I love Speedy Cash. I just rolled by, went in, and the lady I spoke to was professional and funny as well. She told me how everything worked, and I just went with them. They offered me more than I wanted, and I had to break it down a little bit, and we even laughed and joked about it. They have nice people at Speedy Cash.

I've been dealing with Speedy Cash for a long time. They're nice and professional. Sometimes I run short and Speedy Cash helps a lot. When I really need it, it comes right on time. I let them know that I need to get one. I have to rebook and the process does not take that long. There's another check cashing place and a new system that came out. They have this machine. All you need is three signatures and you're out of there. Now, that's something that Speedy Cash could really look into.

Everything went smooth dealing with Speedy Cash. From approval to funding, it only took 10 minutes and it was paid in cash. Everyone of them that I’ve worked with or dealt with were very respectful and professional. If you need to get a loan, Speedy Cash would be a good place to go to.

Speedy Cash is terrific. Whenever I go in, the women at the counter are fantastic and very knowledgeable if I have questions. I’ve gone so many times that I don’t even have questions anymore. I hate to admit that, but times are tough and it really helps me out big time. I was only able to get 255 and they have offered to apply for a higher but I didn’t. Overall, it was a great service for me.

I have never had an easier experience. I applied, got approved, and had my money before the end of the day. Then as long as you make your payments you can always access your available credit... aka how much the maximum is they tell you you can take out. My monthly payments are way lower here than many other places I've had loans through.

The approval was so fast. Now I'm just waiting for the deposit. I did it on a Friday so I'll re update this after Monday to see if the money actually gets deposited. Then I will gladly come back on and tell you how amazing they are.

Hello I’m still waiting for the loan to be deposited in to my bank. Here in the profile it says it was send yesterday but it still don’t show it my bank…. Is it coming today or can I receive it in person?

I have just applied for a loan. They offered me more than what I really needed which was amazing, I then got an email stating that I needed to resign the contract which I did, I then got an email stating that a representative would reach out to me or that I can call them to verify my income. I have called 30 times now with the last two days and each time same message. “Due to high call volumes we cannot take your call” which is a lie seeing as I’ve called non stop at different times, I even had my mother call them too and same message. I’ve emailed both emails I’ve found for them and nothing. So if you’re in need of an instant loan I don’t recommend Speedy Cash. They are quick with getting you approved. Just don’t have good communication or support.

My experiences with Speedy Cash over the past four or five years have been largely positive. In terms of the lending process, it was impressively swift, with funding appearing immediately. It helped me to move around and pay my bills. If I were to talk to a friend or family member about Speedy Cash, I'd definitely recommend them, not just based on my experience, but also because even my mother has opted to use their services.

I discovered Speedy Cash a couple of years ago and they've been incredibly helpful. The customer service I've experienced has been excellent, with professionalism and clarity on everything before I sign any papers. I usually visit the branch in person rather than applying online or over the phone. While I'm there, they take the time to go through all the paperwork, check my income, and verify my bank account details.
The process is quite smooth, and even though it might take some time, I understand it's necessary for verification and possible updates. I don't mind waiting as it's part of their thorough process. As soon as they verify all the necessary information, things move quickly. It's always been easy and straightforward with them, making me a satisfied customer.

Generally, my experience with Speedy Cash has been satisfactory, and the workers are consistently friendly. However, there's been a change in their loan repayment policy that I find inconvenient. Previously, Speedy Cash offered more flexibility with the repayment schedule, allowing customers more latitude to adjust the payment dates. Back then, if my paycheck was on the 16th, I could comfortably request a repayment adjustment to accommodate my schedule. Unfortunately, this flexibility is no longer available, as they only allow a one-day grace period now.
I wish they would consider extending this adjustment period for long-time customers like myself, who have a stable history of payments. Such allowances would greatly enhance my experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they could extend their operation hours beyond 8 PM, perhaps until 10 PM, to accommodate working customers.
Despite these challenges, most services are as they used to be, but these recent changes in policy have made things somewhat difficult.

Speedy cash gives you the cash right away, that is the only plus. The interest rates are so high please be careful how you get involved with them. You wind up paying more then double back that also includes title loans, I understand its because we are in desperate situations sometimes and really need the money but honestly this kind of loans are not in your best interest. First try other options and this being one of your last ones it's not good. The customer service is good and they help you but it's their job to do that. I won't do this again. It cost me double what I borrowed and that was too much for me.

My decision to use Speedy Cash came at a challenging time during the COVID-19 pandemic. I received a live phone advertisement from them, which caught my attention. With the economic downturn leading to a pile-up of bills, it felt like a lifeline as I anxiously looked for ways to cover my expenses.
The application process was impressively smooth and took less than 15 minutes, with approval coming almost immediately. I appreciated this efficiency, although I often wished they could offer loans with higher limits. As a senior citizen living alone, the financial strain is immense, and Speedy Cash helped me access funds quickly during tight spots.
The representatives at the physical location were generally helpful, though the facility itself could use some improvements such as sprucing up the seating area. While dealing with loan reminders might seem redundant since I've pre-written checks, the staff's consistency and support have been steadfast. However, it remains a puzzle why they’d send reminders despite having everything pre-arranged.
In terms of reaching out for assistance within the store, Speedy Cash's employees have consistently shown courtesy and assistance. Even with some confusion on loan terms like providing loan amounts versus borrowing limits, I remain grateful for Speedy Cash's support during such difficult economic times. Overall, they've been a great help in maintaining my peace of mind amidst financial turmoil.

After some thought, I picked Speedy Cash because I found out about them online. My experience was smooth with them contacting me after I filled out a form online, which led me to visit their store in person. The in-store experience was efficient, with quick service and friendly staff. There wasn’t anything I felt they could have done better during my visit. I never received this loan. This is fraud. It never went to my bank account you have on file is not mine. I will be filing a police report, I can provide proof and I never signed the documents. Someone needs to explain this. I called customer service and they have not answered.

I was hoping for 1000 and after trying to get the last 35 of the 835, it was supposed to be in my account this morning but wasn't and now forced to leave my place of living due to short funds. This service helps me get through the month from time to time. It’s so easy to apply for the loan online. I love having the choice of being able to opt how I receive my loan when applying. I use the option of having it put directly onto my debit card. Usually it comes within a hour. Though the location on 6th Street in Los Angeles offers great customer service.

When you call in the system does not recognize you or your account information, and it is annoying. And then when you give your information, even though you have been a past customer, it says it cannot validate your information, when it is the same information, you gave the first 2 times then you are banned for 30 days to requalify.

You had the wrong card information and would let me change it so I didn’t get my loan I needed. I called customer service on 06/25 and they said I would have to wait for a few days to reapply if I wanted to. And show proof of my bank statement showing I never received my loan.

I paid my load in full. It took Speedy Cash 3 days to post the payment and they still charged interest on a loan that is paid off. Customer service are not helpful. This is a good company avoid. Think twice.

My daughter used Speedy Cash a long time ago. I needed some money and decided to try it out. I’ve been with them almost a year now, and I had two loans. They're friendly and explain things. I didn’t know that I can get cash after I paid the credit loans. I don’t know too much about the fees and interest rate and I was getting confused. The rep explained it to me and said that if I pay them the money, they would give me a check. They never told me about that. Maybe it was a new feature. I like the service because they gave me the money I needed right then and there.

