Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I’ve always wanted an Easy Rest bed so I purchased one. Since using the bed, my back doesn’t bother me when I get up. I can get up and go to bathroom without holding on to the wall. What I like about it is that I can move it up and down and around. I don't have to use pillows to sit up in bed. My feet swell and I can put my feet up, too and it really works. I enjoy the bed. I have the pad and put it down the bed but haven’t tried it yet because it’s been warm. But I’m ready for the cold weather. The sales representative was nice. He answered all my questions. Also, the delivery team was very considerate. They got it in and showed me everything and did their job real good. A couple of people have slept on it and they love it.

My husband's in bed all the time and he thought that once he got out of the hospital bed, it would be nice to have one of those Easy Rest beds. I like the Easy Rest though I'm still getting used to it because this one is divided in the middle so it feels a little bit different. It is nice and firm and my back feels a little better when I get up in the morning 'cause I haven't been using it that long. I like to sit up and watch TV, so I put the headrest up.

The Easy Rest bed looked like it was comfortable when I saw it on television so I got it. The sales rep was excellent and knowledgeable and my experience with the delivery guys was excellent too. It's better than my old bed. I like my feet to be raised up more because this makes me feel more comfortable. The only problem I have is that it looks like the mattress is not long enough for a king-size bed. It does not go all the way to the bottom of the frame so I have to put a pillow in the back and try to keep this at the headboard. They might have given me the wrong size mattress. Other than that, I'm satisfied with it.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of its ability to go up and down. My old bed was comfortable, but it didn't adjust at all. I didn't really sleep that well. I have a serious back problem and it was very important to me to get a bed where it would have a much better position for me to sleep. It took me a while to get used to the position that I feel was right, but I believe I have it now. The massage feature is nice. The sales representative and the delivery team were good. It looked difficult to get the bed up to the 8th floor, but they managed to get it done.

The price is a little more than I would normally pay, but as long as it lasts as long as they say it’s going to, that’ll be fine, too. I like that I can raise the head up quite a bit at night because I also watch TV in bed. I don’t use all of the features very often but sometimes, I raise the foot and of the bed too. The sales reps were friendly and the delivery team was great, too. They were very mannerly and knew what they’re doing. They got it done in a hurry. I really enjoyed this bed.

My doctor ordered that I lift my head and feet up so I got an Easy Rest. The guy who sold it to me as well as the guys who set it up were very good. I recommend Easy Rest.

My daughter has difficulty sleeping because of her lupus, so I bought her an Easy Rest bed. Their salesman was excellent! I only had him come here for the free pillow, and didn't have any intentions of buying a bed, but he made a presentation, and I thought about my daughter in conduction with what he was saying about the bed and we ended up with the sale. I had the bed delivered to my daughter's house, and the delivery team set it all up and did everything they were supposed to do. My daughter uses the elevation feature quite a lot because she has to be careful getting up at night so she doesn't fall down and break something. She is enjoying the bed and it has made a big improvement on her sleeping.

I previously own an Easy Rest and decided to purchase another one. I use most its feature of raising the head as I like to sit and do things while I lay on it. The sales rep was very good and knowledgeable. Also, the delivery team was excellent though I'd been meaning to call them for the attachments as I wanted to put a headboard on the bed. Overall everything was positive so I'd recommend them.

I thought that we would like Easy Rest but we had a terrible experience with it. I kind of like it at first because the head and the foot went up and down, but it hasn’t helped my husband at all. He just can hardly sleep on it. We both feel worse as far as our arthritis. If he raises the head, it makes his neck hurt so bad he can hardly stand it. Our previous bed for about four years was a better bed for us. It was so much more comfortable and he didn’t hurt near as bad. I’m not satisfied with it at all. I wonder if there is anything I can do to try to get rid of this bed. Easy Rest people were supposed to call us back, but they never did. I did call them back several times but they never answered the phone. Their sales rep was nice and delivery team were fine though.

Easy Rest is a good bed. I love it, and I sleep very comfortably in it. It’s different from the other bed I’ve had, and I raise the head and foot part often. The first rep that came was so nice, and the rep who came with the bed was courteous too. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been wanting Easy Rest for a long time but I never had nobody come around until some people came around and gave me some literature on it. I didn’t waste no time, I just went on ahead and take it. My wife and I has been enjoying Easy Rest. We are both retired and sick on our legs with arthritis. We really enjoy it because it’s easy going up and down on it. Before, on our bed had for about eight years, it was hard going up and down, we had to use a little stool to climb from one side to the other. With Easy Rest, just push the button and it goes up and that gives you a leverage to move then get off the bed. Come back and just lay on it and push the button and it will go anywhere you want.

I have a good experience with the Easy Rest bed. I recommend it.

I thought the Easy Rest might make me sleep better, but it hasn't, so I don't like it. But the sales rep was good and the delivery guys have also been nice. They set up the bed well, and did everything I asked of them. However the bed is not what I thought it would be as it's too hard. I sleep better on my old bed that I've had for about a year and a half. I've tried all the features but don't use any of these and only got the bed flat right now. In fact, I'm thinking of getting rid of it since I'm dissatisfied with it.

I’ve been wanting to get an adjustable bed for a while due to my acid reflux, and Easy Rest has been sending me enough things and brochures over the years in terms of winning a free bed from them, so I decided to purchase one. I was supposed to get a free memory foam pillow after I got the bed, but they haven’t sent it to me. Otherwise, I had a good experience. The sales reps were good, friendly and informative. The bed was set up right, and it's been working great. I often use it to raise my head up.

I'm weak when it comes to salesmen, so I sat here and let the Easy Rest sales rep talk me into buying one, even if I didn't have any intentions of doing so because we got a new mattress about three months ago. Our old bed seemed good, but I was hoping that the Easy Rest bed would be even better. The sales rep seemed like a nice guy. Between him and the guy on the phone, they answered all my questions. The delivery guys, a couple of young men, did a good job. They were in here and out in a short time and showed us how to do the controls. However, we haven't done a lot of experimenting with it such as tilting and raising it, and the main thing that we do is to keep the head part raised up a little bit.

My wife enjoys the Easy Rest Bed thoroughly. I probably would, but right now I’ve had some bad medical problems so I enjoy it as far as I can lay in. I can lift myself up, sit and rest comfortably. The bed is great, and my wife loves it. Everything’s been excellent.

I needed to change my bed and get something better because my back and legs were hurting. I got an Easy Rest bed and I'm very happy to go to bed. The sales rep was very nice. The delivery guys were very thorough and fast. They got done what they needed to do and got out of here. Since using the Easy Rest, I have more rest than what I had been getting. It's much more comfortable and I like it more than the old bed that I had. When I go to bed, I have to raise my legs and my head, turn on the motion, and I go to sleep. The vibrator turns off sometimes after I go to sleep.

The Easy Rest sales representative was very nice. He said it was for my health and he's right -- I've been resting good ever since. I would recommend this bed to a friend.

I have COPD and I wanted something that raised me up a little so I could breathe better that's why I got Easy Rest. My old bed, the one I've had for eight years, was tight and I couldn't sleep in it. I lay down and I'd end up getting back up and sitting in the chair. But with this, I sleep better and I sleep in bed more. It's nice to get a good nights sleep. Their sales representative was very nice as well as their delivery team. They came in, do what they had to do and they were done in no time. It was a very nice experience. I'm very satisfied.

When I first purchased Easy Rest bed it is something to try, but since using it, the sleep has been totally different. It's like flipping the switch on a light. I use all of the features that came with the bed. I can adjust it to fit my needs, it's comfortable to sleep in, economical and easy to maintain. I can raise the head or the foot up to accommodate and I've enjoyed it. The remote control is the main thing. I can lay it to the side and not worry about wires here and there. Also the sales rep that came here was real informative. She knew what she was talking about and wasn’t pushy, just explained everything. That was a good experience. The delivery team came in and I expected it’d take them a long while but they got things set up. The Easy Rest bed is nothing but good.

My wife and I had a Sleep Number bed for about four years and it wasn't doing the job. We decided to change and got an Easy Rest. We both have broken backs so a good night's rest is hard to get but with the Easy Rest bed, we try to get better sleep. I also use the part where I can sit up on it. The sales rep was a nice talker but I didn't know the bed is being delivered until their team was in the yard, barged in, set it up, and was gone before I knew it was ready. However, I don't want to spend the money that they charge for the side rails to help me get out of bed, but I will find one that is a lot cheaper because I need it. This bed relieves a lot of the pain in my legs when I lift my back. It's completely satisfactory.

