    I asked Ocwen for help with my loan, and they went above and beyond with the service and help that they provided for me. Even after my unnecessary complaining and whining. I apologized to them for my frustration, and they assured me that they were more than willing to still help me out.     In 2013 I began communicating with Ocwen about my loan and my concern that I was not going to be able to make my monthly payments on time due to a pending separation/divorce. From the very beginning everyone I spoke with was more than helpful, compassionate and caring. Even after missing 6 months of payment from the fall of 2014 - spring of 2015 I was able to modify my loan, reduce my monthly payments and stay in my home with my pets and children. I am writing this today with a grateful heart as I was just able to refinance my house with my new husband and will no longer be a customer of Ocwen. Thank you to everyone who made this difficult, stressful, and emotional time in my life a little easier. First rate company with real people who care and go above and beyond to help!

    I pay my mortgage timely every month and never had any issues with Ocwen until I had a fire total loss to my home. I contacted Ocwen on 11/14/2016 to advise them of my loss and was provided with a packet that needed to be completed. I forwarded all the required information including the check from the Insurance company on 11/28/2016. Ocwen then deposits the check into their account and disperses funds in increments. On 11/30/2016 after providing all the required documents, I received a letter from Ocwen advising that they did not have all the required docs. I reached out to Ocwen who then advised that the electronic signature from the contractor is not acceptable.

    On 12/1/2016 I had my contractor send another signed copy of the contract and forwarded to Ocwen the following morning on 12/2/2016. I called them that afternoon to confirm they received it and they confirmed they did and now had everything they needed and would process the check. I called about 2 weeks later (12/14/2016) to follow up and they advised that unfortunately the request to process the check was never submitted and the woman apologized and said the check would be processed. I called 2 days later on 12/16/2016 and was told although their request to overnight the check was put in, it would take 3-5 business days to process the request. I was told to check back on the 3rd day which was 12/21/2016.

    Fast forward to 5 business days later, still no check. I contacted Ocwen again on 12/27/2016 and was told that it was never processed and they would overnight the check. I called again the following day 12/28/2016 because once again I had no check in my mailbox and was told they could not process because they never received a copy of the signed contract. Again they are asking for information that was submitted and that they confirmed they received. Not once, in all of my calls to them looking for a status of the check was this mentioned to me. All of a sudden the document is missing again. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which you cannot get on the phone. You have to leave a voice message in a general mailbox and they will get back to you when they are available.

    I left a voice message the morning of 11/28/2016 and once again refaxed the information the following morning. I called them to confirm they received the fax and they did. Meanwhile, no call back from a supervisor. I asked them to overnight the check and was told it will take 3-5 days to process before it could be overnighted. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and was told that I have to leave a message in the same mailbox I already left a message in. I called back again because I did not hear from a supervisor. I advised them that I did not hear back from a supervisor and needed to have this matter resolved. The representative I spoke to advised that she can confirm the documents were received and would put in a request to process the check, except now I'm being told that the processing would take 10 days!!!

    I again asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would be transferred to one. Again I was transferred to the same voicemail system. I am beyond frustrated. I left a message for the CEO of the company in hopes that someone will get this resolved. I am displaced from my home, lost everything I own and even though the insurance company, the contractor, the township officials have all worked diligently to get matters moving quickly in order to rebuild, this can't be done because Ocwen is holding onto the funds and not one penny has been disbursed. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    Have been with Ocwen since 2009. Refinanced in 2014 with them. Recently we experienced water damage and snow damage in our garage and deck which roofs the garage. 35k to 50k were the estimates with three companies. Our insurance paid 349$ as that was over the extended two year limit in their contract. So we had to come up with the money. Being a Marine veteran, I tried the Vets Administration. They took 15 months to reach approval status, where Ocwen took 12 weeks. We declined VA and had to pay outright for the damage. The Ocwen monthly pay is $900 monthly lower than the VA loan. We also appreciate the security techniques Ocwen deploys in all levels.

    We've been going through this long process and trying to purchase a house owned by Ocwen bank and it's been so difficult in dealing with their short sale department. It's been over 9 months since being in escrow with the owners and things are moving so painfully slow. Each time the seller's real estate calls Ocwen, she'd get a different answer. Last week we were informed that the property investor verbally approved our 9 months old offer and we called today since we haven't gotten the written approval, the negotiator from the bank said he had no clue investor approved!! Miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Unbelievable!!

