Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I had a smaller bed before having Easy Rest. I haven't found anything I don't like on this bed. I would recommend it to a friend.

I needed something that's restful since I have arthritis. The mattress of Easy Rest is soft and I also need that. I'm sleeping better since having Easy Rest. The delivery team set it up real good. I use the head raise and massage feature of the bed because they relax me. It's a wonderful bed. It's not like the other bed that I had owned.

I work two jobs and not being able to get much sleep, I decided to get the Easy Rest bed as I needed a bed anyway. Now, I go right to sleep and sleep better and longer. I elevate my feet and because they swell a lot, I use the massage, too. The sales rep and the delivery team did a good job. I like the bed and I'll continue to work with it and make the payments on time.

The Easy Rest is a nice bed and comfortable to sleep in. My wife and I have back problems and a lot of times we’re in our recliners all the time we were sleeping because we couldn't sleep in bed but now, we are sleeping all night in the bed and it’s easier on our backs. We can also have our feet up and our legs don’t swell as bad either. The only thing I don’t like is that when we’re laying on the bed, sometimes the blankets fall off the bed. Whatever side we were laying on, the blankets seem to go back the other way. I wish they would make the sheets bigger because they don't stay on the bed like they’re supposed to - they pop up. That's what happens when we're raising it up and down. All they have to do is make it an inch bigger around for the adjustable bed so the sheet rolls with it. They make it special for them, but that has nothing to do with the bed.

The only reason I bought an Easy Rest was I needed something to raise my head up at night. I like that I can raise the front of the bed up. I have no complaints about the Easy Rest other than paying too much. However, the pillow that they sent me had so much chemicals in it. I washed it and left it outside, and it still smells like it came off a factory. Apart from that, the sales rep was alright, and the two delivery men were very nice. I'm satisfied.

I got an Easy Rest bed to help with the way I sleep, but I don’t really like it. I use the headrest which I can raise up, but I don’t use the vibration at all. The Easy Rest bed's not comfortable. In fact, I like my old bed better.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner and so an Easy Rest might be a way to get me out of a recliner and into an actual bed again. The sales rep showed different pictures for us. He picked a vibrator and I put it on our chair and let us feel what the vibration would feel like on the bed. I use that a lot and I like it ‘cause I have trouble with neuropathy in my seat. I use it to help me get to sleep better. The delivery team was very nice. They had the bed too high and they offered to lower it and got it lowered. It’s been a good bed so far.

I've been looking for something more comfortable and since using Easy Rest, I've been sleeping better. I've been using the remote thing as much. I have it lifted up a little bit for my head because it's more comfortable. Also, their rep was great and the delivery team did their work quickly.

We had our old bed for over 25 years and the warranty on that mattress was only 10 or 15 years so it was time for a new one. I got the Easy Rest and it's a hell of a lot better. The reps came in here and showed me what they had then the delivery people came in when they said they were going to deliver and put it in. I also got it for a reasonable price. I use the putting up the head portion at night time and the full massager at times. It's great.

I’ve injured my back three times and my neck once. Then just about after I got the Easy Rest bed, I came down with cancer in both my kidneys. I just got out of the hospital from having surgery so it’s really come in handy. I’m sleeping a lot better with it. I like the heat and the massage, and I keep the bed reclined all the time. The representative did an excellent job. The delivery guys were also great. They were in and out and did everything quickly. When they explained everything, I understood it.

I bought an Easy Rest to ease my back and to try to give me more rest. The sales rep was a fast person and a nice salesman. The delivery team set up everything and showed me how it worked. I raise the head of the bed to ease the back up more and since having Easy Rest my back is not hurting as bad.

I got some card in the mail saying about a drawing being done every month for a free bed. The next thing I knew they called in and they wanted to know if they could send somebody out to explain what it was all about. The salesman came out and he was very nice. I really appreciated his patience and how he helped me out with different things. I tried out the hand massager on me and then I decided I was going to give Easy Rest a try. I have a lot of back problems and I've had a lot of pain off and on. The least little thing will set it off like if it is raining or when the snow is coming down, but that massager has really been something else. It is wonderful. I'm glad it shuts off because sometimes I fall asleep before it's done. The people at Easy Rest were very concerned about my condition and they were very courteous, even the work people that put the bed together. I love my bed and I appreciate it very much.

I'm 87 and was having problems sleeping. I'd wake up several times during the night. I've been told that if I woke up like that, I should get up, move around a bit, and then go back to bed. I came out and sat on my recliner and went to sleep in it and slept perfectly then. I thought that's got to be what I need - something that isn't flat. So I called Easy Rest and made an appointment. The salesman showed up and I bought it.

I am a 65 year old woman with back and hip pain that made it difficult to sleep at night. I would wake up with pain. I looked into Easy Rest beds and had an in home salesman assure me that their mattress would resolve these issues. I ordered their Premier bed which I paid $6500.00 for. Upon delivery I did not like the way the twin mattresses looked. They looked flimsy and the bed was set very low. Also, I could not use my headboard from my previous mattress of the same size on their bed. I told the delivery man that this did not look like a $6500.00 bed that he just put in my room. But he assured me that many people order these beds and are satisfied. He told me to give it a try. I did but I am regretting it ever since.

I love our Easy Rest which we got because of my husband's health. We're both sleeping on it and it's easier for us to get in and out of bed. I didn't ever think that I'd ever be able to own something like that. Their sales rep was awesome and the delivery team was quick. The young man demonstrated how to use it.

The Easy Rest bed looked like it would meet our needs. The sales rep was fine and we enjoyed his visit. I mostly raise the bed because I have sleep apnea. I’m sleeping a little better with it.

I got an Easy Rest bed because of its head rest. It's a great bed and I'm very satisfied with it.

My old bed sucks, so I've been wanting an Easy Rest bed ever since they’ve come out on the market. So far, my bed's fine and when I sleep on there, I get my feet and my head up a little bit. Overall, my experience has been alright.

I have back pain and the previous mattress that I had was not working for me. I had it for seven years and it was worn out. So I needed a new bed and when I started looking I received something in the mail about an offer for a new bed from Easy Rest. Then they called, they came and they did a demonstration. That's when I thought that I'm going to treat myself to a bed. It might as well be a bed that I can do a little bit of everything with because I'm in the bed so much. I also liked the features that it had available to it.

I've had some pluses and some minuses with Easy Rest. For the first several nights, it seemed like I woke up and didn't have any back pain. However, later on, it started coming back again. My legs feel better and I think my spine is straighter, but now I can't sleep on my side anymore as it hurts my shoulder. Also, one of the things I don't like about it is that it's hard to put sheets on and keep them there. When we're talking to their rep, I don't think that the way the bed is functioning is nearly as close to what he said - he overrated in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because everybody's got different expectations.

I needed something to rest good on because I have a spinal stenosis and sometimes I cannot sleep well, and the way the Easy Rest bed moves has allowed me to rest more. I use the back, the feet, and my massage altogether and I have been resting very good. Their sales representatives have been good advisers and their delivery team made everything on time.

Easy Rest helps me and my wife sleep better. We get the head up and when I'm done we use the vibrator. However, its cost is a bad idea.

