Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought it'd help me out. I just raise the bed's head up a little bit more and it helps me breathe easier. The sales representative explained it really good. The delivery team was good, too. Overall, our experience with Easy Rest is good, although I haven't received my soft pads yet. I've been trying to get it but I haven't got it yet. I thought they were supposed to send it to me but I haven't got it yet.

I love Easy Rest's pillow. It really helps my neck. And I like the bed. I sleep pretty good in it. I do like to be able to raise the bed and the knees just a little bit to keep me from having acid reflux. But the vibrator is right in the center and it's a hard line that if I'm right by it, I feel it. When the guys came to build the bed and they brought the mattress, they just set it down in the frame and I thought that would be all right. But now, whenever I have it elevated a little bit and I have the vibration going, it kind of rattles up the headboard. I wonder if they could come back and take this foot and side rails off.

I had gotten to the point where I was not able to sleep in the bed; I was sleeping in a chair so I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed. Since using the bed, the pains that I have in my neck, they've gone down a lot using the massage. I have my head raised and the massage. I actually go to sleep with the massage. I like the idea that it doesn't run all night; it runs for about maybe a little over half an hour. By the time I go to sleep, it's done. It feels so good I just drift off to sleep. It's so great, I'm so sorry I didn't do this two years ago.

I had been sleeping on my chair in the living room for a number of months and I wanted to get back in my bedroom, but I wouldn't sleep on the bed. When I straightened out, I would hurt. I happened to look at something about Easy Rest on the Internet and they called me. I had them come by because I thought it could be something my kids can give me for Christmas but it was too expensive and I decided I'd better buy it myself. It was wonderful sleeping on the bed. I did have problems when I went on a trip recently and the pain is back but I know the bed will fix it. There are minor things I dislike about the bed but they don’t outweigh the good it has done for me. These include keeping the bed skirt sorted out and pillows dropping through the head. I also don’t know if I paid too much for it as I have no idea what the other brands cost. The mattress is a bit soft as I did not buy the most expensive one. However, the first night I slept on it, I slept like a top and I never once woke up so I have no complaints about the bed itself. I didn't like the pillow that they gave with it. I like my own pillow better and I don’t find it noisy at all.

I wasn't really comfortable in other beds so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest. I raise the head up and the foot up a little bit as it's more comfortable for breathing. The sales rep was very good and the delivery team was perfect.

I bought the Easy Rest bed about six months ago and my back doesn't hurt anymore. I adjust it to raise up against the headboard and I sleep better. I don't have any complaints except it's a little overpriced.

I just thought I'd try an Easy Rest bed. Its more firm than my bed, which is better for my back. I tried the massager but I could hardly feel it, so I don't use that. I don't raise my feet, I don't raise my head - I just sleep on the bed. It's an awful price and I'm struggling to pay it off. I never expected it to be so expensive. The Easy Rest representative told me everything about the bed. I'd recommend the bed to somebody who really need it or want to try it. I wouldn't say I have a bad experience with it. I'm just still trying to get used to it.

During delivery, the men who delivered the bed were very good. But they were supposed to get here around 6 o’clock and didn't get here until 9 o’clock. They were tied up and they explained it to me. But when they brought the bed in, the vibrator and things weren’t hooked to the bed and I thought “Oh, what now?” He says, “Do you have screws like this?” and my brother happened to be here and he went in the shop and he looked and looked and he tried this, tried that. He said, “They’re not long enough.” He said, “Let me make a phone call.” So he made a phone call and they hauled it out and they gave me another bed that was in there that’s hooked up. He said it was the same thing and I wondered about that and I said, “Okay” and they brought it in, set it up. He went through everything and explained it to me. He said, “If you’re not satisfied, you let us know.” I then talked to the Easy Rest rep and his boss and he says, “We’re going to guarantee the massage, the motors and all for life just like your regular order.” I said, “Well, you put this in the contract” and I haven’t heard anything from anybody.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I had back problem and I had surgery. I enjoy using its remote and the vibration relaxes my back. And the Easy Rest sales representative and delivery team, they were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the bed. It's a wonderful experience so I probably should have done it several years ago.

A salesperson from Easy Rest came to our home and he did a great demonstration so that convinced us to buying the bed. We liked that the bed is adjustable and it's good for back problems and the legs. My husband and I both have noticed a great difference compared to the old bed that we had. I wouldn't change it for anything else. I like it very much and I tell everybody else that's having similar problems that they need to try the Easy Rest. I'm so happy. I had never heard of it before, but I'm very happy with it. I like it because it has the two separate mattresses and my husband can have his part and I have my part. I can sit up and watch TV while he sleeps. So it's really nice and I have recommended it.

I have a bad back ache and there’s not much you can do because I’m 87 and it’s just deteriorated. Since using my Easy Rest bed, it’s easier to sleep, but it don’t get rid of the backache. That’s for sure. But it’s very easy to lie down and I go to sleep quicker. I even go to bed earlier.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because we didn’t have a bed. I had a great, big bed that I couldn’t sleep in because it wasn’t comfortable and I didn’t have it with me. We left it in the shed when I moved so we didn’t have a bed. The Easy Rest representatives weren’t knowledgeable about the bed. They really didn’t even show me how to use the controls that well. They didn’t really provide a detailed description about the bed nor answer my questions. However, the guy that sold me the bed was very good. And I would recommend the bed because they’re very comfortable. I enjoy my bed. I have my feet up constantly in it and I have a tool that I’ve been using helping get rid of a lot of pain and discomfort, and the bed is the best place to use it.

I got an Easy Rest bed for my daughter and she's enjoying that bed. She says it's comfortable. When the salesman came out and showed me all the features and showed me how comfortable the bed would be, I said this would be something nice for my daughter because she always complains that she wants a nice bed to sleep in. She uses it with the head up and the feet up. The delivery team was great when they brought the bed and showed me how to use it. I was satisfied honestly with everything.

We were getting a new bed and purchased the Easy Rest bed. It is a little better. I use the adjustable feature for my bad back. It was a satisfactory experience.

I have two complaints with Easy Rest. First, they were supposed to get a heater to go with the bed and the heaters have not arrived yet. We have two beds and they both need a heater. Second is about the contract. I didn't realize when we signed that the contract is almost immediate and there are no returns or anything. It doesn't sound legal. They say they have warranty that covers all those other stuff but there is nothing that says if you are not satisfied you can return it or anything. I didn't realize that until I got all the information back to me. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable about the bed but he was not very knowledgeable about the contract because he didn't really inform us about it. I was shocked when I finally got everything together and was looking it over and saw that there was no return or anything else.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because I thought it would help me. I had spinal surgery years ago and the only thing the bed is doing is hindering it. The bed is getting a dip in it and it's very uncomfortable. The sales representative lied. When I read the instructions, you had to use it for 30 days. He sold it to me and he told me there was a warranty on it for 30 days. Well, there was only a warranty for seven, and that's a big lie. If I had my choice, I'd return it. It's $3000 and no better than my $700 bed. I can't return it because it only had a seven-day warranty. Easy Rest, I have one place to tell it to go and it's not up. Anybody that lied to me about it is ain't going up either.

I liked their presentation. It seemed it was going to help my back problem and my old bed wasn't quiet as firm so I went ahead and bought the East Rest bed. I raise the head part of it when I read and occasionally I sleep in it, but I haven't really gotten full use of it - I'm not using it that much. It's worth the effort to try out, but I'm not particularly happy with it. It was a pretty expensive investment and I haven't really gotten that much value out of it. But I'd recommend it to somebody that needed this kind of a product, but in terms of my experience, I haven't gotten full use out of it.

