The application process with Network Capital was an electronic sign-up and it was straightforward. It was a little weird working with the reps because they're out of state, but they're legit. It was a seamless experience. But they’ve sold my mortgage to a different company so they’re not handling it anymore. It was a little bit weird too paying an extra fee to pay my mortgage.

I spoke with a guy over the phone at Network Capital and he was really good. I told him what I was dealing with an he was honest. He made me feel confident enough to go with the process. All the questions that I asked were answered and if there was something that he couldn't answer, he got back with me. The application process went pretty easy and it took from two weeks to a month to get the approval. But the rep lied to me because when I asked him if they were going to sell the mortgage, he said they didn't do that. But two months after I got the loan, they sold my mortgage to somebody else. I also had a buddy call him and he got a loan through Network Capital. But they did the same thing to him where they sold the mortgage within two months. Despite that, everything else that he did was upfront and pretty efficient.

Applying with Network Capital was really simple. Everything was done online, as far as paperwork went, and it was one of the best experiences. Their rep was awesome. On the initial call, he wanted my social security number and I told him that I was not comfortable giving that to him over the phone, so I asked if I could call him back. I also wanted to make sure they were a legitimate company. He agreed and that sold me right there because they were trustworthy. Then, the application and underwriting process didn't take very long, which took under three weeks. When I had a question and they didn't know the answer, they found the answer. They were very quick about it and were non-judgmental with everything .No matter what question I had, nothing was stupid, which was great.

I used Network Capital a couple of times and one time, I was disappointed and angry at them. I was closing on another house and taking a mortgage out on my own house. I needed the money at a certain time and they said they'd have it there. But they kept having problems. They didn't get the deed done, and at first, it had the wrong name on it, a neighbor of mine. They sent another one and another person came to my house, but it was the same deed. So that got canceled, then one more time it got canceled. So it was the fourth time that we finally got it settled. Then they said that I'd have the money at a certain amount of time, which still gave me time. And they didn't do it, it didn't happen. And I missed my date, but luckily for me, the owner of the house had a situation come up and they couldn't close that day. So by the time they were ready, the money was there, but I almost lost the house because of that.

Network Capital tried to do a loan for me in the very beginning and the numbers didn't work out. It was when everything was changing fast so I didn’t hold it against them. The customer support was always good because there was this man who helped us and explained things. He was very patient and nice. When it didn’t come down and Network Capital couldn't deliver what they promised, he was very honest. The interest rate and the loan didn't make sense. It wasn't a better loan for me than what I had. I said that it wasn’t good for me and he agreed. He told me to reconsider what was going on. But after Dolly contacted me and we restructured it and paid off some things, it made a lot more sense and it worked out for us well. She was very honest too. At that point, I was gonna keep the loan I had because it wasn't that bad. My interest rate was good. But she took the time to explain how this could help me and it actually helped me.

I liked Network Capital at first, but they traded me to another company which I didn't like. I got a refinance with Network Capital and the process wasn't bad. It also didn't take a long time. I told them that I was not going to pay the appraisal until I get it in writing that I'm approved so I could go through. They were good and they helped me. They also took me off of a big interest rate although I had to get somebody with me to help on it. I dealt with a little guy who got me through everything and a lady named Natalie who was very nice.

We did a refinance through Network Capital and the process was fairly fast. The rep we dealt with was very nice. They seem very knowledgeable.

I had a good experience with Network Capital until I up and got into natural disaster and got behind. And Network Capital, there was no leeway. We're just in a real bad hardship. We never got out of it. We're still in it. They sold the loan within 24 hours when we closed for one thing. Then the second thing was, they told me that I'd have to have go FHA in only six months. I ended up with PennyMac for 10 years at $214 a month. They didn't tell them the equation about it falls off in six months. I did a lot of things for them to be able to get that done. And they performed only enough to get the loan and sell it within 24 hours.

Network Capital offered the best rates and even more important the entire refinancing process was easy and fast thanks to Vicki ** and Kelly **. Whenever help was needed they were there. They let me confidently and securely through the process and the task was completed within three weeks. A great experience! Thank you "team".

I recently moved my mortgage to Network Capital, and the process could not have been easier. Vicki ** and Craigneisha ** were both personable and professional, their instructions were clear, everything was thoroughly explained, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Entirely stress-free, a perfect experience.