I'm recovering from breast cancer, I have a fifth lumbar and my back is deteriorating. My fiancé also has iron and pins in his knee. I had my old bed for exactly eight years 'cause I bought it brand new from Mattress Brothers before my grandson was born. It was still in good shape but I can't adjust myself around and I can't get out of bed sometimes. I had to have help some time when I'm in bad shape. The Easy Rest helps us very much. I mostly use the vibration and the elevation. I sit up a lot and I put on vibrate for my back.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed since I can put it up and get a massage. Sometimes my back hurts. I owned another bed for five years and it was hard, and I couldn’t sleep on my side or my back too much because my neck and my back would hurt. My legs and back are better since using my Easy Rest. The sales rep was really nice and he told me all the different things that I can have with the bed. I got arthritis in both of my knees, and he told me about a feature for it. The delivery guys were also friendly. They asked me where I wanted my bed, and they were courteous.

I have a reflux disease and it helps that I can just put the head of the bed up a little. I can also raise the feet up because I just had a knee replacement, so that helps, too. I have recommended Easy Rest but my wife is complaining about the bed.

My mama was supposed to move here with me. She’s 99 and instead of trying to prop her up on pillows, I figured an Easy Rest bed would work pretty good. When I get tired, I go in there and take a massage. The only thing is I wished I had told them to make my payment about four more days. It’s due in the 5th, but if it’s a holiday there, the payment doesn’t reach them. Overall I’d recommend Easy Rest to anybody that’s got a job.

When we received the bed I tried sleeping in it for 2 nights and could not rest. I was very uncomfortable and mattress kept sliding to the side. I wrote the company a letter letting them know my situation and I asked them to please come and get their bed. All they wanted to do was send me something to stop the mattress from sliding. I will not pay for something I cannot use, this is frustrating. Please come and get your bed. Very unhappy!!!

I suffer a lot with my back and the doctors can't do anything for me. I've got to do something about it so I tried Easy Rest and I love it. With it, I can now get up in the morning and walk to the bathroom without any problems. I can sleep raised up at night which is big help unlike my old bed. The sales representative was very nice. Easy Rest bed is more comfortable since I can put it any way that I want. But the massage is more in the head than I feel a little bit only in my back and my leg. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed.

My wife has a bad back and knees, and Easy Rest helps her sleep. She'll lay on there in the morning when she's hurting and prop her feet up, so evidently it's working. The sales rep we dealt with was good, and he explained everything very thoroughly. The delivery team went over everything too. They set everything up and everything worked out good. I had looked into the Easy Rest bed and wasn't bent on buying but they had a high-pressure salesman who didn't give me a choice. The only way he's getting out of the house was if I got it. The bed is good so far and I'm getting used to it though it was just that I wasn't looking to spend that much money at that time. I use both the head and foot elevation and also the massage therapy but my back still hurts and is not getting better. The delivery guys were very nice. They were better than any other people that have delivered things in a long time around here.

I have a lot of problems with my back and so I tried the Easy Rest bed. Their delivery team were very exceptional. I use the vibration and it helps my back, but I don’t seem to get much feeling from it in my legs. So far, this bed is helping me with my arthritis on my right side and I'm satisfied with it.

The sales rep treated me very good. He helped me through everything and explained the different beds to me. I fell in love with the Easy Rest bed. I could move my head up with it unlike the other bed. It's also made in America. It's comfortable, relaxing, easy to lie down in and massages me. I got poor circulation in my leg and I could press the button to bring my legs up above my heart to let the blood flow. Even my cat is in the bed now being massaged to sleep.

Beds do not live up to the expectations. My wife had restless leg syndrome and the mattress kept sliding off the bed. The bed never gave her with her back pain. I have tried to sleep in the bed for a month, but no matter which way I adjust the bed I cannot sleep in it. They only give you a three day limit to cancel the sale, but that is about two weeks before you get the bed. They can have mine back!

I love my Easy Rest Bed. It is for my back and nerve issues. My special feature is the massager. It’s great and it helps me relax. I’m in pain a lot of the time, and it puts me at a state where I can rest and get some sleep. The reps of Easy Rest were also wonderful. They had it in, set it up and got paperwork done in no time. I needed a bed that tilts for health reason. Easy Rest is much different compared to my old bed and I use the elevation feature the most. Delivery team was nice.

The delivery team also did a wonderful job. We mostly use the head elevation feature of the bed, for the rest and relief of the back. We're just getting used to this different bed but we're doing okay with it and it's doing something better.

I was notified that I may have won an Easy Rest bed, then a salesman came out and talked to me, and I wound up buying one of them. He said that if my name did get drawn in the drawing for the bed, then they would reimburse me the money that I paid for the bed. The salesman was very courteous. The people who've come out and installed the bed were all very courteous and the experience with them was all good. But when I purchased this queen size bed split in the middle, they didn't say it will split apart on me because I had asked that question. They said no and that the bottom of the bed actually has some rough surface on it where it sticks on there to where they will not slide, but they do.

I have a lot of medical problems in my back, my feet, and my legs so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. It helps elevate my feet and my head so I don’t have to use so many pillows. Their rep and their delivery team were excellent. So far, everything’s working out good.

The sales rep was phenomenal. He was very personable and had a good sense of humor. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. We'd welcome him back anytime. The delivery team was great, too. They called ahead of time and showed up a little bit earlier. I have no complaints. I sleep a lot better with my Easy Rest bed. Having my head and knees up helps me sleep thru the night.

My son works for Easy Rest and sells the beds. They gave us a good price and we felt like it was a good, sturdy product that would last us for years so I bought one. I can electronically move the head and feet part of the up and down. It's very helpful as I use those to get in and out of bed. The mattress of the Easy Rest is also much better since it's firm, unlike our old one which is too soft for me.

I have been recuperating from a fall. I then bought Easy Rest for my back and for support, but I'm not happy with the mattress as it seems like it has been used. One side of it is softer than the other side. My older mattress for 10 years was more comfortable than this. Other than that, it's okay. The representative was very nice and the delivery team was fine. I use the massage feature every night - it helps me fall asleep.

I was having such pain at night in my hip, back, and legs. I saw the Easy Rest advertised on TV and said I'm going to give it a try. Now I can't sleep without the massager. It eases my pain and I really enjoy that and get a good night's rest. I couldn't sleep before and had to get up and let my daughter massage the pain down with different kinds of creams. But now I don't have to do that. The representative that came out was nice and showed me the film. The delivery team was right on time. They got it set up and had me sit on it to see if it was high enough for me. I've talked to different people about it and tried to get them to get one. I told them how well it suits me and my condition but they seem to think it's too high-priced for them.

Easy Rest's sales representative was real nice. He got down to all of the amenities in the bed. He was real helpful in every way but when I got the Easy Rest I was very disappointed. It's is so hard to turn over in that bed and sometimes I don't even sleep in it. I sleep in my recliner. But I'm satisfied with the vibrator, that's the best. I also had two beds like the king size and Easy Rest was much larger than that.

My husband was having problems with rest and getting in and out of bed. When he was in the hospital, he was always told to adjust his bed so high since he needed to be elevated. The sales rep who came in and talked us into buying the bed was really nice. I enjoyed dealing with him. The delivery team were really great and did a good job, and it didn't take them long to do it. I sleep better since using the Easy Rest bed. It's a great bed. I enjoyed it and I'd tell somebody else about it.

