I'm disabled and I'm on a fixed income, and a lot of cash places don't take you. But Speedy Cash did. I took out a loan as I was in dire need but right now, I do it for basic necessities. I went there yesterday and got a loan again. Dealing with customer service has always been good. But how long the lending process takes depends on what days you go in. You get a lot of angry participants in there, which is understandable. Some are older, some are disabled, and sometimes, you have a couple of employees in the Lancaster branch who do not adhere to them.

I heard about Speedy Cash from a friend and decided to give it a try. The lending process went smoothly, and overall it was a decent experience.

It was my first time to use Speedy Cash and all went well.

In these trying times, it’s good to know that we have options for help just to get us through the month. Whether it be groceries, medical or household bills, or just a little extra cash to play with. Speedy Cash offers an outlet when your check just doesn’t cover all the bills. I for one is utilizing Speedycash to cover unexpected medical costs that arose unexpectedly a year ago. Very convenient, fast, and when needed, customer service staff are very professional and courteous. Thank you Speedycash.

Was approved for a line of credit online and just needed to go inside store to get the money but once I went in I suddenly had to reapply and do a bunch of stuff that wasn’t required and was denied the line of credit I’d already been approved for.

I've used Speedy Cash many times over the years. Typically I pick up cash in person due to the length of time it takes to do direct deposit. This past Saturday I went online and processed a loan. The options were pick up cash in person or instant direct deposit. I've not seen the "instant direct deposit" option but seemed like the best one. Money was not deposited until Monday morning. For me this didn't pose a huge problem, but I could see where others may have more desperate situations. Please make a note on the site so people know they are NOT going to get "instant direct deposit".

Speedy Cash is very easy to use and understand. They make their terms clear and were fast to process my request. I find the repayment terms very reasonable and easy to manage, I will for sure use Speedy Cash again!!!

I submitted and was approved for a $753 loan on Friday Oct. 10th, 2025 and the email said I will receive the loan on Monday Oct. 13th, 2025. It is Monday past 9:00pm PT and I still have not received the loan. What is going on??

It was quick, easy to navigate and apply and get approved. But takes too long to deposit. If it just deposits faster it would be great. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars just because of the wait time.

Your system is totally faulty, No loan has been issued, 2 loan amounts provided. Requesting payment prior to loan being funded. Unable to change bank information but they loan was issued without finalizing those details. Nightmare. Calls to customer service go unanswered. I have no idea of the status of the loan. When the money will be delivered. If the money will be delivered. The term Speedy for this process is a misnomer.

I had experience fraud with my checking account so I had to go through more than usual. Still I was able to get my loan and that’s the important thing. I had to o do quite a bit of running due to my bank being 25 miles away.

Incompetence staff that have no clue what they are doing. They will lie to your face about their operations and then try to screw you when it's time to pay in order to Ream you with their outrageous interest charges.

Excellent service. I had trouble logging in my computer to complete my application. And the customer representative explained and went through each step with me, and I was able to log in after her help.

It worked great at first but now it takes so long for the next loan to be available. When I pay on time to be able to get the next loan if I need it, I use to be able to get it the next day, don't know what changed.

I first noticed Speedy Cash a couple of years ago when I was passing by after going to Walmart. I kept seeing the big sign on the corner of the building, and that initially caught my interest. The customer service reps have always been friendly and nice. If there’s anything bad about them, I would have been gone a long time ago. Speedy Cash has good people.

I'm happy with Speedy Cash. It helps you pay bills. I’d recommend it so people won't get into debt. If they need it and they wanna pay extra, it's fine.

Was approved, but then nothing couldn't access the account, and no loan was issued. However, a bill stating I owed money was sent for November. No notice or anything, and then when I called, there was no answer. No email, nothing, but now I have to turn in all this stuff, my bank statement, my SS card signed, and a pic of myself holding my ID. So not comfortable with that so I will pass!

I did not receive my funds. Somehow they were sent to another bank. I would like full payment refund or some help with getting it sent to the proper bank please. I do not authorize any of my funds to used

I was given the delivery date of Sunday, September 14th, 2025 and at the end of day I have yet to receive the funds. Dates should not be provided if the dates provided are incorrect or accurate. This sours the experience with your company.

Speedy Cash is easy to apply online. Also quick response if approved the deposit can be direct into your bank account or pick up at their store. Speedycash gives you time for repayment and it's all very convenient.

The lending process with Speedy Cash was too long and drawn out. It took up to nine hours. I was there early in the morning and I didn't get anything done until the middle of the afternoon. They had a ton of requirements.

Go check out Speedy Cash. They help take care of whatever you need if they can. They're very persistent. I use the website for payment and navigating is hard for me. But they always work with me on a payment plan.

Speedy Cash helped me when I had fallen behind on my bills and I needed the money. They were the only company that offered me the money, so I dealt with them. The customer experience was good and the process took three to four minutes. Everything was quick. I filled out the paperwork, they told me what they needed, and I was out of there.

The only thing I didn't agree with was that the msg said to pick it up by 715 that evening. I was there at 615 and they were already closed on Saturday, so I was going to pick it up Monday morning and it was deposited in my account already which is just as good. But just the timing was off.

