Despite the bulk of customers they may have every day globally, their customer care service is really good. Overall, I am happy with the results I have gotten from WES.

Absolutely horrible experience. My evaluation was completed with a mistake on my name. It has cost me a job (and might have caused an immigration application if I was applying for one). Doubt if WES understands the impact of a tiny mistake on applicants. I have been calling the customer service and keep getting told to wait. Someone on their team sent a very unhelpful mail today stating the same things on the website without bothering to review my file. I am on a call with them again right now and only left a review here because I wish I had been warned by someone.

WES has my high school transcript for over four months now and has not evaluated it. I have confirmed the arrival of the transcript at WES in December 2021. I called WES several times to determine the status of the evaluation. I have also emailed WES repeatedly to resolve the situation. WES's Customer Service only responds that WES is "working on" the evaluation. Apparently my file is on hold until they hear back from the institution where I completed my high school. However, they refuse to tell me what email they sent my paper work, or who they contacted at the institution. There is no way to follow up on it, which makes me believe that they have never contacted the institution. I missed a whole school semester over this issue and I still don't have the evaluation. It took couple of days for them to update online status regarding receipt of documents sent digitally by my university but good thing is they have released the credential evaluation in weeks time. Major problem is their phone services, no one responds over phone, have tried multiple times. Also I have not received the hard copy after 2weeks of online receipt of report and still waiting even when address given is of local Canada. It is suggested that they should introduce a live chat option with working hours defined for quick response. Thank you.
