21st Mortgage had a rapid response time. The process of getting the mortgage was lengthy but it was thorough and easy to follow. Their online application process was up to date, and they were informative. The application and underwriting process were the longest portion of the wait time. It took about three weeks. They could improve on the specifications of the requirement. Whenever I needed the requirements for the loan to be approved, it was not specific as to what I needed to gather. We had to redo almost the whole loan in order for it to be approved. Other than that, Customer support was good. I was pleased with it. My rep was very helpful and patient. I was impressed with his communication. My experience with 21st has been great. They gave me a chance to have a new beginning. I've been a previous customer with 21st, too, and I'd tell others to give it a try.

21st Mortgage was great. The process was very easy, and all the stuff I did was done within a little over a week once I figured out this stuff.

This company (Shez) always works with me on my payments. A really nice young man always Helpful. I told them that I can't pay until I get my social security payment. They are always very understanding. I get it on the second Wednesday of the month. My payment is due on the first.

Andrew had great communication and response time to numerous emails. Was very pleased with him and his knowledge getting us through the process. Everything was handled very professional and quickly! Jonathan was very helpful through the whole process!! If there was ever questions we had they got answered very timely! He made sure we knew exactly what was expected of us so as not to slow down the process of getting the loan closed! And the closing was very easy and fast.

Grant was very helpful & patient with me. I am a first time buyer & he was very helpful. He explained the documents I needed to send back and what additional documents were needed. He worked me on the time deadline as well. He also explained why some information was not enough.

I think the process took two weeks longer than it had to. 6 weeks total. I learned, rather than wait to know what documents were needed next that it was just easier to login everyday and review what was needed myself and get it accomplished. I found that I was the informer of information sharing. I advised the real estate agent several times what your company was still needing from the seller as well. The last 2/3 weeks I relied on the company website and not the loan processor. It seems you all work in silos, unfortunately. But the deal got done, and we are extremely happy with our home purchase.

Trevor ** and team were extremely helpful throughout the process. Available to answer questions anytime and helped me throughout the process. The process was relatively quick and I received notifications each time there was an update or status change. All in all I was very pleased with my experience with 21st Mortgage.

The experience made a difference entirely. Any questions were answered in a timely fashion and if we needed extra help they were easy to get ahold of.

There are other companies but I would recommend 21st Mortgage first. The process was a little longer than we had thought, but that was no fault of theirs. I was able to get ahold of our guy there on a regular basis for any questions. There were a few things that could have been said better though. I didn't know that I was supposed to provide something and the rep didn't make it seem like I was supposed to provide it. They can be a little bit more clear with things. But all in all, it was a good experience.

We bought the place and we're still trying to get the title and tag. I only paid 32,000 for the trailer. 15,000 something apiece because it's a double-wide. But it's showing on the paperwork that we paid 32,000 apiece for the trailer. So it's showing me having to pay an extra $800 on taxes. I talked with the title company and the mortgage company. I can't get a straight answer from anybody. The title company said the only thing they got was showing what we paid in full for the place. But 21st Mortgage didn't know. Our loan officer said that we had to deal with the title company. The title company said the only thing they have is what we paid in full for. The guy told me he was gonna call the tax assessment and find out what was going on. But I have not heard back from him. It's been over a week now.

I heard about 21st Mortgage through friends of mine, because they said they were one of the companies that specifically does mortgages on mobile homes or double wides. The application itself was long and overdrawn. There were overcomplicated stuff that shouldn't have been that bad and I feel like there were quite a few things that were extremely redundant. The communication was okay, but I feel like I had to reach out to them more often than I should have. They could have better communication and a little bit less paperwork, because when I bought my actual house, I've never had to go through a whole bunch of this stuff.

I would like to say that I have had an absolute positive experience with 21st Mortgage. The customer service is excellent and Matthew ** has been very helpful with our mortgage and has been very professional and understanding with us concerning our account. I give him 5 stars for his excellent service. He always keeps in contact with monthly to see how things are going financially, since my fiance had to resign from employment due to his disability. I thank him especially for making me feel that he can work with us if we aren't financially able to make a full payment in the middle of the month and works with me to help me keep on track. I also want to thank all the employees that also help when Matthew isn't available and as always are very respectful and professional.

Sarah goes above and beyond to help me in the confusion of mortgages and number crunching that has been outstanding and untouched for a Long period of time. I was called a liar trying to make a payment with a hundred dollars extra to get caught up then they didn't want the money just threat me with foreclosure because I am One month late. They tried to get me to promise something I can't do, just harmful nasty confusion. I was trying to do the right thing. The people were mean and it's a shame they treat you so bad when you are trying to make things better.

