I'm really satisfied with Easy Rest. The sales rep was really nice, friendly, explained a lot of things and that's why we now have the bed. They delivered the bed and they were really helpful. They set it up where we wanted it and took out the old bed. Now I use it a lot more than my husband even though he needs the bed more than I do because he is diabetic and lost a leg. He's been in the bed a little bit and it seems to be okay with him but mostly he falls asleep in the chair and that's where he stays. As for me, I don't have problem sleeping and I like to have my head a little bit elevated. The bed is okay overall.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I like its softness. I also like the massage as well as the adjustable feature of the bed because it's more comfortable for me. I had owned my previous bed for 10 years and it doesn't compare to my Easy Rest. I've had three major surgeries and the bed helps that way medically. The payment system was easier for me to afford. The sales rep had a real nice personality and we got along real well. The delivery team was good too.

I got an Easy Rest bed because it would be healthier for me. I enjoyed talking to the lady sales rep who came out here because she stayed, we talked and laughed. She informed me of that bed really well. The delivery team was nice, too. They put the stuff up and they kept on telling that I'm going to enjoy the new bed. My old bed had me in pain when I got up, and I felt like I didn't get all my sleep. One thing that changed since using my Easy Rest is that I can now sleep all night long, and I don't have to be waking up a couple of times. I feel a lot better now. I really enjoy my Easy Rest. I mostly put the head part and the leg part up. In addition, I sometimes use the vibration. But I did not get the heating pad that they were supposed to send me.

I’ve been told by the doctor already that I needed to get a mattress that I could lift up the feet so my feet would be above my heart when I lie down. I had kept trying but the pillows all fell off the floor, so I couldn’t do it. I saw the Easy Rest ad about the pillow and I wrote about it and then they called me. The man who came out to show me the mattress and bed was one of the nicest gentlemen I’ve ever met in my life. Strictly business, stayed right to the point, did everything he could to help me work through it and answered every question I had or even thought about. He helped me work out the bill so I could pay for it over a period of time. He was excellent and so I went ahead and ordered the bed.

I'm content with the Easy Rest bed but I’m waiting for my heating pads to come, so I could see if how it works. Their sales rep was all right, but I was not impressed and comfortable with him. As for the delivery team, they were very good and competent.

We wanted a bed that would articulate so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. I mostly raise up the head and the foot, and the vibration. The sales rep was great and very friendly. The delivery team was too, and they set the bed up and everything was okay, but it wasn't positioned inside our bedframe exactly the way it needed to be. My son and I had to reposition it. Also, the vibration on my twin seems to be stronger than the one on my wife’s side and I don’t know why. Aside from that, there’s a difference in the lighting that’s underneath the bed. One of the modules might have dropped down. I’m not sure how they secured that or how well they did it. But they did an adequate job. It just wasn’t perfect. They didn’t damage anything bringing in the frames and all of that.

The Easy Rest is very costly. I don’t think a bed should cost $5,000. However I like that I can move the bed up and down in different positions. The sales representative was pretty thorough and the delivery team explained how the bed would work. The only problem I have is that I need to find out how can I move the bed because I'm getting ready to have windows put in my house and I need to move it from the window.

My wife uses the head up and the foot up features of the Easy Rest bed for her health. Plus, the sales rep was a very nice guy. The young delivery person was a pretty good guy too, and I liked him. He went through the demonstration with me and we had a good conversation while he was here.

The Easy Rest salesman was good and the delivery team was fast and great as well. The bed is very comfortable but every now and then when I put the vibrator on, it feels like I’m slamming against some wood and I have to adjust the angle of the mattress.

I needed a new bed for my back and Easy Rest sold it to me at a good price. The sales representative was pretty nice and he seemed pretty honest. The delivery team was courteous and they went above and beyond. They set the bed up and answered all of my questions. They explained everything real good to me and they didn’t leave until I was sure I was satisfied. It was getting late when they got here and I know they had to get back home, but they were real thorough and did a great job, 110%!

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest. The vibrator in it helps my back. Also, I've got a torn rotator cuff and the bed helps me sleep all night on that shoulder. I like the softness of the mattress itself. I couldn't lay on that shoulder on the old bed and I can in this one. The sales reps were really great and the people who put it together were fantastic.

Nobody from Easy Rest came to me first, I came to them first. I'm 90 years old and I thought I would treat myself. I'd been wanting an Easy Rest for a long time because I like to sleep with my head and the top part of my body up. It had always appealed to me and I always thought I'd like to do it and I finally did. Everybody at Easy Rest was very pleasant and I am perfectly happy with my bed.

