I decided to work with 21st Mortgage mainly because they're one of the few companies that offer loans for mobile homes. However, the lending process was quite a hassle. I ended up accidentally opening three different accounts, and receiving emails from several people, which added to the confusion. It was challenging to manage the different account numbers and pre-approvals needed every time I looked at a different mobile home. Additionally, communication was all done via email, making the process feel very impersonal. I felt like just another number, with the representatives aiming to push the process through for their benefit. Overall, while I eventually got a loan for a trailer, the entire experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend 21st Mortgage to others.

I recently needed to secure a loan for a mobile home my husband and I were purchasing in the Finger Lakes area. We already own a home, so I wasn't sure where to turn for mobile home financing. Our realtor recommended 21st Mortgage Corp through a business partner, and we decided to give them a try.
The lending process was incredibly straightforward. Although detailed, it was very consumer-friendly. Most of the application process was handled online, and our loan officer was always in touch, guiding us smoothly throughout. One area for improvement would be the document submission system. Currently, documents need to be emailed, as the direct upload feature on the website doesn’t seem to work or isn't available, which could definitely be enhanced for smoother operation.
Our loan officer, Paige, was a standout in this process. She was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and working alongside us every step of the way. Whether it was about connecting with the lender or seller, she ensured everything was seamless, and we worked together effectively.
The experience was transformative. Despite a bit of anxiety caused by the appraisal company taking the expected five days, I was thrilled to close the deal, furnish our new home, and move in within 21 days. I haven't been incentivized to share positive feedback; my experience with 21st Mortgage Corp was genuinely outstanding.

I recently worked with 21st Mortgage Corporation, introduced to me by our realtor who recommended they might have better mortgage options for us. Overall, the lending process was quite cooperative, taking about a month or two to finalize everything. Our loan officer was very respectful and effectively communicated all necessary information, making sure we understood every step.
There wasn't really anything I felt needed improvement in the experience. If I were to rate it on a scale, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. This experience has positively impacted us by getting us back on track, and I believe it was a good experience overall. I would recommend 21st Mortgage to friends and family who are considering purchasing property.

I recently found myself in need of a mortgage due to a separation and chose 21st Mortgage Corporation because it's the lender associated with my trailer park. I didn't look into any other companies, so my decision was straightforward. The lending process was remarkably smooth. I had to apply for the house and send in some documents as requested by the company. They were very clear about which documents were needed, which I appreciated. The entire process took about a month, which seems normal to me.
There wasn't much interaction with the loan officer beyond submitting the necessary documents, but everything was communicated clearly and efficiently. I never felt there were any parts of the process that could have been improved on 21st Mortgage's side. The experience was excellent and positively impacted my life because I finally own something.
I've already recommended 21st Mortgage to my sister, mentioning how easy the steps were, and letting her know she could get insurance through them as well. Additionally, I appreciated that there were no hidden fees involved. My real estate agent recommended 21st Mortgage because they are one of the few lenders offering loans for mobile homes. The mortgage process was largely straightforward and mainly delayed due to my side of things, taking about two and a half weeks to complete. I heard about 21st Mortgage Corporation through the realtor who sold the property, and it caught my attention. I reached out to them by phone to confirm they cover the area and began the application process. Even though it seemed like I was entering the same information multiple times, the representative I worked with was incredibly helpful and guided me in the right direction. She was always available to answer questions and ensured everything was in order.
My main concern was ensuring the process went smoothly, primarily because I received automated notifications about incomplete information. However, thanks to the representative's support, any confusion was cleared up quickly. It's not something I do every day, yet it was manageable. Selling my previous home took a similar duration, which I expected. Even though it took a month, the timeline was standard, and once we agreed on a price, everything fell into place nicely.
The process itself was relatively straightforward, though delays with third-party inspections during the holiday season slowed things down. The inspection process was somewhat frustrating, as it was slow and not satisfactory. This delayed the entire process and made us start from the beginning again, but I understand these are typical hurdles during the holidays.
What impressed me most was their ability to finance a mobile home, especially considering its age. Many other companies would outright reject financing such a property. As someone recently divorced and needing a quick solution, 21st Mortgage was empathetic and efficient throughout the journey. I decided to take a mortgage with 21st Mortgage Corporation to pay off some bills and prepare for roof repairs, even though my house was fully paid off. Unfortunately, the process with them was quite difficult and frustrating. Their communication was poor; they didn't guide me on the necessary steps after receiving the loan papers, like hiring an appraiser, which extended the process to about four months. My loan was for a manufactured home, which limited my financing options.
Despite the challenges, I would still recommend 21st Mortgage to someone in my situation as they offer loans for manufactured homes not affixed to land, a rarity in the market. The company's customer service left much to be desired since they were not proactive in communication, though they weren't rude. I felt their customer service was lacking, rating it around a 2 out of 5.
The one aspect I found satisfactory was their website, which I would rate a 4 for its ease of use and navigation. Despite the overall challenges, I believe they might still be a viable option for others who lack alternatives.

My experience with 21st Mortgage was quite positive overall. We chose them because the seller's agent recommended them for the specific type of loan we needed for our home purchase. The process was great, though there was a bit of tension regarding the closing date. The sellers were pressing us for a date, and while my realtor and I were trying to coordinate with 21st, Teresa from 21st was a bit snarky, especially toward my realtor. It felt unnecessary since we were ahead of schedule, according to her, but I was under pressure as I was living out of Airbnbs temporarily, spending quite a bit, and wanted to expedite the process. Despite this, the entire mortgage process through 21st was much quicker compared to when we attempted to go through Rocket Mortgage and Amerisafe.
Communication was good as I promptly submitted all required documents, so there was minimal back-and-forth needed. The delay mainly occurred around getting the C and D balance finalized, which postponed our closing until after Thanksgiving. But, overall, it was a smoother experience than other lenders. Other than the minor issue with the communication tone from Teresa, everything went really well, and I would rate them a 4 out of 5.

I always received fast replies to my questions. Joy was wonderful to work with. Although they were in a different time zone, many times I would receive the replies first thing the next morning if I sent than after normal business hours. Although it did take a while to complete this entire process, much had to do with things outside of the scope of 21st (i.e. contractors, my employer, etc.).

When applying for a loan they used a FICO Score 10 from 2017-2022 to determine the percentage rate therefore hiking up the rate to obtain higher mortgage payment. Our loan approval also expired because the previous owner of the house we purchased didn't provide the paperwork giving them another reason to hike the percentage rate.

