Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

My old bed was shot. The mattress itself was gone, and I thought I was gonna get something, so I did and now I'm adjusting to the Easy Rest every day. When I need it, it's there. When I go into bed just to read or to do my crossword puzzle, I raise the feet and I raise the back. It's very comfortable. The sales representative was a very good salesman. The delivery team was very good too. However, I still did not get the free pillow they promised.

The young representative that we had talked to here made us decide to purchase the bed. Before, we had an air mattress for quite some time. We were really happy with it. But my wife and I are both comfortable with this Easy Rest bed and it got my wife out of a hospital bed. We always put it on the sitting up position because my wife's handicapped and it helps her sleep better. Although my wife admits to me that it doesn't sit up high enough.

We had a king-size bed and it was just a standard bed with a pillow top. I would always prop a little up when I'm trying to watch TV or read. That was one of the reasons why I wanted an adjustable bed. I needed a new bed and had made up my mind about a year and a half ago that the next bed I buy would be an adjustable bed. I had been looking around at different beds and was more impressed by the information I got from Easy Rest as far as the warranty that came with it and the fact that they would install it and take my old bed. So I got the one with the massage feature and I enjoy it.

Because of my health, I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. It helps a little bit although my back is still killing me. My old bed was horrible because it was falling. But with this new bed, we get to raise our head and feet quite a bit. We usually have the head and the feet up.

I sleep in the Easy Rest bed and use the vibrator once in a while when I'm working and sore. I put the vibrator on and I feel good. I had a king-size bed and the mattress don’t go out, and this one looks like it’s gonna be a little bit better. I'd recommend them.

Buying an Easy Rest bed was a good decision. I got a card or a brochure from them in the mail and I called them and within a day or two a salesman came out and gave me the whole spiel and a discounted price if I bought it that day. Delivery took a while but I can't believe how efficient they were because they had to move the other bed out before they could put this new bed and I had somewhere to put it to. And I like to use the head and leg feature of the bed. I have respiratory problems and I've got a fan and humidifier in the room with me but I was sleeping on 2 or 3 pillows. Now I'm still sleeping on 2 pillows but elevated.

The Easy Rest bed is mainly for my back as I have backache. I'm also deaf on one ear and I have a habit of laying on my sides. When you can't hear out of one ear, you try to drown out the noise with the other one by sleeping on your good one. I find sometimes it's very hard to raise the bed and sleep that way coz you usually have to lay on your back. I like to lay on my sides, and I found that it's hard to lay on my back all the time. And Easy Rest is much more comfortable than my old bed. The sales representative, Kim, was very, very good and very thorough in explaining the bed to me. The delivery team was also very, very nice. I have an L-shaped stairway which made it very hard to get up, but during delivery they were very cautious about not breaking anything or damaging the walls and they were very polite and mannered. It is a very nice bed.

I really like the Easy Rest bed when I saw it on TV. So when they came out talked to me, I decided to get one. And now, I'm resting much better. It is much different with my old bed because now I can raise it up. I do the head raise and it makes me feel and rest better. Also the massage, I use that quite a bit and it just soothes my body.

I would recommend the Easy Rest bed. I like to use the adjustable features of the bed and the massage. The sales representative was great and the delivery team was good.

They're older and the previous bed they had was a regular flat bed. They needed the comfort of being able to adjust the Easy Rest to get in and out and sitting up when they weren't feeling well. They also like raising the head part up.

I have swelling in my legs and I am hard to breathe and the Easy Rest bed helps. I use its features every night. The salesman was great.

I thought an Easy Rest bed would be helpful to me but as I was looking at the payment and the price of it, it turned me off. It's a lot of money for a queen size bed so I'm really sorry I bought it. First of all, the rep said there was going to be a free hundred dollar pillow but what I got was a small, tiny pillow. I know that it was no hundred dollars and surely he was out just to get some money off of me. I can sense that he'd just get the dollars off of me but that doesn't make sense to me. I shouldn't have used my money in buying that little bed. I didn't realize it would be that much money. He said to me if I don't choose it that day, it won't be the same price if we should come back. That affected my decision to get it. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. My children told me not to buy it but I thought I would enjoy sleeping in it. I had only slept on it one time since I had it. The price is ridiculous. You can buy a car with that ton of money. Everybody getting a chunk of money and I'm the one paying. It's just very upsetting.

I'm not at all happy with Easy Rest. It was my husband that wanted it. I insisted that we not get it because we did not have the money for it, but the salesperson that demonstrated contacted me with somebody else in the office and they brought the price down. It was still way beyond our means but my husband kept begging for it. I finally gave in. The first night I slept on it, I was looking forward to a good night of sleep. I woke up the next morning with my back hurting. I didn't sleep any better than I slept on my mattress I've had for 27 years. I don't like the fact that I have the double bed size but the regular double bed sheets that says queen-size bed sheets are too big. Every morning I have to remake the bed because I don't have sheets that fit it. If you're going to sell a mattress that size, you should provide sheets for sale that would fit it. I don't like the way the side of the mattress slides down. I slid right out of it one morning. I would like my old bed and money back, but I know that they won't do that. I'm dissatisfied.

It was hard for me to get out from my old queen-sized bed because of my back and my knees. So I bought an Easy Rest and there's been a great change since I started using it. I can get up the bed better now than I used to.

The advertiser guys from Easy Rest showed me a little video that showed people that had some problems with their back and some other things. They were so much better after they got sleeping on that bed with their back in a good position. Then he made me a good deal on the bed so I went ahead and decided I'd go with it. After using the bed it seemed to me my back's a lot better. I've always had some back pains. I got a flat bed that I was sleeping on and it really hurt my lower part. I just could not get going until I was up for a little while and then finally start feeling a little better. But now it don't hurt as bad. I raise the head and then my feet in a comfortable position. It’s a little comfortable that way. I don’t use the vibration very much. And the experience has been really good so far. The delivery team set the bed up pretty quick. They carried my old mattresses out. They did a good job. I'd recommend it.

I have thought a long time about wanting an Easy Rest bed so I bought it. I read a lot and usually when I go to bed at night, I read for 30 minutes or sometimes an hour before I go to sleep and I thought that would be ideal. In addition to that, I have allergies sometimes and that makes me cough when I lay down flat. So if I elevate my head, I don't cough as much if my allergies were acting up. So I'm a little more relaxed with the Easy Rest. I use the reclining the most. I use the massage occasionally but not as much as I do the reclining.

I have breathing problems, heart problems, and water in my feet. When I first got my Easy Rest bed, it was worse than sleeping on the floor. I got to get used to it, I have no choice now. I raise the head up a little bit, that’s it, but pillows do the same thing. And the guy that sold it to us was okay but he’s not a therapist or somebody like that to say that it’s gonna help a person with their breathing problems. He should not tell a customer that it’s good for you, that it’ll help. That’s the reason why I bought it. Actually, if I had owed the money to Easy Rest instead of the bank, I would have stopped paying them on it. Overall, I’m sorry I got it but I’m stuck with it. It would never happen again and I would never recommend it to anybody. That’s how upset I am about it.

I hurt my back and my hip about a year and a half ago by picking up too much that I shouldn't have been and I was desperately in pain, and still am. But this bed has helped tremendously. I like to put my feet on the head end of the bed and raise them up as high as I can to get the blood circulating back into my body out of my legs and feet. And that takes the pressure off my back also, and raise up the foot of the bed just a little bit where it fits my spine and hip. The bed is tremendous, its done me a lot of good. I'm not hurting near as bad as I used to.

