Had a good experience with refinancing. Not much hassle. Everything was explained in detail and my loan was approved and done in a few weeks. I received what I expected. Thank you! Ben was straightforward and squared away. I have my debts paid off and I’m saving over $2,000.

Our loan officer was Kyle **, couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable person to get us through this experience. He made this process seamless. We tried to get everything he asked of us in a timely manner. He was patient if it took us a bit more time. He made the whole process painless and worry free and made us feel like part of the new day USAfamily. We truly thought of him as a friend and not a loan officer. It is a pleasure to write this review. Mr. Sean ** was my original contact with NewDay and he stayed with me through the entire process. Mr. ** was prompt, courteous, informative, and dependable. He was respectful of my time and made the whole process enjoyable! Most of all, Mr. ** was knowledgeable, as he helped us (my wife and I) work through any and all obstacles to secure our loan!

As a first time home owner and veteran, I knew getting a home would be stressful, however I was pleasantly surprised that everything was smooth and clear. Having PTSD makes it hard to relax when dealing with all that goes into getting a home. Luckily I have been fortunate to have capable people assisting me with it all of it from start to finish.

First of all, buying/refinancing a home is a horrible experience just because of the time it takes. However, Daniel and his team were fantastic. Daniel was great about communicating and answering any questions that came up. As a veteran I appreciate the opportunity to work with veteran run businesses. Thank you.

Samuel ** was our loan officer and he was extremely courteous at all times and always took our calls when we called. My husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran who was a highly decorated helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War. He has many health issues now related to being a war veteran. He was in the army a total of 27 years counting his reserve time. From the get go I told Sam we hated to give up our 2.625 loan rate but we had to get the credit card debt off of us and we didn’t want extra cash out. I told him we would like the best rate possible and he quoted 6.99% rate and I asked him if that was with 1% origination and he said yes and didn’t say anything about four discount points also.

I could not have asked for a better contact person than Rylee **. She was absolutely the best, the experience went so smooth. New Day has been a blessing as a Vietnam veteran. It was nice to have someone show respect.

The Loan Officer was fast, efficient and patient. Smoooth is the operative wood. I was approved for the loan and even helped getting a local Real estate Agent. I was helped get my verifications with guidance on what was the best way to verify my loan requirements.

The process was easy, and people were great. In all, it seemed a pretty good system, and they seem to genuinely care about the people they deal with! So I would recommend NEWDAY USA to every veteran I know.

My original mortgage was with New Day and I recently refinanced for a lower rate. They made the process quite easy and lowered the VA rate by two percentage points. I highly recommend not only the company but the staff excels as well

During my experience with New Day, I have personally witnessed some of the best assistance that I haven’t witnessed in a very long time, from customer service to professionalism, and such dedication to getting you approved. They truly work for you!

The truth is that I’m not sure why any of this was worth my time. I first spoke to the representative and he explained how they could pay off two high interest loans I have and leave me with 15 to 30 thousand dollars cash to do my home improvements after it was all said and done. The truth is that after it was all said and done, the house wasn’t worth much less than they had thought and at the end i now have a higher percentage rate and saved $200 total per month. One of the two loans was wrapped up into the new mortgage so raised the mortgage payment by 300 and removed the payment for that loan of 500 so saved me $200 per month. Honestly it was all kind of a wash. I kept asking about specifics but was told several times it would all makes sense in the end. Honestly it still doesn’t make sense. Someone made thousands of dollars off of this transaction but it sure wasn’t me.

Everything went very smooth and quick. The representative was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. Whenever I had a question he would get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Newday to any veteran.

It was an easy process. The loan assistant wanted us to move fast and I told him I needed to slow down because he was making me nervous. Once he knew this he did so, he made me feel like I was making a safe move.

This company advertises as a veteran loan financing bank. They also advertise that they specialize in processing loans for veterans with no so positive credit records. When my son tried to get a new home loan, there was a scar on his record from a car payment that was missed. Not only did they turn him down for a home loan, but they said come back and try again in 3 months. Upon retrying in 3 months, whomever he got that time said come back and try again in 12 months. He's trying to get a home loan to get him and his family out of living in an RV and NewDay definitely didn't live up to the expectations based on their advertising as being veteran friendly and serving the veteran community. Very disappointed.

NewDay has always been great. The representative was in constant contact on a weekly basis, continually letting us know how things were going and updated us constantly. I would highly recommend New Day to any veteran with a positive message. Thank you!

My review of the service provided to me in processing my loan was most excellent: it was timely, it was convenient, and it was delivered as promised. Your Representative, Andrew **, was courteous, considerate, patient in working with my daughter, who assisted me in the application process, and he was thorough in explaining the process, and keeping me informed of developments. I am most appreciative of your service to me and will recommend others to seek your company for home refinance services.

Seems as though the customer service side of New Day has fallen. I had people show at my house that I was never notified would be coming, luckily, I was at home. I wasn't kept apprised of status and delays, and my questions asked often went unanswered, or had to be asked several times before I received the answer. You advertise on TV that YOU have decision-making authority on loans, yet I didn't not get disbursement of funds the way that I preferred because of underwriters and their approval or disapproval based on what they wanted, not me.

The overall process was thorough and done in a timely manner. (approx. 60 days from application to checks issued). Throughout the process, system-generated emails were very redundant. This created confusion on what needed signed or returned. Being on the conservative side, we found this very wasteful of paper. Ben **, the rep. was always available when we had questions or concerns. Very easy to work with. The WFG Lender Services would not be our first pick for the closing agent. Some communication issues between what we were told by Ben and what actually took place with regards to the pay-offs. Only one loan was wired pay-off and the remaining pay-offs were in the form of checks that we had to deal with.

We would like to Thank Joseph ** for such An awesome experience throughout our whole loan process with New Day. He was able to get us through quickly & efficiently from beginning to end. We would also like to thank the whole team who was involved to save us money by lowering our interest rate! I worked with John **, who provided outstanding service. He constantly kept me updated on the process. And, if I had questions, he responded quickly via a phone call or email. Even the holidays, he stayed in touch. The only slow down was when I attempted to set up autopay, that was delayed due to the loan info transfer to New Day. John stepped in and gave directions how to set it up. Thanks John!
