I needed an adjustable bed for my back. I opted to buy a Craftmatic bed and I had a good experience with the sales rep. Since using the bed, I've enjoyed its adjustable head and foot parts.

I had a really nice encounter with the Craftmatic sales rep when I purchased the bed. With my Craftmatic bed, I enjoy being able to raise my head.

My wife and I both needed a bed that is comfortable and can do elevations on our head and feet. And we enjoy using the Craftmatic bed. There are so many features and it’s really comfortable. Also, their sales rep was a nice guy. He explained everything in detail and he never changed from the time that we sat down with him until the time that he arrived and put in the bed.

We decided to give the Craftmatic adjustable bed a try and our experience with their sales rep was very good. Since then, I've been enjoying the comfort of the bed and the other features like being able to adjust it.

I have back problems and when I read in bed, which I do a lot, it's very difficult to find comfort in bed with pillows. And in military quarters, the bedrooms are small so I needed a bed that would fit in the room with the other furniture that I have and the Craftmatic bed fit the bill. It is adjustable and I like that I can get comfortable just by pressing a button. Also, their reps were very good, helpful and polite.

Craftmatic's advertisement made me buy their adjustable bed. I had an excellent experience working with their rep. I enjoy the bed's back massage feature.

I like that my Craftmatic bed is adjustable and I also like the vibrator for my feet and head. I had a Craftmatic bed before and then, I switched to another bed and did not like it and I went back to Craftmatic. My experience with the Craftmatic sales rep that I had when I got my first Craftmatic was very nice. And then, for the second one, I went ahead and called Craftmatic because I wanted another Craftmatic bed. Also, when they came and hooked up my bed, they were very nice and punctual, and that means a lot.

We owned a Craftmatic prior to our recent purchase, and we went ahead and got another one due to comfort. I enjoy raising the head up. Also, dealing with their rep has been excellent.

When I had an operation on my shoulder, I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. My experience with the sales rep was good. The feature of the bed that I enjoy the most is when its head part comes up.

I would definitely recommend the Craftmatic bed. Before this, I had also purchased a Craftmatic bed in 2004 and I enjoyed being able to raise and lower the head and the foot of the bed. On this purchase, the sales representative was extremely helpful and he answered all the questions that I had. I like that the new bed has a light. We can press a button and it will light up so that we don’t have to walk around in the dark. We really enjoy that feature.

We bought the beds about 2 years ago. I always remember the commercial from hearing it for years on TV so I thought I couldn't go wrong. I wish I would have done some research on adjustable beds first. Well first off it was way overpriced now that I have checked around. The next thing is the mattresses won't stay on the adjustable part at all. Not when it's flat, not when it's up. Never really. We are constantly pushing the mattresses in. We have tried to tie them together, we have tried to tie them to the adjustable part, you name it we have tried it.

Updated on 9/29/2021: They replaced the base 2 months after purchase and within a year replaced the remote control 2 times. Now the motor needs to be replaced in the back of the bed because it will not go all the way flat. I was finally able to talk to the service department and they are mailing a replacement motor. Craftmatic Service gave me an 800 phone number to arrange for a technician, they gave me 2 technicians' phone numbers because they don't do repairs. One of the technicians retired 10 years ago and the other phone number is a bad number. I have called Craftmatic and they hung up when transferring me to service - called back and was transferred to Service with no answer so had to leave a message - waiting for call back. I have one bed purchased in 2005 that still works great for my daughter, but the Legacy bed purchased in 2018 has had multiple problems - I would NOT purchase a Craftmatic bed again.

I bought a Craftmatic Legacy bed. After a week of use I decided to return the bed. For over 3 weeks now they have been giving me the run around about returning the bed. I will not recommend using Craftmatic beds. By the way I am still waiting to hear from them. I keep calling but they will not answer my calls. For a nationwide company they are not very consumer friendly.

I have slept in a recliner for a couple of years. When I bought the Craftmatic I thought I could go back to sleeping on a bed. That didn't happen. The mattress is so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep on it. I called CS and they said, "Flip it." So I did. Not any better. I called again they said, "Turn it." I did. No better. Bottom line is after trying all these ways of trying to sleep on this mattress it was past the 30 day trial. I would not recommend the Craftmatic for this reason.

Craftmatic is really good for me and I enjoy the settings of the different positions. I also have reflux and I can raise the back of the bed with no problem.