I looked up 21st Mortgage and saw all the good reviews. The overall experience so far has been a blessing. It’s great. The application process was simple and easy. Everybody was nice and reached out to me fast. Any time I had a question and I needed help, the reps were right on it and gave me all my answers. It was awesome. I was happy through the whole thing.

The application process at 21st Mortgage was really quick, just a day or two. But I got the vibe that the rep was rude to my Realtor and had her doing things that was really his job to get the job done. I would recommend it but I hear that there are lower interest rates available and other places available. The rate's not great. I had a credit score of 815, so I should have gotten a good rate but it's still not good.

There were a couple of little hiccups with 21st Mortgage. One of them was when we closed on June 3rd, I was informed on that day we could not get our key because it's a soft close, which means you pay but you don't get the keys to your mobile home until the mobile home park gets the check. There was a disconnect between what happened and what the Realtor thought would happen. The second hiccup I had was I got the coupon book, got out the directions, mailed the first payment to 21st, but they sent it back. I noticed it was returned to my bank. My roommate called 21st and paid it over the phone. I'm hoping it was paid on time. The whole timing is a little confusing. Also, I am curious if every payment I make will show how it breaks down - how much is going to escrow, how much is going to interest, and how much is going to the principal.

21st Mortgage was the mortgage company that the broker I use recommended that he goes through. I got with them for a new mortgage, and the application process was straightforward. My broker uploaded the documents for me, but I was the one who had access to the site. He had his own different kind of access to the loan information. I would view the site and know what I needed to do and what I needed to complete, and then get that to him. He took care of most of that.

21st Mortgage was the only one that I knew of that did the type of financing that I needed for a mobile home. It was a chattel for a mobile home in a park. I applied originally for a regular loan as if I was gonna put a mobile home on a piece of property and then, I changed my mind and did another one. I sent in all my financials and the rep walked me through it from there. Matt, my loan officer, was helpful and great at answering my questions. But I would suggest that 21st go with a different appraisal company. At the very end, I was worried about the appraisal because there was a bit of confusion based on the website and the paperwork that I saw of what it had to appraise for. In my portal, it said it needed to appraise for 63 and I don't know if that was because of the processing fees. But they only appraised for 60. I talked to Matt and he said it was fine. There was just a discrepancy. For a good two days, I was freaking out. But overall, I'm perfectly happy with everything.

I've had 21st Mortgage before. I had to refinance and went with them again. Originally, when I first started my mortgage back in 2020, I talked to two different banks. And then when I refinanced this year, I talked to two different banks. The refinance process with 21st wasn't too difficult. My loan officer was okay. There was just a lot of miscommunication because the one person didn't read some of the emails all the way through and all the questions. I had a closing agent ask questions of certain items that they were requesting. He would answer the first question but not the other three that were in the email. I like 21st Mortgage. It's just sometimes, getting answers from them can be a pain. I get a runaround sometimes. But other than that, it's fine.

The application process was easy. But a phone call would work better than email in saying that something was needed. It was a two-month process. The first month and a half was me calling every three days to try to figure out what was going on because I wasn't getting any information through 21st Mortgage Corporation. Nine out of 10 times, I would have to leave a voicemail and wait for somebody to call back. It would normally take three days to hear back from somebody whenever I called.

I submitted the documents to 21st Mortgage, and the process was all done through email. If I could have changed one thing, I'd add more telephone communication. That would have made things a little bit clearer. Still, it was a very quick process. My loan officer was fine. Our interaction was done mostly through text, but he answered promptly. There were no concerns. He did a great job.

21st Mortgage was the only one that would do a single wide with land mortgage so that's where we had to go but the lending process was horrible. There was no communication with anything. We had to go through a few different branches of people every phone call. The sellers are our close friends and we're all in connection all the time. They sent documents four different times because they kept sending them the request form and they just did not play out well.

21st Mortgage was the only company that was able to service our loan in North Carolina and my experience with them was horrible. I know they have a certain process to follow, but the whole process was ridiculous and even getting up to closing, our agents in North Carolina have never heard of certain processes they have. Also, they didn't keep us informed that we needed certain documents and certain things done until the last minute. The rep we worked with would answer calls and respond to emails but we had better communication with the person that was filling in for him when he was on vacation for a week.

