I've just refinanced my house with Nationstar, which had recently bought my FHA loan from BA. Since I had a very disappointing refinancing attempt in the past, I was rather hesitant and skeptical. I have to say that from the very first casual inquiry call to Nationstar, till the very last stage, it was a very fast, efficient and positive experience! Everything went very smoothly and the closing was done within a couple of weeks. I'm so thankful I did make that initial call without any prejudice. It was well worth it!

We've been with Nationstar ever since we bought the house in Georgia 8 years ago. We refinanced through Nationstar to lower the interest rate. In the course of the refi, I had spoken with several different people and they all were very polite and professional. They were there when I needed them and when I asked for them, they just took care of it. They were knowledgeable with what they told us and got us what we needed so I have no complaints. I got a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment which has helped us a lot. I wish they would take over my other ones. I've been overall satisfied from day 1 with Nationstar so definitely I'm trying to stay with them. I'm satisfied and can't ask for any more.

Our broker got us refinanced with Nationstar. We've been financed by them for years since and we recently refinanced. We've been going with them because we've always had good experiences with the company. We also wanted to get a lower rate and thought it was fun to do that. Their people were courteous, professional and very helpful. The one who guided us did a good job. He went back, got the numbers and came back. It all looked good and we went with it. The whole thing was fast. Patrick was good and John closed it. We had a notary come to the house, signed the papers and we were done within three weeks. Now, our mortgage payment is lower. We also haven't made our first payment yet - it's due on October 1. On the whole, Nationstar had been very courteous, professional and expedient so it was a good experience.

Worst experience ever! I am looking forward to the letter indicating our mortgage has been sold! Loan officer assigned to me is a joke - tells us 1 thing and then we get to the very end - says he never said that and does the complete opposite. He never returned our phone calls or emails. Am sure he received a commission on our refinance, but he shouldn't have. My wife and I should have received his commission check as an apology from Nationstar for the anguish we went through on behalf of this idiot! Began the refinance at the end of June - STILL, in the 2nd week of September, trying to straighten out this mess - TOTALLY created by, yes you guessed it, this idiot! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!

I'm really happy with Nationstar Mortgage despite all the negative reviews I have read. A big plus for me: they don't make mistakes in your mortgage calculations. I'm one of those rare people that checks every invoice and statement. And I know everything is computerized and so on and should be spot on, so I don't like to see even 1 penny discrepancy when it's NOT in my favor (multiply it by 12 months, 30 years and million people and you get a lot of money). Some mortgages would constantly make those 1 penny mistakes and that really annoyed me, BUT Nationstar Mortgage have never made such a mistake, or other calculation mistakes and I love that. Their online system is pretty intuitive, CS helpful, Refi took a bit too long, but they gave what they've promised. This is an organization that I would highly recommend and would work with in the future.

They have had to have me resign my modification documents 3 separate times because they lost paperwork. Then they lost the Quit Claim Deed I sent in. They offered me a $1000 gift card for all the trouble, said it would be here first part of August. It's now September and it has never showed. Then on 2 separate occasions they have incorrectly reported payment status to the credit bureaus. You cannot directly call that department. After supposedly losing my emails twice, I finally got a supervisor on the phone to assist in correcting the issues. The second occurrence was almost identical to the first. Nationstar Mortgage was fast and efficient. I was looking for a better rate from them because I knew the rates were low or better than what I recently had. Their mortgage professionals were very prompt during refinancing and I was really surprised we were able to get the whole thing done as fast as we did. I expected it to take a month or two, probably longer, to get the closing, but they were quick and thorough. It was also nice being able to do the majority of the stuff through electronic signatures so I didn't have to print things out. I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of my previous loan provider. The person who discussed my options brought that up as an option and explained to me everything. My option to just refinance wasn't worth it, unless we could get the home to appraise for enough that I could get out of the FHA. They also were able to drop my term down by about five years and keep my payment the same.

It didn’t come out that low, and according to the company, I’d save as much as $200-close to a three. I only got $100, but it's okay. Their process was easy and straightforward, but the only glitch I’ve had was the payoff amount that was supposed to come back at the end. Also, they gave solid guidance during the actual refinancing process. I told them the length of time I wanted to get it closed in due to my school, and the rep made it happen. They were courteous, fast, prompt, to-date, and addressed all of my issues. I’m happy with the service.