It satisfied me to the point where everything that their rep explained really works. When the delivery came, they were courteous and everything was quiet. I will recommend everyone to get an Easy Rest bed.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed but I never knew the price since they don’t give it out until somebody comes out and tells the price and features. Not knowing the price somehow deters me from purchasing but I saw my neighbor has one and had seen how good it worked. I like that I can adjust it up and down because I have a problem with looking at the TV when I'm on the bed. The sales rep was very, very knowledgeable, good, informative about what was going on, and could answer well the questions I had. The delivery team was real good, too, and I was amazed they worked very well even in my little, tight space.

My back hurts all the time so we thought of getting an Easy Rest. The rep was the main reason we purchased one but he misrepresented it saying that we'd rest better, lose weight, and be more comfortable. Yet, my wife and I are dissatisfied with it. I only sleep 2 to 4 hours at night and I don’t rest good on it. I elevate my head and I still snore. I like my previous bed better. The one feature I feel nice about is I don’t bother my wife when I get out of bed.

Easy Rest bed is definitely a whole lot better than my old one. I use it with my head raised a little bit because I sleep better that way and I don't have to use three pillows. Their sales reps were real nice and the delivery team got here a bit ahead of time. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I love the Easy Rest bed. It helps my husband a lot when putting his legs and bed up from time to time. The rep came here and showed me pictures of the bed and the massage. He told me how much the bed was, but we couldn't afford it because we have a lot of other bills to pay. So he talked to his boss and was able to cut it down to $4,000 plus tax and they charged $300 just to bring it out. The sales representative was good but were not upfront about the additional charge which was supposed to be on my paper.

I use the Easy Rest bed flat and raise it up when I read. The sales rep kept on lowering the price until I could work with him. The delivery team was also wonderful. I only wish that the bed was a little higher but I would recommend them to a friend.

I have lymphedema in my legs. Since using the Easy Rest, the swelling has been gradually reduced in my legs. I use the vibrations sometimes, especially if my legs are really hurting. I got sleep apnea, a surgery on my left leg and a steel rod in it, so it’s hard for me to sleep sometimes because my leg hurts. I sleep better now compared to my old bed which I owned for two years where I tossed and turned and I never could get really comfortable on it. With Easy Rest, I partly elevate the head part for my sinuses so I can breathe. When my sinus is stuffed up, I can’t breathe on the sleep apnea machine, so it wakes me stuffed up. So, having the head part elevated helps. And then my legs bother me real bad. I can either put it on vibrate and try to vibrate some of the tension out of it or I can elevate it some, and that helps a little bit.

Easy Rest is better than what I had before. It’s a very good bed and I’m happy with it. I mostly use it to massage my back since I am having a lot of pain in it. I feel a little better since using the bed. Their sales rep was professional and able to do his job.

I work at night and it’s making me sleep a lot better during the day, and on my nights off, it makes me sleep a lot better at night. I keep the head raised because I used to wake up with a burning in my stomach, which stopped now that I got an Easy Rest. I didn’t know what I was missing but now, since I got it, I would be lost without it.

My back problem and acid reflux has made me purchase an Easy Rest bed and since then I felt gradual changes. I can sit up and watch TV and it lets me straighten my feet up to keep the swelling down. Then I thought an Easy Rest would be a good bed to have. So, I decided to go ahead and get it. It is a big difference from my previous bed. It's good because it props my feet up in the air and lower my head down, or raise my head up and leave my feet down. The best one is I put my feet up a little bit and my head up a little bit higher than my feet. It also vibrates and shakes my body where I need it shaken. It's really a comfortable bed and I don't cramp my legs as bad as I did. I really do love it and would recommend it anytime to a friend of mine. My youngest daughter came over one day and tried out the bed and she said she's gonna get herself one like it.

My wife is unable to use the commode too because it doesn’t recline so these factors prompted us to buy an Easy Rest bed and we love it. It's better than our ten-year-old bed because it reclines. An Easy Rest bed sales rep showed up at my house to sell me one and I bought it. The salesman went back here a few days later to deliver the bed with the delivery team. I was very comfortable in my old bed till it quit working. Nonetheless, I use Easy Rest's massager. It's comfortable but I don't raise it up. I just lay it flat because that's the way I'm comfortable. I like a firm bed and so far, I'm enjoying it. Its a good bed. However, it's expensive.

My wife has Parkinson's and I thought the Easy Rest bed might help her. However, I can't get her to use it and our older bed was better. But I use Easy Rest every day and night. I raise the feet and the head parts up to where I'm comfortable and use the massager, too. The delivery guys did their job really well and even took my other bed upstairs for me. However, I was not satisfied with their salesman. I called him the last time to ask a question about something but he didn't help me.