This loan for a home is a scam, they took advantage by raising interest rate to 10.63% “because the economy" even with a decent credit score and out of the payment I have on a 128,000 loan, only 130.00 is going to the principal each month and 1100 in interest only. Any company that has great values would never charge that much interest. I’m a mother with 4 children and this bank is stealing almost most of my income in interest but price gouging. Despicable!

Please do not use this company! They took out a lien against our property and then the doublewide was not deliverable. They charged 9000 and some odd dollars before they said the release of the lien would be available. They have now had the funds for two weeks and still have not sent it to be processed. Please, Please Look into your finance options before choosing this one. Signed homeless and frustrated.

21st Mortgage was patient because we kept having to push things back because of the situation with the house I was buying. They helped and gave me a long extension. I was also approved within a day, and once everything was in place, we were good to go. The loan person got back to me really quick through email. It was, all across, a pleasant experience. This is the first time I've ever bought a house, and the price seemed fair for everything, so I was happy with it. Everybody that knows more also said, “No. It's good."

21st Mortgage is a good way to start whatever it is people are trying to start. There's ups and downs with everything being online though. If you have good service, then you can access everything quickly. If you don't, then you'd have to wait until the evenings when you're back home. That's what I would run into, but everything's straightforward. I never met the 21st Mortgage person that handled my paperwork, but everything was submitted to him from the sales woman that I was working with. They made it all work seamlessly for me. They explained what it is I needed and highlighted out whatever it was that I had to specifically sign or read. There weren't many questions that I had to ask them. I just had to sign paperwork and turn it back in. A lot of it was done together with the sales rep, and she made it easy for me.

This was my first time purchasing a home or even getting a loan, so it was something that was simple. I was provided a person who was assigned to my mortgage case and he provided his email and contact information, so any time I had any questions or concerns, I would reach out to him and he would reach out. The customer support was good for the most part. When the person who was dealing with our case was on vacation, 21st Mortgage assigned us to someone else during the time he was gone and that person kept up with all of our information, and they knew everything that was going on. So we never got lost or left in the dark.

I was originally quoted 90 days and I still can't occupy the home over 130 days later due to the title not being sent out until 14 days after closing. I dealt with about 4 different Mortgage Officials. Each one didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Even our realtor was confused about why they were asking for certain things they never have.

Overall, I felt my experience was good. I felt, at times, it was a little disorganized. I would email documents, then get the update they were still needed. Then at times re-emailed a second and sometime third time. That became a little frustrating at times. Everybody I talk to was very professional and courteous. I would use the mortgage company again.

I have spoken with other representatives in the past but Austin has been the first to wholeheartedly understand my problem that came unexpectedly. The first guy I worked with at 21st Mortgage was a little dry, but Lindsay was good. She worked with me well because there were some hiccups, and she made sure that did got corrected. The service was good. I would have loved a lower rate. I wasn't clear on the escrow for the homeowner’s insurance. I paid mine in advance but they still have to add it to the mortgage. I was just trying to lower it. But since I can't lower it that way, I just have to try lowering it by refinancing. Overall, 21st will work well with you to try to get you financed.

The process with 21st Mortgage was a little confusing, but that goes along with me being a first-time homeowner. There were a few times that I got discouraged, but it was more because of frustration of feeling overwhelmed. They needed a proof of how much money I make which I sent over. Then there was a certain thing that they needed from my employer and my employer would give them what they needed. They didn't know how to connect to do it. They were able to figure it out but they had to do it three times. They had said if they had to do it again, they were gonna charge me for it.

I would not recommend 21st Mortgage Corporation to anybody. They weren't transparent and negotiable. They were rude. They did not and do not follow the federal guideline. And they said, “Oh, because of the product.” I said, "If the feds will up their rate, reduce it, would you all follow with them?" "Oh, we don't have to." And the thing about it is there’s not a lot of lenders that would fund mobile homes. So, because they think they had a monopoly that they could do whatever they want. Horrible experience.

All of the people that we worked with were very nice. I spoke with one person. I would have appreciated a callback. But 21st Mortgage Corporation was very good and efficient. And we enjoyed talking to them. They were easy to work with. The rep was very knowledgeable about the loan. He only took Carl's credit. It could have been a misunderstanding on our part, but we thought we were both on the loan. So when it came right down to closing, it delayed us over a week. And we were in a hotel with two dogs waiting to get in. Also, 21st Mortgage expensive on their rates, but they're good. And they get you in to the house that you want.

