    I summited three documents for evaluation, then I realized that I only need one of them, after a few weeks of my process being on hold I was told that I'd have to withdraw them, so I did, then they said that they not received the document translation, however, I can see in my account under uploaded documents that the document translated it is there. I already opened several tickets, talked to at least three supervisors but all they do (as supervisors) is send a message to evaluation team, they don't talk to anyone, nor do I have the means to talk directly with someone who can see the documents... Every ticket we open take more than a week to be responded and there is no way to respond them other to open another ticket. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EVER DEALT WITH.

    CONTACT ANOTHER OFFICIAL ORGANIZATION. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND A LOT OF TIME WITH WES, AND YOU'LL GO TO ANOTHER ORGANISATION AFTER WES. I have sent my degrees for evaluation in WES. I completed two qualifications, one for 2.5 years as a diploma in the 1.5-year post-graduate course. However, the 2.5 years of education (more than 1300h) were assessed in the same way as the 1.5-year course, as just one-year college certificates, as if I had completed a one-year program straight out of school!

    This situation baffles me, it is insulting and humiliating. I feel that the assessment of my education and experience should be done in a more professional, thorough manner. It seems to devalue the experience and education gained in other countries. It seems like covert racism. Because of their assessment, I cannot apply for continuing education and have to pay for another diploma as I just graduated from school. And I have to pay for that and spend more time, not working.     My situation was a more complicated one, having taken courses and completing my degree at more than 1 university abroad and while the situation was complicated, WES adjusted and completed my evaluation report accordingly and accurately. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because getting a direct line with customer service is very difficult and they only advised me to go to the Help button on the website, explaining my situation, all over again. I think easy access to customer service rep, with the ability to make edits would help and expedite the process. Otherwise, accurate and professional evaluation.

    I submitted my required documents per their list in Oct 2024 which is only official transcripts. It is almost April 2025 and they keep asking me for a paper degree certificate (not a requirement for US and Canada) and I keep telling them my degrees obtained are listed as part of the transcript. They refuse to move my application forward and I don’t have a paper copy of my diploma from 2006.

    My Academic Transcript was not accepted by WES. The Institution that granted me my diploma no longer exists. Therefore I had to look for a copy of the Academic Transcript by myself. I was able to retrieve it via the Brazilian Government, since that is the only source I have for this kind of Official Document. I provided an Official Copy and submitted as requested. They claimed they needed one from the school. THERE IS NO OTHER COPY TO PROVIDE. THE INSTITUTION DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. They either use the Official Copy or they can't do the equivalency.

    The fact that WES refused it, is unacceptable since it is an Official Copy by an Official Institution who has the authority to issue such document. I chose WES because I was under the impression the process would be rapid. After 8 weeks in this process I spent over $600 in this for no results. I used your recommended partner, Qualification Check, paid their fee and they have proved themselves not capable to fulfil their task either.

    I had a frustrating experience with WES when trying to get my diploma from the UK evaluated. I had a frustrating experience with WES when trying to get my diploma from Metanoia Institute evaluated. Despite multiple attempts to clarify the requirements, I was met with unhelpful responses and no clear solutions. They insisted on verification from Middlesex University, even though Middlesex does not verify Metanoia-awarded diplomas—only full Master’s degrees.

    On top of that, WES did not allow me to speak directly with the evaluation team to explain this complex situation. Their rigid policies and lack of flexibility made the process unnecessarily difficult. In the end, I had to look for an alternative evaluation service, wasting both time and money. If you need a credential evaluation, I highly recommend researching other services that offer clearer communication and a more supportive approach.

    They are so professional. Timely responds to my emails and website user friendly with good mobile viewer. Help center was actually helpful. However, is there no way WES can contact schools directly? My process took longer than necessary because the institution took a long time to send in my documents. Like in the fees, partner institution fees for sending can be included then WES will do the balancing maybe quarterly.

    Asking me to pay another money to reactivate my account after no effort or proper communication was done to have my service completed is insane. I did my application with them on 8/15/25. Made sure they got all my documents. After over months of me calling, messaging and asking for help as to what might be causing the delay, no one could help me. All I got was "we have escalated your case". I needed my documents by March and now all I see on their website is "status inactive".

