Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I couldn’t sleep very well plus I had backaches and headaches, and these led me to purchase an Easy Rest. Now I’m sleeping a lot better and I love it. I use the vibration massage motion option for the first 15 to 20 minutes until I feel relaxed and then I go to sleep. Their salesman and I also hit it off pretty well. He was a nice gentleman. The delivery guys were very efficient, came in, set it up. They were here within an hour so it wasn’t very long. I’m very pleased with the whole experience, very well presented and I'm satisfied with the product.

The demonstration as to what the Easy Rest bed can do sold us to getting one because the massages can be adjusted. It's more comfortable than the old bed which we had for 3 years. I use its reclining feature the most because it's more comfortable when the bed is reclined. I was also very enthused with my experience with their sales rep. He did a very good job. The delivery team was very good as well. I totally like the bed, the representation, and the in-house delivery. They were very courteous. Any questions I had, they answered it.

The delivery people were great and knowledgeable about the bed. They set the Easy Rest up and were in and out really quick. The bed is firmer than my previous bed but I don't get stuffed up in my head as much and I sleep a little better. I do not wake up as much at night. However, the massage part doesn't go all the way down to the bottom and up.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed. It's a comfortable bed. It feels good and I enjoy it. I like the lift and the massage feature.

The Easy Rest salesman who originally came and the people I talked to on the phone were really nice. Everything went like it was supposed to but it took a little while to get the bed because they make them upon order. I thought the Easy Rest bed was going to help me sleep better because it was adjustable but my sleeping actually got worse with my back problems and my circulation. I like the massage part because it helps me go to sleep but when I get up in the morning, my back still hurt.

I had my old bed for 20-some years but the Easy Rest is better. I like the raising up the head feature and it's more comfortable that way. Their sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was good, too. However, I was supposed to get a couple of pillows when I bought the two beds but I never got them.

I had been sleeping in a reclining chair before I purchased my Easy Rest. The salesperson was friendly and showed me how to use the bed. The people that delivered the bed showed me how the buttons work. I use the bed's feature where I raise my feet up (high above my heart) and the massager sometimes but it's not doing anything for me. I don't see any change and I'm not comfortable. It seemed like when I get up now, my whole body would be aching. My old bed was good when I was sleeping in it.

The sales reps and delivery team were very nice. The Easy Rest bed promised a better sleep, and I do sleep real well in it. It's the most comfortable when I raise the head and foot.

The bed that I got from Easy Rest is a little bit too soft for me - it's not strong enough. I just really hate that I got into it. They kept talking to me to get the bed and I just got stuck with it. And now they got something coming out that's a whole lot cheaper. I will try to pay for for the bed if I can but I'm very dissatisfied with it.

My wife is disabled, and it's easier for her to get in and out and to adjust the Easy Rest bed for her to breathe better. She mostly uses the head part, and then every once in a great while she’ll use the vibrator. A stationary bed is straight, and I always had to shove stuff underneath the mattress to tilt it up for her so she could have an incline. With the Easy Rest, all I got to do is hit that button or she’d hit that button to bring herself up, or she can get in a 45 degree angle to do or see something. Personally, I laid on it and thought, “Okay, this is cool.”

We like the massage part of the Easy Rest bed. However, the book says that the remote will be lighted but it's not and I can't see it at night. Plus, I got to sleep on my back to use the bed the way it is. If I jack my feet and head up, then I can't turn on my side. I've gotten it set where both are fairly even and I can turn over on it and still be in that position they say I ought to sleep in. The bed has its good and bad points.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was quite a salesman. He doesn't quit. With Easy Rest, I can adjust myself anyway I want. If I have trouble breathing, I adjust myself up. And this adjustment feature of the bed is what I like the most.

The Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than my old bed which I have had since forever.

I purchased an Easy for my husband, who is disabled. He uses it mostly to lift his head and feet up, and the massage thing works real well too. He gets better sleep because of it. The sales rep was great and he explained everything very well. The delivery team was very nice, courteous, friendly and explained the bed after they set it up. They even moved the other bed, so they did a real good job. The only issue I had was when I finance it, they don’t do credit checks. And it’s a little high interest so we’re going to see if we can get a loan on it.

I would recommend the Easy Rest. I like it and I’m resting better in it. I don’t wake up with headache or my arms hurting through the night. I used to get up because my arms were hurting so bad, and they don't anymore. I have a good night’s sleep. The bed is working but I don’t know if it’s doing it right. The massage part on my legs is not going all the way down to my feet. The left side button is to raise the head up and then the right side is for the feet. One side says massage and the other says float. The massage is vibrating when it's supposed to go and move from head to my foot. I might have to have somebody to come out.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for several years and I can’t lay flat on my back, so I bought an Easy Rest. However, I’m sleeping some in the bed but not all the time. It’s more of a problem of adjustment between me and my wife. If I could adjust the bed totally for me, I could probably get it where it would work real well. But I don’t want to cause her problems, so we’re putting it in between what she wants and what I want. So it’s not working out as good as I would’ve liked, but it’s helped some. In addition, the sales representative who came here was very nice. I also didn’t have any problems with the delivery team as far as putting the bed in. They did knock down a rail fence of mine going out that I had to repair, but it’s no big deal.

I use the elevation feature of the Easy Rest bed at night and the vibration feature once a day. The sales rep was very good and the delivery team was here before I knew it.

The salesman of Easy Rest bed was convincing. He showed me how the bed would work and was very kind and answered all of my questions. He also told me that lying on the side is not good for the heart while lying on the back is good. The delivery team came and took out the old bed and installed the new one. The Easy Rest has a feature where I can get in the bed and use the massage and I like it.

I had a very nice experience with Easy Rest's sale rep to their delivery team. The bed does good. I use mostly all of its features. I'd recommend it.

