21St Mortgage is an ok company but they have very poor customer service from their supervisors. Mathew talks over, doesn't listen, nor does he care about your situation. He only cares about getting your money, plus he will talk down to you. This isn't the first time that I've run into this problem with this company. When they call, I will respond by email, and they hate it because they can't bully you. Please shop around before using this company.

Well you apply for your loan. And in my case they contacted the next day. There is no realtor. You do all the paperwork and send it in to them. In my case they helped me through just about anything I needed help with. Very patient and direct to me. It all done through emails and phone calls.
