I have had a wonderful experience with Speedy Cash. It's always quick and easy to access online. The only time I have needed to call, the representative that I spoke with was efficient and extremely friendly. I will definitely continue to use Speedy Cash!

The woman helping did ignore me at times. I've been in customer service for 7 years so I didn't bother me much. At one point I asked if she had heard me with one of my questions after she didn't answer because was interrupted from a phone call and she replied with yes that's why I shook my head. Not the best of answers. That one did make me mad but again I let it go.

The only thing I would change is the increase in the available amount.

It is very easy to take care of the loan online.

I love doing business with your company, every transaction goes as planned and have not had many complications. Once we had a problem but it worked itself out. Therefore I have plans of doing business with your company in the future, as long as the respect level for my money continues.

I would you for you all to expanding your loan amounts for the state of MS. Sometimes all I need is $50 and the lowest amount I can get is $100. Thanks!

I was thinking getting a loan over the internet would be easier however, Speedy Cash you have to go in and I did not know this and they even sent me a contract using the Speedy Cash logo. If you speak with a Kevin **, David **, or Mr. **. Then they are fraud. They are not part of Speedy Cash if you get called from this number **. These people have wrote over $14,000 worth of checks to my account in my name. It was such a mess.

I have not received a promo code since I became a client.

First, I would like to say that the representatives were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the due date information displayed. It read a due date of October 16th with a payment of $0.00. I had to contact customer service to discover that it was, in fact, the actual due date and the payment was the amount borrowed plus the fee. This needs to be corrected so the proper information is displayed so there will be no confusion.

I had great experience with speedy cash.

I took out a loan last month with Speedy Cash online and was approved for a line of credit with minimum payments. I called Speedy Cash like 3 times after I received the money and had them explain to me how the loan worked. Every time I got a different agent that explained if I paid my loan out in full on or before the due date I can instantly reapply for the full amount which I needed for a major bill (utilities). So I paid it in full online yesterday and tried to reapply but wasn't given the option to, so I called Speedy Cash again but this time was told that I can't apply again until 7 days (what a bunch of crap).

My experience with your company has been very good. Have had no problems or complaints with service.

Initially it took a very long time for the approval process. After approval, everything went fine with no hassles. Like that payments cover part of the principal. Other companies that I checked had payments covering interest only and if additional principal payments not made, a lump sum was due at the end.

I am a regular customer. I applied for a $4000 loan. After I was told I was approved, the customer service rep told me to put $100 on a prepaid card and the loan would be in my account the next day. Well the next day, I was told to get another prepaid card for $500 and THEN the money would be in my account. I'm very unhappy; sounds like a scam I've read about online. Plus, the customer service rep--I believe he goes by "Chester"--was rude to me twice on the phone. Not a good way to help returning customers!

Also other than that it was a very speedy process and I was also surprised at how low the interest rate was. I recommended them the same day cause I was so happy with my experience. I opened up a loan with them and I got hit by a car and broke two bones and I told them obviously that I have no income right now because I had no job. I was late twice and they kept overdrafting my bank account. They would not do anything to help me at all. I asked for a extension so I wouldn't get overdrafted and that I would pay them two days later and they still did not care. It goes to show you could be on your deathbed and they would still go after you. It's terrible. I will never ever use Speedy Cash again. The worst customer service!

I've been trying to get a loan for the past year with this company. Through this company, they've declined my application not because of my credit history, but my bank account. They recommend me getting an opt plus card to get my loan. Well, I was still denied. I needed the money for my kids. I've switched banks and yet I still can't get approved.

I am very happy with the level of customer service I received and the ease of the website. Sometimes there's glitches but satisfied otherwise. Wish the amount increased with each payment or something.

I called Speedy Cash because I was going to use app to get funds and just pick up cash at store. Representative at research blvd location told I could pick up loan within 24 hours so I did the buy-up and tried to pick up in morning. The staff told me I couldn't get my loan because the funds had been sent to bank already and that there was a cooling period. I really needed the money that day and was left with nothing. This is the second time I have issues. The first time I had issues coz the funds were sent to bank but were taking too longer and they had incorrect banking account number.

I think the process is quick and easy. I just wish you could get a little more like 500.00 would be better.

I think that a returning customer should receive a percentage off the loan rates if within 3 months of their fourth loan.

Today to my surprise when I walked in the bank to get a money order for my rent to Speedy Cash customer relationship already pulled it out. I spoke with a lady just a few days ago that agreed to me making a payment at the end of the week. Now they gonna act like this was not done. 1 person said it was gonna take 4 - 5 hrs to locate the recording. I called back in 20 minutes because I was pissed I couldn't reborrow... they magically found it. I call **. He's was simply reading what the lady typed in the notes and anybody can make that ** up... just to get someone off the phone. Pissed off, now possibly homeless, and will never use them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Since The beginning I have been very happy with the service provided to me by the staff at all locations I have visited, even those outside of San Antonio. If there is anything to actually complain about it's the fact that no matter how many time I have borrowed and paid off my loans every time I want to renew it seems the fees increase. When I started they were 22 per every $100 then the next time I applied for a loan it increased and this last time it increased even more to 27 per every $100. That just make me feel unappreciated as a customer especially since I haven't defaulted in any way. Other than that My experience with Speedy Cash has been smooth and very good.

