The loan process is fast, quick and easy... hassle-free. The website is user-friendly and easy to use by anyone. Also like the notification when my funds are being transferred into my account. The funds are delivered the next business day. What more could I ask for. Great service overall.

I am very disappointed with this company. I took out a loan on 7/23/2016 then a smaller one on 11/23/2016. The grand total was $498.97. I was not walked through the loan at all. I had no idea that making my payments so little was going to the actual loan, that most of it was going to the interest rate. I have already paid $837.66 and I was told that I still owe $418.97. If I pay it off today I will pay a grand total of $1,256.63!!! That is insane!!! Please rethink taking out a loan with them. I called trying to get them to work with me and they told me flat out that there was nothing they could do. Very upsetting!!! I will never use this company again!

Everything was fine and easy. I am a senior citizen and it was easy for me to follow. Have been using online for some time now to even make the payments. Would be more than happy to recommend Speedy Cash to my family and friends if they had a need to get a payday loan.

I have been very pleased with Speedy Cash the way that they handle their business. They have a very easy online application process and the way that they give reminders before your payment is due. Very convenient payback options and extended time if needed. Fast friendly service. Always somebody there if you need help. Just apply online if you don't have very much time. No need to run to a store and wait for in long line. Very simple.

I was having a problem accessing my account online so I visited my local store and as usual, they were more than happy and competent to help. It was not the first time I had a problem of some nature and they have always done their best to aid me. It is always service with a true smile.

I received a payday loan from Speedy Cash. On the day my loan was due, I was about 10 minutes late getting to the office as I live out of town. When waited on, I was told I could not re-loan because I was not there by 2:00 pm. When I called the store about an hour later, I was then told that my check had already been deposited.
Now, I have payday loans before with other companies and there has never been a problem coming in later in the day as long as you are there before the store closes. Since I had the cash on hand to pay Speedy Cash, The depositing of the check will be returned and I then not only have to pay overdraft fees at my financial institution, I will have to pay Speedy Cash a returned item fee as well. I suggest this policy be changed to allow for things such as traffic, cars breaking down, etc., as to allow customers the ability to pay their loans on the due date. After repaying this loan, I will never get another loan from Speedy Cash and will also advise my family and friends to not loan with them either.

Our experience is excellent. They're always nice, never a wait. I would and have told people to use Speedy Cash. The best payday loan we have ever gotten. It's quick. And people are so friendly... treat my wife and I like they have known us forever. You can pay your loan online and get another loan and just drive over there and get your cash.

I went to Rapid Cash to take out a payday to pay my energy bill and purchase some groceries. As soon as I walked into the establishment, I was greeted by friendly cashiers. When I finished filling out the application, Allison asked if I have copies of my recent pay stubs and a statement from the bank. When I handed her the documents, she was impressed with the fact that I came prepared. She asked if I can give her five minutes to process the information. Once finished, she told me that I was approved and recommended the installment loan, which has manageable payment options.
Allison went on to explain about payment options, so I had a choice on making a payment by making a phone call, store visit or using a smartphone. While handling the transaction, she encouraged me to ask questions. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She thanked me for stopping by and gave me her supervisor's business card. Rapid Cash isn't too bad to take out payday or installment loans, but the interest rates are too high. Even though I appreciate the convenience of making payments using my smartphone, I know I can come back and utilize their services.

Quick, discreet and easy process for emergencies. Rate seems to be lower than comparable services offered online. The improved website is welcome and helped making signing documents easy. It was also easy to access from the application. This was my third transaction and I had no issues. Funds deposited within 24-48 hours.

I write this as a warning. You may feel overwhelmed or want to go on that sweet vacation.... don't get that loan through Speedy Cash! You will be worse off than when you started. I used the app, I made monthly payments on time. I got an email every month saying when my payment was due. When that final payment came due of about the same amount of my loan... I never got an email or an alert on my app. Nothing! I never received an email stating the final payment was due! Not good business! Do not use Speedy Cash! Find a local loan office, they are sweeter and more understanding.

When I first took out the loan, I asked specific questions about monthly payments, if I made payments in the amount larger than my monthly would they still take it out of my account. They did. They said No they will not take out of my account if I made a bigger payment and they did. They assured my payments would be due on the 17th of each month, and they started to take money out of my account every 2 weeks. Everything I specifically asked about they reneged on. I call the headquarters and made arrangements with them and the headquarters reneged on the arrangement we made. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I can't wait to pay them off because they are absolutely horrible and an added stress factor. I HATE Companies that practice bad business, and have no integrity and Speedy Cash is one of them.

I appreciate the ability to make my loan request online and receive my response online within minutes. The process was easy to complete and easy to understand. When I had an issue with the process, I was able to contact Customer Service by phone and resolve my issue. Being able to repay my loan online is easy and convenient.

