I ran into a couple of snags along the way with some information on some credit reports that we had to get off, but everything turned out okay. They took very good care of me. I was able to pay off some credit card debt. The process was fine but the interest rate is a little high.

The process was very professional and simple. The loan officer was on my side from minute 1.

We were really happy with Network Capital. We refinanced our house a few years ago and it was a pain. But when we refinanced with Network Capital, it was really easy. They're in California and we're in Arizona, and the process was all done pretty much online. It's always a lot of paperwork, but they made it really good and they were informative. They were really professional and polite. They answered all our questions and I highly recommend them to anybody because they really work with you. If you have a question, you call them. If you don't reach them, they call you right back.

I used to work in real estate, and getting a mortgage with Network Capital was exceptionally simple. The rep, Carlo, was knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and got it done. I'd tell people to go for Network Capital. They're pleasant to deal with, and they're adequate and seem to be honest. They did what they said they were gonna do. They were quick and efficient as well. They've streamlined a lot of things over the years.

Everything went smooth as glass with Network Capital. Our loan officer suggested that we do a refinance instead of going under and losing the house. The rate of the mortgage was within the standards that we expected and it was no shock to us because they laid it out pretty well. The advisor said it would all work out and it has. It helped my credit score at the same time and it was a win-win. Our rep, Brian, was super through the whole thing and he kept us informed. Everybody that I talked to was great and they weren't pushy. I would give them the JD Power Award 10 across the board because they were so nice and so helpful. Their website was also easy to maneuver around.

Network Capital Funding did very well. There was a couple of hiccups in the process but everything was handled. So, we were happy with them. We worked very closely on the phone and the computer throughout the whole thing. I'm an ex-mortgage guy, so I totally understand the business and they didn't have to explain a whole lot of stuff. It took about 12 days to resettlement. It was very quick.

Jedd and the Network Capital team did a wonderful job in assisting me with my loan and they are number one in my book. The team was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about their business. The team also kept their word on every promise they made to me and that meant that they were trustworthy.

Network Capital Funding Corporation was very courteous. They checked out the situation. And it was interesting how far the loan officer went to try to help me.

We were looking to reduce some bills and get a roof put on. The refi with Network Capital was awesome. Tyler did an awesome job. He was very attentive and he constantly checked in and we were communicating quite well with each other.

Network Capital Funding is a good company. I like the way they approached the situation. They explained the various steps that were gonna happen all the way to the end. The gal that I was talking to was very down to earth. I could understand what she was talking about. However, I was surprised at how long it took to sign the papers. It was quite a stack and the notary had to supervise the whole thing. It was a lot more involved than I ever expected. That was the longest step of the whole process.

The process took 3 months. We had a lot of liens against our property which were holding us back. We had to fix them. The only thing we didn't care for when we did the loan was we never had the same person dealing with us. We had three different people. It went through three different processing which we thought that was strange. But ultimately, we got the loan. They said, "When the prices go down, you can refinance then," which is cool. I would recommend Network Capital.

I did a refi thing with Network Capital recently and the process worked pretty quickly. So far, I have dealt with them twice. I did one last year, then they contacted me to do a refi because the rates dropped. The two mortgages were six months apart and the reps I dealt with seemed confident.

When Network Capital was working with me and my question, it went pretty well. The door of communications was open, but sometimes, the response time was slow. We started in November and we closed about six weeks ago. We kept running into little hurdles. We overcame those hurdles but then, they denied me and told me that there was some law that said I couldn't do anything until June, which hadn't happened yet. I kept asking for some clause or statute that they were referring to, but I never got that. What I did get is a new offer. So that was very confusing. After that point, I was just tired of dealing with it. I needed to refi, so I did.

The effort and communication for Serafin was great. He was available throughout the process to give us updates or look into our case. The processor was good at explaining the details to us the new home buyers. But communication could have been better.

If I would always have Daniel ** to get me through a refinance, I would probably refinance every year. His ability to stay calm when I got frustrated and was ready to throw my hands up in the air, helped me through this. He was always there when I came up with questions and was able to help me work through any problems.

They did an Amazing job going through my refinance. It was tough at times but they did everything they said they would do. Great People. They went above and beyond to make everything work out and did everything on time.

It was quick with Network Capital Funding. The person that I was working with was very friendly. They helped me a lot with the process. The information was clear. All the times that I had a doubt or a question, I called them, and they always answered. In case that they didn't respond, they'd call me back in a very short time.

My husband is a veteran, and Network Capital helped us refinance our VA loan a few years ago. They have done it a couple of times. We've used them recently for a new home loan. It was a very good experience. Everyone was on it. The process took a couple of weeks. It was a speed demon. Everything went well. The rate was competitive and good. We would advise others to use Network Capital. Justin and Kernisia were both awesome. They were the ones that we had most contact with.

