Working with the Craftmatic sales representative has been an excellent experience. I enjoy the bed’s massage feature and also the ability for it to lift both head and feet. I would recommend Craftmatic to a friend.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for my back and I enjoy all of its features because it helps me. And, their sales representative was wonderful.

I’ve had my old bed for 10 years now. Since my husband has back problems, we decided on buying a Craftmatic bed. The sales rep was very nice. I like the fact that you can position it in any comfortable position that it makes for your problem. My husband had a tremendous difference with his back problem.

With Craftmatic adjustable bed, I mostly enjoy elevating my legs. I also like being able to raise my head. And having the head elevated as well as the legs at the same time puts me in a nice, comfortable, position and I enjoy that very much.

The delivery service for this bed is terrible. Was told probably 3 or 4 days. The bed has been in Little Rock since the 20th. I still have not received the bed. They have not called me and when I call them, it is runaround. When I called Craftmatic, they were nice but no results from their delivery service. Since they have not lived up to their promise, I told them I want my money back. I was told I would have to pay the shipping. I don't believe I should have to pay anything. They did not keep up their contentment to me as a customer. The deal should be voided and no money charged to me. They should charge their delivery company the money! Very unhappy customer. Because if their product is like the delivery service, it will not be worth anything! I want all my money back!

This is the worst bed I have ever slept on. There is no warranty and you pay a high price for what is supposed to be healthiest bed ever. This one is not. Our mattress was lumpy and hard to sleep on. The foundation broke in less than 2 years. I changed the mattress within 8 months of receiving the bed. Just a very horrible experience! I would never recommend this bed or company!

This is a follow up to the previous review I wrote Sunday evening concerning the Craftmatic Adjustable bed I had purchased in November of 2016. Monday morning Danai, the manager of service at Craftmatic, called me apologizing for the trouble I was having with my Craftmatic adjustable bed and a particular employee in service. She was very understanding and concerned and reassured me that, "At Craftmatic our customers always come first." She told me she was sending her head maintenance man, Mike, out to fix my bed and we set the date for today, Tuesday, July 18 in the morning. I felt so much better just talking to her.

I was impressed with Craftmatic's advertisement on television. I had seen it more than a couple of times, took a chance, and I’m very happy I did. I enjoy the vibrating. I also enjoy the fact that it’s adjustable, so I can watch TV from my bed at night. The sales reps were wonderful. When the people came to deliver, they were so nice. They even made the bed up with my sheets because I’m handicapped. They did a great job. They took my old bed out and I was really very appreciative. I would recommend Craftmatic to a friend, and I have.

A relative has a Craftmatic bed so I chose to purchase one. It was fine with the sales rep and I enjoy the head and feet going up and down feature the most. I would recommend them.

I am 81 years old and have major back problems and Craftmatic helps me 100% plus. I have owned a Craftmatic bed for about 25 years and then I've had the new one for about a year. I have swelling legs and it helps me by raising my legs to keep it from swelling so much. I also enjoy the vibration feature and raising the upper part. I’m proud to have this latest Craftmatic because when the lights go out, I can lower the bed so I can sleep at night if the lights don’t come back on, when I need to get to bed. Danai (Craftmatics customer service manager ) spent 2 weeks resolving my motor problems. She was able to find used motors for our bed. New or used doesn't matter to me, the bed works.

We love Craftmatic. We got our third Craftmatic bed since 1983. We passed the first one to my son, bought the second one in 1992 when we were living in Connecticut and now that we moved to Washington, we decided to improve again so we bought for the third time and it is the best thing in the world. I enjoy the comfort of being able to lift my legs because I got bad circulation. The sales rep was super and I was talking to a nice guy every time. We had a nice conversation and I would recommend him as the sales representative to anyone.

Their people have been very helpful and the bed is very comfortable. We like the bed's massager. The massage feels good. I had my first Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for 17 years and just recently, I purchased another one. I have bad back problems and the bed helped me a lot. I like the adjustable feature a lot. I rest my back in bed a lot. I'd play games and read on my Kindle. I have a sitting position and it rests my back and my legs. Moreover, I had great customer service and anything I've needed or any questions I've had, they've been more than willing to answer.