I don’t like the Easy Rest bed. I would not recommend it. It's a king-sized bed with a split in the middle. I feel like I’m fighting with it all night. We haven’t had it that long but I’m missing my headboard where I put my books on because with the Easy Rest bed, I don’t have it. I have a bed right on the side and it’s harder for me to read at night. I don’t have any place to put up a night light. Furthermore, we haven't used the up and down parts of it because we like to cuddle in the middle so it’s hard when one’s up and one’s down. I wanted to change the king-size bed to a queen-size because I don’t like that it’s two beds and I just want one bed together. So far, I'm still waiting for the mattress that they're going to bring and I don’t want to make any more payments until I get it.

The Easy Rest bed is fantastic. When I'm reading, I raise my bed for the head and I crank the feet a little bit so I'm like in a Chaise chair but not as deep. And at night, if I'm looking at the TV and I'm gonna be up late, I have it at a 45-degree angle, where I can regulate the bad nerves. I used to sleep on four pillows. I don't have that thing in my neck and it has improved my circulation much better. I also have a heart problem. So, the Lord blessed me with the bed and I am grateful. The sales rep was also very pleasant. She called me on a Tuesday and told me my bed will be sent on a Thursday. The delivery team fixed the bed and they were excellent and splendid. He sat down and explained everything to me part by part.

I got tired of waking up with sore backs, and sleeping on the Easy Rest bed has helped me. I still hurt a little but not like before. I feel more comfortable in it than with my previous bed. We got an Easy Rest bed to help with Flaviano's breathing at night, so we can sit him up a little bit. The Easy Rest sales representative who came over was a really nice man and the delivery guys were nice and professional. They answered all our questions, set up the bed, and showed us how to work the remote. Flaviano can now breathe better at night, and it's easier for him. Furthermore, I have ulcers on my legs, so I use the going up and down feature of the bed all the time. Moreover, now that I've been sick, I can get up and walk awhile, and then go back to bed and put my legs up again. Whenever anybody comes over and sees our Easy Rest bed, I tell them that they should get one because it's been really nice for us, and that we should have gotten one a long time ago.

My wife has some aching on her back and legs and she got an Easy Rest bed. However, it's the same with the five-year old bed she previously had because she still has to get up, go out in the living room, and get in her La-Z-Boy. She only sleeps for about five hours out of the night in the Easy Rest bed so it's not what it was put up to be. We were highly disappointed and it didn't help her leg or back. Still, she uses the headrest feature and it seems to work.

I got an Easy Rest bed because I could elevate the head of the bed, since I have a hard time getting out of bed. The sales representative was nice and the delivery team were very helpful. The sales rep told me that since I have arthritis in the knees, the Easy Rest bed would help me because I could elevate the foot of the bed. However, I don't see any improvements. Furthermore, the bed hurts my back a lot, and this started after I used it. Maybe I'm not used to it. I didn't have any back problems with the three years old mattress that I had before.

The Easy Rest salesman was very nice. I kept saying that I didn’t want to go into debt at this age for something and he kept assuring me that it wasn’t going to be that much. When he finally told me how much a month I would have to pay for it, I thought I'll try it. I am managing to make the payment each month as long as they send me a bill. I'm glad I have the bed. I found a spot in it that is comfortable for me to sleep, but it’ll take me a while to make up my mind to try out the things that it will do. I'm 95 years old and I'm slow at anything new.

Easy Rest sent a salesman that came over here and showed me the videos. We went over the different things that the Easy Rest bed is good for and decided that was the right one to choose. The sales rep was very friendly, nice, and well spoken. We spent quite a bit of time together discussing and trying all the different features of the bed. I really liked him and enjoyed our interaction. Everything went great with the delivery team as well. We're very happy that they took the old bed that we had.

My experience with Easy Rest is not what I thought it would be. They told me I would be paying $96 and change per month and I'm paying $106 per month. I have problems with my back and I have muscle spasms like cramps in my legs and I thought I would be resting better with an Easy Rest bed. I sleep a little better but then the salesman said about a heating pad in the bed and it doesn't have that. Nonetheless, I like that I can raise the bed up to the same level that I can raise the head and the feet up. I like it and I don't want to get rid of it but I wouldn't encourage anybody to buy one and go through what I'm going through.

It takes my feet up which helps with blood circulation and I can lift the head up when I read. It's comfortable and I enjoy getting in and sleeping because I can put the massager on and it relaxes me. Then I could go to sleep and it gets cut off after a certain time. I'm very happy and satisfied.

I'm breathing easier since using the Easy Rest bed. It's a little better than my old one. I use the head elevation, which helps get my breathing a lot better, and the vibrator, too. The sales rep was good and talked right to the part of the bed.

