Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I've always had a lower backache for a number of years. I have had seven new beds, making the Easy Rest bed the eighth one, and it hasn't stopped my lower backache. But the thing I'm not happy about is that the center is already sagging in and that's not comfortable. So, if I want to lay on one side or the other, I feel like I seem to roll into the middle. It's also the most expensive bed I've ever bought. I've found out that there are several other makers in Buffalo, New York area that make these beds that goes up and down like this one, but they're a whole lot cheaper. Nevertheless, the sales rep was very good, and their delivery team was all right.

They said the Easy Rest bed could help me get up in the morning real good without a backache. The sales rep told me it's going to help a lot, and one of the delivery guys said he has one and it's great. It wasn’t true. Every day, I'd get up with a lot of ache and a really bad backache. I used the vibration once to see what it is but I kept forgetting I had it. I can sit up on the bed when watching TV and whenever it's too hard to sleep, I let it down. We're very dissatisfied. I returned it because it didn’t do any good. They took it back and I'm in the hole now for $2000. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

The Easy Rest crew were very nice, cordial and polite. They were not pushy. But I may not suggest the bed to anybody because its price is a bit of money unless they ask me where I get it from. I took the loan out because I need this. I was very uncomfortable with a flat one, in which I'm always putting pillows under me.

Easy Rest's sales representative was very personable. He gave a good presentation and price that's why I bought a bed from them. Their delivery team was very good as well. They came in, did their job, and left - the delivery was done expeditiously. I sleep better with my Easy Rest than I have ever slept before. Every night, I use the positions feature, especially the sitting up and the legs. It's the best bed I ever bought.

I needed a comfortable bed so the first time they sent me an envelope that I could win Easy Rest adjustable bed, I called and they sent someone over to me. I had a regular bed bought in 2004 with a really good mattress and when the sales representative saw it, he said, “Maybe you can use the Easy Rest adjustable bed better.” He gave a good service and I decided to take one. Then the delivery team came and they were good. Now, I sleep better and I would recommend the bed to someone else if I can.

Also, it's overpriced and it's going to take 5 years for me to pay it off. Though, the sales rep was nice and said that he'll call me back and make sure everything is okay but I haven't heard yet from him. The delivery team was good. They came, set up everything, kept it clean and showed me how to use it. But, I wouldn't recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

The Easy Rest sales rep was knowledgeable but we'd made up our mind before my wife had gotten in contact with them. I was scared of the air-like mattresses. The Easy Rest was standard bedding where we get firm or soft or in between. We like that and the vibration and the incline. The delivery team was nice. They came in and took care of what they had to do and did it quickly and simply. I wish it’s about half the price though.

Since using my Easy Rest bed, I can get in a position where I can sleep better. I raise the head and foot which makes it more comfortable for me to sleep. I also like the massage for it puts me to sleep quicker than I used to. On the old bed it was so stiff that I'd wake up every morning with sore back, I had to sleep on my side. But now, I don't do that anymore.

I sent out a card in the hopes of winning an Easy Rest, and I got several calls from them. They're very persuasive. I said I didn't need the bed but I finally wound up buying it because of the deal they gave me. It's a nice bed though and I did well with it. I like the vibration feature on it because I'm disabled and it eases my condition. It's a good experience and I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed.

I bought an Easy Rest bed so I could sleep better. I've got some illnesses and since using the Easy Rest bed, I'm sleeping better and my back doesn't hurt as bad. I use the most the vibrator feature of the bed and the adjustment feature, in which I could put my head up higher. These features help my back pain, plus I breathe better. Easy Rest sales representative was very nice and pleasant, and the delivery team were fine.

We spend a lot of time in bed so we purchased the Easy Rest. The bed's feature for sitting up supports my back. The Easy Rest sales representative explained everything about the bed and there was no problem with the delivery. I'm satisfied with my experience but I think the bed is overpriced. $6,000 is a lot of money and I wouldn’t recommend because people would think I was a little nuts for paying that kind of money.

I purchased an Easy Rest so I could rest better. The sales representative and delivery team were real nice. I couldn't ask for anything better. I use the bed all the time now. I use the elevation on my head and sometimes the vibrations.

I haven't had as many asthma problems since I got the bed. I've owned a Tempur-Pedic for 10 years. I was pleased with it, but the Easy Rest is even better. I just wish it came with a rail on it because I keep falling out. All in all, I love my bed. It's life-changing.

I needed some adjustable bed for my back pain, and purchased an Easy Rest bed. I use its foot and head a lot as well as the vibration.

