I had an amazing Craftmatic sales rep. We had some camaraderie because we happen to come from the same part of the country originally. We had a great conversation and he was very informative. I had my bed for 10 years and now, I'm on my second one. I'm enjoying it very much and it helps me get through the day. I have a good night's sleep. Also, I enjoy getting my legs up and it gives me circulation. It's the best bed I've ever had and I'm glad. 10 years from now, I might be getting another one.

One night, when I was wide awake with the TV on and saw a Craftmatic commercial, I decided to call the number. At the time, I needed a new bed. I thought that the bed would be excellent because it's adjustable and vibrating so I took a stab at it. I love the sales rep. He was very charismatic and courteous. I appreciated his call. I love raising my legs up, which keeps my feet and legs from swelling. It feels great. I sleep much better and don’t have any back problems. I also love the vibration on the foot and the head. Mostly, I use it on the foot side. I wish I had bought it a long time ago.

My experience with the Craftmatic sales rep was very good. My back problems led me to purchase from them. I enjoy the raising of the head the most. It's the first bed that when I get in, I say, "Ah."

I just had hip surgery and I wasn’t resting well and saw the Craftmatic advertisement over the TV, which got me got to purchase a bed. The sales rep was wonderful. I told them I wanted a very soft mattress and I got exactly what I asked for. I love the mattress and I enjoy the way I can adjust the head and the foot of the bed.

I had gotten a Craftmatic for its features. I had an excellent sales representative. But the service with the delivery drivers was a little rocky. Otherwise, I have had a very good experience with the bed. I enjoy the raising up of the head and the feet. One part of the bed, however, did have the proper screws to attach the adjustment factor of the bed.

The Craftmatic rep was helpful and knew what he talking about. I got it for its rating as being medically made on medical standards. On it, I enjoy the zero-gravity position because it helps me reduce the retaining water, helps my back and gives me a good night’s sleep. It is a good bed, sturdy, and well-made. It has been a good investment.

I had a Craftmatic before and chose to get another one. I had a good experience with the sales rep.

I would strongly recommend to buy from a local mattress store & stay away from craftmatic. They are not what they used to be 20+ years ago.

The warranty that came with the bed specifically states that defective motors are replaced free of charge less labor as long as you are the original purchaser. I was told the bed is obsolete. Craftmatic refuses to replace the bad motor.

We ordered a bed then cancelled it a while later before delivery. Craftmatic claims they refunded over 3000 dollars to my card but no refund ever came. You ask for proof and they send you a bogus typed up letterhead that just says my name, master card, and the amount. Nowhere on it does it say the account number or anything identifying where the money was supposedly returned to. You call to try to get it and they give you the run around. Been calling for over a month now and jeep getting nasty people on the phone who won't listen to what you say. You ask to speak to Lydia who supposedly manages accounting and she refuses to get on the phone or call back. They robbed my money and refuse to send identifying proof that the money was supposedly refunded!!!! Buyers beware. They will rob you!

One of the workers stole expensive $285 hunting knife from me. The 2 delivery persons came into my house - didn't know how to set up the bed. I had to help them figure out the directions. One of them left here with my personal - has my name on it - ** - hunting knife worth approx $280. This occurred yesterday afternoon Jan 13, during the delivery to **.

I bought a Craftmatic at around 2007 and at first I loved the bed but then when it broke I called the company two different times about it and they were wanting me to crawl underneath to take pictures and send it to them or they could send someone out to do it and charge me over $200 bucks and then maybe fix it. Worse customer service ever to get out of really helping me.

On October 18th, 2019 I called to get the correct mattress I ordered and also exchange the another mattress. Oct 31 After 27 minutes on the phone of which 24 minutes on hold I was told everything was taken care of and someone would call me back that afternoon. That didn't happen. After several attempts I talked to someone who informed me the mattress was on back order. I've made multiple phone calls and It is now Jan 10, 2020 and I still do not have not heard a word from anyone. Although it wouldn't matter because you can not believe what they tell you. Every time I call I am on the phone at least 20 minutes and most of that is on hold.

