I've worked 53 years, 45 of which as senior director in different fields (old data processing, construction & development, banks and financial entities, and international trading). Have hired, trained and, when unavoidable, fired people. Saw young professionals grow to reach excellence in their fields. Grant ** and Tracy ** excelled in every aspect of their short contact with me. The confidence that they instill in their clients turns into confidence in NetworkCapital. We started the re-finance back in January and Janel ** was there every step of the way, helping answer my questions and explain everything in terms that we could understand. We had a complicated loan because we had a private 2nd who was very difficult to work with. After 4 months we were finally able to get the appraisal, it took much longer than normal because we live in a rural community and we don't have many options for appraisers. Melissa ** did a fantastic job finalizing the loan and we are very happy with our new loan. Thanks to their hard work we were finally able to close out the private 2nd and cut our term in half! It was definitely worth the hard work, even though it took longer than expected.

Worked with Andrew from Network Capital on my mortgage refinance and I was happy throughout the process of refinance. Andrew was super helpful and answered all of my questions. It was also impressive that Network Capital closes loan super quick - I was assigned a loan processor on the very next day I signed the rate lock agreement. The loan processor got to work right away, and kept me in the loop of all the developments on my closing. I did also shop for escrow and title companies and asked the processor to work with them. I did a refinance with Network Capital Funding a few months ago. The application process was very efficient and all could be done online. The specialist I worked with was very good about disclosures about exactly how much the loan could save over our existing loan. He was proactive and he wanted to give me weekly updates. That was kind of a new thing for a loan process and he was really good about doing that and kept us in the loop as to how everything was progressing.

I have a very complicated file, (LLC transfers, multiple owners, varied revenue streams, etc. etc.) but they funded both loans and did an amazing job! I got a great loan and am extremely happy. Working with Jacob ** and the Network Capital team was a great experience. Jacob ** worked tirelessly and was always in my corner. From the moment I spoke to Jacob until the loan funded took 76 days. I highly recommend Jacob ** and Network Capital Funding Corp. After the loan funded, there was an issue with Network Capital's escrow company, Solidifi, to obtain my refund. Solidifi didn't attempt to coordinate with my previous servicer to see if they paid the property taxes (so the property taxes were paid twice) and Solidifi paid the property taxes to the wrong county. At first, Solidifi told me to chase my money or wait 8 months until the county figured out the mistake (ha!) but then after the right person at Network Capital worked with Solidifi, Solidifi decided to chase their money and refunded my money. Network Capital Funding has assured me that they are now using Solidifi minimally.

The loan officer I worked with, Dominic, was exceptional. He was the first person I talked to and then I talked to a couple of other lenders in-between. Then, I circled back to Dominic. He was very professional, didn't harbor any ill will that I was shopping it, made his best offer and it was better than anybody else's. He handled it well. I felt most confident dealing with him. He was very good. The reps were also available when I needed them. If I placed an email or a call, I got a reply back from my representative. Then, the final person that took me the last mile seemed to be on top of things.

Michael was knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options and took me through the process smoothly. I was able to lock in a desirable rate quickly. I asked Michael to continue communicating with me throughout the underwriting process, which he did. Very good experience. Susana ** was my loan processor. Again, she was very easy to work with. She was responsive to my emails and got the job done. From the first phone call with Michael to funding the new mortgage was 18 days, which makes my life easy. Time is a precious commodity right now, where I am in life. My experience with Network Capital was a good example of a service experience designed for busy professionals like myself. Thank you.

We did two refinances, our primary home and our rental, and the customer service did very well. They were very helpful and always in touch.

In my 50 years of buying and selling homes, getting financing and refinancing; I can honestly say I have never had a better experience than working with Denae **, mortgage banker for Network Capital Funding. The gentleman I talked to initially was Jeffrey. He may have been a little inexperienced. But overall, he did a good job. I did a lot of business with him. Sometimes, when he have to give me to somebody else, I wouldn't get very good answer. There was a lot of running around. I was trying to find out what if somebody was gonna close, or how long it was gonna be, and I never could get an answer out of them. But Jeffrey worked his rear end off. He called me back when he said he would call me back. A lot of people don't. I was satisfied with him. But the rest of them, I wasn't real happy. I had to go to a hire supervisor.