I don't write reviews often, but Rosie's assistance throughout the home-buying process was something that I could not go forward without highlighting. I had already started the loan application process with another mortgage company for about a month and was about to sign a letter of intent to proceed forward, but a family member of mine had asked if I had reached out to Network Capital. I had not because I had reached out in the past for previous mortgages over the last couple years and Network Capital just wasn't able to provide the best terms. I thought this would be a similar instance.

Danial ** was very helpful and knew his job. He was a great asset to me helping with the whole process of this refinance. He kept me informed all the way thru and helped me understand what was going on. I greatly appreciate the way he worked.

I worked with Marcus at Network Capital and he was a great guy. But the closing day was a nightmare for us. Every time they asked for a document, I'd send it to the underwriter and they reviewed it. I did everything the underwriter told us to do and I sent all the documents he needed. They even set the closing date for January 10. Everything was perfect, until the last minute.

I inherited a house that had a mortgage and it went into an estate and the old mortgage company was giving me problems. After the third mortgage company, Network Capital jumped in overseeing everything and just helped me right through the whole process. I actually tried a couple of other lenders and found that the customer service was just so bad. Also, their interest rate was outrageous and they kept pushing for wanting more money than what I actually needed. Network Capital, on the other hand, was awesome. They understood my situation, they had my back all the way, they always communicated, and they let me know the process. It was really nice and the process was 35 days, which wasn't bad. Their reps were also awesome people and the rate was very fair.

Working with Network Capital was amazing. The whole process was so easy and simple. My husband said we got a really good rate. It was a really great experience.

I was leery about refinancing but the rep assured me saying, "You know what? Your credit is really good. You guys got a lot of equity in your house and I am very sure that's gonna go through." I said, "Okay. The thing is, I'm gonna give you $800 for a appraisal and I hope we're not gonna get burnt on this." He reassured me saying, "Well, you know what? If it doesn't go through, we could do other things to make sure it will go through." He always reached out to me and anytime I called him, he would call me right back.

I'm very happy with Network Capital. Eddie of the Mortgage Banker was phenomenal. Alexa was also pretty good, although she is not good with responsiveness or replies. But all in all, they did a great job and got the loan done.

I worked with John and he was an outstanding guy. He was very truthful and friendly. But he no longer works at Network Capital. Then I had to work with other reps and they were upstanding in their offers and stood by what they said. The application process was fairly easy. They sent me everything that they needed for me and I responded and it seemed to work smoothly. But Network Capital sold my mortgage to another company. So I'm no longer gonna be with them as of March the 1st.

The reps from Network Capital were very professional. I like people who can do their jobs like it's nothing, because that's what you do. They did what they said they would and when they said they would get it done. They stood up to the appraiser and the underwriters over a mistake in appraisal. I've never met anybody, so far, ever before that would do that. And those people are worth knowing. They weren't successful with that appraiser but when I called the VA, they were successful in making that appraiser do what they were supposed to do. The rate was a little high, but not to me, because the rates had gone up. I come from the age where people were paying 12% for mortgages at one time and 7% was not at all uncommon from most of my lifetime. The price of mortgages in the past few years has been unbelievable. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop on that one.

I have lots of problems with the bank that had my previous mortgage. They let somebody steal another property of mine. It was mortgage fraud. Network Capital Funding worked with me really well. I got one of the government loans because I ended up, from that other bank, going through a bankruptcy that I shouldn't have had to go through. I had some phone conversations with Network Capital about my financial situation, and then I was contacted by a representative who took more of the specific numbers.

They're a good company. This is the second closing they have done for me. Communication was good. The mortgage process seems easy. Their rates are good too. I also like the quickness of getting a loan closed.

I had a complicated credit history and Network Capital Funding was willing to work with me on that to try to get letters and try to work with my creditors to get my credit issues ironed out. I was looking into lower finance rates. I've been at a 8% and they brought it down to about 5.5. I went with the FHA refinance. They got a checklist of things that you email or upload to them to qualify you. They send you a loan estimate document and it's got the interest rate and terms. Then, you go through a Docusign to agree to that, and then it goes through an underwriting process.

The mortgage process with them went very well. The gentleman my late husband told me to call before he passed away did a fantastic job. The communication was very good. He did a bit of work as I didn't know how to use a computer. He had very good staff and he was very patient with me. I will refer as many people as I can to them.

I would recommend Network Capital Funding Corporation. Their rates were better than anybody else. Also, the process was quick and easy. Everybody was friendly and on the ball.

I got a call from one of Network Capital's guys and he went over some options. I wasn't ready then but I thought about it and a couple of months later, I called the guy back. He was no longer there so I talked to another rep and she was good. I liked her. The process went responsively and there were all of the required documents. The rep was kind and she helped walk me through everything, explain all of the legal stuff that need to be explained, and if there was anything I needed. I love Network Capital. The process took about three weeks. With the rate and terns, I got a six point something. I'm not worried about it. It will work itself out later on. Network Capital is really fair and honest. They help you and they communicate if you're confused about anything. They paid for my car.

