I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed for health and I like that I can elevate it and I like the massage part of it also. I've only had it since the end of July 2017 and I'm loving it.

I got to the point where I could not lay flat in my bed. After checking around prices and what other people told me, I decided Craftmatic was the way I needed to go. The sales representatives were very good, thorough and helpful, and I appreciated it. I’ve had my Craftmatic bed since August of last year and I’m still very satisfied with it. The head raises up and the foot also even though I still have to put a pillow under my knees. But I can’t lay flat so that works fine for me.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed and the sales reps were terrific and when they delivered the bed they got it set up quickly. They were very professional. They took away my old bed. I enjoy that I can raise the head and the foot. Also I haven’t had any back pain getting up in the morning since I got the bed. I am totally happy with the experience and I have recommended it to family and friends.

I saw the Craftmatic bed on TV and I liked what I saw. The sales representative was fantastic too. The bed I had before that, I had it for about 20 years. But with the Craftmatic bed, I enjoy the elevation on my head. It’s a wonderful bed and I would recommend it to anyone. And since I’m almost 80 years old it’s just good on me all over.

The salesman that I dealt with was real fine, and I have enjoyed the bed.

We liked Craftmatic very much and we bought five of them. I enjoy every part of the bed. I can raise my feet when my feet swells up and I can raise my head. It has heat and vibrator in it and it all helps my back and every part of my body. Also the sales representatives were very good. They explained everything very carefully to me and it worked out fine for us. It's a wonderful bed and I recommend it to anybody who has any kind of problem and aches and pains. It will work wonders for them.

I enjoy the comfortable sleep I'm having with Craftmatic. Plus their reps were fantastic. Craftmatic is all around perfect! It's a beautiful bed.

We know some people who has the Craftmatic adjustable bed and they were very happy with it so we thought we’d try it. There were health reasons also and being able to raise the head and the pillow makes much more comfortable. The sales representative was also very good and gave us a real good deal. It was easy getting rid of the old bed, which we had for about 19 years. The delivery system and the fellows were great. They assembled the bed and explained things. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

With Craftmatic I can tilt my head and my legs and it takes the pressure off my back.

I had previously owned a Craftmatic and I still do so I have two of them now. I’m completely satisfied with it. I like raising the head. I use it for watching TV as well. The sales representative was also wonderful and so were the delivery people.

We wanted a bed that is better than what we had back 20 years ago, and we decided to buy a Craftmatic bed. The sales representative was very good. He explained everything to me in a proper way. Our Craftmatic bed is very comfortable. I enjoy it very much and we really appreciate it. I also like the new remote. It's really easy to operate.

I like that I can elevate my head and seat with the Craftmatic, and it certainly helps me. I'm happy with Craftmatic and they give immediate concern to even the minor problems.

The previous bed had been with us for five years and my father needed a new bed. The sales representative of Craftmatic Adjustable Beds was very good.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I ordered this bed two weeks ago and have had nothing but a big nightmare ever since. First off they didn't release the bed to be shipped until a week after I ordered it then it arrived in Sacramento 2 days ago and I have been unable to get anyone to even set up an appointment to get it delivered. So I contacted Craftmatic and they tell me it will be another week before my bed can be delivered even though it is only 2 hours from my house sitting in some warehouse for another week. Give me a break. Whatever you do don't buy one of these beds because you will never get it.

When ordering the bed, the customer service could not be better (ordered summer of 2017). The set-up went very smoothly. Once the check had cleared the bank, customer service for Craftmatic beds flew out the window... never to be seen again. I had an electrical problem with the bed. Sent in an request for maintenance, and received a call back about a month later. I ordered the parts online and had an electrician fix the problem. The bed is great, but one would hope that you never have a problem that needs the assistance of Craftmatic Beds.

My wife and I purchase a queen-size "Craftmatic" adjustable bed when I became a paraplegic nearly 14 years ago. We have had the bed for just over 13 years. While we are basically satisfied with the bed and its features, we are totally dissatisfied with the customer service, or more accurately the lack thereof when the mechanism which lifts the head of the bed failed. I was told upon calling the number for customer service on the Craftmatic website that my bed was obsolete and that replacement parts were not available (not true!).