The mortgage professionals were very nice. The guidance that I received from their representative, Kevin, was very good and professional when discussing refinancing options. I haven't made the first payment with the accelerator program to get it set up. They would start it on November, but I have to pay upfront for October. And when I refinanced, my payment was around 768 but now it'll be 559 which is a benefit.

I proceeded to close on the sale and have been trying to get refunds for escrowed funds for taxes and insurance but no response. Not to mention that because the payments weren't properly handled at the time my loan was acquired from Bank of America. I've done refinancing several times and I inquired about it because I knew since I moved into my second house (which had a higher interest rate) that I should be able to get a better rate. My mortgage rate, when I originally bought my first house was 14% and Nationstar was astonished it was that high at some point, so I've refinanced several times to get that down to a reasonable rate. And since refinancing my loan with Nationstar, I've had a lower monthly payment.

I am in foreclosure in Massachusetts. I lost my job in March of 2014, and fell behind on three payments. I believe I was up to date in July 2015, but Nationstar Mortgage didn't cash my mortgage payments for April, May and June of 2015, then they put me into foreclosure. They sent me back three of my mortgage payments not cashed, April, May and June 2015 (?). I have been speaking with a representative from Nationstar about a modification for over a month now and now he won't answer his phone or return my calls? This is beyond frustrating. I am not sending them any money.

They send someone to my house to put a note on the door telling me to call Nationstar, which they add to what I owe them, and they send this person a couple of times a week, and expect me to pay some ridiculous high fee. I recently spoke with an attorney who informed me that Nationstar owns the company that puts the notes on the door, and there are several class action lawsuits because of such unethical practices.

Isn't there some law where mortgage servicers are suppose to attempt to help a homeowner stay in their home? Nationstar services mortgage for low income people and finds every possible loophole to charge us exorbitant fees and interest rates. Nationstar is a servicer of mortgage payments, meaning they only handle the billing of mortgages, they do not provide loans for people to get mortgages. Nationstar is putting people into foreclosure because they do not get paid until the loan is paid off, so if they put consumers into foreclosure and the property is sold and they get paid in full once they have the properties title. I have contacted the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts and they have been of no assistance. Thousands of people's homes have been put into foreclosure and no one is coming to the aid of the American consumers.

I called Nationstar and informed them that I had a check and I wanted to pay the house off and instead of rebuilding I was going to purchase another house. The representative from Lost Draft told me to sent them the check, an affidavit and a payoff letter. They went on to say after Nationstar receives the documents my home would get paid off. So I sent them the documents they requested and nothing happened. I called and they told me it would take 30 days. In the mean time they started aggressively calling me demanding a monthly payment while they were holding a check that was three times the amount of the payoff.

So as the thirty day mark approach (two day away) I get a call that says "Sorry the request was not submitted correctly and it will be another thirty days before your request can be completed." So I called to file a complaint and the lady for the complaint office gives me a new list of documents that needs to be completed before they can expect better yet apply the funds from the check they cashed almost thirty days ago. Oh the forms they need are a proposal from a contractor to do repairs. (Remember I informed them that I was not rebuilding but they need the forms anyway.) The contractor has to send an agreement to waive any lien on the work he will not perform on the house that is not being rebuilt. Plus other documents - I think you get the point. I have tried with Nationstar over the years and now I am fed up. Nationstar incorrectly paid me an escrow overage in 2014, showing I overpaid escrow by over $1,300 for 2013. I had received escrow overpayments in the past, however never that large. When I checked with Nationstar, they stated that it was correct. In 2015, Nationstar came back and stated I had an escrow underpayment of $2,200. After requesting an explanation for 2 months (and being told each time I called, there was nothing in their system regarding my previous calls), I gave up, resigned to their error and committed to try and get away from this company.

Fast forward to July 2015, I received my ARM recalculation letter and checked it as I always do given Nationstar's history. The error in the letter is blatant and clear. My interest rate is going up (which I knew), however Nationstar calculated the rate 0.5% higher than it should have been. When I called them on July 2nd and spoke with a representative (mind you I had to ask for a US based representative, since their main call center is in India), who could understand what my request was, she agreed with me that the rate calculation was incorrect and gave me the standard Nationstar line; "We will have someone contact you in 3-5 days with an update".

I started calling each week after the 4th of July with no response or correspondence from Nationstar (I was told at one point that I would receive a letter within 30 days of my original call). I received my September 2015 statement WITH THE INCORRECT INTEREST RATE! I spoke with a US based representative again on 8/24/15 and was told "The System" calculation story again.

