Rest bed and it's starting to leave me pretty well now. I still got it but I guess you can't ask for it overnight. Easy Rest sales representative is knowledgeable enough but with my back pain and Parkinson's, there's other things that really get in the way of handling it. You got to learn some new tricks. Delivery team took two days than one for them to set up, while I was out of town.

I've been wanting an Easy Rest bed for several years and I couldn't win one so I decided to buy one. I have to save up the money to get it. I gave one of those papers to my daughter and she's going to buy one for her and her husband. And one of my other daughters said, "I'm taking one to put down in my condo in Florida," so she can sleep down there too.

The adjustability of the bed and the massage option was the deciding factor I chose the Easy Rest Bed. I love those things. I use the massage most. I turn it on every time I lay back down or wake up for any reason and it feels good. My sciatica has been a lot less bad and I sleep better. The sales representative that came was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the bed. The delivery happened very quickly and the guys that delivered it were very pleasant.

I have a hard time getting a good rest at night because I'm on oxygen and sleep apnea machine. I was hoping to get more rest on the Easy Rest bed, and I seem to be getting better sleep. It's a lot better than my previous bed. However, the massages and stuff don't work like they're supposed to. Nothing is working. I would like to get somebody out here to take care of it.

I got the Easy Rest bed mainly for my health, and I love it! I like raising up the head and the feet.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because we felt like it would give us a better night's rest. We can do things we didn't think we could do with it. We can lower the foot or lower the head or raise it. We do the massager where it vibrates back and forth once in a while. My experience has been good and I would give it a high rating.

We're really enjoying the Easy Rest. We're sleeping a lot better and we really like it. We raise our head at night. That's the main thing we use. We have a lot of trouble with our sinuses and it helps to have your head up a little. We've used the vibrator quite a bit and sometimes the feet come up too. Our drive is not too wide. We got a stake out there to show the sides of it and the delivery people hit it and knocked it down but they fixed it up and it is all fine. Other than that, they were really nice and friendly. The bed is just so comfortable. I was just used to getting up a lot at night and I don't as much now. I sleep pretty well through the night and it's really been nice.

We have had our Easy Rest bed for about two years now. It was my wife's decision to purchase one and so far, it has been a comfortable bed. I noticed changes since we used our Easy Rest bed. I don't have lower back pain anymore. I normally just have it flat when I'm awake, and then if I'm watching TV in bed, I would raise it. Occasionally, I'll use the vibration.

I don't see anything different with Easy Rest than the other beds. I do like it better than my old bed but not much. I hardly see any difference.

I got an Easy Rest because I needed a new mattress. I sleep a little better on it every night. It's firmer than the old mattress I had which had sagged in the middle area. It's quite an improvement from what I had before. Of course, you can raise the feet or you can raise the head and you can also have the little vibration so it's nice. We use it once in a while. It's a good mattress. No question about that. I'm satisfied with it.

I think it was pressure from the salesman that made me buy an Easy Rest. He was very pushy. He called his boss, and then another person called us. I felt every one of them was way too high pressured. The delivery guys, though, did wonderful. They did a great job. Another thing I was unhappy about; I told them I wanted it to be as high as what my other bed was, but it is not. It's kind of low to the floor and now my spread just hangs on the floor. So no, I am not happy about it at all. If I could get rid of it and get my money back, I would do it in a heartbeat. I would never recommend it to anybody.

The bed that I had prior to the Easy Rest bed was a hospital bed that my insurance had allowed me to get and it was one of those cheap hospital beds that you can feel the spring in the mattress, so it wasn't a comfortable bed at all. Even though I could adjust the head and the foot, still it wasn't comfortable. So I very seldom used that bed. I had been sleeping in a recliner for the last 7 years because of my bad back. Now, I’m able to sleep more in the Easy Rest bed than I used to in my older bed. The bed doesn't heal the back but it allows me to be on a bed. With the Easy Rest bed, I can adjust it.

My old bed was a waterbed. I used it for about 13 years but I had a lot of trouble getting in and out of it because I couldn't elevate the head or the foot or my legs... and I had a lot of cramping. So we purchased the Easy Rest.

My wife thought the Easy Rest bed would be helpful for some of my arthritis issues, but it hasn’t really helped me. I’m not too happy with the mattress because there’s not enough support. The mattress is not strong enough and it sags in the middle where my main body weight is. But I like being able to adjust the positions, like the head up position, since it helps with the sinuses... and that’s a plus.