I recently dealt with 21st Mortgage Corporation and encountered a situation where an unexpected charge of around $1620 was taken from my account for the home mortgage insurance, which I was previously informed was included in my payment. This issue is something I plan to dispute. However, I chose to get a mortgage with them mainly due to the excellent service I received from Drew, who was extremely helpful. I primarily interacted with Drew and the escrow officer, with minimal contact with any loan officers. Despite the billing confusion, my overall experience with 21st Mortgage Corporation was quite positive because of Drew's assistance.

I recently decided to use 21st Mortgage for my mortgage needs, mainly because the house I was looking at displayed an ad for them, and after checking them out, the initial process seemed really smooth. Tyler, the loan officer who assisted me, was fantastic. He was exceptionally responsive, answering all my calls promptly. Even if he was unavailable, his assistant was able to help, and Tyler still followed up to ensure everything was handled. My realtor mentioned that this was one of the smoothest transactions he had experienced. Overall, I had a great experience with 21st Mortgage. The only challenge was not with them but with getting accepted into the park where the mobile home was located, which involved more paperwork than the mortgage itself. But with regard to the mortgage, everything went really well.

However, being first-time buyers, we found some communication aspects challenging. I felt that having clearer explanations would have made the process smoother.
The mortgage process started around mid-October, and we were able to move in by early December, which was reasonable given the holiday season and other dependencies like the seller's timeline.

I found it challenging to secure financing elsewhere, but 21st Mortgage made the process relatively easy. There were a few minor bumps, mainly due to mail and email mix-ups, but they were not the fault of 21st Mortgage.

Told me I couldn't have a 30 mortgage, had to go with a 23-year mortgage. I was too old for a 30 yr mortgage. I had a little set back for a couple of days with mortgage blocked me from using checking account, calling mortgage company to make payment made us go to a Western Union paying 30 dollars, reported us to the credit bureau! I'm suing Titan Factory Mobile Homes and 21 bank. I gave cas of 44.000 to this bank as a down payment. Only to be told I couldn't use my land for a down payment that was also paid with cash. They broke us! Don't use Titan manufacturers or Bank21. I understand they are under a new name. Just waiting to get money to go to small claim court! Try to recoup some of your money back what bank tell you you can't have a 30-year mortgage because of your age!

The first mortgage corporation we went with, we got the loan, then the Realtor that was selling our place, Serena, said that she didn't want us to go through that company. She made us change to another company that she approved of for the loan, but then they denied us, so we didn't have a loan. The rep from the first company we went with said he knows of one more company that would lend to us without Serena's assistance, and 21st Mortgage did, so we were very thankful. I was very comfortable with 21st and we had no problems. In fact, they were the quickest one to get back to us and the most helpful. The process was very good too. It's always a little strenuous, but we had done three by that point, so we had it down pat. I got all the questions and that one was the easiest.
I went through my Realtor a lot and she went through 21st a lot to get things worked out. They were always very open and got back to me every time for anything. The loan officer did good. A couple times, he was hard to get ahold of, but he would get back to me eventually. That was in the beginning, then once things started getting closer, he was on it a lot more.

The whole process took me a lot longer than I expected because we had to start over with 21st Mortgage. But the rep was very willing to talk to me and help me. If he needed something, he would text me, so it was a lot of communication there. I appreciate that. I felt it would be denied because of the information he tried to get, but it got figured out. It was a very pleasant experience. That was the last time I would do that, so it was nice to have somebody to talk to and to ask questions of that would answer them.

The process itself wasn't pleasurable 'cause you gotta go out of your way to do certain things. But it gotta get done. I also had no issues with the people who work there. It took a lot longer than I thought you should've have, but that's fine. My loan officer was very kind and patient. I was a little impatient sometimes, but he's trying his hardest.

The rep, Grant, was great. He was always responsive. He never made me wait for an answer, and he kept me up-to-date on everything. The process took more time than it should have, but most of it had to do with the fact that I was trying to sell my house in Florida, and it delayed things.

The people that were selling the home told us that they had a good experience with 21st Mortgage. We went with them and that was the same experience we got. Everything was pretty straightforward. The loan organizer was easy to work with. If we had any questions, he was straightforward with it. There was always communication. The loan officer, Jonathan, was almost the same. The time zones are different but he was always on it. For any email we sent and call we made, he would communicate almost right away.

From the first loan last year, to refinancing my current loan, 21ST Mortgage has been absolutely amazing! The correspondence is the easiest thus far. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they will return your phone call or email in a very timely manner. I can not express how smoothly this process has been for me. I was completely clueless to the initial process, and someone was always there to guide me in the right direction.

I have always heard it was more difficult to finance a mobile home than a standard house. That could not be further from the truth with this company in my experience with them. Start to finish, the process was clear cut, simple, and the documentation requirements were actually less than a traditional mortgage. The approval was literally same day, and there were never any issues with communication or getting questions answered. My Loan Originator, Chris, was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier. I am very pleased that I chose this company for my loan needs.

Was one of the easiest closes I've had. Very straightforward and Drew was very accommodating and patient with the constant updates. The only reason not five stars is that the interest rate is extremely high and went higher through the process even though rates were going down at the time.

We were on a tight deadline to get moved out of our house and our loan originator and 21st Mortgage, despite requiring a lot of information and verifications, were able to develop and offer our loan so we could get moved in well before our deadline. Moving is stressful. Not everything went according to plan, but 21st worked with us to make sure we were able to move in on time.

I had a loan with 21st Mortgage three years ago for another mobile home I bought. The one thing bad about them is they kept asking for the same stuff over and over. We faxed it to them and they said they didn't receive it. They held it up for a long time. It took over four months. I bought my first place when my truck wasn't paid off. This time, it was, and 21st had to have proof that it was paid off. The real estate agent had copies and I had copies. And they sent it through verifying on my email. But they said they never received it and asked for it again two weeks later. I showed them it was received.
The rate is a little high but the reason we were buying this place is because I sold my other place and then, I got an inheritance. It was taking so long to get it all financed and we decided to get a regular loan because taking cash would have made it even longer. The first 21st Century I used was the same place out in Tennessee and it went right through in less than a month. But that place was only 35,000 when I bought it and this place was 120. The rep called me back because they were gonna need more of a down payment. And I said that was not a problem. He said instead of being 15,000, it'd be 17. Then, they called back a month later and said it was gonna be 25,000. I was lucky I had my inheritance by then.