I thought I could use the head lift and the foot lift so I bought the Easy Rest bed. I find it very comfortable. I use both the headrest and the footrest because I'm more comfortable sleeping that way. I don't use the mechanical vibration very much. And I was very well satisfied with the experience. The sales representative was very reasonable, took a lot of time explaining it to me and showing me how it would work, and the delivery was very good. They're very efficient and very fast. I have already mentioned to a few people but they're not ready to do anything yet.

My Easy Rest bed is not what they said it was gonna be. They didn't tell me the truth about it. Compared to my old bed, this is good enough for me. I just lie on it straight. But I wouldn't buy another one.

My wife wanted something different than what we had and she felt it would be comfortable so we bought the Easy Rest bed. I like the raising of the head and legs. The delivery guys were very good, very polite and very cautious with what they did and the way they moved stuff. I would recommend them.

I'm very, very happy with the bed. I've been having a problem with my back and had tried to use a massage but it didn't seem to do real good. The representative came to introduce me to the Easy Rest bed and I was so excited. I said, "Wow. That sounds wonderful." She did some tests and how the bed massager would feel and I really got sold out. I love it. I shared them with other people. I told them, "You don't wait till you get a back pain. Do it now before you start having back pains and solve the problems then." My brother-in-law went ahead and bought an Easy Rest bed and he loves it.

My experience with Easy Rest is wonderful. I purchased the bed because my husband had a stroke and I didn't want that to happen no more. It's the best to help him have a good night's rest. So I got the bed for him. The sales representative that helped me with my order was very good, provided me a detailed description about the bed and answered all of my questions. And the delivery team was marvelous. They showed me everything.

I've been kind of disappointed with Easy Rest. I can't stay in the bed and it constantly wants to slide me out. It's like somebody wore down the side that I use, the left side. I bought it because it just sounded right to buy it at the time. Before this, I had a hospital bed. Now I use this new bed just to elevate my head and my legs because I have a lot of swelling or edema. The sales associate I got to talk to was very knowledgeable. He was a very good salesman. So, I was satisfied with the experience. I was just disappointed with the bed.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I thought it would help me sleep but it hasn't. I'm still suffering from insomnia. In certain ways my previous bed was more comfortable. This bed, the mattress is too soft. I use just the head, the feet thing just crimps the bed up. It makes like a V and that's not comfortable, so I don't use the foot thing at all. Having a demonstration bed that I could try out ahead of time would have been very helpful. I would have insisted that I have some place to go to try it out. See I bought it and you have no opportunity to test it. All you go on is the internet presentation. And that's a lot of money, $7,300. I'm really very disappointed with it. My experience hasn't been good.

I had medical problems and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help, and it did. I have a deteriorating disc in the back, rheumatoid arthritis, and acid reflux so I had my foot and head raised. I also use the massage and it helps a lot. It was hard to get the bed in and the delivery guys had to take the bed apart. But they knew how to do it and get it back together. It worked out well.

I had a regular mattress and it was getting kind of lumpy and old. My back was starting to hurt, so I decided to try the Easy Rest bed. The sales rep I talked to was very knowledgeable and the delivery team just came in here, set it up and left. It was that easy. I've had the bed for a couple of months. I think I sleep better because I don't have any aches or pains when I wake up. I wake up without any symptoms. So it's doing what the advertisement said it would do.

The guys were nice putting it up. They were concerned about the height of it, but they put it up like the man measured. And that night, my husband and I had to call 911 because he slipped out of it. He didn't hurt himself but he landed where his belt is on the edge of the bed and then his head and all was on the bed and the feet were in the floor. I ran into the kitchen and got a bar stool and shoved it between his legs so he wouldn't fall on the floor. Then I called 911 to get a couple of men to help me get him up and get him back in bed. The next day I got my neighbors to bring the bed down. And that's what the problem was, it was too high. I think it was a mistake when they set it up because the salesman measured me for 27 inches. And what they did, they measured 27 inches from the top of the bed and not from the bottom of the bed. And they should have measured to the top of the mattress. I think it was an honest mistake but everything turned out alright.

The idea of being able to get pressure off of my back made me purchase the Easy rest bed, and it's the best bed I've ever slept in. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team, I had no problem at all with them. They were on time. It took them no time to get the bed up and he showed me how to work the bed, and had me to even get on the bed so I can work the bed before he left so that I knew exactly what I was doing. And I really love the bed. I like that it raises the legs and the head. I have problems with my back and my hips so that really takes pressure off those areas and allow me to sleep. Sometimes I turn the massage part on and it really relaxes my shoulders. And when I get up in the morning, I don't have to get up and hold on to the furniture to be able to walk. I can just get out of the bed and just take off. It's a dream come true.

The wife really isn't that happy with the Easy Rest bed. I'm pleased with the bed itself but I think we need to get somebody out here to try to adjust something. I don't know what's wrong with it myself. We tried changing the mattress around and that didn't work. We decided to purchase it mainly because of the salesman. He was pretty good. And also because of our problems with our health. We figured it would help healthwise. Although I don't think that the bed can really help me with my ailments as far as my back and leg. I don't think anything is gonna help it. Mostly when I use the bed, I raise my feet and head and I also use the vibrator almost every night.

I'm so used to sleeping in the recliner that I have to be in the right mood in order for me to go to sleep in the Easy Rest bed. It's a good experience but I'm just not used to it yet. I had a futon that I was sleeping on and the mattress was shot. I knew I was going to have to replace it and I thought that I needed an adjustable bed. I use the adjustability feature - getting used to sleeping with my feet elevated. The vibration wasn't exactly what I was expecting it to be and I haven't used it that much. The sales representative told me everything about the bed and he did a good job. The delivery team was great except they walked off and left their power drill here. I was expecting them to come back but they didn't. The bed is what I expected and not expected. I'm satisfied with it.

I like the Easy Rest very much. I have acid reflux and I was using a lot of pillows to keep my head raised at night and it just wasn't working. I had a telephone call from Easy Rest and I decided to try it and I'm very happy that I did. I have the head raised on the bed. I also like the vibrator. I haven't used it that much yet but it's also very relaxing. The end of the bed comes up, too, if you want that.

My Easy Rest bed is fine. I don't have a problem with it. My back is a little bit better since using it. I don’t use sitting up or the foot piece or the vibrator. I just sleep on my bed and my grandchildren like the bed better than me.

I don't have the sinus drainage at night using the Easy Rest bed because I raise the head a little bit. I always had a lot of coughing but I don't have that now. I have trouble with my legs and I wear those heavy duty stockings. And since I've been raising the foot of the bed for a half an hour or so whenever I have a little problem, I haven't had to wear the stockings. My legs are so much better. We enjoy the bed. I had it made two inches higher than my other bed because my other bed was too low and I'm glad I didn't go any higher than two inches because I'm short in the legs. It worked out well for us. I definitely recommend it.

I got a problem with my legs and my back and my husband decided to get me a bed where I could get in and out because my legs and my feet hurt so bad, so he got me an Easy Rest. Their sales rep was very, very knowledgeable and my experience with the crew that delivered the bed was wonderful. They were in and out with no problem. They took my other bed where I wanted them to put it. They're great... I like using the vibration on my bed. It helps me go to sleep.

We really like our bed. I've been sleeping flat on it. It’s really doing me a lot better. It is a lot better than our old one. We bought the Easy Rest because our backs hurt and so far it has helped us with our back problems. Plus I like the vibration! The sales representative was really good. He explained everything and showed us everything. I had no problem with the delivery team either. They were really nice.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I'm a little on the disabled side and I needed something that I could sit up and sleep. However, my other disability is keeping me from sleeping in it anymore. I need back surgery. They're in the process of getting me a shot that will numb the back problem then I'll be able to get in the bed again. But I did use it for a week. I like using the head up position. I felt confident in the bed because when the delivery people got here, they had a part that was non-functioning and they took it off right in front of me and put the new one on. The salespeople and the people on the phone have all been wonderful. The bed is so comfortable you don't want to get out of it.