Craftmatic makes an excellent product, but they need to join the 21st Century when it comes to sales tactics. It is almost impossible to buy a bed from this company. I have contacted them three times, two different sales representatives have called me. Both give different information. I had to explain to both what a zero-clearance concept is. I was quoted two different prices and now cannot get anyone to respond to me. When I call, I stay on hold until the call disconnects. It should not be this hard to get information or make a purchase. PLEASE PLEASE update your sales and marketing approach. Too many good adjustable beds out there these days for it to be this hard.

The phone ordering my Craftmatic Adjustable bed I was told what best mattresses they had, upon arrival of my new mattress my first impression was it looks like a mattress from the Goodwill store, after a few nights of sleeping on it I was convinced it was cheaper than the mattress from the Goodwill, Springs are popping and poking me, I can feel and hear the Springs compress, 90% of a bed even though it's adjustable is the mattress. I could have got the same effect with the sheet of cardboard, the base and the adjustability are great but that's it, you can only adjust a bad mattress so much, does not make it more comfortable.

I've had Craftmatic before many years ago and I like it, and so I got another one, and I just love it especially the raising and lowering feature as well as the vibration. They're both restful.

I was in the market for a new bed and I thought I'd like to change from the flat bed purchase to an adjustable bed purchase. I had a great experience with the Craftmatic sales rep and since having the bed, I enjoy its overall adjustability and being able to change positions if you need to.

My husband had hurt is back and had a major back infection last year, and it was hard for him to sleep and be comfortable. We spoke to a sales representative who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, and we got the Craftmatic bed. My husband puts it in zero gravity and within five minutes, his pain is gone. Then, he could sleep wonderfully at night.

I had a great experience with the Craftmatic sales representative. And having purchased the bed, I now enjoy being able to raise the head part of the bed so that it relieves acid reflux.

Due to the back pain, I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. The sales rep was very informative. I like the bed because I can raise it up and raise my legs up. And I don't get up with a backache. We adjust it low enough so we can sit on the edge of the bed now and get the thing close. My wife enjoys that part of it too.

With severe health problems, I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed and we enjoy it. It gives us comfort and a good night’s rest. My experience with the sales rep was also excellent.

I've had a Sealy Posturepedic for five years and I was looking for a new bed. I've had two knee operations, and with the Craftmatic bed, it was convenient to elevate my feet. It causes my legs to relax and get the pressure off them and the heart is lower than the legs which provides less swelling. I go to sleep every night with Craftmatic. The relaxing massage is good. The vibration is soothing. I would buy this bed again. I definitely would advise anyone that is looking for a bed to try the Craftmatic and they'll be pleased. The sales rep was friendly without being overly friendly and he was the best Craftmatic salesman you could ever have. He was right on the money. He explained everything and it was better than I thought it would be.

The sales rep did a good job going through everything with me. Got it here within two weeks, got everything set up and everything came with the part. I like that both sides of it has their own remote controls, which are wireless. Also, there’s a night light under the bed that can function if you have to go the loo in the middle of the night without falling. The massaging part helps me go to sleep.

I've had a Craftmatic before for 18 years and I got a new one again last year. I've enjoyed it and it's comfortable. I enjoy having it to raise my legs up 'cause I have trouble with my legs swelling and it always helps me not to do that. I also elevate the head part and I can watch TV better at night. So, I recommended for other people to use them 'cause they last a long time.

The sales rep was very nice, friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. I enjoy that I can adjust the bed to sit up, and that’s the main thing I do it for. I’m 91 years old and I have to go to bed early, and now I am able to sit up and read or watch TV. I am also happy about changing my linen. I can adjust it up and do the bottom, and that’s a good part too because it’s getting a little bit hard to do these things at my age now.

I like the comfort of the Craftmatic bed. I enjoy the feature of adjustment on my legs and my shoulders and neck because I snore. I don't snore as much now that I have the Craftmatic. I don't have my mouth open. And for my legs, it's to have them elevated. Moreover, I had an excellent experience with the Craftmatic sales rep who was very informative. I liked that Craftmatic brought the bed in, put it together and took care of everything. They took the old bed out and that was very helpful for me.