    Trying to set up automatic payments turned out to disaster... using Mobile banking... local bank withdrew funds the week before... while Ocwen processed the payment 7 days later. I really appreciate it that he always has a calm and gentle manner which does not stress me and helps me make the payment before the deadline.     My experience with Ocwen has been extremely positive from Day 1 when my finances were in great shape. To my continued amazement, Ocwen has continued their professionalism and understanding throughout the past months when hardship knocked at my door. Unfortunately, the seminar of 2015 in my area did not produce a helpful organizational contact (NID). It might not have been the fault of the organization; it could have been my agent. Thankfully, they did not charge me.

    When I switched to get my mortgage modified, I ended up paying $4,500 to Endeavor to get a $200 per month reduction. Still, Ocwen has been patient while I continue struggling. I could have paid that fee to Ocwen; not to mention the thousands to Universal Law Center and hundreds in printing and faxing fees. I highly commend Peggy and other agents for their professionalism, and pray that I'll be out of the woods soon, and still in my home and that Ocwen will continue to be patient with me. Kindly emphasize to clients not to pay organizations like Endeavor for modification services if the law continues to be alive.

    Overall, my experience was very positive. I did not originally choose Ocwen, but when they acquired my loan they proved to be very helpful. At one time, I was at risk of going to foreclosure, they worked with me to restructure our loan and enabled me to eventually pay off my loan in full. My only complaint is that while all of their associates were very helpful, several had very heavy accents that made them difficult to understand.

    Payment was sent on time w/ MoneyGram from Wal-Mart the same way I do every month. This time it went to Ocwen in Texas, person to person for some reason. After 25-30 phone calls to Ocwen, MoneyGram, Wal-Mart, I had first payment canceled with MoneyGram then MoneyGram rerouted the payment. So it looks like my payment was late and I got stuck with a late charge. Ocwen, MoneyGram, Wal-MART do not want to cover the late charge. MoneyGram charges me $15.99 to send this payment. So do you have auto-pay? Because this is becoming retarded.

    Ocwen services my home loan. I escrow monthly for my flood insurance (ONLY) but Ocwen unilaterally decided to pay my property taxes from this escrow account driving a negative ~$9k negative balance. After I caught this error and contacted Ocwen, it has been impossible to bring closure to the problem. I have already (solely based on my initiative) resolved the negative balance to the escrow account via a bank transfer but have been unable to permanently get the problem fixed by closing the escrow account. I am currently dealing with Ocwen's customer service teams but have zero resolution. As they are all offshore, nothing can be resolved real time. I have asked numerous times for an escalation but to no avail. Terrible customer service to date.

    Trying to communicate with this company is time consuming and almost impossible. You are calling the Philippines or India. The representatives are always courteous. However they are repetitive and typically lack the knowledge to effectively solve issues. I almost feel as though it's purposely done as to frustrate and discourage the consumer so they won't pursue.     I been filling out at least for packages and Ocwen seems to misplace or lose my documents, since my packages are always missing something. I still to this day have not spoken with my case manager. I think if you have a case manager you should be able to speak with her. Every day that I call I get someone new. Please Ocwen help me keep my house. Please have someone call me. I'm tired of sending all my information and not getting any results from Ocwen. When I call they say they have everything then all of the sudden I'm missing something and the package expire and I have to do it all over.

I have been unemployed since September 2012, and since that date, OCWEN has proven/delivered to me their vision of "helping homeowners stay in their homes".     Our lender sold our loan to PHH mortgage, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They offered to refinance for VETS and then the Vet Administration OK'd our loan, but PHH denied it. They don't like our property, but they hold the original loan! We have NEVER had a late payment and have an incredibly high credit score. They have been rude, sloppy, disrespectful, and dishonest. NEVER, EVER DEAL WITH PHH MORTGAGE!!!

    No one at OCWEN has helped us. According to the letter sent to us in July, 2016 the BPO must reflect a LTV ratio of 65%. We are planning to put a large amount on our principal so we can remove the PMI. But when speaking to someone at OCWEN they tell us it has to be 95%. What is the deal with them? Can't get a straight answer. WE have hated this company and their customer service since they took over from our existing mortgage company without our knowledge until it was done. The out-sourced customer service reps. always seem to be reading a script and are hard to understand at times and I always feel frustrated when done talking to them. Run away and get someone else. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Wish there was someone that could really give us a straight answer so we can get this done. Shame on you OCWEN!!!

