Easy Rest is comfortable and it helps my back, especially when I put the heating pad in the right spot. Compared to my older bed, this one is way better, and I enjoy being able to elevate the back part of the bed. The sales representative we dealt with was wonderful, kind, and patient. He was able to explain everything and even did a demonstration. Aside from putting the whole thing up and putting the sheets on, the delivery team also made sure I knew how to use the bed.

I got an Easy Rest for my wife, but unfortunately, she can't sleep on it. It's too high off the ground for her right now. But the bed's good for me and I sleep on it.

And because I live in a mobile home, it's a single wide and the bedroom is very small.

I thought an Easy Rest bed would help my back but it hasn't. On my old bed, I could lie on my back and it would ease up. But on the Easy Rest, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. When my back hurts, the bed vibrates around my neck instead of my back.

My experience has not been very good. I don't know what's going on, but it's very uncomfortable, so I'm not really pleased with it right now. Someone told me I need to get a foam cushion to put between the mattress and the sheet. I'm sore when I wake up so I thought I would get the foam and put that on to see if it helps, but as much as the bed costs, I should not have to put anything on. Our old bed lasted 25 years and it was much better than my Easy Rest bed. But I'm also pleased with the Easy Rest because I can adjust it up and down. I'm not happy with Easy Rest at all. First, I didn't like the massage thing. When it was demoed, a thing was put under there to make it move where I was lying on the bed. That was fine when it was under my shoulder but I really don't feel it down the lower part of the body, which is what I need for my back. Second, I hate trying to make the bed with the two mattresses there. I'm short, I can't reach across it plus I'm 80 years old. Third, I don't like my mattresses so thin that I can feel the motor of the vibrator through the mattress. It pokes in my back if I try to sleep in the middle of the bed.

And I’m hoping that the people who come in to help him, when they give him a bath or when they take care of his hygienic needs, that they press the right button. But I don’t know how sensitive the bed is about that.

The Easy Rest is a nice bed. I had been looking at it for a long time and wishing I had one. I love the massage feature and the way I can adjust the top and bottom. One thing though, when I bought the bed, I did not know that it was going to be financed by a finance company which added another $1,000 on the price of the bed, and that kind of disturbed me. I've had neck surgery, shoulder surgery, and major back surgery in the last few years. I have advanced osteoarthritis, and I found out I have rheumatoid arthritis on top of everything else. That's why my husband decided an Easy Rest bed would be something good for us. It usually takes me half an hour to get all the kinks out of my body, and the bed has definitely helped in reducing my pain to a minimum. The sales rep was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and he wasn't pushy at all. The shipping also came very quickly. We got it within a week because the bed gets to people more quickly if they're disabled. The delivery team came in, set it up, got rid of the old mattress, and was gone. It was a very easy transition.

I fell in the kitchen and have bad swelling in my legs. No matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of the swelling until I got the Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was fantastic. He showed me all of the stuff and how the bed works. I have problems with post-nasal drip so I elevate my head a little so it doesn't end up in my lungs. However, I'm sweating a lot more with this mattress. I don't understand that because it has cloth covering but it seems that the memory foam makes you hot. The other thing I'm having problems with is how to flip over the mattress because they said that I have to flip it every month. Other than these, it is a good bed. I’m not pleased with my Easy Rest. I should’ve realized this when the salesman was trying to explain it. I guess he figured because I had agreed to apply for one for free, it would be fine. But I never expected to win it so it wasn’t an issue. But the thing about is I’m not used to laying on my back. I’m 70 years of age. I’ve always laid on my stomach or my side. And this is about the most uncomfortable bed in the world. The thing about it is, even in the hospital, the only reason I stay on my back is because I’m normally hooked up. But if I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t have bought it.

I was born with a bad back and the cartilage is gone in my knees.The Easy Rest bed is wonderful and my dog loves it too and doesn't like to get out of it. However, I need somebody to see what's going on with this one pad that s not supposed to get cracked but it did. I've called somebody once but they've never called me back.