Only one drawback to using Speedy Cash. It does not help your credit if you are paying back on time with no troubles. It would be nice to get that benefit. Other than that it is as fast and easy as it could be. The calls to customer service went very well and I was happy with the whole process.

Speedy Cash is ok if you do the loan online, and do not have to go into the store. I went to the store once, and customer service is not one of the traits that the loan officials possess. Other than that, the online is way easier, less of a headache, and you don't have to put up with BS attitude.

Speedy Cash is ok for a loan company. I didn't find their rates too bad, only needed it short term. I was going to pay a $300 loan off early, then get just a bit more for one week. I'd inquired about why there was no payoff button on the website, and they emailed me back saying that they'd taken the liberty of paying off the loan in full... Now my rent check has bounced because they did not check with me first!!! I'm super upset right now. Speedy Cash needs to always check with customers FIRST. "Do you wish for us to proceed with the payoff".. etc. I would have told them NO, to hold off for a few days! Holy cow.

Speedy Cash is a nightmare. I originally pulled out a loan for only $700. I was unaware what refinancing was at the time explained and now I owe $1850. I have been paying $321 every two weeks to this place for almost a year, $642 a month. DO NOT GO HERE.

Installment loan. It wouldn't let me change the amount you want to borrow. Like I want borrow only 1000 and I could change it. So, it took me to 2600 loan. I was decline. It was ok too. I don't have pay big payment. It would nice if they could do better job.

The service is easy and reliable. I use the online service and it keeps me from going into the office. I had an issue of a replacement ATM and they worked with me. There are very nice staff in the San Bernardino store. The store is clean and has toys for my grandkids.

Even though the interest rates are high I would recommend Speedy Cash to friends that need help between paydays. They have been very helpful for me to get through the holiday shopping season. The rates are really high. 6-700% is too high. I would have got more but rate is too high and I get loans all the time. Ace Cash gives me better rates for more money for being a loyal customer. If you could lower your rates for loyal customers it would be great.

I believe you do a good job. Unfortunately some people can not get the money from conventional means so you fill a purpose. I think you could all lower your rates and finance charges and still make a handsome profit but hey greed is acceptable in most of today's society so.

Excellent customer service from every person that has helped me with getting a loan. They have far tremendous patience in talking me through the internet phase of the loan process as I'm not all that proficient in the technical aspect of the final step. Also I like how quick you receive the loan direct deposit into your account.

I experience problems of getting documents of the application on this company. The loan was approve, but through the whole application I did not get and contract of repayment, but the repayment was explain verbally by the representative. The information I got from the internet was all wrong and difference. I borrowed $460.00. The information I got was installment of (6) months at a very high cab fee. I found out that this loan was going to cost me $1548.00 on borrow daily interest monies and less applied to principal. Just borrowing $460.00 this loan would be paid back (4x) borrowed amount. Now I am struck with less monies of a loan due to not getting information in the beginning of the application of the cab fee.

It's a good place to borrow money from but you need to pay it off fast because they'll mess over you if you don't because one time, I borrowed 200$ and ended up paying 900$ back because the lady didn't explain it to me correctly. I was so mad but lucky my sister helped me paid it off.

Poor customer service. I will never do business with Speedy Cash ever again. I always make my payments on time or before they are due. I'm never and I mean never been late... I was charge a $30 fee when it wasn’t my fault. Speedy Cash has always draft my payment from the same debit card whenever I borrow. Now out the blue they tried to draft my payments from a debit card that hasn't been use since last year. And Speedy Cash putting the blame on me because I didn't remove the card... my past history shows the same debit card automatically draft on due. But it's okay. I'm just one of many customers that will never do business ever again. But I will make sure I do tell my friends and family who are customers or anyone who may need a payday never to go to Speedy Cash. My two of friends and my aunt have already deleted their debit card from the site and sent in a email to remove the check long account.
But again we are 4 of many customers that will not do business with your company ever again. I think I should post my story out for everyone to see. I only ever use your services to help my mom get her medicine. So the $30 you charge for your error or system error hope that made a difference. I'm going to send this same message to all friends and family and have them to post it on their social media page and I'm going to send it to a blogger and have them to post it. For the bad customer service and rude agent that Speedy Cash service employees.

Service was super easy and fast, and the customer service person was very nice. I did not have a wait time. I was helped immediately. Then when done with my loan, was explained when my payment was due and what was the payment amount. Then after all was said and done, I was asked if I need assistance with anything else.