When I got the brochure in the mail about the sweepstakes thing, I sent it in. They called me and came out and talked me into getting it and I did. When they delivered the bed, they put it together, showed me how to use the bed, etc. It didn't take them no time. They came in and they were gone... I always wanted an Easy Rest. This is the first time I own one and I’m loving everything about it. My old bed which I owned for 10 years was good too, but I didn't have no elevation. You just lay one way. You couldn't operate it up and down.

I've had an Easy Rest bed before but it was not the same mattress on this bed. I liked the other one. It was what they used in spaceships and that’s what I thought was on it. I have congestive heart failure and accumulate quite a bit of fluid in my legs and my ankles so I need to sleep with them elevated. I can go to bed and by the time that I get up in the morning, it is all out of my ankles, which is what the doctor wanted me to do. If anybody has a problem with having to use two pillows at nighttime, they need a bed that will raise up like that. However, one of these days, I’m going to have somebody come out because when I put the head of the bed up, it catches on something and it’s tearing the mattress.

Easy Rest is fantastic. My husband had recent surgeries, wherein one was an open heart surgery in October last year, so I thought he would rest better being able to raise the head and feet position... and he does. It seems that he rests better with his head a little bit higher. The sales rep seemed very knowledgeable. He got the point across real good. The delivery team did a fantastic job. They came and put the bed together. I recommend it.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very nice. He took his time and explained everything. The delivery team was excellent. They were on time and they set it up and explained everything to us. It was a very nice experience and I enjoy my Easy Rest bed. Since I started using it I sleep better, because it seems like it's a better mattress than our previous bed which we had for about 20 years, and I like the massage feature of it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a really good salesman. He covered pretty much everything. However I'm 84 and there's no darn reason I needed an expensive bed. I don't have a car right now and I really needed a car. I really should have never minded the bed and got a car. Now, I cant afford a car. I'm not dissing it or anything. It’s a good bed. It’s just not helping me as much as what I figured it would. I did all of the little put it through its phases, the whole thing and I don't sleep any better or any worse. One night I do one position, laying down flat. The next night I do my head up and my feet up a little bit. I figured that's the only way I'm going to find out which position is helping me the most. But I cant see whether I'm any better off than I was before.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest bed very much and use it every night. Even my dog likes it too. She lays there, likes the vibration and it puts her to sleep same as me. I'm very well satisfied with it. I like the feature where the head raises up. I watch TV and videos a lot of times in bed and that's the way I like - to sit up and watch them. I also use the massaging every night. It puts me to sleep and I generally sleep with my feet and my head up so I'm sleeping on my back which normally, I would sleep on my side.

I like my old bed very well. It was a harder mattress which is better on my back and it was an expensive mattress which I got a good service out of it and I could turn it from one side or another which I thought made it last longer that way. There were a lot of things I like about it better but I wanted an adjustable bed and bought the Easy Rest. But I wish I had checked in a couple more before I fully decided which if I had to do it again, that's what I would have done.

I decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed because of the range of motion that it would give me and the vibrating massage parts. The old bed that I had for 5 or 6 years kept losing air. Since using the bed I feel like I’m sleeping in this nice cocoon. It’s got the soft top and it still is supportive with that but it’s just very comfortable. I use the vibrating feature the most. However, I don’t feel the roller system going from head to toe like I think it should. I've been trying to call somebody about that to see if I’m doing something wrong.

I purchased an Easy Rest because of the back problem that I've had. My old bed was alright to a certain extent but it seems like whenever I lie on it, I couldn't get into a position where I could ease the pain in my back. Now I've been sleeping a whole lot better at night. My back has eased up quite a bit. I use the elevated part of the bed and it helps my back. The sales rep was very good and knew what they were talking about. Delivery men were well-equipped with the merchandise. They knew how to put it together and they weren't here very long to put it. The only thing that I have with the bed is it's not firm enough. Other than that, the bed is perfect. It's the best bed you could ever have and I would recommend it to anybody.

I raise the mattress up most of the time because I sleep on my back and the bed works like a recliner. The sales rep was fairly knowledgeable about the bed but the way the Easy Rest bed was demonstrated was kind of misleading. The delivery team brought in the bed, showed and pushed the buttons and that's it. But my wife doesn't like the bed. I think we should be asked to lay down on the bed during demo with the protective cover on the mattress and see whether we like it or not, but they don't do that. They just sell it, come deliver it, and they're through with you. And they get you on credit, I don't think they should be like that, especially at our age. I think this is kind of outrageous.

The Easy Rest is so nice I wouldn't take a million dollars for it. When I watched the film and the sales rep described it to me, she put all these pillows on my bed, went and took this thing and turned this on... and my back felt like a new one. That's why I bought it. I sleep better, as I had been sleeping on the couch for 7 years. It works wonders for my legs and the acid reflux. I don't have to use as many pillows to prop the head up and I love the memory pillow. I just love the bed!

The bed is not as soft as I was expecting it to be, it's too hard for me, and the sales rep said it would help me but it didn't. I have arthritis and thought it would help my legs so I bought it... but everybody would be different than me because I got arthritis so bad. Anyway prior to owning an Easy Rest, I used to sleep in a recliner as I couldn't sleep in my old bed. I didn't like it because I can't sleep lying flat down.

It’s not what I thought it was. I would've kept my old bed. I thought the Easy Rest bed would be helpful to my back, and it was not, but it’s made me worse. It’s got some nice features to it like the vibrator. But for the up and down, I have to put it all the way down just like my flat bed and use my pillows. I get a cramp when I get up. I use the vibrator feature the most. It helps with the pain in my back. But if I had known what I know now, I wouldn't have bought it. But now I've bought it, I’d have to live with it.

I'm having trouble with my legs, have diabetes and couldn't get the swelling down. I was hoping to be able to elevate it to some extent at night, and the Easy Rest bed has helped reduce the swelling in my legs; they went from the ankles to the knees. The swelling would come down a little bit and it would stabilize out. It has definitely come down more since I've had the bed. I'm able to elevate it enough to make a difference. Sometimes I wish I could elevate my feet a little bit more but it reaches a point that it cuts off, but it's all right now. This seems to be working well enough.

I liked the way the Easy Rest representative demonstrated the bed to me, so we decided to get it. I rest better especially now that I have my pillow. I turned it on last night for the vibration. Oh, man, that was really good and I've been enjoying it. I like raising the head up when watching TV or reading; I also raise the foot of the bed up. I don't like my head real low, and my feet swell. With the bed, I'm able to elevate them better. The only thing is I've got to get the sheets, so I was going to call and ask how to get sheets that fit this bed.

I bought an Easy Rest bed to drain my legs at night. Now my legs are better. I did like my old bed very much at the beginning but I never could get my legs up the way they should be on pillows. So the Easy Rest is much better for anybody that has circulation problems. Everything that the Easy Rest sales representative told us about the bed turned out to be true. He was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions. The delivery team was good too. They were helpful. They moved the old bed out to the garage and were organized and didn't break anything. They came when they were supposed to. I would recommend it. In fact we have recommended it to other friends although nobody's taking us up on it yet. I'm happy with it. Although I think it's rather expensive that when I recommended it to friends, they were surprised about how much it costs.

I got an Easy Rest bed as I felt I needed it. I have arthritic problems and can breathe much better at night with the adjustment to sit up. I've used both ends of the bed - the bottom end with my feet up, and the top end, so I can breathe much better. The delivery guy forgot to put some of the bolts in, but I had it fixed. He moved the beds around; that was the problem, so when he put it back together, he didn't put it back together fully.