I’ve always had a good experience with Speedy Cash. They’re always very professional and kind, and they treat me good as a customer. I needed the money to pay a bill at the time. The application process was easy and took at least 20 minutes.
The only thing is, the annual percentage rate was too high. I wouldn't recommend it, but only because you can get into a vicious cycle.

I had some bills I needed to pay before going on my cruise. I was trying to figure it out because payday was gonna fall after the trip. I got online and tried different loans. A co-worker had told me about some other place but they didn't help me. Another co-worker also tried where she went, and they didn't help her either. Then I was online and I downloaded an app to try and I stopped because it might affect my credit.
I was getting ready for work when I got a call about the loan. They said they’re from Speedy Cash and they’re just down the street. So, I stopped real quick before work. I felt like I was wasting time because I don't even think I'm going to be approved. Then the rep said I was approved so much. I was asked if I would take it all or just a part of it. I said I would take so much because of the trip.
And then she started telling me about how I could refer people and I'd get the $25 for each referral. I referred the girls who got denied by the other companies and they got approved. Another co worker and my boyfriend tried for a loan for the trip. It was hit or miss but we were blessed to have extra spending money.
When we came back from the trip, a co-worker and her mom got approved. Another unexpected referral was a friend of my co-worker’s mom. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Speedy Cash.

Everything’s great with Speedy Cash. I was in dire need of some funds, and I needed it real fast, and they gave it to me real fast. The application for the personal loan didn’t even take a good 15 minutes.
The people there are just wonderful, and I really enjoy the experience. They’re very professional and nice, and they always call you by your name. Every single person I’ve ever dealt with in that office has been great.

Everything seems to go the right way with Speedy Cash. As long as I have the right paperwork or credentials, everything will go right. When I need extra help, it’s there. The reps are nice and explain everything to me about the loan, the terms and conditions, and the day I have to pay it back. They ask me if I really wanna do it, and they go ahead and process it, and I have the money. Sometimes, I forget the date I’m supposed to pay my loan. They call and tell me the date has passed and give me a couple more days until I can go down there and straighten it out.

I would recommend Speedy Cash. Their reps are really nice. They approved me instantly because I have good credit. The negative thing is they don’t have many people to take care of everybody. When I go there, there are only two people to help 10 or 12 people in line, but there are six or seven desks open. Their computers could be faster too. In my case, it took about 15 minutes to get the whole process done because it took two to three minutes for the computer to load.

I like working with Speedy Cash. I’ve come back to them time and again. The sign-up process was quick and easy. The customer service was great
I would recommend Speedy Cash more than I would recommend any of the other ones like Ace. They are not very professional over there, but I love Speedy Cash. They’re always nice, and if you have a problem or if you get confused with your payments, they’ll help you work it out. They have a lot of payment options. If you don’t pay it back all at once, they have ways that you can make payments.
I like everything they do. It’s far away from my house, but other than that, it’s great. They’re terrific.

Never received the loan. I checked my account many times and the loan never arrived. I did appreciate the loan being approved and the terms of repayment but now I’m worried I will have the payment taken out of my account when I actually never got it. Maybe because it is weekend there is a delay. Thank you.

All Speedy Cash gives you is that 300. Other than that, they’re all right with me. I love the first rep with burgundy hair at the desk. That’s my girl. She is so cool and sweet when I’m there. She even asked me about me and my family. Sometimes when I’m there, I’ll be waiting on her. I don’t want nobody else. I just want to go to her unless I’m in a hurry. The process doesn’t even take 15 minutes. I’m just paying back and them already taking it out, and I get my other one while I’m there. I would tell my friends to go to them.

Speedy Cash is convenient when you need money quickly, but the process can be a lot. You have to put all your information into the computer. It’s not simple like some banks where everything is already set up and you just sign. Sometimes you’re there for half an hour or more because there aren’t enough employees, or they’re on the phone, and you’re waiting in line. Sometimes you get a nice person, but other times you might get someone who isn’t as helpful. They won’t help you enter the information and tell you to do it yourself. Then later they’ll say it’s not right and end up doing it anyway.
I usually get a small loan, like $100. From application to approval and funding, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how busy they are and whether the computers are working properly. Sometimes the machine takes a few minutes just to start up, and you’re standing there waiting. I’ve tried doing it from my phone, but it wouldn’t go through. Also, when you do it online, you don’t get to choose the payment date. That’s why I end up going in person, although the area where it's at is also hard because there’s a lot of traffic and the parking is limited.

Something about their change of the system it takes a lot longer to do their process than it normally does. I don't know exactly what it is. But what used to be a 10-minute process is a 15- or 20-minute process. They're fine, it's been a good experience. Their representatives are always very friendly and helpful. They do the best they can given their limitations.

My brother went to the hospital and he didn't get his money right, so I had to go to Speedy Cash to get the money to pay for his half of the rent. I had no problems with the experience. It was just fine. They were very cordial.
That application process was simple as long as you follow the instructions. I was comfortable with that. Once I got all my paperwork in, it took only 30 minutes.

Right now, we have an issue. I thought they fixed it before. We were there for over an hour, trying to fix it. Every time my husband wants to get the money put in his card, they can't do it. And when I call the phone number and try to get in, it ask for his date of birth, but I think they have his date of birth wrong. That's why we can never connect.
We can’t talk to any body over the phone. It always says that they can't get through. I enter his date of birth and it says, “Not found.” I thought they had taken care of it at the location, but at the beginning of the month, when he went to go get another loan and pay it off, they couldn't put the money directly in his debit card. We really didn't have time to wait and fix it, because the last time, they took an hour and a half to fix whatever issue they were having.. Apparently, they didn't, because we couldn't do it last time we went. And when he comes out of dialysis, he comes out really weak, so he just didn't wanna wait. And we haven’t tried over the phone because we can't even get through over the phone.
Speedy Cash is great because we need the money. But when it comes to paying it back, he falls into a bit of a financial struggle because he's on Supplementary Security Income. They always work with him on making a payment, though. The last time, they asked us to make a $10 payment so they can extend the due date. We made a $10 payment, and now he made the full payment and then reloaned. They didn't want to extend the payment for the whole month. They wanted a $10 payment before they can extend it.
If you really need the money, then go to Speedy Cash. They always work with you. I personally have one with them myself, and I'm in a financial struggle. I don't get paid till about the second week of the month. So, regardless, they're gonna have to wait for the money till I get paid, so they work with me on that.

I am not sure what else I can do. My email is **. I have requested so many times over the months for help via email as my circumstances do not allow me to call. I have sent over 10 emails advising of my situation and to please have a supervisor email me and I get 0 response or told to call in even though I literally cannot. So please respond to this review via my email above. I have had this loan for a very long time. 4 years I believe. I have paid it off 2 or 3 times during that time frame, and borrowed over again. I now have a bad financial hardship that will NOT ALLOW ME TO PAY.
I unfortunately have had 3 family members pass away this year and has put a huge financial burden on me. I have in good faith and goodwill paid way more to Speedy Cash than what I have borrowed. I understand the huge interest rate. What I am asking is for my account to be cleared of the balance and closed. No matter what, I cannot pay even a penny more. I don't have it to pay unless I stop paying rent and buying food which I obviously cannot do. PLEASE HELP ME. I have even made BBB complaints which I never get a response to either.