    I recently called to resolve a problem in receiving my loan payoff info. My call was "elevated" to the next level. There I received EXCELLENT service. It was such a pleasant experience and everything accomplished before I got off the phone. Two things seemed apparent to me: OCWEN has apparently extended some authorities to this level giving the person the opportunity to resolve issues. And OCWEN apparently has taken customer service seriously. Both are tremendous changes from my previous experiences.

    I will admit that I have been MOST displeased with dealing with OCWEN in the past, as have my insurance agents. And I have voiced that opinion at every opportunity. This ONE recent call has changed my mind after several years of frustration. Employees who have their hands tied and spend the day being yelled at stop caring. Employees who have some responsibility to resolve issues take pride and have a sense of ownership, and do well for a company. Keep it up! You may lead the way for other industries.

    I called Customer Service on 11/30/16 and spoke with an associate guy, I forgot his name and he did not provide his ID number. I have requested the Payoff Quote, and he told me that I will receive an email with a detail for Payoff Quote later within the same day. I did not received an email, I called again on 12/1/16 and spoke with another associate lady, she told me the same thing. Again, I did not receive any email for Payoff Quote. I log in to my account and submitted the Payoff Quote, and I did not receive any email either.

    I decided to pay off the Principal balance first on 12/2/16. I called again on 12/5 and spoke with an associate, her ID #**, and she told me that she saw a message that received the monies from me, but hasn't posted to my account yet. And later the day, I received the Payoff Quote statement in the amount of 70,700.30 that's including the Interest from 11/1-30 and 12/1-7/16, and returned check fee in the amount of $13.25. I paid up to date on my account. But not sure as to why I am being charged for interest and late fee. I replied to the email address correspondence@ocwen.com, and no one has responded to my email. This is not a professional service.

    OCWEN wanted to increase the bottom line. They moved all servicing work to underdeveloped countries and they are not care for any and we paid interest 5.75% for more than 10 years, try to refinance which never happened. It is sad but we pay our bills online and we never get support from Banks. The servicing people are good but their hands are tied. Some reform should happen to help good Americans who work hard to make things happen as per books but banks interested to keep their profit and get big bonuses.

    PHH called me, an existing customer, offering a refi opp in MAY 2016. It is now Dec 2016 and I am still being "stalled". Each agent "forgot" one document needed, that agent left the company or was "out sick" then another agent would contact me stating they needed more info. Promises to call me back, and to keep me updated did NOT happen. I told them they were no doubt stalling til end of yr so the refi was no longer beneficial to me, w/ rising interest rates. SEVEN months and it's still not happening. Now they write that they might have to cancel! Now they tell me? Communication with customer is poor.

    I overpaid my escrow by almost $4000.00. Ocwen claims they sent a check on 27 September 2016, but they didn't. I called and had that check cancelled and they claimed to have sent a new check on 9 November 2016, but they didn't again. I have called 4 times and requested that they direct deposit the money into my bank account. It is 29 November 2016 and I haven't received one red cent. I have been on hold for hours trying to get transferred to someone who can help me. I am getting nowhere with this company and they are not refunding my money. I am filing complaints wherever I can. These people are not American and I am afraid it is going to be a long battle to get my money. None of the checks that I had cancelled ever arrived at my address. I can only assume that they never sent them at all.

    I received a loan seven years ago, and every year, they raise our rates. I have tried talking to them, and the last two years, they informed that the rate increase would be the last. They are very happy to take my house, but not help with the interest rate. I do not want to lose my home, but cannot keep pay these interest rates. I was aware that the payments would go up for the first five years, but the payments increase in interest alone. They are forcing me to lose my home!

    It is very interesting that you folks have such great reviews about a company such as Ocwen. This company's customer service/care, it's based outside the United States. Yet they make their living from Americans people that are here in the United States. Ocwen does not have the decency to provide their customer with someone that understands their system and their business let alone the language that we do speak. Some of us call it English. Some of us call it American. As a customer if you manage to get past the language barrier they will still not have an answer for you. I have spent countless hours on the phone for almost a year trying to get a loan modification through and the answer is always the same that they are missing some kind of information and it seems to be the same information over and over.