I got back and knee problems, so when a rep came and talked about the Easy Rest bed, saying it's for people with back problems, I decided it's time for me to get one. I actually had intended to get one a long time ago but I haven't bothered about trying to go and look and invest in it. So when they came by the house, I got the firm mattress and it rested real good the first week. Then afterwards, my shoulders started bothering me so I thought I would periodically start trying to use the vibrator. Then my head started aching every once in a while so I wondered if it was linked to that because I don't have headaches.

Easy Rest bed is the best bed ever. I like the fact that I can sleep at a level where I'm comfortable. Additionally, the sales rep that came over here was really nice and nobody has ever bought me a gift before, so I was blown away by that. I have already recommended Easy Rest.

I needed something to lift me up at night for my breathing and my legs. The sales rep was honest, polite and showed me about the bed. The delivery team asked me how high it’s supposed to be. I told them and they set it to 28 inches. They also taught me how to operate the Easy Rest. I get better sleep with the bed and it is more comfortable. I can adjust and set it. All I got to do is hit that one button and it goes right to the position I want it to. Easy Rest is a good company and I’d recommend it.

We couldn’t really afford the Easy Rest system. Our salesman, Luis was excellent. He's number one. He talked to us for a long time and knew that we needed something because my husband and I are both ill, we both need rest, and the system we had wasn’t working. I was sleeping on a recliner and Gary was sleeping on a bed that didn’t meet all his needs. The foot riser on the Easy Rest bed was what we needed. However, money was a factor. The turnaround was the gentleman that Gary finally talked to. He dealt with us for a long time and knowing that we needed it, we made adjustments elsewhere and we were able to get it.

I had a lot of problems sleeping and thought an Easy Rest Bed might help but I'm still having problems. I thought that the knees went up, then the feet over it and down a little bit, like a hospital bed but it doesn't. Part of my problem is bad circulation and gout. I've enjoyed the bed at times when I can't sleep depending on how I go to sleep and I can get comfortable in it.

The Easy Rest bed was adjustable so it was the deciding factor for us to purchase it. I like softer beds and our old bed that we had for five years was completely memory foam and was a little softer, but we sleep better with the Easy Rest bed and we use the foot of the bed frequently because of leg problems. I did not care for their sales tactics and the things that their salesman said we cannot get if we didn't do it now, their constant price changing, and his boss, who seems shady, wanting to talk to us. But, my experience with their delivery team was awesome. They demonstrated how to use the bed, were extremely professional and they did follow through on the pillow and the heaters that the salesman said that we would get.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. My wife doesn’t like the wires. I often use the bed's heating feature. We’ve had a lot of cold weather here and I put it on 1, which is very low but it does change my experience with the stuff blowing into the window. Our old bed was a very good bed, but we bought the Easy Rest because it might help my wife with her back problem.

The experience was fine, but it could've been better. The salesman was very nice. However, the day they left the bed, they had put it on suction cups and I cannot move the bed. I wanted them to put it on wheels. They did leave wheels but they said they didn't have it on rollers. It didn't dawn on me and when I realized, I ran out to catch them at the curve so they can come back, and they were gone.

I was told that the Easy Rest would help me sleep better and that I wouldn’t have so much pain. I have problems in my spine and I’m on a blood thinner. The salespeople explained everything to me. They were patient and concerned, but they weren’t pushy. They’re an excellent team. With the way that they present, they could sell the bed to anybody. A brother and sister team delivered the bed. They were in and out of here like lightning. I couldn’t believe it. We didn't have a place to discard the mattresses, and they said that they would take my old one. So, I asked them if they needed more money and they said no.

I have back trouble and arthritis so I wanted something that I could sleep on, thus I purchased an Easy Rest even though their price was a whole lot more than I was thinking on. Their people were nice and I love the bed. I use the massager every night because it eases my back. In addition, their sales rep stayed here and helped. He demonstrated everything to me. Their delivery team were in and out pretty fast and they showed me how to use the remote. I'd recommend them to a friend.

I couldn't lay in bed and watch television because I couldn't get comfortable. Even with the pillows, I still couldn't see with my glasses. I also had trouble with circulation having cramps in both legs. I thought elevating them would take care of that so I decided to buy the Easy Rest bed. The bed is fine and dandy and my old lady is happy with it. She said she ain’t never had a bed as good.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for the last 30 years, and I’ve been wanting to get back into bed because I haven’t slept in one in so long. Also, my back hurts for about three hours after I wake up, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep, David, was really nice. The delivery guys were really nice as well, and I didn’t know what to ask but they answered things that are really most important. I use my Easy Rest bed a lot for sleeping, and I use it in a reclined position for watching television because I have it in my living room. I like the bed, however, sometimes the vibrator or massager will come on by itself at a very low vibrate. And then, I got to find the right position on a particular button on the wired remote to get it to work. Also, I sleep fine if I leave the bed slightly cracked up, but when I put it all the way down, I wake up with an aching back.

I've had my old bed for about a year but the Easy Rest bed I bought is better because it's adjustable. The Easy Rest salesman was outstanding. The delivery team was very courteous, showed me how the bed works and addressed any questions I had. I always have the bed's head elevated because I got a bad back. Some days I do feel a change and some days I don't but overall, the experience has been very well.

The Easy Rest bed is really soft so I bought two twin beds from them - one for me and the other for my son, but he didn't want it so I have both of them right now. I don't move it up and down much, but I really like it. My experience with Easy Rest was good.

I’ve been having some issues with swelling on my legs and ankles. I needed a way to keep my legs popped up at night so I decided I need an adjustable bed. I bought an Easy Rest and although the bed does make it a lot more comfortable to watch television at night, there was not much change about the swelling. Also, the expense is the biggest problem - the bed is a lot more expensive than it ought to have been. I’ve come across some other adjustable beds since then but for less.

