I like the quality of Craftmatic. I got my second bed with the same high quality, but it is more luxurious. It is comfortable, too. My experience with the Craftmatic rep was outstanding. I got exactly what I needed.

I went for a Craftmatic adjustable bed because of their price and customer service. I like its adjustability due to problems in my hip, knees, and back. The representative we dealt with was very informative. I have had very good results in any concerns and repairs that I have needed.

My husband had knee surgery and I also had several surgeries. We purchased a Craftmatic bed, and I like the separate mattresses because I don't disturb my husband when I get out of bed. He doesn't disturb me when he gets out of bed, too. So, it's nice to have the two separate bed. I really love the bed. We don't use all the features all the time, but they're wonderful and we know they're there when we need them. Craftmatic's sales rep was fantastic. Everybody down there that I’d spoken to had been extremely helpful and they were wonderful people to work with. I recommended Craftmatic to friends. Also, my children came over and tried out the bed, and they're all looking to get one too.

The Craftmatic sales representative was very nice to me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. My Craftmatic bed does the job. I like all its features but I like raising the head the most because I can almost sit up in there.

It took forever for my uncle to receive his bed. They go through a distribution warehouse, who then hires out the delivery company. On the first delivery, the driver accidentally cut the wires upon opening. Again, weeks pass... Now, the driver left the bed without assembling it! They were supposed to call me first, and they came earlier than the delivery window. Nobody seems to want to take responsibility for this comedy of errors. I am very disappointed!!!

Our experience with the Craftmatic rep was wonderful. He explained everything, and the people that brought the bed also showed us how it works, and we were very pleased. Elevating the bed seems to help my husband sleep better. I enjoy when I can sit up and read. It’s very comfortable and easy to do. Craftmatic beds are very good and comfortable. My husband and I both have bad backs. I was a school bus driver for 23 years. We enjoy that the bed goes up towards a sitting position, which is the best for me because I cannot lay flat anymore. The sales representative did everything he could to set things up and, then, we went from there. We would recommend the Craftmatic adjustable bed.

She passed away about 5 years ago, and I kept using that same bed. And then I got the queen-sized Craftmatic. I’ve been well-pleased with my Craftmatic since I got it. I raise the head if I want to to watch TV. But every night, I would use the massager. It makes me relax, puts me to sleep quicker, and I’m thankful that it turns off automatically so I’m always asleep before it gets to vibrating.

My wife has health problems, so we got a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I like the dual action where one side can go up, and the other side can stay down. It’s very convenient for both me and my wife. We had a Craftmatic bed for about 17 years and it was one of the old ones they had. It gave us such good service and was such a good bed for us. We couldn’t get the wired controls anymore. So we updated because we wanted to get the new one they had. It’s the best bet out there, as far as I’m concerned. I like the wireless remotes. It's a big improvement and it keeps away a lot of problems that we had with our wire remotes. I also like the lightness of the frame now over the old ones. We can move it easier.

We’re in our 70s and if we live long enough to have a third bed, Craftmatic would be an option for us then.

I was having trouble with holding fluid and I wanted to elevate my feet. I also have a problem with acid reflux. I got a Craftmatic bed and their sales reps were very nice. We purchased our bed in September of 2014. We first selected the dual firm/plush mattress and immediately realized it was a terrible/poor quality mattress (very noisy, creaking and popping springs). We called Craftmatic to tell them about the problems, they were very helpful and gave us the option of choosing another mattress. This time we chose the “memory foam” mattress, when we first received it we were very pleased with it. However within six months it had collapsed to the point it was like sleeping in a hammock! (we are not extremely heavy, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife is 140 lbs).

Rude salesman who actually had the audacity to hang up on me - I called to get prices. He kept interrupting me when I asked perfectly normal questions. He was a fast slick, fast talking sales representative who wanted to make a quick, easy sale without being bothered with questions. I could not believe the experience. It was outrageous.

I ordered a King Legacy Series bed for my wife and myself on June 30 2018. That part just went fine and dandy and they easily took my money and set about getting it shipped. The problem occurred when trying to get it delivered of which we are still waiting. The bed arrived in Denver and then to our delivery agent quite quickly and that’s where it stopped. We received emails from Manna Distributing telling us that our shipment was nearby on Monday August 4th. Pretty quick. They stated we needed to contact Kangaroo Express to arrange for delivery.