We chose to purchase from Easy Rest because of their features and the warranties. My old bed was a king, but this new one is smaller and it's a better bed. I don't have nearly as much backache. I often keep the head up when I read. My only issue is that I believe the order says that the guys were supposed to leave a connector hardware packet with me for headboard and footboard but I have not seen that. Other than that, I would recommend Easy Rest.

I purchased Easy Rest because of their salesperson. He was pretty knowledgeable. At first I had a hard time sleeping, but I do notice my knees give me less pain. I usually used the massage feature for my back pain. I had no trouble with the team that delivered it but I thought that the customer care could have given a follow up call after the first initial appointment.

A very, very, very, very, very hard salesman made me purchase an Easy Rest bed. He was friendly, he was nice, I cannot complain a bit, but he's a hard sale to turn down. I kept saying no and he kept saying this and this and this. He was good. He recommended a hard mattress and my husband has to have a soft mattress so I took the hard mattress and it's really too hard. And the extra one they brought me was also hard. He should have just left two soft mattresses, but he recommended the hard one. But the delivery team was fantastic. They were nice, professional, cleaned their mess up, moved my bed and all of these good stuff so it went fantastic. I'll even welcome them back if they were in this area again to give them a glass of tea or fix them a sandwich. I've had my old bed for five years and that one I can let down to be as soft as I wanted. So I found it's a little bit better than my Easy Rest because my husband's side sleeps good and my side is too hard. But with Easy Rest, I get to raise the head and the foot at the same time. I do that because when I lay down to get ready for bed, my nose will stuff up. Once I get relaxed, that's when I let it down and go to sleep. So everything went fine, except I can't find sheets that are long enough to fit over the bed and stay.

We have a few physical problems and we thought that it would feel good to have an adjustable bed. We enjoyed our old bed, but we decided situations coming as they were, we thought we could use something else. So that's what we did. We like the Easy Rest bed. We kind of question some of the individual beds, they don't operate together and were wondering whether we should put on queen size sheets rather than individual, which we have now. And we're kind of wondering if we'll try those things out.

Once the sales rep came here and demonstrated it, he showed how it works. He was very knowledgeable about it. He also told us things that he said it would help us with. I know I have a back problem and my husband has problems, too. So we got the Easy Rest bed. The delivery brought it here and they did good. They showed us how to use the bed.

I had an old reclining bed for 10 or 12 years and it puts your body in more of a kink than what your bed does so we decided to buy an Easy Rest bed. The bed was great. My husband was able to rest better in it and we both can sleep in the same bed for the first time. We mostly use the vibrator and the heat, specially the heat a lot because I will have surgery in a year or so. It works great for me. I've not had any problems and it's helped me a lot.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed due to the fact that I can raise my head and my feet up. It helps the swelling in my feet. It's like laying on the cloud with the Easy Rest. I can adjust it unlike my old bed. I like all of its features, like the vibration in it because it puts me to sleep. It's a very good bed. I recommend it to anyone that has a lot of ailments in their life.

My experience with the Easy Rest bed was not very good. It was very bad.

I still think the mattress on the Easy Rest is a little bit too soft. When I put the up and down mechanism up, my sheets come out of the bottom. I'm in between whether I like it or not. I purchased it because I could raise my head and my feet. I have swelling legs and I don't breathe that good lying down straight. I always have my head and my feet up a little bit. The sales representative was very good but there were a couple of things that I didn't enjoy when I got the papers and read them. He said he could take my debt down and give me a good price on it. He didn't tell me I was going to be put on a budget with another company and not Easy Rest and told me the bed was $4,000 something.

I have problems with my knees and my arms and I'm happy with the Easy Rest bed because it gave me rest and everything. The Easy Rest is very good and it doesn't compare with my old one that I had for 50 years. And with the new bed, I mostly use the one that massages. Also the sales rep that I talked to were fine and the delivery team was okay. They explained everything and told me what they're going to do. They told me how to adjust the height of the bed because I wanted to put it a little higher, but I don't remember what they said. Anyway, my overall experience was very good.

I'm not thrilled with the Easy Rest bed and I'm wondering if it was necessary to buy the bed. I use it flat. At the time that I ordered it, I had to keep my feet elevated and it seems like the way to go rather than trying to use pillows. Since then I don't have a problem. I don't like the control. It's on the wrong side. I would like to move the controls over to the other side. My old bed was bigger and comfortable and I liked it.

I would recommend the Easy Rest bed. It feels good but I'm not sleeping as good now and I don't know what it is or why. I'm not finding my right position.

The Easy Rest bed is absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate to tell anybody about it. I bought it because of my broken back. I use the bed up and the vibrator. It helps with my physical condition.

I'm a little bit disappointed in the Easy Rest. It's not really what I thought it was going to be as far as the massage and the wave too although it is nice to have an adjustable bed like it. If somebody asks me about it, I'd ask them what they're looking for. If they're in the same situation I am with the back pain, I would tell them that it really hasn't been that much.

I would recommend the Easy Rest bed. I've had it before and this one is the same.

The Easy Rest bed was pricey but good. It was a little bit exorbitant. I got it because of physical conditions and I sleep more in the bed. The sales reps and delivery team did a good job.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of health reasons. I can’t lay flat at all. My old bed didn't raise up. With the Easy Rest, my favorite feature is elevating the head and feet. The sales representative was fairly knowledgeable. I think I had done enough research that he really didn't need to be overly informed. The delivery team was wonderful. They showed me how to use the bed. They were in and out - very efficient. Overall, it’s great to be able to sleep again. And just the fact that I've been sleeping in an Easy Boy chair away from my husband for years, and now I can actually sleep side-by-side with him is wonderful.

I got the Easy Rest bed as I was having some problems with my legs' circulation, back pain and acid reflux, muscle spasms and anything that was taking place from my sprained ankle. I wasn't getting comfortable laying on a flat bad and it was harder for me to relax and sleep. Since using it, I don't have that much of muscle spasms and I usually keep my feet up for circulation. I sleep much better. I usually get muscle spasms on my feet but somehow the circulation has been much better. I don't move as much at night - I don't toss and turn. I used to toss and turn trying to find a comfortable spot to keep my legs up.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I like the positioning and also the ability to have the massage and the wave effect. With the Easy Rest bed I've gotten into a position where I'm more comfortable and sleeping better. I had my old bed for 15 years but I like the Easy Rest better because it's in a fixed position and you can rotate the mattress. It's very enjoyable and it increased my sleep ability. I’ve been gone for ten days but I can tell and I can recognize the difference when I was out of town and in another bed.

My girlfriend that stays with me has a lot of back trouble and I wanted to try and get a bed that would give more comfort for her and for me later on so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. It's wonderful. I can have my back up and my legs pretty much flat. It's more comfortable that way and I can breathe better. I wish I had known about it a long time beforehand. I would have bought one earlier.

The doctor wanted me to have my head elevated so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I elevate my head and my feet and it's more comfortable than a regular bed. Plus my acid reflux isn't as bad at night time.

I love the Easy Rest. I sleep much better. Every time I go in at night, I turn the head thing and the foot thing up until I just lay there for a little while, and then I turn the massage on (sometimes I turn on the massage thing and I don't even hear it turn off). The sales representative was very good and I liked him a lot. The delivery team was very good. They took the old bed out and put it in the garage so I could donate it to one of the charities here. The experience was awesome.