I bought an Easy Rest Bed because I need a bed that would raise up the top and the feet. The delivery team that came here were nice people. But I haven't used the bed yet because I haven't been able to find sheets to fit it. They wrote it up 80 inches high and 54 inches wide, a standard bed, a full size bed. I can't find anything 80 inches high and 54 inches wide, except for a queen size bed. I called there to talk to someone and they said they'd have him call me back, but never did. I'd like to know where I can buy sheets to fit that bed. (What I have to do is go and have them made, I guess. That's going to cost me.)

The Easy Rest rep was very knowledgeable. He was very, very good at describing the bed. In fact, he sold us the bed. But it was my husband’s idea because he was the one having problems. He likes the adjustable features, such as being able to adjust the feet. He adjusts the bed every night to watch TV. I like the bed because we could have it lower. My previous bed was higher. Also, the Easy Rest has got a good foundation on it.

I got the Easy Rest for my wife because she’s got cancer and has a hard time sleeping flat. We replaced our bed of about 50 years and I noticed that she’s been sleeping a lot better. We raise our heads on the Easy Rest. This is the feature that we use the most.

When I would go to my East Rest bed, I always like to raise my head, raise my feet and my legs. The Easy Rest bed took off a lot of the tension. I use the massage a lot. I have problems with my neck and my shoulders and the bed helps that. It also has helped my heels; I have arthritis in my heels. The Easy Rest representative was wonderful. He was great. He provided a detailed description of the bed. He also said, “I’m not leaving, till it’s okay.” The delivery men were also okay; they were good. They showed me how to use the bed and answer all of my questions. Overall, it’s been a good experience with East Rest.

I really had no intention to buy the Easy Rest bed. I entered a contest to win one. I asked the fellow, “If I win, and I’ve already bought a bed, what happens now?” He said, “You’d get the money.” That’s it. I bought the bed. I really love Easy Rest very much. The feature I like best is the top and the bottom and the massage. It helps me to wake up with no aches and pains. I’m very happy with it.

I first saw Easy Rest on television, and they were advertising a lady telling me how good she slept, but I wasn’t believing her. And then they had another guy telling me how wonderful he’d been sleeping because his wife kicked him out of the bedroom and he needed a bed, and now he felt great that he’s sleeping in an Easy Rest. That’s when I decided to get a hold of them.

We knew that we needed a new mattress and somebody from Easy Rest just happened to call at the right time. The sales lady that we talked to was very, very good. When they called to tell me that it'd be here in about 7-10 days, I ordered a new carpet. Then they called me and told me that the bed was coming. They were going to put the carpet in on Friday and they're going to deliver Thursday night or something. I said, I just can't have the bed right now, and the guy got really huffy with me. I forgot what his name was, but he said, "Well, we need to bring it." And I said, "Well, I'm sorry, I don't have a place to put it." He said, "We'll just put it outside in the hall until you get the room." I said, "You don't understand. There's no place to put it. Please bring it the next week."

The Easy Rest bed is just great. I've been able to sleep all night without waking up stuffed up and I've been able to get comfortable sleep all day. I usually have the bed elevated because it's the most comfortable for me but mostly I just sleep flat in the pillow. My interaction with the Easy Rest reps were fine. They explained how to use the bed in a way that I can understand very well and one that I was able to continue to follow on the initial use of it. The delivery team was great. I would recommend the Easy Rest bed. I'm able to adjust it to different positions and I love the pillow.

I was suffering with acid reflux and had my head real up high with pillows and stuff. I was having a problem at night and watching the ad, I thought the Easy Rest would be good because I can raise my head. The salesman who came was an old fellow, about my age, and he explained everything to me. The delivery team was great. Everything is great with the bed.

I bought the Easy Rest bed thinking because of my husband had a stroke and time passed and that it would give him more ease; he can rest better because he could adjust it too, he could lift his head up if he wanted to, his feet up if he wanted, and be in a position that will cause him more rest but he don't like the bed. He don't like the vibration part of it. I'd turn that on and it's too noisy.