Easy Rest was very professional and honest in their advertising and what it's going to do for you. My husband and I were having issues in getting a good night's sleep because of our joints, so when Easy Rest called to ask if they could come over and show us, it was no problem. We use all of the bed's features: the head and foot adjustment, and the massage. My husband loves it. He comes home from work and when he gets into bed, he just turns that massage on and I could just hear him get pleased with it.

The salesman from Easy Rest was pretty good at being a salesman and my back has been messed up for years so I got an Easy Rest bed. Their salesman was a very nice and likeable guy. He went through all of the scenarios that would help the person decide whether or not the bed would be a good thing to have. Ever since using the bed, I noticed I'd sleep a lot better. I use the set upright position the most because it helps my breathing and I don't get so congested at night. On the other hand, their delivery team were quick, efficient and polite. They came right in, got it done, and they were off. It was kept neat and clean so I was impressed. Overall, I'm well-rested because of the Easy Rest bed.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed since it's movable, I could put my knees and head up, and it has a massager. The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice and professional. The delivery team was great, and I had no problem. I was always having to prop up my legs with pillows in my old bed and some bricks under the bed for the head to be up because I have stomach problems. The movable parts of the Easy Rest make it easier for me. I had surgery on my left knee over 40 years ago, and I still have aches and pains so I lift them. Now I don’t hurt when I get up in the morning. However, the motor seems to growl a little bit.

We purchased a platinum bed system from this company. Everything seemed ok until the bed was delivered. Everyone was very nice, pleasant, to talk to and gave us all sorts of guarantees verbally. When the bed was delivered, it had a different insert than what was specified on the sale contract, the deliverymen called and had me talk to someone who assured me that they had sent out a different "better" insert and we would be very happy with it. DURING THE SALES call at our home we were asked for our height and weight so they could "customize" each bedside for us. During delivery my wife asked which bed was for each of us, we were told that it did not matter both are the same. We were also lead to believe that the beds had bills in heat with the massage feature, at delivery we were told that heat blanket mattress covers would be sent later.

I needed to get another mattress and I saw this deal with the bed and felt that Easy Rest Bed was a pretty good investment. I bought it and now, I sleep a little better. It's a nice bed - I have no problem with it. Although I wish I got it a little lower than where it's at when I ordered it. But that was my choosing and I just didn’t realize how high it would be. But I'd still recommend Easy Rest bed. I had a good experience with the sales rep and the delivery team, too.

I bought my Easy Rest mostly because of the good salesman we dealt with. I would compare the whole experience to buying a new car where the salesman passed me off to his boss and the boss wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept bargaining it down in price. The two delivery guys also did a nice job and were quick. They set it up exactly where we wanted it. The bed is orthopedic and we like it very much. Something we miss, however, from the old bed was that it was flat as a board. Easy Rest is kind of lumpy.

The representative was good and nice, and he told me the Easy Rest bed was supposed to be $3,000. But, if I had seen the interest, I would have said no as it is almost $2,000. So now, I'm stuck with that big bill of $5,000. Also, I don't like the massager as it makes me very dizzy.

I was looking around and I was going to get the one with the air but then I heard different stories about the air not holding all the time. So I wanted a Craftmatic and the man told me how Easy Rest was once part of the Craftmatic company. The man who came here was very nice and lovely. I told him as soon as he walked in the door that I want to buy the bed, but he went on for almost three hours. He was thorough, but that's quite long. I don't think their presentation needs to be as long as it is and I think the features of the bed sells itself. Since I can't breathe very good, I mainly have the bed in an up position. I'm satisfied with the Easy Rest bed.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was really good. He described the bed and when he did the demonstration of it, it felt that it would be easy to sleep with and it would be comfortable. I’m still waiting for my mattress to warm, but I have never got that as part of my bed. Other than that, my husband loves Easy Rest Bed. He has been sleeping well while I'm still getting used to it with all the pain I'm having. I always have problem with my back, knee and the neck. Although I get comfortable when I use the head lift up. I'd totally recommend Easy Rest bed. It would be an excellent thing to try.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I needed a new mattress. Since I got it, I noticed I rest better. I'm very satisfied with it. And I like the idea that I can raise the head of the bed up a little bit. I use its head more often than the other features because that way, I'm not lying completely flat. Lots of times when I'm lying that flat, I cough. And if I raise it a little bit, then I can stop that. And that helps a lot. It came in handy when I had the pneumonia and the bronchitis. The sales representative was very good. He did fine. The delivery team were wonderful. They came in here, set up my bed and cleaned up their mess. Everything was done to perfection. I'm happy with my purchase and my entire experience was great.

Easy Rest is much better compared to my older bed, and I love it. I didn't care much for the pillow, but their bed is fine and I sleep a lot better. Sales rep was very nice and the delivery was great. The guys put it up and let me try it. It doesn't seem quite as big as the regular size king size bed as my sheets are a little bigger than my bed. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed it very much and I recommend it.

The Easy Rest bed is a lot better than our previous bed, we're enjoying it. We chose to purchase it with the fact that we might be able to sleep with our backs not hurting, and it has been very easy on my back. During the first week, I can't say we were sleeping any better because we were trying each position out in the bed, but I think we've got our set spots now, so it's better. I have a lot of back pain and I felt like I might be sleeping on the wrong bed. So when an East Rest sales rep came to explain everything to us and took measurements, that's when my daughter and I decided to get one. It was uncomfortable for a few nights, but I learned how to adjust and it’s doing fine now. I’m sleeping better. I had a surgery last week for a fracture in my back and it’s getting better. The bed helps. And I always get to raise the head part of the bed so I can sit up and watch TV or write letters.

Easy Rest is fabulous. Their salesman is very sweet and answered all of my questions. He got everything together and it was great. The delivery team took care of business in about half an hour. I didn't have any questions for them but they asked me if I had any - they were very nice. I sleep longer since having the Easy Rest and since I have a bad back I use the massage feature the most. Everybody should own an Easy Rest because the adjustable bed and the leg feature is awesome.

I wanted a new bed and I was going to get the same old safe bed that does nothing. So when I saw the flyer about Easy Rest bed, I said I wanted something different in my final years before I croak. When it was delivered, the delivery guys were all very fast. They were in and out and zip, they're gone. The bed is nice - I can raise it up and use the back to massage.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because of the swift-talking salesman. It was in the afternoon and my husband and I were both already down and probably if we've not been as tired as we already were, that salesman wouldn't be talking like he was. We might not have gotten that bed that day. We really wanted to talk about it, but he said, "No. It had to be then or the price wouldn't be the same tomorrow, or the next day". I wouldn't do it again if we had the opportunity because I'm not satisfied with the purchase. The Easy Rest delivery team were very nice. They came in. They dismantled the old bed and put it out on the porch where we wanted it. And put the other one in. They were very helpful. They were very, very knowledgeable. They were really helpful.

My Easy Rest bed is okay. I bought it because I thought it would make me sleep better it ain't quite what I expected. To me, the head doesn't raise as I expected and the massager bed, it's not really as outstanding as what I thought it would be. My old bed is just about as good. There's not much difference and I'll just have my old bed back.

We purchased an Easy Rest Bed because my husband was having back problems and we knew we had to try something. For me, it is much better than my old bed and I like it very much, especially the massage. I can go to sleep while it's on and it goes off automatically which suits my schedule. The sales rep was excellent and then the delivery team came in and worked on it in a very short time. I was here when they came but they left the bed a little bit too tall for me. They should have taken my short height in consideration because it's hard for me to get into it. So I have to have steps built to help me.

Every now and then, I use the vibration of my Easy Rest since I have to take out a lot of aches and pains. The sales representatives were good. I never gave any complaints. If there was, I would have called and complained. I would recommend them to others.