We love the Easy Rest bed. My husband is happy with it. Before this, he had purchased a big piece of Styrofoam that he had cut especially for him. It was a pyramid that would let him sit up at night. He had surgery for his acid reflux situation six weeks ago and he loves the fact that the Easy Rest can elevate his back up. It's wonderful for him. However, I am so hot with the foam mattress - there's four inches on top. I called Easy Rest twice and they tell me there's nothing they can do. I can take the foam out but it looks like hell when you make the bed - one side is up and the other side is down and it’s all one. I like the concept. I can sit my bed up and sit in bed and read but I wake up during the night and I am just sweating. I've gone around a couple of our furniture stores here to see if there's anything that they can do and there really isn't. The bed is made beautifully but I'm still in the process of doing a little research to see what I can do other than removing that foam.

As much as I'm paying for what it's worth, it's not worth it. My knees still hurt so bad. I'm not any more comfortable in the Easy Rest bed than I was in my old bed. Every way I turn, I would hurt. That’s the way I were. That much for a bed and it's not any different. I was expecting to get a lot of comfort from it.

It helps with my backache, low back pain. With the Easy Rest, I'm not laying flat like I did on my old one. I have my head up and my feet and once in a while I use the vibrator.

Overall, I've been very happy and I’ll tell you, it’s a good bed for me.

We purchased the Easy Rest bed because I've got back problems and the price went down to where we felt like we could afford it. It hasn't completely relieved my problem but has made it better. The vibration is good and I like the fact that it goes up and down and it's a firm mattress. I use the head lift often as I read and watch television in bed.

The Easy Rest has made my back feel better and I feel more like taking care of my business through the day. I decided to buy one when the salesman used those pillows to demonstrate and it made my back feel so good. I like elevating my feet. When it gets late, I put it on flat. By being hard like that, that did my back real good. The delivery went fine. They were nice, decent, respectable, and nobody got out of line. They did what they had to do, shook my hand, and left. The bed has helped me in a lot of ways and I’m pleased and satisfied with it.

But my experience with the bed is not so great. It’s got me sinking in the middle from my weight. Also, the sales rep was telling me how much it’ll be better on my back and my wife’s back... haven't noticed any changes since using it.

I had been having so much trouble in my legs and back, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The old bed, which we used for about 10 or 12 years, was nothing like my new bed. It’s better because it has a feature for raising the foot up. If my leg starts cramping, I crank the foot up, get it higher than my head, and then my legs quit hurting. Since using the Easy Rest bed, they don’t hurt as bad overnight as they did. It gave me a lot more rest than I’ve had before. I’m enjoying it. The sales rep was good and the delivery team was perfect. I didn’t see anything wrong with them. I would certainly recommend Easy Rest.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I have a bad back and legs and I was thinking that being able to control the way I slept would help me feel better. The problem is, since I started using the bed, I’ve gotten more aches and pains, and sore muscles. When the guy set it up, I thought it looked a little high off the floor, but he said that’s what they call for. It’s almost three feet off the floor. It makes it a little hard on me getting in and out.

I sent in six tickets to try to get a free one. And then the sales rep came here and gave me a demonstration of the real bed so that's why I took the bed. I didn't really want to buy no bed. I wanted a free one but then when he showed me the real one, I decided to take it because he said that I was getting better with the one that I bought for $5000, it should be good. But anyway, he said that he made an arrangement that I should just take this bed. So I passed and it was approved. I had my old bed for over 10 or 12 years. So then when he called with the demonstration of the Easy Rest bed, I said, 'You charge me and everything, because I'm 88 years old and I have arthritis all over my body.' Now it helped my back and it helped me get in and out of the bed easy.

I purchased the Easy Rest because I was enthralled with the sales representative. Since using the bed I have noticed changes but they're not good. When I first got it, I wanted my legs elevated. Somebody told me that that was a good way to sleep. And as a consequence, my thighs have been filled with water so I can't use that particular feature. It's a comfortable bed and I like the feature where the headrest comes up because I sleep better that way.

I’m fairly well satisfied with Easy Rest. I wasn't completely happy with it. My mattress is kind of curved. I want a straight edge. One is holding up fine but the other one is curved on the side. You paid as much for a bed you would hate to say, “Yeah, its’ got a curve in it.” Otherwise, I’m pretty well satisfied with it. My wife loves hers. She sleeps with her head elevated most of the time and she’s content with it. I also like to read when I go to bed and I can elevate the head and I don’t have to plop up so many pillows. The vibrator helps a lot, too, on the back.

Easy Rest is wonderful. I actually work for the company and have been with them for six years. They were so nice to give me a bed at no charge when I needed one. I’m 25 years old and a chiropractor severed the vertebral artery to my brain. I had three strokes and ended up being in the neuro ICU and being on bed rest for two months. I actually don't have any cartilage in both hips so when I got up in the morning, I would have quite a bit of stiffness and I absolutely love using the adjustable feature for the legs because it takes that pressure off of my knees and my hips.

The Easy Rest bed is very good but the only thing was usually, I'm really trying to get some good sleep so I never get a chance to really use my massager. I've used it but not as much as I would like to. But the bed is comfortable. That's what really matters. I'm getting good sleep. So that's the truth which was something I didn't have until I got that. That's the real good part of it. I just would like to take advantage of more time massaging.

Easy Rest gave me a good deal on the price and I'm sleeping better. I use all the features. I use the incline and the front and back. It helps relax my back as I work in the field all day. The sales representative was very educated. The delivery team was quick and they did exactly what we asked. They were in and out. I'm a satisfied customer.

My husband has been able to sleep a little bit better on the Easy Rest bed. It's better than our old bed. It has a better quality mattress and I like the ability to raise and lower the head and feet which our other bed did not have.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest. I had a lot of back problems and since using it I don't have any back problems sleeping in bed anymore. My old bed was not anywhere near as comfortable. I like the fact that I can prop it up and I'm finally getting a good night's sleep ever since I had it.

My experience with Easy Rest has been very good. I have an infirmary that has a need for adjustable beds and I had filled in this application to try to win a free bed. We didn't but they contacted us anyway because I wanted the information and found out that they were on sale. So I thought, Let me take a good look at this. The sales representative was excellent. The beds we replaced were secondhand hospital beds. We're a religious community and my sisters are really enjoying them.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I sleep very good in it. The best thing is my feet and legs up. It really, really helps them a lot, and I put my head up a little. It's easy to make but my mattress is too soft. I don't like it. I had a really firm mattress before. The upper mattress moves over and I have to have someone push it back all the time. It moves over about 7 inches. The sales representative and I stretched it out until I finally gave in. He explained the bed, how to use it and all that good stuff. As for the delivery team, it was really quick. It only took a moment.

I am very disillusioned with Easy Rest. There were some things that happened that should not have happened. There were some things that were not upfront. So I decided to leave it in the hands of one who can take care of it. There were some mistakes I made by not researching them, taking their word for things and I’m not a happy camper about the situation.

I would recommend anybody that's having trouble sleeping to have an Easy Rest bed. I had been looking for one for several years and I could not find one that satisfied me at all because I did not want a foam mattress. This one didn't have one. I sleep better and I like it better than my old bed. If my legs are tired, I raise the foot but mostly I raise the top and I turn the vibrator on once in a while when my back is tired.

