California Rates - NEVER DO INSTALLMENT LOAN!!! The interest is horrendous. 7k+ on $2,600. The payday loans are great for when you're in a bind, $45 for $255. It's high but better than late fees and the negative impact on your credit score of a missed payment. The application process is simple and customer service is consistently good. I have only had one issue with Speedy Cash in the two years I have sparingly been a customer. If you do not pay in store or online by the close of business, the payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account the next businesses day. My payment was withdrawn a whole week early creating mayhem. The teller told me the 26th, my physical copy said the 26th, but everything online said the 19th.

I was very pleased in the quick prompt process of applying for the loan at 9 in the a.m. Called customer service about 11 a.m. to see if my documentation was received. By 9 p.m. I received the funds in my account and receiving the loan. I would recommend your establishment to my family and friends.

Hello, I'll try to make this short. Borrow $300 in December of 2017 from Speedy Cash. Just found out yesterday my last payment will be in 2019 costing me over $4,000. I don't know who does that. I was told when I obtain the 300 it will be done with payments or I may or June depending on make every payment like I have been. I have never heard about that borrowing $300 and having to repay over 4 grand. This is the first time I've been on this site so I have no order number. I was just told to get on this site and put a review in about Speedy Cash. And believe me I'm going to fight it. They never told me anything about four grand when I got the 300 or else I wouldn't have got it. I'm very disappointed with Speedy Cash.

The reason for me even choosing a company that charges interest rates as high as you do is for the convenience of getting cash in my hand. On your application I was asked if I wanted cash or have the money deposited to an account that I have on file with you. I chose to pick up the cash at the closest location. I missed arriving there to do so by 10 minutes when I went there in the morning to pick it up. Your employee informed me that you had deposited the money to the account that was on file and that I could no longer get cash.

If for any reason you are unable to repay your loan think again. Speedy Cash charges an enormous penalty if you don't. I borrowed 300.00 and I now have to pay that plus another 900.00 on top of it. I don't mind repaying the loan back at a reasonable rate but 900.00 is way too much. So if you borrow for any amount be sure to repay every cent.

I recently gotten an email from Speedy Cash that was way beyond threatening if I didn't make my payment of $800.00, that County Sheriff was going to come knocking on my door with a summons and they were going to send a letter to my place of employment to garnish ALL my wages. Plus is said that I would have to pay back $7,890, when my loan was originally $400.00. They sound very threatening and unprofessional.

I have gotten a lot of loan assistance and payday loans and this has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had. I am being told to drive around and purchase high dollars amount in gift cards and MoneyGrams yet the simple process of me getting my money is still not being done. The insurance agent was very rude and did not explain or answer any of the questions that I had in regards to why I was doing unnecessary things. I applied for an installment loan to consolidate some debt. I got information that I could borrow up to $10,000 over 3 years. I read the information sent to me and I was told I needed to purchase insurance on my loan. I had to buy $200.00 in prepaid cards and send them to per my cell phone. I asked any other fees. No your money will be transferred immediately! 30 minutes later I got a call that I need to pay another $200 for fees to transfer the money in my bank account. They said my bank won't accept the money unless I paid the fee. I argued with them and decided to cancel. To cancel the loan I have to pay $380.00 and they will then refund my $200. What a scam. How can anyone ever give them a good rate.

I had applied for Speedy Cash because I had a family emergency and was unable to travel for work (I do leadership development trips for work and when I don’t travel I don’t get paid). I was home for 3 weeks. The first agent informed me that I would be denied because I did not meet the 1500 minimum requirement for the last month. I informed them that if you look at my statements over the past year, every month I have made the minimum. They said there was nothing they could do.

Emails state that loan was funded, however, I never received any funds. Even when I spoke with your rep he stated I'd receive the money next day. Two days later, I still have not received it and now my deadlines have passed. I am still in emergency and have passed other loans to work with speedy. This is woeful.

I went in and spoke to the very well trained, nice, customer service reps they have there and asked how their loans worked. She pulled out a worksheet that explained that they process your application with basic information and based on your pay periods, that is when your payments would be due. She said, "if you were to take out $200, your payments will be $X amount on the 15th and the 30th, if you want to pay off your loan sooner, we recommend you pay an additional amount." I asked for them to submit the application to see how much I'd get approved for and I was approved for $1400, but didn't want to get the full amount. I asked what the payments would be for X and what the payments would be for Y and they told me the payment amounts.

I'm in a really tight situation and was called and told I qualified for the loan. The agent was so RUDE. He continuously overtalked me so I could never get clarification on anything. When I asked why would did I need to give them my online banking info I never received a clear answer. After telling the agent I needed him to stop cutting me off and listen to my questions I was told "you need to stop talking and calm down." When I told him he needed to listen better to his customers I was told "just call me back when you can calm down" and he hung up. This was a horrible experience. Also I don't understand why if I'm not going through with this why they need to keep my info on file. Also how would Speedy Cash have the authority to raise my credit limit and add funds to a credit card??

Application online was easy. Cashier was not very friendly. I felt like I was being a bother to her. Very short with me. She was training another cashier and was too busy explaining to her the usual protocol to interact with me, in a pleasant manner. Almost to the point of rudeness.