I have arthritis on my feet and legs, but with Easy Rest, I can sleep and relax better because I use its elevation feature. I could put my head and feet up and down. I had a round bed for about 40 years but my Easy Rest is sturdy and more comfortable. The only thing was I thought I was getting two pillows but only got one, but I love Easy Rest nonetheless. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I bought an Easy Rest bed, and I had a great sales representative who showed me the mattress, the massage feature, which is my favorite, and everything else that the bed does. The delivery team was really quick too. They got my old mattress and bed frame out of the way then put the other one in no time. The bed has helped with my problem and I love it. I just wish I had gotten a bigger one.

My sister and brother-in-law got an Easy Rest and they really liked it. I have sleep apnea and needed one that will elevate the head so that I can sleep and breathe better and not have many pillows. I slept on the couch underneath a fan until I got one. The sales rep did really good. The delivery team was fast, and they knew what they were doing. My Easy Rest is really comfortable and I like it. The pillow is really good too.

We'd been thinking about Easy Rest for a while. My husband and I both have back issues and joint issues getting older, and we thought the Easy Rest bed looked comfortable and the quality seemed high. We'd been sleeping on a memory foam for eight years and it sucked. The old bed was horrible, and compared to the Easy Rest it's night and day. The sales rep was a local person and he was very nice, prompt and courteous. The delivery team was very efficient and professional. They left nothing and there wasn't a scrap of paper or anything. I was very surprised at how quickly they assembled the bed. Then they showed us how to use all the features.

I was interested in looking at Easy Rest and what it was like. The salesperson was a very nice, sweet, kind, and informative man. He explained the bed to me. The delivery guys were a very helpful pair too. They were very talkative and informative. With my old bed of about five or six years, I would get up and I would have a backache. But with the Easy Rest bed, my back is a lot better now. I'm feeling like my back is not as stiff.

My wife has got a bad back so she can't sleep in the bed, but she can sleep sitting up. Our bed hurts her back so bad that she’s got to get out and get in her easy chair, so I told her I'll try Easy Rest. The sales reps who talked to us were great and they sold it to us. But when we got the bed, my wife said, “I have to try it for a day or two to see if I can sleep in it”. They said, “Well, we don’t do that.” We told them we're not going to take it and they said, “Try and see what you think about it.” So we did. But the mattress and everything is so uncomfortable that we didn’t like it. I tossed and turned and I couldn’t sleep on it because I like sleeping flat. We tried to get them to come back and take it but they wouldn’t do it. I wish they would take it back. We thought about calling Consumer Credit Bureau and complain about it, but we haven’t yet because we’re giving them the chance of returning it to them. We're very dissatisfied with it.

I have a hospital bed, but the mattress wasn’t good and I needed something to support my back. With the Easy Rest, I rest better and I can get up easier. I have really bad arthritis and the bed helps. I have been having these kinds of problems since I was 32 and I'm going to be 70, so it's really made a big difference. I have a problem with my back and my husband has a problem with his breathing. He just got out of the hospital for having a stent put in his heart. We really didn’t want to pay that much but the salesman wouldn't let us say no. We found that our old bed doesn’t compare to our Easy Rest bed though. Our Easy Rest helps my back and his breathing.

I've been getting correspondence for the last two or three years about Easy Rest's free pillow, so I filled out the application for it. Their representative came by, and she talked with me and my wife. She was dynamic. She gave us an illustration of how it worked, and we liked the features of the bed, so we decided to get it. The delivery team was right on time. They did what they had to do, and it didn't take them long. Everybody was alert and working. They left all correspondence too, so that if anything happens, I got the phone numbers to call. I'm enjoying our Easy Rest. My wife and I sleep better than we used to on the old bed. I don't have that problem anymore with stiffness on the shoulders and neck, so it's great. Then if I feel a little tight, I just turn on the massage and use that. It feels good, and it helps me and my wife out. I'm satisfied with the purchase, and when I see anybody, I tell them about my Easy Rest.

The muscles in the back of my chest gave me a lot of trouble that when I wake up, I’d have to almost exercise and warm up just to get out of bed. I’ve got a little bit of nose congestion too but I have lower back problems for years and years. Most doctors don’t examine me to see what’s hurting because when they look at me, they don't see a problem. I’ve been told that I was asystematic and that they couldn’t tell whether I was hurting or not unless they thoroughly examine me. So I’m trying to see if this bed would help me. It’s done me some good. When my back’s bothering me, I can raise the feet just right. Of course, later I’d wake up and readjust. But I can get some temporary relief with it.

I like my Easy Rest better than my previous bed of 12 years. I also like the tilt on the head part of it and I use the vibrator pretty often. I got it because of their salesman who was truthful with me. He gave me a choice but the owners of the company didn’t give me one. I got stuck with a high bill. However, I do miss the room because my old bed was a lot roomier than this one.

I have a disease and it’s caused my legs to get very weak and my balance is not good. So I needed something to get my feet up at nighttime and I’ve been looking for an adjustable bed. I bought an Easy Rest bed because of its cost. I use the raising of my feet and my head most of the time. My experience with their customer service team was excellent and their delivery team was very good. Overall, it was a very good experience and I love sleeping in it.

I have a lot of health issues and I could not get in or out of bed before but I can do it now with the Easy Rest. The sales rep was fantastic, very informative and really good while the delivery team was professional and great. They came in, did everything and carried off the old bed. I use all of the features of the bed and everything's working out. The only concern I have is that the guy who demonstrated it said he'd had his mattress for 22 years and it was just like it was. But mine is sinking where my weight is so so I'm trying to figure out if it's something else or what. My back starts hurting at night and I didn't want something that's going to form to my body and just stay there. I wanted it to be able to pop back out. But everything else is wonderful.

The Easy Rest salesman who came here was very good. I like him. He was very nice and very personable. He wasn’t really pushy and he was very interested in us. The bed looked like it has all the features that we wanted and had been looking for so we decided to order it. They are very comfortable and we're very happy with it. I take naps in the afternoon and I'd fall asleep with the massage. Then, I'd wake up and the massage was over for the half hour and I usually sleep for about an hour. And then my husband and I use it at night. Their delivery team were very nice and quick. At first, I thought we’d give it a try for a couple of days and we'd tell them if we wanted to keep it or not but we just decided to keep it. Our bed may not be the top of the line but I like it very much.

Easy Rest bed has all the features I wanted. I had an adjustable bed before for about 15 years and it had many of the same features as Easy Rest. But that old bed had a worn out mattress already and I wanted to replace it. The features that was available on Easy Rest was a little nicer and sleeker and now I sleep a lot better. I use all its features and I have reflux so I automatically raise the head of the bed a little bit. I'm 215 pounds and my wife is 130 pounds. In her bed, she uses the massage a lot more frequently than I do. But when she used her bed recently, she had elevation of the foot and the head and there was an unusual vibrating noise when she's using it, which was different from the previous vibration that she had. It sounded like something loosened out somewhere so that it created a vibratory noise. But other than the noise level changing, the function is still perfect.

We just bought a bed three months before we purchased the Easy Rest and my wife couldn’t sleep on it. Three hours and she had to get up because she hurts. She can feel a pea under six mattresses. The Easy Rest sales rep was great. If it hadn’t been for him we probably wouldn’t have bought their bed. He demonstrated what the bed could do. I use the vibrator the most. It's put on low while we lay there and relax. My wife likes it because she can put her side up and watch TV. I work nights and she stays and watches the ballgame and usually we pass each day in the hallway. In the morning, I can go to bed and she can get up and we don’t even hear each other. We both love it and I would recommend it to anybody.