I bought the Easy Rest bed mainly for my sister. I put it in my guestroom and I haven't used it. My sister was planning to visit and she had complained when she was here last that the mattress was not comfortable and she had some health issues. They have some wonderful salesmen. I was very impressed with him. My sister has an Easy Rest and I have a brother that is a paraplegic and he has one also. I like my brother's but the one that my sister has, I don't like at all. It's too low. I'll enjoy it in the future and I don't regret buying it at all.

It's been a very good experience with Easy Rest. I have really no complaint about the bed. It had these different features such as I can lift the head part up. I have a problem with acid reflux and I was told not to go bed at least 2 hours before going to bed because the problem may come up so I had a problem with lifting the top part up. I was using blocks originally for bed but they didn't seem to help but I heard about this Easy Rest and I figured I'll go into it and see whether this should help me and it has. It's got this massage feature which I like. I would put Easy Rest much better than my old bed. It's also good that the sales representative I talked to was okay. He did most of the talking and what he told me made sense and it sounds good so I decided to invest in it. Also no problem with the delivery team. They installed it very well. Easy Rest has provided me with comfortable sleep at night.

I enjoy the Easy Rest bed very much. The sales representative was very respectful of me and he explained everything I needed to know and he was very courteous. It went very well. I would recommend them.

I have edema and fluid in my legs. They advised me to keep the fluid down and elevating my feet on the Easy Rest is helping. Also, I was about to get one of those CPAP for it to help me to breathe and the Easy Rest bed is helping me to breathe better.

I don’t rest good at night and there were times that I didn’t sleep good at all so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. It’s just the way he demonstrated that the bed would be so much easier. I would find my comfortable position and that would be the way I would sleep and stuff. The people in Easy Rest were really nice. They were real good. The bed is okay. It’s good but I just haven’t found my one way to sleep better yet. I don’t know what’s going on with it or with me but I bought me another cover, a topper to go on the bed and I’m hoping that that will make it better. But it’s good. I’m glad I got the bed.

One of the reasons I got the Easy Rest was because I thought it would make me sleep but it doesn't. I do like the fact that you can raise the head up just a little bit and the foot up a little bit but I've tried a few different things but I'm still having a hard time sleeping. It's a shame that they don't have a warehouse somewhere that you can go and lie on it and try it before you buy it. You should be able to try it out before you buy it and that would be better than somebody talking about it... What bothered me the most of all is the finance charges that they charge every month. It is outrageous.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my health and I sleep better on it. The Easy Rest is adjustable and I can sit up. With my asthma, I rest better up and I need fewer pillows than I did before. It's easier for me. The rep and the delivery team were great. The two delivery guys did it very quickly and they had some problems getting stuck up in my yard but my husband helped them and we got it done.

I needed a better bed. I haven't had a mattress in 15 years and I was going to do that for my husband and he personally said he didn't but they had the card he sent. Well now, I sleep in the bed every night. I have a neck injury from a car accident and I elevate it just enough at night so I'm comfortable sleeping in it. I can see something on TV without being raised up. I can't stand it up high because it hurts my neck but I have enjoyed to raise my head just a little bit.

I had seen the Easy Rest on TV. I have a bad back and problems with my sciatic nerves and the doctor said I have degenerative disc disease in my back; I have acid reflux and all these things were factors that helped with that bed. The lady came out and demonstrated it and that really sold me on the bed. It has done a lot of things for me since I've had it. When I'm in a lot of pain, I use the massage on the bed and the waves that go through it. It is really magnificent. The pain goes away. But I'm still having problem with my back but to elevate your legs and lift the head up is great. It's really a great bed. I love using the massager because it gets rid of the pain in my hips and my back. I was perfectly satisfied with the sales rep and the delivery people.

I have back problems from an injury. It was starting to act up and my husband thought I needed the Easy Rest and I've been resting a lot better in it. Because my injury is in my upper neck and lower back, I use the head as it alleviates pressure on it. I don't get up with back pain anymore.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed because their price was reasonable, the comfort and the fact that I can adjust it. The massage feature of the bed is good for my back at night. I love how comfortable it is and the fact that my shoulder and my back aches no more. I wouldn't get rid of it now for anything. The Easy Rest sales representative was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. That was great. The delivery went fine. It didn't seem like it took no time at all. I have already recommended Easy Rest to other people.

No problems with my Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep just called and asked if he could come by and demonstrate and I guess he did such a good job, I said yes. He was a very nice gentleman. Anyway, with the bed, I really don't use it a whole lot as far as putting it up and down. It's comfortable. I like it but when you get old, you have to get up in the middle of the night sometimes to go to the bathroom and then you have to put this down. So when I go to bed, I put it down period so that if I get up, I don't have to fall with it. I did like my mattress that I had. It was a Posturepedic pillow top and I think it was a little soft. I had always been used to a firm mattress because my husband had back trouble and ever since he came out of the service, we had a Posturepedic hard mattress. He had a board under the bed. That's why we're used to something being firm and the pillow top was great but being old, my back started bothering me and I kind of felt like the mattress was a little too soft.

I got sleep apnea, so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I use the feature for putting my head up. But other than the adjustable features, it’s about the same as my old bed. The Easy Rest rep was knowledgeable. But the bed doesn't do exactly what I thought it would do. He was bragging on all the wave and the vibrating functions and to me, they were like the old machines in a motel that you used to throw a quarter in. It doesn't really do much. The massage thing is worthless.

The salesman that came into our home was nice, friendly and PUSHY! The session was 2 hours long -- saying the same thing over and over!! Had nothing to show but pictures! If something costs this much I want to see samples of at least the materials!! THEN he got a man on the phone that was like a steam machine -- he tried to bully us into buying a bed!! Cutting the price more and more -- if you can sell for that price why start out at OVER $5000.00 the cut to $2500.00?!

Since having my Easy Rest bed, I rest better. It is comfortable for my condition. I can't do without it. I have heart problems and don't have many positions for sleeping and resting. I like the feature where I can adjust my head. I have no complaints with their reps and delivery team. I would recommend Easy Rest. I am thankful that I was introduced to this bed. I think it's prolonging my life.

I’m not real happy with the Easy Rest bed. The mattress is so uncomfortable and I can’t believe I spent that much money on such a bad mattress. I love the function of the bed but the mattress is just really uncomfortable, it’s a killer. I can hardly sleep on it. That’s why I’m kind of unhappy. Everyday, I wish I had my old bed. The sales rep was very nice, even though the interview took a long time. The delivery was great, no problem. But because of the terrible mattress, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I needed a bed and I decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed. When I made the call to get it, I was able to get a hold of somebody that would talk to me. And I was able to get it at the time I needed it. I had tried getting it with other people but for some reason or other, they wouldn't take the time or leave. Put it this way, I went almost 3 months and they would not deliver a bed. So I wound up having to get another bed. But I enjoy the bed. I'm getting good sleep in it and I'm getting out of what I expected.

My experience with Easy Rest so far has been good. I bought the bed because of my age. I needed a place to lie down that's comfortable. The feature I use the most is raising up the head. It helps me to watch TV and I can sit and relax. Also, my experiences with the sales representative and the delivery team were really nice. They were able to show me how to use the bed.

I love my Easy Rest bed. Before I bought this, I wasn’t sleeping on my bed. I used to toss and turn all through the night. Now, with the Easy Rest bed, I’m sleeping a whole lot better. I sleep with my head and feet elevated, I’m loving it.

I love my Easy Rest bed. My mattress was old and needed to be replaced and I thought this was a good choice. My old bed just does not compare. I keep the foot part raised all the time to keep swelling down in my left feet legs and I raise the head some. I also use the wave vibrator, which is my favorite feature.