I purchased a Craftmatic Bed in 2003, had no problems with it. In Oct 2017 the remote would not work and the foot of the bed was very high, I was wanting the bed to lay flat but when I hit flat on the remote it took the bed up as high as it would go. I called Craftmatic and they told me the bed and remote I had was obsolete and I could not get a new remote, I was very upset about this, I loved the bed and wanted it fixed but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I purchased another bed, they did give me a good deal, so I ask if I could have two remotes and the salesman said yes, when the bed arrived there was only one remote so I called the salesman and he said he would see what he could do, well I never got a second remote nor did I hear back from him.

I bought two Twin Extra Long Bed from them December 2017. I was in a very bad wreck and needed a King Size Bed that would adjust. I ask him several questions about the bed and the Mattress that I would be getting. He told me it would be 11 to 12 inches thick. The Bed was delivered on December 22, 2017 When I tried to put the sheets on they would not fit at all. They were too long and too wide. I was told to buy sheets 38 by 80. I did. I called the salesman Saturday morning December 23, 2017. He then told me the mattress was only 11 inches in the middle to call Jackie in shipping EXT **. I called her. Explained what happened and she told me they do have a 11 to 12 inch deep mattress but she could not send it. That I needed to talk with her supervisor that was out for the Holidays and would have her call me.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed for over 20 years and loved it. When she finally decided she was in need of another mattress, she ordered a new one, summer of 2014. I know, because we bought 2 at the same time. What a poor product. Within 2 years, all 3 of our mattresses started showing sagging issues. We have all 3 complained of the same problem - the mattresses do not support at all. They are nowhere as well made as her original purchase. All 3 of us are in the process of buying new beds, and I can guarantee you none of them will be a Craftmatic bed. I don't understand why people rate these beds so high - they simply do not last.

The most horrific experience I believe I have ever had!! I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed, and the delivery people lost my bed! I was totally stressed! Couldn't reach the delivery people... (Manna Delivery) I had to be tracking my own bed, nobody knew nothing!! And this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for family!! They ruined my holiday. This was just the most disheartening thing I have been thru in a very long time. I just can't say how disturbing this whole thing was!! HORRIBLE!!

I wrote a review the middle of this month regarding my bed not being put together when delivered. Since then they contacted me and took care of my problem to my complete satisfaction. Yes the bed is a excellent bed in my opinion. Thank you Craftmatic.

Craftmatic is a wonderful bed. It does everything I wanted it to do and more. I had one of those Number beds for years and I didn't like it at all. I always had back problems with it no matter what number I put. When I saw Craftmatic on TV I was impressed so I bought it right after. I like the pillow part with the head that raises up because I don't have to pile a bunch of pillows up. I just got my regular pillow down and it's very, very comfortable that way for watching TV.

Our Craftmatic adjustable bed raises up the head of the bed and has the massage feature on it. I work a lot taking care of my husband, lifting things and lifting him. It also helps that he can raise his feet up to reduce the swelling in his feet, so there’s a lot of medical reasons why I love the bed. It helps me as well by raising it up. The rep was very pleasant and very professional, and he took care of a certain problem I’ve had when the bed was pulled apart. He told me how to get the strap to fix that up, so I was very satisfied with the salesman. Overall, they have very good beds and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife needs something to help her get up out of bed so she could sit up and watch television. We got the Craftmatic about two years ago and she really loves it. It moves up and down and she could set it up in the bed but she couldn't use the thing called a vibrator because she got a defibrillator pacemaker in her heart. The man that sold the Craftmatic to us was getting ready to retire and he was very nice. We really liked him. Then their reps told me that they were going to come and when they did, they set the bed up, cleaned all of trash, and showed me how use it. Also, a lot of people who come in our house don’t care if they bang up our wall but the Craftmatic guys were very careful.

I wanted a real comfortable bed to sleep in. I saw Craftmatic being advertised on TV and I liked what they said about it. The price was very reasonable, too. Their reps were very nice and they did everything they were supposed to do. They set the bed up and everything was great. The Craftmatic has been everything that they said it would be and I have enjoyed it so much. I have it for about a year now and every time I wake up, I feel rested. I also really hate to get out of the bed because it's so comfortable. I have used the vibrating features of the bed as well but it's the softness and the relaxation that I really enjoy.

