My loan with Speedy Cash was probably One of the easiest loans I have ever applied for. All of the information was taken over the phone and the approval process was quick and painless. The requested funds were in my account the next day as promised. Everything was extremely easy and very convenient.

They took all my information. They even swiped my current debit card then they denied me my loan so I was never a customer or former customer. Then they charged me and lied to me. Stole all my information and I never even got a loan from these crooks. When I asked for my application back she said, "Oh we need it for our file." I was like, "Ok. Why do you need if you're not giving me any money?" She said they must keep for their own records. Now I know why she said so they can go ahead and Rob me on my payday. Something needs to be done about this place. How are they still in business stealing people information and all. Wow.

Well my bank account was off by one number so I'm still waiting on a loan. So I have not been able to talk to anyone or get help yet. I would like someone to call me back so I can get some help on what I can do next.

I was trying to find a loan for less than perfect credit. I got several text message from Speedy Cash that I was approved for $5,000. Super excited and called immediately thinking I could finally catch up on everything. They asked personal info, banking info, and then stated they would deposit a verification amount into my bank account before deposit of actual loan. This caught my attention. With this verification amount I was to go to a store and buy Google Play gift cards. Bingo! Scam! And now they have all my personal info. After I gave them the Google Play codes then the $5k would immediately be deposited into my account. Sure. Now I have more hassle of contacting my bank, changing account info and passwords to protect what little bit of money I do have. I’m assuming this scammer is using the same name to sound legit so this is just a warning. All phone calls come from California too.

I received a approval for a loan and received an email and everything. Never received my funds and the day it was supposed to be deposited received a notice that information couldn’t be verified. When I called to find out what needed to be verified I was told the information had to be sent out and would get a reply in 21 days.

My funds have not reached my bank account. You said it would be in on December 6th. It's December 7th and still no sign of my loan from you. I got an installment loan from Speedy Cash. The terms seem acceptable. I was in the contract and the payment schedule that if I made all necessary payment according to the payment schedule the loan would be paid off. I recently completed my last payment in November 2018. I received a letter one month later in December 2018 stating that I am in default and owe the total balance of the loan. Wow!!! I can't believe that I have paid nearly 4 times the amount borrowed and still owe the original amount. I called the customer service line and was told that I was only paying interest the entire time.

This is a RIP OFF company. I applied for a $255 loan and they only deposited $187 into my account. I had to 3 way called my bank with them to confirm that they did not deposit $255. My bank confirmed that only $187 deposited from Speedy Cash. I offered to send them a bank statement to show the money they deposited but they refused to do any further action. RIP OFF is all I can say. I wish there was a no star at all so I can give you a 0 star.

I was leery about getting a loan, most people know what to expect if they can’t pay the minimums. Super good experience, paid off the loan in no time. Credit increases to $600. Had to cash a check in order to pay off the loan. Charged me $30.00 to cash my check!!! Online said their prices were competitive. There’s no competition... that just sucks. I also had a pending payment. So when I was told my pay off was $687.53 I assumed that pending one was included. It was not. So now instead of refunding the payment that came out of my bank account the day after I paid it off, I have $634 in credit available... except that $34 is technically mine? I don’t WANT to use this if I don’t need to, and if I borrow my $34 are y’all gonna charge me!? Sick feeling they will. I still like this place but some of the things they do are a little shady.

Ran my credit. Stated I was approved. 3 days later nothing has been transferred. I’ve tried logging it but the system doesn’t allow me to. I’ve tried to reset my password. But it states I’m not found in the system. When I try to re-register it says email is already signed up, but when I try to do “forget my password” it says “email not found”. Very flawed system and misleading.

So I got a very small flex loan due to a emergency, they have my account information to take their payment every month. Halfway through the loan in hand to order a new debit card, I went to the location and told them that well I assumed they were taking their money because they have my routing number and account number, Well one Thursday I got a debit for 3 payments at once, I called and they told me I have not been paying my bill. I told them I always have money in my account and no one has called me and it is apparent they have my info because they took 3 payments at once.

I had a payday loan with Speedy Cash and when my loan became due, because my state of residence, I had the option to spread the full payment due over a 6 months (12 payment installment plan). I have done this many times in the past with no issues. However this time, the installment plan documents were emailed to me on 9/20/18 at 3:36 pm, I returned them via email to the address provided on 9/22/18 at 12:49 pm. As I had gone through this process before that should have been it; I logged into my account online on 9/25/18 only to see that my account was listed as being in "default" status. I called and I was transferred to a separate team and told that they didn't receive my documents in time, that my account is in default and I can separate my balance into THREE payments.