The Easy Rest is a very nice bed. I liked the idea of being able to move back and forth with it, to raise the feet and the head. This one is quieter than my other bed that was similar but an older model and it's a little better. The delivery team was very good except that they said it was going to be less inches from the floor than it was and I don't know how they can alleviate that.

The Easy Rest bed makes resting so good, it’s testing me - I don't wanna get out of bed every morning. I’m so proud I said yes to buying this bed. I live in the area in Buffalo where all the senior citizens are supposed to be, and the Easy Rest salesman stopped here to demonstrate the bed. He showed us pictures of the bed and the tape, and I just fell in love with the bed right away. It was just wonderful. Even the two young men that came and put up the bed up were wonderful. They were respectable and helpful. All of them, from the salesman down to the delivery, were jolly, kind and nice. They just sold me on the bed. I thank God for those people that got that job. They know how to come in with the people and talk to them like human beings.

Truthfully speaking, I should have and could have kept my old bed. Easy Rest bed sent me the material in the mail and then I thought 'Maybe I would try this' and then the one who sold it to me came out. The sales representative seemed to be quite knowledgeable, enough to sell me a bed that I could have done without. He had a great presentation and eventually, I got it. I like that I get to raise my head on this bed because I can't sleep with my head lying flat. But the delivery team was terrible, but it wasn't on the delivery person. He was given the runaround by Easy Rest. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the bed, more knowledgeable than the one that I talked to on the phone who's supposed to have been the supervisor. I was almost ready to cancel before it got here. I wasn't angry with the entire experience, just from Easy Rest to the person that picked it up and brought it here. He was wonderful but Easy Rest started the runaround.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed for medical purposes. I have a lot of swelling in my feet and legs and the bed has allowed me to sleep with them propped up. Compared my old bed, I like the Easy Rest one better. I like that I can raise my feet and head a little bit. It just makes me sleep better. Their reps were very good. The delivery team was very patient, polite and helpful. My experience with Easy Rest was a pleasant one and we enjoyed it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for a number of good reasons. We’ve had our old bed for 20 years, but we never did like the mattress on it. We changed mattresses and tried other beds, but we just didn't find anything that we liked. So we ended up going back to the mattresses that originally came on that bed because we couldn't stand the rest, and neither one of us could sleep.

I had such a bad back and Easy Rest has helped me a lot. I was amazed. I can sleep and I get up, go to the bathroom, and I go back to bed and I go to sleep. My breathing is better. My neuropathy in my legs are better. I went to the doctor last week and he was amazed at my ankles. I told him that I got myself a new bed and he asked me what kind it was and I said “An Easy Rest and it’s the best thing I ever bought”. So I love the bed. I would rate it 100% for me. I should have gotten it years ago. But I didn’t think I could afford the Easy Rest bed and I really couldn’t afford it NOW.

My doctor said I need special care because I have prolonged backache due to osteoporosis. So, I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed. This bed is different and is better than my old bed, which had three layers of mattress. I enjoy using the massage feature. I’ve had a very nice experience with Easy Rest. I bought your deluxe system about 6 months ago. I am getting ready to retire and I have pushed my body hard for over 40 years. I felt like I deserved something special. I thought that it will be helpful for my wife and I to have an adjustable bed, so we purchased an Easy Rest bed for our upstairs bedroom. Right now, I’m in between using it and getting used to it. I use it sometimes when I’m upstairs, but most of the time, my wife is upstairs and uses the bed. I have a neck injury, and I can’t sleep on my side so much. I use the option for bringing the head up. When I bring the head up, I have a headrest, so I can rest and sleep on my back. The bed was something that I felt that we needed, and getting used to it is an ongoing process right now, and right now I am not totally satisfied because I need a firmer mattress and I want the bed to come up just a little bit higher.

I have a bad case of arthritis. I had surgery on my hips and my spine. They took the bone off the hip to put in the back of my spine, and I got an orange form in my neck. The Easy Rest bed helps out a lot. The sales rep did a very good job. She did everything she needed to do. She was very open. We watched a video and she explained everything. Everything went well with the delivery team, too. I can raise it up instead of propping pillows on the headboard. It’s very comfortable. It helps my hips and everything. There’s just no comparison with my 25-year-old bed, which was hard. I would like to ask one more thing, though. I never did receive my pillow. After the rep left, I put the little card in the mail, and it has been 8 weeks already.

The Easy Rest bed is way more expensive than it should have been. I like raising it up. I've been tilting myself when I can a little because when I lie flat, I get congested. I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my back condition. It's helping a little bit. I like the vibrator and I use the massager quite a bit. The sales rep was great. He thoroughly explained it to me. In fact he did some demonstrations with my old bed. The delivery team was great too.

The old bed that I had for 10 years can’t compare to the Easy Rest I purchased. With the Easy Rest you can raise and lower your feet. This is my favorite feature because I sleep that way. They give you that foam pillow that has a little place for your neck and it basically just seemed to give better rest. It also has the vibrating and the wave in it which I don’t use too much. The sales representative was an older gent and was very knowledgeable. He was a good guy. He came in, sat down and gave me his line and he did give me a better deal. I got the premium bed but it still had the platinum mattress. It's like he upgraded the mattress and left the wave and the vibrating thing in there and he still gave it to me for $4,500. So I just had to give it a shot.

When we had our 54th anniversary and went on a short road trip, I didn't sleep good at all at the motel because we couldn't sleep on a flat bed anymore because we have an adjustable bed. I love the Easy Rest bed. It's wonderful.

I enjoy the Easy Rest bed very much. I've had one of these beds for a lot of years and I saw that they were offering the same but in a smaller version of queen. I decided to purchase one. We had a dual Craftmatic bed before. It was good for the time that we had it but the Easy Rest is really nice. It's more compact and it's not as heavy and bulky as the old Craftmatic bed we had. I use all the features on it - the head, the feet and the massage. When it comes to comfort, price is no concern.

My husband is very unhappy with the Easy Rest. Sometimes I wish I could let them have it back, because you get in and out of bed anytime of the night and it wakes the other person up. You have to go pee at night and everybody else gets up too because the bed just shakes badly just trying to get up.

At first I wasn't sure I was going to keep the Easy Rest bed because it was different and my back hurt a little, so I used the massager on it. I got over that about maybe a little more than a week. So it's not bad but I still wish I had it down just a little bit. If I had known it then, I wouldn't have done it really because I was undecided. My old bed was great. It was one of those Posture-Pedic beds but I've always wondered about these kinds of beds.The sales representative was okay. Don't get me wrong but he kept going over the same thing quite often. He was here for over 4 hours. I never had anybody who could stay that long. I think that's my deciding point to get him to go. The delivery team was great.

It’s made sleep a lot easier to get to. I elevate my head every night and I use the vibrator and usually I'm asleep before it goes off.

I thought that keeping my head and feet up would be good. That's why I bought the Easy Rest bed. The delivery was good except they broke a figurine I have at home, but it was replaced quickly by the Easy Rest office. They seemed to be in a hurry and just gave me a list of instructions, a simple paper that I could read... But am happy that I got my bed. I have to use the sit-up stuff because of my sleep apnea and almost every night I use the massage at least once to try to lull me to sleep.

I had a good experience. I'd recommend them. I like my Easy Rest. Everything is good with it, except for the price - it's too high. I bought it anyway.