I saw Easy Rest bed and I've been wanting one for some time, but for years I've been putting on and off getting it. So when it was about time for me to buy another bed, I've gotten what I want. I had my previous mattress for almost eight years and it was fuller, but it was also ordinary. My Easy Rest is adjustable and expandable compared to the old one. I like to prop up and look at the TV in bed at night. I use the bed during the day and when I go to sleep, I let it down comfortably to what position I like. In addition, the team that delivered it was friendly, efficient, and quick. They did their job and left, so it was great.

I've gotten an Easy Rest bed to exercise. Since using it, I've lost some weight. It was easy to use and I didn't have any problem. It gives me relief that I can relax and think when I'm depressed or out. I still use my old bed when I sleep, and I use my Easy Rest bed for exercising. My grandson uses it too. I also use it for resting during the day and when the weather is not good. When I go outside and work a while and come in, I can relax and rest on my bed. It's good to have and I'm enjoying it. The sales rep explained the product and answered all of my questions. When the delivery team came in, they explained everything to me what they were going to do, how I'm supposed to be using it and how everything is supposed to be done. They did their job and left.

I'm very dissatisfied with Easy Rest. The sales representative is okay and delivery team was good. They did what we asked except they didn't show us exactly the function of the bed. We had to learn that. We knew a little bit about it from my previous one, but we had to go work that way. Moreover, the mattresses are not what they said they were. Also, we called them about the vibrator or massager. They called me and said that they had ordered parts yet nobody has come to look at it. That has been three weeks ago and we don't know when they're coming.

It's a great bed. We had it for the feature which enables us to lift our feet and being able to move around. Bought it last September and this is a lot better than the one we had. The people from Easy Rest came to the house and did a demonstration before selling their bed to me. It’s a little bit uncomfortable from what I used to use, but I love the way it tilts up so I can read too. I read every night and watch the late news on television, so I find that very handy. The only thing about the Easy Rest bed is that the mattress is quilted with lines in it. I bought a mattress cover to cover the lines but to no avail. Sometimes when I’m lying on it, it gets irritating. I would suggest getting a smoother mattress if possible.

I've had back surgery, I've been stroked and MIs and everything else. I sleep a lot better since I've had Easy Rest. I can adjust the head and the feet the way I want it. Otherwise, I have to put pillows under everything. It is for my back and the fact that I got congestive heart failure and when I sit up long time, my feet become balloons. Salesman was nice and kind. It was also easy to change sheets because the guy that put it in showed me how. But it wasn't worth it. The bed is comfortable, but my other bed was comfortable too. They convinced me that it would be so much better for my back and my aches and pains. I don't have the aches and pain in bed but once I get up, it's just the same. I'm sorry that I bought it because I wasted $5,000.

I love my Easy Rest bed and how I could raise my head and feet up every day. I use my massager all the time because I have back problems and I'm running the motor out, and my husband on his side doesn't use that so I probably have to switch back to him. He got diagnosed with prostate cancer and once he started his treatment, he's going to be restless - I'm glad I got the bed.

Overall I'm satisfied with Easy Rest. I've told half a dozen people about it.

My husband was convinced to purchase an Easy Rest Bed because of health issues. Our last mattress was fairly new, and we've had it for about two years. It was a bit more comfortable than the Easy Rest, but I like Easy Rest because of the massage feature. Also, the fact that it can be adjusted is a plus. I would recommend the bed to somebody that could really benefit from it.

The salesperson from Easy Rest was very good. He seemed to know what he was talking about. The bed was something that we didn't need at that time but he was a really good convincer. He had me lay in the bed, do this and feel this. He told us "Oh, this will make you feel good. This will make your pains and aches go away." We bought the bed and what a big mistake we made. I wasn't thinking because we really can't afford this. It seemed like the pain and aches have gotten worse. It doesn't help when I put the bed up to get relief from the pains in my legs. In the mornings, I don't want to take medication and go to sleep. I want the bed to help me. Easy Rest is not a good experience at all for us. Don't buy.

