I was given a call by Rebecca from Speedy Cash about a complaint I had regarding unknown credit inquiries I had on my report. She was amazing and helped me get this resolved. They also helped me steered in the right direction. I don't like leaving bad remarks about companies but I did earlier when I wasn't getting any help. But after speaking to them I feel a little better. Thank you Rebecca.

I was very pleased how everything was handled. Personnel are very professional, patient and polite. I also was very impress with the facility, (very clean) well kept and in order. I will continue to do business here and refer others.

Paid off loan in cash and teller stated the check I previously wrote would be destroyed. Check has been attempted to be cashed twice and copied and my handwriting forged. Complaint filed with BBB and FDIC. Law enforcement to be contacted on next business day.

I am very satisfied with Speedy Cash and I love the online service as well as the in-store pick up option.

There was a 7 minute wait prior to getting to me. Once it was my turn I was assisted quickly and she was very friendly. She made me aware of all Speedy Cash had to offer and was inviting and courteous.

Having had several loans with speedy cash, it has been easy and enjoyable and a satisfactory experience.

My only issue is that higher loan amounts should be allowed in California, Installment loans of 2600 would be great. The payments and ease of the process to obtain loans is great. I would highly recommend Speedy Cash Loans to friends or family in need of some quick funds.

Took out a loan beginning in February of 2015. Paid on time because I gave them my bank account number, routing number and the debit card number to that same account. Now I check my account and it says on their end it's defaulted and I'm being charged additional fees. When my bank also states that, they show all records of any payment never declining their ach request also auto pay requests. All payments went through without any hiccups. Was thinking of using the company again but after this, I feel like it's a scam. Definitely won't recommend them to anyone I know because of this and definitely will be disputing this.

I took out a loan a bit of time ago. In the midst of that I ran into financial hardship. Spoke with a, what seem to be nice representative, who understood. I let them know of which date and the amount to pay. After that payment I would be able to get back on track. I was to pay $100.00 on the 1st... Today. Yesterday my account had $1102.00 taken out from Speedy Cash! I called them and of course NO HELP! I have to do all the work. Not only that I'm upset because of course they have no record that I spoke with someone. So here I sit trying to rectify all this for the terrible mistake and dipping into my account. I cannot pay my own rent! Seems like Speedy Cash doesn't care. I on the other hand am a person to which I call to make arrangements. I am sure some don't do that so why hassle the good customers?

Acquiring a loan with Speedy Cash is faster than the internet. The approval is there right after you submit the application. Definitely the go to place for the money you need.

My ex took out a payday loan from this company. I paid off his loan as a one time deal. I made that very clear to the representative when I called. He said he understood and would remove my card from the file. Apparently my ex took out another loan 2 weeks later and gave them his card information. They deposited the money into his account. However, when it was time for him to pay it back and he didn't have the money, they took it from my account!! They never removed my card number!

I borrowed $100 from Speedy Cash. They took out $50 every two weeks for a minimum of 6 months. Every time I'd call for help on a explanation of why, I'd get a runaround. Very unprofessional... Very disorganized... Quick to take your money but procrastinators to help you. And untrustworthy.

Speedy Cash debited my bank account four days after my final loan payment and sent me a notice of default. I have all records of payments and my copy of the original loan note. They have refused to provide information regarding the debit and I get transferred from department to department then asked to leave a message. My bank account is now negative and haves over 200.00 in NSF charges and they have yet to provide answers. I now have to file a report with my bank and wait up to 10 days to get my money back. Will file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Finance Board.

I'm getting tired of your employees not letting me talk to a manager. I'm gonna back charge Speedy Cash $100 an hour for giving a fraudulent loan in my name then just dropping it in my lap like it's my problem now. If you would have done a proper background check you would have seen that the numbers don't match. Thanks for being such an unprofessional company.

Madison location. Every agent of your staff that I've dealt with seem to be rude and not friendly to deal with. I work in customer service myself and there is no excuse for this! Not to mention there's always a line in your store and employees behind the glass are just standing around instead of focusing on customers in your store. Fraudulent loan apparently granted by Speedy cash and they refuse to provide any proof of the loan they supposedly issued. Will not provide bank check was written to, who cash it when. Also, apparently issued it with no proof of who person was. I was the victim of ID theft (IRS electronic filing on TAX ACT compromised). With this they have my SSN and that seems to be all Speedy cash asks for. Taking up with ftc and corp ranks at Speedy Cash tomorrow as at line level they have provided zero support. Almost 3 months have passed and they haven't validated debt and now want to send to their internal "collections." This is a scam.

Excellent service... fast and dependable. Although Payday Advance is an expensive form of credit you can always count on Speedy Cash services when you need it.