    Since WES couldn't help and with just few weeks to the time I need to complete my application for which I needed the documents, I decided to try another accredited document evaluator called ECE. These guys completed my evaluation in less than a week after the documents were sent to them. I was particularly grateful as I was able to meet the deadline with them in a very short time. Long story short, WES is still waiting for me to spend more money to reactivate my account in addition to the $217 total I spent and no one cares to reach out to me. I guess paying is the most important thing to WES. I just hope they improve and this is not to make them look bad. I just had to vent since I couldn't get help.

    Hello, I am writing regarding the cancellation of my order. Your actions are extremely disappointing and border on fraudulent behavior. You have taken no steps to fulfill the conditions for which you received payment. Instead, you merely delayed the process without doing any work, seemingly waiting for me to cancel the order. Now, you have effectively stolen $22 by refunding an incomplete amount. This is theft and fraud, and I am deeply ashamed of your conduct.

    My experience with WES was amazing. WES evaluated my CPA finalist certificate, bachelor's and master's degrees awarded in institutions located in East Africa. They managed a turnaround record time of less than two weeks to review and complete the evaluation process of the documents after receiving them from the awarding institutions. I was very impressed by their timely update of every move of my documents in their portal. I received an authentic and impressing evaluation results from them.     It's been more than nine months since I requested a credentials evaluation which is crucial for my future study. I provided all of the required documents, physical and digital copies signed by my university. I've reached out to the customer service multiple times and even sent follow-up messages but they don't reply. They never do. This is beyond unprofessional!! I wasted hundreds of dollars..I ordered 5 copies and all are paid USPS service charges is paid. But I didn’t receive any documents yet. WES is a big fraud company. Don’t use it for your career most important step. It’s wasting your time and money.

    I am applying for a Credentialed Review through Pathways to Teach Canada. Overall the process is very clear on what is needed, however, when I have had questions, it is always a battle with customer service. Their Pathways to Teach Canada track has a different system for applicant reference numbers. Every time I call, they tell me my number is wrong and have even hung up on me. I have to demand to speak to a supervisor every time. The supervisor assures me the number is correct, and customer service should be able to pull it up just fine, but they never can. They need better training for their customer service personnel.

    I had to use WES for an ECA report to get a license in Canada from the US after a failed attempt with another organization that neglected to tell me they only reviewed specific credentialed programs. WES was faster, their report was better, and they review ANY program and were much easier to work with. I recommend WES for all US nurses trying to go to Canada or New Zealand.

    I would like to recommend everyone to use Qualification Check (QC) service to expedite the evaluation. I did request document from my university to send directly to WES but unfortunately due to Canada Post striked my document got stuck in transit for 2 months. I did paid 50 USD to use QC service, all I need to do is just upload my bachelor degree and transcript then QC team will verified with university. QC team directly upload my verification to WES then after that WES send me an email the estimate date to complete evaluation. It save my time and stress a lot so I highly recommend you all to use QC service. I attached photo of QC timeline, it takes less than a week to verify with university. Hope this help. I did get my WES done on time. QC submitted my verification to WES on 15/Jan, my WES completed on 12/FEB.

    I requested cancellation for the service on 1/23/25 and called 10 times talking to supervisors and various CSRs. WES has failed to do anything. Always saying it should be fixed in 3-5 days. They are quick to take your money but slow to do anything and misrepresent their service speed.

    My experience with WES has been nothing short of a disaster. Due to their sheer incompetence, I missed three rounds of admissions—an opportunity I worked tirelessly for, only to have it derailed by their inefficiency. Their customer service is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered. The agents are not only rude but also seem utterly clueless about their system.     I want to share my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with World Education Services (WES), which has shown itself to be neither professional nor fair in its operations. I have been waiting for my evaluation for over six months, during which time I have received minimal updates and no clear timeline.     I am using WES for my credential evaluation for the second time, first one was back in the year 2019 for Canadian equivalency report which was by document by document and now for US equivalency course by course report. As my documents were already with WES, I had to request to transfer them from Canada file to USA which saved the hassle of resubmitting documents. I am pretty much happy with the quality of service and report although it takes a bit more time. I am very much optimistic of the assured credibility and reachability of the digital WES badge across employers in the US, which is expected to be received in the coming days. The interaction I had with WES customer service was also remarkable in getting timely answers to my queries except for a report delivery request to one of my prospective employers.     Terrible organization, with terrible customer service. They are so cheap and no courtesy to customers! They charge extra for 3-5 days shipping, but they used standard shipping to send our report even didn’t provide tracking number. The report never reached to us due to Canada post strike, we called millions of times to send it again after a month to our new address, they said you should buy another copy, after talking to manager, and calling multiple times, they provided a tracking number and they said it was sent to new address, which was a lie, when we tracked the tracking number, it was showing old zip code and lost in the mail. They never submitted the second copy! We called so many times asking them to send out another copy, but they said they will contact you by email, and never did!