My old little bed was good but the Easy Rest is much better because it didn't have a cheap mattress. I love the bed and I use its massage feature because of my back, but the pillow is giving me a headache and it's horrible. Other than that, the sales reps were fabulous and their delivery team was very nice. I had a fantastic experience and I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I had trouble swallowing for the last four years and it came to a point where I couldn't swallow. I was waking up during the night, so I have been sleeping on extra pillows to keep myself from throwing up. I've had my old bed for over 10 years and I've already gotten rid of it. The sales representative was very good and the delivery team was very nice, they showed me how to use it and I'm glad I have it. I would go to sleep with the massage on and most of the time, I would raise my head or my feet most of the time. I raise my feet to keep my feet from swelling. I can now rest and sleep better. I sleep longer in the morning because I don't have the feeling of throwing up anymore. I even made my grandson use the bed when his back hurt to get the massage for the pain, and it worked. The bed is easy to use. I would recommend it.

My old bed was nice, but it got a little out of shape so I needed a new mattress and I decided to purchase an Easy Rest Bed. Their sales representative was very cordial and helpful and the delivery team were experts. The mattress is much more comfortable than my old one. I put my head up and sleep good and once in a while put my feet up. I've used the massage a few times. I like putting the head up because I breathe better that way. I tried putting it up and reading, but I'm not into that yet. Overall, it's great and I've recommended it to a couple of friends.

I was able to get the Easy Rest bed through the Wounded War Hero Program. I like the bed and it's adjustable feature. I've slept the best on this bed in the past eight years. I like that the kids would come in and lay here and put the vibrating feature on. That pretty much knocks them out.

The Easy Rest bed helps us sleep better, and I like that I can chip it up on the head of it. I was doing good in my old bed, but the Easy Rest is a little bit better. Furthermore, the sales rep was nice, and their delivery team did good -- they pushed the bed up for me. Overall, I had a very good experience with Easy Rest.

One of the Easy Rest salespersons called me, we had a good interaction, and he was fabulous in answering questions. The delivery team was fabulous as well and very, very nice. They set up everything and showed me how to use it all. I like to raise the bed and prop a bit. It's got a vibrator but I'm not used to it. With the Easy Rest bed, I sleep good.

Fantastic! I love my Easy Rest bed. My leg swells and I needed to elevate my legs. I do it with the bed as well as elevating my head. I sleep a lot better. However, I can’t use the Easy Rest pillow because it's getting me a quirk in the neck.

The salesperson was very good, friendly and listened to our needs. We liked him that's why we got an Easy Rest bed. I'd raise my head and legs a little with it, and use the vibrator and sometimes the wave. The delivery team was professional. We kept our old bed for a family member and they moved it out for us. I love the and have been recommending it already. I have a friend that was in the process of moving and she would get so tired sometimes when we had company over here visiting. I would take her on my new bed, cover her up with a very cuddly blanket, turn the light out, let her lay there until the vibrator went off, let her take a short nap, and she loved it too.

My husband has back problems and I have shoulder problems. We needed a bed that has separate controls so we decided to get the Easy Rest bed. We had an extremely nice experience with the sales rep and the people that came and set up the bed were as nice too so it was a great experience all the way around. All in all, we were thoroughly pleased with our Easy Rest bed. We're enjoying watching TV from it at night and before, I used to only sleep when having the light turned off, but now I can go to sleep with the bed's massage every night.

I had some health problems like arthritis and they said the Easy Rest bed would help me. Compared to my previous 10-year old bed, I sleep good with the Easy Rest and I can adjust it like I want using the head part feature where it lifts up for me. Also, the bed helps with my health problems. The sales representative tried every way he could since I was gonna decline at first because it was really expensive for me and I didn't know where I could afford another payment. But he kept working with me and he got me down to where I could afford one of them. The delivery team was great and they demonstrated the bed and set it up properly. I wish they had a heater with it and I do want an air conditioning but anyway I really like it myself.

I was having some problems with acid reflux, and I like to be propped up so I don't have this bad problem. I was then sleeping on a recliner and I bought a wedge to put on my bed, but I always slip down from there. I couldn't stay on it. Easy Rest bed works because I can adjust the head and I'm up. All the time each night when I get in bed, I raise the head first and I raise the foot next then I go to sleep. I can also adjust the seat so that my body sits in there and doesn't slide down. I like the massage part too, which I do once in awhile. Also, I like that it will operate for thirty minutes and then go off automatically.

Everything was fine and I have no complaints about Easy Rest. I had been wanting Easy Rest bed for a while because my legs cramp at night and they don't cramp since I've had the bed. The sales representative was really nice - he was able to answer all of my questions and listen to my needs. Moreover, the delivery team were fine - they put my headboard on and one of them explained to me everything. He showed me how to work the remote that come with the bed and then, the delivery team left. Everybody has been wondering how my Easy Rest bed is and I've been telling them.

With Easy Rest, I can lay in any position that I want to soothe my body to make my body feel better. Before, I couldn't do that with a regular bed unless I use pillows. In fact, I'm more relaxed now because if I want to prop my feet up for my knees, I can do that, and if I want to prop my head up for my shoulders and back, I can also do that.