Took a loan with this company- lost my job but got another which changed my paydays. This company was unsympathetic- did not care about me or what I needed- dispassionate to say the least. They actually suggested I pay off my loan and take another so I could adjust the paydays. Now why would I take another loan??? If I pay it off I won't have pay dates to worry about. You can bet my tax return will pay this off and I'll NEVER get another loan with this company.

I took out a $100.00 loan in July. It has now escalated to a balance of $569.00. I did not know it was a LINE OF CREDIT. Well dumb me I guess. I have called and emailed since November and always get the runaround. Have tried to "settle" but they don't want to hear it. Each time I call I get put on hold and then switched to someone else in another department. Just yesterday I called 5 times and asked for a copy of my ORIGINAL loan documents. They said OK, I have to check with my supervisor. As of today, nothing. I contacted the State of Delaware Department of Banking Commissioner before Christmas and explained this to them. They gave me a number to call and a person to ask for.

I'm no stranger to Speedy Cash, as I've used them for one person only, with about the same result each time in regards of paying it back. Just walking inside, the place gives off a sleazy feeling that gives off a stench of deception. I'm even convinced the ATMs placed inside each SC purposely don't warn of being charged for any transactions so they can rip you off. Had I known I'd be charged $3.00 just to check a balance, I'd have saved it. Anyway, I decided I'd only get $200 in case I'd be the one left holding the bag like I usually have with this particular person. Since I am paid weekly, I was told the payoff would be deducted a week after, rather than two, which I agreed to. The payoff date passed with the payer leaving me with the notion it'd been paid. I will admit I'm guilty for not making sure it'd been paid that day, but I trusted this person to take care of it as they agreed.

I requested small loan and received the funds the next morning! Fast and efficient. I was offered the option of direct deposit into my checking account or I could come in that day and pick up the check. Let me start with saying that I am not a person who will write reviews but this company compelled me to write a review. So I applied online and I was approved for $750. Now I left for work at that time, and came back from work (around 9pm), trying to access my account on Speedy Cash website. And guess what I am seeing? "The Email Address or Password you have entered is invalid; please verify that the information you have entered is correct." Now I am trying back and forth and wondering what's going on because I know that this is what my email ID and password is, anyways long story short, I can't access my account.

This company permanently keeps all your information, including bank account and debit card info on file EVEN IF YOU JUST SUBMITTED APPLICATION BUT DIDN'T TAKE OUT A LOAN. I was informed by a supervisor that information given is never deleted regardless if it was an application submitted years ago. Or a check cashed 10 years ago because they bought out Check N Go.

Did anyone else have to pay a $250 fee to "boost" their credit score to get the loan. I am about to do it in the AM. I really don't have the money obviously that's why I am getting the loan. But they already got me for 155 already for their fee... I think I just am getting screwed but please tell me this is true. My electricity is shut off and they promise once I pay the $250 in the AM they will deposit the money into my account. Please dear God tell me this is legit. I need it or they will take my kids. I'm very dissatisfied. It takes too long the financial services/representatives for me to get approval. I start to loan on December 04, 2017 not until December 12 to get approval. They keep asking me to re-send the documents and keep saying they never received the documents (now that we have high technology it should receive within 10 minutes the most) so I keep re-sending four times of the documents. Also they should call me back or return my call but instead I'm the one keep calling, calling them (IF I'm NOT only desperate I would NOT request) on the Speedy Cash!!! Interest is too damn high. Y'all skimmed over 1000.00 in interest off me. Only use the service when have to. I know people who need to borrow but I will never sent them to you. You guys need to do better with your repayment interest when someone lose their job or fall on bad times.

Prior to loan defaulting, I contacted company to set up an extended payment plan. Company continues to deny to set up a payment plan over a month later after defaulting. I want to pay but can't pay all at once. I would prefer to get email contact info for the corporate office to set up a payment plan to pay off my default.

Speedy Cash Houston, TX: I did an application over the phone with a representative. I was approved for a 500$ reservations loan. I signed all loan disclosure papers also received a confirmation number for the 500$ loan. Was told to go to location for money pickup and then was told in-store I'm only approved for 150... Why if all info that was giving over phone is the same as what I gave in-store. I will call customer support about this matter as well. This is misleading... What happened to the loan contract of 500? I would appreciate a response.

I called the customer service center and spoke with Rashad. I tried to explain to him I had applied online and was approved but couldn't understand how the system worked since this was my first time ever using a loan program like this. I needed to know what was the maximum and what did I needed to do if I wanted to pursue a higher loan (in payment installments). He wouldn't let me start to say anything when he was already assuming what I meant and talking over me. He was in a rush to brush me away uninterested if I was satisfied with the information he was providing was correct or helpful. I felt disrespected when he raised his voice after I told him I didn't appreciate him talking over me. I asked him "Are you trying to help me or you just want to be right?" I asked to speak to his supervisor and he did not of course. He transfer me to do a service and then that was it. What a horrible first experience. Made me scared of your company.

They have Bad Customer service. They does not have good payment options as always. They charged too much interest and they keep charging your account. This is ridiculous. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I received that I had taken out a $300 loan through this service which I had never done. When I called customer service to deal with this issue and reported as a fraudulent account they refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me that they would tell me when they were done and transfer me to the fraudulent account unit. They were very rude and not very good at all and handling the fact that someone else took $300 out of my name and they're trying to hold me responsible for it.