I've had an account with Speedy Cash for at least two years. Lately I've been receiving emails reminding me of my payment due date, which is the 4th of each month. I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE, NOR HAVE I EVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Recently I asked Speedy Cash to stop sending the emails because I know when my bill is due. They continued. I then asked them to send my statement via the US Postal service. I was informed that was not an option for them. I recently had eye surgery, which makes it difficult to go online because I've been hacked once and don't wish to go through that again. I think this is an illegal practice they are doing. I informed them I would like to keep up with my balance, since they think I need reminding when my bill is due. I might have overpaid them and would never know. They could even retaliate against me for doing this. Please help me.

I just don't believe this is a good option for anyone but in an absolute emergency. I started off using them as a payday loan lender, and when you get payday loans you get what you expect. I then switched over to their line of credit loan THINKING that would be a better option. The application process was quick and easy. I had no problem with the application or getting.
I'll just assume their terms were clearly state. I won't dispute that, but this loan is extremely too expensive. I took out a flex loan of about 750 at a time, I really needed the money. I've probably still been trying to pay this off over a year. My payment is around $88. Only about 12$ is going to principal. I know half your payment usually goes to interest on just about any loan you get, but that's almost the whole thing. Plus, interest is added daily, so your balance constantly goes up. The only way to really pay this thing off in any timely manner is to pay double the amount or find out how much has been added to the balance between payments, and pay that plus the minimum payment.
Your best bet would probably be to treat this almost like a payday loan. Just pay the thing at least halfway or a third of the way off every payment. Your balance will practically never go down if you're not making extra payments. And the balance seems to go down much slower when making extra payments than with other loans I had that were simply just an installment loan with a set balance. You do have the option to delay your payment by 3 or 4 days, and a couple times I contacted them to ask for an extra day, and it was granted.
Customer service is fine I guess, but phone is really the only way you can talk to them. They have no secure chat system. Sometimes it can take them a while to get back to you on e-mail. I've dealt with some lenders who do same day funding with certain banks, but you only have that option if you deposit to a card. Stay away from these kind of loans if you can't afford to make double or triple the minimum payment.

This company really lives up to its name, "Speedy". I like the fact that you can complete a loan request via the internet, print it out and take it to the nearest Speedy Cash and get your money with no extra paperwork to complete. I also like the idea of having the loan paid back using your debit card, which eliminates going into the store with cash to pay back the loan.

Fast convenient service, easy application process, dollars in my account next day. Reasonable fee for the service. I am a satisfied customer. I have needed emergency funding on several occasions over the last seven months due to the fact that I lost a business in 2008. Had to file bankruptcy being unable to pay off past debts as a result of losing my business and going forward I lost half of my income which was after two years of struggling to survive. I procured a pension from the VA and they filed for SS at 62. I lost my pension when I acquired my SS Retirement but not until I had run up a $7000.00 overpayment to the VA which I am now repaying as well. Thank you Speedy Cash.

I think I have certainly OVERPAID paying this loan back! I borrowed $500 and over a year ago and I am still paying it back! I guess I should have read the repayment paper better! My fault! However, I just assumed it wouldn't take this long to repay a $500 loan and thought it was broken down to where it would be paid off over a certain amount of months, like most loan places. NEVER again will I borrow from them! 14 months later and I still owe over $300! SCAM!

I was told the ridiculous interest they charge would be suspended while I was on a payment plan. Turns out my $353 in payment went to nothing but interest. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor and sent me to third party collections. This pathetic excuse for a company preys on people's desperation, and they ABSOLUTELY don't care about their customers. I know people that have similar experiences. DON'T GO TO THEM, YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT.

I have to say it was easy getting approved for the $500 and there was very little information. I took out this loan in September 2014, and today I decided to pay $200 on the principal of my account, but it doesn't work like that. My payments come out on the 3rd of every month and they vary around $125 to $101. After paying the $200, $87.37 went to the interest, and $112.63 went to the principal. I asked the manager why all of the payment didn't go to the principal and she explained to me that the payment is broken like that because that's the way they do it. So I decided to go back and pay off the rest of the account and I asked what I owed, and the remainder due was $288.58. ($36.30 went to principal and $252.28 went to principal).
So to explain to you why you shouldn't do business with these crooked people is that my original loan was for $500 and 25 months later the payoff was $488.58. (Mind you the payments every month that came out started around $200 a month and recently went down to $101.65.) So to blow your mind I paid $3,125 for a $500 loan. That is why Speedy Cash is sending out emails to all their customers because they are under investigation by multiple entities. I can't explain the feeling I have after trying to get the store in Madison, TN to explain to me how I can request to pay on the principal of a loan to bring down the interest, so I can pay this loan off doing all the right things.
So tomorrow I'm contacting the BBB, the DA Office in Nashville, TN, and anyone else that can hear my voice. If you are reading this PLEASE DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. And I don't understand how the people they have working for them do what they do, but I guess it takes all kinds to scam people and not explain to them that the only way to pay this loan off is to pay the original balance all at one time. I'm praying for God to settle my spirit because the anger I'm feeling right now is so OVERWHELMING.