Easy Rest’s sales representative was very nice, knowledgeable, we were very comfortable with him, and I was glad that he was in our age group so he can relate with some honest sales experience that he himself experienced from having one. Their delivery team were quick and knowledgeable. I can tell that this wasn’t their first rodeo and they’ve done it plenty of times. I was given the information on how to use the remote, plus I can figure out myself what’s best for me, and they were very professional. My husband and I were sleeping in separate bedrooms due to the type of bed I had. It was a big king size single, not a dual, and I had all the functions on this other type of bed that wasn’t comfortable for him, and different sleeping positions cause separate bedrooms.

The Easy Rest bed is great. I had one before I got this and I just couldn't sleep buying a regular bed. I feel it's nicer. I get a good night sleep out of it. My favorite feature is the vibrator. I have a lot of problems with my back. It helps me to feel a little better when I do get up. The sales representatives were real nice, they were the best. And the delivery team was really good, too. They came in here, they did their job and I couldn't have asked for anything better. It's one of the best beds I've ever had. I would recommend them to others.

We were due for a new and better mattress and were looking at different ones online. We went to different stores to look and the representative that came made up our mind in purchasing the Easy Rest bed. The delivery men were beautiful and polite gentlemen. I'm glad the Easy Rest fitted my bed frame. My husband used to use so many pillows because he is acidic and couldn't sleep if he was laying flat down. So he raises the bed, and I lower mine when I'm ready to go to sleep. I also raise the bottom for my legs because I have restless legs syndrome and that helps a great deal. I raise the upper body if I watch TV so I don't have to prop myself so much with the pillows. We like the bed and the purchase was great. The salesman and delivery men were wonderful. I got my daughter interested, and told everybody to come in and look at my new bed. My great-granddaughter even liked it.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for my parents, and they sleep better with it. My mother's bedridden so she can't go out of bed, and Easy Rest has helped tremendously. My mom has a brace in the back so she mostly use the up and down feature of the bed. My dad also likes this feature because he likes sleeping on his head. The sales representatives were okay, but our experience was a hard sell. The delivery team was good. They got in here, put the bed together, and moved the old one out. They also demonstrated and showed us all the features of the bed. So far, I definitely recommend Easy Rest.

Easy Rest bed helps me with my leg cramps because I can elevate my legs at night and it keeps the swelling down in my ankles. I also use the vibration which takes away all the aches and pain. Plus, I have COPD and when I use the head raising up of the Easy Rest bed, it helps my breathing. Everything has been good with Easy Rest. Everything that was told has been fulfilled. My pillow came - they said it would take three to four weeks but it came in a little over two. Not to mention, the sales rep was very nice and very informative.

Easy Rest bed is fantastically awesome and I'm enjoying it. I have circulation problems in my legs and feet plus I have esophageal disease so I’m supposed to sleep with my head and feet up. With the Easy Rest bed, I get to put my head up, but just a little lower than the foot part. And I go to sleep that way with the vibrator on. I understand it just stays on 30 minutes, but it’s normally still running when I fall off to sleep. But I don’t use its wave feature very much because I can barely feel it. I tried punching the button in the center, but I couldn’t get it to change so I don’t use it at all. In the morning, I just punch that flat button down at the bottom and the bed goes right back. That also makes it easy for me to make it up.

We use the Easy Rest bed massager a lot, and we put a pillow high on my head to put it up a little bit since I'm taller than my husband. Also, it's hard to get in and out of it. My old bed was more comfortable. The sales rep just kept on talking. He didn't listen and just kept on pushing but the delivery team demonstrated how to use the bed and answered our questions.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I haven't had a good bed since my wife passed away about 13 years ago, and I needed a little bit better rest so I try to be comfortable for a change. I didn't know anything about Easy Rest until the sales rep told us all about it and it made me decide to purchase one. And when the delivery team came, they tore the old bed down, put it in another spare room I've got and set everything up.

My wife wanted a better bed so that she could rest more comfortably. We just had a regular bed and she find that she wasn’t getting the rest she really needed. So we looked into an Easy Rest bed and she decided that’s what she wanted. It was a great experience talking to the salesman. It was also a great experience after the delivery team got in and set up the bed. One thing that we both like about the delivery team, they had us lie down on the bed and take the remote and go through the features, whether it’s raising up at the head, the foot and the shoulders, everything on the remote as to how it went, what it did and all of that. They were extremely cordial, too. Since having the Easy Rest Bed, my wife rests a lot better and so do I. I wish we had gotten Easy Rest bed years ago.

The sales representative was a very good salesman and told us everything we wanted to hear about this perfect bed. "Everything's going to be great. You're going to rest a lot better." He went to our bed and put the pillows up to show us how it would feel in the Easy Rest bed. Then the delivery team came in and did what they needed to do to put the bed up. They were really good. My husband had already started to help take down the bed that we had there. They came on in and helped him move them to the other room.

The sales representative was very nice. When I feared I couldn't afford the bed, he got it approved for me to get it at a price I could pay for. Now I could sleep better since using the Easy Rest. I bought it because it is adjustable and I can raise my head up and prop up in the bed if I want to because I can't sleep with my head flat. I use the massager often for my back and legs which hurt a lot. I'm tremendously enjoying the bed. It has been a wonderful experience.

We purchased the Easy Rest since their salesperson who came here made it sound really interesting and that it was going to help the pain. But my back still hurts even after I slept on it. Some of the stuff the rep told us about the bed did not work for us. The delivery team told us if we had any problems, to call them. We’re poor people and we told them not too long after we had the bed that we didn’t like it. I called and never got an answer.

I wanted an Easy Rest bed -- I am 91 years old and things are just getting worse, so I thought that will be easier. I’m not bedfast or anything but I can never tell. I like it best as far as raising it and getting my pillow to be in the right place. That’s my biggest problem - I think I’m trying to get more comfortable without a pillow when I raise it. But other than that, I like it fine. I also like lifting my legs at night because I have a disease in my veins. But frankly, I was more comfortable in the bed I had. Because when I raise the back, there’s the wrinkles where the section comes up and I have to learn to know where I’d sit or lie because that to me was something that I didn’t like although, I'm happy with the Easy Rest bed.

I was in the market to get a bed and I happened to have the Easy Rest advertisement available. I looked into it and the agent came by my house and explained all the qualities of the bed. It's something that I needed because it takes me a while to go to sleep. Now I rest a lot easier and I get more sleep. This bed is so much softer than my old bed and is also a lot better because I have the vibrator-massage with it, which I do for both the top and foot part. It's also more comfortable when I recline the bed a little. I like to look at the TV when I'm lying down and it’s a lot easier than propped on my pillows.

I love my Easy Rest, I sleep better since using it. I use the elevation feature the most. I have diabetes, and because of this my feet bother me, and my legs swell. Having my feet elevated seems to help a lot. Also, their representative was great, she was funny. The delivery team was very cordial, I couldn't have asked for anybody better. Overall, I recommend the Easy Rest. My experience has been just wonderful.

I've been in and out of hospitals a lot lately and got an Easy Rest bed for medical reasons. I'm diabetic and I noticed that one of my feet is not as swollen as it normally is with the bed. I like the feature where I can raise my head and feet. I need my feet up and the home nurses that come here keep telling me to elevate my feet and legs. I'm sleeping better as it is more comfortable than my old bed. Their sales representative was very knowledgeable of the product. He wasn't pushy-pushy but was firm. He didn't act like he was in a hurry. We had a very good experience with him. A couple of young guys delivered it and one of them looked like he's been doing it for quite a while while the other one looked like a rookie. There was a little fighting because the other one kept telling the other what he had to do. It was fine with me as that's good because it's the only way he's going to learn.

I decided to purchase an adjustable Easy Rest bed because I have scoliosis - my back is twisted, I'm humped over and I needed something that would adjust to my back. Though I haven't noticed any changes because my back is so bad, the bed has been real good and real comfortable as compared to the old bed that I had for 25 years which was hard and uncomfortable. I use the bed's adjustability feature the most, it gets adjusted to my back. As for the sales representative, he was very nice, very informative and I enjoyed his presentation. The delivery team was courteous and did everything. I'd recommend them to a friend.

I’d recommend Easy Rest to anybody. I got it due to health reasons and for the elevation. I relax better with it and I noticed my husband was not snoring as much either. I elevate my head and I feel comfortable with it. The only problem is that the mattress is too soft for me. I'm used to sleeping on a real firm mattress. Other than that, I wish I had the bed sooner. I’ve tried to recommend it to my kids but they can’t afford it right now.