I was hurt and paralyzed in 2005. I've been getting myself better and can walk again, so things have been moving again, so I thought I needed a better bed for me. I love the Easy Rest bed, but the only thing is my bed moves a lot. Other than that, I'm really happy with it. Before I was uncomfortable and now I can move around in bed easily. I love the fact that I can put the feet up because I hurt my foot a while back and it's really good to have my feet elevated. I'd recommend it to people. Most people don't want it, but for someone that has problems like me, it's a great thing. It's expensive though.

We are so happy with him. The delivery guys were good too.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of my back pain and arthritis. This bed is so much more comfortable than my previous bed, which I had for over a year. I’ve noticed that since using the Easy Rest, I wake up and my back don’t hurt. The features that I use the most are the lift, the sitting position and the vibrator. This is because I like to lie and watch television at night, and when I vibrate it, it helps my back. I love the Easy Rest bed. It’s one of the best beds I’ve ever had.

I sent in a card that I had in the mail and they made an appointment with me. They came, told me all about it and so forth and I thought, “Well, I think I need that” and bought it. Their delivery team was great. They let us clean under the bed before they put it up. They were young but they were very nice to us old people. That goes a long way for me.

I bought a new bed a couple of years ago and I had a hard mattress. It was too hard, I just couldn't sleep on it. I have back problems, and it got to a point where I couldn't sleep on that new mattress. Then I'd seen the ad about the Easy Rest bed and I tried it out. I love it. I love to put my feet up. They say that it helps your circulation and stuff if you raise it up a little. I don't raise it up that much but just enough to help me sleep better. I work the night shift and I could come in, fall asleep and I could wake up in the same position I slept in. Before, I used to toss and turn, couldn't sleep, and now I sleep like a baby.

I’ve had back trouble for a long time and I needed something to elevate my feet. So I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. It’s a very comfortable bed to sleep on, more comfortable than our previous bed. We still kept the old bed, though, because we had been changing the mattress from time to time, and that one has a new mattress on. My only difficulty right now with the Easy Rest bed is keeping the mattress covers on because when you raise the bed up, there’s nothing to keep the mattress cover underneath to the bottom.

Having had a lot of health issues lately has prompted me to purchase an Easy Rest bed. The feature that I use the most is the head part where it keeps it elevated. I use it every night. I was told it would be easier if I sleep with my head elevated because of my acid reflux. Wednesday I had to go to the hospital because I have what they call congestive heart failure. That’s where the fluids get up on your lungs and heart, so I have to sleep with my head up.

I wish I hadn’t bought my Easy Rest bed. I had another bed for 15 years and you can make it as soft as you want or as hard as you want it, so I really enjoyed it. But I’m 89 years old. In January, if I live to be in January of next year, I’d be 90. So when you’re 90 years old, you don’t think as good as you do when you’re younger; so you just do what somebody has asked you. The Easy Rest sales rep was really nice. He was the one who talked me into buying the bed. The delivery guys were real nice too. They took my other bed off and I had them set it on the other bedroom.

I have problems with my back and I have sleep apnea, it raises me up. With the Easy Rest bed I can breathe better and I like my head raised. The Easy Rest sales rep was very knowledgeable. He was nice and friendly. The delivery team were great. They were very professional, they got their job done, and they show me how to use the bed and answer all of my questions.

I'm very angry with my Easy Rest experience and very upset because I made a mistake. I ended up buying it because I felt sorry for the gentleman. He's a good talker. He put my name on it and then my daughter's name on it in case something happened to me. He was very nice and told me if I had any problem, to call him. What got me more upset was that he claimed that he had a daughter that died of cancer - a little girl - and he started crying.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I was moving and I needed a single bed. Compared to my old queen-sized bed of 20-some years the Easy Rest is a different thing altogether. You can sit up or put your feet up. I lay there and watch TV a lot. I also have a little problem breathing sometimes so I want it up a little bit when I’m sleeping. There are some things I’m not crazy about. The sheets keep coming off and the mattress keeps moving. So I’m not happy with that, but the rest of it is all right. It’s a good company. I haven’t had any bad experience with them. Their sales representative was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed after I saw it on the Internet and from a flyer. My previous bed, which I used for about 20 years, was a little more firm, but it wasn’t adjustable and it didn’t have the massager in it. The features I use the most in my Easy Rest bed are the adjustments for the head and the feet because I have slight lower back pain. The bed has helped some. I have noticed changes since using the bed.

I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy in my feet so we thought of having an Easy Rest bed. My mom has one but hers is just a full size and we know how it elevates your legs. So that was why we had had them come out and talk to us. But my only problem is where the massage or wave is. Up in my head, it massages or waves so hard it tickles my ear but I don't feel any of the massage on my legs and feet which is where I really want and needed it. Is there some way that it could be turned around because it massages real hard at the top but I don't feel it in my legs or feet. I've been meaning to call to see if that's normal because I had said one of the main reasons was for my legs and feet. Most of the time, we raise the feet but my husband and I also raise our heads.

I decided to get an Easy Rest for my husband’s back. The feature of the bed he uses the most would be the wave. The sales representative we dealt with was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was really good. They showed us how to use the bed. Overall, I’m glad I bought it.

I had received an advertisement for Easy Rest beds and I had been wanting another bed, a smaller bed because mine was a king size, the Craftmatic. So that's why I was interested in that. This new one is a lot more comfortable. My old bed was about 23 years old. It's been really good and my sister spent a night one night and her neck was hurting and I said 'Lie right here on this bed' and I put the massage on and she said 'I believe that helped my neck' and that it felt so good. I really like the massage because my other one didn't have that, the massage.

I had a good experience with Easy Rest. I wanted the bed for the different functions that it has, the vibration and the different positions. I'm enjoying the bed and I'm trying to get used to it. I'm trying some different positions and I like it. I don't have any complaints so far. I have back problem sometimes but now it seems that my back is not hurting so much. I'm satisfied with it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I got arthritis and it seems to be working out pretty good but am I too late to get a firmer mattress. I do like the vibration part. That puts me to sleep pretty good. I think it would be better if I had a firmer mattress underneath. They said something about I could get one of those but I had waited too long. I'll call and find out I guess.

I was checking out the Easy Rest bed thinking it might be a good thing. I needed a new mattress anyway so I went ahead and got it. I don't sleep in it. It's in my spare bedroom but I've laid on it and I know what it does. It would be very good for someone that had a bad back and you could adjust it to suit yourself.

I feel terrible when I get up in the morning. I can hardly get out of bed and I have an awful time and I just don't like it. For that kind of money, I say no way. I just don't want it. I just want to get rid of it. Initially, I sent in a card to Easy Rest to win a free bed and I figured that's what it was when they came. I didn't really realize what was going on until he was halfway through his demonstration and then I told him I couldn't afford it. It was too much and I kept telling it was too much money. I am a widow. My husband passed away in 2008 and I'm alone and I'm on a specific amount of money a month. Every time I told him no I couldn't afford it, he would talk to his boss and his boss would lower it. He came here at 6 o'clock at night. It ended at 10:30. This is way past my bedtime. I'm 85 years of age and I go to bed early.

The sales rep was pretty knowledgeable (but the bed's overrated, Easy Rest is just way overpriced). The two fellows that brought the bed... they did a quick run through of what the buttons did -- and I think they have some experience with assembling. After they got it set, I don't change it or anything. I leave it at exactly one place... This bed might be little more comfortable than my old one; however I purchased it because I thought that it was going to help my sleeping abilities at night and it doesn't seem to have done much for that. I'm not angry with my experience but I wouldn't suggest it to any of my friends.