My husband has congestive heart failure and he has to sleep with his legs up at night. Since using the Easy Rest bed, his swellings have gone down. He's able to keep his legs up at night and he enjoys having to turn the vibrator on and going to sleep with that on. He's happy with it. The only problem is that he has trouble getting in and out of the bed especially that his right side is very weak. He'd like to get a side rail but don't want to have to pay $500 to get it. Other than that, we like the bed very much. We both sleep with our feet up at night and my husband sits with his head up a little bit. Also, the sales representative was very nice and thorough and the delivery team was very good. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I slept in a recliner for a year and a half. I had my back surgery that's why I have to sleep reclined. The Easy Rest salesperson was very nice and it was good with the delivery people too. With the bed, I have noticed some changes and I use the reclining feature the most. One problem is we have trouble with the sheets. We got the size of the sheet they said to put on it and it is way too big. Also, I'm having a problem now trying to keep the mattress on the bed. It seems like it wants to slide off the side. We push it over as far as it goes but it hangs over the side. Other than those I'd recommend the Easy Rest bed to anybody.

My other bed which I've owned for eight years was getting uncomfortable so I needed a new one. I like the up and down part of the Easy Rest, and it's definitely more comfortable. I'd recommend it to a friend. Also, Easy Rest's sales rep and the delivery team were good.

I had an old bed which I got through, and was paid for by Medicare for the first 2 years in 2002. After they had paid all they were going to pay for it, it became my bed worried about if it broke down. But it never did. However, it wasn't comfortable after a while because 2002 to this year is a long time for a mattress. It was falling apart, with the stitches coming undone, and it went this year. Hence I was hoping to get something else, but I didn't want to go to American HomePatient because I wanted something better. I got this Easy Rest advertisement in the mail which said I had six chances to win a free bed, so I took my chances hoping to get a free one.

I like the whole system of the Easy Rest bed because that’s got the massage in and it can get the right angle. I have DVT in my legs and I can elevate my legs to the proper level to where they're supposed to be in order to make them relaxed. The only thing I can compare it to is a hospital bed which I could elevate the front and back, but it didn’t have the massage in. I don’t keep my mattress in a position that conforms to my body while I'm sleeping. A lot of times when I get up I might be a bit stiff. It's nothing to do with the mattress or the bed. It's my body that does that. I turn the massage on for 15 minutes and it vibrates everything out and I'm ready to go. That’s one of the things that I like about it. The Easy Rest bed would be good for older people like myself. I was thinking more of it as being useful and not only the position that I can relax and it feels good.

Until I got an Easy Rest, I didn't know what a good night's sleep was. I love it and it's worth every penny. I have COPD and have to sleep elevated and the way that that bed comes up and follows me up is awesome. I use its massage and up and down features and when I get ready to get up, I just hit one button and it automatically goes down. It's very convenient and I like that. I also like the way the mattress fits my body. I'm a heavyset person and it's comfortable. Moreover, I had a crick in my neck and it vanished after one night on the pillow that I got with it.

My bed is supposed to be a hard bed which is what I need cause I have a bad back. Well I sink into the mattress. It is horrible can't sleep most nights. So my spine is all twisted. I toss and turn the whole night trying to catch my sleep. I have to add a pieces of plywood. We paid over $6000.00 for this "platinum bed". The only good thing about it is the vibration that helps me sleep a little. But overall I am very disappointed in the Easy Rest bed. They send you this to the house and makes it sound like if you were in heaven bunch of lies. They steal your money because once you purchase the bed you're stuck.

I've got some problems with my back and with sleeping, so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep was good, informative and made recommendations on what might be the best bed for me. Their delivery team was real professional and it didn’t take them that long to set up the bed. However, the topper that the sales rep recommended was a bit too firm. It probably would be okay for someone a lot heavier, but I only weigh 130 pounds and it wasn’t soft enough. It didn’t really contour to my body very much, so they're sending me a different topper. They are expensive so I'm hoping this topper will make it worthwhile. Initially, they wanted to charge me shipping for it but they took that away and they offered to send it to me free of charge.

I was having sleeping problems at night. Having the Easy Rest bed elevated in the rear, I tend not to cough as much. For the past 40 years I had to use three pillows versus now I can use one. I use the head elevation for the most part, but I also use the leg elevation at the same time. I slide down during the night, so by using the elevation for the legs at the same time, that doesn’t happen. With it I get a good night’s sleep. If I don’t elevate my head at night, I’d probably sleep four hours, tops. With the elevation, I sleep better. I don’t get up until around 6:00, so I’m grabbing a couple of extra hours every night.

My old bed lasted me six years. Compared to it, my Easy Rest gives me a lot better resting period because I can make this one go like a recliner or lift my feet up. Since using Easy Rest, not only am I getting more sleep but I'm relaxing easier. The position I want to be in at night depends on what mood I'm in, but my favorite part is lifting the head rest.

A very good salesman from Easy Rest came and gave me a demonstration. The delivery team was awesome. My whole experience with the company has been good. I like the bed's massage because it helps me get to sleep.

Their sales rep was very pleasant. I wasn't really going to buy a bed, but he convinced me to. Also, I had some health issues, so I decided to do the purchase. I have somewhat experienced some changes since using the bed, but I haven't really got to use the bed at this point because one leg of the bed came off. I called them about it and they said they’ll come in and fix it. It has been three weeks and no one has come to fix it.

I went for Easy Rest because of the presentation of the man who came and talked to me about it. I've had my old bed for 5 years but I prefer Easy Rest because it's adjustable and that I can raise my head on it. Also, their delivery team was great and were exceptionally nice.

Easy Rest is a very comfortable bed compared to what we had, and we both love it. My husband and I both have back problems. He uses the bed's vibrator, while I put my head up a little bit. Now, he also likes it when the head or the feet goes up because he has a swelling. Nothing compares to the Easy Rest.

Easy Rest have very nice people. The delivery team in particular showed me everything they were doing and were very courteous. I enjoy my Easy Rest bed. I mostly use the function which reclines the head and foot. It's very simple to operate. There are a few times I've used the massage and its nice. Easy Rest is a totally different bed from the mattress I bought about six or seven years ago, which I had a bad experience with. I bought what they call a pillow top. I wasn't happy with it and I'll never purchase another one. I only have one concern with the Easy Rest bed though - the mattress gets sideways, 4 to 5 inches from the foot to the edge of the bed, so I'm rubbing against the headboard. I then have to straighten the mattress up everyday. Still, I'd recommend this bed.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a big help and was very, very polite and went over everything with me very well to where I could understand. The delivery team did real good, brought the bed all in, and showed me how everything worked. I had to sleep with my head elevated on pillows, which hurts my neck, so Easy Rest being adjustable helps but only very little. I got bad knees, elbows, and one bad shoulder so the vibration massager is all right although not strong enough. My previous bed and Easy Rest were about the same firmness and so Easy Rest isn't as soft as I thought it was gonna be. The best bed I ever had was a king size soft bed that had a pillow-top on it and I could lie down on it and pass out. I like the fact that I can set a pillow-top insert when the Easy Rest gets worn out and I'm looking to get a softer one. Easy Rest is a good quality product and with all the warranties it’s got, it’s definitely a good deal.