The application process was very quick. It took about two weeks from start to finish. They were able to answer all questions. Within a day of submitting a question, we got answers. The interest rate that we got was extremely competitive. It was on the lower end of those available. So we were happy with that. The people that we talked to actually got back with us if they made a commitment. Though most of the communication was online. So there were only a few phone calls. But overall, this process was the smoothest we've ever done. So it worked out well.

Network Capital was able to do it in a quick manner. I worked with Gavin who was no nonsense. Just direct. He was in communication with me until it got to the part where he passed me over to Julian who was the processor. I gave them everything they asked for, they did what they said they were gonna do, and got the job done. I got what I asked for and what they promised.

Amy ** and Tran ** made our process so easy. They were so accommodating and explained the entire process so well. They worked long hours until we got the deal we wanted. Made us feel as family in very professional way. I would recommend both to our friends and family.

The application process was fine. The loan officer was a nice guy. My experience was all right until the very end. It was a little complicated at the end. They originally had the best deal and then the number changed a little bit and I couldn’t get an answer. I was already two months into the process. The only reason the numbers changed at the end is so that they could make more money and it would be a little more profitable.

Staff were very friendly and explained all steps of the process. We were kept informed of the progress with phone calls and emails. Most helpful in this process was Madison ** and Giovanni **. They kept on top of getting the appraisal report, documents prepared, and arranging a notary to come all the way out to our rural property.

The process took a long time and it was complicated. I refinanced three properties. Network Capital is moving too fast. The employees are all working at home, and I'm sure they get paid by the deal because they're working 12 and 15-hour days. They had crisis going on all over the place, sometimes it was very hard to get attention of the closer, the processors. I just found it sometimes very frustrating to work with them. But it got done so they’re very busy. I would recommend them.

In the beginning, it was complicated. The first person I spoke to was giving me different plans. He said, “If you buy points, you can get this much, this rate.” But he didn't really explain how buying points really worked. I emailed him. I said, “Never mind. Forget about it.” Then another fellow called me back and he explained it to me clearly. Then it made sense. I like the rate that I got. It was about 1.5 points below. He explained to me why I didn't qualify for the advertised rate on the billboard. But purchasing the points brought it down pretty close to the advertised price. So it worked for me.

The appraisal people had to go back three times. They didn’t tell us what they needed to go back for the second time till three weeks later. It did eat up a lot of time waiting to get that right. I ended up having to pay an extra month on my previous loan because the refinancing wasn't handled in the timeframe it was supposed to. The rate and terms I got were what I agreed on and we went over it numerous times. If it wasn’t for the appraisal, everything would have been smoother than a car sale.

I had a regular refinancing with Network Capital. I just called them and they did all the work. There was a period of time where nothing happened but everything went pretty smoothly. The process was as good as I expected. The rep talked about a friends and family plan and he said that after the refinance and the new year, he would give me an even lower rate. That part, I still never understood what that was about and even my friend who did the jumbo loan didn't understand it.

Network Capital cold called me and their timing was perfect. Most people I talked to were always interested in me trying to borrow against my equity and all I wanted was just a simple refi at a lower rate. Talking to the Network Capital rep, he understood my needs and helped me get there. I knew that it would take a little bit of work to get my loan done. The process took a little extra time. There were a couple of factors. One is that our house sits on an acre in a quarter of land, and it’s an oddity in the area we live here in Seattle. It’s hard to get an appropriate appraisal. Also a few years ago, I had some IRS debts. Network Capital was willing to put in the work to get me approved and to help me get out of an FHA mortgage. They did that and exceeded my expectations.

I was in the process of refinancing and they switched over loans from one lender to Network Capital. Network Capita actually made it really simple and quick. I just wanted a lower rate and they said that since they already had my paperwork, they would take it. It was an easy transaction on my part. But they did not pay my home insurance policy and their excuse was that they hadn't received the bill. So I just paid the insurance in full. Now, I have to deal with Network Capital to get my refund back from them because they let my home insurance lapse. Other than that, I love their website and the way they do everything.

Mary and Dayton both really know their subject and provided prompt customer service when it comes to refinancing the loan for my investment property. This is the second time I am refinancing the loan with Network Capital. Both the times I am satisfied with their service.

I told them what I was getting from the market from other lenders, and they outbid everybody in that sector. The rate that I got was super competitive, and it was a no-brainer. When I called, a loan officer by the name of Joel picked up the phone, then I told them what I was interested to do. Not only Joel, but also the processor, Ryan. And it was easy for me than going to any other standard banks. The bureaucracy, the delay, the frustration, I never saw those with Network Capital.