The information online wasn't correct. It told me it opened at 8:00, so I went at 8:00. However, it only opened at 9:00. I sat there for an hour while transients in that area walked up and asked me for money, and I was in my car. From now on, I know it opens at 9:00. But online, it says 8:00.

Speedy Cash is getting better than before now. Initially, people got discouraged because they were short of staff. I wouldn't blame the staff for any attitude because when one is overwhelmed, one can misbehave. There was so much misbehavior like, keeping customers waiting and bad attitude. I don't think it's the fault of the staff, rather the management. The system was very, very slow. The last time I went, two days ago, I met about five of them. There was no queue, and they attended to people. It was better.

What I like most about Speedy Cash is that they work with me because I've been with them for years. And whenever I had a situation going on, they always would try to work something out with me so that I'll be able to make the payment. And it's so convenient when I go there, too. I go to the store on Mansfield Road, here in Shreveport. They're always very nice when I go in there. Their process is very quick. The only time that it'll be slow is if the system is acting up. I’ve been with Speedy Cash for a couple of years because I don’t stay too far from them. The lending process was okay because I did an online approval, went in, everyone was polite, and I got the loan and left. Also, the representatives have always been awesome over the years I've been going to them. The total process was very fast. From online application to approval, it took about three minutes, and I received the funding within 10 minutes of walking in. They just verified everything. Back then, they gave me cash directly, though I think now they put it into your account. Speedy Cash has helped me a lot because I needed the cash. The process was very easy, and they don’t put pressure on you like some of the other loan people that I have I have had. I did the application in person and the people who worked with me were very helpful. I was impressed. For the first time, the process took 20 minutes. They offered me a loan with another line of credit. Even though I didn’t qualify for it, they were very helpful in the process. They will give 255 and I just have to pay back the 300. If it was anything other than that, it would be a little bit harder. But since this is fast, that’s very affordable for me.
The thing I like about them is on the website, you can go in on your own and change your date. So, if you get in the bind, like in my case, I get paid once a month. It always falls on the last day of the month is. So, if they’re telling me I’m supposed to pay on the 1st, but the 1st is on a Sunday, I can ask them to move the date, and I’ll be able to pay on that next day. So, that’s very convenient for me with Speedy Cash. I’ve been having a good experience with Speedy Cash.

Speedy Cash helped me pay my rent and keep my apartment. The lending process was easy, a breeze. The representatives are very knowledgeable. I've never had a problem there, and I've gotten several different loans from different clerks. The process is convenient since it's right in my area. From application to approval, it takes about 15 minutes. One small inconvenience is that they can’t take payments from some of my cards, like Cash App or Direct Express, but it hasn’t been a problem for me.

I was getting loans through one of Speedy Cash’s partner stores, but I was having issues renewing my loan with them. They referred me directly to Speedy Cash. The process was very easy and didn’t take long at all. I was really thankful for that.
Overall, the service was great. I actually need to leave a review because I promised the ladies there that I would. They were very polite and friendly. They worked as a team, which was very good to see. Elena and her team at the Grant location were very helpful.

If you want a quick loan, go with Speedy Cash. They were there when I needed them. I went to Ace Bank down the street on Normandie and Imperial and was gonna see if they’d give me a loan. They referred me to Speedy Cash and the total lending process took about five minutes. Reps asked me, "Can I help you?" and I was out in 10 minutes. I filled out an application right there on the spot and deposited my check. I was funded right away. More windows can be opened, though.

I’ve been treated fairly by Speedy Cash, so I’m good with them. I never went to a location and had negative problems. The representative always talked to me and explained everything that was in the contract. So, I never had any problem or complaints about it.
I first submitted my application in person, but as the years went by and I learned that I could put it in online, sometimes I’ll just put it online, and then I'll get an answer quickly. And then they tell me if the funds are either available for me to pick up or it can be placed in my account on the next business day.
And down in Gretna, Louisiana, the people have been nothing but nice to me. It’s always an honor to go over there and just chit-chat with them sometimes or just ask how they’re doing, not just going there like most customers. Everybody needs a little sunshine in their life.

I was searching, trying to borrow some money, and Speedy Cash came up after I looked up another lender and you have to do a lot of stuff.
I did it online, and they sent me to the store. The lending process didn’t take long at all – They’re Speedy Cash. I’m on my fifth time paying.
The only thing I have a problem with is if I pay it off and I go back and try to get that same amount, it would be a different amount that I have to pay back. It’d be a higher amount, so that’s something I don’t like.

Will NOT accept my proposed payment arrangement. Made the suggestion of $50 a month for two months immediately followed by over $670 for two months even though my original payment plan was under $45 a month. Said collections will continue EVEN IF I PAY $50 a month. Talk about illegal debt collection practices.

I took out a loan with Speedy Cash, and the loan went through fine, but when I went back to the account I had made with them, I found that they had billed me for another loan, which I had not done. If I had not checked my account, Speedy Cash would have withdrawn more funds from my account. I have had a difficult time getting this charge off my account. Beware; they were not going to notify me about them withdrawing my funds.

I was told that my payment was due on the 30th of each month but really it was due every two weeks! I spoke with a lady on the phone and she helped me set up my loan. All the information I got was from her! Which is why I got the loan in the first place! I was lied to in order to get my business. This is a scam and I do not recommend that anyone uses this service!

Today 8/12/24 was wrongfully done by ** manager, facts are for past two years have faithfully got 15 installment loans from Speedy Cash i10 federal 883. I’ve showed all my proof documents of income and they have all my info, facts are they weren’t faithfully trying to do business or help me with bare min loan amount and don’t appreciate being disrespected and the manager and employees were very rude, mean and were profiling and trying judge book by cover but never even read but just wanted write, submit complaint as well that lady needs be fired for trying cause trouble and humiliated me in public and wasted 5 hours of my day.
Good news is when she was being unnecessary mean trying get me out character I’ve remained cool, calm, collective and immediately called corporate and they witnessed the lady mistreating Customers and that a complaint has also been submitted to Better Business Bureau and if this don’t get resolved I will be forced to hire a civil attorney and pursue in civil courts because someone wasn’t faithfully doing their job or faithfully trying help anyone. Just don’t want this to happen to any other man or woman that’s why I am coming forward and bring all wrongful doings and Misbehavior of Speedy Cash management to light of BBB and Speedy Cash Corporate office.