    Worst Experience - Scammers Alert! World Education Services (WES) is nothing but a SCAM. They don’t even have a real customer service team; instead, a third party answers the calls. The so-called "support staff" is incredibly rude—they’ve hung up on me multiple times. It’s obvious they don’t care about resolving any issues. Their entire operation feels like a fraudulent scheme to scam people out of their money. The leadership is just as bad, enabling this behavior and profiting off innocent people.     For future job opportunities I applied for an equivalency certificate through WES. I obtained a degree from a university in the United Kingdom and needed a certificate to prove that it is the equivalent of a degree in the United States. The portal is straightforward. It was easy to open an account and pay for the requested service. The timeframe for the completion of the certificate was not obvious before starting the application, which could be an issue if a speedy decision is required. The website mentions that WES has a relationship with many universities around the world and these universities can submit their documents electronically directly to WES. My university was listed, so happy days!

    What is not mentioned or specified is that you -the customer- need to reach out to the university and may need to pay an additional fee to get them to submit the paperwork. WES does offer a service to reach out to the university on your behalf, but I did not use this service. My university submitted the paperwork very quickly. After a while I received an email that WES was missing information regarding the first two years of my study. Since I had not submitted these documents myself, there was no way of knowing if it was my university or WES that could solve this issue. The "direct relationship" that WES had with my university suddenly did not appear so direct.

    Because this was not an issue caused by me, I had to reach out to WES's customer service. I logged into my account and filled out a contact form. The university had awarded me credits, because I had been employed in my field of study for more than a decade before starting my degree. I suspected that this was the problem and explained this in the contact form. The response took 7 days to arrive. It could not be more disappointing. The response simply stated:

    "Dear M***,

    Thank you for choosing World Education Services (WES).

    Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.

    Best regards,

    J***

    WES Customer Service"

    Two days later I received a response from an anonymous person stating that my documents are under review. I was never actually told that the issue had been resolved, but when logging into my account the red text that alerted me to the problem in the first place, was removed. A while later an estimated completion date was showing. The equivalency certificate arrived within a few days of the stated completion date. WES provides a tracking link which is helpful. While I was happy to have the certificate, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the paper. The paper is showing folds because of the handling by the mail service. It is also extremely thin paper. So thin in fact, that when I scanned the certificate, the scan is showing the text printed on the BACKside of the paper.

    Overall I had a positive experience, because WES did what they promised they would do. Areas of possible improvement:
    -processing time
    -transparency of processing times and possible additional cost charged by the universities
    -quality and speed of responses by the customer service

    -quality of the paper that the certificate is printed on.

    Do not go to WES to get your credential evaluated. They do not update your status and after waiting patiently for a month+, after several messages sent, they do not help you or get you an answer. After you call them to find out, the customer service rep is very pathetic that they are not empowered to help the customer. They are reading exactly the same thing on the website and the best they can say is to wait. I have patiently waited a month and more, and I explained that I needed the evaluation to get the application, and running against the deadline. The poor customer service team can only listen to customers' complaints and do nothing. The entire system is a failure. There are many other credential evaluation services to choose from. I thought WES has a good rating and the school I apply for recommended also. Unfortunately this is not the case. I am still struggling to get an update....

    I was just about to go file a complaint onto BBB, and found out that WES is notorious with BBB, see the screenshot from BBB website. I should have done a better research before I paid and choose their service. According to BBB, they failed to respond to 73 complaints, and 8 failed to reach a resolution. They are absolutely horrible! They don't care about customers.

    *Update* - a week later after I spoke to them, still no update, no one called, no email, no nothing. nothing updated in the portal. I am filing a formal complaint with New York City, and see if that will help. This organization is a serious fraud. Please beware do not choose them! My college sent WES my credentials on Nov. 19 and it has been about two months, no updates and no way to get to anyone who can help!

