They approved a loan for me. Then the next day the loan did not come through and I could not even login to my account. I tried calling them for two days and their phone was always off. When I finally got a customer representative, I got transferred around. Finally someone said my loan was canceled but I had already signed the documents and she did not to tell me in writing it was canceled. This is so they report me to the credit bureau for not paying a loan even though I never did.

I am very please with Speedy Cash. The in store process could be a bit faster. I realize that everyone has a job to do and may have supervisor status being in customer service myself. Some of the reps when coming out from the back see the line going out the door could open up a window reliving the pressure from the reps of trying to finish up with the customers being services. I have always been in line 30 mins or more. Other than that they are very friendly.

Employees are very knowledgeable and very well spoken with much respect to the customer. Very satisfied and genuinely happy to have been helped and in a very professional manner made sure that she had provided me with everything I need it. Polite and kind. Although it does get busy at the Harbor and Garden Grove post in the city of Garden Grove and the state of California. There is plenty of staff... but could use a little more to have all windows open. But service is fast due to knowledgeable and fast paced working employees... Def. Will be going back. Just need a window more or two open to not be too packed on the weekends. Starting on Fridays.

This is great when you are in a bind and need money fast. Just wish it was same day deposit. It would make everything so much easier. However it's a great option to have for quick money. The whole process is pretty simple. It would be nice if they had options to help those struggling to pay it off better.

I borrowed 180.00 from Speedy Cash in January, and made payments, of 58.00 every month. Except for the last two, when I complained to customer service. That even with my payments on time, the amount I owed them doubled, what I borrowed. They said those are the rules. I learned my lesson, I will bite the bullet and pay 400.00 this month. I will not deal with them again. They will have made over a thousand off of $ 180.00. I will not be so dumb in the future. Speedy Cash is great for teaching lessons, in The School OF Hard Knocks.

Service was extremely slow. Over 5 people in office and only 1 at the window. Talking about how how one was going to buy the other food and how the siblings all worked there but at different hours. When I finally was being attended the lady was far too preoccupied to attend me correctly. Talking to her coworker about getting her lunch or on the phone with other clients while attending me.

I took out a loan on June 15 and on the #6 I was charged $277 and I was charged $35 overdraft fee on top of that also making me short on my other payments. This is a financial mess for me. I will never again do business with you people.

I have been waiting two days for my funds and still have not received them. Also you need more offices or more ways to receive the funds. I could not pick them up in person because it was too far. Service was adequate. Fee should be reduced for established customers. Promo code should be assigned for next loan when payment is received for existing loan. Some of us are on a really low fixed income, senior, and disabled as in my case. Consideration should be given to these individuals. Your bottom line shouldn't be affected because you can deduct for these individuals.

Applied online because no physical stores in my area. Application requires full banking info (acct #/routing #) and bank card info prior to giving a decision of approval or not. The decision process is instant (as they indicate) so why sensitive banking info needed prior to knowing if you're approved. Something to consider.

For the first time that I've gone to this facility, there appeared to be enough representatives behind the "glass" to wait on customers. Much to my chagrin, only two of the five employees present were waiting on customers so, the wait in line to process my loan was lengthy (usual) and exhausting, as the facility doesn't appear to be air conditioned. This is just another loan company that makes promises they can't keep. They denied my loan and gave no explanation why. They denied me AFTER they took all of my banking info, including my debit card number. Why do you need someone's debit card number BEFORE you approve a loan? On the day April 25th 2018 I was supposed to receive my funds in my account. Unfortunately I didn't receive my funding because of a mistake with my account number. Later another woman told me I was denied. The first lady who took all my info couldn't even bother to tell me. California Rates - NEVER DO INSTALLMENT LOAN!!! The interest is horrendous. 7k+ on $2,600. The payday loans are great for when you're in a bind, $45 for $255. It's high but better than late fees and the negative impact on your credit score of a missed payment. The application process is simple and customer service is consistently good. I have only had one issue with Speedy Cash in the two years I have sparingly been a customer. If you do not pay in store or online by the close of business, the payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account the next businesses day. My payment was withdrawn a whole week early creating mayhem. The teller told me the 26th, my physical copy said the 26th, but everything online said the 19th.

Hello, I'll try to make this short. Borrow $300 in December of 2017 from Speedy Cash. Just found out yesterday my last payment will be in 2019 costing me over $4,000. I don't know who does that. I was told when I obtain the 300 it will be done with payments or I may or June depending on make every payment like I have been. I have never heard about that borrowing $300 and having to repay over 4 grand. This is the first time I've been on this site so I have no order number. If for any reason you are unable to repay your loan think again. Speedy Cash charges an enormous penalty if you don't. I borrowed 300.00 and I now have to pay that plus another 900.00 on top of it. I don't mind repaying the loan back at a reasonable rate but 900.00 is way too much. So if you borrow for any amount be sure to repay every cent.

I had applied for Speedy Cash because I had a family emergency and was unable to travel for work (I do leadership development trips for work and when I don’t travel I don’t get paid). I was home for 3 weeks. The first agent informed me that I would be denied because I did not meet the 1500 minimum requirement for the last month. I informed them that if you look at my statements over the past year, every month I have made the minimum. They said there was nothing they could do.

I went in and spoke to the very well trained, nice, customer service reps they have there and asked how their loans worked. She pulled out a worksheet that explained that they process your application with basic information and based on your pay periods, that is when your payments would be due. She said, "if you were to take out $200, your payments will be $X amount on the 15th and the 30th, if you want to pay off your loan sooner, we recommend you pay an additional amount." I asked for them to submit the application to see how much I'd get approved for and I was approved for $1400, but didn't want to get the full amount. I asked what the payments would be for X and what the payments would be for Y and they told me the payment amounts.

When I asked why would did I need to give them my online banking info I never received a clear answer. I was surprised to see how easy and quick it was to obtain a loan from Speedy Cash. The online application and processing only took minutes and the next day the funds were in my account. I am very grateful for their service. It really helped me out in a time of need.

Let me start with saying that I am not a person who will write reviews but this company compelled me to write a review. So I applied online and I was approved for $750. I signed all of the documents and online system was showing that my funds will be transferred the next business day. Now I left for work at that time, and came back from work (around 9pm), trying to access my account on Speedy Cash website. And guess what I am seeing? "The Email Address or Password you have entered is invalid; please verify that the information you have entered is correct." Now I am trying back and forth and wondering what's going on because I know that this is what my email ID and password is, anyways long story short, I can't access my account.

Customer service was great, the lady helped me out on my phone and told me how to finish my loan step by step. Love Speedy Cash! She was very nice and friendly and did whatever she could to make it quick and efficient for me to receive my money.

Very quick and couldn't be more easy. Had an emergency come up at the worst time, especially being broke after Christmas. It only took minutes to get approved, only wish it could have gone through same day but I applied on a weekend. Still happy they came through for me though... This company permanently keeps all your information, including bank account and debit card info on file EVEN IF YOU JUST SUBMITTED APPLICATION BUT DIDN'T TAKE OUT A LOAN. I was informed by a supervisor that information given is never deleted regardless if it was an application submitted years ago. Or a check cashed 10 years ago because they bought out Check N Go.