I love my Craftmatic adjustable bed. I had some medical problems and I heard that this bed could be very helpful, so I made the phone call. Nancy, the sales rep, was absolutely great. I would not have bought the bed except for her and I thank her all the time for it. The bed's price was comparable, the delivery was exceptional. The best feature of the bed is having the head up. It is also very firm and comfortable and it helps with my back problems. I got the best bed ever and I could not ever go back to a flat-bed again.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed since I wasn't getting a good night's sleep on a flat bed, and my experience with the sales rep was good. I recently had surgery and the Craftmatic bed was very good and easier for positions to get in and out of bed, but that would have been a lot harder with a flat bed. I was suffering from back aches and I'm a senior so I thought it was time that I had one of the most beautiful and relaxing remote-controlled beds. My previous bed was still in perfect shape but it wasn't taking the shape of my back, so I decided I don't have many more years I got left, but I'm gonna treat myself and enjoy this wonderful Craftmatic bed, which I do every single day. I don't sleep very well but I find the massaging part lulls me off to sleep and it relaxes me, I feel good and rested. Also, I like to read in bed because I can operate the bed in different positions. The whole bed is wonderful and I love it. I find it hard getting up out of the bed in the morning because it is so comfortable, relaxing and cozy. It's winter time now and it is hard getting up. When I look at the alarm clock, I want a couple more minutes. But with my other bed, that wasn't the case.

Craftmatic's TV Commercial made me purchase their product and my experience with their sales rep went very well. I've owned mine for five years, and I like being able to raise the headboard or the head of the mattress. For me and my husband both, it's very comfortable. It's also good to watch TV in. I liked the comfort of the Craftmatic bed and that it could be adjusted for me, so I got one. Of course, I also liked the massage mechanism of the bed. What I enjoy the most, though, is the mattress on my new bed. I can turn it over and it would be a little more firmer, then I can turn it back over and it would be a little softer. So, every month, I get a chance to switch it from one position to the other and that really makes it a lot easier for me. I purchased a Craftmatic bed out of my dad’s request to have a bed since he was 92 at the time. He was having trouble getting in and out of a regular full-sized bed and he needed one that would allow him to be sat up and then he could swing his legs over and get off the bed. With Craftmatic, you can use your own bed frame and they’re set up perfectly in his childhood wrought iron bed frame. He was tickled pink that he could still have that precious heirloom. He loves the remote control. He sits up a little bit with his knees bent and watches TV. He can also have his shoulders and head brought up to a sitting position. He’s very comfortable.

My husband has ALS and we ordered this bed for him on the advice of his doctors. They were more than happy to take our money, but delivery has been a total nightmare. First a call saying “just checking to see if everything went well with your delivery?” What delivery??? We were still waiting for a call to tell us the bed was in the area and to let us know when it could be delivered. So they said they would get back to us. They didn’t. Two days later I called them to be told they were looking into it. I explained that my husband is very sick and he needed this bed. I was then told the bed could be delivered on Thursday. Too late. That would be over three weeks from when we ordered it and said we needed it on Monday. This was Thursday.

I liked the reputation of Craftmatic Adjustable Beds, so I purchased a bed from them. The sales rep was very nice and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for better service. The bed that I got turned out to be better than I expected. There were better features and it was more comfortable than I expected. I enjoy the foam mattress of the bed the most because it's so comfortable.

In 2003, my back really bothered me and I couldn't lay on a flat bed anymore, so I bought my first Craftmatic. I ordered it over the phone and had it delivered, and the sales rep was very nice. I like the way the legs and the head of the bed elevate so I can do it flatly for my knees and my back, and I like the vibration as it hums me to sleep at night. My original was the king size and I really did enjoy it. But then I moved to a smaller home and it was just me, so I changed the size to a queen size and it was quite nice too. I recommend the Craftmatic to anyone. After six or seven years of using it, I no longer have any problem. I can now lay on a flat bed but still prefer to have some elevation. Also, when I had knee surgery, it was an absolute godsend to be able to lift the leg up for my knees. It was just unreal, how much the Craftmatic helped, so I really enjoy it.

The Craftmatic adjustable bed has a dual function which I enjoy the most. Also, the sales rep was very easy to work with and the experience was excellent.

I have had a couple of adjustable beds and I kept one. They were used but they were wonderful. And a friend of mine bought it and was very happy with it. I always wanted to get a new one and I finally had a chance to do it. I bought a Craftmatic and the sales rep was very good and nice. I'm real happy with the bed's top part where I can sit up higher and do things right. And I also don’t see why anybody else would not be happy with the Craftmatic bed.