I have had an account with Speedy Cash since 2018. My limit went from 300 up to 1500 over the years, which made my payments go up to $307/month. I have always paid on time; never have been late or missed a payment. This month my car broke down and I needed to come up with several hundred dollars for repairs. I work in our local school system and get paid by the month, so I don't have a high income. I contacted speedy Cash before my due day on the 20th about possibly having a payment deferred for a month, or just some type of relief help, and was told since it wasn't late yet I should contact the corporate office.
When I called corporate they had my birth date wrong in their account, so they couldn't talk to me about it since the birthday I was saying didn't match up with what they had. They told me to go to my local branch which is in another city. I could not get there that day due to my car, and contacted the local branch again on the 20th, which was a Saturday...Still no help. So I paid $50, which is the minimum amount due according to my account on their website. Two days later (today, which is Monday) I woke up and checked my bank account and was under by $260. Not only did they not help me at all, but they screwed me over worse. Not to mention I pay $307/month on a $1,500 loan. People should take heed from all these bad reviews. A small sum of money is not worth what this company will do to you in the long term.

I paid Speedy Cash back two days early. I went and applied for another loan and it's been 4 days and they still haven't sent me my money but they're saying I owe money but I haven't received it. They are scam.

I have been steady using Speedy Cash. They are a scam. All of a sudden they can take my payment but can't give me a loan. Nothing has changed on my end. They are trying to tell me I need to change bank accounts and they can no longer provide me with a loan to my account. They at the same time had no problems with taking their payment from this account today though.

Speedy Cash is ok, but expensive, especially if you apply for the loan that they offer you through first fin credit. They don't explain that you can get a check printed out, that you can take to your own bank to cash for free. I was charged $37.50 to cash a check from them at the store, but the associate didn't ask me if I wanted my check cashed there before taking upon herself to cash it. Then when you make the payment back on your loan, it charges you $75 extra to make the payment.

Speedy Cash is a scam disguised in legitimate business. They will rip you off. How? The money you pay toward paying your loan, 98% of that goes towards interests, while still accruing interest daily. So No matter how you pay the balance increases, which you tried to pay off, but the extremely high daily APR 600% catches with you so you hardly see that balance decrease. Because they want to keep you stuck so they can keep making money off of you. They are the worst payday loan you can deal with. Please stay away. They use fake reviews to attract their customers. They are sharks after your blood. Stay away from this establishment.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst loan company ever. If I can rate this company a 0 I definitely would!!! They overall don't put their customers first and help them out. I was paying 75 dollars a month for about 3 months and it stayed at the same amount. I was then told 8 dollars was going to principal. And the rest to interest and then on top of that it’s a 5 dollar charge a day just don’t do it they scam!!

I took out a loan for 700, now I’m paying back over 2000. These people are cons and crooks ripping off people. This makes no sense to charge people this much back on a 700 dollar loan. Almost 400 a month. I’m getting me an attorney. I believe that they are taking an advantage of people. If you need a loan this is not the place to do business. Go to Net Pay Advance. True statement. Are you Speedy Cash card holder? Green.com to shop online for Christmas. It’s been a disaster. Someone stole my car and used $500 on it. Green.com stopped every transaction that he ran on credit so the money wasn’t ready taken out my account. I had to follow what’s called a dispute online and a dispute takes up to 14 days on their website. That’s a lie. They told me it could take up to 90 working days, which is really four months, customer service is horrendous. They hang the phone up in your face at any time. They’re very rude. They try to over talk you and one by the name of Jose told me to shut up while he was talking because I asked him why was I told that I would receive my money on January 2 and he didn’t happen. I was told by Cesar who worked there and one other agent who worked there that I would get my money on January 2 because everything was straight. All the paperwork was in order and there’s nothing to dispute.
I called today to find out why I still haven’t got the money and Jose tells me that my account has been suspended because they going to use the full 90 working days to investigate the claim, there’s nothing to investigate. Stopped every transaction. They know who stole it. I sent you your proper documents. I sent them a picture of the person who stole the card that the store released to me. I think the purpose of them keeping your money for four months is to gain interest off of it before they give it back to you. That’s what this whole game is about, this company is a scam. Do not use them. If you don’t believe me, call the customer service and see how you get treated, they will lie to you. Tell you something is gonna happen.
They overnighted me a card, charge me $30 without my permission and then mail me another one in the same week They took $30 out of my account without my permission and I had to file a dispute for my $30 they took. It can take 90 days, really four months and it was their agent who took the money off of my account, expedited me a card overnight that I didn’t ask for. It didn’t come overnight. It came a day before the card that he said be in the mail. They will tell you anything to get off the phone with you. If they can’t answer question they’re gonna accidentally hang the phone up, I just got accidentally hung up on five minutes ago.
I’m write this letter that I’m writing right now because I asked why was my so-called dispute extended for the 90days. This is a scam. This is the most horrendous company I’ve ever seen in my life. I took a loan for my 96 years Mom for emergency, for $1005, in the month of June so, the first payment was on July. I was paying 281.40 for 5 months. My understanding that, I will be paying 281.40 till it's paid off. But it was not the case. So I wrote the summary of my loan which is for 5 months payments but at the last due date payment was suppose to be in December in the amount of $1,286.40. SO since I wrote it down, I didn't have to keep on checking on their website till the last due date. I realized that the amount listed in the due date was different from what I wrote down. So I called them and asked them, They put me on hold for the longest time till someone finally talked to me and told me that, that's what I was signing for, therefore that I will be paying for the amount of $1335.11.
I explained it to the person that, the very moment I took the loan out of desperation I wrote what I was expected to pay. The person who I talked to insisted that That was what I was signing for and there's nothing that he can do. I would never recommend this company to anybody, they are taking advantage of people who are desperate in need of emergency. I pray that this company will get what they deserves one day, and that they will get the worst karma. I despise this company. For $1005 loan you are paying 281.40 X5=1,407. and Add the last payment of $1,335.11 = I was paying the total amount of $2,742.11 for the loan of $1005. I was disgusted with this company And I am cursing them, Hopefully they will get the worst karma forever!! Never ever again!!

Speedy Cash takes the fees and interest and don't put anything towards the principal. My payment were 77.53 biweekly and they are taking more than the minimum amount without authorization even if you withdraw ach authorization. Do not use this company. They are rip offs.

My daughter, who has a traumatic brain injury, took out a $200 loan from Speedy Cash one month ago. After only 4 weeks she now owes them $310. Yesterday, I tried to pay off this loan using multiple methods but have thus far been unable to pay it. I first tried to pay it on their website using my bank card. It wouldn't go through because my bank put a "fraud alert" on it. I spoke to my bank and they lifted the alert. Tried to pay it several more times online and it still wouldn't work. Tried using my Visa card. No luck. Mastercard. Nope. American Express. Same. I finally called Speedy Cash customer service and tried to pay over the phone. They would not accept any of my payment methods. I asked if they would accept a prepaid card and they said they "might" if it has the Visa logo! This loan increases by $10 every 2 days so I want to get rid of it asap so I go buy the Visa prepaid. I go to the website and enter the info and, again, they won't accept it!!!
By this time I have spent several hours trying to pay these people and it is now 5:45pm. I will call them one more time tomorrow morning and if they don't accept this prepaid card, they can forget it. My daughter's credit is shot anyway so what's one more ding. If they put a bad mark on her credit report, I will write an explanation to go with it. I think we have done everything possible to pay this loan. I've used 2 bank accounts, 5 credit cards and 1 prepaid card. Speedy Cash has no office anywhere near us (over 500 miles away) so we can't pay cash. What else can we do? I really think they aren't accepting a pay off because they want to keep charging us their ridiculous amount of interest, and the longer they keep us on the line, the more we owe. I hope these people will some day be put out of business. They are obviously crooks and preying on desperate people.