There were no hassles with the application process with Network Capital. The reps did what they were supposed to do and got back with me, and stayed in touch. It was excellent. I worked with three reps and all of them were good. Daniel and Sam both impressed me. They were nice and made me understand stuff that I didn't understand. I am not used to going in my phone doing stuff but they stayed on the line with me and taught me how to do that. They were helpful.

Network Capital was able to satisfy my needs. I was looking for something to get me out of a conventional loan into a VA loan and still be able to do the refinance, and they had a package that was offered that suited that need. From the first contact to the closing was less than 45 days. They had a great team. I only had to deal with three people the entire time. The first person that I made contact with made sure to keep following up with me. “Hey, did this person help you? Now that you're in this next stage, did they help you to get to the next stage?” He's even followed up with me a couple of times since we've been closed. “Hey, have you had any problems? Did you get your payment book in the mail? Have you set up all your payments all right? Is everything going good? Any problems with the website?” So, they've been really good.

They were very attentive and friendly. They consistently responded to any emails that I would send or reach out in reference to it so that I could get a better understanding. They were very good at holding your hand and walking you through everything. The process went pretty quickly. I signed my closing papers before the end of the year and everything was funded within a couple of weeks. It was definitely an easy experience.

Network Capital Funding did good to me. They're very understanding and they speak my language, too. I would recommend them. They're a great company.

The people from Network Capital Funding were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to go through the process, too. I had gone through refinancing before and it was a pain. I feel like this wasn't as terrible. The things that they asked for were more easily available to me and I could just get them over to them quickly. The rate was good. I talked to a different company and they were a little higher than the one that I received from Network Capital Funding. I did get some kind of notice that said that my mortgage was sold. I don't even have anything yet that says what I'm paying for my mortgage.

I had a great experience working with Daniel and Sarah while working towards this refinance. Both were great to deal with and the process went very smoothly. The rep from Network Capital was very helpful, professional and had a good personality. If every agent was like that man, it'd be stress-free. He did his best. He was stressed, but he came through. We got a conventional loan but we would like to get into FHA because they're lower.

The application process was very easy and straightforward. Every time I had a question, they were there to answer. It was very pleasant. I was dealing with Andrew for the most part. But all of a sudden, I was transferred to Luann. But both of them were very good people. I had a very good experience. I got a very good rate looking at the conditions of the market. They also said that whenever it's convenient for me or it's worthwhile, they'll try to lower the rate if the market permits.

I worked with Jedd ** and his team on a home refi. They were very efficient, communicative, and got the loan funded quickly. They were able to get me a better-than-expected rate with lower-than-expected fees. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.

I was going through other lenders to get a cash out refinance of a rental property but I felt that they were not being honest with me and it turned out that I was right. It really wasn't something that would require intervention with a lawyer but nevertheless, you want truthfulness and transparency with a lender. But I did get a phone call from Drake ** from Network Capital and he really took care of me along with Craigneisha **. The process was fast and flawless and most importantly, they were 100% transparent!! I would most definitely do business with them again. But there was one glitch that I wish Network Capital could remedy. For me to get the loan I had to pay off some creditors which was no problem but I wish that Network Capital would pay them off instead of sending me a check to send to my creditors to pay off the balance.

Updated on 01/19/2023: I did a refinance with Network Capital Funding and the process was good. It took two or three weeks and it was fast. The only thing they can improve on would be when it comes down to insurance.

We refinanced our home with Network Capital after being turned down from two other companies who declined to work with manufactured homes. We were discouraged and concerned about finances until we talked with Christopher **, our processor. Chris was very personable, supportive, and made you feel comfortable. (Like family.) We worked with a special team including Kelly ** and Sarah **; they made the process as stress free as possible and in a short time period. We were impressed with such little paperwork and time on our end. The email and phone communications were consistent and included updates on the progress of the refinance. We truly recommend considering this company to help with your needs!

The application process took around a month which was a great timeframe for me. Everyone who helped me was terrific. Spencer, the guy who really assisted me, was top-notch. The rate I got was fair. It was a great experience.

I called Network Capital Funding and the individual I ended up with was Joseph. He was so kind and so persuasive to assure me that he could get things done. There was a problem that was existing with me being on a deed with my husband but not the mortgage. Joseph was better than a typical person who I was paying money to and he knew his job. If he didn't know what he was doing, he reached out to the proper party to find out because I would not work with them until he was able to clarify several things.

