We had previously refinanced with Network Capital and had a great experience, but the last two times have ended up in disaster. Our second refi with them ended up with a gross miscalculation of our property taxes and insurance. At the time we thought it was a mistake and they were quick to refinance us without cost to fix the issue (after I wrote to the VP via LinkedIn messenger). This Spring, however, we tried them again and it happened again. So do your own math, triple-check their figures and get competitive bids. It isn't worth the hassle of redoing a mortgage because a junior "banker" is desperate to close with you.

Being self-employed, it's difficult to find an agent that can get things done, and Network Capital did. They got it done in a month. I missed out on about a tenth of a point [0.1] in the rate but that was okay. Everything ran smoothly and I was happy with the outcome.

I could have gave you 5 stars if I haven't been flooded with mail from third party vendors trying to sell me more insurance and other like items. They always come in envelopes with your name on mentioned and look very official, and send second letters in red with warnings that my account is or could be compromised. I don't know if you sell my name and info to third party vendors, but it's not appreciated.

This is the second time we have refinanced with Network Capital. Both times, Angela ** handled the final documentation, obtained the payoff information, scheduled the closing, etc. and as usual, I had lots of questions. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Shane was my initial contact and he also was quite easygoing and quick to respond when I had difficulties with the computers or inquired about the figures/documents he sent. These folks work incredibly hard for their clients, and answer texts and emails almost immediately! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to things I don't totally understand that involve $$$, but I believe that these folks actually believe in doing the right thing by their clients.

I reluctantly followed my sister’s advice and contacted Josh at Network Capital to inquire about a refi. I had been denied before so I doubted a good outcome. I was in the middle of a refinance with another lender when Michael ** called me. He asked if he could try to beat the offer I was given. He was so fast and honest with me I went with him instead. I got a better rate and he did in one day what I had done in 3 weeks with the other company. I definitely recommend Network Capital and Michael.

Everybody that I worked with at Network Capital Funding was great, but the underwriters were barbaric. They don't respond to anybody. You never know where you are. They just stop talking. I understand this is very common, but twice, I was scheduled for closing, and they were like, “Yeah. We need another copy of this. And this one wasn't centered quite the way we like.” The morning of, they canceled my closing twice. The only reason I stuck with them is because the processors that I had working for me were great. One of them, Courtney, pulled victory from the jaws of defeat. I was more than willing to quit. The underwriter guys made it so horrible that I could not recommend Network Capital Funding to anyone. In fact, I was telling the people that work there, “You gotta go find a different place because you're good, and you shouldn't be held back by them. You gotta have support. And without support, what is the point? You’re just wasting your time.”

The process with Network Capital Funding went smoothly and quickly, and I liked that. It was all mostly done on the phone and they sent me emails. Because of my condition, that was easier for me to handle. If I had any questions, I would call them or they would call me. The rep was informative and answered my questions if I had any.

I am so grateful that I chose Network Capital to refinance my mortgage. Special gratitude to Ian ** and Jessica **. The process was fast and easy. They were able to structure my loan by combining my first and second mortgage. My loan was closed in two weeks. My monthly payment drastically dropped. I would highly recommend their service. Network Capital took over the mortgage that we already had with someone else. The application process went very well. They worked really hard for us. I was very impressed with their diligence all over. It's a little confusing with phrase and things, but I was very impressed with all the staff. They were very responsive and very quick to get back to me. If things were delayed, it wasn't because they were taking their time to respond to my calls. They were right on the money. Things took a little while because there was such a backlog of things going on at that time, but it was not unreasonable.

Everything went fine with Network Capital Funding. My loan officer was great. He was very responsive, thorough and he explained everything. I was happy with the terms. I was with the Rocket, and their rates were a lot higher.

At the point that you get handed over to the next person handling the processing I dealt with Amy **. Again, fantastic personality. Took care of everything and I was refinanced in no time at all. This young lady is AMAZING!!!! She is professional, competent, and the most knowledgeable mortgage professional I have ever encountered. She came in right at the final hour when we were ready to cancel the three loans we had with another less qualified processor. We went through three loan officers, so they were no help. Angela, called me on Monday and I was closed by Friday.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I've dealt with many different institutions regarding home loans, refinance and much more. Lenora was excellent to work with. When dealing with other third parties Lenora made me feel as we were the team. This is rare from my previous experiences. Highly recommend her. She was accurate with her knowledge base, was very easy to interact with and most important got the job done that I was looking for!