A few months ago without my consent I received an email from Speedy Cash about an upcoming payment. This was at 4 am and woke me. I complained and then was told that instead of paying $45 for interest on my next loan it would be $25.00. I was not happy with the way they handled it and they cashed my check for $300 and I assumed the next time I utilized them they would honor that since waking anyone up at 4 am with their auto emails - and people there are time zone settings - soured me on them and the way they do business.
I today called and was told I used it already. When since I had not gone there since that time when they cashed the $300 check after my complaint. When a company then tells me I was there since, and I was not and my checking account shows that how dare they lie to me to save a few bucks. I am done with these people, as I won't deal with people who promise and then don't deliver on their promise. This is outrageous.
This lady Norma tells me they gave me the $25 so go ahead and proof it. My checking account shows nothing from them since they cashed my $300 check and promised me a discount on my next advance after they woke me up at 4 am with a damn email a week before it was due. Checking accounts don't lie but Speedy Cash does. Maybe they think I am an idiot or stupid or both. Stay away from them folks. They lie, wake you up, and say the computer did it. Well folks it takes people to program a computer and there are settings for time zones. Just saying. What a bunch of crap. They lost my business for sure and hopefully more folks will join me in avoiding these liars. I just checked and the last check when they told me I would get a discount was dated September 3 not in June and was cashed on the 7th of September. No promised discount and no discount if I came in there again.

The loan process was quick, easy and convenient. I was actually a satisfied customer until I tried to log-in to the app that we're supposed to download and log into everyday for a chance to win $1,000. Every time I tried to log in, I would get an error message saying the system is down. What's even worse, I kept receiving emails saying "Did you log-in today?" No! Because when I tried, you kept saying your system was down!

Customer service department was very polite and professional. The overall experience in getting the loan and funds deposited was far more difficult than other companies I've dealt with in the past. I would be more likely to revisit another loan company in the future. Also the time it took to get funds deposited took 2 days longer than other companies I've borrowed from.

Your rating would be higher however I don't believe you allow people to borrow what is truly needed. The refinance option is great but needs offered at each payment not just a couple. I also believe returning customers should get a bonus for loyalty.

I want to warn everyone that Speedy Cash will screw you over and over again. I have one loan from them. I got in back in March and I have been trying to get them to move the payment day by one damn day. And they will not do it. I get paid on Thursday and they want to pull the money out on Friday. I told them that will not work. So they told me they would move it back one day and they Never did. So it makes it very hard to pay them back when they will not work with you. Oh and the kicker is when they get it up to around $300 then they flip it to Thursday and pull the money out. That is twice the amount I needed.

I always borrow the max. of $255 when I need extra cash. I pay out $300 in the end, but, I do get approved for the loan without any questions. Paying back the full amount plus $45 within the 2 weeks is not always fun or easy, but at least it's a little help that other loan dep's hesitate to help out with.

Pleasant workers. Crazy interest rates. I only go to Speedy Cash when I'm on a time crunch as they are near me. Otherwise I would drive farther to borrow some money from a competitor. I do like that money can be sent to your bank within a day or it can be picked up at one of the locations.

Have done business with Speedy Cash on various occasions where I was low on funds and needed a timely solution. My experience has always been great throughout the loan process. I needed money fast to pay bills and the application was quick and easy. I was approved for a higher amount than I needed at the moment and later on I needed more cash for unexpected expenses. So I asked for more money and it was simple and easy. Money is taken out of my account every time I'm paid and I don't have to worry about the loan not being paid on time. I came to speedy cash for a loan of $240 In April 2016. The payments were $44.80 twice a month. Reasonable I believed. It is now October 2016. I have made each payment up to this point and my balance is still $133. Their interest is applied to your account DAILY. So for everyday you don't make a payment, the total loan amount you have to pay increases. They DO NOT tell you this when you apply. If you disregard my warning and feel you can manage it then be warned. If you do not have enough money, they WILL NOT give you an extension and they WILL overdraft your account. The $240 was NOT worth it. I would rather have let our bills overlap.
Speedy Cash is nothing more than a legal loan shark. Do not indebt yourselves to them. If you REALLY, REALLY need a loan, then use LendUp. They gave me 1 set interest rate and a month to pay it back. When I couldn't they put me on a once a month payment plan. SpeedyCash has caused me much trouble with my finances and my Bank when I originally sought them out for help.