My experience with Easy Rest has been wonderful. I really, really like the way I feel when I get up in the morning. Its helped my back an awful lot, so I am just thrilled that I was able to do it, and I thank you all for allowing that to happen too. I was familiar with that type of bed because my parents owned them back years ago in Florida, and when we would go home at Christmas, Mom would always let us have their bedroom so we could lounge on those wonderful beds. So when my back started bothering me and my hip, I have some major problems with it, I thought back on that bed that we used to sleep on at Christmastime. I know this would be helpful to me, so I decided I'd do it because I know it is good. We'd drive for almost two days, and when you lay on that bed and wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, it makes you feel 100%. I knew what I was getting, and it didn't disappoint me.

I had back surgery and back aches and I couldn't sleep right so I purchased an Easy Rest. It helps a lot with my acid reflux and since I got my Easy Rest, I feel better and sleep better.

The only thing I'm a little concerned about is that it has a slight indentation (just slight, not bad) where I've been sleeping and it hadn't gone back to normal. So I'm waiting if it gets worse I'm going to call the salesman up. Other than that the Easy Rest bed works good, works great. We sleep better. We normally sleep with the head raised just slightly and now my wife sleeps better than she did with the other mattress. As a matter of fact she used to get up with her back hurting and whatnot and now she gets up fine. It really has helped her probably more than me. Also, I've got a back problem so I sit with the vibrator on with the back raised up. I'm enjoying it.

We have had an Easy Rest bed for years and years and years... We had one that was two beds put together and after my husband passed away, I bought another one that was queen. I had that for about 11 years and my son needed one so I got that one for him and got this new one for myself and I just love it! I have a heart problem so I have it up a little bit and it helps with that.

I have problems with my back, and my husband does too, so I thought it might be a good idea to try an Easy Rest bed. I rest much better now and the massage helps too. I used to try to do that in the mornings to get my blood pressure going before I get up and first thing when I go to bed at night. I use it pretty flat; on occasion I use the headboard up, which is good. I also use the footboard up because I do have trouble with my legs. The sales rep was pretty knowledgeable. He was very good because anything we asked, he had an answer, and his answer was not like that of a salesperson. It was more like down-to-earth way of expressing himself. The delivery team was great; no problem with them whatsoever.

My legs swell and I've got a lot of arthritis and breathing problems, and so I bought the bed. Now I am breathing better but I did a lot of other things to improve that. I'm a diabetic and I gave up sugar. But as far as using the bed, I put the head up and the foot sometimes. I think there probably has been an improvement. I still wake up sometimes like I'm so stiff in the morning but a little moving around and I'm getting better.

I purchased my Easy Rest bed because of my back. It's about the same with my old bed but I like the Easy Rest bed's feature that lets me raise the head which helps with my acid reflux.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I have reflux. I use the head elevation but I don't know if it has helped as I use a stack of pillows anyway. I love the massage, vibrator, and the head elevation. But the experience with the delivery team was weird. I told them to come in the front door because it goes straight to the bedroom. They ignored me and came in the side door. I told them to put the bed that was in my room in the spare room, and they threw it out on the lawn; they were going to take it with them. I said, "You're not taking my bed. I told you to put it in the other room." So they put it back in. That was not very nice. They had to put the bed together and they said, "Do you have pliers?" I had to go to my husband's toolbox and get pliers. It's as if these guys did not know what they were doing.

The Easy Rest is a little different than my old bed but I'm getting used to it and it's so comfortable.

I read about Easy Rest bed in a magazine and I wanted to try it, so I called and got somebody to send me the brochure and then I ordered it. Everything's really nice and I love it very much. My old bed was nice and I loved it but with the Easy Rest bed, I can sit up in bed and watch TV or raise my legs because I got arthritis in my knees because I'm 85 years old. And I'm glad that my Easy Rest representative was very good, very knowledgeable. He showed me and told me everything about it. It was exciting so I got it. And the people who came to set it up showed me everything about it. And actually it is very simple, very easy, and very good. In fact, I've already recommended it to many friends.

I was having problems with my back pains in the morning and when I'm tired. That's why I bought the bed. And now that I use it there's not much pain anymore. I put the headrest and the legs up. But right now I can't get used to the bed. I lie down at night when I'm tired. When I fall asleep, it's like my body conforms to the foam mattress and then sometimes when I move around, I start to feel that my knees hurt. Then when I do that my shoulder joints are also starting to hurt. I'm trying different ways on how to sleep. And one time, when I walked in the room, I heard a noise and the motor was running. I tried to use the remote and it wasn't working. I couldn't stop the motor from running and it wasn't moving so I thought I'll unplug it and then start over to see what happens.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I had back problems. The representative that I talked to was real knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. The delivery people did a good job. They got it all together pretty quickly. I'm still getting used to it, but I put my legs up and they won't be swollen so much in the morning. It also makes me feel better because I like the vibrating portion and the heat coming up, and it gets me in a better sleeping position. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

My wife had a different adjustable bed that she had for many years. She really had a lot of success and enjoyment and it’s helped her physically. Compared to the old bed that she had for at least 10 years, the Easy Rest is a quieter bed. That’s the basic difference. Plus the mattress system is with this foam on top of the mattress. The sales rep did a very professional job but we had a little problem with delivery because they were delivering two beds. At first they brought the wrong bed in. They set that up and it wasn't the right size and it didn't have the automatic adjustable thing. We told them that we didn't order this thing. So they checked it again and saw that they brought the wrong bed in. They had to take it apart, bring it back out, and bring the other bed in. So it was a little confusing. But overall, it’s a very nice bed. And I really like the adjustable feature. It’s nice to lay in bed at night and watch TV in a sitting position with my legs up. Plus it’s a comfortable bed. It’s very relaxing, and easy to fall asleep in.

My experience with Easy Rest was all great. The bed's great although it's hard to stay awake when I first got it. But I would recommend it.

When the person started calling me about this bed, and was talking with my husband every day, twice a day, I finally decided to have an interview with him. And then after he got here and I determined the price of it and I weren't able then to really afford it, the representative that came to the house called back to the office, to his manager. The gentleman just keep cutting and going down and making it cheaper so then I decide to get it. But really I needed a set of mattress and this fellow calling, he was just so consistent in going over the features of the bed, so I had it. I wasn't expecting the delivery team would get it so quick but they came in and put it up. It wasn't that long and everything went smooth.

We bought the Easy Rest because it's adjustable. It comes in handy for reading. I like it's flexibility and it being a twin bed compared to our old one. It met our needs.

I'm not really happy with the bed but I have no choice right now. I fell out of the bed 3 times and my husband fell out twice. It's not comfortable. It just looked comfortable and nice. The Easy Rest sales representative convinced us to buy it. He was pretty knowledgeable and he's a very good salesman. The delivery people were very nice, too. So I thought we could make a king size bed out of it but it really doesn't work that way and we have two twin size now. They tried to put it together but I can't make the beds now. I can't even buy sheets for these beds. We're just stuck with this. It's not a very good bed and we have to live with it.

I never did sleep on my old bed because I can't sleep on the mattress. I slept on the couch the whole time. But with my Easy Rest bed, I get to sleep good. I enjoy all of its features. I love to sleep on it.

My husband has back issues. He also has lymphedema which makes his legs swell. He needs to keep his legs elevated. To help him with his medical conditions, we decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed and it has really helped his legs 100%. Aside from raising his legs, he also likes the bed’s massage feature. He turns it on when he's elevating his legs at night and uses the massage for his back. He has really been able to rest a whole lot better since we had purchased the bed. Also, the sales reps were very nice and the deliverymen were two of the sweetest young men doing deliveries that I have met in a long time. They did a great clean-up job and made sure that we understood everything about the controls. They were just very nice. We are just very pleased with our bed right now and I would most definitely recommend Easy Rest to anybody that would ask me about it.

