Jake ** made my refinancing quick, easy and he never tried to influence my decisions. He answered my questions quickly and replied immediately to any questions I had. There were no surprises at any time, his quotes were accurate and never changed. This has not been the case when I have purchased or refinanced previously. He is an asset to your company. I will recommend him and your company to anyone I know who needs help with their mortgages.

I was, initially, doing the refinance with another company. I decided to test the waters with Network Capital, so I forwarded my application. Their representative was able to fill out my application using the same information so I didn’t have to do double the work and then gave me estimates and quotes that I analyzed. The term was better for me. It went up to the loan officer for processing. It was a simple process. It helped that I was younger and the team that was working with me was a little bit younger. We're all in our 30s, so made connecting a little bit easier.

The process was easy and wasn't very long. I got good service.

The team I worked with was fantastic! Mario ** and Nicholas ** did an amazing job in getting my loan closed, and overcame challenges with professionalism and expert industry knowledge. They made the process much easier than other lenders I have worked with and Network Capital will be my "go-to" lender when recommending to others. Great people make a great company and this is the case here!

This is my second time to do a refinance with Network Capital, and both times they beat their competition and both times they were much more accommodating than other lenders with whom I dealt. They met requests I made to customize my loan as I wished it to be as well as doing so without making me feel pressured. I felt they truly considered my best interests to get the best loan possible. I'll use them a third time should such a future opportunity develop.

Their process was great. We started discussing around in July and it took a month to get it closed. I also didn't have to go anywhere. Everything was on the internet or on the phone. They even made someone come to sign all the final papers. It was the most seamless way to do it. I also like the rate and term. It's better than the previous one, that's why I went for it. Nobody has been able to beat it so far. I'm happy about that.

I have to truly say from start to finish Trung ** was more than helpful in assisting me in the refinancing of my home. He dealt with the VA which is a very time consuming process in a timely manner and with the utmost determination I have ever seen in a loan officer. I cannot say enough about his work ethics. Davina was very helpful, understanding, very responsive, kind, and worked quickly to get my refinance completed with a decent rate and was still able to get my monthly payment lowered as well. She explained everything in detail when I had questions, and made sure I understood each step in the process. She was the best!!!

We haven't got some of the paperwork from who Network Capital paid off but so far, everything is good. We got what we needed. I would consider Network Capital any day of the week. Working with them was much easier and simpler compared to what I had to go through with my last refinance with Chase.

I wasn't initially very interested on getting a refinance cashout but after talking to the rep, Christine, she offered a very good option for me. She made it simple for me and explained to me what I needed to do and what it meant. I was thrilled that she called me before the other guy did. She was pretty fast. As soon as I emailed her, she was right on and addressed my concerns. I didn't want to get my credit pulled until I was 100% sure that it was going to be something that could happen. Network Capital Funding was efficient and timely. And they handled things very professionally and closed it when they said they would. The loan officer was very precise on what he was doing. I had particular concerns about something and he worked them all out. I got a 30-year loan and it was 3.25% interest. Everything went great. I was very pleased.

Contacted NetWorkCapital and eventually hooked up with Mario **. Explained to him that we had a modified mortgage in 2008 and filed for bankruptcy around the same time. Mr. ** said, "Not a problem, I can get you refinanced" and explained the company likes to do it within 15 days or so and I said, "Sounds great. Let’s do this." From that point on Mario was completely committed to help us get refinanced, Ran into big hurdles, which did not slow him down! One was trying to get rid of our balloon payment that was coming up. Found out that we had a lien on the house with a second mortgage that was supposed to have been charged off we were told!

Working with Sarah was a great experience, also Dylan out of Miami, two other companies promised they could do it, they failed and I was holding two appraisals at 500 dollars a piece. Dylan and Sarah made it happen fast and painless, I know of a few other people that have had the same problem, I will be forwarding Sarah's and Dylan's information along. I used Network Capital twice and I like the speed that they offer. I also like their persistence. There was a customer appreciation special and I took advantage of that. My understanding of the customer appreciation special was from what I heard on the radio show and through some other advertisements. I didn't realize that it was going to be as expensive as it was the second time around in terms of charges. It was a little difficult because we have a jumbo loan.

