We were happy to work with Ms. Mari **, our senior closing processor to refinance our mortgage. Ms. ** is professional, respectful, and experience in what she does best. She worked hard with our senior loan consultant Bill **, and the underwriter to help us to achieve our goal and to save substantial amount per month. She explained and verified everything to ensure it’s accurate before closing. She is always being careful to review the final step in detail before funding the loan.

Ms. Nasha ** is the best refinance officer I have ever worked with, and this is my 4th refinance so I know what I'm talking about. The process was hassle free for me. Anything we discuss, she gave further explanations and email me back with broken down language with numbers to back things up. Excellent job Nasha.

Actually Network Capital was the second company I contacted. I was in the middle of a very unhappy experience with one company so I terminated my relationship with them and contacted Net Cap. And was so fortunate to get Josh ** on the phone. From the start he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my questions. From start to finish my refi took a little over 7 weeks, and that is very good these days. My ex is now going to use Josh for his refi :). Two thumbs up for Net Cap.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I first learned of Network Capital on the radio. My loan was not an easy one and Jonathan ** the team went out of their way for me. I particularly want to give big kudos to Kristin **. The application process was simple and documents were easily exchanged electronically along the way. Happily, my loan was funded and I am now saving monthly on my mortgage.

We had initially contacted Anthony but went with another loan company. Anthony, being a true professional, kept in touch up to the day our loan closed with a competitor but shared with me that rates had dropped. After he went into detail on rate he could offer he sold us and we applied with his company same day we closed with his competitor! He gave us a time frame for closing and true to his word, we closed within that time. He always made himself available to answer questions we had and when we submitted questions in writing he responded very promptly.

My loan was sold to Network Capital Funding. It’s conventional. With Network Capital, the application and underwriting process was very quick. It was like three weeks. The loan officer could have followed up a lot more. I only talked to him twice which were when I first signed up to do it, and then again, when it was kind of ready. It was kinda weird to me. It would have been nice for him to let me know what's going on, but other than that, it was fine.

I would like to recognize each person I spoke to up to closing at Network Capital. I especially would like to recognize Angela **. She really helped get everything finalized, obtained and to the closing officer to get our loan to closing. Many long nights and many hours on the phone - she got it all together and did not give up! I don't know how to thank her enough!!! I am just extremely happy with the outcome and have already recommended several families to Network Capital to show my appreciation.

They called me one day and said they were offering these rates and to look at it. So I did. I got a 30-year fixed program. It was an easy setup. The application process was pretty easy. All I did was send everything in by fax. Everything was dealt over online. At first, it was a little strange. It was too good to be true. But then when I looked into the company more, it totally was. My loan officer was great. He was really attentive. Every time I had a question any time of the day or night, he was on top of it. He got it back to me instantly. I didn't have to go search or run after him. That was what I liked about him. If he didn't have the answer, he got back to me. The process was great. I wish all my past ones were that comfortable. It skimmed almost $400 a month off my house payment. I had to retire and my income is gone so that extra money helps.

I was looking into refinancing. I got a letter from a company that talked about a 2.5% rate. I followed that up with them but then Network Capital's rep called the next day. I got a three-year fixed-rate mortgage from them and went through a smooth process. With the way it worked out, I was looking at $200,000 when other companies were offering within 10 or 100 and the difference was just a few dollars. I would have gone with the other company that originally wrote to me but then Network Capital was able to close really fast. They did it within 14 to 20 days and their reps tried really hard to give me what I was trying to get to. Everybody at Network Capital responded really fast to me.

Just had an incredible experience in speaking with Tony ** of Network Capital concerning refinancing our home loan. Tony was absolutely amazing in his customer service, explaining every step and even pointing out two Veterans benefits that my financial advisor had failed to point out. Bottom line is Tony is beyond 5 stars in our book. I usually stick with owning.com but it requires every year so I cannot refi until the year is up. So, I’ve decided to go with Network. The thing I really liked about them is that because we have so much equity in our house, they didn't have to do an appraisal. That was helpful because we never understand why Owning has to do that. It's not like our house is gonna change within six months. That was a key in my decision to go with Network. Their application process was good. Together with the underwriting, it took exactly three weeks and it closed in three weeks. It was pretty impressive.

