We're writing this review to commend your company for the superb service received recently on a real estate loan closed on July 31, 2015. Two of your employees were absolutely remarkable in their ability to seem to make the impossible easy and their eagerness to be helpful to a fault. The first was Jeremy ** and the other was Jennifer **. Both instilled complete trust and lowered our stress levels to the point of making us feel comfortable that things were being handled efficiently and professionally. It's a positive testament to your organization when people like these two work for you and work their magic.

Network Capital worked really quick and it was done deal in ten or eleven days. They gave me accurate guidance during refinancing and also helped me understand the best options. It was all good with Network Capital. I'd recommend them.

Because he was so polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, I went with this loan company. Rigo helped me with everything when I had a problem. Cindy ** introduced the streamline refinance to me and presented in detail all the information necessary to close with a better interest rate and at a very short time of closing. She answered all my questions and outlined precisely how the loan process worked. Above all she is caring and professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always a follow-up on all details through the loan process. She reports market information regarding rates and worked with me to complete the loan process. The in home appointment made the process convenient. Cindy sent me contact information regarding the credit sources so that I can remove some things that need correcting. She is going to be in touch with me while watching the rates so that I can do a cash out refinance again soon. I'm looking forward to work with her for the next loan process.

Let me first start by saying I knew going into this, that my refinance would be challenging. I had some credit issues and I did not have a traditional lender (bank) currently on my home. However, after being contacted by Casey ** with Network Capital I knew I stood a chance. Casey and Network don't treat you like many other lenders. Others that I tried working with automatically declined me from their online application without giving me a chance. Casey took every phone call I ever place and returned emails promptly.

Andrew ** and Brittany ** are great people to work with. They insure that everything went smooth with the refinancing of the loan. I have never had a loan go so smooth. I highly recommend this company and these two employees! They work with you through every step and insure that you understand the whole procedures that you are going through and the follow-up is great. And even after the loan was funded they wanted to ensure everything was what I wanted. Thank you Guys.
