Prior to loan defaulting, I contacted company to set up an extended payment plan. Company continues to deny to set up a payment plan over a month later after defaulting. I want to pay but can't pay all at once. I would prefer to get email contact info for the corporate office to set up a payment plan to pay off my default.

Speedy Cash Houston, TX: I did an application over the phone with a representative. I was approved for a 500$ reservations loan. I signed all loan disclosure papers also received a confirmation number for the 500$ loan. Was told to go to location for money pickup and then was told in-store I'm only approved for 150... Why if all info that was giving over phone is the same as what I gave in-store. I will call customer support about this matter as well. This is misleading... What happened to the loan contract of 500? I would appreciate a response.

I called the customer service center and spoke with Rashad. I tried to explain to him I had applied online and was approved but couldn't understand how the system worked since this was my first time ever using a loan program like this. I needed to know what was the maximum and what did I needed to do if I wanted to pursue a higher loan (in payment installments). He wouldn't let me start to say anything when he was already assuming what I meant and talking over me. He was in a rush to brush me away uninterested if I was satisfied with the information he was providing was correct or helpful. I felt disrespected when he raised his voice after I told him I didn't appreciate him talking over me. I asked him "Are you trying to help me or you just want to be right?" I asked to speak to his supervisor and he did not of course. He transfer me to do a service and then that was it. What a horrible first experience. Made me scared of your company.

They have Bad Customer service. They does not have good payment options as always. They charged too much interest and they keep charging your account. This is ridiculous. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I received that I had taken out a $300 loan through this service which I had never done. When I called customer service to deal with this issue and reported as a fraudulent account they refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me that they would tell me when they were done and transfer me to the fraudulent account unit. They were very rude and not very good at all and handling the fact that someone else took $300 out of my name and they're trying to hold me responsible for it.

Chester told me I needed to go to Walgreens to get a voucher for 300 dollars to prove that I could repay this loan every month. I didn't understand how that would work but being desperate and thinking that this was normal, I went and took 300 dollars and bought 650 dollar Steam cards and sent him the codes from them. He told me when my loan got deposited that they would deposit the 300 dollars back in with it, so I waited a couple of days.

Type in a zip code and nothing comes up. Like this company doesn't exist. I wonder if I would even receive a direct deposit on Tuesday. NEED TO DO BETTER!

I got a loan for 300 and didn't look at all the details until after I got my loan. It automatically comes out every paycheck and is 13 installments of $76. A total to pay back of 993.01... almost 700 goes in their pockets. I've never felt so ripped off and will never get one of these loans again. I can understand 500 or 600 for me to pay back total but almost a $1,000... are you kidding me. Never again. I will not recommend them to anyone and urge everyone to not use them.

Today I called this company to inquire about how I can refer another customer. The customer service agent I was dealing with was very nice but didn't know much about the company policy. I guess the supervisor got irritated with answering all her questions, that she just got on the phone. This supervisor was by far the most sarcastic and immature personnel I've ever dealt with. She stated, "You're lucky that you even got a loan, especially when you're past due." I was never aware that my account was past due, I am always on time with my payments. It's automatically withdrawn out of my account. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she couldn't get her on the phone. My payoff date had come and gone and instead of closing out the loan for full payoff. You continued to debit my account for cab fee without me refinancing. When I questioned this working with customer service rep she said loan was not due at that date even though I offered email proof of. She then stated the next payment was for only cab fee when it was for the full amount trying to cover I suppose. It should also be explained that only within three days of cab payment will any funds you pay will go to the principal. I think you should be able to pay toward principal anytime between payments.

Overall, I have had good luck with Speedy Cash. I have been using you for a few months for short term money solutions. I apply and sign documents through the app, the money goes into my account, and the payments are deducted automatically. The fees are on the lower end compared to other companies like you. It would be nice to get a "free" loan after so many, like a punch card. But, I don't know how that goes with encouraging lending/borrowing practices.

Speedy Cash does not handle things well. Instead of turning over the loan to a collection agency they were quick to serve me with court papers. The person who served me disclosed the information to a third party as to the reason I was being served. Then just left the papers on the front door step in which anything could have happen to them. Then I would have had a judgment entered against me because the person failed to hand them directly to me. Stay away from Speedy Cash, they are by far the worst loan place I have dealt with.

You have a great processing system, but your interest rates are way too high. The financial needs traps us into accepting your rates, but reality sinks in after a few payments, when you don't see the loan amount is increasing instead of decreasing. I'm hoping to finish this loan sooner than expected. That's my opinion, hopefully you can make some adjustments in the near future.