When I spoke with the salesperson there were a couple of "must haves" in the bed. One was heat and the other was that it would be as high as my current bed was. I was assured the bed had heat and that it had adjustable legs. Well when I received the bed neither was true. I thought ok maybe I can overlook this. But the massage is so loud, was to be "Whisper Quiet", that we do not even turn it on. I have had this bed for just over a week. I called customer service and spoke with Jackie. She was not what I would consider a customer service agent. She was rude, talked down to me and kept telling me to read my contract. She is telling me it will cost $999.00 to return it. Seriously!! Not sure where they arrived at that figure but I can guarantee I will not be paying that.

I got a Craftmatic adjustable bed for its quality and features. Its leg elevation feature helps relieve the swelling in my leg. The sales reps were knowledgeable and very professional, and I had a wonderful experience with them. Craftmatic has prompt delivery, good set-up, and nice follow-up. I purchased Legacy bed from Craftmatic on 4/9/18 for $ 3,949.00. We were given a delivery date of Saturday, April 28, 2018 Time: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Craftmatic Pays Manna Distribution Services to handle the Delivery details... however Rainbow Movers actually delivers and sets up the bed. They NEVER delivered the bed. No call. No show. We had to sleep on the floor that night as we had gotten rid of our bed to make room for the new one. I then had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on. I called on Sunday no explanation as to where my bed was and told a message would be left for my sales rep. I asked them to call my cell as I had to work Monday.

I bought a new Craftmatic King Size bed, but the remote control is not reliable. I have to unplug it and replug it, over and over, to get it to work correctly. Just wanted new buyers to watch out for that.

I had Craftmatic bed in Iowa 10-12 years ago. I got it on account of my legs feeling messed up and having my knee replaced so many times. They worked good for me. I put them up high until they get on the quarter end and it makes my legs feel a lot better. It's the best bed and everybody at Craftmatic was helpful.

I've owned a Craftmatic for almost 20 years and I’d recommend it to a friend. It’s been a very comfortable bed and it's still in good shape. It didn’t ever sag and it hasn’t got any divots for how you sleep. But my puppy chewed off the cord to the remote thing that made it work and I’ve had the bed too long so they didn’t make the remote anymore. They ended up giving me a discount on a new bed and I still have a Craftmatic. The sales representative came to the house, showed me exactly what the motors looked like that make the bed shake and explained everything very nicely. He was really nice. That was why I went ahead and bought it.

Craftmatic is a good choice for comfort and price - with the bed I can elevate my legs. Plus their sales rep was very good.

I enjoy the adjustments of the body with the Craftmatic bed, as well as having the head and the knees up. I’ve been a Craftmatic customer for 30 years and we’ve enjoyed them in the past. That’s the only kind of bed we buy now and I have recommended it to several friends as well. We purchased one over the telephone and we’ve also always had great customer relations with them. They come in, set up the whole bed and tell us how to operate it. It’s always been a nice relationship.

My Craftmatic bed is great for relaxing. I like being able to raise my bed up so I can read and raise my legs up when they ache. And I enjoy the bed tremendously. 30 years ago, my husband developed back problems and he didn’t want to have surgery. So his doctor recommended that we buy an adjustable bed. We owned a different bed for about 20 years before buying the Craftmatic but now, we have two of these Craftmatic adjustable beds, one in each of our homes. We anticipate using them for a long time to come and we would definitely recommend it to other people. We appreciate the ability to elevate the legs and the head. That is the most comfortable way for sleeping for both of us. Our son is starting to develop some back trouble and we encouraged him to look into Craftmatic Adjustable Beds as well. We even told him that we would purchase it for him as a gift if he decides to go with it. When we purchased ours, everybody was very gracious and the sales transaction went very smoothly. The delivery was also fine. The mechanisms had also worked fine and the motors had been running well.

My mother had a stroke and it was hard for her to get in and out of the bed and to be elevated. With Craftmatic she can raise the top of the bed to elevate her head to keep her from being flat. And she loves the bed. I also like the person that I was talking to at Craftmatic, with her knowledge of the bed itself and the payment plan.

Twenty five years ago, I married a medical doctor and he had a Craftmatic. He passed away and I relocated from California to Alabama. I didn't want to bring that bed home with me because he died on it. But I loved the bed so much that I had to have a Craftmatic here in Alabama. I like the overall comfort of this wonderful bed, and also the fact that I can adjust its head and feet. I just had radical hip replacement surgery, and I like that I'm able to raise my feet and head up without having to deal with a stack of pillows.