My experience was efficient, effective and very professional. Their agent gave us documents to show what he was proposing as opposed to just telling me what it is and me hoping they're telling the truth. The process was seamless. Everything they proposed to delivery, they did in a timely manner. The only thing was, there were a lot of documents to physically sign at closing. We had a 200-page closing document so if they can find a way to streamline that, that will be perfect.

The process with Network Capital went extremely fast. It started at the end of September and I signed the papers on the 4th of October. Everything was supposed to have been done by the 11th. They did a great job.

The guy I was dealing with at Network Capital was good. He worked well with me. His people worked well. They asked questions that were appropriate. We had a short sale a little over four years ago. It created a problem in getting a standardized type FHA loan in there, you have to be at four years out. It affects the credit. But it was fine. They worked with us on it. They did a good job. They were honest. However, I was not overly happy and thrilled with the underwriter coming up with different things at different points in time.

I enjoy talking to both you and Tracy about the refinancing of our home. You both were intelligent with letting me know that refinancing was the best thing for me to do. The communication was great. I had access to the person that was assigned to me. We texted and we spoke on the phone. The individual was from the West Coast but I had access till well in the night, which was really good for me. Also, the application was easy, up until we had to get a notary. Everything was smooth sailing on their side but the third party who did the notary delayed us about three days.

The communication with their reps was very good. It was always on top of it. Everybody was also super friendly and helpful. I would have liked a better rate, but it is what it is because of the way the market's going.

Calls 5+ times a day. When asked to stop they laugh and increase. Management was no help. Talked over me. Would not take complaint serious. I have no need for mortgage. 619-912-9960 was the number. I have made complaints to FTC and BBB.

Working with them was wonderful. They were very thorough and fast. The process. was fairly easy. The rate was high but they were the easiest and nicest place to refinance.

From the start, Mr ** was great. Both professional & personal! Drake was the most attentive, most responsive refinance rep I have ever encountered. He truly made me feel like driving to California, just to have a beer. The team concept between drake, Ms **, and all others was clearly superior to other refinance institutions I have dealt with. The rep who called me was very personable and down to earth. He shared info, acted interested, gathered the info, and got me answers quickly. The application process was faster than I expected. The rep I worked with promised me that he'd call every Monday at a specific time and he did. He helped if I had a problem or was in the middle of an issue. He worked with a partner who was the underwriter and the two of them partnered pretty well together. They got it all through and managed to get the closing rate for my house. The only thing that was odd to me was right afterward, I immediately got pushed to Wells Fargo.

I needed some cash out for remodeling purposes. Initially, the rep from Capital Network called. It was easy to get a hold of them. But as the process went along, it got harder and harder to get ahold of them as the loan was getting funded. That was the only issue I really had. Also, I was constantly getting calls from them and it was always a different phone number. I was trying to figure out who I had to call. Some numbers were personal and some were company numbers. Overall, things were fine. Network Capital was quick and the process was simple. I rates I got were comparable to the average.

Justin from National Capital Funding cold called me and at the time, I was not interested in refinancing. He kept an eye on the interest rates and when they dropped, he thought it would be a better fit for me and called me back. We went forward then and he was very helpful to get all my paperwork to them so that they could do their part of the process. The process went very quickly and they stayed in continuous contact with me until the loan process was finished.

The rep who helped me was Edwin and he was very patient. We went on with the paperwork and as time went on, he was very nice in asking me for what he needed. He checked to make sure that I could get it to him and when I gave it to him, he got back to me if it was correct or if there was something else that he needed. He did not leave me out there hanging and he never once made me feel uncomfortable. I would recommend him to anybody because he took his time and he explained what he was doing. And my credit wasn't good and he got me down to a 5.

We recently closed on a refinance loan on our home. We dealt primarily with Yierfan ** throughout the process. We found him to be totally professional, as well as knowledge of the product he was selling. I met Chris a year ago when I was trying to refinance my home. I’ve had a few challenges with my credit and my previous lender which made getting a loan a little difficult. Chris in the beginning was very kind, professional and I felt right away like I knew him. He encouraged me and gave me ideas on how I can improve my credit score. Throughout the last year, he would check on me to see how I was doing. This gave me confidence to keep going. This was the first time I ever refinanced my house and I knew Chris was the guy who would make it happen.

It’s great to work with Network Capital. Everything is seamless from the time that it starts and the process goes quickly all the way up to closing. It’s usually a team that you work with. They’ll start out with the original representative then it goes off to the financing guy. It’s a team effort even all the way to the notary that comes to the house. There is a benefit to having worked with Network Capital before and knowing that if I qualified for the type of program that I was looking for, whoever I was working with would confirm that and they would take care of me. I’m very pleased.

I got a quote from Network Capital and they were helpful and answered all the questions I needed. Their rep was really friendly and very professional. I liked that. I only wish they had lower interest rates.