It is my humble opinion that Nationstar is committing larceny against its customers via giving them the runaround and their deceptive practices. There is nothing that their customer service people are truly allowed to do to fix any complaints/issues and Nationstar is in clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act. This is my last attempt at a negotiated solution with Nationstar since this seemed like the most reasonable message board and Nationstar does not respond to written requests to their corporate offices or via their website.

I was $300 late w/ Sept payment to Springleaf, I called in late Sept to Springleaf and during Oct to Nationstar and was told NO by both. I could not make the payment. I called Nationstar 3x in Oct and was told my account was not yet setup to make payments, but I would not be reported as being late for 90 days. It was Nov before I could get someone to take a payment and get caught up. My credit report shows by Nationstar I have been 30 days late on mortgage SINCE Nov. I have called several times in prior months about billing in the evenings I get hung up on, during lunch I get put on hold.

In the first 5 months I was overcharged by almost $800. I have complained online giving examples in details numerous times.. I get emails I need to call... I get vm I need to call. I work too. Every time I call, I get put on hold or hung up on. I have been charged fees beyond late fees as Other. Now I had some guy on my porch today checking things out. I got a "customer care" person from Springleaf that called me months ago and I could never get thru to her or her vm. I've complained to the credit bureaus, after complaining numerous times to Nationstar directly.

I've been paying a mortgage on this place for 30 years and never seen anything like this via the two prior mortgages. If anyone thinks there are ethical dealings out there or companies that play watchdog to keep things ethical...I sure haven't seen it in the last 10 months. I received a certified letter dated 07/01/2015 that my mortgage account was past due for the May and June payments so I checked my bank account and it showed that the money was withdrawn from this account in May for the May payment. By the time that I got the letter from the post office it was already Friday evening, 7/17/15. I was behind on my June and July payment at this time but was going to make that payment and July's payment together. When I called Customer Service as the letter indicated to "fix" the problem I was told that my May payment was short due to an increase in my monthly payment due to a shortage in the escrow account so the payment was put into a suspense account. Although the day that I called on Monday, 7/20/15, they decided that they were sending the payment back to me and I was told that it would be transferred into my bank account.

I asked if I could make the other two payments and pay the last one when the money was put back into my account but Rose told me that I would have to pay $2,002.28 all at once and they couldn't take anything less. When the money was not in my account by 7/30/15 I started calling the customer service number and kept getting recordings that they were experiencing high call volumes and said to try my call later. I even left numerous voice mails for "my dedicated loan specialist". I finally got a real person to answer me on 8/5/15, her name is Carla (I asked for a last name but they are not allowed to give it out, more on this later). I told Carla that I finally received the money back (8/4/15) from them but it came by check in the mail! I was concerned because the letter stated that I only had to 8/5/15 to pay. It was 1:37 pm EST when I finally got her on the phone.

I wanted to find out what was the best way to get this money to them and to prevent any further action. I specifically asked if I needed to do the cashier's check, money order etc. or could I do it through my BillPay. She told me that BillPay would be ok. I paid the $3,003.43 (increased by $1,000 more by this time) that she told me that I would have to pay to prevent any further action. I even told her that I was going to make the Aug payment on 8/14/15 through BillPay and she said that would be OK. Well I thought that was it until I received a certified letter on 8/17/15 from a lawyer's office that my property was being foreclosed on!! I immediately started calling the customer service number again and my dedicated loan specialist (still no return calls) and I finally got someone on the line but I had to be transferred to a different dept. which was the bankruptcy dept.

I spoke with Liz ID#** (again wouldn't give me last name) and she informed me that the money I paid on 8/5/15 was applied to a misc. account. She said she was going to put in a request to correct it but at that time the status of foreclosure did not have a scheduled sale date. Asked me to call back on 8/21/15 to make sure everything was corrected. I also told her that another payment was cleared from my bank account because she didn't see that payment either. Well today 8/20/15 that payment was refunded and put back into my bank account?!?!?! So again I was back on the phone trying to get a real person when I finally got Andre **. He told me the money still hadn't come out of the misc. account and they rejected the last payment and I was now in foreclosure and the only way I could stop it was to pay the $926 legal fees and the payment they refunded.