I have arthritis, rheumatism in my back, titanium in my right knee, and my left knee plus ankles are getting bad, so the Easy Rest really works for me. I sleep better than I ever slept. I use both the feature for the head and the foot the most. I have trouble with the back of my neck and those help me. I wake up in the morning and I feel good and I don't hurt. I can even can sit it up and watch TV. It's just been amazing. The sales rep was very nice and he explained everything to me in detail. Then the guys who brought the bed out showed me how to operate it, and they were also nice. Easy Rest is something to invest in and I would recommend it to everybody, especially to those who have arthritis as it's so comfortable.

I've had a back problem for the last 15 years and a lot of trouble at night because I couldn't find a comfortable position. I thought that if I could have something under my knees and have my back not flat, that might help me sleep beautifully. I haven't had any back pain since I have gotten the Easy Rest bed and sleep with my knees up. That's just miraculous because I felt that pain constantly. It's been wonderful in that bed. The way it's built is comfortable. My old one can't compare to it, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

The Easy Rest is a little low for me when I wanna make the bed or do anything other than lay down in it. But the up and down features make it easier for me to make the bed because the fitted sheets go on easier when I can raise it a little bit. I needed the head of my bed elevated so I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I'm satisfied. Everything's fine with the sales rep and I sleep better at night with the bed. However my sister paid for most of the bed for me and they promised to send pillows for me and her. They sent one pillow for me but didn't send her one.

I love my Easy Rest bed and have a great experience with it. I have congestive heart failure and have to sit almost up because I can’t breathe when I sleep. I used to sit on a chair at night and that's even hard to do. My one-year old mattress was uncomfortable and I was having problems with it so I got an Easy Rest and it’s very convenient for me with what I have wrong with me. I use the foot of the bed and put it up at night together with the head of the bed. That way, I’m halfway sitting up. I breathe easy, rest better, and get a good night’s sleep. The sales representative was very good and the delivery team was very pleasant. They had the bed in my house in working order. I would definitely recommend it to a friend if I knew of anyone who would like one.

My back was hurting and so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was top notch. The delivery team showed up on time, hauled away my old bed, set up the new one, and explained everything to me. I got two favorite positions in the bed. I put it in the sleep position and sometimes in the TV position. I'm happy to have something I know that’s going to improve my health, keep me in better shape, and hopefully make me live a little longer.

I purchased the Easy Rest because it's adjustable. I have sleep apnea. If you have sleep apnea, what happens is your tongue falls back in your jaw that allows your tongue to fall back into your mouth, into your throat, and it cuts off your air passage. By sitting upright, I could fix my head where that wouldn’t happen. So the bed helped half of my problem. The other half is taken care of by an appliance that I wear in my mouth at night. It holds my jaw in a position to where it won’t close off and allows me to breathe correctly.

I have bad knees and a bad back, and needed some release so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I use the head raising feature when I'm resting or watching the television and have been sleeping better since using it, but still have pains. The sales rep I dealt with was a sweetheart, and the delivery team was great. They moved stuff out of their way with no problem and they kept telling me, "Don't worry about it. It's all right". They got in there and put the bed up in no time. I'm very satisfied with the bed. I'm always talking to other people about it, and I wish I had gotten it sooner.

A young lady showed up on a call and then came over to talk to me about Easy Rest. I looked at the bed, got attracted by the head going up, and I decided I could exist in a queen-size bed that Easy Rest was supplying. The sales rep I dealt with was pleasant, and she did a good job answering the questions. The delivery team, on the other hand, came in, took apart the king-size bed I had, took it down in the cellar, stored it against the wall, put the Easy Rest bed together into the bedroom, plugged it in and explained how the buttons worked. It took me a little more time to figure out how the buttons worked because there's a couple of them and they do something different than what the picture tells.

Easy Rest is a very good mattress. However, I have the heating unit but I don’t like that. I had to put a pad on top of it because I don’t like the feel of the wires.

I'm doing fine with my Easy Rest. I'm not disabled in any way although I have a knee problem. I got the bed for future use.

Easy Rest has really helped me out a lot. Since I got the bed, I hardly have problems with my vertigo. My restless leg syndrome, which was mainly the reason why I got an Easy Rest bed, is so much better. My back doesn't bother me anymore. I love my bed. I use the raising of the head and the legs the most. Anybody who can afford it will not regret getting it. They will not be dissatisfied at all. I have not regretted it yet and I'll be boasting and boasting about my bed. This is the best thing that ever happened to me. Additionally, the sales rep is a good salesman because he broke my husband down. Nobody can get my husband to make a decision to get anything. Easy Rest sent the right one. They sent an excellent delivery team, too. When they brought the bed in, it wasn't a beautiful day. It was raining. They put it together and set it up the way I wanted it to be set up.