When I was researching on how to purchase a manufactured home, about three lenders came up and the Realtor in Matteson guided me towards 21st Mortgage. She said they were the most used to purchase a home. The process with them was easy to navigate. But it took about three months. 21st can work on shortening that time. Jonathan, the rep, was very good. He always kept in contact and told me what I needed in a timely fashion. He gave me the date that I had to get everything in, was proficient throughout the whole process and was very helpful.

I tried looking at other people on a list, and 21st Mortgage was the first that made sense and laid everything out in a little bit more legible way and made things easier. Their application process was complicated but in a semi-reassuring way. It was long, but I'm glad that it was, because I don't want wanna make borrowing several tens of grand an easy affair. It was a semi-complicated process, but the things they asked of me and the things they wanted were not unreasonable. As far as the website, sometimes, I didn't understand what they were asking for, but at the same time, I could still call them and their technicians and they laid everything out fine. My loan officer was very knowledgeable. She knew answers to my questions. She figured things out. She was timely in her response.

I applied with a local lender and I was denied and they recommended 21st Mortgage. I had seen them in some of my research as well so, it was multiple times I heard about them. The application process was good and smooth. Trevor, the rep I worked with, was amazing and super responsive. There were responses quickly to everything that we submitted. He answered my email right away and was super helpful on the phone. He was great. Originally, the process wasn’t taking too long. But halfway through it, they did not accept my pay stub so I had to figure that out. From start to finish, the process took about three months.

I bought the house off of a family member and it was already financed through 21st Mortgage. It was a new loan but they already had all the information so it was the easiest way for me since I work out of town. I was able to do it all online with 21st Mortgage. Otherwise, I have to do it all in person in my local bank that I would have used. The customer service was good and very helpful. If I send them something at 6 o'clock in the morning, as I was going to work, they always had a response usually at about 1:00 in the afternoon, just letting me know they received it and it was approved or there were certain documents that I had to submit. I sent all the pictures from my iPhone and the hardest problem I had with them was just making sure that the picture was good enough quality for them to receive it and be able to put it into a file on their side.
The rep I worked with works with multiple people. If I called and told them that I was trying to get ahold of my loan officer and he was unavailable, someone else would work it and they did just as good, if not, it was just like it was him. They had all the information and knew all the answers. If I needed something, I would submit it and it would go to underwriting. They would call down and see if it got approved or they were on top of it if there was anything else I needed to do. From start to finish, we had our house and our whole loan done within a month. So, that was good. The deal that I got on the house was such a good deal. I wasn't even looking to buy a house but I couldn’t pass it up. It was only $2,000 in charges and 21st Mortgage took care of everything. All I did was send in stuff that they asked for and they sent me an email at the end and said that it was mine. It was easy.

The process was very long and tedious. A lot of paperwork and stuff to do. It was more than I've ever seen. We paid $3,000 for the processing fee yet we did all the footwork. We had to get all the paperwork and tax bills. And every time we turned the paperwork in, there was something else we needed. Getting qualified was easy. 21st Mortgage Corporation good as far as answering questions and telling me what else they needed and what I didn't have. They responded quickly on that. But it was stressful trying to get it completed. It took over a month to get the financing done. It shouldn't have taken that long. I would never do it again.

21st Mortgage was recommended by a sales agent and we used them for the purchase of a home in a place we had lived before. Matt, the rep was good and very helpful. The whole thing was done in about three weeks and it went well. We're not living where that home is and the person who owned it didn't live there anymore. So, it was a matter of timing for everything.
The only complaint that I had is there are so many hoops you have to jump through. Maybe it was a little nitpicky, but you have to do that. 21st Mortgage should shorten the document process. We lived in Sebring before and there was a local bank that would finance manufactured homes, and 21st Mortgage would finance homes. At the time, he said we were gonna discover that 21st Mortgage ask for numerous documents. It takes a long time. They're nitpicky with how you fill out your documents. And that was probably true. But it was not a bad thing. The interest rate was a little high but the length of the payment isn't that bad. But the rate is what it is and we got the home we wanted.

21st Mortgage has the easiest process among all the companies I researched. The application was fast, too. Once Kevin sent me all this stuff, it was easy. Every time I called him, he called back or every time I texted him, he texted back. However, it took five months. But it wasn't because of 21st. It was because of other things with the Realtor because she was dragging her feet.

It took us five months to get the loan, and when we were almost to the end, they sent us out the video of the process. I had a bad experience with them. But we got through it. They asked me to send them in about three documents over again. Then they had to look it up to see if they got it because I would say, “I already sent it in.” So they would have to look it up and say, “Oh, okay.” I'm really not sure what the problem was. It wasn't clear about if my agent was on top of things or not. But when I call in, I would get somebody. But my interest rate is high. It’s a 10.9% but I have good credit.

The people that I've worked with have been very, very nice, but it was an extremely long process. Before, I was looking at a traditional home and had approval for a traditional home. Then we found a mobile home that we liked and decided to go that route and the loan process for the mobile home was a lot longer and took a lot more time than a traditional mortgage, which doesn't really make sense to me. I was in the dark about the time frame. Other than that, the process was great. Not having to meet in person was beneficial because my work hours are standard to what most mortgage firms hours are as well. So being able to do it completely online worked better for my schedule. I just wished that they would have been able to tell me more of how long the process was going to take and other options in regards to getting it done quicker because I was not expecting it to take longer than a month, let alone close to two months.
I was perfectly comfortable with everything that they asked because I knew what to expect going into a mortgage. They didn't ask anything that I thought was going to be out of the ordinary. I did run into one problem, but this was my fault. I had lost my Social Security card and needed to have that and they said the only way that they could move forward was with that. Over time though, I was able to talk to someone else and they said that they could request it from the Social Security office. So they were able to do that eventually. But for a long time, that procrastinated it because they said I needed a physical card. So I had to wait for it.
Lindsay was great. She answered when she was available. She answered the phone pretty quickly and was pretty prompt to email responses. Near the end of the process, she was out of office a lot. But I wasn't informed that she was going to be out. The only thing was that it was a mess between me getting pushed around to different officers filling her position.

We were looking at a different manufactured home in a different community and the gentleman who was helping us told us to go through this mortgage because 21st Mortgage gives home mortgages for manufactured homes. Not all mortgage companies do that, which was why I went with them. Tyler, the rep, was very knowledgeable and always friendly whenever we talked to him. I was a little surprised that manufactured homes have a different interest rate than conventional home loans. But my parents also have a manufactured home and my dad said that that's normal because they look at it like it's a vehicle because there's a chassis on it. So, if I needed to, I could pick up this house and move, not that I'm ever gonna do that.
From start to finish, the underwriting process and application took a little bit more than 30 days, which is a good time frame. Anything less than that, I would ask why we were trying to do this too fast. Or if it was taking excessively long. We got all of our paperwork entered right away so, we were just waiting on the appraisal and that report to come back.