Although they are friendly and offer quick cash up to 2600 dollars. The rep told me they report to all three credit agencies. This was not entirely true. I signed my second installment loan I checked my credit and found they did check my credit however no positive credit was listed on paying back the first loan. I called the customer service line and was told they do not report positive feedback only negative. So taking out two loans although it gave me quick cash did not help my credit at all and in fact hurt it from the credit inquiries they performed. This on top of the astronomical interest rates (over 100%) is why I will not do business with them ever again. If you go the full term of the loan you pay almost 10,000 dollars for that quick 2600 dollar loan. There's better options out there like loan sharks. Their way of doing business should be illegal.

Truth is this service rips your income. 750.00 pay back on a 150.00 installment yea right. Then got balls to keep raising payment. Rates are not low. They charge what real banks do. They charge a daily interest in turn I know for a fact is a lie saying legally can do it. This service may have been good in 95. But audit the sobs and find out. They suck for loans. You'll owe a year worth of debit. They are not legally by law allowed to collect. I want them shut down so do a lot in kc.
I have gotten a 800 dollar loan from CASHNet. It will be paid off November this year 8 month for that. Got it Feb this year. Amount Speedy Cash is stealing money on a 150.00 installment same method I used at CASHNet bingo. I’m about to stop payment. Make them take me to court and beat them. ‘Cause tech they was paid back 250.00 that's beyond legal limits of the loan by law. They are taking 6 times more than law says. Don't use them. They care less how they get rich illegally.
I also never agreed to pay them for a year and a half for 700 bucks. Payback. I’m suing for fraud. I expected to pay 150 and a simple fee the next month after I got it back like I always had. They seen social security on my account then rammed me so yea my turn to take them out permanently. Citibank is willing to help press fraud. Block their access from any more money. They tried to get me to help them sign a petition to keep congress from bla bla. Pretty much lied to get people to sign ‘cause congress is going after them. I don't care for Speedy's. Let it burn to the ground.

I applied for a loan at speedy cash office and it was a payday loan in which I paid off on my payday. But then I needed more money for an emergency so I went online to apply for an installment loan. I was approved for 249 and was told that my payment would be 54.38 for 6 months and the total would be to repay 589 and some change. They took the first payment plus 12 50 late fee on the 1st of the month and my payment isn't due until the 3rd of the month. They did not tell me that this amount is taken out but my balance will still remain the might as well say 590!
I am on disability and only get 700 a month in which they knew and I called and told them that they did not explain this to me when I took out the loan! I do not have 68 dollars to give to them every month and my balance remains the same! It is like I am giving them money for nothing! She told me I could increase the monthly payment to get the principal down, but I am barely making the payments but would not mind if the money was going toward my loan! And I am going to have to pay 390 in December which I cannot afford because I have bills and rent to pay!
This is such a ripoff to the poor and disabled! We come to them for help to get money that we don't have and they charge more and put us in worse shape than we were in before going to them. I do not know how they expect us to pay these hundreds of dollars that I and most disabled people do not have! SUCH A SCAM AND A RIPOFF! They are probably going to take me to court, but that still will not make me have the money because if I did I would have paid them in the first place. I really need an avenue to get a remedy for such unfair business practices!

Worst, most incompetent, misleading and dishonest service I have ever come across. Do not believe a word they say as they cannot be trusted. I needed a payday loan about two years ago. Once I was referred to Speedy Cash, the establishment of an account & then getting the funds was so very simple. You are able to choose between having the funds either by waiting overnight or going to one of their offices & getting the funds the same day. Their customer service staff is very friendly & professional. Since that first loan I've had to use them about 5 times since, one time I needed a couple of days before I could repay my loan & they were gladly willing to extend my repayment. Conversely, I highly recommend that if you require a payday loan, THIS COMPANY is not a scam, of which there are many out there. This company is straight up.

I got a title loan the day before Christmas Eve 2015. For 2600.00 I have been paying them 200.00 since. I still owe up to yesterday July 15 2016 2607.00. GO FIGURE. THEY TOOK out of my disability which I only received 430.00, 397.00. Left me with the change so I called them and their representative got very rude And was intimidating at times. I told them they were worse than the mob. I said a curse word also and hung up. Don't do business with this company.

I was unable to make repayment through the original account at the time so I may arrangements to use a different account. At the time I advised the rep that the account they had to draw the repayment would not have the funds in there that's why I needed to use a different account. I gave the rep the new information and was assured it would come out and it did. But to make sure they didn't try to take it from the other account I put a stop payment on it. Speedy Cash not only tried to take the money from the wrong account but kept putting the charges through under different amounts but they also used different descriptions to fool the banking system to accept the payment.
This happened three times and I have been over drafted all three times. I was able to get the bank to reverse the fees and transactions, however this action on Speedy Cash's part is shady at best. While they do have fast online service when they tried to run it through every way they could after knowing I made other arrangements.. this is very very shady so I would not use them at all.

