Was a little cautious at first because it seemed the process was going a little topsy turvy with the closing schedule. But, Thanks to Giocuma (sp) he took the bull by the horns and got things going full speed ahead! It was painless and and really easy going forward! Thank You.

The refinance process was quicker, more efficient and hassle free. Mr ** was OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process. Mr. ** was very detail oriented, great communication skills and help my wife and I reduce our mortgage by more than $300.00 per month. The entire experience was stress free and efficient because of Mr. ** attention to detail, timely response/reactions to the any and all issues that occurred. Very pleased with the service! Justin ** was very professional and efficient. The web pages made the application for the loan very fast and the electronic signing was great. I went to CA to meet my newest granddaughter and Justin arranged for the notary to meet me there to sign the paperwork. Appreciated the waiver of the appraisal. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if the loan origination fee was waived. My oldest son works for a company in CA that waives that fee.

Cody was great getting me started with the process. The day I closed my loan no one from Newday contacted me to congratulate me or address any concerns. The notary had to come back twice because of missed documents not signed initially. I guess I expected too much but we closed the loan out. I guess that is the important thing.

Honestly, I was skeptical of NewDay USA. I thought my big bank I have used for everything since joining and getting out of the Navy would be the best option. NewDay USA not only beat my big bank on a VA IRRL by .75% but made the whole process SIMPLE with only 4 or 5 phone calls the ENTIRE process. There was a lack of communication and when it came time to sign final paperwork we were being pushed hard to hurry and sign. Not really given a solid opportunity to read over paperwork. It felt like, just hurry and do this so we can move on to someone else.

I will say that security and professionalism was something that the staff conveyed to me and everything was well above board. I’m a single dad with a small boy and I could not ask for a better loan experience. I was also an mortgage banker and underwriter for several years so I’m familiar with loan processing and the loan processor was very nice fast and firm. I liked that.

NewDayUSA has a less complicated method for processing refinancing applications than I have ever experienced previously. Prior to NewDay I financed my house with Quicken Loans, which is more likened to a three ring circus. They change who you communicate with multiple times and are more confusing than decisive. This procedure extends the time and the number of communications needed. NewDay is better organized.

I initially applied for a refi and then decided I would get a new home loan. I quickly found out that your personnel know very little about the process. Your staff called my employer 5 times to verify my employment and actually asked him "What are the chances of you firing him in the future"? They made so many errors in contacting and being truthful with me that I will never use NewDay again. As a 70 year old veteran I certainly feel I was taken advantage of!

I had applied at another lending organization before applying to Newday, who said they would lock in my rate to not go up but they would lower my rate if rates dropped. The rates did drop but the lender said nothing so I asked and they explained that the rates had actually gone up. That is why I came to Newday where I got a lower rate. The rates dropped while my loan was processing at Newday. I think the drop to market rate should be your policy except do it for real, not fake, no lies. Hayden ** was a very good Acct Exec, communicated well and the process was smooth and professional.

I would rate my experience at 4.5, my mortgage counselor Trevor was very professional. The only reason I did not give it a 5.0 is because it took a little longer to complete than first thought. We decided to refinance thru NewDay after getting many offers from different companies of which agents were yada, yada, yada. Nicholas, the agent from NewDay was very patient and extremely helpful when it came to doing processes over the internet. With New Day USA we applied for a VA refi. 95% was done online, the remaining 5% represents the signing papers with a notary. Notary gave incorrect instruction to initial a document containing no instruction for signature causing delay. VA requirement for reinspection following distant passage of tropical storm Aally caused further delay.. Requirement to perform much of process electronically annoying to computer challenged 80 year old suffering two years frustration from hurricane Matthew and Covid-19 mandated social behavior. TV marketing by New Day suggests and/or promises an easy process. I have bought and sold a home in New Zealand and several homes in the US which were easier than this refinance.

The refinance went extremely well. Mr. Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process go as smooth as possible. The entire process was very quick and easy. I will definitely recommend New Day USA for any veteran looking to refinance.

The loan process is neither easy nor quick and is nothing like the New Day advertising. The initial paperwork is always required but after several weeks we went through a cycle of "we need one more document." The loan administrator did not keep up with us. The final closing electronic signature requirements were not usable as the the closer/notary never got access to the documents.

We refinanced twice with New Day. Both times we reduced our debt. This time we were able to buy our dream home. The staff was excellent. New Day did everything on time and well. We highly recommend them. They know exactly what they’re doing and very complex situations. We are very grateful for their help.

I called NewDayUSA and asked Andrew **, the mortgage broker to help me buy a reasonably priced and sized house, suitable for my wife, and quickly. The way the closing was performed left questions. You're asked to sign a pre-audit knowing it was going to change before it was final. Also, I know I accepted the terms (costs) but after the fact it should not cost (rounding up) $10,000.00 to do a simple streamline VA Refinance for a 100% disabled combat related Veteran. There is a discount that the Loan officer was asked to request on our title fees. Because he lacks experience, he failed to ask for the discount being afraid it would be a problem. By the time I knew he hadn't asked for the discount, which cost us hundreds of dollars.

Our experience with the refinance process through NewDay was very good. Josh ** took our information over the phone, checked out credit rating and completed the application with my one call to NewDay. The whole process was quick and easy and the loan was completed in a few weeks.