I had liver transplant and I bought a mattress for $800-some, it was on sale, and it was really a super nice mattress. However, the thing, after having my operation, the surgeon said I’d have to have my head elevated all the time and I found that is true. Once I have that operation, I just can’t stand to tolerate my head being level. So I got this brochure from Easy Rest and I said, “Well, this might be just the thing,” so it is. The beauty part of Easy Rest, I can adjust my bed to whatever elevation that I want and then I can adjust my lower legs, feet, to feel what’s comfortable to match the head. So it’s the greatest thing in the world for me. And I just gave my brother and his wife the other nice mattress that I did have.

Easy Rest is good. Although I bought the bed, I don’t sleep in it as it’s my son’s. My son sleeps on it and he has no problem with it.

I enjoy my Easy Rest bed as it's very beneficial to me health-wise. I have a congestive heart failure and since using the bed, I don't have very much of the swelling that I have in my feet and ankle anymore. The Easy Rest feels good and I'm happy to have it. I bought it because of the raising of the back and feet which I can't do with my old bed that I had for 15 years. I like the feature where I could lift the head up because I had back surgery about six months ago and it's hard to get that comfortable in that. I play with it, trying to find something that will fit better. I'm satisfied with Easy Rest and it's a pretty good product.

My experience with Easy Rest has been great. I have a king size bed for several years and a queen for another bedroom. The heat on the bed relieves the swelling in my legs after being up all day. I broke my knee and my hip when I fell and that hurts every now and then. I put the heat on, lay on that side of the bed and that helps too. It took a while for them to send the mattress cover but I've gotten it. The Easy Rest bed has a healing effect and it helps me rest.

Easy Rest is great. I really enjoy it. I can elevate my head. I can sleep better and breathe better. I had knee surgery and raising the bottom of the bed helps too. I’m really pleased.

I thought the Easy Rest bed might help me get some rest. I have several pain problems and I can't sleep very good. I go back and forth from bed to recliner, and I have pressure points in my body. I love the pillow and I prop myself up in it. But I wish they would have sent it back when they couldn't fit it in my bed frame. Then they didn't leave the framework, the wheels. They have my bed frame propped up on top of the bedframe of the old bed. It would not fit inside of it. I told the gentleman to sell a California king to me and him and my daughter went and measured it. He measured it as a king size. Also, I thought I was getting a set of sheets with the bed but I was a little disappointed. I misunderstood.

I was getting tired of the old flat bed we had, and my husband and I are getting up there in age and he was complaining of some headaches. He thought maybe it was the way he was sleeping so I thought I'd purchase a bed to see if this would help us later on. I like this Easy Rest bed a lot better than the old bed. My husband uses the heat the most. He loves it. He’s got an electric blanket he puts on top and he likes the heat pad on the bottom. I'm not much into it, but I like the idea that the head comes up because it helps keep me from snoring too much. I would recommend the bed. Very satisfying.

Easy Rest's sales rep was good, so was their delivery team. They answered all my questions and demonstrated how to use the bed. They also got my price down to where I can afford it. I use the adjustable buttons for the head and feet the most. I like the bed, but it is too soft. I bought it because I thought I might sleep better on it than my hospital bed. I sure would like to have a choice of whether it's firm, hard, or soft, but I wasn't given that choice. Furthermore, I can't get into it by myself, I have to have a box to get up on it now. I should have some other extras on it, but they don't do that. Also, they won't take the bed back.

I like Easy Rest very much and I'm happy with it. It folds up on the foot and folds up at the head point. I had a good experience with their staff as well. The price was too high though. We got places here in Detroit for about half that price.