I had tried out a friend’s Craftmatic bed before I purchased mine and I’m very happy with the results. And I found everybody at Craftmatic to be very helpful and I would definitely use it again. I enjoy being able to move the head and the foot of my Craftmatic bed to watch television or to even just to get up in the morning.

We got a Craftmatic bed and the sales rep was very good. We didn't get the full bed served because we're in Canada. But the instructions were easy to set up and the service was good. I require a special position for medical reasons. And the adjustable head and foot on my Craftmatic bed have changed how I'm able to sleep every night.

We had a Craftmatic bed before, and we are really happy with the new one we purchased. It has a lot of new features than the one we had before. Our Craftmatic sales rep was very respectful, too.

This is my second Craftmatic. The first was about 18 years ago and it was time for a second one. I love the chocolate brown color of my second bed. And I like the new USB port along with the back and head adjustments. I also enjoy the remote back and the adjustable leg.

We got our old bed about 20 years ago and then I had it removed about two years ago. My husband was having problems with his back and the Craftmatic adjustable bed made it easy for him to raise the lower and upper part of the bed so he would be comfortable. As for me, I enjoy the lower part for my legs. It helps a lot for sleeping. I like the fact that the bed is adjustable and I would recommend it, especially for people who have problems sleeping. If your back is bothering you, you could also raise the upper part or you can raise the lower part for your legs. It’s also good for reading in bed. I find that very helpful. I can at least feel comfortable while reading. The sales representatives were also very helpful when we made the purchase.

I had my last bed for about five years but I needed a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep as well as being able to sit, recline and do the tasks that I love to do. With the Craftmatic adjustable bed, I enjoy being able to adjust the back and recline, sit or put my head up. I also appreciated the ease with which I was able to get my request processed. The sales representative was excellent, very courteous and very helpful in answering my questions. The setup was also very easy and good for me.

When I lay in bed and watch TV and being able to raise the head of my Craftmatic bed is a big help. I enjoy the adjustable part and also being able to have a little massage. Also, the sales representative that I worked with was excellent. I enjoyed every minute of my experience.

I needed a Craftmatic bed for health reasons. And I enjoy my bed's head elevation feature. I needed a king size bed, and since Craftmatic doesn't make a mattress that way that would elevate individually, the two singles fit perfectly into my 4-poster frame.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed about 4 years ago, and the mattress is already sagging, a lot. I called Craftmatic to see about getting a replacement mattress, since it's warrantied for ten years. When I told the person that answered the phone why I'd called I was immediately transferred to another number. No one answered so I left a message with my return info, that was three weeks ago. I called again, and was told that the replacement mattress was $200 less than the price of the entire bed, and that's with the warranty. When I asked him about this he transferred me to a number that no one answered, so I left my return info, again. I've yet to hear back from either call.

I had my previous bed for 12 years then I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed after getting a recommendation from a friend. You can elevate the head and feet with the Craftmatic bed and I really like that. The sales representative was great too.

We bought a single Craftmatic bed that was for sale from someone that had passed away. And my wife is disabled and she uses it. And then, we bought a double bed that's a brand new one. She has to stay in the single bed because of the position that she has to sleep in. I use the double bed and I get a good night's sleep. I really like that I could change the positions of the knee and the head, and I like the vibrator, too. I tell people that I have the bed and how well I like it, and I hope that they make the decision and get one themselves.

I went to a meeting and there were two other ladies there who said they’ve had a Craftmatic and how much it had helped them. That encouraged me to get the Craftmatic. The salesperson of Craftmatic was very nice. I enjoyed the part where you can raise up your feet with the bed because I had been having problems with swollen ankles and that seems to help a lot. I can also adjust a little bit of the head part. It makes it very comfortable. I'm enjoying using it. I'm glad that I got it and I certainly would recommend it.

I had my bed for eight years before I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed and the experience with the sales representative was wonderful. The bed seems to be very sturdy and it has worked extremely well. You can adjust the head and the feet to wherever they benefit you the most. If you were experiencing reflux for instance you can raise it more and if it was just to be more comfortable to watch TV then you have it in that position.

With Craftmatic I have the ability to adjust the mattress as needed. Raising my legs and using the vibrator for my back has been helpful. And it's certainly easier making the bed because I can raise the head piece or the foot piece to put the sheets on.