I'm so happy with the Easy Rest bed. I have chronic asthma and I've got more health problems now so the bed is a godsend. I'm very, very satisfied with the salesman that came out and the delivery people. I spent a lot of time with the salesman and he was great and fantastic. The delivery guy and the woman who came to deliver the bed were fantastic, too.

I bought the Easy Rest because I've got sleep apnea and need to sleep with my head elevated. The sales rep was very nice and explained everything. The delivery team did the same and were excellent as well. I thought they had to take the whole bed and fix it, but they told me they just had to put it in the middle and hook it up. They didn’t take a long time, there were no problems and they left with a smile on their faces.

We've had adjustable beds for years and we loved them. My old bed for eight years was worn out and there is one little problem. My side of the bed looks like it's raised up in the center of the bed and I was concerned about that. The mattress was just no good. It was supposed to be a latex mattress but it wasn't. Easy Rest is much better and I like it very much. I raise the left side of my bed and my husband does the right side. I have it adjusted many ways but I like that position the best. That's the way I go to bed because I watch TV for a while and I usually go to sleep that way and sleep about half a night that way and then put it down. Plus, the Easy Rest sales rep was very nice and their delivery team was wonderful. They were just so helpful and I appreciate it.

I got a thing from Easy Rest in the mail, sent it in, and then the sales representative came out to me. He was great, able to help, and answer questions. The delivery team was good too, and they set up everything well and disposed my old bed. I use the top folding part feature of the bed most as well as the massage.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because of its flexibility. I have back issues and the bed has definitely helped tremendously with the pain level. Our experience with Easy Rest Bed was wonderful. I like the price and the bed. If I want my head up high or elevate my feet, I can do that with it. I use all the features - raising and lowering the head, and massages, too. The delivery team were great and friendly. They came in and did what they're supposed to do.

I talked to a representative from Easy Rest who handed the phone over to someone who had a bit more power than he had and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The rep was very personable, interesting, and well-informed about the product. He got down to setting it up, ran me through, and also answered the questions that I had. Delivery went off as smooth as could be. They weren’t very talkative. They just got down to setting it up and he ran me through and showed me. It took some getting used to the bed, but it seems to help my back and legs. Sometimes, I flatten the bed out, but I'll wake up early in the morning and press the flat button and finish the rest of it asleep in that. Although the mattress is a little more comfortable than my old one, it was a lot of money to pay for a bed.

We owned a flat bed and my wife has a little difficulty sleeping in. She has cerebral palsy and her legs has to be kept elevated so they won't hurt as much. I have paralysis - was hit by a car as a child. We wanted to find a sleep system that would help us be more comfortable. The Easy Rest sales rep was very helpful, explained everything in full detail, and gave a demonstration that simulated the bed with us. The delivery people were quick and prompt, and didn't make a mess. My wife and I are sleeping a lot better. I've recommended Easy Rest to a family member.

I thought the Easy Rest Bed would be easier on me so I purchased one. Their representative was nice and their delivery team were good, polite and efficient. I thought it would be way over my budget, but it was within my budget. Plus, I do not have to replace the mattress. I would recommend it to any and everybody.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I can't walk and can't get up and down out of bed easily. My sister had bought one from another company and she told me how good it was so I decided to get one. Since I'm homebound, I have to order a lot of stuff, and I hate having to wait or somebody say they're going to be there and not be there on time. The Easy Rest delivery people came when they said they would. They put up the bed and were courteous.

I have fractured my hip and was sleeping in the recliner because I couldn't lay flat. That's what made us get an Easy Rest bed. I also have acid reflux and it's better for me to be up a little bit so I use the upper portion the most. I sleep better since using the bed. Easy Rest was demonstrated to us by a person who was very patient, and did a magnificent job. She even put me in the bed to know how it feels and how it works. The delivery team did a perfect job as well. The way my house is built will cause things you'd do to take your time around, but they were neat and carried away all the trash. I most often use the Easy Rest bed's feature of raising my head up so that I could watch TV.

I was trying to get something that would work for my wife that would make her feel more comfortable and help her so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. However, she has dementia and can't get used to a different bed and trying to adjust it so it hasn't worked out for us at this point. But, the sales rep did a nice job and the delivery team was good. They came in here and seemed to know what they were doing. They were polite and it was fine. The guy I spoke with on the phone was right about the bed and the sleeping because I have house issues and I've never slept better.

I've had my Craftmatic bed for many years and I needed to get a new one so I purchased one from Easy Rest. I set my Easy Rest bed up and left it that way because I broke my thumb on my hand that I write with so I'm limited to anything right now. I'm just grateful I've got a comfortable, healthy bed to sleep in because I'm spending a lot of time in it.

