This company are straight crooks!! They took a payment out of my account a week early! When I called to tell them they have wiped my account clean and left my account $244 negative all they said was “sorry, we can’t do anything about this.” I am livid! Not only did they leave me with an overdraft bill but you basically took my grocery money!! I ended up having to get another loan to buy food!!!! I am sending this out to all the review sites and contacting the local news! It’s not enough they prey on people living paycheck to pay check with their high interest but then put you in even more of a financial bind by taking unscheduled payments! Once I am done paying these loans off I am done with this company!!

When I got a loan with Speedy Cash, I was aware of the high-interest rates but I was in a tight situation and needed money here and there to cover me. A line of credit worked well at the time until I racked it up to $1,000 and realized I would almost never be able to pay it off. So when I needed to get another loan elsewhere, I told them I wanted to consolidate Speedy Cash into that loan. The new, far more professional loan provider obliged helping me pay off the $1,000. Given Speedy Cash receives automatic payments from my bank account, I ended up with a credit balance of $186.77. All this happened in October 2019. It's now December 2019 and I haven't received my refund.

So on November the 19th I sent Speedy Cash an email revoking their right charge my bank account/debit card. On 12/2 they charged it anyway which put my account in the negative, so they illegally took money from my account. For 3 days I tried to get it resolved. After speaking to multiple people I was told after the payment cleared they would issue the refund as well as the overdraft fee I received. I call Monday the next week and was told since I called today they would start the refund process, but not refund the overdraft that was caused by them taking money when they had no right to do so. Then was told about all the hoops I was going to have to jump through to even get the overdraft back.

I have been dealing with this unprofessional company on the phone now for hours with zero progress. Basically just told me there's nothing they can do. I took out a small payday loan of $200 and have made 3 payments only to find out my payoff amount is still over twice what I borrowed. The amounts that I paid towards my balance were not used toward my balance but towards only interest. My payoff amount after this is done will be over $500 for a PAYDAY loan. I do not suggest anyone every use this loan service.

They request all your personal info so that they can share it with marketing firms that start sending countless emails and text messages advertising loans, then they send you a denial saying your score is 100 points less than what it really is just to get your info!! Beware!! Fraud!!

Instead of taking out 1 payment they took out 3. Spent hours on the phone being transferred and placed in hold. Finally spoke with Sineibe who said that since I had the money in my account why not just let the money go toward my loan. They then said due to policy I am not eligible for a refund.

Fast and friendly customer service. Online factor makes it easier just picking up the loan. Definitely a must if in a crunch but not a permanent solution when it comes down to fixing financial issues. The money is expensive but does help. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Staff is really professional at the Riverside location. Made the whole experience great.

I borrowed $655 from Speedy Cash on 8/10/19. On 9/2/19 I paid Speedy Cash $368.37. On 10/3/19 I paid $897.18 for the final payment (total of $1,265.55). It cost me $610.55 interest to borrow $655 for 2 months. I know that I signed several legal documents but you should know what it will cost you.

Very Helpful, very easy to apply. When I call and talk with a live person they are always very helpful with their information. I have told many family and friends about this service. I had one. I have used this service many times and also I have paid loan off before sooner.

Just spent an hour dealing with this company. I had one payment plus a little left. I called to ask about the process of paying off the balance with my NEXT PAYMENT which was due in November. This morning checking my bank balance I found that they had taken the scheduled October payment out...and today the balance. When I called, I was told it was because I was in collections and that they could take out the balance whenever they wanted. First, NOT in collections. Second, when I asked for an explanation they said it was because of accrued interest and a returned payment back in August (which cleared my account two days later).

You end up paying interest for the first 2.5 years. After 2.5 years you start seeing a reduction on your balance.

The speedy cash location on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is HORRIBLE! The people there are disrespectful asf! They yell “next” with the worst attitude. Was in an emergency and needed funds and within the hour I was approved for $255.00 which was directly deposited into my account within minutes after approval. The big kicker is I have poor to horrible credit. I make good money but times are tough. When all other places instantly denied me when I applied, I almost gave up hope.

Horrible rates for Installment Loans. The process was and somewhat painless. The customer service was really great but when I received my loan agreement I was shocked. For a $2,600 loan they are charging $10,066 so at the end of my 48 month term I will have forked over $12,666. Annual rate of 134.317%. I was expecting an already high rate of 30% but this is just really awful. Please dont take a deal like this. This is how people's lives get ruined. Every time a loan application performs a hard credit check, it negatively impacts your credit. These imbeciles, over 1 single loan application, ran my credit numerous times before cancelling the application without a single notice/email/phone call. After calling them back they told me I'd have to resubmit the application and damage my credit even further without a single reason as to why they cancelled the previous application other than "because we can". If you need a loan for any reason I strongly suggest using any other company aside from this one.

Had this loan since October 2018. It is now May 2019 and while I had intention of paying off early (payments until April 2020), I don't see it happening. BEWARE!!! Lately they have been taking their sweet ** time to apply payments to my account. As a result, payoff amount always goes up and virtually impossible to payoff. Send them an email asking why, response is: "Sent the ACH to withdraw from bank account, takes a few days to post to your account". Not my problem. Should apply as soon as you take from my bank account. Scam artists.

Their ads state rapid loans but my wait period is 3 days and when I called was told to talk to my bank so I did call and my bank said it won’t post till Thursday the following week and I needed the money the next day to get home.

I guess the only bad experienced that I've encountered with Speedy Cash and I wish they can improve on, is that there is no customer service available on weekends. I had to move to due date that was gonna happen on a Tuesday so the money was gonna get taken out on Monday morning. So I called thinking that on Saturday morning I could get in touch with anybody from the company and I didnt. So the money was deducted from account which send me to be overdrafted by 2 dollars and those 2 dollars turn out to be 35 fee impose by my bank.

Your staff it would be felt being quite professional in processing that needed for loan and is appreciated. Finances as indicated they would be were there today on time. They took $233.00 out of my account... $233 X 3 = %932, my loan is paid, but no, from a $750 loan, even after 4 payments my account was $1100, nah no way. And none of these "customers" talk about how you only get a $28-$30 increase when you need money, but they will take over $200 from your account. DO NOT TAKE LOAN OUT WITH THIS COMPANY.