I have problems sleeping so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was a good salesman and explained everything. The delivery team was wonderful also. There was nothing wrong with the people that work for the company. I use the sit-up and the head but the bed makes me and my husband slide down and and his feet would be hanging off the bed. I feel like the mattress is too light that it would go to the foot. Right now, it sinks down in the middle when I raise it up and it bothers my back and side. I called them and they said to unzip and then zip the top part but it still sinks. It's not like the box spring and the bed go together and when I rolled it up, there's a hole in the bend. So I'm going to flip it and try it over the weekend and see if it's any better and if I will be resting better or not. I'm not comfortable and that was my reason for wanting and needing this bed in the first place.

I'm not happy with the Easy Rest Bed. I just sleep on it. I thought it would help my legs and my back, but it doesn't. Elevating my legs doesn't help and to raise my head, my back really hurts. I'm also sore and my legs hurt. I just can't find the comfort zone on it. To vibrate it, it makes me kind of sick to my stomach. If I could sell it for what I've got it, I’d sure do it. Although it's nice to note that the delivery guys were great and they went over the demonstration twice with me. I thought if it does all of that then I’m going to be happy. But I've not been happy from day one and it keeps getting softer and softer. I feel like the foam rubber isn’t quite what it’s supposed to be. It's got cheap foam and two inches of better foam on top and I just sink down in it. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I have back problems and I needed my legs elevated so I thought an Easy Rest bed would help me, but it hasn't helped as much as I thought it would. They knew I slept on a firm mattress and the bed that I got from Easy Rest is so soft and it's so hard to regulate and get it to where I want. I know that takes time but this morning, it's not good at all again. I also thought it would help keep my esophagus from upchucking if I keep my feet elevated, but it hasn't helped. And I have a pacemaker so when I raise my head, my feet would lower more and it just doesn't work.

I wanted an Easy Rest because I had slept in a recliner for 19 years - I've had my hips replaced, both of them, and my back and everything. I love the bed since I got I have often raised the head and the feet because that's the way I sleep in a recliner. I like the vibrator in it too, it relaxes me and I love that. The sales representative was great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I'm almost 81 years old, have a bad back, and need some comfort. My Easy Rest bed is a good comfortable bed and better than my old bed. It has helped my back even though it didn't cure the problem because my back is shot. I like to read myself to sleep so I prop my head and feet up when I read in bed. The delivery team did everything they should and put it where I wanted it. They put it together good and showed me how to use it. Everything is good.

I'm disabled so I thought an Easy Rest would help. I had been thinking of buying one for a long time. When I contacted them, their sales team were very nice. First, a guy was here and he put me on the phone. I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke to, but she said that my payments wouldn't be starting until December, but they started last month and it's the only problem I have. Meanwhile, their delivery team were very kind and nice. Now with the bed, I put my head up a lot at night and I use the massager since it helps a lot. Overall, I'm very happy with the bed and I will love this bed for a long time. My old bed for 20 years is not even close to my new Easy Rest - it is so good.

I'm glad I bought the Easy Rest bed. The nice sales rep was here about an hour talking to us. The guys that delivered it were nice, too. It took them about an hour to set the bed up. They told us to lie down and explained everything to us. I've been sleeping a lot better since using the bed. I like that it moves up and down. I like the vibrator, too and use it most of the time because it's relaxing to go to sleep to. I also move the head up a little bit when I'm watching TV.

Easy Rest bed is very good and comfortable. We're enjoying it very much and the vibrator, too. Since using the bed, we've been sleeping a lot better. We'd totally recommend it.

I’ve got a three level cervical fusion and a failed lumbar fusion and it’s been hard to find a bed that has been comfortable for me. But with the Easy Rest, I can actually raise the foot up a little bit and it elevates my legs and takes pressure off of my lower back so it definitely helps me sleep a lot better. My experience has been great with Easy Rest. The guys that delivered it were very kind and very thorough. They got out here and set it up quickly, helped me move the other bed out of the room. They went over everything and showed me how to operate the bed and it’s been good to me since we got it. It’s a great bed. I really enjoy it. Easy Rest is absolutely outstanding. I'd recommend it.

Compared to my old bed, the Easy Rest isn’t too hard, which makes it comfortable. I slowly read before I go to sleep, so I sit up at night and read, and put down the bed then go to sleep. Their sales rep was friendly, nice, and the delivery team didn’t waste any time. They knew what they were doing and were right at it. They had to move my other bed out first, and it took a few minutes, so they did a wonderful job. I’d recommend it.

I had no problems with the delivery of the Easy Rest as it was very convenient and easy but I'm still having problems getting used to it. I try to do the lift the head and feet parts of the bed but I can't. I have a lot of back and hip problems and the bed is supposed to be helpful. They need to have a trial period because it might work for some people but not for others. I came from a Sleep Number bed, an air mattress and I could let the air out to make it softer or harder depending on how I was feeling, and I can't do it with this bed. So this bed is not quite as good as I hoped it would be. But I'm stuck with it now and it's very expensive. This is probably the last bed I ever buy because I can't afford another one.

Easy Rest sales representative was really good, and I had no problem with the delivery team who did a good job. I usually raise the feet or the head of the bed. However, the bed seems to need bigger blankets and there's no place to tuck it in. The mattress is so thick. I seem to be more comfortable with the old bed because the sheets and the blankets fit better because of the size of the mattress.

The Easy Rest bed is fantastic. I like the settings, and I sleep more comfortably with the setting that I have chosen. I noticed that I don’t toss and turn when I sleep. I’m getting a good night sleep and feel more energetic in the morning than I have been in the past. I’m very pleased and satisfied with it. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I saw Easy Rest on TV and their different positions so I bought it. It worked for me because sometimes I like to rest my leg, sit back and watch TV. I had my bed before it for more than 15 years. There's not much difference between them except I like to rest my leg high and I'm able to do it with this new bed. I use all of the bed's features. I sit up to watch TV and then put it down when I'm falling asleep. The sales representative was okay. When I spoke to his manager, he sold me the bed for half of what his sales rep was going to sell it to me for. The delivery team got here on time and had everything set up, gave me all the instructions. I would recommend them to my friends because I like it but I think I paid a whole lot more money for it. I wish I knew a little bit and checked other companies before I signed up.

I needed a new bed so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I love it! I use all of its features.

I have Parkinsons and have not been sitting well in a while. After using the Easy Rest bed, I don't seem to have edema anymore on my ankles and I sleep well. My only problem is that the massager shakes my head too. But I’m glad I made the decision to get the bed. Even though it’s very expensive, it is a good buy. The salesman was good while the delivery people were very prompt, fast, and good.

I got a brochure in the mail, so I called, and the price was reasonable for me so I got the bed. The sales rep did an excellent job. He made sure they got in here on time and that the bed has been set up right. The delivery team did a good job, too. They were talking with the representative on the phone, making sure everything’s put on right and taken out. I’m enjoying my bed. I like that I could raise the head up and down, and sometimes use the vibration too.

I had a hospital bed for several months until we got the Easy Rest bed. I don't want that hospital bed, it's too short and my feet hangs. So we decided to get an Easy Rest. I like it pretty good. I'm an amputee and sometimes I move around a lot in the bed, and it looks like I'm coming out of it sometimes because it doesn't have a foot on the bottom of it. I am dissatisfied with it but it's better than what I had before. The elevation where I can adjust it is the bed's best feature. The sales representative was okay but I think we paid way too much for that bed. I could've gotten something comparable, much less expensive. The other thing was I didn't get to try this bed out. I bought it unseen. So if I had to do it over, I wouldn't have gotten this bed. The delivery team were great. They were really good, they knew what they were doing and wanted to do the best they could.

The sales representative was very nice and knew what he was talking about. He stayed on point and was upfront with everything. The delivery guys came in, took off the old mattresses and put them upstairs where I wanted them, and then put the bed together. After that, they shook my hand and said good night. They were young guys but were nice and respectful. The Easy Rest is a really nice bed. I purchased it because I can toss and turn, and it really helps the lower arthritis in my legs. I’m not as stiff. I’ve had my old bed longer than 30 years, but it didn’t massage like the Easy Rest bed does. The massage chucks me to get off to sleep and after that, I’m in La La Land. Fantastic experience.

