Absolutely horrible. Applied online and got approved. Was given a loan number/Approval number....and was informed that the deposit would be in my bank the following Monday OR I could visit a Speedy Cash store with my driver's license, approval number and bank account information and pick up cash same day. I live in the country....I drove 75 miles 1 way to get to the speedy cash store, gave the lady my driver's license, approval email and approval number from my Email and my bank account info.... After a few minutes she told me that because I don't get my social security checks directly deposited into the bank account that I couldn't get the loan.

Since July 2025 I was able to borrow $700.00 loan each month and paid back $850.00 faithfully. Without explanation I was only offered $350.00 loan for this month! What is your criteria for loan? Why was the monthly amount I was able to borrow reduced?

Speedy is the opposite term for this. It is now been two days and nothing has shown up in my bank account. My bank’s processing times are incredibly efficient and any time I’ve gotten a loan similar to this. It shows up the next day If anything shows up as a charge on the date of my due date, I am not paying it..

I took out a loan but later in the day I realized I didn’t need it. When I called to pay it back I was told I had to do a return by email. I emailed customer service twice and never got a response. I called back and they told me they can’t do anything I have to do it through email and it takes 24 to 48 hours to be contacted back. 3 days later still no response.

This place is highway robbery. My elderly aunt took out a $600;to help with medicine expenses. She made her scheduled payments of 168.00 every month on the 1st of every month. & On the 6th month they took out 795.26 because of their 400% interest. She was in tears because that was all her SSI. So now she has nothing & she's now negative in the bank. When I called they could have care less. The lady kept saying sorry unfortunately that's our policy. So a $600 loan at the end cost my poor aunt $1,635.26. Shame on these people, they gamble on people's desperation for a little help.

I believe that during time of application and signing of contract that people should be told or advised what time their income is scheduled to be deposited. Everything was great except you deposited the money in the wrong account. Don't know exactly what happened, you got my new account info, (Chase Bank). Anyway luckily I hadn't closed that account yet so I was able to get my money but it needs to be fixed.

I think I borrowed $1,900 and I gotta pay $600 a month for six months. It's almost double the price. It’s way too much. I think they’re the highest ones out there, so I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. But I am satisfied because I needed the money and they gave it to me.

On 11/26/2025 I applied and was approved for loan of $255.00. Besides providing my checking account number and the bank routing number I also gave you my debit card information, since that would allow me to receive the funds on the 26th. When the $255.00 did not appear in my checking account I called your customer service and was told that “instant funding” was not available and the money would be deposited the next business day, which is the 28th due to Thanksgiving holiday. I was told the funds would be in my account early Friday morning. Nothing has been deposited and I was told the loan actually funded yesterday the 27th. Instructed to call back tomorrow if funds are not received today (28th). I am not sure what the issue is or why I received this survey, since you have not deposited anything.

I've used Speedy Cash many times over the years. Typically I pick up cash in person due to the length of time it takes to do direct deposit. This past Saturday I went online and processed a loan. The options were pick up cash in person or instant direct deposit. I've not seen the "instant direct deposit" option but seemed like the best one. Money was not deposited until Monday morning. For me this didn't pose a huge problem, but I could see where others may have more desperate situations. Please make a note on the site so people know they are NOT going to get "instant direct deposit".