I got one because I liked the fact that the Easy Rest bed has the vibrating on it and you could pull it up and down. Now, I'm sleeping better. There are many positions that I can put it in. I use the back end and the foot and then I use the vibrating to help my back and legs. I turn it on and it will vibrate until it shuts out and then if I'm awake, I may turn it back on until I go on to sleep. It's very helpful. You can put it in a position that would put less stress on your back and legs. I feel really better.

We decided to have an Easy Rest bed because of our backs. We went with a king sized with the double bed hookup and we really like it. We are sleeping very well. You can adjust the bed any way you want and we do that every night. We like raising the head and feet so we are comfortable when we go to bed.

I was having trouble sleeping at night. I had seen the Easy Rest bed advertised and thought I would try it so I called them. The bed has helped me. With my head raised, I am not smothering like I used to and it's the most comfortable position for me to sleep in. The reps were very knowledgeable and the delivery team was extremely good.

I decided to purchase my Easy Rest bed because I thought it would be comfortable because a lot of times, I need my head to be raised up and it's easier than putting 2 or 3 pillows on your head. I use the queen size bed the most after they started to come out and I sleep on the right side of this other bed and I thoroughly enjoy it. It's comfortable and if I need my legs raised up, I can raise my legs up and that's comfortable. I have just enjoyed it and it's been real amazing.

The bed that we had is 40 years old. It was worn out, sagging, and my wife had just died in February so that was just a darn good time to get rid of that thing. The reps did a mighty fine job of getting it in for me, installing it, taking out the old one and getting rid of it for me. Everything went fine. The Easy Rest bed is real comfortable. I like it very much. I elevate the head part and turn on the vibrator.

A good talking salesman convinced me to purchase my Easy Rest Bed and I'm not happy with it, period. They called and my wife talked to them. He was real knowledgeable but I just don't like that piece of foam rubber to lay on. It isn't worth a hill of beans. I haven’t enjoyed it and I wouldn't recommend anybody for it. I just don't like it at all.

That man that was advertising the Easy Rest bed was so good and so I decided to go and get it. The salesman had already done the bed’s features before I got it. That's why I went on and got it because he did all the stuff with it - showed me how it goes and everything worked out so good. I had different people who want to get on the bed - my daughter and another grandgirl and all of them they want to get on the bed and try it out. So we all were doing it. Everything's working out all right so far.

I got the Easy Rest bed to help my body. I learned of them initially through the mail. I would recommend it.

Our bed was getting old and we needed a change so we got an Easy Rest bed. There's not much difference from Easy Rest and the old bed. We put the headboard up most nights and enjoy it because we both have allergies. Also when we get a cold we usually use the headrest and that seems to help with breathing, and occasionally we use the massage part of the bed as well. We also had a good experience with their delivery team although they had a tough time putting the headboard on for me or the footboard. It's still very wobbly, not too secure but it's fastened anyhow but it could be better. But overall, we had a good experience with Easy Rest.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have to sleep with my feet up and the bed that I had was not the usual hospital-type bed that you could bend at the knees. Unfortunately I had a salesman that lied out of his teeth. He told me this bed when it was put up had a fold that's right under your knees so that you had the usual hospital-type thing. But it's no different than the bed we had and when you put the bed up all the sheets fall off. There's nothing to hold the sheets in and I have to redo the bed every single day, on the bottom in particular, where I put up my feet.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I like the massaging part. I have rheumatoid arthritis so every night before I go to bed, I put that on and I can have my top lowered because I also have acid reflux. I use all the features equally. I had seen an ad in a paper and I called. Then the gentleman called me back and he was very nice. He came to the house. He was very well-mannered and spoke well and answered every question I had. The experience with the delivery team was very good. It's one of the best experiences I've had.

I'm 62 and and my husband's 67, so we decided we better go and get us the Easy Rest bed. I have problems with regurgitation; I have hiatal hernia, and so does he. So he raises his head up but he don't have to raise his feet up unlike me who has a lot of problems with my feet swelling - I have nerve damage and they swell up even if I don't stand on them sometimes. Right now I can't get the foot of my bed upright. I don't know what's wrong with it. It won't go as high as I thought it would go. That's the only problem we've had. We've had good results, I like it. Although I didn't expect to pay so much interest on the bed. I wish we could find a company that has less interest, because I found out today that I pay a $99 payment. Last month I paid $270 toward my $99 payment. I found out like $60 of that went towards interest.