Once all that's approved, they will start requesting seller documents. My Realtor was on top of everything. I hardly had any role to do. Just submitted the simple paperwork that I had. As soon as I submitted the documents, they were on top of it to update my application to get it approved as soon as possible. They sent the documents to escrow. I signed. They reviewed them and approved everything in two business days. We ran into a few issues with the stuff. But if we didn't have those issues, it would have taken two weeks maximum to close from the day that I submitted my application. I was scared, but they made it simple and easy. I would definitely recommend others to go with Matthew and 21st, 'cause of the simplicity and how fast they were to get the ball rolling and close everything.

The application process at 21st Mortgage was very easy. Once I got all the paperwork and gave the information to them that they wanted, it didn't take long at all to get approved. The only thing that I think could have been improved is, when they needed information, they didn't send me a list of exactly what they needed. They said, “To do this." I sent them that. And they said, "I need this." I sent them that. It kept going back and forth until I finally got everything that they needed. But when I had questions, they took care of them. They told me what I needed to do. The rep I worked with was very good, too. Once I got everything to him, it didn't take him long at all. Within two days, I got an approval. Everything went smoothly.

I bought a manufactured home thru 21st Mortgage. We did most of the stuff online and with the help of the lady that sold it. I would call 21st Mortgage if I had concerns and if I couldn't reach them, they would get back to me quickly. The loan process took a month, which was pretty fast. I thought it was going to be a little longer. The closing was easy, too. I would recommend them.

21st Mortgage is effective. They would respond by email and it would be within an hour of when we would email them. Their process was quick. It only took a couple of weeks to get done, and we were set up for closing. Even in the middle of the process, our loan officer was able to take a vacation.

I put the subject as underwriting as I’m not sure where the issue was. Happy 21st was able to help me with funding with the loan however, I was Jonny on the spot with everything that was required and they were still looking for more that was totally irrelevant to the loan itself. I had too big down payment the income to support the loan, but they wanted petty last minute requirements that made me and my boyfriend have to drive four hours to get and wake up our four year-old son. I’ve owned business in the past and 6 homes and never experienced such.

We did not have a good experience on getting the home. We were constantly getting a runaround. They were telling us the wrong steps. He told us to send in paperwork, she told us it wasn't the right paperwork. He told us that we have to do one thing, she told us another. He told us the steps were complete, she told us another. We would call him and sometimes he wouldn't answer. On the 21st Mortgage that I have, my name is on it and my fiance's name is not on the deal. He told all the information to my fiance and didn't contact me not one time. My fiance had to tell him to contact me to update me on the information. I had to get all the information from my fiance, which wasn't fair because his name's not even on it.

21st Mortgage Corporation made my life difficult and charged me for it. Their people yelled at me and hung up the phone on me. They're very unprofessional. They cannot treat people like that regardless if they were the only loan company or not. You don't treat human beings like that. I would never deal with them if I had to. 21st already had my loan because Triad had already sold them my loan, but it had both my ex-husband's and my name on it. They wouldn't remove his name. They had me refinance, doubled my interest, and extended my loan out, on $27,000. I felt ripped off.

If you own a successful small business and have several expenses paid through the business account, do not apply with them. We have an excellent accountant, well versed in tax law and she allocates funds according to the best fit for the small business. The underwriter and credit manager refused to discuss the fact that pre-tax expenses CANNOT be posted on a 1040 because they are noted in the P & L and balance sheets along with the 1120S. The tax accountant's knowledge has helped the small business to increase capital every year while preventing the personal accounts from being pressured by business expenses. Look elsewhere if you are a successful small business owner, with exceptional credit score because they don't want your business.

Worst experience ever! I was approved and then at the very last minute declined. I was putting down 20% on a double wide mobile home, they wanted another 10k. They put me through unnecessary financial and emotional distress. Had to continuously resubmit documents. They prey on their clients. Thank God it didn’t happen. Saved me from going down a deep dark rabbit hole!

We were able to upload through the app, or a couple of things we weren't sure if that was what we needed, we just sent straight to our loan officer. And if it was what we needed, he sent it straight through to their people to look over and get updated. It was quick and simple. Once we got everything together, it was almost immediate. It was a week. The interest rates are high right now, so ours was decent. And with putting more down on our down payment, we got a lower interest rate.