I was changing beds and I needed another mattress. I got an Easy Rest and I like the up and down motion of it because it’s more comfortable for me to get in and out the bed. Their sales rep was good and friendly but their delivery team was a little on the slow side. It was late when they came but they were scheduled that way and they wanted to do mine as well. They demonstrated how to use the bed but it was pretty self-explanatory. I am wondering if the bed had railings though.

I have a lot of back problems and I couldn’t get up off and down to a regular bed. Since using an Easy Rest, I can get up off the bed fine. Having it is a lot easier for me because I can’t just lie back. I always lean my head up to be comfortable in sleeping. I have also used the massager but the raising the head up is the best feature of the bed. The only problem I have is the mattress is sliding with me when I turn over and I have a hard time keeping it on the bed. Nevertheless, I’m really satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. It’s a comfortable bed and I would recommend it to anybody.

It was for my first husband, who was a colostomy patient since he had to sit up a little bit when he had to change his appliance. It was American-made, a better bed and it didn't have any plastic gears to it. With it, I can raise my head up without help. I also like the bed's vibration when I have a backache. It helps relax my nerves and my back. I’m enjoying my Easy Rest bed and I’m getting a better night’s sleep since I’m not getting up quite as much and my back’s not hurting as bad in the morning.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I like that I can raise my head and knees and pop me up. Their sales representatives were all very nice. The guy on the phone was a little pushy, but I got him down to my price. The delivery team was on time, they put the bed together, and they weren't here too long.

My bed was old and I wanted something that's going to last me for a good while. The flyers about the Easy Rest bed kept coming out and I decided to order one for myself. I'm very well satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. My old one doesn't compare to it. I use the massage every now and then and the head elevation the most. This way, I got my TV setup and if I wanted to watch TV in bed, I just move the head up and I'm set. Additionally, the delivery team was right on the money. They came in, did their work, and left. When I ran into a woman selling Easy Rest, she talked me into it, and I don't regret purchasing it. I like my Easy Rest - it's nice. I had a real good bed before it and it was a lot softer, but the Easy Rest is good. However, I've noticed the last three days that at about eight or nine minutes, when I feel like it's about to cut off, it does. Then after a few minutes, it starts back up again. It would do that one more time before it finishes its cycle. Other than that, it's fine.

I've had an adjustable bed with a vibrator on it and enjoyed using it, but it was old and getting a little bit broke down on its box spring part. I wanted a new bed similar to that, so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and its vibrator feature. It’s very relaxing to me and I get to sleep better once I use it. My father likes his Easy Rest adjustable bed. He doesn't feel his legs or his arms and he's immobile but the bed helped him to be able to move his legs up and helped his upper body get up out of bed because he can't do that without the bed's adjustability feature. Their sales rep was really nice and my father liked him. Also, their delivery team demonstrated how to use the bed, and since I was here when they delivered it, they let me get on the bed first and let me be the dummy.

The Easy Rest delivery team was fast and efficient. I don't sleep at night and I thought that the Easy Rest might be my ticket but it's not. I also got the top of the line and they said that the handheld thing lights up but it doesn't. I've recommended the bed to a couple of friends, but for me, personally, I wouldn't do it again.

I have had back surgery so I wanted something where I didn’t have to lie flat. The fact that the Easy Rest's head and the feet rise was a big plus so I purchased one. Easy Rest is a really comfortable bed. I don’t wake up as much with my back hurting like I used to. I had my old bed for a couple of years and I've been using Easy Rest for three months. Comparing the two, Easy Rest is safe as it is much a nicer bed. It’s wide enough so you don’t feel you’re going to roll over and fall off the bed. The head and the feet raise so I have flowing in my legs so that helps a lot.

The Easy Rest bed is a lot better than my old bed. I got it because over a year ago, a doctor gave me medicine that made my feet and hands swell up. I had to lay in bed with two pillows under my feet for about 30 to 45 minutes to get a little blood go back up through the veins. I was also taking classes for my CDL license and couldn't stand up to do that as it hurt so bad.

My old bed didn't have the capability to raise my back, and it was just killing me. Easy Rest helped my back, legs, and I sleep like a log. It's been good. This is the bed for me.

I've had a great experience with my Easy Rest and I love it. It is a fine product and it came with a free pillow which was an attraction to me. My old bed is a standard king-size conventional bed and it doesn't compare to Easy Rest. It doesn't have the capability Easy Rest has. The best advantage is the bed's ability to raise the head and I use it more than raising the foot. I am not really crazy about the rumbling of it, but it's available, and if you use it for a rather short period, it’s invigorating. But if I had any opportunity to design the bed, I wouldn't have made it in two parts. I would have made it single. It has two distinct sections and I can roll off in between them or get in that section and it's not very comfortable. But other than that, I’m delighted with Easy Rest. It’s really a nice piece of equipment.

I had a very good experience with the sales rep of Easy Rest. He was very thorough and did a very good job presenting the product. The delivery team was very good too. They were very efficient and did everything that we needed. They set the bed up and got our old one out. I'm comfortable sleeping on it and I like the height. I lift the foot because I'm on my feet at work a lot and they swell.

Salesman misrepresented quality of the bed. Not as thick or as firm as was presented. Maybe I could have gotten the same bed from another for less price. Sorry I got myself in this contract. Usually deal with elderly clients but I'm not one!!

The Easy Rest saleslady who came out here to demonstrate was very thorough and informative. She even had me to go lie on my bed and she got me to demo with her equipment. The bed is really good. If you want to raise up your legs, sit up on the bed, or lie down flat, it's very easy to do. All you have to do is press the remote controls. A lot of times I have a lot of leg aches and I've got to get my feet and legs elevated to make them quit hurting. And now with the Easy Rest bed, I can raise it up without having to get pillows. I'm really enjoying the bed and it's been more comfortable.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I have a lot of comfort sleeping on it which is a lot better than the couch. I like the way it elevates my back and legs, and its vibration soothing my back which is nice. I'm not wild about its pillow but I love the sheet. I'm also well satisfied with their sales rep who explained everything. He was nice and polite. As for the delivery team, they came in, set it all up, plugged it in, got me in there, and asked me to sit on it and see if it's all right. They told me to give them a call if I had any questions and I told them I will. Everything worked out great. I run across people and I tell them about Easy Rest.