I had wanted an Easy Rest bed ever since I've been having problems with my back. With the bed, I rest better at night. I sleep with my feet and my head raised most of the time. It's more comfortable that way. It's a comfortable bed.

My old bed would sag on the one side and it got uncomfortable after a while so I decided to purchase this bed. But I didn't realize when I ordered the king size that when you have two units to operate the massage, you have to have separate beds. But it’s pretty uncomfortable, it’s not easy to make the bed because it’s like two beds pushed together and it’s very, very hard. That, I’m not too happy about. I didn't know it was going to be two sections. That wasn't explained to me when I purchased it or when the salesman was here. But I'm not angry with my experience, it was just a miscommunication. Actually he was very knowledgeable about how to use the mechanism and how to make the bed go up and down and go into different positions. He did spend a lot of time here, he’s very polite and very informative.

I got the Easy Rest bed for my 95-year-old mother. She seems to be pleased with it. The only thing that I've heard her say is that she needs special sheets for it because when she elevates herself, the sheets come off the mattress. She did really complain about that but I believe she found a solution. We haven't put the flat sheets on there yet but I'm just hoping that it will work. As far as the company is concerned, we had no problems. It seemed that the company received my last payment in the mail and it's good to go.

I ran a bar room for about 28 years and that was a smoke house. I inhaled all that smoke from cigars and my lungs was just ruined, so my doctor told me the bed would help me. Now I feel much better with this Easy Rest bed. It's like a plainer to me, takes less water and I breathe better with it.

My husband has it. He uses it. He loves it. He sleeps better and is feeling better. That sums it up wonderful don't it?

I had a good bed, a very good bed, but my family was concerned about me being able to get on it in a few years since I had a really tall bed… So then I bought the Easy Rest. Their sales rep was good (I had no problems with him) and the delivery people did their job well - they came, got the bed in and the other one out, and they were gone shortly. However I think the one I got may be a little too short for me. I wish it was a little longer, it’s the purpose, but it’s okay. I get a position that I like and use the massager once in a while.

I wasn't resting well. I was waking up with discomfort and actually not even feeling rested so I purchased the Easy Rest bed and I couldn't believe the difference the bed made. When I got it, it just blew me away. I don't want to go anywhere and spend the night anywhere because I don't want to leave my bed. I like the raising and lowering of the head and feet which I used the most. With the bed, I can just get in bed early and adjust my feet and my head and I can watch TV or read or whatever. I also love the massage.

I felt I needed a new bed so I purchased the Easy Rest bed which was smaller than what I had. I'd still have to get used to this bed moving up and down, and not yet using all the features right now.

My grandson made me purchase my Easy Rest because he said it would help my back better (I've got a bad back). I have owned it for a couple of months and still having trouble getting adjusted and stuff. I slid off the bed one night because it was too high for me, but it's kind of funny now.

I purchase the Easy Rest bed because with my age, I'm having degenerative arthritis. I like the fact that the head and feet can be raised and lowered. With it, I'm sleeping a little bit better.

So far the experience has been okay. The salesman was very knowledgeable and did a good job. It was the same for the delivery team. They showed me how everything worked. I lift my head using the bed but since I'm wearing oxygen, I can't lift it too high. And if I try to lie on my side, it’s kind of awkward with raising the feet. Sometimes I can sleep good and then some nights I can’t. I wake up kind of sore, so I got to see about getting the softer pillow top. Overall, I think the Easy Rest is a good bed. I can’t see why people would not want to buy it, but I can’t do what other people do.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my back pain. It's helped me pretty good because it lets me raise my head. It lets me breathe better. And everyone I worked with to get my bed was good.

We needed Easy Rest because I had a lot of problems with my legs and I had to go up in the middle of the night and look for medications. I had all this tingling in my legs. The bed is very nice - so far so good. I use the head and the feet and the massage. We used nearly every feature of the bed. I've had no problems for a long time now. But when they delivered the bed I was disappointed since we were told that it comes in two single beds. The guy who delivered the bed explained to me, “you have a queen size bed by a king size bed for single.” I've been to the store and I bought all the sheets for two single beds and I couldn't use it so I was a little bit disappointed. But otherwise we like the bed. We're very happy with it. I couldn't believe we waited so long to buy a bed like this. Easy Rest reps are good and friendly. The delivery team is very nice, very friendly and very good too.