I rented a bed when I was in the hospital. It operates on the same principle as the Easy Rest but it wasn't suitable and the padding wasn't as nice. It was also a bit awkward and lopsided. I got the number of Easy Rest on TV and I called them. They were very nice. I asked some information and they sent it to me. Then two weeks or so later, they called and asked if I wanted to have someone come over. I was interested so I said yes. They came over and it was what I was looking for. At first I thought it was a little pricey then the rep broke it down into the monthly charges. I was going to go make my second or third choice but it worked out so I got my first choice which is the Cadillac. I'm very happy I did and it's working real well.

My old bed was hard, which was what I've always wanted then, but after a while, I didn't like it. It was like sleeping on the floor. A friend gave me foam rubber which helped some, but it's nowhere near as comfortable as the Easy Rest bed. It's what I need. I slept in my recliner but would wake up with my neck and shoulders hurting at times. I have shoulder, back and leg problems. I was thinking of putting my feet up a little on the bed because that's the way I do it in the recliner. I’m gonna do that and see how that feels.

I've had several physical problems over the last several years and I felt like I wanted an Easy Rest so bad. Their sales rep was mighty fine, a very nice person, really friendly and he did listen. We got along real good and he gave me such a good deal. I had my son and daughter-in-law come over and help me get my old bed out and they got it all out and cleaned up. So all the delivery team needed to do was get the bed. They told me when they were coming and I couldn't believe how fast they were. They had the bed set up in 15 minutes and it was awesome. They were also real friendly and nice people. One of them also showed me how to use the bed right after they got it hooked up. Easy Rest is the first new bed that I've ever had and now I get to use all of its features, especially the movements on the head. And I noticed that I can breathe better. It's comfortable and I've even told my grandchildren to lay down on it. I've also recommended it.

I've had my old bed for 10 years before owning an Easy Rest and there’s no comparison. Both of them are good but the Easy Rest is a lot better for us. I have physical problems so I got an Easy Rest so I could pull it up on the head and foot part. It's a good experience and I had a very good and polite sales rep. Even the delivery team was excellent.

I like that my Easy Rest is adjustable but I still have a problem with the sheets. They never fit and they always pull off. I've had that with all of the adjustable beds I've had. They assured me it wouldn't happen but it's happening.

The Easy Rest sales rep was pretty good but I didn’t think I was going to get the bed when he showed it to me and talked to me about it. However, with me having rheumatoid arthritis, I thought the bed would help me out. Instead of lying flat, I could be different things. The bed is nice to lie on and I can recommend Easy Rest to some friend. I shouldn’t have waited this long to get it because I’m 81 years old now.

We needed a bed because my husband and I both have medical problems. We've had a very good experience with the sales rep. He explained the Easy Rest bed to us. However, the sheets keep coming off and won't stay on top of the bed.

I have to sleep sitting up, otherwise I choke. That's why I got the Easy Rest bed. Their sales reps promised a fitted mattress cover and a pillow but I haven't gotten any of that. I talked to a person one time about it and she said she would look into it but I’ve not heard back. The delivery guys were marvelous, though. I'm getting used to the Easy Rest bed and now, I can sleep. I wouldn't do without it.

I like Easy Rest because I can adjust the bed to that level which I feel comfortable in and makes me feel good in the morning when I get out of it. I use all of its features and that’s what I needed. Easy Rest is a great deal and I would recommend it.

We’ve been wanting to purchase an Easy Rest for a while and when we saw them advertising on TV, we decided to give them a call. The sales rep was very good and my experience with Easy Rest has been fine. I like the elevation part of it. I don’t have the cramps in my side legs anymore. Also, the two guys who delivered the bed were very, very professional. They did show us how to use the bed.

I got an Easy Rest to help out with my aches and pains, and it has eased them a bit. The bed is great. It's comfortable and I'm sleeping good on it. The delivery team was also great. They were in and out in a few minutes. I'm satisfied with my experience.

The mattress I have was in very poor shape so I got the Easy rest bed. I like it better than my old bed and I sleep much better now. It offers wide variations, too. It has been a hard sell, but there was something that the rep did to show me the comfort of what the Easy Rest might offer. He was able to describe the bed's benefits as opposed to having a regular bed and it wasn't just a sales pitch. When I questioned him and starting things of medical, he was able to identify with that.

I was in the market for a new bed and I was interested in trying a bed that raises and lowers the seat and head. The experience with the sales rep was quite pleasant. We communicated with each other pretty good. The delivery group was nice, quick and went through the operation of the bed. They also cleaned up and didn't waste any time. The sales reps said that the bed we got was recommended for people my size but it's still kind of firm. I don't know if a softer mattress would help or not. I still have trouble sleeping all night and wake up a couple of times. Occasionally, I use the massager if I'm really tired. But I usually use the adjustable feature of the bed since it feels more comfortable instead of lying flat.