Also, the delivery guys did a good job when they came and set everything up. I use a lot of the feature of the bed and the push button, but I don't use the massager so much.

I love my Easy Rest bed. It's very good. Every night I put my legs up and turn the massager on and in 15-20 minutes, I’m sound asleep. I'm very satisfied with it. My only suggestion is for them to buy their delivery team some tools that they can work with. I felt sorry for them because they came here and had no tools. I was the last one on the stop. I don't know if they left them at some place but it seemed odd that they traveled this far with no tools.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because I wanted something that does what Easy Rest does. I requested for a salesperson to come by; a guy did and we made a deal. Delivery went fine as well. My wife frequently uses the foot rest and heat function of the bed while I use the headrest. The bed is horribly expensive but other than that, I have no problem with it.

I’m happy with our new Easy Rest bed. I like the lady that came out, she's really helpful and told me all about the bed, and answered all my questions. The delivery team was real nice and good even though it was already dark when they got to my home. I like where the bed rises up in the top. I could sit up instead of prop up pillows at the headboard to sit up to watch TV or talk on the phone. I just push the button to raise the bed up. However, I don’t use the foot as much as the headboard. One thing though, I had a surgery on January 13th and so far, the bed hasn’t helped my back very much. My back is getting worse than it was before and I don’t know if the bed is the cause and I also can’t say that I get up feeling too good in the morning as my back is bugging me. The massager is really helpful and I’ve been using it the last few days real often and I love it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed mostly for my back. I like its massager feature and now I have slept enough with it. The representative seemed friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy and tried to help me.

I didn’t like to sleep in another bed. I’ve been out and tested one of the Easy Rest beds and I wanted to find something else that both me and my wife will enjoy. And so, with the Easy Rest, we use its tilting mechanism frequently. The salesperson we spoke with was very informative, friendly, and good. The delivery team had to move the furniture out of one room into another room so they were at home for about 3 hours. They were quite knowledgeable and did a fine job.

I purchased the Easy Rest Bed because it fixed my knees and because of the water and wave effect. It has also helped me with my sleep and eased some of the pain for me. I most often use the up, down, front and back features. Furthermore, the delivery team was excellent, quick and on time. They also demonstrated the bed after they've set everything up. But, I wish I would've known their payment plan better because I can't sleep at $190.65 for 48 months. They never sent me a statement, but I noticed that's what they're charging me for December and January. That's ridiculous and I would like someone to call me so I can change this because I’d like to pay the down thing off immediately.

My experience with my Easy Rest bed is good. It helped me look at the TV while I rest better. I can raise it up and down. And when I'm sitting on the bed, I can relax my legs. I don't get to use the massage, but it's a good convenience to have it. Also, the sales rep was fine and the delivery team was very nice. They were very friendly.

The Easy Rest sales rep was really nice and helped us out a lot. The delivery also went well even though that day was confusing, with a repair guy and my nurses here in the house. The Easy Rest bed is better than the bed I sleep on because it has the vibrator on it. As soon as we can get a couple more TVs, we're gonna be using the bed.

The Easy Rest bed is good and we like it. We have acid reflux pretty often and my husband snores like a bear. So I thought if his head was up, maybe he wouldn't snore so loud, but the bed hasn't helped in that part. I use the head and foot features of the bed because I'm a diabetic and sometimes my feet feel funny. They’re like almost dead so I put them up. My husband uses the head feature most of the time and sometimes I put the feet up for him but he doesn't know that it's up a little and so he leaves it there. The sales representative was fine and did a good job. Also, our experience with the Easy Rest delivery team was nice and we didn't have any problems.

I use the bed's feature where I raise the foot and head up and also I turn the vibrator on before I get up on most mornings. Since using Easy Rest, I'm sleeping a little better. The sales representative was all right and the delivery team brought the bed and set everything up and had it ready to go.

A guy come here and talked us in about Easy Rest. When their delivery team came they were very good, explained what they were doing, did the job, and were out of the house in about 30-45 minutes. It's an expensive mattress, but so far it does what the salesman said it would.

I thought Easy Rest would be something different so I gave it a try. I'm in the bed a lot but if I had to do it over, I wouldn't get one. I can't tell any difference as a far as the amount I paid for.

My husband has really bad arthritis so we decided to purchase an Easy Rest. Hopefully it will help us because I was diagnosed with degenerative bone disease. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a headboard and it's hard to get bedclothes for it. I have a queen size spread and we need king size to put over the whole thing. Even though we're happy with it, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because it's too expensive.

We figured that the Easy Rest bed's massage feature would be good for our arthritic pain, so decided to purchase one. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable about the bed. We haven't felt any changes but it does put us to sleep at night. We like the fact that we can move the feet up a little bit for better circulation and sometimes we raise the head as well. The delivery team was very good as well. We had trouble moving the bed until we discovered that it had rollers and the rollers are locked. We probably didn't listen real close when this was demonstrated. It is a nice bed but a little bit expensive. However, the four controls don't seem to be consistent. Sometimes one of the controls seem to work and sometimes it takes another control to raise or lower the bed.