I enjoy the headrest of my Craftmatic and the part where I can raise my feet when I’m laying down watching TV at night and it helps me sleep better at night. I enjoy the adjustments to the leg and neck and back and the comfort. The guy that brought it and installed it did a very good job but they were not familiar with the installation bed board so they just mounted the way that they could that they think was right but there was a gap. And when I called Craftmatic they sent a tech out to adjust it and he keeps telling me it cannot be adjusted. I called them again, they sent the same man back the second time and he again told me the same thing and I told him to get out. Then I called a buddy of mine who came over to look at it and said “Yeah, you can adjust it” and he adjusted it in less than three minutes.

I like lifting my head up on the Craftmatic bed so I don't get an acid reflux. I got the bed for health reasons and when I bought it, I had a good experience with their sales rep.

My mother bought a Craftmatic bed for me. I mostly enjoy its adjustability feature because I cannot lie straight and flat. When I had a problem with the bed, they sent the serviceman out in a very reasonable time.

I was having difficulty getting in and out of bed. I got the Craftmatic and had an excellent experience with their sales rep. I also like being able to raise my head and adjust my feet with the Craftmatic bed since I cannot lay flat.

The mattress I got from Craftmatic is very comfortable, and it’s large enough for two people. I like the foot of the bed where it stops the bedding to get away from me.

I have back pain so I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Beds. And my husband likes the feature where he can raise and lower the bed.

The bed that I had for 10 years was very uncomfortable and I couldn't seem to find a very good mattress. I saw Craftmatic's advertisement on TV and I wanted to try it, so I ordered one. Their reps were wonderful, very helpful and continued to check and make sure that I was very satisfied with everything. The bed is extremely comfortable and I've had wonderful nights of sleep on it. I also like the fact that I could adjust the mattress and I enjoy elevating the legs, center and the head. The only problem that I have it is I can't keep my key inside of it now. Other than that, I'm very pleased with Craftmatic and I've recommended it to a friend.

Craftmatic has a good website and the sales rep is very polite and explained everything well. With Craftmatic I enjoy raising the head into the bed and watch the news program in the TV. I enjoyed everything with Craftmatic and it was nice to work with.

I had a Craftmatic for over 20 years and it wouldn't go out so I ordered another one. Their sales rep was very good and the beds are comfortable. I enjoy Craftmatic's massage and headrest features the most. It's very comfortable when I sit up and watch TV. Dealing with their sales reps was also good.

The positional comfort of the Craftmatic bed led me to purchase one. Their sales rep was fantastic and when they delivered it, there were parts that were missing from the headboard kit. They got those parts off promptly and provided mounting brackets for the headboard assembly, which was wonderful. The bed allows me to position myself and I like it's adjustability.

We’ve been Craftmatic customers since the 70’s and this is our second time to purchase from them. Their sales rep was excellent to deal with. We like the tilting of the bed. We also enjoy the ease and the longevity.

Every time we’re in the Craftmatic mattresses, we never want to get out. It’s so comfortable and we sleep so well in it. On the other hand, my experience with their sales reps was very good. They helped me a lot and explained everything very well. Craftmatic have been wonderful with us. They can answer every question and when they brought the bed they were very efficient. They showed us how to use it and how it all work and what we needed to do as far as maintaining it and if we have any problems, how we could get a hold of Craftmatic for service. We’ve just been very satisfied all the way around. We’ve already recommended it to several friends as being a wonderful bed and a good investment.

I had real good salespeople attend to me and they've helped quite a bit, always called back, and answered questions. I've had numerous back surgeries and I thought that a Craftmatic adjustable bed should help me because I've been sleeping in the chair all the time. Indeed, the bed got me out of the chair and I've had it now for almost seven months. I enjoy the reclining part of the bed where I can put my legs up a little and my head up a little and that makes me sleep. Craftmatic has a good product and I recommend it. I like being able to set up in my Craftmatic bed and read. I also like that I can lower it. Their reps were wonderful when I got the bed and I enjoy it very much. I was pretty crippled up after my back was injured and the Craftmatic's adjustment feature helps me so much to get in and out of bed.

