I would not own anything but a Craftmatic bed. A neighbor told me about Craftmatic and now that I have one, I enjoy being able to reposition it. Their sales representative was great, too.

Called numerous times having 2 twin beds repaired over the first year. They blame you for sleeping in the bed wrong, getting in and out of the bed wrong, why it breaks. Servicemen that actually repair the bed tell you they are not allowed to repair the beds correctly. The warranty on both beds are just a couple of weeks past the one year warranty and one is not functioning at all. Even though you don't get to use the bed for a full year because they break and not allowed to be repaired correctly. Everything is your fault after the first year. Then they use the you're disrespecting me blame game so you are even more embarrassed on the phone so they can yell at you. The service department is very unprofessional. I can not recommend anybody buying their beds.

Salesperson (Anthony) helpful. In about 5 days after ordering, the bed was delivered, set up wrong by delivery (motor in wrong port, etc.) so would not work. No manual either as delivery did not leave it and was supposed to, Craftmatic said they would send out since June 6th, it is the 21st, have not seen it yet. 2 repairmen later and 15 days later, bed still broken and part to fix the bed today dead on arrival, so the part did not even work. It is like a comedy of errors and nothing would get done if I was not pushing, pushing Craftmatic who have problems obviously with internal processes or even the companies they contract out to myself, and I do that because I am in pain in this bed that they sent and it is our only bed. To make a long story short, I have not slept well since I had it and have had back spasms and even the mattress already has a problem already.

I purchased Craftmatic’s best bed and was told it would be delivered by Friday, well Friday has come & gone. Now I’m told it will be be another ten days before delivery. Can’t stop process now and just go to a different company because they will charge me $750.00 to cancel out. So my bed that is paid for, is setting approx. 60 miles away. Everyone has blamed this on each other, until now it’s my fault. I live 50 miles north of St. Louis, MO. I’ve been charged $ 250.00 for delivery. All I can say is beware of this company’s practices. They get your money and then could care less about the customer.

I'm disabled, and the Craftmatic adjustable bed helps me get up and down. It moves me into positions where I don't hurt as much. I'm in chronic pain, and the bed has been a blessing. I've had one since the 1990s and this is my second Craftmatic bed. If I can't get out of bed by myself, the bed helps me. I can crank up the head, and also the feet to take some pressure off my lower spine. I got the heat, and I'm really happy I did. My bed welcomes me and it keeps me warm. It is fantastic. It is the best investment I ever made, and I will continue to be a Craftmatic customer as long as I live. I would definitely recommend Craftmatic, and I have recommended it to my friends and will continue to do so.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed and I really enjoy the head elevation and the foot elevation. The head elevation helps me and the foot elevation helps me with leg swelling. My experience with the Craftmatic sales representative was excellent. And with the team that assembled my bed, they were intellectually sound with all of the questions I had. I recommend Craftmatic. I was very pleased with the experience. And I'm very pleased with the bed and with the firmness of the mattress. It is fantastic.

Craftmatic Adjustable Beds fits our lifestyle so we got one. I like being able to raise the head up. We were very happy with everything.

Craftmatic is a wonderful bed. I had been looking for a bed that allows me to raise my head and my feet when I sleep at night. The Craftmatic lets me do that and it's very comfortable. I'm so glad that I was able to get one so I can sleep again throughout the night. The service and the follow-up are so good too. I was so pleased with the service that they gave me, including the prompt service and the explanation on how the bed works. My experience with the sales representative was outstanding. He explained the bed to me, how it works and what to expect, and I told him what I wanted. He thought Craftmatic was what I needed and would meet my expectations, and it certainly did. I'm very pleased with it. On top of that, customer feedback is important for the company and I thank them for asking me how it's worked out for me. I'm certainly willing to vouch for Craftmatic because it's a great bed and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

My parents liked their Craftmatic so much, I decided that I'd try one. The vibration makes my back and legs feel good. The sales rep was good as well.

I was using a hospital bed and it was most uncomfortable, and I heard about Craftmatic on TV. I'm handicapped, and to be able to adjust the head and the foot with my Craftmatic bed is just wonderful.

My husband and I both thought it would be a good cause physically to have the Craftmatic beds. After his death, I wanted to change to a queen size one rather than having two side-by-side that made a king size that were individually operated. The sales reps were excellent both times. I enjoy the bed because I can change my positions whenever I want to. I gave my old one to a friend and she is enjoying them as much as me with my new one.

