They were very responsive, Dan with NewDay called us within five minutes of us clicking the "submit" button on their website to get a quote. Dan was extremely helpful, and professional during the entire process. By the time the process was finished, when we called him, it felt like we were calling a friend. During our initial call, Dan told us he would be our only point of contact, and this turned out to be true. Not only did NewDay refinance our mortgage, but Dan also explained their "three-year plan," which sounds fantastic, and we plan on doing it. We are so grateful for his expertise, and his patience, as he was always willing to work with us and explain complicated things so we could understand them, no matter how many times we didn't understand. Definitely recommend NewDay USA.

Our mortgage representative, Walter ** was an outstanding representative of great customer service. He went above and beyond for us in obtaining our loan. He communicated all updates and answered our questions in a timely manner. He was respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable, always polite and positive when responding to us. The underwriters were thorough and made sure our loan was in compliance with the VA regulations. The Notary selected was excellent and made the closing an efficient and pleasant experience. All in all, we are very pleased with our dealings with New Day USA.

I'm very happy with this program. My advisor/agent Dylan ** did an awesome job. His professionalism and thoroughness made me feel at ease. He made sure the terms and options were clearly understood. We had open communication about what documents and information were needed. I sent the stuff, Dylan did the work. He was very available and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He arranged all the inspections and appraisals. The closing was done at my house on a Saturday which kept me from having to miss any work, very convenient. The loan processed and the money was available the following Friday. Great experience, highly recommended.

Brandon was great helping us refinance our home to get cash out. He was the reason we really went with new day and was awesome at communicating and keeping us involved throughout the process. The loan process and ordering the appraisal went really fast. I think this was the best home lending experience I have ever had out of 6-7 home loans. Would promote him!

It was my 2nd to refi with New Day.