I'm very upset with Easy Rest. I wanted to return the bed, but they wouldn't allow me to. It was never explained to me that it was going to cost me $8,000 for a bed that I can buy somewhere else. I'm 66 and the sales person just asked me to sign it without telling me about the interest rate which will make it an $8,000 bed. They also didn't tell me that I only had five days to return it by the day they delivered it and I didn't get everything until 15 days later. It felt like I was cheated and now, I'm stuck with it. Overall, I recommend the bed, but I don't recommend the price I'm paying for it.

A gentleman from Easy Rest who came out and talked to me made want to get their bed, and it's helping a little. I use the head lift most often for my acid reflux. I also had a good experience with their delivery team.

I like the type of mattress that Easy Rest has and I also love their pillow though I haven't received it yet. I sleep better when I have the bed just slightly raised. To me that's closer to how I would be sleeping normally with just the pillow. I rest well with my East Rest.

The salesperson from Easy Rest was great. The delivery team was good, too. They’re kind and polite, and they moved my old Craftmatic bed to the front room and set up my Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest is much better compared to my Craftmatic that I had for 12 years. It’s a comfortable bed with much better and thicker mattress than my old one. I have a hard time sleeping at night but I sleep easier with Easy Rest. I use mainly the feet adjustment while my husband has to raise the head part because he has COPD, and we both have GERDs. I've also had foot and back surgery, but I like the whole bed. I've already recommended it to people.

At age 81, I figured that it will be for my benefit to have an Easy Rest bed. I am beginning to develop a little bit of a hip and a back problem. My girlfriend and I use that bed quite a bit to sit and watch TV. She has a whole string of medical problems, and she likes it better than her hospital bed. I rest a little better with my Easy Rest bed which I got because I had cancer and I had to be elevated. It's way better than my old bed which I had for more than 10 years. Easy Rest does real good - the vibration is great. I'd recommend it to anybody.

I thought the Easy Rest would be awesome, and it was comfortable to sleep on for the first few nights, but now, I wake up with my hips hurting. With my old bed, my hips didn't hurt. However, my husband loves the Easy Rest bed, he uses the heating pad and the vibrator feature.

Somebody came and successfully talked me into buying an Easy Rest bed. Everything about it was satisfactory. When I'm reading, I have the head up. When I'm ready to sleep, I turn it back down. I recommend it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was great but their delivery team wasn't the most friendly. They said that the headboard and the footboard wouldn’t work on my bed but I just don’t think they felt like putting it on. I put it on after they left.

With the Easy Rest bed, I can raise my head and legs up. If I'm lying on my back, I should always sleep with a pillow under my knees. So putting the legs up is good. With my head up, I'm breathing better and not snoring. The sales people were great. But the people that financed it are charging me an extra $2000. And even if I pay it off sooner I'm still going to pay that $2000 which doesn't seem right when I was already quoted $5700. So the bed went up to $7700. I understand that they're financing me, but Easy Rest should have put that in the contract that I'm going to be charged an extra $2000 just to have it financed with that company. Other than that, I'm very happy with the bed. I know it's going to last me a long time and I'm very thankful. The guy that came here and everybody on the phone were very nice. It was the first time I ever had anybody come to the home and try to sell me a bed. It was very interesting and fun.

I was in a hospital bed and needed a better bed. I got an Easy Rest bed and it's nice. It was a good purchase on my part. I mostly use the head elevation feature because I can't move myself. I am very satisfied and would recommend it.

The delivery service was good. They moved one bed out of my room into another room and then they set up the Easy Rest, had me sit on it, explained to me how everything works, and went over the controls. I was told that if I wanted the bed higher, they'd go ahead and do it. Otherwise, if I had to do it after they left, then I would have to pay for it. I did want the bed higher, but at the time, I didn’t know that. So I never called to get anybody to come since I probably cannot afford to have somebody come. I'm still trying to get used to the bed. I don't know if it's because of the Easy Rest or that I've lost weight, but I'm not having back problems anymore.

I had a total knee replacement, have a left tumor on my brain and suffer with scoliosis and leg problems. I stay in the hospital a lot and felt that the hospital bed helped me, so I got an Easy Rest bed and thought it will help me also. But I got around my king-size flat bed better and really enjoyed it than the Easy Rest bed, so I still have to get used to it. I have fallen off of it a couple of times and the bed is squeaking, too. But the Easy Rest helps my legs. However, when I lift my head up with it, I sink down in it. I really do need to call and let them know what's going on with it.

So far, I really like the Easy Rest bed. It's adjustable and my favorite is the head elevation so I can sit up and watch tv. It's also firmer than my old mattress and lower, so it's easier to get in and out of it. The sales rep and delivery guys were all nice, too.