The salesman was informative and super nice. We enjoyed him. I was working when the delivery team brought it, but my husband, Roger said they were knowledgeable and they told him to put some things on the bottom so the bed frame wouldn't slide. He said they were really really good. We've got the old bed for ages, but the mattress was six years old. My husband says Easy Rest is a lot of difference to him. The other one was nowhere near as good as Easy Rest. I like my feet up and he loves the vibration part of it. It has helped him because he's had bad stroke and he said that he sleeps and rests better and a lot of times when he's hurting he'll go and lie down and raise his feet and his head and turn the vibration thing on. Easy Rest is great and I've told several people about them.

I was having problems with my back and I suffer neuropathy in my legs. However I have more problems using the bed. I'd raise it when it's flat and then it popped up. I thought I feel more tired in this bed. Plus, I guess I still got to get used to them. The sales representative was a very nice gentleman. He knows his stuff. The delivery team was good too. They were very helpful. I haven't had a problem with any of them. In time I'll probably get used to it. It's really bad and then it has something to do with my condition, too.

They gave me a king-sized which wasn't what I ordered. It has cramped my bedroom and there was no other alternative when they delivered. But the representative was very good about it and I believe the people who shipped the bed were the ones who made the mistake. I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of the way the sales representative explained it to me. He said it was going to help with my arthritis and the way I sleep. I tried all kinds of medicines and stuff so I want to try and see if this bed is gonna do better. The bed is okay but it's not all that I thought it was gonna be. There’s no way I can return the bed so there's nothing that I can do but get stuck with it. On the other hand, unlike my old mattress, the Easy Rest bed has me sitting further up in my bed, which is pretty good. The sales representative and the delivery team were also good. The guys came and put the bed in really quick. They were really friendly and they did everything they're supposed to do. But I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because it’s nothing that I’m getting glory out of it.

Though I still have my water bed I purchased Easy Rest because I like that kind of bed and want to try it out. It took three or four nights to break into it but I've had a good experience after that. I use the vibrating feature the most because it eases my back after doing a lot of bending over when I work around the house. By the time the vibrator goes off, I've already fallen asleep. One of my diabetic friends said massaging helps circulation so I bought the Easy Rest bed. I have GERD, a damage of the esophagus. I'm also borderline diabetic. I use the massage feature and tilt the bed a bit so that I'll be in a good position when I watch my TV in my bedroom. I'm enjoying it except when I turn on the massage. I've got it sitting on the area rug and when I put on the massage, it rattles my mirror across the room. But I don't think it's the bed - it's the mirror that's not adjusted.

I had a knee surgery so I ordered Easy Rest for the feature which can massage my legs. But it's not massaging my legs. They said they have a massage system in the bed but it is only halfway and it doesn't go down to my legs. I called the company on the same day, they say I ordered halfway. I didn't. I haven't read the little things but the agent just kept on pointing parts where I need to sign and he disappeared. Nobody will recommend this kind of company. They tell you something else but sends something different. I'm not satisfied with this kind of service.

I like Easy Rest. It’s comfortable. I can raise my head and raise my feet up when I want to. Mostly I use the head rest so I can sit up and look at the TV. Easy Rest's delivery team was excellent and very fast on the delivery. Once they arrived here, it didn't take them that long to put the bed in and told us what to run. They had us sit down and gave us the vibrations. They were really nice guys. My wife and I used to have a nasal problem and we had to drug up our systems. We couldn't sleep in our old bed then so we have to sleep in the chair because the chair is elevated and you wouldn't clog up your nose. My feet also have sugar where they get numb. With Easy Rest, I can raise my feet up. My wife and I raise the chest up most of the time because our nasals are free from clogging. We just adjust it right and then sleep all night. This new bed is far supreme than the old one and my wife loves it.

I like my old bed better than the Easy Rest because I'm not used to sleeping on my back yet and one has to sleep on one's back when raising the head and feet up. However, the Easy Rest helps me breathe better. Their sales representative was good and listened to my needs. The delivery team was great as well.