Signing up with 21st Mortgage Corporation was a lot easier than I expected. I did most of it online. I got contacted by the loan officer. If he wasn't in the office to answer my question, he would get back to me via email or a text message quickly. The rates and terms are a little higher than a regular mortgage, but I understand what they are doing. On the website, when they give the updated approval notice, sometimes it's confusing to follow which is which. Other than that, it's great.

I'm 67 years old, so I'm not sharp on computer stuff, but I did the process all online, and I was very impressed with the ease of it. I've had a couple of home mortgages before. I didn't feel like the process with 21st was as hard as those mortgages were. I had a good lady that was helpful and I contacted her a few times for help along the way, and it all went smoothly.
The lady was easy to contact. She was prompt to reply back to me. I did online questions through my email back and forth with her. At one point, I called her, and that was an easy process. Even when calling her and I didn't get right to her, I left a message and she called me back soon. So, I like the ease of contacting her, the professionalism, and the steps. She knew what I needed to know every time I talk to her.
I looked at the online application a couple of different times, and I thought, “Well, I'm gonna try this.” I filled it out easily. I had the paperwork here from other taxes and stuff that could provide the information they needed. I heard back within four hours that it was approved. I'm like, “Wow! That was so fast.” From start to finish, it was about 40 some odd days, and I felt like that was a fairly fast turnaround for a mortgage. 21st was prompt to answer my questions and guide me on along the process.

When we were looking at the type of homes that we were looking at, we were recommended that 21st was one of only a few, if not the best, companies to go through. The application process was fairly easy. It was the first time I overlooked a lot of things and wasn't really 100% understanding of the wording. But my mortgage officer helped me out quite a bit to understand what I needed. He was very informative and nice. Wasn't over-pressured. He was also very knowledgeable.

21st Mortgage was the first place I looked at but the interest rate was 10.86%. I thought somebody out there has gotta do better than that so I went around and found this other place. I worked with this guy and when I called him to ask him something, he told me he was not gonna be able to finance me because I was gonna live in a park that has lot rent, which I told him on day one. I wasted a week and a half with that guy.
I ended up going back to 21st Mortgage and by that time, the rate had dropped down to 9.2% which is still high. I don't understand why the interest rate is higher on a manufactured home. I looked at regular houses that were way more than I paid for this and weren't even in half as good a condition. The rep and I had good communication via text or phone calls but the underwriters wanted too much information. It was such a long, drawn-out process. I almost thought they’d want everything plus my firstborn. I wasn't happy on how long it took which was two months, but I'm now here in my home.

My son had an opportunity to move into a double wide about 50 feet down the street, but he couldn't own two trailers at once, so we decided to try and go for a loan to buy his trailer so that he could go for the double wide. It worked out very well, and the loan process took less than a month. It was frustrating at times because we kept feeling like we met all the requirements and submitted all the paperwork, then all of a sudden, we keep getting involved with, “Hey, there's a few more things that haven't been done.” Still, I was surprised. I'm 81 years old and 21st Mortgage got a loan for me.
I had no idea that I would ever own anything. The thought that I even did was amazing to me because I had my identity completely stolen in 2000. Someone got a hold of my 401(k), my savings and everything else. I was told that they were from a place in Madagascar, and they had no extradition, so it was just money gone. I had a teenager that was still in school, and I was penniless. I've never recovered.
My son and I had the same loan officer, Kayla, for both loan transactions, and she was fantastic. She was very patient, and things went very smoothly. I had no expectations, but I didn't think it would go as smooth as it did. She was on task and did an excellent job that if someone can put a star on her forehead for me, I would appreciate that.

The lady I was purchasing the home for the broker that was selling the home for the homeowners, Jan, suggested that 21st Mortgage was quicker but it was the longest, most drawn-out thing I've ever went through. The process was extremely frustrating because I had taken out one of my 401(k)s and I'm not of age yet. My 401(k) was $23,000 and 17,900-something got auto-deposited to my bank account. They wanted to know what happened to the rest of the money. The rep, Kayla, emailed me to please send proof of my my 401(k). She asked where did it come from? I told her it came from John Hancock from the job I worked at Citizen Potawatomi Nation in Shawnee, Oklahoma. I asked what she was asking for and if she needed to know what bank it came from. She just kept emailing me the pretty much the same thing, that they need a copy of that.
I contacted my employer and John Hancock. My job said, "We can't do that. The money came from John Hancock. They would have to give you that receipt. We had nothing to do with it." I was on the phone with John Hancock and they said, "We sent the 1099 out at the end of the year. We don't ever send out a statement." It made me almost have a nervous breakdown trying to get out of the house that I had broken my lease with and trying to get into the new house, and I didn't know how to get the information that they needed, that that other money had gone to taxes and penalties when anybody in their right mind would see my age.
I'm only 60. I'm not of age yet to be collecting my 401(k) so I'm gonna have to pay penalties for early withdrawal and I'm gonna have to pay federal and state tax on it. Federal tax is 25%. I don't understand why that was so hard to figure out. What did they think I had done with the money? Also, whatever I did with the money, why do they care? I don't understand why it's their business. It's my money. What if I blew it? What if I went on vacation? But they held out for nigh on 30 days. They wanted me to have a check stub. I printed up my bank statement and sent it to them. I told them I don't get anything until I get the 1099 when it's tax time at the end of the year. But they would not budge from it. Jan called them for me and told them we were gonna go ahead and switch to a different company because they were dragging it out too long.

I'm happy with 21st Mortgage. My land is on the Seneca Nation territory, and they're the only company that would give me a mortgage on that territory. There was a lot of documentation needed but they were helpful. From start to finish, it took a while, but once I got all the documentation that they needed, it took 30 days. However, their website sucks. You put in documentations and you get letters saying yes or no. But once I got ahold of an agent, it went smoothly. If 21st Mortgage could reach out more than just letting the internet do it, it would be way better.

I needed to refinance my home due to a divorce, and the process was a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be. I was already financing my home through 21st Mortgage, and I figured it was easier to keep it with the same company. I had the basic information that I knew that was gonna be required for refinancing, and the application wasn't anything too complicated, which is what I like the most. The process also went way quicker than I thought it would, and the only reason why there were any delays was on my end. I was juggling work and trying to get all the documents submitted on time.
The loan officer was very helpful. Every time I had a question, she would answer it as soon as she could. Sometimes she wouldn't be available that same day, but someone would deliver my message to her and she would return my phone call in a timely manner. I don't think anything else can get better than what I already experienced. It was really awesome, and I'm glad I chose 21st Mortgage.