First thing I want to say is that John ** gave exceptional customer service that is nothing less than first class. Network Capital and John have handled both of my refinances and I could not be happier! They are very transparent and will go the extra mile to get you the best deal possible! My sister Jessica ** and brother Stephen ** have also used John ** multiple times for their mortgage financial needs and are super happy! I promise you will not regret working with them!! I liked Network Capital Funding's rates. I went with the 30-year fixed loan, and their application process was easy. Their rep was quick to call back and answer any questions. The were responsive to any inquiry.

I was really trying with the mortgaged company that I had at the time. A friend and I were due at the same time, and she said the company I had charged so much, so I did a little research. I saw an advertisement that said no or low refinancing fees and that's what drew me to Network Capital. I saw that they were a new company and I decided to get a 30-year refi with them because of the lower interest rate. The lowest that my mortgage company was gonna give me was in the 3s. Network Capital got it lower and that was permanent. That is what was set. It’s not those fluctuating things or I wouldn’t have done it. I also ended up paying them under seven as the cost for the fees, for the refi and that was less than half of what my mortgage company wanted to charge me.

I was refinancing to get a lower interest rate and the process went so smooth. I had minimal interaction with my loan officer but it was very good. I thought that there was more information needed but then he said we were gonna close on Friday. So from beginning to end, the process took 20 days.

The process took about 30 to 45 days and I was satisfied with that time frame. Network Capital very fast and they avoided having to do an appraisal. They called me up on the phone and said that they would be interested in refinancing our home. They told me the interest rate, which was a low interest. It was much lower than what we were currently paying. Then they asked for some financial information, like sources of income, which we had to provide the documentation for, and then we got the loan. It was a lot of documents that you had to submit. But overall, the process was pretty easy. It took about 30 days.

They really helped me with my financial need. They were always telling me what was being done and what needed to be done. They answered my questions and they were always helpful. We had one little issue, but it wasn't Network Capital's problem. It was the current mortgage company and it ended up putting a big delay on getting the information that they asked. But my loan officer would stay on the phone and we would work with Shellpoint together. He was really trying to process and keep me within my closing time that we had agreed with at the beginning. Once we got the final payoff, we had the information ready in just a couple of days.

I listened to Network Capital on WAMO. They gave examples and I thought that I could fit into one of those categories. When I called them and asked them about it, they ran the numbers and I did. The process was amazing. My husband, Roger, is in Afghanistan and we had to get signatures during COVID. It was almost impossible for him to leave where he was in his building to get the notary. We had to get a guy come out and it was really difficult. But they didn't just say, "Well, sorry, we can't help you." They took calls after hours that they didn't need to take because of Roger's time difference.

I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to write about my experience in working with Mendel. He was able to help me get out of a variable interest loan into a 30 year fixed loan at very, very low interest rates. My family and I are very happy and appreciative of the assistance, guidance, and support that Mendel provided us in this process. I was a bit skeptical at first that we could refinance our mortgage during this Covid 19 crisis without having in-person meetings, because my 96 year old mom lives in our home and we know that meetings with asymptomatic carriers could bring the virus home. Mendel was reassuring and guided us through the process. With his advice, we chose a no cash-out 30 year fixed rate conventional loan because it was the best option for our family. We had a great experience working with Nicholas ** at Network Capital Funding! From the very beginning, he worked with me to get us the best loan for the lowest costs and because of him and his very efficient loan processor, Timothy **, they closed our loan in 17 days, start to finish! All of the paperwork was handled on-line, we didn't have to go anyplace to sign anything. They had the notary come to our house to sign our loan docs, and we did get some cash out with the check arriving via Federal Express the day after closing! The entire process was quick and easy. The entire staff involved really treated me like a friend helping you out and not like someone trying to push or pressure you into a sale. I was getting calls from allot of lenders making ridiculous offers over and over but not Network Capital. When they initially called I wasn't impressed with the offer so I countered with the percent I wanted and what fees I didn't and not to call back until they hit those marks. There was no arguing or rebuttal, just a, "No problem sir. We'll be in touch." About a month and a half later they called, proposed a new offer taking into consideration everything I wanted and I signed the deal. The application process was easy. The application and underwriting process took two weeks. The rep was excellent. I was impressed with her quick and efficient correspondence.