I've got poor circulation so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. When I first got it, I woke up the next morning hurting so I decided to leave it flat and got better results. I had a California King for 15 years so when they brought my new Easy Rest, it didn't look like a queen size and I'm used to lying on a great big old bed. I had another person who said he had a bed like that and that was the queen size though it looks small to me. Meanwhile, I use the massager feature the most. I'd lay it flat and the massage lasts for 30 minutes and cuts off automatically. Their sales rep was good and that's why I bought the bed.

I thought by purchasing this bed from Easy Rest I can get some relief. However, I’m having a lot of problems with it right now. I’m not sleeping good at all. When I get up, my shoulders and hips are hurting. I’d love to know if they have a 90-day trial or not. It’s been about 60 days, and for about four weeks, I was sleeping really good but now, I ain’t sleeping because I ain’t getting the right support and I don’t know why it’s hurting me. I’m using all of the bed’s features - raising it up and down, feet up and down. There are features that I like but there are those that I don't. I think we need a time on it. But the sales representative has done all right. With my experience right now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My husband needed to have something to slant because he can't breathe. We got an Easy Rest bed and now, he sleeps all night long. He likes to raise his head and feet up and loves the heat for the cold nights, too. It really worked well and we're glad we got it.

The sales rep was nice and explained everything. The delivery team worked together to put the bed up and within half an hour they were through. They were fine with moving my old bed out where I told them to, and were nice. Although I pay too much for my Easy Rest, I like it because it's a queen size bed and I’ve always wanted one of those beds that I can adjust wherever I wanted it. I have back trouble and I've had surgery two years ago. With Easy Rest, I can raise the head up to where my back don't hurt as bad. Sometimes when I'm really tired and I’ve got bad arthritis in my right hip, I can turn that vibrator on and it'll put me to sleep. If I ever had to do it over, I would buy the bed again.

Instead of laying flat, I've been thinking about being able to have a bed that dips and curves so I got an Easy Rest bed. It took me a little while to get used to it, but I'm getting used to it and I seem to sleep better. I just tilt my head and feet a little bit higher. I don't use the vibration at all. The sales representative was very nice and answered the few questions I had. The guys that delivered were a very good team. They took the other bed that I had and put it in my shed. I'm pleased with what I've got and how they treated me.

When my husband and I saw the Easy Rest bed, it felt good so we bought it. We like it especially having the vibrate feature. When we wake up during the night, the vibrator helps us go back to sleep when we can't. My husband also likes being able to raise the head up a bit. It's a nice feature. I have a bed that somebody gave me and I find it very comfortable. But when the chance of having an Easy Rest bed came out, we took it and we're not sorry.

I’m very pleased with the Easy Rest bed. It has conquered a whole lot about troubles that we have with our body and I’m not tired in the morning when I get up. I use all of the features and it does me justice because I have a bad back so therefore, it alleviates the pressure on my lower back. So the portion that raises my legs and then I adjust my head relieves the pressure on my back because I have a problem with L4-L5 disc, then I have sciatic nerve damage. The product is really amazing and the deliverymen were just marvelous. They were outstanding. Anything that we had questions about, they answered them. I would really recommend Easy Rest Bed.

The Easy Rest was a good bed until we put the heat on. Their heat system stinks to high heavens. They also need to improve their remote control because it's supposed to adjust the bed. When you try to set it, sometimes it'll set and sometimes it won't. The sales rep was nice enough but didn't exactly tell us the truth because he said it was the best and I don't think so. There is no way it's worth the money I'm paying for it.

I don't really like Easy Rest, but it's too late to cry over spilled milk. The advertisement looked to be appealing and then when the guy came out, the demonstration, the video and all, it looked to be appealing, but the bed itself, it's not what I expected it to be. The two separate beds makes the crack in the middle. The controllers fall down in between it. My husband and I are now separated, it's like sleeping in two separate beds. I guess I never gave it enough thought. I just can't seem to get comfortable in it. I have breathing problems and I cough all the time, so I thought this would be beneficial but it doesn't seem to be.

I've had my old bed for 20 years and been wanting to purchase an Easy Rest bed for a while. It is adjustable and I can sit up and read or do what I want to do. I do have arthritis in my hands and it helps. The feature I used most is where it tilts up my head because sometimes it helps me sit up a little bit. I have not noticed any changes yet but I haven't had it that long.

My experience in using the Easy Rest bed is fine. I like this bed because I get to elevate my feet on it. I only have one problem and that's the monetary part. I don't know why the bill is so high and I don't think my balance should be as much as they said. If it wasn't for this, I would recommend it to anybody.

I have multiple sclerosis and I'm normally up, but with the Easy Rest bed, I sleep through the night now. Every experience I've had with their reps were great and they were quick as well. They were here for 20 minutes - had the bed hooked up, set up, and ready to rock and roll. They plugged it in and it worked perfectly. When I put the head up (my favorite since it's easier to breathe this way) the part of the bed hugs the wall so it doesn't scrape it. I got the massager too and I'm just like in paradise!

I needed a new bed so I purchased an Easy Rest. I'm very happy with it. Since I got it, my circulation is better and my husband's snoring is better. Prior to Easy Rest, we had our old bed for about five years. It was nothing compared to this. This is fabulous. I love it. When I first got it, I used to get in a position and turn on the massage. Then I turned it down to the flat position to sleep through the whole night because I can't sleep on my back. But it's still very, very comfortable. I was very delighted with the sales representative. He was wonderful. The delivery was great. They were very respectful, informative. I've already recommended it to people. I've got people come over to lay on it. They want one but they can't afford it.

I was looking for a bed and Easy Rest caught me in a great mood so I got it. I called them up and talked to them and they sent a representative out. He told me what he had and how it worked and showed me pictures. He didn't high price, he's a nice guy. I've been having it great but they have never contacted me to see how I'm getting all along with it. Also, they promised me a pillow and it's been two months and I haven't got a pillow. But as long as the bed serves, rests my back and lets me sleep, I’m happy. I used to have a regular California king bed inside of my waterbed frame and I wasn't satisfied. It doesn't compare with Easy Rest. It was what I was looking for. I put the head up about 6 inches and turn the vibrator on. It took a while to get used to it, to get the right height but I'm getting along fine with it right now. I'd buy another one again if I had to.

I bought an Easy Rest bed and it's a lot different with my old bed. I like to sleep more. I use the head feature most. Their sales representative was nice and their delivery team was all right, too. They demonstrated how to use the bed and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience.

My Easy Rest bed is good, a lot better than my previous one. Whenever I put my head and feet up, my back eases up on pain. My back don’t hurt me during the day as nearly as much unless I do some lifting. The sales reps were good. They called and told me when everything was coming in and what day it was getting here. In general, experience is great and I think it would help people.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest bed. I love the durability. You could raise your head and feet and it's a great experience. My back is also better. I don't have the back pain that I used to have. I usually use the head lift because I like to read in bed. Sometimes I have to raise it up for my reflux, but I don't let it stay up all night. I use it for an hour or two until it passes. I get a great night's sleep, enjoy the firmness of the mattress and wake up feeling good.

My Easy Rest bed is comfortable and a lot better than my old bed. I had to have it for my COPD - I have to blow my nose all the time and cough all the time so it's not an easy thing. Since having it I've been sleeping a lot longer, which I wasn't able to do before. The massage is wonderful. My wife's back pain is severe so it helps her back. She doesn't have much pain and it makes it easier for her to sleep. I also like it that I can put my head up in the air (I don't have to worry about hacking away, lying on my back) and also my feet up. Adding to that, the delivery team was wonderful. They were nice guys and did a nice job.

I wanted an Easy Rest bed to be able to elevate the seat. The sales rep I talked to was very knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery team was prompt and efficient too and did what was needed. So far, we're enjoying our bed. I use the elevation feature the most because I broke my foot and it swells and it helps to elevate them at night. All in all, I'm very pleased with our Easy Rest bed and glad that we ordered it.

I was trying to get us to one of these beds that recline so that we could use to put our feet up without having to use pillows (I'm diabetic and she's not diabetic but she gets inflammation in her legs) and because we were both having back problems. She didn't want Easy Rest at first, but I said she needed it and then she has been using it pretty good because we had some people come in here and finally told her that she had to place her legs up so the blood would go back running because she was getting dizzy. I don't think she was getting enough blood up to her brain so that has helped. The bed is doing what it's supposed to do.