My husband has cancer in his spine and he was having trouble sleeping, even in our very comfortable old bed. The few times that he was in the hospital with an adjustable hospital bed, he could move the bed during the night in different positions and receive relief. So we just decided we needed something like that in our home and purchased an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, and the delivery team was good, too. We didn’t have any problem with them setting it up. We were going to give our old bed to our daughter, and they moved it out to our garage so that it could be picked up later by my daughter and her family. So everything worked out well, just as they said it would.

Easy Rest does help when the legs are up and you can adjust the body the way you want to. You can get your rest right. It is much, much better than my old bed. The sales rep was real good and I also had a good experience with their delivery team. They did everything I expected them to do. My only issue is that they forgot to leave me the brackets for the headboard. But overall, I have and would still recommend Easy Rest.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I like using its massager most of the time. The person who came and demonstrated, Lisa, was very knowledgeable. The delivery team was also very nice and they asked if I had any questions and gave me a little preview of how to do the bed. I would recommend it to a friend. As a matter of fact, I have said something to a good friend already.

I have problems with my neck. I fell down and I had to have a Arnold-Chiari malformation surgery. It hurts when I walk and so when I heard about the Easy Rest bed, I said 'I need it.' Also, their sales rep and the delivery team were really knowledgeable about the bed.

Our experience with Easy Rest has been pretty nice. We're getting used to the bed. Before my husband always used to pile pillows to make them bigger, now we simply raise the head of the bed up every night. The Easy Rest team was really nice. They did everything they were supposed to do.

I put that in the mail and then one of the Easy Rest representatives called me. He came in to my house and was very knowledgeable. He told me different things about the bed, answered all my questions, and did a good job. I liked the bed so I bought it. They delivered the bed and they were very competent. They came and they set it up for me, and they also helped me with the other bed and put them both together.

I love Easy Rest. Since I've been using it my back don't hurt quite a bit like it used to be and I can lay in there and get the vibrator going and it relaxes me good. Their sales rep and delivery team were really good, too.

Easy Rest is not quite what I thought it would be but it's okay. We got it because my husband and I both have some health issues and we thought it would help. I've had a flare up and I'm in too much pain that I can't tell if anything's helping but we're finding the bed harder than what we expected it to be. So we called them. They told us we'd have up to 90 days before we can get another mattress where the insert would be softer. My husband called and told them to change it around and to see if that would work and if we would like it better. So we're trying to see how that's going to work out for us. So far, I use the elevated part because I have reflux real bad. It's better than sleeping on 3 or 4 pillows.

After replacing my bed of eight years and using the Easy Rest bed, it seemed like I've been resting better. I like the fact that it’s adjustable because I rest comfortable that way. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and my experience with the delivery team was excellent. Overall, everything was fine.

My dad had an Easy Rest bed and I heard how quiet the motor was and saw how easily it worked. I decided to buy one for myself because I was hoping it could help my back, which has been bothering me for a long time. The features I use the most were the adjustability for sitting up a little bit and the vibrator, which is really relaxing. It has helped my back. Their sales rep was real knowledgeable and knew all about the bed. I’ve also had a great experience with the delivery team. They came when they said they would and they were quick. The only problem I had was it was a little expensive, but I guess if you're getting an adjustable bed it's going to be expensive. But they were really willing to work with, and they worked with me on everything so it's a good deal.

My wife was having problems breathing and she could only sleep in the recliner that would raise up and down. Because of her condition, we decided to get an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was knowledgeable. I think he uses an Easy Rest himself so he knows about the bed. The delivery team was great and really helpful. Now my wife has been sleeping with the head elevated, which is the position she needs to sleep in. As for me, I use the feature for raising the feet up. I also use the elevation of the head to get me into a position where I’m really comfortable while sleeping on my back. I enjoy the bed and I appreciate it. I would definitely recommend it.

I seem to be sleeping a little bit better on the Easy Rest bed. I had a total ankle replacement. I got four pins in my left ankle and two artificial knees, major surgery on my back. I have difficulty walking; by nighttime, my ankle is about the size of a football. I have to elevate it a little bit, and the vibration relaxes it and the swelling goes down. The sales representative was knowledgeable but he took all the instructions with him. I had to call the main headquarters three times in order to get somebody to send me the instructions on how to operate the bed. Finally after the third time, I told them, "It's either you send me the instructions or you come and pick the bed up", so they sent me the instructions. I had to figure out everything and it took a while to learn where the controls where and how to operate them but by the time we got the instructions, we already knew how to use it. The one thing I don't like about the Easy Rest is it has got two different separate mattresses and my wife and I can't cuddle because of the ridge in the middle.

I’m getting better rest, and there is no comparison with the old bed that I had. I use all of the features of the Easy Rest bed. I have back problems and I stay home a lot so I use it sometimes when I'm watching TV - I lie down. It's more comfortable and I enjoy it. I’d recommend it.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed because my back bothers me and I can adjust the bed. Since using it, I don't wake up with this burning pain in my hip. With my old bed, I toss and turn all night and wake up hurting. I can prop up my head and sometimes I read in bed. It's very comfortable.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought it was cheap. I've had it for two years now and I like putting its head part upright. But I can't get the little button that raises it and lowers the bed down to work right. I like my old bed better.

If I had my time to do it over again, I wouldn't have gotten my Easy Rest bed. I thought that it would be more comfortable than it is, and it’s not. And it’s way too expensive and just nothing about it that I’m happy with. I was told that I could get the mattress cover. The representative did not tell me that if it wasn't the right one, they would charge me way more than one what would cost to ship it in. The representative did suggest the firm one which was not good for my size, but he did not tell me that.

In the beginning, I used the vibration on the Easy Rest the most, but since then I don't use it as much. I purchased the bed for sleeping at night and it has helped.

I was very happy with my previous bed, but the motor on that bed broke. And then, I saw that Easy Rest had similar features as my old bed so I decided to get one. I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought that I could get in a position that I could sleep better, but I cannot get in any position that my body can relax. I would like to know if they could take it back and give me my money back.

I chose an Easy Rest bed because of the price. I use the head part of the bed as I have COPD and emphysema. The rep was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was very nice. It all went very fast.

I had an old bed for 30 years and I like it better. I don't know what it is but when you lay down on this Easy Rest bed, it makes all this noise. But it's pretty easy to work with and I would recommend anybody to get it because it's been all right, the vibrator and all that stuff. I just like the way it feels. As me and my wife get older maybe we'll use it more.

I got the A team as far as the installation; these guys are fantastic and I think they were out of Atlanta.

Easy Rest has helped my feet a lot. I put my feet up in the air because they're swelling. When I was in the hospital once, I had the bed up and thought I could breathe a little easier. I've got emphysema, but that didn't seem to work. My legs were swollen but they're all the way down. The vibrator seems to help some too and I like it. I would recommend it if you had trouble with your feet or back.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because the sales rep dropped the price by $2,500. It started $6,500 and I paid $4,500 for it. Sleepwise, because I have a memory foam on the old bed, I've been sort of disappointed with that because I haven't been able to sleep as good on this bed as I was with my other one. I'm still waking up 3-5 o'clock in the morning after just going to bed at 9 so I'm not getting the 8 hours sleep that I need so I don't know what's causing that. I haven't gotten to sleep like a baby yet; maybe that's coming.

The side of the mattress seems to have collapsed. It's not very firm. Sometimes when I try to get in, I just kind of slide out again. I'll be calling them about that.