The cheaper models that you buy normally in a store did wonders and did a better job than this extraordinary bed that I had purchased. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and I was very pleased with her. With Craftmatic I'm able to sleep and I almost don’t wanna get up. I needed a hospital bed, and Craftmatic was ideal for me. I had a cancer operation, and I have to be at a 45-degree angle at all times when I'm laying in bed, and it was ideal for what I need. I went for a Craftmatic adjustable bed considering its concept. The bed has comfort. The bed has a lift, a light, and it's comfortable. And the sales rep was very good.

The first bed I ever owned is a Craftmatic and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I had some back pain during the night and that's why I chose the the Craftmatic bed. I like the adjustability because the positions you can adjust it to is almost endless.The sales representative was excellent and the delivery was quite quick. They set the bed up for me so all I had to do was put the sheets on and climb in bed.

I started with the adjustable feature of the Craftmatic bed and I liked that it adjusted so easily. I had brain surgery and I needed to be upright for six weeks after surgery and there was no easy way you could pile pillows or lean against something that was as comfortable as the adjustable bed. Then, I came to like it for reading in bed or watching TV, which was what attracted me afterwards. I liked it so much and we're on our second one. My experience with the sales rep the first time was excellent. He came to the house and showed us the different models and features. The second time I called Craftmatic, since I was a previous owner, I was able to select over the phone what I liked and it was very simple. Craftmatic is a very comfortable bed and it’s very easy to operate. We have a king size which is a double-single, so it makes it very easy to change the linen.

From the beginning I would like to state that I have been a successful and professional sales and marketing representative the majority of my adult life. I have dealt with numerous clients and have always treated them with intelligence and the highest level of respect. If you place a call to CRAFTMATIC ADJUSTABLE BEDS and the salesman that answers introduces himself as ALAN, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!, and look elsewhere. In today's competitive society I cannot believe that a company that has been in business as long as Craftmatic has would allow an individual to represent themselves the way that Alan does for them.

I saw the Craftmatic adjustable bed's advertisement on TV and was well pleased with it. I bought one and my experience with one of the Craftmatic top managers I spoke with was top-notch. I couldn't believe the rest that I get from Craftmatic and how comfortable it is. It's a dream come true. I now enjoy the comfort and the shape of it and, especially, the massages part. My wife’s had back surgery, and she is doing great from it and is also comfortable and sleeps well at night. I am very happy with it, and I would recommend it to anybody.

I like that the Craftmatic bed raises my feet and eliminates ankle swelling which was the reason I bought it for. The sales rep was excellent.

I found no other beds that would make me feel comfortable as Craftmatic. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income but I’d spend my last dollar on a Craftmatic bed. It’s wonderful and worth every dime. If you get a Craftmatic, your life will be altogether different.

The Craftmatic sales reps gave me a lot of information and were real nice and polite. The guys that set it up were good too. I like the way the bed separates. It does exactly what I want it to and we love it.

I needed a bed for my mother who was having problems and needed to have her legs raised. Craftmatic seemed like the best quality and I liked the number of adjustments and positions in the bed. The sales rep, Jody, was excellent. He was very caring and provided a lot of information. My mother enjoys the positions that it has available and the comfort. She loves the bed so much. She's 85 and she calls it her nest. So, she has the TV set up in there, and she just loves to be there at night.

The Craftmatic bed looked like it was comfortable in the commercial. I bought it and it’s a real comfortable bed. I enjoy sleeping in it. I like being able to elevate my leg. I’ve had surgery and the bed elevates it real well.

A friend of mine told me about Craftmatic, I looked it up on the internet and you can’t beat it. The sales rep was exceptionally great. He stayed on the line for about 30 minutes. He kept calling back when I needed him or when I needed to call him. Whenever I’m watching TV, I like that I can bring the little pillow at the end up a little bit. It gives me so many different tilt positions. It's the best bed I’ve ever had. The only thing I’d do is put a top on the top of it from my pillow.

The representative of Craftmatic was very kind to us. He explained everything about how it worked and what we could expect. He told us when to expect it to be delivered. It came and the men that delivered it were very courteous. They set it up and made sure that everything was working before they left. So, Craftmatic is a good product and we do not regret purchasing it. The price was fair. We got a Craftmatic where both sides adjusts, that my husband wants to set up and I don’t, But I enjoy the comfort of the mattress itself and my husband enjoys being able to have his head lifted up. Now, mine’s up some, but he lifts his up all the time.

I absolutely cannot sleep with my head down low and just piling on pillows doesn't do it. So, I need to be able to adjust how comfortable I am in a particular night. Also, I need to raise my feet because my ankles swell. I enjoy the fact that the bed is adjustable, especially the head. If I'm just lying in bed trying to sleep, I need it a little bit raised and if I wanna watch TV while I'm in bed, I can raise it up more or to read. I appreciate that.