The loan officer knew his stuff because he did it in three weeks. He was very easy to get ahold of. I've refinanced before, and this was the best experience I had. I was working with somebody in the beginning, but they were all over the place. They couldn't give me a direct answer on what they could and couldn't do.

The process was very quick and easy. I worked with a couple of different people and they were all wonderful. Megan was very helpful and patient. However, yesterday, I got something in the mail about some company that is going to be handling my payments. But I heard from Network Capital and was told what to do about my payments for Network Capital so I'm a little confused. Other than that, I'm very happy. The terms were better than that of my previous mortgage so it made refinancing worthwhile.

I made a phone call to Network Capital and it was probably the best phone call I made. I work in finance myself and wish our process was as smooth as how Network Capital made it seem. I was contacted by Network for a loan. The gentleman took my information, he contacted me a few times. The last time he said if they could not help me I would not be contacted by him again. So after 3 weeks, I heard nothing until another gentleman called me from the same company. He said he had reviewed my file and he thought he could help me get an FHA streamline loan. Then after contacting me several times he said the underwriter had said my place no longer qualified for an FHA streamline. I told him that was odd that another company said once qualified it could be streamlined. I even sent him something from the internet saying it could be. I did not hear anymore from him but did get a couple of calls from other states that they operate in and I told them I had already been contacted by Network and they could not help me.

I got a call from Humberto, the rep, and we hit it off on the phone. I had a feeling about him and I was impressed with his personality. He was exuberant though when I gave him my situation, he said it was iffy. But he did it anyway and he couldn't do enough for me. People should ask for Humberto because he'll investigate thoroughly. He wasn’t sure but I wound up getting a VA and FHA loan mixed together. I have bad credit and he got me this loan, and it went smoothly. I have no complaints whatsoever and whoever is interested in refinancing their home, I'll send them to Humberto. The total process took about three weeks because there were some snags on my part. But it all went quickly.

They changed the agents a month and a half in the process. I started out with one guy, but then he gave up. They sent me over to another guy and that's one of the main reasons I stuck with Network Capital. I was the victim of the COVID shut down and I deferred my loan. They didn't tell me that once I deferred, to get back going is a really complicated process. I wouldn't have done it. If you defer your loan for more than six months, then you have to pay the original loan company an additional four months before they even modify the loan to the new structure. They don't tell you that.

Great group to work with. Freaky fast and always kind and professional. Thanks to you all!! I had to do very little. They took control and had me do what was needed, which wasn't much and title company came to my house for signing.

I was very pleased with Network Capital. They didn't need a lot of information and they were reasonably rapid in developing. They also gave me an excellent offer. It only cost me about $400 'cause a lot of the cash I gave went into an escrow account for taxes. They did a great job.

I enjoyed working with Network Capital very much. They made it very easy. When the process started, they explained what was going to happen step by step. They stayed one little step ahead of everything that was necessary and things went through very smoothly. My loan rep was great. We even did a follow-up with him after the fact to make sure everything was cool and he assured us it was. I also felt really good about the rate and terms I got.

I talked to somebody at Network Capital and they weren't that helpful. But somehow, I got in the system. They called me a day later and offered me a rate that was amazing. But I had already started the process with Quicken. Network Capital sent me proof that they were gonna give that rate and it was apples to apples and not messing with the numbers on the back end. They were really honest.

Very happy with the overall service. Got a competitive deal to refinance and a quick closing process. The only downside is the lack of an online experience to handle the process electronically to be able to login and see the status of the process and upload necessary document through a portal. Everything was handled through email, but the team was very helpful and very responsive.

Compared to getting a loan, the process was easy. It was convenient and really fast. I just had to run around and get the requested documents. In a matter of 12 days, everything was done. They communicated with me.