I realized that my mattress was very old and then I liked the features that they had so I bought one. They're very comfortable and I do enjoy it. I haven't tried every position yet, just mostly the one where I can raise my back up, my head up, because I like to watch television from my bed and read in bed too. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and the delivery guys were very good also.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed because of how comfortable and adjustable it was. With our old bed, we had more aches and pains than we do now. When I get home, I use the leg lift to take the pressure off my feet. And at night, I raise the bed up so I could breathe better. A lot of times, my husband uses the massager. When I have aches and pains, I love the ease in using the massage by pushing the button. First it took me a while to remember what they had told me about the buttons and all, but after that, everything just seemed pretty nice. So it's good that the Easy Rest representative that we talked to about the bed seemed pretty knowledgeable. He told me everything that I needed to know. The delivery team was also really nice. They came here, set up everything, moved the stuff out, and put it all in, and put it where we needed it to go.

Everybody was very good, polite and courteous. I was able to work with them. The sales rep answered any question I had and told me some that I didn't think of. Everything was fine and I'm glad I bought it. The Easy Rest is much better than my old one. I usually raise the top of the bed because I don't lie just flat. To me it's more comfortable.

A man came and he was a good salesman. He was somebody that can really talk you into something even if you don't want it. As for the delivery team, there were two black guys that came and they brought the bed in. One went back to the truck and the other one stayed inside and did all that paperwork he had to do. While I'm talking, I didn't realize that I was gonna have to pay 300 to something dollars for the thing to get delivered and the other entire extra stuff. So I went out to my savings and got a thousand dollars to put down on the bed and I thought that it wasn't gonna be no more than $2000. If I had known the things I found out afterwards, there is no way in the world I would have said I wanted one of them because we have a hard time anyway of getting our bills paid. Also, I don't sleep on it. I don’t like my Easy Rest bed. I went back to my recliner.

My experience with Easy Rest has been great. Been sleeping a lot better. I got it because I've had three back surgeries. With this new bed, I use the head lift feature the most as it takes the pressure off my shoulders and my back. And the Easy Rest sales representative who helped me with my order was great. We talked for over an hour. He was real good. The delivery team was great, too. They put everything up and explained everything.

It's a good bed and my sleep's good. Their salesperson and the delivery team were really nice and courteous. And the bed is what I've been needing for a long time. It's great. They sent me everything they said they would send me. They even gave me a free pillow that is great, too. It's curved to fit my neck. You drift right off into wonderland. If you ain't got one, you need to get one. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on that bed. Everything has been good so far and I really enjoy it. At my age of 66, when I lay down, to be able to raise my feet up, position that bed the way I want and use the vibrator, it is great. That's why I recommended it to two friends that I got.

The sales team was fine. The installers were fine. That whole process was fine and I was really happy with it until my back started hurting. My back is about broke. I tried everything. I tried the vibrator and I've tried every angle that the bed provides and still I can't make it work for me. I'm getting down in my back again and I stopped sleeping on it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought it would be a comfortable and useful thing to have. I use its remote control often. For some reason, I'd like the bed to kind of level off but it just doesn't seem to do that. If the head is up or the feet is up and I push the buttons to make it go all the way down, they got it a little bit too low so I need to keep raising it. But I keep adjusting it, trying to find the right spot but I haven't found it yet.

I shouldn't have bought the Easy Rest because I'm just using it as a flat bed because I tried raising it up one night and I couldn't sleep that way 'cause I sleep on my side. I think just with the foot raising up, it raises the entire bed up for some reason. I first decided to buy it because I have a bad back and COPD, and I thought it might help me but the way I sleep on it, it doesn't help me. The sales representative was great and the delivery team was fine but the bed doesn't benefit me any because I can't sleep on my back. If someone else could use it, I would recommend it.

We decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because we liked the features that were on it. We got a king-sized bed, and it has got the adjustments. You can raise the head of the bed as well as the foot. I use the head feature a lot because I experienced having acid reflux before, and for that, you have to have your head propped up. However, the Easy Rest bed that we got doesn’t have a mattress per se. It’s an insert and I don’t find it to be as thick as the mattress we’ve had for the past 11 years. It’s a little bit more flexible, which it has to be for doing what it does, that is, the going up and down. But I have no problem sleeping on it.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because the sales rep was good about explaining everything about the bed and told me about the bed’s adjustable features where I can raise up my head and feet. I also thought the vibration feature was really good. And I do use these two features a lot. The only thing that’s bothering me right now is it’s a little bit too firm for me. I want it a little bit softer. I didn’t get a chance to call back in 30 days because I was going to continue using it and see if I was going to get used to it. But I didn’t really get used to it because it’s still too firm for me. I’m still trying to adjust to it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my hip problem and I like it a lot better than my old bed. I use the adjustable front and bottom so I can get it just right to have my legs up. We chose to get the two twin so that we can adjust our own. We didn't have them locked because it would be too hard to make the bed, but the thing is we're not able to cuddle like we used to because of the middle. While I like the bed a lot, my partner still doesn't know if he likes it as well. But I like it a lot.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed for my son Ramon because he's disabled. When they brought it in, I told them to show us how to raise his head and they asked him how far he wanted and they got it to where it is and he hasn't used anything else. He said he liked it the way it is. And that's what we wanted, something that would keep his head up because when he gets those seizures, blood comes out and I'm afraid that he will choke.

My experience with Easy Rest is excellent. It does good, it's something I can go to when my back is aching. I can get in the bed and put the massage on with my feet up. It takes a lot of pressure off of my back. I sleep better after and I feel more energized than I used to. Plus I got off medication. It kept me from taking that for a period of time. My doctor liked that and I did too because I'm not really a pill taker. So it's been serving its purpose so far.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I needed something for my legs. I sleep better with the legs partly up. Since using the bed, I do sleep much better and wake up in the morning without a backache. My previous bed had a good mattress but it didn’t have the feature for the legs and the back that the Easy Rest has.

I'm happy with my Easy Rest bed so far. I have MS and I'm handicapped and with Easy Rest, it's easier to get out of bed in the morning which is a big thing for me. I'm comfortable at night because it adjusts to different styles. It's a good experience.

I'm enjoying Easy Rest; it really helped my back and gets my feet elevated. It's marvelous. The Easy Rest sales representative was very, very good. The delivery team was good, too, even though the first bed they brought was the wrong one. But then they did come back to bring another one. They were very courteous and nice young men. So, I would recommend Easy Rest to anyone. The only issue I have is that I still haven't gotten my warranty. I was going to call but I was waiting to get that first payment out from my account. I have not talked to anyone about it, but I really prefer to have it. But overall, it's excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

I like the Easy Rest bed very much. I got the twin sized because it gives me more room in my bedroom. The mattress is a little softer than the one I had on my full sized bed but it's great. I'm getting more used to it now than when I first started using it. I put the foot up a little bit so that I don’t slide down when I put the head up and I use it up to watch TV at night before I go to sleep. I have the head up just a little bit sometimes because I have had little bouts with hiatal hernia. Tom, the sales rep, was really great. He was a good salesman and explained it well and didn't pressure me any. Also, I have a narrow stairway and narrow door to go up through but the delivery team did a good job. I have no complaint whatsoever, but I do wish the whole bed could rise up and down so that making the bed would be easier.

I can't sleep flat so I need to raise the head of the bed. I pulled their coupon out of a magazine and my husband called them and got an Easy Rest. I would recommend it but they need to fix something on the bed because when you sleep, it starts to move and there's a big crease in the bed.

I've had a bad night where I can't sleep, and I was kind of wound up. I hit the wave massage on my bed and all of a sudden, I feel the tension going right out of me and I went right to sleep. I woke up the next morning and I said, "I love this bed." My other bed was old and it wasn't comfortable anymore. So I was thinking about getting a bed and it sounded pretty nice to have a new one, so I got one. With the Easy Rest bed, I love using the massage as it takes the tension right out of me. I'm down and I go to sleep.