I went to speedy cash for a loan of $600 back in January 3rd. The person who gave the Loan told me that will be a charge on my Bank account of $134 every two weeks, (268 a month). If I don't pay the total of $600 before June they will continue to take money from my bank, until half of june, then it will stop. Unfortunately I cannot come with the total of $600 dollars in two weeks to pay in full, so I let them took the $268 a month from my bank. No payment was missing, the money was always there, so far I have paid them $1,340.

Speedy Cash took a payment out two days ahead, therefore it caused nfs charges to my account. I have paid every loan on time on the 3rd Wed of each month as scheduled. I appreciate that availability of being able to get a pay day cash advance, in a speedy way. However, I would like to be able to get an installment loan to consolidate about $2500 of medical expenses and bills, since I've been a loyal customer and a stable customer. It's difficult to get caught up when the pay day advance has to be paid back, other bills go unpaid and I continue to have to get advances. I applied online and heard nothing back from them, so I called. They informed me they were behind and that it could be more than 24 hrs. I called after 24 hrs and was informed they were still behind but they had reviewed my bank account and everything looked good that they just had to confirm my references. 4 hours later, I receive an email stating I was denied because they could not confirm my identity. Excuse me - you went through my bank account, you contacted my references, and I even offered to send you a picture of my license.

I received a text from an online company saying I was approved for a loan. I click on the link and my information came up. I updated a couple of things and submitted and they referred me to your company. I got really excited because I had some things I needed to take care of fast so the money came in time. Well at least I thought. When I arrived they seem nice and friendly with a smile but then once everything got going with the loan, they made me feel like I was begging and annoying.

I love how quick the turnaround time is. Once I get approved I get the funds in my account in less than 3 days.

Worst company ever. Enrolled me in day before payment so the money came out a day before it was supposed to without my permission. When I called to have it dealt with agent and supervisor were extremely rude and hung up on me numerous time. They then took the money out of my account and received it. But because I put a stop payment on them because of the horrible customer service I received, they now refuse to give me another loan after I told them the stop payment had been removed and that I had proof it was removed. And also that the money I borrowed with was the money I use to buy my 8 month old daughter's monthly food, diapers, wipes etc.

I feel they lie to get you up there. I am a customer who always pay on my loans on time or before they are due. They ran my credit and told me I was approved for the installments. They first said I needed to give them my bank information and said I meet the requirements of 1700 in my account in a 30-day period. So everything I thought was all good. Then they tell me I have to come back because there was a glitch In their system and they do not know how long - maybe a couple Of days. So I call today and they tell me to come down so they can give me the money. I get down there and it's only me that has this problem and it has to go through their corporate Office.

I have always had great customer service when I go to Speedy Cash before noon 7 days a week. I only had bad customer service once with a younger African American girl who worked Thursday night around 7pm. I will no longer go during evening times. The woman who helped me on 3/23/15 was amazing and went above and beyond to help me.

Of every place we have ever dealt with, whether it be the cable company, our water department, the electricity company or even past loan providers, we have never had any of them send such a beautiful letter. The lady that helped us listened to every single thing we said. The letter we received, in summary, said; "I am so happy that I could help your wife and you. I also hope that your puppy is doing well and that we appreciate everything." We had told her of our baby (our 9 month old baby Chihuahua 'Blue Bell' that had jumped off the couch and had broken her leg in two places. She was delighted to see her and even see the pictures of her in her cast and asked how she was currently doing!!

I've dealt with payday loans before but never like this. They are crooked people. We went to them in January to get a loan. In February they took money out of the account like they suppose to. But when it came to March, they took out more than what they was suppose to take out. When we confronted them, they say that we were behind which we were not. When we ask for the loan documents, they printed out pages that were not apart of the original agreement. Took the loan documents back (the original of what we had not the ones they printed) and showed them both and she was like, "well you signed". I told her she was a lie and forged those documents. I mean who would agree to 400 interest on a 150 loan. That's stupid. Lawsuits are coming to this company and the manager for changing the documents.

I picked up cash from the location in Rialto, CA and although 1 girl was working @ 9:05 am, the other 2 was engaged in an extensive conversation (while the 2 people ahead of me and myself waited). After I was called, they did call the lady in back of me. The lady who assisted me was a jewel but the delay was unnecessary. Very nice people BUT time is money!

I have been a member from Alabama since 2012 and had trouble last month and worse THIS month getting loan approval but they had no problem taking my money out an early payoff. WHAT is wrong??? I took out a loan with this company and made payments as agreed - until my bank account was hacked and emptied. When I contacted my bank's fraud department, the first question was - "did you take out an online loan". Speedy Cash sold my info to a company that hacked my account. I closed that account. At that point I stopped making payments until they could provide proof they did not sell my information. Today they took the entire amount due on the loan from my new bank account - I had not provided them with any information on that account - $600 loan balance and $1000 in 'interest'. They are crooks.