It was a lot to get us a bed like the one we got and he was able to do it. Their delivery guys came to our home and showed care for the equipment and concern for us.

I had a really bad arthritis. I also injured my back at work. I had problem sleeping. I would turn on the vibration and it would run for about 30 minutes before it cut off by itself. It was comforting.

I’m a hard laborer who does trees for a living. I bought Craftmatic because of how it leans up and it’ll comfort my body and legs, for height, and my back also. It makes me feel better and that’s why we decided to go with that. The sales rep was very good, helpful, honest and nice to get along with. That’s what I always put people in, how honest they are and what they got to say and if their word is what their product is. That goes a long way with me, my wife or anybody.

The Craftmatic sales rep did a very good job walking us through purchasing the beds. It was excellent. I owned my previous bed for approximately four to six years. I was having chronic pain in my lower back, hips and shoulders and not sleeping very well because I was constantly turning and tossing in bed. Since having the Craftmatic bed, I no longer wake up hurting every morning as I did before. It is well worth its money to me. The features I enjoy most are the elevation of the head and feet and the vibration in the bed. With Craftmatic, I sleep very, very well.

We have a lot of physical problems so we decided to get a Craftmatic bed. Another reason is we could lift the legs and the head of the bed and we enjoy that feature. The fact that we can lift the foot end helps. It has been working so well for us and we appreciate that it is a quality product. Plus, our experience with the sales representatives is good and everyone’s always been very kind.

I got a Craftmatic and the feature I like best is lifting the head. Sometimes I sit up in bed and read also. After I had slept on that bed a few nights, I recommended it to my daughter and she also bought a one. I've had my Craftmatic bed for about a year already and up to this point, it has been completely reliable and has done everything that it was represented to do. I would recommend it to others.

We ordered it on 3/11. When it arrived, (a month later) right side of bed would not work. Scheduled a service visit for a Wednesday 4/19/2017 and took time off work, no technician showed up. Technician said that it was scheduled for Friday 4/21/2017 and yet couldn’t make it till the following Monday 4/24/2017. He could not fix it and ordered a new motor. They Came back to change motor 05/03/2017. It was changed but now the mechanism that raised the bed was determined to be the problem. He also noted that a roller was missing. He Ordered another part. Then called and said they were bringing a new base. When it got there with the new one, told them about the other bed being noisy (didn't realize it was loud until we compared it to the other bed when it got fixed). When I called on the phone to inquire about it, I let the person listen to it and she said it sounded like a lawn mower and that she would order me a new vibration motor.

We ordered at received our split king Legacy bed. Being a split king, the bed has two separate base units. Set up went fine, however once the delivery people left one of the base units stopped working. We attempted several times in the next couple days to talk to someone about the issue. Finally talked to Craftmatic and they instructed us to contact the base manufacturer. Three days later a tech came to our house and diagnosed the problem as a faulty controller. The next week a different tech came to install the part. Still did not work. He ordered more parts that have been promised to be shipped for the past 10 days. Nothing. No parts. No tech. Still fighting with both Craftmatic and the manufacturer. Nobody seems to want to help.

I feel return policies for both bed frame and/or mattress needs to be improved. I purchased Split King Model 1 Bed @ 2 months ago. First, one mattress was torn, replacement approved. Then, after sleeping on mattress husband's back problems increased and we both found them to be too hard and seemed to sink in middle. Ask to change to a different mattresses and was told even though I had mattress warranty would have to pay $90 to exchange on one since there was no damage which I did. I was since softer ones, still sinking in middle and back problems.

My husband had a heart attack and a stroke and needed a comfortable bed. We got a Craftmatic adjustable bed and I didn't have any problems with the sales representative. He was courteous, answered all my questions and we came to a good agreement on which one to buy. I liked the ease with which we were able to purchase the bed and how quickly we received it. The people who came in and set it up were very courteous and kind. Also, we enjoy the adjustable factors of the bed and we could raise our head and feet because it makes it so comfortable. The fact that we have a duo bed where each of us can raise and lower our sides however we want makes it the best.