The first time I heard of Craftmatic was about 45 years ago when I received a mailing that caught my eye and I thought, "Gee an adjustable bed. It sounds like heaven." But at that time, I just thought it was a neat idea and nothing that I could really afford in my budget. And all these years later when I started seriously looking for one, I remembered Craftmatic and I thought, "They’ve been around for that many years, they must be good." So, I did some price comparison shopping locally and found that it is really worth it shipping from the East Coast. Their rep was most helpful, informative, and responded promptly to any concerns I had. He was excellent. With Craftmatic, elevating particularly the head has helped my IBS and helped me sleep better.

The sales rep of Craftmatic was very helpful. I’m a big guy. I needed a big bed and he helped us through that. And he did a good job. Before my wife and I have been sleeping in different bedrooms because of the discomfort and now we sleep in the same bedroom side by side but on different beds. It has worked out very well. I enjoy the ability to raise the head and the legs and get comfortable.

At night when I go to sleep, I've curled up so tight that my head and neck would get down, and when I wake up the morning my neck was hurting so bad. I got the Craftmatic so that I could keep my head more raised so I didn't curl up that tight. The sales reps were quite pleasant to work with, and it's been a pleasure having my Craftmatic anytime. I've had my bed for a year now and I'm really glad I got it. I've been able to use the buttons to help me sit up on the bed or raise my feet up. Also, I have a bad knee, and I can raise my feet up so that the bad knee doesn't hurt as bad. I enjoyed the bed so much that I shared it with my brothers and my best friends. If they needed another bed, I'd suggest the Craftmatic. I told them how good the beds are. I wish I had it a year or two beforehand.

Everyone at Craftmatic, from the salesperson to the delivery people, were all very respectable and kept the price within a very comfortable limit. The customer service was wonderful. Raising the head of the bed takes the pressure off of the back and neck and when the feet are swollen and legs are hurting, we raise the feet part of the bed. Being elevated really helps, and we enjoy the nightlight under the bed when it's dark. The quality of the bed is fair and we're on our second set of beds.

The Craftmatic's quality and the fact that it’s serviced right in your home are the reasons why I got their bed. Their sales reps were wonderful people too. Everybody takes care of you and you don’t have to worry about anything when you have a Craftmatic. Also, there couldn’t be a more comfortable bed than Craftmatic. It helps me sleep the best. I can adjust it in any way I want and the vibration is fantastic. It helps with my acid reflux. If you have any kind of health problems especially breathing problems, between the adjustment and the vibration of the bed, I’m sure you’ll fall asleep in comfort. You can get many different mattresses to fit the bed and Craftmatic also helped me out with that. I already have recommended Craftmatic to friends and family. It has so many qualifications that people would like if they just try it.

My wife is a stroke victim and she was using a hospital bed. The Craftmatic seemed to be much more comfortable so we got one. Their sales rep was very good and the bed is very well made. The raising of the head and foot also makes it much more comfortable for her. I would recommend it.

I replaced my adjustable bed of 25 years with a Craftmatic bed. I like raising the head and foot up and down because I can get in a comfortable position. It fixed my back quick too.

I wanted a new mattress and needed it for some health reasons. I got a Craftmatic and it’s comfortable. My only and small complaint would be that I bought the twin mattress and one has always moved on the bed. But other than that, it’s fine. I also enjoy being able to elevate the head and the feet.

I have snoring problems. The people who came to install the Craftmatic adjustable bed were polite, courteous and they knew what they were doing. I really appreciated that. And I enjoy the head elevation feature of the bed.

I compared several different brands when I was looking for beds and Craftmatic was the most reasonably priced. The sales rep was positively wonderful. I have an aversion to salesmen with high pressure, but there was none of that. The way he handled things, he was perfect. The biggest thing was he reassured me that if I wasn't satisfied that I would not be stuck with the beds.

My wife liked to sleep with her head up while I like to sleep flat, and we had a problem with that. We had a queen size Craftmatic in the beginning but decided to get two twins, and it’s working out great. I had an excellent interaction with the sales representative. You can shop around until you get tired but you're only going to fool around, and Craftmatic is going to be in the bedroom before you know it.