I got to the point where I could not lay flat in my bed. After checking around prices and what other people told me, I decided Craftmatic was the way I needed to go. The sales representatives were very good, thorough and helpful, and I appreciated it. I’ve had my Craftmatic bed since August of last year and I’m still very satisfied with it. The head raises up and the foot also even though I still have to put a pillow under my knees. But I can’t lay flat so that works fine for me.

We liked Craftmatic very much and we bought five of them. I enjoy every part of the bed. I can raise my feet when my feet swells up and I can raise my head. I saw the Craftmatic bed on TV and I liked what I saw. The sales representative was fantastic too. The bed I had before that, I had it for about 20 years. But with the Craftmatic bed, I enjoy the elevation on my head. It’s a wonderful bed and I would recommend it to anyone. And since I’m almost 80 years old it’s just good on me all over.

We know some people who has the Craftmatic adjustable bed and they were very happy with it so we thought we’d try it. There were health reasons also and being able to raise the head and the pillow makes much more comfortable. The sales representative was also very good and gave us a real good deal. It was easy getting rid of the old bed, which we had for about 19 years. The delivery system and the fellows were great. They assembled the bed and explained things. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I ordered this bed two weeks ago and have had nothing but a big nightmare ever since. First off they didn't release the bed to be shipped until a week after I ordered it then it arrived in Sacramento 2 days ago and I have been unable to get anyone to even set up an appointment to get it delivered. So I contacted Craftmatic and they tell me it will be another week before my bed can be delivered even though it is only 2 hours from my house sitting in some warehouse for another week. Give me a break. Whatever you do don't buy one of these beds because you will never get it.

When ordering the bed, the customer service could not be better (ordered summer of 2017). The set-up went very smoothly. Once the check had cleared the bank, customer service for Craftmatic beds flew out the window... never to be seen again. I had an electrical problem with the bed. Sent in an request for maintenance, and received a call back about a month later. I ordered the parts online and had an electrician fix the problem. The bed is great, but one would hope that you never have a problem that needs the assistance of Craftmatic Beds.

My wife and I purchase a queen-size "Craftmatic" adjustable bed when I became a paraplegic nearly 14 years ago. We have had the bed for just over 13 years. While we are basically satisfied with the bed and its features, we are totally dissatisfied with the customer service, or more accurately the lack thereof when the mechanism which lifts the head of the bed failed. I was told upon calling the number for customer service on the Craftmatic website that my bed was obsolete and that replacement parts were not available (not true!).

I purchased a Craftmatic Bed in 2003, had no problems with it. In Oct 2017 the remote would not work and the foot of the bed was very high, I was wanting the bed to lay flat but when I hit flat on the remote it took the bed up as high as it would go. I called Craftmatic and they told me the bed and remote I had was obsolete and I could not get a new remote, I was very upset about this, I loved the bed and wanted it fixed but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I purchased another bed, they did give me a good deal, so I ask if I could have two remotes and the salesman said yes, when the bed arrived there was only one remote so I called the salesman and he said he would see what he could do, well I never got a second remote nor did I hear back from him.

I bought two Twin Extra Long Bed from them December 2017. I was in a very bad wreck and needed a King Size Bed that would adjust. I ask him several questions about the bed and the Mattress that I would be getting. He told me it would be 11 to 12 inches thick. The Bed was delivered on December 22, 2017 When I tried to put the sheets on they would not fit at all. They were too long and too wide. I was told to buy sheets 38 by 80. I did. I called the salesman Saturday morning December 23, 2017. He then told me the mattress was only 11 inches in the middle to call Jackie in shipping EXT **. I called her. Explained what happened and she told me they do have a 11 to 12 inch deep mattress but she could not send it. That I needed to talk with her supervisor that was out for the Holidays and would have her call me.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed for over 20 years and loved it. When she finally decided she was in need of another mattress, she ordered a new one, summer of 2014. I know, because we bought 2 at the same time. What a poor product. Within 2 years, all 3 of our mattresses started showing sagging issues. We have all 3 complained of the same problem - the mattresses do not support at all. They are nowhere as well made as her original purchase. All 3 of us are in the process of buying new beds, and I can guarantee you none of them will be a Craftmatic bed. I don't understand why people rate these beds so high - they simply do not last.