The application process was great. The reps walked us through it. They have put us in such a better and more stable financial situation. The mortgage monthly payment actually went up by only about $20. All of our credit card debt and our federal taxes are paid. The interest is so much better and they made sure we had some cash left over.

It was terrible accumulating all the documents necessary. Every time I do it, I swear I'm never doing it again ‘cause it's so irritating. The people I worked with were very helpful but they could provide more help with the process. Also, I'd like the rate to be lower but it's okay.

I had been working with a couple, and I was having issues with the appraisal. The person I was working with said they could handle that. My house is worth $4 million and I was only looking for 200,000. We didn't owe any money on the house. The first company was sticking up for the stupid appraisal. But Network Capital was able to deal with the appraisal issue and got it through. The rep with Network Capital was great. We got along well. He got it done. We did it very quickly.

Justin was amazing. I liked him. I wasn't happy with the rate but we know what kind of market we're in and at this point, I didn't have a choice. Justin said that at some point, once the market goes back to a good rate, he'll contact us to do a refi with a lower interest rate.

I'm so grateful to Network Capital and I would recommend them. They're a lifesaver. I needed a cash out mortgage to pay off my credit cards and they did more than that for me. Chris and Alexa were the best people I've ever worked with in a situation like this. They were knowledgeable of every aspect of it. They were prompt. They answered all my questions and came right back to me. They gave me their personal cell phone numbers. I was able to get ahold of them anytime I wanted to.

It was very good with Network Capital. I needed teamwork because nobody else would help me and Network Capital did. They kept in contact with me. We worked out any problems I had and sometimes they would tell me where I could find my answers. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that they sold my loan to another mortgage company. Nobody told me they were going to do that.

The guy, Sebastian, was good. He convinced me to try to go with Network Capital Funding. When he talked to me about it, he explained to me how they were gonna do this and that. I took his advice and gave him the information that he needed to get the loan processed. He did most of the preliminary paperwork. Everything went like clockwork and on time. I had tried to get a loan through a different agency. I had just started a job so they told me to come back in another six months and do it again. It was like jumping through hoops at a dog training show. Every two or three days, they would call me, and they would want more crap that I'd have to do. I'm a long-haul truck driver and it got to be tiresome. Then they denied me anyway. The first time I tried to get the mortgage, the rate was 2.25%. After I got with Network Capital, it went all the way up to 5.1. I lost almost three and a half points, messing around with the other company.

Both parties - the one that started and then the one that finished it - kept in communication with me the whole time. It was really good and easy. I was happy with the service and the whole process.

The process with Network Capital was good. Most of it was done over the phone. They sent me whatever I need to get done and whatever I need to send to them and I tried to get them as quick as possible.

Drake ** did an outstanding job working on my loan. We had several hurdles to get over. He was so patient and kind with me. I could not have done this without his help. Everything went really well. Paul set everything up for me. We ran into a couple of issues with both my jobs, but after figuring all of that out and waiting on them to respond to everything, the process took a month. Also, communication was really great because I had Paul and Jane. Without those two people, I don't think it would have gone as smoothly as it did. It was them putting as much effort as they did into everything. It really helped out.

Network Capital is perfect. They were helpful throughout the process. I'd would work with Network Capital again to buy another house.

I really enjoyed working with Network Capital. Edwin was my first guy. He gave me a call and I decided to work with him. He walked me through a lot of things that I needed to be walked through and he made sure he would answer the phone night and day. But when the process went to the closing side, they issued me cashier's checks for the companies I was paying off instead of directly sending them to the companies and I didn't like that. I had to do all that legwork to get them all this information, then I ended up mailing in the checks, and that was nerve-racking. One of the companies was Chase which I had problems with and it took me a month to get them paid.

I spoke to Mario and he made the process so much easier than dealing with TexasLending. Network Capital was much easier to deal with. I provided everything to them, uploaded it, and sent it to them. They needed a couple of little things that I sent additionally to them and then I got a closing date. The lady was super experienced and she wasn't young. She had been in the business a long time. It took about an hour to do the whole closing and then everything was funded.

Everything was perfectly fine. Everybody there was so lovely.

It took Network Capital a while to get me approved to get my equity for my home. I told them in the beginning that I needed a rush on this because my wife's kids were kicking me out of the house. I had to be out by July 31st. They said it shouldn't take that long. This was the middle of June and I didn't receive a check until the 22nd of July. Then I called them and told them I would like to get a loan now so I could buy a home. That took a couple of weeks to get that together. They said they could only give me a $100,000 loan. I feel that I spilled out my blood and guts to them and gave them all the information. I showed them that I was not lying to them. I showed them all my bills are paid up except for the house I own in Lincoln Park that I took equity out so I could have money to put down for a down payment.