Easy Rest worked with me on being able to afford the price and the payments. Their sales representative was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. And their delivery team was nice and demonstrated how to use the bed. We're enjoying our new bed. We use the heating sheet and keep the head elevated. The massage unit is wonderful too. I would recommend the bed to anyone.

I wanted to get a bed that was functional for my father who is 90+ years old and has cardiac problems so I bought him an Easy Rest bed. I wanted him to be able to put his legs up while he's sleeping. But he hasn't gotten the bed yet. It's still at my house and I was able to use it. The bed has adjustment features where I can put my head and feet up. The sales representative was awesome. For her, what she does is a lifestyle, not just a job. The delivery team was terrific too.

I thought the Easy Rest bed might help my back somewhat but it doesn’t. The vibration doesn’t help and if my legs are up there when I had the front of the bed up, I’m just not comfortable. The delivery team was okay. They came in, took the old bed out and set the other bed in. Generally, I'm just satisfied and I can sleep on it.

The fact that you can raise the areas for the head and the feet led me to buy an Easy Rest. I use these features of the bed most often. Also, the mattress is very comfortable. It’s all-around good, I love it, and I wouldn’t swap it for the world.

We purchased the Easy Rest bed because my husband has problems and he couldn't sleep on his back. We thought it might help but we're old so no matter what we got, it wouldn't have done that much good. What we like about it was that it was manufactured in the U. S and my husband likes the massager and the pillow. Also, the delivery team was in a hurry but they were able to set everything up and show us how it works. They did a good job. The only thing I got upset about the whole thing was the outfit they financed me through. It was one of those things that my husband had a bad time. We could have paid it off in full the night he did it, so I wouldn't have to dealt with that finance company they had.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. Their delivery team was nice and quick. I had the regular bed prior to purchasing the Easy Rest bed, and it was not any comfort. There are always two things: I had to either put a portable heating pad or call the pain clinic and I had to set up an appointment to get the heat and steam treatments. I also had to get a massage then I can go back in the comfort of my own bed.

My wife is having good night's sleep now after purchasing an Easy Rest. We use the massager every night. Their sales representative was great and their delivery team was good. Though they were a bit late that night, everything went smooth. They had the bed up in no time and they gave us a demonstration on everything.

I had a surgery on my knee a year ago and stayed with my daughter in Boston who had an Easy Rest bed. I was able to move the bed up to make my foot comfortable and I enjoyed it. So when I came back to Louisiana, I talked to my wife and then we decided to get one. I like the Easy Rest better than my old bed because of the comfort. Most of the time, I move the head and the foot pads. We're enjoying it and I recommend Easy Rest.

My back and leg hurt that's why we purchased the Easy Rest. However, I feel that it's not like what they say it is and it's not worth the price. My bed is full size and when I lay in it, one side is soft while the other is hard. We never had to try it out. I'm not very satisfied with the bed.

The Easy Rest sales representative was good and was a nice man. The delivery team was good too, but they messed up on how to deliver the bed. We've got a bridge here and they couldn't come across. They came in the wrong way so I had to go and take them back around and bring them in the right way. Right now, I'm not really enjoying the bed that much. I always thought it would be real comfortable, but it probably will be when my leg gets better. I’ve had a sciatic nerve and my thigh hurts bad. I tell everybody about the Easy Rest but I don't think I'd recommend it unless they used it first and made sure that it’s what they wanted.

It has been a very satisfactory experience with the Easy Rest bed, though there were a few things that the salesman didn't explain well. The mattress moves around quite a bit off the base and every morning, I have to kick it in. It's not a big deal, but back then he asked if I wanted something that will make the mattress go back. l asked what he meant and he said that it will make the bed come forward a bit. He just didn't explain that it would be a daily occurrence. I also didn't want to add on the price as it was expensive enough. That's something their salespeople should be trained better to explain in detail.

It made the circulation in my hands come back. However, I'm not so sure if the bed was a good idea for me. My body is so frail, the massage is too rough on me. It's not the bed's problem. It's my body. I've told a lot of people about Easy Rest.

I agreed to the Easy Rest rep coming to show me the bed but had no intentions of buying one. He demonstrated the different things. I've got arthritis really bad and he told me to close my hand. I did as far as it would go and he put the vibrator in it. After a few minutes with the vibrator in it, I could close the hand easily. I'd been a widow for 20 years and decided to splurge. I wasn't having any problems with my old mattress but the vibrator and seeing it would be in the whole bed really convinced me to buy. Also, the man came down much on the price and I felt guilty so I agreed to take it. I'm very satisfied with it and I really like the vibration and the heat. I've got the heat and that helps the arthritis.