It was an excellent experience with the Craftmatic sales rep. The bed is adjustable and I like that. I can raise the head and feet. Also, I can sleep more comfortably.

We’ve been married 60 years, and we’ve had the Craftmatic for 12 years. We like to raise the head of the bed so that we can read and make the bed. It is much better to make the bed, particularly with the contour sheet, if we raise the head and then we raise the foot. We have received two calls from Mark, and we have taken his advice.

So we bought the Craftmatic bed and it broke a year or so after the purchase. My wife has emailed, called, and complained for over 6 months. The best answer is that they do not have the plastic part - it's out of stock. How can it be out of stock if it is on every bed they sell. At least that time we received a response. Every other time, she has been ignored. #horribleCS

The man who came was great in putting the Craftmatic bed up. The bed is really great too. I like the thing that makes you go up and down ‘cause I can take different positions. I had a Craftmatic before and I had it for quite a while.

The salesperson was very professional and I chose to go with Craftmatic because of their reputation. I also enjoy the bed's remote control.

I purchased the Craftmatic bed about 4 years ago and it's broke down twice. This time they have shuffled their feet at my request. I have breathing issues and edema in my legs. I have explained the need for the bed to work and they blew me off by saying the part is on back order and I either have to fix it myself or pay $175 for them to come out. Very uncaring and expensive to own if you have to pay due to their defects.

I like the way the Craftmatic mattress is made. I love to be able to raise the head and the feet. My husband uses it higher than I do, but I like it a little bit. He also likes the vibration a lot. The sales rep was great, too.

My paralyzed mother had a Craftmatic bed that she wanted raised higher. She called them and they said she had to buy a new bed and they'd install risers on a new bed. She did. After 2 years the riser (a bolt) bent under the weight of the bed and it broke off. Someone sat on the bed and it gave way and she looked under the bed to find the bent bolt lying on the floor. It took time for the bolt to bend because it wasn't installed correctly.

Craftmatic was very courteous and on time with their delivery. I enjoy its vibration feature and adjustability.

At first, we had problems with the rep from Craftmatic at first, but it worked out pretty good. I had their bed before and I enjoyed it. I have problems with my back and leg. I like the fact that it reclines and I enjoy the massage. It relaxes me. The bed is exceptional and I have recommended it to a friend. There’s nothing like sleeping on a Craftmatic bed. You can get some rest. I’ve been able to turn over and snore very well.

There’s a model that has come out and it has some adjustability for the head portion, so that really looks attractive. But other than that, I enjoy my bed. We got a Craftmatic adjustable bed as a replacement for a 20-year old bed. And the way we got into the Craftmatic bed was there was a salesman who came around to the house the first time, in Silver Springs, Florida. When we purchased the bed, it was all done over the phone and the representative was a very nice and friendly person. Now, I have a nice bed and I enjoy the way it extends with the headboard going up and down. I have a reflux problem and so that helps. I also use the vibrator very well. Overall, I like the way the Craftmatic bed feels, and I sleep very well.

We had a wonderful experience with the rep of Craftmatic. He was very knowledgeable of everything. I have GERD and I need to keep my head elevated, and the Craftmatic bed does all that. I decided to purchase because of the warranty that is lifetime on the parts, and the 25-year warranty on the mattress. And with my bed I enjoy being able to lift my head and feet because of comfort and my feet swelling.

I tried to call him back though after I bought the bed within a couple of weeks, and he was no longer working with the company. I like the adjustable part of the bed. I can breathe better when the head of the bed is elevated a bit. That’s what I like best about it. I really do enjoy the bed very much. I sleep well on it and it’s easy for my wife to make and maintain.

I bought the Craftmatic product over time and because of the lifetime warranty. The representative took my questions and there was no pressure to buy. Everything was great. I like the adjustability of the head and the foot parts of the bed to get a better position for either reading or relaxing.

