Rates are way too high. Went into the location on 3447 E Cesar E Chavez avenue Los Angeles and the three girls are very rude and take forever to help customers out. Beware. Stay far away from this company. You will pay and pay and pay and your balance will never go down. I paid an EXTRA 275 in the past week and my balance went down only 75.00. When I complained via email and asked for them to respond in writing, they only said I had to call because they don't want to put it in writing because it is illegal. I needed a loan for an emergency and had hoped to receive it the next business day. I filled out the application online and was approved but immediately was instructed to call customer service. I spent an hour on the phone only to find that I had an old account, no loan was ever taken from that account, and that the two accounts would need to be merged together. I was then instructed to apply over the phone and complete my paperwork online. When I went online to complete the paperwork I was once again instructed to call customer service. The woman on the phone this time treated me as if I were incompetent and did not understand basic computer usage. I finally asked her to send me the forms via email as I could tell the conversation was going nowhere. She did.

Was super easy and super fast to get a payday loan. Everything taken care of online, I didn't need to call anyone or go in person anywhere. I submitted for a loan and received approval about two weeks ago with this company. When I attempted to sign the paperwork I was unable to login. I called twice and emailed twice their customer service for assistance over a span of 4 days before a resolution for my login issues where reach. Turned out there were two accounts created for me that was conflicting with me signing the paperwork and I had to reapply for the loan. I provided them the requested documentation 3 to 4 times, and allowed them 48 hours to review my updates. Now, when I call and/or email their customer service department the only responses I receive is that they received my required documents and/or they need 48 hours to review my documents. In 2 days it will mark 3 weeks dealing with this company. If I didn't need the money I would've stop pursuing their services. Avoid this company if you can.

They approved a loan for me. Then the next day the loan did not come through and I could not even login to my account. I tried calling them for two days and their phone was always off. When I finally got a customer representative, I got transferred around. Finally someone said my loan was canceled but I had already signed the documents and she did not to tell me in writing it was canceled. This is so they report me to the credit bureau for not paying a loan even though I never did.

I am very please with Speedy Cash. The in store process could be a bit faster. I realize that everyone has a job to do and may have supervisor status being in customer service myself. Some of the reps when coming out from the back see the line going out the door could open up a window reliving the pressure from the reps of trying to finish up with the customers being services. I have always been in line 30 mins or more. Other than that they are very friendly.

I borrowed 180.00 from Speedy Cash in January, and made payments, of 58.00 every month. Except for the last two, when I complained to customer service. That even with my payments on time, the amount I owed them doubled, what I borrowed. They said those are the rules. I learned my lesson, I will bite the bullet and pay 400.00 this month. Service was extremely slow. Over 5 people in office and only 1 at the window. Talking about how how one was going to buy the other food and how the siblings all worked there but at different hours. When I finally was being attended the lady was far too preoccupied to attend me correctly. Talking to her coworker about getting her lunch or on the phone with other clients while attending me.

I took out a loan on June 15 and on the #6 I was charged $277 and I was charged $35 overdraft fee on top of that also making me short on my other payments. This is a financial mess for me. I will never again do business with you people.

Service was adequate. Fee should be reduced for established customers. Promo code should be assigned for next loan when payment is received for existing loan. Some of us are on a really low fixed income, senior, and disabled as in my case. Consideration should be given to these individuals. The decision process is instant (as they indicate) so why sensitive banking info needed prior to knowing if you're approved. Something to consider.

For the first time that I've gone to this facility, there appeared to be enough representatives behind the "glass" to wait on customers. Much to my chagrin, only two of the five employees present were waiting on customers so, the wait in line to process my loan was lengthy (usual) and exhausting, as the facility doesn't appear to be air conditioned. They denied me AFTER they took all of my banking info, including my debit card number. Why do you need someone's debit card number BEFORE you approve a loan? Very shady company with shady business practices.