I hadn't planned on purchasing Easy Rest but this woman kept talking to me and kept lowering the price until I felt that I'd be making a good deal, but it turns out I didn't make such a good deal. Their sales rep showed me a bunch of stuff about the bed but it’s not that great. And I'm not happy that I've got to pay all that extra to have it financed. I was about to hit the ceiling when I got the bill from Preferred credit. I was charged over a $1000 interest for it to be financed.

The salesman was great. They kind of caught my attention when they said there was a possibility of winning one but I've been in a hospital before and the beds are very comfortable and you could adjust them like that. But I'm a little bit disappointed that I paid that much money for it. The guy said it massages you. It doesn't massage. It's just like a vibration. I like the bed alright but we felt like we weren't informed right about the massage.

Comfortable. We raise the head when we're looking at the TV otherwise we sleep with it flat down. With the raising and lowering the foot makes it a little bit comfortable.

My back was still hurting when I bought the Easy Rest bed. It felt like my knee and my hip were not connected; it was really painful. So I got in my bed and turned on the part that makes the bed wiggle. When that thing cut off and I got out of bed, I had no more pain. I told my chiropractor that the other day. I’ve spent pretty good amount of money with him, and he said Good. But I haven’t really suffered any real bad thing since then. My son came here one day. I told him to come and try my bed, and he stayed there the whole time till he had to keep going. I think it helped him. The next day he was like in much better health.

I feel good in the Easy Rest. It's kind of hard but I'm getting a little comfortable in it (I don’t want a soft mattress so it's okay as far as the mattress that go). I got to watch where I sleep though, because sometimes I sleep almost near the edge and I end up almost going to fall. I got to get towards the middle of it... I use the vibrator or the massage sometimes when I do get aches and pains. It helps me out a lot and that's what I like about this bed.

My husband and I both use the bed. I am on oxygen and the Easy Rest bed helps my breathing. I especially like the feature where the front end raises up. On the other hand, my husband has the head of his bed raised up some to help his acid reflux. We both get a good night’s sleep on the Easy Rest bed. There’s no comparison with my previous bed as that one was just a place to lie down on. I like the people at Easy Rest. The sales rep was knowledgeable, and the delivery guys were very good. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I've been interested in the Easy Rest bed for about 6 or 7 years. I never felt like I could afford it because I've never even knew the prices. I knew they were pricey so I never even thought about it really until I realized that I needed that bed because it's a lot of trouble in a recliner and I felt that it would be more comfortable and I am from the first night I slept in it. I've been sleeping in that recliner for a year and a half - I didn't get on a flat bed - so I was delighted the first night and every night it just keeps improving. I can adjust it and I feel like because I have a lot of swelling in my legs that I enjoy the massage on. It relaxes me at night to go to sleep and I'm really enjoying it.

I saw it on the TV a few years ago when it was advertised so I decided to buy one. They have good customer service. The sales representative was excellent and the guys who delivered the bed were good. Easy Rest is much, much better than my previous bed. Easy to get on, excellent. I use the head lift when I'm watching TV.

We're pleased with the Easy Rest. We sleep a whole lot better at night. We decided to get it because my wife and I both were getting up every morning and we could hardly walk because our back or our legs were hurting us and we were hoping that maybe it would let us rest better. Our old bed was not good, period. Easy Rest is real good. I bring up my head and feet when I sleep at night. One thing my wife just told me is that we're having trouble finding sheets.

I purchased the Easy Rest for my wife and I to sleep better. At first I was uncomfortable in that and then I got used to it. It sleeps good. I feel like I rest easy and sleep better. Besides that I like the massage part of the bed and we like to elevate our feet at night. The sales representative that we talked to was really good and Eric from the delivery team was marvelous.

I had a hospital bed and they're not really nice to lie on so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I like raising the head part. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team did a good job.

Easy Rest came and talked with me into trying it out and so I did. The sales representative and the delivery team were really nice. I mostly use the right side because it’s where I mostly get on. I'd recommend the bed.

I got the Easy Rest bed for my wife Betty because she is not feeling well. Years ago we had a bed but she had problems getting up and down. It was a very big mattress and she's a little short so she can hardly get in and out. But with the Easy Rest, she's getting out of it. She sleeps all night and it’s very restful for her. She's enjoying the bed now. I use the vibrator quite a bit on me because I got a bad back. So it really has helped me as well. The sales representative that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was very good. They were in and out. I wasn't even ready for them. I'm very happy. We're really satisfied with it. I tell everybody about it around here.

My husband has bad circulation in his legs and I thought the Easy Rest bed's massage might help him. He has dementia so he hasn't been cooperating with me to use it as much as I thought he would. But when I use it, I mostly use it for lifting up the back. It was also nice that we got a very knowledgeable sales rep. He ran a video about the details of the bed. And the delivery team was very nice and very helpful. I ordered the bed up 28 inches and when it came, I didn't realize how high it was. So they lowered it for me and I didn't know that it came with adjustable legs which was a good thing. If I ever needed to be that high then I could put the legs back up.

I bought my Easy Rest bed on May 25th. I got it because it’s adjustable and the feature I like the most is the massager because I got back trouble. The sales representative showed me all about it. He got me some pillows and stuff to put under my head and a pillow to go under my legs. He was pretty good at demonstration. The delivery team was ok. They didn't take long to set up. Overall, the people are alright but I'm not too enthused about the bed really. I need a little bit softer mattress - it's a little hard.

I like the Easy Rest bed better than my old one. Their sales representative was good, provided a detailed description about the bed and answered all of my questions. The delivery team was good, too. They show me how to use the bed. So overall, it's good.

I use the Easy Rest bed to sit up at night. I raise the head up and watch TV. I like the bed but if I had my time to go over, I would never buy it. I would have never spent that kind of money if I had been in my right mind. But it's okay. It might be that later on, the bed might come in very handy after I get where I might not be able to walk or something like that.

So far, Easy Rest has been good. I had been wanting one for a while because I've got back trouble and leg syndrome. My knees give me a fit. My shoulder would be hurting nonstop so it really helps me sleep at night. I raise it up and my wife goes to sleep within five minutes. I'll be watching TV and she'd be asleep in just a very few minutes. It's a good bed. I'm getting my money for it. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and made it easy for me to get it. Not pushy at all. He worked with me and I'm very pleased with him. The two delivery guys that brought it were very good. They knew what they were doing. They come in and do it in a quick time and were gone. They were very nice and the girls I talked to on the phone have all been great, too.

We chose the Easy Rest because we like the adjustable features. The salesman, the product, and everything, we're satisfied so far with it. The only problem I had was they wanted to deliver on a Sunday. I said, "No way. I'm not here. We'd go to church on Sundays." Then they tried again, they wanted to do it again on Sunday. I said, "Look, you don't quite understand. I'm not available on Sundays for a delivery." So I had a little round with the guy on that. But we finally got it on a Saturday.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I have a bad back and I don't have as much pain now. I'm able to sleep a lot better. I try to put the head up or the legs so I can get to a certain position. My previous bed wasn't that comfortable.

I had a bed for over 30 years and loved that. But they're out of business now, so I picked out an advertisement for Easy Rest bed and called them. The saleswoman was very good. I explained my problem and she told me about the bed. I’ve had it for only about a month now and it’s about the same thing as my old one. I raise the headboard up because I can’t lay flat. When I lay flat, I wake up in the morning and my back is killing me. But I feel better with this bed because of that feature. It's good for my back. And since I had a stomach operation, it did help me out a lot. But I have to get used to the bed because my old mattress was half the thickness of the Easy Rest, and the new sheets are so thick.