The Easy Rest bed makes my feet and my legs better. I think it's nice. It doesn't make me hurt bad in the morning when I get up all the time and my legs don't hurt as bad. This was the first bed that I ever had. I use the foot part of it most of the time. I got my legs and my feet up and if I want to read I put the head of it up. The Easy Rest reps were friendly. They demonstrated it right, put pillows and showed me how to elevate all that stuff. The delivery was alright as well. They didn't show me how to use the bed though. They didn't say anything about it. They just said I was going to pay $2,000 on it. I've told several of my friends about Easy Rest and I think it's good especially for those who got arthritis or heart problems. It does help.

I owned the bed that I replaced with my Easy Rest bed for probably five or six years. Someone told me that Easy Rest would be good for my legs and back. I got arthritis in my back too and they told me the truth - because it's really working. The initial contact person from Easy Rest satisfied me. He told me that this bed will help so he came back. He was knowledgeable about the bed. We decided to get one. I don't have as much pain as I used to have. My swelling's gone down in my feet and legs. I usually raise the feet part, the foot board and I turn on the vibrator in the bed and then sleep. The experience with the Easy Rest delivery team was so far good, they wanted me to send the check first to let them know. I've told some of my friends about Easy Rest. I'm well satisfied.

Easy Rest sounded very good so I bought one. The bed feels fine. My initial contact with Easy Rest was good. They were very friendly. The guys who installed it were wonderful. I had a very good experience with Easy Rest.

I used to sell products to the people that make Easy Rest beds - Leggett and Platt. We've done business with them for many years, and we heard about this bed. I just wanted to have something to raise my head up or my feet up at night to get me in a better sleeping position. We decided we need to purchase this bed. I used my previous bed for over 9 years. It got so heavy I couldn't even lift it no more. My initial phone contact with Easy Rest was fine. There wasn’t much description about the bed during the phone conversation. It was the salesman they sent out who answered all my questions and gave me a demonstration of all this good stuff. The installation crew was also good. They showed me how to use the bed and also answered my questions

My wife is 74 years old and we just thought of buying the Easy Rest because the presentation from the gentleman was excellent. He was very kind and very informative. He was wonderful. He came and he brought a tin of Danish cookies and the reason he said 'My mother always told me if you go into someone's house that you don't know, take to them a small gift.' We thought that that was just so wonderful because he sees a lot of people so that means he's actually forking out some money for such and it was nice. Just if you can put a note as to the person who sold the bed to us, let him know that his approach was a lot of the reason that we got the bed. He was not pushy and was informed. He knew what he was talking about and the result is that Sue loves her bed. Our experience was excellent, the best.

I was having difficulty sleeping and it's helped me tremendously. In fact, I just had a shoulder repair and I can sleep on it even with the shoulder repairs because it lets me raise my head and that's something I do mostly with bed. The sales rep who came here was nice. The delivery team weren't here very long -- they came in, took the other bed down and put the Easy Rest up and they were gone.

I mailed in a flyer on a card which was in a catalog, and that was how they got my name. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was excellent. The Easy Rest bed has been fine primarily for my wife who has got a few aches and pains. She just went through knee surgery so the elevation of the knees and the legs really help her a lot. The bed is very comfortable, very relaxing and an awfully good night’s sleep.

I have sleep apnea and I have COPD and it's difficult to sleep on a stationary mattress so I decided to purchase an Easy rest bed. I use it and I feel better in the morning. I have to have it raised on the head of bed. I have no trouble with the delivery team. The young man came and took care of everything nicely, cleaned everything after. Very nice young people.

It was all a surprising experience. I was surprised and I'm tickled with it too, surprised and tickled.

At first the Easy Rest bed was just okay and I can't see any problems. But then after I started using it, it turned out to be better than I expected. I have trouble sleeping in a regular bed and going to sleep (and sometimes I have trouble tossing and turning and I go to sleep 3 or 4 times a night). I turn on the vibrator and I go to sleep... and sometimes during the night or in the morning. I finally get my sleep and the Easy Rest kind of saves me in that way.

The biggest reason why we bought the Easy Rest bed was how high the bed was. The fellow that came out was excellent and very nice. The installer did a good job.

