I had a good experience with Speedy Cash. They're the best of the best. I've known about Speedy Cash for over 20 years. I use them when I need some money. I get the loan, and I have so much time to pay it. Then when I want another one, I get it without any kind of problem. Everybody in Speedy Cash are very respectful. I’ll rate Speedy Cash up top. From 1 to 10, I put them up there with a 10. I’d tell other people that that's the place to go. They're very courteous. They take their time. They don't rush you.

I was short on one of my payments. And I couldn't fix it, so I just went in to see if I could get a loan with Speedy Cash. My daughter used it before. She went online, and she got it. Then when I told my daughter, “I'm short today for this week.” She said, “Go and grab a loan over there. Then you can pay it next week.” I went to the place in Downey and applied, and it was very easy and fast. The representative was very helpful and made it easier for that transaction to go fast. And he explained everything step by step. He was very professional.

Speedy Cash was honest and helpful. I have a pretty good relationship with them. I'm not computer-savvy but they helped me through my processing, answered questions I needed to know and explained it to me in my terms. They took time with explaining stuff. When my bank was trying to get information to them, they walked me through their online tool. The first time, the process took about 20 minutes. I got a $300 loan because I got into a situation and needed some money right then. Their rates were fair. However, I used to watch cartoon while I wait, but they took the TVs out.

Speedy Cash has come in handy every time I'm short on funds. I get paid biweekly, and sometimes the funds on my end don't expand all the way as I want it to. But Speedy Cash is always there offering a payday loan, which is great, because it gets me groceries and gas. It helps me get by weekly. They're awesome people. They always comply with my needs and I appreciate them. I do the application in person and it's not that long. It’s 15 minutes, and I’m out of there. If you are an old customer, they just ask for your ID and your credit card. If you're new, they ask for your checking and savings account. Speedy Cash has always been there when I needed them. They are reliable. I also really don't like people calling me all the time, and they don't ask from me as much and I don't hear from them.

I like doing business with Speedy Cash, and I would recommend them. They've helped me out with my bills and in emergency time of need. The payday loan is quick and easy to do. While I'm in the store, it takes about 10 minutes. Just have the qualifications where you gotta have source of income and your ID. However, sometimes, when it's real busy, they'll just have one or two workers, and it's frustrating. On a pay day or on the first of the month, it should be a lot of workers when they know people are also paying bills. They’ll have long lines when they should have more workers available. The windows should be open. Also, the interest rate is real high. I wanted to hurry up and get it paid off.

Never again! You guys said I have a bank charge back, that isn't on my bank statement. I've been trying to settle this for a while only to STILL be charged a late fee. Every member of this company that I've talked to said that if I sent in the bank statement for that time period that it will be taken care of because it shows I didn't receive the money. I faxed the statement as requested only to be told that I still have to pay a late fee for money that I NEVER received! I'm so frustrated and no one at that company tries to help get this taken care of. There's no way I should pay back what I never got. This is a straight rip-off!

Now, the only thing I didn't agree with was when they went up on my payback. Before, when I got 350, I had to pay 405 back. Now, I gotta pay 430 back. Sometimes, it's a little frustrating getting a loan. Some of the questions they ask are not easy, as they are just dealing with some of the staff. The manager of Speedy Cash has been okay, but some of the staff make it harder. Some of the questions are irritating, especially when somebody's in a jam and just trying to get ahead. But working with them helps you get ahead, even if it's a $20 fee on top of what you borrowed. Sometimes the interest is ridiculous. But if you don't have your credit together, this is what you deal with. But I do recommend Speedy Cash if you need emergency money.

It wasn't much, but it was better than nothing. It was fast. I was in there for 25 minutes. Try it. It's guaranteed you can get something.