I'm very happy with my Easy Rest bed. I am 85 and have back problems. I can't wait to crawl into that bed at night and cover up. Easy Rest beats 100% my 9 year old bed. It's soft, cuddly and relaxing where the other bed wasn't. Easy Rest bed is perfect especially after I've been on my feet all day. I usually prop my head and legs up because I had both legs operated on then I put the vibrator on. I sleep a lot better. Trouble is you get in it and you don’t want to get out. My great grandchildren love it and can't get over it. That's the first place they head you when they get in.

I'm having back problems and I'm trying to get something better for me. So I purchased an Easy Rest bed. But Easy Rest bed is worse than my previous bed. My previous bed has firmer and nice mattress. It was good because I needed support. Easy Rest bed is not worth the money I pay for. It costs $8000 but I think it should cost $2,000 - $3,000. The sales representative was all right. After I bought this, I went to another place. Easy Rest offered me an 8-piece for $3000. Almost the same thing.

I had two children with muscular dystrophy and they each had an Easy Rest bed. So I knew about them even before I bought one and so far I like Easy Rest real well. I like to put the top up when I go to sleep and I do have a hiatal hernia so I put the bottom up a little bit on my leg and it's perfect for sleeping. Easy Rest bed gives me a good night's sleep. Moreover, the Easy Rest salesman was absolutely great and when their delivery guys delivered the bed, they explained everything and showed me the books and where stuff was in the books and everybody was very helpful.

There were four men who called and I thought then there was something fishy about it because they called to commend me for buying one. One of the guys gave me his card and I used his card to send that thank you note to some place but it came back because there was no such address.

I've been sleeping much better with the Easy Rest. I'm sick so I like sleeping on the mattress a lot. The only thing I need is instructions for the bed such as how I can have the top raised but not the bottom and how I can put the heat on. But other than that, it's been a great experience so far. The sales rep I talked to was really good and their delivery team brought the bed up to the 7th floor. On the whole, I'm happy to have it.

I needed a soft, comfortable mattress and I wasn't sleeping at night since I've got leg cramps. I sure have noticed changes since using Easy Rest bed. I get a better night's rest when I'm not having leg cramps and it helps me with my breathing since I have asthma. Moreover, I mostly use the head and foot features the most and I use the massager if I'm tired but not all right off. Their rep was good with his delivery. The only thing he didn't tell me was that the mattress had to be switched around 180 degrees every month and I would not have purchased it had I known this. I'm 79 years old and it's hard and I can't do it myself. But other than that, I would recommend it to a friend definitely.

With the Easy Rest bed, we're sleeping better. It's all right. They put the bed down perfect. It's 20 inches from the floor, which was good and the vibrator is working, except it doesn't wave and I'm worried about that part.

The salesman from Easy Rest came over and showed me videos of the bed and explained it to me. He spent some time here with me and I got reduced prices on it too. He was very kind and showed me the vibration on the bed. He showed me all that stuff there and convinced me. Furthermore, the delivery team was okay. They brought it in and they told me all about it and they wanted to know if I wanted the lazy cover on it. I said to them to leave it on for a while until I get used to it because I want to try it first. They told me not to sit on the end of the bed because I may cause it to wear and tear. They said that instead of sitting on the edge of the bed, sit way back where my legs are hanging over. Edison talked to me and he was very nice.

I have a blood clot problem with my legs and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help since the bed elevates my legs a little. So far, it helps, however, I was going to call them because I was supposed to have gotten the second best mattress with the topper on and I'm not sure that I got it because sometimes you can almost feel something is poking your back and I don't think that it sticks as it was supposed to. I was going to measure it and I never did because he said it would have been the same height as my other bed.