In the beginning we went with Wells Fargo but the interest was sky-high. Then, we went with Network Capital Funding and the interest was better. When we tried it, they approved us. The process took about a month and the paperwork went smoothly.

I worked with Amy ** a closing processor at Network Capital. The Closing process was very easy. Amy was very accessible during the closing process. Communication between us was open and impactful in regard to refinancing my home. After the initial approval. I closed on my home in a week. It was done expeditiously and with respect. Amy followed through quickly on the payouts of my initial loan and my car. Thank you very much Amy.

Our second refi with them ended up with a gross miscalculation of our property taxes and insurance. At the time we thought it was a mistake and they were quick to refinance us without cost to fix the issue (after I wrote to the VP via LinkedIn messenger). This Spring, however, we tried them again and it happened again. So do your own math, triple-check their figures and get competitive bids. It isn't worth the hassle of redoing a mortgage because a junior "banker" is desperate to close with you.

Everybody that I worked with at Network Capital Funding was great, but the underwriters were barbaric. They don't respond to anybody. You never know where you are. They just stop talking. I understand this is very common, but twice, I was scheduled for closing, and they were like, “Yeah. We need another copy of this. And this one wasn't centered quite the way we like.” The morning of, they canceled my closing twice. The only reason I stuck with them is because the processors that I had working for me were great. One of them, Courtney, pulled victory from the jaws of defeat. I was more than willing to quit. The underwriter guys made it so horrible that I could not recommend Network Capital Funding to anyone. In fact, I was telling the people that work there, “You gotta go find a different place because you're good, and you shouldn't be held back by them. You gotta have support. And without support, what is the point? You’re just wasting your time.”

The process with Network Capital Funding went smoothly and quickly, and I liked that. It was all mostly done on the phone and they sent me emails. Because of my condition, that was easier for me to handle. If I had any questions, I would call them or they would call me. The rep was informative and answered my questions if I had any.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I've dealt with many different institutions regarding home loans, refinance and much more. Lenora was excellent to work with. I got a 30-year loan program from Network Capital and the application was very simple. It took less than three weeks. The rep was very communicative, efficient and kept me updated on every step of the process. He was very responsive in addressing the issues and questions. The experience could not have been better. I had gotten quotes from other lenders and by far, Network Capital surpass. At the time, the rates were the best that I could get. I would highly recommend them.

The closing processor, Lenora **, did an exemplary job on bringing the loan to a close. She worked through the difficulties between the HELOC subordination issues with underwriting and all worked out. Though I have issues with the underwriting and why it took so long to get authorization to close, I am ultimately satisfied with the result, though it should not have taken 13 weeks and 3 loan officers to get it done.

My mother-in-law got a 30-year conventional loan from Network Capital Funding and everything was done online, until we came down to the closing. When they arranged for a notary for the signing of all of the docs, that was done. The loan was funded and she took some money out to pay off a credit card that had gotten a little high. Everything was wrapped up very easily. No paper had to be filled out and FedExed. We filled in the blanks and hit submit. The process took around 30 days and the initial agent was very accommodating. But once we got more into the nitty-gritty with the underwriters, they weren't as fun to work with.

The process went very well and was very thorough and quick, I appreciated their attention to detail and assistance the entire time. They were very quick to answer any of my questions anytime I had one. Ian ** and Madison ** assisted me. Thank you.

I cannot express how impressed I was with Denae ** and the rest of the Network Capital team. I was talking to bank that had the mortgage, they were not offering best rate and still wanted an appraisal. I was frustrated. Then Network Capital called. I had talked to them some months prior but held up on refi to let a credit issue resolve. From date of call on a Thursday, to signing settlement documents took less than a week! Even if you do so, there is no guarantee you will get what they say or write to you. Be aware. What they say is not what they do. It is unfortunate to see companies like the Network Capital. In my case, they promised a rate and term in writing as well as over by phone. They pulled my credit (unnecessary hard pull and waste of my time submitting all the required documents to them) only to turn around say their Net Tangible Benefit (whatever it means to them) is not working out.