My experience with Network Capital has been great. The rep's attitude was great. He was very helpful. The terms and rate was all right.

Network Capital was very polite and helpful and the whole thing went over very quickly. They pushed through and got me the mortgage quickly. The only part that was hard is then it got transferred to Wells Fargo. Then Wells Fargo told me we underfunded the escrow. I paid it and then Wells Fargo told me that they were transferring to Mr. Cooper. Now, I have two statements and the interest statements are slightly off by $60. I should look up Network Capital again now and see if they would look at that same cottage for a home equity or contact Mr. Cooper. But all of it takes a long time.

Customer service poor, misleading on costs and rate. I will not do business with them.... I called them each time (3) they sent documents for review about the costs and the answer was it will be correct at closing. What is the point of reviewing wrong data, or is this a shell game, I didn't know, I backed out.

I refinanced my home and Network Capital worked with me. They were very cordial and eager to be of assistance.

Network Capital had a self-explanatory process. They sent things through email, and the response time was good. It was also smooth-going, and the rate and terms were decent. They could have been worse.

I've always enjoyed Network Capital. They've done several refinancing for me over the years. I have refied seven properties twice through them. The process was very easy compared to other experiences I've had with different lenders. It usually took three to four weeks. The loan officers were always available for questions that I had.

Network Capital’s reps were diligent, very professional and good at what they did. They kept after stuff. Somehow, the issue of my VA eligibility didn't get picked up early enough for either one of us to be happy about it. I had issue after issue come up so I ended up missing out on somewhere close to a percentage point on my interest because it was late in the game when we applied for the Veterans' benefit. There were some requirements that they needed that it was a little bit difficult for me to get together in the time that I had left and they sold my mortgage before I even made the first payment.

The process was good, and it was really nice working with the reps. They answered all my questions and they would call me back as soon as possible. They were very polite.

The refinancing process was okay, but I had an issue with Network Capital after. Similar to any other mortgage application with any other company, I had to provide a certain set of documents. It went through, then I had to do different steps. The reps answered questions. At the end though, my first process backfired on me. There was a fine print that was not clear at all. This should have been more explicit. I was 100% sure I was in my right, but I had no fund to protect myself. Therefore, I went their way at the end.

Mercedez and the team at Network Capital did an amazing job! She kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. Actually, everyone I dealt with was very helpful! I would strongly recommend working with Network Capital - from the first call to funding it was a fantastic process.

I got refinancing through Network Capital and they did everything. I contacted them by phone and it was easy to get a person. They answered all my questions and didn't try to be out the way. The process went fast. I started with one rep then ended up with three. And they all did a very good job.

I went with a VA with Network Capital and the process was pretty easy. I sent a couple of pieces of information to the loan officer and they ran the calculations. They told me right over the phone how much I qualified for and they sent me the letter to go shopping for homes. It only took about an hour to get it all done. Then, I was shopping around for a while and from the time that I found the house that I wanted and initiated it, it was three weeks.

I did a refi and Network Capital was the only one that seemed to wanna work with us. Their application process was rather simple. It was mostly over the phone with a lot of online documents back and forth. The rep was always available and very helpful and we got a low interest rate. I've referred a lot of people to Network Capital over the years.

Margaret, my loan officer, came up with Network Capital Funding. I did a refinance. But I didn't want a cash-out. I just wanted a low interest loan. My loan officer was trying to make sure I was okay with certain things and she didn't do to me what a couple other people did. Process-wise, most of the work was done with the person writing the loan. When all was said and done and I was approved, I got Network as the mortgage holder. The process took three or four weeks. My loan got switched to someone else two months ago.

The terms and conditions that I got from Network Capital were pretty good. The whole process with them took two months to finish and it was easy. They sent everything all over the computer and if I had any problems, I just call them up and ask them, making sure I got it right before I send it off. I always knew that there'd be someone there that I could talk to if I needed to and they were good about answering my questions to the point that I could understand them. Plus, they were not like a lot of places now where you got to wait for 10 minutes before they put you on a call, which was impressive. I would tell my friends to seek them out if they need mortgage loan and that I'm confident that Network Capital would be willing to help them out.

Mercedez was very kind and gentle. It was like I was talking to my own daughter. She did an outstanding job explaining every single thing to me and kept me informed every step of the way. There were some issues that she took on her hands and resoled them so with that said thank you Mercedez for everything.