I used my Easy Rest bed in various ways for the first month. Once I got used to it again, however, I noticed that I sleep more comfortably when everything is flat. I feel like the bed in itself isn't doing me any good. I’m satisfied with Easy Rest, but I don’t find that the product is helping me at all.

We needed a new bed so we got an Easy Rest. However, I was not happy with the process of purchasing the bed since it was like buying a car though the bed itself is fine. Raising the head and the foot would be a feature I use the most with it. However, the bed is next to impossible to move. We're short people and their guys took off the casters of the bed to make it short enough. I wish that Easy Rest had some substitute under the legs of the bed so that it could be moved without some assistance. But other than that, I'm satisfied with the overall experience.

The Easy Rest rep that I spoke with was pretty good and the delivery team was great. My bed is all right and I would recommend it to a friend, except that I have to buy new sheets, another headboard and a foot board for the bed.

The salesman talked me into buying Easy Rest. I was worried about it and right now, Easy Rest got me paying the amount. The sales rep was alright but I told him I’d like my payments to be coming on the 15th of each month so I don’t have to pay late. They got me on the 6th so I don’t know what’s going on there. Additionally, they don’t have a place right here in San Antonio where I can make my payments so I've got to send it way over there. With regards to the bed, I mostly use the head lift and overall, I would recommend it.

I like my Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep and delivery team were both great. The only thing I don't like is, for some reason, I slide down to the front of the bed when I raise it up.

We liked the Easy Rest bed, the ability of it to do the different things but I don't care that much for it now because we sleep on it the standard way, and we don't try to elevate. When I got the bed here I said, "Do I really need it?" But anything was better than the bed that I was using before. I didn't realize a quality bed from the junk that I was sleeping on until I was able to sleep like a rock for all night, every night, without fail with Easy Rest. It's comfortable. It came with the vibrating system which is absolutely amazing. However, I didn't find the massage as soothing as the waves. It would teeter me right to the edge of sleeping but the waves stimulate my mind, soothe and energize me that's why I like it. Then there is also the soothing element of the mattress warmer. The heat is illuminated. I can feel the heat almost inside of me, not just on the surface of the mattress.

The delivery team had a problem during the setup. They said they didn't have the right tools to put it together. The bed makes a noise when it vibrates. There are some things that they didn't explain to us. It's very hard to make the bed, especially when you have health issues. ​But besides those,​ we've slept better since having the Easy Rest bed. ​We use all of its features especially at nighttime. We raise the head and feet of the bed and then we use the vibrator.

We enjoy laying on our Easy Rest beds. My wife said the delivery team did an excellent job.

I thought getting an Easy Rest bed would be a good investment because I needed a mattress for my back problems. So the sales representative came to the house and we talked about the bed. He gave me all the information, and then I decided to get a new mattress and that it will be more beneficial than just a regular bed. Now, I mostly use its elevation feature, although I have a problem with its size because I can't find sheets for it.

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. I think I had a temporary loss of sanity and should have never gotten that. It's not what I expected and they almost disassembled my hard rock maple bed. When I saw that they were taking off the sideboard I said, "What are you doing?" The rep said they have to do that to put the mattress on there. I didn't know that was going to take place because the salesman didn't mention it. All he did was measure from the top of the bed to the bottom. I didn't ask him any question, he just told me what he was doing and I took that. Also, one side seems to be harder than the other. I'm the only one that sleeps on it and I switch sides.

We used to have a Craftmatic which I had kept for a long time until 2014. I got rid of it and replaced with an Easy Rest Bed. Their sales representative were courteous and the team who delivered the bed put it up and took off so quick. And so I thought the Easy Rest bed was gonna be the comfortable bed to use, but now my husband wanted to return it back because he's not sleeping right and he's too long for it. We would keep the head and foot elevated with the bed, but it goes down and sinks in the middle. And I don't know why it's doing that even when it's straight out. We're also having trouble with the remotes - on my husband's side where you push one button to go down and the other one comes up and when I lift mine, it'll go up so far and it'll stop. I thought we were gonna be able to enjoy it but we're not very satisfied with the Easy Rest Bed.

I have laid down on our Easy Rest bed but not resting on it. I just can't stand and my back gives me so much trouble. But my wife really enjoys and sleeps on it. My little grandson also loves sleeping on it when he comes. It's very comfortable.

I feel better using the Easy Rest bed. I love the way it is and I need it. I often put my head up as I have a stomach problem and need my head to be up.

Since having the bed, my wife wants me to bring our TV into the bedroom, which I have resisted so far. I told her we'd never get out of the bed if we did that. We use the leg raising feature a lot. Also, we both snore after we've gone to sleep, and the other one grabs the head raising feature and keeps pushing the button until they're no longer snoring and then go back to sleep.