    I now have hundreds of packets from Ocwen that have been filled out and for whatever reason Ocwen doesn't have a full package. You would think that by now I would be an expert on filling these things out but to my amazement I'm having to be the one that's always wrong, and speaking with an account manager it's also a waste of time trying to find someone in the states. It's literally looking for a needle in a haystack. These folks have put me in a financial situation that I have never imagined. So now I spend my time instead of filling out loan modification applications trying to figure out who is it that I need to speak with to get my dilemma resolved before they foreclose on my property. Good luck to everyone else out there and if you have the ability to get out from under Ocwen that's the best answer for you.

    I needed two checks endorsed for repairs on my roof from hail damage. I contacted someone from Ocwen and was informed I needed to send the checks to Coppell Texas with a check for fifteen dollars if I wanted a one day turnaround to expedite the checks. After waiting ten days without returned checks I called inquiring about the status of the checks and was informed that they no longer process checks there but at Plano Texas. So on a Monday the 14 of November I send two new checks because I had to have them reissued because you lost the first two. I had them sent priority mail which cost me $23.99 and requested someone sign for it when received. It was received the next day before noon as promised.

    I waited until Friday without a word so I called again and was told that they need a fact sheet with a list of the needed repairs which was never requested in any conversation before nor had anyone called and asked me knowing that there have been many disconnects in the past. I sent the requested fax sheet that Friday and Tuesday no checks. So I called again and was told they haven't been sent but have been processed and would sent out on priority and I should receive them by Wednesday or Thursday or maybe Friday. Today is Thursday. I'm not holding my breath. I find your company completely inadequate, unorganized and incompetent.

    I decided to go with PHH Mortgage to refinance because they held my original mortgage. WHAT A MISTAKE. It stated in June with a phone call to refinance, it ended in September with two closing. This company has no clue regarding customer service and completed a mortgage in a timely manner. I am a real estate agent and if this happened to my client I would have told them to run. I was told that if I didn't go through with my mortgage I was going to have to pay a application fee for almost 600.00. I kept telling them I didn't want to go forward and they told me to hold on. The mortgage is soon to go to closing.

    To make a long story short I finally closed in September. Now it is November and I received a letter that my escrow account is in default and I owe them more mortgage, plus I also receive a letter that they forgot to have me sign a Notice of Cancel Form. If I sign this form I will have to pay the entire mortgage and start all over. I AM NOW IN A BIND. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO CANCEL THIS MORTGAGE. DO NOT USE THIS PHH MORTGAGE COMPANY.

    My account was sold to them as a part of a bankruptcy issue. But my experience was better than it was with my original creditor, GMAC mortgage. My pay period wouldn't always fall on the first so I would pay on the weekend like I paid all my bills on my day off. They would call "your payment was due on the first". I requested to stop that feature or service around 11 times, they never stopped. Ocwen transition was smooth, welcome call and that was it. "Any questions?" "No thank you." "If you need assistance with anything or any questions come up please let us know." "Thank you" and that was it. Only one issue came up. My loan came up as a second lien, but it was of no fault of their own. It was GMAC mortgage that made that error. It was later explained by Ocwen, that the account came in like that and shown proof of that. Thank Ocwen for a great service.

    Overall a great company, but yes, I had a few hiccups with them and you have to be on top of them. They paid the taxes/insurance on time and quickly. Mult. options to pay. They were able to modified my loan/home in less than 2 months, which was great. However, they did report me as being late to the credit agencies, even though they weren't suppose to due to the modification and on the agreement and I could never get it removed. There were lots of issues with my credit report. They had reported to the bureau, I had 3 accounts, it took me a very long time to get it removed, I only had 1 account.

    They were also reporting 2 of those accounts as negative markings. Sometimes, it was hard communicating with them, seemed there was a language barrier. Customer service? Overseas. They did always returned phone calls, respond via email, phone, and text if you want. On/off did have issues with website. When my loan was paid off and they had to create a payoff letter, ran into some issues too, but it was finally resolved. Compared to other mortgage companies I've worked with, I'd prefer to work with them, than the other companies.

I had replied to one of many mailers I got from Homeward Residential, Inc. and also filled out a form online for information on refinancing the loan that was being serviced by Ocwen. I was supposed to be contacted and did receive a phone call within a day or so. SOMEONE CALLED ME and I was then asked to hold to be connected to another person. I held for many minutes until this person came back on the line and said that no one was available to speak with me. I might have understood this if I had called but since they called me it was extremely annoying and a complete waste of my time. After that call I never heard from anyone again. My only hope is to pay it off early and speaking of that I gave them extra money to apply toward my principal with notes everywhere. So they applied it all toward the regular mortgage and say I paid more than one month! Today I realized why I was not get my statements. They have taken my physical street numbers and mixed them up along with renaming the city I live in. WHY. Nothing has changed. OMG. These people are the worse. I would have given them below 1 star but it would not let me. Good luck these people, they are very confused.