The most horrific experience I believe I have ever had!! I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed, and the delivery people lost my bed! I was totally stressed! Couldn't reach the delivery people... (Manna Delivery) I had to be tracking my own bed, nobody knew nothing!! And this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for family!! They ruined my holiday. This was just the most disheartening thing I have been thru in a very long time. I just can't say how disturbing this whole thing was!! HORRIBLE!!

I wrote a review the middle of this month regarding my bed not being put together when delivered. Since then they contacted me and took care of my problem to my complete satisfaction. Yes the bed is a excellent bed in my opinion. Thank you Craftmatic.

Craftmatic is a wonderful bed. It does everything I wanted it to do and more. I had one of those Number beds for years and I didn't like it at all. I always had back problems with it no matter what number I put. When I saw Craftmatic on TV I was impressed so I bought it right after. I like the pillow part with the head that raises up because I don't have to pile a bunch of pillows up. I just got my regular pillow down and it's very, very comfortable that way for watching TV.

Our Craftmatic adjustable bed raises up the head of the bed and has the massage feature on it. I work a lot taking care of my husband, lifting things and lifting him. It also helps that he can raise his feet up to reduce the swelling in his feet, so there’s a lot of medical reasons why I love the bed. It helps me as well by raising it up. The rep was very pleasant and very professional, and he took care of a certain problem I’ve had when the bed was pulled apart. He told me how to get the strap to fix that up, so I was very satisfied with the salesman. Overall, they have very good beds and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife needs something to help her get up out of bed so she could sit up and watch television. We got the Craftmatic about two years ago and she really loves it. It moves up and down and she could set it up in the bed but she couldn't use the thing called a vibrator because she got a defibrillator pacemaker in her heart. The man that sold the Craftmatic to us was getting ready to retire and he was very nice. We really liked him. Then their reps told me that they were going to come and when they did, they set the bed up, cleaned all of trash, and showed me how use it. Also, a lot of people who come in our house don’t care if they bang up our wall but the Craftmatic guys were very careful.

My mother bought a Craftmatic bed for me. I mostly enjoy its adjustability feature because I cannot lie straight and flat. When I had a problem with the bed, they sent the serviceman out in a very reasonable time.

I wanted a real comfortable bed to sleep in. I saw Craftmatic being advertised on TV and I liked what they said about it. The price was very reasonable, too. Their reps were very nice and they did everything they were supposed to do. They set the bed up and everything was great. The Craftmatic has been everything that they said it would be and I have enjoyed it so much. I have it for about a year now and every time I wake up, I feel rested. I also really hate to get out of the bed because it's so comfortable. I have used the vibrating features of the bed as well but it's the softness and the relaxation that I really enjoy.

I enjoy the headrest of my Craftmatic and the part where I can raise my feet when I’m laying down watching TV at night and it helps me sleep better at night. I enjoy the adjustments to the leg and neck and back and the comfort. The guy that brought it and installed it did a very good job but they were not familiar with the installation bed board so they just mounted the way that they could that they think was right but there was a gap. And when I called Craftmatic they sent a tech out to adjust it and he keeps telling me it cannot be adjusted. I called them again, they sent the same man back the second time and he again told me the same thing and I told him to get out. Then I called a buddy of mine who came over to look at it and said “Yeah, you can adjust it” and he adjusted it in less than three minutes.

I was having difficulty getting in and out of bed. I got the Craftmatic and had an excellent experience with their sales rep. I also like being able to raise my head and adjust my feet with the Craftmatic bed since I cannot lay flat.

The mattress I got from Craftmatic is very comfortable, and it’s large enough for two people. I like the foot of the bed where it stops the bedding to get away from me.

The positional comfort of the Craftmatic bed led me to purchase one. Their sales rep was fantastic and when they delivered it, there were parts that were missing from the headboard kit. They got those parts off promptly and provided mounting brackets for the headboard assembly, which was wonderful. The bed allows me to position myself and I like it's adjustability.

The bed that I had for 10 years was very uncomfortable and I couldn't seem to find a very good mattress. I saw Craftmatic's advertisement on TV and I wanted to try it, so I ordered one. Their reps were wonderful, very helpful and continued to check and make sure that I was very satisfied with everything. The bed is extremely comfortable and I've had wonderful nights of sleep on it. I also like the fact that I could adjust the mattress and I enjoy elevating the legs, center and the head. The only problem that I have it is I can't keep my key inside of it now. Other than that, I'm very pleased with Craftmatic and I've recommended it to a friend.
