I mortgaged my house with 21st Mortgage Corporation before I did refinance. My experience with their lending process was positive overall. The entire application and closing process took about a month and a half.
Communication with 21st Mortgage was excellent. They kept me informed at every stage, and if I had any questions, I could easily reach out to them. Even when I felt a bit frustrated, they remained calm and professional, which I appreciated.
The process was quick and straightforward. The team explained everything thoroughly and took care of all my needs efficiently. A couple of times, I did find myself frustrated by certain issues, but they handled my concerns professionally. I would recommend them with a solid 4 out of 5 stars for their excellent service.

The application process felt somewhat straightforward, yet it wasn't entirely easy. Gathering the right information took over an hour since we had to collect various details. Communication throughout the lending process was mostly via email, and I found it quite effective, though there wasn't much verbal interaction.
From application to closing, the entire process lasted about three weeks. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3 out of 5.

21st Mortgage Corporation came highly recommended by my realtor. Throughout the application process, the loan officer assisting me, Lindsay, was incredibly helpful. She consistently communicated clearly and kept me well-informed, which I appreciated immensely.
However, there was a hiccup during the closing process. We submitted our paperwork on the 22nd, and unfortunately, the mortgage company's response was delayed. They didn't address the issue until the 29th, which was concerning, as we almost risked losing the house. This delay was notably the only drawback in my experience.
The rates seemed fair to me, considering the current market conditions, though like anyone, I would have preferred lower ones. The primary issue I encountered was the prolonged payment processing time. Being informed that it takes up to 5 days for a digital transaction to go through seemed excessive, especially considering that there's always a concern about having a large chunk of money in transit for too long.
Aside from these issues, I would describe my overall experience with 21st Mortgage as positive. If it weren't for the closing delay, my rating would be perfection. Nevertheless, I have no complaints about Lindsay's service; she was great, and I'd recommend her to others seeking mortgage assistance. The company would do well to address these concerns for a smoother process in the future.

Having navigated the mortgage process with 21st Mortgage Corporation, my experience was largely positive. I was referred to 21st Mortgage by my realtor, and it turned out to be a seamless collaboration. My interaction with the loan officer, especially Joy, was wonderful. She was very helpful throughout the process.
While the overall application procedure was satisfactory, there was a bit of back-and-forth when I was required to repeatedly send the same information, mainly regarding income and employment history. Although this part felt a bit redundant and slightly vexing, I understand it's part of their thorough underwriting process. Nevertheless, this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise smooth journey.
Overall, I'm pleased with how everything unfolded, and I'd comfortably recommend their services to others.

We were purchasing a mobile home and we chose 21st Mortgage Corporation for a title loan. The entire mortgage process with them was impressively smooth and swift. Response times were amazing, and if I ever had a query, there was always someone available to help even if my assigned representative was unavailable. The person assisting me was particularly commendable for their immediate and thorough support, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. The whole procedure, from start to finish, took about 30 days. While I’d give their customer service experience a strong five stars because of the exemplary support and efficiency, I found the pricing somewhat middling, deserving a three-star rating on that front. In terms of their online services, my document uploads went smoothly without any hitches. Overall, my journey with 21st Mortgage was positive, and I would recommend them.

I was hoping for a smooth process when I decided to go with 21st Mortgage, but that was far from my experience. The entire mortgage process became very frustrating and took about two months to close. Both the seller and the lender had issues that caused this drawn-out experience. The seller initially gave incorrect information about the home's dimensions, which led to delays. On top of that, the lender had to redo the loan at the last minute due to misunderstandings about whether the home was subject to sales tax, as it had only been rented before and wasn't previously sold.
This misunderstanding led to my total finance amount unexpectedly increasing by $10,000 just a day before closing. Similarly upsetting was the discrepancy in the estimated property tax. At first, I was told it would be $40 a month. However, at closing, I found out it was actually $120 a month, which pushed my payments up by $200 more a month than expected. It was a choice between refusing to close or accepting the new terms, neither of which felt fair, but in the end, I went forward because I wanted the home. My overall experience with 21st Mortgage Corporation left me unsatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend them lightly.