Over 2 months later and several attempts to show how unorganized this company really is, we finally closed on 10/07/24. However, Funds were not dispersed because an “e” was left off Knoxville on insurance binder. Is there more than one Knoxville TN with the same zip code? This company does not care about you as a customer! All they care about is getting your money and blaming you for their errors!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I had only remembered Green Tree Services when I started this process! I would have no ulcers, fewer gray hairs AND in my home by now!

I had a pleasant experience with 21st Mortgage. They brought in a notary and she was very knowledgeable with the company and what their policies are. I had a lot of questions about certain things and she was on it. She walked me through everything. It was a really good process. There was even a little slip-up where the seller of the mobile home was gonna do a credit, but the credit wasn't on the paperwork when I went. I told it to the notary, then the notary must have told 21st and 21st Mortgage got ahold of the realtor and the seller and got them to send over the paperwork. I didn't have to do a darn thing and they got that $3,000 credit put in. I'm about to make my first payment in a couple of days, and I gotta figure out how to do that. 21st Mortgage sent me some package.

There was one person working with us and we had him for the first three days then he went on a week's vacation and we kept getting new case managers who would tell us something different from the last one. Lindsay was great. She was the person from 21st Mortgage that I would call to ask questions to. The experience was quite nice being the age that I'm at. If something happens to me, they said that the loan would be paid off and the house would go to the person who is on my will, my daughter. If a family member or a friend moved in here at the park, I would tell them to deal with 21st Mortgage. They're great. However, I am wondering if I have coverage on the house if something were to happen to it with all these tornadoes and hurricanes.

21st Mortgage was excellent. I never had to leave a message on a voicemail. They always answered the phone and when the guy who was in charge of my loan was on vacation, somebody else called me to see if I needed anything. They responded quickly as well. When I submitted documents, they acknowledged them quickly. However, 21st Mortgage knows I couldn't get a loan from anybody else so they have the market cornered. The rates are ridiculous. But the service was great. The process took two months but a part of it was the seller was getting irritated with all the documents they needed. When the documents were uploaded to 21st and there were signatures missing by the seller, my agent would contact their agent and that dragged things on. The seller's agent wasn't checking the documents before he submitted them.

However, this is the first mobile home I've ever bought and the interest rate is ridiculous compared to what's out there. The realtor that was selling the house recommended going through 21st Mortgage. We submitted all of our information, waited to hear if we were approved or not, then went through the realtor that was selling the house and we did our end of all of the paperwork. I couldn't get their online tool to work most of the time so most of it was sent through email.
The process was extended because we ran through multiple different things with my job and my employer messing up some documents. We started the process beginning of June and we finished it mid-August. But our rep's communication was fairly good. He gave us a lot of information and helped us through every step. There were a lot of different people that talked to us but we didn't understand and they didn't take the time to explain, but Trevor, our rep, did that all for us. We would send a question over email and he would get back to us in the next day or two with an answer. There were a couple of things that were frustrating but overall, 21st Mortgage made it happen and they worked with us. We had questions and they were able to put it in a way that we were able to understand it and keep moving forward.

I just went with my Realtor's contact at the mortgage company. They had a quick link to do a quick application process, and I went in and submitted the basic information. We spoke multiple times, adjusting what was needed with the mortgage officer until it was at an acceptable range. The standard part of the application and underwriting process was only three days’ worth of work in total. There were lots of timeframes that we had to wait on the sellers for filling out paperwork. But on my end, it was quick and straightforward.
The rep was easy to work with, very perceptive and acceptable. He was trying to do things in our favor and I appreciated that. In the current market, it's hard to feel good or bad about any of the rates because that's just where we're at. But it was still lower than some of the other options that had been presented to me by other mortgage companies.

The application process at 21st Mortgage was very simple. I had the information they needed, so it was easy. Jonathan was my agent and he helped me to get on the portal. Once I was able to get on there, it was very clear. It told me exactly what I needed to upload. I got everything taken care of. Also, any time I had any questions, I could call and talk to Jonathan directly. He had answers for me right away. I was very happy with it. However, I got a little confused. It sounded like some of the documents were the same thing, but they weren't. I cleared it up with them. Maybe somebody walking me through what each one was beforehand would have helped. But they are easy to work and can do everything remotely.

I had quite a few people that helped me out in the process as well, because when I would call, it was either Teresa wasn't there and then we played telephone tag a little sometimes. We found a place last minute. We were looking at a house, and this place popped up that was an older mobile home. 21st Mortgage Corporation took care of it. They were one of the few ones that would lend money on it. I made them hurry. And we got it all done in 30 days. I tried to push because we were moving two hours away and my kids had to start school. And I still had to rip everything out of this thing and gut it. They did great.
The second person, when it went to the final stage, you could tell he was getting annoyed with me because I constantly asked if they got this, if everything was ready, if we were moving forward. He was good because I asked him 150 questions and pushed him a lot. He could have a bit better skills, especially when trying to move things along for the specific reasons. But overall, they did a wonderful job. It went quick and easy.

The realtor suggested 21st Mortgage and when I did the research on it, it seemed a good company. The rep, Grant, was very well-spoken, and I had a pleasant experience with him. He helped me in every way. Every time I called him, he called me back. I liked his communication and quick responses and that he was trying to keep on top of things. There was a little complication with our title experience and getting a new title application which delayed the process from the realtor side and the bank, but Grant understood that. Any time anything was updated or needed to be, he made sure to reach out. Thru 21st Mortgage, I have my own place now.

