1/8/2016. Upon the very first conversation on the phone you are given specific information of how the loan process works. All of your questions are answered in easy terminology for those of us who are not well versed in this type of loan process. It takes some commitment also on the loan applicant's part to gather all the necessary documents necessary to complete the loan. I had the pleasure and good fortune to work with Ryan ** and Lisa ** who were beyond professional. They answered at least 1001 questions and never once were short or abrupt.

Network Capital Funding advised me of my eligibility to refinance my current VA home loan and provided me expert guidance and support throughout the process. The company's electronic document review and signing capability was amazingly simple while providing security safeguards that were most reassuring. The entire process took about two weeks from start to closing and involved minimal email exchanges and phone calls and few exchanges of documentation. I was most impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of their process.

After having a stressful experience with a previous mortgage company I was pleased and grateful to have met up with Justin ** and Daniel ** at Network Capital. They were efficient, informative, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. The process was quick and uncomplicated.

The company was represented by an employee that took time to listen rather than push things on me. He worked with me and demonstrated care for his customer. My husband who owned a marketing company in the past, usually dismiss the recommendations or request from the mortgage banker. Yet, this time he said, "This young man, is truly trying to help us". We did not qualify for the loan but we are very grateful for the service we receive. When I get ready to get a mortgage, I will call on Mr. Edwin ** and the company he represents, Network Capital. Sabrina and Demetri were very professional and pleasant when I talked with them on the phone. There were challenges that occurred during my loan process that required creative solutions. They resolved the issues in a timely manner and it was a pleasure working with them.

Somebody called me and offered VA loan from Network Capital. It sounded good. I talked to Dominic and he was really helpful. After that, I went to another person that fixed all the paperwork. That got a little mixed up on the amount of money that I was wanting out of the escrow and that was a little confusing and inconvenient. One thing I found out through Network Capital is that they sell your contract when you refinance. I did not know that so I've been to three different stations or people. I had just now paid my house payment because I hadn't gotten a draft where I always use a draft and had it set up. But we've gotten through it so we're okay.

Everything from start to finish was handled quickly and accurately. Josh ** handled my account excellently. Every step of the way was easy to understand.

I contacted Network Capital to lower my interest. It was at 7.99, and now it's at 3.7. They saved me 6 years off of my mortgage and a hundred dollars less on my monthly note. Everybody treated us good and everything was nice and went along pretty good. There were just one or two hiccups with some of the paperwork on the house. We had conflicts with the appraisal, but it all got straightened out. Also, our insurance was all good and doubled what we had.

Let me first start by saying I knew going into this, that my refinance would be challenging. I had some credit issues and I did not have a traditional lender (bank) currently on my home. However, after being contacted by Casey ** with Network Capital I knew I stood a chance. Casey and Network don't treat you like many other lenders. Others that I tried working with automatically declined me from their online application without giving me a chance. Casey took every phone call I ever place and returned emails promptly.

Andrew ** and Brittany ** are great people to work with. They insure that everything went smooth with the refinancing of the loan. I have never had a loan go so smooth. I highly recommend this company and these two employees! They work with you through every step and insure that you understand the whole procedures that you are going through and the follow-up is great.