Please exhaust ALL of your options before even thinking about taking out a loan from them. They do not provide borrowers with adequate information before signing the contract because if they did, they would be out of business. If I had known my initial loan of $2,190 would end up costing me $4,600, I would have never in my life taken this loan out, no matter how desperate I was. I have been paying $370 worth of CAB fees monthly that... Get this, does not even go toward my balance. CAB fees only "keep the loan open." They are disgustingly predatory and prey on desperate people who feel they have no other options. Please do your research; Speedy Cash has also had several lawsuits due to its relentless APRs and predatory nature.

I've used them for a while in a pinch. Over a week ago I applied for $200. They asked for access to my bank and for proof of income. Nothing. I applied again. Same thing, no response and the app disappeared. I messaged them many times and was finally told the loan has to be finished in 48 hours or the application is discarded. I applied 5 times. No reason for it to not be completed. They just stopped responding. Will never use them again. There are too many other options. I suggest you go elsewhere too!

Please, do not use this company. I took out a 1,000 dollar loan from Speedy Cash in February with plans to pay it off within a month. Fast forward two weeks after I take my loan out, I go to make my first payment and get an error message stating that my account cannot be accessed. Now it is May, I have sent 11 emails and made 8 calls attempting to fix my account and make my payments. My loan is now at 1800 dollars because of interest, when it wouldn’t have gained hardly any had speedy cash not stolen from me and made it to where I was not able to make payments, and don’t worry, it gets better!!!
May 8th gets here and I receive a notice that I will be sent to collections and my credit damaged if I do not pay, so I call speedy cash frantically trying to prevent this. I reference my emails, 11 emails that each detail that I cannot access to my account and that I cannot make payments but am trying, all while also begging, in all 11 emails, not to send me to collections because I am trying to pay. The customer service rep that I spoke to on May 8th gets all of my information and reviews my account. She advises me there is an issue with my login and it may be best to make my payment over the phone to avoid any confusion, then we could deal with the account after.
3 months I made contact 18 times. It took 3 months and 18 communications begging to be allowed to make payment for someone to finally tell me that I could pay over the phone. I had no clue this was an option as I would think that giving card numbers over the phone would be a security issue. KEEP READING, it somehow gets so much worse I promise.
On my 8th, the customer service rep and I agreed to do my payment over the phone and she got everything ready and was prepared to take my card number. I grab my wallet and open it, no debit card, I had left it sitting on my desk in my bedroom the night before. I explain to the customer service rep that I do not have my debit card as I thought but that I could call back on my lunch break sometime in the next 48 hours with that information, as I am not often available regularly to call during their normal business hours.
The customer service rep and me discuss everything and establish that i am off on Friday, May 12. She then tells me that what she is going to do is move my payment date to May 12 so that I could simply call on Friday and make my payment no problem. Fast forward again to Friday, May 12. I contact speedy cash and have my card in hand ready to pay off my loan and never look back.
The customer representative at speedy cash(a new individual that the 8th) reviews my account… and tells me… I cannot make debit card payments because my account is past due and my identity needs to be verified. So the only way I can pay is by cash. I explain to the representative that I am currently in college in North Carolina, a state that speedy cash does not have stores in. The normal speedy cash that is near my hometown is 7 hours from my college apartment and I am currently in finals. The closest store to me is 6 hours. I do not return home until June 17th for the summer and was told by the rep I would be sent to collections by then, but could not move the payment to avoid this even with a note on the account
This representative tells me she cannot help me and that she was sorry but that I should have paid from the start and I wouldn’t be in this situation. Told I should’ve made the payments. When I have sent 18 communications explaining that I could not possibly make payments because I could not get into my account.
I call three more times that evening trying to find someone who can offer help when I finally get someone who is willing to review my account. Rep reviews account for 10 minutes while I sit on hold. She returns, tells me the only other option would be submitting my license, SS card, a utility bill, and my past TWO MONTHS of bank statements to them. (This information is not needed to get the loan no, rather to simply make a payment). Because my identity needs to be verified (TO MAKE PAYMENTS).
I advise the representative that I could happily submit all of that, but that I lost my Social Security card two years prior in a small kitchen fire that occurred near the drawer that my entire family had their SS cards stored in. I even offered to submit my birth certificate instead. I am me, I can literally show them baby pictures and tell them every piece of confidential info I have all the way down to my social security number, and my mom's and dad's names and socials. I literally have my tax returns from the past 4 years and am employed.
The representative then tells me that a birth certificate does not work, only a SS card and that if I cannot provide that, I cannot pay with any method but cash. I again explain to rep that I cannot because of the distance. She asked when I return from college and I give her the date. •This rep then tells me that she can’t move it to then and that I could always just make the drive if I actually wanted to make payment. •11 emails, 7 calls. I think I “actually” want to make payment.PLEASE READ FROM HERE DOWN IF ANYTHING, but ALL IS IMPORTANT.

So let me review everything here for a recap, so that it is easily to follow.
•Feb. take out loan. •March attempt to pay but cannot enter account because of error with both app and website on both computer and iPhone. •March-May sending 11 emails and making 7 calls trying to enter my account and make payment. Always just given dumb solutions or ignored, never once told I could pay via phone (mostly ignored to be honest) (only got replies to 5 of the emails.)
•Finally told May 8th I could pay over the phone by the first kind rep that I had gotten and this is verified by said rep. Who was ready to take my card number on the 8th. I realize I forgot my card and ask if I can call back when I have some free time. •The rep agrees to happily give me until my day off and just tells me to be sure I make my payment on that day.
•4 days go by and the 12th gets here. I call speedy cash ready to finally put this all behind me. It is 4pm in the evening so the day isn’t over and my payment isn’t “past due”. •I am very rudely informed by a speedy cash employee that I now can no longer make payments with my card and that I have to in store with cash. •I explain to rep that this wouldn’t be an option for me because I am away for college until June and have no stores even remotely close to me.
•Representative LITERALLY, not figuratively tells me that there is nothing that can be done for me AND that I caused this cause I didn’t “actually” want to pay after I had sent 11 emails and made 7 phone calls. Completely unaware that I could pay over the phone and believing that I needed into my account. •I again explain to rep that I cannot because of the distance and that I have wanted to make payments but that I can’t because I can’t get into my account.
•She asked when I return from college and I give her the date. •Explains to me I’ll be in collections by then and that she can’t move the date past May 12. Asked if moving it to May 12 was helpful (it was may 12… it was not being moved..). •Told I’ll be sent to collections if I don’t pay. But also told that I can’t pay. •Ask for an explanation of what changed between the 8th and the 12th that made it to where I am unable to make payment.
•Told by rep that it was random but that nobody could help and I should make the drive. •Also told by rep that the only person who could help me is account services, who wouldn’t be back until Monday. •Asked rep if I’d be sent to collections for waiting until Monday. Told maybe. So I am being told I am NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE PAYMENT; while also being told that I am going to have my credit destroyed because I’m not making payment.
SO I AM NOW OUT 700 and COUNTING. My loan was $1000, and in 2 months it has built $700 interest. The entire time this interest is building I am asking to pay my loan off and getting no help. My credit is going to be potentially damaged when I am literally begging speedy cash to let me pay. And on top of that it is not Saturday morning and I still have no way to pay, so I'm still at risk. Speedy Cash is deliberately not allowing me to pay and is instead allowing interest to build so that I can't pay it at once.
Speedy cash I invite you to reply to this message with a REAL response. Do not say something generic with your email, I used that 11 times and you couldn’t answer once. Let me know how what you’re doing is okay. I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT BEING VICTIMIZED BY A COMPANY. I have contacted the necessary authorities and am working through my options. But have still been begging speedy to help me. This company had a glowing review from me at first. It’s so disappointing to see their true colors.