The sales representative who helped me was very nice, answered all my questions and tried to make the payment as easy as he could. I chose the Easy Rest bed because I can make it to a height of what I needed to keep falling out of bed, and I haven't fallen out. I like it better than my other bed. I also like the way it massages. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The sales rep was very courteous and a nice fellow. The delivery team was very nice too. I spend most of my time in my Easy Rest bed. I like the vibration since it got so many different settings on it. I’d recommend Easy Rest.

I'm an old man, 73 years old and I got COPD, had a heart attack and prostate cancer. I don't do much and don't go anywhere so I just sit around. The Easy Rest bed is okay and I would recommend it.

I had broken my leg and it was swollen. The Easy Rest bed seemed to be something that might help so I bought it, and it has. I use the legs and the head to prop. The bed is very expensive but it's been working well for me.

My wife have arthritis and I have a problem that causes my back to ache, so I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed to help with these issues. Since having the bed, I've been using the massager every night and there's been a change with my back problem. But I'm dissatisfied with the bed's installment because one side of it is lower than the other side, and I don’t know what to do about that.

I bought my Easy Rest Bed because my legs give me so much problems. They have very poor circulation and they’re going to be my downfall, so I was hoping my bed would help. So far, everything is going good. I haven’t been able to adjust it much because there’s been a cramp in my leg. I’ve been having some problems with arthritis and it doesn’t help my legs much. But as far as the bed goes, I like it. When I first got it, I would adjust the bed the way I would like to and turn the massage on. It would put me to sleep every night, so that was really nice. The only complaint I have is the cost. It's expensive, but I’m happy with it overall. I was also very pleased with their service and I have talked to a lot of my friends about it.

I use my Easy Rest bed every night. It has a feature that can raise my head and leg a little bit which is so comfortable. It relieved my leg cramps at night and that's basically why I bought it. Evidently, I'm pumping blood down my legs and my legs are bringing the blood back up, so it's going fine. I've even recommended it to a friend who's got leg problems. Also, the pillow they sent me is comfortable, but I don't use it because I like to sleep on my side and I roll around a lot.

My bed of three years was a memory foam type of mattress. I like it and it's fairly new but it couldn’t be elevated. It was getting hard for me to breathe without the head elevated so I purchased an Easy Rest. The sales rep did very well in explaining everything and getting the bed the right height for me. The delivery people came about 8:00 o’clock at night, which was fine, and worked quickly and efficiently. I enjoy my bed and like it very much. It’s easy to breathe when I’m sleeping using the head and feet elevation. It’s a very comfortable bed.

I like my experience with Easy Rest. Their sales representative was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. The delivery went very nice. I have an esophagus problem and like the way that you could raise the head of the bed.

My wife needed a bed of Easy Rest's nature, something that would raise her head up better - that's why we got it, and my wife told me the bed helps her. She has a neck problem, so she uses the head raising part the most. The salesperson did a great job and so did the delivery team. The only concern that I have is it would've been better if that bed had been shorter. The salesman measured the bed, and the bed we had in our headboards was 74 inches in length. The one they ordered for me was 84, which kept us from being able to use our headboards and they had to be modified. But other than that, everything has been fine.

I bought the Easy Rest bed because I have a lot of back problems, knee problems and leg problems. Another reason is because of its ability to go up and down, adjust the position. I was expecting something else, like a little bit more vibration power, but I don't feel much of that from it. And then when you put it on the flow wave, the massage does not go up and down. When you first start it out, it starts out with a lot of pumping sounds. It's mellowed out a little bit but you still hear a little pumping sound. But other than that, it's okay.

When we needed a new bed, we decided to buy Easy Rest. It is very comfortable and is so much better than the old bed that we had for 30 years. We already sleep on it, but we haven't really used most of its features except for the vibration which we really like. Right now, I'm getting an electrician to plug it in so that we can use the bed's up and down feature. Their sales rep and installers have done a very good job and everything is okay, so we're happy with them.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed thinking it would help my wife but I realized it's going to take a while to get used to a different bed. With this, I am able to sit up, watch TV comfortably and relax. Personally, I raise the head and feet when I'm sleeping because it seems to be more comfortable for my back. I'm hoping that it will help me rest better as time goes on.

I’m a spinal injury patient and I have plates and screws in my spine where I can’t lay flat and I needed something to help me sleep, so I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I’ve always wanted one, and also due to my medical condition. It replaced my 17-year old miserable bed, and now I’m having a wonderful experience with my Easy Rest. The old one had an indentation that I couldn’t get away from and those dents gave me other issues. Also, I can only sleep in one or two positions with it, but with the Easy Rest, it moves and bends, where I can elevate my head and feet, and I don’t have those pressure points in the bed anymore, which is nice. Their rep was fantastic too, and I liked him a lot since he was really good, very knowledgeable, did demonstrations through visual aid, and also helped me find a way to finance for the bed since I’m on a fixed income and didn’t have the money to buy it.

The Easy Rest bed is a lot better compared to my old of bed of 9 years. Their reps were nice and the delivery team was good. They brought my bed in and set it up in no time. I put my feet up when I use the bed, and it helps me a lot. I really like it since it’s nice and soft, the feet and head goes up and it also vibrates. I’d recommend the Easy Rest bed to anyone.

I got an Easy Rest bed since I’m able to lift up the head and foot part, or both. It replaced my old flat mattress which I had for 5 years. The Easy rest is more comfortable and has more padding than a spring set. I’m sleeping better on it. I often use the massage part often because the bones on the lower part of my back are giving out, and it massages that area. We like the bed, and since my husband had surgery, sleeping on the Easy Rest helped him. It’s expensive but so far, it’s worth it and I’d recommend it to anyone.

When the Easy Rest bed was demonstrated to me, it was massaging me all over. That's what made me decide to go and get it. So far, it's been good but it doesn't massage my feet, only my upper body. That's the only thing I don't like about it. Moreover the Easy Rest sales rep and their delivery team were very nice and I give them an A+.

A gentleman came to tell us about the Easy Rest Bed, however, we couldn't afford it at the time. When I called them up this time, they came right out and everything was pleasant. We purchased a twin-size model on one base, although I wish that the base was separate, because my wife gets twin-sized blankets, and she can't get in there to tuck them down. I'm enjoying this bed, and have recommended it to two other people.

I enjoy Easy Rest more than most beds because I have bad legs and I use it to raise my feet up.

The Easy Rest bed is relaxing and comfortable. I bought it because I was trying to straighten up lower back problems, neck problems and it seemed like it'll help me so I figured I'll try it. The sales rep was a good fellow. He explained everything good. The delivery team was good, too. They explained what the bed does. And now that I have Easy Rest bed, I get to rest better. I don't get up at night like I always have. I like to use the raising of the foot and the head part because it takes pressure off the lower part of my back. As for my wife goes, it doesn't help her a whole lot but I don't know if it's the difference in the settings of it but it bothers her a little bit.

I was having trouble sleeping at night. I couldn't stay asleep. Since purchasing the Easy Rest bed, I can sleep almost all night. The vibration helps me go to sleep. I mostly use it as well as the feature where my legs come up. But I don't know if it's me or the bed, but it needs more power in its going up and vibrating. Nonetheless, the bed is great and I like it a lot. There’s no comparison with it.

I had a Tempur-Pedic bought in 2005. It was good but I couldn't adjust it so I went looking for something I could because it's better than just laying in one position all the time for a 70-year old like me. I'm also going to have a knee surgery and with Easy Rest, I can adjust the bed to where my knees are more comfortable sleeping so I decided to purchase one. I make sure I massage before going to sleep every night so I can relax and it's good. Everybody was very nice and concerned, and explained things to me so it was great. They're awesome and I really enjoy the bed.

I have trouble with my feet and need them elevated so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I really like it. I use the massager and both the head and feet. Their sales representative was a very nice man and the delivery team was very nice too. They explained things and didn't take long to set the bed up.

I have indigestion, sleep apnea, and headaches at night. Since using Easy Rest, I have had less headaches. I use the head and feet raising feature and the vibrator because it helps me with my breathing, feet and whole body. I had a nice sales rep and I liked him. Over all, it was great.