We needed more comfort than we had so we purchased a Craftmatic bed. The sales representatives were very accommodating and friendly. The bed got delivered exactly on the date that they were supposed to deliver it and was set up for us. The people explained very clearly how to use it. I enjoy everything about it but mostly that I could accommodate the bed to be more comfortable. I could raise my head and leg. The mattress is really comfortable.

I am a prior owner of a Craftmatic bed. I had a problem with the first bed wherein after five years, I had a part that broke. Craftmatic sent me a replacement part that I was able to put on and it continued for about another seven years, so I was happy with it. I like the adjustable portion of the bed.

I wanted to buy an adjustable bed 40 years ago, but I couldn’t afford it. Now that I have my kids all raised, I had the money to purchase one. Craftmatic was cheaper than any of the other beds that I looked at. I enjoy all the features of the bed, especially the memory that the bed has. I can set it by hitting the set button and it’ll go back to my perfect setting every time. Also, Daryl was the perfect salesman. My experience with him went real well and I enjoyed talking to him. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy another Craftmatic bed.

I bought my first Craftmatic bed in 1997 and enjoyed it so much. When it started getting old, I decided to switch to a newer version so I got the newer one in 2016. I like the ability to raise my legs because I have problems with my legs and back. I also enjoy the ability to sleep with my head elevated. I also like the massage features that it has and that I can push a button and the bed will go flat. I like the finished product and have enjoyed the new bed for over a year. I’m so glad I made the choice. Moreover, I like the way the salesperson worked with me. He was very good, professional, answered all of my questions about the new bed, and even made recommendations that I’m very pleased with. The overall experience has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend Craftmatic to anybody that has back or leg problems.

I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed for health's sake. I like that I'm able to raise my head and my knees. It helps with lower back pain. Also, the sales representative was very wonderful.

Their sales reps also had a great deal to do with my purchasing because they were able to give testimonies as well. They were also very polite and consistent. With the Craftmatic, I enjoy that I’m able to elevate my head and feet from time to time. I even get a massage every now and then. I will encourage anyone that has lower back problems, acid reflux problems to purchase this bed. When you do, you would be able to tell a drastic difference on any other bed that you lie on.

I was having so much back trouble and after I got out of the hospital, my husband didn’t like to get too far from me in case I needed something during the night so we tried the Craftmatic. We got the twins and thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm able to adjust the head and foot according to how my back or any part of my body is feeling. Or, if I'm a little under the weather and I need to be in there to watch a little TV or perhaps to read, there’s always a way to adjust for my individual comfort. For any married couple, the twins are the best because no two people like a mattress the same. One wants it firm, one wants it soft, one like the head raised, one likes the foot raised, and that can be done with the twin mattresses. They still lie next to each other but each mattress can be adjusted to their own liking.

I was in a car accident and I had back and knee issues so I needed a bed that wasn't completely flat all the time. So we got our first Craftmatic bed in 1999 and it lasted up until recently when I replaced it in 2017. I then ordered a second bed and the sales agent that I had was exceptionally good and I would recommend her to anybody. My Craftmatic bed is fabulous and I love it. I also love the fact that it raises my legs as well as my feet and head and that it also has a massage on it. On an achy day, I get into bed and it feels really good. The new bed also has lights, so it's really a great item. I'd recommend it to anybody who has any type of disabilities.

Craftmatic is definitely a 5-star in all areas. I had a bed that was given to me but I needed a smaller size. So I gave that to someone else and purchased a regular size Craftmatic bed. I enjoy the elevation of the head most because I have health issues wherein the head of my bed is supposed to be elevated. And I can do that with a remote control. Plus, elevating my feet when these are tired or swollen is my favorite part of it.

Craftmatic adjustable bed sounds like it would take care of all of my problems, as my body is not as limber as it used to be. It makes me comfortable no matter what position I need to be in, whether it's to ease the back or legs. The massage is wonderful. It gets everything all relaxed in there.