I called mortgage companies to see who would finance a double-wide manufactured home in a park, but nobody did it. Then I called 21st Mortgage and told them our situation, that we didn't have the best credit. They said, “That's okay. We'll still finance you. You just may have to pay a bigger down payment.” My husband's brother tried to get us to go a different route but it didn't work. I thought of trying 21st Mortgage again. I did and got an email from them that said they could not approve our loan, but they had some programs that would work for us and to give them a call. I called them and talked to a gal. She said, "We're gonna approve you. You just need to pay off one thing.”
They sent me a list of things that they needed and I started sending in everything. It was all done online and they had it easy for us to submit. There were a couple of items I had to fax because I couldn't get the pictures clear enough for them to see. The thing that took the longest was the owner having to get certain documents on the home. Once 21st Mortgage got one of the documents they needed from them, then they did an appraisal. They found some things that needed to be repaired so we repaired those. They needed a copy of the title as well.
They tell you upfront it's gonna take 30 to 45 days to close. They said, “If it goes past this date, we'll have to requalify." We were right at that date, but they still hadn't turned in that paperwork. But our loan officer, Justin, was amazing. Every time I had a question and was nervous about something, he'd tell us not to worry about it and that he'd take care of it. When I didn't know what to do, he told me exactly what I needed to do.
21st Mortgage took care of everything. It was a long process, but I loved it. They have their own insurance company so I didn't have to worry about shopping for insurance. I may, later down the road, ‘cause I want a little more coverage in some areas. If I’d go to do it again, and if I'm still in the situation I am now, I'd call 21st Mortgage again. I am thrilled with them, and I'd recommend them highly. They worked with us every step of the way. The only part I didn't like was at the very end when we went to close. We had to close locally with an escrow company. It took another 48 hours for the escrow company to send the paperwork to 21st. Then 21st took 48 hours to do the paperwork and I didn't find out from 21st that it was all said and done. I found out from the realtor. But I found an email in my other email account from Justin, telling me that the loan had closed and he gave me our loan number.

I had to do everything online. I'm old and don't know how to do that, so I had to find one of my kids or grandkids to do it for me. But it was fine. The process took a month and a half. My rep, Ken, was a nice guy. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I talked to either him or one of their secretaries that would answer the phone, and they took care of it. Thru 21st Mortgage, I'm in my trailer and my life is great now. I’d tell others to use them because they're good.

Work with 21st Mortgage. It will be the best experience that you will have. It takes time for paperwork to go through here, and you gotta do this and that. It was a long process. It was 45 days. It should be a bit quicker. But it was worth the experience. They worked with me. They helped me make sure that I got the right paperwork together. I got a mobile home loan from 21st Mortgage and I couldn't use the first-time home buyer loan since it's not a pretty big property. The application was fine, but the rest of the process wasn't. We had a bunch of issues which were partially the seller's fault and partially the mortgage company's fault. I went to contract in March and I didn't close until July. So, that was quite a long time and it was stressful because I had to move out of my apartment and I had nowhere to stay for two months. Also, at the beginning, nobody was on the same page and that was annoying. Then, we got told that the title was accepted, but they came back a week later and told us it wasn't accepted because it was in the executor's name, and apparently, they didn't accept that. So, that was frustrating. But it was taken care of and everything was smooth sailing after that.

I spent some time trying to get all that information together and once it was everything that they needed, they did their part. The rep answered my questions promptly and was there when I needed things but it would have been nicer to have a little bit more help with what all the information was. Also, with the high interest rates and what they do to people who need loans with mobile homes, I would never ever get one again.

If you are interested in buying a manufactured home, 21st Mortgage Corporation would be the first company I would recommend. We got their name through the dealer that we used to purchase a manufactured home, and they were the easiest to work with of the manufactured home financiers, so we went with them. We checked with several others, and the process and the rates were not as good, so we went with 21st.
The filling out of the online documentation was all done through one of those online documentation signing services. It was like filling out any other application. Didn't feel difficult. It took a while to get them all the pieces of information that they wanted, but that was more of the difficulty between my wife and I and our employers getting the exact documentation that they needed. And my wife made some decisions to check around instead of just proceeding with 21st to begin with, so that stretched the process out. But once we got them all the information that they needed, it was not long. We started the process in late May, and finalized in the end of July.

I qualified for a traditional home loan, but we couldn't find anything in that range. So, we looked at mobile homes and 21st Mortgage was the company that my realtor recommended that I go through. I applied for the first-time homeowner's loan and they were amazing. I worked with Trevor and he was wonderful. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. He was always really quick to answer the phone, to get me the answers that I needed with my questions, and to fix different things on the loan to make it all correct.
Most of the application process was done online, then I called and spoke with him when their website first denied me because I put in information incorrectly. There was one question that didn't mention whether you were putting your gross income or net income. So, I put in my net at first when I should have put in my gross. But within 24 hours, I got a notification about my application. Then the underwriting took close to that as well. Everything on their end was really quick and it was the seller's end that slowed things down. 21st Mortgage was really easy to work with and they didn't cause a lot of issues.

It was 80 in the beginning, and they got it down to 73. They made things really fast. The process was faster than other people. They pushed my paperwork so fast that I moved in in a month. There are other places that I know of that took three months. Dylan was my loan officer. He was a really good guy. He kept on emailing back feedback. When he went on vacation a couple of times, he would still email back. He had good communication. Even though he wasn't there, sometimes he would still make an effort to push the process along.

Kayla, the loan originator working on our case, contacted us and got the ball rolling. We took a while getting paperwork. It had nothing to do with her. If we had submitted the paperwork all within a week, we would have been probably closed within a month, maybe a month and a half, because it took a little while for the appraisal, have we been as good as 21st Mortgage was. The previous owner recommended 21st Mortgage and they're fine. They take the payment automatically out of my account. But the application process was weird to me as I've never done online banking. I've always walked into the bank, face to face with people. The previous owner had to help me with it ‘cause I do not own a computer. I'd rather have a face-to-face transaction. 21st Mortgage specializes in mobile homes and that was what we were trying to purchase. We went thru their process, and it was straightforward and easy to follow instructions. They had a list of things we needed to provide, and we chipped away at that list. If we could email documents or take pictures of them and send the photos, that sufficed so it wasn't a lot of snail mail. It was mostly online and it worked well. Our rep made things even easier. He was sharp and knew exactly what he needed, conveyed that message well and was spot-on. We weren't going through circles. He was very responsive as well.
We decided to move our payment due date from the 1st to the 15th, more coinciding with our income stream from Social Security. One agent told us that was going to cost us half a month of interest but our rep got it straight for us and let us know that since it was the first time, it wouldn't cost us anything. We still haven't gotten our payment coupon book and I'm going to call and make sure we have that but because of the experience I had with 21st Mortgage, I would recommend them.

21st Mortgage had a rapid response time. The process of getting the mortgage was lengthy but it was thorough and easy to follow. Their online application process was up to date, and they were informative. The application and underwriting process were the longest portion of the wait time. It took about three weeks. They could improve on the specifications of the requirement. Whenever I needed the requirements for the loan to be approved, it was not specific as to what I needed to gather. We had to redo almost the whole loan in order for it to be approved. Other than that, Customer support was good. I was pleased with it. My rep was very helpful and patient. I was impressed with his communication. My experience with 21st has been great. They gave me a chance to have a new beginning. I've been a previous customer with 21st, too, and I'd tell others to give it a try.