I did some research online and decided to give 21st Mortgage a try. The application process was straightforward and entirely online, which made it convenient. It took about half an hour and I appreciated receiving email notifications regarding the status of our application.
However, the communication with their loan officer was not great. There were instances when my emails went unanswered, or we got emails saying that things weren't correct. We even received denial notices by mistake, despite being approved. This miscommunication was a major frustration being a first-time homebuyer.
On the positive side, their online portal was extremely useful. It had all the necessary information and documentation details readily accessible. Overall, if they could improve their communication, it would significantly enhance the experience.

My Experience on a $20 Overdraft fee, I have been paying on time for over 16 years, Last year I had an instance where my bank account was stolen from and the bank stopped all payments in or out until it was resoled, as a result my payment was returned to 21st as unpaid. So I called and corrected this at that time. I was told that since I was a good customer they were sure this would be waived and sent it up to be approved. It was not and I never received anything from 21st stating that, and now 6 months later it is showing back up on my statement. Called back and went thru the same information again and they said they saw it in my notes from back then but that they said they had told me I had to have a letter from the bank stating that there was issues with my bank account and they would not accept my word on the matter only the banks.
So now I have to find the time it takes to get back to someone at my bank and find out how to get a letter sent to 21st so that $20 dollars can be removed. Really, I guess they think all customers are criminal master minds looking to get out of a one time issue, not like it has been a know issue with my account. Bad communication all around. It couldn't have been their employee who failed to inform me. It was me who has a bad memory. Had I been told back then I needed a bank letter I would have done so. But I never heard anything from them until now and they take no responsibility for the lack of their employee not following their procedure of what needed to be done, back then.
They told me I must have forgotten what I was told and therefore I am in the wrong and need to jump thru hoops to get it cleared up. Thanks, yes it is only $20, but for $20 they are fine treating their customers like they are forgetful and are not worthy of explaining what happened, only if I have proof from the bank. I came across 21st Mortgage when searching online and noticed a sign in front of a mobile home. My experience with the mortgage consultant Teresa and the team's overall coordination left much to be desired.
Our closing was scheduled for April 1st, but a misunderstanding regarding a compliance plate required for my mobile home held things up. I was informed at the last minute about needing it, which was later found unnecessary. This miscommunication delayed the closing, forcing me to remain in my current place and incur extra costs of $970. This was a frustrating ordeal, especially since I should have been given the key as planned if everyone had been on the same page.
The rates and terms offered by 21st Mortgage were fair, and although most of the process went smoothly, the last-minute hiccup significantly tarnished my experience. If someone asked me about my experience with 21st Mortgage, despite the fair rates, I would most likely not recommend them due to the mishaps encountered during closing.

In my area, securing a loan for a mobile home through banks seemed impossible. I explored 21st Mortgage as an option and found them to be suitable. The loan process was overall satisfactory. They periodically communicated the necessary requirements to me. However, I did wish for more frequent updates on the progress without having to reach out to them myself, though I understand the complexities involved in mortgage processes.

I would not do business with this company. Especially if you're financing a construction loan with a manufactured home. They hold the DMV title to the home and won't retire the title until the loan is paid off. Other lenders will not approve a loan until the title is retired. Basically you're stuck with 21st Mortgage until you can pay them off in full.

My experience with their customer service was excellent, largely thanks to Tyler, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated his help. Getting a loan for a mobile home through 21st Mortgage was satisfactory even though the process for buying a home sucks in general. For a mortgage company, it was as good as it gets.

My Realtor recommended that I go through 21st. My daughter who lives across the street from me in the same type of home also uses 21st. So, I felt very confident with them. The entire process was straightforward and remarkably user-friendly, largely done online. The payment process for my mortgage with 21st Mortgage has been satisfactory. However, my overall experience has been less than ideal. I ended up dealing with about four different loan officers, and there was a significant mix-up regarding my loan title on their end. Communication from the company was lacking; I had instances where I didn't receive calls back and waited on hold for up to five hours, which was distressing as it risked my living situation.
While the customer service improved significantly once I got in touch with a manager, this communication issue significantly tarnished my experience. Overall, I would rate my experience a 2, only slightly improving to a 4 during my interaction with the manager who provided some needed clarity.