I was having issues not being able to sleep in the bed anymore. I was sleeping in my recliner. I thought the Craftmatic adjustable bed would be the perfect answer and it was. It was easy to get. Their sales reps were excellent and very helpful. They were patient with me while got my funding together. And they were very quick putting it up and professional about getting it in and out. Now, I enjoy being able to incline so that I can read in bed and take the pressure off my back sometimes when I’m sleeping at night. I definitely recommend it to anyone having issues with their backs.

I enjoy the fact that I can raise the back of the Craftmatic bed up and sit and watch TV at night. If I’m tired, it gives me a chance to stretch my legs and raise my head and just sit and really enjoy it. I have really bad reflux and that helps me. My husband is in 4th stage kidney failure so he has a lot of problems with his legs swelling, and he can raise his legs. And then he also sleeps with a bypass machine, and he’s able to raise his head a little bit for that too.

Then, I'll pay for repairs. Salesman, Alan, knew this was PRIMARY reason I was spending more. I called after I received the contract stating Reconditioned Model 1. (11 hrs. after sale) I was told that Sheryl would check if I would be charged $760 and call back. While waiting over 1 hr., I received 2 emails with shipping codes. The email said it wouldn't be shipped until one hour. Everything is in walkable distance according to Alan. I called shipping (same #/different ext.), got thru immediately. Shipping immediately knew my name and said that I would be charged $760 to cancel now. Remind you, contract said I would be contacted for shipping information and processed only AFTER I signed and returned the contract I just received 5 hours earlier.

My wife and I love this bed, very comfortable. We got the split king and it works great. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys friendly. They even attached our headboard. Being in sales I knew the phone salesman would be aggressive but I knew exactly what I wanted and he was nice and funny too. I was able to negotiate the original price down so I feel I got a great deal. I recommend.

Craftmatic has a more updated mattress with all the controls and remote control compared to the first bed that I have had a few years ago. The two men who came to install the bed were extremely nice and gave me time to vacuum under the bed. They had to go outside a couple of times and were very careful about tracking things in. But the nicest thing was they took the time to tell me how to use the new control. I knew about it but it was nice to have them go over everything and they were very good. I was very pleased about the whole experience and the update is very nice. I’m 78 years old and this is very fabulous for sleeping.

Ordered a Craftmatic Bed from the company website on 1/2/1017. My mother paid the full amount with her ATM card of about $2,700. We were told by Mr. **, the sales rep, that the bed was being shipped that day and should arrive at the delivery site by Thursday, 1/5/1017. He e-mailed me the shipping for tracking the bed. Bed never arrived at the delivery site until 1/18/2017. When called by the "White Glove" delivery to schedule delivery, we were told that they only do deliveries on Mondays. They came today. However, they brought 2 frames and no mattress. My mother is currently renting a hospital bed and needs her bed ASAP so she can send the other one back. Called Mr. ** and left message. Haven't heard from him. I can't review the bed because we still don't have it, but the customer service is a joke! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We have had Craftmatic adjustable for a long, long time. It was around 1990 when we got our first one. I like its vibration feature. The sales representative was very nice too. Every once in awhile, when I lay down in my bed, it makes a popping sound around where my shoulders are. I don't know whether if something's loose in the bed or what but it still works okay. After I lay down, it's all right.

I called and told him I wanted to pay cash for a bit and he got the bed right here right away. The first year that I got the bed, I didn’t want to get out of it. I was so comfortable. After a year, I slowly started getting to where I was more used to it and it wasn’t as much of a surprise to go to bed anymore. But I still love and cherish my Craftmatic bed.

I wanted to see if a Craftmatic adjustable bed would help and it has helped me greatly. I’ve been using the bed for a year, and it’s been wonderful. The bed has been very enjoyable. I enjoy the head going up because it helps, and I also like the knee part of the bed because it makes me more comfortable.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed due to its quality. My husband enjoys the vibration the most, and also, we like putting the bed up. We're really happy with it. I love the ease of changing sheets. I like that my husband can have a firm bed, and I can have a soft bed. We are 150% satisfied with the range of motions for the head and the feet and its ease of operation. The follow up with the sales and the service to check and see how we like the bed and if it was fulfilling our needs, and if we were happy with it, was fabulous. I can't imagine companies still doing that in this day and time.