I don't have number but I do want to tell you the last time I was in (yesterday, 9/6/2015) the girl that helped me was the best I've ever had. She was polite, courteous, efficient and it only took me a few minutes to take my new loan out and leave which is how it should be when I come in with my card and show it to them. The others go through a bunch of drama unnecessarily and drag it out to take longer. I appreciated her! Hope I get her every time.

Due to the fact I'm on medical disability with social security I don't get a statement every month to provide to the 180-day review. I understand your policy regarding the State I live in. All I have is my award letter. There always should be an exception for people in my same situation. When this happened to me a few days ago they made an exception in my case and went back to my original letter I sent as a new customer!

Yeah I understand you need extra cash from time to time but this company don't need to take advantage of that. A loan for 250 is going to cost you 50. That's crazy.

I pay all my bills early morning on the day I get my monthly deposit (Payday). I really to wait before I begin any personal checking account activity besides those four simple bills: rent, power, cable, and speedy cash. All of those checking account payments I do directly on all their websites, individually. Not any are performed from my bank website. "Speedy" LOL Cash is ALWAYS the last item to clear and it’s DAYS afterwards not just one day. While ALL my other three bills "hard-post" by the next evening, on the 4th. "Speedy" Cash doesn’t want their money very fast. Why is that transaction always pending so late? The reason I wait to do any checking is because I am diabetic and my brain is can get VERY MUSHY sometimes.

I have visited 2 different locations recently and found the employees to be very friendly and they provided great customer service. I'm very pleased with how easy this process is.

I love the service provided by Speedy Cash both in the store (Gulfport, MS) or your online service. It's fast, accurate, and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better company. I would like to see discounts or special promotions sometimes though. No real complaint here.

I previously wrote a review that wasn't very nice concerning the interest rate. Speedy Cash called me and cleared up my concerns. Yes, it does cost a lot if you make minimum payments until the loan is paid off. However, should you pay it off early you save a considerable amount. There is no early payoff penalty. I should have found out the facts before I wrote a negative review and sincerely apologize for that. I will use Speedy Cash in the future should I need to. I recommend this company to all who might need some quick cash as it only take about 10 minutes to apply, about 5 minutes or less to get approval and in my case the money was in my bank account 6 hours later. I've just Speedy Cash a couple times last year and found that with the interest rate it was the best place to borrow from. I again just needed its services as I have been put on medical leave. I was paid for a job I did online for Eugene **. Three days after I got payment, more than the payment amount was withdrawn, without my knowledge or consent. Bank of America told me today that Speedy Cash, Eugene **, has attempted multiple times since 7/3/15 to withdraw more money. I not only have NO loans, NO loans with Speedy Cash, I have had NO dealings with this company. I now owe BoA money in order not to go to ChexSystems & be reported to credit agencies. Speedy Cash is a front for scammers. If you ever see their name, close your accounts, change your phone number & watch out!

I was loaned $100.00 and not explained why because I have two jobs and make well over $6000.00 a month. Was also told that if I download the app it would allow me to change my payment date but was not informed that it could only be done once every 12 months! I felt like I was rushed in and out!

Need to be more faster. They need to open up more tellers. When there are new applicants there should be one for them and one to take care other customer who is a customer already. The line gets a little long and some customer are on a time limit when they have to go pay a bill.

I had a loan with Speedy Cash, and needed to take advantage of the one time in 12 months option to pay it off in installments. It was approved to be paid off in four installments. Well, I thought that they'd automatically debit each payment out of my account - they're very good at doing that usually. Turns out that I, the customer, had to make the payments. I had gone out of town thinking that's what had been done, but when I returned and checked my bank account, it hadn't. So I sent the money electronically and they accepted it. Even sent an email thanking me for the payment. So, make note: they accepted it a few days late with no problems, no email saying that the agreement was broken due to late payment and the balance was now due in full. Nothing but "Thank you very much for your payment."

Easy, fair, professional process. No hidden fees or verbiage; straightforward.

This particular time renewing my Speedy Cash loan was unacceptable. I went through and paid on time and placed another loan as usual. This time was different in that they didn't send the money to my account like they were supposed to! I am so used to everything going smoothly with Speedy Cash and this was a huge dropping of the ball. Now that I went and took what I had and paid bills with it expecting this to be in there the next day. I have fees to pay my bank and bills that didn't process. Who is going to cover those! NOT SPEEDY CASH I guarantee that. Can't wait to get this loan over so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

I went online to get a payday advance. I was only getting $255.00... it said did you want your money in your bank account or come into the store. I chose come into the store. Got in my car, drove over to the store and was told although they closed at 7pm... I was not there by 5:15 so I have to come back tomorrow. Next day it was in my bank account which I did NOT want it to go in there. Fast forward because I got this "stupid" advance... My credit score went way down and they did a "HARD inquiry" on my credit... ALL FOR $255.00... NOT WORTH IT. And if I had to do it all over again... I'd rather collect cans and bottles and keep my credit score in good shape!!!