I wanted to do a cash-out mortgage to do a home remodel. Even though I have been with my mortgage company for decades, I decided to do some research as to what is out there. Most lenders I removed from my list right away for one reason or another. It was down to Network Capital and my current lender. My current lender's terms were good, but Network Capital surprisingly came back with a better rate and lower closing costs. I told my lender I was going with Network Capital and they wanted to see Network Capital's estimate. They then beat it with even lower closing costs and a lower interest rate. I also had a trust to deal with that would incur a cost. I went back and forth between the two for a while and my current lender was eventually the lowest.

We recently worked with Wendy ** and had an amazing experience. We had some issues with our refinance and she helped solve it all! She was very responsive and helped us straighten out all the confusion. I would definitely want to work with her again!

Derek and Janel were very responsive to my emails and questions. I had a rate locked in less than seven hours from my initial inquiry. There were a couple of brief hiccups that Janel handed excellently, by advocating on my behalf. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

I was straightforward with Chris about my knowledge and experience with shopping around in general. But he probably treats everyone the same. But he understood that there was a trust factor that I would immediately pull out if I felt I couldn't trust Network Capital. There was one issue with the person Chris referred me to. But I know how to reach out and go back to other people, so I was able to go back to Chris. But there was an issue with sending my payment in and some other documents that were being requested and I wasn't informed that the person that Chris had referred me to had been let go. She was no longer the point of contact. That ball got dropped. Other than that, when a red flag showed up for me, Chris ironed it out.

Because of the reviews that Network Capital had, I went with them. The loan officer was very nice and patient. I asked her a lot of questions because my husband also asked about different things and she answered all of them. She worked with me through email because of the time I was at work. Everything was good. The rates and terms are much better than what we had.

Network Capital had an advertisement on a real estate radio station and they said that they were a direct lender so there were no extra fees involved. That is what prompted me to call to begin with. I had a mortgage with another company. I got a quote from them but it wasn't much different than what they were charging me all the rest of the time. When I called for this, it was substantially a better pricing, not only the interest rate but also the fees involved. By the time I added everything up, it was very good value. The rep was very easy to talk to. He got all the answers and was so responsible. Everything I asked for, he found out. Also, the seller was fast. She got me all the information that I required. And they saved me money.

UPDATED 3/31/2021: Network Capital is the company to work with if you are looking for home refi. Our loan got approved in less than a month with the coordination and managing by a tandem of Phuong ** and Jordan **. It was the best experienced I have had in getting refinanced. I've spoken to several different lenders, one of them was the Loan Depot. It took them 7 months to do the paperwork and still no results. What a nightmare!! I highly recommend Network Capital.

Network Capital and Jake ** came into my decision process late in the game. I had been looking for awhile and had more emails from more lenders than I could shake a stick at. I was going from conventional to VA (3 1/8% to 2.25%). Jake was patient and professional (I was in the approval process for a waiver of the VA fee) and surprised me with a 90 day lock at 2.25%. Turned out we didn't need that much time but rates began climbing within days of my lock. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result as well as the process. Thanks to all at Network Capital for a quick and easy refinance! I had been thinking about refinancing for a while and happened to get a cold call from Andrew **, Senior Mortgage Banker. He explained various options and rates clearly as well as the process. Working late into the evening electronically exchanging documents we were able to lock in a rate that was equal to the best I had found elsewhere and that I was very happy with. The fact that Network Capital does not charge an origination fee and was able to waive the appraisal made the decision to refinance easy.

We last refinanced around 8 months ago looking for a cheaper interest rate. The best that was out there was 3.5%. We had a horrible experience with the brokerage firm we decided on at that time. Where do I start? This was my worst experience with any brokerage/lending firm. Initially, they advertised a 2.25% rate but as the progress started they came back with a sloppy answer being "the rate is no longer available." Almost 21 days into the refinance, I had not heard back from anyone, so I decided to check in, and the excuse I received was our systems were overwhelmed, and it caused internal IT issues. Towards the end of the process, the notary was scheduled, and I took time away from work to attend the signature and closure. They dropped the ball and didn't make the deadline. I asked for some sort of concession and the response I received back was less than pity - "Well. The company doesn't need the business given the time and era we're in."

I have worked with Network funding on my second refinancing loan. My loan officer Ms.Esther J** handled my loan application properly and timely manner. Initially, I was a little hesitant to go with the promises given. But at the end of the loan process, all the commitments were met.