I took out an installment agreement last month from Speedy Cash. My loan payments were $198.00. Today speedy cash removed $1136.00 from an account they did not have written consent to remove money from. Upon calling to inform them of this issue they refused to furnish a copy of my loan agreement and refused to review a copy of my loan agreement which I have. They also refuse to refund my money after illegally removing it from my back account. They still have not produced a loan agreement and claim it will take two weeks for them to find my loan agreement.

Speedy Cash is the worst payday loan company in the history of pay day loan. I don’t understand how this company is still in business. I borrowed $1000 but I have to pay back an extra $2000 if I continue make installments due to their extremely high interest rates. A total of $3000 for a $1000 loan is ridiculous. This company should be called speedy crooks, speedy criminals, speedy or speedy con artist. At the time I agreed to the loan I didn’t realize how much the interest rate was or I wouldn’t have agreed. This is the worst company with no ethical moral and I pray your whole business goes down.

They’re scammers, and karma will meet with all of that are involved in taking advantage of people because of their urgent financial needs. I was so excited about this money because I was down as a full time college student and not knowing the terrible situation I was putting myself into. Long story short, I took a 700$ loan and a minimum payment of 108 every two weeks. I have been paying on time with automatic payments since I took this loan. All the payments made so far is 1,000$ out of a 700$ loan, and my balance left is 800$ like seriously? I realized that I have been paying for money I didn’t borrow after my last payment of 108$ on 01/19/23, and my balance is still the same.
I called customer service and the lady told me that all the payments I have made only 18$ counts towards my loan with every two weeks payment made, the rest has been counted towards the interest fees. I ask her to close my account, and she stated I have to pay the balance on my account before closing the account. Stay away from these people, they will mess up your credit and don’t give a damn about how you feel. This’s the most terrifying situation and company I have ever dealt with in my life time. Be warned, they’re very terrible, and I regret ever getting to know them.

I have used Speedy Cash many times, but this time, they charged me twice and have yet to refund me. I emailed their customer service about EIGHT times and no response. I got them on phone and they said they would check it out and nothing. Then I got an email saying it was resolved. It was NOT. They owe me a refund.

So I took out $900, not all at once. First $600, then $150 and then another $150. They have charged me 50% of the borrowed amount in interest. The ‘minimum’ monthly payment of $294.75 basically only covers me until the next month; until I eventually would have to pay the full amount of the loan (principal, interest and fees) in 6 months. The monthly amount of $294 does not even bring the balance down when paid. Extra money that I could use. The balance remains the same unless I pay more than $294 monthly and then the balance will go down, but only by that ‘extra’ amount I paid. So in all this predatory loan shark company, expects you to pay back a whole lot of money, triple the amount for what you borrowed, not worth it and other places charge less interest/fees.

I really wish I could give 0 stars to this company! Back in 2018, I took out a very small loan from this company. I ended up not needing the money, repaid Every penny, before the due date. I get a collection email, shortly after. I responded to the email, telling the company that I already paid the loan back, with screenshots showing the money deducted from my bank account. Shortly after that, I get emails about a late fee charge on top of the loan and again about my tax return and to get caught up today! Mind you, I responded to every email and received No reply in return. Fast forward to this year, I'm going over credit reports, looking into my clarity credit report, and Speedy Cash took it upon themselves to report to this company, and thus far this company only, that I have yet to repay this loan, that I now owe them more than agreed. All of which is a lie.

They want access into your account when applying online, to determine whether you bring in enough money to handle the loan, it's scary, but alright is what it is, this is where it gets bad for someone who needs money for whatever. They verify bank info, then tell you your approved and they'll deposit money into your account within a day, soon after that your phone starts blowing up with telemarketers, think maybe the real money for them could be in selling your info, I would vote a 100% yes. Then I start getting emails talking me into just driving to one of their stores and pick the cash up, which is an hour round trip for me, by the way I needed loan to do car repairs. They tell you what you'll need to take with you, 1 - drivers license, 2 - debit card linked to account used for loan and 3 - a reference number that verifies your loan approval.
I do as requested and I drive my hurting car to one of their stores to pick up my cash and they start the process all over wanting pay stubs, I didn't take any of this, so they reversed the loan. All that wasted time, I just can't believe how they had no intention of giving me a loan. If you only knew how much a list of phone and addresses go for, it's how telemarketers get leads. Using people who are having a low point in their lives and putting them lower, that's pretty low. Shame on them, karma is real. Just food for thought, scary thing is I hope they can stop at my number and address, because they get so much more. I'm changing banks because of it.

Speedy Cash advertised as a title loan, with the sole purpose of providing a loan designed for those who needed money in the event of an emergency. The company states that the loan amounts are determined by a income source and the ability of the individual to pay that loan amount back. With the assumption being, they will not approve a loan in which the consumer would not be able to afford based on verified income. On October 8, 2021. I applied for a loan in which my loan was approved for an amount based on doctored income. Although, bank records with direct deposit and proper pay stubs were submitted. The employee eager to approve and gain what I believe to be a “sale” doctored my income to increase the amount loaned out knowing that this would not be something feasible to repay.
Additionally, the representative failed to walk me through explaining the lengthy contract, or the payment options or disclosing the details and consequences of adverse action should I fail to meet these obligations. The company in my option has committed fraud; in order to boost sales. They did not represent that the loan was to be paid bi-weekly although it does state as much within 1 of the papers I initialed in a long unread contract. They failed to disclose that no amount of the payment was to go towards the payment Over 260.00 a month paid to only interest on a 1750.00 loan. The loan is set for 7 years. They failed to disclose that whether the payment was made on time or otherwise the consumer is charged a never-ending 8.00 dollar a day interest. They never disclosed that they would essentially become a 2nd lien holder of my vehicle if the loan was defaulted.
They advertised affordable lending in which reasonable parties could utilize for life’s unexpected events. When truly it was misleading if your stating affordable payments, when none of the payments go towards the principal of the loan. A 1750.00 loan is automatically accessed 250.00 and continues to accrue interest daily for the life of the loan. The only way this loan is affordable is if you pay it off immediately the following pay cycle. The company offers a loan designed to fail, and further insults the consumer by asking once approved "if you need more” in a rouse to take a advantage and offer additional funds based on souped up banking and income they simply enter into the computer.
This is fraud, misleading and certainly a gimmick, they take full advantage. I should have known it was to good to be true. Where others in the past had only approved me for 300.00 I was approved there for 1750.00 no doubt to their shady business practices as no way my modest check would be approved for this pay schedule. While I was jumping around the office in excitement an giving the young lady a 50.00 tip out of my loan. I should have been running. I am so ashamed, I am so embarrassed I actually thought that my hard work and paying bills on time had improved my credit enough to get this type a loan at 132.00 a month. I didn’t even take the time to review, I happily signed no explanation needed. I want to warn all consumers. It shouldn’t have happened.
Once I realized after the 2nd payment in the same month came due to from my account. I called immediately and was informed If you fail to read the disclosures, they will not allow you to speak with anyone with merit to help resolve or rewrite the contract based on your correct income and circumstances. They have you and at some point your robbing Peter to pay pal, then you're barely breathing and they will not budge to correct their error.
They actually told me the only way to speak with consumer relations or corporate was to default, otherwise they could not give me that information. It’s fraud- it’s disgusting and it’s preying on people in their most vulnerable state. This is the practices of Speedy Cash and the store I personally dealt with. 1215 S Country Club Dr Mesa 480-844-2274. If you had asked me to rate their service on 10/08; 15 out of 10 stars. If you ask me about the service today I’d say 10 out of 10 as they did their job and what expected of them by their company. Although, they do not give a dang about what happens to you because of their actions, falsifying your income or the dangerous games they play. Beware- the contract as it is; is what it says it is. Read it. Everything is fact. Do you want that money now.