I received my bed on 8/8, I have tried to sleep in for two nights. It's the uncomfortable that I have had the misfortune to have in my home. I have a number of health problems RA being one of them. I called Craftmatic at 8:30 a.m. on August 10th. I spoke with a lady in their returns department. She was supposed to email some information so the bed could be sent back. Well she did not. When I got home from work I tried to call them back. I was put on hold for over an hour and then a voice said goodbye. Very poor customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

I liked Craftmatic's price and warranty. We had a house fire and had to replace the first sets of bed that we’ve had and we did have excellent help getting the second bed. I enjoy the lifting of the head and the feet of my bed. I have swelling in my legs and it helps that, and then my husband likes having his head elevated. Also, we both enjoy the vibration.

The Craftmatic bed allows me to change my position at the touch of a remote control. It helped me to be in a position of comfort and elevate my head. And I love the massage too. My grandchildren also love the bed and when they come over, they like to get on it and turn on the TV then pop their little heads up and feel the massage. It makes my babies happy, so it also makes me happy.

Craftmatic delivered the bed when they said they would, set it up, and I liked that they took my old mattress with them. I used the bed the same day and it was great. The elevating part of the bed was its best feature and it was an excellent deal.

My back and shoulder pain made me decide to go buy a bed from Craftmatic. The price was better with them compared to the other brands of individually adjustable beds and I've also had a very good experience with their sales rep. I love the unit that I got, especially the individual control for each side.

We purchased a Legacy Craftmatic bed for my mother who recently returned from the hospital. We are repeat customers and have loved our Craftmatic bed. The issue is not about the beds but about the misrepresentation by the Craftmatic salesman during the sale and lack of responsiveness after the sale. Issue 1: Salesman stated “The legs on the bed come fully adjustable to the height of the person. The delivery person will adjust the bed to the appropriate height when delivered.” The bed was delivered with non adjustable fixed 5” legs. The bed is too high for my mother to get in; she requires assistance to get in it. The salesman misrepresented the legs being adjustable.

The comments of people and the price made us choose to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. The sales rep was wonderful and he guided us through the whole process. He recommended the box spring that we have in the bed right now. We like the adjustable part of the bed and we love the vibration feature when it's time for us to go to sleep. Customer Service called us once a year to see if we were still satisfied with the product and that guaranteed that their product had really good quality. It has been a good experience that we've had with them and I have already recommended them to my friends and family. We made a good choice in going with Craftmatic.

I had a previous Craftmatic bed that I bought back in ’93. I loved it. Then, I needed a new one and the sales rep was fantastic and terrific. He did a great job, and I was thrilled with the deal that he gave me. So far, I appreciate the button that just lowers the bed to flat. I also enjoy the ability to raise and lower the head and the feet because of my gastric reflux. That was something my doctor really wanted me to do and the reason I bought the Craftmatic bed in the first place. While the lights were a plus feature, the biggest thing was the massage and the wave features were a lot quieter than my original Craftmatic. In fact, I go to sleep before they even shut off, and that’s just been super.

Craftmatic's advertisement made me buy their adjustable bed. I had an excellent experience working with their rep. I enjoy the bed's back massage feature.

I have back problems and when I read in bed, which I do a lot, it's very difficult to find comfort in bed with pillows. And in military quarters, the bedrooms are small so I needed a bed that would fit in the room with the other furniture that I have and the Craftmatic bed fit the bill. It is adjustable and I like that I can get comfortable just by pressing a button. Also, their reps were very good, helpful and polite.

I like that my Craftmatic bed is adjustable and I also like the vibrator for my feet and head. I had a Craftmatic bed before and then, I switched to another bed and did not like it and I went back to Craftmatic. My experience with the Craftmatic sales rep that I had when I got my first Craftmatic was very nice. And then, for the second one, I went ahead and called Craftmatic because I wanted another Craftmatic bed. Also, when they came and hooked up my bed, they were very nice and punctual, and that means a lot.

We bought the beds about 2 years ago. I always remember the commercial from hearing it for years on TV so I thought I couldn't go wrong. I wish I would have done some research on adjustable beds first. Well first off it was way overpriced now that I have checked around. The next thing is the mattresses won't stay on the adjustable part at all. Not when it's flat, not when it's up. Never really. We are constantly pushing the mattresses in. We have tried to tie them together, we have tried to tie them to the adjustable part, you name it we have tried it.