I took out a loan for $500.00. Never had any problems, never been late. So I get down to my last payment and it gets taken out of my account which was fine but then they tell me I have a balance left on the account totaling 17.00 dollars. Ok so I go to pay this balance out of another account. They had already taken it + 12.50 more totaling $29.50 making a shortage in account granted they was only authorize to take out one payment not two but their excuse was it was late charging me an extra 12.50. Problem you were suppose to hit the account only once not two. This is a piss poor company. They won't get me anymore and if I can help it I will do my best to let everyone know about their fraudulent **!

I was online looking for payday loan info and was contacted via text by Mr. Jimmy ** (seriously?!) the senior funding manager (I doubt it). I responded to the text asking if I had been approved for a loan and he responded "I'm busy". I was a bit shocked, and responded "Huh? Ok. Please do not text or call me again." He said he would call me in 15 min. I said "please do not" and he wouldn't give up from there. I only kept replying, politely that I didn't want to do business with his company and that he was very unprofessional. This escalated to him swearing at me. This company does not deserve the exorbitant fees that they are charging. I was even considering calling the police if he did not stop texting me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Well I have to say that I am glad Speedy Cash hires strippers to get them off the pole. With that said Sparkle the name of the customer service rep I had to deal with was very rude. I could not finish a sentence without her cutting me off and telling me how dumb I was. I tried to explain I had a payment arrangement due to being out of state and not able to place the money in that account and they went ahead and charged the bank account anyways. She continued to tell that Speedy Cash takes money out of your bank account at whatever time of day they choose. So even if your payment arrangement is for Friday they can take the money out on Thursday. You cannot speak to a supervisor directly you have to wait for one to call you. Be wary people. They will loan to anybody just so they can price gouge.

Took out a $400.00 loan and was scheduled to pay back $655.00 which is outrageous in itself but they know people only go to them when they're in a tight spot and not many options!! Paid off my loan in 6 months and was done with the legal thievery, or so I thought... 22 months, yes MONTHS, later I was contacted by a lawyer representing Speedy Cash stating I failed to make the last payment of $118 and some change!! So with 22 months of late fees and interest the total amount "owed" was now $389 and some change!! After almost two years of no contact, no attempt to collect, no courtesy call about "still owing for the last month" I, like most people had shredded all my paperwork and proof of payment!!
When I showed up to court after being subpoenaed by the previously mentioned lawyer, myself and 12 (TWELVE) other former borrowers were in court facing bogus charges which were all 18 months or older!! This is a dirty, shady business and if you're forced to borrow money from them, keep your paperwork for at least 30 months which would be the end of the statute of limitations!!!

My Payday loan was changed to Installment loan. I had applied for a Payday Loan, and then when I was ready to pay my $62 payment, Speedy Cash says: "your payment is: $135" then the balance still is: $345. What? I said. I called customer service and to no avail. They could do nothing. This is a Highway robbery! To turn a payday loan into something that will acquire Hundreds of dollars in just 15/20 days! Beware! They are crooks and will not refund your money. Recommend not to do business with them. Or be Sorry.

I received an e-mail from someone with an AOL e-mail address saying they are from Speedy Cash and I have not responded to their phone calls. They claim I owe $987.65. I have NEVER gotten a loan from them! They threaten to take me to court and incur $8679.68 in court fees etc if I do not respond and agree to pay this money. This is ridiculous and obviously a scam! They also threatened to contact my employer, garnish my wages etc. It was a very harassing e-mail and as I am in collections myself I know this is not the legal practice to collect a debt. No Fair Debt Act was included in the e-mail and that is illegal! Beware of this scam!

First, I understood that this was a high-interest rate micro-loan. I understood that the interest was applied daily. That was not my issue. I had been a very good client never missing a payment and decided that due to extra money that I had, that I would go ahead and pay off the account in full. When I looked at my last email it stated I owed approximately $715.07 so when I went to the site to pay it off it said $850.00! I called & emailed and received 3 different payoff amounts. After talking on the phone for 2 hrs and 38 min I found out they had been, on the day of my payment, charging me an extra day of interest! At 8.42 a day that's over $200.00!! I've asked for a complete history of all money and interest applied but have been told no. I am taking it to the next step and reporting it to our attorney general & the BBB.

I'm on disability for the last 10 yrs. Have not applied for anything except a small loan (repaid) with my bank. Checked free credit karma and shows a $1300.00 unpaid to Speedy Cash and turned over for collection in Dec 2014. No one from speedy cash returns calls or emails. The collection agency states their info shows only the amount but no details. After reading the horror stories on their questionably legal practices I'm not surprised.