    WES redirects you to an NSDC to help you get your transcripts, which I never got. I only got emails from NSDC assuring me a speedy process but no results. I am still waiting for NSDC results from the last time I applied. That was on 6th of October 2024. When asked for a refund NSDC stopped replying. WES needs to reconsider their association with NSDC.

    WES did a good job. Although there were a few things I wish were handled better. Personally one shocker I got was the time it took to get everything done and completed. It took way more time than I thought it would and because of that I got really tense and worked up. My advice is to avoid being under pressure or anxiety, start your process at least 2-3 months beforehand because as I was told a lot of factors may come into play and cause delays. What comforted me most is that their customer service was very understanding and helpful throughout the process.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. They lie through every step of the process. They lie about how long it takes to analyze your transcript. They lie when they said they're going to prioritize your transcript. They lie again about the timeline. I was applying for a college course and needed my foreign transcript analyzed. They assured me that they would have more than enough time to have my transcript complete and sent to the college. Every time I called them for an update they said "don't worry it will get done". Then when you call them back they say "we don't have a record of us telling you that the transcript will be sent to the college on time". Just a complete scam of a business.     WES services are so bad that they hired a 3rd party company to run their phone line. I guess that their own people quit after receiving so many calls from angry customers. In the end, you can't exchange with an individual from WES, which makes it difficult in unusual situations. For me, my 1st year of university of biology has been granted by the dean after I attended medical school. I didn't fail, I just didn't make the numerus clausus. WES never understood that, keep putting notes on my side that they were missing something, despite I had the university send letters stating my situation. And now they just closed my account, asking for a $60 fee to reopen it. That's extortion! If you need transcripts, or similar services, don't use WES!

    Wrong, conflicting information was provided to evaluate transcript. Wrong transcript was provided despite detailed questions and step by step instructions to complete order. I caught error immediately after evaluation was ordered and was told it would be cancelled and refunded. Cancellation process & form was not completed by agent and refund was not provided. When speaking with representatives I was either disconnected, given the same useless comments about a ticket being in queue and need to wait further or was told that “no refund” will be given since the evaluation was completed despite it being the wrong evaluation and despite the evaluation not being cancelled after given the wrong information in regards to obtaining a course by course evaluation.

    When asked for supervisor to follow up the dispute they would not provide consistent supervisors. When I call back to reach another supervisor I am told they are no longer available to speak to me. I warned them that I will file complaint; Post the terrible service on social media as well as dispute the credit card transaction and if they cared they would put me through to supervisor or would phone me back. No contact occurred. The terrible consequence of this service is that my son was unable to attend college due to this terrible lack of service. Also we were billed $203 and given no refund.

    The evaluation results are accurate, very close to my GPA from my original school. But it took much longer than the promised 7 days timeline. When I finally got my evaluation, the electronic portal to deliver my result to the university I apply for is quite efficient, the university received the result the next day.     I live in Quebec and started an application through WES, but I’ve learned that there is another entity that is better accepted in Quebec, so my first contact with Customer Service was to cancel my application. It was easy and fast. Then I started gathering documents for the other company, but they’ve asked for my college and school documents and translations of everything and the translations could only be the ones they accepted and all the documents should be certified by the consulate of my country. At last, it would take over 2 months to get my evaluation. I ended up giving up the other company and going back to Wes. I’ve contacted my university to send my documents over and I’ve sent the translations I’ve had and in less than a week I’ve received my evaluation. Amazing service.

    WES provides extremely poor service with unacceptable delays, to say the least. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by WES. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues in a timely manner. This reflects poorly on the overall professionalism of the organization. I have ordered course-by-course evaluations on two separate occasions, and in both cases, there were significant and unreasonable delays. This occurred despite paying for expedited mailing, which should ensure faster delivery. Instead, I was left waiting far beyond the expected timeframe, with no proactive updates or clear solutions provided.

    As an institution relied upon for critical academic and professional purposes, this level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend WES to anyone. As someone who works in higher education, I have already advised many of my colleagues and students to avoid using this service due to its unprofessionalism and unreliability. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional evaluation service. WES must take urgent steps to improve its customer service and delivery processes if it hopes to regain trust and credibility -- I doubt they will ever do that.