My old mattress was lumpy and looked like I was always rolling in the middle of it. Since I got the Easy Rest bed, it's firmer and I get a more restful sleep. I like the Easy Rest bed because it stays in place unlike with my old bed wherein the mattress moves. The Easy Rest mattress is firmer than the one I had before, too. I use the recliner feature more than the massage. I can raise my head up so I can watch tv without propping myself up with pillows. I just mash the button and I'm up. The salespersons were very nice people. The delivery people were good, too. I'm very much satisfied with the Easy Rest. I've talked to several people about it and they're only concerned about its price.

I have bad knees and I thought an Easy Rest might help. I haven't liked it too much except that if either me or my husband wants to watch television while we're in bed, we can sit up a little bit which is better. But it hasn't helped the knees which was why I purchased it.

I really wanted the bed. It works with congestive heart failure and they made the price where I could afford it. It's a nice bed and I sleep really good in it. I love that I can sit up in it and lift the head and feet. It was very expensive for me but it was worth it. We bought the twin king so we could get up separately and my husband said that the bed has separated us. When we're sleeping, my head might be higher than his and he was used to us sleeping together. The whole experience was really nice. The setup team, sales rep, and financing were all very good.

Easy Rest was the first one we got in touch with about an adjustable bed. Our transaction with the sales rep was rather long and drawn out. It's strange that any company would be able to converse with the office or managers that late at night, but he was fine. Then when the bed was delivered, I had to leave for a funeral and two gentlemen came. One was extremely polite but they made a mess on my driveway and yard. They pulled into the driveway which is very hard to get in and out of but I never called and complained because I don't think I could have done any better with the truck myself.

Our experience with Easy Rest was totally fantastic. Plus, they also left an Easy Rest pillow that has heating in it with me. However, the vibration of the Easy Rest Bed is not massaging, it's just vibrating. I was told it's a massager, so that threw me off a little but other than that it's fine and it's very good. When I go in, I can recline or go up and down. It's very relaxing.

The delivery team did a very good job, got the bed up very quickly and we're happy with it. I like sitting up and watching TV with it. Although I wasn't too happy that we didn't get our heating pad. So I called the company and they tried to tell me they tried to deliver it three times. But UPS leaves any packages on my porch. He said, "Oh no, it goes to UPS and then it goes to the post office." I know they didn't try because the post office holds all my mail. Today it finally came. UPS dropped it off on the porch like they would have the first time, yet they tried to tell me they tried to deliver it three times. Having said that, I would still recommend them to a friend.

Working with the sales staff and the delivery team was good. My wife wanted an Easy Rest and she said she was going to get it and we're going to get one free. But we ended up not getting anything for free, which was a bad experience.

My brother seemed to be sleeping better now with his Easy Rest bed. He uses the head and the massager more because he has a problem with his back and knees. Moreover, we had a good experience talking with their sales rep and the delivery and set up of the bed went fine too. I was wondering if they could have gotten us another pillow.

My husband has a lot of back problems. We got Easy Rest and we like it because we can adjust both sides which we can't do on our old bed. It was hard to really adjust our old bed individually. Easy Rest's delivery team was also great. They showed us everything and went over everything we needed to do before they left. We would highly recommend Easy Rest. They were excellent. It's been a wonderful experience with them and we haven't had any problems. And the bed is really worth the money we paid for.

The team that came in to take care of our bed did it very nicely. They did exactly what we wanted. My wife's enjoying sleeping in our Easy Rest bed. She mostly uses the massage and is also sleeping much better. So far, it's been pretty good with Easy Rest.

I needed help for my leg swelling and with the Easy Rest bed, I can raise the end on my feet up and let the swelling go down. The bed is serving its purpose and it has been working good for me. It's firm enough and it holds up good on the edges while other beds break down. Their sales person explained everything well and was a good guy. Also, the delivery team didn't take long to set up the bed.

The Easy Rest rep was very good and very courteous. I liked his presentation of how the bed vibrates and how its top and bottom rises. He explained these very well and these two features are also what I find favorable. The delivery team took their time and set it up right. They also explained everything. My experience has been very well and I would keep my Easy Rest above my other bed.

I registered to win an Easy Rest bed and the salesman came and convinced us that we needed one. I've had back surgery because of my osteoarthritis and I've also had right shoulder replacement. I also have acid reflux and Easy Rest helps a lot with all those. It’s really good and I would recommend it.

My Easy Rest is good. It works and I have no problems with it. All the positions are comfortable and I enjoy it. I can raise up the front end of it and that helps me to relax. I had no intention of buying Easy Rest, but I got these things in the mail saying I could win an Easy Rest bed and all I had to do was fill out these papers, initial them, and send them in. That's what I kept doing until I got a call that they were sending somebody over to talk to me. I thought maybe I won, only to find out he came over to sell me a bed. Easy Rest's only difference from my old bed is that I can raise the foot on the end. However, I don't like the massage part because it doesn't do deep tissue massage.