Easy Rest had been sending me stuff through the mail for about a year and I had been looking at them. When my grandson left, I gave him my queen-size bed and I took his full size bed. He didn’t take care of his mattress, didn’t turn it over, didn’t do nothing with it, so right in the center there was a sink place. So I decided to get the Easy Rest deal through the mail. I sent it in and Easy Rest called me. The sales rep was great and explained everything thoroughly to me. The delivery team were also great but I didn’t notice that they put the coasters on the bottom of the bed, on the rollers, and I need them off. I can’t move my bed. I don’t have much strength left so I’m going to have my great grandson-in-law to take the coasters off and I’ll save them in case I need them later on.

Our old bed just a plain, regular, standard bed so I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because of my back pain, leg muscles and snoring. Now, we can recline, bring our feet up and ease our pains. Plus the vibrating helps with the lower back, just like the gentleman that was here said it would. My favorite features, aside from the vibrating would be the heating and cooling pad. If anybody would ask, I would highly recommend it. It's fantastic.

I've been having trouble for a long time sleeping, and was hoping that the Easy Rest bed would make a difference, and it sure did. I use it to help me watch TV and use the massage feature because I had an aneurysm and a stroke, and my body is in horrible shape. It hurts just to wake up in the morning. Their sales representative was good and the delivery team was terrific.

I've had a hospital bed for two years and it didn't satisfy me. Since using the Easy Rest I've been able to rest. I use the elevation feature because I can't breathe on a flat bed and have to have my feet elevated. I only wonder if the bed has railings to keep me from falling out.

We’re very disgusted with Easy Rest Bed. I thought the part where the knees would raise up would help me sleep on my back but it’s not what I expected because I can’t put my feet down. I use the vibrator though and it seems to help me get to sleep. The delivery team were also nice. However, when my husband talked to customer service, he promised we had 60 days to return it and then when we read the contract later on, we saw three days. We were really disappointed in that.

I've had my old bed for 30 years and it didn't do anything. I was going to get something new so I decided to get a bed that went up and down. Now with the Easy Rest bed, I put the headboard way up in the evening and under my legs and I read for an hour or two before I go to sleep. Then I put the feet and back all the way down to go to sleep. Adjusting it is good when I want help sitting up plus I have trouble with my knees. Also, once in a while I make it shake me. It's a fun bed. I find that I enjoy it more when I’m awake and reading in bed.

The salesman answered all my questions and the delivery team took care of everything. They moved everything around, set the new bed up, and showed us that everything was working good. I purchased the bed for my wife as she's been having a lot of trouble with her back and she cracked her hip, and had a knee replacement. I paid too much for it but my son said it'd be okay and everything's working so far. I like Easy Rest better than my old bed and it feels a lot better to raise the head up. People were very nice and cooperative and I would recommend them.

The sales representative was nice, and the delivery team did a good job. I bought an Easy Rest because I can't afford to get a massage everyday. I enjoy the bed because it's a lot of help to me with my lower back pains and arthritis, and I can get a good night's rest with its head raise and vibration feature. It's a great experience to be able to lay down and rest better.

The Easy Rest sales rep was polite, and the delivery team was very nice. However, I’m unhappy with the bed. I haven’t been comfortable with it. Customer service told me they’re going to send me a piece of foam to put inside to make the bed softer, and I’m still confused about getting the vibrator to turn on and off, even though the delivery team was able to demonstrate how to use the bed. I lift the leg or head up frequently since it’s good for the body to have my feet elevated to my heart. I also thought the bed would help my health, but it didn’t. When I read the fine print after three days, it took me five days to realize that I made a mistake, and I don’t know what to do. I’m stuck with this bed that I can’t really pay for four years. I wouldn’t advise the Easy Rest to anyone.

Since using the Easy Rest bed, I definitely sleep and feel better when I get up in the morning. I use all 3 features every night because it's comfortable and I really like the massage. I'm happy I bought it and and they were so nice about getting the price down to where I could afford it. I love my old bed but I wouldn't go back to it. Their sales rep was great. The delivery team did a good job as well. They were a little surprised by the stairs that they had to get up and through but they got it there. The bed is the best sleep I've had in a long time and I love it.

The Easy Rest salesman was excellent. He was kind and knowledgeable - seemed to know the product back and forth, but he made me believe that maybe my arthritis would be better with the bed and unfortunately, it hasn't. As for the delivery team, they were quick and willing to do whatever I asked them to do. Moreover, I often use the Easy Rest's massage feature when I get to bed and ready to sleep, and it helps, together with the noise and the little movement. As of now, I'm still learning to use it.

Easy Rest is a very nice bed. When Easy Rest came out, at first I sent in things to try to win it for free. They called and told me I didn't win a free bed but would I like to try it so I'm trying it and I really enjoy it. I really can't afford this one but I really enjoyed it and I don't want to return it.The sales rep was very pleasant to talk to. He brought the machine and put it on my bed and I was satisfied immediately with it, even joking to him just to leave the bed in my room. He did not pressure me into buying the bed. I pressured myself into it. The delivery team was also great. They came in and got the bed together. One guy showed me how to use the things to put the legs up if I wanted the legs up or put the head up, the vibrator. They were really nice guys. My experience is wonderful. I sleep a good sleep. I put the vibrator on when I first get in the bed. I put my head up but I don't put it up real high, just enough that when I sleep, I'm comfortable.

It is comfortable to sit up and watch TV, but to sleep on it is horrible! It puts a kink in my back and I am sore all over in the morning!

I elevate the Easy Rest bed at night and the massager when I go to bed because during the day my calves get sore. It works good and I sleep like a banana. It helps me with my breathing too. However, one of the couches had a spot on it like somebody threw something on it. My wife says it was okay so we left it like that.

I'm sleeping better because of Easy Rest. It's very comfortable and at the right height. Even my cat likes it and every time my daughter-in-law comes, she goes and tries it. I like that I can adjust it up and down because I like to go to bed and read. I can do it comfortably or watch TV. The massager is good, too. The sales rep was very nice. The delivery team was very good, too although they came in and one of the men told me I have too much stuff. I didn’t quite appreciate that but other than that, they were all right. I only have one complaint - I still have not received the pillow.

I went with Easy Rest bed because of the price. And I like raising the head up when I use it because it helps me breathe at night. The sales rep was nice and was able to answer my questions, and the delivery team went out of their way to get everything taken care of. It was a good experience.

The Easy Rest people were very good. The people that brought the bed told me how to operate it. It is harder than the bed we had for four or five years, but it is alright. I like its vibration feature. The only thing is that I didn't know at that time that the bed is mighty expensive.

Right now I'm waiting for somebody to come and exchange the mattress. The machine thread where it was stitched up became unraveled. I called on the 18th to report it and they have a work order on it. Other than that, I’m happy with the Easy Rest. I don’t get up with sore and last night, I slept four hours straight which something that I haven’t experienced in a long time. I usually sleep in spurts - two to three hours at the most. I raise the head and feet because it’s comfortable for me to sleep that way. I’ve used the massage sparingly too. It was a very pleasant experience with Easy Rest and I've enjoyed it.

The delivery team from Easy Rest was quick. They took the old bed and everything was good. Since using the bed, my back is a little better. I like its vibration feature, and most of the time I raise the head and the knees when I'm watching TV because it hurts less when I put my leg up.

I'm 74, have sleep apnea and got some medical issues so I thought the Easy Rest bed might help. The salesman was persuasive and the pricing decent, although I have some questions if I should be in the insane asylum when I signed on the dotted line for several thousand dollars. But I'm happy with the rig. And the salesman and I could relate to each other. He's a top-notch guy, showed and explained to me everything. He was helpful as I was wrestling with it and the price kept coming down as I talked to him so I made the plunge. I'm not happy about the money it's costing but happy with the results.

I usually had 2 to 3 pillows on my old bed, so I needed something to elevate my head when I'm sleeping and got an Easy Rest. So far, it's been good and I'm doing better. I also had a whole bunch of questions and the sales rep was able to answer them. The delivery people told me that if I needed a new top for my bed, I can get a new one. My only concern is on what time of month the bills come because I don't get them like I should.