So far it’s been okay with Easy Rest except that the bed is a little bit too soft. And I must be ending up lying at the same spot after I go to sleep because I don’t weigh but 135 pounds and the mattress is a little low where my body usually is.

The Easy Rest bed is not something that was expected. I can watch TV comfortably. I can have a massage and elevate the head or feet. The sales representative I spoke with were good, polite and the delivery team was great too.

However, the guy told us that they were gonna call the next day, but it went a week before we heard anything and we had to call again before somebody came out to deliver. The delivery team was nice. They helped me get my other bed down and showed me how to make the Easy Rest bed work.

I was tired of my old bed, it's about seven years old. I don't sleep very well usually, and my neck is stiff when I wake up. So, I figured if I can adjust the bed like Easy Rest, I like to have my head higher than that my feet, then it might be beneficial to me. And then, it had the massage motor which is a pretty good feature. I don't use it that often, but it's nice to put it on and get circulation going. However, my sheets don't fit, it's so big. I've got to lose the elastic around the edges. And when you raise the bed up, the side sheets would slip off the corners. So, I don't know what size sheet I'd have to get, but I'm gonna have to do with what I got.

Easy Rest was recommended to me and I'm liking this bed very much. It's easier to rest on than my old double bed. The delivery team was very good, too.

I was having some back problems, so my wife and I thought that it would be a good idea to get something that would give us some relief. We purchased an Easy Rest bed, and it's helped an awful lot. We also got a mattress cover, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. The salesperson was from Oklahoma, and being a native Oklahoman myself, I adored him. Also, the people that set the bed up didn’t take very long. They all seemed to be really nice people -- very cooperative, and on it. They did an outstanding job and It was a very enjoyable experience. I’d certainly recommend them to a friend.

I was having trouble with my back and legs and wanted something comfortable that I could raise my legs up, so I purchased an Easy Rest Bed. Talking to the sales rep was a very good experience. The delivery team set everything up, showed and explained to me how to use it. I mostly raise the head and the feet part of the bed. The bed is much more comfortable and relaxing than my old bed. The only downfall is that it's so expensive.

But, the bed is not as comfortable as I thought it was going to be. Also, I bought a headboard and footrest and I thought that came with it but it didn't. The only problem that I have is finding the small button to put everything back to flat so I can get up and out of the bed. I don't get up before I get a massage for three minutes and enjoy it. I got an Easy Rest bed when they finally got the price down to where I could pay the payments. Since I got the bed, I've been sleeping good. I raise the head up and heat it and turn the vibrator on for about 30 minutes and then I turn it off and flatten the bed and go sleep.

The delivery team almost broke a big mirror. They hit the wall with the iron frame and it took some paint off the wall but other than that, they got the bed together quickly. However, I've had about thirty minutes to an hour sleep a night on the Easy Rest bed. It's terrible. I have edema, if you jack up the bottom of it, it doesn't help at all. My back and hip hurts. I've had a lot of surgery through the years and it just throbs. I'm very dissatisfied with Easy Rest.

I like to read in bed and the Easy Rest is so handy compared to my old bed, which was good, but I had to prop myself up with pillows to be able to read. I usually use the massage and raise the head part of the bed. Sometimes I raise the feet and the head, turn the massager on and enjoy. Also, their sales rep was nice and their delivery guys were great. I only wish I had the bed all paid for. But other than that, I enjoy my bed and I've recommended them.

The Easy Rest team did good. But I'm a little disappointed in the warranty. I feel that the warranty was rushed upon me. The man came and told me about everything and that was great, but the guarantee was gone out before it really got here. To me, that's unfair. There should have been a period of time of use before the time expired on the warranty. Additionally, he told me that there's a lifetime guarantee on what we bought, but when it came in, the way I read the warranty wasn't as good a warranty as I was told. It may end up being a lifetime warranty, but as I read the fine print, it didn't appear as that good. When it comes to the sales and the manner in which it was presented to me, I'm dissatisfied. But when it comes to the product, itself, it's doing what it's supposed to do and I'm happy with it.

I use my Easy Rest's heat in the winter and cool in the summer. In addition, I'm very happy with their delivery team. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The sales rep and the delivery team were fine. They were helpful and didn't give any problems. We had to wait for awhile because the one was somewhere else and wasn't there right away. They took a chest of drawers out to my garage for me, so they were kind in doing that. But I have one complaint with Easy Rest. I have a swell where my hind sits in. I went ahead and took the mattress out and turned it over. I think it's harder on one side than the other and that's been better. It was cutting off the circulation to my legs and they were going numb and hurting and I have to get up and walk. But I haven't had any problems for the last two weeks. The bed makes it easy for me to go to sleep. It's a buddy for me and I enjoy it very much. I have sleep apnea and the bed also helps with my breathing.