My experience with Network Capital has been nothing short of amazing. Jacob **, Senior Mortgage Banker and Mario **, Loan Processor, were both extremely professional and delivered the highest quality customer service experience. Refinancing can be a daunting task and process, especially when you have four co-applicants, some lenders will not even give you the time of day, they do not want to take the time to fill out an application that big, but Jacob ** took the time to understand my situation and worked with me. Both Jacob ** and Mario made it extremely easy and turned the entire process into a great experience all the way through for me and my family.

I got a 30-year loan program from Network Capital and the application was very simple. It took less than three weeks. The rep was very communicative, efficient and kept me updated on every step of the process. He was very responsive in addressing the issues and questions. The experience could not have been better. I had gotten quotes from other lenders and by far, Network Capital surpass. At the time, the rates were the best that I could get. I would highly recommend them.

The closing processor, Lenora **, did an exemplary job on bringing the loan to a close. She worked through the difficulties between the HELOC subordination issues with underwriting and all worked out. Though I have issues with the underwriting and why it took so long to get authorization to close, I am ultimately satisfied with the result, though it should not have taken 13 weeks and 3 loan officers to get it done.

My mother-in-law got a 30-year conventional loan from Network Capital Funding and everything was done online, until we came down to the closing. When they arranged for a notary for the signing of all of the docs, that was done. The loan was funded and she took some money out to pay off a credit card that had gotten a little high. Everything was wrapped up very easily. No paper had to be filled out and FedExed. We filled in the blanks and hit submit. The process took around 30 days and the initial agent was very accommodating. But once we got more into the nitty-gritty with the underwriters, they weren't as fun to work with.

The process went very well and was very thorough and quick, I appreciated their attention to detail and assistance the entire time. They were very quick to answer any of my questions anytime I had one. Ian ** and Madison ** assisted me. Thank you.

Madison worked diligently to get my loan funded in 1 month. And I also got a great rate to go with the great service. We had a few hiccups on my side of the deal and she worked on it until we got it done..

I cannot express how impressed I was with Denae ** and the rest of the Network Capital team. I was talking to bank that had the mortgage, they were not offering best rate and still wanted an appraisal. I was frustrated. Then Network Capital called. I had talked to them some months prior but held up on refi to let a credit issue resolve. From date of call on a Thursday, to signing settlement documents took less than a week! Dense was quickly able to get waiver of Appraisal requirement. I usually do not take time to do these reviews, but Network Capital did such an awesome job I took the time.

Suppose you called them by listening to their radio ad. Please make sure you ask for the fine prints, terms, and conditions. Even if you do so, there is no guarantee you will get what they say or write to you. Be aware. What they say is not what they do. It is unfortunate to see companies like the Network Capital. In my case, they promised a rate and term in writing as well as over by phone. They pulled my credit (unnecessary hard pull and waste of my time submitting all the required documents to them) only to turn around say their Net Tangible Benefit (whatever it means to them) is not working out.

After contacting multiple mortgage companies and jumping thru all the hoops they require, only to be told there was one lame excuse after another why they wouldn't give us a refi, I found Network Capital Funding and got the pleasure to connect with Torin **, Yes he started out with the familiar words, 'Yes we can help you, no problem!' Problem was HE WAS GOOD TO HIS WORD, did everything needed, went above and beyond and we just funded today.

We started the re-finance back in January and Janel ** was there every step of the way, helping answer my questions and explain everything in terms that we could understand. We had a complicated loan because we had a private 2nd who was very difficult to work with. After 4 months we were finally able to get the appraisal, it took much longer than normal because we live in a rural community and we don't have many options for appraisers. Working with Jacob ** and the Network Capital team was a great experience. Jacob ** worked tirelessly and was always in my corner. From the moment I spoke to Jacob until the loan funded took 76 days. I highly recommend Jacob ** and Network Capital Funding Corp. After the loan funded, there was an issue with Network Capital's escrow company, Solidifi, to obtain my refund. Solidifi didn't attempt to coordinate with my previous servicer to see if they paid the property taxes (so the property taxes were paid twice) and Solidifi paid the property taxes to the wrong county. At first, Solidifi told me to chase my money or wait 8 months until the county figured out the mistake (ha!) but then after the right person at Network Capital worked with Solidifi, Solidifi decided to chase their money and refunded my money. Network Capital Funding has assured me that they are now using Solidifi minimally.