Updated on 9/29/2021: They replaced the base 2 months after purchase and within a year replaced the remote control 2 times. Now the motor needs to be replaced in the back of the bed because it will not go all the way flat. I was finally able to talk to the service department and they are mailing a replacement motor. Craftmatic Service gave me an 800 phone number to arrange for a technician, they gave me 2 technicians' phone numbers because they don't do repairs. One of the technicians retired 10 years ago and the other phone number is a bad number. I have called Craftmatic and they hung up when transferring me to service - called back and was transferred to Service with no answer so had to leave a message - waiting for call back. I have one bed purchased in 2005 that still works great for my daughter, but the Legacy bed purchased in 2018 has had multiple problems - I would NOT purchase a Craftmatic bed again.

I bought a Craftmatic Legacy bed. After a week of use I decided to return the bed. For over 3 weeks now they have been giving me the run around about returning the bed. I will not recommend using Craftmatic beds. By the way I am still waiting to hear from them. I keep calling but they will not answer my calls. For a nationwide company they are not very consumer friendly.

I have slept in a recliner for a couple of years. When I bought the Craftmatic I thought I could go back to sleeping on a bed. That didn't happen. The mattress is so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep on it. I called CS and they said, "Flip it." So I did. Not any better. I called again they said, "Turn it." I did. No better. Bottom line is after trying all these ways of trying to sleep on this mattress it was past the 30 day trial. I would not recommend the Craftmatic for this reason.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed out of my dad’s request to have a bed since he was 92 at the time. He was having trouble getting in and out of a regular full-sized bed and he needed one that would allow him to be sat up and then he could swing his legs over and get off the bed. With Craftmatic, you can use your own bed frame and they’re set up perfectly in his childhood wrought iron bed frame. He was tickled pink that he could still have that precious heirloom. He loves the remote control. He sits up a little bit with his knees bent and watches TV. He can also have his shoulders and head brought up to a sitting position. He’s very comfortable.

My husband has ALS and we ordered this bed for him on the advice of his doctors. They were more than happy to take our money, but delivery has been a total nightmare. First a call saying “just checking to see if everything went well with your delivery?” What delivery??? We were still waiting for a call to tell us the bed was in the area and to let us know when it could be delivered. So they said they would get back to us. They didn’t. Two days later I called them to be told they were looking into it. I explained that my husband is very sick and he needed this bed. I was then told the bed could be delivered on Thursday. Too late. That would be over three weeks from when we ordered it and said we needed it on Monday. This was Thursday.

In 2003, my back really bothered me and I couldn't lay on a flat bed anymore, so I bought my first Craftmatic. I ordered it over the phone and had it delivered, and the sales rep was very nice. I like the way the legs and the head of the bed elevate so I can do it flatly for my knees and my back, and I like the vibration as it hums me to sleep at night. My original was the king size and I really did enjoy it. But then I moved to a smaller home and it was just me, so I changed the size to a queen size and it was quite nice too. I recommend the Craftmatic to anyone. After six or seven years of using it, I no longer have any problem. I can now lay on a flat bed but still prefer to have some elevation. Also, when I had knee surgery, it was an absolute godsend to be able to lift the leg up for my knees. It was just unreal, how much the Craftmatic helped, so I really enjoy it.

When I spoke with the salesperson there were a couple of "must haves" in the bed. One was heat and the other was that it would be as high as my current bed was. I was assured the bed had heat and that it had adjustable legs. Well when I received the bed neither was true. I thought ok maybe I can overlook this. But the massage is so loud, was to be "Whisper Quiet", that we do not even turn it on. I have had this bed for just over a week. I called customer service and spoke with Jackie. She was not what I would consider a customer service agent. She was rude, talked down to me and kept telling me to read my contract. She is telling me it will cost $999.00 to return it. Seriously!! Not sure where they arrived at that figure but I can guarantee I will not be paying that.

I purchased Legacy bed from Craftmatic on 4/9/18 for $ 3,949.00. We were given a delivery date of Saturday, April 28, 2018 Time: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Craftmatic Pays Manna Distribution Services to handle the Delivery details... however Rainbow Movers actually delivers and sets up the bed. They NEVER delivered the bed. No call. No show. We had to sleep on the floor that night as we had gotten rid of our bed to make room for the new one. I then had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on. I called on Sunday no explanation as to where my bed was and told a message would be left for my sales rep. I asked them to call my cell as I had to work Monday.

I bought a new Craftmatic King Size bed, but the remote control is not reliable. I have to unplug it and replug it, over and over, to get it to work correctly. Just wanted new buyers to watch out for that.