Started refinance program on 15 July 2020. Took until 8 October 2020 to complete the the procedure. Started the process with one representative and then out of nowhere another representative took over. When asking the new rep a question, I would get I have no control over what the other rep told you. After everything had been submitted I was told that the VA was not approving any new refinances due to wildfires. Contacted numerous VA offices and was told that was not true. Upon further discussions it was stated that it was the lender and not the VA that was not processing refinance requests. Was told I would receive via mail a copy of the house appraisal and a copy of the appraisal bill. Have not received either. Overall somewhat dissatisfied with experience.

The process of obtaining the refinance was quick and easy. However, I feel that there should have been more contact, either verbal or electronically on the processing and progress of the loan. The loan has been closed for 2 weeks and I have not yet had any correspondence from NewDay. I have no contact numbers or email addresses to contact anyone for potential problems specifically for making online payments and for the payment of my due insurance and tax bills. Puts one on edge. Not feeling very comfortable about now.

I am please to have a smaller rate for my home loan. You save me a lot of money. I hope that you may be able to help others that are in need for a smaller rate for their home loans. IN these hard times people are being laid off or fired, we needs to catch a break now and then.

Saving the money on straight interest cost is the best, nothing feels better than keeping money in my account, it was a nice way to say goodbye to Wells Fargo. The process was fast and easy. Not much going back and forth. Sent what was asked for and it was wrapped quickly.

I have been seeing the NewDay USA ads for some time and have been looking at homes in the area I was interested in buying. After over a year I decided to get prequalified and went to the NewDay USA website and within a short time after entering initial information, I was contacted By Alec **. He has been awesome, he put me in touch with the consultant, who then matched us up with our realtor Caprice **. NewDay USA has made the entire experience enjoyable, I would highly recommend them to any Veteran looking to purchase a home.

Fairly easy to apply - MUCH quicker than the first Mortgage was (different company) to secure. Sorta anxious on the waiting for approval (I imagine there were many, many applicants) but it finally came thru. Add 2 to 3 weeks more than their anticipated closing date.

Jay ** was amazing! Everything was professional and fast. Returned calls within minutes! Explained everything. The only issue I had which is no fault to NewDay is the notary was a bit rude. That was our only issue with the whole process. Everything else was simple and quick (32 days!)

Could not be more happy with our experience with New Day, from the initial call all the way thru processing the loan. Our loan specialist Dawit was fantastic to work with. He definitely made the process smooth and easy. Any question I had was immediately answered wither by e-mail or a quick phone call. Got the rate that I wanted (2.25%). This did take some effort. I explained upfront that my intention was to pay off mortgage by retirement age. I was currently in a 20 year mortgage and only interested in a 15 year refi. I was pitched a 30 year refi as the "only possible way to reduce payments". I had done the math and already knew better. It all ended up working out as I intended.

I wish I had never refinanced with New Day. I was quoted a lower closing cost rate and other fees which was complete lies. Also, I was told by new day that I would get a refund of money in escrow from my previous lender and seems they are giving me the run around. That was one reason I did the refi. Overall experience with you is disappointing.

This was a very easy process. I think it took less than 30 days. I was able to save $250 per month, but this was due mostly in part to having the 30 year fixed. I have never had to pay for points before and it didn't drop me past my 3.25 % that I already had. It is OK, I will just put this on the principal and still pay off faster. Thank you New Day.

Whole experience was handled professionally. The process was easy and quickly done. Closing at home was very convenient. Funding could have been a little faster. However, we closed on a Saturday - funding was received the following Friday. I would have preferred a direct deposit. Instead they overnighted a check. All in all - a great experience.

I emailed and left a voice mail for Kyle ** who returned neither. I called customer service and was told that you had sold my loan. I was never contacted by your company about this. I understand you can do it but it is how you do it that is important.. In my opinion New Day is no better than the predatory loan companies that live outside bases. The Admiral should have his rank and Navy credentials taken away for being a stain on veterans. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

While the experience wasn’t all bad, improvement can be made in responding back when messages is left. At no time when I make a call there is any answer, and when I leave a message it takes days before I can get a response. Communicating more effectively will surely put someone at ease to feel like they are making the right decision in choosing your company to do business.

This is our fault, we did not do our own due diligence, so hopefully, you will read this and do yours. NEWDAY USA was the worst experience for us. They took all of our personal information and then disappeared for more than 10 days. No response to e-mails, no return calls, nothing. We provided them with all of our personal information to refinance only to have them disappear. Don't believe us? Go to the BBB website and look at the number of complaints against them. Don't be stupid like us, find a better company to do business with.

June, 2019 [13 months ago] we bought this house at a low [4.50%] cost, but New Day USA got me almost a half cost loan [2.75%] for a replace mortgage! Now we will pay about $160 each month less than we were - so we are saving way more with a NEW 30 years than the OLD 29 years would have taken, by a lot!

We were skeptical before contacting New Day USA for an IRRRL refinance. Our concerns were put to ease once we made first contact with a representative - Franklin M. The process up to the loan process being complete was great. Excellent communication and lots of follow up. Process was fairly easy and stress free. Only complaint was there was zero communication once the paperwork was signed. From that point on I didn't know if everything was set or that my mortgage was paid off until I checked my bank, and I have no idea how or where to set up repayment of my loan with New Day. Is there an online account? Can I set up autopay? Will I get something in the mail? Etc.

I waited about 3 months before I decided to give them a call. Wished I had done sooner. It was so easy I did not have to leave my house. A closer came to the house and she was great. The hold process took only about week but everything was handle online though my email. The only calls was to keep me inform on what was happening. Thanks to everyone who helped me out.

Our service was quick. However, the fees are excessively high. We will take 5 years to recoup the cost of the high fees. Nick was nice to work as was Jamie. Process was quick. The only pain was the high fees.