We had a Craftmatic before, and we wanted to upgrade. We enjoy all its features. There are times I want my head raised, and times I want my feet raised. Plus I loved the new pillow deal on it. The rep was very informative and helpful. I had some of my questions later, I called him back and he helped again.

Bought an adjustable bed 9/17. Called for repair 4/19 (bed would not lay flat). Sent Craftmatic $175.00 for Tech to come out and REPAIR. Had to order defective part that was under warranty (no charge). When we called to let them know the part had arrived (looks used) we were told it would be another $175.00 for the tech to come back out and install it. At no time prior to this were we told we had to pay once for diagnosis and another time for installation. Conversations with service department were contentious and rude. Very dissatisfied with product, company, and customer service.

While discussing our possible purchase with salesman Allen, we ordered a king size bed comprised of two twin beds, both with medium mattress firmness. We also shared that we needed a bed built for a disabled person to safely use and he assured us that it would be. We said we would need to check with our doctor and he said we had a three day cancellation period. What he FAILED to tell us is that if the bed was shipped DURING that cancellation period, we’d have to pay $750 to return it. He also offered a two week period before delivery began.

Do not ever purchase a bed from this company. Craftmatic because if you don’t like it you you can never talk to a customer service person who gives you the correct information. When you finally talk to a person your 30 trial has expired so then you're stuck with the bed. I called and talked to Peter and he was horrible horrible. He called me a ** unbelievable. Your business should not even be in business. I want to warn other people about what happened to me so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Do you not buy a bed from this company. Warn all your family and friends.

Someone from my family recommended Craftmatic to me. The Craftmatic sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product, and he coached me through selecting an appropriate bed for me and husband. I like the fact that I can lay my head up to read, look at the TV, and play on my tablet. I have recommended Craftmatic to a friend.

I have aches and pains and I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. Their reps were very helpful. They gave me some good points and they helped me get the financing for it. I love this bed. After I've worked and been on my feet all day lifting things, I can go to bed and turn its massager on and it automatically shuts off. When I get up, I'm good as new. About a month after I got my bed in June, I had a friend from high school stay over and I let her sleep in my bed for the night. Then, the summer after she went back home, she bought herself one. This bed sells itself. It’s the best. Everybody has to try it once.

He also explained how we would end up having it shipped to us and went through how they would assemble it and then carry off our old bed. Since having the bed, we use the feature that elevates the head the most since with it, I can watch TV when I'm in the bedroom very well. My wife enjoys it too because it helps her with her hiatal hernia. The Craftmatic bed has met all our expectations. I don't plan on going back to a regular bed in the future. We'll stay with Craftmatic until we pass away. I recommended the Craftmatic to other people going from a regular standard bed to Craftmatic to meet their special needs. The Sleep Number bed that we had in Michigan was too big to get down here. We needed a new adjustable bed and we heard about Craftmatic from relatives. I got in contact with them and was very pleased with what I saw. I had an extremely good experience with Craftmatic's rep. However, the first mattress that arrived was damaged. I called the company and the new mattress arrived within a couple of weeks. Thus far, I have been very satisfied with it. The vibrator feature relaxes us.

I have been trying to get the return form the fax number. Speak to a customer service they put me on hold. They disconnect me. It won't send me the form. They've made my time run out but I don't care because I have been trying and speaking to someone since the first week. Guess I'm just going to have to get a lawyer to get this taken care of. What a terrible customer service company.

Craftmatic's sales rep seemed to be courteous and helpful. We got the queen size bed and liked its individual elevation on each side adjusting and the price. My wife likes the vibration quite a bit too. However, waiting for the bed was a chore. It took a little time but it all came, and they set it up just fine. They also took away the old one. The salesman Chris after explaining what wife and I required stated he had the solution to our problems. What happen was that he mislead us and now we have two beds which are NOT suitable for our needs. Also watch out for their moving company Rainbow Movers. Their drivers were very rude and DID NOT complete the installation properly. To date when I call Craftmatic to fix problems have been cut off twice and no resolution to problems.

We tried the 30-day trial and have been disappointed. We purchased a twin and full being told they can be tethered together. They cannot. We were told the medium soft would be recommended; they were too firm. The full size "plush" mattress is the same as the medium soft. The twin came with black spots like mildew. The third one was great, however, the beds have to be unplugged at least every other day because they stop adjusting and have to be reset. We have had someone out to repair the bed, but it is still doing this. Now they tell us that it will be $695 PER BED to ship them back. We were told it would be the price for both beds. Quite disappointing!