    Requesting WES to do a credential evaluation is just a waste of time and money. They tell you it takes seven days once they have all the documents needed. My account remains on hold for more than two months even though they received an official transcript from the universities I attended abroad. I did not doubt that this disappointment will ever come to me as I thought this org. has been in business for years and would know the importance of getting evaluation requests on time. However, they were way below my expectations of a legitimate, professional service provider. I should have read the reviews before approaching them, but I didn’t do that which cost me to miss a deadline for enrolling for a study and money. I recommend Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE). Once they had my official transcript it only took them three days while my inquiry in WES is on hold for more than two months.

    One thing though is the customer service agents were nice but didn’t know what is holding my process or did have any explanation. Writing your inquiry in the contact us inbox in the portal is just a west. I do not think there is anyone monitoring that inbox in a timely manner. I am sorry but if you have a deadline this WES is not reliable and want even give you an estimated time line for when the evaluation will be completed. They might need to employ more people to do this but if their operations don’t change, I guess it is better they go out of business!!!

    Awful experience!!! Expensive and their transcripts are not even accepted by most of CT colleges!!! After I paid $235 to get my transcripts, I had to wait 6 months and pay an additional $50 to get my Bachelor's transcript only. They use this site "Qualifications Check" that is supposed to get the transcripts from the university for you. They kept me on hold for 6 months not getting my transcripts and at the end they only got the Bachelor's degree because I didn't want to pay an extra $50 and waste more time. Customer service system is terrible also.

    Navigating the website was easy and explanations of next steps were super clear to understand. It was my first time and I was a bit scared on what to expect. In my country, certificates are not sent to third parties—that’s why I used the liaison company in the first place! For over 4 months, I’ve been stuck in this nightmare. Every time I contact them, I’m told to speak to someone else, but no one ever solves the issue. It’s just endless delays and excuses. I still don’t have my transcription, and their customer service is completely unhelpful.

    I am highly dissatisfied with WES and their delayed processing. It has been over three weeks, and they have still not completed a simple document transfer from my Canadian profile to my U.S. profile.     Absolutely poor customer service with the only option for the delivery as post mail in the year of our Lord 2024. It's been three weeks since I ordered a duplicate copy of my documents. I received a confirmation email the day after I ordered indicating that the request was completed. Three weeks later and the documents have not arrived. I have called multiple times to request that my information be emailed to me and that they copy my program of entry on that email. I was also told that once a review of the situation was completed and a decision made that I would receive an email because no updated information shows on my account. Three weeks later there is no forthcoming email and when I call for the millionth time they are provide me a tracking number via UPS with a 5 day delivery window, 4 whole days after the deadline date for my program.     I did my ECA process with WES. Estimated Processing times and results were very accurate, my university has partnership for sending documents electronically and which made the process easier. However the information on the website about sending documents electronically was a bit confusing for me and the answer a got from Customer Service didn't addressed my doubts. It would be useful to find a comprehensive list of institutions with electronic partnership, that way could be smoother to guide the institution throughout the process if they are not use to it. No idea how the process is when sending documents by mail.

    For me, the WES evaluation process is a long process, but if you really understand their process, you will understand it. It is because of the quality and to prevent any false documentation.     My review is a mixed bag. The first two evaluations (one for myself the other for my wife) went fine and rather speedy. Although the duration of the process is a black box. My last evaluation I needed was for my PhD. This is still an ongoing process (now more than 6 weeks!). Despite the fact they already had done my doctoral part a few years (ago), and my home institution had sent in all the information they are still requesting a document they should have at least twice. Turns out they have the wrong date for my graduation years, they also had a delay because of another evaluator they had to take of the case.

    Even when this got escalated now several times, still no resolution. The help desk is of no use. They can only open tickets and make requests. They nor you will get to talk to a person actually doing the work or someone with actual influence on the process. Similar with the supervisor. They all have been very friendly but utterly useless. So do yourself a favor and avoid this service.