And the rep we worked with was thorough and polite. He stayed on top of it, followed up, and looked for options.

Using Network Capital for refinancing my home was an easy process. Paperwork was streamlined and both Jake and Gyasi were helpful in identifying what I needed to provide as well as alternative documents when the first choice was not available.

In my refinance, I had some debt that was paid off and so they cut the checks to my debtors, a vehicle, and a couple of credit cards, but they sent it to me. I had to send it to the companies, which was okay although I didn’t know why they couldn’t have handled that directly. I’ve closed my loan about a month ago. I had two checks that just disappeared in the mail. I’m still working with them to get the checks to stop payment and to get new checks cut to me so I can pay off those loans.

It was a great experience with Network Capital. Adam, a rep from Network Capital, called me and asked me if I was interested in doing a finance. At the time, I told him I've been trying for about a year to get a refinance and I couldn't get one. I went almost to the end of everything a couple of times. I told him I don't think it's any good to even try because my ratio is not there. He said, "Let's look at it and see what we can do." He said, "I think we can get you a loan." So, he did. I was happy as can be. They got it done in about a month. Working with them was an absolute pleasure.

I had to remember that I was not their only customer. They came through getting VWM off the LA County Assessor record as the lienholder on my property. With their help this was accomplished without going to court. After this small bump, the loan went through without a hitch.

Without a doubt, this whole refi went faster than any I've done (and I've done at least six). We've been in this house for 35 years, and from an original rate of 12% in 1986, we are now in the 2%'s ! And, talk about EASY. We are good credit risks, and that helps, but I was still amazed that, after we provided all the requested documents for the loan app, we hardly had to do anything from that point except review and sign estimates and loan docs. I was with Quicken Loans which is one of the major online lenders and I was not aware about the market. Network Capital called me and said that there was a change in the market. They made me know. And then I started digging other companies, but everybody made offers in a way that made things complicated. They were trying to trick the customer. I am an analytic guy and I like numbers. So, nobody was able to answer my questions until I met Aiden, and he sent me some explanations. He sent me some tables to make it understandable. And then based on his guidance, I was able to understand the process, and I said okay with him.

I used Network Capital before and I listened to the radio show, which made me decide to go with them for a refinance. We had a lot of equity in the home so it was very easy and the process to get a mortgage was painless and quick. It took 10 days from start to finish. It was pleasant and the only difficulty was with the notary. On the closing day, they had to switch notaries for some reason and the notary didn't get there 'til like 10 o'clock at night. The process for refinance the house started in early February, before the COVID-19 pandemic swept the country. This pandemic, I was assuming created a lag in time it took to close. My mother filled something out online and Michael called me up to to present the possibility of having a mortgage loan with Network Capital. I had never heard of the company, so I felt kinda leery. But Michael was just doing his job and kinda going through his stuff. As soon as I researched the company’s name, the first thing that popped up was from the Better Business Bureau and I thought like, "Whoah." I didn’t even do any more research. That was all I needed to see. After I researched the company, I felt very comfortable. Michael was very forthcoming. He didn’t just get me a loan. I worked with Network Capital Funding on a previous refi so I went with them again. The application and underwriting process was pretty seamless. It was all done on the computer. DocuSign made it very simple on my computer to do all the things I needed to do. I was asked for certain items to submit, which I did, and it was smooth. But the application process was dependent upon the people I worked with. There was Kevin who was outstanding and there was Jessica. Those two people kept it together, explained as much as they could and did, and I understood it. Jessica was the processor and Kevin was the broker.