I was told that the bed I was getting would be softer and more supportive than the Tempur-Pedic that we have had for several years. At times I feel like I am sleeping on a rock and I told the lady that and that I had stayed at a Hyatt and got the BEST nights sleep ever because the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and of course the Lady said that was the way this bed was but with heat and vibration and was a split queen. We got the SPLIT QUEEN to help with my WIFE's SNORING because I like the bed flat and she can sleep with it elevated. Even with the bed elevated the snoring is still terrible and the bed is horrible and they are. Well we have a 5 day return POLICY!! Then they say after you sleep on it a while it softens up!! BEWARE!!!

I got an Easy Rest and I would recommend them to others.

I’m glad my Easy Rest bed is there although I haven’t really felt the need for all of its abilities because I have been able to get the sleep I wanted without them. I got frustrated a little bit because the sheets don’t stay together when the bed moves. I’ll have to work that out when I do. Mattress firms are saying you’re supposed to change your mattress every eight years. But I don’t want to change this one every eight years, that’s for sure. The sales representative was cool and he answered all my questions. Everything went according to what he said was going to happen. The delivery team was very efficient. They were done in a very short time.

I love my Easy Rest. I told my wife that the way my back's been killing me, I needed something that's gonna help me. After the first night, my wife said I've made a good investment. It's a great bed. I had another bed before but after using it for two years, it wasn't giving me the support I really needed anymore. The Easy Rest bed helps make it easier for me to sleep and get a good night's rest. I used to wake up with cramps in my legs all the time because I have obstructive sleep apnea and congestive heart failure. But having the massager go on every night before I go to bed and then turn it on in the morning again makes circulation go a lot better.

I have sprain in my legs back and neck and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help it. Their sales representative was wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable. He measured it and so it's a bit lower than my other bed, and it's easier to get in and out of. The guys who delivered the bed were very kind and nice too. I've had my old bed close to 15 years and I'm more comfortable in my Easy Rest. I can put my legs up every night and then the Olympics weren’t over when I went to the bed, so I would set the stuff up so I could watch television. I sleep good with Easy Rest but I can't tell it's helped my neck and back, but my legs haven't swollen at all since I've had it.

I've had a lot of trouble with my legs, so I'm using my Easy Rest bed to get them elevated in the air when I'm trying to rest. It also raises my head up a little more off the bed. I love the massage, too. Since using this bed, I get up in the morning feeling better than I used to when I was on a flat mattress. I'd recommend it!

I've had a hard time sleeping through the night and would wake up three or four times through the night, but since using the Easy Rest, I'm sleeping sounder. I have a lot of joint pains. I like having my feet up, and with the Easy Rest, I can have the positions that I like. I use the head rest the most, but I also love the vibrating part. It helps me go to sleep. The sales rep that came during delivery did a really good job. She was really sweet and so was the delivery team. I sleep and feel much better with Easy Rest.

Bought the bed late last year, salesperson was great. Delivery guys were fine, when you call in there for something not so much, the bed is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Then today when we go to move it to another room find out there is no box spring just a piece of plywood with a cover over it, it has not helped my back or sleeping and my husband doesn't like it but know there is no sense in complaining to them because they really don't care and for what you pay for these they should, so we are not happy customers and won't be recommending them.

My grandparents received a phone call from Patrick, a customer service representative from Easy Rest adjustable beds. He was super polite on the phone, understood my grandparents' needs, and he went over the top to make sure they were smiling when my grandmother got off the phone. He is an amazing representative with a fantastic personality. The representative will be coming to our house, hopefully the presentation is just as good as the phone call and we get our free 99.00 pillow!

Since it's adjustable, we bought an Easy Rest bed. My wife loves it, however, I'm not as pleased with it as I thought I would be. I expected it to be more comfortable than it is, but it's all right. We had an old bed for 15 years, and I liked it better except that it didn’t have any adjustable features. My wife uses Easy Rest bed mostly with the head and feet elevated. I put it up for a while and then before I go to sleep, I usually flatten it out again.

The other bed I was sleeping on was awful. I've got degenerative osteoarthritis around my whole body and degenerative disc disease so I had to put pillows underneath my back because there was a dip in it. And I always propped up a bunch of pillows underneath my head so it would be up and also had to put stuff underneath my legs. But the Easy Rest bed is a lot better. It would raise my head and my feet up like I needed. When I'm lying on my back, I have the feet up higher. When I lay on my side, I have the head up a bit and now the feet are almost flat like what I have with the pillow. The only thing I'm trying to still get used to with is my old bed is pillowtop and Easy Rest is hard. It's a little firmer which would be better with my arthritis. But the delivery people were proper and one of them told me about the features. I would recommend Easy Rest.

A friend of mine in Columbus, Georgia told me they were very pleased with their Easy Rest beds and since my husband and I have back problems, they said it should be the best way to go. Then a little pamphlet came through the mail talking about the bed saying that I may win one. But I didn't get anything free that I thought I would. I was kinda disappointed. Instead of winning one, a representative showed up. But I'm very pleased with my Easy Rest so far. I feel kinda leery about raising it up and down. It will raise up but it takes its own time. I hope that this doesn't come to be a problem in the near future.

At first, I was considering the Number beds, but the guy who came here and showed us the Easy Rest bed, told us how good it was and that it's better than the Number. He seemed really sincere about what he was doing. He even had my girlfriend lie on the bed and got her to a fetal position. She said that it was better than lying straight, then he stressed that Fetal is better with it and all we got to do is push the button to get to that position. I had paid $2000 for the mattress that I had before, but he said that I won't even call that a mattress after laying on the bed. So I went ahead and signed the contract with it and gave him $5,000 down. Then the delivery team came in, set the bed up and did a good job.

I have been very happy with my Easy Rest bed. I wasn't planning on buying a mattress but the salesman came and showed me the thing and I was convinced. I was pretty much a hard sale. The salesman was going to say okay so I wasn't gonna buy one but then the guy back at the company wouldn't let me go and he made me a good deal and so I bought it. I can raise the feet and especially the head, which is my favorite feature because I sit in my bed and read my books. The delivery team was very fast. I thought it would take a long time, but didn't take long at all. They showed me how to do everything and with the remote. I really like everything and I would recommend the bed highly.

Easy Rest is beneficial to me. I had a stroke a year ago and it's really helping me to be able to raise my foot and head. Also, the vibration with the massage really helps my back. It's awesome, I sleep all night when I get in it and it's good that I can. I'm so relaxed in it. The salesperson that I dealt with was good and very knowledgeable. He didn't push me but I'm sure he has a way of pushing people. The only thing I needed to do was negotiate the price down to a price that I could afford. The delivery team was good too. They were only here in my house for 20 minutes. I'm satisfied with Easy Rest.

Easy Rest is an excellent bed and I love it. I’ve heard how good they were. My back and legs were killing me and ever since I got the bed I feel better. I’ve slept for years on my other bed and I have a bad hip which needs replacing, but now the doctors don’t need to touch me. I couldn’t sleep on that bad side before but I now can with the way Easy Rest braces me. I find myself waking up laying on my bad side and it doesn’t hurt until I get out of bed. It also helps that the bed goes up and down and I can put my legs up, and when my muscles get tight I use the vibrator instead of having to take a pill for it. The sales representative was a gentleman and I couldn't ask for anybody nicer. The delivery team called first, came on time, put the bed up and showed me about it, and that was all I needed. It's a costly bed and I wondered whether it was going to do what it says, but I was surprised that it does.

