Got Speedy Cash line of credit and loan funded to green dot in October 2025. My live-in boyfriend spent the money with my permission. Due to work stress and illnesses, I forgot I had taken the loan. I received a default & notice to cure in the mail and freaked out. I immediately called and said I did not take a loan and it must be fraud. Speedy cash said they would email fraud paperwork, but actually never did so. My boyfriend came home an hour later and I told him about the letter. At that point he reminded me that I did take a loan. I fully realize I made a mistake jumping to fraud conclusion, but I tried to remedy it the same night.

Worst experience ever. It’s been 2 days since I was scheduled to receive my cash. Still nothing on my account. I’m guessing they will say it’s because it’s the weekend & I’ll receive money come Monday. Well that’s not what we agreed on. First & last time I use Speedy Cash!

Everything was great except you deposited the money in the wrong account. Don't know exactly what happened, you got my new account info, (Chase Bank). Anyway luckily I hadn't closed that account yet so I was able to get my money but it needs to be fixed.

On top of that I've had to reschedule my loan due date several times and not been treated with disrespect or rudeness or a condescending attitude. I feel treated like a V.I.P. every time I apply for a loan and part of a family when I make my loan payment!

You guys do make the process easy. No ridiculous time-consuming steps that make you say forget it. Whatever your system is, it's a good one. I wish everyone out there would copy whatever you guys are doing.

Yes, short term lending is expensive, but S.C. is up front about their fees. Blown tires, broken phones, and utility bills can't always wait until payday!

My loan got sent to the wrong bank. Now I have no access to my loan and I'm supposed to pay it back. I have spoken to somebody about this and they said that it was sent to the bank because I did not pick it up. Well I was told to pick it up on 12-25-2025. They were closed so I called first thing this morning. Now what do I do?