I let them know that I need to get one. I have to rebook and the process does not take that long. There's another check cashing place and a new system that came out. They have this machine. All you need is three signatures and you're out of there. Now, that's something that Speedy Cash could really look into.

I have never had an easier experience. I applied, got approved, and had my money before the end of the day. Then as long as you make your payments you can always access your available credit... aka how much the maximum is they tell you you can take out. My monthly payments are way lower here than many other places I've had loans through.

Hello I’m still waiting for the loan to be deposited in to my bank. Here in the profile it says it was send yesterday but it still don’t show it my bank…. Is it coming today or can I receive it in person?

I have just applied for a loan. They offered me more than what I really needed which was amazing, I then got an email stating that I needed to resign the contract which I did, I then got an email stating that a representative would reach out to me or that I can call them to verify my income. I have called 30 times now with the last two days and each time same message. “Due to high call volumes we cannot take your call” which is a lie seeing as I’ve called non stop at different times, I even had my mother call them too and same message. I’ve emailed both emails I’ve found for them and nothing. So if you’re in need of an instant loan I don’t recommend Speedy Cash. They are quick with getting you approved. Just don’t have good communication or support.

Generally, my experience with Speedy Cash has been satisfactory, and the workers are consistently friendly. However, there's been a change in their loan repayment policy that I find inconvenient. Previously, Speedy Cash offered more flexibility with the repayment schedule, allowing customers more latitude to adjust the payment dates. Back then, if my paycheck was on the 16th, I could comfortably request a repayment adjustment to accommodate my schedule. Unfortunately, this flexibility is no longer available, as they only allow a one-day grace period now.

If and when I need a loan advance, I NEED IT RIGHT NOW!!! Not 2 or 3 days later! I have been doing business with you for months now, and you jerk me around each time I need an advance loan. I will not ever do business with you again, if my loan can not be put in my bank right now today!!!

Speedy cash gives you the cash right away, that is the only plus. The interest rates are so high please be careful how you get involved with them. You wind up paying more then double back that also includes title loans, I understand its because we are in desperate situations sometimes and really need the money but honestly this kind of loans are not in your best interest. First try other options and this being one of your last ones it's not good. The customer service is good and they help you but it's their job to do that. I won't do this again. It cost me double what I borrowed and that was too much for me.

I couldn’t have managed without her support. I went back a second time and ** wasn’t there but others working were great and supportive as well.

I did this LAST Thursday... it is now MONDAY and I still have not recieved my funds.... I'm paying $50 for ONE DAY. I get paid Wednesday making this useless. I will not be using your service again. It did not help me in the least.

I never received this loan. This is fraud. It never went to my bank account you have on file is not mine. I will be filing a police report, I can provide proof and I never signed the documents. Someone needs to explain this. I called customer service and they have not answered.

I had doubts that I wouldn’t be helped and it made me so stir fry crazy! But this really is was a quick and easy experience and I would do this again if I have to because this also helps me build my credit score. I’ve never used my credit and needed to build my credit score.

I have been put in a pickle. I was hoping for 1000 and after trying to get the last 35 of the 835, it was supposed to be in my account this morning but wasn't and now forced to leave my place of living due to short funds. This service helps me get through the month from time to time. It’s so easy to apply for the loan online. I love having the choice of being able to opt how I receive my loan when applying. I use the option of having it put directly onto my debit card. Usually it comes within a hour. Though the location on 6th Street in Los Angeles offers great customer service.

When you call in the system does not recognize you or your account information, and it is annoying. And then when you give your information, even though you have been a past customer, it says it cannot validate your information, when it is the same information, you gave the first 2 times then you are banned for 30 days to requalify.

This is the first time I have gotten a loan and it said there would be money in there by this morning and there is no money in there. But yet there is a due date for the money. A little shady. I think.

You had the wrong card information and would let me change it so I didn’t get my loan I needed. I called customer service on 06/25 and they said I would have to wait for a few days to reapply if I wanted to. And show proof of my bank statement showing I never received my loan.

I paid my load in full. It took Speedy Cash 3 days to post the payment and they still charged interest on a loan that is paid off. Customer service are not helpful. This is a good company avoid. Think twice.

My daughter used Speedy Cash a long time ago. I needed some money and decided to try it out. I’ve been with them almost a year now, and I had two loans. They're friendly and explain things. I didn’t know that I can get cash after I paid the credit loans. I don’t know too much about the fees and interest rate and I was getting confused. The rep explained it to me and said that if I pay them the money, they would give me a check. They never told me about that. Maybe it was a new feature. I like the service because they gave me the money I needed right then and there.

Everything seems to go the right way with Speedy Cash. As long as I have the right paperwork or credentials, everything will go right. When I need extra help, it’s there. The reps are nice and explain everything to me about the loan, the terms and conditions, and the day I have to pay it back. They ask me if I really wanna do it, and they go ahead and process it, and I have the money. Sometimes, I forget the date I’m supposed to pay my loan. They call and tell me the date has passed and give me a couple more days until I can go down there and straighten it out.

I would recommend Speedy Cash. Their reps are really nice. They approved me instantly because I have good credit. The negative thing is they don’t have many people to take care of everybody.