I applied for a loan with Speedy Cash and was approved. I then noticed I messed up my bank account info. The lady then cancelled my application and said I had to reapply with the new bank. She then ran it and said my application was now denied even though I was approved the first time. She said I could reapply in 3 months but would get denied again because of my bank account number. This company's business practices are bait and switch and a big waste of time. When I told the worker this she said I am a scumbag and people like me should never get a loan. She said this after I told her I was a ** man needing a loan. She then told me they don't like approving ** (exact words) for loans. I'll never do business with this company if I had a gun to my head.

I was called I was approved for a small loan. I was told they would deposit 900 in my account which they did. However the check they did bounced. l called them. They told me if I pay the transfer fee for loan they would give that plus the bad check money back. I then had to give them 389 for transfer fee. Ok now they wanted another 500 for taxes on the loan... then another 270 for fee for Western Union. So they wanted more of this by iTune gift cards, Western Union and MoneyGram. Oh the check they gave for 900 did not bounce until they have you draw it out and send it back to Calf by MoneyGram. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD SCAM SCAM.

Fraud allowed to persist. Do not do business with Speedy Cash. They continue to allow fraudulent activities in my name. I have called them 3 times and they are unable to assist. I have escalated with in the fraud department with no avail. There are more customer friendly companies that care about credit fraud for you to work with.

They call every time they feel that people may have money i.e. tax time and say that they are going to sue you and call your job and get you fired and when you go to court you will have to pay legal fee of 3000.00 dollars but if you send them the 970 you owe then this situation will all go away.

I had received monthly loans from Speedy Cash for 2 years in amounts of $250. Out of the blue as I log in to my account there was a $1500 loan pending under my account. There had been a breach in the system of Speedy Cash and someone had access to my account. They went in and changed the address and banking info to receive loans. They fraudulently requested a loan and had it deposited into a bank account which was not mine.
I immediately called Speedy Cash and reported it. They requested that I file reports with both the Police and the Federal Trade Commission. I made both of those reports the same day and called Speedy Cash with the report numbers so they could conduct their investigation and hopefully prosecute the person who committed the fraud. Out of the blue today Speedy Cash debits my bank account for the full amount of $1500. Someone fraudulently changed the banking info and address info and requests a loan however Speedy Cash debits my old legitimate bank acct under my name for the full $1500 almost 3 months later.
Clearly Speedy cash refused to conduct a criminal investigation against the person that committed the fraud and attempted to take the easy way out by reaching into my bank account and withdrawing $1500 from my account. They refuse to investigate or take responsibility for the breach of their system that allowed someone to commit this fraud under my account. They have now forced me to file a lawsuit in civil court so that I can recoup my money which they illegally deducted from my checking account. This happened after we had built a great 3 year relationship. I would recommend you avoid doing business with Speedy Cash at all costs. They are unethical. The information I have written is true and accurate.

I had been making payments regularly since 2014 on a loan and this morning when I woke up my car had been repoed. They said they notified me and they did not. Then corporate said I was not making payments when I was and have proof. So now I'm taking it to the lawyers. I will never recommend to anyone ever.

I been with Speedy Cash 2015. The deal I had work for me, before I did this other loan... John don't have his last name, but he helped me establish my first loan, but unfortunate he was not at the counter this day. The female that waited on me this day, offered me a loan, and I was letting her know that I was ok what I have, and the rep advised that it's the same loan, and I'll be paying 82.00 a month. But that's not what the letter said that I got this morning. It's stated that I'll be paying 171.00 back and only 11.00 or 12.00 dollars will be going back to the loan... The people at Speedy Cash knows that I'm on a fixed income, it's like in my file that I'm on a fixed income, it's not like a secret... At Speedy Cash know I'm on a fix income. The one time that John wasn't there, I gets ** by another one of your people. I don't appreciate the dishonesty of the rep who sold me this ** loan...
So I called John and explains what's going on and he gives me a couple of numbers that might be able to help me, and none worked. One company says I have to be in collections before they can help me and the other number tells me what they shoulda coulda woulda done... Now the letter I gets says I owe 3 times the amount of the loan, what kinda ** is that... I not happy on what went down, that Speedy Cash in Salina needs to train their people a whole better, and make sure that they explains this ** to the customers and not worry about the ** commission or they will lose a lot of customers. And now that ** at Speedy Cash can't help cause they keep saying what she should of told me, but that's not what happened. After I pay this ** back if I pay it back I'm done with this place...