The person that was handling my refi, Teddy, was amazing. We had some bumps in the road, but he was on top of everything. Initially, Network Capital Funding contacted me, and we talked for an hour. When things made sense, then we started the process. There was a young girl who does all the financing and goes through the loan. Teddy set everything up and got all my stuff prequalified, then we went through another lady. This was Alexa, and Teddy and I were upset about her, ‘cause she delayed a lot of stuff at the end.

I talked to Network Capital Funding Corporation and we got it done. It was simple. I got it done two weeks. Once we kicked it off, it was quick. The rep sounded young, but he seemed to be on the ball. And if he knew something, he got right back to me. He had a lot of knowledge, but he wasn't afraid to dig for some. Network Capital Funding could've given me a better interest rate. I locked in and it stayed there. But it seemed to be a good, smooth operation as far as my business with them went.

The experience overall was very good with Network Capital. They were very attentive, had great customer service, and when you call, somebody does something. The application process was easy, too.

I got a call from Justin and he was awesome with any type of issue that I had going forward with the process. At one point, he wanted my Social Security number and I said, "I really won't give that out." I said, "You give me your number and I will call you." When I called, I didn't get him, but I got someone else who transferred me to him. This way, I knew that they were from Network Capital. At that point, I did release my number and everything went very smoothly. Justin was very forthcoming. He made me feel like he was my son talking to me. The rate is a little higher than what I previously was paying including the interest, but at this time, it was the lowest interest that I could get. So, that was really good. Working with Network Capital was very good. I had been contacted by another lending agency and I told them what I would like as far as money out of the refinance. They gave me the same loan that I was getting from Network Capital. I wanted $40,000 approximately out. That's the only reason I was refinancing. They did all their paperwork and the cost of getting the loan came out where I would get about 33,000 out. I was then contacted by Network about midpoint in my discussions with the other company and they did the same loan amount and I ended up with $40,000 approximately. They were very prompt about things. They're very professional. I enjoyed dealing with them. They did their homework as far as whether or not we qualified and the house qualified. They determined they didn't even need an appraisal. They did the paperwork and it all came out right.

When I went in the house and I looked at the phone, it said telemarketer, and I called Network Capital Funding Corporation out on it. I said, "Well, I don't know if I want to talk to you. You're a telemarketer." The rep explained to me how that process went and we formed a relationship. Our credit score was bad and Network Capital Funding Corporation was able to help us. It was a very good experience.

Marissa had a whole bunch of people she was working with. But she took time out to help me. In the midst of all her overload, she made sure I was taken care of. I was impressed by that. They did an excellent job.

The rep was awesome and I'm a happy camper. We transferred the number on a credit card and we gave the rep the last four digits of a phone number versus the credit card number. I just called them this afternoon to verify that mistake and I’m waiting on a call now. I hate the rates but it’s not Network Capital’s fault. It’s the government. I got great credit but when the rates go up, they go up.

The Network Capital rep was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I had a bad credit score and I was hesitant about that because so many other places turned me down. He assured me that it was real and he was hands-on. The application process took me a while because I had a lot of different issues that they ran into. But it was wonderful towards the end. Joseph, the one who did the closing, worked with me and calmed me down. He was excellent.

Network Capital was very quick and efficient. Their whole process was great the way that it is. I spent some time with one girl that helped me get all the stuff together. Then she sent me over to the person that was gonna do the whole loan. They were both fast. The rate was right what I expected.

Network Capital's mortgage process was good. I got a refi and everything was done in about three weeks. At the time, I was going back and forth with another company, and my loan officer talked me into going with him, so I did. The rate was a little high, but that's what the market is. But they lied to me. They said that they'd keep my mortgage, but as I closed my mortgage, it was sold off.

Network Capital's reps were on everything and were always accessible. When I had a question, I'd either call or email them, and I got a response back right away. We ended up midway going for a VA loan, so it added some additional requirements, and they went through it every step of the way. They were always accountable, too. Andrew, the overseer, and Danielle who was working with him, were really wonderful to work with. I would tell others to go with Network Capital. I found them easier to deal with my than my local bank, which is locally owned.

Network Capital Funding offered me a rate of 4.1, but once the word gets out that you're looking to refinance, everybody and their brother contacts you. One of them said, “3.87, no points,” and I was actually gonna go to them. I sent it back to the Network Capital Funding rep and said, “Look, can you guys meet on 3.87?” I'm not familiar with mortgages, but I figured the rate is the rate across the board. The rep said, “I'm not sure. But why don't you send me the link? And I'll tell you if it's a legitimate offer. Because a lot of times they'll lowball you to get you to do this, this, and this.” To his credit, he looked at it and said, “That's a great offer. I would go with that if I were you. But just give me a second. Let me talk to my manager and see what we can do.”