I have a back problem, muscle spasm, and four upper discs messed up, and I got to where I couldn't even get out of bed and stand on my feet for about a week. I also needed the massage because I hurt all the time in my neck and back, and I'm semi-paralyzed on the right side. I got the Easy Rest adjustable bed a couple of months ago but have been gone for the past three weeks and out of town a lot. But in the time I have slept on the bed, I'm okay with it. The sales representatives were excellent, very nice, and helpful. I was very appreciative and grateful to them for working with me. The delivery guy was good and professional. I always have my head raised every day and night, and use the massage all the time. I raise my feet up too.

I wasn't on the market, but the salesman convinced me that it would make me feel better. They delivered the bed and put it in the room. They were nice about it and I tried the bed out for a little while. It's about a month now and my back's killing me, and I'll be paying for it for months/years. They delivered me a backache and I spent $5000 on it. I'm dissatisfied and hurting.

I really like the whole Easy Rest bed. I like that I am able to adjust the bed to my comfort. I also like the vibrator. It's neither overpowering nor uncomfortable. Before I got my Easy Rest bed, I wasn't sleeping good and I noticed the difference after I did. I'm not hurting as bad so it's an altogether different experience. It's great.

Their sales rep was very friendly and professional. We love our Easy Rest bed and I often use the feet and the head rest features. I often use the massager, too. Once in a while, I use the heating pad.

I had a Craftmatic bed and the mattress had worn down after 18 years. I happened to see a thing in the mail where I could get a chance to win an Easy Rest bed. I sent the paper in and their people came out here and demonstrated it for me. They said it was better than the Craftmatic, but it wasn't. I didn’t get what the woman from Easy Rest recommended which was the one with the thick mattress because I couldn’t afford it. But now, I wished I got it because this one I have is not as high as how I would prefer it to be. The Easy Rest is not what I thought it would be, but it’ll do. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I had butterflies purchasing the Easy Rest bed. That was an awful lot of money to pay for a bed. But I like the bed because I can put the head up a little bit, and the feet, I can put all the way up during which my dog lies down under the bed. I also had a good time with their sales rep and delivery team.

I was talking to a sales rep and the more we talked, the better the Easy Rest sounded. The sales rep and his boss made it worth my time so I bought one. The people who delivered the bed were friendly. They set it up, demonstrated everything and made sure I know how to use it. I'm loving my Easy Rest and I even got a grandson that loves it. It's 100% different than my old bed - much better and more comfortable. I can move it around and get well on it. I can raise it up and down, raise my feet up and got the vibrator. I don’t have the pains I used to have.

I had the best experience with Easy Rest and I'd recommend them. I was having problems with sleeping and Easy Rest had all the things that I needed. The sales representative was good, and everything was so fluid during the delivery that the bed was up before I even knew it. I feel good after sleeping on the bed during the first week. I mostly use the massager and elevate my head and feet. I slept a whole lot with the bed, and sometimes I'll be in pain and it eases all the pain out.

The sales rep knew his product and wasn’t pushy. He was a good salesman. We're enjoying the Easy Rest. My husband is having his little trouble getting used to it, but it's working out great for me. I sleep better. I have trouble with my legs and I like that I can raise my feet up.

The sales representative of Easy Rest was super nice and the delivery team did everything that I requested. They carried out the old mattress and installed it in a protective plastic wrap on to the carport. I like the tilt up mechanism with the head board of Easy Rest Bed so I can sit up to play cards. I also get better sleep since using Easy Rest. The name Easy Rest says it all.

I have fibromyalgia and the Easy Rest bed has helped a little bit. I can adjust the bed to get me in a good comfortable position and to the shape of my body. I enjoy it. It's a good investment. However, the rep could have adjusted things a little better because I've had to tighten up some which was hard for me to do.

I was in an accident, so I have some lower back pain and the Easy Rest does help with being able to raise the bed and lift my legs. My old bed was comfortable but I like the adjustable bed because I can sit up and watch TV. I mostly use the upper incline when I'll be watching TV or if I sleep because it helps with taking the pressure off of my back.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because it goes up and down, and it will be easier for me later if I become bedridden since I have multiple sclerosis. I occasionally use the massager because sometimes, my MS has been so bad, I hurt. People with MS get a lot of muscle spasm and the massager helps a little bit when I'm hurting. However, it doesn’t last for a long time because the massager turns off for some reason. But overall, I'd recommend the Easy Rest.

I was working outside when they delivered the bed and they had it set up before I got in the house. It was very quick. And they were there when they were supposed to be so that was important. I have acid reflux pretty bad so I have to keep my head up and my wife's feet hurt quite a bit so she raises her feet up too. We love the bed. I can hardly sleep in another bed now and I recommended Easy Rest to a couple of people.

I'm having a really good time with my Easy Rest bed. I had a California king-size Simmons Black Beautyrest for about four years before I purchased this bed. It was just a big flat square that doesn't do anything. But Easy Rest is firmer and it elevates and vibrates. It has the reclining action that one gets to sit up in bed and watch TV. Since the short time I've been sleeping on this bed, it feels like my body is healing itself. My back has been popping and my legs are not as swollen as they used to be. I've already been telling people about it. It's a life-changing situation. Sleep is the most important part of our life, and if we rest we're going to perform well in life. In addition, their sales rep was thoughtful, a good person, and considerate. He answered all my questions and explained everything really well. Their delivery team were good and on time. They did a good job setting me up and showing me how to work everything.