I think the process took two weeks longer than it had to. 6 weeks total. I learned, rather than wait to know what documents were needed next that it was just easier to login everyday and review what was needed myself and get it accomplished. I found that I was the informer of information sharing. I advised the real estate agent several times what your company was still needing from the seller as well. The last 2/3 weeks I relied on the company website and not the loan processor. It seems you all work in silos, unfortunately. But the deal got done, and we are extremely happy with our home purchase.

There are other companies but I would recommend 21st Mortgage first. The process was a little longer than we had thought, but that was no fault of theirs. I was able to get ahold of our guy there on a regular basis for any questions. There were a few things that could have been said better though. I didn't know that I was supposed to provide something and the rep didn't make it seem like I was supposed to provide it. They can be a little bit more clear with things. But all in all, it was a good experience.

We bought the place and we're still trying to get the title and tag. I only paid 32,000 for the trailer. 15,000 something apiece because it's a double-wide. But it's showing on the paperwork that we paid 32,000 apiece for the trailer. So it's showing me having to pay an extra $800 on taxes. I talked with the title company and the mortgage company. I can't get a straight answer from anybody. The title company said the only thing they got was showing what we paid in full for the place. But 21st Mortgage didn't know. Our loan officer said that we had to deal with the title company. The title company said the only thing they have is what we paid in full for. The guy told me he was gonna call the tax assessment and find out what was going on. But I have not heard back from him. It's been over a week now.
I did some research and 21st Mortgage was one of the easiest places to get a loan on used mobile homes. My loan officer and his assistants were great. They were Johnny-on-the-spot getting us there. It didn't take long at all to get the loan. Everybody was great. They let me know what I needed to get or what I didn't have to get. Everything went well. It was a good experience except for the title stuff.

I heard about 21st Mortgage through friends of mine, because they said they were one of the companies that specifically does mortgages on mobile homes or double wides. The application itself was long and overdrawn. There were overcomplicated stuff that shouldn't have been that bad and I feel like there were quite a few things that were extremely redundant. The communication was okay, but I feel like I had to reach out to them more often than I should have. They could have better communication and a little bit less paperwork, because when I bought my actual house, I've never had to go through a whole bunch of this stuff.
Also, it takes forever for the debit to get withdrawn for my automatic payments. It gets posted Friday morning and it doesn't get pulled out of my account until Tuesday morning. It's very frustrating, especially when it's the weekend and I'm trying to do stuff on the weekend but I need to make sure that I'm not spending too much. But the application process is completely different than actually dealing with the associates who were helping me out. I would rate it a 5.

I was called a liar trying to make a payment with a hundred dollars extra to get caught up then they didn't want the money just threat me with foreclosure because I am One month late. They tried to get me to promise something I can't do, just harmful nasty confusion. I was trying to do the right thing. The people were mean and it's a shame they treat you so bad when you are trying to make things better.

I looked up 21st Mortgage and saw all the good reviews. The overall experience so far has been a blessing. It’s great. The application process was simple and easy. Everybody was nice and reached out to me fast. Any time I had a question and I needed help, the reps were right on it and gave me all my answers. It was awesome. I was happy through the whole thing.

The application process at 21st Mortgage was really quick, just a day or two. But I got the vibe that the rep was rude to my Realtor and had her doing things that was really his job to get the job done. I would recommend it but I hear that there are lower interest rates available and other places available. The rate's not great. I had a credit score of 815, so I should have gotten a good rate but it's still not good.

There were a couple of little hiccups with 21st Mortgage. One of them was when we closed on June 3rd, I was informed on that day we could not get our key because it's a soft close, which means you pay but you don't get the keys to your mobile home until the mobile home park gets the check. There was a disconnect between what happened and what the Realtor thought would happen. The second hiccup I had was I got the coupon book, got out the directions, mailed the first payment to 21st, but they sent it back. I noticed it was returned to my bank. My roommate called 21st and paid it over the phone. I'm hoping it was paid on time. The whole timing is a little confusing. Also, I am curious if every payment I make will show how it breaks down - how much is going to escrow, how much is going to interest, and how much is going to the principal.

21st Mortgage was the mortgage company that the broker I use recommended that he goes through. I got with them for a new mortgage, and the application process was straightforward. My broker uploaded the documents for me, but I was the one who had access to the site. He had his own different kind of access to the loan information. I would view the site and know what I needed to do and what I needed to complete, and then get that to him. He took care of most of that.
The woman who was in charge of my loan gave me a call personally to make sure that I didn't have any questions. It was all really simple for my first time. However, once I got approved for the loan and I was trying to go in the website to do my information for payment, it was a little confusing because it was separate. Besides that, I'm happy with the rate and terms. They seem comparable to anything that I've been able to find and anybody that I've went to to ask about that. I also like that the loan officer called me initially at the very beginning to introduce herself. It was a more personal experience than I thought it would be.

21st Mortgage was the only one that I knew of that did the type of financing that I needed for a mobile home. It was a chattel for a mobile home in a park. I applied originally for a regular loan as if I was gonna put a mobile home on a piece of property and then, I changed my mind and did another one. I sent in all my financials and the rep walked me through it from there. Matt, my loan officer, was helpful and great at answering my questions. But I would suggest that 21st go with a different appraisal company. At the very end, I was worried about the appraisal because there was a bit of confusion based on the website and the paperwork that I saw of what it had to appraise for. In my portal, it said it needed to appraise for 63 and I don't know if that was because of the processing fees. But they only appraised for 60. I talked to Matt and he said it was fine. There was just a discrepancy. For a good two days, I was freaking out. But overall, I'm perfectly happy with everything.

I've had 21st Mortgage before. I had to refinance and went with them again. Originally, when I first started my mortgage back in 2020, I talked to two different banks. And then when I refinanced this year, I talked to two different banks. The refinance process with 21st wasn't too difficult. My loan officer was okay. There was just a lot of miscommunication because the one person didn't read some of the emails all the way through and all the questions. I had a closing agent ask questions of certain items that they were requesting. He would answer the first question but not the other three that were in the email. I like 21st Mortgage. It's just sometimes, getting answers from them can be a pain. I get a runaround sometimes. But other than that, it's fine.

The application process was easy. But a phone call would work better than email in saying that something was needed. It was a two-month process. The first month and a half was me calling every three days to try to figure out what was going on because I wasn't getting any information through 21st Mortgage Corporation. Nine out of 10 times, I would have to leave a voicemail and wait for somebody to call back. It would normally take three days to hear back from somebody whenever I called.