The loan officer I worked with, Dominic, was exceptional. He was the first person I talked to and then I talked to a couple of other lenders in-between. Then, I circled back to Dominic. He was very professional, didn't harbor any ill will that I was shopping it, made his best offer and it was better than anybody else's. He handled it well. I felt most confident dealing with him. He was very good. The reps were also available when I needed them. If I placed an email or a call, I got a reply back from my representative. Then, the final person that took me the last mile seemed to be on top of things.

Michael was knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options and took me through the process smoothly. I was able to lock in a desirable rate quickly. I asked Michael to continue communicating with me throughout the underwriting process, which he did. Very good experience. Susana ** was my loan processor. Again, she was very easy to work with. The gentleman I talked to initially was Jeffrey. He may have been a little inexperienced. But overall, he did a good job. I did a lot of business with him. Sometimes, when he have to give me to somebody else, I wouldn't get very good answer. There was a lot of running around. I was trying to find out what if somebody was gonna close, or how long it was gonna be, and I never could get an answer out of them. But Jeffrey worked his rear end off. He called me back when he said he would call me back. A lot of people don't. I was satisfied with him. But the rest of them, I wasn't real happy. I had to go to a hire supervisor.

The application process was very quick. It took about two weeks from start to finish. They were able to answer all questions. Within a day of submitting a question, we got answers. The interest rate that we got was extremely competitive. It was on the lower end of those available. So we were happy with that. The people that we talked to actually got back with us if they made a commitment. Though most of the communication was online. So there were only a few phone calls. But overall, this process was the smoothest we've ever done. So it worked out well.

Network Capital was able to do it in a quick manner. I worked with Gavin who was no nonsense. Just direct. He was in communication with me until it got to the part where he passed me over to Julian who was the processor. I gave them everything they asked for, they did what they said they were gonna do, and got the job done. I got what I asked for and what they promised.

The application process was fine. The loan officer was a nice guy. My experience was all right until the very end. It was a little complicated at the end. They originally had the best deal and then the number changed a little bit and I couldn’t get an answer. I was already two months into the process. The only reason the numbers changed at the end is so that they could make more money and it would be a little more profitable.

Staff were very friendly and explained all steps of the process. We were kept informed of the progress with phone calls and emails. Most helpful in this process was Madison ** and Giovanni **. They kept on top of getting the appraisal report, documents prepared, and arranging a notary to come all the way out to our rural property.

The process took a long time and it was complicated. I refinanced three properties. Network Capital is moving too fast. The employees are all working at home, and I'm sure they get paid by the deal because they're working 12 and 15-hour days. They had crisis going on all over the place, sometimes it was very hard to get attention of the closer, the processors. I just found it sometimes very frustrating to work with them. But it got done so they’re very busy. I would recommend them.

In the beginning, it was complicated. The first person I spoke to was giving me different plans. He said, “If you buy points, you can get this much, this rate.” But he didn't really explain how buying points really worked. I emailed him. I said, “Never mind. Forget about it.” Then another fellow called me back and he explained it to me clearly. Then it made sense. I like the rate that I got. It was about 1.5 points below. He explained to me why I didn't qualify for the advertised rate on the billboard. But purchasing the points brought it down pretty close to the advertised price. So it worked for me.

The appraisal people had to go back three times. They didn’t tell us what they needed to go back for the second time till three weeks later. It did eat up a lot of time waiting to get that right. I ended up having to pay an extra month on my previous loan because the refinancing wasn't handled in the timeframe it was supposed to. The rate and terms I got were what I agreed on and we went over it numerous times. If it wasn’t for the appraisal, everything would have been smoother than a car sale.

I had a regular refinancing with Network Capital. I just called them and they did all the work. There was a period of time where nothing happened but everything went pretty smoothly. The process was as good as I expected. The rep talked about a friends and family plan and he said that after the refinance and the new year, he would give me an even lower rate. That part, I still never understood what that was about and even my friend who did the jumbo loan didn't understand it.