When Easy Rest was set to deliver my bed, it was raining and I was sick, and they wanted to deliver it. I raised all kinds of hell with the two delivery guys. One of them called up the big boss and then the big boss called me. I told him that I'm sick, it's pouring down rain, and the mattress will get wet. I asked if it could be delivered another day. He said, "Not really." So, I really blew up, said a few curse words and I just told them to go ahead, get it delivered and set up quick. The two young guys that did it were very nice, professional and didn't talk back to me. They also showed me how the bed worked.

I love my Easy Rest. Unfortunately, I'm on the road a lot and I wish I was home more. I love the vibration feature and the adjustable part of it which makes me sleep on my back more as when I travel and sleep in hotels, I sleep on my side or stomach. Prior to purchasing the Easy Rest bed, I've had the other one for two years. It was a large and thick Pillow Top while Easy Rest's a little bit softer. When I laid on it, it stayed there and didn't come back up and so it made a dent. It shouldn't happen in that short amount of time. It's hard to get used to and I thought it would be a little softer. So, I would try to turn the mattress around and use the other side. But I am liking it and need the firmness anyway. I chose them for the lifting of the head feature so it'd be easier to breathe. I also love the vibrator. I put it on and shuts itself off in 30 minutes and I'm already asleep which is the best feature. I'm just getting used to it still but I was satisfied with everything. I'm thinking that as I get older, it's going to be wonderful because it's going to be hard to sleep on my side like I do now.

My husband's back and my neck are bad so we bought an Easy Rest to help us sleep better. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable. Our old bed wasn't too bad, but being able to raise up the head of our Easy Rest is a little bit better. It's not what I expected though because I expected it to be more firm cushioned. It seems like the mattress is pretty thin. But the massage is my favorite so far since it helps with my neck problem. I enjoy that I have more room and comfort in the area where it's not altogether, and we could adjust the way we want it. As for my husband, some days he sleeps good and some days he doesn't, so maybe it's just a little difference for him. The bed is also very enjoyable for the grand kids.

They told me that if there’s any problem, I could give them a call. I like the bed's legs area and the headrest since they're adjustable up and down. I've had a very nice experience with Easy Rest.

I sat down and talked with an Easy Rest rep for hours and I bought a bed from him. The two people who brought the bed and set it up for me were very nice. They were knowledgeable young men, polite and showed me everything I need to know about the bed and placed it where I wanted it. Everybody I dealt with had a lot of manners and were professional, so it's been a good experience. Moreover, the bed is what they said it was going to be. It raises up and down and I get to raise the foot up mostly. I'm more comfortable that way.

We knew that we wanted an adjustable bed and we had tried Sleep Number bed and the others. We had been thinking about it for five years and when the Easy Rest guy came, used this massage thing on and set it up on our bed, it felt good so we got it. He wasn't going to leave until we bought it but he was a good salesman. He was very friendly, informative and we had a good experience with him. We like that the adjustable feature of the bed where we can sit up and make adjustments of the head and feet. The mattress is also okay. However, before that we had the Beautyrest mattress, the pillow top, and it was much more comfortable. So the Easy Rest is not as comfortable as we thought it would be. It seems like the thickness of the mattress is not enough. Also the massage part, it goes from the back but doesn't go all the way down to the legs.

I’m well pleased with my Easy Rest bed and I’m glad I took it. I sleep and rest well on it. I’ve got reflux so I use the head elevating feature the most. Moreover, their salesman was a nice and good person, he covered the presentation thoroughly. He came out and told us about them and showed us the massage system of the bed and also the wave thing. The delivery team got the bed in here okay, but the one in charge was not that pleasant about it.

I bought an Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep System for my wife and I in 2013. The warranty for the mattresses was a 20 year warranty on the mattresses. After 2 years of purchasing the mattress system, the mattress on my wife's side of the bed had developed a deep indentation. I tried to contact the company and the gentleman who sold me the set, but could not reach anyone in regards to the defective mattress. I was totally disappointed in the lack of response in getting information on the mattress from the company and I am looking for someone to contact me and help me out with this problem. My wife and I are both 85 years old and feel as though we have been taken advantage of by this company. The mattresses did not meet our expectations, and we are looking for some type of resolve with this mattress problem. Would like to hear from this company.

I love my Easy Rest bed because it's adjustable and its massage feature helps with my arthritis. Prior to having the Easy Rest, I've had a queen-size bed for about 15 years so it was quite a shock going to the twin. This is quite different from my old bed which had a firm mattress, but I’m pleased with it. I’m getting ready to move to an assisted living as soon as they get my studio ready, and this will be good to carry with me. Their sales rep and delivery people were great, very courteous and prompt. And overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I do a lot of pulling and pushing in my job so I've been using my back and it's hurting a lot of times when I get home. We got an Easy Rest bed for the massage and the position that we can put it in that helps us have a comfortable sleep at night. I lay on the bed and put the massage in and it really helps because my back doesn’t hurt as much as it used to. The representative was great and wonderful. She knew what she was talking about and explained it well to us. The delivery team was good too, except for one thing - their hygiene wasn’t too pleasing to me. I just thought hygiene is very important because when they go into someone’s house and don’t smell too good it makes things really bad on their part. But they did a great job. Overall it was great and it's working out pretty good for us.

I love sitting up in bed to watch TV or read, and the massage function. I sleep so much better with the bed and look forward to sleeping at night.

My husband wanted to get the Easy Rest bed for me because I've been in bed most of my life. The sales rep we dealt with knew everything about the bed. When we told him we couldn't afford it, he understood and didn’t force us, and then he talked to the manager. The manager kept lowering the price and that’s when we jumped at it. The delivery team was okay but one guy who said he was there the longest wasn't friendly and didn't say much.