The delivery team was fine. I had no problems with their people. It's just that the mattress doesn't seem to be comfortable. The mattress gets wet on my back. I don't like the bed. I wish I had never bought it. It's not worth what I paid for.

The Easy Rest bed is very good and I’m enjoying it. I use the massage more than anything else. I have extensive arthritis and it helps to relax. My sleep has improved and I can actually relax in bed, which I haven’t been able to do for a long time.

I had adjustable beds before and I liked the old ones better than Easy Rest bed. But I do often use the vibrator, the massager of Easy Rest. It helps me go to sleep at night because I got restless legs and a bad knee. Their sales rep was pretty knowledgeable and real nice. But the main thing I don't like about them is the wired remote and the time that they stayed on because with the other ones they stayed on for an hour. Easy Rest bed is not what I hoped it would be.

It does alright... It goes up and down, and I sleep pretty good in this bed.

The salesman just talked me into buying an Easy Rest. I liked him and I thought the bed would be wonderful but it's way too much money for what bed it is. I can't tell it has helped at all. I'm sorry I even got it. It's not good.

I chose to purchase from Easy Rest because my husband is very ill. He's more comfortable with it. For about two or three months we've gone through two or three mattresses that hadn't worked, before we replace it with Easy Rest. With it, he is just lifting his head up right now and sometimes he has to lift his legs up because his feet swell.

It has helped me a lot with my back and my hips and all that. I get a lot better sleep when I sleep with it. I use the massager and I raise the head and the feet of the bed up every night. I would recommend it to anybody. It's a lot better than anything I've ever slept on.

I broke my lower back and my neck. I can’t lay flat and then I have COPD which makes it hard to breathe. My doctors said I needed a hospital bed, but they wouldn't fill the paperwork out because they don't get paid for filling out paperwork. Then, I saw an Easy Rest ad on my computer and I answered the ad and they sent someone out to talk to me. He explained the bed and how it worked and we worked out a deal that I could afford and I got the bed.

I usually have back illness when I get up and I thought maybe the Easy Rest bed would help me with my back and in my sleeping, It's not like I thought it would be but I bought it. It seems like when I elevate my head up, it doesn't exactly lift the way I thought it was going to lift, and it's not as firm. I seem to be sinking in the bed more than just lifting me up. I don't use the massage as much because it's when I did, the wave didn't go down. I thought it was supposed to go all the way down but it seemed like it would just be in one area. I haven't used it a lot.

I love it. I think it's a fantastic bed. It's amazing. The comfort is amazing. The minute you get in to it, it's just amazing how you like it. It's like sleeping in heaven.

Easy Rest bed looked like it was gonna be nice for me to use so I got one. It hasn't really helped that much. They got one little flaw in it that I guess they could have fixed. I like to leave the bed in the position it is when I'm sleeping. I like to get up and get back into bed the same way but you can't do it because when you get off, the mattress flies up in the air if you have it bent. What they needed to do is get two straps that would hold it loosely down to the frames so when you get up, the mattress doesn't straighten up by itself every time you get up. But aside from that, our experience with Easy Rest reps was fine as they were friendly and courteous. Their sales rep was pretty knowledgeable. Their delivery team was nice and very good. They were very professional.

I had a pleasant experience with Easy Rest. I had decided I needed one long before I called them. It makes things a little bit easier. I use it to raise my head as I have hard times breathing at night. So it helps me with that. I called them and told them I was interested in the bed. They told me that they'd send the salesman over and he was very good. He seemed to know what he was talking about. The delivery team was good too. They were in and out and took all the garbage with them. They didn't leave a mess and they explained everything. I didn't have to go anywhere or do anything. It's been fine.

The Easy Rest is a really nice bed. It's very comfortable. The only thing is the vibrator hasn't been working now for about 3 weeks. I had two Craftmatics. The first one I had for 26 years and it was a good bed. But then I bought another one about 9 years ago and something happened to the mattress and I just didn't care for it. It wasn't comfortable. With the Easy Rest bed, I can get myself comfortable and the way I want to rest. I have arthritis and a very bad hip. If it hurts a little, I just press the button and it helps me quite a bit. I use to foot-end and the head-end mostly. And you can hardly hear the thing running when you turn it on to bend the ends unlike the old bed I had which was noisy and disturbed the dogs.