Andre said that it went into foreclosure because they did not receive the entire payments by 8/5/15, the same day I talked to Carla and made payment arrangements. I told him the above story and he said that there wasn't anything he could do, he did not say it very nice either. I asked him if I could speak to someone higher than him and he finally came back on the line and told me that they were out to lunch and I could leave a voicemail, which I did. He actually made me so upset that I was crying. I did not get a callback after three hours so I decided to call again. Andre didn't give me the number of this person and the only thing I heard before I left a message was the name Ingram. I was able to get someone in the escalation dept. around 4 pm EST and she was very helpful after all the runaround.

Her name is Katelyn and not only was she helpful, she actually returned my call after having to go research the situation and by the way gave me her last name, her direct phone number and email address. I will follow up with her tomorrow to make sure we are still going to keep our family home. The sad part is that I am still going to have to pay the attorney fees of almost $1,000 but at least I hope that we finally got this situation resolved. I think that I may talk to our attorney to see if I can do anything else. IT IS JUST A HARD LESSON TO LEARN AND IT WAS A HIGH PRICE TO PAY because If they had told me correctly what to do the first time this could have been avoided and would have been resolved before going to attorney.

On July 18, I received a statement indicating a payment in the amount of 6,076.39 was due on 8/1/15 to make my account current. According to the statement that amount included the regular monthly payment for August ($2896.60), overdue payments ($2,261.70) and "fees and charges" ($918.09). I paid the total of 6,076.39 prior to August 1st in 3 different installments ($3112.65, $2896.60, and $67.14). However on 8/19/14 I received my next statement stating I owed an additional $1,130.85 in overdue payments and an additional $918.09 in "fees and charges".

I have called Nationstar numerous times and spoken to customer service representatives and managers who promise me that this will be investigated and I will be called back but I never receive a return call. No one has been able to provide an explanation as to what exactly happened to the payments I made in the amount of 6, 076.39 which should have made my account current. It has now been a year and this has yet to be resolved. Nationstar continues to charge my account late fees month after month on an amount of "overdue money" that they can't explain.

In May our Bank of America Mortgage was sold to Nationstar. I hear this is happening more often with banks, so I thought nothing of it. A mortgage company is a mortgage company, right? All you should have to worry about is making payments on time. WELL, they lost our first payment. I didn't know about it until I went to make our second payment and the system said we owed double our usual monthly payment. I looked at our account online and our payments were in fact processed, just never applied to the account. I quickly wrote an email demanding resolution and expressed my displeasure with our very first experience with the company. I received an email back the next day stating the issue was resolved, and assured me that it should not happen again. That's acceptable to me - after all, maybe as a new customer there was a glitch in the system.

Well, now it is August (only 3 months after the loan was sold to Nationstar) and we are receiving calls demanding a payment (which was made in late July). I cursed under my breath when my wife told me that she received a voicemail at work and asked me to handle it. I gathered the confirmation numbers for our payments and called the 866 number.

Let me tell you, the phone system was utterly ridiculous. Since they lost our payment, the automated system would not let me move forward with my phone call until I said four times that I did not want to make a payment, schedule a payment, or commit to making a payment at a later date. I finally got past the collections machine to the actual main menu. I was surprised to find that "customer service" or "I have a problem with my account" were not options, and I had to push "0" (unprompted) to speak to an operator. Then after a short recording about how Nationstar sometimes acts as a debt collector, it said "please hold" and dropped the call! I had to go through the entire process again.

Infuriated, I tried to access the account online to fire off another email. Nope, server was down. I could not access the website through any of my web browsers. I mumbled under my breath as I was working through the automated phone nightmare, again. Luckily, the second time I called and navigated the automated phone tree, the call was not dropped and I was connected to Carmi. Carmi asked me for my name after I explained our situation. Guess what? I am not on the account. I am informed that we cannot proceed without authorization from my wife, and even though the company can take my money (and misplace it), they are unable to allow me to fix the issue on the account. I tried to get the call escalated to a supervisor, and Carmi refused. We are now in limbo until the wife has time off during regular business hours to fix the issue.

Needless to say, my next call was to another mortgage company to discuss refinance options. We have a meeting next Tuesday to go over what options would be best and be done with this nightmare. I'm not even interested in lower payments or using the equity in our home. I'm just so far beyond DONE with dealing with Nationstar (a company I never asked to do business with) that I would rather go through the loan process again than continue to give my hard earned money to them. Let me tell you, after dealing with Bank of America for six years (our original lender), we only had to call them once for assistance, and it was a pleasant experience. This is the first time I've EVER had such a negative experience with a financial institution.