Most people I talked to were always interested in me trying to borrow against my equity and all I wanted was just a simple refi at a lower rate. Talking to the Network Capital rep, he understood my needs and helped me get there. I knew that it would take a little bit of work to get my loan done. The process took a little extra time. There were a couple of factors. One is that our house sits on an acre in a quarter of land, and it’s an oddity in the area we live here in Seattle. It’s hard to get an appropriate appraisal. Also a few years ago, I had some IRS debts. Network Capital was willing to put in the work to get me approved and to help me get out of an FHA mortgage. They did that and exceeded my expectations.

I was in the process of refinancing and they switched over loans from one lender to Network Capital. Network Capita actually made it really simple and quick. I just wanted a lower rate and they said that since they already had my paperwork, they would take it. It was an easy transaction on my part. But they did not pay my home insurance policy and their excuse was that they hadn't received the bill. So I just paid the insurance in full. Now, I have to deal with Network Capital to get my refund back from them because they let my home insurance lapse. Other than that, I love their website and the way they do everything.

I wanted to do a cash-out mortgage to do a home remodel. Even though I have been with my mortgage company for decades, I decided to do some research as to what is out there. Most lenders I removed from my list right away for one reason or another. It was down to Network Capital and my current lender. My current lender's terms were good, but Network Capital surprisingly came back with a better rate and lower closing costs. I told my lender I was going with Network Capital and they wanted to see Network Capital's estimate. They then beat it with even lower closing costs and a lower interest rate. I also had a trust to deal with that would incur a cost. I went back and forth between the two for a while and my current lender was eventually the lowest.

We recently worked with Wendy ** and had an amazing experience. We had some issues with our refinance and she helped solve it all! She was very responsive and helped us straighten out all the confusion. I would definitely want to work with her again!

Derek and Janel were very responsive to my emails and questions. I had a rate locked in less than seven hours from my initial inquiry. There were a couple of brief hiccups that Janel handed excellently, by advocating on my behalf. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

I was straightforward with Chris about my knowledge and experience with shopping around in general. But he probably treats everyone the same. But he understood that there was a trust factor that I would immediately pull out if I felt I couldn't trust Network Capital. There was one issue with the person Chris referred me to. But I know how to reach out and go back to other people, so I was able to go back to Chris. But there was an issue with sending my payment in and some other documents that were being requested and I wasn't informed that the person that Chris had referred me to had been let go. She was no longer the point of contact. That ball got dropped. Other than that, when a red flag showed up for me, Chris ironed it out.

Because of the reviews that Network Capital had, I went with them. The loan officer was very nice and patient. I asked her a lot of questions because my husband also asked about different things and she answered all of them. She worked with me through email because of the time I was at work. Everything was good. The rates and terms are much better than what we had.

Network Capital had an advertisement on a real estate radio station and they said that they were a direct lender so there were no extra fees involved. That is what prompted me to call to begin with. I had a mortgage with another company. I got a quote from them but it wasn't much different than what they were charging me all the rest of the time. When I called for this, it was substantially a better pricing, not only the interest rate but also the fees involved. By the time I added everything up, it was very good value. The rep was very easy to talk to. He got all the answers and was so responsible. Everything I asked for, he found out. Also, the seller was fast. She got me all the information that I required. And they saved me money.

UPDATED 3/31/2021: Network Capital is the company to work with if you are looking for home refi. Our loan got approved in less than a month with the coordination and managing by a tandem of Phuong ** and Jordan **. It was the best experienced I have had in getting refinanced. I've spoken to several different lenders, one of them was the Loan Depot. It took them 7 months to do the paperwork and still no results. What a nightmare!! I highly recommend Network Capital.

Network Capital and Jake ** came into my decision process late in the game. I had been looking for awhile and had more emails from more lenders than I could shake a stick at. I was going from conventional to VA (3 1/8% to 2.25%). Jake was patient and professional (I was in the approval process for a waiver of the VA fee) and surprised me with a 90 day lock at 2.25%. Turned out we didn't need that much time but rates began climbing within days of my lock. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result as well as the process.