Network Capital called me and it was a nice guy on the phone. They wanted to deal with me. I had had other finance companies but I got very upset because they were giving me a lot of lip. But Network Capital was very patient. They understood. I was very impressed by one guy, Carlo. He put everything together. They put me with somebody but we didn't seem to be able to communicate right. She had no communication skills and was nasty about everything. I felt very uncomfortable with her.

Everything was very easy ..and very happy... I am proud to be with this company ..another thing is … I want to share is so easy to make a payment..it only take me about …less than a minute…with others was so stress for me to make a payment…Thank you…

I ended up speaking with Steven from Network Capital. He ran the numbers, showed me the numbers, sent me an email and said, "This is what you would be at. This is what your payment would be. And this is what you'd be looking at." I was looking at getting everything paid off in five to six years. So, he ran it all. He asked me questions. He did everything. He did an amazing job to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything was signed, sealed, and delivered. We were done with the process in two weeks. It was amazing. The only thing that I wish could happen is that I had more time to set up automatic payments.

Network Capital's process was excellent. It was professional even though we did not have any face-to-face contact like the bank. They seemed much more streamlined. They did a very nice service. They did send a notary to the house because there are many pages to notarize and to accept with one signature concerning the loan, and that was a surprising service to me. Outside of that, 95% of the time, when I called, someone would pick up the phone right away. So, that was outstanding. Uploading documents was not difficult. When it came time to do the final documentation, which is really where the uploading and signatures were required, the person I was working with was on the phone with me while I was doing that. He took the time to follow through. That was Nicolas. His persistence with me during that process made it a whole lot easier.

We were making payments to Mountain West Financial then we got a letter saying that they passed the agreement to Network Capital. We went along with it and did everything. We were very pleased. Paul was really approachable and nice. Victoria was the second person we spoke with and she was also very friendly and communicative. She gave us the information clearly. It was easy to understand what was going on. It was pretty quick.

Network Capital really helped me, so I stuck with them. The application process felt really easy. The person I worked with talked to me almost every day to make sure that everything was going okay and make sure that I knew what was happening. He kept me informed about the whole process. He was really good. The interest rate was a little higher, but that's part of the process and part of our economic stuff. I would have liked to have gotten a lower interest rate but because of my credit score, it wasn't to happen. So, we're hoping that in six months, we'll be able to come back and refinance again.

Network Capital was a good company an I would refer it to others. The refinance took about a month and I was satisfied with that. The rep I worked with was professional and kept me abreast of everything that was going on.

There were little snafus here and there with Capital Network. I get the information and call the person I'm supposed to give it to. I was uninformed that she was out of the office for a couple of days. Come Monday, I called the first person I talked to, which was the broker, and he helped me. He told me what was going on. Everybody was very helpful and nice including the one I was supposed to give the information to. The process was fast and that was the best part. It took less than a month. The interest rate was not really great because I gave up 4.12 to get a 4.25. But overall, I had a great experience.

The refinance process with Network Capital didn't go smoothly at first. A lot of lies went through during the application process, but it is what it is. The reps had a job to do and they push you to do it and they would tell you anything that you want to hear at the moment. I'm paying out more because I had to take out more. Also, as soon as I got a loan from Network Capital, they sold it. So, it's just a scam. They don't need to lie just to get a sell. You need to tell the truth and people will respect you more. But I wasn't very dissatisfied because Network Capital helped me out in the long run.

I started working with Network Capital with Tracey (I can't recall his last name) who eventually stopped working for your firm. Most of my staff that started with Tracey was basically lost somewhere in your system. Ivy ** took over and OMG x 100. She was on it all the time. She kept me online so could get the refinance for my house. Ivy ** did such an amazing job that I would love to find people like her to work for my company. Bravo for Ivy. she worked with me in a very professional manner and I got the news that I got the refinance. I started working with another (Loan Depot) refinance company and I had to pull out because of lack of guiding me throughout the ordeal of refinancing. They kept me jumping from one person to another. Again Ivy ** was the best for me in this refinance ordeal. Thank you very much Ivy **

I'm not happy with Network Capital. They were great at first, but they suck in the end. I went with another lender because they were stated income. I didn’t have to worry about a job. I went back with Network Capital. When I started with them, I lost my job so I had to go on stated income. Lo and behold, before my rate lock ended, they locked me in right before the freaking rates went up. So, I was able to keep my 4.5%, 30-year fixed and it saved me 300 something bucks a month.

Network Capital made the application process fairly easy. I'm very happy with the rate and terms. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Mostly, the people that I work with there were very courteous and they seemed concerned with any of the problems I had and walked me because I'm not very good with a computer. They walked me right through stuff that I had trouble with. They went out of their way to help me out.

We were refinancing with Network Capital, and the rate and terms are as good as they can be. Their reps were pretty good.