I've had another bed for twenty years but it's very different with the Easy Rest bed, where I can raise my head and feet. I use those features the most as I have to elevate my legs so the blood will run back for circulation. The delivery people were good but I discovered that they didn't connect the headboard twice on the side. They just put one screw on each side when there should have been two, so now the headboard rocks. Nevertheless the bed is good with the free pillow. Though I can't sleep on it too long, like when I turn sideways, I get tired that way. But as long as I’m laying there with my head straight, it’s okay.

My husband has arthritis in his spine. He can’t turn over so I have to lift up the bed to a sitting position to get him out of bed. He also has lung disease, heart problems and he cannot walk. The Easy Rest bed is helping me to get him up in the morning and recently, I got some help through the visiting nurse and a therapist is coming to give him a bath and do some work on him. The remote control on the bed stopped working. I called the 1-800-523-5383 this morning to have another one sent out. I spoke to Janet at 11:00 A.M. She told me it would cost $143.98 with shipping and handling. I told Janet the salesperson who sold the beds told us there was a lifetime guarantee on all parts of the bed. This is false. The agent asked me for a credit card or check if I wanted the part sent to me. We purchased the beds in February 2015 and she said only a 1-year warranty. This is not what we were told. It would have been better to purchase the beds in a store. Beware of these people with hidden fees and untruthful salespeople.

I've been sleeping on a waterbed for about three years and I had begun to have some back problems so I told my husband I'd like to try Easy Rest. Somebody was telling me how good their investment in that it's allowed them a good rest in bed. We purchased one and have enjoyed it. I'm glad I found it. I've been able to sleep on it. I am satisfied and have recommended it to some people.

It's been fantastic with Easy Rest. I had seen the advertisement for it, sent in my name three or four times, and the couple of times that I called, they didn't come back and respond after they said they would. A sales rep came by and showed me all the beds he had but they were a little out of my price range. He was pleasant and I couldn’t have asked for a better service man. He explained the bed where an old man like me could understand. He also gave me a good deal on the one that I got right now. It's comfortable and I can lay down on it, go to sleep and do not worry about waking up or falling out of the bed. I use the top up and the feet up a little bit. That way if I'm a 5'11" guy and weight over 200 pounds, it balances my body out well. The only problem I've had is on the softer side of the bed where it sits up, it seems like it's a little soft. But other than that, I have no complaints about it. It’s been real good so far.

I liked the idea of the adjustable bed and although Easy Rest was pricey, I still bought it. My 20-year old bed is a very good bed but with Easy Rest, I have the ability to raise the head 8-12 inches which keeps my phlegm in my throat from choking me in the night and waking up coughing. Also, I use that feature because I do a lot of reading in the bed. It also has the ability to raise the knees/feet but I don't use it. I’m pleased with my Easy Rest and until I got it, I wasn’t sleeping all that well but I am now. At my age of 73, that’s important so it was worth the money.

I wanted something I could sit and rest easy on while watching TV at home. I got the Easy Rest, and I feel more comfy and sleep better. I had a complete hip replacement and so I was having trouble getting in and out of our bed. It takes me 15 minutes to get in and out but now it's 100% better for me. And the comfort of the bed while watching TV was very good because during that time I had the surgery and spending a lot of time resting and lounging. I was told that the distributor won't sell me their sheets, and I can't find them anywhere in stores or online.

Also, I need some adjustments for my back, neck and health so it was inevitable for us to get the bed. Their delivery team was very professional. The Easy Rest Bed is working well for me as far as the top part is concerned. I used to have pillows under my head but now, I don’t have to pull around pillows anymore. I can also read and watch television comfortably in bed because my back is supported on top, and it’s very good. I need the top flat for my breathing problem, but I also have had back problems and had back surgery years ago and ever since then, on the doctor’s advice which has been working, I have to put a pillow under my knees. I thought that the foot part would raise under my knees, but it doesn’t - it raises my leg. Also if I do raise the foot part too high, I get several cramps in the leg. I’m not even using the foot part anymore because it’s not working for me. But the impression that I had with it was that both the head and foot part would do what I wanted it to do.

The sales rep didn't seem to know as much about the product as I would have thought. One comment that he made when I raised the bed I would have access to the bedside table and that is not the case but their delivery team was very good. I love Easy Rest. I have it for a multitude of things. I have a bad back so I use the massage feature the most and I can raise the head and be more comfortable in the bed. I have to wake up to turn over in the other bed. This one I have a restful sleep all night. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I had an adjustable bed but it was getting old so I decided to get a new one from Easy Rest. I need it because I have osteoarthritis. My legs need to be up a lot with my head down. I haven't found the correct position that would heal it and not feel it but it's okay, it's coming. I knew I wasn't gonna get in the bed and sleep all night the first night but now I'm sleeping like a log. I have had beautiful rest with my Easy Rest and I love it with all my heart. However, I like its feature of raising the head and the feet. Also, the delivery team were okay and didn’t have much to say. They set the bed up and showed me how to operate it.

I use the head part of an Easy Rest bed with the vibrator because I have a stent put in the back of my head. The gentleman who sold me the bed was good... he explained everything. When the other gentlemen came to put the bed together, they explained what they were doing before they even did it. It was an excellent experience and everything was done perfect. In fact, I've already told a couple of people about the bed.

We had been thinking about Easy Rest for a long time before we went ahead and did it ‘cause it’s expensive. But we like our bed and it makes me and my husband rest a lot better. I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed. I called them and they sent a guy out here. I initially had no intention of buying and just wanted to find out about it, but he sold me on it. With the Easy Rest, I'm very happy with the way I sleep. I set it up and just hit the memory thing and it goes to the same spot every night. I have minor issues, though, but they can be straightened out easily - if someone showed up out here. For one, I have a problem with the massager. When I turn it on, there's a rattle and I don't know if it's working. I can't tell if it's vibrating my feet or not because I've got myelopathy. I talked to the guys one time about it and they told me what to do. However, I'm a crippled man and can't get on my feet and look around. Also, I'm very unhappy with the way the bed was assembled. The people that put it up were in too big of a hurry to get in here and get out. They just put one bolt on my headboard and it's loose.