I needed to get a loan and get a loan quick due to my current financial situation. I was approved for $5,000. After a few days of **, giving them my bank account number and routing number, kept getting told pay $100 for this, $200 for that, $100 for a credit background, so $400 later and even further in the hole negative, still was told it wouldn’t work. $200 for a Moneygram to get the money. Was never told any of this especially for a credit background. Didn’t cough up the $200 for the money gram. Really pissed off for losing out on $400 I don’t have anymore. Called and told them I wanted it cancelled and was told they did. Definitely a fraud at this point and I’ll have to keep a eye out on my account and if they try to take money out since I didn’t even sign anything even electronically I’ll take legal action as the only resort I’d have. Stay away from them. Save yourself the headache.

They will tell you that the information you put in during the prompts will not impact your credit score - but it will! They will an hard inquiry on your credit report before you get to even see your loan options and they will not take it off. Also, they do not tell you that they are going to do it or get your authorization to do it and it is not clear when you are applying for an actual loan. Also, the APR is way too high. A $2000 loan will have you paying back $10,000. Horrible.

Speedy Cash sucks!!! They rip people off. Don't get a loan from speedy cash unless your life depends on it. If you get a loan from them you will be paying them back for years. I got an installment loan from them. They charged me 5×s the amount I borrowed. 5 Times... So for a loan of 2000 the payback is 10,000. NOT WORTH IT! You would be doing yourself justice to look for another loan company. There are companies out there who won't rip you off like Speedy cash. DON'T DO IT!!! THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY. I took out a loan back in 2019, every time I get close to paying off the loan, I will log in to my account and see they have taken out the current available because either my loan amount would go up or my loan amount will go down. I have not taken an advance out since December 2019, I have been paying on this loan for a long time now, and I feel like I will be paying on it until the day I die because they keep adjusting the amount that I did not originally request. I call before to tell them to stop doing this, and customer service, just don't care, they wanted to take out another loan to pay them off, and then I will have another high-interest rate on another loan. NO THANK YOU!! This company is a bunch of scammers!!! DO NOT LOAN!!!!

Do not I repeat do not get a loan from these people, they are not transparent. I gave my routing and account number only to find that it was a wire transfer after it didn't go through. I rep said he didn't know that he needed that number after he went upstairs. They made me get a google pay card and pay 150 bucks because they said I needed to get loan insurance, and will not refund the money although the rep didn't do his job and after that they requested I pay 350 dollars for a Western Union. And when I said no they said, "Just pay 200 dollars and then you'll get the money back and get your loan in 10-15 minutes," then later they said it would take 24 hours if they could get the insurance company to refund my 150. Notice the changing of words. Now I'm supposed to wait until tomorrow. I feel scammed.

I live in Dallas, TX. Not sure of the guidelines here, but their interest rates are crazy high. I received a $300 loan, and had to pay $85 as a "Cab Fee" every two weeks. None of this fee went towards balance, it's just a fee to keep loan active. You basically are paying half the loan amount to keep original loan active. I paid fee for first two weeks, called back 5 days later to pay loan in full off once I realized they were beating me over the head in interest - and had to pay another $85 fee with the $300!!! Their excuse was the fee generates a few days after the original payment. There was no interest or cheaper rate for paying off early, just a standard fee.
Any loan is based on interest and days you have loan, not this company. It's buried in the paperwork, but I accepted it and take full responsibility for being so dumb to work with this company. Believe me, there are Apps and other companies out there and I beg of you to keep looking before dealing with this one. This company is designed to keep you in debt, not help a person who falls behind financially. I'm glad I paid them off and done with them. You can easily fall behind and be stuck under there thumb if you do not pay them off immediately.
P.S. I really don't believe all those 5* reviews are people. Looking at the verbage and repeat messages, my guess is the company put them there. Just my opinion. Especially the guy in Cali who had a $200 loan and only paid $35 every two weeks. My loan was $300 and I was paying $85 every two weeks with none of that going towards original balance. I repeat, this is a shady company at best.

I have been a Speedy Cash customer for 3 Years. All the staff at the Madison office in Tn is very nice and super sweet. I had borrowed and paid it off and then borrowed again when I needed the money. When the pandemic hit things were tough. A couple couple months ago my husband and I had covid and no work. Also after that James had half of the work cause the products came from China. He had no overtime and was sent home some. The staff members at Speedy Cash waive 2 months of my payments and still let me borrow because I needed it. I would not recommend Speedy Cash interest rates or 249%. I've had my loan for 2 years. I paid $1,500 and so far on a $800 loan. I would not recommend Speedy Cash and they will not work with you if you're a good standing to make loan payments.

Applied for a loan. The representative told me I was approved. I sent all the documentation & Was told they would call me back once the money was transferred in 20 minutes. I think it may be a scam. I really hope my information is not compromised.

I highly recommend not using this company for a loan. The interest and principal is outrageous. They will tell you that you owe one amount on the phone, and you show up to pay that amount, it's significantly more. Do your research. There are local companies (if you are in Austin) that will give you a better loan, and rate. I will never use this company again.

I want nothing more to do with Speedy Cash! Today I witnessed such dishonesty and losing. Yesterday I attempted to pay the agreed upon settlement amount of $383.19 for the account online. The $383.19 amount did not work on their system and defaulted to $478.99 which was taken from. When I talked to Customer Service I was given a line about I should have called the settlement in because there are different processes you need to complete via phone in order to receive a refund. Speedy Cash did not honor the agreement and ripped me off and that is disappointing. All to keep from returning the $95.80 they owe me! They could have sent me a check. Dishonesty and liars are who they are. I will make sure not to recommend Speedy Cash to anyone! They hide behind so called policies to avoid paying refunds.