I previously had a loaner bed and it was like being in a canoe because it was a couple's bed and it had a dent in the middle and I had to roll over to the other side. So I thought I had to get my own so I wouldn't have to worry about that dent, and I found that having an Easy Rest bed is a good investment since it's a medical benefit. It's a nice and comfortable bed, it gives me exercise and massages me, and I sleep better. Also, since I had it I quit smoking and I feel a lot better. The sales rep was a nice gentleman and they brought the bed to my house. I looked at other places but I decided to stick with my Easy Rest because their prices were high. Also, the delivery and set up went fine and their team was great. My mother-in-law is thinking about buying one for herself because I’ve had her try it out and she likes it.

I’m glad that I have an Easy Rest bed. I turned 65 and I’m good to go. My back and knees would hurt all the time, I wanted to see if Easy Rest would work and it has. I get up and down, get out, roll to the side... I do all of them. The bed positions my body and I like that. My feet swell up sometimes when I’m walking a lot, but when I come home, take a shower, raise up the feet, and put the head up, it is wonderful. Also, both the wave and regular massages are excellent. Their sales rep was superb. The delivery team was too, and they were nice to me. I would recommend that bed to anybody.

I’m on my third recliner and I haven’t slept in a bed for years. I thought that Easy Rest might help me get more rest in the bed instead of the recliner. I like its adjustable headrest. I can sit it up when I’m looking at the newspaper going through coupons and then relax the back when I feel like I want to take a nap. Everybody at Easy Rest was really great. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and I have no complaints. I wish I’d had them lower the bed a little bit, though. There are risers on it but it’s just a tad tall for my short little fat legs and I need a stepstool. I also wish it was a little softer, but then I just have to get used to being in a bed again. Overall, I’m pleased with it.

My back’s bad, I couldn’t lay down flat and I was sleeping in a recliner. With Easy Rest bed, I raise the head of the bed up before I can lay down and I don’t hurt too much. I also raise my feet up and I get them up high because my legs were swelling at daytime instead of nighttime. Now, they're getting down. However, I had to get the foot of it down, so I could get out of bed two or three times at night. Their delivery team was good, got the bed in and set it up. I'd recommend Easy Rest bed.

I got an Easy Rest bed to fix my back and legs problems. However, there's been not a whole lot of changes. The biggest things I use in the Easy Rest is the sitting up feature and the vibrator. The bed rest is exactly good and I rest as good in the bed, but it should have been a little harder. Though I didn't ask for extra firm so they brought me what they wanted me to have. Also, it's a little high so I will be speaking with somebody to let it down a bit.

Both the sales representative and the delivery team from Easy Rest were wonderful. Their salesman came by, showed the mattress to me and I bought it for my back and breathing problems. He did his best to try to get me a bed under my budget. The people that installed it knew exactly what they were doing and they were gone in just 30 minutes. Easy Rest helps my back and I now get up every morning feeling fine. I enjoy it. I use the head part most because sit up a lot and do things. The only problem I have with it is when raised it up, the sheets don't stay in.

We had a bed for a long time and its mattress was completely worn out. It was so expensive to replace the mattress alone and with the bed being that old, it made more sense to replace the whole bed so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. I like its automatic feature where I could set it and push one button, then it goes right back to where I want it to. I'm very spoiled by that feature. Their rep was very nice and their delivery team was very prompt. We had already taken the other bed out and had it out of the way. They came in and put the new bed up. They were very fast and everything was just like we wanted it. We’re very happy with our bed and we’re enjoying it. I would definitely recommend it.

The Easy Rest bed was well-made but the only thing is I wish they would have a softer mattress. I don’t think I'd buy another one because this one is hard and maybe that’s why I don’t sleep good. It takes awhile to get used to it. I got an American made and the price was kind of high but I was not satisfied with it. I paid for it, got it, and the people that brought it here were really nice people. However, I was a little discouraged that they got here really late and I was asleep by that time. I'm 77 years old and I don’t stay up late.

I’ve wanted an Easy Rest bed for a long time. I have asthma so I have trouble coughing and breathing at times. If I could bring myself up a little bit, I don’t cough quite as much. We bought one then the bed sinks where we both sleep. There was also a hump in the middle and so my side could be raised up and down. They wouldn’t take it back. But then the sales rep was very nice and the delivery team took the old bed when they left. I like the bed and I’m not dissatisfied. I just have to climb over one bed to make the other bed.