Speedy Cash has been a lifesaver for me for a couple of years now. I'm a retired teacher and from time to time I find myself in need of some extra funds. Speedy Cash has been ready to help me and their service is excellent. Some might say that the interest rate is too high. If I were to borrow from them for a year or more that might be a problem. I am so glad I reviewed the payback terms before accepting. The sample was a $100 loan. Within two weeks of payback, that would have been almost $450 with fees and interest. Are you kidding me? That is BEYOND predatory! It should be a crime to even offer something like that. Loan sharks would be a better option!

Overall, I have been very happy with the service, which has all been online. I have had a couple of occasions that I filled out the request for a new loan and it kept going back to the same page, or didn't recognize that I was ready to move on (not any errors).

I have tried other places to do business, but when I came to the money box, now Speedy Cash, I was very pleased with the customer service and the easy ways to borrow money and easy options to pay back. I really liked the 1% you charged to cash checks at first but then you raised it to 2%. At first I was going to do my business elsewhere but the customer service and how easy it is to borrow money and how it’s just put onto my card is very convenient. I guess to sum it up I stayed loyal despite the 2% you charge to cash checks because of great customer service, easy loan terms, convenience.

They went into my bank account and took a payment without notifying me. They claimed they called me but they DID not. They hide their identity when they call you and call from any numbers. They are dishonest and thieves. They intend to have you paying forever. They take $204 a month and I have been paying on $750 sept 2014 and the balance is still $850. They are only apply $12 to principal out of $102 biweekly. This is not explained to the customer prior to taking out the loan. Something has to be done.

I applied for a loan. They ask for a credit card, I gave them a prepaid card. They say they couldn't use that card so I gave them another card and I got the loan. Everything was fine. I paid the loan off in full, then I got another loan. They went into the prepaid card which wasn't designated or agreed upon and took 700.00 out of my account without my authorization.

Where do I even start about this company. I got a loan of $160 in OCTOBER 2014 and I've been paying on this loan since then. I go to check my account and the loan is STILL at $160!! These are nothing but pigs - stay away from them at all costs. If you need money real bad try ACE CASH EXPRESS! These fool interest rate is through the roof. They're not trying to help you, they just want YOUR money. I don't usually write reviews but I have to let people know to stay away.. The only thing I would like to see changed is, if you are a regular customer with an established history of making good on payments, you should be able to rewrite your loan the day it is due. So that the next loan hits your bank the next day instead of having to wait 3 business days to secure a new loan. Also, I understand in the State of Tennessee I wish you could offer signature loans. Other than that, I am satisfied with my experience so far.

It would be nice to let us borrow more if you set where, for instance if I re-borrow 5 times then we should get extra - just saying. Now on your staff, they were very good and courteous to me and helpful if I had a problem getting inside. Ty...

I am completely satisfied with the service that I have been receiving from Speedy Cash.

All the other visits with Speedy Cash were excellent except my last visit. The clerk pretended to be confused and was rude to me and tried to make me feel embarrassed and I brushed it off. I said thank you when I left and she just ignored me and gave me no departing words. Just bad customer service. I will try to avoid her if I go back.

They have helped me in a very tough time financially.

Bad place for business, interests rates too high on short term loans! Customer service not good as well! They won't work with you on any issues you may have!

COMPLETE RIP OFF stay far away!!! I read some of the comments about it being a great service and I actually believe that these people either work for the company or were paid to write good reviews. This company is a scam that places hard working people in a financial burden. Interest charged EVERY day. You end up paying 6 times as much as you owe. I took a $500 loan out in July. It is Dec and I still owe $480. They take out $72 every 2 weeks. RIP OFF!

It is clear that your fees are absolutely astronomical!! I understand the purpose in running ANY business at the end of the day is profit. However, I think it is absurd to charge SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a loan less than 2 weeks. This type of business habitually takes advantage of decent people just trying to make ends meet. You know that finance charge is insane and you charge the MAXIMUM allowed by law. I even humbly emailed customer service and requested a discount of some sort to help and the answer was a resounding NO!! Desperate people will use your service and continue to struggle financially due to the RIDICULOUS fees charged.

I am satisfied with your service but not impressed. I believe you can do same day loans because you can take a payment that doesn't require any processing time. Overall though your services are satisfactory, however your customer service is excellent when I have contacted you to resolve an issue.

I requested a online loan that was never deposit to my account because the checking account was missing a number which was automatically generated. It took a week for this to be resolved. I was not happy, will be using the store for now on.