We ran into some issues with some paperwork that we were missing. They were requesting a pay stub for a future date that we were not gonna have available in another two weeks. But everything else, considering it's a mortgage process and we've never done anything like it, was simple and straightforward. It was faster than I was expecting. Things moved seamlessly for the most part. The only objection I had was with regard to the funding. I still do not understand why we had to wait for funding after we signed everything. I am an attorney so I am familiar with the documents and it seemed a little burdensome.

Working with my lender, I was lied to on a few different occasions. 1) I wanted to put down $75,000 and I was told that I could only put down $65,000 (violation). 2. When talking with Tyler about monthly payments with 65k and 75k down he told me the interest rate would be higher with more $ down and that my monthly pmt would be more. He threw monthly payments at me that weren’t even close to the actual payment. I had a mortgage calculator in front of me. 3. I wanted to get my own homeowners insurance and I was told by Tyler that if I didn’t go with his insurance, the process would take a lot longer and delay the scheduled closing. I am reporting this because this is the worst experience and dishonesty that I have ever experienced. What happened to integrity, honesty and the Fair Lending Act?

The process for borrowing from my manufactured home was very well explain and easy to follow. Most of it was done online on their web site, but I had the help of a real agent that was always easy to reach out, either by email and/or by phone. The rates are very competitive and the payment terms are very well described.

Overall was a good experience, people at 21st Mortgage were friendly and willing to answer questions and help understand the process. Only part that I was surprised to learn was the fact of putting more down to mortgage less means a considerably higher interest rate which I understand is the way to make money back but counter productive in people getting out of debt.

I highly recommend 21st Mortgage Corporation. They did great with my mobile home and land loan. They were able to do a mortgage loan on the property whereas other mortgage companies wouldn't. I uploaded all the documents 21st Mortgage required and it was a simple process. It took 45 days, and they answered all my questions. The loan originator was very responsive to any of my questions, and he helped get the loan to go through the closing. He did well. He made sure that he approved all the documents I sent when they were required. If I had any questions or needed clarification, he was there to help me understand the whole process. It was easy.

Our real estate agent recommended that we go through 21st Mortgage because we were getting a loan for a trailer and there's not a lot of places that do loans for trailers anymore. The loan officer made things a lot easier. He was a really big help and I appreciate a lot from him. I would ask a question and he would say he'd figure it out and get back to me and he always does. But I feel like underwriting should have access to speak to people. If underwriting goes to the loan adviser and then to the customer, it creates some sort of issues sometimes and that could be a lot better.

On three occasions in the whole process, we had to send multiple email chains, and on two of them, we had to have our real estate agent help us because Teresa, our loan officer, was out of town. She had a planned vacation. But as soon as Teresa got back in the office, she saw the email chain and took care of everything.

They are predatory lenders and I am filing a complaint with the Governor and State Attorney General. I got my loan from another company, now it's a matter of principle. My mom wanted up going to the hospital, explain to him that I was going to be able to pay him in the next following week. He expressed concern towards my family and how they were doing. If not, the response time was never longer than 24 hours. I was very comfortable in the process, and I was very satisfied with everything. 21st Mortgage Corporation was one of the places that would deal with mobile homes. We would send in paperwork, and they would ask for the same paperwork two weeks later for somebody else. We would look online, see if they accepted. But we didn't see anything else. We would get another request for the same paperwork again. It was a long process, but we made it through it. The rep was very good. We could call her. And she would find an answer for us or she had an answer for us. She was very knowledgeable. And she gave us her number right to her office, so we didn't have to go through all the channels to get there. So, that worked out well. It just seemed like it took a lot longer than it should have.

I went to the trailer park and found a trailer, and the reps sent out stuff through 21st Mortgage. I moved out of my old house on the 1st of December and I thought it was going to take two weeks. But we didn't move until the 29th. I had to do send things to see if I got approved and it seemed like a long time because we were living in a hotel. 21st Mortgage should get things done faster.

It was a very frustrating experience. Not always totally informed. Not if it was because of the realty company involved or what. Also the fact I couldn't wire the down payment added even more stress. Never heard of not being able to wire a mortgage down payment. I ended up having to run from Naples to Bradenton on a work day to get this taken care of.

Right before closing, the barn caught on fire next to the house and burst. It melted the side of the house that we were getting financed. They just needed us to fix the side of the house. We fixed the side of the house and were able to extend. They were good to work with.

Their system of doing loans is so outdated. Every time I turned around, they wanted something else. It was very stressful. I have bought several homes and have never been through what they put me through. I would not recommend anyone use this company. I do not feel they are customer friendly. They appear to be doing you a favor instead of appreciating the customer.