The sales people from Craftmatic were wonderful. They answered all my questions and told me what I needed to know. I was also able to get financing very easy, and that meant a lot to me because I certainly didn't have the cash for it. So, that's a wonderful thing if anybody is interested in purchasing. You can make the payments, and it's very easy to do. I enjoy the pillow top version that I have on my Craftmatic. It allows us to raise it up or just the pillow.

I wanted a Craftmatic bed and their sales rep was too fast to sell the product. I like their lifting the foot feature. All in all, it feels great.

I was shopping and came across Craftmatic in the yellow pages. I had a pleasant experience with the sales reps and they followed up. Also, the delivery and set-up were good and very nice. I love the remote because it gives me easy control over the different things that I can do. I wish that everybody, as they age and have back problems, could afford to buy a Craftmatic bed because they’re well-worth what I paid in mine. I had called in to order a new mattress, a firm mattress, because my old Craftmatic which I've had for 25 years was still very good. There was not a thing wrong with it. The representative told me about the new one and possibly the old could not be repaired. What I did not like or understand was that he kept telling me I was getting a new bed, a free bed. I knew that would not be possible. He said it several times, and I didn’t think that was right. I didn’t like how it was handled. I should’ve pursued that with him. But I ordered anyway and I got the free mattress. I like my bed and I’m happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s dependable, comfortable and well-made. I think it’ll last as long as I do. Raising the head several inches at night seems better with my back and neck, which I have problems with.

My experience with Craftmatic has been truly great. I had a knee amputation and I enjoy the Craftmatic's adjustability of the leg.

I have an extremely bad back and the adjustability feature of the bed helps my back. I just push the button until the pain goes away. This is the second time I've owned a Craftmatic bed. I first got one about 10 years ago. Everybody should own one. It's a very good bed. I've tried all different types. I've spent thousands of dollars on beds. The Craftmatic sales rep was also excellent.

I have really bad arthritis in my lower back, and I need to sleep with my bed raised up so I don’t have all that weight on my back. It feels good to put the top of the Craftmatic bed up and I put the foot of it up too. I also have acid reflux, and it helps that as well. The sales reps were very nice, courteous and did their job well. The experience with Craftmatic couldn’t be much better because I really like it and not only do I sleep a lot better in it but I also sleep longer hours than I did before in our other bed. I've had my prior bed for 3 years before purchasing a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I got the Craftmatic as I have a bad back and I enjoy all of the bed's features. Also, I had a good experience with the sales representative when I bought it.

I got a Craftmatic bed because of health issues. The adjustable feature for the leg and the head are both very helpful and necessary. And the massaging part, mostly for the waist, is very good as well. The under the bed light comes in handy as well. It's been a great purchase for us. Everything the representative told us about the bed was accurate. We're just very pleased with it.

The sales rep at Craftmatic was wonderful. I bought a Craftmatic bed for my father for his comfort. He enjoys the ability to adjust the bed. He can either lay down or sit down, and watch his TV.

I have lots of leg cramps and I enjoy the Craftmatic's massage feature. I also enjoy being able to lift the bed up to a sitting position. It’s very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with back problems.

I like the zero-gravity button of the Craftmatic bed. You push it and you're automatically in your favorite position. I love the fact that you push the down button, then it goes back to flat. It's great. I've had both of my sisters come down and try the bed out. That's how good the bed makes me feel. I have had a hospital bed, and I wanted one that was more comfortable, plush and easier to use that was why I purchased a craftmatic. The sales representative was tremendous. He could sell ketchup to a lady wearing white gloves.

I had an older Craftmatic about eight years ago, but I went with a hospital bed 'cause the old one wasn't good anymore. Then things got better and I went back to Craftmatic because of the comfort and the options that came with it. I love everything about the bed, but the vibration feature helps with a lot of physical issues that I've got. Their sales rep was very nice and helpful. We've ended up buying two of them and we have them together like one king size bed, so my wife and I sleep together and I can hold hands with her when sleeping. That's a wonderful thing.