I had a great experience with Easy Rest. I had a little problem with my back so I wanted a bed that I could rest easily. I wanted to be comfortable with the bed because I feel like my back was hurting me. I love the massaging part of the bed so I use it the most and it's very, very comfortable. The sales rep was very good to me and gave me everything and all the details that I could think about and the luxury of the bed. The delivery team was very accurate and delivered the bed on time. They placed and they did everything they would with the bed. It was good and they were nice. I didn't have problems with them.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I’m so happy to have it. At my age, I'm 71 years old, I really needed this bed. I purchased it because of the massage and the ability to sleep better and help the circulation of your blood and things like that.. and pain in your back and your foot, especially the way you sleep on a straight mattress for so many years. It’s a real help for me. I have four pillows right now with my Easy Rest pillow and at night I remove all of that. Then I put my bed up and sleep with my head up and my body down in the middle because it’s a good position for me personally.

I had a little brochure of Easy Rest, read it, and it sounded like what I wanted. And so I called the man. The man sold me on buying it. I cannot sleep on my back flat out. Thought maybe if I could get the Easy Rest bed where it was raised up, I could sleep on my back some. I can, so that's when I can sleep on my back some.

Had a very good experience with Easy Rest. The sales reps were very helpful as well as the delivery team.

Now I'm just resting so much better with my Easy Rest bed. I would recommend the bed to anyone.

I have noticed since using the Easy Rest that it's a lot better for me at night to have my head raised a little bit. I love my old bed but the only thing is it couldn’t raise the head.

It was for my boyfriend's back and he don't hurt as bad now. He raises the bed while I leave it down. I really like the bed and I'm glad that they sold it to me. I’m enjoying my bed.

I got an Easy Rest bed because it adjusts up and down so that you can sit up or put your feet up a little higher. The vibrator is the number one thing I enjoy. But it took me a while to get used to my Easy Rest bed. At first, it was hurting my back more than it was doing me any good because it was just too uncomfortable and really hard. But I finally have got used to it so I can rest a little better on it now. My back has gotten a little more adjusted to it.

We had gotten something in the mail saying we could register to possibly win one of six Easy Rest beds and we called as we've had the previous mattress for over 20 years. When the rep came out, we enjoyed the sales pitch that he had given and we thought, "Well, this is what we need." We like the Easy Rest a lot better than our old bed. We like the fact that we can raise it up to sleep better. We are not stuffed up nearly as much as we were with lying flat. The delivery team did a wonderful job of setting the bed up for us - we had no problem. The guy who came to sell it to us understood that we only have enough room for a queen size bed even though the girl on the other end of the phone kept trying to put us on a king size. So when the guys came out to put it up for us, it just fit right in the hole where it was supposed to sit. If anybody had any problems with anything as far as sleeping, their legs giving them a problem or any problem breathing, I would definitely highly recommend it, because it has helped us dramatically.

I paid a lot more for it than I could have gotten it for. I didn't realize at the time that other companies were selling them cheaper. But the Easy Rest does what it said it would do. And that’s what sold me on the deal. I would raise it up where I can watch TV in bed in the morning and at night.

The Easy Rest split two-bed thing is nice for both me and my husband. I appreciate the fact that I have the middle firm because I don't think I could have handled the soft. The mattress, during the night, depending upon how restless you are, you have to push them back in place in the morning, which is no big deal but it's a little aggravating. I'm hoping that they remain firm for many years because all it is is sponge. The sheets that they sent are not of the best quality. Also, their sales rep was very knowledgeable. The delivery team did a good job. Overall, Easy Rest is okay. I wish would've researched other products, but I did not. The cost is considerable but I can't say it constitutes the cost.

I decided to have an Easy Rest bed because of the price, and my sister had one and liked it. Since I got it, I often elevate it and it's been easier to get in and out of the bed. It makes it much easier to manage things and I like it very much.

Easy Rest is comfortable. Their sales rep was a good talker so I decided to get one. He did a good job of explaining all, and the price is right for me. However, I've had a problem because I didn't realize their interest was 17.99 and when I realized that, I took a loan out of my bank. I'll manage to take care of that. I'll take my time and pay it off. But other than that I've enjoyed it. I let my neighbors (who can't afford this and are disabled) turn on the massager and they love it. The bed also helps me with my arthritis in my shoulders and my back.

It’s good as anything you could expect. My wife has a lot of back problems so we purchased the Easy Rest. She likes the Easy Rest bed because she can adjust it up. We mostly use the bed with the head rest raised up. We seem to rest better with that.

I got this letter in the mail saying I could win an Easy Rest bed. The next thing I know, somebody’s calling me on the phone to come out. And when they got out here, we talked and I decided I’d get it. I don’t like it now. My feet won’t stay on it and I don’t sleep good. It’s not what I thought it was and to be as expensive as it is. But once you get it, there’s nothing you can do but keep it. I wouldn't recommend it, and I don’t know anybody else that would like it.

The Easy Rest bed is a good sleeping bed but it costs too much. They sent us something in the mail where you got to fill out a card and send it and you get a free bed but I sure didn't get a free one. I'm supposed to get a heating pad but I didn't get that. I do sleep a little different on it and I got my head raised up a little bit. But the sales representative never shut up talking. He came here about 1:30 and he didn't get out of here until 5:30. And the delivery team was late getting here. They said they would get here between 11 and 1. They didn't get here till about 5:30 and they showed me how to operate it. I'd recommend it to a friend because it's a good sleeping bed, but I'd tell them costs too much to buy.

The salesman was very good and talked us into buying the Easy Rest bed. I would rather have a softer bed but he suggested a firm one. We all enjoy it, and I like being able to raise the head up. We appreciate them coming by. Everybody was great.

I’ve been enjoying the Easy Rest bed. I purchased it because of the foot lift. I owned my old bed for about 12 years - I had a good bed - but it is the foot lift that I really wanted more than anything. Because I have a lot of problem with my feet, I used to sleep with a pillow under my feet and I don’t have to do that now. It does help my legs and the vibrator is good.

I got an advertisement in the mail for the Easy Rest bed and I looked it up on the internet. I made an entry so I can win a new bed, but I didn't win the bed. Then somebody called and wanted to know if they could come and demonstrate the Easy Rest bed. A gentleman did come, and I liked what he said. I'm 85 and my wife's 84 and anything that will help to make our bones comfortable, that's what we're looking for. So, I bought an Easy Rest bed. It’s excellent.

It’s comfortable and I like the way it raises my head up because I have reflux real bad. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and the vibrating thing helps with that.

I had a back surgery and I couldn't lay flat. Since using the Easy Rest bed, I was able to adjust it so I can stay in bed all night. It's a lot better than my old bed. I use the elevation and the vibrate every night. We're happy with it and it works well especially for me with my back.

I had looked at several more, but the man from Easy Rest that came did a real good job in his presentation. I owned the previous bed for 15 years. My old bed was a little bit softer and I’ve had to get used to this, but I’m working on it. I used the feature the most where I lift the head up when I watch TV. Sales representative was very knowledgeable, but there was a couple of things that he said that apparently they don’t have. Nobody’s ever called and asked me whether I like it or not or anything. I’ve never had a phone call since the day they brought it out here.