I had a king-sized bed for 5 years. Comparing my Easy Rest to my old bed, both are close but my sleep with the Easy Rest is a little bit better. On the other hand, I needed a headboard but they left me the headboard from my king-sized bed. It won't fit the Easy Rest and you can’t get it to go up and down so I called them back, asked where my headboard was and they said it didn't come with it. A headboard ought to come with it and because it doesn’t, it's not the whole bed. I’m well satisfied with the bed except not having the headboard. I am very dissatisfied and I would never buy one again from them.

We enjoy sleeping on the Easy Rest bed. It's a whole lot better and we've been getting a lot of rest on it. It goes up and down, has the heat on it and the massage. It's a nice comfortable bed and we love it.

I needed a bed that would be more comfortable for my body and I’m not used to sleeping flat. Chris told me about the Easy Rest bed and showed me the video, and it was exactly what I wanted. The Easy Rest is better than any bed I ever laid on. I love raising the head and a little bit of the foot at the same time ‘cause I can be in a cup position, breathe and rest better. My legs are up and my ankles don’t swell. A lot has changed in my body since using it. I sleep better and my back and legs don’t hurt. I wish I got it a long time ago. Their sales rep was great. I still haven’t gotten my pillow yet, but he said that it takes four to six weeks. They did a really great job and were very courteous. If it hadn’t been for Chris, sitting here talking to me and showing me the video, I probably would still be sleeping on the bed I was sleeping on.

I had a great experience with Easy Rest. When I saw Easy Rest advertised, I put my name in for the drawing, and they called me back and sent out a representative. We were very impressed with the representative and what he had on a computer so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. The delivery team were friendly and able to answer my questions. They came right in and explained everything to me, showed me what they’re setting up, and showed me what to do and how to do it. I was very pleased. I like having the bed's different features and being able to use them. The only thing I miss is a side rail because I sometimes have trouble getting up.

At first I was not going to buy anything at any price. I've planned a trip to Europe in June and it was going to be fairly expensive. Then the Easy Rest salesman kept talking to me, trying to sell it even if I said no. Then his superior got on the phone, talked to me and dropped the price so I bought it and I am happy I did. I enjoy my Easy Rest very much and I don't regret it at all. It’s comfortable and I love getting in bed and read. And to sleep, I raise the head and the foot part a little bit and it is so comfortable. I've already gotten spoiled to that one position that I get in before I'm going to go to sleep. But if it's totally flat, it's not comfortable anymore. In fact, I don't know if I could ever sleep flat again.

I got Easy Rest bed mainly for my back and leg, to let the back and the foot of it up. Their sales representative and delivery team were wonderful and very friendly.

The reps from Easy Rest called me, came here and talked me into purchasing a bed. I'm handicapped too so the bed helps out a lot, because I get muscle spasms and the massage helps out a lot. My feet are ice cold and the heating pad does wonders. I mostly put the massage on and I fall asleep. The sales rep was great and the delivery team came in, set it up and showed me how to run it.

I have arthritis and a few sleeping issues so I got an Easy Rest Bed. With it, I can put my head up and when my legs seem to bother me, I can put it up, too. And it's just a little more convenient. I also use the massager sometimes, and I’ve been sleeping better since I got it. Their sales rep was nice, polite and explained everything very well. The whole experience that I had with them was very good.

I got Easy Rest Bed for the elevation of my head, chest and back. And it really works well for my back. My previous bed was a lot softer and now that I got the firmer Easy Rest bed, my back is not bothering me at all. The sales rep as well as the delivery team that set it up and got it going were great..

We like that we can raise our head and feet with the Easy Rest bed but my wife likes the old bed better as they tuck in well. The delivery crew couldn't get the big old truck in here that they brought it on and they hauled it over here.

I liked the bed but I wasn't satisfied with the sales pitch. There was no way I could get off the phone with Easy Rest because they wouldn’t quit trying to push on me until I take it. I tell the representative here and she calls somebody else and I turned it down, and I thanked her and told her when I let her come. I said, "You can come show me but I cannot afford to buy it." They kept on and on, and I couldn't get off the phone. And I finally, in desperation, said, "Okay, I'll take it!" But I resented that. I don't like to be treated that way. The only reason she was here to begin with was because I answered an ad that said I can have six chances to win one.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my wife and we like that the two sides stay separate. The sales rep who helped with our purchase was really knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery team demonstrated how to use the bed properly.

I had my old bed for 30 years. It was hard, the old springs ran up and I slept flat on it. But now that I have the Easy Rest bed, I sleep better. I can adjust it to go up and I can sit on it a little bit.

The Easy Rest bed more or less sold itself. I decided to buy it once the salesman explained to us and made me believe that I could afford it even though I'm paying up to four years on this. The bed has helped me in the short time that I've had it because some of the aches and pains that I used to have prior to that with my previous mattress have since gone away. I saw an ad offering the free pillow. So I called up Easy Rest and a representative came here. After a lot of bickering and bargaining, and going back and forth with his manager, we finally settled on a price. The deliverymen were great. The bed is fantastic and I like it very much. I still haven’t found sheets to fit the bed. The deep pocket is not a problem, but the bed being 84 inches long is a problem. I use the massage the most because it feels good and puts me to sleep. The only thing I don’t understand is that Easy Rest pillow they sent me. I don’t know how to use it.

I'm 80 years old this year and the only thing I want to ever buy away from buying a house is a bed that I can feel good in because usually I take a recliner. The Easy Rest people never called and asked me if everything is okay. I'd get up and have pain in my waist or my neck because I always like to sleep with my head up. Even the men that came and put the bed up said that it's so stiff. I gave them a couple of dollars each. Nobody cracked a smile, no thank you, no nothing.