Look for someone other company. If I can give a lower rating I would. My husband has been a good payer, no late or whatsoever. And when he got hospitalize ICU (can't talk), I called them to let them know about it (warn them ahead of time). And they "literally have no clue on what to do on this situation". I try to understand that they can't give out any information to me (I'm the wife, I have all acct info, etc) but I have been transferred to 3 different departments and they all suck! They don't deal with this thing. "No clue on what to do".
First I called the branch. She kept repeating herself — she can't give me info, she needs to talk to my husband (well my husband is in ICU - they don't understand?), transferred me to cust relation (same thing +++rude), then transferred to customer service — another rude and clueless person. I mean common guys? Why don't you know how to handle this type of situation? End result, nothing was done. Even if I told them just put a note on the acct about what had happened to my husband. My main intention was to do payment arrangement just for 1 month (again my husband has never been penalized with late fee) and they had no idea how to help me.
Also, please when you recruit customer service rep to make sure they know "customer service". I mean how can they be rude? Like you're talking to an emotionless person with no clue. That's how it is. Great customer service = good company, so if they don't care about their customers all they want is your money and their very high interest, period.

I am self employed. But I been trying to establish a relationship with you so when there are incidents that actually happen in between pay period there would be a place I could go to. I have a salon which my employees pay me every week ($2000). I went to Cash App as a way for them to pay without physically being on site every Friday. For me it was to be able for fund to be readily available instantly and to be able to verify the income because you can go online on print out monthly statement and it is also link to a bank account set up for you.
The last time I was going to apply for a loan but was told that cash app was not considered a real bank and even though I did have a traditional account that I transfer funds from my cash app account but I was only able for get $200. I had to seek out another source for the addition funds needed for the emergency. I understand that there are specific guidelines that must Be followed but there should be some other means of consideration in these incidents when you’re trying expanding your customers base. Please do not misunderstand this is not a complaint, Just a thought to help look at ways assist other people to come to you for business. Because there is a market to be tap in to with self employed bank deposit people. And Cash app and other services like them are becoming a normal way of doing business???? This company are straight crooks!! They took a payment out of my account a week early! When I called to tell them they have wiped my account clean and left my account $244 negative all they said was “sorry, we can’t do anything about this.” I am livid! Not only did they leave me with an overdraft bill but you basically took my grocery money!! I ended up having to get another loan to buy food!!!! I am sending this out to all the review sites and contacting the local news! It’s not enough they prey on people living paycheck to pay check with their high interest but then put you in even more of a financial bind by taking unscheduled payments! When I got a loan with Speedy Cash, I was aware of the high-interest rates but I was in a tight situation and needed money here and there to cover me. A line of credit worked well at the time until I racked it up to $1,000 and realized I would almost never be able to pay it off. So when I needed to get another loan elsewhere, I told them I wanted to consolidate Speedy Cash into that loan. The new, far more professional loan provider obliged helping me pay off the $1,000. Given Speedy Cash receives automatic payments from my bank account, I ended up with a credit balance of $186.77. All this happened in October 2019. It's now December 2019 and I haven't received my refund.
I've called several times and emailed and for the first few times, I trusted them when they told me they were mailing me a check according to their policy. It never came. I called November 6, 2019, after watching the refund sit in my account as a credit to it. I was afraid to deposit it in fear that they would charge me for claiming my refund money.
I was in a bind and needed a few dollars until my next paycheck and had been anxiously waiting on the refund check so I was forced to withdraw a few dollars from the line of credit. Yes, you read that right. Instead of letting me withdraw my refund balance since my account was paid off and had a refund balance on it, they removed the refund balance so I could be in debt with them again. Predatory! Also, on that call, I was told they had JUST sent the check off despite telling me before in previous calls that it was on its way and I needed to wait 7-10 business days. So here I am receiving mail from everyone else but Speedy Cash.
I finally called again on December 9th, 2019, over a month after they told me they were really sending my refund check at the beginning of November. The representative swore up and down that it was really being sent out. In hindsight, I should've demanded they sent it out with a tracking number for me to watch. Still, on this call, I get told an Account Specialist is looking at the account after I demand that the refund be credited back to my account again. Got a call back that same day from Customer Service. I returned the call to discover they want to verify my account and I ask, "You're not going to tell me you're going to send another check are you?" The skittish representative tells me "No, we're just verifying your address for the account specialist."
That was at the beginning of the week. Mind you, I've been dealing with them on this refund since October 2019, it's now the middle of December. Speedy Cash is fine setting up a line of credit for you to borrow from and getting your money back with great interest but it seems with anything else they are highly unprofessional. When I finally get my money back, I'm done with this company.

So on November the 19th I sent Speedy Cash an email revoking their right charge my bank account/debit card. On 12/2 they charged it anyway which put my account in the negative, so they illegally took money from my account. For 3 days I tried to get it resolved. After speaking to multiple people I was told after the payment cleared they would issue the refund as well as the overdraft fee I received. I call Monday the next week and was told since I called today they would start the refund process, but not refund the overdraft that was caused by them taking money when they had no right to do so. Then was told about all the hoops I was going to have to jump through to even get the overdraft back.
Their people need to be made aware of all the processes it takes to handle a customer in this situation. On top of that if you go through speedy cash for quick funding they can deposit the money the same day or the next business day, but if they illegally take money from you they take up to 10 days to get the money back to you. Not good business practices to say the least.

I have been dealing with this unprofessional company on the phone now for hours with zero progress. Basically just told me there's nothing they can do. I took out a small payday loan of $200 and have made 3 payments only to find out my payoff amount is still over twice what I borrowed. The amounts that I paid towards my balance were not used toward my balance but towards only interest. My payoff amount after this is done will be over $500 for a PAYDAY loan. I do not suggest anyone every use this loan service.

They request all your personal info so that they can share it with marketing firms that start sending countless emails and text messages advertising loans, then they send you a denial saying your score is 100 points less than what it really is just to get your info!! Beware!! Fraud!!

Fast and friendly customer service. Online factor makes it easier just picking up the loan. Definitely a must if in a crunch but not a permanent solution when it comes down to fixing financial issues. The money is expensive but does help. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I borrowed $655 from Speedy Cash on 8/10/19. On 9/2/19 I paid Speedy Cash $368.37. On 10/3/19 I paid $897.18 for the final payment (total of $1,265.55). It cost me $610.55 interest to borrow $655 for 2 months. I know that I signed several legal documents but you should know what it will cost you.

Just spent an hour dealing with this company. I had one payment plus a little left. I called to ask about the process of paying off the balance with my NEXT PAYMENT which was due in November. This morning checking my bank balance I found that they had taken the scheduled October payment out...and today the balance. When I called, I was told it was because I was in collections and that they could take out the balance whenever they wanted. First, NOT in collections. Second, when I asked for an explanation they said it was because of accrued interest and a returned payment back in August (which cleared my account two days later).
I have a car in the shop right now and the $326 that they debited from my account was going toward repairs. They first suggested I take out a payday loan from them...I declined. They then offered to 'refund' the money and take it out in November as scheduled. But that could take up to 72 hours. No thank you. I'll figure something else out and I am DONE with them.