I tried getting a loan Monday, 20 and I was not able to due to a previous loan was not out of the system. It took more than 5 days for me to get a loan from you guys and I know you guys are busy. But you guys should let someone get a cash right once you take the cash out of the bank. I usually pay on time but this past week I didn't. Point is once we pay you guys back we should be able to get another loan. This is my opinion. And thank you for the loans, really appreciate it.

On July 20, 2015 the rep by the name Ms. Bianca was very rude. She asked for my ID and bank card for the process. I told her the name that is on my account but still put the wrong info in their system. When she gave all the info to the other rep, that's when she notice the wrong info. Ms. Bianca was arrogant and unprofessional when I told the rep the right info. When dealing with new customers the first impression is the last...I won't let this stop me from doing business with them because of one unprofessional customer service worker.

I was given a call by Rebecca from Speedy Cash about a complaint I had regarding unknown credit inquiries I had on my report. She was amazing and helped me get this resolved. They also helped me steered in the right direction. I don't like leaving bad remarks about companies but I did earlier when I wasn't getting any help. But after speaking to them I feel a little better. Thank you Rebecca.

Paid off loan in cash and teller stated the check I previously wrote would be destroyed. Check has been attempted to be cashed twice and copied and my handwriting forged. Complaint filed with BBB and FDIC. Law enforcement to be contacted on next business day.

There was a 7 minute wait prior to getting to me. Once it was my turn I was assisted quickly and she was very friendly. She made me aware of all Speedy Cash had to offer and was inviting and courteous.

Having had several loans with speedy cash, it has been easy and enjoyable and a satisfactory experience.

My only issue is that higher loan amounts should be allowed in California, Installment loans of 2600 would be great. The payments and ease of the process to obtain loans is great. I would highly recommend Speedy Cash Loans to friends or family in need of some quick funds.

Took out a loan beginning in February of 2015. Paid on time because I gave them my bank account number, routing number and the debit card number to that same account. Now I check my account and it says on their end it's defaulted and I'm being charged additional fees. When my bank also states that, they show all records of any payment never declining their ach request also auto pay requests. All payments went through without any hiccups. Was thinking of using the company again but after this, I feel like it's a scam. Definitely won't recommend them to anyone I know because of this and definitely will be disputing this.

I took out a loan a bit of time ago. In the midst of that I ran into financial hardship. Spoke with a, what seem to be nice representative, who understood. I let them know of which date and the amount to pay. After that payment I would be able to get back on track. I was to pay $100.00 on the 1st... Today. Yesterday my account had $1102.00 taken out from Speedy Cash! I called them and of course NO HELP! I have to do all the work. Not only that I'm upset because of course they have no record that I spoke with someone. So here I sit trying to rectify all this for the terrible mistake and dipping into my account. I cannot pay my own rent! Seems like Speedy Cash doesn't care. I on the other hand am a person to which I call to make arrangements. I am sure some don't do that so why hassle the good customers?

Acquiring a loan with Speedy Cash is faster than the internet. The approval is there right after you submit the application. Definitely the go to place for the money you need.

My ex took out a payday loan from this company. I paid off his loan as a one time deal. I made that very clear to the representative when I called. He said he understood and would remove my card from the file. Apparently my ex took out another loan 2 weeks later and gave them his card information. They deposited the money into his account. However, when it was time for him to pay it back and he didn't have the money, they took it from my account!! They never removed my card number!

I borrowed $100 from Speedy Cash. They took out $50 every two weeks for a minimum of 6 months. Every time I'd call for help on a explanation of why, I'd get a runaround. Very unprofessional... Very disorganized... Quick to take your money but procrastinators to help you. And untrustworthy.

Speedy Cash debited my bank account four days after my final loan payment and sent me a notice of default. I have all records of payments and my copy of the original loan note. They have refused to provide information regarding the debit and I get transferred from department to department then asked to leave a message. My bank account is now negative and haves over 200.00 in NSF charges and they have yet to provide answers. I now have to file a report with my bank and wait up to 10 days to get my money back. Will file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Finance Board.

I'm getting tired of your employees not letting me talk to a manager. I'm gonna back charge Speedy Cash $100 an hour for giving a fraudulent loan in my name then just dropping it in my lap like it's my problem now. If you would have done a proper background check you would have seen that the numbers don't match. Thanks for being such an unprofessional company.

Madison location. Every agent of your staff that I've dealt with seem to be rude and not friendly to deal with. I work in customer service myself and there is no excuse for this! Not to mention there's always a line in your store and employees behind the glass are just standing around instead of focusing on customers in your store. Fraudulent loan apparently granted by Speedy cash and they refuse to provide any proof of the loan they supposedly issued. Will not provide bank check was written to, who cash it when. Also, apparently issued it with no proof of who person was. I was the victim of ID theft (IRS electronic filing on TAX ACT compromised). With this they have my SSN and that seems to be all Speedy cash asks for. Taking up with ftc and corp ranks at Speedy Cash tomorrow as at line level they have provided zero support.