I like the heat that comes with my Easy Rest. However, it's been real hot so I ran the air conditioner with the heat on low and it shut off automatically when I forgot to shut it off. I also like their sales rep. He's a good salesman and he went over the bed with me. Also, the delivery team knew what they were doing. They had the bed part where it adjusts partway put together in the truck and they realized they had to bring it up a flight of stairs through a narrow hallway. So they had to take it apart. Then they moved my other bed downstairs where I wanted it. One thing I wanted, but I didn't get it with the bed, was a headboard. They had brackets that go on to the bed then you hit your own headboard. They don't slide the headboard but I never received the brackets.

Since I've been using Easy Rest, my back doesn't hurt as much. I like the vibration because it keeps my restless legs from looking bad.

The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He used his parents as examples of how they reacted to the bed and how much it had helped them, but I had made up my mind about getting the bed before he came. I have COPD or asthma-type along with some heart disease and I wanted a bed that I could elevate the head because I've been using pillows and you fight with them all night trying to get them to be in the right position. The delivery team was nice. I live in a very old house and when they came, they had to do a lot of stuff like take the old bed out and fix a corner for that one to go into because I can't bend over to pick up things because my heart is enlarged. I’m sure there was a lot of stuff on the floor that they had to get rid of.

On 8/4/16 I purchased a new bed from EASY REST in Tampa, Florida. The salesman ask me if I was in "any hurry" for delivery as the company wanted to wait until they had several beds to deliver in the area because it was a several hour trip from the warehouse to Los Angeles where I live. I ask about the 5-day cancellation policy on contract & he said, "Don't worry about it". I would NEVER think to cancel until I actually saw & tested the bed. Salesman also told me bed had a strong massage motor which was not true.

When I get up in the morning, my back would hurt and when I lay down and move, I wouldn't be able to get comfortable. I'm also a heart patient and my legs swell sometimes. I always had to have a solid mattress to sleep on, but now with my Easy Rest, I got no more backaches. I also raise my legs back all day sometimes and they don't even swell anymore. The people who delivered the bed set it up for me and showed me how to work it. They were really nice and courteous. Back then, I hated going to bed but now I look forward to laying down and resting. My family even noticed. They said that I've come a long way as I used to fight with the bed before getting up and sitting on a chair. The Easy Rest is the best thing that ever happened to me.

I decided to invest in an Easy Rest Bed and their sales rep was wonderful. She explained things and was very patient. The delivery team was nice too. They were prompt and went right on and set the bed up.

I have arthritis throughout my body. Since I've been using Easy Rest, I no longer wake up so crippled in the morning. It's 100% better than my old bed. I have GERD and raising the head part helps me not to have indigestion. The bed is doing everything that the salesman said, so I'm happy with it. The Easy Rest salesman was also very good and the delivery guys did what they had to do quickly. I was very satisfied and I'd recommend Easy Rest.

The salesman was the main thing why I got an Easy Rest. He was very friendly and very courteous. He was a good salesman. The delivery went really well, too. They were here probably about 45 minutes. I’d recommend Easy Rest to anyone. It hasn’t been that long that I've been using it but it’s good so far. I’ve noticed it’s easier on the back now. I also use the head and the foot lift most because I’ve had trouble with my legs swelling so hard.

My feet keeps swelling and they don’t go down at night until I put them up when I go to bed. I got the Easy Rest bed and my feet don't swell as bad. The sales rep was the one who made me decide to try the bed. He even brought me a scented candle because his mother told him that when he goes to somebody's house, he should take them a gift. I didn't read the instructions but the delivery team showed me how to use it. If I get any extra money, however, I'm going to try my bills off as quick as I can.

We liked that my husband could elevate the head part of the bed. We got one and he rests a lot better now. We enjoy the bed but it's hard to find sheets that fit it because the length is in-between. Nonetheless, we have already recommended Easy Rest. Their reps and delivery team were also good.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for my husband because he is a large, tall man. We can only afford a twin and we only have room for a twin in our bedroom, but the actual custom size for him worked out as opposed to buying a regular mattress or bed. We also got Easy Rest bed because of the massage since he does have quite a bit of pain occasionally. The salesperson was very generous with information and answered questions that really helped us to feel comfortable. He also said that Better Business Bureau had a high rating on Easy Rest and that Easy Rest has been in the business for quite some time now, so if there's something wrong, we can always go to the company and they will help us.

I had my previous mattress for about four years and it already had a hump right in its middle. If I moved over too far or to the middle of the bed, I rolled right back. The Easy Rest is just like the one I had. I have to sleep on one side or the other every night. The sales rep was as nice as he could be, but when I bought the mattress, I went back and complained about it and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I was highly dissatisfied, so I would never buy anything else from that place again. There’s nothing wrong with the bed, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting. Nevertheless, I'd recommend it.

I like the Easy Rest bed's ability to raise our head and our feet in different positions. It's been very comfortable the way we fix it. I sleep a lot better and we also use the vibration feature almost every night. Their representative was nice but made a big deal out of their pillow. I've turned it every way but don't like it. When we had questions he couldn't answer, he called a guy at the factory whom we talked to and got suggestions from. The factory guy was very prompt, polite and came when he said he was going to. He left when we were done and didn't give us any high-pressure sales stuff which I appreciate.

I bought an Easy Rest thinking it would help my back and it has. I lift my head and use the vibrator because it seems to work the best and I get more satisfaction out of it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed, and it was a great experience. The sales rep was very informative and really pleasant to work with, and the delivery team was great. They had it in and set it up within 30 minutes, and one of the delivery guys even showed me how to use it and answered several of my questions. Now, with the Easy Rest bed, I sleep better, and I don't hurt half as bad compared to my old bed, which was flat and uncomfortable, so I didn't get very good rests with it. The Easy Rest's head and footrest both raise, and it's better when I sit up on the bed. I work overnight and my muscles are always sore, so when I get in the bed and put the massage function on, it makes my muscles feel better. It's really easy to love a bed like it, and anybody that has any kind of problem sleeping or has hurting muscles should have one because it's like night and day sleeping.

I enjoy my Easy Rest. I like the vibration and how it's helping with the circulation in my legs. I sleep more soundly as it's much more comfortable than my old bed. I mostly slightly elevate my upper body because it's the most comfortable for me. It's also good when I read, as I can put it all the way up.

I have back and knee problems. I was going to get myself a bed and Easy Rest came in handy. The bed is very comfortable and has been helping me a lot. I don't get out of bed real stiff and sore like I used to be. I've had my previous mattress for about 14 years so Easy Rest has been much better than the one I had. I raise my head and legs because I have a leg cramp and it also helps with the heartbeat.

Both my wife and I are 84 years old and we have some aches and pains. We figured that if Easy Rest would help us rest, we'll go ahead and spend that much money on it. So far, it's okay and I sleep pretty well. I raise the bed up about 4 inches before I get in it. Comparing it with our older bed, Easy Rest is comfortable, but I don’t know what it's going to look like after sleeping on it for six or eight years. I think both of us are happy with it, although I find it a little bit aggravating getting the TV seats on the mattress when I'm watching. They slide together but I guess we’ll learn and fit with it better.

My wife loves the Easy Rest bed and she's sleeping better. I've been sleeping the whole night, too, whereas before I was getting up three - four times at night. I use the head part and the vibrator most of the times. It's very comfortable and I never had a bed like that before.