The last strike, after several bad service experiences, is dealing with the insurance department. We were poorly notified of changes to insurance requirements and not given enough time to satisfy them. Told there wasn't anything they could help us with. The reasoning: "it's after the second notification letter which states the deadline and repercussions." The only problem is the second letter we received is the exact same as the first.

I actually called after the first letter and was routed into an automated system that simply confirmed we had an active policy on file and then hung up. If you're going to have specific deadlines, you should properly notify your customers and when you request they call with questions, connect their calls with a live agent. Definitely refinancing to go with another lender. Ugh.

I also talked to Colleen who finished up all the refinancing. The entire process was smooth and easy. They even had the notary come to the house for the final signing of the papers. I had such a positive refinancing experience and I was surprised. With the new refinancing, we're going to save money because it shortened the life of the loan by three years. We were trying to refinance our house and we started a process with another "mickey mouse" company in January 2015. Our friend who is the owner of this broker told us that because of all our debts they could find only one company to give us the loan. And for our despair they started being so picky that they were asking for documents every freaking month. The beginning of July our friend called us to go to her office (almost 30 miles away) and told us that we would sign that loan on the following week and that we needed to cancel ALL our credit cards because our debt ratio was TOO HIGH. Then we talked with other friends and they told us that they NEVER heard about it before in their lives.

So they advised us to look for that company (PMAC) on the internet to check their reviews. Thank God I did that! The reviews were the worst. So we cancelled all the process after paying for subordination fees, appraisal and credit reports. And we decided to do the refinance with Nationstar Mortgage which is our lender for years. The process was so smooth and in just one month everything was done. I could upload all the documents that they needed in a encrypted website and the guys who took care of the process (Adam ** and Jack **) are great. Thank you for everything!!

Also had to pay late fees even though I had signatures of Nationstar employees who had received and not applied my payments. I had to report Nationstar to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in order to get a response from Nationstar employees to resolve the terrible cycle of payment issues they created.

Many many Nationstar employees made empty promises and quit returning phone calls and emails when they didn't know how to or want to help. Due to a medical situation we had to use some of the funds to pay medical bills but this does not matter to them. Trying to avoid being homeless but they always find away to make themselves look like they are doing something.

Just wanted a forbearance so we could get caught up. This was way back in January 2015. They have not offered us any option other than turn over the home or short sale. Sorry I no longer have my Jim Walters mortgage, if I could go back. Sad they don't care. Just have to pray on this one.

We have had to hire a lawyer and just trying to save our home. We had a dedicated loan specialist but could never get anywhere with her. In the past two years or so, we have had over five of these. Something has to change with this company, you get too many incorrect answers and they truly do not care about the people they service. Praying others like ourselves can find the help we need. It is just sad they say one thing and then do just the opposite.

Two months ago, they sent me a letter in the mail stating that I was eligible for refinancing. I appreciate them sending that letter because I tried to get mortgage refinancing and my house was always upside down too far for anybody to refinance. Last week, everything was finalized and now I'm just waiting to pay for the first month. Nationstar worked with me really well and it was a good experience. They might have been able to sharpen their pencil a little more but they saved me money and got me out of that interest rate that was continuously going up. They got me at the interest rate now which I’m happy, and it’s for the life of the loan.

Over the last 23 years we have gone through the process of financing 5 homes. NEVER have we had an experience like we are having with Nationstar Mortgage/Greenlight Loans with the refinance of our current home. Let me begin by saying they solicited our business. We did not seek them out. Our process began last spring. Our first closing coordinator left the company after our refinance began. No one contacted us to let us know this person left. My husband's attempts to contact the closing coordinator simply went unanswered. When we finally realized our original closing coordinator was no longer there we were assigned another one. Each month we were told we would be closing but something would happen to change that.

We understand things occasionally come up. But, several months in a row? Each month that we were told we would be closing we were also told we would not have a monthly payment due. So, we didn't make the payment. Inevitably, we would be contacted by the mortgage company and told that the mortgage payment was late. With each phone call we went through the explanation of how we were in the process of refinancing and had been told to disregard the payment request because we would be closing. We gave the name and contact information of the closing coordinator to everyone with whom we spoke. There must be little or no communication between Greenlight and Nationstar because they never followed up with the information we provided to contact our closing coordinator.

When my husband would contact the closing coordinator again, there would be yet another reason we were not closing and another reason that month's payment should be made. Did the closing coordinator contact us and tell us to make the payment? No. We would find this out after we contacted her as a result of getting the phone call about the payment being late.