So, it was a good beginning. The rates were great so it was the time to do it. There was a little problem with getting the information from the IRS. The refinance would have been a lot faster but that held it up a little bit to a couple of days. The closing was supposed to be a certain date and I didn't hear back. So, I had to call myself to find out this information was holding it up. Once I was given the information and knew what I needed to get, I was able to pull it up and send it through. We are on the east coast and they are on the west coast but that did not stop this team from answering our many questions, no matter the hour. We are so happy we made the call to Network Capital; while Navy Federal and my other credit union were going to take at least 30 days to process mortgage applications, with Network Capital we went from application to closing in 10 days, WOW!

The rate was higher than I wanted because I was already at three-something. But because of the type of loan, I got it taken off that insurance. I couldn't get the lower rate. The percentages that Network Capital could offer was the 4.0. But it was higher than what I was at. Other than that, everything was fine. Everything went according to the time frame as the rep told me it would be. I got the check. It went directly in my account. And I got my statement.

The application process was very easy and quick. They did most of the stuff for me and then I just signed. Eric was my loan officer and he was very patient. He made it easy by explaining ahead of time what was coming my way, and the pros and the cons. The terms were okay. The closing cost was about 6,000, which the rep was honest when I asked about it. It was very straightforward. It was a lot more painless than my previous mortgage.

Network Capital's customer service was extremely excellent. It was kind of overboard customer service in a good way. It was meaningfully different than other customer services that I’ve received. I spoke to a live person. They got back to me. They were professional and articulate, and I had a good feeling. I did a refinancing, consolidating some loans into one., and the process was extremely fast, professional, and easy. It was so streamlined and efficient that it made me a little bit leery. The first guy I talked to from Network Capital explained the whole process, and it was as he said. Victoria, the last one I dealt with, followed up and did as she promised. What I really enjoyed more than anything else was the fact that all of Network Capital's people do what they said that they would. The appraisal people were good. The notary was also very professional. They made the time to do what I needed to be done within my time because of how I work and how my husband works, and they did everything to facilitate.

I've been looking to refinance my house for 16 months. And Network Capital Funding was ultimately the first one that was able to pull it off. The customer service was great when we finally got to the loan processor. She was fabulous. Asked all the questions, got all the right forms. I'm self-employed, I have investments, don't have a steady stream of income, so it makes it real tough for people to get me qualified, but they did it. Everybody is looking for somebody with a paycheck, because that's the easy one to land on. But when you're self-employed, the paychecks aren't steady. But the money's coming in and still want to get refinanced. Most everybody else I've talked to, they just said, "Call up a lender and they'll make you a loan." I have never, in 40 years, had it be that simple. With Network Capital, it was only 40 days. With a couple of the other companies, I was still in it 90 days later, and they still couldn't get me funded.

This was absolutely the fastest and most hassle free refinance I’ve ever done. Sr. banker Sonny ** and Closing Processor Darlene ** were both phenomenal, friendly and helpful. In total, from start to finish the process took about 10 days. Considering the current market, I was still able to lower my interest rate. Would have liked to gone lower but it’s still better. Network Capital's rates were lower than what I had. I got a refinance from them and at first, they were quick in giving me a call back. I left my information and was told that someone would get back to me. Then, somebody spoke to me and I went through some numbers with them. But after giving him all the information, he said that it would be difficult for me to get a mortgage based on all the information I've given him. Somebody else gave me a call and said that they could work on this mortgage. He went through the numbers and said he felt very good about it. One thing led to the next and I got great results at the end.

I was working with a girl at Network Capital and when they sent me stuff over, it wasn't what it said. But when I worked with the gal named Dolly, everything was good. We vibed and I liked her. She was knowledgeable and sweet. She listened and she gave advice on other things besides the mortgage. She took the time to go over stuff with me that she didn't have to and I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing her. Aside from that, the rate of the refi that I got was fair and I'm going to use them again for my purchase in another state.

It was painless as far as the application. My credit score was a little low at first so Justin said that we needed to hold off until it was right. The person who I contacted with insisted that we kept going when there was sometime that I got frustrated and without his persistence, I would have said never mind. Plus, he borrowed less money than what I asked for. All in all, the persons who took my order and processed them were pretty helpful. The process was easy, too and I was very happy with the rates and terms that I received.

I found this to be the most open and easiest mortgage I ever had next to General Motors mortgage I had many years ago, which I wish they had kept it. All in all, we're happy with Network Capital. The guy that was helping us, Lawrence, was good at communicating and there was great turnaround time. We had started the process with a different company but they couldn't get it done. Instead of putting my wife and I on title and just my wife on the loan, they kept putting me on it. Everything went really well with Network Capital. They had the best rate and were the easiest to work with. The guy I was working with was very responsive and had a very positive attitude in getting it done. When we were going through the approval process, we're here in Miami, but everything's getting processed through San Diego. We had to wait on the West Coast time. It seemed to take a little bit longer. But, it wasn't that big of a deal.
