I needed to find somebody that was willing to approve a mobile home with the circumstances to meet. For the most part, the process with 21st Mortgage was good. It took about three months. At the end, 21st Mortgage was totally screwing a lot up and I was getting very frustrated with Ken. Besides that, everything went smoothly. It was just they kept postponing things at the end. They were terrible at communicating. I would be waiting three days, and then I would call them and they'd say they've been waiting to tell me what I need. When I asked when they needed it, they answered, "As soon as you can get it to me." That would have been nice to know three days ago. He said he just didn't have the time to get to me. Then, three days later, he was out of the office and he doesn't answer his phone.

The beginning process with 21st Mortgage and then the dancing around to make sure everything was kosher took forever. I just thought it would be a lot quicker instead of waiting four months to get into my home. Other than that, the customer service has been good.

It was really great working with 21st Mortgage. I found a place and the realtor recommended them. The initial conversations were beneficial and they were very knowledgeable. I was very informed on what steps were to be taken and what was going on. Then, for whatever reason, things took a pretty drastic turn. It was very daunting and the person that we were working with was very uncommunicative. I tried calling him several times to no avail. I tried emailing him and never got a response from him. I was told to contact someone else through 21st Mortgage. His name was Grant and when I tried contacting him, he let me know that I had to continue working with who I was given the first loan through.

My agent told me about 21st Mortgage Corporation and when I applied with them, the process was super easy. Everything was smooth. I liked that I could call my customer service rep any time, and he was always very helpful and nice.

If I was to do it all over again, I wouldn't go with this company. Ineptitude, repetition, having to read things to fill grown adults, and do their math. Was a nightmare. My 'agent' couldn't figure out how to read an email and what was attached. I was then harassed my entire vacation (out of state where I had no access to anything) along with being pressured to accept their insurance policy because they rushed me to death. Yeah, not a great time.

We applied for a mortgage with 21st Mortgage, and throughout the process, we were kept up to date on every step. Lindsay ** was wonderful to work with, very responsive to all of my questions. We had a very short timeline for obtaining this mortgage, and she really helped expedite the process. We were able to close on our new home on time, and we couldn't be happier.

Verification of Employment was stressful. I supplied 3 years of W2s, 3 check stubs. I work for the State of California and we are paid monthly. Because the date of start of loan process was after the first of the month, the pay stubs I provided was past date. Due that the fact that pay warrants are issued once a month I could not provide an up-to-date pay stub. Therefore, I had to go through process of personnel providing a VOE. I ran into difficulty with that because my personnel specialist was on vacation.. It was a lot. Therefore, the process was a bit tainted for me. I am happy that eventually the loan was funded.

Our experience with 21st Mortgage was seamless from start to finish. Ryan answered ALL my emails promptly, courteously, and efficiently. This mortgage company is a joke. They say you need a 620 credit score (mine was 694) and at least 3% down (I offered 5%) and they STILL rejected me. And, it was for a $67K mobile home and not the friggin' Vanderbilt mansion! A company with such inconsistency is not someone I would want to do business with.

It's our first time with 21st Mortgage. I wouldn't say that it's good or bad. When working with 21st Mortgage, our Realtor took care of everything and it was done in less than a month. I found the rate and terms a little high, but it was okay. I didn't really talk to anyone from 21st Mortgage except our Realtor. They did give us one phone call and everything else was emails. We're going to send out our first payment next month.

21st Mortgage was recommended by the Realtor. They were the only person that financed mobile homes. I didn’t really have anything to compare my experience to, so it was good.

21st Mortgage helped us get a mobile home with the land, when no other companies wanted to finance mobile homes. It was our first time going through the process and we didn’t know what to expect, but they handled everything for us, and it was quick and easy. Our contact person was very professional. He answered our questions and he was never rude to us. I’ve been recommending 21st Mortgage to my friends.

This was my first time buying a home. I filled out an application with 21st Mortgage, and it was online at first to get everything set up and then over the phone. Getting the documents on my end was a little hard because I couldn't find everything. A little bit more improvement is needed for easy maneuvering, but uploading everything was smooth.

My Realtor told me that 21st is a good mortgage, that they help you, and that they're not a bad financial way to go. I just liked how fast they were in everything. I uploaded documents and they answered fast. My Realtor did almost everything and I was just answering emails whenever they wanted me to sign papers. I got my insurance with them, too, and within a couple of days, they were organized and settled.

Working with 21st Mortgage was good. I had a refinance with them and it was a higher percentage rate. But when I got my final closing, the rate was lower than what I initially thought. I would tell my friends about 21st Mortgage.

We had taken almost two months to close because my seller didn't know he was just not going to sign over the title and be done because it's a manufactured home. So, he went on vacation to Canada on the day that we were closing. They don't have people that can verify signatures in Canada for that, so we had to wait a month to close, but 21st Mortgage was very patient. They were fantastic as far as being patient with me and letting me know what the process was. Everything went very well.

It was my first mortgage, and it was a mobile home. The process of obtaining the mortgage was very easy, and it only took two or three weeks for them to complete the process. I didn’t really work a lot with them. The annual percentage rate was a little high, but it’s not too bad.

I went with 21st Mortgage because there's only a few people that can give you a loan on a manufactured house. But I’ve got a complaint. They asked me to verify that I've been working with W-2 forms. I provided them with the W-2 forms, but then they told me to also get a verification letter that I was working. I did that, but then they asked for the dates that I’ve been working. It took an extra two months, from May to September. I think that was wrong. When they ask me for W-2 forms and I provide them, that should be the end of it. Don't come back two or three times with extra stuff that they should have had in the forms in the first place. I almost didn't get the house. 'Cause the people had to extend the time for me to get it when they were also overextended in the time they were supposed to go. My loan lady that handled it, Teresa, was very nice, but she said it was getting on her nerves, too.

Our experience with 21st Mortgage isn’t like most people’s. Where we bought our home was shut down because the owner was embezzling money, it happen to be in the process of us buying our home. The manufacture and the 21st Mortgage stepped in, they made a plan together changed the price on our home and several other things. Our home was never set set correctly and things were never fixed properly.

Ms. Joy ** at 21st always went Above and Beyond in helping us get our loan on our second home, on every hurled or roadblock we hit, even when we thought about giving up, Ms. Joy was there encouraging us to stay in there, it will happen. Then finally it happened, got all the I’s dotted and the T’s crossed. We are now enjoying our second home with family. Thank you Ms. Joy for never giving up on us and for your dedication and encouragement.

We had an amazing experience. Brian **, our loan manager, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, concise & kind!! Neither the seller or ourselves had a real estate agent and Brian bridged the gap!! He was able to help us navigate all of the paperwork needed. We are so happy with our new home.

Everyone was very helpful. My loan officer Dylan was great. He put up with all my calls and crying that I was confused and did not know what to do next. He helped me through it all. Dylan answered emails promptly and returned calls in a responsible time frame.

The whole refinance process went very smooth. It would be nice to see lower interest rates for mobile/manufactured home financing. Tyler ** was excellent to work with. He always had answers for my questions and kept me updated Throughout the process. I easily understood what was required for me to provide. Once I provided all documentation I needed, 21st Mortgage moved quickly to get the process completed.

Afternoon. I want to start by saying I have been overjoyed with the services and respect that I have received from this mortgage company over the couple of years that I have owned. However, Nia ** is very unprofessional. Around 1:33pm on October 3rd I called customer service inquiring about the next steps or if any to the follow up process of my home being in a fire. Now if you go back to prior conversations, Nia and I have already had escalated tones as well as words and delivery with our last conversation.