I really love my Easy Rest bed. It’s very comfortable. I have a bad back and I’m getting old and I figured before I die, I want to enjoy in this beautiful bed. I had a bed, which was old and very uncomfortable, but I never got a new one and had no intentions of buying an Easy Rest bed. However, I got one when I saw how everything went and the salesperson was so good at explaining everything. The delivery guys were very nice as well.

I thought that an Easy Rest bed would help my back and make me sleep better, but it doesn't. My talks with the salesperson, however, were fair and the delivery guys were helpful. I would recommend them!

I received a card in the mail that said if I would send it in, I was in a competition to win an Easy Rest. I ended up buying a pillow and then they sent a sales representative to see me. She was in her 20's and engaged. Very attractive but also very good at what she was doing. She’s the best representative they’ve got working for Easy Rest. When she came to present her program, she said she only needed an hour. But she was here for four hours and when she left, I didn’t really want her to go.

We got this bed and it has never been as it was described. It only vibrates really loudly and strong at the head... NOT variable like advertised. It was never comfortable and when we FINALLY got in touch with the company they sent us a new top pad (pillow top part). It took forever to show up and the bed is still uncomfortable. After having it 6 months it is like sleeping in a hole. We got this bed to HELP my boyfriends back and it is just making it worse. Think the company cares? Nope, not one bit.

I had broken ribs in January so I was sleeping in a recliner and I couldn’t sleep in any other position. Then I realized that I would spend a fourth of my life in bed so I decided to buy one, and Easy Rest was the best thing I ever got. I sleep excellently with it especially when I use the curvature feature that you raise your feet and the head, as well as turn on the vibrator. I never roll over or move. I sleep all night long. The sales representative was very excellent, pleasant and concise. The movers brought it in and out. I couldn’t afford it, but they’ve got the price down to where I could and I'm glad that I took it up. Easy Rest is definitely the way to go if you want to really experience the best night’s sleep possible.

It's easy to get up from my Easy Rest bed and since using it, I don't have as much problems with my back.

I got Easy Rest bed for its comfort of raising my legs and feet. I like its adjustable part as compared to my old bed. My experience with Easy Rest is fine but my mattress is getting one-sided. I would recommend it nonetheless.

The company was invited into my parents' home with the enticement of a possible free mattress. They spent 3 hours in the home (were not leaving until they had a sale) and then proceeded to make a sale of a $5,000 product to a couple in their 80s with poor credit ratings. I had worked with the credit bureaus to have my parents' credit locked so that they could not continue to make purchases such as this.

The mattress that we previously had put imprints of the springs on my shoulders and back, so I had to do something. I tried the Easy Rest bed and I liked the way it adjusts. I can sleep in different positions and it helps me rest a lot better. I also love when it goes to vibrating. I most certainly would recommend it.

I needed Easy Rest for my back when I'm sleeping. It is much better than my old bed and I'm sleeping a little better with Easy Rest. I am enjoying it. It's comfortable and does everything they said it's gonna do. It's great. Their sales rep and delivery team were also outstanding. They were very courteous and all of them did their job.

I prepared to enter one of the forms to win one of the mattresses, I signed in, and Easy Rest called me. They told me they wanted to come down to my house and talk and I told them yes. Their person came down and talked to me and my wife. He was very generous and told us everything about the bed, the adjustable, and the vibration. We decided to buy a bed because we were trying to buy one but didn't have the time for it. Now, I'm sleeping very well and we're doing fine with it. We use all the features that came with the bed and the bed is very nice and comfortable.

My husband and I both have sleep apnea and COPD. Also, our legs and backs bother us at night. Easy Rest has helped us to sleep a little better. We like that we can raise our head up and the vibration on the backs which helps us at night. We love our Easy Rest and our old bed now is a piece of junk.

I was suffering from a lot of back pain and had difficulties when I get off the bed. I always felt tired naturally. I had my old bed for more than 20 years, so it was about to be changed. I saw the Easy Rest and I liked it. I’ve been able to sleep better with it. My legs used to be so restless and I couldn’t find a position to put them in, but since I have the bed I can raise up my feet and massage them. It’s expensive, but it is working out. I’m enjoying the bed. The pillow is not that comfortable to me. I would recommend it and I’m also talking to people about it.

I needed a new mattress and went with Easy Rest. I usually raise its head and seat a little bit because they make me sleep better. The sales rep was very nice and I like the delivery team.

My wife decided to get an Easy Rest bed and I figured it would be good for her back. I have a problem with the humming of the bed but my wife doesn’t mind that because she can raise the bed up and down.

My experience with Easy Rest is terrible and I'm really dissatisfied with what I got. I wanted a firm mattress and thought I was getting one, but this is a soft mattress. It's also too low. When I sit on it, it sinks in. I can’t maneuver with this.