I have a really bad chronic back pain. I thought the Easy Rest was going to be more comfortable but my bed of four years wasn't any different to it. It’s just that I could raise the Easy Rest up and down. I love the heating part, though. I’m always cold, so I use that feature often. But the sales rep didn't come by my house. He was only like "You got back pains? I’ll just give this one. It’s a good bed. Me and my wife have had it for 27 years." But he did everything for my mom and showed it to her. She was mainly the one telling me about the bed. That’s when I decided that I want it. Also, the delivery team showed me how to use the bed, and they were good.

My wife and I both have back problems, so I figured it would be a good idea to get an Easy Rest bed because it had the vibration in it. She likes to have her bed almost sitting up while I like mine straight. It's double bedded and we can't even tell when the other one gets up and walks right out of the room because we don't feel it. The sales reps explained things to me. The delivery team got the bed down here when they said they would and set it up for us, and showed me how to use it. My wife likes it and I'm happy with it so I'll keep it. I would recommend them if other people really need a vibrating bed. It's also nice for older people because it is low and they can get in and out of it easily.

I'm having all kinds of problems like lung cancer, diabetes, COPD, etc. I got Easy Rest and I have my vibrator. I go to sleep and then it cuts off by itself. When I wake up during the night, I'll hit it and then I may turn it on again at least 30 minutes before I get up and it helps a whole lot. I wish everybody has one. If they could get a good deal like I had, they can get the payment coming down to $146 a month. Also, their delivery team knew what they're doing and didn't take all day to do it. They bend over backwards trying to help somebody. However, I haven't gotten my pillow and my heater part yet.

My experience with Easy Rest is not very good. My husband has Parkinson's and he's partially disabled and the two twin mattresses are not for a disabled person. When he turns over, the bed is not big enough. His legs and feet go in the crack between beds. I put a piece of two and a half-inch foam across the one bed and into part of my bed. He is uncomfortable and wakes every hour. Also, he doesn't like when I turn the vibrator on. I would have to buy another bed and I'm going to have to move this bed in my grandson's room for him. He loves it. He lays down on the bed and turns the vibrator on. He’s very happy with it.

Everything about my Easy Rest bed is awesome including the massager. It helps me a lot on my conditions that I have and I would tell everybody about it because we have the same problems. My daughters came in from Corpus just to see it and try it out. However, it feels like I'm in a hole when I lying down no matter how we put it straight.

The Easy Rest sales rep was in his fifties and seemed like a good, honest man. I told him when he came in that I have no intention to buy one at all and I wasn't to pay for its actual price. But I got to talking to some guy on the phone from the headquarters and he was very good with what he did by offering me the bed at $3000 from $5000. I appreciated him. I thought I'll pay that much for it. I probably shouldn't have but I did and now I haven't been sorry. I got it because of the massage for my whole body.

I had surgeries several times so I used the hospital bed for years. I went to a bed but it wasn’t comfortable and had so much problems with my back. I've slept on my back since 2000 because of my surgeries and then my left knee and hips were giving me problems too because I couldn’t sleep comfortably all the time. So I wanted a bed that was easy and comfortable for me to move around in and purchased an Easy Rest bed. It got my attention because of my condition. Their reps were wonderful. I would never find better representatives. However, the bed is not really what I thought it was. It wasn’t what I expected. I wanted something that really worked for me, but it seemed like the mattress has something in between.

I've been thinking about getting an Easy Rest bed for some time, due to the fact that I have health issue. The sales representatives were very courteous and thorough. Their delivery team was great and fantastic too. When I go to bed to relax, I mostly use the upper part that could be reclined up, the leg part that could be elevated and the vibration. I got a regular bed with four inches height and I'm six-foot tall. If I sat on the bed, I’m comfortable putting my shoes and boots on. I'd recommend it.

I bought a full size bed about a year and a half ago but the Easy Rest bed is more comfortable and I like it. I sleep better at night and don’t wake up with an aching body. I also like the vibrator in it. Additionally, the people were good. The sales rep showed how the bed worked and explained himself well. I told him the problems I’ve had with my bed such as getting up with back aches and Charley horses. I don't get that anymore and my breathing is a lot better since I had the Easy Rest bed. I was also surprised with the delivery team. They explained everything in detail, set the bed up and were out of there in no time.

I’m a veteran and when I came to Albuquerque, I stayed with some of my relatives but it didn’t work out. I was at the homeless veterans place and when I left, they gave me some furniture. The bed that I got wasn’t very good. The mattress was very squeaky. When I got a thing in the mail for Easy Rest, I filled it out and sent it back. Around the 18th of June, the rep called me and asked if I was interested in getting a bed. He was nice but didn’t give me a choice of different beds. I thought if I had a bed where one side raises up while the other doesn’t, it would’ve been different. I didn’t know how expensive they were but ended up buying a whole mattress and it's a great choice. I could sleep on it laying down and sitting up and whatever that I’m doing, it’s comfortable.

The Easy Rest is really good. There couldn't be anything more beautifully made in this country. The Easy Rest rep I spoke with was tremendous. I tried to call him because I got a statement in the mail and I didn't quite understand how it went. I was trying to call him but I couldn't get up with him. Finally, I called and got up with someone. He was a real nice and patient gentleman, and he told me that I wouldn't be receiving statements. They were drafting from my account anyway, but I didn't know it. It'll be drafted every month from my account. I think that's the way I had it set up and I didn't realize it. Also, the delivery team was excellent. They came out and put the bed up. I didn't have a headboard but they left some bracket for me so that when I do get one, I can put my headboard up. I use the head and vibration feature. I sleep on the Easy Rest, and I feel much better.

I got a king size Easy Rest bed with two separate mattresses. I messed up with that and I should’ve really got a one king size mattress. I realize now that I do sleep in the middle, and the mattress is split ‘cause I’m sleeping right on that crack where the two mattresses meet. I don’t get out of it what I should because I got the wrong mattress. But the mattresses are firmer on this bed, compared to my old one. And it is a great bed, I'm just not used to falling asleep on the sides. I also like the vibrator and the massage action of it.

The bed I had was really old and uncomfortable so I needed to buy a new bed. I wanted one that could adjust the head and put the feet up so I decided to get an Easy Rest adjustable bed. It’s nice and comfortable, and I feel a little more energetic now. I like that I can raise the head up. In fact, I raise it all the time when I watch TV. Their sales rep was nice, informative and he knew what he was talking about. Their delivery team was polite and they did their job well. They showed me how to raise the head and feet up and how to lower it. They also told me it’s got a vibrator but I've never tried it yet. It’s a very nice purchase.

Easy Rest is a little comfortable than the basic king size bed that I had for almost 40 years. With Easy Rest, I'm able to raise the foot and head because I couldn't sleep with my head too low. I was having to sleep on two pillows, and sometimes that was a good and bad. Sometimes I wake up and I would have a little crick in my neck. My husband kept saying that I need to get out of both of those pillows.

I'm disabled and I needed to be able to have something that would get my legs up and I needed the massage for my back. I get a lot of spasms and I have a lot of pain in my spine into my hips and legs. I don't feel my legs from the knee but just 4 inches under the knee down. Using the Easy Rest bed helps a lot. The bed is so comfortable and if anybody has trouble getting up out of their flat bed in the mornings or if they're disabled and they have trouble sitting up, this is fantastic because you raise your head and legs up and you got that little indentation right there in the middle, between the head and the feet being raised to where you can turn around and use both sides to help you get up. It's a whole lot easier getting up that way than it was on a flat bed, plus the wave massage is fantastic for my back.