I had Craftmatic bed in Iowa 10-12 years ago. I got it on account of my legs feeling messed up and having my knee replaced so many times. They worked good for me. I've owned a Craftmatic for almost 20 years and I’d recommend it to a friend. It’s been a very comfortable bed and it's still in good shape. It didn’t ever sag and it hasn’t got any divots for how you sleep. But my puppy chewed off the cord to the remote thing that made it work and I’ve had the bed too long so they didn’t make the remote anymore. They ended up giving me a discount on a new bed and I still have a Craftmatic. The sales representative came to the house, showed me exactly what the motors looked like that make the bed shake and explained everything very nicely. He was really nice. That was why I went ahead and bought it.

I enjoy the adjustments of the body with the Craftmatic bed, as well as having the head and the knees up. I’ve been a Craftmatic customer for 30 years and we’ve enjoyed them in the past. That’s the only kind of bed we buy now and I have recommended it to several friends as well. We purchased one over the telephone and we’ve also always had great customer relations with them. They come in, set up the whole bed and tell us how to operate it. It’s always been a nice relationship.

30 years ago, my husband developed back problems and he didn’t want to have surgery. So his doctor recommended that we buy an adjustable bed. We owned a different bed for about 20 years before buying the Craftmatic but now, we have two of these Craftmatic adjustable beds, one in each of our homes. We anticipate using them for a long time to come and we would definitely recommend it to other people. We appreciate the ability to elevate the legs and the head. That is the most comfortable way for sleeping for both of us. Our son is starting to develop some back trouble and we encouraged him to look into Craftmatic Adjustable Beds as well. We even told him that we would purchase it for him as a gift if he decides to go with it. When we purchased ours, everybody was very gracious and the sales transaction went very smoothly. The delivery was also fine. The mechanisms had also worked fine and the motors had been running well.

My mother had a stroke and it was hard for her to get in and out of the bed and to be elevated. With Craftmatic she can raise the top of the bed to elevate her head to keep her from being flat. And she loves the bed. I also like the person that I was talking to at Craftmatic, with her knowledge of the bed itself and the payment plan.

Twenty five years ago, I married a medical doctor and he had a Craftmatic. He passed away and I relocated from California to Alabama. I didn't want to bring that bed home with me because he died on it. But I loved the bed so much that I had to have a Craftmatic here in Alabama. I like the overall comfort of this wonderful bed, and also the fact that I can adjust its head and feet. I just had radical hip replacement surgery, and I like that I'm able to raise my feet and head up without having to deal with a stack of pillows.

We got a Craftmatic bed and the sales rep was very good. We didn't get the full bed served because we're in Canada. But the instructions were easy to set up and the service was good. I require a special position for medical reasons. And the adjustable head and foot on my Craftmatic bed have changed how I'm able to sleep every night.

If your back is bothering you, you could also raise the upper part or you can raise the lower part for your legs. It’s also good for reading in bed. I find that very helpful. I can at least feel comfortable while reading. The sales representatives were also very helpful when we made the purchase.

When I lay in bed and watch TV and being able to raise the head of my Craftmatic bed is a big help. I enjoy the adjustable part and also being able to have a little massage. Also, the sales representative that I worked with was excellent. I enjoyed every minute of my experience.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed about 4 years ago, and the mattress is already sagging, a lot. I called Craftmatic to see about getting a replacement mattress, since it's warrantied for ten years. When I told the person that answered the phone why I'd called I was immediately transferred to another number. No one answered so I left a message with my return info, that was three weeks ago. I called again, and was told that the replacement mattress was $200 less than the price of the entire bed, and that's with the warranty. When I asked him about this he transferred me to a number that no one answered, so I left my return info, again. I've yet to hear back from either call.

We bought a single Craftmatic bed that was for sale from someone that had passed away. And my wife is disabled and she uses it. And then, we bought a double bed that's a brand new one. She has to stay in the single bed because of the position that she has to sleep in. I use the double bed and I get a good night's sleep. I really like that I could change the positions of the knee and the head, and I like the vibrator, too. I tell people that I have the bed and how well I like it, and I hope that they make the decision and get one themselves.

The bed seems to be very sturdy and it has worked extremely well. You can adjust the head and the feet to wherever they benefit you the most. If you were experiencing reflux for instance you can raise it more and if it was just to be more comfortable to watch TV then you have it in that position.