    I don't believe these reviews on here. I've been dealing with Ocwen, prev GMAC mortgage for over 6 years trying to get help with 1st and Heloc with no help at all. Cut off, transfer to wrong dept, letters with incorrect info, misapplied payments, and 1000 hours of wasted phone calls, letters. Again I don't believe the reviews. I'm current, not upside down, but became disabled with a disabled son. I had to modify my home and cleared out savings.

    My son passed away this year and I'll never forgive anyone who lacks compassion. I told them my income decreased and medical bills costly. Needed to combine the loans or keep interest only on Heloc for 5 years and then would pay it off or refinance. My balance in 5 years would have been low enough to qualify but until then I wouldn't. Well now I don't need extra money for my son, but also don't have reserves for myself for medical. I hate this company. They don't listen, just talk over you reading a script from overseas.

    I'm upset because I tried to better my finance problems and because my payments were made on time the bank that owns my loan won't help me. I struggle every month to make my payments to keep at a good standing and get punished for doing so.     I have a hard time believing these are legitimate positive reviews. When you do any search of Ocwen it's all bad and unfortunately as much as I've tried and hoped my experience would be different... it's not. I have been given inaccurate information, stalled, I have not had consistency with speaking with the same Relationship Manager from call to call. The positive review are almost unbelievable but the few that have any note of negativity do have the same false and canned statements I've received by mail and by phone. They seem to have a script they read as if saying they care and are working with you makes it true. I gave perfect and flawless information on their forms and they gave me the wrong paperwork that took nearly a month to receive. I returned it the next day and then found out 50 days into the process they did so and have me running in a new wheel that takes 60 days... but my application is only good for 90 days.

    When you add 50 + 60 you get 110 days. So even though it was 100 percent their error in the original paperwork that took 54 days to process my clock still runs down and the new 60 day process can't be expedited with the new department. I began on August 2nd with a perfect package and today I just wait for some sort of response all the while knowing they are going to stall and let me know at the end that something else is missing or wrong. They have already told me that my original application will expire and I will have to do everything again and resubmitted after the 90 day clock runs out. So as I reach the 90th day today and still wait for my answer to the new paperwork that may take up to another 30 days to process. I can't even be told what happens if the current paperwork is not accepted. I have filed a complaint with the Ombudsman for the failure to keep the appointed phone calls promised and that too went ignored.

    If you miss the call they just say "call back and reschedule". It's literally over 4 minutes of recorded messages in their automated system (if you don't make any mistakes in the numbers you have to choose in calling in) to make another appointment. They are exactly what all the reviews describe and being organized and being able to prove everything I am writing will not get my loan modified. For every complaint I make they send 4 letters to say they received my paperwork, phone call, documents... and they are really working to help me. IF they spent half the effort to actually help me instead of robo sending letters to try to document their helpfulness I might be in a different position. I've talked to several people and there are a few that are smart and know something about what's going on but you never get to talk to them again so if you get somebody smart talk to them as long as possible to try to get the real story and information.

    You must be your own advocate and maybe even a lawyer to get things done. Too bad you're broke and probably can't get a lawyer or you wouldn't need a loan mod. I'm pretty sure that's part of their unwritten business model. I work through red tape for a living so I get it but this is beyond red tape. This seems to be improperly trained people that can't do anything outside of their small boxes and there's nobody to manage the many boxes each person must deal with to get a completed deal.

    The only reason I'm writing this is that I just don't believe all of these 5 star ratings. They simply are not that good on any level and the raving reviews are almost absurd. Ocwen isn't a bed and breakfast it's a big giant corporation. All anyone has to do is pick up the phone and call their number and try to reach a human and look at a watch and you will know my statements are real. I call BS on these glowing and helpful reviews. You don't see that with a small local company much less a company of this size.

    I agree with many of the other reviews on this site. PHH is difficult to contact. They do not return calls. They are great at creating excuses for delays. I am hopeful that the refinance process that I started in August will finish next week (Nov). This has been a game of hurry up and wait. I was hoping to do a quick refinance to lower my payment which would help my monthly budget. Instead, I have upped my frustration and maybe my blood pressure dealing with PHH. I hope this process is completed and I also hope to not have created an ongoing nightmare consisting of endless calls and note taking on the phone with PHH. Knowing what I know now, I would have just sucked it up and kept paying my higher mortgage payment.