Unfortunately, Christmas was quite hard on me and I got behind on money! This is the first time I ever had to take a loan from a company like this! I want to show you how Speedy Cash are LOAN SHARKS. This is a sample payment from the measly few hundred dollars that I borrowed... Next Minimum Payment Due: $53.39. Due Date 2/15/2016. Principal: $7.79, Interest: $45.60, Total: $53.39. Out of $53.39 Payment, only a measly $7.79 goes toward the Principal. They are literally charging the most allowed by State Law in Interest!
I would rather me and Kids STARVE than give companies like Speedy Cash another $ dollar! I cannot believe the American Government would let companies operate like this! It disgusts me to no end, the GREED by companies like this. I am so upset that I let myself get into a situation with a company like this. I've made 5 payments of about $300 and of that I have only paid $35 to the Balance. I've literally paid them over $200 in Interest alone. They make it sound very easy and convenient for you when you ask for the loan, but they rip you off with interests and hidden fees. I asked for a $1,400.00 loan and my ''interest'' was $308.00 a month... They make you believe is one time fee. I can't believe they let operate a business like this, legally. I applied for a loan!!! Speedy Cash contacted me to say I was approved, so I went online like she said. All was good but, said I had to call for some reason. Anyways I was approved for payday loan. In the process I ask how it affects my credit! She said they do check but it would be what she called it a soft inquiry. She explained what it meant, and I agreed, cuz I didn't want no more inquiries, due to a number of inaccurate inquiries pending... After our phone call I went to check my credit info, and lo and behold there it was!!!
I call the 888 number notifying them of the incident and the rep said it's right. They inquire each time you take out a loan, which makes no sense... So I looked at all the terms and reviewed conditions, policies, contract, any info pertaining to payday loans and I found nothing saying it would be a hard inquiry, that it could possibly affect my credit!!! It says they look at all personal info and look at my credit score but does not determine if approved?!? I would have never went through with the loan app!!!

Speedy Cash is not a good loan company! They allowed my ex-husband to steal my identity! None of the information about my work history or phone numbers were correct. The bank account used was a pre-paid account. Speedy Cash does not fact check before they loan out money which puts everyone at risk! Anyone seeking to take out a loan can use some random person's name and as long as there is a bank account where they can deposit money, they allow it. When you ask to speak with someone higher up, they tell you there is no one. And they keep transferring you to different departments until someone finally hangs up on you. I have been fighting with them for a year now. I finally found out who stole my identity but guess what, they don't ever go after people who make fraudulent accounts!!! Don't use Speedy Cash!!!

Yesterday I answered a phone call from an 800-number, been ignoring this number because I have no reason to answer. Didn't feel like listening to a sales pitch. But yesterday I answered and apparently I have three loans with speedy cash and payment is due. They have my phone number, my address, my social security number and more, but after three loans I'm just now hearing that I have made no payments? So I asked, "Where did you send the money? Why is this the first time I am hearing about it and what are you going to do to help me figure this out because I didn't take these loans out!!!" His answer, "You need to file a police report. We cannot give you any of this information and typically these reports don't go through and never get settled??" So I should just pay it to clear my name!!! I don't think so!!!
I'm going to make it my mission in life to make this company take responsibility for this!! Apparently this happens a lot since they have a fraud department so maybe they should rethink how easily they give money away. They have a phone number, why didn't they call me and ask me if that was really me??? No, they wait until three loans go through then they call me? Does this make sense at all? Not to me! Something's wrong with the system. You send money that apparently I borrowed to a bank account that's not in my name?? Hello!!!

You have a good company. Sometimes the line is quite long. The telephone has interrupted clerks at the counter. I appreciate free money orders. The hours and days of operation at your store are good. I called in after I made my payment. Spoke with the agent to verify next payment amount. When I got my email for the amount due it was different. I called and got the same agent and asked about it. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone.

I have been a victim of identity theft, several doctors in the hospital had their personal information stolen from the hospital and loans were taken out in our names at Speedy Cash. I have tried sending in police reports, writing letters, talking no less than 15 times to the fraud department and I cannot resolve this situation. I receive harassing phone calls and letters.

I've used Speedy Cash regularly for the last 4 - 6 months. It's been very convenient and so I continued to use them. On this last occasion they processed my payment but never finalized the amount, it sat pending in my account for over 7 days and then they returned my money. This had not happened in the past and so I had assumed they had charged me twice and were refunding me. That same night they then charged me again with an immediate processing of the payment. I will be contacting them to review the entire account to make sure they haven't taken liberties with my banking information.

I'm happy that I qualify for loans with Speedy Cash. However, the finance charges are the most expensive I've ever seen. I have a $1,000 loan & my payments are in the 600's for six months! This will hopefully be the last loan I get from Speedy Cash. Not even a discount for us loyal customers!

Having to have a current customer verify their bank deposits is redundant. If the original loan process had verified income, why do it again for another loan. Also a current pay stub that had year to date income information is accepted at other places.