Bruno was such a nice guy that I decided to use Network Capital. He also seemed to know what he was doing. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He was a super great person that I would love to work for me. I know he gets paid, but he went way beyond the normal to get it done. He did an incredible job. Obtaining the mortgage was very difficult because of my complicated situation. They started several months ago but couldn’t go through it because of some things in my credit.

Somebody from Network Capital called me. The young man was persistent but not rudely persistent. I didn't want to be bothered and he could tell that I was dry, but he was able to keep saying what he needed to say. I listened to what he said and there were a few things got my attention. But the application process was a little irritating to me. When people know you’re looking for a home-refinance, you get flooded with so many calls and so many people. There was another person that took it all the way through the process. He was good too. But one time during the process, I didn’t know where we were at and I didn’t know if it was a scam or not. I also didn’t know that he was out that day. So I just made the decision and asked them to lose my name and number and consider me through with it. We were probably 97% complete with it at the time.

Network Capital Funding called me and I said I wasn’t gonna qualify. They said they were gonna qualify me and I didn’t believe them. Suddenly, I got a modified loan. The loan process was very simple. I’ve never done refinance any place in 2 weeks but that’s all it took. The main guy who sent the loan papers was Joseph and he was very good. His response time was wonderful. When I send him a message, he responds right away. He did everything in his part to make it happen, and I really appreciate him.

I got a refi with Network Capital Funding. The process was extremely quick and easy. It was pretty much streamlined like most applications, but Network Capital did a really good job. That was done in less than 10 days. Rasheed was my loan rep and she was great. She was like someone I've known for a long time. She was very easy to get along with, she answered all my questions, and I never had a problem when I called her. She was very honest with me and to the point. There was nothing misleading. When she said she was gonna do something, it happened. And although the rate I got was a tad bit higher than I thought it was gonna be, it was only 1/8 of a percent so it wasn’t really that big a deal. Everything came out the way it was supposed to. Everything went smooth with my experience with Network Capital Funding. I had previously talked to another company and I didn’t like the way they were coming across, so I just had to do some more research. I read some reviews, talked to some other people, talked to a friend of mine in finance, and I just felt a little bit more comfortable with Network Capital Funding. The rep I spoke with was a really nice young man. I liked the way he talked. I've been in sales for over 30 years and I can more or less read people. I can even read the tone of their voice, how they’re coming across, what they’re saying and what they’re really not saying when they’re saying it. And so I listen very carefully to that. And he just came across like he was very responsive and any question I asked him, there wasn’t any stuttering. Everything was sharp and it was precise. He knew what he was talking about.

I am a new homeowner and Veteran. Shortly after purchasing, I received several unsolicited letters from various lenders who were trying to get me to refinance using the VA IRRRL program. Their letters were misleading, and I was very skeptical. So, I did my research, found out the VA IRRRL was very real, and a great option. I wanted to lower my interest rate. Everything was really good with Network Capital Funding until towards the end of the transaction when it kinda got a little bit muddled. There was a couple of things that could have been handled a little bit better. When we got to the DocuSign, it had been a little while since I had went with a DocuSign. They could have stayed with me. I just answered one question wrongly and everything turned to mud. Then it took us another two days to get everything straightened out. But for the most part, everything worked fine.

I did a refinance with Network Capital Funding Corporation this year. Their application process was easy but the whole process took about four months, which was quite a while. If they had offered me the 3.0 from the beginning, the process wouldn’t have taken that long. The processor kept delaying it. And then, one thing I didn’t like was when I went to sign in October, they promised me that I could skip two months. When the time came for me to sign, they said only one month. I called them and said, “What happened to the two months?” And they said, “No, you can only get one month.” I said, “But you told me you’ll give me two months.” They said, “No. You’ll get one month. Well, what do you wanna do?” Just like that. And so, I told them I wasn’t gonna sign. And then, they offered me 3.5 and that that’s the best that they could do. I told them, “Don’t call me anymore. I’m not gonna sign.”

I was looking at veterans' benefits online and the next thing you know, everybody wants to sell me a mortgage or refinancing. Network Capital contacted me and I was impressed with the way the agent presented himself and how he nailed the information on what needed to be done and how it should be done. I was comfortable working with him. He was reassuring on what would happen and how quickly it would be done because we had a VA Loan already to refinance. And he was right.