    When arrived home from a doctors appointment in the afternoon I saw all the forsythia bushes (13) cut down between my home and the bank owned neighboring home. Ran straight over to the men working and asked what the hell were they doing and they said they were told by the bank ocwen to clean up along the fence line and showed me the work order which did say exactly that ALONG the fence line but didn't say to remove the fence line in which bushes are used in many cases. So I then asked for their bosses' name and number (Abdul) and called him but got no response.

    Now I am left with a 35 foot space between the adjoining fences, and a mess that they left and refused to finish the clean up on my property. Called Ocwen several times but got no response or resolution. Spoke to Gab, Jason and Abdul the contractor but still nothing. I've gotten a couple estimates from reputable fence companies in my area to see what it will cost to fill in the missing 35 foot section without trying to put bushes back due to all the roots/stumps they left. This has devalued my home due to the loss of privacy and now will cost me $1400 dollars to put a fence in between the two existing fences 4ft (35 ft space) to 6ft fence.

    Over the years several different contractor workers have been ruining this home little by little Not knowing what they are doing obviously, not even knowing what kind of bushes they were killing or how to read a work order properly. May have to take the contractor to small claims to recoup some of the money back after the fence Is installed. It's really their fault for not knowing how to READ, a work order. Pure stupidity.

    Recent communications with Ocwen have not been good. I recently received my yearly mortgage escrow adjustment after which I mailed in the additional amount quoted. My check cleared and I went to the Ocwen site to see what would be the amount of my next mortgage payment, however my account had not been updated. Next I sent an email asking this question, but never received a reply. After several days, I called and spoke to an associate that confirmed my escrow adjustment had been received and quoted my new payment due. When I received my October invoice online, the amount was different than what was quoted. I called again and learned that the amount due on my invoice was correct and the amount quoted by an associate was incorrect (significantly). This is the first time I communicated with Ocwen and the experience was not good.

    I was sent a letter by my homeowner's insurance company stating that Ocwen had not paid them. Payment was due 10/8/16, I called 10/24/16 spoke with Tas who said I did not have the cash in my escrow account. The prior month I sent Ocwen an extra 600.00 to be applied to my escrow account so I knew that money was there. After 30 minutes of placing on and off hold she came back and said, "Yes I verified the money is there. I will go ahead and send payment today." So today I called my insurance company and still no payment.

    Called Ocwen back spoke with Jasmine ID ** tried to pin the fault on me with numerous excuses, was rude and disrespectful claiming I did not inform them of when they were to pay it. Now I have an escrow account for that reason and is it my job to remind them to pay my insurance on time? NO. They claim the payment was sent today overnight. This is the most ridiculous company ever and I will do whatever it takes to switch to a different mortgage company just to get as far away from them as I possibly can. I think they are a bunch of crooks!

    My mortgage company sold my loan to this company and I have nothing positive to say about them. I tried to sell my property but the market was upside down so I tried for a short sale. Well, I put the paperwork for short sale which was approved in Jan. It is Oct. I have harassing phone calls every day and night. They have rejected 4 offers on the property, I have been through 7 case managers. I have at least 200 pieces of paper that I have received in the mail for updating my account, which I diligently do. But after faxing the paperwork off several times and them stating they haven't received it I have to certify snail mail everything.

    I am now trying for a deed in lieu but this is even worse. I am pre approved and now I have been on hold back and forth for 20 minutes because they say once again they don't have my documentation. Oh, and they need my preapproval, which is me stating I want a deed in lieu, okay I am on the phone saying I want one people! Anything to get rid of this house. I have tried everything and kept in contact with them more than them me, but my credit took a 200 point dive and there seems to be no end in site. I have owned this house for 10 years and I can't believe the horrible customer service of this place. Thank god my other house has a mortgage through a reputable bank.

    My faxed application for hardship assistance was lost, thrown away, or ignored; I don't know which situation occurred? The application is approx 21 pages long! I will refax my original application because I need assistance. All I need is time to catch my 2 payments up. As I explained to her, I have the money coming in, as I have been working for 4 different companies who pay at different times during the month. I have been waiting patiently for these payments. I will pay my late payments ASAP.