I submitted the documents to 21st Mortgage, and the process was all done through email. If I could have changed one thing, I'd add more telephone communication. That would have made things a little bit clearer. Still, it was a very quick process. My loan officer was fine. Our interaction was done mostly through text, but he answered promptly. There were no concerns. He did a great job.

21st Mortgage was the only one that would do a single wide with land mortgage so that's where we had to go but the lending process was horrible. There was no communication with anything. We had to go through a few different branches of people every phone call. The sellers are our close friends and we're all in connection all the time. They sent documents four different times because they kept sending them the request form and they just did not play out well.
Also, we're in New York and they're in Tennessee. All of their rules and regulations are different than up here and we had to learn them. They were asking for documents that weren't needed up here and we were missing documents from up here because they don't have them down there. But even though it was a battle to try to keep communication between everybody, it only took three and a half months instead of six months to a year to close.

21st Mortgage was the only company that was able to service our loan in North Carolina and my experience with them was horrible. I know they have a certain process to follow, but the whole process was ridiculous and even getting up to closing, our agents in North Carolina have never heard of certain processes they have. Also, they didn't keep us informed that we needed certain documents and certain things done until the last minute. The rep we worked with would answer calls and respond to emails but we had better communication with the person that was filling in for him when he was on vacation for a week.
I wouldn't use them again. We have decent credit and we started out at almost 10% interest rate. By the time we close, we had better credit and we had to pull our credit again and we got it down a couple of points. But the interest rate is ridiculous in comparison to my sister-in-law who just refinanced their home. They have a double-wide manufactured home and their interest rate is 3.5% less than what ours is.

This loan for a home is a scam, they took advantage by raising interest rate to 10.63% “because the economy" even with a decent credit score and out of the payment I have on a 128,000 loan, only 130.00 is going to the principal each month and 1100 in interest only. Any company that has great values would never charge that much interest. I’m a mother with 4 children and this bank is stealing almost most of my income in interest but price gouging. Despicable!

First time buying a mobile home. I did not know how to do most of it. They had the patience to walk me through and they were nice and friendly and did not rush me. It took a little longer but it was worth it. I am75 years old and very happy.

Make sure you have all your details set. Also, ask questions. There were a couple of things I didn't know that 21st Mortgage Corporation didn't offer upfront. It was a confusion part on a couple of things. Other than that, uploading documents went well. I like that part of it.

The application process was pretty easy. There was a lot of submitting of documents, verifications, and things like that. I had a broker guy that I dealt with and he went back and forth with 21st. He helped a lot. Also, it's expensive to buy any kind of house this day and age. But it was move-in ready and I didn't have to drop another 50 grand to be able to move into it. That was a big thing to have. I had a good experience with 21st Mortgage.

I have a lot of animals and a lot of places that rent out apartments, townhouses, and houses have pet limits and restrictions on breed and weight. I knew I had to purchase my own home so there would be no restrictions and when I started looking into it, I was really overwhelmed with the housing market and trying to purchase a home. I started looking into mobile homes and I went to the Four Hills Community here in Albuquerque. They got me in touch with 21st to get started on a mortgage for a mobile home.
The lending process could have been better. Everybody that I worked with at 21st was a little curt and just short. It almost felt like they were inconvenienced by me. I thought it was just me but one time, we were trying to get all of the documentation provided and we were missing just a verification of primary residence. My co-lender and I and a rep at Four Hills called and the 21st rep was downright rude when we were trying to just verify that it was going to be our primary residence. It was a little off-putting.
Also, when I had questions or concerns, they slowly worked with me to address them, which was annoying because I was trying to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. Everything was always answered in full, though. It just would sometimes be several days before I heard correspondence back, whether it was via email or phone call. Our loan officer was Teresa and she was professional but it was difficult getting correspondence from her multiple times. She was out of the office for days at a time, which was fine, but it was frustrating how often she was out of the office.
Then, one time I called to speak with her about some employment verification and she was out of the office so I was speaking with somebody else and I was trying to explain the situation. She interrupted me and said, "I don't need all that info. I just need your case number." It was things like that that were not ideal. I would recommend 21st but I would forewarn whoever I'm recommending them to that they might not have the best experience with customer relations.

Please do not use this company! They took out a lien against our property and then the doublewide was not deliverable. They charged 9000 and some odd dollars before they said the release of the lien would be available. They have now had the funds for two weeks and still have not sent it to be processed. Please, Please Look into your finance options before choosing this one. Signed homeless and frustrated.

I had an unexpected bill Came out of my checking account this month That calls an error in my budgeting, so consequently I was not able to make my payment to 21st Mortgage on the 15th as scheduled. Speaking with 21st mortgage "Madie" was more than understanding about my situation, And was able to make a payment arrangement for the 26th after I get paid. 21st Mortgage was patient because we kept having to push things back because of the situation with the house I was buying. They helped and gave me a long extension. I was also approved within a day, and once everything was in place, we were good to go. The loan person got back to me really quick through email. It was, all across, a pleasant experience. This is the first time I've ever bought a house, and the price seemed fair for everything, so I was happy with it. Everybody that knows more also said, “No. It's good."

21st Mortgage is a good way to start whatever it is people are trying to start. There's ups and downs with everything being online though. If you have good service, then you can access everything quickly. If you don't, then you'd have to wait until the evenings when you're back home. That's what I would run into, but everything's straightforward. I never met the 21st Mortgage person that handled my paperwork, but everything was submitted to him from the sales woman that I was working with. They made it all work seamlessly for me. They explained what it is I needed and highlighted out whatever it was that I had to specifically sign or read. There weren't many questions that I had to ask them. I just had to sign paperwork and turn it back in. A lot of it was done together with the sales rep, and she made it easy for me.

This was my first time purchasing a home or even getting a loan, so it was something that was simple. I was provided a person who was assigned to my mortgage case and he provided his email and contact information, so any time I had any questions or concerns, I would reach out to him and he would reach out. The customer support was good for the most part. When the person who was dealing with our case was on vacation, 21st Mortgage assigned us to someone else during the time he was gone and that person kept up with all of our information, and they knew everything that was going on. So we never got lost or left in the dark.

I was originally quoted 90 days and I still can't occupy the home over 130 days later due to the title not being sent out until 14 days after closing. I dealt with about 4 different Mortgage Officials. Each one didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Even our realtor was confused about why they were asking for certain things they never have.