Their sales rep is a nice guy and their delivery team were good people but I should've probably waited instead of buying it on the spot. They said Easy Rest was the best out there but I don't think it was worth what we get for it. It does sleep good. I have trouble breathing at night sometimes, and it's much easier to sleep using the feature in which I could put the head of the bed up a little bit but it's not as good as they said it was. Also, it's not as comfortable as our previous bed. My wife can feel the springs or dent in this mattress. Overall, I can’t say I’m dissatisfied and I can’t say that I’m fully satisfied.

I decided to get an Easy Rest bed because of my wife. We’re sleeping on 2 beds now instead of 1 and when I move doesn’t bother her. I put the head up and the feet up a little for the swelling of my feet. Their sales rep was a real nice salesman. However, the delivery team left some screws in my patio. I ran them over and got a flat. Aside from that, it seems that they're charging too much interest and when I pay extra on my bill, they add it on to my interest and principal instead of just adding it on to my principal.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I had back issues. I've been using it for over a month and use the back a little bit, but most of the time I use the massager. The sales representatives were okay and I had no problems with the delivery team. I've been anxious a lot because of the situation I got into. I'm bipolar and at that time I was in the peak. I was emotional in the sense that I wanted to be better and decided at the wrong time that I actually needed the bed. I'm kind of tight right now and trying to do the best so that I don't ruin my credit. It's not the best experience.

Our previous bed was a king size mattress with box springs. It was comfortable enough for me, but it wasn't as comfortable for my wife because it had spots in it where it would bulge in the middle, and they'll come up in the middle of the bed. With our new Easy Rest bed, it doesn't do that because we can adjust it to our comfort. My wife has lower back pain constantly and this has really helped her. I can adjust the bed to make her comfortable to where she can sleep, so it's definitely helpful. She is more comfortable in this bed than with the old one, and I'm satisfied that we're going to be happy with it.

I had just bought a new mattress set for my old bed but due to my acid reflux, I thought that with the Easy Rest bed I could wind the head part of the bed up instead of putting the head up on blocks. However, I don’t think I’d purchase another one again since I’m not that happy. They said it was 24 inches and then 26 inches high but they ignored me when I told them about it. Another thing that made me upset was when the two men came, they ran in and threw the Easy Rest into my bed frame. It was all done in 15 minutes and they told me it was $400 delivery fee. It's not right. They delivered it on their way around a loop, and I was the last on their list - I didn’t like it. Their sales rep showed us a demonstration and a movie about the bed, but didn’t tell me about the delivery fee. My daughter was going to buy a king size from them but she refused because $400 is a lot and the customer must be told ahead of time about the fee.

I had a few ailments, like my back, where I thought an Easy Rest Bed would help with and so far it's helping and I rest better at night because I am able to raise my head up. I also use the bed's massager, although not as much as I thought I would. Their sales representatives were really nice, informative, and helped me with my complaints. I am very satisfied with Easy Rest.

We had an old bed for 10 years that had little nooks and crannies in them and we suffer from arthritis from head to toe. With the Easy Rest, I sleep all night and I use it to raise the back and foot part for my back and knee, as I had total knee replacement. Our experience with their sales representative was great! She's very sweet and nice and got right down to the point and answered all my questions. Their delivery team was very prompt, fast and accurate. They put everything together and had us sit on the bed and made sure that it was to my height. The Easy Rest is comfortable.

The beds from Easy Rest go up and down and that's okay, however, since using them I still have to get up with my neck and back hurting every morning. We would like for them to pick up the beds because nobody told us that they were going to sell this note to another company. So we got a bill from them that we owed $8,800 and 18% interest. I thought I would be paying the bill to the bed company. So my husband got on the phone and he told them, "Come pick these beds up." There's no way we're paying $8,800 for these two little beds.

The Easy Rest sales representative was informative and was good in presenting the bed. The only thing that we didn't catch when he was telling us about setting it up with the payment was the 17.99% interest. We didn't know that it was going to be that much interest on our loan. We finally were able to pay the Easy Rest bed off because it would've cost way too much with the interest on it. We're enjoying it now, and we're using it in different ways to see which is most comfortable.

The sales rep was nice, and the delivery team did a good job. I wanted a new bed so I got the Easy Rest, but I just lay flat in it all the time.

I was taking blood pressure and arthritis medicine. The doctor said that in order for me to stop taking the arthritis medicine, I needed to do something about the way I sleep. So I thought it would be a good idea to get an Easy Rest bed. I've never slept in one of these types of bed before, but I'm having an okay experience with it. I use the vibrator feature the most and I watch TV straight up. I get in there around 10 and then I get out of there about 6. With the Easy Rest, I sleep comfortably, I don't get up, and I don't have cramps as much - when I do, they're not as bad. I think the Easy Rest is a good idea for somebody with the problems like mine.

I wish Easy Rest made the bed a little lower. I sleep with a magnetic sleep-board on my bed and I had hoped with the Easy Rest that I wouldn't need it, but I've had to put it back and it makes it a little bit higher. But I like the Easy Rest compared to my old bed because it's soft and I get a good rest on it, and every night I raise the head and feet of the bed a little bit.

The sales rep we talked to presented a good case for the Easy Rest bed. He told us all the things about it, the good things and the bad. The people who came and delivered it did a very nice job too. The small, older fellow was very good. He did everything right, explained everything well and was courteous. So far, we're enjoying our Easy Rest. My wife and I have bad backs and with it, we've been feeling and sleeping better. We use the head and the leg features of the bed but mostly the head. My diaphragm is shot so instead of sleeping on three pillows (finding them, tossing and turning), the head feature solves the problem and I can breathe better. I'd recommend the Easy Rest.

I owned a queen size bed that was a pillow top for ten years that took up the whole bedroom so I wanted a twin bed. I also wanted a bed that could raise up because I suffer from acid reflux. I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I'm enjoying it. Unlike my other bed, it's good. When I’m suffering with my stomach, I raise it up and it works for what I bought it for so far. It's a wonderful bed - comfortable and very economical.

I got an Easy Rest bed because I needed a comfortable one because of my recent injury during a fall. I sleep alright but it's in the wrong position. I broke my elbow and it hasn't healed yet, and I'm in the exact opposite position so I can't move around in bed and have a problem getting out of it. I have tried to make adjustments using the remote control and all of the different things going on with it to set the various positions. I also try to get my head in the right position but because the feet is supposed to be higher than the head while it rests and since I'm not in the bed correctly, I have a little problem in getting that adjusted. But I manage to have a good night's sleep.

I rest better with Easy Rest because I can get the head up a little. I'm 97 now and it helps me breathe better. It is comfortable. I'd recommend Easy Rest to anybody that can use it. The sales representative was very good and very helpful. The delivery team were good too, they cleaned up after themselves. It's excellent.

I have sciatica on my left side and couldn’t sleep, so I purchased an Easy Rest. The reps I spoke to were easy-going people. The delivery guys were good. They came in, set the bed up, and talked to me a little bit. I sleep with the back elevated more because it helps to make my breathing better. Overall, I'm sleeping better and I love the bed.

I haven't seen any improvement with my husband's poor circulation on his legs since using the bed. But it's not Easy Rest's fault because my husband won't sleep on his back to get his legs elevated to improve his condition. But the bed is comfortable and my husband likes it. I love my afternoon massage, and the care of the bed has helped me tremendously. The salesman in Farmerville was fabulous, and showed us every point about the bed. The delivery team were excellent. My husband is bad at falling out of the bed so they fixed the rail. They had to have the rail on the side that goes up and down, which took them a little longer. I'm sure that was something they don't usually have to do, but they’ve done a great job on it. The Easy Rest is the greatest thing we've ever had to rest with. We have no complaints at all.

We got our Easy Rest when the price went from $8300 to $5600. At first, we were kind of shocked at the price but the sales representative put us in with an "automotive closer". We got a deal that made it much more efficient for us but wish that he just gave us the best deal upfront so that we wouldn’t have felt pressured by "the professional closer" to bring the price down to $5600. If he said, “Okay, this is $5600," we would have signed it right there instead of spending another hour on the phone. It’s almost like an auto dealership type of thing. But we got what we wanted. We’ve done price comparison, and got a good deal.

My back and legs has been bothering me and since using the Easy Rest, my back hasn't been bothering me as bad. It is a comfortable bed. We raise the head and feet up for sleeping and to stop my back from aching. I'd recommend it. And the sales rep I spoke to was friendly, and the delivery guys were very courteous.