I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, a slight case of RA, and a lot of other things. I felt that the Easy Rest bed may help me so I got it. Sometimes when my legs are hurting, I elevate the head and the legs and it helps. The motion also helps me. It's like a massager. The only thing I don’t like is my headboard and footboard. I have a four-poster bed and when the delivery team set it up, it's loose and I don’t like that. I didn’t notice it until after they left. I should have gotten a different headboard and maybe that would have been better. Also, I’m used to my bed being high and the Easy Rest bed is low so I’m having difficulty getting used to it.

I was already planning to purchase an adjustable bed and only needed to find one I liked. I did check several places and bought several beds, but one year of warranty with these versus the lifetime warranty by Easy Rest on the mattress, motors and the heavier duty framework made my decision. Add to that the replaceable deals where if the one I decided to get was too hard, I could replace it for a different one, which I certainly don't get with the other beds. My favorite is the massage and if I’m feeling rough, I can turn the massage on and relax myself off to sleep. My wife’s favorite is the fact that she can raise her head so she doesn’t get upset stomachs at night. I do enjoy the adjustments, too. I got one sitting position I really like which I primarily use.

I have a hiatal hernia and the Easy Rest bed is good for that. It raises my body up and I'm pleased with it. I used the side here a lot and I like that. Also, the sales representative was a nice guy and had a good line and the guys that delivered did okay but when they put the two beds together, they got the foot part to brace from one side to the other, but the other one they didn’t. They forgot to put it on and left the legs loose. I fixed it and made a piece to hold them together so there's no problem there. I'm quite handy at patching around. All in all everything is okay.

I have pains in my back and my doctor told me that I need an adjustable bed. I bought an Easy Rest, and I’ve been more comfortable since. I will refer it to a friend.

My brother had an Easy Rest bed and since I have acid reflux, bad knees, joint pain and stuff, I decided to have a demonstration and then I bought the bed. The sales rep was very good and thorough. I’ve got the king size however I have trouble putting my sheets on but there’s no problem by the time I lift it up. I wanted to keep my old mattress to give it to a friend. I didn’t know where to put it and she couldn’t get it right away so the delivery team carried it on with them.

I wanted to see how the Easy Rest works. I don’t sleep with my head low. With the bed, I can adjust it and be comfortable. I would recommend it.

We had two twin beds in the room and one of them was my husband’s since he was about 13 years old and now he’s 88. We already gave that bed to someone else in the family. Now, we have an Easy Rest bed and there's no comparison between the old bed and the Easy Rest. We like the Easy Rest bed and I mostly keep it flat for me but my husband likes it up and he always sleeps up with his head up. The sales representative was wonderful and he could have stayed all day. The people that came and delivered were nice. Overall, they’ve done good in our experience, I've no complaints and no problems at all.

I had a nice conversation with the Easy Rest sales rep who explained to me all the benefits of the bed so I decided to try it. I’m enjoying the bed. It's for my back and circulation, and they're getting better. I would definitely recommend Easy Rest to friends because I believe that they will benefit from being able to adjust it to different positions for their comfort.

I sent for it to see if I can win the bed because that's what it said. Then after I got the bed, we loved it and we're satisfied but I was hoping to win it. It's very comfortable, and I've used the adjustable part a couple of times.

I'm getting old and the mattress that I had before was high for me to get up into. Also, I can't raise my feet with it - it's an ordinary bed. I purchased Easy Rest bed because I love to kind of stood up on the bed. I have asthma and I can't sleep with my head being low so I elevate my head up at night. Sometimes my legs and thigh will be cramping and the vibration helps my leg. In addition, their rep was great. He described everything to me and how it works. The delivery team were fine as well and it didn’t take them that long at all.

My favorite Easy Rest bed feature would be the massage and the recline. I like the bed itself. I bought one because I couldn't sleep but since having it, there has been quite a bit of change.

We're finally enjoying our Easy Rest bed now that we have learned how to use everything on it. Right now, if he needs to sit up he can get his head up and if he needs his feet up then he can get his feet up and still be able to breathe. Easy Rest has been a life preserver for him. He used to stay in a chair and now he's in bed. My husband is short legged and he couldn't lift up and sit down on the bed so the delivery team adjusted the height and it works just fine. They were very nice. I couldn't have asked for better and they even helped us with some of our yard work that time.

The Easy Rest salesman was very good in explaining everything to me and demonstrated, so my husband said to go ahead and buy. The delivery team was also very good. I like the rising and lowering of the head and the foot features of the bed, and the vibration and wave too. However, I have lost the little book the delivery people gave me and would appreciate it very much if someone could mail me one.

I have a problem with my feet swelling and I have to keep them elevated and rather than putting pillows or cushions underneath, I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. I always use the feature where I can elevate my feet and I also like the massage option. My old bed was good most of the time but I like the new bed. Moreover, the sales reps were professional but were hard charging. They don't want to leave without a contract, but I understood that. The delivery team, on the other hand, was prompt and came when they promised. They put the bed together and ready to work and they showed me how to use it before they left.

My wife wanted to have an Easy Rest bed. She has heartburn real bad and the bed helps her to breathe better. I like it too because it lets me up where I can watch TV. I would recommend it.

We bought a top of the line Easy Rest adjustable bed in late 2008. It was the best (or so we were told), but the mattress has been sagging lately and after unzipping the top I noticed the foam was badly torn and degraded. The underside of the mattress and box-spring/adjustable platform was worn and frayed from the up and down motion. Also the sidewalls were not holding upright anymore. I decided I should call Easy Rest about our 20 year warranty and have it fixed... Easy right, just call, they come out and all is good in fairy-tale town.