At the end of May we were finally to receive the closing paperwork. We were to have a split closing because of my husband's work schedule, military obligations, and travel. An agent came to our house with the copy of the paperwork for me to sign. I noticed the date of the first payment was different on the paperwork from what the closing coordinator had provided to my husband. I informed my husband of this. My husband contacted the closing coordinator to let her know the date of the first payment on our paperwork was not the date she had provided him, nor what was agreed upon. He informed her that we would exercise our right to cancel the refinance process if this was not corrected. She replied to him that since we were doing a split closing it was a "lil tricky" (slang, no punctuation, and abbreviations seem to be acceptable in correspondence from closing agents to potential clients).

She told him since he was signing in June the paperwork would be corrected after returned and show the agreed upon date for the first payment of August, we would have no payment for July. The agent who provided him the paperwork to sign actually lined through the July payment date, wrote in the August payment date, and initialed this. We have a copy of this paperwork.

(We have this in an email string and have sent this to the Consumer Affairs Department of Nationstar. This string of emails also includes the conversation between my husband and the closing agent as to what was needed by him for the closing. She had told him he would have to provide a check upon closing--since he was to be the last to sign, he had to provide the check--I could not provide the check when I signed. She did not tell him this could not be a personal check. Because he was due to sign on a Friday and was not in a location near a bank, he was unable to get a cashier's check for closing. The closing had to be put off yet again. My husband was then told he could wire the money, but was provided no information as to whom to wire. He had to email the closing coordinator back asking for the wiring information. At the end of all this, we were told that I could have provided the check when I signed. A much easier task since our bank is very nearby.)

Trusting our closing agent, my husband signed his paperwork and it was submitted. When we did not make a July payment, the calls indicating our payment was late began again. We went through the whole story with everyone who called. Again, this information seemed to be passed along to no one. I spent 3 - 3 1/2 hours on the phone with one Nationstar representative or another trying to get this straightened out. (Nationstar should have proof of this as they tell you at the beginning of each phone call that they may be recording the call for training purposes.) Much of this time was me being put on hold and bounced from collections to customer service. Every representative was nice, although unhelpful. No one seemed to be able to do anything.

I was finally given the name and email of a contact in the Consumer Affairs Department. I provided the string of emails between the closing agent and my husband to her. She has basically told me there is nothing they can do. I was also provided the name and number of the supervisor of the closing coordinator. He and I talked through everything that had happened. He was to speak with his supervisor that evening and be back in contact with me the following day. That was over a week ago. I have yet to hear from him. I have called and left him several messages. Maybe he is on vacation? This refinance was to save us around $300 per month. It has not been worth it. We are currently pursuing other options for refinance. Our business will not remain with Nationstar Mortgage/Greenlight Loans.

Updated on 08/22/2015: After publishing my review on 08/08/15 about the bad experience we have had throughout our refinance process with Nationstar Mortgage/Greenlight Loans, I received an email from the company on 08/11/15. This email apologized for the "misunderstanding" and stated they were looking into our records and would contact me within 5-7 business days.

I am not sure to what "misunderstanding" they might be referring. A misunderstanding is when you incorrectly interpret information you have been provided. We did not misinterpret anything. We have direct information from the closing coordinator handling our refinance as to what was agreed upon between the company and us. We have an exchange of information stating that we would exercise our right to cancel the deal if paperwork was not corrected to reflect what had been agreed upon and the statement from the closing coordinator that the paperwork would be changed and the agreed upon terms would be reflected.

What Nationstar Mortgage/Greenlight Loans terms as a "misunderstanding" I term as being provided fraudulent information from the company. The stated and agreed upon terms with the closing agent are not being honored. This information was evidently provided in an attempt to close this deal and complete this refinance so we would not cancel. The 5-7 business days during which I was to receive a resolution email from Greenlight Loans/Nationstar Mortgage has come and gone with no contact from the company. According to our experience, this seems to be a pattern with them. I never did hear from the supervisor of our closing coordinator who was going to get back with me the following day... that was about 3 weeks ago. We are continuing to pursue this company honoring the agreed upon terms with our refinance.

She made me personally feel special and that she was going to be there for me at all times during this. You have a great employee!

My refi went very smooth. Paul ** was great and helped me through the entire process. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very positive throughout the process. He did a great job and was one of the main reasons I decided to refi with Nationstar.

When we first got Nationstar I had auto payment. They said I wasn't making payments and I was and I had to ask for paper statements.
