I had to take care of something. I used Speedy Cash. The overall lending process was fine. I never have a problem when I go there. Everybody's nice. It'd be crowded and busy, but I always try to go as early as possible so I won't be in the crowd. Usually, if you go there when they first open up, the process goes pretty smoothly. They got a new computer tech, and it's more faster now because they do it from your phone. So, by them doing everything from the phone instead of doing everything through computer, it goes pretty fast. I was in there no longer than 25 minutes. I recommended Speedy Cash to a friend last week. When his car broke down, I told him to go to Speedy Cash and I said, “But you're only allowed to get 255, but you have to pay back 300, when you get paid.” Everything went good for him.

I live right across away from Speedy loan, and I was a little bit late on rent. So, I was like, "Let me go just see if I can get approved." Their loan process wasn't difficult at all. It was super fast. It only took three minutes. What really stood out was how fast we got approved for a loan. It was right when I filled out the application and then I got approved. The representatives really don't speak that much. They're good. If they talk a little bit more, it would be better. There could be more interaction with the customers. Overall, Speedy Cash is always helpful. I would definitely recommend it if you are low on money and need help paying rent or bill.

I like that Speedy Cash just takes the payments out of my bank account. I don't have to go pay them back. And if I needed a loan, I can go back and borrow from them. I did a personal loan. Never again! You guys said I have a bank charge back, that isn't on my bank statement. I've been trying to settle this for a while only to STILL be charged a late fee. Every member of this company that I've talked to said that if I sent in the bank statement for that time period that it will be taken care of because it shows I didn't receive the money. I faxed the statement as requested only to be told that I still have to pay a late fee for money that I NEVER received! I'm so frustrated and no one at that company tries to help get this taken care of. There's no way I should pay back what I never got. This is a straight rip-off!

Sometimes, it's a little frustrating getting a loan. Some of the questions they ask are not easy, as they are just dealing with some of the staff. The manager of Speedy Cash has been okay, but some of the staff make it harder. Some of the questions are irritating, especially when somebody's in a jam and just trying to get ahead. But working with them helps you get ahead, even if it's a $20 fee on top of what you borrowed. Sometimes the interest is ridiculous. But if you don't have your credit together, this is what you deal with. But I do recommend Speedy Cash if you need emergency money.