    World Education Services (WES) has been a nightmare to deal with. Every time I call, I get the same generic response: “It’s processing.” I’ve been waiting for almost three months now, and still, no transcripts have been sent. Their customer service is unhelpful, and there’s absolutely no transparency in their process. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would.     So my son were applying for nomination for PR in Canada, and the officer asked for transcript and we didn’t have a physical copy, instead we applied at WES and paid 120 cad. They said they will send the copy of the transcript to ALberta Gov thru online and mail. But did not happen. We keep calling and spoke to customer service many times and assured us it’ll be mailed and emailed to Gov Of Alberta. Nothing happened. We paid for nothing. So my son's application was declined.     Avoid this company. I live in GA USA and it took 2.5 month to get my college transcript translation. They say they're in NY but no they are in Canada and mail from US to Canada is madness slow. They maybe cheap but there's something fishy about this people. They answer customer service questions 3-4 weeks time. The transcript translation they gave me was also questionable, from 3 credits to 2 credits, 6 credits to 4, which means my college can't credit any of my courses. But when I applied at Temple University 10 years ago they have their own translator, they credited 4 courses that is in my course pathway. Use someone else!

    If you are looking to get your college transcripts evaluated, I strongly recommend that you avoid working with WES. WES doesn't provide any estimate of time for the delivery of their reports and cannot be held accountable for any delays. They state in their policy that there is NO GUARANTEE for a timely evaluation of your credentials. WES customer services phone line does not communicate with the online platform, therefore there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO to help you with your evaluation over the phone. You can only submit online claims via their portal, which will fall into the void or be addressed at some point, depending on the will of the online support system.

    You will spend extra money on this service with absolutely no guarantee of getting your degrees evaluated. If you need to submit these documents to Universities, Employers or Institutions, know that WES will NOT DELIVER ON TIME and you will MISS YOUR DEADLINES and chances of getting that position, enrollment, application, etc. I have had the worst experience with this service and although I read the negative reviews, decided to use them anyways due to Universities' recommendations. I wish I had done otherwise. I missed ALL APPLICATION DEADLINES and there is absolutely no way to hold anyone accountable for this. I wish I would have trusted what others were saying online and I hope you can avoid my mistake. Best of luck!

    My experience- they a bold. Like vending machine. I am not sure I was talking to people in emails only and not to robots. I noticed mistake they did in my evaluation long time ago. I am applying for license for my retirement business. If they could fix actually just one subject evaluation they missed- it will help me to skip 2 exams. They refused, asking for transcript and all this with translation. My university in under bombing zone in Russian- Belorussian- Ukraine war!!! I graduate 43 years ago before computers.     Avoid WES and take your business elsewhere. They will take your money and not deliver results. I paid $200+ for a full evaluation of a UK degree and sent my documents to them. Every time I called them, they couldn't find my documents even though the USPS tracking reference shows that the documents were delivered/received. I also uploaded electronic copies to their portal but the customer service rep told me she had limited visibility into the portal and couldn't see anything. I missed the teacher training application deadline because of their incompetency. Now I have to wait for another 12 months before I can apply for the next course.

I called every day, send messages on the help forum but nothing was done. Had to pay $97 again today to get the report sent again to Dallas College. And I don't know if it will be sent this 2nd time. I am so frustrated, my admission in Dallas College is delayed because of this poor service and no one seems to care.     Avoid like the plague. It has been 7 months and still no result. I have to them my Diploma, I contacted my exam board in the United Kingdom, who followed their instructions to send a certified copy of my exam results, with an embossed envelope as requested, but they did not accept it. My USA evaluation was processed smoothly, although it arrived a bit later than the estimated time mentioned on their site. However, I encountered some issues with the Canada process. They had already received my documents, but there was no clear way to transfer these to a new profile for a different country. I had to create a separate profile with a different email specifically for Canada. I emailed them about new policies from IRCC for Architecture degree, hoping to expedite the process since my documents had already been evaluated, but it took quite a while to receive a response. Additionally, the customer support team seemed unaware of some of the new policies related to Canada evaluations.

    Overall, I gave them a 5-star rating because their service was satisfactory. However, it would be great if they could respond to emails faster and ensure their support team is up-to-date on policy changes for each country.

    No words to describe to what I am experiencing right now. I wish I had seen reviews at first. It been around 4 months since I have started with WES, they say my documents are still being analyzed. I called customer support to know more how long will this process go but the attendant clearly said I DON'T KNOW and she can't help on this. I request to talk to manager, supervisor or anyone in the higher position but she told me she does not have permission. I have missed spring and fall intakes. I am thinking to get my documents and money back but they say that they will deducted $52 for doing nothing. I sincerely request everyone PLEASE DO NOT trust WES.