Sales rep was wonderful, he was so nice and he was funny. The delivery team did the setup fast and good and I love my Easy Rest bed. I always use the massage and heat feature and want my head being up.

My wife used to have a bad back and I thought Easy Rest bed would be good for her. The sales guy I dealt with was nice but I needed to talk to him or somebody from Easy Rest because they were supposed to send us some heating pads for these beds and I've never received them yet. The delivery team was very nice too. They came right in and set the bed up, which didn't take long. They were very good. As for the bed, I like it a lot better than my old bed. I enjoy it, rest better with it and can set it to how I want it. I like to elevate the head up especially when I watch TV. It's been good for my wife too especially for her back. She can turn the vibrator on or make it wave. We can put it in a position that's comfortable for us which is a good thing with it.

Our Easy Rest bed is a lot better than a hospital bed. I got it because I have arthritis and I had to find a better way to sleep. Also, I had a leg cramp in the middle of night, but I readjusted the foot of the bed and that eased the pain. The delivery team set the bed up and showed us how to use the remote control and everything else.

Easy Rest has a good reputation and when their sales rep came, he made a good presentation, which we enjoyed. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. The delivery team came on the time they said they would come and it didn't take them long to set up the bed. They were very polite and efficient. Since having the bed, we're sleeping better. The bed has buttons which we use to adjust the bed in any way we like including its height to move it up. It has also a nice massage that relaxes us. We enjoy sleeping on the bed.

My old bed could not do what I needed it to do, but the Easy Rest can change positions and it helps my back and legs because I accumulate fluid in my legs. Since I've been sleeping on it, my legs have been going down and my back has been feeling better, among other things. I definitely need the elevation. The sales reps were great. They explained everything and were honest. That's what made me go ahead and buy the Easy Rest. If I asked a question and they didn't know, they went and asked someone else who was real qualified then came back and got in touch with me.

Easy Rest is an excellent company. We felt that we were informed about everything, what they had to offer and what they had offered. My husband has respiratory problems and I thought the bed might be the answer to that. I also thought it would help for my swelling feet and legs. It’s nice to know that the bed can be adjusted if people wanted to and get the head a little higher rather than just a plain mattress. I use the head the most since I have sinus problems and my head gets stuffy. I now sleep better. The massager helps too, because it relaxes me before I go to sleep. I don’t even know it’s still on and then it goes off.

I have back pain and although I still have my back pain when I wake up, I noticed it’s gotten better since having Easy Rest. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and the bed has really helped with that as well. I use a bunch of different features and try to adjust it. I raise the head, the feet, and then I use the massage quite a bit as well. Moreover, I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet all the time. Whenever I get home and go to bed, I like to use the massage and it relaxes me, and then I fall asleep. Furthermore, my husband suffers from gastric reflux and he says that's been a lot better too because he keeps his head of the bed elevated, and he's also not having the back pain he was having prior to Easy Rest.

My daughter and I sleep together and she goes to bed first. She uses the head lift and the leg lift and by the time I go to bed, she’s asleep and she’s lowered it back down. Since purchasing Easy Rest bed, we both seem, however, to have more of a backache than we did before. But their sales rep was very courteous, delightful and answered all the questions we had.

I'm getting older and got all these aches and pains. I had a salesman from Easy Rest call me about coming in and visiting and showing the bed. He made a presentation about how much healthier it is when I get a good night’s sleep. I got the bed and I love it. I can adjust it and it will help me sleep better. I don't even want to get out of it anymore. My neighbor is also impressed with the bed and if she could get the same deal I did, she's interested in buying one.

I love my new Easy Rest bed. I have a breathing problem so I like that I can elevate it. However, I don’t think that it vibrates like I understood it in the demonstration. I did vibration mostly in my head and on the top of my shoulders, but I can't ever seem to feel any vibration going down or in my legs. They also put a little a metal frame at the bottom to hold the mattress where it won't slip, but it didn’t hold it. Every time I let the bed down every morning, I've got to go to the foot of the bed and push my mattress back up. It works itself down until my pillows fall through the headboard. I don’t think the kids that put my bed together put it very well, but I've never contacted them to ask them or do anything about it. Other than that, the mattress itself is great and I thoroughly enjoy it.

The Easy Rest bed has vibration on it, which was why I chose it. I also use its tilt feature for my legs. The sales reps were friendly and courteous, and the delivery team showed me how to work everything.

I thought that I would get some comfort out of the Easy Rest bed but it was not up to the standards I thought it was gonna be. It really didn’t help my back situation because I’ve got a bad disc and it’s just like I was sleeping on my normal bed. I also cannot keep its sheets as the sheets were always coming out of the bed so I have to keep getting up and putting it back and I bought the size of sheets that they told me to purchase for it. I’ve been more restless. Then I tried the recliner and it didn’t work because I’m uncomfortable with my feet and back up. I’m used to sleeping on a flat bed as I got arthritis in my back. My old bed is a lot better than this one. However, the representative was friendly and he demonstrated the bed to me. It was a couple of samplings and he showed me the pictures. The delivery team also did a good job delivering it.

The sales rep was nice and told me everything I wanted to know about the Easy Rest. It was pouring rain when the delivery people got here so they had to wait a few minutes to put the bed in the house, but they did real good and got it set up for us. I got an Easy Rest because I thought it could help me sleep better. I can sleep a little bit better with it than my 15-year-old bed because I can raise it up, but it isn’t as soft as the other one was. It also costs too much. My husband likes the Easy Rest better than I do. He mostly raises the bottom of the bed up as he sleeps on his back all the time. I sleep on my side so I just raise the bottom a little bit, but I put my head up high. I sleep with a breathing machine.

Easy Rest bed is good, and I recommend it to anybody who wants it.

I'm looking for a better night's sleep, and my wife hurt her lower back a little bit. Easy Rest happens to solve some of my sleeping problems. Their sales rep is a nice gentleman, very informative, and professional. He was able to answer my questions, and addressed everything that we needed to know. The delivery team did a very good job. They demonstrated how to use the bed, and it was quite self-explanatory, so I caught on quite quickly. I'm getting more sleep so I get up the next day well rested and go to work. Plus, I have more energy getting up in the morning.

I sent out the report that I filled out to win a pillow from Easy Rest. And they called and asked to come out and that their rep will bring the pillows. I talked to them one time about it because I haven’t got my pillow but the caller told me that the box came back because there was no said address. But the Easy Rest bed is fine and it’s doing everything it should be doing.

I had a bed for 20 years then I decided to look for an adjustable bed. I wanted something that could be raised. I found Easy Rest bed and the price was pretty good. The sales rep was a friendly guy. He brought me a candle as a gift and explained everything. He did all right and I had no problems. The delivery team was here way before they were supposed to deliver the bed. They put it up and showed me how to use the bed and how to work the controls. The only problem I think I had was for the loan that I took out ‘cause the sales rep told me that it would be $108 and I got a bill for $118, with a $10 premium. I don’t know if that’ll continue or not. Aside from that, it's very comfortable laying in the bed. I can sit up and raise the back of it so that I can look at the TV or read a book. I can also bring the foot of the bed up so I can rest my legs. And making the bed is pretty easy, too.