I purchased the Easy Rest because of the price and I love it. When I get in, I put the feet end up and I put the head end up a bit because I have trouble with fluid with my legs. And that helps with it. My only issue with the bed is that I have to always go back and shove the top mattress back on the bottom mattress. It moves over about maybe 3 or 4 inches.

My Easy Rest bed is okay. I get in it every night and breathe a little bit. I purchased it because I've had my left leg amputated. It lets me raise my head and my legs. The representative that I talked to about the bed was real nice and the delivery team did real good. The only thing is it's just a little too expensive for what it is.

I'm resting way better than I did with the other bed I had for 6 years. I use all of the bed's features. I raise my foot, use the massage and the wave. Everything's just working out perfect. The Easy Rest sales rep was really knowledgeable and the delivery guys were really good.

I’m crippled and needed something I could raise up and down. The Easy Rest representative knows what he was talking about and sold it to me. The old bed I had was as good except that it doesn’t raise up and down. This one's pretty good, but all other good beds sleep good. However, this bed cost way too much money for what they are.

I'm having difficulty with my back and I was thinking that a change in the type of mattress I have might give me some relief. I purchased the Easy Rest bed and using the bed, there's not much difference from my old bed though they were both adjustable. I sleep sounder, I don't sleep any better. I have some cervical spine problems and in elevating it sometimes I can get it just right to support that area of my back and that helps. I'm glad about the bed even though I wanted it to be magic and be the total answer to my problems. It isn't that but it's so much better than it was. I'm just happy with it. The thing that I'm really impressed with was all the people involved and how interested they've been in my welfare. I appreciate that.

I used to go to bed pretty early and I had to sit up and watch TV so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I use the head lift feature the most. I had polio when I was young and raising the feet helps. The sales representative and the delivery team were nice. I like the bed.

In the last 30 years, I’ve had beds similar to Easy Rest but different makes. The last bed had quit working and I couldn’t find anybody to fix it. And Easy Rest is so much better than my old beds. I like raising the head and the feet, the vibrating and the wave features which I use every day because they make the bed comfortable. Nothing but great experience with them.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because it’s a wonderful investment. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and the delivery team was very courteous and took time to explain how to use it. Everything went well and I’m very pleased. I go to dialysis three times a week for my kidneys and when I come home I use the Easy Rest bed when I want to rest. I sleep very comfortably in it and use the feature to pull the bed up so it rises as well as the headrest. Sometimes I use the other feature with the massage... I’m really enjoying it. My previous bed, which I used for about 15 years, doesn’t even compare with it.

I like the Easy Rest bed real well. I have no complaints. Seems like it doesn't vibrate hard enough but I guess that's what it's supposed to do. I purchased the bed because I have back problems and I have to stay in bed a lot. I've been sick for the last two to four years and I needed a better circulation and the ease of getting to a sitting or reading position. I use the vibration, the massage feature, the most, because I have poor circulation. The sales representative that I talked to about the order was real nice and the delivery team was real good, too. They told me all about the bed and put it up good. I would recommend them.

I'm very pleased with the Easy Rest. I like the fact that both ends of it go up. Because I use both ends, one for my feet at night to elevate my feet and then I use the head of the bed raised up to get out of it in the morning. I liked my old bed very much also but I didn't need a king size bed and I achieved a lot more room in my bedroom by getting rid of it.

The Easy Rest sales representative kept pressuring me and he sold me the bed for more than I had to pay for it. They told me there wouldn't be any taxes or anything else added to it. I didn't read the paper and I come to find out I'm paying $74 and something added on it. I could have gotten one for $300 or $400 cheaper. My son's satisfied with the bed, he sleeps on it and he likes the massager, but I wouldn't recommend their company.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I needed a mattress and I got arthritis so this bed would really help me. I decided to have this bed instead of having to put a hospital bed in here because I can just sit up and put my feet on it and that helps if I want to let it up. I was also buying it for the future because I'm almost 80 years old and I know that I would need somebody to help me get up and move around. I can adjust if I wanted my head and feet to go up or down and that's a relief. Sales rep was real good, she demonstrated the bed. My experience with the delivery team was excellent. I've already recommended them.

I have a queen sized bed. One side is fine. One side dips and when I wake up I have a backache. It kind of has a sinkhole and I don't know what happened to it and I spent a lot of money getting it.

A gentleman came out to show us the features on the Easy Rest and the features were really good and they made the price right so that I couldn't turn it down. Our old bed was a good bed also. It was a functional bed where the foot and head would crank up but it was getting old. This thing came on the scene and the guy was eager to come out here and sell it to us. My wife and I looked at each other and said maybe this was our opportunity to just move that other bed out of here. We like using the vibration. I've had lower back surgery. I'm 73 now and I've got arthritis in my lower back, hips, and knees. It soothes my back and we turn it on every night when we get in bed and we never know when it goes off.

I was hurt down in my back and had been having to sleep in a recliner. I bought the Easy Rest bed because with it, I can raise the head and the legs. Also I like the way it looks. It’s a lot easier to settle in and lay down on it compared to my old bed, which was just a bed. You have a better night’s sleep with the Easy Rest bed.

I chose the Easy Rest for the convenience and I'm sleeping better on it. I like raising the head because I sleep best that way. It helps with congestion and keeps me from choking up at night.

Easy Rest is a little overrated. I bought it thinking that it was gonna offer me a comfortable night's sleep. I haven't had a restful night's sleep since probably 1991. Anyway, the Easy Rest sales representative that I talked to was awesome and the delivery team was great, too. But that doesn't help that my experience hasn't been pleasant since paying for this bed. And I don't have to keep paying for the bed if it's not gonna possibly give me the sleep that was promised. So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It is frustrating especially when I decided that I don't mind paying the 4 or 5 thousand dollars 'cos I'm gonna get this type of bed. I think I'll just finish paying for it, then I'll get something that will suit me.

My experience with Easy Rest has been good. It has a vibrator compared to my old bed. The bed is nice and firm. Interaction with the sales rep was okay as well as the delivery team. They show how to use the bed and answer all our questions. I would recommend them.

My bed which I got in '98 had ceased to function. The clip on the remote had broken and my daughter lost it. When it was being moved, one of the side rails got cracked but the motor was still functioning the last time it worked. And the mattress itself, the springs were all messed up. I bought a 12-inch foam mattress to go on top of the frame but it was flat and because I have a respiratory problem, I needed to be elevated. I also have a spinal injury and need my feet elevated as well as my head. And I needed the massage to go with it. So for too many years without it, I've been suffering. That's why I decided to buy the Easy Rest and I love it. The Easy Rest sales representative was awesome and the delivery team was fantastic. They were so nice. I couldn't have asked for any better management. The experience was magnificent.

I've had my box spring since 1983 and I replaced it with another mattress that I acquired when I used to work in a church. The mattress I've had was at least 8 to 10 years. I purchased the Easy Rest bed because it finally came down to the price. After using the bed, I seem to be sleeping a little bit better and go to sleep easier than I used to but I think that's because of the vibration on it. I use the vibrator feature the most. That's the only thing I have on. However, I'm having trouble getting out of the bed. I forget to let it flatten out before I get out. That's probably the problem. It's too high off the floor for me. But we measured it and when I sit on the bed my feet touches the floor.

I have been sleeping better on the Easy Rest bed. I like the softness and the adjustable head. We have a TV in the bedroom. My husband and I watch different programs sometimes so I can go in there and he can stay in the living room. I'm dog sitting for my daughter and son-in-law down at their house and they have a terrible bed. I could tell the difference when I got up this morning. I love my Easy Rest bed and I miss it. It is awesome.