I chose an Easy Rest bed because of it's adjustability: how you can shake the bed to let you sleep. It's been a really good bed. It's very comfortable. I feel a lot more rested. I had owned a bed a very long time. It was worn out. Comparing it with the Easy Rest bed, it's the difference between daylight and dark. The sales representative was a very good fellow. He was efficient in telling me all the information that I needed to know about the bed. The delivery team was great. I'm just looking forward to a lot of sleep in our very comfortable bed.

I got a thing in the mail from Easy Rest, set up a conference with a representative, and he came to my house and convinced me to buy a bed; and I’m not completely satisfied with it. Another thing, I'm unhappy that the representative said it was made in America but when I got the heating part of it which I haven’t gotten put on yet, it says it was made in China. On the other hand, I’m happy that Easy Rest was softer than my old one and I’m getting pretty good rest out of it. I like the fact that the head and feet will go up. Although, I was told by the representative it would go up under my knees but I found out after I got it that it just raises my legs. It doesn’t go under my knees like I thought it would. Otherwise, it’s all right.

I am disappointed and very upset with Easy Rest because it's not what the salesman said it would be. I told the salesman that I couldn't pay over a certain amount and when I got the statement, it was $5,000. I'm on a fixed income and it's hard. I know interest runs it up but I couldn't believe it that it was that much. The bed is not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

I had a different bed since 2003 and I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed due to my condition. I saw it first on TV when I had a surgery. I got it to help me with my hip and instead of propping my feet up for pills. It's comfortable. My back doesn't hurt anymore. It's very helpful that I could elevate my feet in the bed without putting pillows and stuff on them. The representative was nice. Their delivery team were also nice. They moved the mattress out when I couldn't. I would recommend them.

I don't like the Easy Rest bed. The one we had would raise up and down - the foot and the head but it didn’t separate. So we had to get one that separates because my husband was in so much pain. He couldn’t sleep. He kept awake but he likes the bed. Also, the salesperson and delivery team were good. I'd still recommend Easy Rest bed.

I enjoy sleeping on my Easy Rest over my previous bed as that other bed was hard and I didn't like it that hard. I asked them for a medium mattress but they gave me a hard one. Also in my previous bed, I had trouble sleeping and I couldn't get out of the bed. But with Easy Rest, I sleep a little better and I'm getting more rest. Sometimes I raise my head and my feet, and that makes it easier for me to get up in and out of the bed.

For the last 10 years maybe a little more, I had three beds. The bed I had was an adjustable bed and I changed it for a more up to date bed. The last bed I had, the spring broke and it went on the side and so I got this Easy Rest adjustable bed. It was always my thought to sleep better. I really like the bed to be a little at an angle. One time I was suffering from asthma, I went to a specialist and he gave me some injections. It was the pollen of the tree, so I have to keep my head high but not too high. So far the bed is good. I have no problem with it. I was thinking nobody else, sleep pretty good. I would recommend them to a friend.

The Easy Rest bed is very good to sleep on. It's better than my old bed because of the settings that can be used to maneuver the bed around. We like the Easy Rest's head and leg raise feature. I've been having some severe back pain, and I found the setting where I can lay my back and ease the pain in my neck a little bit better. The sales representative was awesome and listened to everything we had to say. The delivery team was awesome too and they got the job done. The only thing is we should have listened to the salesman by getting the split adjustable bed but we didn't. My wife and I have different settings but it still works out pretty good for us but the separate settings could have been better.

I wasn't sleeping before and I sleep like a log now because of Easy Rest Bed. It is 5 times better than my previous bed. I get in it, and it ain't long, I’ll sleep. I sleep because it'll put me to sleep. It’s a whole lot of difference in that bed and with a normal bed, it's just lying flat. If I don’t even raise the headboard or the footboard up, I can still go to sleep without it being elevated. I just would not have believed that I had not been sleeping for years, and I’m 68 years old. And since my husband died and everything year ago, I haven’t slept good at anytime. I’d be up and down all night long. And with Easy Rest, I very seldom get up. I might get up one time, go to the bathroom, and that’s it. And my little dog likes it too. She snuggles up right down in there with me.