    I made an application with Wes that didn’t progress for three months. I then made an additional payment to QC to expedite the process, which actually worked and they confirmed receipt of my documents within a week of payment. However, out of frustration, I researched other service providers and went to the WES platform, selected the "QUESTION" category, and sent the following message: “Hi, I’d like to know what needs to be done to cancel my order. The status has been on hold for over 70 days, even after confirming with my institution that the documents have been uploaded to WES. I want to use another service provider.”

    They ignored my question and focused solely on my interest in canceling. First, I asked a question under the "QUESTION" category. Secondly, a proper organization would reach out to its customers to resolve disputes or at least ask if I wanted to cancel my order. None of this was done; they did not reach out to me but proceeded to cancel my order, despite my having paid extra for expedited processing. After waiting for three months, they still deducted processing fees before refunding. I reached out for my order to be reinstated but I was told I have to make another application. 3 months went to waste, Qc payment went to waste and their sole concern was the processing fee. This is not only disgraceful and shameful but also an example of poor customer service at its finest.

    My partner started the process before me. They lost his papers, at first they told him they had received them and then he called and said they had not arrived.

    We had to send the papers again. At first they were rude on the phone. Then I started the process and it was faster, a different girl answered the phone. She was very kind, thank you Sophonie. Each process took between 2 to 3 months, but finally we have the results. The instructions never say that you must send the papers in the original language and in English. You should check that.

    My experience has been horrible. I applied to get my transcripts evaluated and it has been close to two months now. My accounts status has been in progress for several weeks. I made extra payments to qualification check to fast track my transcript delivery from my institution overseas. I am required to submit my evaluated transcript for FAFSA financial aid consideration and the spring classes registration has started. My experience is a nightmare. I thought the process was going to last at least a month or less and it is not over two months now. I feel very helpless and disappointed.

    I submitted my documents for evaluation on June 11, 2024, and as of October 22, 2024, I am still awaiting a resolution. The evaluation was completed on September 6, 2024, and was urgent for meeting a USCIS deadline. I was never informed of any backlog that could cause such significant delays. The lack of transparency and communication from WES is incredibly frustrating, and I am now facing serious consequences due to their inefficiency.

    I have lost my immigration status because of this delay, and although they claim to have sent the evaluated documents to my residence, I have yet to receive them. I feel I have wasted my money, as they do not take responsibility for their work or for their customers. This experience has been deeply distressing. Given the urgency of my situation, I strongly advise anyone considering document evaluation to seek other companies. WES's level of service is unacceptable and can have dire consequences.

    I’m having a terrible experience with WES. My evaluation has gone past 3 whole months with no progress even after verifying my documents with my college. I called several times and they kept assuring me they’ve escalated my case (which wasn’t true). While some were nice, I encountered some very rude customer service reps. My overall experience was completely terrible and would wish anyone to go through what I went through.     My experience with WES has been disgusting. They took my money first and then didn't care to tell me why my certificates are showing incomplete. I called customer care thrice with explanation and requested to crosscheck with my college. They helped with nothing and finally after 180 days they declare my account invalid. I lost $200 to WES, with no refund.

    I have never experienced such shockingly bad service and incompetence as I did with WES. From the start, the entire process has been an absolute nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, Deadlines? Forget about it. Promises? Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this disaster of a company. When I finally tried to escalate the issue many, they either ignored me completely or gave me the runaround. There was no effort to make things right, no ownership of their failures, and no compensation for the time and money we wasted.     I recently went through a frustrating experience with WES while trying to get a course-by-course evaluation. My estimated completion date was September 9, and by September 25, I hadn’t received any updates. Despite calling weekly for an update, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated, but no progress was made. By the end of September, I was informed that they had contacted the evaluator and that my evaluation would be available soon. However, as time passed and the due date was well past, I decided to write an email to cancel my evaluation since I couldn't wait indefinitely. I requested a refund due to the delays and lack of service.

    I received a response stating that a refund would be issued, but to my dismay, I did not receive a full refund. It felt like I was penalized for a situation that was out of my control. I didn't cancel my evaluation out of error or negligence; rather, it was due to the ongoing issues and delays on WES’s part. Overall, my experience has left me feeling scammed and dissatisfied. I would caution anyone considering WES for their evaluation services. The lack of communication and support during the evaluation process has been very disappointing.