I read a lot and usually when I go to bed at night I read for 30 minutes or sometimes an hour before I go to sleep and I thought that the Easy Rest bed would be ideal. With the bed, I'm a little more relaxed. It's much better than my old bed. I use the massage occasionally but not as much as I do the reclining. I have allergies sometimes and that makes me cough when I lie down flat so if I elevate my head, I don't cough as much.

I would recommend it if not for the expenses. I don't sleep very good that's why we got the Easy Rest. We don't usually go to bed until about 2, 3, 4 or 5 o'clock and I'm up 3, 4 or 5 times a night. We just got home from the doctor about an hour ago and jumped in bed for a nap.

I have an antique bed and it was a little hard for me to get in and out. I live alone. My husband passed in 2005 and I was hoping the Easy Rest bed would be better for me. It has lots of features to it. I like to use the up and down feature as it helps. If you lived alone and had a fall, maybe you can climb and get yourself up to the bed or lower it and you can get up there and then call somebody to come in and help you.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought I wanted it, but then I didn't. I had my other bed for over 7 years and I feel it's better than easy rest. The sales representative told me what it would do and all these different things. For the amount of money I'm paying, I don't see what else it does. You raise it up, then you hit the vibrating and then sometimes I don't know. I thought it had some heat in it and it's just not what I thought it was. One side of the bed come up high and the other side low. I would not recommend it to anybody. I'm going to write Better Business Bureau because I told them the 2nd day after I got it, I didn't like it. One man was really rude to me, said "you're going to have to keep it." Then I talked to a salesman. He said, "go on and use it for 2 or 3 days and see how you like it". I've called back but I didn't get any answer. When mash the button for it to come up on me, the left side goes real high and the right side is low so I'm not happy. I'm going to a website and tell everything.

I like my Easy Rest bed - it’s very comfortable. The price made me decide to buy it. I like the up position for the back. I find it more comfortable to sleep that way. I recommend it.

They came to the house (I could deal with the sales presentation there without having to go out and be pressured) and the Easy Rest sales rep was quite knowledgeable and I was impressed with the presentation. The men who delivered the bed were excellent. It was the first thing that I've ever had delivered where they came on time. They set it up real quick and showed me how to use the bed. I had no problems.

Called and reported motor broken in May 2014! I was informed would be 95.00 service charge but motor under warranty. I asked them to ship one to me. Was informed after several calls to 4 different people, that I would have to ship broken motor them and about 2-3 weeks they would ship new one! Tried to explain that my wife was a paraplegic and I was maint tech for 30 plus years and new what was wrong with the bed! Talked @ Jeff ** and Chad **, very disrespectful to me! So I removed motor and replaced with one from my bed. temp repaired (housing broke) put on my side of bed. Called Monday Aug. 11, for service was charged 175.00 and promised would be called in 2 days with appointment. Didn't happen!!!

I didn't understand it. The Easy Rest salesman came in here and took advantage of an old man that doesn't have no butter since. I told him I've got titanium in my back and have had 5 operations on my back. The salesman had told me to sleep flat on the first 2 or 3 days to get used to it and later on I figured out the reason why he told me to lie on it for 3 or 4 days flat out was because of when I did adjust the bed up and try to get my feet up, that's when it really made my back hurt. I called them up after my doctor told me that I can’t sleep on the bed and asked if I could return the bed but they refused because they said it had been over 5 days and they do not exchange after 5 days. It was on the contract. I read it then but I don't remember him mentioning 5 days.

My wife was the one that needed it. It was a recliner bed. When we lift the head part we can watch TV. We also use the part where you sit on there and it would massage your back. But honestly my wife didn’t want to use it. So I’m using it... I had no problem during delivery and the sales rep was good. He knew what he’s talking about.

I had slept in a recliner for 6 solid years on account of my hip. I have arthritis so bad in my hips and I've got back problems. With the Easy Rest, that has gotten me back in a bed and I'm sleeping a lot better. Plus I love the massage. I like the mattress and the vibrator. I also like that you can put your head and legs up. The sales representative demonstrated it really nice. The delivery team was very efficient, they came in and set everything up and were very polite and very courteous. They helped me take my old mattress to my son's next door and they were very, very good. The bed is a lot easier for me to make which was very difficult when I had the king size bed and it gives me more room in my bedroom.

The reason why I chose to purchase the Easy Rest bed and replace the bed that I owned for 20 years was because I have a bad back and two knee replacements. I've had surgery on my back and I thought elevating it would help me. Now my feet and legs don't swell as bad and my back don't wake me up during the night. Compared to my old bed, the Easy Rest is better but I have one fault with it. I weigh approximately 168 lbs. I lie on one side and it will hollow out there. It doesn't come back up. I go back to bed the next night, that place is still there. It's like it mashes down and it don't come back up. I even tried putting a real thin foam piece over it then a mattress cover but it still don't come back up. I said, 'Let me sleep in the middle.' I got in the middle and I could feel that sunk out place.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my health. I use the headrest, going up and down of the head and foot. My head used to be really low in the other bed and I couldn't rest well but now with it really high, I can rest well. It was a fine experience.

So far, my experience with Easy Rest has been good although it's not quite as much as I expected. I'm still having a little trouble with my back. I had surgery so I'll give it a few more months. I got it because it was the adjustable bed. The way that it was demonstrated was one thing because I was having a lot of trouble with my back and he arranged the pillows and things on my bed in such a way that it gave me the angle that I would need; the angle that the bed would give me, and it was really, really good. And our demonstrator did a very good job. I highly recommend him. The delivery team did an excellent job, too. They showed us how to use the bed and answered the questions that we had. The Easy Rest is nice for reading in bed and I have some swelling in my feet and ankles and I raise the foot at night and they've gone down in the morning.

I had an old adjustable bed before the motor conked out. The sales representative was very good, answered all the questions that I had. He had the little CD thing to watch. I was very pleased with the service. The delivery team was wonderful. They were two very nice young men, took my old one out, put the new one in, and explained everything. They showed me how to operate everything, asked me to sit on the bed, lie on the bed, get up, and make sure it was the right height. Everything was good. They were very, very nice, very courteous, and very professional.

I like the Easy Rest bed because I can raise my head and my feet up. However, I’ll never buy another. It has got a hole in it already where I lay.

Just over two months ago my wife and I sat through the over two hour presentation for an Easy Rest adjustable bed. At the time we were promised a pillow as a gift for doing the presentation. It was a great presentation and we were about to buy when my wife said - "Let's wait a week or so until we get the free pillow. We can review our finances and budget the funds." We are both in our early 70's and on Social Security.

I like using the headrest and the vibrator of the Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was good. It took him 3 hours to convince me. It was a great experience and I'm satisfied.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I really wanted a bed that had a vibrator to it. I have problem with my legs and that's what I've been using it for. When I made the purchase, the Easy Rest sales representative that I talked to was real good and the delivery team was okay. They did what they were supposed to do and they were professional. Everything went great. Overall, it's a good bed and I'm well satisfied with it.

I'm a little bit concerned about the mattress on the Easy Rest bed. It feels like on one side it's very uncomfortable. I like raising the head part of the bed which is the reason I purchased. I have sleep apnea and acid reflux and it helps. The sales rep was knowledgeable except that I got the wrong size bed. I was a little angry with my experience as I didn't get what I needed really.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed hoping that the bed itself would help my back. Since using it, I wake up with no back pain. It’s easy to get out of bed. The nice massage feature helps a lot. I’m usually asleep before it goes off. It puts me to sleep. I like the bed a lot. It’s a good bed and I love it.