The experience with the sales and delivery was very good. The Easy Rest is very nice and enjoyable. I usually adjust the top of the bed because I've suffered from acid reflux a lot.

The sales rep and delivery team from Easy Rest were very friendly. They showed me how to use the bed, up and down and how to use the remote control. They also put the price down, that I can afford to pay for it and the downpayment on it. With Easy Rest, I can sleep when I go to bed. I like the head raising part because I have acid reflux. I need to have the head of my bed propped up so that came in good for that.

The Easy Rest salesman, Mr. William **, was very personable, respectful to my father and was a very excellent sales person. He had a bubbly personality and it made it an enjoyable time for me and my parents. When I saw the film and it said that the doctors recommended Easy Rest because one can raise the bed up on the head and feet side, which helps to sleep better, it made me want to go ahead with the order.

The Easy Rest salesman was very knowledgeable, the type that makes a person want to buy the bed. However I got upset with their delivery team since they told me that they are going to be here around 3-7 but they arrived way after 7 o'clock. I wish they would have called me before and let me know - I waited here from about 1 pm - I could have done a bunch of stuff instead of sitting here for 5 hours waiting on them. Moreover, they told me that the heater pad that goes across the bed would be here in 4-6 weeks but it's been over 2 months and I haven't received it yet. Nevertheless, I'm well-satisfied with my Easy Rest bed and I like its vibration feature. Everybody knows I enjoy this bed and I'd recommend it to friends. However I think I'd rather have a softer mattress for it.

I wanted an Easy Rest bed because I'll have a Fluorouracil and I can put my feet up. I use the head, feet and vibrator features the most. The sales representative and the delivery team were fine. The only thing I didn't like is they took the mattress which I could have sold. It was about a year and a half - 2 years old, which I paid $5000 and I made a mistake. I let them leave with the mattresses. That's some $5000 mattress that I had on that. Other than that, I like the Easy Rest bed.

I've been sleeping on a La-Z-Boy chair for a year and a half because of my back, and my husband has a bad back too. I've been seeing Easy Rest on TV for the last 3 years and I would like to have a bed like that. So we decided to get one. A representative came and showed us how the bed works. The representatives were very friendly. I called and they were very courteous to me. They kept calling us back when it wasn't coming and they found out why we weren't getting it.

I wanted an Easy Rest bed because it was adjustable. I had a bed I owned for about 5 or 6 years and it's not adjustable. The Easy Rest bed's very enjoyable. I use the head feature the most. Another highlight is that I use the massage thing every single night. It's comfortable and reliable. I just love it. It's the best investment I made.

I had been through five beds in six years. I still have three standing up in other rooms just being stored. It was so uncomfortable. Now, I do like the fact that Easy Rest bed is adjustable and has vibration. That seems to help put me into sleep. I have neck and back problems and I bruise just lying on one side with pillows, but I'm getting used to lying on my back with that instead of on my side. I sleep longer and go to sleep faster because of the massage. It's got a half hour timer. I'm up and down all night long, and I think I get up maybe four times now instead of six, so that's how I'm sleeping a little bit longer.

And, the sales rep was pretty pleasant, tough and persistent, and the delivery team was great. But, I was supposed to get some sheets and a pillow with the purchase and they said it will take 8 to 10 weeks for it to be delivered to me but it's been over 2 months now and I haven't received it.

I thought that if I retire this bed and get an Easy Rest, it would help, and it has. I use the head and the foot feature of my Easy Rest bed. I have acid reflux and the bed works fine because I can put it to the height that I need. I then use the bottom of the bed when I have the swelling in my feet.

I needed the Easy Rest bed for my head, feet and knees. My old bed didn’t rise up and down and that was the main thing why we recently got it. My husband needs it as well. I'm disappointed because it has not improved me like I thought it would. My back still hurts. Nonetheless, the salesman is great, very very professional and personable. He even waited a few minutes for my son to get here because we don’t buy anything without my son. One of my friends bought one also because of me.