They told me I qualified for up to 3000 dollars, so that's what I accepted. Told me I needed to go get a micro electronic money card and put a payment on it so I can prove that I have no problem making monthly payments. Couldn't find the card so they had me put it on an iTunes card and give them the info on that. They told me when my loan got deposited that they would deposit the 150 back in with it, so all that went through except the funds getting deposited in my account. I called, and they told me that it was caught up in limbo because I needed to pay a 250 dollar waiver wire, then the money (3000 +150+250=3400) would be deposited in my account. I didn't have the 250 and they were telling me to take something to the pawn shop and get it. That was the last 150 I had. It left me with 33 dollars. They told me I couldn't get the money back and cancelled the loan. I probably should've seen the scam in this, but being desperate took over.

Issue with unprofessional loan processing procedures... I applied for a loan with Speedy Cash and received a message stating it was approved, however, I needed to provide one paystub and my bank statement for the last thirty days. The website DOES NOT state that direct deposit is required. I contacted customer service to verify this and spoke with an agent that stated direct deposit was NOT required as long as I had a paystub and a bank account. I emailed my paystub and bank statement for the last thirty days. I called back and spoke with Jackie that stated she was an Account Specialist. I believe she called it and stated she'd be the one reviewing my info.

I went Saturday the 8th for my loan, very successful. I have always done loans with you... and always in good standing. She gave me website to make my payments... However did not happen due to errors I received. I called and was very unsuccessful... Very disappointed with customer service received. Still not resolved... so no way to make a payment come August 3rd... Nothing at all was resolved. I also heard laughing during my call with a supervisor who still could not assist!

So like everyone in a bad financial situation I was looking at quick and small loans to help me out until next payday. I got a call from Speedy Cash saying that if I go to their branch they could approve me up to 2,600 dollars. So I go to the nearest branch to see what it's all about and this man that was working there said to me I could be approved for it if I have at least a 1500 dollar monthly income. I told him I do not have an monthly income that high to which he replied if I show him my bank account he could look at my deposits to make sure. That was the first red flag I should have walked away from. Well, being dumb I went into my banking app and looked at the list of deposits and he counted up what I had and said the income I had the past month added up to 1500.

I've been making my payments on time every month on my installment loan. My pay out balance keeps changing from month to month getting higher instead of lower. I called and tried to speak with a supervisor and kept getting a run around then the call was disconnected as I was being transferred.

The only issue I have really is that when I do a cash pickup at the local Speedy Cash location, the line can be a bit confusing. What I mean is that there is no actual line. Just chairs along the perimeter of the room and it's not organized, so you would not know where to get in line or anything (there is no roping or any direction). When it's busy, it can be very confusing. The other thing is only a handful of people (maybe 1-3 out of 10 or more people in there) are there for a cash pickup, so if they could have a pickup line for these people, it would be great.

I borrowed $500 and the payoff amount is $753.12. I asked if I pay my loan off early what is my payment and I was told $753.12. So Speedy Cash I pay $163 twice a month and my balance that doesn't go down. And if I pay the loan off before the mature date, it's still $753.12. Shouldn't the balance go down if you're paying it off early?

I applied for pay day loan, and was happy to see I qualified for a line of credit of 700.00. I had to sign and initial before I could read all the forms online, but I wouldn't of understood all the mumbo jumbo anyway. I was so relieved to qualify and to be able to pay some bills off. My credit is bad because of my daughter's bills and eviction being under my name? Anyway I noticed I was paying between 155 to 170 a month but it wasn't going down? I realized I was never going to be able to pay it down as I am on SD. I can only pay monthly and the interest occurs daily! When I finally understood I emailed them explaining my situation, asking them for help waiving fees and I would pay balance in full. They said no, there are no set monthly payments (Not true. I've had a payday loan with the Culver City California branch for the past 5 months and always a positive experience. I've paid every loan and re-borrowed with no problems whatsoever. I did everything online. It was quick and easy. I went into an office one time and the customer service was great. I have applied on several occasions, when cash was short or for a special event. I received my cash deposit in less than 2 days. It has been a great experience.

Finance charge for smaller loans a bit steep. Could be a bit more cheaper for less amounts. Would only use Speedy Cash in an emergency instance. Everything else was alright though. I paid my loan and then reborn owed. I applied for 275.00, was approved and to be deposited today but they didn't notify me that they wasn't til I sent all this proof. Now I am behind on bills for this purpose. I am not able to get out and do all this stuff. I wish they had told me instead. I was approved and sent email confirming and now they say send all this info first.

Someone took out 2 loans in my name. Speedy cash wouldn't tell me where this cash was deposited. Obviously had to be a bad account since the money was never put into my account. Anyone can get a loan in your name since they don't show an ID. It went to collections and I can't get a resolution.