I like Craftmatic product -- primarily the adjustable features. The bed is being used by my wife because she has been ill. Their sales rep was very good. It had to be done in a short period of time and it was done in a short period of time and I’m very thankful for that.

I can adjust Craftmatic bed up and sleep upright, and it helps move my back. It’s a very comfortable bed and I’m very happy with it. Also, I’m very pleased with the service so far.

My wife has acid reflux. We decided to try the Craftmatic to help her with that and it worked. I’m getting older and I use the Craftmatic bed to watch TV with and it’s good for my back. I enjoy the vibrator as far as relaxing, also sitting up in the bed and reading. Their sales representative was very good. He answered all of my questions and led me in a good way of setting up and getting the bed. Also, their installers came in and they put the bed together for me. They took the old bed out too. I had no operating problems with it and they did a great job. I have recommended it to a friend.

I like the adjustability of Craftmatic bed as I can adjust it to various positions. I'm able to raise and lower the head and the feet for comfort. They also have a great service people.

I'm 85 years old and I have problems with my legs and back. Since I've used the Craftmatic bed, I'm able to elevate my legs and my head. I'm sleeping much better and comfortably too. As a result, I have more energy in the day. On the whole, I enjoy the elevation feature as well as the massage part of the bed.

I’m 77 years old and have owned several beds. I have known of the Craftmatic bed for many years and with its price, I got one for the first time about a year and a half ago. The sales guy was wonderful and very kind. All the Craftmatic reps were very prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and polite, and I enjoyed the experience. Craftmatics are the best on the market. When I got one, their reps were absolutely wonderful, fantastic and nice. They also answered my questions then they set that bed up. It works great and I like that I can put my head and feet up on it. Also, because I have a bad back, it helps me to be able to get out of the bed. There's no other bed out there that would compare to the Craftmatic. I am extremely pleased with the way it works and I’ve never had a problem with it, except I have a bad back and it hurts sometimes. But other than that, it's a wonderful bed and I would not choose any other. I hope they sell a million Craftmatics.

I had a Craftmatic bed for about 30 years and needed a replacement. When I purchased the new one, I had a great experience with the salespeople. They were gracious enough to hold the bed for me until my house was completed, which was a couple of months before they actually delivered it but I’m very well satisfied with that. The Craftmatic adjustable bed has a good price, so many features, and a long-term ability to hold up. I like its heat and massage features. Also, the salesperson whom I dealt with was very thorough and informed. Craftmatic has done a good delivery and setup.

I wanted the flexibility of the Craftmatic bed and I also like the massage feature. I found a company on the internet selling Craftmatic and there's always a little distrust in so much promise. The salesman said the bed was everything that it could have been and I thought that it was a sales pitch but I needed it anyway. The delivery was on time and the installation of the backboard, the bed, and the mattress was perfect. The white glove was every bit white glove. I didn't know how the gentlemen were able to handle the taking out of the old ridiculous king size bed situation but they left the room spotless clean. Everything that the sales rep had said to me about the delivery, installation, and taking out of the old bed were all true and to the T. So, I have some respect for the company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ok, I understand the sales pitch... play up the bed and play down the high cost to return since you will love it anyway (or maybe not), but when I only live 4 hours from the warehouse it seems a bit excessive to be charged $1000 for a return. The real issue is the Assurance Program though. If you pay $3800 for a bed and adjustable base, and you don't like the mattress... you are stuck with a $3800 base (not worth it).

Dealing with the sales rep of Craftmatic was an excellent experience. The adjustment of position was the reason I bought a Craftmatic bed and it's also the feature I enjoy the most.

This is a follow-up to a review I submitted on August 7 regarding a purchase I'd made for my husband who had been diagnosed with cancer and went to his eternal home before the bed was delivered. I called to cancel the order and, now know, was given incorrect information about the cost to do that. Dadai ** just called from Craftmatic to let me know that the company is giving a complete refund with no fees associated with that process. She expressed her sympathy for my situation and sincere apology for what I'd been told. An answer to prayers in many ways... Craftmatic is indeed the company I thought it to be after all. My experience with the Craftmatic sales representative was extremely good. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I'm 90 years old and I enjoy the comfort of getting in and out of the bed. What I enjoy most about my Craftmatic Adjustable bed is the raising of the head and the feet, and the massage.