My husband had a transmetatarsal amputation, which means they cut the front half of his foot and he had to have it absolutely raised for healing. We didn't know exactly when he was going to have his surgery, but we did know that it was coming. We decided to get Easy Rest knowing it gave him the adjustable foot up, heat and massage.

The Easy Rest representative that came to our house was very good and polite. He was what someone would expect out of a sales representative. The delivery and setup of the bed was also excellent. I like everything about it. It helps me with the snoring which is the main thing we got it for. I can lift the head up, and we don’t put it down when we get out in the morning. I am sleeping better and as long as I can go to sleep and I'm comfortable, I'm very satisfied. However, my wife doesn't like it because she slides down when she puts the back up, and she winds up in the middle when she puts the feet up. Maybe she isn't tall enough for the bed. She would have been really satisfied if we got a queen mattress instead of two separate ones.

I have edema in my left leg so I needed to sleep with that leg elevated. But it's almost impossible to do since I sleep on my side and Easy Rest bed has made that possible. My leg's swelling is going down now and the bed has helped me, but I noticed a couple of things I'm not really happy with and I'm a little disappointed in the bed itself. It has a double foam layer on top of the real mattress, and I can unzip the double foam to change the foam from one side to the other. Those two foam pieces are a couple of inches thick. But it seems like I sleep on one side of the bed and that side seems to be lower than the other side, and that’s something I'm dissatisfied with.

We're enjoying our Easy Rest. I had it mostly for my husband because he had a hospital bed and wanted to sleep, and I know we couldn't have been all that comfortable. Someone came by and showed us the Easy Rest. I was fine with my other beds because we got real nice king-sized beds with the good mattresses, but my husband needs to have the head raised up so he decided that might be the way to go. My other beds are high off the floor but the Easy Rest needs another mattress on top because it's not as high like my others. But that doesn't matter since it's the sleeping that counts.

I needed a new bed and I wanted to try Easy Rest and see what it was about. I often raise the head of the bed because I have reflux. However, I liked my old bed a little bit better because I had a very firm mattress and this one is not. The sales representative was a talker and he was friendly, courteous and listened to my needs. The delivery team was very good. They did mess up my old bed a little bit, but it's not anything that cannot be fixed. The experience wasn't bad. I just don't like the bed.

I’m dead without my Easy Rest bed. Since I got it, I don’t get up with a backache every morning. It’s a very comfortable bed. I raise the head because it's more comfortable and I don't like laying flat in it. Their sales rep was very nice and explanatory while their delivery team was in and out and nothing flat. I was amazed.

I should have said no, but the Easy Rest sales rep talked me into buying their bed. My wife loves the bed, but I don't. It's a little better than our old bed but not for $10,000 which is what I had to pay for this one. And their delivery team didn't put the bed right together. I got a bar in the middle of it. They didn't get it even where the two beds connect together, so it's about 2 inches higher than the other one.

In a week's time, the area underneath the bed was full of crumbs. I don’t know if it’s the mattress coming off or if it’s my bedspread. But other than that everything is good. I have no more backaches in the morning. The first week into using this bed, I was sleeping eight hours.

Since using the Easy Rest bed, my back hasn’t been bothering me as much. It has the head raise feature that I frequently use to help keep my back tough. The sales rep was friendly and courteous and their delivery team did good. I would recommend Easy Rest.

My back has been broken and I've had my neck broke twice. Since I've got hurt, we traded about four different beds. We can't find one that I could sleep in then we purchased Easy Rest and the delivery team were great. They've done everything I asked. Since having it I can stay in bed a lot more than what it was before. With the leg raising feature my legs don't hurt near as bad like it takes pressure off my nerve in my lower back. I'm enjoying it and it's been real nice. I would recommend them to anybody. I'm very satisfied.
