To whom it may concern,

Two years after buying my home, Gateway increased our mortgage by $700 Because of an error on THEIR part. They were accounting for a 65+ age tax deduction from the previous owner... We are 30 year olds who would never apply or qualify for, as well as we did not ask for it nor were aware of. Here we are 2 years later they have caught it and are asking us to pay back $6700 or increase our mortgage $700 a month. This is a terrible mistake they are taking no responsibility for! And now my family is being put under severe hardship. I’d give 0 stars if possible!

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Gateway right up until I made my very 1st payment. VERY unprofessional to charge your interest paying customers (interest for 30 years might I add) $10 for the convenience of paying online. Low class! Don't worry though, it won't happen again I can assure you of that.

Cody is the best loan officer I have ever used! If you want a responsive, friendly, and open transaction he is your guy. He got me the best rates, stayed in contact as to the best timing for locking in my rates, and kept me posted at every step along the way. He is so easy to work with and you feel right at home with him from the moment you meet him. I recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone I know who's in the market. I will be buying an investment property in the near future and you can be sure Cody will be who I go to.

Great. I was very pleased with the service people were nice to deal with. Would do it again. Quick and on top of things everyone I was helped by. Would recommend to others. EV was great at being on top of my paperwork and answered all my questions in a timely matter.

My experience with Gateway Mortgage Company was exceptional. The ease of the whole process and the professionalism of all involved was such a relief in a transaction that could have otherwise been very nerve-wracking!! I definitely recommend them with your next home purchase!

I recently received a letter leaving me to believe I no longer had a mortgage with Gateway. How did this letter mistakenly get sent to me? I contacted someone that told me the letter was sent in error. Hopefully this kind of error is not common.

Jenn ** was and is the most professional person that I have every worked with. She went out of her way many times to help and resolve all of our questions and concerns, provided a superior quality of of service. Everything about my experience with Gateway was wonderful. They really know what they are doing. When I had questions they were always there to answer them. Every step of the way I would get information about what was happening next.