I recently started looking into refinancing in an attempt to eliminate my mortgage insurance. I started the process on the quick and loans website because of an email I received. The only phone call I did receive after inquiring was from a representative whom collected more information and subsequently never contacted me again. Soon after, the WMAL radio show caught my attention prompting me to call. The first person I spoke to was Ian and from there it has been an educational and completely uncomplicated experience. Ian answered every question I had in a way I could understand and after everything was agreed upon, I was transferred to Sarah to continue the process.

I've reported this company to the federal no call listing. They robocall me umpteenth times a day with a Stockton, CA area code. I've asked them to stop, to no avail. In fact the guy I talked to when advised that I was going to report them, he stated "good luck with that". And the calls continue. I do not know what sort of product or service they provide, but they LITTLE REGARD for those of us who continue to have their phone ringing and ringing and ringing. If you're looking to refinance (or whatever) please look for a more reputable company.

I got a conventional loan through Network Capital. I worked with a guy named James, and I will go back to him anytime. I’m a very hard person to be dealing with when it comes to numbers, but he was very patient and kind. Their application process was wonderful. James was very nice and wonderful. I had another guy from the same company, and he was very pushy, wouldn’t give me any time, and was rushing me. But I would go back to Network Capital again.

Network Capital Funding Corporation contacted me and it got me thinking about getting a mortgage. I had a really good mortgage rate before them, but they had a slightly better interest rate that saved me a little money every month, so I refinanced with them. I spoke to a guy on the phone, they created some documents which I signed on my computer, and it took three or four days and it was done. It was just very simple. He asked me what I was paying now and what the interest rate was, and he told me what he could do. He got my permission to run a credit report and they pulled a credit report. And with what he came up with, it's saving me about 400 bucks a month. I was paying 3.75% and they got me a 3.0. You wouldn't think that 75% of 1 point would matter, but it does. I would recommend them. They're fine.

I wanted to refinance with the lower rates. Network Capital called me and when I went online, I saw that they were really easy to work with. And it proved to be true throughout the whole experience, so I ended up going with them. The application process was easy. I had all my documents in order because I had some other things. And because I had everything, it helped them clear things on their end really quick. James, the account person, was really responsive. They also had someone else to get follow-up documents, and they were both really good, and that's what makes Network Capital stand out.

When I first thought about doing a refinance of my home, I got a couple of different vendors. I had Quicken Loans, LendingTree and a couple of others, but none of them really took the time out to answer any of my questions. I used Network Capital Funding Corporation for their shorter term loan for 10 years and the application process was very easy. Plus, the application and underwriting process wasn't long, taking only 30 days or less. The person who took my application was out in California but he was brilliant and very efficient. Moreover, he kept me in the loop. Sometimes, I have a lot of questions, but Network Capital always had the answer or they would get me the answer. What's more, people got back to me within the day. However, when the application moved over to the underwriting, things got a little complicated and there was a little confusion.

I used Network Capital Funding a couple of times in the past for refinancing. I was in their file and they contacted me about an opportunity to refinance again to get a lower rate. It was a very positive experience. The person that contacted me was very cordial and professional. The process went really smoothly. I availed of their 30-year fixed conventional loan and the application was really good. Since I had a lot of my information already on file, there wasn’t a lot I had to do. I just updated the information like the salary and employment status and provided documentation. The whole thing only took about three weeks which wasn’t long.

Network Capital Funding Corporation's sales rep was an Englishman and a nice guy. He demonstrated a lack of professionalism, but he was very sincere, honest and straightforward though, which appealed to me. He was also a direct lender, which was important. Moreover, Network Capital is local here in Florida and their rates are good. I did a streamline refinance with them a couple of years ago, but not with the same representative. They called me and this time, I did a full refinance. We discussed and negotiated. And if I had any questions or concerns, they called and discussed it with me. But it took me some time before I decided to do it because of the representative’s lack of professionalism. But hopefully, it worked out.
