My NewDay USA loan experience was excellent, and I give all credit to my loan agent for helping me through a very difficult financial situation. If all of your agents were as professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, considerate and polite as Samuel Hakim **, your company would always get a five-star review! I was so fortunate to have Samuel as my agent and point of contact for my recent loan with NewDay USA. From the very first day to the very last, I was always kept up to date on my loan status. I was hospitalized at one point during the loan application process. When Samuel called with an update to the loan, he expressed genuine concern for my well-being. I do hope he is being recognized and appreciated by NewDay USA as one, if not possibly the best agent for your company.

My NewDay USA contact, Mr. Jeff R ** was very informative and kept me updated in each phrase of the Refinance/Cashout process. Mr. ** made everything he explained understandable to me and it all came to pass in a timely manner. From the VA Appraiser report, the termite inspection, to the closing paperwork, Mr. ** gave me heads up with the person name and date of contact. After all the inspections were done and reports turned in, and closing paperwork signed, in just a few days later the money was deposited in my account and about three days later the check was delivered by FedEX to me to pay off the primary loan. This company is really for Veterans and not just saying it to get a bunch of secured VA loans. They work with you and pay for your appraisal and termite inspections (if needed). They are willing to allow you to borrow up to the total value of your house where other companies only allow 90%. They provide upfront information on the loan and ways with the freed-up disposal cash in which you can pay you mortgage off faster. Not to mention they keep you in the know when interest rates decline and will reach out to you when it is beneficial if you choose to refinance at a lower rate. Second time homeowner and by far the best experience in dealing with a VA lender. I don't see me ever switching lenders.

The entire team was outstanding. Chris ** was absolutely the best. From the very start of the process to closing he was on top of things and kept us informed at every turn. Jake C. in the underwriting dept was also very professional and pleasant to work with. Buying a home is stressful anytime but New Day USA has made this last purchase a joy for my wife and me. The process started out fine. After that it was shocking to find out that a survey was needed after all the paperwork on the property was sent to the loan officer. The legal description was accepted and approved through the city and county on a property split well over a year ago. It showed property lines and all the information regarding the two parcels. It costed us 2K to get this loan approved after our loan officer already accepted the first set of documents. After all the paper work was sent in it was difficult reaching Andrew ** to nail down a final closing date. The woman that did closing at our home was outstanding. She was polite and knew her job.

New Day has always been great. So far I have no reason not to trust New Day. The employees that I have dealt with during re-fi's are top-notch, patient and professional. That is why I keep coming back. Ellis did an outstanding job with me this time. It's nice to have an option to do this helped pay off a bunch of bills. No hopefully the interest rates drop and I can get a lower payment at some point!!!

NewDay USA is an excellent service for the Veterans. They were top notch to deal with. Made everything so easy to accomplish. Highly recommend them to any veteran. Applied for a refinance loan and was able to receive it. They even sent someone to our home to close. They lined up the home inspection, the termite inspection and the closing at our home.

Credit card debt too high. Refinanced to get down outgoing money. We were contacted by NewDay about refinancing. Our home had increased in value and we could pay off high interest rate credit card debt. Use of cards due to high cost living. Due to Biden economics. The service supplied by NewDay as always was of the highest quality and first rate knowledge. Thank you.

This has been a really easy, comfortable, respectful and stress free experience. Cody ** was just great to work with. Everything went really, really smooth from the initial contact, inspection, appraisal and notary--excellent service.
